00:00:58.600Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.
00:01:10.300Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show. Happy Monday on a very busy
00:01:14.900news day. Man, the hits are coming from the U.S. Supreme Court. Stubergier will be with us shortly,
00:01:20.840but we begin with the breaking news out of the high court in a truly surprising decision.
00:01:25.960The justices in a 5-4 decision upholding a Mississippi law already it's weird because the Trump administration is on the other side of a Mississippi law, which you would already expect that those two things would be aligned, the Trump administration and a Mississippi law, but they weren't.
00:01:42.340the Republican National Committee actually brought this suit and then the Trump administration got
00:01:46.320involved because it involves what is the question of what does election day mean? When can one vote
00:01:53.080when the law says election day is this particular day? Can they vote for two weeks after, two months
00:01:59.520after, like in California, where it seems as long as you can convince them that your ballot
00:02:05.780may even have your own handwriting on it saying, I swear this is being postmarked on election day,
00:02:11.300It can be counted for days and weeks thereafter. Or does it have to be the day of? Does that ballot have to be received the day of the election? And the Trump administration and the RNC have lost. And this is big. This is this is I'm sorry to say this, but this is a massive gift to Democrats.
00:02:32.900I mean, look, what was at issue here was they were postmarked by Election Day in Mississippi, that's what the law says, and received by state election officials within five business days.
00:02:45.060But can you ever remember a case in which ballots came in after Election Day and it helped the Republicans?
00:03:01.740Gee, so strange how that works out. And it's one of those things where Republicans can't prove it, but they smell a rat, like in California and the mayoral race. And the Democrats, I think, have gotten very clever about manipulating this system in a way that magically tips the balance their way.0.63
00:03:24.480where, like, Nithya Raman, who was in last position out there in that mayoral race,
00:03:31.320suddenly surged to first in jurisdictions that she had been trailing.0.98
00:03:37.920She was down in single digits and now suddenly wins them thanks to that mail-in vote.
00:03:42.740I guess her voters were just awfully silent about their love and support for her prior to the election day.
00:03:49.020Or could it have been shenanigans by these paid Democrat operatives exploiting the homeless and others to make sure that ballots came in late?
00:03:59.640And out there, the rules are so loose on postmarks and so on.
00:04:02.780Literally, they're saying if you just write the date on the envelope and you write, you know, Tuesday, November, whatever, or whatever the election day was out there, it's accepted.
00:09:56.240So what we learned with today's Supreme Court rulings is Election Day does not mean Election Day.
00:10:06.040The president has the Article II power to fire FTC commissioners, but somehow he does not have the Article II power to fire governors on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
00:10:19.380because apparently we have a fourth branch of government.
00:10:23.640I mean, it's just incoherence per usual coming out of the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:10:30.680We had rulings several days ago where the president can end temporary protected status
00:10:39.320for Haitians who came here 16 years ago after an earthquake
00:10:43.660and Syrians who came here 14 years ago after civil unrest.
00:10:47.900but but what that and then we could also the supreme court also said we can ensure that we0.94
00:10:56.200keep asylum seekers out of our country by stopping them before they get to the border you can only
00:11:01.220claim asylum once you're in the united states but you watch megan tomorrow i guarantee you the0.98
00:11:07.300supreme court is going to rule that birthright we somehow gave birthright citizenship to chinese
00:11:15.480birth tourists when we fought a civil war. Yeah, I know they're all over the board. Do you know
00:11:22.180what I'm saying? When when the libs have the majority on the Supreme Court, this doesn't
00:11:27.580happen to them. The liberal justices know why they're there and they behave accordingly. They0.82
00:11:34.140vote accordingly. It's only the Republicans who become the wishy washy institutionalists or the
00:11:40.780crossover of votes, whether it's a Kennedy or an O'Connor or a Souter who completely jumped
00:11:47.500to the other side. And now we've got Barrett and Roberts. It's very annoying, especially in a case
00:11:54.660like the Mississippi one, where now we're talking about whether we can ever trust election results
00:12:00.740because post-COVID, the Democrats are really enamored with this mail-in balloting thing.
00:12:05.180Yeah, we're going to have this. The effect of this Supreme Court ruling written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, Professor Barrett, is we're going to have third world elections. Election day does not mean election day.
00:12:20.040It means on Election Day, when Democrats figure out how many votes they're behind, they're going to be able to go find those votes, fill out ballots, have their postal workers postmark those ballots.
00:12:34.680And then apparently Election Day, under Barrett's rationale, is the number of days it takes for Democrats to steal the election.
00:12:44.380And I like now it's not just going to be Mississippi because it's going to be any state that allows the mail in ballots that as long as they're postmarked by Election Day, that they can be received and counted.
00:13:00.240You know what? We're talking five days in the Mississippi case, but potentially much longer beyond that.
00:13:06.080Here is we just got reaction from the White House on this standby. Hold on. Where is it? Let me grab it.
00:13:11.920Um, the president, I thought I screen grabbed it.
