00:00:42.020And along the way, they find something bigger.
00:00:44.440A community where children grow, families connect, and people of all ages build confidence, discover new strengths, and feel like they belong.
00:00:52.780Feel what it means to be greater together.
00:00:59.700Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.
00:01:11.380Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and happy Tuesday. Man,
00:01:15.360we have a lot to get to today. I don't know if you can see this on my desk, but like the piles
00:01:20.120of stories that I want to go through and they're all fascinating. I have to say the news cycle is
00:01:25.860juicy, for lack of a better term today. In a little while, we're going to be joined by Andy
00:01:32.740Ngo. He's an independent journalist. He's going to talk about his new book on a trans death cult.
00:01:37.760Probably haven't heard about this in the mainstream media. Plus, there is more to cover
00:01:42.380on the Cornell 8 case. We did a little dive into the history of the sex podcaster,
00:01:49.060You know, the one who's so confused as to how we could be in this place 10 years after Me Too.
00:01:56.420And wait until you hear what we have found.0.51
00:01:59.480Honestly, it is actually too graphic to air on a show like this where we are not whores.
00:02:09.920We don't take money for X-rated talk to our audience,
00:02:15.460nor does anybody tune into this program expecting to hear such a thing.
00:02:19.060But I am going to play you a couple of excerpts with a viewer warning.0.95
00:02:22.920And you absolutely need to hide the children because I have an answer for this woman on how we got here.1.00
00:02:30.120And it's going to require a mirror for her and other leftists like her who promote the most irresponsible messaging possible to young women.0.98
00:02:41.960And then when those young women fall into trouble, they scram.1.00
00:08:00.480Could be they couldn't get a judge to sign off on a warrant because Minnesota.
00:08:04.980Or it could be some other reason that I don't know.
00:08:09.300But they did raid the home in Washington, D.C.
00:08:12.380And honestly, they can continue this farce for as long as they want.
00:08:15.560But if this guy's her brother, they're going to figure that out.
00:08:18.440You tell me, if you were accused of marrying your brother and committing immigration fraud and you had not married your brother, wouldn't you just submit a DNA test?
00:08:28.880I mean, this isn't Breitbart calling and asking if she married her brother.
00:08:33.240This is the federal government saying you committed immigration fraud and you can completely exonerate yourself if you prove to us that wasn't your brother.
00:08:43.900All you do is get a cheek swab from him and from you.
00:09:17.340Now, we have pulled some of the facts around the marriage to the guy who's allegedly her brother.
00:09:28.480And I want to say there's a couple of different things here, OK, because she also was subjected to a campaign finance probe that began under Joe Biden.
00:09:41.720And we don't know whether this whole thing relates to that.
00:09:45.960We just don't know why the feds raided her house.
00:10:20.400This is the guy, as far as we can tell, who broke this whole thing.
00:10:22.380Um, a posting on Somali spot discussion board alleged that Omar had married the man touted as her husband in 2002 before marrying her brother.
00:12:05.920But I did receive a response from a Minneapolis criminal defense attorney, Jean Brandel.
00:12:12.540It provided no answer to my question and implied that the question itself evidenced bigotry against Omar and her candidacy for public office.0.87
00:12:20.100Now, honestly, it's very easy to answer this question.
00:12:24.320You just say, I didn't marry my brother. I deny that.
00:12:27.880And if you print that I married my brother, I'm going to sue you for defamation.0.99
00:12:30.820and you're going to look very foolish when I submit a blood test proving that you lied0.99
00:12:35.520and you behaved recklessly in printing this.1.00
00:12:38.540And that's what you would do if you were wrongly accused of marrying your brother, isn't it?
00:12:44.480Anybody who printed that you had married your brother would be on the wrong end of a very, very evil,
00:12:51.360angry, I should say, lawsuit, claiming you are evil and slapping you with a multimillion dollar damages demand.
00:13:00.820And that's never happened. She has not sued anybody who has alleged this about her, at least that we know of, and it would have made news. And as I pointed out to you yesterday, when the Minneapolis Star Tribune, which has been running cover for Democrats for decades, especially for Tim Walsh and his trans agenda, when they took a deep dive into whether Ilhan Omar had married her brother in 2019, they published the following.
00:13:29.300Um, we could find little publicly available information about Elmi.
00:13:37.540The search of records could neither conclusively confirm nor rebut the allegation that he is Ilhan Omar's sibling.
00:13:47.280Then they talked, they wrote about trying to reach Omar's spokesperson, Jeremy Slevin, about the issue.
00:13:53.540They said he issued a statement on Friday.
00:13:55.260again, this is back in 2019, asserting that the questions about her personal life are
00:13:59.900illegitimate. Here we go again. What happened to the reporter Scott Johnson? He was told by
00:14:06.600a defense attorney, sicked on him by the Omar campaign, that the question itself evidenced
00:14:12.460bigotry against Omar. Now we have the Minneapolis Star Tribune three years later that Scott Johnson
00:14:19.220report was 2016. Now this is 2019, and the Minneapolis Star Tribune is taking a hard look.
00:14:24.580And what are they told? These questions are illegitimate. Quote, since before she was elected to office, Ilan has been the subject of conspiracy theories and false accusations about her personal life.
