The Michael Knowles Show - Ep. 582 - The Will To Survive

00:00:00.000 Kanye West is back in the presidential race, I am happy to report. And Kanye, unlike Joe Biden,

00:00:07.020 is holding campaign rallies. And of course, the left is calling him insane. Now, Kanye has said

00:00:14.600 colorful things over the years, and the left never called him insane for those things, but they're

00:00:18.620 calling him insane now specifically because he teared up while talking about the thought that he

00:00:27.400 himself was almost aborted. And he teared up while thinking about how his daughter was almost

00:00:34.320 aborted. He teared up at the thought of infanticide, and the left thinks he's nuts. 0.97

00:00:41.220 My mom saved my life. My dad wanted to abort me.

00:00:48.840 My mom saved my life. There would have been no Kanye West because my dad was too busy.

00:00:57.400 Here he starts to tear up.

00:01:06.380 Definitely not performed. Pretty genuine. The crowd seems surprised but supportive of Kanye.

00:01:20.320 This is why they're saying he's crazy, because he gets so emotional here, thinking about how 0.77

00:01:24.720 his father tried to kill him and how he almost killed his daughter.

00:01:31.060 You see, that's where the emotion comes in. He starts to work up the emotion when he talks about

00:01:35.760 how his father almost killed him, right? There's a lot of social decay that could come just from that

00:01:41.860 fact, just from that kind of family breakdown. But then where he really tears up is that he almost

00:01:46.800 killed his own daughter. And the left calls him insane for that. They're calling him insane for

00:01:52.760 a political reason. They're calling him insane because what the left does is it exploits science,

00:01:57.880 quote unquote, and history, quote unquote, has this view that all politics is now science. You can't

00:02:02.620 disagree with it. And has this view that history is always marching toward their own progress.

00:02:06.500 So if you deny science, you'd have to be insane. If you believe a baby is really a baby,

00:02:10.800 you'd have to be insane. And if you stand in the way of their march of progress toward the inevitable

00:02:16.980 turn of history, you'd have to be evil because you're standing in the way of progress. Now, of

00:02:21.860 course, the left doesn't care about science or history, just imposing their will on you. And when

00:02:28.080 anybody stands in the way, they will tear you down. It takes a truly insane society to question a

00:02:34.260 man's sanity for tearing up at the thought of infanticide. But this isn't about any of that. It's not

00:02:39.980 about science. It's not about history. It's not about logical debate. It's all about power. And

00:02:44.880 the right is starting to figure it out. We'll get into all of it. I'm Michael Knowles. This is the

00:02:49.540 Michael Knowles Show. The left understands power. And I think the right is starting to wake up to the

00:03:03.380 fact of how the left is imposing their own power, how the left is flexing their own power. We'll get

00:03:09.960 to that in one second. First, though, I want to thank our friends over at Legacy Box. Legacy Box is

00:03:16.460 a very, very simple nail-in service to have all of your home movies and photos digitally preserved

00:03:29.640 that's what happens when you don't take action. They just decay. They don't stay perfect forever.

00:03:33.980 They start to decay. And probably if you've got old tapes or anything like that, they're already

00:03:38.300 decaying. It could be on any medium. So maybe you've got your old family memories trapped on

00:03:43.980 old camcorder tapes or film reels. Those magnetic strips degrade over time. Maybe they're slides,

00:03:50.760 you know, any old photos, anything. Disasters happen. This happened to me. I had photos saved

00:03:57.240 of a loved one. I don't know where they went. They're just gone. Unfortunately, I didn't have

00:04:00.900 them backed up on Legacy Box. I found some more photos of the same loved one, and I sent it into

00:04:06.440 Legacy Box. Now I have them digitally preserved forever. Legacy Box can digitize 19 different

00:04:39.440 The left gets power, okay? They use power. The entire edifice of science, capital S, trademark over

00:04:47.700 the E, and history, capital H, trademark over the Y. They get it. They use it. They flex it. They will

00:04:53.460 shut you down, okay? They're happy to play nice when you don't threaten their power structure, but the

00:05:01.440 minute you do, they start to go after you. Chris Wallace actually inadvertently made this point.