00:19:23.360I mean, you're exactly right that the Supreme Court is essentially saying the president has the executive power under Article 2
00:19:31.880to fire everyone in the federal government, in the executive branch, including these FTC
00:19:38.100commissioners, for any reason he wants, or no reason, under Article 2, the power to hire and
00:19:44.140fire. But apparently, Article 2 does not include the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. So what
00:19:51.300is it? I would ask that to the Chief Justice and Justice Kavanaugh. What is the Federal Reserve?
00:19:56.000If the president doesn't have the power to fire the governors, is that is this some special committee of the Supreme Court, this Federal Reserve Board of Governors?
00:20:06.900I'm just I'm scratching my head to figure out what the hell this Federal Reserve Board of Governors is.
00:20:12.460I was just talking to a friend of mine who had back surgery and they had to do like fusions and all sort of the weird things that happen to your back.
00:20:18.820And there had been a piece of bone that was like floating around in the spinal fluid, just randomly floating.
00:20:24.580I don't know what happened to it, but they had to take it out and remove it.
00:20:27.380That's like how the Supreme Court is treating the Fed.
00:20:54.580And here is how the president responded on the Cook lawsuit. He writes the Cook lawsuit having to do with her suitability and sitting on the board of the Federal Reserve was sent back by the Supreme Court on a strictly procedural basis. We will take appropriate action immediately to make sure that someone who has committed wrongdoing will not be making vital decisions concerning the welfare of the USA. Thank you for your attention to this matter. And by the way, my team did send me his his comment on Mississippi and what Election Day means. Here's it's very long. I'll read it to you in part.
00:21:22.740In light of the tremendous loss in the Supreme Court today regarding voters' rights and the fact that people's, in quotes, votes, meaning President Trump has questions about whether these are real votes that come in after the day, are allowed to be counted long after an election's over, it's more important than ever to pass the Save America Act.
00:21:40.840One, all voters must show up for their ID. Two, all voters must show proof of citizenship. Three, no mail-in ballots except for illness, disability, military deployment or travel. There's no excuse for a politician or otherwise to be against the above three requirements. There is only one reason to oppose cheating. The House of Representatives has approved this vital act three times.
00:21:59.320the U.S. Senate seems unable to do so in a time when there is a powerful communist movement
00:22:04.140taking place in our country, one more dangerous than World War I, II, Pearl Harbor, or September
00:22:08.86011th. All Democrats and our five Republican Senate holdouts, Murkowski, Collins, Tillis,
00:22:14.240Cassidy, and McConnell must vote to save our country. There can be no more excuses. Those
00:22:19.760are the senators who are saying no on the Save Act, not just on getting it a vote, but on the
00:22:25.960actual act itself they are prepared to vote no they don't like the save act and then no i don't
00:22:32.120i don't know what can be done to preserve integrity uh at the ballot box without the
00:22:38.500save act and now with this lawsuit uh with this with this supreme court decision back to
00:22:43.080lisa cook and this rebecca slaughter and this pair of decisions mike something extraordinary
00:22:49.160happened on the Supreme Court bench. Sotomayor was very angry over the slaughter decision. Again,
00:22:56.480that's the one in which the court said he does have the ability to fire these executives at
00:23:02.020these so-called independent agencies, these agencies that I just listed, though they didn't
00:23:06.800limit them. There's some 18 of them. And basically Trump can fire executives at all of them now.
00:23:11.300And the next president can too. And they essentially overruled this case called
00:23:15.640Humphrey's executor that had allowed that. And the court said, no, they're not like the floating
00:23:20.840piece of bone. They're connected to the spinal column and Trump rules that. But Sotomayor was
00:23:27.780P.O.ed. She dissented. And this is the New York Times reporter who was in the courtroom writing
00:23:33.660one of the most notable moments was her dissent when she criticized the court for extending its
00:23:38.820quote maximalist view of presidential power. She spoke firmly, often extending a look to Chief
00:23:44.760Justice Roberts, who delivered the majority opinion, which in this case went against the
00:23:49.400libs. He did not meet her gaze as the minutes went on. She began to stumble over her words
00:23:55.280as Sotomayor asserted that, quote, the one thing that does appear to be clear going forward
00:24:01.480is that chaos will follow. End quote. Her fellow liberal Justice Elena Kagan seated several chairs
00:24:08.260to her left, looked overcome with emotion. What is it with these, you know, the hens up there like,1.00
00:24:17.020oh, I'm distraught. I'm overwrought. I'm, you know, pointed barbs about President Trump,
00:24:23.600the man and overwrought with emotion. This is not good for womankind.
