00:02:33.760 and the January 6th pipe bombs investigation. The FBI searching for answers regarding the two
00:02:40.020 functioning pipe bombs placed outside of the RNC and DNC headquarters the night before the January 6th,
00:02:46.800 2021 Capitol riot. According to the FBI, between 730 and 830 p.m. on January 5th,
00:02:53.580 an unidentified person wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, mask, gloves, glasses, and Nike Air Max
00:03:00.360 speed turf sneakers seen on security camera footage planting the bombs. The RNC pipe bomb found the
00:03:07.600 next day, a young woman doing laundry, spotting it near a dumpster around 1240 p.m., rushing to alert
00:03:13.840 nearby security. The DNC pipe bomb discovered by Capitol Police shortly after that in an additional
00:03:19.960 security sweep triggered by the discovery of the first bomb. At the time Vice President-elect Kamala
00:03:25.640 Harris was in the DNC building, a Homeland Security Inspector General report saying her motorcade passed
00:03:32.000 within 20 feet of the bomb as it arrived. In the four years since, the FBI reviewing more than 39,000
00:03:39.520 video files, following more than 500 tips. Yet still, it has not identified the suspect or definitively said
00:03:46.800 whether it's a man or a woman. In January of this year, the FBI releasing new information about the suspect.
00:03:52.800 As we mark the four-year anniversary of the night the pipe bombs were placed on Capitol Hill,
00:03:58.740 the FBI and our partners are renewing our call for tips from the public to help us identify the
00:04:04.380 suspect. One previously unreleased detail is the FBI's estimate of the suspect's height to be
00:04:10.040 approximately 5 foot 7 inches tall. A reward of up to $500,000 is available for any information
00:04:17.540 leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect. Bongino also announcing the FBI will look into an
00:04:24.060 incident taking place on July 2, 2023. During a routine security sweep of the White House,
00:04:30.300 a Secret Service agent discovering a small bag of cocaine in a cubby located just steps away from
00:04:36.160 the situation room. Lab tests later confirming it contained less than a gram of cocaine. At the time,
00:04:42.580 President Biden and family were in Camp David for the 4th of July holiday, but had been at the White
00:04:48.140 House just two days before. Press Secretary Corrine Jean-Pierre telling reporters the matter was under
00:04:53.720 investigation at the time, noting the location was a heavily traveled area used by West Wing staff
00:05:00.180 and visitors. Where this was discovered is a heavily traveled area where many White House
00:05:07.460 West Wing, I should be even more specific, West Wing visitors come through this particular area.
00:05:14.200 I just don't have anything more to share. It is under investigation by the Secret Service. This is
00:05:18.580 in their purview and so we're going to allow certainly the investigation to continue and we have
00:05:24.920 confidence that the Secret Service will get to the bottom of this. The Secret Service closed the
00:05:28.540 investigation 11 days later, citing a lack of physical evidence and claiming there were
00:05:33.480 no fingerprints or identifiable DNA recovered from the bag. Finally, Bongino announcing further
00:05:40.000 scrutiny on the May 2022 leak of the draft Supreme Court opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health
00:05:47.320 Organization, a leak the high court called, quote, an extraordinary betrayal of trust. The leak revealed
00:05:53.520 the court had the votes to overturn Roe v. Wade, confirmed weeks later with the official release
00:05:59.400 of the opinion. The leak of the draft opinion, not only highly unethical but dangerous to the justices,
00:06:06.360 whose decision to overturn such a hot-button precedent was highly controversial and could obviously lead to
00:06:12.660 death threats or attempts to harm the justices. Indeed, on June 8, 2022, weeks before the final ruling
00:06:21.080 in Dobbs was issued, a California man was arrested with a handgun and charged with attempted murder
00:06:26.800 after he confessed he planned to kill Justice Kavanaugh, in part because of the expected ruling
00:06:31.660 overturning Roe. Kavanaugh joined with the majority. An eight-month probe followed into who leaked that
00:06:38.600 draft opinion. That probe conducted by the Supreme Court Marshal, Gail Curley, whose normal remit is providing
00:06:46.240 security for the justices and the court buildings placed in charge by Chief Justice John Roberts.
00:06:52.160 Some criticized the decision, saying the FBI might have been more effective. However, they acceded to
00:06:58.960 the chief justice's decision to let the marshal handle it. She conducted interviews with 97 employees
00:07:05.720 and a forensic review of digital records, and she failed to identify the source of the leak.
00:07:12.060 Critics called the investigation incomplete, noting the justices themselves were not required
00:07:17.300 to submit sworn statements. Bongino writing on X, quote, I receive requested briefings on these cases

