The Michael Knowles Show - Ep. 1576 - 9 Dead & 2,700 Injured In The Hezbollah Pager-Bomb HACK

00:00:00.000 Lebanese health minister Firas Abiyad reported that thousands of people were injured yesterday

00:00:06.180 when the pagers of Hezbollah terrorists unexpectedly exploded. Hezbollah's Hebraic

00:00:13.020 neighbors to the south reportedly played the operation pretty close to the old Bekisha,

00:00:18.300 only informing the United States after it had already taken place.

00:00:22.440 The attack raises all sorts of questions. Ethically, was it justified? Does it meet

00:00:28.180 the criteria of just war? Operationally, how did it even happen? The whole thing seems like something

00:00:35.400 out of Looney Tunes with Jihadi Coyote buying a bunch of Akhmi electronics from a roadrunner in a

00:00:42.180 yarmulke. And then politically, who wins and who loses? This to me, this latter question, is the

00:00:50.820 most complex and the most interesting. The attack is obviously bad for Hezbollah, which means that 0.97

00:00:57.240 it's bad for Iran. It's bad for the poor civilians caught in the crossfire. It's good, obviously, 1.00

00:01:03.080 for Israel. It's bad, I think, for America in as much as it raises the risk that we'll be dragged 0.99

00:01:09.220 into another war in the Middle East. But it's especially bad for Democrats because the Democrat

00:01:15.120 activist-based hates Israel and will blame Biden and Harris for supporting Israel too much,

00:01:20.380 while the elite Democrat class still broadly supports Israel and will blame Biden and Harris

00:01:25.820 for not supporting Israel enough. This has been the Democrats' problem all election cycle. The more 0.57

00:01:31.440 Israel is in the news, the worse it is for Democrats, which means the attack is good, I think, for 1.00

00:01:37.620 Republicans who need to depress Democrat enthusiasm and also ideally win some Muslim votes in Michigan.

00:01:43.660 In short, the whole episode is completely insane, which makes it par for the course in the Middle East 1.00

00:01:50.500 and par for the course in the 2024 election. I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.

00:02:13.660 Welcome back to the show. A Trump-aligned group is running Spanish-language ads, which is sometimes

00:02:20.600 controversial on the right because we want to reach Spanish-speaking voters, but we want to speak

00:02:25.340 English and everything. These are unique, though, in that they are ads threatening illegals with

00:02:31.360 deportation if they vote. It's a do-not-vote ad. So we'll get into the implications of all that in

00:02:36.920 one moment. First, though, speaking of things that catch fire, you need to get your Mayflower cigars.

00:02:42.780 This is a little bit of a public service announcement right now. I just got off the road.

00:02:46.980 I was in Texas. I was in Virginia. I was in D.C. One of my favorite things about being on the road

00:02:53.060 now is people are asking for Mayflower cigars wherever we go, and so after the events, we'll go

00:02:57.380 have a cigar together. It's a beautiful thing. You're going to want to have cigars with your family.

00:03:01.700 Thanksgiving is coming up, and you know for—we haven't even completed the first year of Mayflower

00:03:07.400 cigars' existence. The company that I'd been thinking of and plotting out for

00:03:12.400 at least five years, really closer to 15 years in the early stages, we've had some supply issues

00:03:19.000 because demand has outstripped supply. As we get into Halloween, as we get into Thanksgiving,

00:03:25.440 certainly, as we get into that holiday season, if you want Mayflower cigars,

00:03:29.640 the eight-count sampler pack, the boxes, fresh packs, whatever you want, you have to get them now.

00:03:36.860 Now, do not—all I'm saying is do not blame me when you go to order them for Thanksgiving and

00:03:42.600 they're sold out. That's not my fault. I gave you fair warning right now. We're going to be in retail

00:03:46.440 stores very shortly, but for right now, you can only get them online. So go get your Mayflower

00:03:50.540 cigars today. There's so much more to say. First, though, text Knowles to 989898. Let's talk about

00:03:56.720 something that's probably keeping you up at night. Inflation. With Harris proposing these massive tax hikes,

00:04:03.360 it might be time to make more of your savings tax-sheltered and inflation-sheltered. That is

00:04:08.560 why I trust Birch Gold Group. They will assist you in converting your retirement account into

00:04:12.440 physical gold, and you don't pay a penny out of pocket for the conversion. Here's what you need

00:04:16.740 to do. You just text the word Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S, to 989898. Get a free info kit on gold. That is K-N-O-W-L-E-S

00:04:37.200 Right now, text Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S, to 989898 to claim your eligibility before September 30th.

00:04:43.660 In a time of high taxes and high inflation, protect your savings with gold from Birch Gold. Text

00:04:48.780 Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S, to the number 989898 for your free info kit today. We've talked about

00:04:56.440 the political implications of the pager explosion, Looney Tunes attack from Israel on Hezbollah.

00:05:05.020 A lot of people are talking about the ethical implications. This was a really weird attack.

00:05:09.500 Something like 4,000 people are injured, and relatively not that many people died,

00:05:15.760 but it was reported that a young girl was killed in this, obviously a civilian.

00:05:19.400 So it raises ethical questions about the attack. Some are arguing that this was unjust, this was a

00:05:27.380 violation of the Geneva Conventions, that this was ethically unacceptable. As I examine the details,

00:05:34.080 what we know about it, I don't really see why this kind of attack would not be justified.

00:05:41.500 The only part of it, really, to me, that raises ethical questions is the fact that there was a

00:05:47.300 civilian, maybe more than one civilian casualty, but certainly this young girl who was killed,

00:05:51.760 which is absolutely horrible, of course. But a civilian being killed in an act of war does not

00:05:59.100 necessarily mean that that act of war was not justified. Civilians are always killed in war.