00:14:35.000Emboldened by a president who openly treats immigrants, refugees and Muslims as invaders, these attacks often stem from the presumption that Ilan, like others who share these identities, is somehow illegitimate or not fully American.
00:14:48.080Well, that's not exactly a denial, but it is somebody pretending to be super angry that you're even asking, Minneapolis Star Tribune.
00:14:58.580um the star tribune was not able to confirm or deny dispute disprove that she had married her
00:15:09.240brother and did point out uh that the star tribune had had sought to authenticate some of the most
00:15:15.840egregious allegations using public records and available social media posts uh and yet couldn't
00:15:21.660do it one way or the other. Now back to the report by Scott Johnson a few years earlier.
00:15:29.540He raises reporting by Alpha News. You guys remember Alpha News, right? They've done great
00:15:35.180reporting in Minnesota. It's a Minnesota-based news organization that's more fair and balanced.
00:15:40.680It's not in the tank for Republicans, but it doesn't hate them either, and will do fair
00:15:44.440reporting on conservative issues. You can trust them. And they were very, very fair
00:16:17.820Omar's own Instagram photos from the summer of 2015 place her in London with relatives and with a man later identified as Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi.
00:16:31.680Soon after her marital history became an issue, however, Omar closed that Instagram account to the public.
00:16:39.620When the account became public again, the reporter, Sam Sundar, found that the original photo collage of Omar and Elmi was no longer there.
00:16:55.460Sam Sundar also discovered that accounts once connected to Elmi had disappeared since the controversy over whether this guy was her brother began.
00:17:06.580Even LinkedIn pages and Elmi's professional portfolio pages have gone missing.
00:17:13.380New accounts for Elmi have appeared under a different name and without his identifying photo.
00:17:20.900Based on her reporting, Sam Sadar believes that Omar's siblings include Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi
00:17:28.120and Mohammed Noor Saeed Elmi, both residents now of the United Kingdom.
00:17:33.020their social media accounts have referred to Omar as their sister. Sam Sundar found comments
00:17:39.820and posts by Omar and Elmi showing an intimate relationship. Now we don't know, I don't think
00:17:46.640they mean sexual, like a very close relationship they appear to mean, even after their supposed
00:17:52.160marital split. Sam Sundar put it to me this way, writes Scott Johnson. I think social media
00:17:58.900proves without a doubt that there is a familiar, familial relationship that is not that of a
00:18:05.760husband and wife. So that's the story, my friends, on the husband slash brother. And by the way,
00:18:17.880I should tell you that the man she married was Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi. That's who she married
00:18:24.980in 2009, Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi. And Sam Sundar, the woman who writes for Alpha News, believes
00:18:32.540that Omar's siblings include Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi and Mohammed Noor Saeed Elmi. There is
00:18:39.700an Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi who lives in the UK, and she reported that his social media
00:18:45.940accounts referred to Omar as his sister. Okay, so she appears to have a brother named Ahmed
00:18:51.920Noor Saeed Elmi. Oh, and also a husband by that name.
00:18:59.080Oh, what? Whoops. Is Doug secretly named Pete Kelly? Okay, then no, he's not my brother. I'm
00:19:06.420good. This is so ridiculous. I mean, ridiculous in that it seems quite clear she did it. And we've0.97
00:19:14.880been like screwing around with this, not doing anything about it for how many years now? And
00:19:19.580Now the left is all like, oh, this is horror. The raid, it's the same as the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
00:19:24.340How dare they harass her? She fucking married her brother. That's how it looks.1.00
00:19:29.360And broke immigration laws, allegedly. That's how they got the warrant, we think.
00:19:36.520Now, it could be a different matter, which I want to hit on before we leave the subject of Ilhan Omar.
00:19:42.440The New York Times in January of this year, 2026, reported the following that Joe Biden's DOJ opened an investigation into Representative Ilhan Omar in 2024 to scrutinize her finances, campaign spending and interactions with a foreign citizen.
00:20:04.560The inquiry initiated by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., and the department's public integrity unit in June of 2024, appears to have stalled for lack of evidence, reported the Times.
00:20:25.040truly query whether Joe Biden's DOJ was thirsty to track down Ilhan Omar's misdeeds in the way
00:20:34.140they were Donald Trump's. The investigation appeared to be thrust into the public spotlight
00:20:40.820on Monday when President Trump blindsided department officials by posting about it on
00:20:45.760Truth Social, singling out Ms. Omar. It was part of a rambling statement announcing a shakeup of
00:20:50.020the team overseeing immigration raids in Ms. Omar's Minneapolis district that misspelled her name.
00:20:54.340This is what Trump had posted. The DOJ and Congress are looking at Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who left Somalia with nothing and is now reportedly worth more than $44 million. Time will tell all.
00:21:06.600It was not clear whether Mr. Trump was referring to another investigation altogether or how he arrived at the $44 million figure.
00:21:12.520uh republicans have threatened to open an investigation omar an apparent effort to tie0.54
00:21:18.420her to the minnesota fraud scandal that has revealed evidence that some members of the
00:21:22.400somali community set up companies that build state agencies for social services that were never
00:21:26.780provided that's another possibility i mean that's her community does she have any role some role
00:21:32.460whatsoever in the minnesota somali fraud scandal no idea no evidence has yet been produced showing
00:21:41.060that Ms. Omar was connected to the fraud scheme, reported the Times. A spokesperson for her office
00:21:47.560said they had received no official inquiries from the Oversight Committee of the House or DOJ.
