00:00:37.560 It looks like the government is moving forward with plans to ban TikTok from U.S. shores.

00:00:44.400 Both parties have embraced the move.

00:00:46.200 House Republicans are advancing legislation.

00:00:48.600 And Democrats in the Senate and White House are eager to pass it into law.

00:00:52.160 So it looks like they'll be banning TikTok.

00:00:54.860 And I say looks like because nothing in the bill actually bans TikTok.

00:01:03.360 The legislation instead empowers the Commerce Secretary to ban TikTok if she so chooses.

00:01:11.300 And in this case, the current Commerce Secretary, Gina Raimondo, has described banning TikTok as

00:01:17.160 political suicide.

00:01:18.040 So it seems unlikely that she would be inclined to ban it.

00:01:21.780 What the legislation instead does is give Washington bureaucrats more power to punish companies and

00:01:30.040 even private social media users who the bureaucrats, at their sole discretion,

00:01:36.360 deem to be endangering national security.

00:01:40.080 Those punishments include, oh, I've got the bill right here.

00:01:43.200 Those punishments include jail time and million dollar fines.

00:01:50.340 You know how much I hate to say I told you so.

00:01:54.480 But you may recall I mentioned this very week when both Democrats and Republicans agree on a course of action in

00:02:03.620 Washington, D.C.

00:02:04.520 You can be all but certain that whatever they're planning is absolutely terrible.

00:02:11.740 I'm Michael Knowles.

00:02:12.560 This is The Michael Knowles Show.

00:02:21.080 Welcome back to the show.

00:02:23.060 We've got a lot coming up, a lot of fairly urgent, timely stuff coming up.

00:02:29.560 Transgender activists are now calling on transgender identifying people in Tennessee to attack us,

00:02:38.020 like tomorrow or Friday. 0.73

00:02:40.660 So we will get to that.

00:02:44.040 I know everyone says that when there's bipartisan consensus, that's good.

00:02:48.300 That's what we need.

00:02:48.920 We need people to work across the aisle in Washington, D.C.

00:02:51.200 In my experience, every time that the Republicans and Democrats in D.C. agree on something,

00:02:57.380 it is dreadful stuff.

00:02:58.620 And in this case, it'll almost certainly just make social media censorship by the government worse.

00:03:03.000 You want to talk about social media censorship?

00:03:05.020 I discovered last night that I had been banned from Twitter.

00:03:11.600 I am suspended until I delete a tweet.

00:03:15.520 I said, me?

00:03:16.160 What did I say?

00:03:17.700 I guess I say controversial things sometimes.

00:03:20.340 I don't think they're really controversial, but in our crazy culture, they are.

00:03:23.200 So what was the offending tweet that got me suspended?

00:03:27.360 I kid you not.

00:03:29.080 I was suspended from Twitter for quoting the Bible.

00:03:35.180 Only quoting the Bible.

00:03:36.600 I didn't.

00:03:37.520 It was in a quote tweet about vengeance.

00:03:40.700 But all I said was a direct quote from the Bible.

00:03:45.440 I was quoting St. Paul, who himself was quoting Deuteronomy.

00:03:48.920 And here's the kicker.

00:03:50.780 My citation here was,

00:03:54.420 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written,

00:04:00.100 vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.

00:04:02.540 So for quoting the Bible, saying, do not avenge yourselves, I have been suspended for violating

00:04:12.980 Twitter's rules against violent speech.

00:04:16.440 Because up is down, and men are women, and peaceful speech, speech urging peace, is now considered 0.88

00:04:27.460 violent.

00:04:30.200 Wouldn't it be great to give the government a ton of power to do that?

00:04:33.300 What could go wrong?

00:04:34.860 They're so reasonable, aren't they?

00:04:37.920 No.

00:04:38.200 So what do they do?

00:04:39.240 The government does this a lot.

00:04:41.220 They will advance a piece of legislation with really innocuous-sounding terms or really

00:04:46.360 popular-sounding terms.

00:04:47.420 Ban TikTok.

00:04:48.100 Yeah, TikTok's terrible.

00:04:49.040 Okay, let's ban it.

00:04:49.760 And then the bill doesn't even address that.

00:04:52.040 It's just an excuse to take more power and to take more control over our political order.

00:04:59.220 Speaking of excuses, we've been talking a lot, obviously, about the shooting here in

00:05:02.840 Nashville.

00:05:03.100 We'll get to a little bit more of that later and what we're learning now.

00:05:06.540 But there was another shooting fairly recently.

00:05:09.560 This was in Denver.

00:05:11.020 A student shot two school administrators, not fatally.

00:05:15.420 I think the administrators are going to be okay.

00:05:19.520 Nancy Pelosi jumped in on that and said, quote, 0.95

00:05:23.420 Today it was my privilege to stand with brave young activists for gun violence prevention

00:05:27.820 because Generation Lockdown's leadership has been crucial to our fight.

00:05:32.040 We must renew the assault weapons ban to protect America's children.

00:05:34.980 Okay, this is the same sort of line that the Democrats are always pushing.

00:05:39.980 But in the case of the Denver school shooting, the shooter used a handgun.

00:05:45.800 An assault weapons ban wouldn't do anything to stop that shooting.

00:05:50.700 Even the term assault weapon doesn't really mean very much of anything at all.

00:05:54.040 It's just a rifle that has aesthetic features that make it look a little scarier.

00:05:59.560 But even that is just a euphemism to, it's a slogan to try to instill fear in people.

00:06:06.220 But in the case of this Denver shooting, it's completely disconnected, which is why I made

00:06:11.940 the point yesterday, the one thing we know that these shootings are not about is the guns.

00:06:18.520 Because the guns haven't really changed in a hundred years.

00:06:22.280 A lot of other things have changed.

00:06:23.820 Our approach to mental health, our understanding of spiritual reality,

00:06:28.720 our relation to our political institutions.

00:06:31.000 Those have all changed dramatically after the social revolution of the 1960s in particular.

00:06:35.620 And in the last several decades, it's ramped up.

00:06:37.960 But the Democrats will always blame the gun, which is the one thing we know hasn't really

00:06:45.100 changed.

