00:00:00.000 The media are still reeling from the discovery that the two most recent mass killers are not
00:00:05.300 white people, they're Hispanic. But within moments of this revelation of this inconvenient truth,
00:00:12.420 the liberals came up with a suitable explanation. That explanation is that even Hispanics
00:00:19.080 can be white supremacists. We all have to remember that the head of the Proud Boys,
00:00:25.700 his name is Enrique Tarrio. The Proud Boys is a white nationalist group. Look, being Hispanic or
00:00:31.920 being black does not, or being anything, does not make you immune from being racist, from being
00:00:38.280 radicalized, from being a white supremacist, from being evil, from being homicidal. And we are seeing
00:00:44.100 it over and over again. There are people, you know, they don't see themselves as what they are.
00:00:48.780 Yeah. I think it does, doesn't it? It doesn't inoculate you from being racist,
00:00:55.160 though many libs will say that if you're black or even Hispanic, that you can't be racist.
00:01:00.760 But then the libs define racism as merely being pro-white people and anti-other people. And so
00:01:08.600 maybe, I guess by that measure, in theory, I guess in theory, a black or Hispanic guy could be a white
00:01:17.200 supremacist. I don't, it doesn't seem very plausible. I don't think it would ever happen. But the liberals
00:01:24.180 are grasping at straws so they will accept even theoretical, implausible possibilities. And
00:01:29.700 they're raising this theory, I think, not to excuse the killers. Actually, I think this is the libs
00:01:35.620 coming down very hard on these Hispanic killers. Because for the liberals, there is pretty much
00:01:41.660 nothing worse than being white. So this is their way of saying that these Hispanic guys are very bad.
00:01:49.140 This is the language that they use. For the libs, white, whiteness, white supremacist,
00:01:56.460 white nationalist, whatever, all these terms that involve white, that's just synonymous with bad.
00:02:02.660 They say, these Hispanic guys, these guys are so bad that they're metaphysically white.
00:02:09.220 Now, unbeknownst to the liberals, there appears to be a darker, more plausible motivation. And one
00:02:15.160 that increasingly pervades our whole culture. And I haven't seen anybody talking about it.
00:02:19.600 So we'll get into it. I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:02:29.880 Welcome back to the show. Speaking of anti-white politics, there's a member of the Denver City
00:02:35.580 Council who says that white-owned businesses, whatever that is, by the way, I'm not sure that
00:02:41.620 you can so easily classify businesses as white-owned, black-owned, Polynesian-owned. But
00:02:46.980 she says white-owned businesses should be taxed extra, and that money should be distributed to
00:02:52.820 black-owned businesses. We'll get to that in one second. First, though, this shooter in Texas,
00:02:57.620 they've identified the shooter, and they even seem to have a motive and a kind of a manifesto.
00:03:04.360 We're now weeks and weeks, months after the Nashville shooting involving the transgender
00:03:12.820 identifying gal who all evidence would seem to suggest transgender ideology was a motivating
00:03:19.040 factor for the shooting. We can't get that manifesto. We have it. The FBI just won't release
00:03:23.580 it to us. We can't see that yet. But in all these other shootings, in all these other attacks,
00:03:29.300 we can see it, especially if the manifestos suggest a right-wing cause. Just really curious
00:03:34.780 how quickly that happens and what a strange incongruity there is there between those two
00:03:40.920 cases. But in any case, the shooter is a 33-year-old Hispanic guy. He's a Hispanic neo-Nazi
00:03:51.200 white supremacist or something. That's how it's being reported. We're seeing pictures of
00:03:58.580 tattoos that this guy's gotten that are neo-Nazi tattoos. What's kind of strange about them is the
00:04:03.480 tattoos seem pretty new. They look like tattoos that the guy just got. He doesn't have a huge
00:04:09.100 social media footprint. It's really just on pro-Russia, a pro-Russia social media site.
00:04:15.920 The whole thing is just really weird. And the more you find out about it, the stranger and
00:04:25.480 less plausible, the whole thing seems to be. But that's what they're saying is he's a neo-Nazi
00:04:32.140 white supremacist Hispanic guy, right-winger. Now, what did he say in his own words? Beyond
00:04:39.880 all of the really on-the-nose writings about, oh, I love this right-wing figure and, oh, I love this
00:04:45.240 conservative and I'm a far-right person. He said something that people aren't picking up on.
00:04:51.880 He said, quote, the media effing proves it. They will never miss an opportunity to cover the event
00:04:59.580 and cater the coverage exactly for sick Fs like me. Because the heart of the matter is we all know
00:05:06.480 it's just a effing spectacle at this point. And the spectacle and the killer are far more interesting
00:05:12.540 the boring Fs who were killed. If these manifestos were actually written by this guy,
00:05:24.160 if we can believe what has been reported about him so far and about the shooting so far,
00:05:29.880 to me, this is the most telling thing that was written. He says it's about the spectacle
00:05:36.480 and everyone's going to cover it. And of course, everyone's going to cover it.