00:06:04.420 That's what happens in war. The question is, who's being targeted? The question is one of proportionality.

00:06:10.520 The question is one of the justification for the war itself, whether or not the combatants have

00:06:18.460 gone to war in a way that was justified. Then we can examine how the war is conducted and whether

00:06:23.380 that is justified. And everything I see here suggests that Israel played a little clever. It was 1.00

00:06:30.420 definitely a little weird convincing these Hezbollah people to accept pagers that they had loaded with 1.00

00:06:38.520 explosives and rigged to blow up. We haven't seen something like that before, but I don't really

00:06:44.380 see how it's unjustified. Obviously, the people being targeted were combatants. They weren't even

00:06:50.740 really legal combatants in as much as Hezbollah is a terrorist group that does target civilians and

00:06:56.560 is targeted Israeli civilians. So the intention seems fine. The targeting seems fine. The pagers were being 0.96

00:07:05.460 used by militants. In fact, the very use of the pagers implies that the person using them was a

00:07:12.760 militant because it's not just that Hezbollah doesn't have any money. Hezbollah has plenty of

00:07:18.720 money. They get the money from Iran. The reason they weren't using iPhones or Androids is because 0.61

00:07:24.880 reportedly earlier this year, the leader of Hezbollah told his men not to use cell phones because the

00:07:31.060 Israelis were hacking into the cell phone. So he ordered them to use this older technology. So this

00:07:35.160 raises all sorts of questions then. Was there someone inside Hezbollah who was in on the scheme

00:07:40.720 with the Israelis? How did the Israelis get these pagers into the hands of Hezbollah? And did Hezbollah 0.71

00:07:48.820 decide to use the pagers before Israel came up with this scheme? Was the decision to use the pagers

00:07:54.920 part of the scheme? I don't know. I mean, operationally, it's really pretty wild. But in

00:07:59.760 terms of the ethics of the whole thing, it seems pretty clear cut to me. If anyone has an argument

00:08:05.700 as to why this kind of attack would be unethical, I'm all ears. But every angle I look at it from,

00:08:13.440 it seems pretty clear cut to me. Crazy, wild, insane. The fact that specifically they blew off 0.93

00:08:21.860 these militants' crotches. I mean, that's really like twisting the knife. But I don't know. You

00:08:26.800 fire a lot of rockets into a country. Don't be surprised when the country fights back, particularly

00:08:32.700 in a way that targets specifically these militants. Now, speaking of insane political operations,

00:08:39.580 P. Diddy, Puff Diggity Doo Dad, the artist once known as Sean Puffy Combs, was just indicted

00:08:46.920 on sex trafficking and racketeering and kidnapping charges. We'd heard about this already.

00:08:55.020 We'd heard that P. Diddy had been running some kind of weird sex surveillance drug-fueled sting

00:09:04.620 operation. Some people, I think Kanye West had called him a fed. So there were accusations that he was

00:09:09.880 working with federal law enforcement in a kind of Jeffrey Epstein-like sex ring. The fact that he's

00:09:18.060 been indicted now makes one wonder. It doesn't seem like he's working with the feds, but who knows?

00:09:21.800 I don't know. I don't know anything about it. All I know are the details of aforementioned drug and

00:09:27.220 sex ring as they're relayed in the indictment and as they're being reported by outlets like TMZ.

00:09:32.600 TMZ reports that P. Diddy would hold these parties called freak-offs. I'll just read you a little bit

00:09:40.900 about it. This is a family show, so I'll try to clean it up a little bit. The indictment mentions how the

00:09:47.780 freak-off parties involved all sorts of prostitutes and elaborate and produced sex performances that Sean

00:09:58.720 puffy combs arranged, directed, did personally weird stuff during, and often electronically 0.94

00:10:05.460 recorded. The indictment says he lured women into his orbit under the pretense of a romantic

00:10:11.020 relationship, so kind of like the lover boy scam, and then used force, threats of force, and coercion 0.98

00:10:20.060 to force these victims to engage in extended sex acts with male prostitutes. 0.91

00:10:25.520 Then, after these freak-off parties, everyone was so depleted that the women and the men and 0.84

00:10:34.840 Puff Daddy himself would receive IV fluids to recover from all of the physical exertion and drug use.

00:10:45.440 Now, there are all sorts of other allegations that are associated with it, like kidnapping and all

00:10:50.560 sorts of other stuff, arson, bribery. The drugs involved allegedly include Coke, oxycodone, Xanax,

00:10:58.320 GHB, the date rape drug, MDMA, ecstasy, ketamine. And the indictment references all sorts of

00:11:08.980 things seized at Puff Daddy's homes all over the country, you know, Beverly Hills, Miami,

00:11:14.140 a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant. One can't even imagine. What do you, a thousand,

00:11:23.000 what? Bunch of firearms with the serial numbers scratched off. I mean, this is crazy stuff,

00:11:29.340 a drum magazine. I don't know. I don't know what it means for the criminal enterprise itself.

00:11:37.400 I don't know what it means about the allegations that Puff Daddy was working with law enforcement.

00:11:41.980 I don't know what it means as a matter of legal operations. But what I'm really focused on here

00:11:51.760 is what it means for the individual human heart. What I'm really interested in is what it means for me

00:11:58.640 and what it means for you. Because this guy had everything that most people want in a really

00:12:07.200 superficial way. This guy has been famous and rich and influential and successful for 30 years now,

00:12:15.860 since the 90s. This guy could do anything he wanted in the normal order of things.

