00:05:51.580You cannot have it without accountability for your own decision making.
00:05:55.520There cannot be a presumption in the criminal and civil court systems that someone who claims to be a rape victim is a truth teller as there is now because we allow them anonymity.
00:06:10.820The media plays along granting them anonymity just because they say they are a rape victim.0.70
00:06:18.600Are they or are they someone like a crystal mangum out to ruin boys lives unjustifiably?0.57
00:06:25.520Are they or are they actually a willing participant in a sex act who then had regrets and did something truly evil, which is to turn a consensual sex act into a rape that could imprison a man and take away the freedom for the rest of his life for something the woman knows was consensual?0.95
00:06:45.280Why does such a woman deserve to be protected? Genuinely. Because of all the other victims who are genuine, who are not playing a game, who are not lying. That's not good enough. We don't protect any other victims in the court system or the media this way.
00:07:03.660we we do not say oh you've been humiliated as a man who got raped by some criminal you don't have0.99
00:07:13.060to put your name out there we we don't say men who get mugged and get the shit kicked out of them0.99
00:07:18.460even big muscly men can file anonymously because it might be humiliating for them genuinely it
00:07:25.520might be to come out as a victim of someone else's beat down you know we don't do this like there's0.64
00:07:32.580so many crimes that might feel embarrassing to the victim. And we don't say, okay, you're granted
00:07:41.520your anonymity until the day a jury says guilty or not guilty, liable or not liable. This is a very
00:07:48.760anachronistic protective blanket we've put over an entire half of the population.
00:07:58.120Any woman who says she's a victim is presumed to be one still in the courts and the media
00:08:06.100coverage of such an allegation and still among some pockets on the left in the way they approach
00:21:08.060He went on TV with CNN over the weekend, and he alleged that there may be now, in his estimation, even more members of the fraternity involved in this thing.
00:21:20.020If this was a normal investigation that was done in New York City, for example,
00:21:24.100they would have gotten search warrants.
00:21:25.900They would have grabbed every single one of these phones of these guys.
00:21:28.800They would have downloaded all this material.
00:21:31.180I'm confident, knowing this day and age and the group that we're dealing with,
00:21:35.020that there were other photos, there were videos.
00:21:37.520And you know where I think those photos and videos are now?
00:21:39.800I think they're in the bottom of Lake Cuyahoga,
00:21:41.840because once they knew there was a problem, they cleared everything out and they got rid of it.
00:21:45.440And the fact is that the investigators let that happen. They let that happen. We'd have a lot more evidence. And frankly, I don't I'm not even sure we have everybody who participated in this assault because my client was blacked out during periods of time.
00:22:02.860And that's reported in these statements. We don't even know the people we have or the people we definitively know. If you ask me, I believe there were more.
00:22:11.040based on what? Based on what? You got your own client in her little setup phone call with Matt
00:22:21.860Ingalls saying she can't remember anything. So what is it based on? Let's just cast a wide net.
00:22:27.900That's what the disgusting vile pig Amy Siskind did online as she outed the names of all 57 on1.00
00:22:35.820the text chain as equally derelict. Like this woman decided to cast this wide net of disgusting1.00
00:22:43.540blowback on every single man on the text chain, suggesting they're all disgusting1.00
00:22:50.500because they received the text, because they were on the Snapchat. This is deeply wrong
00:22:59.400because that text chain got started someplace around 1.40 in the morning.
00:23:05.180Not the original text chain, but the free P word upstairs.
00:23:52.480This is a far left activist who tried to make a name for herself during Trump's first term for creating the weekly list of his creeping authoritarianism.
00:24:06.040You better be very, very careful doing something like that, because a text that goes out at 1.40 a snap in the morning tends to hit most of its recipients when they're asleep.1.00
00:24:21.720Amy, so fuck off in your assumption0.99
00:24:24.920that they all received it and did nothing.1.00

00:36:04.660news and this summer we're bringing you something extra. Before I was a journalist, I was a lawyer.
00:36:10.320I've spent 20 plus years now covering crime and the law. So I built a true crime series that I
00:36:16.240always wanted to listen to. We're calling it MK Confidential. And there we cover cases that
00:36:21.640you've heard about, like JonBenet Ramsey, Chandra Levy, the DC Snipers, Scott Peterson,
00:36:26.720and some that you haven't. One case per week, five episodes, Monday through Friday. New episodes
00:36:33.140every weeknight. Search for The Megyn Kelly Show wherever you listen to podcasts and you will find
00:36:37.640MK Confidential. This is a young woman. We're calling her Jane Doe,0.88
00:36:44.800but she is a person and I every time I think about what she must be feeling and what she's
00:36:50.140going through it makes me pause do you feel safe on campus you know I hear a movement of people
00:36:55.720saying I am Jane Doe do you think this is something that I'm asking a lot of questions
00:37:00.260because I'm so riled up about this do you think that this is something that happens often on your
00:37:04.700campus yeah there have been studies every year at Cornell I know two years ago 20 around 25 percent
00:37:14.500of women students reported unwanted sexual conduct in their four years here. That went up to 35%0.89
00:37:20.240last year. So not only is this a consistent problem, it's actually on the rise. And, you
00:37:25.960know, I think answering the question of if it feels safe at Cornell is really hard, but I think
00:37:31.220it feels sad to be at Cornell. It feels frustrating to be at Cornell. We feel anger here at Cornell.
