00:01:20.140 pro-AI generally. I'm pro-human being generally. But in the case of the story yesterday where AI

00:01:26.860 is writing stories for Sports Illustrated, I think that's fine. I think probably AI writes better

00:01:31.960 stories than most journalists. And probably AI is less robotic than most liberal journalists

00:01:37.280 working today. And I think it's good that AI is now taking the job of models, not because I have

00:01:42.680 anything against human models. I actually really care about human models. And because of that,

00:01:48.140 I want them to lose their jobs to computers because modeling generally is terrible for women.

00:01:54.140 There are some exceptions. There have been some people who have been models and they've gotten

00:01:57.280 out of it and they've gone on to live good lives. But very often they end up being exploited and

00:02:03.580 degraded and treated as an object and a commodity in themselves. And it's just not really good.

00:02:11.480 It's not good at all. And so I think if you're going to have a job where human beings are treated

00:02:17.380 as nothing but flesh for our own titillation and entertainment, then might as well be a computer

00:02:23.860 doing it. Can't really morally degrade a computer. You can do that to a human being.

00:02:29.500 The criticism of the AI supermodels is that it will create unfair standards for other women. This is

00:02:38.120 being reported by Euronews. Some are worried the unrealistic perfection of these women may make

00:02:44.580 younger people obsessed with wanting to be perfect. That's a ridiculous criticism because we already

00:02:50.620 have Photoshop. That's already true. So human women have their pictures taken and then editors go in

00:02:56.320 and they make them look inhuman by taking away every little wrinkle, every little piece of fat,

00:03:01.640 everything. And so if younger women are dealing with these body dysmorphia issues, that's already

00:03:09.020 happening. It's just involving actual human beings on the other side of the camera too.

00:03:15.160 In this case, I think it's absolutely great. I've been thinking a lot about this recently because I'm

00:03:20.080 returning to the screen in this movie, Lady Ballers. And I'll tell you, even the craft of acting is giving

00:03:28.060 me some pause now. Because for my whole life, I thought that there was nothing immoral about acting.

00:03:35.180 I thought it was just kind of strange that for all of human history, actors and models were lumped in

00:03:39.720 with criminals and prostitutes as far as the social classes are concerned. But I'm beginning to

00:03:46.900 understand why, which is that when you are an actor, if you're a good actor, then you are not only

00:03:55.060 hitting your marks and saying your lines, but you are really persuasively conveying the character that

00:04:03.340 you're supposed to play. And the way that we do that in modern life is by really, truly believing

00:04:08.720 the things that we are saying as actors. We are believing the circumstances that we find ourselves

00:04:13.680 in as actors. We are furthermore desiring the things that the character desires. And in so doing,

00:04:21.300 one warps one's own intellect, one's own desire, one's own will, one's own soul.

00:04:28.260 And I don't know that that's great. So I'm not here as the American Taliban issuing a fatwa

00:04:35.180 on all modeling and all acting. But contrary to what you're hearing from everyone, the Lib Actors,

00:04:41.800 Screen Actors Guild, and the conservatives who fear transhumanism and a post-human future,

00:04:49.060 I'm not that upset with computers replacing actors and models. It's probably best of all for

00:04:54.940 the actors and the models. Now, speaking of fake women, new report just broke. Dylan Mulvaney

00:05:02.480 has been named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list. Now, the 30 under 30 list is a little misleading,

00:05:11.400 because the list is supposed to be the 30 most impressive people under the age of 30.

00:05:15.140 But it's not really 30 people, because they have all sorts of different categories.

00:05:18.820 So it ends up being a lot of people under 30. Dylan Mulvaney won for the category of creator,

00:05:24.800 influencer. I love that category of creator. No one else on earth creates. It's just people who

00:05:35.320 robots. They're like the AI of that Spanish model. Again, maybe this is a contrary take,

00:08:46.020 This is the South Korean city of Songnam. They held a mass blind dating event at a hotel on Sunday

00:08:52.900 for the express purpose of getting young people to marry and then have children because South Korea's

00:08:58.080 birth rates, like so many birth rates around the West, are collapsing. According to one of the

00:09:03.760 participating men, we are facing a real demographic crisis and the government needs to do whatever it

00:09:07.820 can. I don't understand people complaining over this. I like the idea that this man participating,

00:09:13.340 you know, one of the blind daters, just sits down and he says, hey, baby. Hey, baby, how do you like

00:09:20.200 your wine? Do you recognize that we have a collapsing birth rate problem and the government

00:09:24.100 demands that we go back to my place and have a fun night? Well, that is a really novel pickup line.

00:09:29.580 I never considered that one back in my derelict days, but that's a pretty good one.

00:09:34.080 Seoul, a better known city in South Korea, almost had the exact same sort of event. They canceled it

00:11:14.740 to boost the economy. He sounds like a national conservative in some cases, especially here,

00:11:30.600 virtues to create a new trend of family civilization. Only with harmonious families,

00:11:34.820 good family education, and correct family traditions can children be raised and society

00:11:39.420 develop in a healthy manner. That is so perfectly stated. That is so obviously correct that Xi Jinping

00:11:48.820 is presenting himself here as a more coherent, normal, conservative figure than basically anyone

00:11:55.860 in the Republican Party in America. What an indictment of the Republican Party in America

00:12:00.360 that we need to look for conservative wisdom to the dictator of communist China. But it's true.

