00:00:00.000 As President Trump tries to pin blame on Kamala Harris for the colossal political failures of the
00:00:06.020 past three and a half years, Joe Biden wants to set the record straight. Trump's right.
00:00:12.600 And as vice president, there wasn't a single thing that I did that she couldn't do.
00:00:17.480 And so I was able to delegate her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic
00:00:22.460 policy. There are many things to conclude from that clip. But the clearest takeaway is that
00:00:29.600 Joe Biden absolutely hates Kamala Harris and hopes she loses. That was pretty clear when Biden wore
00:00:39.660 the Trump hat in Pennsylvania and posed smiling in the hat for cameras. But it is perfectly clear now.
00:00:47.380 People will say, Bob Biden's losing his marbles. Yeah, sure. Biden is losing his marbles,
00:00:52.620 but he's got politics all the way down to his bones. Joe Biden's political sense will be the
00:00:59.180 last thing to go. Biden has never seemed to like Kamala all that much. Why would he when she
00:01:05.180 launched her presidential campaign in 2020 by calling him a racist and basically bullying him
00:01:11.000 into picking her for his running mate? But I will tell you the exact moment that Biden decided to
00:01:17.300 shiv Kamala on the campaign trail in 2024. It happened 15 days ago when Kamala said this
00:01:24.480 at her debate with Trump. Clearly, I am not Joe Biden. And I am certainly not Donald Trump.
00:01:32.140 And what I do offer is a new generation of leadership for our country.
00:01:36.480 Au contraire, Kamala. Your boss says that you are Joe Biden, that you pretty much were the president.
00:01:45.760 And though Joe Biden is prone to lying here, he's actually telling the truth.
00:01:49.360 We know this because Biden publicly gave her presidential authority
00:01:53.340 over the border all the way back in 2021. We have the White House transcript. We've read it on this
00:01:58.820 show. Then 17 days ago, Kamala copy and pasted Joe Biden's campaign platform to her website.
00:02:06.300 Whether she likes it or not, Kamala's legacy is Biden's legacy. Do not take my word for it.
00:02:15.020 The sitting Democrat president said it himself. I'm Michael Knowles. This is the Michael Knowles Show.
00:02:19.360 What does it mean?
00:02:49.600 Look over there. Look, is that Bigfoot over there to pay no attention to the political issues in the
00:02:53.480 country? What does it mean? What does it mean that people are so obsessed with UFOs?
00:02:57.700 There's so much more to say. First, though, go to goodranchers.com slash Knowles as we approach

00:04:10.900 Good Ranchers, American meat delivered. Kamala getting just tossed right under that bus by Joe
00:04:18.000 Biden. I'm not, I'm not Biden. I am a new generation of leadership. I'm not Biden. Biden
00:04:23.620 instantly, five seconds later. Oh yeah, she's me. She's me. She had presidential authority all these
00:04:29.280 three and a half years. Things went bad. It's her fault. Kamala Harris not helping herself very much
00:04:34.320 on the campaign trail because she says that the American dream is getting away from people.
00:04:41.620 Okay. The policies of recent years are making all sorts of things that Americans desire,
00:04:46.960 such as homeownership, elusive. You know, homeownership for too many people in our country
00:04:52.480 now is elusive. You know, gone is the day of everyone thinking they could actually live the
00:04:57.120 American dream. Gone is the day of everyone thinking they can live the American dream.
00:05:03.080 Who's been president for the last three and a half years? Joe Biden. Joe Biden says Kamala has been the
00:05:08.840 last person in the room with me making decisions. She has presidential authority. That's why she's ready
00:05:14.040 on day one is because I've delegated to her. Domestic policy, foreign policy, Kamala. Kamala is me.
00:05:23.880 It's two for one deal with this presidency and Joe Biden's policies were copied and pasted to her
00:05:28.940 website. But even forget about Kamala and Joe. Who was president before them? Trump for four years.
00:05:35.420 Who was president before Trump? Obama for eight years. And then think about this. Who was Obama's
00:05:43.400 vice president? Joe Biden. So Joe Biden runs for president in 2020, more or less as Barack Obama's
00:05:53.060 third term. And then who was vice president for Joe Biden? Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris is running on
00:05:58.420 the same platform as Joe Biden. So you have had the same political party controlling the White House for
00:06:05.620 almost, almost 12 of the last 16 years. The vast majority of the last 16 years has not only been
00:06:15.500 one party, but it's been the same people. You go from Obama to Obama's vice president. And then when
00:06:22.780 Obama's vice president is in charge, he gives presidential authority to his vice president, who's
00:06:26.460 now the nominee. In recent years, the American dream's gotten away from people. Yeah, that can
00:06:33.860 only be your fault. And you are running on what? We need to change the way our government works. And
00:06:42.100 that's why you need to reelect the exact same people who have been running the government for the vast
00:06:47.400 majority of the last 16 years. This woman is not making a great case here. Now, one of her problems
00:06:55.700 is that she can barely speak the English language. That, however, is looking up. We have breaking
00:07:01.420 news. Kamala Harris has learned a new word. Some of the work is going to be through what we do in
00:07:07.320 terms of giving benefits and assistance to state and local governments around transit dollars
00:07:12.160 and looking holistically at the connection between that and housing and looking holistically at the
00:07:19.920 incentives we in the federal government can create for local and state governments to actually engage in
00:07:24.860 planning in a holistic manner that includes prioritizing affordable housing for working
00:07:30.360 people. Holistically. Holistic people who holistically will be able to afford holistic
00:07:39.560 housing, which they can't now because we, the Democrats, have holistically hollowed out the entire
00:07:44.740 country for almost two decades now. Holistically. What does the word holistically mean?