00:06:45.540 It's the one thing we know can't really explain this increase in these shootings.

00:06:50.680 Because they don't want to address the deeper causes.

00:06:53.120 They bear responsibility for these deeper causes.

00:06:57.160 And they also don't want to change it.

00:06:59.720 They want to continue to call insanity, sanity.

00:07:01.940 They want to continue to redefine into abolition our basic political institutions.

00:07:08.120 They want to continue to corrupt our basic political institutions.

00:07:11.540 And they want to continue to deny spiritual reality.

00:07:13.940 And they want to call good evil an evil good.

00:07:16.920 So of course, they have to ban the guns.

00:07:18.820 There's nothing else for them to ban.

00:07:21.120 There's nothing else for them to point to.

00:07:24.100 There's nothing else for them to talk about.

00:07:27.300 And when you want to talk, you got to check out Pure Talk.

00:08:34.600 Speaking of rot in the justice system, we do have a presidential race on us. 0.97

00:08:38.660 I know it started a couple years early this cycle.

00:08:41.360 President Trump is now going on Hannity's show.

00:08:45.120 And he's answering for some of the open questions about his presidency.

00:08:49.460 Namely, if the FBI is so crooked, if Christopher Wray, the head of the FBI, is such a disaster,

00:08:56.580 Mr. President, why did you put him in there?

00:08:59.740 You happy with Chris Wray?

00:09:01.160 But just so you understand, I put Chris Wray in because I wanted to have somebody in there

00:09:06.620 that everybody, including the other side, really wanted.

00:09:10.140 It may not have been the right move.

00:09:11.820 Let's see.

00:09:12.260 Time will tell, okay?

00:09:13.400 But I wanted to have somebody in the FBI because I'm an honorable guy.

00:09:17.380 I'm an honest guy.

00:09:18.280 I may have made a mistake, but I put somebody in that the other side, everybody agreed to.

00:09:23.220 You know who recommended him to me?

00:09:25.220 Chris Christie.

00:09:26.480 Okay?

00:09:26.880 He recommended him.

00:09:27.800 And that's okay.

00:09:28.840 I don't mind that.

00:09:29.600 I've taken Chris Christie's recommendations before.

00:09:32.380 And other people wanted Christopher Wray.

00:09:35.740 And people from the other side wanted Christopher Wray.

00:09:39.860 Proves my point.

00:09:41.480 There we have it.

00:09:42.880 President Trump is proving the point that I was warning about earlier this week

00:09:46.620 that I think was proven in this fake TikTok ban bill, which is when both sides agree on

00:09:52.400 something in Washington, D.C., run, go in the opposite direction, do whatever you can to stop that.

00:09:59.320 When the uniparty, the blob, the Borg, the deep state, call it whatever you will,

00:10:04.740 when they are all agreed and simpatico, that's how you know that's the last thing that you should do.

00:10:10.460 And even great men, even men like the Donald can fall prey to that.

00:10:14.580 And I think this is a mistake, though, for Trump to defend and to explain.

00:10:20.000 Reagan had a good line. 0.97

00:10:20.940 He said, when you're explaining, you're losing.

00:10:24.380 And so if Trump just plays defense for everything that happened during his presidency,

00:10:30.120 from some of the policy missteps all the way down to how he handled the 2020 election,

00:10:36.300 if he just tries to explain that and relitigate the past,

00:10:39.020 he's not going to build a vision for the future.

00:10:41.140 And he's not going to remind people why they elected him in the first place.

00:10:45.560 Yeah, he had some policy mistakes.

00:10:48.100 He had personnel mistakes.

00:10:49.600 Sure, he did.

00:10:51.040 Everybody does.

00:10:52.180 Trump's record, on the whole, is better than any president in my lifetime.

00:10:56.480 He should just run on that, say, well, what about Christopher Wray?

00:11:00.240 Oh, yeah, you know, listen, the deep state, it's pretty bad.

00:11:03.060 That swamp, it's swampier than I thought.

00:11:05.120 We've learned our lessons, and we've got a path forward, and I'm going to put this guy in.

00:11:10.320 Then we're going to do this.

00:11:11.540 Then we're going to fire this number of people.

00:11:13.180 And then we're going to get this agency.

00:11:14.800 And just give that vision to the future.

00:11:16.560 You don't need to defend everything.

00:11:17.780 Trump's record is much better than his predecessors, certainly in my lifetime.

00:11:23.580 That's enough.

00:11:24.440 Move on.

00:11:24.880 But if you're defending on all of these issues, especially on issues where Trump genuinely made a mistake,

00:11:31.260 if you're defending, if you're explaining, you are going to be losing.

00:11:35.380 Speaking of law enforcement, a lot of problems in law enforcement these days.

00:11:38.500 But there are some real heroes.

00:11:40.240 Body cam footage has come out of the police officers who responded to the scene of the shooting in Nashville and went in.

00:11:47.280 And it's genuinely heroic stuff.

00:11:48.900 It's very hard to watch some of the videos because it's body cam.

00:11:52.400 I mean, you're seeing the carnage that's taken place in this school.

00:11:55.600 But parts of it are a little easier to watch than others.

00:11:59.780 And these guys just conducted themselves with such heroism, professionalism, courage, skill.

00:12:07.400 It's the opposite of Uvalde.

00:12:10.600 The Uvalde shooting where the cops were just chatting around outside too cowardly to go into the school.

00:12:15.400 In fact, trying to stop other people from going into the schools.

00:12:17.600 It was a complete disaster.

00:12:18.860 Made law enforcement look terrible.

00:12:20.160 And in this case, these guys went in just like the absolute top tier kinds of first responders.

00:12:28.880 And they deserve a medal.

00:12:30.700 They deserve plaudits.

00:12:32.120 And law enforcement, which has gotten a really bad rap in recent years, at least in Nashville, law enforcement should be looked on as the heroes that they are.

00:12:40.220 Just incredible, incredible stuff.

00:12:42.320 The media, of course, are trying to brush past this.

00:12:43.980 They're trying to brush past the shooting at this point because the shooting doesn't fit the narrative that they want to present, especially because of the transgender identity of the shooter.