00:05:41.480 It's big news. And he says, it's all about the spectacle. It's really interesting. It's more
00:05:46.720 interesting than anybody, including my victims. It's so interesting. This has been true in a lot
00:05:54.960 of different ages. People go out and make a big spectacle of themselves. They want attention or
00:05:59.640 something. But it's especially true in our age. It's not just that this is always the case and,
00:06:06.300 you know, plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. No, we're living in an age that is particularly
00:06:11.760 focused on performance and on the ability of ordinary people who don't work in Hollywood,
00:06:18.360 who don't train as performers, who don't have a big stage, ordinary people to make themselves become
00:06:24.200 the big star, the center of all the attention. And they can do that not merely through an act
00:06:29.560 of terror, not merely through some heinous crime, but they can do it and amplify even those other
00:06:35.660 things through social media, which makes everybody a star if they want to be for 15 minutes.
00:06:42.860 We are living in an age in which performance and spectacle are the highest things in life.
00:06:48.720 There is no higher kind of virtue in the minds of many other people. And that's true even among
00:07:00.740 people who would call themselves kind of conservative or kind of religious or a lot of those people even.
00:07:07.460 they don't really believe that there is an underlying meaning to liturgy, to ritual, to even
00:07:19.660 many right-wingers and conservatives will say, well, you know, look, I don't really believe in God,
00:07:24.620 but I go to church because it's an important thing to do. Yeah, I don't really believe in the
00:07:28.680 resurrection, but it's an important metaphor. You know, the cross actually, it stands for some other
00:07:33.700 kind of symbols. So even if none of this stuff is literally true, I'm just going to choose to
00:07:38.340 pretend that it is. You see a movement called Christian atheism, which is, of course, a
00:07:42.500 contradiction in terms. But what it gets to is an idea that we want the trappings of Christianity
00:07:46.920 without the underlying substance and meaning. But you can't have that. We're living in an age when
00:07:52.700 even the conservative, serious, traditional religious people very often are just kind of there
00:07:59.500 for the show, just there for the spectacle, just there for the performance. That can't go on
00:08:04.380 because that means that your society is hollowed out. It's a husk of its former self. And things
00:08:11.920 start to go awry and things start to get quirky. And in that society, let's say we believe all the
00:08:16.860 news reports about this shooting. I could believe them if we're living in an age when there is no deeper
00:08:25.900 meaning, when things don't necessarily make sense. When we're living in an age when you could have a
00:08:29.280 Hispanic white supremacist. Things are getting a little unsettled, which is why you got to check
00:08:34.820 out My Patriot Supply. Right now, go to preparewithknolls.com. I love that URL. I wish I had bought

00:09:36.520 preparewithknolls.com. Another attacker, allegedly, another attacker in Texas who mowed down 18 people.
00:09:46.320 Immediately, the media breathlessly seek to report this as some evil white supremacist,
00:09:51.840 probably anti-immigrant, identitarian, neo-Nazi skinhead. Turns out, no, this is a Hispanic guy
00:10:00.060 too. 34-year-old Hispanic guy. Now, there's no evidence that this guy has swastikas tattooed on
00:10:05.760 him or anything like that, but he is a longtime criminal. This guy's a Brownsville local with an
00:10:12.260 extensive rap sheet, according to law enforcement officials. He's been formally charged and arraigned
00:10:18.120 with eight counts of manslaughter and 10 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
00:10:24.660 So the story here is not the pathologies of social media in an age that doesn't believe in anything
00:10:31.180 beyond the most shallow and superficial kind of a facade of a performance. The story here is what
00:10:37.300 happens when you go soft on crime. Why is a guy with an extensive rap sheet permitted to operate in
00:10:45.320 society willy-nilly? That seems like a bad idea. And it's happening all over the country. We know
00:10:51.380 it's happening in New York. We know it's happening in San Francisco, in Chicago, in Washington, D.C.
00:10:55.840 It's even happening in pretty conservative parts of the country. It's even happening in Texas.
00:11:01.980 People with long rap sheets are getting off the hook. And this reminds us that political issues are
00:11:06.580 not just siloed. They're not just compartmentalized. You are very unlikely to live in a society in which
00:11:14.800 economic policy is wise and prudent, foreign policy is cautious and moderate, and crime policy is just
00:11:24.840 completely insane. Yeah, we just let all the criminals off the hook. That part, we really took
00:11:29.940 our eye off the ball there. But on every other matter, on immigration, on the social issues,
00:11:36.380 on all of it, we're really sensible. No, policy works together because we're part of an integrated
00:11:41.460 whole called society, called the political community. And so it is much more likely that
00:11:46.980 everything will go wrong than that virtually everything goes right and only one thing goes
00:11:52.600 wrong. This is why when people say, I can't believe how much Joe Biden screwed up. Man, how can
00:11:57.100 one guy screw up this many things? I think, what do you mean you can't believe it? This is what I
00:12:00.720 would expect. If somebody is wrong, if somebody is egregiously wrong in one or two or three areas,
00:12:08.880 then it's not likely that he's going to be right in the others. He's due to be right on some issue.
