The Michael Knowles Show - Ep. 200 - I Know You Are, But What Am I？

00:00:00.240 And we're live in 3, 2, 1.

00:00:04.620 Well, hello, everybody. I'm Jeremy Boring, God King of The Daily Wire.

00:00:07.720 And as many of you know, if you were tuned in last Thursday to The Michael Knowles Show,

00:00:11.700 we've made some changes here at The Daily Wire.

00:00:14.540 We want to wish Michael the best. He brought us a lot of good content over the last years,

00:00:18.180 and we all look forward to seeing where he lands.

00:00:20.800 But we're not going to spend today's show looking backward.

00:00:22.840 A lot of news to get to, so I guess this is it.

00:00:25.920 I'm Jeremy Boring, and this is The Jeremy Boring Show.

00:00:30.000 So we're obviously trying to save a little money on those opening graphics.

00:00:38.320 We promise to do better, but let's get to the news.

00:00:40.320 Another 72 hours have gone by, and in Donald Trump's America, that is a lifetime.

00:00:44.940 Plus, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said some just crazy stuff. 1.00

00:00:49.080 First, though, before the news, we've got to make a little money, honey.

00:00:51.300 So let's talk about our pals over at Movement Watches.

00:00:54.040 Movement really, listen, I consider myself a watch guy.

00:00:57.200 I own quite a few very nice watches.

00:00:59.000 But the Movement Watch, I have to say, it just shocked me.

00:01:03.160 This is a great product.

00:01:04.720 It tells time like a champ.

00:01:06.460 And you can get yours over at MovementWatches.com.

00:01:09.060 I know I'm here!

00:01:22.400 I know I'm here! 1.00

00:01:23.840 You stupid fucking lads! 1.00

00:01:26.860 You did this to me! 1.00

00:01:28.500 You did this to me!

00:01:30.280 You did this to me!

00:01:34.800 You did this to me!

00:01:40.280 I do have to remind you, you're going to have this weekend.

00:02:03.320 Just remember, we are shooting the second season of Another Kingdom right now.

00:02:08.120 Hello, sweet little Elise.

00:02:10.280 It's a...

00:02:11.920 Triplets! 0.91

00:02:12.980 Oh my...

00:02:14.040 Hold on, just one second.

00:02:15.300 Ben just needs something.

00:02:16.660 Yeah?

00:02:16.900 What is it, Ben?

00:02:18.720 It can wait.

00:02:19.500 You know what?

00:02:19.760 It can wait.

00:02:20.160 It can wait.

00:02:20.880 You sure?

00:02:21.480 Yeah.

00:02:21.640 It can wait.

00:02:24.720 Thanks.

00:02:29.360 I'm Michael Knowles, and this is The Michael Knowles Show.

00:02:40.280 All right, we're back.

00:02:41.220 A lot to talk about today.

00:02:42.680 I feel like I've been gone for a while, but we have made it.

00:02:45.400 We've made it to the 200th episode, so thank you to everybody who's been listening and watching.

00:02:49.880 This feels really good.

00:02:51.040 Nice.

00:02:51.580 Still hanging around here in the broom closet.

00:02:54.140 So much to talk about today.

00:02:56.120 We...

00:02:56.720 It was a big weekend.

00:02:58.000 Very big weekend.

00:02:59.060 There was the Unite the Right rally that I think like four people showed up at, but it

00:03:03.720 was a great opportunity for the left to become very violent and threatened to murder the president, 0.89

00:03:07.400 and for the mainstream media to be hypocritical, and for former White House employees to be 0.99

00:03:11.400 hypocritical. 0.95

00:03:11.780 And Donald Trump has this amazing knack for forcing his opponents to be honest. 0.93

00:03:19.160 He does this with the Democrats, admitting that they're socialists.

00:03:22.180 He does this with teachers, admitting that they're indoctrinating students.

00:03:25.040 He does...

00:03:25.580 People are just honest.

00:03:26.940 He forces his opponents to project what they accuse their opponents of, the lefties, the anti-Trump people.

00:03:34.480 What they accuse their opponents of is what they are doing themselves.

00:03:36.780 We'll go through that bit by bit.

00:03:38.100 Before we do that, let's make a little money, honey, huh?

00:03:40.060 Let's keep this show on the air.

00:03:41.280 Let's keep the lights on.

00:03:42.480 And we got to thank Thrive Market.

00:03:44.580 Thrive Market is really, really good.

00:03:46.140 You know, there was a time when I was basically living in the gutter, and I would just, you

00:03:50.420 know, I was a bachelor is what I'm talking about.

00:03:52.120 I would eat, you know, whatever sludge was in my fridge.

00:03:55.300 Now I use Thrive Market.

00:03:57.440 Go to thrivemarket.com slash Michael, M-I-C-H-A-E-L.

00:04:07.880 You can shop for thousands of the best-selling non-GMO and natural products, always at 25% below, to 50% below traditional retail prices.

00:04:16.800 I love their, especially I love their olive oil, but they have so much stuff.

00:04:23.940 Look, you're worth it.

00:04:25.100 Don't keep putting a sludge into your body.

00:04:39.040 They're really good.

00:04:52.660 Do the math.

00:04:53.180 You spend $49, Thrive automatically gives you back $20, so your total purchase becomes $30.

00:04:57.280 You get this deal three times in a row.

00:04:58.640 That's a lot of math.

00:04:59.280 More math than I can handle.

00:05:00.440 Get $60 worth of free organic groceries.

00:05:03.580 ThriveMarket.com slash Michael, M-I-C-H-A-E-L.

00:05:06.560 Instant $60 of free groceries.

00:05:08.540 ThriveMarket.com slash Michael.

00:05:11.140 So much to get to today.

00:05:14.140 So let's just begin.

00:05:16.140 A lot happened.

00:05:16.880 That Unite the Right rally happened in Washington, D.C.

00:05:20.060 You remember this from last year.

00:05:21.540 The Unite the Right rally that very few mainstream right-wingers went to, if any.

00:05:27.040 Unite the Right.

00:05:27.640 It happened in Charlottesville. 0.99

00:05:28.800 That poor girl got killed by a crazy guy in a car.

00:05:32.040 And what this is showing for the media and the left is that our moment right now is the

00:05:36.960 I know you are, but what am I moment.

00:05:39.540 The Unite the Right rally was really a Unite the Left rally.

00:05:41.940 They're trying to make it a Unite the Left rally.

00:05:43.700 They want to use these boogeymen, these handful of wackos to unite the left because the left 1.00

00:05:50.060 is having a civil war right now.

00:05:51.580 The left is at war with itself.

00:05:53.280 So last year, this Unite the Right rally, just if you didn't remember, I know the media

00:05:57.120 put it wall-to-wall coverage.

00:05:58.660 It was this small gathering run by white nationalists.

00:06:02.340 Jason Kessler, Richard Spencer was there as well.

00:06:05.000 And what the left tried to do is smear conservatives and Republicans as being part of these white

00:06:10.580 nationalist alt-right groups. 0.98

00:06:13.480 And now this is ridiculous.

00:06:14.740 As I explained in my PragerU video, the alt in alt-right is alternative. 0.78

00:06:20.400 It means an alternative to American conservatism.

00:06:23.560 So we have American conservatism.

00:06:25.060 We talk about our rights which come from God.

00:06:27.440 We talk about traditional, not only religious senses, but all of the rights and the culture

00:06:33.220 that have come out of that Judeo-Christian morality, all that have come out of Western 0.98

00:06:37.460 civilization, the alternative right rejects that.

00:06:40.400 And it basically goes back to a tribal racialism. 0.76

00:06:45.960 It's so ridiculous to compare the alternative right or white nationalism to conservatism. 0.92

00:06:51.240 I almost don't want to do it, but let's very quickly, let's just kick the mainstream 0.85

00:06:55.620 media out here.

00:06:56.620 Here is a clip of Richard Spencer explaining what he and his buddies think.

00:07:00.220 What does Richard Spencer actually believe?

00:07:04.720 No individual has a right outside of a collective community.

00:07:09.700 You have rights, not eternally or given by God or by nature or whatever.