00:37:38.340Great. Welcome back to The Megyn Kelly Show. Joining me now, Heather McDonald. She's a fellow
00:37:43.040at the Manhattan Institute and contributing editor at City Journal. Heather, the lie
00:37:49.360continues. They're pushing it on every channel and in every publication, something you have
00:37:55.620debunked dozens of times, but they will not listen to facts. It's remarkable, Megan. We are watching
00:38:04.360the lie be constructed in front of our eyes. They are shameless about it. They are ignoring
00:38:11.980the evidence on the record that proves that this was a uh consensual interaction uh jane doe herself
00:38:23.620gave numerous testimony after the fact and yet the narrative is being spun with all of those
00:38:32.700statements completely excluded as if she had never signed on to a uh a police report that showed that
00:38:41.620this was a consensual, if completely sorted interaction. They're ignoring the evidence that
00:38:48.560even the New York Times posted where she was invited to a Halloween party back at the dorm
00:38:55.460where she was allegedly gang raped. And she was so happy to be invited. She said, oh, I'll bring my
00:39:00.860cigs. And and then she was eager, eager to attend, they reported. You know what? Nobody goes back
00:39:09.140and has repeat interactions with his alleged, her alleged rapist. It does not happen. And here's
00:39:15.940another thing, Megan, colleges know how to respond to rape. If there had been an actual rape on0.86
00:39:24.560Cornell campus, the university officials would have shut it down. They would have sent out
00:39:31.200notices to every single undergraduate that there was a rapist at large and that they should walk
00:39:38.880uh you know in in protective squads they shouldn't go out at night none of that happened because
00:39:46.240cornell threw its army of title nine investigators at this incident they recorded thousands of hours
00:39:55.860of of testimony and cornell reached the right conclusion the first time around this was not
00:40:02.700a rape. That's right. They, we now know that they expelled the most offensive Snapchat posters,
00:40:12.960Matt Ingalls and Jonathan Newell. Matt Ingalls is the one who invited her into the house,
00:40:17.760who proposed a threesome, whose voice we now hear on that ABC news clip, which Jane Doe is too
00:40:24.220delicate apparently to have her audio played. And John Newell is the one who posted free P word
00:40:31.200upstairs Matt Ingalls chimed in like you can go in and whip it out and then appears to this broke
00:40:37.800over the weekend have also posted in the Snapchat thread boys come whip it out so disgusting and
00:40:47.940also they both did ketamine according to the allegations at least and they both wound up
00:40:53.500having sex with Jane Doe so I think this combination of events got those two expelled
00:40:58.340and the others suspended for a long time.
00:41:01.440The punishment wasn't like suspended for a week, Heather.
00:41:03.400It was for a couple of years, semesters, and then come back and years on probation.
00:41:09.880So, I mean, Cornell did take it very seriously.
00:41:13.060The men are not, however, in shackles and imprisoned for the rest of their lives.
00:41:18.380So the mob is unhappy, accusing Cornell, Cornell of being pro-rapist.
00:41:23.620Well, if Cornell really believed that this was criminal rape, it should have demanded that it be prosecuted. That's completely inexplicable. You would not, again, I'm going to make a very old-fashioned distinction, Megan, between stranger rape and so-called acquaintance rape.
