00:00:16.180 Another week, another leftist activist shot by a cop while obstructing federal law enforcement.
00:00:22.200 Everybody is feverishly debating the angles, the timing, if and when he was disarmed,
00:00:29.300 if and when he had the right to carry a gun in that moment.
00:00:33.280 Everybody seems to be missing the point.
00:00:35.060 We will get into the real crux of the matter, as well as, I think, the million-dollar question that people are ignoring.
00:00:43.500 Why is this only happening in Minneapolis?
00:00:46.760 Why is this always happening in Minneapolis?
00:00:51.100 I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:00:59.300 Welcome back to the show.
00:01:13.820 So, so much to get to.
00:01:15.680 I'll explain why I sound like this and why I'm here in this room.
00:01:19.140 First, though, I want to tell you about Good Ranchers.
00:01:20.840 Right now, go to GoodRanchers.com.
00:01:24.880 Use promo code Knowles, K-N-O-W-L-E-S.
00:01:29.120 2026 is a big year. America turns 250.
00:01:32.740 We honor all the great statesmen, all the great servicemen, all the great people in our country's history.
00:01:37.640 Let's not forget to thank our wonderful ranchers,
00:01:41.200 the people who have been feeding families like yours and mine for generations now.
00:01:45.520 Now, I absolutely love Good Ranchers.
00:01:48.700 I have one fear about the snowpocalypse that has hit us here in Nashville.
00:01:52.780 What happens to all the beautiful Good Ranchers that I rely on that's in my freezer?
00:01:56.380 Now, luckily, it's very cold out here, so I might take the Good Ranchers and maybe put them outside at night.
00:02:02.280 But then there's a big worry.
00:02:04.060 It's not the animals. I think the animals are all frozen.
00:02:06.020 It's my neighbors.
00:02:07.440 What happens if my neighbors see the delicious Good Ranchers?
00:02:10.560 They can pounce.
00:02:11.840 Don't do it.
00:02:12.480 Maybe I'll just eat it.
00:02:16.300 That's the way I'll get around it.
00:02:17.680 I'll eat it tonight.
00:02:19.140 When you subscribe to Good Ranchers, you're saving up to $500 a year.
00:02:23.680 Plus, you can get free shipping and a free gift in every order for life.
00:02:26.820 Go to GoodRanchers.com.
00:02:27.800 Use code Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S.
00:02:29.560 Get an additional $25 off your first order.
00:02:31.600 That is Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S.
00:02:33.380 $25 off on top of the $500 in annual savings when you subscribe.
00:02:38.080 You're probably wondering, Michael, why are you in that room instead of in your beautiful studio?
00:02:44.620 Well, because the snowpocalypse has hit Nashville, as it's probably hit many of you.
00:02:49.040 The Daily Wire was totally shut down.
00:02:51.500 And I usually think they're being babies about this.
00:02:53.820 And I yell at them and I say they should go into the office.
00:02:56.200 It is Mad Max out there, man.
00:02:58.600 It is crazy.
00:03:00.440 Are there any trees left standing in Nashville?
00:03:02.720 I'm not so sure.
00:03:03.340 So, I was forced home, which is okay.
00:03:06.240 I've done shows from home before.
00:03:07.860 Then the power goes out.
00:03:09.640 So, I say, all right.
00:03:11.520 You know what I can do?
00:03:12.760 I can film the show on my cell phone.
00:03:15.280 But then, maybe it's because I was sledding with the little boys yesterday.
00:03:18.860 I don't know why.
00:03:19.820 I appear to have contracted bubonic plague, which is why my voice sounds even deeper and
00:03:25.000 more sultry than usual.
00:03:26.560 So, I will be doing this show as Barry White because we cannot miss it because there's
00:03:31.840 another left-wing riot in Minneapolis, because another activist went out and got himself
00:03:35.780 shot by a cop.
00:03:37.100 And everybody is misrepresenting it, including some people on the right.
00:03:41.540 But mostly, it's coming from the left.
00:03:44.040 What is really going on?
00:03:46.420 First of all, I just want to lay my cards on the table.
00:03:50.040 I think that anybody who is counter-signaling law enforcement right now is useless.
00:03:55.580 Just doesn't get it.
00:03:57.000 Any of the people, forget about the left.
00:03:59.120 They want to overthrow the whole government.
00:04:00.260 But I'm talking about the people on the right.
00:04:02.740 The people who say they're principled, reasonable conservatives.
00:04:05.640 And they say, well, you know, I mean, look, I want to enforce immigration law, but I don't
00:04:10.520 know.
00:04:11.120 I mean, let's slow down the video to a micromillisecond.
00:04:14.900 I don't know.
00:04:15.880 Maybe those police, maybe they used a little bit too much.
00:04:18.440 I'm done with that.
00:04:19.520 I'm so done with that.
00:04:21.060 If that's your reaction to this, you're not going to make it.
00:04:25.900 Look, we'll take your votes.
00:04:27.100 Thank you.
00:04:27.780 I appreciate it.
00:04:28.580 But you are useless to this political movement.
00:04:31.220 You're just not going to make it.
00:04:32.260 You're just politically useless.
00:04:33.940 You don't understand what time it is.
00:04:36.420 I am much, much more concerned about the ICE in my neighborhood than I am about any supposed
00:04:41.540 misdeeds of ICE and federal law enforcement.
00:04:43.880 Okay.
00:04:44.300 Waka waka.
00:04:44.960 All right.
00:04:45.820 But I mean it.
00:04:47.020 And you should be too.
00:04:48.300 What do we know?
00:04:49.380 We know that the guy who was shot, his name is Alex Pretty, 37 years old.
00:04:55.600 We know that he was violently resisting as the cops were attempting to disarm him.
00:05:00.160 Why were they disarming him?
00:05:01.080 Because he was carrying a gun.
00:05:02.920 Now, there's nothing intrinsically wrong.
00:05:06.240 There's nothing illegal about carrying a gun, especially if he had a concealed carry permit,
00:05:11.080 though we'll come to some complicating factors on that in a moment.
00:05:14.400 Nevertheless, he was being disarmed and he was resisting.
00:05:17.680 Who shot him?
00:05:19.080 Was this some new person?
00:05:21.120 You know, they've had to staff up on ICE.
00:05:23.640 Border patrols had to staff up.
00:05:24.700 Maybe this is someone who didn't get enough training.
00:05:27.000 Maybe it was a really young person.
00:05:29.320 Maybe it was a lady cop.
00:05:31.140 No offense to the ladies out there, but sometimes lady cops are a little more trigger happy.
00:05:34.440 No.
00:05:35.800 The man who shot is an eight-year border patrol veteran.
00:05:39.680 So this is a guy who was extremely well-trained, who has a lot of experience.
00:05:44.360 Now, Preddy had a permit to carry, but according to his family, he never did carry.
00:05:51.580 This was totally out of the blue for him to carry.
00:05:54.480 And there's no evidence that he was carrying his identification, which would have been able
00:05:58.400 to prove that he was able to carry.