00:24:28.340I would say this to Justice Sotomayor. Look, does she think that we should have0.98
00:24:35.380these executive branch bureaucrats not report to the duly elected president of the United States.1.00
00:24:44.180We should just have the Tony Fauci's of the world just do whatever the hell they want. And there's0.98
00:24:49.880no Democrats accountability ever. The reason the liberals wanted Humphrey's executor, this
00:24:56.500Wilsonian mess of government is because the liberals control the federal government. These
00:25:02.420career bureaucrats who work in the executive branch are overwhelmingly liberals, or even worse,
00:25:09.700Marxist, socialist, communist, right? And so we're just supposed to defer to these so-called experts
00:25:17.040who are unelected and unaccountable to anyone, including the American people through our duly
00:25:23.180elected president. We have something that's called elections to Justice Sotomayor and the other
00:25:29.780liberal hens. And if they if they if they don't like what the president is doing with his
00:25:37.280executive branch, A, we don't have to give the executive branch bureaucrats as much power
00:25:42.620as we do. And B, we can throw out the president and put in a new party to run it how the American0.98
00:25:50.020people wanted to run it. We just did this, for example, with immigration.
00:25:53.360kagan and sotomayor seem to be mistaking the their vote on election day for their vote
00:26:02.280on the high court they're two different things and and they they have less power than they'd like
00:26:07.820um i want to ask you a question not about the supreme court today although just to reiterate
00:26:14.100what you said tomorrow is the last day of opinions for the supreme court this term and we know then
00:26:20.360that we're going to be getting at least well we're definitely going to be getting the remaining four
00:26:24.260opinions two of which are the biggest opinions of the term one is whether president trump has the
00:26:29.760right to say the birthright citizenship clause of the 14th amendment does not does not apply to
00:26:36.100birthright tourists who come over here from china have their babies here and then declare that
00:26:40.580they're american citizens with all the same rights you and i have and our kids have and the other is0.53
00:26:45.420whether states can ban the participation
00:26:49.140of so-called trans athletes in girls' sports.1.00
00:28:42.460they could have applied for LPR, they could have applied for different directions,
00:28:48.120but the status itself can be ended in its name itself by saying temporary.
00:28:52.820So these individuals have a couple of choices.
00:28:55.080They can try to apply for a permanent residence here.
00:28:59.140They can apply for a temporary visa if they choose to, or they can choose to go back.
00:29:05.460And if they want to go back, we'll help them with that.
00:29:07.700If I would if I'm talking directly to the individuals with the temporary protective status, either try to fill out the paperwork and be here underneath a permanent status or we'll help you get back to your country.
00:29:21.560We'll actually give you a plane ticket plus roughly twenty one hundred dollars to help you reestablish when you get there.
00:29:29.880OK, and what people are upset about is him saying you've got a couple of choices.
00:29:34.980you can apply still for permanent residence here or for a visa or go back. Whereas I think
00:29:41.640most people expected it was go back. You were here on a permission slip that's now been revoked.
00:29:48.860You did not do any of those applications while you were here on our invitation. And now that
00:29:53.780your status has been revoked, the answer is not for you to be doing applications. The answer is
00:29:58.220get out yeah so mark wayne mullin uh he got lit up by conservatives including me very publicly on
00:30:08.480x uh i've also made my extreme dissatisfaction known very privately within to trump worlds
00:30:16.700all the right people um he i think he got the memo pretty quickly because he's been backtracking
00:30:22.600fast, very fast. But I would say this, how the hell is that your response? You go on a liberal
00:30:29.680network like CNN. We've been fighting for years to get these Haitians and Syrians the hell out1.00
00:30:35.900of our country. And your response is to go kiss Jake Tapper's ass and try to make this1.00
00:30:44.680a plea to the left that you're trying to be as kind as you can. Get these people the hell out1.00
00:30:52.320of our country. We had Biden let in over 20 million illegals into our country. They abused1.00
00:30:59.080our system. They abused our generosity. They abused our goodwill. And people like me who used
00:31:05.900to be a lot softer on immigration five, 10 years ago, I'm just as hardline as you can get. Get
00:31:13.660these people the hell out of our country. If and when the Supreme Court says that Chinese birth0.99
00:31:19.340tourists and other illegals get birthright citizenship. We need to get all illegals out1.00
00:31:24.300of our country fast. And we need to start with birthing aged women, get them out of our country.1.00
00:31:30.100We have zero compassion left for these illegal aliens. They've overrun our small towns. They've1.00
00:31:36.780overrun our cities. They've brought in crime. They've brought in filth. We're tired of it.
00:31:42.000We don't want America to become Europe, overrun by Muslims, overrun by people who hate us. We0.98
00:31:48.840don't want it. Yeah, exactly. We've been really clear on that. That's why President Trump was
00:31:54.460elected in part. I think Kristi Noem understood that. I'm not sure why Mark Wayne Mullen didn't
00:32:01.380and why. Yeah, I agree with you. He went on in front of a liberal audience and tried to
00:32:06.300pander to them, which is the last that like Stephen Miller would never make such a mistake.
00:32:11.200What's what's the deal with this Mark Wayne Mullen? Do we know, Mike?
00:32:14.080I hope he doesn't have the IQ of a Haitian like we saw on CNN, but he needs to he needs to understand that this is not the Senate.0.99
00:32:24.800You're in the Trump administration. And if you're going to bring your Senate weakness to the Trump administration, you're not going to last because the American people, Trump's voters, are not going to tolerate weakness on immigration.0.99
00:32:39.880That's what keeps us united. And if Mark Wayne Mullen or his Oklahoma buddy, he just picked a run ice, try to backtrack on full throated immigration enforcement, especially after this birthright citizenship ruling tomorrow that's going to screw us, then there's going to be a loud call for his resignation.