00:07:51.360 I looked up the etymology of holistically when she kept saying holistically. And you know,
00:07:57.380 it's a relatively newly coined word. The word was coined in 1926. This term holism. And what is holism?
00:08:07.860 It's just, it refers to a whole. Thinking of things as a whole. Now, there are other words that are much
00:08:15.600 older than holistic that do that. Words like integral, integrity, coherent. Coherent. Coherent
00:08:22.840 is a word that has never been applied to Kamala Harris. It's kind of, it seems like kind of a lib word
00:08:28.720 to me. You know, it's the new synergy or something. It's just a, it's just a filler word. It's getting
00:08:35.900 at an important point. Kamala Harris says we need to look at the whole country. You know, we need to
00:08:40.820 consider all the parts, not just one part over the others. But would anyone accuse Kamala Harris of
00:08:45.820 coherence or of having a coherent approach to the economy or foreign policy or no? And the proof of
00:08:52.900 the pudding is in the tasting because everyone has frayed while Kamala and Biden and Obama have had
00:08:59.880 power. The country has not been, you know, coming together kumbaya. Every part's working together in
00:09:05.420 harmony. The country has been fraying. It's been fragmenting. We have so much needless division.
00:09:12.780 Even if you're the biggest Kamala fan in the world, you're a huge dem. You're,
00:09:18.300 even you would have to agree with me. This is the criticism. They say, you know,
00:09:23.640 this country is far too divided, right? I guess Kamala has been failing at the holism. This whole
00:09:29.300 interview that she just gave, this whole holistic interview on MSNBC was kind of a joke. This woman
00:09:37.140 though, who was interviewing her, she really asked the tough questions. This is MSNBC's Stephanie Ruhle
00:09:44.620 drilling down on what all the Americans want to know about Kamala Harris.
00:09:49.660 The first one, just a fact check, because your opponent almost every day, there's no such thing
00:09:55.100 as a little job. Okay. Fair, fair. Um, because your opponent almost every day seems to be talking
00:09:59.760 about this. So I just want to ask you, yes or no, at any point in your life, have you served
00:10:04.880 two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun,
00:10:10.760 working at a McDonald's? Yes or no? That's it. I have. Okay. Now the other job.
00:10:15.160 But it was not a small job. Like I did the fries. I mean, I, you know.
00:10:19.480 Well, tee hee hee, tee hee hee, I did work at McDonald's. There's no evidence that Kamala
00:10:26.580 ever did work at McDonald's other than her word, which is worthless. But okay, let's say she did
00:10:31.240 work at, at McDonald's. Kamala Harris goes on in this interview to, to make a decent point.
00:10:40.620 She, you heard her there at the top. She said, there's no such thing as a little job. Okay.
00:10:44.660 When I was working at McDonald's, that was, that's just a job. And now I'm trying to get
00:10:48.420 another job. It's the presidency. So it seems like it's pandering a little bit because we would all
00:10:52.140 say the presidency is a bigger job than, well, any job in the country. But you say, no, there are no
00:10:56.200 jobs that are small. Okay. Work is work. Jobs are jobs. And she says, no, the point is now in America,
00:11:04.580 you can't raise a family working on a wage at McDonald's. She says, you know, when I worked at
00:11:11.200 McDonald's, I was a student, which is true for a lot of people. But if, if I were an adult at that
00:11:17.780 point, if I had a husband, if I had kids, it would be very, very difficult to raise a family
00:11:23.480 on a McDonald's wage. That's true. And they're going to be some conservatives who will respond
00:11:28.000 and say, well, you're not supposed to work at McDonald's forever. McDonald's is supposed to
00:11:32.500 be an entry-level job. And then you're supposed to, I guess you could become a manager or something
00:11:36.040 like that, or you're supposed to go on and work someplace else. That's the libertarian business
00:11:42.360 conservative response. But I think that's evading the question. Some people do work at McDonald's
00:11:48.320 for much later in their lives. And, and there are a huge number of Americans who work jobs that don't
00:11:54.560 pay a lot of money for, for much of their lives or most of their lives or all of their lives.
00:12:00.960 That's just a fact. So you, you can't just write it off and say, no, no, you'll just work there for a
00:12:05.760 little bit and then you'll move on and get a bigger job. And then we'll all be zillionaires.
00:12:08.420 No, some people aren't going to be zillionaires. In fact, virtually no one's going to become a
00:12:13.260 zillionaire. And a lot of people are going to work tough jobs that don't pay a lot of money.
00:12:17.360 And it's going to be hard to pay the bills. And it's going to be tough to pay the mortgage.