00:06:00.060 In any case, strange, right?
00:06:02.800 I'm all for concealed carry.
00:06:03.900 I don't carry myself generally, but I'm all for it in principle.
00:06:07.920 Why would a guy who has the permit, who never carries, show up to a very tense situation,
00:06:13.360 which has already led to multiple riots, has already led to officer-involved shootings,
00:06:19.180 as in the case of Renee Good, which was also entirely justified?
00:06:22.320 Why would you show up there with a gun?
00:06:25.780 What do we know about the operation?
00:06:27.220 We know it was a targeted operation, so it wasn't just ICE showing up to round everybody
00:06:30.880 up willy-nilly, you know, if you look like you enjoy tacos, you're going to get in the
00:06:35.680 van.
00:06:36.060 No, this was targeted.
00:06:37.420 They were going after someone who was guilty of domestic assault, disorderly conduct, and
00:06:42.140 driving without a valid license.
00:06:43.700 Oh, and sneaking into this country illegally.
00:06:46.700 And this guy, Alex Priddy, decided that it would be a good idea to go obstruct federal
00:06:50.340 law enforcement.
00:06:50.860 To me, the most important little bit of context, before we get to the video, which we will,
00:06:57.000 is an interview that his parents gave to CBS.
00:06:59.200 His parents, obviously, are distraught.
00:07:01.380 We should pray for them.
00:07:02.340 We should pray for him for the repose of his soul.
00:07:04.940 What the parents said was, they had had a recent conversation with their son, 37 years
00:07:10.260 old.
00:07:11.420 He should be an adult, but he was clearly behaving like an overgrown child.
00:07:15.420 And the parents sat him down and said, please don't engage with the federal officers.
00:07:19.320 If you want to go out and protest, you can, but please don't engage.
00:07:24.280 Here's the quote.
00:07:25.200 We had this discussion with him two weeks ago or so, you know, that go ahead and protest,
00:07:29.600 but do not engage.
00:07:30.500 Do not do anything stupid, basically.
00:07:33.420 Why did they have this conversation?
00:07:35.060 Because they knew he would do something stupid.
00:07:37.700 Why did they have this conversation?
00:07:39.540 Because they knew that he was going to be a danger to other people and to himself.
00:07:42.840 They knew that he had been radicalized.
00:07:45.160 They knew that he wasn't just going out there to hold a sign and yell.
00:07:47.820 He was looking for a fight.
00:07:50.000 They go on.
00:07:50.920 This is per the parents to CBS News.
00:07:53.200 And he said he knows that not to do anything stupid.
00:07:56.060 He knew that.
00:07:57.700 He obviously didn't.
00:07:58.520 Okay, let's take a look at the video of the shooting.
00:08:01.980 So it opens up.
00:08:04.000 There's clearly some scuffle.
00:08:06.080 You see this guy in the middle of the street, which he has no right to do.
00:08:09.840 This reminds us of Renee Good.
00:08:12.140 Renee Good, who was just blocking traffic.
00:08:15.580 Even that you're not allowed to do.
00:08:16.740 Even that's a dangerous situation.
00:08:18.400 What if someone needs to get by?
00:08:19.260 What if an ambulance needs to get by?
00:08:20.760 But you certainly can't obstruct law enforcement as they are trying to get violent criminals.
00:08:25.340 They take him down.
00:08:26.960 You hear, shot.
00:08:29.520 Shot, shot.
00:08:31.120 Then you hear the rest of the shots.
00:08:32.300 And then the most pathetic reaction comes immediately after the shots.
00:08:39.440 You hear the person filming say, what?
00:08:43.120 What?
00:08:45.440 This reminds us of the Renee Good shooting.
00:08:48.540 What are you?
00:08:49.680 Why did the guns have bullets in them?
00:08:51.940 Do you remember that?
00:08:52.840 I think that was the lesbian partner in the Renee Good shooting.
00:08:55.580 She said, why do the guns have bullets in them?
00:08:58.260 She didn't know that guns have bullets in them.
00:08:59.740 She didn't know that the cops aren't there with like, you know, funny little flag guns
00:09:04.880 that shoot out the word boom like in the cartoons.
00:09:08.080 She thought it was all fun and games.
00:09:09.520 She thought there were no consequences to obstructing law enforcement.
00:09:12.560 What?
00:09:12.960 What did that person expect?
00:09:15.840 I'm not even talking about the victim.
00:09:16.840 I'm talking about the person who was filming.
00:09:18.380 What did that person expect?
00:09:20.660 You have someone in an altercation with the police, resisting arrest, with a gun, already
00:09:28.140 obstructing law enforcement.
00:09:30.080 And then what do you know?
00:09:31.100 Five seconds later, the cops shoot him.
00:09:33.380 What?
00:09:33.820 That is what happens.
00:09:39.080 That is what.
00:09:40.040 So what do we know?
00:09:40.960 What do we not know?
00:09:42.280 People on both sides are trying to jump to conclusions.
00:09:44.740 Here's what we don't know.
00:09:46.100 We don't know who shot first.
00:09:48.280 There's all sorts of information flying around that is contradictory.
00:09:51.920 Had the cops disarmed him before the shots ran out?
00:09:55.380 Was this perp, this kid, not the kid, he's 37 years old, Alex Pretty, was it his gun that
00:10:03.600 went off first, whether in his hand or in a cop's hand?
00:10:08.340 There's an account that's been going viral on Twitter, Green Beret Nap Time, who is arguing
00:10:13.400 that the first shot came from the suspect.
00:10:16.160 And then you can see action on the ground after the second shot.
00:10:23.100 I don't know.
00:10:24.120 It's kind of blurry.
00:10:25.000 It's hard to see.
00:10:25.720 I'm sure there will be plenty of other video evidence there.
00:10:28.880 He's arguing, though.
00:10:29.780 And I guess the timeline does make sense.
00:10:31.360 If you listen to the shots, it's boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
00:10:36.020 So there is a pause.
00:10:38.940 Now, what could that be?
00:10:40.640 The gun that they apparently retrieved from this guy was a Sig Sauer.
00:10:43.620 There were reports they had multiple mags on him.
00:10:45.420 Again, not the sort of thing you would need to do if you were just walking around with your
00:10:49.960 regular CCW to protect yourself.
00:10:51.600 But even the fact that it was a Sig Sauer, this particular kind of Sig Sauer, according
00:10:57.220 to reports, has a hair trigger, has a history.
00:10:59.440 The New York Post reported on this a history of accidentally firing.
00:11:02.540 So we don't know.
00:11:03.960 Obviously, if the guy shoots first, there's no question, other than in the minds of leftists
00:11:10.660 and Democrat politicians, there's no question that it's justified.
00:11:13.620 But what if he didn't shoot first?
00:11:15.300 What if he accidentally shot his gun?
00:11:17.380 What if his gun in his possession accidentally discharged?