00:33:01.060yes yes and uh as you point out you know a lot of people in the administration and they
00:33:06.700should be very grateful to you for all the advocacy and great work you've done
00:33:09.720we are for you coming on this show so often mike it's a pleasure good to see you thank you megan
00:33:14.120um so you heard mike's point about the haitians and honestly like i i'm i feel exactly as he does
00:33:20.920i don't feel charitable toward this group of people at all there are multiple sob stories0.98
00:33:25.380out there about these haitians now they're trying to peddle this like oh they're just here uh mike
00:33:30.620Mike DeWine, the governor, like, oh, they're just, you know, they're contributing to society.
00:33:35.540Oh, we have it. OK, here's here it is. Listen to Mike DeWine, the Ohio governor.
00:33:39.440So three. Governor, you just heard Secretary Mullen defend the decision. You say it's a mistake.
00:33:43.940What's your take? Well, I think it's a mistake for a number of reasons.
00:33:48.040You know, first of all, to go back to what you were just discussing, you cannot fly into Port
00:33:53.920of Prince today. The U.S. carriers are prohibited from going in there. They've they've extended
00:33:58.600that ban, federal officials, the United States have extended that ban into September now. And,
00:34:03.760you know, it's been there for a long time. The reason they can't go in there is because these
00:34:07.420gang leaders who control a good part of Haiti today shoot at the planes when they come in.
00:34:13.800So that's certainly one thing you've pointed out, you know, advisories, heavy advisories,
00:34:20.120U.S. citizens do not go into Haiti. It's a very, very dangerous place. But the other point
00:34:26.400is it is not in the United States's interest, certainly not in Ohio's interest to have people
00:34:34.820who are working every single day, who are supporting a family, who are buying houses,
00:34:40.220fixing up old houses, starting businesses and then put deep roots in this country and really
00:34:46.940are contributing and yank them out. Unbelievable. OK, so deep roots. What do you mean
00:34:54.600that the whole label says temporary. They knew that very well. Clearly, they didn't apply
00:35:01.800for a permanent residency because they would have gotten it had they applied. And especially
00:35:06.960under the Biden administration, they either didn't apply or they did apply and they were
00:35:10.980rejected. But it's time to go home now. You've been here on our good graces for far too long.
00:35:16.160And those wonderful jobs that they're allegedly taking could be taken by American citizens,
00:35:20.620as can their homes, which they're driving up the rents for.
00:35:24.500And these folks have proven themselves to be a danger to the communities that they are in.
00:41:55.620This is the problem with what Mark Wayne Mullen said, what Mike DeWine said, what John Kasich said, all three of whom are Republicans.
00:42:06.060Wild, wild to see it, you know, and even to extend what he said, we're going to give them twenty one hundred dollars to resettle, are we really?
00:42:16.080I know a lot of people who could use $2,100 who live here and have never broken the law and don't have to don't have to make an argument about whether they're allowed in this country because they were born here and they're citizens and have been their entire lives and really could use $2,100.
00:42:33.620There are people who come here that do contribute to our society.
00:42:36.880You know, I think we've seen a microcosm of of how American the American people feel about visitors to this country with everything that's gone on with the World Cup over the past few weeks.0.86
00:42:46.300When we have people coming in from these other countries and, you know, going to Buc-ee's and and seeing, you know, the stuff that we kind of take for granted and celebrating it.
00:42:54.460When we have people who come here legally and come here with an appreciation for the country, with an idea that they do want to assimilate, that they do want to not just take advantage of all the wonderful things we have, but celebrate them and further them and contribute to that whole project, we love it as Americans.
00:43:12.820I think it's something that we actually cherish. And you'll see, by the way, in a lot of the countries that we might be sending people back to, they have very dissimilar policies and approaches to immigrants coming into their countries. They reject them.
00:43:27.660We, I think, have been very open to the idea of having people come here, but we've lost track of, we've lost the plot a little bit here, Megan, where the idea was to improve the country, not just for the citizens, but also the people who are visiting from other countries.
00:43:46.060We want to further that project and make this a better place for everybody to be.
00:43:50.360It's not just importing everybody else who's running away from a terrible regime and then huddling them in tight knit communities where they're essentially just importing this disastrous situation they had in Venezuela or or, you know, in Haiti or some other place.
00:46:23.300We can go by case-by-case basis and screen very, very tightly and look for people who are absolutely additive to our country.
00:46:33.040I'm not a person who thinks that we should never have anyone who comes here.0.56
00:46:36.000You know, a lot of other nations, by the way, do have policies like that, that they don't allow anyone in for basically any reason.
00:46:43.440We have not been that that country. And I do think that's been to our benefit when applied correctly, when applied in a sane manner.
00:46:53.720You know, it's one thing to say, like, hey, they're in the middle of a tragic situation and, you know, we can we can help some of those people out.