00:21:53.600So there's that about, you know, could there be a Somali connection to the Minnesota community,
00:22:02.540or you heard the reference to the 2024, I think what that 2024 case was looking at,
00:22:08.080it could have been the Somali thing because that that's been going on for a while, though it wasn't
00:22:13.600as well publicized until this past year, or it could be something having to do with actual
00:22:19.200campaign finances because she was also accused. This is just the third thing I'm going to tell you
00:22:25.280of misusing, um, her campaign finance money, uh, to resolve certain personal finance issues.0.96
00:22:38.080like she used it to cover legal costs from her divorce from Elmi.
00:22:46.460So in other words, the allegation in this Star Tribune piece in 2019
00:22:50.260was that a Republican lawmaker had accused her of using cash
00:22:55.300from her state house campaign to cover legal costs0.66
00:22:58.280from her divorce from her brother, I mean her husband, Elmi.
00:23:03.700A British national, she had legally married in 29.
00:23:05.960The Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board cleared her in the divorce case, but the probe determined that campaign money was used for unrelated legal services pertaining to her joint tax filings with the other husband, the one she had the three kids with.
00:23:25.160She was ordered to reimburse $1,500 in legal fees and to correct her tax returns.
00:23:58.340The New York Times article and the Trump tweets say precious little.
00:24:02.520The next thing we know, we have a raid at her house in Washington, D.C., and I've just refreshed for you the reporting over the years about whether it has to do with immigration fraud.
00:24:13.920So all of this is a long way of telling you we don't know what's going on, but do not believe the people who are saying this is a Trump witch hunt.
00:24:24.380This is a Trump administration and Biden administration witch hunt, and indeed there may be a witch.
00:24:30.360I don't know. If she married a brother so he could get here lawfully and spend five years
00:24:38.620in the United States without a visa, the proper visa, she's going to be in trouble.
00:24:43.460She's going to be in trouble. And we wait to see what, if anything, they have. Here's Trump
00:24:50.380who weighed in on it yesterday and sought eight.
00:24:53.260Well, I understand they're looking at it very carefully. I've always found them to be totally
00:24:59.100crooked personally, but that has nothing to do with me. I think she's a terrible person,0.68
00:25:04.040just a complainer. She comes from a country that is a non-country, and then she comes over here0.99
00:25:11.300and she complains about our Constitution. I think she's a terrible person, but that's really up to0.99
00:25:16.620the DOJ. I have nothing to do. Okay, so we shall see. I believe he didn't have anything to do with
00:25:25.460because, you know, he sent out that tweet in January,
00:29:46.780Okay, so a little stumbly because she was nervous,
00:29:49.680which you could hear in SAT, too. Second question for you, if I may,
00:29:55.180a personal question. Your family is in California. Your husband, you have four children.
00:30:01.240I'm wondering how you manage, how are you going to manage that? Caroline Levitt left because she0.99
00:30:05.360wanted to spend more time with her family. And also, did she give you any advice on how to handle
00:30:10.160this job and the people in this room? Well, first of all, I want to give my husband an
00:30:15.800amazing shout out. We have four kids ranging from 12, 10, 8, and 6. Three of them are boys,
00:30:21.580so we have a handful. And I adore my family. I love them. They are my priority. I love being
00:30:29.440with my kids. The idea of not spending evenings with my kids is completely unacceptable. So my
00:30:36.280president, excuse me, my husband, that's a good one. All right. So she's getting creamed for that
00:30:45.380stumbling mess of an answer, but she's nervous. She's not like, I know you can make the case
00:30:51.740that she shouldn't be the press secretary then if she gets nervous in front of the cameras,0.56
00:30:54.420but she'll get there. Trust me, like talking live on camera is not as easy as it looks for most
00:31:02.260people. And she doesn't seem to have a ton of experience doing it. I think she was probably
00:31:08.120hired because she's attractive and she must've done a decent job behind the scenes at Truth
00:31:13.240social and Trump was favorably impressed by her and believed that with time she could get there,
00:31:20.480but she's clearly not there yet. Give her some time. You know, the thing that's really galling me
00:31:26.440is the people who are most brutal toward her today are the very same people who truly wanted
00:31:34.560us to believe that Karine Jean-Pierre was one of the great orators of our time.
00:31:38.840Um, no, not true. And by the way, she never grew into the job. Karine Jean-Pierre read from that
00:31:49.200stupid notebook every time she got up there and could not speak extemporaneously. And let me tell1.00
00:31:56.680you what this gal was doing today, Katie. She was trying to develop that skill. She did look down1.00
00:32:06.940her notes a fair amount. That's fine. But she was trying to speak off the cuff and she wasn't very
00:32:13.140good at it, but she's going to get better. And the only way to get better at speaking off the cuff
00:32:17.860is to do it and stumble and maybe sound a little silly the first few times you've tried it. But if
00:32:24.520she is still at this job a year from now, she's going to be way better at it. And there's really
00:32:29.720no short, you know, short cutting that journey from A to Z. So I wish her well. And I actually
00:32:37.060am very open minded to her improving. And I think the mainstream media should STF you. I mean,
00:32:43.240we literally have Brian Stelter out there ripping this girl. Would you please stop?