00:07:14.760 Who gives them to us?

00:07:16.060 You have them because you're a part of this community.

00:07:19.100 Ultimately, the state gives those rights to you.

00:07:21.340 So the state is the source of rights, not the individual.

00:07:23.860 It simply is.

00:07:24.900 What would be your take on, say, Reagan?

00:07:26.700 I do not think that he was a great president.

00:07:28.600 Who's your favorite president?

00:07:29.540 There is something about Jackson.

00:07:33.400 There's something about Polk as well, someone who only served one term.

00:07:37.220 But I mean, Jackson and Polk, as you know, both Democrats.

00:07:41.000 Party.

00:07:41.600 I mean, party is just the vessel that one uses.

00:07:46.120 I mean, Jackson's the founder of the Democratic Party.

00:07:49.240 He goes on and on here.

00:07:51.140 It was a great, great clip from Dinesh D'Souza.

00:07:53.320 He goes on to say that he loves the democratic populism of the 1920s,

00:07:57.920 you know, at the resurgence of the Ku Klux Klan.

00:08:00.500 So the comparisons between conservatives and Republicans and these guys are absurd.

00:08:06.720 Nevertheless, the left keeps trying to tie them all together.

00:08:09.140 What this really was is a Unite the Left rally.

00:08:12.380 And the reason we know that is virtually on the one year anniversary,

00:08:15.520 virtually nobody showed up from the right side of the alt-right or the white nationalists.

00:08:21.700 Virtually nobody in Charlottesville, virtually nobody in Washington, D.C.

00:08:26.360 Here is how the New York Times covered it.

00:08:30.420 Even the New York Times had to admit this.

00:08:32.460 Quote,

00:08:33.160 But even with the low turnout, almost no one walked away with the sense that the nation's

00:08:38.100 divisions were any closer to healing.

00:08:40.480 Listen, even with the low turnout in Charlottesville,

00:08:42.460 very few, if any, right-wing people and a ton of Antifa protesters just, you know,

00:08:49.920 ready to smash the police.

00:08:51.560 They said, but our nation's divisions aren't healed yet.

00:08:54.360 Yeah, they're not healed because of the left.

00:08:56.720 Virtually no alt-right white nationalists.

00:08:59.120 There are none of these people.

00:09:00.480 There are statistically zero of these people in the country.

00:09:03.120 But the left comes, they start, you know, threatening the police, start screaming,

00:09:07.020 getting violent.

00:09:07.720 They say, our nation's wounds are far from healing.

00:09:10.040 No, you have a violent left.

00:09:11.960 You have a mythic, violent right.

00:09:15.960 There was that one awful example last year at the Charlottesville protests.

00:09:20.600 Other than that, you don't really see violence on the right.

00:09:22.820 You see a ton of violence on the left.

00:09:24.300 The New York Times goes on, quote,

00:09:25.520 A similar dynamic to the one in Washington played out in Charlottesville on Sunday,

00:09:29.180 where few, if any, far-right demonstrators could be found,

00:09:32.220 and where the most palpable tensions developed between left-wing protesters and the police,

00:09:36.760 whose presence in the city was heavy, and some argued heavy-handed.

00:09:41.420 So Charlottesville Part 2 wasn't white nationalists versus communists,

00:09:46.320 Nazis versus communists.

00:09:47.660 It was lefties versus the police.

00:09:50.820 And by the way, the argument last year,

00:09:53.140 the lefties were so angry because the police didn't do enough to protect people,

00:09:56.660 and someone ended up getting killed.

00:09:58.600 So this year, the police came out in full force.

00:10:00.480 They say, we don't want the police in full force.

00:10:02.260 What do you want?

00:10:03.420 What does the left want? 0.89

00:10:04.520 The left wants destruction.

00:10:06.480 That's what they want. 0.80

00:10:07.300 They want to whine and complain and tie conservatives and Trump supporters to these neo-Nazi types.

00:10:13.700 And it's so transparent.

00:10:15.320 They are so projecting.

00:10:19.760 Outside of the White House, in this Unite the Right rally,

00:10:23.980 there was Jason Kessler, the organizer of it,

00:10:26.860 and maybe a couple dozen white nationalist types, maybe 20.

00:10:32.220 Some outlets reported there were about 20 of them with police protection.

00:10:36.000 They did their thing.

00:10:36.980 And there were a zillion Antifa protesters.

00:10:39.580 These are some of the things that Antifa was saying outside of the White House.

00:10:43.980 Quote,

00:10:44.280 It takes a bullet to bash a fash. 0.80

00:10:47.380 Okay, that's a little violent. 0.94

00:10:48.720 It said, 0.98

00:10:49.280 Murder Trump. 1.00

00:10:50.740 Murder Trump. 1.00

00:10:51.600 Do him like Gaddafi, 0.98

00:10:53.140 the Libyan dictator who did not have a happy end a few years ago.

00:10:58.440 Another sign.

00:10:59.260 I can't believe I have to protest Nazis in 2018.

00:11:03.160 But you don't have to protest Nazis in 2018.

00:11:05.240 There are virtually no Nazis in the country.

00:11:07.460 There are statistically zero Nazis in the country.

00:11:10.040 They're under police guard because they would have been killed, all of them, you know,

00:11:13.820 if they had been without protection.

00:11:16.540 And they're all, I mean, look, the left is promising that, right?

00:11:19.020 They're saying, 0.99

00:11:19.400 We're going to shoot these people. 1.00

00:11:20.540 It takes a bullet to bash a fash. 1.00

00:11:22.060 You don't have to protest Nazis. 0.98

00:11:24.240 It's very hard.

00:11:24.980 But, you know, it's very hard for the left right now because everything is going so well.

00:11:28.600 The economy, foreign policy, domestic affairs, everything is going so well.

00:11:31.720 So they have to invent boogeymen.

00:11:33.560 They have to invent these Nazis. 0.97

00:11:35.740 They say,

00:11:35.900 It's 2018.

00:11:36.380 We have to protest Nazis. 0.66

00:11:38.080 No, you don't. 1.00

00:11:39.180 Just let them have their little stupid thing and nothing's going to happen. 1.00

00:11:42.820 Don't, there are 20 of these people in the country. 1.00

00:11:45.500 Don't, it's okay.

00:11:46.660 Where does the threat really lie?

00:11:48.020 Where does the threat really lie?

00:11:48.980 Is it these Nazis, these neo-Nazis, where they can get 20 of them at their national rally,

00:11:54.400 if that?

00:11:55.120 Or does it lie in actual threats to the country?

00:11:58.220 You know, last week, this was covered up by the mainstream media.

00:12:00.480 Very few people covered this.

00:12:02.140 There was a terrorist training school that was discovered in New Mexico.

00:12:06.680 Siraj ibn Wahaj was caught, along with some other adults,

00:12:11.920 training these children, keeping them in deplorable conditions,

00:12:14.280 and training them for school shootings,

00:12:15.860 to carry out jihad, to carry out terrorist attacks.

00:12:18.300 Now, does that name sound familiar?

00:12:20.240 Siraj ibn Wahaj?

00:12:21.560 Probably not.

00:12:22.440 But if it does, that's because his father was a co-conspirator

00:12:26.420 in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

00:12:29.880 Where does the threat really lie?

00:12:31.660 Where does the threat really lie? 0.99

00:12:32.680 From these fringe, crazy right-wing types, these white nationalists? 0.99

00:12:37.620 There are five of them in the country. 1.00

00:12:39.220 Or does it lie in Muslim terrorists, who have attacked our country many times? 1.00

00:12:43.480 We just stopped a plot last week. 0.97

00:12:45.160 Does it lie in Antifa, who is getting violent, which is getting violent,

00:12:49.120 which is threatening to murder the president,

00:12:50.720 but beyond that, is actually roughing up journalists?

00:12:54.220 You know, the attacks on the media are the most transparent here.

00:12:57.740 How many times have we heard,

00:12:59.520 Donald Trump is attacking the press, he's assaulting the press.

00:13:02.860 Trump supporters are assaulting the press.

00:13:05.340 The press is unsafe.