00:05:06.680 Chris Wallace of Fox News sat down with President Trump over the weekend. It was a pretty tense

00:05:11.100 interview. We'll get to some of it today. But Chris Wallace raised this great question that I think a

00:05:17.320 lot of conservatives have been calling an unfair question. I think it was a terrific question. I think

00:05:21.300 it shows you how the power really works in this country. He pointed out to President Trump. He said,

00:05:25.820 President Trump, the cities are burning down and the statues and everything's going crazy.

00:05:32.260 Why is that happening now? So Trump answers and he says, well, it's because the left has run these

00:05:36.300 cities. Sure, good answer. But then Chris Wallace said, well, you know, the left has run these cities

00:05:40.720 for decades. Why is it only happening now? They're Democrat run cities. They're liberally run. They're

00:05:48.800 stupidly run. We have forced them in Seattle to end the chop because, you know, we were going in that 1.00

00:05:55.120 following day. You probably have heard it. We were getting ready to go in. We were all set.

00:05:59.320 And when they heard that we were going, they set their police force. Liberal Democrats have been

00:06:04.020 running cities in this country for decades. Poorly. Why is it so bad right now? They've run them

00:06:10.400 poorly. It was always bad. But now it's gotten totally out of control. And it's really because

00:06:15.200 they wanted to fund the police. So Trump basically punts on the question. He goes, they're really bad.

00:06:19.880 They've run them poorly. It's really bad. And in as much as Trump answers the question, he says, well,

00:06:24.440 look, things can't go on getting worse and worse forever. Eventually they hit rock bottom. And

00:06:28.660 that's what we're seeing now. I actually think the answer is more than that. And it's more specific

00:06:32.960 to Trump. I think the reason the cities are burning down is because of Trump. Doesn't mean it's Trump's

00:06:37.820 fault, but it is because of Trump. Meaning the left is more than happy to play along and basically be nice

00:06:45.740 so long as the right doesn't put up much of a fight. You know, maybe we put up a Mitt Romney,

00:06:52.100 right? Whose job it is to lose. Mitt Romney's entire job as the Republican nominee was to lose

00:06:57.760 gracefully and never push back too hard. John McCain, same thing. His job was to lose,

00:07:02.080 to never push back too hard, to lose gracefully, and to get nice write-ups in the New York Times.

00:07:06.560 George W. Bush actually won the elections, but he never, he certainly didn't push back very hard.

00:07:12.000 Don't forget, he was the inventor of compassionate conservatism who didn't want to answer the press or

00:07:17.360 fight the press or, or push too hard on legislation. He signed legislation called McCain-Feingold where

00:07:23.840 he actually said, this is probably unconstitutional, but the left really likes it. And so John McCain,

00:07:28.420 a Republican sort of likes it. So, so I'm going to sign it anyway. He just was a, a moderate liberal

00:07:35.140 Republican. And now he openly, more or less openly opposes the Republican president, Donald Trump.

00:07:41.400 They like you on the left as long as you play nice and don't push back. Trump is a threat to the

00:07:46.540 system. Okay. And when Trump is a threat to the system, they fight very hard. This is why you've

00:07:52.240 heard some conservatives now say the country might be better off if Joe Biden wins in 2020. Not because

00:07:57.060 they like Joe Biden or they want him to, just because they know that the cities will stop burning.

00:08:01.060 Now, I don't like that argument because I think that's basically giving into an extortion racket. 0.74

00:08:05.380 I think that's basically saying, well, if we appease these bullies, if we appease these gangsters,

00:08:09.800 then things will be fine. Let's just not rock the boat too much. But that is the argument here.

00:08:16.000 And Chris Wallace proves it not just on this question of why the cities are burning, but even

00:08:21.740 on the edifice of the administrative government of the scientific establishment. Chris Wallace

00:08:27.300 loves Dr. Fauci. The left, you notice this, the left loves Dr. Fauci. They treat Dr. Fauci as though

00:08:37.040 Dr. Fauci should be the president, as though we all elected Dr. Fauci. And Chris Wallace just

00:08:41.560 cannot understand why Donald Trump would undercut the exalted, holy, peace be upon him, Dr. Fauci.