00:41:44.000and having sex with your classmates in a drunken, drug-fueled haze0.98
00:41:52.380where they are constantly asking, is this okay?0.98
00:45:56.420Well, you know, the only happy news to come out of this whole preposterous and depressing event is the news that there is still such a norm on campus campuses as promiscuity and being a slut.0.99
00:46:11.820Who knew? You know, I thought the whole purpose of the sexual revolution was to completely1.00
00:46:19.020amoralize sex and anything goes. And it's encouraging, actually, that when this behavior
00:46:30.020got out, she was accused. Her classmates were accusing her of being a slut. They weren't saying0.99
00:46:39.900rape they were saying she was a slut and that gave her pause and and decided and at one point0.98
00:46:47.640uh she said there was a text message between her and one of the males that said boy there's gang0.97
00:46:54.640rape is going on at the chi-fi fraternity and she she wrote back with a set of x uh question marks
00:47:01.320again like why what is this uh she's both upset that the news is out but also uh presumably uh
00:47:09.560expressing um disagreement that this was some kind of rape going on but in fact the idea of
00:47:18.600promiscuity on is an extremely important one uh the male libido if you release it from traditional
00:47:28.740norms of chivalry of sexual propriety of protecting women uh it will be extraordinarily0.88
00:47:37.980crude and gross and aggressive. Females and males have different responses to sexual intercourse.0.96
00:47:46.520They have different desires for sexual intercourse. And the idea of female modesty0.97
00:47:52.640and chastity, another completely taboo word these days, but yes, chastity was a thing. It was a norm
00:48:01.280and it was extremely important to protecting women. Those norms and a marriage norm, the idea
00:48:07.600of you should wait until you're married to have sexual intercourse, those were all values that
00:48:15.520reflected a society that was more reality-based, that was more willing to state the truth about0.62
00:48:23.840the male libido and its differences from the female libido. And if we could get back to that,
00:48:30.820Those norms, rather than having this pretend that males and females are exactly identical in their sexual drives and their responses, their emotional and hormonal responses to intercourse, that would do a great deal to ending this bacchanal on campus that has no advantages.
00:48:55.800You know, these kids should be at home staying, studying for their exams rather than these incredible drug fueled orgies.
00:49:05.160And both sides come out very poorly.0.99
00:49:07.780If this frat is viewed as a rape ground, as a place where women are destroyed with the second most serious felony crime that is available, and they keep trooping to the damn frat house, walking into a crime situation that is unknown across the globe.0.94
00:49:36.240There is no crime on earth that has a 20 to 25 percent incidence, which is what the New York Times has today recycled this completely phony statistic about one in five or one in four women will be sexually assaulted.0.98
00:49:53.420That is preposterous. The Detroit's crime rate for all four violent felonies, that's rape, murder, aggravated assault and robbery, is 2.4 for four violent felonies compared to 25 percent for rape alone.
00:50:11.680But if the women keep trooping there to this rape killing ground, they don't deserve to be in college.1.00
00:50:18.680If they're too stupid to protect themselves, maybe they shouldn't be in college.1.00
00:50:22.580But frankly, the males are idiots themselves because they should know by now they are in an environment that is desperate to hang them,1.00
00:50:33.140that is desperate for any evidence that we live in a patriarchal culture and they will not get1.00
00:50:41.160a fair shake from these kangaroo courts that were set up under Biden and Obama that gave no due
00:50:48.020process rights, they should know themselves, for God's sakes, act sensibly and take the girl
00:50:59.120you're interested in, out on a date, walk her home, kiss her goodnight, and go to your own bed.
00:51:06.200Because otherwise, if you give in to your libido, you are putting your college career at jeopardy.
00:51:13.620Yeah. They're now at the point where they all have to do what I was told by a source,
00:51:20.000unconfirmed, but it was a good source, Derek Jeter did throughout his career with the Yankees,
00:51:25.840which was if you showed up at his again unconfirmed sorry Derek Jeter if this isn't true but you would
00:51:32.060show up at his apartment there'd be a guy standing there with a videotape saying are you sober and
00:51:36.880hear of your own volition yes I am and then on the way out same thing if it wasn't done by Derek
00:51:43.180Jeter it should have been this is the point American men are at you you've got to get the
00:51:48.460consent on camera on the way in and on the way out or next thing you know you're one of the Cornell
00:51:54.760Right. And as we know that even that won't work because the consent, they'll probably there'll be some infinite regress where it's not just after the fact, you know, they say it was OK, but the consent itself will be seen as a very proof of trauma of trauma.
00:52:10.620So, you know, guys, here's the solution. And yes, I remember when we were really in the height of the campus rape frenzy in the 2000s and early 2010s, I think there was definitely talk of cameras and certainly consent forms.
00:52:27.480This is so ludicrous. I mean, the university is turning something that is primal, primeval, chthonic, irrational, and then they lay on top of it this incredible series of consent rules as if this was a, you know, a commercial paper transaction in Renaissance Venice to carry about the silk trade. These are totally illogical, you know, completely.
00:52:54.88020-year-olds who are like driven by hormones and sometimes booze. Stand by much more of the one and
00:53:01.420only Heather McDonald right after this. You'll continue that thought then. We've all heard those
00:53:05.600radio ads about owing money to the IRS. They try to scare you and push you into calling out a fear,
00:53:11.960but tax relief advocates takes a different approach. If you owe the IRS five grand,
00:53:17.18050 grand, or even 500 grand, TRA has real solutions to fix your tax problem. They're
00:53:22.880not going to panic you, okay? Do not lose hope here. TRA can often reduce or even completely
00:53:28.520eliminate what you owe. Their focus is taxes and helping people and businesses resolve IRS problems.