00:12:24.940 And the one rule was, hey, you can keep all your money and your fame and your power and your influence

00:12:29.900 and everything. But you can't drug hookers and force them to perform orgies to the point of 1.00

00:12:36.640 physical exhaustion. You can have everything. Puff Daddy, you can have everything under the sun. 0.96

00:12:42.420 All of this can be yours. You just can't host the craziest sounding freak out drug hooker parties ever. 0.97

00:12:48.820 And Puff Daddy said, yeah, no deal. No deal. Sorry. I would rather risk all my money, all my fame,

00:12:58.240 all my influence, all the stuff that people want to do really sick, weird, degrading, shameful things 0.99

00:13:06.620 with like zillions of hookers. 1.00

00:13:09.660 That, you know, my friend Andrew Klavan has this joke about an orange for a head. 0.98

00:13:19.280 If you haven't heard, I'll give you the short version. A guy walks into a bar, he's got an orange for a head,

00:13:22.760 and the bartender says, what's that about? And he says, huh? Oh, well, that's a long story,

00:13:26.960 but I found a genie lamp on a beach. A genie really came out. I said, what do you want?

00:13:31.520 And so I said, you're not a real genie. I don't know. I want a million dollars. Sure enough, later that day,

00:13:35.400 guy shows up with a big check, a million dollar check. I go back, I said, you might be real.

00:13:39.660 He says, what else do you want? He said, I want, I don't know. I want to sleep with all the ladies 1.00

00:13:43.980 in Playboy. And, you know, knock, knock on the door later on, and all these Playboy bunnies show up 1.00

00:13:49.480 at my house. And the bartender says, okay, all right, I'm following you. Well, so what about the

00:13:54.300 orange for a head? He says, oh, yeah. Well, here's where I think I messed up. For my third wish,

00:14:00.660 I asked for an orange for a head. And the joke is about the perversity of the human heart and all of

00:14:07.160 our desires. And Puff Daddy is actually living that out. He is proving the orange for a head joke

00:14:15.340 that you can have everything that you say that you want, but you just, you have to pervert it.

00:14:22.920 You have to lose it. You have to screw it up. If you don't cultivate virtue, if you don't accord

00:14:28.260 with God's grace, if you don't, if you don't do the right thing, you, you will lose it. You will

00:14:34.220 be a loser. Because of original sin and concupiscence, we are in a, in a kind of natural 0.99

00:14:41.940 sense, born to lose. We're born to die, right? We're going to die. We're going to turn to warm

00:14:45.340 food. So you have to, you have to do something to remedy this problem, but you can't do it of your,

00:14:51.480 of yourself. That's, that's why, that's why we need God. That's why we need to cooperate with

00:14:55.100 God's grace. And if you don't, you end up at the freak off parties with a thousand bottles of lube

00:14:58.700 and in jail because you've depleted, uh, too many thousands of hookers. There's so much more to say 0.65

00:16:33.600 Good Ranchers American meat delivered. Speaking of criminals, illegal aliens are going to be watching a 0.76

00:16:41.220 new political ad. This is an ad put out by a Trump-affiliated group, and it's a political ad

00:16:49.140 in Spanish. This has been controversial, as I mentioned earlier, on the right, because there

00:16:54.080 are many Republicans who say, hey, I don't want you to run, I don't want our campaigns to run ads in

00:17:00.880 Spanish. One of the things that we stand for, one of the basic things we stand for is American unity

00:17:06.440 and assimilation and our traditional culture, and our culture doesn't traditionally speak Spanish.

00:17:11.220 We don't traditionally speak all sorts of languages. Traditionally, we don't press three

00:17:17.120 for English on customer service lines. If we don't stand for everyone speaking English and assimilating

00:17:23.100 to America, what the hell do we stand for? What good are conservatives? So they have a principled

00:17:28.180 ideological objection to Spanish language edge. But then there are these other Republicans who say,

00:17:33.400 hey, guys, the demographics of the country have changed. The Democrats have imported millions and

00:17:39.400 millions of people, largely from Latin America. And so we need their votes. If we just say we don't 0.99

00:17:44.680 want your votes, we don't try to meet them where they are, then they're going to vote for Democrats

00:17:47.820 and we're going to lose elections and we're not going to have any power whatsoever. So there's a

00:17:51.080 really practical prudential argument to run ads in Spanish. Well, I think this ad run by this Trump

00:17:56.180 affiliated group manages to unite the two camps for the first time ever, which is they're running ads

00:18:02.560 in Spanish, castigating illegal aliens from Latin America and telling them not to vote if they are

00:18:10.080 illegals because they could be deported. 0.78

00:18:12.340 In America, the vote is a sacred right. It is a right that men and women have sacrificed their

00:18:22.300 lives for. If you're an American citizen registered to vote and vote, but it is illegal for non-citizens 0.98

00:18:31.060 Americans to vote in the presidential election in 2024. That is a federal crime and you could be deported

00:18:39.480 for it. Only American citizens can vote for president. Wow. Love this. Paid for by the Article 3

00:18:47.380 Foundation. Really, really love this. And listen to how the establishment media is reporting on it.

00:18:55.460 NBC News. A conservative group is launching a Spanish language advertisement in critical battleground

00:19:03.840 states that strikes two drastically different tones, first touting voting as patriotic but warning that

00:19:09.160 it's illegal for non-citizens to vote. The ad campaign, shared exclusively with NBC News, was paid for by

00:19:15.100 a dark money group linked to a controversial ally of Trump. A dark money group. What do you mean a dark

00:19:22.020 money group? It's just a political group. There are plenty of political groups. There are all sorts of

00:19:26.780 political groups on the left. Many, many, many more groups. But they're never called dark money groups

00:19:32.760 on the left. They're called Organizations Standing Up for Democracy. The Brennan Center for Justice and

00:19:40.160 Democracy and Freedom and Goodness. The MoveOn.org so we can move on from bed. Those are all really light

00:19:46.540 money groups. It's only when anyone does anything on the conservative side that is a dark money group.