00:47:01.980you know we don't have to do that that's not our we're not forced to do that we have done it in the
00:47:08.360past and at times i think i've seen benefit out of that like one of the examples that i see all
00:47:11.900the time and we we would have callers all the time that would call into a glenbeck radio show
00:47:16.080who would be people who came from former communist nations right people who went through the tyranny
00:47:22.960of communism and came here because they they not not because like oh gosh well i can take advantage
00:47:30.120because they have higher hourly rates over there.
00:47:33.140They came here because they love this country
00:47:35.520and they had seen what the other approach to leading a nation was.
00:49:19.200All right. This is in the Dayton Daily News,
00:49:23.640because ohio lawmakers are among those who are now urging the u.s congress to override the supreme
00:49:32.580court decision saying trump has this authority like to to pass some piece of legislation demanding
00:49:37.820that they stay and ideally i guess they they see it as a veto proof uh majority that would pass
00:49:43.580this to allow these haitians to say and then there was a letter to the editor from a guy who calls
00:49:50.040himself ticked off Ohioan after seeing that, all this push. And he writes as follows. I'm tired of
00:49:56.180reading a one sided view of the Haitian influx in Springfield. Their presence in Springfield and all
00:50:00.820of Ohio has been detrimental. But the only people the media interviews are pro Haitian. Our political
00:50:05.900leaders are not advocating for the majority of the citizens. There are some that work, but at lower
00:50:10.600wages, less or no benefits and no complaints. That's not good for Americans, by the way. TPS
00:50:16.240Haitians have been treated better than the citizens of Springfield. There are many complaints
00:50:20.400of how rude and entitled these people are because they know they have the support of people who are
00:50:24.420benefiting from their presence in some way financially, boosting self-importance or increasing
00:50:28.780congregations in church. But no media interviews workers anonymously in the fields that deal with
00:50:35.640these problems like teachers, polices, nurses, cashiers, police, nurses, cashiers, workers at
00:50:40.700the Social Security Office, DMV, or the Health Department. The pro-Haitian media coverage has
00:50:46.740fueled the fire. That's what's real. The media is on board with whitewashing all of these problems
00:50:53.060still and letting citizens of Springfield and other communities just like it deal with it.
00:50:57.780President Trump knew better. He listened to the voters on his campaign. He understood that these
00:51:04.200folks needed to go. They had overstayed. They were not additive. He couldn't be shamed out of it
00:51:09.720You know, by the debate moderators on ABC or by anybody else, and then he enacted the policy, he said he would.
00:51:17.420He ran on this exact thing, which is why I believe what Mike Davis said, which is that Mark Wayne Mullen understands now they will not be allowed to stay.0.99
00:51:28.240We will not be encouraging them to apply for permanent residency.
00:52:59.920especially in Ohio on this. And it is like MSNBC wrote all of them. You would think there was
00:53:06.780universal support for these hundreds of thousands of Haitians to stay. 10 TV, Columbus, Ohio,
00:53:12.820Springfield residents rally in support of Haitian community after Supreme Court TPS ruling. WKRC
00:53:19.000in Cincinnati. In Cincinnati. Local advocates warn of risks after ruling clears way to end
00:53:27.460TPS for some immigrants. Just want you to know about the risks that that'll be affiliated with
00:53:32.440sending them home, not keeping them here. Dayton Daily News, hundreds rally in support of Haitians
00:53:38.620after TPS decision. Springfield News, Sun in Springfield, Ohio lawmakers among Haitian TPS
00:53:45.640backers urging Congress to override Supreme Court decision. More from 10 TV. Fear grips Haitian
00:53:52.760communities after Supreme Court ruling unwinds protection from deportation. Let me show you
00:53:58.700a different set of headlines. OK, we put this together back when this was in the news during
00:54:05.420the presidential election and President Trump was under fire for the presidential debate at which
00:54:10.380he said they're eating the dogs. They're eating the cats. And what was happening in Springfield,
00:54:16.480Ohio with these Haitians took center stage of the news. They had massive turnout at community
00:54:25.820meetings where the Springfield residents tried to make their own voices heard directly, which did
00:54:30.960not get headlines like this all over Ohio news. It only appeared sporadically on places like Fox,
00:54:37.440like this show and a few others. And here's just a walk down memory lane. This is two years ago.
00:54:43.640I guarantee you all of these people are very much in favor of the Supreme Court restoring reason and affirming President Trump's ability to tell these people their stay has now ended.