00:11:19.960 Or what if the cop did retrieve the gun from him, but it accidentally fired while the cop
00:11:25.020 was retrieving the gun?
00:11:25.840 And it was all just a big misunderstanding.
00:11:29.200 What then?
00:11:30.880 Either way, deadly force was entirely justified here.
00:11:36.260 What does the law say?
00:11:37.240 The law, going back to Supreme Court precedent, now what, 35 years, 36 years, says there is
00:11:43.160 really no question about the justification.
00:11:45.100 We'll get to that in one moment.
00:11:46.000 First, though, I want to tell you about Policy Genius.

00:12:58.700 See how much you could save.
00:13:00.620 Very simple.
00:13:01.860 If you're standing up, sit down.
00:13:03.200 If you're driving, pull over.
00:13:05.280 PolicyGenius.com slash Knowles, K-N-O-W-L-E-S.
00:13:10.600 Then you'll have less nagging ennui and dread about the death that is coming for us all.
00:13:16.120 PolicyGenius.com slash Knowles.
00:13:18.400 According to federal law, now going back at least 35 years, deadly force is permissible
00:13:23.940 if it is reasonable, objectively reasonable, under the circumstances as judged from the
00:13:29.400 perspective of a reasonable officer who is on the scene and accounting for all of the
00:13:35.440 split-second judgment.
00:13:36.440 So obviously, the cops here, who are already seeing the activists run them over with cars,
00:13:41.940 who are already seeing the activists.
00:13:43.080 In one case, one of the activists bit a cop's finger off in Minneapolis.
00:13:48.420 I don't know if we have a picture of that.
00:13:49.460 I don't know if you want to see a picture of that.
00:13:50.940 I mean, we're talking about savage, revolutionary behavior here.
00:13:55.200 So it's not even about what happened on video.
00:13:57.400 It's about, did the cops reasonably perceive in the moment that they were under real threat?
00:14:06.480 What else comes into play?
00:14:08.140 The severity of the crime, whether the suspect poses an immediate threat to the officers,
00:14:12.480 whether the suspect is actively resisting.
00:14:14.140 On basically every front, the cops are in the clear.
00:14:19.800 The cops had tried to reason with him.
00:14:21.780 They issued verbal commands.
00:14:23.240 They used pepper spray.
00:14:24.380 They tackled him.
00:14:25.560 It's justified just about any way you slice it, whether or not he even had the gun in
00:14:29.880 his possession at the time.
00:14:30.820 So I have a message to the libs, getting past all of the details here.
00:14:35.220 Because I'm not like celebrating that this guy's dead.
00:14:37.300 It's very sad.
00:14:37.980 I said the same thing about Rene Goode.
00:14:39.020 It's very sad that this guy put himself in this situation.
00:14:42.900 The cops were entirely in the right, according to all available evidence.
00:14:47.100 The guy who got shot was entirely in the wrong by all available evidence.
00:14:52.180 And yet it's sad.
00:14:54.140 Because no man is an island and Tyron to himself.
00:14:56.540 And it's sad when people die.
00:14:58.640 Here's my message to the libs.
00:15:00.560 And I guess we've forgotten this.
00:15:03.960 Not getting shot by the cops is like the easiest thing to do in America.
00:15:09.900 Not everywhere else in the world, but in America.
00:15:13.060 Not getting shot by the cops is easier than tic-tac-toe.
00:15:16.700 It is easier than checkers.
00:15:19.960 It is easier than getting a bellyache after McDonald's.
00:15:22.640 Okay, it's real easy not to get shot by the cops.
00:15:25.400 I've been doing it my whole life.
00:15:27.260 So have you.
00:15:29.360 This guy rolls up to a very provocative situation where you already have activity tantamount to insurrection.
00:15:37.960 Called for by the political leaders of Minnesota, which we'll get to momentarily.
00:15:42.380 Where there's already been violence.
00:15:45.020 Officer-involved shootings because there's been civilian-involved SUV ramings.
00:15:50.280 Amid a massive federal law enforcement operation to deport dangerous foreign criminals.
00:15:56.400 And you're going to show up, block traffic, obstruct law enforcement, fight with cops while carrying a gun.
00:16:03.360 A gun that has a hair trigger on top of it.
00:16:07.880 What do you expect to happen?
00:16:09.240 These people, I think, I don't know if it's because they lack any real meaning in their lives or because they're just deranged or they have delusions of grandeur or they don't understand that consequences follow from certain actions.
00:16:24.480 But these people are like, they're kamikazes.
00:16:32.820 They're lib kamikazes.
00:16:34.380 They're lib jihadis.
00:16:35.840 They're going in there, it seems to me, seeking a kind of perverse martyrdom.
00:16:41.620 Suicide by cops at least give their lives a little bit of meaning.
00:16:45.460 For what?
00:16:46.840 To protect child rapists and drug traffickers and murderers from the law enforcement?
00:16:54.000 To subvert the political order?
00:16:57.180 The government of which is currently in power because most Americans voted for it because the guy won the popular vote?
00:17:05.000 Pathetic.
00:17:05.520 Look, it's very, very, very easy not to get shot by a cop.
00:17:11.200 If you do get shot by a cop 999,999 times out of a million, there are 15 things that you could have avoided in the lead up that would have saved your life.
00:17:25.320 How is the administration reacting?
00:17:27.900 Scott Besson, Treasury Secretary, absolutely killing it.
00:17:30.700 It goes on CNN and points out that this is occurring in Minneapolis.
00:17:36.060 And this is the question I asked at the top of the show, and I haven't seen a lot of commentary on it.
00:17:40.080 Why is this only happening in Minneapolis?
00:17:43.520 There's federal law enforcement operations going on all over the country.
00:17:46.500 There are illegal aliens all over the country.
00:17:48.900 Why is this unrest, this insurrection, this discord, this violence in the streets, why is it only happening in Minneapolis?
00:17:57.260 Why is it always only happening in Minneapolis?
00:17:59.660 Not just with the ice raids, think about the George Floyd riots.
00:18:05.020 What is it about Minneapolis?
00:18:07.240 This is something I don't think we can really blame on the Somalis.
00:18:10.140 We can blame a lot of stuff on the Somalis.
00:18:11.860 I don't think this.
00:18:13.100 It's not really the Somalis who are involved here.
00:18:16.200 It's regular leftist Minnesotans.
00:18:18.940 People moving to Minnesota.
00:18:20.800 People who look and act and talk just like everybody else around the country.
00:18:24.620 And yet Minneapolis goes up in flames multiple times now for different reasons over the last five, six years.
00:18:32.220 Why?
00:18:33.320 The only conclusion we can draw is because of the political order in Minneapolis and Minnesota.
00:18:40.260 It's the politicians, as Scott Besson makes clear.
00:18:42.680 Jonathan, it's a tragedy when anyone dies.
00:18:46.200 But I can tell you the situation on the ground there is being stirred up by Governor Waltz.
00:18:50.500 I was out there two weeks ago.