00:12:53.480 That's very politically incorrect to point out.

00:12:55.920 That's not how it's supposed to go. 0.99

00:12:57.020 It's supposed to be evil, conservative white men who commit these atrocities. 0.98

00:13:00.880 So when it doesn't work out, the media want to move past it. 0.77

00:13:03.300 It also doesn't fit the media narrative because the victims here, the targeted victims, were Christians, were innocent Christians who were, according to law enforcement,

00:13:12.780 specifically targeted and for whom ideology appears to have played a role.

00:13:22.260 We don't know much more than that right now, but the police chief did say that the gender ideology appears to be one of the prominent theories as to what motivated this shooter.

00:13:32.920 And that gender ideology is opposed by Christianity.

00:13:37.060 So now you've got, well, what do you call it?

00:13:39.960 Josh Hawley has an answer.

00:13:41.100 Mr. President, we must also tell the truth about what happened yesterday in Nashville.

00:13:46.480 This murderous rampage, this taking of innocent life was a horrific crime.

00:13:52.400 But more specifically, it was a hate crime, a crime that, according to Nashville police, specifically targeted.

00:14:02.080 That's their word targeted.

00:14:03.840 The members of this Christian community, the members of this religious institution, its students, its educators, its employees.

00:14:16.080 Let's be clear, Mr. President, federal law prohibits the targeting of violence against any American on the basis of religious affiliation or religious practice or religious belief.

00:14:31.040 But that is, according to police, exactly what we saw happen.

00:14:35.240 A lot of conservatives are going to hear this and say, duh, yeah, it's a hate crime.

00:14:43.740 And actually, a lot of conservatives, myself included, will hear this and say, what is a hate crime?

00:14:49.820 Is that the opposite of a love crime?

00:14:53.280 Is that the opposite of a charity crime?

00:14:56.600 Is that, no, all crimes are hate crimes.

00:14:59.340 And I suspect Josh Hawley knows that.

00:15:02.620 What is Josh Hawley doing here?

00:15:05.680 Hawley is pointing out that liberals don't like Christians, generally speaking.

00:15:11.600 That's what he's pointing out, because hate crime laws are rarely applied to protect Christians or to protect conservatives or to protect white people or to protect men or to protect any of the groups that our society looks disfavorably upon.

00:15:32.080 We're told that white people can't be racist, or I'm sorry, we're told white people can only be racist, but nobody can be racist against white people.

00:15:43.680 Nobody can be bigoted or unjust toward men.

00:15:47.480 And certainly, there's no such thing as a hate crime against Christians. 1.00

00:15:51.660 Those Christians, they're the evil ones. 1.00

00:15:53.420 Everyone else, they're the good ones. 1.00

00:15:54.620 Christians are really, really evil. 1.00

00:15:56.080 That's what our culture tells us. 0.99

00:15:59.060 And it's what our law typically enforces.

00:16:02.600 And what Hawley is pointing out here is, hey, guys, wake up.

00:16:06.540 He's trying to shake the culture a little bit and say, hey, guys, you know, you're always talking.

00:16:11.080 Frankly, half the time, you're just making up these alleged hate crimes by trying to read the minds and the motivations of the killers.

00:16:18.720 So if a guy shoots somebody, white guy shoots somebody, and the person he shoots is white, okay, no big deal. 0.79

00:16:25.640 If the white guy shoots someone who's black, even if the white guy doesn't shoot the guy because he's black, he just shoots the guy because he's a guy and he wants to shoot him, then all of a sudden it's a hate crime. 0.94

00:16:33.280 So they'll read the minds and they'll try to apply these motivations to everything. 0.98

00:16:36.780 But in this case, we have a targeted shooting at a Christian school.

00:16:41.760 Nobody wants to raise the prospect of a hate crime.

00:16:44.440 The FBI isn't even treating it as domestic terrorism.

00:16:47.360 The Daily Wire learned that yesterday.

00:16:48.680 Anyway, the FBI said to the Daily Wire, quote, if it was terrorism, we would have federal jurisdiction.

00:16:56.440 Given that Nashville Metro is leading the investigation, I think you can take a lot from that.

00:17:00.980 That's a spokesman for the Memphis field office of the FBI.

00:17:04.920 FBI doesn't want to call this terrorism.

00:17:07.600 The FBI is too busy dealing with the terrorism of parents who don't want their kids being taught critical race theory and being told to castrate themselves in elementary school.

00:17:16.660 That's a real domestic terror threat.

00:17:19.320 The FBI is too busy dealing with the terrorism of Catholics who go to mass on Sunday. 0.96

00:17:23.200 Remember that memo that the FBI tried to downplay and deny?

00:17:25.920 Oh, no, that's, never mind, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

00:17:31.040 No, the FBI has got to really deal with the terrorism of those Catholic extremists.

00:17:36.640 Now, the FBI has to deal with the terrorism of grannies taking a tour around the Capitol on January 6th, being led around by police in some cases. 0.94

00:17:46.440 That's terrorism.

00:17:47.540 That's the worst terrorist act, worst insurrection in the history of our country.

00:17:51.340 But a targeted massacre against a Christian school, that's not terrorism.

00:17:58.460 No, no, we got horn hat guys to arrest. 0.91

00:18:01.060 We're learning more about the shooter, by the way.

00:18:03.240 We're learning more about the shooter.

00:18:05.580 We're learning very relevant details about the shooter.

00:18:09.120 We're learning very relevant details about the shooter that also pertain to this broader epidemic and bizarre phenomenon of the gender ideology.

00:18:20.760 And I don't know that I'm allowed to say it on big tech.

00:18:23.660 This is from law enforcement.

00:18:28.080 This is backed up by multiple serious scientific studies, the thing that I'm about to say.

00:18:35.200 And I don't know that I'm allowed to say it on big tech.

00:18:39.860 So I'll say it.

00:18:40.960 They can censor me.

00:18:41.720 They can ban me.

00:18:42.700 Whatever we want.

00:18:43.460 According to the Daily Beast, so take it with a grain of salt, according to news sources, according to people close to the shooter, the shooter was autistic and a high-functioning autist.