00:12:19.800 And it's especially going to be tough to pay all those things when the cost of groceries is going
00:12:23.360 up 23% in three years. And so let's deal with the real problem. How do you help many, many Americans
00:12:31.800 who are working jobs that are kind of tough, that are basically thankless and that don't pay a
00:12:38.340 lot of money? Because, because right now Republicans have ceded all that ground to Democrats
00:12:42.920 and Republicans for decades have looked uncaring and out of touch and like rich uncle penny bags,
00:12:49.760 which is ironic because Democrats are actually the party of rich uncle penny bags.
00:12:53.620 Democrats are the party of big business. Democrats are the party of wall street.
00:12:56.680 So why are we ceding that ground to them? And what we have to point out is Kamala talks like she cares
00:13:04.240 about the little guy and not making a lot of money, working a hard job overlooked by our big
00:13:09.580 political interests, but she doesn't help them at all. And here's the proof of this. If Kamala
00:13:13.620 Harris runs on, we need to raise the wages for workers at McDonald's. We need to mandate through
00:13:17.400 the government that the wages go up for the McDonald's workers. What's the consequence of
00:13:21.420 that? Have you been to a McDonald's recently? I really like McDonald's. I was at McDonald's two
00:13:26.480 days ago and I got two delicious egg McMuffins. And do you know how I ordered my egg McMuffins?
00:13:30.880 Did I talk to a nice McDonald's worker as I have for many years in the past? No,
00:13:36.900 I walked up to a computer screen because the consequence, and this was in California, of
00:13:40.840 course, Kamala state, which has all of these super lib laws that pretend to help the working
00:13:47.720 class and the poor oppressed little guy working a tough job. Well, you know, the consequence of that
00:13:53.060 is those people just lose their jobs. And the consequence of that is that those workers get
00:13:58.220 replaced by computer screens. So now students don't get job training. The people who are working
00:14:04.300 a tough job trying to raise a family, they don't make a single penny out of that. It's a completely
00:14:09.000 counterproductive economic policy. That's what we got to point out. We got to point out that their
00:14:15.100 policies are bad for everyone, for the economy as a whole, holistically, but also especially for the
00:14:23.700 American worker. Democrats are not on the side of the American worker. Republicans are on the side
00:14:28.640 of the American worker. And I think our policies broadly are much better for the American worker.
00:14:35.540 I think for that little four-year period over the last 16 that Republicans actually have been in the
00:14:41.240 White House, the American worker has done a lot better. The economy as a whole has done a lot better.
00:14:45.520 And we're not just the party of the plutocrats or the aristocrats. We're not that at all. That's
00:14:52.780 what the Democrats are right now. So don't cede that ground to them. Don't speak down to people who
00:14:59.540 have so-called small jobs. Kamala's right about that one thing. Nobody has a small job. Work,
00:15:06.640 honest work, is a dignified and dignifying activity. Talk like that. You know, the Democrats don't
00:15:14.660 practice what they preach. And the Republicans don't preach what we practice. The Democrats say
00:15:21.200 what you will about them. They're a lot better at PR. They are able to sell their rotten, rotten
00:15:28.340 policies in a really effective way. We should at least be able to speak properly of our good policies.

00:16:40.440 one year free of Daily Wire Plus Insider. Speaking of people being replaced by computers,
00:16:46.660 this is pretty spooky. The CEO of OpenAI, which is the company behind ChatGPT, this is Sam Altman,
00:16:52.500 he is predicting that ChatGPT will be smarter than any human being in a few thousand days.
00:17:01.380 Not a few thousand years, not a few thousand months, a few thousand days. That means what?
00:17:06.300 Five years, ten years, that ChatGPT will be smarter than any human. He writes, this is a huge blog post
00:17:16.200 on the future of intelligence, but I'll just read you a paragraph or two. In the next couple decades,
00:17:21.560 we will be able to do things that would have seemed like magic to our grandparents. Our children will
00:17:25.860 have virtual tutors who can provide personalized instruction on any subject in any language and at
00:17:31.840 whatever pace they need. We can imagine similar ideas for better healthcare, the ability to create
00:17:36.620 any kind of software someone can imagine, and much more. How did we get to the doorstep of the next
00:17:42.700 leap in prosperity? In three words, deep learning worked. It's not just that you got a bunch of geniuses
00:17:49.440 programming computers to make cool stuff. We have actually cracked the code on how logarithmically
00:17:56.260 to have machines learn to do stuff so that the machines just get better and better and better
00:18:02.740 the more that they run. Final point, many of the jobs we do today would look like trifling wastes of
00:18:11.740 time to people a few hundred years ago. You hear the worries about this new technology. They say,
00:18:18.120 well, it's going to replace so many people in their jobs, and they're going to be out of work,
00:18:21.980 and this is terrible. And Altman is saying, no, no, no, look, there are a ton of jobs from the past
00:18:27.000 that would look like a waste of time today, all right? And many jobs that we have today would look
00:18:34.920 like a waste of time to people hundreds of years ago. It's just the society has radically changed.
00:18:38.820 He says, nobody is looking back at the past wishing they were a lamplighter.