00:18:53.240 Governor Waltz declined to provide a security detail for me to go into the Minnesota Capitol with the state police.
00:19:01.460 So he is fomenting chaos because there is substantial waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:19:09.420 My job as Treasury Secretary is to investigate that.
00:19:13.000 And I think that this chaos is going out there.
00:19:16.620 And again, I am sorry that this gentleman is dead.
00:19:20.000 But he did bring a 9mm semi-automatic weapon with two cartridges to what was supposed to be a peaceful protest.
00:19:27.520 I think that there are a lot of paid agitators who are ginning things up.
00:19:33.560 And the governor has not done a good job of tamping this down.
00:19:37.020 Unbelievable that the Treasury Secretary of the United States would go to Minnesota, to the state capitol,
00:19:43.380 to investigate fraud, which is part of his job.
00:19:46.400 And the governor is so corrupt that amid all of this political violence, which we've seen for years,
00:19:53.280 he would not give the Treasury Secretary of Security detail.
00:19:56.000 Well, now I have to—I used to think that Tim Walz, he just wasn't the brightest bulb in the pack.
00:20:02.660 I used to just think he had a lot of whistling going on between the ears.
00:20:06.360 He was feckless.
00:20:07.160 He was a knucklehead.
00:20:08.000 You remember that from the campaign?
00:20:09.020 I'm just—sometimes I'm just a little knucklehead.
00:20:12.420 And now I think it's a little more corrupt than that.
00:20:16.280 This man would have the Treasury Secretary be killed rather than allow the Treasury Secretary to go in and investigate his own corruption.
00:20:28.780 But then Bessett really sticks it to John Carl on ABC News on the point of the gun.
00:20:34.220 For the Veterans Administration, and there's no evidence that he brandished the gun whatsoever.
00:20:39.380 In fact, it appears that he was disarmed before he was—
00:20:41.940 But he brought a gun.
00:20:42.200 He brought a gun.
00:20:42.660 Have you ever gone to a protest, Jonathan?
00:20:44.480 I mean, we do have a Second Amendment in this country that—
00:20:46.540 Jonathan, have you ever gone to a protest?
00:20:48.640 I mean, uh—
00:20:49.280 Have you gone to a protest?
00:20:50.780 I mean, I've—I've—no, actually, as a reporter covering it.
00:20:53.680 Okay, I've been to a protest.
00:20:54.940 Guess what?
00:20:55.840 I didn't bring a gun.
00:20:56.940 I brought a billboard.
00:20:58.120 Okay.
00:20:58.660 Uh, Secretary Bessett, thank you.
00:21:00.860 I love this point.
00:21:03.380 Scott Bessett could have pulled out the guitar right there on stage.
00:21:05.980 Could have been old Johnny Cash.
00:21:07.820 What does Johnny Cash tell us?
00:21:09.320 We'll get to the Constitution and the civil law and all the rest.
00:21:12.160 What does Johnny Cash tell us?
00:21:13.380 I actually, because of my deeper, sick voice today, I think I sound a little more like Johnny Cash.
00:21:18.220 What does he say?
00:21:18.720 He says,
00:21:20.040 Don't take your guns to town, son.
00:21:23.140 Leave your guns at home, Bill.
00:21:26.160 Alex, don't take your guns to town.
00:21:30.780 The point is that civil and legal rights go hand in hand with prudence.
00:21:38.900 I support the Second Amendment.
00:21:40.600 I'm a gun owner.
00:21:41.440 I'm a lifetime member of the NRA.
00:21:43.060 Obviously, I support the Second Amendment.
00:21:44.940 Quite a lot.
00:21:46.560 But, as I made clear in my book, Speechless, Controlling Words, Controlling Minds, I don't know.
00:21:49.940 Do we have the bill?
00:21:50.820 Yeah, we're doing a pre-tape.
00:21:51.660 I don't know.
00:21:51.860 One area where I do agree with the libs is all rights are circumscribed by realities, by the circumstances that we live in.
00:22:03.720 We see this when it comes to the First Amendment because we don't allow speech like fraud and obscenity and fighting words and direct threats and all the rest.
00:22:10.900 Actions that are being undertaken by the supposed civilians, by the left-wing insurrections to Minneapolis for which they should be prosecuted.
00:22:19.420 But then even the Second Amendment.
00:22:21.960 Would we encourage, we right-wing, Second Amendment, gun-tote and love-our-liberty kind of guys, among whom I count myself,
00:22:30.660 would we encourage jihadis to carry a lot of firearms all around?
00:22:35.400 I don't know about you.
00:22:36.380 I would not.
00:22:36.860 Maybe there's some radical libertarian activist out there who says, absolutely.
00:22:42.360 If we really believe in freedom of the Second Amendment, we've got to arm those jihadis.
00:22:45.460 I don't think so.
00:22:46.040 I think we can exclude the jihadis.
00:22:48.560 How about transvestites and other sexually deviant people,
00:22:51.920 the kind who have been attempting to and succeeding at murdering conservative speakers over the years,
00:22:58.600 including Charlie Kirk, just in September.
00:23:00.560 People who have obvious severe mental illnesses, who appear to be prone to violence.
00:23:06.940 Do we think we should just arm them to the hilt?
00:23:08.740 I don't think so.
00:23:10.680 I don't think so.
00:23:12.160 Prudence is required.
00:23:14.520 When one speaks of any civil or legal right.
00:23:17.140 The fact that the parents admit, yeah, he had the concealed carry permit, but he never used it.
00:23:25.320 Only this time, when he was going to go mess around in a very provocative situation,
00:23:30.340 get in the face of cops and obstruct law enforcement.
00:23:33.440 That's the first time he decided to use his concealed carry.
00:23:38.040 Not smart.
00:23:39.340 Listen to the Founding Fathers.
00:23:42.480 Listen to the wise statesmen throughout history.
00:23:44.260 Listen to Johnny Cash.
00:23:45.400 Besson's analysis, by the way, spot on when it comes to Tim Wohl's.
00:23:49.760 Here is Tim Wohl's speaking to the protesters from behind the gigantic gate at his mansion.
00:23:58.560 Served on the China Commission in Congress, ironically enough, as co-chair with Marco Rubio.
00:24:03.880 We used to bring in Chinese political prisoners.
00:24:07.140 And we would ask them, when we speak up and call out your government, is it bad?
00:24:12.300 And they said, well, in the short run it's bad because they torture us.
00:24:16.300 But if you don't speak up, they will torture us and forget about us.
00:24:20.660 And the idea is, right now, is we have to be speaking up.
00:24:24.740 We have to call it out.
00:24:27.000 They hate it.
00:24:27.880 You are doing everything.
00:24:29.640 And our neighbors are doing everything.
00:24:31.500 And I can't stress enough on this.
00:24:33.420 We're winning it because we're doing it with Minnesota grit, Minnesota humor, Minnesota decency.
00:24:39.140 We oftentimes talk about this, and I know people are discussing this a lot.
00:24:43.460 I spent a lot of time with John Lewis on non-violent resistance.