00:55:09.780mr heck i sent you video of the homeless people living in the back of lincoln school i have the
00:55:18.100pictures here today they're living in back of lincoln school i even showed you video of them
00:55:24.820you could see the monkey bars nothing has to be done code enforcement won't come out the police0.82
00:55:29.960won't come out come to the real life go to walmart and watch those haitians open up jars of the0.95
00:55:36.000tomato paste pizza sauce dip their fingers in and eat it go to Kroger's you know how Kroger's0.89
00:55:41.540has a little fruit up front for like five bucks they pick it up and start eating it then discard
00:55:47.100the thing I've seen them do it so I'm not here saying I know they're doing it I seen it
00:55:52.600go to grocery land watch every day those people get ripped off they post it every day on the1.00
00:56:01.780internet how much meat the haitians take and steal they put in baby carriage in front of0.99
00:56:07.600everything and walk out they can't do nothing the city is going to shit and you guys thinking0.98
00:56:14.480where we're doing good my car insurance got raised i have a perfect driving record i'm 64 years old0.86
00:56:19.520never had a speeding ticket never been in an automobile accident but my car insurance goes
00:56:24.620up so i called nationwide which is my car insurance and my homeowner's insurance you know what they
00:56:29.520said because the accident rate in springfield has tripled oh god and listen to the police monitor
00:56:36.900listen every day these officers get called out to haitians that no one can speak their language
00:56:41.780and they get out and run we didn't vote for this you guys voted us for this and now we're seeing
00:56:48.960the repercussions of it we got i noticed we got a pretty park million dollar park down here
00:56:54.520lady of the trail we got new concrete out here i don't see any squatters tent cities or anything
00:57:01.840here but we got them in our neighborhoods shouldn't we share are we all not in this together0.99
00:57:08.760are we all not in this together i've heard people express concerns about personal safety women who
00:57:14.260are afraid to walk in stores women stalked out into parking lots with their children by groups
00:57:19.720of individuals staring at them and and taking pictures of them uh women afraid to go to the gym0.75
00:57:25.320uh we've heard about needles uh in playgrounds and in vacant lots people sleeping in bushes all
00:57:31.900over town um but not once have i heard people complain about race and i wish you guys would
00:57:37.780stop pushing this through the filter of identity politics because it's allowing you to ignore our
00:57:43.140real concern and that's what you've been doing you've been ignoring us amazing and that i'm not
00:57:49.100hearing that anywhere, Stu. But those are actual Americans who have had to live with these people
00:57:55.640who are not so worried about the fear gripping Haitian communities after Supreme Court ruling
00:58:00.820unwinds TPS protection. Yeah, no, I mean, no, those voices typically don't get heard. Right.
00:58:06.920And, you know, the last guy, I think, put it really, really well. You know, if you're sitting
00:58:11.600here saying, well, I don't want people who don't look like me in my community, that's a totally
00:58:14.920different complaint that I'm not hearing out of those people's mouths. That's not what they're
00:58:18.080saying that's not what they're saying at all i i suspect megan if we imported 350 000 swedish0.97
00:58:24.760people into uh into uh ohio and they started hitting women over the head with mallets at gas
00:58:31.740stations the people there would be just as angry about it it's got literally nothing to do with
00:58:38.180the color of someone's skin it's got to do with the way that people act in a community and whether
00:58:43.120they want to be part of the community and one of the one of the speakers there said something like
00:58:46.880I mean, aren't we all in this together? Quite simply, the answer to that is no. Right. The people at these levels in politics and that are that are implementing these policies on regular people are not in it with them.
00:59:00.160They don't think about them. That's not their concern. And that's why people are angry. And that's why I think people are reacting this way.
00:59:07.720They they're fine with people in their community who become part of their community when when when you have you're importing high levels of crime and people who take advantage of the systems that we've built to try to help people.
00:59:22.600That's where it gets really people get angry.
00:59:40.940And, you know, this guy seemed like he was he did very, very well for himself.
00:59:44.340And I was asking about and we were talking about his trip.
00:59:46.260And he said when he came in, he didn't have a an exit flight booked because he was like, I'm going to come for a few weeks.
00:59:52.360He was like a business owner and could kind of run his business remotely.
00:59:55.040And he said that when he came in there, the people, you know, as he was being accepted into the country, the people in the Bahamas said, we need to see proof that you have enough income and enough in your bank account.