00:53:35.920They have more than a thousand five-star Google reviews and an A-plus rating from the Better
00:53:40.600Business Bureau. You no longer have to fear the IRS. Generous relief programs exist right at this
00:53:47.000moment that can give you a clean slate, but you need help. We don't know how to do this on
00:53:52.800her own. So act today. Go to tra.com, that's tra.com, or call 800-575-6845. They will help you.
00:54:02.540800-575-6845. 800-575-6845. Tax Relief Advocates. Real solutions for real people.
00:54:15.300Heather McDonald is back with me now. All right, Heather, I feel like I cut you off when you were
00:54:21.180making a good point. Do you want to pick it up there? I'll just kick us off with one more
00:54:24.840log on the fire, which is the Cornell president. All right, the Cornell president, Michael
00:54:32.580Kotlikoff, who now is in a pretzel in his self-flagellation attempts, trying to verify
00:54:42.300every one of the worst claims being made about Cornell as he apologizes to Jane Doe and all the
00:54:49.680offended women nationwide. Here's a sample in SOT4. What happened to Jane Doe in 2024
00:54:56.860is deeply disturbing and will weigh heavily on our community for years to come.
00:55:03.880My heart aches when I think of what she experienced. We must do everything we can
00:55:10.160to prevent what happened to Jane Doe and everyone before her and anyone after her from ever happening
00:55:18.380again. This is a defining moment in Cornell's history. We must lead the way. We owe it to
00:55:27.160Jane Doe and to survivors of assault to get this right. And we must keep each other safe.
00:55:36.640Sounds like he's super open-minded to letting the legal process play out in the courts, Heather.
00:55:41.740Well, no, but here's what I love, Megan. If he believes that, here's what you do. You can prevent this 100 percent. Cornell and every other college can stop the alleged rape epidemic overnight by giving the following advice to females.
00:56:00.380Yes, we're going to empower females to take care of their own safety.1.00
00:56:06.740We're going to tell them, you do not drink 10 drinks in two different bars.1.00
00:56:12.540And as a young female, I don't know what her body mass is, but unless she's massively obese, 10 drinks is a lot of alcohol.1.00
00:56:21.200You do not go then and have a beer at the frat.1.00
00:56:26.960Yeah. So here's how you avoid getting raped. You don't get drunk. You don't get into bed with a guy you may or may not know. You don't take your clothes off. You go to a party, you dance, and you insist that you be walked home safely at night. That would stop the campus rape epidemic overnight.0.99
00:56:51.920And when I have asked these overpaid, living off the fat of taxpayer tuition dollars, Title IX investigators, why don't you send a message of personal responsibility to females?
00:57:09.540If you believe that there is this epidemic of the second most awful felony that a female can experience in her life going on, why don't you tell females how they can avoid it?0.75
00:57:26.740These Title IX investigators that present themselves as the guardians of female safety, they would always say, we would never do that because rape is never a woman's fault.
00:57:38.760Well, who cares? If you really believe this is rape, the most important thing is prevention. As the president just said, we want to prevent this from happening. Here's how you do it. Because all of these encounters are completely predictable. They are within the volition of the female. Is this putting too much pressure on the females to guard themselves?
00:58:03.860but I thought we were four strong females. In fact, the whole system that we've worked into0.74
00:58:10.260is this bizarre recreation of the Chivalric episode because we hold the females completely1.00
00:58:17.360irresponsible. They have no agency and the males are responsible for female safety.0.98
00:58:23.800They may be just as drunk as the female is, both voluntarily, but only the male is responsible for0.96
00:58:31.800both himself and for the female. The females are just helpless virgin victims. And then we carry0.90
00:58:39.540it forward. The females who may or may not have been raped, right, get to file in the courts0.99
00:58:45.200anonymously, but the males get named and instantly found guilty. Then the media has an unwritten
00:58:53.160policy on official policy of not naming alleged rape victims because they don't want to add to
00:59:01.600her trauma, but they're happy to report the names of the accused because no one cares about their
00:59:08.080trauma. I'll tell you, Heather, I'm really having a difficult time with it. You know, I have
00:59:13.260confirmed this young woman's name from actual credible sources, not the online trolls who are
00:59:20.460out there pushing it. And I've been very much wrestling with, should I just say it? I don't
00:59:25.740answer to a news organization now. I answer to myself. I'm on the fence because I don't want any
00:59:31.900harm to come to her, additional harm. You know, I'm not trying to add a shit storm to her life0.99
00:59:38.060in addition to the one she's created for herself. But I watch these guys twisting in the wind and0.98
00:59:43.200think that's not fair. And I also think not saying it is a perpetuation of the dynamic that you are
00:59:50.940speaking about, treating women as the fairer sex, as needing this protection. Even if she is a real0.65
00:59:58.400rape victim, then she's a victim who deserves empathy. Why do we put her, like we were protecting
01:00:06.280identities because it was like, oh, the scorn of rape. What do you mean? The modern feminist
01:00:12.280should be saying there is zero scorn on the victim. There is nothing wrong with saying her name.1.00
01:00:18.940Well, it's a war on men. And I sympathize with your dilemma. I'm not sure how I would come out. I'd get to consult everybody in sight because my initial instinct is hell yes, reveal her name, because it's sickening what's going to happen.0.89
01:00:37.260We're looking at another Derek Chauvin possibility of a absolutely heart wrenching miscarriage of justice.