00:18:59.260 And this is not terribly surprising.

00:19:03.320 Obviously, I think this person had a whole host of issues.

00:19:07.760 But the reason that the fact that the shooter was autistic matters is because of a study from Cambridge.

00:19:14.440 There's a study out of Cambridge that looks at a whole host of data on transgender ideology and other conditions and observes a coincidence.

00:19:31.940 Am I allowed to say this on big tech?

00:19:33.780 I don't know.

00:19:34.100 I'm going to say it anyway.

00:19:35.940 The Cambridge study has discovered that transgender identity is strongly correlated with autism.

00:19:45.200 So people who do not identify with the sex that they were assigned at birth are three to six times as likely to be autistic as people who know what sex they are, are, according to the largest study yet to examine the connection out of a very prestigious, established institution.

00:20:04.180 I had a young woman, a young autistic woman, come up to me at a speech and say this.

00:20:08.100 Say, Michael, thanks for speaking out against gender ideology because a bunch of people were trying to trans me and I had this gender dysphoria.

00:20:15.780 But thankfully, I had a good family, I had a good priest.

00:20:17.740 They took me to different psychologists to try to see what's going on.

00:20:20.660 They realized I had undiagnosed autism.

00:20:22.380 I'm now being treated for the autism and the gender ideology has gone away.

00:20:26.560 The gender identity, rather, has gone away.

00:20:28.540 What this proves is that the libs who love science never want to talk about science that is inconvenient, whether that's on the vaccines, whether that's on viruses, whether that's on these new conditions that seem to be percolating around the country.

00:20:49.060 They don't want to bring up that science.

00:20:53.860 They want to make an idol out of science, but they don't even understand the basis of science.

00:20:58.580 The reason that the libs can never seriously claim the mantle of science is that they reject the premise of science.

00:21:05.640 The premise of science is that the universe is intelligible.

00:21:09.580 The premise of science is the premise of the medieval scholastics.

00:21:13.460 The premise of science is omne ens est shibile.

00:21:18.660 All beings are knowable.

00:21:21.540 All being is knowable.

00:21:23.240 We can actually know things.

00:21:25.820 And what the libs insist upon is that we can never know anything at all.

00:21:29.440 If you're white, you can never know what it's like to be black.

00:21:32.160 If you are meeting somebody, you can never know if that person is a man or a woman.

00:21:37.100 We can never know if there is a god or there is not a god.

00:21:40.940 We can never know if the color that you see is green, I really see as green.

00:21:45.840 We can never know anything at all.

00:21:48.120 That's what the libs believe.

00:21:49.560 But that undercuts the entire motivation behind science, which is the entire motivation behind all sorts of inquiry, which is the notion that we can know things.

00:22:03.360 William F. Buckley Jr. talked about this, one of the founders of the modern conservative movement.

00:22:08.780 He had a debate with a liberal of his era.

00:22:11.520 And the liberal said, look, we need everything to be open.

00:22:15.020 We need to allow everything and tolerate everything in society because we can just never know what's right and wrong.

00:22:21.420 And Bill Buckley said, no, I'm an epistemological optimist.

00:22:25.400 I think that we can know certain things.

00:22:27.860 We can make certain exclusions.

00:22:29.200 We can build.

00:22:29.900 We can move on.

00:22:30.820 Because if we can't, if we can't know things, then we can't have self-government.

00:22:38.600 The self-government requires us to use our reason to perceive things from the objective world, reason through those things, come to conclusions, pass laws, and move forward.

00:22:50.140 If we can't know that, then we can't govern ourselves.

00:22:57.040 Then we can't learn much of anything at all.

00:22:59.540 We need to restore some balance to our society.

00:23:01.740 When you want to restore balance to our society, you've got to check out Balance of Nature.

00:23:05.720 Right now, go to balanceofnature.com.

00:23:08.580 Living a healthy lifestyle is not always easy, especially when you are on the go as much as I am.

00:23:14.080 I need a simple, manageable routine to make sure that I'm getting the proper nutrition every day, which is why I'm a huge fan of Balance of Nature.

00:23:22.240 Balance of Nature fruits and veggies are a great way to make sure you're getting essential nutritional ingredients every single day.

00:23:29.200 Their capsules are packed with 100% whole food that you can take at any time.

00:23:34.120 That's probably my favorite part.

00:23:35.420 Balance of Nature uses a cold vacuum process that preserves the natural phytonutrients in 16 whole fruits and 15 whole vegetables.

00:23:43.140 and encapsulates them for easy consumption.

00:23:46.000 Balance of Nature sent a bunch of their products down to the studio for our team to try.

00:23:49.460 My only complaint is that these jackals, these absolute animals, hyenas at this office, just rummage through them and take them away.

00:23:56.800 And then it's hard for me to even get a bag.

00:23:59.180 Go to balanceofnature.com.

00:24:05.520 That is balanceofnature.com.

00:24:07.880 Promo code Knowles, K-N-A-W-L-E-S, for 35% off your first preferred order.

00:24:13.140 Let me ask you something.

00:24:15.500 What are you ruled by?

00:24:17.340 There's a good chance you're ruled by something, whether you know it or not.

00:24:21.360 We all are.

00:24:22.260 Everybody's got to serve somebody.

00:24:23.880 That is what Jordan Peterson talks about in episode 12 of Exodus.

00:24:26.880 You can be ruled by anger.

00:24:30.200 And you might say, well, yeah, but that's not a god.

00:24:33.100 And I say, well, yeah, let's just hold on about that.

00:24:36.200 First of all, it's not only localized in you.

00:24:39.920 It's everywhere.

00:24:40.700 Like the rage in your heart is the same as the rage in your heart and in your heart and in mine.

00:24:45.880 It's maybe the same, or it's a variant on a theme.

00:24:48.860 And it's the same force that could rage in an animal.

00:24:52.680 It's tens of millions of years old.

00:24:55.320 It's a pattern of neurological activation, you might say embodied activation, that's transcendent and immortal.

00:25:02.620 And it can certainly rule you.

00:25:04.640 And it has an ambivalent relationship to something that's transcendent, non-biological, because it fleshes out part of the implicate order.

