00:03:22.620 We got new footage from the SUV incident, the shooting in Minneapolis. We covered two or
00:03:30.140 three angles yesterday on the show. Now we even have clearer evidence. This is from the
00:03:34.980 front of the SUV by way of CNN, of all places.
00:03:39.620 As the vehicle passes, you can see the dark-colored SUV driven by Renee Nicole Gooden.
00:03:45.380 That's on the right there in the back. You have the officer in front of the SUV.
00:03:48.260 This is a surveillance video taken by a home nearby. Agents can be seen milling about near
00:03:52.360 the vehicle, then converging on it. There's the officer in front, and there you go. So this is
00:03:56.680 the false narrative that the media are trying to peddle is that the officer was on the side of the
00:04:02.720 car, and he shoots her through the open driver door window. There are many, many libs, like normal
00:04:08.900 libs, like your aunt or somebody, who think that's what happened. That is not what happened.

00:04:20.540 channel showing that the officer is in front of the car. Okay, that's enough CNN. We've had enough
00:04:27.300 CNN. Now we have another angle here. This is from the slow motion footage, but specifically of the
00:04:35.760 wheel of the SUV. So one of the claims, the most ridiculous claim being peddled is that the officer
00:04:43.280 wasn't in front of the car. He was on the side, and he shoots her through the open driver door
00:04:47.200 window. That is just completely made up. There's no, not true at all. In fact, we have the bullet
00:04:52.860 hole through the front windshield. Then the people who admit, okay, yes, there was another officer who
00:04:57.800 was in front of the SUV. The argument they're making is that the woman turned her wheel before she
00:05:03.660 hit the gas. She turned her wheel to try to get out of the way. She wasn't trying to run the guy
00:05:08.420 over. She was trying to get out of the way. And so she turned her wheel before she hit the gas.
00:05:14.620 Some are trying to argue that the officer shot before she hit the gas. That's totally untenable.
00:05:19.920 But this really narrow argument that, which again is kind of immaterial because this is all happening
00:05:26.900 in a split second. So the officer still would have been justified if she starts moving her car,
00:05:30.800 he's in front of it, even if technically the wheel were going the other way.
00:05:34.020 But even that narrative isn't true because we have the slow-mo footage. Here, take a look.
00:05:39.880 So the woman backs up. There you go. There you have it. She backs up,
00:05:45.600 hits the gas directly into the officer, and then turns the wheel. Give it to me again. Hits the gas
00:05:54.700 directly into the officer, and then the wheel turns. In fact, the only reason that she didn't
00:06:01.320 run him over before he could discharge his weapon is because it's Minneapolis. It's winter. There was
00:06:07.220 ice on the ground, and she hit it so fast, the wheel spun. You know this if you've ever tried to
00:06:11.660 accelerate, even on dry roads. Sometimes your wheel spins a little bit before you go.
00:06:15.340 Now, had she had better tires, had the road been less icy, that officer would be smushed.
00:06:23.960 You don't need to conclude from this that this woman set out that morning to go murder an ice
00:06:28.120 officer. You don't have to conclude from this even that in the moment, in this moment where she's
00:06:32.800 clearly got adrenaline pumping, she's excited, she's probably scared, she doesn't know what to do.

00:07:06.800 that woman's side, which you shouldn't be. You can feel sorry for the woman. You can pray for the woman.