00:18:42.400 If a lamplighter could see the world today, he would think the prosperity all around him was
00:18:46.340 unimaginable. And if we could fast forward 100 years from today, the prosperity all around us
00:18:50.300 would feel just as unimaginable. So you know that the lib response to this is, let's go, baby. This
00:18:57.960 is awesome. Bring on the AI. Let me upload my consciousness. Let me become one with the Borg
00:19:03.500 and plug into the matrix. This is great. Full steam ahead. And what's the conservative response
00:19:08.760 going to be? The conservative response to this news is the West has fallen. It's all,
00:19:15.480 we're all doomed. Billions and billions of people will die. Everything is terrible. The age of glory
00:19:22.240 is over. And that's just, that's how the left and the right react to everything. But how ought we
00:19:28.540 to react to this? Seems to me that AI, this major advance in technology that has largely proven itself
00:19:38.960 already, it can be a good thing. It can be a bad thing. Like all major technological leaps,
00:19:47.120 like all technology, I guess, just in general, it can be awesome or it can be awful. Nuclear fission,
00:19:53.760 awesome, really cool, can do really great stuff like power civilizations quite efficiently,
00:20:03.500 maintain world order through imperial hegemony. Okay, that's good too. Or it can blow up entire
00:20:09.780 cities. Not great. The internet can allow us to connect to people, to educate ourselves, to work jobs
00:20:17.640 and still stay with our families and can allow us to do lots of great stuff. Or we can look at weird
00:20:23.080 porn and order drugs and do contract killings. The internet, it's one or the other. What is AI going
00:20:30.780 to do? It could be used for good. It could be used for bad. Which means the most crucial public
00:20:41.200 education that we need right now is not in technology. That's what you're going to hear
00:20:46.640 from all these people. We just need to train people to work with this AI. We need to teach people to learn
00:20:50.340 how to code. We need to make sure that more students are studying engineering. That's the
00:20:53.860 new public education need that is brought about by AI. No, that's totally the wrong conclusion.
00:21:02.340 This new technology means that the actual pressing educational need is not in technology, but in ethics.
00:21:12.040 That's where we suffer from ignorance right now. That's what's going to be tested. That's what's
00:21:18.080 going to determine whether the technology is a good thing or a bad thing is if we possess the ethical
00:21:24.300 know-how and discipline to use it well. If I were running a university or a high school or a middle
00:21:32.920 school or elementary school for that matter, and I saw AI on the horizon, this will happen. This is
00:21:39.480 going to be a radical technological shift. This is going to change the way that we work and we live.
00:21:43.200 And I agree with Sam Altman. I think all that's true. Then the first thing I would do is reorder my
00:21:47.840 curricula to make sure that students are being taught ethics, how to deal with these things.
00:21:54.380 Because if we don't have a proper ethical framework and good moral habituation and training,
00:21:59.560 AI is going to destroy us. And if we do have some discipline and we do have some ethical know-how,
00:22:05.040 and we do think clearly through these issues, AI really could be the wonderful thing that the
00:22:09.680 libs think that it could be. There's so much more to say. First, though, go to donewithdebt.com.

00:23:13.400 Go to donewithdebt.com today. Speaking of scary new technology,
00:23:20.160 new photos show UFOs over Canada just moments before a U.S. fighter jet shoots them down.
00:23:28.560 It's not just any UFOs. It's a cylindrical UFO. And we've heard about these cylindrical UFOs before.
00:23:35.160 We've heard about Tic Tacs, all sorts of unidentified flying objects that seem to defy the laws of gravity,
00:23:41.520 or at least the laws of aviation as we popularly, the public, we understand aviation.
00:23:48.320 Well, we got a grainy, blurry image. There are always grainy, blurry images.
00:23:53.540 Picking up this cylindrical suspected balloon, or some kind of UFO, 40,000 feet above the Great White
00:23:59.380 North in February of last year. It was taken down by the U.S.
00:24:04.900 And the only reason that this image has been released to the public now, to CTV News,
00:24:10.400 is that there was a freedom of information request sent of Canada's Department of National Defense.
00:24:17.000 It was an American plane that shot down the object. It's an F-22.
00:24:20.380 It tracked it over Alaska eight days earlier.
00:24:24.000 I think a lot of people had concluded that it was China, because China sent those spy balloons over the U.S.
00:24:28.840 You remember a year or so ago, it kind of fell out of the news, but China had these spy balloons just going
00:24:33.280 across the whole United States, and we weren't shooting them down for some reason, and we were
00:24:37.780 tracking them, and it was an embarrassing news story for several days.
00:24:43.360 Joe Biden says that these three objects were shot down, but were maybe not Chinese.
00:24:50.840 It says there were no, quote, suggestions they were related to China's spy balloon program,
00:24:55.500 or that they were surveillance vehicles from any other country.
00:24:59.240 So that means that either Biden is speaking in particular language that is misleading,
00:25:07.340 but not an outright lie.
00:25:08.700 There were no suggestions that this was a spy balloon from the Chinese program.
00:25:14.740 What does that mean? There were no suggestions.
00:25:16.220 It's kind of mealy-mouthed language.
00:25:17.720 So it could be that.
00:25:18.620 It could be that Biden is just lying, and we know for a fact that it was China or some other country,
00:25:23.240 and we're just trying to hide that for diplomatic reasons.
00:25:26.700 It could be telling the truth.
00:25:28.460 They just really don't know where these things come from.