00:12:14.200 No, what's most likely is he's going to be wrong about everything. If a guy doesn't know the difference
00:12:18.900 between a man and a woman, and a guy thinks that it's not only acceptable, but a positive good
00:12:24.160 to pump little kids full of cross-sex hormones and chop off their genitals, odds are that guy's
00:12:30.020 going to be wrong about everything, about immigration, about crime, about the economy,
00:12:35.100 about foreign policy, about everything. Because his premises are just off. It all sort of goes
00:12:41.700 together. When you've got a country that is soft on crime, then you're going to have more crimes
00:12:49.040 throughout society. You're going to have people more on edge. You're going to have a sense of
00:12:53.380 law and order breaking down. You're going to have people then begin to cheat in the sphere of
00:12:58.520 economics. You're going to have education collapse because of scandal, because of the lawlessness that
00:13:04.220 one sees around you. You're going to see the civic society collapse. You're going to see patriotism on
00:13:09.960 the way, and you're going to see faith in institutions collapse. You're going to see faith in
00:13:12.580 our elections collapse. You're going to see things accelerate quickly. Speaking of the liberal
00:13:21.000 establishment and working together, there's a story that Daily Wire just broke, which is
00:13:27.060 the evidence for an intuition that I said at the beginning of the Bud Light story. You know,
00:13:34.860 the most important story in the news today, that Bud Light put a transvestite on a can designed
00:13:40.720 initially for frat boys and construction workers. It actually does matter because it tells you a lot
00:13:45.180 about how corporations work. When that story came out, and Transheiser Bush, A.B. InBev, came out and
00:13:53.180 said, oh, we know nothing about this. This was just some marketing lady, and the senior leadership
00:13:58.280 didn't know, but we're not going to totally apologize for it, but we're going to try to
00:14:02.100 distance ourselves, and we definitely didn't know. My first reaction was, I don't buy it.
00:14:08.440 I don't buy it. It was convenient that they could put the whole thing on that VP of marketing,
00:14:14.740 Alyssa Heinerscheid, I think her name was, because there were some videos of her that were unflattering,
00:14:19.960 making fun of the Bud Light customer base. I said, there's no way it was just this random VP of
00:14:23.940 marketing. This is a systemic, company-wide issue. Bud Light and Transheiser Bush and A.B. InBev,
00:14:34.660 broadly, are pro-trans, and they're just trying to create a little bit of distance and put it on
00:14:39.140 this random lady. But that's why they won't apologize. If Bud Light really were opposed to
00:14:45.640 the Dylan Mulvaney of it all, or opposed to transvestitism and this crazy social position
00:14:52.400 from the left, then they would have come out and apologized, and they would have fired the VP of
00:14:56.660 marketing right away. They would have issued out clarifications that we don't support Mulvaney,
00:15:00.780 we don't support transgenderism, and they didn't do that. Because it has very little to do with
00:15:05.360 that VP of marketing. And now we've got the evidence for it. The evidence is that Anheuser-Busch
00:15:13.280 is not the good old American beer corporation that we're told that it is. Anheuser-Busch is a
00:15:17.840 Belgian corporation. In 2008, the Belgian company, InBev, bought Anheuser-Busch for $52 billion.
00:15:26.780 Now, being owned by a Belgian company, the AB InBev family of products is now beholden to
00:15:38.920 the more European, more left-wing, more pro-UN, more pro-World Economic Forum kinds of corporate
00:15:47.460 policies. And they're expressing that in their own words. AB InBev admits it wants to ensure
00:15:53.500 pro-trans diversity, quote, touches upon all functions, including marketing. Now they're
00:15:59.220 going to can this lady, Alyssa Heinerscheid, for doing her job. AB InBev has embraced all sorts of
00:16:04.660 woke initiatives, the ESG movement, environmental social governance policies, DEI, diversity,
00:16:10.720 equity, inclusion, all the rest of it, along with a full endorsement of transgenderism. AB InBev will
00:16:15.860 foot the bill. It will help to fund the transgender transition surgeries for employees who think that
00:16:22.360 they're the opposite sex. AB InBev has an official corporate policy that exalts, quote,
00:16:27.380 gender identity and expression, and raises it to the same level of significance as race and age.