00:08:51.700 Why on earth would your administration be involved in a campaign at this point to discredit

00:08:57.100 Dr. Fauci, who is the nation's top infectious disease expert?

00:09:01.780 Why on earth would you disagree with some guy who's gotten everything wrong? He's the nation's

00:09:07.500 top infectious disease expert. Is he? I don't know. I know he's the guy who's been in that job

00:09:12.080 since the Reagan administration, but you can't disagree with Fauci now? You're not allowed to

00:09:17.280 disagree with scientists. Science is all about believing dogmas forever, even if they are proven

00:09:23.420 wrong time and time again. So President Trump pushes back on the premise. So what are you talking

00:09:27.780 about discredit Dr. Fauci? Because we're not. If one man from my administration doesn't like him

00:09:34.740 because he made a few mistakes. Look, Dr. Fauci said, don't wear a mask. Dr. Fauci told me not

00:09:40.340 to ban China. It would be a big mistake. I did it over and above his recommendation. Dr. Fauci then 0.55

00:09:45.640 said, you saved tens of thousands of lives. More than that. He said, you saved tens of thousands of

00:09:51.300 lives. Dr. Fauci's made some mistakes, but I have a very good, I spoke to him yesterday at length. I have a

00:09:57.120 very good relationship with Dr. Fauci. But another politically brilliant answer from Trump here,

00:10:02.540 right? Because he rejects Wallace's premise. He goes, we're not, we're not discrediting Fauci.

00:10:07.800 Although Fauci has been pretty wrong. This is a great way to answer when the entire media is

00:10:13.120 against you is you disarm them. You put them on the wrong foot. You say, no, your premise is totally

00:10:17.100 wrong. But then you keep hitting the guy goes, but Fauci was wrong about this. He was wrong about that.

00:10:21.960 I was right about this. I was right about that. And Trump is absolutely right to note that

00:10:25.160 Trump has a better record personally on coronavirus than Dr. Fauci. I guess that makes Trump America's

00:10:33.120 leading infectious disease expert. Fauci told us on the, first of all, he over-predicted how many

00:10:41.120 people would die. Then he dramatically under-predicted how many people would die of the

00:10:44.560 virus. He told us not to wear masks on camera. Do you remember that? He went on camera, he said,

00:10:49.180 don't wear masks. It would be crazy to wear masks. That was at the peak of the virus. That was when

00:10:53.180 that thing was shooting right up to the top. Now he's telling us opposite things and we're supposed

00:10:58.240 to believe him again today. So he says, you know, Fauci, Fauci got things wrong. And if you just left

00:11:03.420 it there, you'd say, okay, it's an, it's a disagreement about the administrative state. Fine.

00:11:07.200 But Wallace, he is so offended by any criticism of Dr. Fauci. He has to push back again.

00:11:14.840 But sir, this week, this weekend, your White House put out a series of statements,

00:11:20.380 so-called mistakes that Dr. Fauci had made. One of your closest aides, one of your right-hand men,

00:11:26.240 Daniel Scavina, put out this. Have you seen this? Dr. Fawcett, it shows him as a leaker and an

00:11:36.620 alarmist. I don't know that he's a leaker. He's a little bit of an alarmist. That's okay. A little

00:11:40.600 bit of an alarmist. I'm an alarmist? A little bit of an alarmist. Let me just say, Dr. Fauci at the

00:11:45.620 beginning. And again, I have a great relationship with him. I spoke to him at length yesterday.

00:11:50.260 Dr. Fauci at the beginning said, this will pass. Don't worry about it. This will pass. He was wrong.

00:11:54.900 Dr. Fauci said, don't ban China. Don't ban China. I did. He then admitted that I was right. 1.00

00:11:59.900 But you made mistakes too.

00:12:01.580 I guess everybody makes mistakes.