00:19:50.880 Their money, I don't know what it is. It's got too much ink on it or something. It's too dark.

00:19:55.540 It's a dark money group. Then this is the key. NBC moves on, they say. It is very rare for non-citizens 1.00

00:20:02.920 to try to vote in elections. Studies have found virtually no instances of it happening and no

00:20:10.240 evidence that it could be occurring at a rate large enough to affect the outcome of an election.

00:20:15.260 There's no evidence. It's not real. And it's really, really bad that the Republicans are telling

00:20:20.300 illegals not to vote. Hold on, wait, what? You just said, you just said that the problem being

00:20:29.340 addressed by this advertisement doesn't really exist. So fine, right? You should have no problem

00:20:36.560 with this advertisement. In fact, if the liberals really believe that illegal aliens are not voting,

00:20:41.920 they should love this advertisement. They should want this advertisement to air everywhere.

00:20:46.980 One, because it will deplete campaign funds that could be used on other aspects of the 2024 race

00:20:52.920 from Republicans. And two, because it's encouraging legal Spanish speakers to go vote,

00:20:59.160 which is good because Spanish speakers vote at much higher rates for Democrats. So that should be 1.00

00:21:04.680 good for, Democrats should be thrilled. They should be putting money into this ad if illegals aren't 1.00

00:21:09.340 voting. But the way I read this, I don't know. NBC News sounds real worried about an ad that supposedly

00:21:17.780 won't have any effect on the election. It's not a study show. What do you mean study show?

00:21:24.060 Every week now, it seems we're seeing more and more people accidentally registered to vote.

00:21:29.360 We talked about one on the show yesterday, the day before. Oh, oopsie daisy. We found out because of

00:21:35.400 motor voter laws in Oregon or elsewhere, and maybe more critical swing states, that oops, you know,

00:21:42.060 when, because non-citizens are allowed to get driver's licenses, and it was just a clerical error.

00:21:46.560 You know, the poor bureaucrat who gave them their license at the DMV, they accidentally registered

00:21:51.840 them to vote. These are accidents that occur because of intentional policies that make it more likely for

00:21:59.120 these accidents to occur. Where, where is this ad going to air? ESPN Deportes, Galavision, Univision,

00:22:07.340 Fox Deportes, and other Spanish channels, as well as Spanish language talk radio. Okay. Sounds good to

00:22:16.360 me. If, if I'm good with this because I think illegal aliens vote, and I think there's pretty good 1.00

00:22:22.660 evidence for it. So I want this ad to air. Just look, even if, even if only one illegal alien, even if no 0.69

00:22:29.100 illegal aliens voted, but some were tempted to vote, this would be good as a public service announcement

00:22:33.120 to make sure we uphold the rule of law and maintain the integrity of our elections in our sacred democracy,

00:22:37.460 which the Democrats tell us is so important. But if, as the Democrats say, the illegal aliens don't vote,

00:22:44.500 well, great, all the better. You've just spent Republicans' money in a way that, that won't affect the

00:22:49.500 election. Great. Might even help you if the legal Spanish speakers vote. That's great, right? The

00:22:54.600 fact that the Libs are so angry about this, I think tells you which side is right. There's so much more

00:23:01.300 to say. First though, go to policygenius.com slash NOLS. You know, every big election gets me thinking

00:23:07.520 about the future. Not just about the next four years, the next 40 years. What kind of America will

00:23:13.100 we leave for our children and grandchildren? It's a sobering thought, isn't it? Well, here's the thing.

00:23:17.840 Well, we fight the good fight we can politically. We also need to take care of our family's futures.

00:24:09.080 slash NOLS. Now, speaking of criminals and people who could be prosecuted, right now, the Democrats

00:24:16.100 don't want to prosecute the illegal aliens in our country who worked with the cartels to cross the

00:24:20.680 border, controlled entirely by the cartels. The Democrats want to prosecute you. Hillary Clinton, 1.00

00:24:27.800 the once and future Democrat candidate, the eternal Democrat candidate for president, she has called for a

00:24:34.560 criminal prosecution of people who promote Republican propaganda. I think it's important to indict the

00:24:45.100 Russians, just as Mueller indicted a lot of Russians who were engaged in direct election interference and

00:24:54.040 boosting Trump back in 2016. But I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of

00:25:02.460 propaganda. And whether they should be civilly or even in some cases criminally charged is something

00:25:10.020 that would be a better deterrence. Be a much better deterrent if any time people said anything that

00:25:20.280 Hillary Clinton doesn't like, they were at the very least brought up on a civil matter, you know, 0.91

00:25:27.380 cost them a lot of money, but probably they should be criminally prosecuted, too. Because,

00:25:32.040 you see, if we don't prosecute and imprison Hillary Clinton's political enemies for disagreeing with

00:25:39.040 her, why then, we might lose our sacred democracy. Then, our sacred constitution would be shredded 1.00

00:25:49.700 if we allow Republicans to say what they think. Notice how she tries to blur two totally separate 0.99

00:25:57.360 issues. She says, Russians who are interfering in our political process should be prosecuted. 1.00

00:26:04.360 Okay? And Americans who perhaps agree with them or perhaps say things that they don't even say but

00:26:11.700 are just kind of adjacent to what they say, or really if they're just Americans say things I don't like,

00:26:15.880 they should be prosecuted, too. Well, hold on. Russia could buy a bunch of political ads.