00:32:47.640It's a miracle anybody ever let you on TV at all. You know that you only got put on TV because you
00:32:53.540wrote that stupid newsletter that like wrote up people's ratings and therefore you got some notice,1.00
00:32:59.020but you know nothing. You were never a doer. You were always a watcher. You were always a1.00
00:33:03.760sideline man. That's what's so sad about these media critics. You've never done. You've only
00:33:08.720watched. You've got lots of criticism from the cheap seats. And now he wants to weigh in
00:33:13.560on the job she's doing as White House press secretary. Please be quiet. Please be quiet.
00:33:18.820We'll let you know when we want to hear from you. And it will probably have to do with something
00:33:23.280completely other than a Trump press secretary. No one wants to hear your opinions on her.0.92
00:33:29.020All right. One other thing. She did make some news while she was standing up there today. She made news that Kimberly Guilfoyle has been asked to step down as our ambassador to Greece. It wasn't a huge surprise. You know, if you listen to AM Update this morning, you heard that President Trump yesterday said, I'm not happy. And when asked if he was going to tell her if he was going to fire her, are you thinking about it?
00:33:57.340He said, yeah. And so on the heels of that, we got news today that via via Katie that they had asked her to.
00:35:36.960And she's not being fired by President Joe Biden.
00:35:39.960She's being fired by President Donald Trump.
00:35:42.720The people who are accusing her of behaving badly work for Trump's embassy in Greece and work for or were donors to Trump's campaign and our Trump boosters.
00:35:57.540So, you know, that's what this has come out of.
00:36:00.620And I'm very open minded to her statement that she didn't do any of this stuff.
00:36:06.260But we'll have to see, because right now there is the possibility that Kimberly is not only facing the loss of her position as ambassador, but she could she could potentially be in some criminal trouble here if if the allegations against her are true.
00:36:22.880And again, she's denying them. So we again reported on this this morning, but I'm just going to give those of you who didn't hear a.m. update, which you should totally be tuning into.
00:36:30.540It's a 15-minute, 19-minute news update show we put out every morning to get you up to date on
00:36:36.860the day's news. Here is what they are reporting. Okay. First, it started with this guy Dieters.
00:36:44.820This guy Dieters is a Trump donor. He's a former congressional candidate who did not win. And
00:36:54.760he ran in Kentucky and got into the orbit of Kimberly Guilfoyle and possibly some of
00:37:01.420the Trumps and appears to have been trying to worm his way closer to President Trump
00:46:21.460Now, as long as we are in the lane of media personalities becoming public officials, I've been meaning to get to this. It was a podcast called Uncloseted, and Don Lemon went on it within the past two weeks and said the following, Sat 18.
00:57:53.020Act. The cops asked him what he meant by consensual. He elaborated that all four of the guys that had sex with her all admitted to having consensual sex with Doe. As for why the fraternity brothers felt it necessary to characterize sex with Doe as consensual hours after the party. Well, that's unclear, reports TMZ. Let me clear it up for you. They were talking to police officers. Why would the police officers be asking you about your sexual interlude unless they were querying whether it was consensual?
00:58:20.300Like, it doesn't take a damn rocket scientist.0.97
00:58:24.020He told police Doe never gave off a vibe that she wanted to leave the party at any point he saw her during the night.0.98
00:58:31.720The other witnesses, the DJ's girlfriend, also spoke to investigators on December 17th, over a month after Doe first went to the police.
00:58:42.440She said, the girlfriend, when she got to the fraternity house after the McDonald's run, there were frat bros standing outside the room wondering what was going on inside.
00:58:49.240She was confused when she saw people were going in and out.
00:58:52.880She told police she thought it didn't sound like something good happening inside.
00:58:56.340She said someone, presumably her girlfriend, told everyone to leave.
00:58:59.360She saw Doe exit with four or five guys.
00:59:02.260Recall, before the third interlude, some of the guys took her to another room.
00:59:17.460The co-ed told cops she was not concerned about Doe that night.
00:59:20.260She said her feelings changed as she heard more about Doe's account,
00:59:24.360and then she felt kind of guilty for not helping her.
00:59:27.520She told cops there was no way of knowing something may have been amiss
00:59:30.500because Doe said the men who were in the room with her all looked very calm.
00:59:37.680Sorry, she said Doe and the men all looked very calm as they left,
00:59:42.600adding it seemed consensual because no one looked visibly distressed. Just another piece
00:59:49.340of the testimony that is likely to come in about Jane Doe and how she was nowhere near
00:59:56.080physically helpless, which is the only way she can prove rape. Physical helplessness.
01:00:03.980If you are intoxicated or high out of your mind, you cannot say, I was incapable of consenting.
01:00:11.560If you are the reason you were that intoxicated, you can't we've made a policy decision in New York state to not put male partners in that position where they then have to go back and relitigate consent that they did obtain from a drunk partner who then after the fact wants to say, I didn't give consent because I was drunk.
01:00:31.600No, we've decided, as many other states have in New York, that if you are voluntarily intoxicated, you will not be able to raise lack of consent due to intoxication.
01:00:42.660However, New York and all these other states will say if your voluntary intoxication has gotten to the point of physical helplessness, you're back in business.
01:00:52.520So that is the only way Jane Doe can prove rape.