00:16:34.160 AB InBev not only indoctrinates all of their managers and employees in this nonsense,
00:16:39.620 they also require external suppliers to submit themselves to this kind of pro-trans woke nonsense.
00:16:45.680 And this isn't anything new. The reason that I was able to know this before the specific details
00:16:51.920 came out, it's not because I'm Noel Stradamus and I took out my crystal ball. Maybe that was part of
00:16:56.080 it. But it's because Bud Light has been signaling its pro-LGBT stance for years now. Bud Light has put
00:17:02.400 out all sorts of rainbow materials in recent years. Then they put a transvestite on the can,
00:17:07.640 and people push back, and Bud Light plays dumb and plays innocent. How did this ever happen?
00:17:12.260 But it gets even bigger than that. So the World Federation of Advertisers is a huge trade group.
00:17:19.740 It includes people like AB InBev, Adidas, BP, CVS, Goldman Sachs, MasterCard, McDonald's, Merck,
00:17:26.120 Nike, Procter & Gamble, of course, the wokest corporation on earth, Hershey, Disney, Unilever,
00:17:31.380 Walmart, among others. They created a new entity, and the entity is called GARM.
00:17:39.040 GARM is the Global Alliance for Responsible Media. Libs love acronyms and initialisms.
00:17:47.520 And so GARM is a, quote, cross-industry initiative. This is an agreement among the world's largest
00:17:53.540 corporations and platforms. That's crucial. To demonetize what they consider to be harmful
00:18:00.260 content. What do you think qualifies as harmful content? Just true things. So AB InBev and the
00:18:06.720 big tech platforms, such as YouTube, TikTok, they created new standards to limit the reach of and
00:18:15.280 demonetize content that it contains, quote, hate speech about, you guessed it, gender identity,
00:18:22.840 insensitive treatment of debated social issues and misinformation. When did this policy come out?
00:18:27.760 When did this major corporate group start clamping down on misinformation? Why, in their words,
00:18:36.900 quote, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic? So in the wake of what the liberals themselves were
00:18:42.960 calling a great reset of our economy and society, the biggest corporations in the world team up with
00:18:49.520 far-left organizations, the European Commission, the NAACP, and they create these new standards,
00:18:54.080 some of which are explicitly pro-trans. So GARM is so powerful. GARM controls so much money,
00:19:02.460 not just the advertising budget of Bud Light, but lots of other entities too,
00:19:06.260 that the big tech platforms, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, all of them
00:19:12.860 are writing pages and pages of reports about how they will run their platforms to satisfy the GARM
00:19:20.400 standards. We have screenshots of all of this. I have a long Twitter thread on this if you want to go
00:19:25.760 check it out. And then the little cherry on top of this liberal Sunday is that GARM is now an
00:19:34.520 initiative of the World Economic Forum. So the World Economic Forum, which is the kind of liberal
00:19:39.560 James Bond villain group that meets in Davos, Switzerland up in the Alps and decides how to rule
00:19:45.480 the world. The World Economic Forum gobbles up GARM as a flagship project under the platform for
00:19:54.300 shaping the future of media, entertainment, and sport. You don't need to pull out your tinfoil hat.
00:20:01.020 You don't need to go sussing around the ponds to find the chemicals that turn the frogs gay,
00:20:05.160 even though those chemicals exist and Yale and the federal government discovered them. That's a story
00:20:09.120 for another time. All you need to notice, all you need to take away here is that the largest
00:20:14.140 corporations on earth have come together to embrace far leftism, including the radical trans ideology.
00:20:22.500 They've agreed not only to hold each other to those standards, they've now got so much weight
00:20:26.960 that they're pressuring the social media companies to implement those standards. And it's being
00:20:32.960 centralized even further under banners of international institutions like the World Economic
00:20:39.240 Forum. Bud Light, as I've said from the beginning, can't totally disavow Dylan Mulvaney,
00:20:46.780 can't disavow transgenderism. Bud Light's corporate policies won't let them do that.
00:20:51.500 But Bud Light also can't embrace transgenderism all that openly because then they're going to lose
00:20:55.700 their entire customer base and then they're not going to have a product to hold to those standards
00:21:00.460 anyway. So they're caught between a rock and a hard place right now. They're hoping that conservatives
00:21:04.620 just forget about it and they can move on and continue to uphold these standards and not change
00:21:08.500 anything about their corporate policies. They're hoping that conservatives will either have an
00:21:12.120 affection for the free market as some kind of idol to say that we worship corporations and they can
00:21:17.100 do whatever they want. Just don't let the government tell me what to do. They're betting on that and
00:21:21.600 they're betting on us having the attention span of a fruit fly so that we'll move on. I think they're
00:21:27.020 surprised that conservatives continue to boycott Bud Light, that their sales continue to decline.