00:13:07.280 Well, look back over the weekend at the Unite the Right rally,

00:13:10.660 which was really Unite the Left,

00:13:11.800 because the only people at these rallies were left-wingers.

00:13:14.000 Look at that.

00:13:14.740 Some media were attacked there.

00:13:16.460 They weren't attacked by the right.

00:13:18.360 Here is some footage from an NBC reporter.

00:13:23.760 That wasn't a Nazi attacking the reporter.

00:13:36.760 That wasn't a white nationalist.

00:13:38.480 It wasn't any of those guys. 0.79

00:13:39.640 It was lefties.

00:13:40.820 It was Antifa.

00:13:41.720 They were attacking an NBC reporter named Cal Perry.

00:13:44.580 So you saw that.

00:13:45.100 You can actually see it in the clip, right?

00:13:46.380 The camera goes down.

00:13:47.580 Clearly, this guy takes a swat at the reporter,

00:13:49.640 either to grab the camera, knock the camera down, hit the reporter.

00:13:52.520 We're talking about physical violence.

00:13:54.100 We're talking about physical battery.

00:13:55.880 How did NBC report a physical assault on its own reporter?

00:14:01.060 Did they say,

00:14:01.980 Antifa attacks the media?

00:14:04.540 The left attacks journalists?

00:14:06.500 No.

00:14:07.200 NBC Sunday Today reported,

00:14:09.600 Antifa heckled reporters.

00:14:12.920 Heckled.

00:14:13.720 Is that what heckling is?

00:14:15.440 When you take a swing at somebody?

00:14:17.560 You try to rip their gear out, steal their possessions?

00:14:19.800 Is that heckling?

00:14:20.440 I don't know about that.

00:14:21.700 Is that Bill de Blasio, the Bolshevik mayor of New York? 0.79

00:14:24.580 He threw a post reporter away.

00:14:26.440 He got his bodyguards to drag away a post reporter for asking him a question.

00:14:31.600 You don't really see Donald Trump do that.

00:14:33.380 You don't really see the Trump supporters do that, do you?

00:14:35.900 When the left actually attacks the media, the media say that they were heckled.

00:14:41.320 When the right heckles the media, the media say that they were attacked.

00:14:44.820 Isn't that unbelievable?

00:14:45.800 You remember this story from last week.

00:14:47.840 Jim Acosta, the Ron Burgundy of CNN, is surrounded by Trump supporters and they're heckling him.

00:14:53.920 They're not physically intimidating him.

00:14:55.460 They're not punching him.

00:14:56.380 They're not grabbing his camera or his microphone.

00:14:58.520 They're just heckling him.

00:14:59.400 And they're saying CNN isn't very good, you know.

00:15:02.360 CNN is fake news, whatever.

00:15:04.340 And he said this was an attack.

00:15:06.360 We're under physical threat.

00:15:08.280 Just roll the clip.

00:15:09.120 Here is Jim Acosta discussing this.

00:15:11.520 It goes to the press.

00:15:12.620 So it goes to some other things that just make his base get into a frenzy and forget all the other stuff.

00:15:18.800 That's what it is.

00:15:19.540 It's a big, shiny, silver ball at the detriment of a free press.

00:15:25.580 That's a serious moment in a serious place.

00:15:28.380 And Jim Acosta's life, in my opinion, was in jeopardy that night.

00:15:34.400 There was a safety issue.

00:15:37.920 His life was in jeopardy.

00:15:40.240 Jim Acosta's life was in jeopardy.

00:15:42.060 Do we have the clip of Jim Acosta discussing this event himself?

00:15:45.960 Well, Essie, I mean, honestly, it felt like we weren't in America anymore.

00:15:51.860 I don't know how to put it any more plainly than that.

00:15:55.360 Americans should not be treating their fellow Americans in this way.

00:15:59.520 But unfortunately, what we've seen, and this has been building for some time since the campaign,

00:16:03.620 I've been talking about this as an issue since the campaign,

00:16:06.820 when the president during the campaign referred to us as the dishonest media, 1.00

00:16:09.920 the disgusting news media, liar, scum, and thieves, and so on. 0.99

00:16:12.480 And then he rolled that right into the Oval Office and started calling us fake news and the enemy of the people. 1.00

00:16:18.020 He is whipping these crowds up into a frenzy to the point where they really want to come after us.

00:16:25.180 At what point was Jim Acosta's life in jeopardy?

00:16:28.700 Were the mean signs going to attack him?

00:16:31.660 Were the funny jokes about him going to attack him?

00:16:34.340 Was he going to drown in laughter?

00:16:36.060 Was that what was going to attack him?

00:16:37.380 Of course he's not.

00:16:38.360 His life was in jeopardy.

00:16:39.540 Whereas, however, on the other hand, those NBC reporters that were out there were being physically attacked.

00:16:46.960 Were their lives in jeopardy?

00:16:47.920 I don't know.

00:16:48.420 But you had thugs, left-wing thugs, wearing masks, carrying weapons.

00:16:53.980 You had them attacking reporters, physically attacking reporters.

00:16:57.240 So why don't the media report on this?

00:17:00.240 The only explanation is that the media don't actually care.

00:17:04.040 They don't actually think their lives are in jeopardy.

00:17:05.660 They don't actually worry about their reporters being attacked.

00:17:08.780 They're pushing a narrative.

00:17:11.220 There has been a narrative that is predetermined before the 2016 election, that was predetermined

00:17:16.460 a long, long time ago, and they are going to push for it, which is that the right is

00:17:20.600 violent, aggressive, a threat to the country, a threat to our democratic republic, a threat

00:17:25.420 to the constitutional order, and the left is the cure.

00:17:29.200 The left is what is going to save them.

00:17:31.000 Now, the trouble is, the reality doesn't work that way.

00:17:35.100 You know, what's the line about the left?

00:17:36.720 They say, who cares if it works in practice?

00:17:38.180 Does it work in theory?

00:17:40.280 It doesn't matter.

00:17:41.220 They're going to stick to the script.

00:17:42.620 They're going to stick to the narrative.

00:17:44.780 So this brings us to the Gavin McGinnis of it all.

00:17:48.600 You might have seen this over the weekend.

00:17:50.760 Gavin McGinnis, who he's been on our show, I've been on his show a couple times, he was

00:17:56.160 banned from Twitter.

00:17:57.640 Now, Gavin founded the Proud Boys, which is this group of, I think they call themselves

00:18:02.740 Western chauvinists, and you know, they want to be an answer to Antifa.

00:18:07.380 They say, we're not going to let you beat up our guys on the street.

00:18:10.240 And you know, it's a bunch of young guys, they're pumping full of testosterone and energy.

00:18:15.160 Sure.

00:18:17.360 Twitter decided to ban Gavin.

00:18:19.840 Why did they ban Gavin?

00:18:20.800 Did he violate Twitter's rules?

00:18:22.180 No, he didn't.

00:18:23.440 There's no evidence that he violated any of Twitter's rules.

00:18:25.540 There's no tweet you can point to that says this is in violation.

00:18:27.840 There's certainly no recent tweet that you can point to say this is why he got banned

00:18:31.380 from Twitter.

00:18:32.100 But this comes just after last week when Jack Dorsey, the head of Twitter, said we're not

00:18:36.240 going to ban Alex Jones because Alex Jones hasn't violated the rules.

00:18:39.600 Well, okay, you're not going to ban Alex Jones.

00:18:41.440 Then why are you banning Gavin?

00:18:43.500 They banned Gavin two days before the Unite the Right rally because they find the Proud Boys

00:18:48.300 implicated in Unite the Right last year.

00:18:50.760 Some of the Proud Boys were enthusiastic about Unite the Right.

00:18:53.300 Now, Gavin McGinnis, for his part, has totally disavowed the alternative right, the white

00:18:59.360 nationalists.

00:19:00.260 He hasn't said, he hasn't said, I'm a racist, I'm a white nationalist, I support.

00:19:03.720 No, he doesn't.

00:19:04.500 Now, he's a provocateur, he's a comedian, but he has said explicitly, I am not a racist

00:19:09.220 and I don't support white supremacy or white nationalism.