01:00:45.800But to have that all on your shoulders would be extremely difficult.
01:00:50.200It's too bad there can't be some sort of agreement among the press to everybody to name her, because, as you say, it's a it's a totally unlevel playing field.
01:01:00.240But this whole campus rape epidemic is just another way to marginalize men.
01:01:07.320And another statistic that just shows how totally ludicrous this entire narrative is, the proportion of females in elite colleges or colleges generally keeps going up and up and up and up.
01:01:21.120Cornell was under 50% female in 2025, 2005. 20 years later, it's nearly 54% female and males are being disappeared.
01:01:35.600another sign that females are possibly too stupid to even belong in college if they keep1.00
01:01:43.560trooping in beating down the doors to be admitted to schools where they are allegedly in this1.00
01:01:51.060complete rape killing fields so the real purpose this is not female safety because females there's1.00
01:02:00.160no more safe spot uh in america let's face it than a college campus the actual uh crime rates
01:02:08.820on college campuses is very low including rape uh but we're all supposed to pretend that you know0.63
01:02:17.200it's this it's this traumatic situation well females and their mothers should be demanding
01:02:22.460single-sex schools where they can learn in safety if this is really what's going on what's really1.00
01:02:27.840going on is just another way to push men out of civilization. It's the vengeance of the0.95
01:02:37.680powerless, the vengeance of people who have not accomplished, and the only thing they can do is
01:02:44.340tear things down. Yes, yes, who want to live in this patriarchy where men like the Cornell 7
01:02:51.900have an obligation to protect the woman who's saying we're all consenting adults here from
01:02:59.520the consequences of her own choices, have an obligation to be chivalrous, have an obligation
01:03:05.560to look out for her, not themselves, even if she's saying, I want you and I want this to say no.
01:03:12.760But then those same men cannot be patriarchal in any other aspect of American life whatsoever.
01:03:22.580They're even told now to open a door for a woman is a sexist act that is somehow treating her as less than.
01:03:32.840So you could forgive the men of America if they have zero idea what's actually expected of them.
01:03:39.120I mean, truly, you've got this woman, we talked on Friday about this Alex Earle, not Alex Earle, Alex Cooper, who is the head of this podcast network, and she hosts the Call Her Daddy podcast.0.98
01:03:51.700All of her messaging, and I have no idea whether this Jane Doe listens to Alex Cooper, but all of her messaging is, go for anal on the first date.0.99
01:03:59.420Yeah, if that's what you want, go for it.1.00
01:04:06.400That's her message of empowerment.0.99
01:04:07.880it. But these guys at the Cornell Chi-Fi house, Heather, I think there's a real possibility
01:04:16.360they were like, there's one of those upstairs in the alumni room. Like when they received the
01:04:23.100message free P word, sure they were curious. What the hell does that mean? And went up there to take
01:04:27.940a look. And what did they find? Not some girl crying, you know, saying, help me. But a girl who
01:04:33.920in some instances was under the covers, but then according to the two defendants who came after
01:04:39.040that message were actually pulled over to her by her, that she was the initiator of the sex and
01:04:46.600that she, at that point, it was later in the evening that she said, we're all just consenting
01:04:51.040adults here. It's fine. And then allegedly made the comment of in medieval times, this was normal.
01:04:56.900And then after the fact, when we know she was sober, was making all the comments about how
01:05:00.580Sex and sexuality and effing are just changing. You know, I'm just really open minded. Love you, King. Like, why? Why is it so implausible to the university president and others that they believed and that they, in fact, had an Alex Cooper type disciple upstairs?