00:21:33.060 We've got to keep that pressure up because it's about a lot more than Bud Light. You've got to crack
00:21:37.120 these multinational corporate policies so that you get the pressure off of the other companies and you
00:21:46.320 get the pressure off of the social media companies. You've got to keep pushing to crack the whole thing.
00:21:52.240 If all we did was take down Transheiser Bush, the machine would keep on turning. Now, when you want

00:23:37.180 Russia and Cuba. Episode nine details the rise of modern espionage as both the Soviets and the West
00:23:42.520 race to learn each other's secrets. How many warheads does the other side have? How do they
00:23:47.540 work? Where are they located? Well, they both use different tactics for intelligence gathering.

00:24:09.860 anyone, I hate to say I told you so. But here we are again. My game, Yes or No,
00:24:15.820 has sold out again on the dailywire.com shop. I told you it would happen. To the

00:24:33.240 had the chance. All I can say is there are many such cases. Go to dailywire.com slash shop.
00:24:37.020 Pre-order Yes or No, the game. The greatest game on all of the internet today. Speaking of
00:24:45.480 corporations, something we didn't necessarily expect coming out of Fox News in the wake of
00:24:52.800 the Tucker firing. Tucker gets canned, sends shockwaves throughout media and the political
00:25:00.360 establishment. But he doesn't totally get canned. He's just taken off the air. He's still being paid
00:25:04.720 by Fox News. So he can't speak on camera. He's still under contract. And he could remain under
00:25:13.180 contract until just after the 2024 election. Keep that pesky conservative quiet just through
00:25:20.360 Joe Biden's reelect. And then we can let him talk again. Since Tucker was fired, there have been leaks
00:25:26.780 leaks of supposedly damning footage of Tucker Carlson being likable. That was the funniest part of the
00:25:35.240 leaks, the Tucker leaks, is that they were intended to destroy Tucker's reputation because they would
00:25:40.400 catch him making jokes in the makeup chair. They'd catch him sending texts to colleagues. And the idea
00:25:47.720 was we're going to find out Tucker, he's evil, sexist, racist, supremacist. And then when you read them,
00:25:56.020 you think, oh, this guy, one, this guy's very funny and likable. His staff obviously loves him. He's very
00:26:01.480 normal, humble. It's an unusual fact for people in the media. And then you read his text and you think
00:26:08.680 he's also very thoughtful. He's paying attention to the way that media warped people's minds. And he's
00:26:14.000 got some trepidations about that. And so that completely backfired. Everyone seemed to assume
00:26:19.840 that the leaks were coming from Fox. Who has this footage? This is footage that's going up to a
00:26:24.580 satellite and then it's going over to Fox. So unless Tucker's leaking it, which I, that would be some 17
00:26:29.480 DHS. I don't think that would happen. Then it would have to be Fox, right? Fox is saying no. Fox is
00:26:37.620 insinuating that actually Dominion, the election company that sued Fox over statements made by
00:26:43.760 Tucker and actually statements made more provocatively by other Fox hosts, that Dominion
00:26:50.800 somehow got their hands on this footage and they're the ones leaking it. So Fox sent a letter
00:26:56.440 to Dominion. Letters called on the company to immediately investigate several leaks to the media
00:27:02.220 of redacted material that Dominion obtained in the discovery period of this defamation case.
00:27:08.380 Fox News is asking Dominion to investigate these leaks as, quote,
00:27:11.240 disclosure of these documents would violate the protective order and the agreement of the
00:27:17.220 settlement agreed to roughly three weeks ago. Fox News has given Dominion's legal counsel
00:27:21.640 to look at the inexcusable release of confidential discovery material and report back to Fox by the
00:27:28.900 close of business on May 8th, 2023. What day is it? It's the 9th. All right. We haven't heard
00:27:33.420 anything about it yet. We'll find out. So the question is, is it Dominion that's leaking this?
00:27:39.060 Is it this election company that many people have raised questions about? Obviously, you're not
00:27:46.740 allowed to say boo about Dominion right now or they'll threaten to sue you for a billion dollars.
00:27:50.500 But if Dominion is the source of the leaks, that would seem to raise a lot of questions about
00:27:59.020 Dominion and their good faith behavior in our democratic republic. Or is this just a feint by
00:28:06.940 Fox News? Is this just Fox recognizing that they're getting a lot of blowback for the Tucker firing?
00:28:14.160 That the ratings crashed once Tucker was booted off the air and the audience hasn't forgiven them yet
00:28:21.220 and the audience is blaming Fox for the leaks. And so is it a feint for Fox to say, hey,
00:28:25.980 some other guy, stop leaking all that stuff from Tucker. I don't know. I don't know. What do I
00:28:33.980 know? I've appeared on Fox News many, many times. I've appeared on Tucker's show a number of times.