00:12:02.860 I was going to say. You made mistakes too. That's an amazing statement coming from,

00:12:07.220 because first Wallace opens up and he says, Fauci didn't make mistakes, right? He said,

00:12:11.060 your white ass put out this list of so-called mistakes from Dr. Fauci. Then Wallace admits, 1.00

00:12:16.400 he finally has to admit, because Trump proves it to him, that Fauci made a lot of mistakes,

00:12:19.680 very serious mistakes. And what's Wallace's response? Well, you made mistakes too. Yeah.

00:12:24.200 I'm the president, right? I'm the duly elected president. If I make mistakes,

00:12:28.480 that's on me and the American people will hold me accountable. Who's holding Fauci accountable?

00:12:33.220 Fauci has been in that job forever. I don't know. Fauci is like this ageless man. I don't know.

00:12:39.820 Somehow it's kind of creepy. He doesn't age. He's been in office forever, never held accountable.

00:12:45.640 Presidents come and go. Dr. Fauci remains. The administrative state remains. The bureaucrats remain.

00:12:52.600 That's what the left wants. That's their view of government. That's how they flex power,

00:12:56.360 right? Because as I pointed out, I've made this point on the show a few times. The left talks

00:13:02.420 about institutional racism and institutional oppression, yet they control all of the

00:13:05.980 institutions. One of those institutions is the administrative government. And some people

00:13:10.320 have pushed back on me. They say, Michael, Republicans have the Senate. Republicans have

00:13:13.480 the White House. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the administrative government,

00:13:16.640 all the little alphabet agencies, CDC, FDA, HHS, whatever, right? State department, all these,

00:13:24.100 the state, the state department, I suppose is an actual like cabinet. However, they, they run that

00:13:30.520 one too, but all of those executive agencies, the left runs. And so they have an extra bit of power

00:13:37.740 here because it doesn't matter who gets elected. They will remain in office. This is why early on

00:13:41.660 in the pandemic, you heard the left always saying, why is Trump talking at these press conferences?

00:13:46.460 We only want to hear from Dr. Fauci. Trump's talking because he's the elected guy. He's the one who's

00:13:51.020 supposed to be in charge. But in reality, it's the bureaucrats who are in charge. And so you, you see

00:13:57.900 the appeal first to science because what the left has done is taken political questions. Should we

00:14:03.220 have schools that are open? Should we allow people to travel? Should we allow restaurants to reopen?

00:14:07.480 On what timeline? How do we debate this? These are, these are political questions that are based

00:14:11.660 on eternal principles and changing political circumstances. But we take those out, the left takes

00:14:17.060 those out of the realm of debate and pretends that they're somehow scientific. Because if they're

00:14:22.080 scientific, there's only one correct answer. And so you get some guy in a lab coat to take all of

00:14:27.440 your politics away from you, all of your debate away from we, the people, and just give you the

00:14:32.020 answer. And we have to do whatever he says. That's the first thing they do. Then the next thing they do

00:14:35.920 is they take history and they apply science to history. And they say history has a march,

00:14:40.860 right? The arc of the moral universe is long, but it always bends toward justice. History,

00:14:45.300 you're on the wrong side of history, right? You're, you're marching toward progress. And so

00:14:49.320 if you stand in the way of progress, if you stand in the way of their narrow ideological view of

00:14:53.560 history, then you are considered evil. And that's how they flex power time and time again. Well,

00:14:58.880 President Trump, one of the few people, probably the only guy in my lifetime pushes back on that view

00:15:04.080 of power. One, one thing he did in this Wallace interview that was stunning is he acknowledged the

00:15:10.080 problem. He said, this is a debate about power. And the Supreme court just gave me, the president,

00:15:20.400 a new power based on a power that the left had taken a number of years ago. And I am going to flex

00:15:26.440 that power. Something you haven't, you haven't heard this from conservatives in a long time,

00:15:31.200 acknowledging that there is a power that has shifted around and that they are willing to use it.