01:05:18.640Well, colleges, again, are totally hypocritical. They pursue two different narratives simultaneously. On the one hand, you've got all the college sex weeks, and I'm sure Cornell has them, which is promoting female sexual empowerment, you know, and handing out instruction sheets on how to maximize your orgasm.0.89
01:05:41.640And, you know, is completely unwilling to send any message of sexual modesty and restraint and abstinence.0.81
01:05:54.760And then at the right next door, you've got the whole campus rape industrial complex that is dedicated to the idea that that consensual sex should be viewed as rape.1.00
01:06:08.820uh and and the females are these these helpless virgins now i think we're maybe of different1.00
01:06:15.320generations megan you're slightly you're more on the feminist scale than i am i am not at all0.83
01:06:21.500offended by the idea that males should be the uh guardians of females i i'm not offended by it
01:06:29.860either no i'm with you yeah i want that that's how i'm raising my boys right there are there are
01:06:34.900documented differences in frankly rationality there's obviously in exceptions on on all sides
01:06:42.460uh but the averages are different um and and again the females are the weaker sex if you just want to0.87
01:06:53.580look at at physical capacity men could we could live in an actual rape culture they have the1.00
01:07:01.880strength to do that. And it is norms that prevent that. And what prevents that is telling males
01:07:10.640that they are, should treat females with care, with respect, based on a fundamental understanding
01:07:20.240of the differences between males and females. The 1960s, it gets very tiresome to repeat this,
01:07:27.200But sadly, it's a truth. And so, you know, you've got to sort of say, OK, I've got to repeat the truth again.
01:07:33.500The 60s got everything wrong and the rise of the flower power, liberation, sexual liberation.
01:07:41.220When you had for the first time in history, adolescents that were so culture had gotten America had gotten so wealthy that that adolescents had spending power for the first time.
01:07:51.740And they became empowered, and they started rewriting the rules and saying, we're going to have maximal lust, unchanneled lust, and maximum freedom, and men and women are going to be absolutely identical in all things.
01:08:07.280that was profoundly ignorant about human nature. It threw aside thousands of years of collective
01:08:15.420wisdom on the part of civilization that understood profound differences between the male and female
01:08:22.340psyches, between the male and female libidos. Since then, we really haven't recovered. As I say,
01:08:29.780The only positive sign of this is that the concept of slut still exists, and that's a very useful concept to keep a hold of.1.00
01:08:50.660And here's a split that's very interesting, Heather.
01:08:54.740We have our boys at an all-boys school and our daughter at an all-girls school.
01:08:58.520and our all boys school this morning sent out a letter about to all the parents about this case
01:09:04.880and i found it generally unobjectionable because we're not at a woke school and the the school
01:09:11.320the messaging was basically this is a good opportunity to remind our boys as we always do
01:09:16.160to behave with honor and decency and respect and the importance of consent and it was not throwing
01:09:24.120the Cornell 7 under the bus at all. And I agreed with all those things that we're also raising the
01:09:28.920boys to think that. But did we get a similar note from our girls school saying we are reminding
01:09:34.880our girls to behave in their lives with honor and to respect consent and, dare I say, chastity or
01:09:44.720something approaching just self-respect when it comes to human sexuality? I mean, truly,
01:09:51.500we're not going to get that letter. If anything, they're probably teaching them about how evil the
01:09:56.540boys are and how this is what can happen. You know, like these evil boys are out there and
01:10:00.940you better watch out for them as opposed to no. I mean, we sat down with all three of our kids
01:10:05.160and talked about this case in a way that was very objective on the facts. And our kids had the same
01:10:10.120takeaways that you and I have had here. Personal responsibility for all involved. Right. And,
01:10:16.920if we really want to go out on the limb and brand ourselves as Neanderthals, you can also just
01:10:23.720question the whole culture of consent, which says that anything goes, you can't make moral
01:10:31.080judgments about any behavior as long as there's consent. And I'm enough of a product of modern
01:10:39.520times that, yeah, okay, I could probably go along with that. On the other hand, here's another
01:10:45.340possibility that there's some behaviors that you can consent to all you want, and they're still
01:10:51.620depraved. There's still a violation of human dignity, and they're going to have emotional
01:10:58.680consequences that you should probably avoid. And arguably, this type of group sex is one of those.0.91
01:11:08.280You and I agree, and the record is absolutely clear that this was consensual.
01:11:14.640And the district attorney who's now being vilified, he was a noble man.
01:11:20.340He took this case seriously and he made the right judgment.
01:11:23.960And as you said last week, it's a tragedy that he is being railroaded into reopening it.
01:11:30.600And now it's even more of a tragedy, as you said last week, that Letitia James has taken over with her clear prejudice in advance.