00:08:29.880 telling you, which is that this was just a mother who was out, you know, to pick up her kids or
00:08:34.960 something. And she found herself in a bad situation. That's the most ridiculous narrative that this was
00:08:41.420 an innocent, naive little dove. That's the most ridiculous. Oh, she just happened to find herself
00:08:45.700 there. And these cops unprompted decided to surround her vehicle. The more plausible, but still
00:08:51.700 ridiculous argument is, well, no, she was there to stop the ice officers, but it was just because,
00:08:58.440 you know, she's a good Samaritan protecting the innocent face tattooed gangsters. You know,
00:09:03.940 it's because it just came upon her suddenly. And she had this extemporaneous impulse to stop the
00:09:11.920 police officers. But the reality is a little different from that. She trained to obstruct law
00:09:18.040 enforcement. So I mentioned yesterday, I don't think this woman was an anarchist terrorist or something.
00:09:25.460 I don't think it was like the Antifa guys who showed up to a talk that I was giving at the
00:09:30.220 University of Pittsburgh, having trained with black block cells in anarchist bookshops,
00:09:34.700 throwing Molotov cocktails and fireworks and that sort of thing. I don't think she's that.
00:09:40.480 She's also not just a concerned mom or a woman who found herself in a bad situation.
00:09:45.800 She's somewhere in between those two things. She's not, you know, one of these 1920s anarchists
00:09:54.560 setting off bombs on Wall Street. She's not that. But she was actively trying to undermine law

00:10:06.300 criminals. And she was operating a very deadly weapon, namely an SUV that she used to nearly run over
00:10:12.880 a cop. She was somewhere in the middle of those two things. And no one wants to admit that kind of
00:10:18.160 ambiguity. No one wants to admit that blurriness. In part, I think the reason people don't want to
00:10:24.580 admit that blurriness is it indicts a lot of our countrymen. I saw this firsthand after Charlie was
00:10:32.000 murdered. This was three, four months ago now. What was so shocking, so scandalous about that was,
00:10:38.100 well, the first thing was the fact that Charlie would be murdered on a university campus for having
00:10:41.960 respectful dialogue with people. That was the first thing that was scandalous. But this very nearly as
00:10:47.560 scandalous was the fact that so many of our fellow Americans would support it, would celebrate it
00:10:52.900 even. Because it means that, like that girl you went to math class with, it means your coworker,
00:11:00.540 it means your classmate, it means your neighbor is much more radical, much more prone to violence,
00:11:08.660 much more supportive of political violence than you would otherwise expect. And it's kind of scary
00:11:13.880 that this woman probably was like a kind of bougie lib, definitely lib, but kind of just bougie
00:11:19.780 Minneapolis white lady. And that she would train and endeavor to obstruct federal law enforcement that

00:13:23.920 All right, you guys, I just watched the video of the woman in Minneapolis. Don't go watch it,
00:13:33.260 okay, if you don't think you can handle it. It is the most frightening thing I have seen in a long
00:13:41.000 time. This woman was driving away in her car, and they put their weapon in there and hit her in the
00:13:50.860 face multiple times. This is not right. This was not self-defense. This was an execution.
00:14:02.200 I am shocked because only a few weeks ago, I was driving around this town that I live in in Charlotte
00:14:12.480 doing very similar things, looking for ICE agents, trying to prevent them from kidnapping people off
00:14:20.440 the street. And there was a lot of other people out there doing that on a daily basis, as is our
00:14:28.480 right to drive around the streets of our city. It's frightening right now. Okay, the last part is
00:14:37.140 really all that matters. It's frightening right now, because you can tell how confused this woman is.

00:19:13.940 praying for, I'm not losing sleep at night, but I'm sad. She died. I'm sad for her family. I'm sad for
00:19:18.020 her. And this woman goes out there. She is an ideological compatriot. She supports undermining
00:19:25.640 law enforcement. She supports mass migration. She supports breaking the law. She supports all
00:19:29.940 this stuff. And then she goes, but I don't, I shouldn't be crying for her because white tears
00:19:34.780 are terrible. You know, us white ladies are the worst. The woman who was killed is a white lady.
00:19:39.820 So even breaking the law, trying to run over a cop, getting killed for it on behalf of face-tattooed
00:19:49.280 criminal migrants, even that's not good enough. And white ladies shouldn't cry about it. And by
00:19:56.940 implication, we shouldn't cry for you. Bless her. Bless that white lady in the interview.