00:12:07.900 For goodness sakes, think about Xi Jinping's visit to San Francisco. For years in this country,

00:12:12.340 we've been told there's nothing we can do to clean up our cities. We just have to allow druggies to

00:12:16.520 shoot up on the street. By the way, you've heard that even from some so-called conservatives,

00:12:20.920 more libertarian-minded conservatives. But they'll say, the government has no right to tell people not

00:12:26.440 to shoot up drugs. If they want to do it, just don't make me pay for it, blah, blah, blah, whatever.

00:12:32.020 Supposed right-wingers are saying that. But of course, there's nothing conservative about letting

00:12:36.880 addicts die of exposure. There's nothing conservative about finding feces on your sidewalks

00:12:42.140 in your major cities. It's not conservative at all. That's licentious and radical and left-wing.

00:12:47.120 And then you get the dictator of communist China to show up, and all of a sudden,

00:12:50.420 the city looks like it's 1950 again. Goodness sakes. With communists like this, who needs

00:12:57.420 conservatives? And with conservatives like this, who needs communists? Not a bad idea to take note

00:13:08.540 on a basic thing, which is that we need to have more babies. And to have more babies, we need to have

00:13:14.540 a basic understanding of how biology works, how babies are made. Our political elite seem to have

00:13:20.680 missed that lesson in seventh grade health class. We further need to know what marriage is and what

00:13:25.860 family is. And in order to do that, we need to remember that men and women are different,

00:13:29.700 and they're not able to be substituted one for the other. Men and women are complementary and need

00:13:37.020 one another. And if we forget that fact, then we're not going to have any more kids. We're certainly not

00:13:40.700 going to have stable families, at least. And if we don't have that, we're not going to have a country

00:13:49.640 kind of foreign conservatives get it. It's just the Americans on both sides of the aisle,

00:15:54.120 COVID? We could say the libs, we could say mega corporations. It was the biggest transfer of wealth

00:16:56.560 about the most dependable source for polling. Trump is up almost five points in Arizona.

00:17:56.500 prosperity has just endorsed Nikki Haley. AFP action. They say it's proud to throw our full

00:18:03.700 support behind Nikki Haley who offers America the opportunity to turn the page on the current

00:18:07.680 political era to win the Republican primary and defeat Joe Biden next November. This is being

00:18:15.160 reported as a really tough blow to Ron DeSantis. And I see why it's being reported that way because

00:18:20.880 Americans for prosperity, they don't like Trump, they're going to pick someone to back who's going

00:18:26.920 to be the anti-Trump candidate for most of this race. DeSantis was viewed as the most viable anti-Trump

00:18:31.580 candidate. The fact that they're backing Nikki Haley is a, is a tough blow. Now, some of us might have

00:18:38.520 seen this coming. Hate to say, I told you so. And the reason being that Ron DeSantis looks really,

00:18:46.100 really strong because he seems to have many of the great qualities of Donald Trump while also having

00:18:51.380 many of the great qualities that appeal to the less conservative, more moderate, slightly more

00:18:57.180 squishy voters, more establishment voters. So you look at a Ron DeSantis and you say, he's smart,

00:19:02.220 he's principled, he's conservative, he's effective, he's done a great job in Florida, he's popular,

00:19:06.840 he gets reelected. He, oh man, this guy's perfect. Sure. Except that also might make him the weakest

00:19:13.780 candidate. Because the Trump people aren't going to go for him because they already have their guy

00:19:18.040 in the race, Trump. And the non-Trump people aren't going to go for him because he's too Trumpy.

00:19:21.800 So in a way, though on one side he looks like the strongest candidate, in another sense,

00:19:26.500 from another vantage, he's the weakest candidate in the race. He's a man without a home.

00:19:32.220 But the reason that I actually don't believe that this is a tough blow to Ron DeSantis is I don't think

00:19:37.380 this is going to matter at all. You know, I like Nikki Haley very much personally. And so I'm happy for her

00:19:42.480 that she got a big endorsement and it'll give her a lot of money and some staff. But I don't think

00:19:48.220 it's going to matter. And the reason I think it's not going to matter is because of this graph,

00:19:51.300 also from Real Clear Politics, also the average of all the polls. This is the max view of the graph

00:19:56.500 going back to the very start of this primary. And people are always talking about DeSantis surging,

00:20:02.960 DeSantis falling, Haley surging, this person, that.

00:20:06.680 But nothing has changed. If you look beyond the headlines that are just trying to get you clicks,

00:20:15.420 if anything has changed at all, Haley has gone up a tiny little bit. DeSantis has gone down a little

00:20:25.940 bit. Trump has gone up a little bit. But it's basically exactly the same. Nothing in this whole

00:20:34.980 race, the different candidates, the debates, the spending, the ads, the stunts. Nothing has

00:20:40.300 affected anything at all. So now the Koch network is going to pour a lot of money into Nikki Haley.

00:20:46.620 If I were a gambling man, look, the Kochs have made a lot more money than I have. But if I were