01:11:40.260Um, but, but again, you know, this is something that we could all avoid, uh, by realizing that
01:11:49.820there, there is a virtue to sexual modesty, uh, before marriage and that we have the power to
01:12:00.360enforce those norms and people have the power to avoid situations that are then going to just be
01:12:07.080fed in as more fodder into the whole anti-male complex, which is now taken over the entire West.0.53
01:12:16.460Yeah, I really think, you know, maybe I should just be doing a hard push for no sex before
01:12:24.020marriage, which is what my church would say. But my own realistic, I think more realistic ask is0.87
01:12:29.860don't have sex with somebody you're not in love with. Like be in a loving relationship
01:12:36.780with a person and this won't happen to you. It really won't. Like, I mean, some crazed woman
01:12:40.980who's like in a custody battle sometimes accuses a husband of this, but the 99% of the times,
01:12:47.060if you are in a loving relationship where the, both of you are loving and committed to one
01:12:53.040another, you're, this won't happen to you. It's not that hard. And certainly don't be having sex
01:12:56.900with a stranger, which is what she did. She, the guy it's undisputed. You heard it on the ABC phone0.93
01:13:01.860call. How about a threesome? And you said, yes. And she said in writing, I really enjoyed that.
01:13:07.800My time with you and John, Jonathan Newell, this guy. So like she, or Jonathan was the one she was
01:13:13.420writing to. She said, you and Matt really enjoyed that one. So it's like, all right, don't have sex
01:13:17.760with strangers. Everyone involved is setting themselves up for a disaster. And indeed the
01:13:23.880disaster is here. Now on the issue of the numbers, I played the soundbite of the Cornell University
01:13:29.760student claiming that the stats are up at 35%. We actually looked, Cornell sent out a survey
01:13:35.740to its own students and it was in 2025. So it was before all this. Uh, and apparently almost
01:13:43.420nobody filled it out. There was like very little interest. If this is such a big problem, Heather,
01:13:47.680they weren't exactly running to fill out the survey. Uh, they sent out, they said, uh, let's
01:13:53.520see thousands of it, 6,000 to the undergraduate, graduate and professional students at Cornell.
01:13:58.520they had 926 responses. Only 757 actually filled out more than one question, okay? So I'm getting
01:14:09.040the feeling it's not the epidemic Cornell would have us believe, but still the headline is that
01:14:14.70030, this is ABC reporting, 35% of Cornell undergraduate women reported having been
01:14:20.980sexually assaulted. And then we get this from same university president who cannot stop himself.
01:14:29.360Again, Michael Kodokoff with the virtue signaling that he's going to lead the rape reform,
01:14:38.420even though there's allegedly a 35 percent rape rate at Cornell. Watch.
01:14:44.300We also need to be the author of our own future as an institution.
01:14:48.160At the appropriate time, we will speak in greater detail about how Cornell will use this moment, this conversation, this anger, to help lead the broader effort to combat sexual assault, not only on our campus, but beyond it.
01:15:05.000Cornell has extraordinary resources and expertise.
01:15:07.640We will bring them to bear, building respect for each other's human beings, understanding the factors that lead to this behavior and the interventions that mitigate it.
01:15:20.320They're going to lead the broader effort against sexual assault, Heather.
01:15:24.620Well, what more can they do? I mean, this actually also gives me hope because there's nothing more they can do.
01:15:29.460they've already got the apparatus they've already got the the counselors and you know all these
01:15:35.500schools have set up these rape crisis hotlines and it's the exact same thing as the as the survey
01:15:39.920here nobody calls them you know they're like waiting and said please call i want to hear
01:15:45.540about a rape and nobody calls them because the students have a little core of of of connection
01:15:51.700to reality despite the efforts of the industry the education complex to sever them completely
01:15:57.100from reality but if he wants to take a next step and prevent this alleged tsunami of rape
01:16:04.720here's another rule like have chaperones at the parties uh really enforce drinking rules
01:16:12.440and and make people come in and and and sign in and sign out of their dorms no visiting you know1.00
01:16:19.800again we had same rules we had rules that said no males in a female dorm and vice versa because
01:16:29.260we were saying about the male libido and we've forgotten about that or we're saying well the
01:16:35.620female libido is just as as voracious it is not um so i don't know what remains to cornell or any
01:16:42.720other university because they have they can go single sex exactly they have bureaucratized this1.00
01:16:48.240up the wazoo. And, you know, I'd also like to know the details of that survey, because the way
01:16:53.520the general number was the first time that came out, Ms. Magazine published this survey from a
01:17:00.440Arizona State University researcher, Mary Koss, that came up with the one in four statistic that
01:17:07.340was so shocking. And the way she did it, she found that if you ask females directly, were you raped,0.63