00:21:47.200 you want to be on that side of the street, we will find you. Okay. So these people who
00:21:51.800 are on camera, they're making direct threats. That is not protected by the First Amendment.
00:21:58.120 That is itself a crime. And the government, the federal government needs to go in and arrest
00:22:04.140 them. It's not just the direct threats. It's not even just happening in Portland, or sorry,
00:22:10.480 in Minneapolis. It's also happening in Portland, by the way. But even in New York City, there is
00:22:14.760 a massive protest in New York City where people are chanting, save a life, kill ICE. That's not
00:22:22.740 a direct threat. That is incitement. That's also a crime. That's also not covered by the First
00:22:28.520 Amendment. What the federal government needs to do here, a little unsolicited advice, is they need
00:22:33.860 to arrest as many of these people as they can. In the case of New York City, there are many,
00:22:38.900 many people at this protest. They're probably not going to arrest all of them. Although I will point out
00:22:42.460 the Biden administration did a good job tracking down every single Midwestern granny who took a
00:22:47.700 selfie at the Capitol on January 6th. So I think the federal resources are there when they want to
00:22:53.200 enforce the law. But if I were in the federal government right now, I would take all these
00:22:59.500 people that we have on camera, and I would arrest as many of them as I possibly could. And I would
00:23:07.060 charge them to the fullest extent of the law for direct threats and for incitement. And the reason
00:23:13.020 I would do this is not just to be a big, tough guy. It's not just because I'm super-duper based
00:23:18.140 or whatever. The reason I would do this would be very practical, very politically realistic.
00:23:24.620 One thesis says that the way you bring the temperature down in the country is you just,
00:23:30.320 you know, you give people a little breathing room. You know, this is what they said during the
00:23:33.380 George Floyd riots. We need to let people vent their frustration. And they're going to burn down
00:23:36.740 a few buildings, but that's just, you know, the riots are just the cries of the unheard.
00:23:41.140 That's a thesis that the left advances that I guess some people on the right believe.
00:23:46.300 I don't think that's true. I think that the way that you bring the temperature down
00:23:51.160 is that you absolutely crush the people who are attempting to destroy the political order.
00:23:57.820 You bring down to the fullest extent possible, the heavy hammer of the law.
00:24:04.080 And you say, no, ain't going to happen. I'm not saying that you pass the bounds of justice,
00:24:08.800 that you pass the bounds of morality. I'm saying that within those bounds, you do exactly what must
00:24:14.320 be done to enforce order in the law. And that is actually what brings the temperature down.
00:24:19.720 You got to see this in psychology. There's some people following Freud who think that the way
00:24:25.400 that you help people is that you let them blow off a little steam. Actually, I'll tell you what,
00:24:30.020 I'll use a really lurid example in a debate within psychology and criminal justice to make the point.
00:24:35.440 There's some people who say that pedophiles should be allowed to look at artificial child pornography,
00:24:43.080 you know, cartoons or something. There've been legal cases on this because it will allow them to vent
00:24:48.420 their frustrations or their passions or whatever without actually harming any children.
00:24:53.680 That's the Freud view, I think, of psychology. That's the steam engine view of psychology.
00:24:58.260 You got to blow off a little steam. The problem with that view is that's not how human nature really
00:25:03.760 works. The way human nature really works is much closer to what Aristotle says. It's much closer to
00:25:08.900 the classical and medieval tradition, which is that people form their desires and their reversions
00:25:16.160 through habit. So the more you do something, the more you want to do it and the less you want to do
00:25:22.420 the opposite. The more that you perform a vice, the more likely you're going to be to perform it.
00:25:29.060 The more you perform a virtue, the more likely you're going to be to perform it. In other words,
00:25:32.940 the more you do stuff, the more you develop an appetite for that stuff. It's like an acquired
00:25:39.000 taste. The first time you drink whiskey or have caviar or something, I don't know. I don't know if I've
00:25:44.260 ever had caviar. Have I? Maybe once or twice. But the more you have something that's kind of weird,
00:25:48.700 coffee. The first time you have coffee, you probably don't like it. But then the more you drink it,
00:25:53.240 you acquire that taste. Then you want it. That's how it goes. Well, take it out of the realm of
00:25:58.400 whiskey and caviar and coffee and pedophilia. Bring it back into the realm of protesting.