01:00:55.100And this is the testimonial of independent witnesses like somebody's girlfriend who says she seemed fine.
01:22:00.660Hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana, these less-lethal self-defense launchers are trusted by hundreds of government agencies, law enforcement departments, and private security companies, and by yours truly.
01:22:13.740Over 600,000 Berna pistols have been sold,
01:22:16.720most to private citizens who refuse to be victims
01:22:19.420and who want to maybe fill out their self-defense arsenal.
01:22:24.280Berna launchers fire rock-hard kinetic rounds
01:22:27.240and powerful tear gas and pepper projectiles
01:22:30.720capable of stopping a threat from up to 60 feet away.
01:22:34.020And you don't even have to be the best shot.
01:22:35.940If you hit the wall right behind the bad guy,
01:32:14.440this is not the first time that Selma Blair has bitten another person because she bit one of these
01:32:21.340flight attendants, at least one. This is a thing with this woman. The New York Post reported a bit1.00
01:32:28.380about her memoir confessing to this. She blames her biting on her shyness. If she's overwhelmed
01:32:36.540in public, she writes, quote, my system gets overwhelmed and instantaneously short circuits
01:32:41.880In my life, social interactions have been cumbersome, especially for the victims.
01:32:48.160Sienna Miller had an incident with her.
01:32:50.800One night after her divorce, that's Selma Blair's divorce, in 2006, Blair writes that she was at the Chateau Marmont, that's in L.A., when she saw Sienna Miller and introduced herself.
01:33:01.440quote, I couldn't begrudge her for any part. She was winning over me, Blair writes. So I grabbed
01:33:08.920her arm and bit it playfully as if it were an apple. Even as I held her forearm in my mouth,
01:33:14.720I was aghast at myself. I thought, what have I gotten myself into or her? This is horrible
01:33:19.820behavior. Blair shares that Miller, quote, kind of screamed, oppa, as I do whenever someone breaks
01:33:26.300a plate. You bit me, didn't you? You really did. But quote, she didn't shame me. For this in my
01:33:32.420book, she will forever be the bell of the ball. Okay. Seth MacFarlane. Another incident. Blair
01:33:39.900also remembers becoming friendly with Scarlett Johansson while working on the 2000 film In Good
01:33:45.080Company. She was delighted when Johansson invited her to hang out with her and her pals in Las Vegas.
01:33:51.500The first night, the group went out for sushi.
01:33:54.100But Blair, who struggled with alcoholism for years, confesses that she, quote, wasn't good at social drinking.
01:34:00.020Well, yeah, that's not a thing for alcoholics.
01:34:02.260I did not realize how drunk one can get while seated at a table eating.
01:34:06.580After dinner, they made their way to a club where Blair saw her friend, Seth Green, who introduced her to Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane.
01:34:14.200I was starstruck, she writes, quote, what do I do in public situations where I admire someone?
01:34:20.860but feel as if I don't bring anything to the party?
01:34:24.140Well, I think we all know the answer by this point.
01:36:16.620Perhaps you have a fear of flying and you self-medicate when your dog's not getting it done as your emotional support animal with booze and pills on a flight.
01:36:28.700I don't think it has to do with MS, though I'm not a doctor.
01:36:32.940But her lawyer is, of course, trying to come up with all sorts of excuses why this isn't really her, that this was some sort of a medical emergency.
01:36:44.360he wants us to believe. And by that, I think he's making a reference to her MS. But I'm sorry,
01:36:52.180I'm not sure that's going to fly. I think Selma Blair's had some issues for a long time,
01:36:58.140as I just made clear. And I think these issues unaddressed are going to continue causing problems
01:37:04.380for Selma Blair. She's now facing multiple charges. She was, let's see, in court,0.99
01:37:11.860she was ordered to keep her cuffs on.1.00
01:37:13.560They're afraid of her, given that behavior.
01:37:15.980Judge Indira Khan set her bail at $20,000 cash,
01:39:33.700He told the judge to consider Selma Blair's body of work and what she's done for people.
01:39:38.660This is someone we should look up to, he said. She is the gold standard. And the judge, to her credit, said Ms. Blair should not get special treatment because she is a celebrity. You go, Judge Khan.
01:39:52.080um so yeah i think they're going to take this very seriously and i do think she was probably
01:39:58.300in the midst of some sort of mental health crisis that seems very clear and i really genuinely hope
01:40:03.880selma blair finally gets the help that she clearly so desperately needs um okay we're gonna take a
01:40:14.980break when we come back we're gonna bring on andy no now andy is somebody who has been right smack
01:40:21.280dab in the middle of reporting, not only on Antifa, which you know is a very dangerous group,
01:40:26.740but on Trans-Tifa, which is also a very dangerous group. There are actually groups of trans activists
01:40:36.020whose aim it is to hurt and worse other people. And Andy Ngo is one of the few people who will1.00
01:40:45.120report on them fearlessly, courageously, and at great risk to himself. Well, he's going to be
01:40:52.260here in a minute to explain to us what he has found as he's unearthed, he says, the existence,
01:40:58.120and he's written a whole book about this now, of a trans-TIFA group that he says has actually
01:41:04.660murdered people. And I've got a lot of questions for him about this group. In the meantime,
01:41:10.700I'm going to tell you this before we sign off from our second hour and begin just a bit of a third.