00:19:12.580 They booted him anyway.

00:19:13.620 They booted him anyway.

00:19:16.640 This is what I told you would happen.

00:19:18.520 I told you this would happen last week when they were hitting Alex Jones and I said,

00:19:21.540 we have to defend the shirtless vitamin salesman.

00:19:24.100 I know conservatives don't want to.

00:19:25.620 They find it is unsavory, it's uncouth to defend Alex Jones.

00:19:29.680 They say, oh, pish posh, I'm not like him. 0.92

00:19:31.700 I don't think that the water is turning the frogs gay.

00:19:33.940 I don't take my shirt off frequently in public.

00:19:36.440 I, you know, I don't try to sell people vitamins.

00:19:38.780 I don't want to defend Alex Jones.

00:19:40.540 I say, well, it's coming first for Alex Jones.

00:19:42.600 They go first for Alex Jones because he's the easiest to boot.

00:19:46.180 He's so easy.

00:19:46.800 Nobody wants to defend him on the right or the left.

00:19:48.820 So they get rid of Jones and YouTube and Facebook did that.

00:19:51.260 Twitter didn't quite do it.

00:19:52.640 But then Jack Dorsey is under so much pressure.

00:19:55.700 He must be under so much insane pressure from the left to censor people.

00:19:59.500 He just gave in on Gavin McGinnis.

00:20:01.440 So now Gavin McGinnis is getting banned on social media.

00:20:04.500 Gavin's a little harder to ban than Alex Jones.

00:20:07.000 But they banned Alex Jones to establish the principle

00:20:10.040 that they're going to start censoring more mainstream people.

00:20:13.100 You know, Gavin McGinnis has been on Fox News a zillion times.

00:20:16.100 Gavin McGinnis co-founded Vice Media, Vice Magazine.

00:20:19.460 Gavin is a comedian.

00:20:20.420 He's an actor.

00:20:21.160 He's a provocateur.

00:20:22.060 You know, he's got his talk shows and everything.

00:20:23.860 This is not some, like, fringe Nazi who's, you know,

00:20:27.260 out there marching for a white ethnostate.

00:20:30.100 He's a little bit more...

00:20:31.020 Now, he's not totally mainstream, right?

00:20:32.640 He's still kind of punk rock, Vice Media, right?

00:20:35.480 But they established the principle with Alex Jones.

00:20:38.620 Now they're going to push it to Gavin McGinnis.

00:20:40.440 And Gavin sent out a statement when they banned him.

00:20:43.240 They said, you know, they're coming for you next.

00:20:44.520 They're going to go for...

00:20:45.800 They're probably going to go for Breitbart.com.

00:20:48.400 Then they're going to go for the Daily Caller.

00:20:50.240 Now, Daily Caller, now you're getting way more mainstream.

00:20:52.800 Then they're going to go for the Daily Wire.

00:20:54.200 And I'm sure they're coming for us.

00:20:55.980 They've already, on these big tech companies,

00:20:58.220 censored our show, my show in particular.

00:21:00.720 They've censored Drew's show.

00:21:02.320 They've censored the Ben Shapiro show.

00:21:03.900 And at various times, they let us live now.

00:21:06.060 But who knows?

00:21:06.980 They are just establishing the principle.

00:21:08.800 Because the left is furious.

00:21:09.980 The left has their narrative that the right is a threat to the constitutional order.

00:21:13.580 The right is violent.

00:21:15.140 We can point out that the left is the group being violent until we are blue in the face.

00:21:21.220 We can shout that from the rooftop.

00:21:23.300 It won't matter.

00:21:24.200 The narrative is determined that they are going to push that narrative. 0.98

00:21:26.940 Reality, be damned. 0.98

00:21:29.620 Here's just an example. 0.98

00:21:30.960 I really want to show...

00:21:33.060 Do we have a video of Gavin wrestling his baby?

00:21:35.840 Do we have that?

00:21:36.220 This is what Gavin is known for.

00:21:37.820 He's not some huge Nazi.

00:21:39.120 This is what Gavin is probably best known for on the internet.

00:21:43.460 Hey, guys.

00:21:44.320 A lot of you out there are scared of babies.

00:21:46.360 You don't know what to do.

00:21:47.220 Oh, my God.

00:21:47.740 They're intimidating.

00:21:48.420 I'm so scared.

00:21:49.060 I don't know how to handle it.

00:21:50.320 They are easy peas to handle.

00:21:52.760 I'm going to show you how.

00:21:54.140 Okay. 1.00

00:21:54.560 There's a lot of different moves you can do to kick a baby's ass. 1.00

00:21:56.880 Hold them under the arms. 1.00

00:21:57.940 Up like this.

00:21:58.940 And then slam. 0.88

00:22:03.160 This is a very little known technique for fighting babies. 0.94

00:22:07.320 They're one Achilles heel is women. 1.00

00:22:19.160 You think you got what it takes?

00:22:20.940 You think you can take your old man?

00:22:24.140 A lot of the fear of babies is assuming that their punches or their scratches or their slaps hurt.

00:22:30.720 They don't actually hurt.

00:22:31.940 Watch this.

00:22:32.440 Does it hurt?

00:22:33.780 A lot of people in the kid community think that tickling is not fighting.

00:22:50.220 That's not true.

00:22:50.980 Sleeper hole.

00:23:03.260 He just scratched my eye.

00:23:07.600 He just got me right in the eye.

00:23:09.880 He just scratched my actual eyeball.

00:23:11.180 So, yeah, dealing with babies is nothing to be afraid of.

00:23:14.460 Just keep their nails trimmed and you're good.

00:23:17.560 That's it.

00:23:18.080 That's the violent Gavin Beginner.

00:23:19.840 He is.

00:23:20.520 I mean, look at that.

00:23:21.620 The guy can't even beat a baby.

00:23:23.080 The baby took him down.

00:23:24.400 That is it.

00:23:25.500 And look, does Gavin, is he provocative?

00:23:28.280 Yes.

00:23:28.780 Does he go too far sometimes?

00:23:31.160 Sure.

00:23:32.020 Has he had people on the show who are genuinely bad people?

00:23:35.380 Absolutely.

00:23:36.140 Yeah.

00:23:37.060 Gavin's whole shtick is he's going to provoke.

00:23:39.380 He's going to be funny.

00:23:40.240 He's going to have sometimes bad people come on.

00:23:43.120 Sure.

00:23:43.680 Is that worth censoring him?

00:23:45.540 Is that why we should censor him?

00:23:46.620 No.

00:23:47.080 The clip that has actually been going around Twitter to prove that Gavin is this evil guy

00:23:53.040 and further this way of banning conservatives is this clip in which he's talking to, I think,

00:23:58.940 Steve Malzberg, and he says that violence sometimes solves problems.

00:24:03.300 Here he is.

00:24:03.540 Do you expect on the heels of what happened to Milo that something might be happening

00:24:10.040 because of what happened at UC Berkeley?

00:24:13.120 We were told.

00:24:14.020 We were told that they were going to attack us.

00:24:16.160 They had made Facebook pages and Twitter and New York Antifa was coming to disrupt. 0.97

00:24:22.060 They made it very clear that they were going to kick my a**.

00:24:25.160 I didn't know they were going to be using bear mace. 0.97

00:24:27.340 That was a surprise.

00:24:28.660 But NYU had a back door.

00:24:30.700 We could have got in.

00:24:32.120 And I said, no, I'm not going in the back door.

00:24:34.240 I'm not ashamed.

00:24:35.160 So all of us got together.

00:24:37.360 We went through the front door.

00:24:39.040 But then they only let me in.

00:24:41.460 So the guys who escorted me there were left to fight.

00:24:44.560 And luckily, they're great fighters.

00:24:46.360 So they fought back and two of them ended up in jail.

00:24:48.760 But overall, it was a really fun night.

00:24:51.300 And I cannot recommend violence enough.

00:24:54.100 It is a really effective way to solve problems.

00:24:57.300 So he's getting in trouble for this.

00:24:59.960 One has to remember, Gavin is a comedian.

