00:03:41.660 and not only that, but start screaming at police who are stopping them,
00:03:45.360 and in fact, allegedly start assaulting and hitting the police.
00:03:49.900 So body slamming the police, in the words of one government representative.
00:03:55.200 So after this happened, there was talk that because the Democrat politicians broke the law,

00:04:03.100 And this Democrat Congress lady did a media blitz to say,

00:04:09.760 But she committed a crime, allegedly, on camera for all to see.

00:04:21.220 today my office has charged Congresswoman McIver with violation of Title 18 U.S. Code Section 1111A1
00:04:28.400 for assaulting, impeding, and interfering with law enforcement.
00:04:33.800 Now, Habba went out to observe that she gave the Democrat Congress lady
00:04:39.640 every opportunity to avoid being charged with a crime.
00:04:43.800 They reached out.
00:04:44.920 They tried to resolve this matter privately as a kind of deferential action,
00:04:49.680 even though McIver behaved like an absolute barbarian,
00:04:53.420 even though McIver is part of the other political party,
00:04:56.520 even though McIver really did not deserve any of those courtesies.