01:41:20.140And there you can sign up for our once a week email, our American News Minute, which updates you not only on the news you need to know, but on the Stradwick Files.
01:41:28.740He had a disastrous evening the other day.
01:41:31.620We came downstairs and there was not one, but two piles of steaming brown, you know what,
01:41:38.040sitting in our family room, courtesy of our dog. I don't know what he got into,
01:41:42.860but one thing is for sure. He had eaten, lapped up an entire box of bone broth,
01:41:49.800which apparently did not agree with him. Okay. We're going to be right back with news about
01:41:55.500this Trans-Tifa group and Andy Ngo. Here's one thing you need to know about Veracity.
01:42:00.660The founder actually knows what she's talking about.
01:42:03.800That's not always a given in the wellness industry.
01:42:06.240There are plenty of companies built around marketing.
01:42:09.240This one was built around a practitioner
01:42:11.000who spent years helping patients navigate metabolism
01:42:29.140You can take two capsules with breakfast, and they say this will lead to fewer cravings, less mindless snacking, and more focus.
01:42:37.500So learn from their founder, Allie, and consider making the switch to Veracity.
01:42:42.160Head to veracityhealth.co and use the code MEGAN for up to 65% off your order.
01:42:47.800Once again, that's V-E-R-A-C-I-T-Y health dot C-O to get up to 65% off and make sure you use our promo code Megan so they know we sent you.
01:43:17.800like Mark Halperin, Link Lauren, Maureen Callahan, Emily Jashinsky, Jesse Kelly,
01:43:22.600Real Clear Politics, and many more. It's bold, no BS news, only on the Megyn Kelly channel,
01:43:29.080Sirius XM 111, and on the Sirius XM app.
01:43:36.500Independent journalist Andy Ngo is best known for his extensive reporting on Antifa and far-left
01:43:41.920political violence, which he's been swept up in at times in trying to cover groups like that.
01:43:49.660He does this reporting at great risk to himself.
01:43:52.240Now he is out with a new book detailing what he describes as one of the most disturbing investigations of his career.
01:43:58.460The book is called The Zizians, Inside a Trans Death Cult.
01:44:02.960It just came out today, and in it, Andy Ngo investigates a group he describes as a radical trans leftist vegan AI doomer cult
01:44:12.620that has been linked to multiple deaths across the United States.
01:44:16.680here's a look at the book's trailer the book has its own trailer what began as a small and obscure
01:44:23.560california community became something else entirely a cult built around a transfigure
01:44:29.520known as ziz around ziz a secretive network of transgender devotees emerged what they left0.60
01:44:37.200behind was a trail of violence linked to eight deaths including a border patrol agent and a key
01:44:43.860murder trial witness over nearly a decade the group recruited followers from around the world
01:44:49.220i tracked down sources interviewed witnesses uncovered hidden records and pieced together
01:44:55.240an impossible story from fragments scattered across the world
01:44:59.960andy joins me now andy so good to see you again so tell us who are the zizians
01:45:08.500Well, let me provide a little context. So for those who are familiar with my reporting,
01:45:14.340they know that for many years I've reported on Antifa and I've been subjected to their violence.
01:45:19.940But in the last five years, I've taken a trajectory towards reporting on trans
01:45:25.700violence. In 2020, during the BLM riots and Antifa riots after George Floyd died,0.79
01:45:33.140when I was gathering the data on those who were being arrested at the Portland riots,
01:45:37.700for example, in Portland where I used to live, disproportionately up to 20% of the
01:45:44.180arrestees on certain nights were trans-identifying in some way. And I would verify this through0.98
01:45:50.660looking up individually each person and getting their booking photos. So that was something
01:45:55.780that I thought was very curious and weird because all other estimates out there, even on the higher
01:46:00.980ends of what researchers think are the demographics of trans people in America it's about 0.5 percent
01:46:08.820at the high end so why is it magnitudes higher in in left-wing violence and then I was beaten0.91
01:46:17.060severely in 2019 and also again in 2021 and nobody was held criminally liable for that but I pursued
01:46:26.020justice through the civil court and of the individuals that i had sued half of them
01:46:32.340ended up identifying as trans so personally it really it hit me in the face and what i
01:46:38.580learned in the years following census that for news reporting involving homicide murder cases
01:46:45.460and type of violence you cannot take the names of suspects at face value from um reporting agencies
01:46:54.500or even law enforcement departments because all of them use names and sects of individuals that
01:47:02.900are often inaccurate if it involves trans identifying individuals so last year on
01:47:08.980inauguration day when a border patrol agent was ambushed and shot dead in vermont right by the
01:47:15.940canadian border as soon as i found out the names of these suspects who were involved in that case
01:47:22.340I dug further, and I found out, wait, there are trans links here, and not just trans link, but cult links, and I kept digging further and further, and eventually I learned about the Zizians, and I traveled to the various hiding spots across the U.S., interviewed people and witnesses and family members, and really uncovered their secrets, and the story has all the elements that you think media would be all over.
01:47:48.460There's interstate murders, money, suicides, revenge, fake deaths, cover ups, all of that.
01:47:57.660And yet it was barely touched on by the mainstream media.0.75
01:48:01.560And I think the kryptonite for them was the fact that almost all the members are trans identifying and trans ideology plays a huge component in their extremist beliefs.