00:25:04.080 When he goes on TV, I think in that clip right there, it says Gavin, actor, commentator, comedian.

00:25:08.560 He says things that are funny.

00:25:10.220 So what you expect him to say is violence isn't the answer.

00:25:12.620 But what he's saying is, look, these lefties were very violent there.

00:25:16.240 You know, I had to be escorted in.

00:25:17.460 I had to go in.

00:25:18.320 So clearly, violence does do something.

00:25:20.640 It does solve problems.

00:25:22.060 But this is to be provocative.

00:25:24.000 This is out there.

00:25:25.320 Just as far as Gavin's point goes, violence does solve some problems, right?

00:25:31.240 It solved a couple world wars.

00:25:33.020 You know, it solved a few.

00:25:33.980 This is not to recommend violence in civil discourse.

00:25:36.640 This is not to recommend violence on the domestic front or anything like that.

00:25:40.240 But just compare these two cases.

00:25:43.740 I'll use these two cases to show my point.

00:25:46.520 Gavin McGinnis, who is a provocateur, comedian, commentator, broadcaster, makes some jokes about violence.

00:25:54.400 Makes some jokes about violence on a TV show.

00:25:57.420 The vice chairman of the, or the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Keith Ellison,

00:26:03.860 is being accused of beating women.

00:26:06.140 Gavin McGinnis wrestles his baby, wrestles his baby in a video, and then the baby beats him.

00:26:14.680 And he tickles the baby, and then the baby beats him.

00:26:16.660 The vice deputy chairman, the deputy chairman of the DNC, Keith Ellison, is accused of beating women

00:26:21.860 by his ex-girlfriend and by her son.

00:26:25.680 Which one is getting play in the media?

00:26:27.400 Which guy is getting kicked off Twitter?

00:26:29.220 Is Keith Ellison kicked off of Twitter?

00:26:31.080 No, because he didn't make a video wrestling a baby, so he doesn't get kicked off.

00:26:34.340 Oh no, it's Gavin gets kicked off Twitter.

00:26:36.280 Keith Ellison, listen to these accusations.

00:26:38.840 Look, I get it, we're in an election cycle.

00:26:42.060 Sometimes there are false accusations that come out.

00:26:44.360 This happens with some frequency.

00:26:47.060 So again, it's not that you have to believe these things.

00:26:49.320 But they're being treated with no seriousness by the mainstream media.

00:26:52.820 Big tech isn't saying they're going to censor him.

00:26:54.380 The mainstream media are not taking this seriously.

00:26:56.440 I'll read the accusations for you.

00:26:57.860 You can decide what you think yourself.

00:27:00.560 This is from the son of an ex-girlfriend of Keith Ellison.

00:27:03.620 My name is Austin Monaghan, and I'm writing this letter on behalf of me and my brother.

00:27:08.140 My brother and I watched our mom come out of pure hell after getting out of her relationship 1.00

00:27:11.640 with Keith Ellison, deputy chairman of the DNC.

00:27:15.200 For several months, we knew something wasn't right and couldn't figure it out.

00:27:18.600 When we asked our mom if everything was okay, she told us she was dealing with some stress

00:27:21.840 and would be okay.

00:27:22.700 In the middle of 2017, I was using my mom's computer, trying to download something,

00:27:26.580 and I clicked on a file.

00:27:27.460 I found over 100 text and Twitter messages and video almost two minutes long that showed

00:27:32.520 Keith Ellison dragging my mama off the bed by her feet, screaming and calling her an effing 0.92

00:27:37.560 lady dog, you can fill that in, and telling her to get the eff out of his house. 1.00

00:27:42.620 The messages I found were mixed with him constantly, consistently telling my mom he wanted her back,

00:27:47.640 he missed her, he knew, he effed up, and we wished he could do things different.

00:27:52.300 He would victim-shaming, bully her, and threaten her if she went public.

00:27:57.020 I text him and told him, I know what you did to my mom and a few other things.

00:28:00.500 I met up with my mom that night and asked her what happened.

00:28:02.640 She said nothing happened until I told her I saw a video and hell of a lot of messages

00:28:06.820 saying something different.

00:28:07.720 She finally talked.

00:28:08.760 My brother and I were so angry and hurt for our mom, we were ready to go public, but our

00:28:13.020 mom begged us not to, and she, along with others, convinced us it wasn't in our mom's

00:28:18.180 best interest.

00:28:18.760 So, that's the testimony from the kid.

00:28:21.940 He's using his own name, he's using his mother's name.

00:28:25.200 The mother now is making these allegations too, it seems.

00:28:28.780 And so, at least their names are on this.

00:28:31.100 I get it, it's before an election, but the story isn't logically impossible.

00:28:36.560 Plenty of women in abusive situations don't want to talk about it. 1.00

00:28:40.120 Perhaps the majority of them don't want to talk about it, want it to go away.

00:28:43.400 They feel embarrassed, they feel some shame for it.

00:28:46.040 Now this is coming out.

00:28:47.300 Keith Ellison is a pretty radical dude.

00:28:50.860 Again, that doesn't mean he definitely did this, but these are the allegations that are

00:28:54.700 coming out.

00:28:55.840 How are the mainstream media reporting this?

00:28:58.000 The deputy chairman of the Democrat National Committee accused of beating women.

00:29:04.240 The LA Times.

00:29:05.760 I'll just run down the list.

00:29:07.280 LA Times.

00:29:08.200 Ellison denies abuse allegations.

00:29:10.680 By the way, this is like the first time they're covering it.

00:29:12.420 I'm not saying this is the third article about this.

00:29:14.560 These are the headlines when you Google Ellison abuse.

00:29:17.960 LA Times.

00:29:19.080 Ellison denies abuse allegations.

00:29:20.740 CBS.

00:29:21.500 Ellison denies abuse allegations.

00:29:23.480 People Magazine.

00:29:24.380 Ellison denies abuse allegations.

00:29:26.140 The Root.

00:29:26.620 Ellison denies.

00:29:27.540 Politico.

00:29:28.040 Ellison denies.

00:29:29.120 HuffPo.

00:29:29.620 Ellison denies.

00:29:30.800 Washington Post.

00:29:31.620 Ellison denies.

00:29:32.820 Vox.

00:29:33.400 Ellison denies.

00:29:34.700 Daily Beast.

00:29:35.500 Ellison denies.

00:29:36.720 Yahoo News.

00:29:37.540 Ellison denies.

00:29:38.620 Only NPR, only National Public Radio, ran the headline, the actual news headline, congressman

00:29:44.160 accused of domestic abuse by former girlfriend.

00:29:48.240 Now, it doesn't say Democrat congressman.

00:29:50.280 I'm sure if it were a Republican, it would say Republican congressman.

00:29:53.100 It doesn't say that.

00:29:54.260 It doesn't say Deputy Chairman of the Democratic National Committee accused.

00:29:58.160 But at least NPR says accused of, this congressman has been accused of domestic abuse.

00:30:03.340 All the rest jump right into it.

00:30:04.720 They say he denies these allegations.

00:30:06.440 He's accused.

00:30:06.940 He denies it, though.

00:30:07.860 That's not the story.

00:30:08.680 The story isn't that he denies.

00:30:09.780 Of course he denies it.

00:30:11.220 The story is that he was accused at all, that there were these allegations out there,

00:30:15.200 that a woman has said that.

00:30:16.380 Compare this to how they covered Roy Moore.

00:30:18.000 Do you remember Roy Moore, that flawed candidate over there in Alabama?

00:30:22.160 He's been in public politics for however many years.

00:30:25.440 And right before that campaign, there were these allegations that he hit on 15-year-olds

00:30:30.280 at the mall when he was 30 or something like that.

00:30:32.640 And the mainstream media descended.

00:30:35.440 They crucified this guy for it.

00:30:37.800 Now, there was some evidence that the evidence here had been doctored, actually.