00:26:21.820 Not that Russia's had much effect at all in politics. You remember back in 2016,

00:26:27.280 we were told the Russians interfered in that election, handed it to Trump. What did they do?

00:26:30.300 They spent something like $100,000 on Facebook ads? That's nothing. Daily Wire has spent $100,000

00:26:34.760 on Facebook ads in like a matter of hours at very, probably not recently, but at various points in

00:26:41.240 our history. That's true not just of Daily Wire, that's true of like any media company. New York

00:26:46.300 Times, NBC, how much? The New York Times has spent way more money promoting things like the 1619

00:26:51.240 project. Give me $100,000 in Facebook ads. This is nothing for a media company.

00:26:58.020 So, okay, well, yeah, they were interfering. What about recently? Supposedly, the Russians had bought

00:27:03.760 off this group Tenant Media, which had a handful of conservative commentators on it. Okay,

00:27:09.060 Tenant Media, in its nine months of existence, got something like 16 million views on YouTube,

00:27:14.480 which 16 million sounds like a big number. When you consider that the Russians allegedly paid $10

00:27:20.700 million for 16 million views, and it was spread out among multiple commentators, that is nothing,

00:27:27.140 guys. I mean, that is the Russians not making an even slight dent into American politics. And by the

00:27:33.780 way, the content that was put out by that company that was allegedly a Russian front was content that

00:27:38.720 was already being produced before the Russians got involved at all. So Hillary's taking this

00:27:44.120 problem that sounds like a big problem, and that in principle would be a big problem,

00:27:47.480 and then uses that to say that's why Americans need to be prosecuted. So let's say Russia ran an 0.64

00:27:55.040 ad on Facebook, and it said, America should stop funding the war in Ukraine. That is a position that

00:28:04.580 Vladimir Putin holds, for sure. It's a position that many people in the world hold, maybe most people

00:28:09.240 in the world hold, but Vladimir Putin's one of them. So it says, America should stop funding the war in

00:28:13.320 Ukraine. There are Americans who are patriots, who don't have any particular affection for Russia, who

00:28:19.960 don't know anything about Vladimir Putin, who don't, you know, good old tough Americans who just think we

00:28:25.320 shouldn't be fighting this war, that this war is not a good war to fight. It's not in the American 0.79

00:28:29.260 interest. It's not going to really lead to any strategic advantage, probably even for the

00:28:33.600 Ukrainians. It's just going to lead to a lot more people dying, and actually maybe it might undermine 0.85

00:28:37.920 American national security. There are plenty of smart, patriotic Americans who believe that.

00:28:42.000 Well, according to Hillary Clinton, those people should be prosecuted. If Vladimir Putin comes,

00:28:46.680 he runs a Facebook ad, says, water is good, you should drink water. Then some American says,

00:28:51.320 you know, I like water, water is good, I enjoy water. Well, listen, that guy was spreading

00:28:54.920 propaganda. He was agreeing with Vladimir Putin. But really, of course, what this is all about is

00:29:00.240 just censoring the political opponents of the left. These people really don't like you.

00:29:05.580 You remember Rachel Vindman? Talked about her on the show yesterday or the day before. Rachel

00:29:10.300 Vindman is the wife of Lieutenant Colonel Vindman, who was this guy who was a subversive character on

00:29:18.760 the National Security Council during the Trump administration, tried to get Trump impeached.

00:29:24.920 Because, I don't know, he didn't like Trump's foreign policy. Trump's foreign policy was too

00:29:28.400 successful for this guy. So he wanted to go back to all the failed foreign policies, people like Barack

00:29:32.460 Obama, and now we see Joe Biden. And so he undermined him, he made himself a big Trump critic.

00:29:40.100 And so his wife, when Trump was nearly murdered for the second time a few days ago, she tweeted out,

00:29:46.020 no ears were harmed, carry on with your Sunday afternoon. That was her response

00:29:49.080 to the second near assassination of President Trump. 0.83

00:29:53.380 Then, when people criticized, myself included, when they criticized that ghastly, disgusting tweet, 0.81

00:30:00.360 she replied. And she said, sorry, you're triggered. Then three laughing emojis said,

00:30:05.900 I mean, no, I'm not. I don't care a little bit. And then a little heart emoji, like a hand heart emoji.

00:30:10.460 Okay, so she doubled down on it. Then she walked it back. She said, I've deleted my tweet. It was

00:30:17.380 flippant. Political violence is a serious issue. Whether it's aimed at a former president, the media,

00:30:21.360 immigrants, or political enemies, and every incident should be addressed appropriately if we want to

00:30:25.580 change the tenor of our political discourse. Hold on, wait, that's a big shift. She said, I've

00:30:29.540 deleted my tweet. It was flippant. Political violence is a serious issue. First, you made clear you

00:30:34.240 don't think it's a serious issue. Then you doubled down and made clear you knew exactly what you were

00:30:39.360 saying when you said it wasn't a serious issue, and you said it wasn't a serious issue again.

00:30:42.400 Then you say, well, I've deleted it. He said, political violence is serious. And she goes,

00:30:46.420 whether it's at a former president or the media. Okay, hold on. The media are on the left. The

00:30:50.540 former president's on the right. The media are on the left. That's something that the left holds dear.