01:00:06.300to be able to sustain your time here because we don't want to be able to we can't be responsible
01:00:12.240for you if you're going to come here and you're going to be a wealthy tourist and and and you
01:00:16.560know throw lots of money around we'd love to have you it'll be great as long as you're following
01:00:20.320our laws but if you can't if you come here and you're just going to live off of our system we
01:00:25.900can't allow you to even enter on a vacation we're talking about 20 years of allowing people to come1.00
01:00:32.720in here and essentially giving them the exact thing that the people in the bahamas wouldn't
01:00:37.820allow for a couple of weeks that is you know their policy is pretty sane there they should
01:00:43.520be able to scream people to say hey look if you're going to come here and enjoy our nation great
01:00:47.360but we can't be paying for your lifestyle here that is not what we've implemented with these
01:00:52.980people and of course there has to be some sort of expiration date to that it's not just crazy
01:00:57.460people on the right it's not just local community members saying that it's the supreme court saying
01:01:01.360it as well. Obviously, this is a sane ruling and a sane reaction, I think, by the American people
01:01:08.640to say, look, we'll be giving when we can, but we're having our own tough times here. This can't
01:01:13.400be an eternal situation. There are limits to it. And again, Trump ran on this. It was an explicit
01:01:22.340promise. And it is one of the reasons he got elected to look out for the forgotten man in
01:01:27.620the middle of Nowheresville, Ohio, who are not represented by the elite talking heads all over
01:01:35.280MS Now talking about what a shame this is and how heartbreaking it is. They've never even met
01:01:41.960a Haitian immigrant. They have no idea what these people are dealing with, what that first man saw
01:01:47.280when he went to the Walmart, which he wasn't the only testimonial about this custom or habit or
01:01:53.400practice by a lot of these Haitians of going into grocery stores or stores like Walmart and opening0.84
01:01:57.540up the jars and eating with their fingers. We heard multiple testimonials just like that.0.99
01:02:03.360Why should you have to live like this? Why should you have to worry when you're
01:02:06.940with your daughter and you're going to the gym or you're going by a school and they're on the
01:02:12.400monkey bars instead of your kids because they've decided to set up temporary housing there,
01:02:17.840notwithstanding all the government largesse that we've dumped on them. We don't just say,0.76
01:02:21.580like, welcome to America, bye. We've been supplementing their lives, subsidizing their
01:02:27.280lives. They've been getting government checks. It's over. It's over. Like, we're done. We're
01:02:32.920done with the crime. The thing that all of them testified to, and I remember this from 2024, was
01:02:38.000the driving, how they're terrible drivers. And you heard that first guy making the point of
01:02:42.740how his auto insurance had tripled. Like, none of these people writing for WKRC or any of those,
01:02:48.460they're not that's not being reported on. You need to get to a real live American citizen,
01:02:55.400ideally blue collar, to ask how have they actually affected your life? And that doesn't include Mike
01:03:02.960DeWine or John Kasich, both of whom have turned into limousine liberals who are more interested
01:03:09.380in pandering to the left and getting pats on the head for being so accepting than they are in
01:03:15.320holding President Trump to his promise, which he is living up to. And these people need to go.
01:03:22.100So good. All right. I want to keep going. Amazingly, something extraordinary happened
01:03:28.980to my least favored politician in America. The audience has heard me talk about him. His name
01:03:35.380is Scott Wiener. And we've been on the Scott Wiener beat for a long time here, because if you
01:03:41.080oppose the gender madness happening in America, then he's on your radar. He is demonic in his0.88
01:03:48.880push to trans children. I mean, truly, this guy is evil in the way he's pushed for laws to make0.99
01:03:57.280California a sanctuary state so that minors can move there and trans themselves over parental0.80
01:04:02.860objections. He's openly gay and is very bizarre with it. I'm sorry. I know a lot of gay men who1.00
01:04:10.100are not like openly into the bondage and pushing these bizarre open displays of perversion. He's1.00
01:04:17.660one of the gays that makes people associate perversion with gay men. And it's unfair. I know0.99
01:04:25.880a lot of amazing gay men who are not perverted, not weird, normal American patriots who behave
01:04:36.420privately in a way that floats their boat, but don't want you to look at it or think about it
01:04:41.860or put it on display at all. Scott Wiener is the opposite of those guys. And he's disgusting. It's
01:04:49.220not enough for him to live his own perversions. He's got to bring it to children who may be
01:04:53.620struggling with gender dysphoria nationwide, which is why I can't stand him. And he's running for
01:05:00.440Nancy Pelosi's seat. I didn't realize Pelosi had endorsed his opponent. There's another very
01:05:07.400progressive Democrat running against him. Those two would have both advanced to the general in
01:05:12.320November. And this other woman could potentially beat him, which is kind of exciting. She's pulling
01:05:17.080behind him, but maybe not for long. I don't know. So of all things, I mean, he's been hoisted on his
01:05:22.860own petard, Stu, because you, you, you know, live by the sword, die by the sword. You create the
01:05:29.160Frankenstein monster, and when it turns around to try to get you, you have no one to complain to.
01:05:35.860And this guy's been all in on every woke agenda item the left has served up over the past few
01:05:43.600years, except one sort of. The left, as we know, has turned hard on Israel. And they've turned so
01:05:53.960hard on Israel that some faction of the left actually is anti-Semitic. You know, I object to
01:05:59.720the conflation of those two things. You can be very anti-Israel and its government and BB and
01:06:05.240what they've been doing to get us into wars, et cetera, and still have nothing but love in your
01:06:09.440heart for American Jews. I see them as so distinct. But there is a faction that doesn't.
01:06:16.400It's not entirely on the left, to be fair. But there is a faction that conflates the two
01:06:20.260and can't stand either. And Scott Wiener ran smack dab into that faction over the weekend
01:06:28.380when he went to some pride event. It was like pride Shabbat or Shabbat pride. I don't know.
01:06:34.860It was like Jews and pride all in one. And that's what he is. He's Jewish and prideful
01:06:41.360because he's never seen the rainbow he doesn't want to wear or shove on you.0.77
01:06:44.420and the pro-Palestinian crowd who are also this group confronting him, pro-trans,
01:06:52.800which makes no sense, I grant you, none whatsoever, but whatever. Again, these are not our rules.