00:30:42.140 We knew that the evidence had been doctored. 0.97

00:30:44.580 Nevertheless, he's a pedophile. 0.99

00:30:46.180 He's a this. 1.00

00:30:46.700 He's a scumbag. 1.00

00:30:48.280 He's a this, whatever. 1.00

00:30:49.800 Keith Ellison, deputy chairman of the DNC, accused of beating a woman, accused by the

00:30:55.060 woman, accused by her son.

00:30:57.460 He denies it.

00:30:58.380 This isn't a story.

00:30:59.960 He denies it.

00:31:00.800 This is really vicious.

00:31:02.020 I mean, this is awful.

00:31:02.660 Talk about a war on women. 1.00

00:31:04.040 They're believing this guy instantly.

00:31:06.300 Not even a question.

00:31:07.680 Not even a question. 0.95

00:31:08.920 He might have beaten this woman. 1.00

00:31:10.040 The old line in politics is that when you're running a campaign, you ask your opponent,

00:31:14.300 when did you stop beating your wife? 0.99

00:31:15.940 Because there's no good answer to that.

00:31:18.460 You can't say, oh, yesterday or a week ago.

00:31:20.600 It just assumes guilt.

00:31:22.400 The media are doing exactly the opposite.

00:31:24.080 They're assuming innocence.

00:31:25.380 They're assuming that this woman, who's saying that she was beaten by Keith Ellison, they're

00:31:29.340 assuming that she's a liar. 0.99

00:31:31.080 They're just assuming.

00:31:31.760 So what happened to, like, you have to believe the women? 0.98

00:31:34.120 What happened to there's no reason for women to make up these stories? 1.00

00:31:36.820 What happened to Me Too?

00:31:38.040 What happened to all of that?

00:31:39.100 Gone.

00:31:39.960 Gone.

00:31:40.240 Because they're going after a Democrat.

00:31:41.680 And they're going after a high-ranking Democrat.

00:31:43.420 And they're going to circle the wagons around him.

00:31:45.340 Really, really vicious stuff.

00:31:47.480 And it just shows the corruption of the mainstream media.

00:31:50.360 Before we go, I think we have a little more time before we have to go, don't we?

00:31:53.320 Do we have to say goodbye to Facebook and YouTube?

00:31:55.820 Okay, we've got a little bit more time.

00:31:57.120 Um, the, I do want to cover Omarosa.

00:32:00.800 So Omarosa, uh, you know, she was the reality star from The Apprentice. 0.98

00:32:06.300 She worked in the Trump White House, in the reality star White House.

00:32:10.000 She is, uh, she's making some serious allegations against Donald Trump. 0.95

00:32:15.020 She's saying that he's a racist, he's a bigot, he's a this. 0.94

00:32:17.680 She's pushing her book called Unhinged. 0.83

00:32:20.000 Another example of, I know you are, but what am I?

00:32:23.080 That's what we should, we should call today.

00:32:24.720 I know you are, but what am I?

00:32:26.340 This famously crazy reality TV star is, is putting out a book called Unhinged. 0.92

00:32:32.820 Here are some of her, so she's made the allegations that he's a racist. 0.57

00:32:36.180 In the past, she said he's not a racist.

00:32:38.100 She then secretly recorded, uh, Chief of Staff John Kelly firing her in the situation room.

00:32:44.900 How she got the tape, who knows?

00:32:46.440 But she's recording him in the situation room.

00:32:48.240 Here's the tape.

00:32:49.700 We've got to talk to you about, uh, leaving the White House.

00:32:52.600 Um, it's part of my attention, uh,

00:32:55.320 uh, over the, uh, last few months that there's been some pretty, in my opinion, significant integrity issues.

00:33:02.300 Can I ask you a couple of questions?

00:33:03.840 Does the President, is the President aware of what's going on?

00:33:06.120 Uh, don't, let's not go down the road.

00:33:07.480 This is a non-negotiable discussion.

00:33:09.500 I don't want to negotiate.

00:33:10.240 I just, I've never talked, had a chance to talk to you, General Kelly.

00:33:13.180 So, if this is my departure, I'd like to have at least an opportunity to understand.

00:33:17.720 We can, we can talk another time.

00:33:19.280 This has to do with some pretty serious violate, integrity violations.

00:33:23.260 Um, so I'll let it go with that.

00:33:25.840 So, uh, the staff and everyone on the staff works for me, not the President.

00:33:29.360 So, John Kelly says, you're being fired because you have no integrity.

00:33:35.860 And what does she do? 0.94

00:33:36.820 She proves him exactly right in the moment.

00:33:39.400 By the way, not in retrospect, in the moment, she is recording the Chief of Staff to the President

00:33:43.240 in the Situation Room.

00:33:44.900 Huge violation of national security.

00:33:47.800 Huge violation of, uh, even just regular decorum to, to record your boss.

00:33:52.940 Certainly when your boss is the Chief of Staff to the President of the United States,

00:33:55.760 you're in the West Wing.

00:33:56.760 Uh, she proves him exactly right.

00:33:59.540 That this should be the end of the conversation.

00:34:01.400 She says, I've got a secret tape of John Kelly telling me that I have no integrity.

00:34:06.500 Yes, correct, yeah, okay.

00:34:08.620 And then everything John Kelly says, I'll believe.

00:34:10.540 Everything you say, I won't believe.

00:34:12.160 We'll, we'll analyze some of her, uh, lack of integrity and where this is going, 0.58

00:34:15.740 where the left is focusing on it.

00:34:16.840 I gotta think about it, Facebook and YouTube.

00:34:18.220 Thank you so much to those who are on Daily Wire.

00:34:20.400 You help keep my show on the air, you know.

00:34:22.260 You help keep the lights on.

00:34:23.740 And, you know, I've never felt like we've had a really close call with that.

00:34:27.000 Over the years.

00:34:27.820 But, um, we really appreciate you anyway.

00:34:29.760 Go to dailywire.com if you're on Facebook and YouTube.

00:34:32.380 Uh, you'll get me.

00:34:33.120 You'll get the Andrew Klavan show.

00:34:33.920 You get the Ben Shapiro show.

00:34:34.700 You get to ask questions in the mailbag.

00:34:35.940 That's on Thursday.

00:34:36.760 Ask questions in the conversation.

00:34:37.980 That's coming up and I'm gonna be on it.

00:34:39.720 None of that matters.

00:34:40.980 This is what you need.

00:34:42.480 You need the Antifa brew because here's what, here's what's gonna keep happening as we get

00:34:48.160 to the midterms.

00:34:49.200 Antifa is gonna show up.

00:34:50.820 They're gonna be ready to bash the fash with bullets and clubs and they're gonna be ready 0.78

00:34:55.320 and then they're gonna get there and there aren't gonna be any fascists. 0.87

00:34:57.900 They're gonna, they're so ready.

00:34:59.040 They're gonna, and what are they, they're probably gonna hit each other.

00:35:00.860 They're gonna start hitting the media or something.

00:35:02.440 Either way, they're gonna be a lot of tears.

00:35:03.900 You're gonna need the leftist-tears template or otherwise you're gonna drown.

00:35:06.300 Go to dailywire.com.

00:35:07.260 We'll be right back.

00:35:08.260 I'm gonna defend Stephen Miller.

00:35:09.580 I'm going to attack Omarosa and then I'm gonna show you my favorite baseball player in history.

00:35:14.400 Be right back.

00:35:25.660 All right.

00:35:27.120 So you saw that.

00:35:28.240 Obviously there are integrity issues here, but now she's saying that she has a tape of

00:35:32.660 Donald Trump saying a racial slur.

00:35:34.880 And you heard this, you know, we had Tom Arnold.

00:35:37.180 Tom Arnold's doing this whole TV show on Viceland about he has Trump tapes.

00:35:41.840 What are the tapes of?

00:35:42.580 I don't know.

00:35:43.100 But he has tapes of him being a racist and saying slurs and all this.

00:35:46.640 And what's funny, by the way, is in that interview with Tom Arnold, he made this allegation

00:35:52.080 and then he later said it doesn't, it's not a big deal.

00:35:55.320 People use racial slurs sometimes as they're joking or whatever and, you know, let he who

00:36:00.040 is without sin cast the first stone.