01:48:13.960mm-hmm yeah because the media loves a good cult story normally they'd be all over that like when0.91
01:48:20.500there was that nexium sex cult up in my one of my hometowns in albany new york where i spent my high
01:48:26.920school years they were all over it they loved that story but this one not so much and look at
01:48:32.240whatever say what you will about keith ranieri he wasn't murdering people um and yet in this cult
01:48:37.820we've gone that far, according to you. But the leader of the cult, I mean, we can get to this,
01:48:48.080but he's not in custody. He's not facing charges of murder. It appears he's just gotten a massive
01:48:56.100pass from the feds on some of his behavior. So the image that is shown is a booking photo
01:49:02.940of Jack Amadeus Lesotho, who identifies as female and uses the alias Ziz, hence his followers are
01:49:10.600known as the Zizians. He is currently in federal custody in Philadelphia, however recently his
01:49:17.560felony Maryland state case was suspended for reasons that were unknown, and one of the other
01:49:23.600Zizians, one of the alleged Koch conspirators in that case, was let go completely. I think what,
01:49:31.380But at the end of the day, Ziz has not been charged with any conspiracy charges or murder or even attempted murder.0.95
01:49:42.660The Zizians, what makes them really different from many other cults is that many of the members you can describe essentially as geniuses.0.66
01:49:51.560They have degrees in STEM backgrounds, engineering, bioinformatics, space research, quantum trading.
01:50:01.540Some of them were making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
01:50:04.940Some of them had interned at NASA, for example.
01:50:08.820Ziz, Jack Lasota, had interned for NASA researching at one point solar expulsions from the sun.
01:50:17.240And their educational background for many of them is quite elite.
01:50:20.940University of Oxford, UC Berkeley, UCLA, University of Illinois, Urbana, Champaign, graduate degrees.
01:50:31.000So what I uncovered is that they are very, very good at covering their tracks
01:50:38.180and escaping accountability, faking their deaths.
01:50:41.600Jack Lasota himself had faked his death numerous times.
01:50:45.140At the same time, particularly when they were in California,
01:50:47.480They have their origins in Silicon Valley as part of the rationalist and effective altruism movement, which we're hearing a lot now from those who are warning about the existential risk of AI.
01:51:00.860They were able to exploit the sensibilities in the courts regarding transgenderism.
01:51:06.840So they, over the years, in past arrests related to ongoing cases to attempted murder and murder, they made a number of accusations and various frivolous motion filings in the courts about how their rights were violated by transphobic law enforcement, transphobic judges.
01:51:24.800And the courts in the Bay Area gave them time and listened to their grievances.
01:51:31.120And meanwhile, in one of the attempted murder-and-murder cases, the one key witness was aging, Curtis Lint.
01:51:39.820And then he eventually was assassinated in 2025, last year, in a very brutal knife attack in Vallejo, California.
01:51:52.140The person who has been arrested for that is a Zizian member and at one point had applied for a marriage license with one of the other Zizian members who is facing a murder charge in Vermont.0.96
01:52:08.220Oh, my God. OK. All right. So let's stop one second here because I'm sure people are confused at this point.0.86
01:52:12.900So we know that there's like the main guy who's at the heart of the Zizian alleged cult, and his name is Jack Lasota, and he's the leader.
01:52:25.340He said he faked his death, and he was eventually caught in Maryland, but those Maryland state charges were dropped, but he's still having to deal with the feds.
01:52:32.120So he's in custody right now on some federal charges.
01:52:35.360And he's sort of the leader of this cult, which I'd love to know why veganism is a part.
01:52:41.600Like, they got a lot of things here, Andy.
01:52:43.480We got trans, we got veganism, we've got violence.1.00
01:52:48.600Like, there's a lot they stand for.1.00
01:52:52.600You know, because in any cult, there's a cult leader who's generally very charismatic and he's selling something to the participants.
01:52:58.920So we're hearing a lot now about AI risk from effective altruists.
01:53:04.700A number of them who worked at OpenAI and Anthropic have come out to talk about how AI will destroy the world.
01:53:10.880But this debate has been going on in Silicon Valley for a decade.
01:53:15.120And Ziz and the other Zizians many years ago have moved to the Bay Area to get involved with the groups that hold these types of debates
01:53:21.780and come up with ways that they think of mitigating those risks and saving the world.
01:53:28.940So in that type of environment, Ziz then developed some of his own ideas.
01:53:33.440For one, he believed that the mainstream rationalists in EA communities weren't doing enough, that Ziz himself actually could perhaps form a vanguard of those who would go on to, quote unquote, save the world.
01:53:47.660And those who would make up that vanguard in his worldview would likely involve trans women.
01:53:52.260He had a belief that trans women, and by that I'm referring to males who identify as female, he believed they possessed certain cognitive abilities, special cognitive abilities that made them unique and special.
01:54:05.820So as part of his ideology, once he was recruiting people, they developed certain beliefs about how they could conduct human experimentations involving sleep deprivation.
01:54:17.000And they believed that the two cores of the brain, the right and left hemisphere, correspond to actually different identities, one potentially being evil, one good, and therefore you have to separate the two hemispheres.
01:54:31.200So they conducted a number of experiments on one another that caused psychoses in their members, and that ended up with several of them committing suicide.