00:30:55.960 Or immigrants, that's something that the left really holds dear, mass migration. Or political

00:31:00.060 enemies, that I think is coded to mean people on the left. So she's saying, look, political violence is

00:31:06.740 very serious. And sometimes, whatever, is it Trump or something? But mostly, most of the time,

00:31:12.620 political violence is aimed at the left. I mean, there's no evidence of that whatsoever. And all

00:31:16.440 the major instances of political violence in recent memory have been from leftists against

00:31:21.780 conservatives. Brett Kavanaugh almost being murdered. Maxine Waters calling on her supporters to

00:31:26.960 physically push back on Republicans in public. Hillary Clinton saying you can't be civil with 1.00

00:31:31.560 Republicans. The Bernie bro shooting up the congressional baseball game, almost killing

00:31:36.800 Steve Scalise, Rand Paul's neighbor, breaking his ribs. All instances of left-wing political violence

00:31:44.900 against the right. Obviously, the two attempted assassinations of Trump. But she says, no, it's a

00:31:50.980 problem the other way around. And then she follows it up with another tweet. I've sat awake many nights

00:31:57.280 wondering who might be outside. I've known the instant fear of receiving an unknown package or

00:32:03.020 letter. I've had my child ask me if we were safe and if someone was going to hurt our family.

00:32:07.920 And then finally, she concludes, with social media, it's easy to say the wrong thing and then walk

00:32:11.680 away. But if words matter, for some, they should matter for all. I don't always get it right the

00:32:16.580 first time or the second time in this case, or really any of the times. I'm grateful to all who have

00:32:21.340 supported us throughout the past five years. Okay, what is this about? What is it? Why am I reading

00:32:24.540 this woman's tweets? Because Rachel Vindman has given us a masterclass in lib communications. 1.00

00:32:33.140 This is not really a private citizen. Her husband is a major public figure. She has made herself a

00:32:38.660 public figure. I don't like going after spouses. If this woman would keep her trap shut and remain 1.00

00:32:42.700 a private citizen and tend to the home of the Vindman household, I would not bring her up even once. 1.00

00:32:49.520 If it were merely her husband who's made himself a public figure, but she's made herself a public

00:32:53.580 figure. She makes public statements. She's the one all over social media. She's weighing in on 1.00

00:32:57.540 political issues. And also, her brother-in-law is currently running for Congress, which I think

00:33:02.840 explains the change in tone. It would be one thing if she said this ugly, disgusting thing, 1.00

00:33:08.720 and then the next thing she said was, look, that was wrong. I shouldn't have said that. Okay, 0.95

00:33:13.300 we got to have grace. We understand. She said the ugly, disgusting thing. She then clarified,

00:33:18.900 said, I totally mean it. I am dead serious. I don't care that Trump was almost killed.

00:33:26.800 I think it's kind of a joke, actually. So what's the masterclass in the liberal response?

00:33:32.400 The masterclass is laugh at heinous things, celebrate heinous things often, double down,

00:33:39.400 walk it back, not because you've had a change of heart, but because you find out that it's

00:33:43.860 politically damaging, and then make yourself out to be the real victim. That is the rule book.

00:33:50.920 That is how you do it. She just showed us perfectly how the libs do these things. And 1.00

00:33:57.680 they're going to do it. Mark my words, she will not be the last one. It's been three days now or

00:34:02.860 something since the second near assassination of Trump. The libs will almost uniformly figure out

00:34:10.300 a way to make this about them, to make themselves the victims here. Now, speaking of liberal propaganda,

00:34:16.480 some liberal propaganda is too outrageous and absurd, even for left-wing CNN. CNN has just called out

00:34:28.380 the Kamala Harris campaign for spreading fake news. Fact check. Harris campaign social media account

00:34:38.480 has repeatedly deceived with misleading edits and captions. Social media account run by Vice

00:34:44.400 President Kamala Harris's campaign has been repeatedly deceptive. The Kamala HQ account,

00:34:49.340 which has more than 1.3 million followers on the ex-social media platform, has made a habit of

00:34:54.740 misleadingly clipping and inaccurately captioning video clips to attack President Donald Trump. Now,

00:34:59.420 I know this is true. The article only mentions the lies that are directly about Trump and his running

00:35:05.820 J.D. Vance. I know that the Harris campaign account lies about people because they lie about me all the

00:35:12.620 time. I don't complain about it, really, because I find that the Kamala Harris campaign account clips

00:35:18.000 out some of my best stuff. They have taken on the role of media matters ever since that left-wing

00:35:24.160 activist group has been hit with all sorts of legal and financial problems. They're not doing as good a

00:35:28.600 job at publicizing my show. So the Kamala Harris campaign has stepped in, and they clip out some of the

00:35:34.520 best stuff from my show, and then they lie about it. Media matters usually didn't lie about it. They usually

00:35:40.660 mostly get it right. The Kamala campaign, though, will tweet out about me. They'll say,

00:35:45.900 top Trump operative Michael Knowles working for the Project 2025 says, and then they'll say something

00:35:53.840 that I didn't even say. And I say plenty of things that they should attack me for because they're

00:35:57.960 leftists, and I say things that are common sense and normal. So, you know, that's their chief enemy.