00:25:14.860 And so, like, is rage a god?

00:25:17.700 Is lust a god?

00:25:19.400 Is fear a god?

00:25:20.600 And, I mean, those have already always been, they have been deified in many cultures.

00:25:24.020 You certainly have gods of Eros in all sorts of cultures, because that fundamental motivational force, which is a spirit that abides within, but that's also transcendent, hasn't it?

00:25:34.840 Are they god in the biblical sense?

00:25:36.920 I would say they would be idols.

00:25:38.940 Well, yes and no, because they also have a reality, right?

00:25:43.020 They're higher than us.

00:25:44.240 Yes.

00:25:45.500 In Exodus, Jordan is joined by a group of esteemed scholars, theologians, and artists to discuss one of the seminal books of the Bible.

00:25:53.660 New episodes are coming online every week exclusively for Daily Wire Plus members.

00:26:07.780 There's a story I have to get to.

00:26:10.400 This is a story from the New York Post.

00:26:12.560 A little levity, I guess.

00:26:18.080 Sort of, it is actually sad, but it's kind of funny, too. 0.98

00:26:20.320 Headline, trans woman left sobbing in JFK airport after TSA agent hit her testicles, according to a report. 0.73

00:26:31.880 Transgender woman, transgender woman, was left in tears. 0.91

00:26:34.640 She claimed the TSA agent punched her in the testicles while she was going through security, and then she took to social media to vent about it. 0.97

00:26:41.720 So, did this really happen?

00:26:43.200 And I'm skeptical that it happened if the way that we know this happened is because someone who's a little off, maybe a couple of fries short of a Happy Meal sort of situation, is taking to social media to describe it.

00:26:59.780 But let's say a TSA agent accidentally grabbed something when they're doing a search and didn't expect to find what he found there because this person looked kind of like a woman but then had something that women do not have. 0.68

00:27:15.080 I actually believe it's a female TSA agent.

00:27:19.220 This is really sad for all of us. 0.99

00:27:21.980 It's sad that we have to live in a society where the phrase, a TSA agent hit her testicles, is printed in a newspaper with a straight face. 0.60

00:27:29.860 It's sad that we have to live in a society where we pretend that we don't know the most basic things possible. 0.96

00:27:36.820 It's sad for this woman that she had to feel that when she was supposed to be dealing with a woman and it turned out to be a man. 0.53

00:27:49.300 This TSA agent should not have to be grabbing anybody's, any male genitalia like that.

00:27:54.140 And it's sad for this man that he thinks he's a woman and that he starts sobbing because his delusion is not in line with reality.

00:28:00.440 It's sad for everybody and we don't have to live this way.

00:28:05.000 There's another, I'm going to tell you of a mythical time when we didn't live this way.

00:28:08.960 This was way, way back in the mists of history, all the way back in that Halcyon era of 2014.

00:28:19.080 Can you remember that time?

00:28:21.600 Oh, it's lost.

00:28:22.720 It's lost to my memory. 0.72

00:28:24.220 No, I think I can still remember a little over eight years ago when we did not tolerate this transgender nonsense at any level of public life. 1.00

00:28:37.900 I'm sure there were still confused people or people who had a sexual fetish or people who dealt with all sorts of delusions.

00:28:44.800 But we didn't deal with it as a matter of public life because we said boys are boys and girls are girls.

00:28:50.940 And if you're a man who thinks he's a woman, that's your problem and I hope you get some help for it. 1.00

00:28:56.300 We can return.

00:28:57.940 Sometimes you'll see this meme.

00:28:59.360 Return to tradition.

00:29:00.940 Return.

00:29:01.260 We don't need to go back to 1350 in order to salvage this part of our culture.

00:29:05.640 We can go back eight years and we obviously should.

00:29:10.820 Obviously should.

00:29:12.020 Speaking of being able to know things, speaking able to know science,

00:29:17.040 here's some science that the libs don't want you to know.

00:29:19.260 Birth control greatly increases your risk of breast cancer.

00:29:23.340 Hormonal contraceptives come with an increased risk of breast cancer.

00:29:26.500 According to a new study put out by University of Oxford, this study was published in PLOS Medicine,

00:29:32.460 showed an increased risk of around 20 to 30 percent.

00:29:35.720 This is a very significant increase in breast cancer risk linked to current or even recent use

00:29:41.380 of hormonal birth control pills, including combined estrogen and progesterone,

00:29:48.240 progestogen birth control pills, and progestogen only contraceptives.

00:29:54.720 Say that five times fast.

00:29:56.720 I can't.

00:29:59.060 Conservatives have warned for decades, you know, all these birth control pills,

00:30:02.740 there's no way that you can pump yourself full of a bunch of weird hormones and that not have

00:30:06.340 any effect at all.

00:30:07.320 And what did the libs and the doctors say?

00:30:08.860 They said, absolutely not.

00:30:09.760 They're completely safe.

00:30:10.660 They're totally wonderful.

00:30:11.720 We should get all of our daughters on them as young as 13, 12, 11. 1.00

00:30:15.000 Oh, there's so many great uses of contraception.

00:30:17.500 Contraception's the greatest thing in the world.

00:30:18.900 Even if you oppose abortion, definitely get on a bunch of contraception.

00:30:22.260 And now we find out, oh yeah, it turns out when you pump yourself full of a bunch of

00:30:25.220 weird chemicals and hormones, that has deleterious effects on your body.

00:30:30.540 Yeah.

00:30:32.260 All the untutored, anti-scientific, uneducated, backward Bible-thumping rubes, 1.00

00:30:37.860 totally right.

00:30:39.340 All of the scientific geniuses with the great degrees and the white lab coats, totally wrong.

00:30:44.820 The gut feeling, the wisdom of the ages, the wisdom of repugnance, vindicated yet again.

00:30:53.600 Trust that gut.

00:30:55.820 Now, have you heard this recent phenomenon of doctors discussing the wonderful medical

00:31:02.460 benefits of magic mushrooms?

00:31:05.380 Have you heard this?

00:31:05.960 It's mostly bubbling up from hippies who were, I assume, misrepresenting some of these scientific

00:31:10.640 studies.