00:25:32.080 But the fact that they always seem to have some kind of military detail to them,
00:25:39.620 whether we're talking about where the UFOs are flying, how the UFOs are brought down,
00:25:44.320 how the UFOs are being surveilled, whatever,
00:25:45.700 that fact makes me strongly suspect it's some kind of military vehicle, foreign or domestic.
00:25:56.120 It could be our own vehicle, too, in some cases.
00:25:59.320 The whole story, though, the whole story to me is really about the story,
00:26:03.800 the fact that people are so fascinated with UFOs, and they don't want to believe that it's military.
00:26:09.860 And conversely, they don't want to believe that it's spiritual.
00:26:12.520 They don't want to believe that it's an angel or a demon.
00:26:14.760 Most people would laugh you out of the room if you suggested that.
00:26:18.480 Though some of us have pointed out that there are powers of the air,
00:26:21.060 and if you have any religion really whatsoever, you recognize there's spiritual reality.
00:26:25.340 And so statistically, every single person who's ever lived on Earth,
00:26:28.760 including the very most intelligent people, have believed in angels and demons for all of history.
00:26:33.800 But today, we modern people, we laugh at that.
00:26:36.000 No, no, no.
00:26:36.700 So it's definitely not an angel or a demon, and it's probably not a Chinese spy.
00:26:44.020 What is it?
00:26:44.560 Oh, it's E.T.
00:26:46.800 It's a Martian coming to people.
00:26:48.680 There are many, many people who believe that.
00:26:50.720 The truth is out there, man.
00:26:53.180 The little green men are flying over Canada.
00:26:56.460 People want to conclude that this is little green men
00:27:01.140 because it makes us feel good.
00:27:05.680 That's why.
00:27:07.120 Because both the spiritual and the terrestrial explanations for UFOs are much scarier.
00:27:14.620 That's why they want to believe, because little green men,
00:27:18.060 despite all manner of Hollywood movies and Independence Day,
00:27:21.560 little green men are not threatening to us.
00:27:24.780 We don't, we just think they're kind of cute and weird,
00:27:28.920 and we actually think of E.T. or Yoda or something like that.
00:27:32.440 But if it's China, let's say, let's say it's China just flying military aircraft over our country regularly,
00:27:39.720 that's really scary.
00:27:40.800 It means we might enter into a world war.
00:27:44.300 If these unidentified objects are spiritual, if they're demons, say, or even if they're angels,
00:27:51.060 that's really scary to people.
00:27:53.240 Scary in a kind of uncanny or numinous way.
00:27:56.300 C.S. Lewis, I forget in which book, describes different kinds of scariness.
00:28:00.340 And he says, you know, there's the fear that one has when one hears that there's a tiger in the next room
00:28:06.500 because he's afraid that the tiger will come in and eat him.
00:28:09.140 But then there's the fear that one has when one hears that there's a ghost in the next room.
00:28:13.740 He's not afraid that the ghost is going to come in and eat him or something.
00:28:16.460 He's afraid that there are ghosts.
00:28:18.780 He's afraid that there is something in reality that we don't understand, that we don't really know very much of anything about.
00:28:28.080 That's what's so scary.
00:28:29.460 And then there's the holy fear of God, which he describes as numinous, which is the highest kind of awe and wonder and holy fear.
00:28:36.980 But that's why people don't, they don't want the spiritual or the terrestrial explanation.
00:28:45.540 No, no, no.
00:28:45.760 It's got to be little green men.
00:28:46.940 And little green men, unlike the Chinese, they don't want to come in and do our country harm and exercise a lot of political power.
00:28:52.320 But also, unlike the angels and demons, they don't really make us rethink our simplistic materialist view of reality
00:28:59.840 that is not really justifiable in any philosophical or even scientific way,
00:29:06.800 but is just really kind of comforting because it means there's no moral universe and we're not accountable for what we do.
00:29:13.140 And there is not more in heaven and earth than is dreamt of in our philosophy, Horatio.
00:29:17.440 That's why.
00:29:17.960 That's why they want little green men.
00:29:19.620 But it ain't little green men, guys.
00:29:20.900 Sorry, sorry to burst your bubble.
00:29:24.040 It's something far more real because adversaries on earth and adversaries of the principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness are both a lot more real than E.T.
00:29:33.700 Now, speaking of foreigners, there is a Haitian group that wants President Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance to be criminally prosecuted.
00:29:44.080 That is a Haitian community group.
00:29:47.740 This is called the Haitian Bridge Alliance.
00:29:51.880 They are trying to invoke a private citizen right to file criminal charges against Trump and his running mate because Trump and his running mate have suggested it's not good to barbecue cats and dogs.
00:30:09.160 Over what they call the chaos and threats experienced in Springfield, Ohio, the Haitian Bridge Alliance wants to prosecute these guys.
00:30:20.020 I don't know, throw Trump and J.D. Vance in jail.
00:30:22.060 To which I say, you want to throw Trump in jail, get in line.
00:30:24.960 Take a number, okay?
00:30:26.520 Plenty of other libs are trying to imprison Trump because they're so afraid that he's going to win re-election if the people have the chance to vote for him.
00:30:34.020 But what's so crazy about this one, the Haitian Bridge Alliance, is these people aren't even Americans.