00:24:47.100 The resistance matters.
00:24:48.860 We're not telling people to be silent, but we're not telling people to go out and cause problems.
00:24:54.080 We're going to cause good trouble.
00:24:55.480 I love, I love that he's addressing them from behind the gate.
00:24:59.020 He doesn't want these lunatics anywhere near him.
00:25:01.020 He knows what they're capable of.
00:25:02.700 He's not going to get in front of their SUVs.
00:25:05.200 But from behind the gate, he says, yeah, hey, go out there.
00:25:08.860 Yeah, go attack federal law enforcement.
00:25:10.380 That's right.
00:25:10.740 Distract from my fraud investigation.
00:25:12.320 Yeah, that's good.
00:25:13.740 Some of you might get shot, but who cares?
00:25:15.540 Whatever.
00:25:16.540 Fewer of you to come and pillage my home.
00:25:18.700 Yeah, go get them, guys.
00:25:20.960 Go make trouble.
00:25:22.040 It is ironic, of course, because the Libs tried to pretend that Midwestern grannies taking selfies at the Capitol on January 6th was the worst insurrection in American history.
00:25:33.500 This is insurrection.
00:25:35.460 It's not insurrection when some guy goes out and says, I hate my government.
00:25:40.580 It's not insurrection even when some band of ne'er-do-wells gets out in the street and starts making trouble.
00:25:47.480 When the governor of a state repeatedly, for weeks, defies federal law, invokes the National Guard to fight against federal troops, and explicitly refers to Civil War, 1863, as Tim Walsh did, that is insurrection any way you slice it.
00:26:10.020 Now he says, go make trouble.
00:26:11.660 Go obstruct federal.
00:26:12.540 I'm willing to sacrifice any of you people, you guys who are radical and not that smart and all ginned up and I'm firing up your passions.
00:26:20.220 Yeah, you go get yourselves killed by federal law enforcement.
00:26:22.440 That might help me politically.
00:26:25.280 Disgusting.
00:26:25.840 He's not the only one.
00:26:26.660 Amy Klobuchar, the U.S. senator from Minnesota, said this.
00:26:30.260 Our message is really clear and straightforward.
00:26:34.920 We need ICE out of Minnesota.
00:26:37.740 They are not making us more safe, as the tragic, tragic killing this morning, as people saw it viscerally on that video, shows us they are making us less safe.
00:26:51.860 With 3,000 agents, which of course includes border control, outnumbering the sworn police officers in Minneapolis and St. Paul by 3 to 1, and even larger than the 10 metropolitan police departments, this is...
00:27:10.300 We need ICE out.
00:27:13.040 No.
00:27:14.240 There's something called the Supremacy Clause.
00:27:16.220 We have a federal government.
00:27:18.000 You love the federal government when your guys are in power.
00:27:20.260 You insist on obliterating federalism and subsidiarity when you guys are in power.
00:27:26.380 But now we're in power, because the people put us in power.
00:27:29.500 We need ICE out.
00:27:30.160 There's going to be a temptation.
00:27:31.740 You're going to hear all these squishy conservatives and Republicans say, we need to pull out of Minneapolis.
00:27:36.700 Maybe we just need to pull out.
00:27:37.760 Whatever, let Minneapolis burn.
00:27:39.900 No, I think that's the wrong approach.
00:27:42.360 This is a test of authority.
00:27:44.220 This is a test of legitimacy, especially because it is coming from Walls and Klobuchar.
00:27:52.640 A vice presidential candidate and a presidential candidate, by the way.
00:27:56.340 These are actual established political figures in office in Minnesota saying, hey, federal government under Trump, you have no authority.
00:28:04.120 You have no legitimacy.
00:28:05.240 What is Trump going to say?
00:28:07.980 Is he going to say, okay, we back down.
00:28:09.540 Okay.
00:28:10.360 Okay, I guess you're right.
00:28:12.500 Or is he going to go in there and just bring the strong arm of justice?
00:28:16.920 As far as I'm concerned, he doesn't have a choice.
00:28:19.340 Because, by the way, what Tim Walls and Amy Klobuchar are doing, in the case of Tim Walls, legitimately treasonous.
00:28:26.380 Amy Klobuchar, it's a little less significant, but it's getting there.
00:28:30.160 Here, let's turn to Minnesota State Representative Alex Falconer, who is actively conspiring with insurrectionists, a resistance network to oppose federal law enforcement.
00:28:42.640 Yesterday, we had the young man, 13-year-old, handcuffed by ICE, his father taken away.
00:28:50.140 I arrived there as soon as I could.
00:28:51.900 I talked to some of the family members.
00:28:53.460 It's devastating.
00:28:54.400 And I don't know, just going home and talking to my kids about what happened and how this is affecting our community, these are terrible times.
00:29:08.980 But we will get through it.
00:29:10.260 We'll get stronger for it.
00:29:13.000 And we will look out for one another.
00:29:15.560 Before coming to the state legislature, I'm a community organizer at heart.
00:29:20.920 And that's part of what I'm trying to bring to the legislature.
00:29:23.100 I'm helping to lead the community response, rapid response network that we have, given any ICE situations.
00:29:32.820 I have a couple cards here.
00:29:35.680 I'm willing to stay around and talk with anybody that wants any more information.
00:29:41.440 We've got a couple groups on the app signal that we would love for you to join.
00:29:47.660 Whether or not you want to be a part of the resistance network, I fully understand that you may not be comfortable with that.
00:29:54.200 But you can help us in a lot of ways by sending an alert that if you see any suspicious vehicles, any traffic, if you know of anybody that is being targeted, that's being detained, we have resources immediately available that we can send to you, send to their family, get them legal help.
00:30:10.660 Help the families if they need food, if people are afraid to leave their homes to get food.
00:30:15.900 We're working with the food shelves to try to figure out a way to deliver groceries.
00:30:20.000 I know yesterday apartment complexes needed their parking lots plowed and people were being taken as they were moving their cars.
00:30:27.440 We can move your car for you.
00:30:28.620 Just please, anything, small, large.
00:30:31.600 We are here for you.
00:30:32.520 And we will stand with you.
00:30:34.340 We will stand for you.
00:30:40.400 So please do not hesitate to reach out.
00:30:43.300 Reach out for the information to join these groups so that we can all work together to protect one another.
00:30:50.140 This is Minnesota.
00:30:51.280 We value you.
00:30:52.420 We love you.
00:30:53.060 You are welcome here.
00:30:53.900 Thank you so much.
00:30:54.260 And thank you for being here.
00:30:55.140 Doxing ICE members, ICE officers, giving live accounts of where they are, offering free legal help to the illegal aliens, getting people to bring groceries to the illegal aliens.
00:31:10.220 Hey, the roads are pretty icy around here.
00:31:11.960 Mr. Falconer, Representative Falconer, can you send me some groceries, please?
00:31:17.040 I'm running low on fruity seltzers.
00:31:18.620 Can you please?