00:28:40.780 Love Tucker. I don't really have any relationship whatsoever to Dominion and don't care for them all
00:28:46.460 that much. But all of that to say, I don't exactly have a horse in this race. But what degree of
00:28:55.140 strategy and deception is going on here? Any degree of deception, whether it's just a simple fact of
00:29:04.280 Fox wants to keep Tucker off the air through 2024, whether it's Fox is trying to ruin Tucker's
00:29:09.900 reputation, whether it's Fox wants to take Tucker off the air through 2024, but Dominion wants to ruin
00:29:15.360 Tucker's reputation. Fox is coming in actually to defend Tucker's reputation. At whatever level of
00:29:22.460 this we're talking about, it does raise a lot of questions about what it is with Tucker Carlson that
00:29:32.100 some or many people want this guy to shut up. What is it? Well, it's because Tucker is different
00:29:41.000 from the other hosts on cable news. Tucker is by far the most conservative of the other hosts with
00:29:49.500 big audiences on cable news. Some shows on the right will not invite certain people who are a little
00:29:58.080 too conservative for them onto the air. Tucker would. Certain voices on the right or the center right
00:30:05.920 wouldn't raise questions or question now decades old orthodoxies about foreign policy,
00:30:15.900 about economic policy for that matter. All the old GOP talking points, Tucker did.
00:30:21.120 So a lot of people want to get Tucker Carlson. I feel like I'm playing a game of Clue.
00:30:26.020 We're trying to figure out who killed Tucker Carlson tonight and who's trying to kill his reputation.
00:30:31.320 And a lot of people have a motive to do it. A lot of people had opportunity to do it.
00:30:37.360 Even GOP lawmakers reportedly are happy that Tucker is gone. Report just came out and it's always
00:30:45.920 anonymous, of course. But here's what one journalist wrote. According to one GOP lawmaker, quote,
00:30:52.800 Tucker being gone makes my life easier with many things, including Ukraine. Though I think that
00:30:58.720 somebody will own that space in a couple weeks anyway. A lot of people, I'm glad the heat's off
00:31:04.200 from Tucker. Tucker, man, that guy would hold the conservatives' feet to the fire as much, if not
00:31:09.820 more, more of the time than he would do that to the Democrats. Right. He also, when he had a cable
00:31:18.760 news show, was the most popular cable news host ever, not just in his time slot, not just this year,
00:31:24.980 of all time. What does that tell you? What an indictment is that of the GOP?
00:31:31.540 That the most popular cable news figure on the right was totally out of step with the GOP politicians.
00:31:43.200 What does that tell you? It tells you that the Republican Party and the politicians and the
00:31:47.800 political elites are operating in a different world from the base. There is a major chasm between the
00:31:55.800 base and the people who are supposed to represent them. You don't really see that on the left.
00:32:03.540 Joe Biden, he's the establishment moderate sort of Democrat who's been in the federal government
00:32:08.240 pretty much without break for 50 years. He is a moderate guy, good old moderate Scranton Joe.
00:32:14.040 It's those crazy fringe people like AOC and Richard Levine and Sam Brinton and Rashida Tlaib and all
00:32:22.980 the, they're the ones who are backing crazy policies like not just transgenderism, but transing the
00:32:28.900 kids, right? Oh no, Biden's backing that too. Well, it's just the crazy AOCs who are backing the Green
00:32:35.780 New Deal, $90 trillion plans to totally upend our economy. Oh no, actually Biden has endorsed major
00:32:40.840 parts of the Green New Deal and actually passed them into law through the quote unquote Inflation
00:32:44.220 Reduction Act that made inflation worse, that they immediately admitted was actually a climate bill
00:32:48.900 that incorporated a lot of elements of AOC's crazy Green New Deal. On the left,
00:32:55.420 the base and the establishment are pretty much in lockstep. Because even if the establishment
00:33:01.340 is not as zealous as the base, that establishment just goes along with what the base wants.
00:33:08.060 On the right, that is not the case. On the right, they'll have the right wingers sniping at the most
00:33:14.780 conservative guys very often and celebrating when they're taken off the air. So now what about the
00:33:21.400 presidential race? How does this apply to the electeds that we're looking forward? If Tucker's
00:33:25.180 going to be off the air through 2024, what does 2024 look like? Right now, it appears to be a two-man race
00:33:30.160 on the right between Trump and DeSantis. But looks can be deceiving. As I have said from the beginning,
00:33:36.100 six months ago, eight months ago, people said, Michael, are you going to endorse Ron DeSantis?
00:33:41.960 Michael, are you going to endorse President Trump? Michael, are you going to endorse? And I said,
00:33:45.860 I know this is an unpopular view here in the conservative media landscape.
00:33:52.560 Everyone seems to be working for a campaign at some point already. But I make it a rule,
00:33:59.260 generally, not to endorse in primaries.