00:36:01.660 I said, well, you said this was the biggest deal ever. 0.97

00:36:03.480 Is Trump some vicious racist or not? 0.97

00:36:06.800 But by the evidence, he doesn't seem to have any animus against black people. 0.99

00:36:11.460 The black unemployment rate is at an all time low.

00:36:14.620 He hasn't singled out individual races and tried to oppress them or overregulate them

00:36:21.520 or, you know, go after them in any way.

00:36:23.640 Everybody is doing better in this economy.

00:36:25.500 He talks about that all the time.

00:36:26.960 Donald Trump says we all bleed the same blood of patriots.

00:36:29.680 You know, we're all in this together, all for one and one for all.

00:36:33.220 And Omarosa was saying this not too long ago.

00:36:35.520 She was saying Donald Trump is not a racist.

00:36:38.940 Certainly he is not a racist.

00:36:40.280 I've known him for a long time.

00:36:41.340 Certainly he's not a racist.

00:36:43.040 Now she's trying to turn it around for her book deal, to sell her book. 0.99

00:36:46.180 She's saying, yeah, well, I was wrong.

00:36:47.720 You should believe me now.

00:36:48.640 Now, she is without any credibility.

00:36:52.180 She is without any integrity.

00:36:53.740 They're trying to do this now because, one, for her because she's a jilted ex-employee. 1.00

00:36:59.300 We've all heard this before.

00:37:00.860 But the left is doing this now.

00:37:02.260 They're going after these ephemeral things.

00:37:04.880 They're going after these ethereal things.

00:37:06.680 They're going after these can't quite grasp but nothing really tangible

00:37:10.160 because they have nothing tangible to run on in November.

00:37:13.900 The midterm elections are coming up and their hands are empty.

00:37:16.580 Everything is going too well.

00:37:19.060 You're going to see this ramp up and ramp up.

00:37:21.640 They're going to censor more and more conservatives

00:37:23.320 and they're going to start really, really personal attacks.

00:37:26.880 That's what we're going to get.

00:37:28.020 You're seeing the censorship happen already.

00:37:29.960 I didn't think it would happen this quickly.

00:37:31.480 But they're going after Gavin.

00:37:32.540 Who comes next?

00:37:33.700 Probably next is going to be someone who's a little less of a comedian

00:37:37.060 but, you know, still maybe a little bit of a comedian.

00:37:40.480 He's a little too far right.

00:37:41.540 He's a little too provocative.

00:37:42.740 Then they'll go after him.

00:37:43.460 Then they'll start going after just regular old mainstream pundits and commentators.

00:37:48.280 That's the way this is going to go.

00:37:49.940 They're going to ramp up all the way through November.

00:37:52.120 That's going to be the censorship side.

00:37:53.420 And then these personal attacks.

00:37:54.580 There was a really vicious personal attack.

00:37:56.980 I am shocked Politico would publish this.

00:37:59.700 Even Politico, as much of a rag as Politico is,

00:38:04.460 I'm shocked even they would stoop to this level.

00:38:06.300 But they're going to keep ramping that up.

00:38:07.840 You're going to get this with Omarosa. 0.95

00:38:09.300 These unhinged, unhinged. 0.97

00:38:11.360 I know you are, but what am I? 0.93

00:38:12.600 It's going to keep up until the midterms.

00:38:16.180 Now, Stephen Miller, speaking of that attack on Stephen Miller,

00:38:20.100 there's an article today in Politico, headline.

00:38:23.940 Made Apple News.

00:38:24.800 It made Drudge. 1.00

00:38:26.320 Stephen Miller is an immigration hypocrite. 0.99

00:38:29.080 I know because I'm his uncle. 1.00

00:38:30.600 Talk about awkwardness around the Thanksgiving table.

00:38:36.160 You know, you go home.

00:38:37.720 Sometimes it's a little awkward.

00:38:39.000 Families have different political points of view.

00:38:40.560 This guy's writing a hit piece about his own nephew. 0.66

00:38:42.560 Absolutely despicable.

00:38:43.860 The guy should be ashamed of himself just on the principle of the thing.

00:38:47.240 But here's what he writes.

00:38:48.000 He goes, quote,

00:38:48.440 I've watched with dismay and increasing horror as my nephew,

00:38:51.860 who is an educated man and well aware of his heritage,

00:38:54.140 has become the architect of immigration policies

00:38:56.240 that repudiate the very foundation of our family's life in this country.

00:39:01.240 So what's the point?

00:39:02.340 The point is that Stephen Miller's family came over as immigrants,

00:39:06.240 and therefore he can never advocate any limits on immigration to the United States.

00:39:12.960 Just more, more immigrants, just as much as no open borders, 1.00

00:39:16.120 knock down the walls, no immigration law.

00:39:18.580 Because if you descend from immigrants and you don't want open borders, 1.00

00:39:23.380 you're a hypocrite. 0.99

00:39:23.920 That's what this piece is saying, 1.00

00:39:24.880 which is one of the stupidest arguments. 0.99

00:39:27.180 I mean, you would think Politico wouldn't publish the piece 1.00

00:39:29.460 because of how tawdry and personal it is. 1.00

00:39:31.400 But even beyond that, it's such a stupid argument. 1.00

00:39:34.540 Right now in the United States, 1.00

00:39:36.380 the foreign-born population,

00:39:38.040 the percentage of the population that is foreign-born

00:39:39.920 has tripled since the 1970s.

00:39:42.920 As a raw number, I think it's quadrupled.

00:39:44.580 But it's tripled as a percentage of the population since the 1970s.

00:39:48.460 Is there no limit to the percentage of the U.S. population

00:39:51.940 that should be foreign-born?

00:39:53.160 Look, where are the melting pot, right?

00:39:54.800 We take in immigrants.

00:39:55.980 It was a nation that was founded by settlers,

00:39:58.040 and we had early immigrants come in from the old world to the new.

00:40:01.860 It's not that America has never welcomed immigrants

00:40:04.320 or shouldn't welcome immigrants at all, 1.00

00:40:05.760 but is there no limit?

00:40:06.740 What is the limit?

00:40:07.840 You know, assimilation is hard.

00:40:09.840 The way that America works is when you come over here, 0.97

00:40:11.900 you abandon your terrible culture that you're fleeing,

00:40:14.380 and you come into our culture,

00:40:15.840 and then you have, like, a good life, you know,

00:40:17.840 and you make money, and you're prosperous and successful,

00:40:20.500 and you contribute to the country.

00:40:23.260 There is a limit to that.

00:40:24.560 If you just have, I don't know, let's say it's 50-50 foreign-born to native-born population,

00:40:30.840 or 70-30 foreign-born to native-born population,

00:40:33.740 at a certain point, there is no culture to assimilate to anymore.

00:40:37.080 You can't.

00:40:37.340 It's under the best of circumstances.

00:40:39.400 Assimilation is very hard, but we've been good at it in the United States.

00:40:41.940 But you can't keep that up forever,

00:40:43.840 and you've got to take some care to assimilate people.

00:40:47.040 Now we have a left that doesn't want assimilation, 0.96

00:40:49.220 doesn't advocate for assimilation whatsoever.

00:40:51.160 There is a limit to these things.

00:40:52.620 So I would ask the author of this piece, David Glosser, Stephen Miller's uncle, 1.00

00:40:56.700 okay, if you descend from immigrants, you're a hypocrite. 0.95

00:41:01.120 What limits do you think are legitimate to place on immigration? 0.99

00:41:04.980 What's the limit?

00:41:05.560 So the percentage of the foreign-born population now has tripled since the 1970s.

00:41:12.060 It's way up since the 40s, the 50s, the 60s,

00:41:14.800 you know, that period of American dominance, that period of assimilation.

00:41:18.820 What limit do you place?

00:41:20.980 Is there no limit?

00:41:21.760 Is it just open borders? 0.99

00:41:22.840 Okay, because that is very ridiculous. 0.96

00:41:25.680 It's saying that any change to immigration regimes is hypocrisy, 0.82

00:41:30.780 but advocating different immigration policies at different times in history,

00:41:34.580 that's not hypocrisy.