01:54:42.400And that's been part of the story of the Zizians that hasn't been discussed as much in comparison to the murders.0.70
01:54:48.260How many Zizians are there? How many people in this cult?
01:54:52.420So I've been able to identify around a dozen of them.
01:54:56.720However, like with many cults and extremist groups, there are other concentric circles.
01:55:02.340And outside of that, there are many associates who identify by name, their real names in this book,
01:55:08.740who have not been charged with any crimes but nevertheless have served very important roles
01:55:14.560in the group. What is the what describe why they keep crossing the wires of law enforcement because
01:55:23.620you listed a couple of the alleged crimes that some of them have committed but like
01:55:27.920what is it they're doing you know like a lot of these cults they do weird things behind closed
01:55:32.380doors but they don't bother anybody what are why are these guys continuously in the crosshairs of
01:55:37.220law enforcement? So law enforcement started paying attention to them back in 2019, when the Zizians1.00
01:55:42.680held a direct action against a gathering of rationalists in Sonoma County, California.0.99
01:55:49.940In 2019, on that day, they donned Guy Fawkes masks and wore black robes and came in costumes
01:56:00.060and blocked off the exits and entrances to this park and created what law enforcement said was
01:56:06.320a hostage situation. Now, this was a park where there were other children and families there. So
01:56:10.920dozens of people thought that there was an active shooter situation. So that was when they first
01:56:15.840were charged with felony charges. And as that case had dragged on, and then with the pandemic
01:56:22.320and their various tactics to waste time in the court, also with the civil claim that they filed
01:56:28.640alleging transphobic abuse, eventually that was, then Ziz faked his death. Another person faked
01:56:34.520the suicide and he disappeared and when this was seen by law enforcement again it was during the
01:56:43.120attempted murder of their landlord curtis lynn he was stabbed dozens of times with swords and this
01:56:50.780is from his testimony he had his eye so crazy out in the attack sorry that i'm being violent
01:56:56.740and he was impaled with a sword he had a firearm for self-defense he shot one of the zizines dead
01:57:02.340he miraculously survived that this by the way was seen um at that area once police responded to the
01:57:11.720attack and um when he was taken to the police department to be questioned he wasn't placed
01:57:19.140under arrest and all this did was pretend to be unconscious law enforcement thought it was a
01:57:25.200medical emergency they took him to hospital nobody kept an eye on him and he disappeared
01:57:29.660And the next time he emerged was in the Philadelphia area with other Zizians, and he was a person of interest in a double homicide case there where the parents of one of the Zizian members were shot dead.0.71
01:57:43.840I certainly feel better about the fact that he is in federal custody.0.96
01:57:46.200I was confused when I read that the Maryland authorities had let him go, but that's good to hear that he's not free and roaming anymore.
01:57:53.820Because, you know, we've heard a lot about trans-TIFA outside of this group, which I never heard of before.0.51
01:57:59.300But it does seem like there is a if it's not a growing cultism around transgenderism, there's definitely growing violence.
01:58:09.420I mean, the number of school shootings we've seen that have been committed by someone identifying as trans, it does seem to be on the on the upsweep.
01:58:18.560And yet the thing you're talking about is another pattern of the media downplaying or not reporting at all on the trans ideology of the perpetrators.
01:58:30.640I mean, are you noticing the same trends?
01:58:33.360So it's important, obviously, to caveat that not all trans people are violent or extreme.
01:58:38.500However, even though the Zizians are a very fringe example of what happens at the tail end of this ideology,0.90
01:58:45.500they do fit into a larger pattern of surging transviolence.0.68
01:58:50.500In the book, I document the number of attacks that have happened, mass shootings, atrocities,
01:58:55.500parasites, that is the killing of one's parents, the killing of other people through accusations of transphobia
01:59:12.700I'm speaking to you now, just as last week there was an American man in Washington State,
01:59:19.800a trans person, who was federally charged for allegedly helping the trans mass shooter
01:59:26.060that carried out the February slaughter of women and children in Tumblr Ridge, Canada.
01:59:31.180And that's just one example of many, many, many, you know, people remember the Nashville Christian School shooting.
01:59:37.540There was a Minneapolis shooting on children at the mass.
01:59:42.180There was the shooting by Robert Dorgan.
01:59:47.260There's so many of them that, and the thing is, if you just rely on media reporting, oftentimes they will just report the suspects, killers, and convicts as women who carry out these attacks.
01:59:59.140So for my book, it was very important that every individual has their legal birth name reported and the biological sex, and there is no ambiguity about it.0.75
02:00:11.180Because the only way that the truth about the Zizians can be told is if we know the true identities of who these individuals are.0.55
02:00:19.100What about, do you know anything about the trans people who are messaging in advance of Charlie Kirk's assassination?0.99
02:00:29.820Have you looked into that at all, Andy?
02:00:33.400I know that was a, people have brought a lot of attention to that.
02:00:37.220When I looked deeper into some of those accounts that before his assassination were posting things,
02:00:43.720you'll see that on some of them, there was a pattern of them making similar statements about
02:00:48.600other days. And I believe that unfortunately, this may have just ended up being a sick coincidence
02:00:54.240where certain threats or certain things that they were referencing ended up being true.

02:01:05.600on why we've seen no charges against any of those people who was posting.