00:34:01.160 not only because I want to let the process play out a little bit,
00:34:06.620 but because I know that the people who, it seems inevitable, this moment, this is it,
00:34:12.040 we figured it out, that could disappear. The candidates who are leading at the beginning,
00:34:18.040 they could be the first candidates out of the race. And they could be good candidates.
00:34:21.680 It's not even that they have to be bad candidates, but they could be the first ones out.
00:34:24.140 And that is what some political strategists are concluding now. Paul Begala, who is on CNN,
00:34:33.780 he's the chief strategist for Clinton Gore 92. Paul Begala is very bearish on Governor DeSantis.
00:34:42.740 At the top of my pad, I wrote, handsomer. It didn't work. I'm still ugly. DeSantis,
00:34:49.100 I've been a DeSantis dissenter, as you know, from the beginning, because for that very reason,
00:34:52.220 he's just not likable. He doesn't have the performance skills of a Trump. I don't support
00:34:56.580 Trump, but golly, can he perform? Donald Trump spent more time in the business end of a camera
00:35:00.860 than any politician since Reagan. He knows what to do. He knows how to perform. He dances like a
00:35:06.740 guy who learned how in Arthur Murray. It's like one, two, three, one, two. He's a klutz in a clod,
00:35:11.760 and he's not at all likable. He's going nowhere.
00:35:13.200 Okay, I think Begala's a little harsh here, okay? I think he's allowing his
00:35:19.640 Democrat identity and desires and sympathies cloud his judgment a little bit. He's a klutz,
00:35:27.620 and he's going nowhere. No, I think that's a little harsh. But the basic dynamic that Begala
00:35:35.040 is observing, I think is right. Donald Trump, whether you love him or hate him, is not only
00:35:44.440 a great showman, he's not only great on his feet, he's probably the best showman of our age,
00:35:51.820 right? The guy has been a pop culture major figure, huge celebrity, referred to in 300 plus rap songs
00:36:00.700 for decades, just a titan of TV, of real estate, now politics, for four decades, for more than four
00:36:10.880 decades. Ron DeSantis could be the greatest governor in the history of governorship. It would be very
00:36:17.200 hard for him to beat that, especially because Trump had a running start. Now, there are a lot of people
00:36:23.780 who say, but DeSantis, he's better on policy, and they're going to duke that out on policy.
00:36:27.720 They're going to say, DeSantis, he's more disciplined as a politician. Maybe that's true.
00:36:33.100 Trump, he's kind of like a compromise candidate. It's funny to think of Donald Trump as being a
00:36:39.320 compromise candidate, but in a way he might be. Is that so unusual? Oh, Trump, he's too unlikable.
00:36:46.880 A lot of people don't like Trump that much. The nominee, in my experience, is usually a compromise
00:36:53.900 candidate that large numbers of people don't like. Many bright young things, many best candidate in
00:37:02.500 the race, best future of the race have failed. I'm not saying that DeSantis will fail, but there
00:37:08.880 were a lot of people going into this 2024 race who thought, look, Trump, he's toast. Governor DeSantis,
00:37:17.260 he's the leader of the GOP. He can do no wrong. There won't be any other candidates. The other
00:37:23.800 candidates are going nowhere. And all I'm saying, DeSantis could very plausibly be the GOP nominee,
00:37:30.320 and he could plausibly be Joe Biden. But the story is just so much more complicated than that
00:37:37.060 right now. And we could, six months from now, you could say, oh, I never saw that candidate
00:37:42.580 popping up. Oh, I thought that this other candidate was going to be the really strong
00:37:46.840 one. And then he was the first one out. You could see a lot. It's very, very early. And a lot of
00:37:53.220 people are going to be talking about it, but not Tucker because his employers want to keep him
00:37:58.180 silent through 2024. Now, do you want a better way to simplify your business finances? You got to

00:39:08.160 See, terms and conditions apply. My favorite comment yesterday is from Mr. Battle, who has a
00:39:14.640 message for Bud Light. The message is, a Greek proverb, he says, if you chase two rabbits,
00:39:22.340 you will lose them both. I believe that quote is from Erasmus, though he may have said it was a
00:39:28.240 Greek or Latin proverb. It's a good one. If you chase two rabbits, you will lose them both.
00:39:34.820 You got to pick a side. Maybe I'm going to start using that. I usually prefer to say,
00:39:38.160 if you stand in the middle of the road, you'll be hit by a truck.
00:39:41.400 But I like that. If you chase two rabbits, you will lose them both.
00:39:46.080 Okay, I've got to give a hat tip here to Libs of TikTok, one of the great journalists of our time.