01:17:13.620they say no and so what she said well I'm going to ask a series of questions did this happen did
01:17:19.880this happen did this happen and I will then reassemble the description of the event to come0.97
01:17:25.880up with rape and that's how she got the number well then if you go back and ask the females that
01:17:32.340she classified as rape victims were you raped 73 percent said no I wasn't and about 45 percent0.99
01:17:41.160went back and had sex again with the people that costs classified as their rapists again0.94
01:17:48.280this is inconceivable here's a rape uh i write about temple university had one a guy a criminal0.96
01:17:55.140breaks into your room at night you've never seen him in your life he's from the cities from the
01:18:00.040streets he holds a knife at your throat and he rapes you and you're telling me that in the 430.97
01:18:07.400percent of females that experience that are going to go have sex with that guy again? Of course not.0.99
01:18:15.120So I would love to know. And even even, Heather, I'll take it one step closer to where the
01:18:20.660feminists would argue it. Even you have a guy, you're on the first date, you go back to his house,1.00
01:18:27.080his dorm with him. You're fooling around on the couch, but you don't want sex. So you fool around
01:18:32.320a little. He's pushing for sex. You say no. He puts his hand over your mouth. He holds you down.0.99
01:18:38.560He pulls down your pants, your underwear, and he forcibly penetrates you. That's rape. That's what1.00
01:18:46.160we would call date rape or acquaintance rape. You would never go see him again. There would not be
01:18:51.060a second trip back to his dorm. Every woman on earth knows this. But this young woman,1.00
01:18:57.420I really enjoyed my time. I'm eager to return to all of these guys at the Chi-Fi house. Let me read
01:19:05.920you what we know about the questionnaire. We couldn't find the actual questions. They weren't
01:19:10.280available. But regarding the 35% non-consensual sexual contact stat, which is now blown up into
01:19:17.62035% of the women at Cornell have been raped, is as follows. Students were asked about their direct
01:19:23.720experiences with non-consensual sexual contact while at Cornell. This contact was defined as
01:19:28.560starts off well, including penetration, vaginal or anal penetration or oral contact,
01:19:34.420including attempted acts involving physical force, comma. Also kissing and or sexual touching,0.96
01:20:35.000And unless there's either a very strong social norm to say you don't do that,1.00
01:20:41.380or a female who is absolutely saying this is not acceptable, that's going to happen.
01:20:47.820They're trying to figure out there. They have a goal. You know, we know what that goal is.
01:20:53.620And unless they're getting very strong signals, they're going to pursue it. Now, again, this gets to the absurdity of overlaying this bizarre legal code onto something that is the most primeval of all instincts.
01:21:10.780it is true that if you're a female in that situation and a male is being sexually aggressive
01:21:17.720with you you can feel embarrassed you can feel ambivalent you can feel well i don't want to
01:21:24.700acknowledge this is going on in order to say no because you're in a a non-verbal realm of of of
01:21:33.740messages in either direction. And so females, you're inhibited in that situation. You're1.00
01:21:41.360embarrassed. That's why we had bright line rules. Don't get in this situation. And I would say in
01:21:50.300response to your theoretical rule of don't have sex unless you're in love with somebody,0.60
01:21:58.660that's also not quite bright linish about because a lot of girls may be thinking
01:22:04.140wistfully wishfully uh oh i'm really in love with this person and this girl texted i love you king
01:22:12.980right and there's been no commitment and then the guy you know you see him the next day and uh he's
01:22:19.700chatting with his fellow male friends and he doesn't have that emotional hormonal pang that
01:22:27.160females have after coitus. It creates a completely different emotional bond with their sex partner
01:22:35.120than males do. And so that's when they're going to regret it and think, gee, this was a terrible
01:22:42.280interaction. The easiest rule is a very bright line rule, but I agree it's impossible to go back
01:22:48.640to at this point. Just wait. Wait until you really know you're in love because you've gotten married.
01:22:54.820and you i mean at a minimum you know you're exclusive to each other you're committed to
01:22:59.200each other like it shouldn't be it shouldn't be ambiguous there's a way of making it non0.99
01:23:03.120ambiguous now there are some nutcases on the far left feminist sect who are blaming this whole0.95
01:23:09.780thing wait for it on trump i didn't want to see that coming oh i'm so unimaginative oh my god1.00
01:23:18.760you must be off your game today heather come on you knew that's where this would land let me give
01:23:24.720you two examples. So there's this one woman named Sandy Basham. She's a New York-based1.00
01:23:30.740independent video journalist, or so she says. She filmed Occupy Wall Street, Charlottesville,
01:23:37.280Unite the Right rally in January 6th, other events that she could use to tar right-wingers as evil.
01:23:43.920And she posted to X the following video, and then I will give you the explanation for her video.