00:41:35.560 That's acknowledging that politics changes,

00:41:37.640 that the makeup of the country changes,

00:41:39.240 that the makeup of our politics changes.

00:41:41.140 You know, it's not, you don't have the same policy solutions now

00:41:43.660 as you had in the 1980s or the 1970s or the 1880s.

00:41:46.720 You have to adapt them to changing times.

00:41:48.840 Here are some facts on immigration.

00:41:51.080 If we were to give amnesty to the so-called dreamers, 1.00

00:41:54.100 people who were brought to the United States illegally under the age of 18,

00:41:58.020 though now they could be 40 years old,

00:41:59.580 but they were brought under the age of 18.

00:42:02.640 Democrats say that that would give amnesty to 1.8 million people,

00:42:05.440 in reality, USA Today estimates it's more like 3.6 million people.

00:42:09.160 That's just the dreamers.

00:42:10.540 No majority of Americans wants that to happen, not even Democrats.

00:42:14.660 The majority of Democrats don't think that that should be a priority.

00:42:18.140 We also know that Hispanic illegal aliens and Hispanic legal immigrants,

00:42:24.820 which is what a lot of people are talking about on the southern border,

00:42:28.200 they identify with Democrats between 3 and 8.2 times as much as they identify with Republicans.

00:42:34.680 They are between 3 and 8.2 times as likely to identify Democrat as Republican.

00:42:39.100 This is a major shift to our politics if we're talking about legalizing millions and millions and millions of these people,

00:42:44.960 giving them amnesty, giving them a path to citizenship, giving them a path to voting.

00:42:48.800 That is a major shift.

00:42:49.920 I understand why Democrats are gung-ho about that,

00:42:52.100 but there is a legitimate concern that that will change our politics dramatically.

00:42:56.740 We also know that 76% of immigrant-led households are on some sort of welfare program,

00:43:03.440 over two-thirds of them.

00:43:04.660 This compares to 52% of the native-born population.

00:43:07.840 That's a change.

00:43:08.820 Look, before the 1940s, we had relatively high levels of immigration.

00:43:14.460 Not quite as high as today, but comparable, 1920s, 1930s.

00:43:18.480 But back then, we didn't really have a welfare state, did we?

00:43:20.960 The welfare state as we know it was built during the 1930s and the 1940s,

00:43:24.680 and then later the 1960s.

00:43:26.080 So if you have all of this immigration, that's fine, 1.00

00:43:28.080 but what happens when they're accessing taxpayer-subsidized programs at huge numbers,

00:43:33.480 disproportionate numbers?

00:43:35.060 Do the taxpayers not get some say in that?

00:43:37.500 Are they bigots? 0.99

00:43:39.220 Are they hypocrites? 1.00

00:43:39.940 Are they racists for saying, 1.00

00:43:41.500 hey, we don't want to keep giving away all of our money

00:43:44.240 to all of these people who are coming and not contributing to the economy 1.00

00:43:48.240 and not contributing to federal programs?

00:43:51.540 Is that racist?

00:43:52.520 Is that bigoted?

00:43:53.040 Of course not.

00:43:53.580 We also know that in many areas,

00:43:55.920 illegal aliens are 45% more likely to be gang members. 0.94

00:44:01.240 Is it hypocritical? 0.99

00:44:02.080 Is it hypocritical and racist and bigoted for Americans to say, 0.97

00:44:05.800 we want to vet some people, 0.99

00:44:07.540 we don't want to keep importing gang members and criminals en masse?

00:44:11.680 Of course not.

00:44:12.460 That's not hypocritical.

00:44:13.580 And then the final statistic, 0.95

00:44:14.740 60 to 80% of women who cross the border illegally are raped and sexually assaulted.

00:44:19.380 It's not according to the right,

00:44:20.620 that's according to left-wing sources, Fusion and Huffington Post. 0.97

00:44:23.840 Are you a hypocrite if you don't want that to happen, 0.95

00:44:26.220 if you want to disincentivize that? 0.97

00:44:27.800 Because Mr. Glosser, Stephen Miller's uncle,

00:44:29.500 he seems to advocate for more of that.

00:44:31.460 So you want to incentivize a condition where 60 to 80% of women and girls are raped.

00:44:35.700 How do you like it?

00:44:36.360 How do you like these personal attacks?

00:44:38.120 How do you like that?

00:44:38.800 Because I think perhaps the right should start employing some of these attacks,

00:44:43.640 real attacks, using real numbers,

00:44:45.380 using real facts against the lefties.

00:44:48.280 They try to make their fact-free emotional appeal.

00:44:51.640 We should have a fact-full emotional appeal 0.62

00:44:53.800 to point out their own hypocrisy 1.00

00:44:55.760 and the moral idiocy of their point of view. 1.00

00:44:58.380 Before I go, I know we're running a little late. 0.99

00:45:00.000 I just have to play this point for This Is America,

00:45:03.640 my all-time favorite baseball player now in history.

00:45:07.000 Care of the Little League World Series.

00:45:08.580 Here he is.

00:45:10.860 Hi, my name's Alfred D'Elia.

00:45:13.040 At home, they call me Big Al, and I hit dingers.

00:45:16.660 My name's Alfred D'Elia.

00:45:18.280 At home, they call me Big Al, and I hit dingers.

00:45:21.180 I love that kid.

00:45:22.120 That kid is America.

00:45:23.880 This clip went viral.

00:45:25.180 It's from the Little League World Series,

00:45:26.940 and the internet loves this kid.

00:45:29.260 Why?

00:45:29.540 Because this kid is America.

00:45:31.220 We did that whole thing about soccer, you know, during the World Series.

00:45:34.420 We went over to Daily Wire 2, our sister network,

00:45:37.080 and had our sports correspondent come on, the God King Boring.

00:45:40.460 This is a real American sport.

00:45:42.120 You've got this kid, goes up there, totally confident.

00:45:45.760 This is my name.

00:45:47.480 They call me Big Al.

00:45:48.760 Now, if this were soccer, it'd be like,

00:45:49.980 they call me little, they call me eco-friendly Al.

00:45:52.300 They call, ooh, they call me recycling Al.

00:45:54.420 Ooh, they call me thin, coiffed Al.

00:45:56.620 No, not in America, baby.

00:45:58.060 This kid goes up, they call me Big Al.

00:45:59.460 You know why I'm big?

00:46:00.220 So that I can hit dingers.

00:46:01.720 I hit dingers.

00:46:03.040 Just the sound of that.

00:46:04.480 It's not like, if it were soccer, right,

00:46:06.220 he'd say like, I'm, you know, coiffed Al,

00:46:09.880 and I lightly kick the ball down the field,

00:46:13.200 and we don't ever score,

00:46:14.560 but I kick it, and then our teammates kick it.

00:46:19.360 That would be soccer.

00:46:20.540 But this is America.

00:46:21.540 So he says, I hit dingers. 0.98

00:46:22.880 I use a bat and brute force and violence

00:46:26.380 against a fast-pitched little tiny ball,

00:46:29.380 and then I knock it out of the park.

00:46:31.020 I hit dingers, baby.

00:46:32.140 And that's why I'm big.

00:46:33.160 I'm not trying to be this sort of scarce,

00:46:37.380 austere, little, oh, let's just not hurt the trees

00:46:41.380 or the this.

00:46:41.960 No, baby, I'm big.

00:46:43.080 I'm bold.

00:46:43.740 I'm brash.

00:46:44.480 I'm America.

00:46:45.300 Just like baseball, I do a real sport,

00:46:47.120 and I hit dingers out of the park.

00:46:48.400 Gotta love him.

00:46:49.060 Good on Big Al.

00:46:50.820 Good on America.

00:46:52.200 That's our show.

00:46:53.320 Thanks for being with us and letting us get to 200,

00:46:56.600 and we're gonna have to check in with myself

00:46:58.880 in the future at some point,

00:46:59.980 see what the 300th episode holds.

00:47:01.740 It'd be really interesting to see how great

00:47:03.660 everything is going by that time,

00:47:05.520 so maybe we'll check in with him in the future.

00:47:07.140 In the meantime, I'm Michael Knowles.