00:36:05.900 But they lie about it all the time. And so they, you know, even the left is now recognizing this is

00:36:13.080 too much. So what does that mean? Some people are going to wrongly conclude that CNN is really,

00:36:20.460 you know, good on CNN. They're playing fair and square here. They're recognizing that the left has

00:36:26.180 gone too far, and it's not only the right that deals with fake news, and maybe we, no. No, that's not what

00:36:31.540 this is about. This is not about CNN working down the middle. This is an intra-left-wing spat. This is

00:36:39.320 left-wing group Kamala Harris campaign versus left-wing group CNN. And it is a debate not over facts. It's not a

00:36:47.960 debate over the news. It's a debate over campaign tactics. The Kamala Harris campaign is saying we can

00:36:53.880 just lie brazenly with a straight face about our enemies, and that will be good. And CNN is saying,

00:37:00.680 no, if you lie so brazenly in such an absurd way, especially with community notes on X, which is,

00:37:07.600 of course, why they're focusing on this platform, the one platform that has real-time popular fact

00:37:13.860 checks that more often get the fact checks right. CNN is saying, if you keep lying this brazenly,

00:37:19.960 you're going to make our whole operation look dishonest. You're screwing this up for us, kid.

00:37:24.460 That's what this debate is about. If you are tempted to give CNN credit, hold on, back away. You'd never,

00:37:31.740 in fact, have to hand it to CNN. This is an intra-left-wing spat. The Kamala Harris campaign

00:37:39.480 is just, they've just taken it too far. The libs are saying, no, when you're going to lie,

00:37:45.600 you've got to lie a little bit better. Now, if you want news that doesn't have lies,

00:38:28.020 who says, the cats realized Trump is trying to save them and have awarded him a set of nine lives. Wow.

00:38:35.120 Now, that might explain it. There will be someday legends that crop up about this period. Trump is

00:38:44.380 a world historic figure. And there will be legends. Because sometimes legends crop up. They're

00:38:50.500 based in historic fact, but they take on fanciful details over time. I would not be surprised if

00:38:57.840 there are legends that crop up someday and say, yes, Donald Trump. The way that old, oh,

00:39:03.440 in the old United States, there was an orange fellow with, I don't know why the people telling 0.99

00:39:09.080 us are Irish. There was an orange fellow with blonde hair. Donald Trump, Donald Maximus,

00:39:15.460 Donald Magnus, the great Donald. And Donald bullets wouldn't, they called him the Teflon Don. The

00:39:21.560 bullets would bounce right off him. It'd slip right off him. How, where did he acquire his powers? Well,

00:39:25.620 because the Donald protected the cats from the dastardly Democrats and the Haitian immigrants, 1.00

00:39:32.100 they were cooking the cats. And the cats one day at the cat convention decided to bestow upon the 0.94

00:39:37.780 Donald nine lives. And the Donald used his nine lives. And who knows how many more times the Dems

00:39:44.120 are going to try to kill Trump. That will, that will be a silver lining in this crazy storm cloud.

00:39:48.220 That legend will be a beautiful thing someday. Now, speaking of the Democrats running hard on fake

00:39:54.840 news, two days after the assassination attempt, the second assassination attempt,

00:40:01.660 White House press secretary, Corrine Jean-Pierre proved to the American people exactly where the

00:40:07.580 Democrats stand, exactly where the White House stands, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on reducing the

00:40:12.860 temperature of our rhetoric. Just to clarify, so you're saying that the president and vice president

00:40:17.640 believe that former president Donald Trump should be toning down his rhetoric. So I'll say this,

00:40:24.080 uh, president Biden has been clear eyed about the threat, uh, that the former president represents to

00:40:31.100 our democracy. He's been clear eyed about that. There it is. So hold on. I love this versus report.

00:40:37.280 She goes, hold on. You're telling me after they try to blow this guy's head off twice,

00:40:40.740 uh, he's the problem. He's his, his rhetoric is the problem. He just, you know, he was wearing a

00:40:47.600 short skirt down a dark alleyway. He's got, he shouldn't have said that it's bad to eat cats.

00:40:52.360 He shouldn't have said it's better when the economy is strong. He shouldn't have said

00:40:56.320 we want less war. He shouldn't have said that immigration law should be enforced. And so it's 0.78

00:41:01.200 his fault. He's got to tone down his rhetoric. If he wants us to stop shooting him in the head.

00:41:06.280 Right. That's what you're saying. Green jump here. And her answer is yeah, pretty much. You got it. 0.98

00:41:16.660 Trump poses a threat to our democracy. Not just he's going to be bad for the country. Not just

00:41:24.260 his policies are really awful. Not just he sends mean tweets and that's below the stature and dignity

00:41:29.960 and character of America. No, no. The pre and the president has been clear about his view that

00:41:35.740 Trump poses an existential threat to the country. And if someone poses an existential threat to your

00:41:42.500 country, that justifies killing him. That's right there in the word existential. That's what, 0.92

00:41:51.320 that's what she's saying. What the white house is saying is, Hey, anyone out there who might want

00:41:57.960 to pop off president Trump? Try again, have better aim next time. Hide your position in the sniper

00:42:03.920 nest. That's what they're saying. If they wanted there to be less political violence and political

00:42:10.360 violence, as I pointed out at a speech at Washington and Lee just a couple of days ago, political

00:42:13.860 violence is a left-wing phenomenon in America. If they wanted there to be less political violence,

00:42:20.060 the white house would come out and say, look, sometimes in politics, we speak with hyperbole.