00:15:36.880 We're signing a healthcare plan within two weeks, a full and complete healthcare plan that the

00:15:44.400 Supreme court decision on DACA gave me the right to do. So we're going to solve, we're going to sign

00:15:50.280 an immigration plan, a healthcare plan and various other plans. And nobody will have done what I'm

00:15:57.700 doing in the next four weeks. The Supreme court gave the president of the United States powers that

00:16:03.200 nobody thought the president had by approving, by doing what they did, their decision on DACA and

00:16:08.900 DACA is going to be taken care of also. I love this. I hope that he is telling the truth and he's not

00:16:15.420 just bluffing here because what he just did upends decades of conservative so-called political

00:16:22.720 practice. What Trump, what Trump just said is the Supreme court just gave the, the president,

00:16:29.720 the presidency, you know, not just one president or another gave the president powers that no one

00:16:34.420 thought he had on the DACA decision. What's the DACA decision? Well, it goes back to when Barack Obama

00:16:39.660 issued an executive amnesty for relatively younger, illegal aliens, you know, 40 and younger, the so-called

00:16:46.380 dreamers. And Obama at the time admitted that it was unconstitutional. He admitted at the time he

00:16:52.680 didn't have the power to do that. So even he acknowledged that this was a power of the president didn't

00:16:56.600 have, but the Supreme court, because the country is always tilting leftward, the march of progress

00:17:02.240 never stops. The Supreme court, despite Obama's own objections said that the president had that power.

00:17:08.040 And so executive amnesty was constitutional. And so the, the DACA people get to stay. 0.60

00:17:14.280 So the, the typical conservative response that you'd expect from the weak, spineless conservatives is

00:17:19.780 this is terrible. The Supreme court shouldn't have given the president that power. And now that a

00:17:23.880 conservative has the presidency, which they never thought possible. And they tried to steal it from

00:17:27.320 us. And then they tried to steal it from us again, after we want it, uh, we're not going to use that

00:17:31.020 power. The left can use that power, but we won't because if we use power, then we'll become the very

00:17:35.500 people that we, we oppose and we'll be no different than the left. Even though that doesn't make any

00:17:40.480 sense, of course, because the politics is not merely formal. It's not merely a procedure. It's not

00:17:45.020 merely how you do things, but what you do and what the left does is very different than what the

00:17:49.600 right does. And conservatives should not only want to have a sort of procedure of how to do things.

00:17:56.280 They should want to do actual things. And so what Trump says, stunning stuff. He says,

00:18:03.240 okay, the Supreme court gave me that power. I don't think this is a power that the president

00:18:07.780 necessarily, no one thought this was a power of the president has, but Supreme court gave me that

00:18:12.040 power because they wanted to help Obama. That's fine. I'm going to use that power.

00:18:17.740 The left uses their power and the left has a whole lot more power than the right does.

00:18:23.340 So now the court gave us this little bit of power. I'm going to use it and I'm going to use it on

00:18:27.440 healthcare and I'm going to use it on immigration and I'm going to use it on DACA too. It's a guy who

00:18:35.200 finally, finally understands what this is about. The left uses all this mealy mouth language to hide

00:18:43.080 their, their quest for power. I mean, even the way they use science and history, it's basically just a

00:18:47.240 way to put lipstick on the pig and put a facade up in front of what they're really doing, which is

00:18:51.440 exercising pure will. There's no argument. There's no reason. There's no logic. They're just doing

00:18:55.540 what they want to do. I want to do it. So I'm going to do it. And what Trump is saying is I

00:18:59.200 recognize that you're doing that and I'm going to use the power that I can as well. It's not just

00:19:03.280 Trump, Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows. We sat down with him on the verdict podcast just a few

00:19:07.900 weeks ago. Mark Meadows was on Maria Bartiroma show. He was asked about this Durham investigation.