00:31:21.600 This is outrageous.
00:31:22.960 These people going all the way up to the top in Minnesota, comparing ICE to the CCP, to the secret police of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:31:33.360 This is traitorous, treasonous stuff.
00:31:35.840 And then you have a Minnesota state representative.
00:31:38.200 It appears actively conspiring.
00:31:41.620 Obviously, we need ICE to continue the raids.
00:31:44.440 And if libs want to commit suicide by cop, I guess that's their prerogative.
00:31:47.680 It's very sad, but I guess that's their prerogative.
00:31:50.260 But it has to continue.
00:31:51.720 We have to put down the actual insurrection.
00:31:55.560 Which, by the way, got to give a hat tip to Cam Higby.
00:31:59.100 He infiltrated one of these signal chats.
00:32:00.860 This is not just some passionate moms, you know, showing up to defend the poor abuelas after school.
00:32:08.400 This is organized left-wing terrorism.
00:32:11.320 He's in the chats.
00:32:12.020 We'll get to that momentarily.
00:32:13.020 First, though, I want to tell you about Catholic Match.
00:32:16.000 Go to CatholicMatch.com.
00:32:18.420 This episode is sponsored by Catholic Match.
00:32:21.580 You know what gives me hope, even when our culture is just collapsing all around us?
00:32:26.340 Faith-filled families raising kids who can turn things around.
00:32:30.040 Here's the thing.
00:32:30.820 That cannot happen if faithful Catholics are not getting married and having babies.
00:32:34.720 And I hear it.
00:32:35.960 I hear it from young people on the secular side, across religious traditions, even from Catholics.
00:32:41.500 They say it's very hard.
00:32:43.380 And you know me.
00:32:43.960 I tell them, hey, go look to the traditional Latin mass.
00:32:46.460 Wonderful people there.
00:32:47.460 And that's true, but I've long admitted I'm an attendee myself.
00:32:50.380 Sometimes there the odds are good, but the goods are odd.
00:32:52.780 So avail yourself of the tools that are available.
00:32:55.980 Catholic Match is focused on sacramental marriage.
00:32:58.600 It's the largest and most trusted Catholic dating app out there.

00:33:28.460 Cam Higby, unbelievable stuff.
00:33:31.000 He's provided screenshots, videos from these left-wing signal chats in Minneapolis,
00:33:36.600 where you have people, some of whom are in the government, but plenty of civilians,
00:33:43.400 tagging license plates of people that they think are ICE agents.
00:33:46.360 Not even actual ICE agents in some cases.
00:33:49.720 Just enemies that they're going to follow, harass, assault.
00:33:54.340 I'm in more than one right-wing group chat.
00:33:57.200 I basically never text.
00:33:58.760 It's funny, some people on the right, they love releasing all these text messages.
00:34:02.740 Oh, I got this salty text message from so-and-so and so.
00:34:05.840 That is one scandal I'm never going to have to deal with because I don't text anybody.
00:34:09.340 I don't text anybody.
00:34:10.780 It's so great, I barely text my wife.
00:34:12.320 Anyway, I'm in group chats.
00:34:14.960 And you know what a right-wing group chat is?
00:34:17.000 It's people sending edgy memes.
00:34:18.820 That's a right-wing group chat.
00:34:20.160 It's, hey, here's some edgy memes.
00:34:22.060 Hey, you guys want to get a drink later?
00:34:24.140 Tee-hee-hee, this is fun.
00:34:25.180 That's a right-wing group chat.
00:34:27.760 Left-wing group chats are full of leftists conspiring to assault people, both civilians and law enforcement.
00:34:34.380 That's the difference.
00:34:35.260 We're not the same.
00:34:37.140 I have never been, I can say, hand in the air, I've never been in a group chat, and I've been in plenty of right-wing group chats,
00:34:43.440 full of prominent people, full of private citizens.
00:34:46.560 I've been in plenty of them.
00:34:47.940 They've never involved conspiring to assault people.
00:34:52.540 These left-wing group chats, which they're shutting down by the day, they're trying to evade law enforcement,
00:34:56.900 some of us have been the target of these people, Antifa and related groups.
00:35:03.340 I mean, in my case, when a couple of Antifa operatives showed up to throw an explosive at me,
00:35:08.180 one of them's in federal prison right now.
00:35:11.660 This is a little bit of a wake-up for the right if Charlie's assassination was not sufficient.
00:35:17.760 But just like the lesbian partner of Renee Goode said, why do the guns have bullets?
00:35:22.160 Just like the bystander watching this guy in the altercation with the cop get shot.
00:35:29.340 Wow, what? What? What's happening?
00:35:31.540 So, too, the right needs to realize that the radical left is serious.
00:35:37.820 They mean business.
00:35:38.820 They want to hurt us.
00:35:40.500 They are hurting us.
00:35:41.940 They're undermining the civil society.
00:35:45.380 They're doxing law enforcement and civilians.
00:35:49.200 They're harassing people.
00:35:50.580 They're shutting down the streets.
00:35:54.480 That's real.
00:35:55.460 No naivete.
00:35:56.400 We cannot have any naivete, all right?
00:35:58.840 Now, let's get out of Minneapolis just for a second.
00:36:01.320 Please, I need some good news.
00:36:03.040 Outside of Minneapolis, things are looking up.
00:36:05.760 Right now, there's a story CBS News published it.
00:36:09.140 The murder rate plummeted in 2025.
00:36:12.440 I had mentioned that.
00:36:13.320 There were some signs of that at the end of the year, last year.
00:36:15.520 Now, we find that the murder rate might be the lowest it's been since 1900.
00:36:23.040 125-year low.
00:36:26.020 Weird, huh?
00:36:27.600 Weird.
00:36:28.200 What changed?
00:36:30.840 Look at Minneapolis.
00:36:32.040 It seems like the country's burning.
00:36:34.080 Because Minnesota is the most left-wing state.
00:36:36.140 It's the only state that didn't vote for Ronald Reagan in 1984.
00:36:39.040 He won 49 states.
00:36:40.240 Minnesota was the holdout.
00:36:42.380 Minnesota, the ground zero of welfare fraud, funding Islamic terror organizations overseas,
00:36:48.940 the Minnesota taxpayer, the biggest sponsor of Al-Shabaab,
00:36:52.000 the governor and senators and state senators in Minneapolis calling for insurrection.
00:36:58.880 Well, outside of Minnesota, things are looking good.
00:37:02.800 Why?
00:37:04.580 Because government isn't that complicated.
00:37:07.140 This is something I've concluded over the years.
00:37:10.060 Government is very hard.
00:37:12.060 It's a very unpleasant thing.
00:37:15.180 Working in the government is ugly.
00:37:17.640 It's nasty.
00:37:18.560 They try to ruin your life.
00:37:20.060 It's very difficult to get anything done.
00:37:23.000 There's all this kind of chicanery and deceit.
00:37:25.680 And it's ugly.
00:37:26.340 It's not glamorous.