00:39:54.340 Libs of TikTok uncovered a Denver City Council lady who is leaning into the theme, this whole theme
00:40:01.980 of the week, which is that white people are the cause of every problem. Whiteness is evil. Even
00:40:08.840 when Hispanic people commit heinous crimes, it's got to be because of whiteness. When any group,
00:40:14.360 whenever they do anything wrong, even if they're the least white people, they're extraordinarily not
00:40:19.760 white, it's still white people's fault. And so this lady, Candy Stabaka, or something like that,
00:40:29.020 she suggests that the way to make our economy and politics more equitable is to impose a white tax
00:40:37.860 on white businesses. Capitalism was built on stolen land,
00:40:43.500 stolen labor, and stolen resources. And a check today could not undo the cumulative impact of
00:40:53.460 generations of that stolen wealth in all of those categories. And so I think it has to come in the form
00:41:00.640 of land, labor, and resources in an ongoing fashion. Instead of a bid collecting extra taxation
00:41:08.820 from the black and brown businesses that are struggling, you could be collecting those extra
00:41:15.540 taxes from white-led businesses all over the city and redistributing them to black and brown-owned
00:41:22.460 businesses who are not part of it or who are simply just black or brown-owned. And that's one way to give
00:41:28.900 back in the business form of fashion. The first practical problem here is what is a white-led
00:41:39.080 business? And what is a black or brown-owned business? Presumably, if you knew you were going
00:41:48.220 to be hit with a major tax, you would just hire exactly enough black people to qualify as a black-led
00:41:55.180 or black-owned business. Or you would reconstitute your corporate documents to diminish your whiteness
00:42:03.280 such that you could avoid the tax. So practically, I don't know how to do that. And I don't even know
00:42:06.700 how to do that at the individual level. Virtually every black person in America who descends from
00:42:13.620 slaves has white heritage. Virtually every black person in America whose ancestors have been in
00:42:23.540 America for a long time has some white people somewhere in that lineage. Are they responsible
00:42:30.420 for the whiteness of their fathers and forefathers? What's the percentage? If you're 60 plus percent
00:42:41.220 black, then do you count it's black? But if it's 57 percent black, it's not, it doesn't? What is it?
00:42:49.360 How many drops of blood of one race or another race do you need to qualify for this benefit?
00:43:00.040 It's very difficult. Practically, that would be difficult. And then at the level of principle,
00:43:04.540 it's just so preposterous, of course. Do we go in, do we tax certain Native American tribes
00:43:12.380 on certain reservations because those tribes took land from other tribes in a way that may have been
00:43:19.260 morally or ethically suspect? Do we go in, do we do this in any other way? No. We only
00:43:26.580 allow ourselves to even discuss these kinds of ideas because the culture hates white people.
00:43:37.320 Now, how does the culture hate white people? It's kind of the same way that the libs are
00:43:41.900 alleging that a Hispanic guy is a white supremacist. And it's the reason that I don't totally mock that
00:43:48.800 idea, because in theory, I guess it could be. In my experience, though, there aren't a lot of
00:43:53.920 Hispanic white supremacists, but there are a lot of white people who hate white people.
00:43:59.320 White liberals, generally speaking, just hate white people. White people are the only group
00:44:05.380 that the law can discriminate against, and the culture encourages you to insult.
00:44:14.060 Also, it's a majority white country. How is that possible? How do we make sense of that?
00:44:18.020 The way we make sense of that is that white people is the only group of people, racial group,
00:44:25.520 that hates itself. It's the only group. There is not an epidemic of anti-blackness trainings
00:44:36.820 in Nigeria, or among black people in the U.S. There is not a sense of Vietnamese guilt among
00:44:46.180 Vietnamese immigrants or people in Vietnam. It's only white people that hate themselves for being
00:44:52.440 white. It's really weird. I guess self-hating Jews, too, as a kind of a more narrow demographic
00:44:59.340 group of people. There is the stereotype of the self-hating Jew. But in terms of racial groups,
00:45:06.420 it's just white people just hate themselves. And it's very weird, because there was a poll from Pew
00:45:11.440 that came out some years ago, which measured racial consciousness. And it said that 15% of white
00:45:20.580 people think that being white is somewhat or very important to their sense of identity. 15,
00:45:25.700 one, five. For every other racial group, black, Hispanic, Asian, the number was north of 50%. For
00:45:31.980 black people, it was north of 70%. So the white people, they're the ones who think about race the
00:45:37.300 least, and yet they hate themselves. And that's weird. It's not good. I think white people have
00:45:43.400 made this a perversion of the Christian virtue of humility. But humility and humiliation are not the
00:45:48.860 same thing. Certainly humility and self-hatred are not the same thing. You have to love yourself.
00:45:55.500 When Christ says, love your neighbor as you love yourself, well, if you hate yourself, you're going
00:45:58.800 to hate your neighbor, and society is not going to look very good. You have to have a proper love for