00:30:39.640 I suppose some of them could be Americans, but it's not called the Haitian-American Bridge Alliance.
00:30:47.080 And these hundreds of thousands of Haitians who are here in America are not American citizens.
00:30:51.320 They were imported by the Biden-Harris administration, and some of them have been given amnesty or temporary protective status or this or that, but they're not actually American citizens.
00:30:58.900 Did you know that over 85% of grass-fed beef sold in U.S. grocery stores is imported?
00:31:04.080 That's why I buy all my meat from GoodRanchers.com instead.

00:31:34.580 Good Ranchers, American meat delivered.
00:31:36.460 So now you've got a situation in America in which a bunch of foreign nationals are trying to effectively imprison a former president, current leading presidential nominee,
00:31:51.320 because the American presidential candidate and his running mate are proposing an immigration policy.
00:32:01.300 That's what's going on here.
00:32:03.780 Because our former president and hopefully future president is campaigning in an election, a bunch of foreign nationals want to prosecute him.
00:32:14.000 Call me an old fuddy-duddy.
00:32:18.420 Call me a backward-looking conservative.
00:32:21.140 I don't think foreigners should be prosecuting our leaders for engaging in our own political process.
00:32:29.140 This is why conservatives are turning against the idea of the American empire.
00:32:35.040 I've talked a lot in recent days about the American empire.
00:32:40.680 Why is it that Vladimir Zelensky is in America campaigning with Kamala Harris, the Democrat nominee for president?
00:32:47.820 Why is Vladimir Zelensky, who's supposed to be the head of a sovereign foreign country,
00:32:52.720 why is he over here complaining about Donald Trump and J.D. Vance?
00:32:56.780 I pointed out because Ukraine's not really a sovereign country.
00:33:00.280 And Vladimir Zelensky is not really just the democratically elected leader of an independent country.
00:33:04.820 I don't even think they hold elections in Ukraine anymore.
00:33:08.200 Ukraine is just part of the American empire, and Vladimir Zelensky is a vassal.
00:33:13.360 He's a viceroy in some far-flung part of the American empire.
00:33:16.880 That's why it makes sense that he's over here mouthing off about American elections.
00:33:22.280 And we do have an empire.
00:33:23.440 We are the global hegemon.
00:33:25.140 We have territories all over the world.
00:33:27.860 We have actual U.S. states all over the world.
00:33:31.660 We got Alaska.
00:33:32.340 We got Hawaii.
00:33:32.880 We have overseas territories in Samoa and Guam.
00:33:35.660 We got Puerto Rico.
00:33:36.640 And then we have American troops everywhere.
00:33:39.040 I remember when I was a wee lad and I was thinking about American sovereignty and the nation state and, you know,
00:33:45.480 I don't know, the Jeffersonian ideal of the yeoman farmer.
00:33:48.300 I said, why?
00:33:49.180 We've got to be just a normal country.
00:33:51.000 And then I realized that we have something called CENTCOM, and we have something called AFRICOM.
00:33:57.500 And we have an African command of the American military.
00:34:02.520 Yeoman farmer republics don't have AFRICOM.
00:34:06.280 Okay?
00:34:06.440 We are the global empire, and that's just a fact.
00:34:09.680 And some conservatives are turning against that fact right now.
00:34:12.120 And you know what?
00:34:12.960 I don't blame them.
00:34:13.920 In fact, I totally sympathize with that point of view because this Haitian group, the Haitian Bridge Alliance, is saying, yeah, we're not Americans.
00:34:22.080 We were brought here thanks to the generosity or cynicism of Democrats in power.
00:34:29.360 And now we're going to try to exercise political authority as if this were our own country.
00:34:35.200 And I say, you know what, guys?
00:34:36.660 Get out.
00:34:37.340 How about that?
00:34:37.960 How about that?
00:34:38.460 How about if you're a foreign national and you're here thanks to our generosity and the opportunism of some of our politicians,
00:34:47.060 and you're going to try to imprison my presidential nominee?
00:34:49.220 Get out.
00:34:49.640 I don't want you here.
00:34:50.340 You're screwing things up, okay?
00:34:53.040 And you're disrespecting our traditions, and you're not learning our language, and you're crashing your cars into our buildings.
00:34:58.960 And so an extreme version of this is you're practicing your weird religion called voodoo, which is really bad and occult and evil.
00:35:08.280 And there are reports of ducks and geese and household pets going missing.
00:35:13.060 And because President Trump raised that prospect and the liberal establishment said, no, that can't possibly be happening,
00:35:18.960 you want to throw the guy in jail.
00:35:20.780 So you know what?
00:35:22.220 No thanks.
00:35:22.960 I've had enough empire, okay?
00:35:24.840 I think we've welcomed enough people.
00:35:26.880 Is it 60 million people enough in the last slightly more than half century?
00:35:30.940 Is that enough?
00:35:31.620 I think it probably is.
00:35:32.600 That's why conservatives are turning against the American empire.
00:35:36.660 And can you blame them?
00:35:38.180 I certainly cannot.
00:35:40.480 It feels to many, many people as though we are losing our country, which is a feeling that recently got the great Roseanne Barr in trouble.
00:35:50.280 We will get to that in one moment.