00:42:25.060 Sometimes we exaggerate, you know, president Trump, he exaggerates his crowd sizes and we

00:42:29.160 exaggerated the existential threat posed by, uh, Trump. So we're not going to use that language

00:42:35.880 anymore. It's being misconstrued, misunderstood. That that's what a good press secretary would have

00:42:39.600 said. Again, I'm, I'm trying to, I'm trying to put myself in the, in the position of being

00:42:42.860 a Democrat press secretary working for Biden and Harris. That's what I would have said to try to just

00:42:48.240 at least give plausible deniability that we at the white house don't want Trump to be murdered,

00:42:55.520 but she can't do that because Biden can't do that. Cause Kamala can't do that. 1.00

00:43:00.160 The white house is saying, yeah, try again, try again. They're up when they say they're upset

00:43:06.200 to hear of the assassination attempts on Trump. What they're saying is we're upset. It didn't work

00:43:10.400 because this guy's Hitler. He's an existential threat to the country. 0.93

00:43:13.820 Maybe next time they'll have better aim. That's exactly, that is exactly the meaning

00:43:18.480 that Corrine Jean-Pierre is conveying. So is this campaign working? Is Harris and I guess

00:43:28.120 technically Joe Biden stole the president. So Biden and his spokesman, are they persuading people

00:43:32.960 to vote for the Democrat ticket? Well, one CBS reporter, so we're talking about a liberal

00:43:38.620 network news station, went out to Nevada, I think it was, and interviewed people in restaurants,

00:43:45.780 talked to everyone in the restaurant and found something kind of surprising about the relative

00:43:52.180 number of people who support Trump versus Kamala. But what was really incredible is in every single

00:43:57.680 restaurant of the people willing to talk to us, we could only find one Harris supporter in every

00:44:02.820 restaurant. And we left no stone unturned. I approached every single person. People are really

00:44:07.340 excited about Trump. Democrats have been winning the state, but the margins are getting smaller and

00:44:11.160 smaller. So Nevada, this is a swing state. This is an important state. She's saying, yeah,

00:44:17.220 each restaurant I'm going into, one person who supports Harris. Everyone else supported Trump

00:44:23.820 and loves Trump. I'm not surprised by this. Not because I think, sometimes I was talking to

00:44:31.920 some friends of mine. We were saying, you know, everyone, is everyone a conservative? Like is

00:44:40.140 every single person in the country? Is the notion that there are liberals just kind of a psyop by the

00:44:44.460 media? Because we go to California, we go to New York, we go to liberal places. And most people we're

00:44:52.100 talking to who would seem to check all the boxes that would make them identify as liberals. You know,

00:44:58.820 I don't know, they live in the liberal states. They dress like liberals. They have liberal, you know,

00:45:04.680 they smoke pot or something. They're non-white. They're this, they're that. But everyone we talk 1.00

00:45:09.560 to is a Republican or is at least going to vote for Trump or something. Now, there might be a little

00:45:14.180 selection bias here. I don't think it's quite like that. As the reporter mentions, the margins for

00:45:18.820 Democrats are slimming down in Nevada. But it's not even really about Republican versus Democrat.

00:45:23.200 This is a Kamala problem. There is no organic support for Kamala Harris. She is a completely 1.00

00:45:31.360 synthetic, contrived candidate. This is the downside to not having a primary. The upside to not having a

00:45:38.180 primary is you don't bloody up your nominee. The downside is you don't inspire anyone. You know,

00:45:45.340 sometimes when a candidate gets bloodied up, that helps inspire support, toughens up the candidate.

00:45:49.860 It sharpens their message. It introduces the candidate to voters. And then the best man wins

00:45:56.700 and that person's the nominee. In this case, there is zero organic support. This woman has never won a

00:46:02.200 single vote in a primary while she was running for president. So yeah, of course, no one in these

00:46:07.480 restaurants in Nevada is going to vote for her. Or at the very least, no one there is excited to vote

00:46:12.500 for her. No one knows who she is. Kamala Harris doesn't know who she is. Her platform was stolen 0.56

00:46:21.540 from Trump and Biden. She's nothing. And you know, the consulting class, the elite class thinks that 0.51

00:46:29.660 nothing is really great. That's what these liberal technocrats want. Their ideal candidate is nobody

00:46:35.240 because they want the country to be run by a, by a Borg. They want the country to be run by some 0.99

00:46:41.100 machines, some robots. So just, you know, you, you put things into a spreadsheet and the answer comes

00:46:45.980 out. They want president chat GPT, but human beings don't want that. We want to be represented by

00:46:50.620 people. We like people. Okay. We recognize that man is the political animal and that you can't just

00:46:55.680 recreate man. Man is not God. We can't make man out of nuts and bolts and microchips.

00:47:01.380 So the libs get their perfect candidate. Kamala Harris is the perfect candidate because she's 1.00

00:47:06.340 nothing. But the people don't like that. Now we will be discussing this race with former Republican

00:47:13.400 congressman, former New York gubernatorial nominee, and put up a very good showing in New York, by the

00:47:19.380 way, and a man who knows a lot about politics. That would be Lee Zeldin. The rest of the show

00:47:31.980 Republicans are Nazis. You cannot separate yourselves from the bad white people. Growing 1.00

00:47:46.640 up, I never thought much about race. Never really seemed to matter that much. At least 0.59

00:47:50.300 not to me. Am I racist? I would really appreciate it if you love. I'm trying to learn. I'm on

00:47:54.260 this journey. I'm going to sort this out. I need to go deeper undercover. Joining us now is Matt,

00:48:02.420 certified DEI expert. Here's my certification. What you're doing is you're stretching out of

00:48:07.720 your whiteness. Listen more for you than this for you. Is America inherently racist? The word

00:48:11.500 inherent is challenging there. I want to rename the George Washington Monument to the George

00:48:15.200 Floyd Monument. America is racist to its bones. So inherently. Yeah, this country is a piece of 0.88

00:48:20.120 white folks. White supremacy. White woman. White boy. Is there a black person around? There's a black 1.00

00:48:27.120 person right here. Does he not exist? Hi, Robin. Hi. What's your name? I'm Matt. I just had to ask 0.83

00:48:33.740 who you are because you have to be careful. Never be too careful. In theaters now. Rated PG-13.