00:31:11.000 But I have no doubt that some weirdo scientists are pushing this too.

00:31:13.580 They're saying, hey man, you got to take psilocybin, man.

00:31:17.880 Take some LSD because it has wonderful medical effects and it'll make you feel less depressed,

00:31:24.260 man, because you're all depressed, you know, because you have a hopeless worldview and you're

00:31:28.400 living in vice.

00:31:29.300 But like if you take a bunch of drugs, that'll totally help you, man.

00:31:33.640 So, and that's scientific, man.

00:31:35.280 I read it in a paper somewhere or something.

00:31:38.400 Let's say it is in a paper somewhere.

00:31:39.800 Let's say there is some big study about how great it is to do a bunch of hallucinogenic

00:31:42.900 drugs.

00:31:45.460 The people who are telling you to take poisonous mushrooms and hallucinogenic drugs that derelict

00:31:52.900 14-year-olds are best known for taking, those are the same people who told you that the coronavirus

00:32:00.820 came from a wet market in Wuhan.

00:32:03.140 These are the same people who told you that wearing a hanky on your face and standing six

00:32:06.060 feet away from people and letting your grandma die alone was going to protect you from getting

00:32:10.180 a cough.

00:32:10.920 These are the same people who told you that the COVID vaccine was totally safe and totally

00:32:14.220 effective.

00:32:15.440 It'll stop you from getting the virus.

00:32:16.820 It'll stop you from spreading.

00:32:17.920 These are the same people who are wrong.

00:32:19.200 These are the same people who told you there's no side effects from birth control.

00:32:21.480 It's the same people who are wrong about everything.

00:32:24.420 And now we say, oh, well, they told me to take poison mushrooms.

00:32:26.740 So I guess we should, huh?

00:32:27.600 Now, I think we need to greatly reduce the use of these poisons.

00:32:33.220 And we are seeing that now.

00:32:34.300 Wyoming has just become the first state to outlaw abortion pills.

00:32:37.860 Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon has signed a bill on Friday outlawing the abortion pills.

00:32:44.520 It's called the Prohibiting Chemical Abortions Bill.

00:32:48.140 And it says that anyone who prescribes, distributes, or otherwise provides abortion pills can face a

00:32:53.820 prison sentence of six months and a fine of $9,000.

00:32:57.540 Awesome.

00:32:58.120 Love it.

00:32:58.740 I want to see every other Republican in the country pushing this stuff.

00:33:01.760 This is where the pro-life movement is moving.

00:33:03.780 We overruled Roe v. Wade. 0.64

00:33:05.360 Took 49 years.

00:33:06.400 We did it.

00:33:06.920 That's great.

00:33:07.340 That's not the end.

00:33:08.220 That's only the beginning.

00:33:09.320 We've got to keep pushing.

00:33:10.660 The left never stops pushing.

00:33:12.280 The left pushes the sexual revolution all the way from feminism all the way down to 1.00

00:33:17.100 chopping off your kids' genitals. 1.00

00:33:19.460 All right, they never stop. 1.00

00:33:20.560 They just keep moving, moving, moving.

00:33:21.940 We've got to keep moving, moving, moving, too.

00:33:24.240 Outlaw those abortion pills.

00:33:26.800 Do it everywhere.

00:34:49.860 My favorite comment yesterday, it's from Rye Orm, who says,

00:34:54.340 we used to teach kids about the birds and the bees.

00:34:56.560 Now we have to try and explain the Zers and the Zs. 0.99

00:34:58.840 So true.

00:34:59.620 Many, many such cases.

00:35:04.900 The Trans Day of Vengeance is coming up on Friday. 0.98

00:35:08.760 I was explaining this to some family members.

00:35:11.780 They didn't believe me.

00:35:13.780 They said, what is this?

00:35:14.680 What's this security risk that is apparently cropping up?

00:35:18.400 I said, oh, there's a day called the Trans Day of Vengeance. 1.00

00:35:20.840 They said, oh, ha ha.

00:35:21.700 What's it really called?

00:35:23.600 So it's really called the Trans Day of Vengeance. 0.97

00:35:25.700 And it's being promoted by fairly large accounts on social media.

00:35:31.280 And it's a call for violence against anyone who dares to suggest that a man is not a woman

00:35:36.440 and a woman is not a man. 0.95

00:35:38.760 And it's being pushed specifically in Washington, D.C. and Tennessee.

00:35:44.260 And it's being directed specifically at the Daily Wire.

00:35:47.720 And these transgender activists are, in some cases, calling for very explicit violence. 0.91

00:35:56.860 In some cases, I mean, there are videos that I'm not even going to play on this show that

00:35:59.820 have gone viral of people essentially saying that the Christian school deserved what it got

00:36:04.660 because they didn't accept transgender ideology.

00:36:08.220 Hideous stuff.

00:36:09.580 And, but even the ones who are trying to not get kicked off of social media,

00:36:14.460 they are very clearly calling for violence against people who disagree with them. 0.98

00:36:18.740 Trans people in Tennessee, it's time to f***ing fight. 1.00

00:36:22.240 Trans allies in Tennessee, it's time to f***ing fight. 1.00

00:36:25.520 Trans women, if they lock you up for identifying as a woman, fight. 0.99

00:36:29.940 Resist. 1.00

00:36:30.700 You're going to die anyways. 1.00

00:36:32.040 We're going to die anyways. 1.00

00:36:33.600 It's time to f***ing resist. 1.00

00:36:35.480 Fight them. 1.00

00:36:36.460 Hurt them. 1.00

00:36:37.080 If they put their hands on you, beat them. 1.00

00:36:41.740 We are at an attack. 0.98

00:36:43.840 It's time to fight back.

00:36:46.160 Do you hear me?

00:36:47.900 Trans people in Tennessee, trans men, trans women, non-binary, fight. 0.97

00:36:52.980 If they try to arrest you or have you arrested on a felony for existing, beat them.

00:36:58.940 A felony for existing.

00:36:59.760 Put a pause there.

00:37:00.720 Notice, she keeps prefacing all of this with if, if, if, but the ifs are totally implausible.