01:06:58.620This is these weird leftists who are like, you got to like be in favor of every oppressed group.
01:07:02.460And even if they, you know, what the one wants to kill the other half, they get in Scott Wiener's
01:07:07.560face to the point where I almost felt bad for him. Even I almost felt bad for him. And then
01:07:14.140I remembered, stop, stop, stop, snap out of it. It's Scott Wiener. Here's how that went.
01:07:20.900Scott, I think your legislation on trans, on trans issues and your legislation specifically0.91
01:07:28.000protecting queers on the sex offender registry is fantastic. The genocide in Gaza,0.98
01:07:36.720I think your policy on the genocide in Gaza is terrible. I think you do not belong here.
01:07:44.140i think you do not belong here you do not belong here scott anymore it sucks because you've been1.00
01:07:51.180wonderful you've been wonderful for trans people and you've been terrible and you've been terrible0.99
01:07:58.620you've been terrible you've been terrible on gaza it breaks my heart that someone who wrote0.99
01:08:05.580Your legislation for queers is so fucking terrible on Gaza.0.99
01:08:12.600Scott, do you have anything to say?1.00
01:08:14.660Do you have anything to say about Gaza?0.91
01:32:24.600And I'm honored that that's happening. But I think because she doesn't live inside the binary
01:32:31.200of what we think a woman should be, that that is what makes her so special and so exciting and so
01:32:37.440new. So now the movie is tanking. They expected that they said that they thought it would open
01:32:44.320at 50 million. It's opening weekend, which they said was already a disappointment. And it didn't
01:32:49.500even get there. It was 38 million. The movie cost 170 million to make. It got a B minus grade in
01:32:56.800cinema score. It got a rotten rating from review aggregation over at Rotten Tomatoes. And so neither
01:33:03.860the critics liked it nor the audience liked it. And she's taken a beating and it's not pulling
01:33:09.880in money. So you tell me why you think this is all happening. You know, it's she said, oh, well,
01:33:15.180this is uh it's hilarious that i'm having to deal with well this is hilarious to us like watching
01:33:19.940this movie flop like this is really what's hilarious because you know she you don't need
01:33:26.320to go down these roads you don't need to go down these roads the movie cost 178 million dollars
01:33:30.920or whatever it was to make remember too that's only that's always gonna be split with the theaters
01:33:34.820to just earn that back you'd need to make it but 350 plus million dollars that doesn't include the
01:33:40.440marketing which they dumped on top of this as well tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars
01:33:45.640in marketing this this movie is going to be an absolute catastrophe 50 million would have already1.00
01:33:51.580been a catastrophe and and like as much as i want it to be solely about how annoying she is right
01:33:59.600like and how and how she's going out there and saying all these things i do think that's a big
01:34:03.940part of it but it's also just like we're a merit-based society at some level it's hard for
01:34:08.980us to shake that i think the left really wants us to shake it i think that is what you know kind of
01:34:13.660ties all these conversations we've had today together in that like you know scott wiener is
01:34:17.820trying to make a merit-based argument i've been super super woke you should give me a pass on this
01:34:21.720stuff but that's not what it's about the left doesn't believe in merit they believe that you
01:34:26.080should go see this movie because she's a woman right like that's not how people make decisions1.00
01:34:31.040about their entertainment you know if there are movies where women absolutely kick ass and are1.00
01:34:37.660great right like zero dark 30 zero dark 30 is an awesome example of that like that is a that's a1.00
01:34:43.320great movie another one that i love from the past 10 to 15 years i remember what year it came out
01:34:47.240is a movie called atomic blonde where she is absolutely kicking everybody's she's a spy it's
01:34:52.540not a superhero movie but in a way it kind of is right she's doing things that are over the top1.00
01:34:57.500that you know a a tiny woman with her strength would probably not be able to do just kicking
01:35:03.200everybody you know 300 pound guys butts all over the place but it's entertaining and a really well1.00
01:35:08.940done movie and even if she came out during the the press for that movie like and was talking
01:35:15.420about things that were woke it still would probably be a good movie you know supergirl if it
01:35:20.480was i mean wicked was like this right there's there's some of this woke stuff around wicked
01:35:25.020i have no interest and did not see wicked to be uh to be clear but it still did a lot of money at
01:35:32.000the box office you can overcome these things if you put out a good product but often a lot of
01:35:37.780times it's like an excuse hey we have this really crappy movie with a really crappy script with an
01:35:42.900actress that people don't really like and it's failed so how do we blame the the audience for
01:35:49.580that we're not going to take any responsibility ourselves let's blame the average people just
01:35:54.240like in the haitian situation we were just talking about let's blame them they're racist it's the0.72
01:35:58.960Let me give you this. New York Times box office analysts note on Sunday, female led superhero movies have been rejected almost uniformly over the past five years or so, perhaps reflecting a resurgent misogyny among the core fan base, which is largely male.
01:36:17.180So now now the people who like superhero movies are misogynists if they reject the weird short girl with the very strange look as their latest girl boss and not something like this.