00:37:27.720 But it's not complicated.
00:37:30.660 It turns out that you can close the border.
00:37:34.680 Remember this in the end of the Biden term?
00:37:38.120 He said, we need a new law to close the border, man.
00:37:41.520 Come on, Jack.
00:37:42.740 Trump, he won't let us close the border.
00:37:44.840 Come on.
00:37:45.340 Come on, man.
00:37:46.400 We need a new East call-up.
00:37:47.520 Congress won't let me pass my new bill, man.
00:37:50.500 And, of course, the bill would have just given amnesty to illegals.
00:37:52.780 It would have made the problem worse.
00:37:53.840 But the claim was you can't close the border without this new bill.
00:37:56.820 And then Trump comes in.
00:37:57.560 He closes it immediately.
00:37:59.260 Oh, that was easy.
00:38:00.800 Well, what can we do?
00:38:02.140 I remember this even as a kid.
00:38:03.320 You said, there are 10 million illegals here.
00:38:05.700 Now it's closer to 20 million or more.
00:38:08.060 There are 10 million illegals.
00:38:09.300 What are we going to do?
00:38:10.600 What can we do?
00:38:14.040 Get rid of them?
00:38:15.800 I don't, like, enforce the law.
00:38:17.160 In some cases, maybe let them live in the shadows if it's too difficult to get to them or they're not bothering people generally.
00:38:23.120 But for a lot of them, most of them, just get them out.
00:38:28.420 We can't do that.
00:38:30.720 What?
00:38:31.500 Enforce the law?
00:38:33.960 Ah, murder's skyrocketing.
00:38:35.780 There's civil disorder.
00:38:36.720 What are we going to do?
00:38:38.140 What if you put all the criminals in prison?
00:38:40.980 Well, we can't do that.
00:38:42.540 You remember, I remember hearing this 10, 15 years ago.
00:38:44.920 We have an over-incarceration problem in America.
00:38:48.980 Ah, if the murder rate's going up, it sounds like we have an under-incarceration problem, don't we?
00:38:53.340 So it turns out when you arrest all these guys, the murder rate, it's simple stuff.
00:38:58.860 It's not rocket science.
00:39:01.000 It's not literary criticism.
00:39:04.080 It's not poetry.
00:39:07.160 I don't know.
00:39:07.540 I'm trying to think.
00:39:08.040 It's not the didgeridoo.
00:39:10.020 I assume the didgeridoo is kind of complicated.
00:39:11.720 I don't know.
00:39:12.000 I've never played the didgeridoo.
00:39:13.120 But it's a lot easier than all that stuff.
00:39:15.560 It's about as easy as not getting shot by the cops.
00:39:18.580 And they're related things.
00:39:20.920 If you suppress the bad stuff and encourage the good stuff, you're going to have a better country.
00:39:27.380 Turns out when you're tougher on the murderers, the murder rate goes down.
00:39:30.820 Wow, shocking.
00:39:32.240 Folks, it is here.
00:39:33.820 Pendragon Rise of the Merlin is here.
00:39:35.460 You have to subscribe to Daily Wire Plus.
00:39:38.260 Pendragon is getting rave reviews from everybody.
00:39:41.260 I love it.
00:39:41.900 It's not my genre.
00:39:43.080 I don't watch a lot of TV.
00:39:43.940 I love it.
00:39:44.380 I was riveted the moment I started watching it.
00:39:47.040 Even people, this is true, friends of mine who, for whatever reason, politics, this or that,
00:39:52.280 even people who don't like Daily Wire have come out.
00:39:55.960 They said they love it.
00:39:57.100 It is so, so good, so ambitious, spans multiple continents.
00:40:02.100 It's just phenomenal.
00:40:03.380 Now's the time to subscribe.
00:40:05.160 Dailywire.com.
00:40:07.260 Head on over right now.
00:40:08.560 Get the Pendragon Pass.
00:40:09.900 Get that premium subscription and watch, finally, finally, finally, some good entertainment.
00:40:16.960 Now, I want to turn to some more objects of left-wing confusion.
00:40:22.280 This is making the rounds.
00:40:24.240 I didn't discover them, but this icy patch that we're dealing with has reminded me that
00:40:29.520 the Doomsday Clock is ticking.
00:40:32.480 There's a clip here from 2009 of Al Gore, the patron saint of the polar bears, Al Gore, claiming
00:40:41.620 that the world is on the brink of imminent destruction.
00:40:44.600 Some of the models suggest to Dr. Maslowski that there is a 75% chance that the entire north
00:40:58.600 polar ice cap during some of the summer months could be completely ice-free within the next
00:41:07.340 five to seven years.
00:41:08.400 Okay, all right.
00:41:11.400 Now, I'm not, I'm no meteorologist.
00:41:13.340 The meteorologists often don't know what they're predicting.
00:41:16.120 Let's just see, is it just Al Gore?
00:41:17.880 No, let's, John Kerry, also in 2009.
00:41:21.900 In five years, scientists predict we will have the first ice-free Arctic summer.
00:41:27.520 That exposes more ocean to sunlight.
00:41:30.520 Ocean is dark.
00:41:31.600 It consumes more of the heat from the sunlight, which then accelerates the rate of, of the,
00:41:38.240 of the melting and warming rather than the ice sheet and the snow that used to reflect
00:41:43.880 it back up into the atmosphere.
00:41:45.880 Okay, so 2009, five years, the Arctic will be gone.
00:41:50.700 No ice in the Arctic.
00:41:52.980 So that means that the Arctic has been gone for a dozen years now.
00:41:57.620 Isn't that amazing?
00:41:58.580 I guess we don't have to fight over Greenland.
00:42:01.700 I guess Greenland's no longer an issue.
00:42:04.320 It's cheap.
00:42:05.100 It's cheap to make these points.
00:42:06.220 These people are totally ridiculous.
00:42:08.240 Al Gore just made himself look like a complete clown, even more so at the World Economic Forum.
00:42:13.260 John Kerry, too, though.
00:42:14.180 These guys are total jokes.
00:42:16.420 But we have to bring it up.
00:42:18.400 Because I, I was there.
00:42:19.620 Some of my younger Zoomer listeners, they, they, they weren't there.
00:42:22.640 They don't remember.
00:42:23.140 But, if you did not believe that the world was warming, it was going to be catastrophic,
00:42:31.900 New York City was going to be underwater by 2015, that the polar ice caps were going to
00:42:37.320 disappear by 2014, if you didn't believe, if you questioned that at all, they called you
00:42:41.920 retarded.
00:42:45.120 That's the word.
00:42:46.000 I mean, that, it's, it's not just that you were a bit dim.
00:42:49.460 You were, you, there was something seriously wrong with you.
00:42:56.820 And now these people, they'll get away with it.
00:42:58.760 Because you're only going to hear the, these old predictions that were so silly on, on shows
00:43:04.020 like mine.
00:43:05.120 Now, look, we have a big audience.
00:43:06.720 We have very smart, beautiful, influential people.