00:37:06.160 If they arrest you on a felony for existing, what does that mean?

00:37:11.680 Nobody is suggesting that.

00:37:13.360 I'm starting to, and it's not a woman too, right? 0.80

00:37:14.920 It's a dude, I assume.

00:37:16.140 I'm starting to think this fellow might be a little bit confused.

00:37:19.340 Huh.

00:37:20.740 I'm starting to think something might be a little bit off about this guy.

00:37:26.260 Usually, I don't take threats all that seriously because people mouth off on social media and

00:37:30.820 it's no big deal.

00:37:31.980 But the reason I don't take them seriously is because most people are,

00:37:36.160 at least somewhat reasonable in the end.

00:37:38.700 They might mouth off a little bit, but eventually they come to their senses.

00:37:43.980 People who have lost their senses, people who have lost their capacity to reason about

00:37:49.560 even the most basic things, they don't get reasonable again until they receive psychological

00:37:56.060 and spiritual help, which is being explicitly denied them by our law and by our popular culture.

00:38:04.140 Keep going.

00:38:04.980 Gang together.

00:38:06.220 Get people who agree with you to come and fight.

00:38:09.800 Carry a weapon at all times.

00:38:11.960 And yes, you have to attack the police officer. 0.99

00:38:15.320 Attack everybody. 0.98

00:38:16.300 Fight, fight, fight.

00:38:16.980 Carry a weapon at all times.

00:38:18.160 You know, the Second Amendment is a right.

00:38:21.440 The ability to defend oneself is a right.

00:38:25.160 But as the Libs always like to point out, these rights are not totally absolute existing

00:38:29.620 in a vacuum.

00:38:30.820 They are conditioned by certain things and predicated on certain things.

00:38:34.880 So you have a right to vote.

00:38:36.460 You have a civil right to vote.

00:38:37.700 But if you commit a felony, if you commit a number of infractions, you can lose that right

00:38:43.440 to vote.

00:38:44.440 You have a right to free speech.

00:38:45.740 But you don't have a right to threaten people.

00:38:47.980 That would be an abuse of speech.

00:38:49.760 That would be speech that undermines speech.

00:38:51.560 That would be a speech act that is not tolerated.

00:38:55.420 You have a right to a gun.

00:38:58.320 Felons lose their right to guns.

00:39:00.020 All sorts of people lose their rights to guns.

00:39:03.820 I am as strong a defender of the right to defend yourself in the Second Amendment as possible.

00:39:08.580 Now, if you have demonstrated a capacity, an incapacity to reason, if you are not capable

00:39:21.980 of rational behavior, certainly that would be one of the reasons why you could not own

00:39:29.260 a gun.

00:39:29.500 This is why five-year-olds are not allowed to go into the gun store and buy guns.

00:39:32.440 They haven't reached the age of reason yet.

00:39:34.800 And people can lose their reason for all sorts of reasons.

00:39:39.680 And unfortunately, what we do in this society now is we call sanity insanity and insanity sanity.

00:39:48.900 Speaking of really, it's not insane, but it's really vile.

00:39:51.680 There was the most vile reaction that I've seen to the shooting in Nashville.

00:39:57.780 It was from someone who's appeared on this show, actually.

00:39:59.840 He's a liberal, but he's appeared on this show.

00:40:02.020 And it's just so hideous.

00:40:05.380 And I bring it up not even just to castigate this guy, but to show you how wrong the Libs 0.94

00:40:13.160 thinking is, how pervasive this kind of vile thinking is, but also how wrong it is.

00:40:17.780 David Pakman tweeted out, quote,

00:40:20.620 Very surprising that there would be a mass shooting at a Christian school given that lack

00:40:26.900 of prayer is often blamed for these horrible events.

00:40:30.060 Is it possible they weren't praying enough or correctly, despite being a Christian school?

00:40:38.000 That is the most vile tweet I've ever read.

00:40:41.540 And Twitter is a cesspool for the most vile kinds of speech you can imagine.

00:40:49.500 If you have any kind of public profile at all, you've seen plenty of vile stuff directed at you.

00:40:55.520 But that is the single most vile tweet I have ever read.

00:41:02.100 He ended up deleting it, but he didn't apologize.

00:41:05.320 In fact, he played the victim.

00:41:06.380 He said, all right, too many anti-Semitic attacks and threats to my family.

00:41:11.360 I've deleted the tweet.

00:41:14.420 One, no one saw any of these alleged anti-Semitic attacks.

00:41:20.720 What a joker. 1.00

00:41:23.460 How pathetic. 1.00

00:41:24.600 I won't even apologize. 0.99

00:41:25.880 I was totally right.

00:41:27.420 Yeah, I'm going to make fun of these murdered kids. 0.97

00:41:30.240 I'm going to make fun of them for being Christian. 1.00

00:41:32.440 Ha ha, you idiot Christians. 1.00

00:41:34.820 Yeah, that'll teach you to be Christian. 1.00

00:41:38.100 Yeah, but I'll delete the tweet anyway.

00:41:39.460 I don't want to deal with you people anymore.

00:41:40.800 That's what he's saying.

00:41:41.960 So, really, just very little leaves me without much to say.

00:41:49.980 This does.

00:41:51.100 One thing I would have to say about it, though, is his premise is wrong.

00:41:55.580 He's saying that lack of prayer is often blamed for these horrible events.

00:42:00.880 When has that ever occurred?

00:42:01.960 I've never once heard from anybody other than him that lack of prayer is the cause of shootings or any other kind of evil or suffering.

00:42:13.360 No, what happens is after bad things happen, compassionate people, people with a even somewhat clear understanding of reality, will say, oh, I'm praying for you.

00:42:28.460 I'm sending you, I'm thinking of you, and I'm praying for you.

00:42:32.780 And then libs will scream and yell at them for it or make fun of them for it. 1.00

00:42:37.520 Say, yeah, thoughts and prayers.

00:42:38.580 Oh, yeah, you keep your thoughts and prayers and shove it.

00:42:41.480 Okay.

00:42:43.240 What are you offering?

00:42:44.900 I'm offering thoughts and prayers.