00:35:51.640 First, though, one of the most anticipated events of the 2024 election, I would say one of the most anticipated events of the 21st century,
00:36:02.100 is coming to Daily Wire Plus on Tuesday night.
00:36:05.400 And that is our backstage about the 2024 vice presidential debate between J.D. Vance and Tim Walls.
00:36:12.700 We are doing a special backstage with pre-show analysis from Bench Pirro, Matt Walsh, Andrew Cleve, and Jeremy Boring,
00:36:19.120 and I would say most importantly, yours truly.
00:36:22.020 Now, you can stick around for a post-debate breakdown with exclusive insights.
00:36:25.340 So instead of yelling at your TV alone, come yell with us at the vice presidential debate on Tuesday night at 8.30 p.m. Eastern Time on Daily Wire Plus.
00:36:35.940 Once again, wow.
00:36:38.380 I'm just seeing this.
00:36:39.260 I'm seeing this for the first time.
00:36:41.620 Blue, green lady.
00:36:42.760 She was a wonderful woman.
00:36:43.920 I'm seeing this for the first time.
00:36:45.680 But I picked my favorite comment today, just reading the comment.
00:36:48.320 And it was once again, Drummer's Workshop and Norm's Music.
00:36:50.500 Because we're on the same wavelength, and even though there are many zillions of commenters on all these episodes,
00:36:55.740 this guy, he and I, we're so close we can almost finish each other's sandwiches.
00:36:59.300 He writes, Diddy said his parties are breaking down generational barriers.
00:37:03.560 Guess I'll add that to the list of leftist euphemisms.
00:37:07.100 Yeah, wow, that's a new one, huh?
00:37:11.500 The libs want to break down generational barriers at their weird sex stuff.
00:37:16.680 I mean, that's what they do when they change the curricula in the elementary schools.
00:37:20.500 A lot of people feel like we're losing our country.
00:37:23.900 One of those people is Roseanne Barr, who recently, at an appearance with Tucker Carlson,
00:37:28.600 got in all sorts of hot water for claiming that the Democrats have effectively overthrown the government.
00:37:35.180 They overthrew the government of our country, and they haven't even answered for it.
00:37:41.020 And that pissed me off.
00:37:42.800 First off, Roseanne Barr is a national treasure.
00:37:51.960 Protect Roseanne at all costs.
00:37:54.320 You never, under any circumstance, have to agree with the libs when they are attacking Roseanne.
00:38:00.100 You basically never have to agree with the libs when they're attacking anyone on the right.
00:38:03.700 But do not.
00:38:05.900 Roseanne must be protected.
00:38:07.420 She is very, very funny.
00:38:10.320 She's not even, is she even on the right?
00:38:11.940 I don't even know that Roseanne's on the right.
00:38:13.380 She just, she has her own views.
00:38:16.160 She's very, very funny.
00:38:18.000 She has a keen insight into a whole number of matters.
00:38:23.560 And she's heterodox.
00:38:25.080 She doesn't, she doesn't go along with the liberal establishment.
00:38:28.300 And so they hate her now, even though she was one of the most famous mainstream comedians in the country for decades.
00:38:32.600 What did she say?
00:38:34.520 She said the Democrats overthrew the government in 2020.
00:38:40.680 What is so controversial about what she said?
00:38:44.720 Think about what the Democrats say about 2020.
00:38:47.700 They say that the Republicans very nearly overthrew the government.
00:38:51.840 They launched a coup d'etat, an insurrection, because the Republicans protested dubious election procedures.
00:39:01.340 And worked through the Congress and the Senate to raise questions about that election in a precedented way, following the compromise of 1877.
00:39:15.240 It's a longstanding precedented way.
00:39:18.460 Republicans raised some questions, and then what?
00:39:21.340 And some Republicans went to a protest in Washington, D.C., and then showed up at the Capitol, and some of them took selfies in the Capitol rotunda.
00:39:28.720 And that constituted very nearly overthrowing the American government.
00:39:34.960 Meanwhile, what did the Democrats do in 2020?
00:39:38.580 They changed all the election rules to benefit them.
00:39:43.620 In the days and weeks before the election, they changed, like all the election rules, in some cases unconstitutionally, as we see in the widespread mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania,
00:39:54.180 to give themselves an advantage and to reduce the number of ballot security measures that were available and to increase the possibility for fraud and to just radically change how elections are conducted.
00:40:09.740 So if you're going to call either one of those things an overthrow of the American political system, which is it?
00:40:17.120 Is it the thing that Rachel Maddow and the left has been whining about?
00:40:25.080 Or is it the point that Roseanne is making?
00:40:28.700 Roseanne is being much more reasonable here than the entirety of the left, from the grassroots level all the way up to the presidential level,
00:40:39.620 when Biden and Harris say that Trump opposes democracy.
00:40:44.940 When you think about overthrowing the government, it would seem to me that the side whose supporters have attempted to murder the Republican nominee for president,
00:40:57.700 the former president, twice in the last hundred days, probably deserves a little bit more of the blame.
00:41:03.620 That's just me.
00:41:05.960 Now, turning from Roseanne Barr to Bill Barr, Bill Barr, who is no fan of Trump,
00:41:13.300 Trump has been really harsh on Bill Barr.
00:41:16.160 He's called him all sorts of names.