00:43:09.980 Maybe we can remind, but this is the point.
00:43:12.280 And it brings us back to the top of the show.
00:43:13.820 Now, anytime anything happens, the libs blast out their narrative on a megaphone.
00:43:20.860 Massive, massive story.
00:43:22.960 Ice has gone too far.
00:43:24.540 Yes, ice has, beep, beep, beep, boop, beep, boop.
00:43:26.500 Ice has gone too far.
00:43:28.900 The suspect was already disarmed.
00:43:30.800 Beep, boop.
00:43:31.240 Yes, beep, beep, beep, boop.
00:43:32.420 The suspect was already disarmed.
00:43:34.760 They have, beep, boop.
00:43:35.880 The polar ice caps will disappear in five years.
00:43:37.960 The polar ice cap, where, what will happen to the polar bears?
00:43:40.160 Beep, beep, boop.
00:43:40.640 And, get the COVID vaccine.
00:43:45.280 It will stop you from getting the virus.
00:43:46.600 Oh, yes.
00:43:47.140 Yes, sir, Dr. Fauci.
00:43:48.080 Of course.
00:43:49.600 And then we look back and we make fun of it.
00:43:52.440 But then we fall for the same issues again.
00:43:55.640 Again and again and again.
00:43:57.620 Before I go, I'm probably running late today.
00:44:00.580 It's fine.
00:44:00.760 Because I don't, you know, I don't have my producers.
00:44:02.220 I don't have my clock.
00:44:02.760 This is nice.
00:44:03.360 Maybe I'll shoot my show on a cell phone from now on.
00:44:05.400 Al Gore at the World Economic Forum.
00:44:09.520 This was a man who was 500 votes away from being president.
00:44:14.220 500 hanging chads away from being president.
00:44:17.540 Al Gore has been reduced from the Academy Award winning profit of climate apocalypse
00:44:24.160 to just booing Howard Lutnik from the side of the World Economic Forum.
00:44:29.300 So, I wrote an op-ed in the FT.
00:44:34.060 And it basically said that globalists, you know, offshoring all our manufacturing to cheap
00:44:40.920 labor around the world had failed.
00:44:43.040 And that the World Economic Forum was a failure.
00:44:47.580 But I wrote that op-ed.
00:44:48.900 And so, at the end of this lefty, basically a very left set of talks where someone said
00:44:55.240 we need a new form of capitalism, which I think is another way to say communism.
00:45:00.220 And then they let me speak at the end.
00:45:02.020 Then I gave a three-minute talk.
00:45:03.920 And I just talked about my op-ed.
00:45:05.420 And at the end of my talk, one person out of the 200 yelled out, boo!
00:45:11.480 So, I look over and I'm like, who booed?
00:45:14.240 And it's Al Gore.
00:45:15.620 And I go to, I look at him, I go, really?
00:45:18.120 And he goes, boo!
00:45:20.040 And I'm like, I, it was the greatest honor of my trip to Davos.
00:45:27.820 That sums it up to me.
00:45:29.640 Al Gore, high priest of global liberalism, not just of climate change, but climate change
00:45:34.000 as the animating spirit, as the religion of liberal globalism.
00:45:38.880 Reduced from being the main stage speaker with all the accolades, nearly president, to being
00:45:46.420 a heckler in the crowd, the lone boo in the crowd.
00:45:49.820 That sums it up for me.
00:45:52.040 They lost.
00:45:53.540 They look ridiculous.
00:45:55.060 Enough people figured it out to elect Donald Trump with the popular vote this time.
00:45:59.560 And what you're seeing, Al Gore booing in Davos, or these maniacs on the streets of Minneapolis,
00:46:07.940 what you're seeing is the last gasp of that dying political order.
00:46:13.580 It's why you can't give up now.
00:46:14.760 You can't give them any quarter.
00:46:16.160 You have to enforce the law.
00:46:17.280 It's the right thing to do.
00:46:18.020 It's the just thing to do.
00:46:19.480 By the way, it's the charitable thing to do.
00:46:21.060 Law enforcement should be tough enough that no one ever again asks the question, why did
00:46:28.620 the guns have bullets in them?
00:46:30.560 No one ever again, after a guy who's tussling with law enforcement while carrying a gun, after
00:46:37.000 he's shot, they say, what?
00:46:40.020 That should never happen again.
00:46:41.480 The charitable thing to do is to enforce the law, set the right expectations, get these
00:46:46.920 lunatics off the street where they're a threat to other people and they're a threat
00:46:50.760 to themselves.
00:46:51.420 All right, that's our show.
00:46:52.520 Hopefully tomorrow we'll be back.
00:46:53.980 Maybe I'll sound a little, I actually think I sound pretty good right now, but maybe I'll
00:46:57.760 have a little higher pitched voice tomorrow, have a little nice soothing tea, a couple of
00:47:01.860 Mayflowers would be nice right now.
00:47:04.380 Hopefully we'll have lights again tomorrow.
00:47:05.820 Maybe we'll be in the studio, I don't know.
00:47:07.000 In any case, I will stick around and be monitoring the ice outside my whole neighborhood.
00:47:12.920 I'm Michael Knowles, this is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:47:14.160 See you tomorrow.
00:47:20.760 What was it like, Merlin, to be alone with God?
00:47:36.840 Is that who you think I was alone with?
00:47:43.020 Meriton, I knew your father.
00:47:44.760 Meriton, I am yet convinced that he was not of this world.
00:47:50.520 All men know of the great Taliesin.
00:47:53.880 You are my father, that the gods should war for my soul.
00:47:58.180 Princess Garrus, savior of our people.
00:48:01.180 I know what the bull god offered you.
00:48:06.340 I was offered the same.
00:48:08.300 And?
00:48:09.820 There is a new power at work in the world.
00:48:11.920 I've seen it.
00:48:14.220 A god who sacrifices what he loves for us.
00:48:16.660 We are each given only one life, Singer.
00:48:19.400 No.
00:48:20.500 And we're given another.
00:48:24.300 I learnt of Yazoo the Christ.
00:48:26.660 And I have become his follower.
00:48:28.560 He's waiting on Meriton.
00:48:29.720 Then I think you can give him one.
00:48:32.120 Trust in Yazoo.
00:48:33.440 He is the only hope for men like us.
00:48:36.380 Fate of Britain never rests in the hands of the great light.
00:48:39.400 Great light, great darkness.
00:48:41.980 Such things mattered to me then.
00:48:44.460 What matters to you now, mistress of lies?
00:48:48.080 You, nephew.
00:48:52.700 The sword of a high king.
00:48:54.920 How many lives must be lost before you accept the power you were born to wield?
00:49:04.700 Circling to the promises of a god who has abandoned you.
00:49:07.960 I cannot take up that sword again.
00:49:11.000 You know what you must do.
00:49:14.420 Great light, forgive me.
00:49:15.500 The time has come to be reborn.
00:49:26.180 The time has come to be reborn.