00:42:46.380 What are you offering? 0.93

00:42:47.720 You're just offering invective and bile, and you're mocking little kids for being Christians and being murdered. 0.91

00:42:55.760 What are you offering?

00:42:57.000 Well, we're offering gun control laws.

00:42:59.560 None of the gun control laws have ever worked.

00:43:01.600 You've passed plenty of gun control laws.

00:43:02.960 They haven't done anything.

00:43:06.320 Well, we're offering anger.

00:43:08.380 Oh, thanks.

00:43:09.180 Oh, thank you.

00:43:09.840 That's what we have a shortage of is anger.

00:43:12.720 Oh, your anger is so comforting.

00:43:15.980 What are you offering? 0.97

00:43:17.200 Well, we're offering cruel jokes about murdered children and Christians. 0.99

00:43:22.120 Oh, cool. 0.95

00:43:22.860 Thanks.

00:43:23.240 I think I'll stick with thoughts and prayers.

00:43:24.640 If you are against thoughts and prayers after a tragedy, that's a pretty good sign you're on the wrong side.

00:43:36.820 There wasn't sufficient prayer.

00:43:38.540 No Christian believes that.

00:43:41.120 It rains on the just and the unjust alike.

00:43:44.540 Bad things happen to good people.

00:43:46.600 That's one of the most basic problems that anyone who is given even two seconds of thought to morality and religion has considered.

00:44:00.820 And these people haven't even gotten that far.

00:44:02.660 You know, it's often pointed out that the libs who are pushing gun control know the least about guns.

00:44:09.260 They don't know how any of the guns work.

00:44:11.440 They don't know anything about the history of guns.

00:44:13.020 They don't know anything about the effects of gun control laws.

00:44:16.600 They don't know anything about the history of the Second Amendment.

00:44:19.740 They just don't know anything about anything.

00:44:20.980 But they're the ones who are pontificating and attempting to regulate these things.

00:44:25.460 Well, certainly the same is true of thoughts and prayers.

00:44:28.440 These people have never given one second of thought to thoughts and prayers and the meaning of prayer and the meaning of suffering and why good things happen to good people.

00:44:35.460 Theodicy and, more broadly, theology or any of it.

00:44:40.040 All they've got to offer is bile and poison. 0.99

00:44:43.520 Absolutely disgusting stuff. 0.97

00:44:45.440 And they are pushing it.

00:44:46.180 There was a release from the Trans Resistance Network.

00:44:50.520 This came out on the school shooting.

00:44:53.780 They said, as the Trans Resistance Network has been notified of this shooting, it's not our policy to engage publicly with the news media.

00:44:59.860 We believe this calls for a thoughtful response from our collective.

00:45:03.480 We point out that today's incident in Nashville, Tennessee is not one tragedy, but two.

00:45:09.400 I think you know where this is going.

00:45:10.660 The first tragedy today is the loss of life of three children and adults.

00:45:14.620 We extend our deepest sympathies.

00:45:16.440 We mourn with you.

00:45:17.160 The second and more complex tragedy is that Aidan or Aubrey Hale, who felt he had no, he, it's a she, had no other effective way to be seen than to lash out by taking the life of others and by consequence himself, really herself.

00:45:29.080 And that's the, that's the, that's the real tragedy.

00:45:32.440 She just, she just felt she had no other option.

00:45:37.840 You know, and why did she feel that way?

00:45:39.680 It's because of those Christians. 0.76

00:45:41.440 Yeah.

00:45:42.260 This is essentially the same thing.

00:45:44.500 David Pakman made a joke about it.

00:45:46.380 And the Trans Resistance Network is saying it with a straight face.

00:45:48.700 Yeah, these Christians, they're just, they're just so wrong. 1.00

00:45:51.120 They're so wrong that they're bringing this upon themselves.

00:45:54.700 Yeah.

00:45:56.380 Yeah, what, that's the real tragedy is that you guys just didn't get on the program with the transgender ideology.

00:46:04.140 This statement tells me, it goes on and it gets worse and I just won't read it.

00:46:07.000 What this tells me though, is I think this is the, the final collapse of one of the dishonest arguments we hear from the libs on the transgender ideology issue, which is who cares?

00:46:21.860 Oh, who cares?

00:46:22.480 What do you care?

00:46:23.560 This doesn't affect you.

00:46:25.100 This doesn't, this isn't a big deal.

00:46:26.800 Just live and let live.

00:46:27.820 Who cares?

00:46:29.600 Who cares?

00:46:32.040 These people care. 0.95

00:46:32.960 These people care enough that they would blame Christians and conservatives and society broadly for forcing a transgender identifying person to shoot up a Christian school full of little kids. 0.99

00:46:53.940 Like an abusive husband who says to his wife, why did you make me do that?

00:46:58.940 Why did you make this shooter do that?

00:47:02.960 It goes, how many, one, two, three, four, five, see like 11 or 12 paragraphs on that.

00:47:12.580 This is a pretty pervasive belief. 0.99

00:47:14.940 If only, if only you had just hadn't been so damn Christian, you know, if only you guys had just hadn't been so hateful. 0.98

00:47:23.180 We wouldn't have to do this. 0.99

00:47:24.500 Wouldn't have to fight back.

00:47:25.340 Wouldn't have to resist.

00:47:26.040 Wouldn't have to have a day of vengeance.

00:47:28.260 Vengeance.

00:47:30.740 But who cares?

00:47:32.500 Who cares?

00:47:32.840 I think they care and I think they care a lot.

00:47:34.780 And if one does not have the clarity and courage to stand against this ideology that is about a lot more than just some confused people.

00:47:46.500 It's about using confused people, weaponizing confused people to upend an entire political order and to exalt the most disgusting and depraved and wicked sorts of people in society.

00:48:04.060 The kind of people who would write these tweets and suppressing and bullying into silence ordinary people who hold ordinary, true, traditional beliefs.

00:48:15.120 That's what it's about.

00:48:16.120 That's what it's about.

00:48:17.580 That's what it's always been about.

00:48:20.240 I think people are beginning to see that a little bit more.

00:48:24.440 Now, the rest of the show continues now.