00:41:18.440 Barr, however, has just agreed with a prospect that I raised on this show a couple days ago.
00:41:25.160 He asked why the DOJ would release that letter from the second would-be assassin, alleged assassin of Trump,
00:41:34.440 that made a $150,000 bounty on Trump's head.
00:41:38.900 Bill Barr said the only reason that the DOJ would release that letter would be to incite further violence.
00:41:46.500 Quote,
00:41:47.020 I was dumbfounded that the DOJ made public this morning the contents of the letter that Ryan Routh left with an acquaintance prior to the attempted assassination of former President Trump.
00:41:56.040 It served no purpose other than to risk inciting further violence, and the DOJ could have redacted inflammatory material in that letter.
00:42:05.880 That's the other thing.
00:42:06.920 The DOJ, when they release this kind of stuff, they have all sorts of redactions.
00:42:10.400 Usually, in this case, they say, hey, anyone who finishes the job gets 150 Gs.
00:42:14.560 The only conclusion one can draw is that the DOJ, the department that William Barr has run twice, don't forget, he's been the Attorney General twice at this point,
00:42:29.880 two different presidents, that the DOJ was just trying to get Trump killed again.
00:42:39.500 Trump was almost killed in Pennsylvania.
00:42:41.580 They almost got him.
00:42:42.680 They were so close.
00:42:43.620 An inexplicable, hair's-breadth turn of his head is the only reason that Trump's opponents did not succeed in killing him there.
00:42:53.640 Then, they try again.
00:42:56.260 Secret Service was a little bit more on alert, and so that one doesn't succeed.
00:43:00.900 And now the DOJ is coming out.
00:43:02.520 This is just Bill Barr's suggestion.
00:43:05.320 DOJ is coming out saying, hey, who wants 150 Gs?
00:43:08.280 Can anybody kill this guy?
00:43:09.840 How come it's so hard to kill this guy?
00:43:11.880 It's like the Roadrunner.
00:43:13.640 We're Wile E. Coyote.
00:43:15.600 150 grand.
00:43:16.620 Let me know.
00:43:18.460 Maybe they'll post a higher bounty if they can't.
00:43:20.400 You know, the days are running short here.
00:43:22.920 So, if they can't get the job done, I don't know, maybe there'll be a new letter.
00:43:27.820 Okay, we're up in the bounty to 300.
00:43:31.500 Bill Barr is a prominent American Catholic.
00:43:33.620 And speaking of prominent Catholics, really important, a bit of instruction just came out from the U.S. Catholic.
00:43:41.180 Council of Catholic Bishops, which sometimes is a little mealy-mouthed and sometimes is not as politically prudent as it ought to be.
00:43:48.520 But here, the U.S. CCB has said something really great.
00:43:51.620 The Conference of Catholic Bishops has called on all Catholics to, quote, vote for candidates who will defend the life and dignity of the human person.
00:44:03.120 The bishops have reminded Catholic voters that abortion remains, quote, a preeminent priority.
00:44:10.540 It is morally imperative that Catholics, I think we could broader this out to all self-professing Christians, must vote for the pro-life candidate.
00:44:27.600 It is not possible to vote for a candidate who is, especially as we see in the case of Kamala Harris, extremely, radically, in principle, absolutely, in favor of abortion.
00:44:41.900 You can't do it.
00:44:43.140 There are plenty of issues that Catholics and Christians broadly might disagree with Trump on.
00:44:50.280 There are issues that I disagree with Trump on.
00:44:52.280 But not all issues are the same.
00:44:54.640 Just like not all crimes are the same, you know, jaywalking is not as serious as slaughtering a whole family.
00:45:00.440 So, too, not all political issues and political imperatives are the same.
00:45:03.760 To quote John Paul II, life is not one issue among many.
00:45:09.700 It is the fundamental right on which all of the other rights rely.
00:45:15.220 If you are a Christian, you cannot vote for Kamala Harris in good conscience.
00:45:20.280 It is not possible to do.
00:45:22.720 And there is an even deeper political lesson here as the Catholic bishops are talking to Catholics.
00:45:29.540 If you want to do the right thing, you can't vote for Harris.
00:45:33.960 And there are two candidates, really, and you should vote for Trump.
00:45:37.040 But if you want to have political power at all as Catholics, you have to take this issue seriously.
00:45:48.820 If you want to have any political voice at all.
00:45:51.020 Because there has to be cohesion in order for a political voting bloc to have any power.
00:46:00.560 If the political voting bloc just dissipates and votes according to all other reasoning,
00:46:07.160 then there just isn't a Catholic vote.
00:46:09.920 There isn't a Jewish vote.
00:46:11.700 Or there isn't an urban vote.
00:46:13.620 Or there isn't a suburban mom vote.
00:46:15.480 You have to actually vote together on certain issues in order to have any political power at all.
00:46:25.480 We'll see if the Catholics follow suit.
00:46:27.360 I think they should.
00:46:28.320 Now, speaking of the life issue, I'm very pleased to say that we have Aaron Hawley coming on the show
00:46:33.420 to discuss the latest in abortion radicalism from 2024.
00:46:37.120 The rest of the show continues.
00:46:38.100 Now, you do not want to miss it.