00:12:04.620 The Trump administration potentially escalating its fight with Harvard University,
00:12:09.260 accusing the school of failing to address campus anti-Semitism and to enforce federal civil rights
00:12:14.920 laws. President Trump on Monday posting to True Social, quote,
00:12:18.480 I am considering taking $3 billion of grant money away from a very anti-Semitic Harvard
00:12:24.600 and giving it to trade schools all across our land. What a great investment that would be for
00:12:30.140 the USA and so badly needed. In a follow-up post, Mr. Trump accusing the school of slow-walking the
00:12:36.220 release of information on foreign students, quote, so that we can determine after a ridiculous
00:12:41.100 expenditure of billions of dollars, how many radicalized lunatics, troublemakers all, should
00:12:46.980 not be let back into our country. Last week, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem notifying the
00:12:52.320 school it would lose its ability to enroll international students next year for failing to comply with
00:12:58.300 simple reporting requests relating to international students. Harvard firing back with a lawsuit
00:13:04.180 calling the move retaliatory and unlawful from the complaint, quote, it is the latest act by the

00:13:14.560 the government's demands to control Harvard's governance, curriculum, and the ideology of its
00:13:20.100 faculty and students. The university saying the ban will have a devastating effect on more than 7,000
00:13:25.980 visa holders who will have to transfer to other schools to maintain legal status. On Friday, Obama appointee
00:13:32.720 District Judge Allison D. Burroughs temporarily blocking the administration's attempt to ban Harvard from
00:13:38.280 accepting foreign students. Also on Friday, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant confirming to Bloomberg the
00:13:44.360 administration is exploring other avenues in its fight against Harvard. They were in the process of
00:13:50.940 removing the tax-exempt status from Harvard. There's been a lot of issues at Harvard, but that's one that
00:13:56.000 comes within your bailiwick. Where is that process right now? The president is moving forward
00:14:01.460 with that. And, you know, we're also looking at taxes on endowments. And I think the important thing
00:14:09.060 here, and it goes a little bit back to this Main Street versus the elites, that Harvard, to have a tax-exempt
00:14:18.240 status, there are rules you have to follow. And if you're not following the rules, no one's above the law. So we
00:14:24.420 will see if they're following the rules. It looks like there's a substantial number where perhaps
00:14:30.500 they weren't. And, you know, again, too, Harvard is a gigantic hedge fund. They run a leveraged
00:14:37.920 investment model. So we'll see where all that goes. Harvard sits on the largest university endowment fund
00:14:46.100 in the world at more than $53 billion. Currently, the endowment is exempt from federal income taxes
00:14:52.900 because the school is recognized as having an educational and charitable mission. However,
00:14:57.980 the idea of taxing the endowment has been raised by President Trump in recent months,
00:15:02.540 suggesting Harvard has become more of a political entity.
00:15:07.600 The face shove seen round the world. A viral video appears to show French President Emmanuel Macron's
00:15:13.720 wife, Brigitte, aggressively shoving his face with two hands on Sunday as the couple prepared to
00:15:19.660 disembark from a plane in Vietnam. The Macron's had just landed for a stop on their tour of Southeast
00:15:25.480 Asia when the moment was caught on camera. As staff opened the aircraft door, it appears Mrs.
00:15:30.540 Macron can be seen placing both of her hands on the president's face with enough force to push him
00:15:36.580 slightly sideways and a bit backward. President Macron, looking briefly startled, recovered quickly,

00:15:53.380 and teasing my wife, and somehow that becomes a sort of geoplanetary catastrophe, with people even