00:19:15.180 That's another way to investigate the left's abuses of power and into the origins of the

00:19:20.960 Russia probe. Where did this Russia probe come from? Why was Obama's government spying on Donald

00:19:26.080 Trump? Who is going to be held to account? And Mark Meadows, we've had a lot of worries. We've

00:19:31.300 said, gosh, is, is the white house actually going to go after anybody? Is the DOJ actually going to go

00:19:35.220 after anybody? Is anyone going to be held to account for this outrageous abuse of power that took

00:19:39.860 place in 2016? And Mark Meadows says, absolutely. I think the American people expect indictments. I

00:19:47.700 know I expect indictments based on the evidence I've seen. Lindsey Graham did a good job in getting 1.00

00:19:53.160 that out. We know that they not only knew that there wasn't a case, but they continue to investigate

00:19:59.120 and spy. And yes, I use the word spy on, on Trump campaign officials and actually even doing things

00:20:07.680 when this president was, uh, was sworn in. And after that and doing it in an inappropriate manner,

00:20:13.240 you're going to see a couple of other documents come out in the coming days that will suggest that

00:20:18.460 not only was the campaign spied on, but the FBI did not act appropriately as they were investigating.

00:20:24.540 It's all starting to come unravel, uh, to unravel. And I tell you, it's time that people go to jail

00:20:30.160 and people are indicted. It's time that people go to jail. It's time that people are indicted.

00:20:37.680 Yes, that's right. People have to be held to account. This is a problem. I get the conservative

00:20:43.860 reluctance here to actually hold people like, for instance, Peter Strzok, that corrupt FBI agent who

00:20:51.260 went after Trump, who went after Michael Flynn. I get why you don't want to hold these people to

00:20:55.020 account because you don't, we don't want to acknowledge how deep the problem runs. We don't

00:20:59.340 want to acknowledge the corruption of our own government. We don't want to see these people

00:21:02.580 go to jail because we don't want to see that they've committed crimes because we want to pretend

00:21:06.160 that things are working as they should, as the constitution lays out or anywhere even close to

00:21:10.580 how the constitution lays out. But they're not, they're not. And conservatives are not going to

00:21:16.780 help the problem by putting their head in the sand and pretending it's not happening.

00:21:21.420 conservatives are not going to fix the problem by acting like cowards and refusing to do what

00:21:27.540 they are called upon to do and what they have the power to do in the moment. That's not going to be

00:21:32.380 the way forward. The way forward is going to be to actually take a risk, use your courage, stand up

00:21:38.000 for what's right. Now we're doing this, not just on the level of the FBI and the DOJ. This is happening

00:21:44.800 in the Pacific Northwest, which has been crazy town, right? That's where Chaz and Chop and the

00:21:48.940 Soviet Union are. These anarchists running wild. Well, finally, people are beginning to clean this 0.93

00:21:53.900 up. DHS is arresting anarchists in Portland. We're talking about elite forces are now coming in to

00:22:00.720 arrest these anarchists. These anarchists are not, they're not just demonstrators protesting for peace

00:22:06.500 and love on the street. These are highly organized, very dangerous, deadly anarchists and Marxists out on

00:22:14.920 the streets of Portland. And absolutely they should be arrested. They should be taken in for their

00:22:20.220 crimes. They should be dealt with. The left is furious about this. The left is furious that the

00:22:26.100 right is actually using their power to stop their radical agenda. The attorney general of Oregon is

00:22:32.700 now suing the feds for arresting violent anarchists who have taken over American cities, actually suing

00:22:40.000 them. And it's so bizarre to me that the left, whenever an American police officer does his job,

00:22:47.460 whether it's a DHS unit taking down an anarchist or just a local cop arresting a looter or arresting a

00:22:54.300 vandal or arresting a killer, the left hates that when the police do their job here in America. And yet

00:23:00.960 you look on the international scene when the government of China is arresting whole populations,

00:23:08.400 particularly the Uyghurs, arresting them, blindfolding them, handcuffing them, throwing 1.00

00:23:14.100 them on boxcars, sterilizing them, killing off their population, committing genocide slowly, 0.96

00:23:22.100 but the Chinese move slowly as they march through history, but committing genocide slowly, but surely 0.98

00:23:28.280 enough, the left doesn't care. The left doesn't care at all because China, the rise of China is part of

00:23:38.180 the left's agenda. They've been pushing for this for decades and decades. It has largely worked.

00:23:42.880 And so they look the other way when China's committing actual, what you would call human 0.52

00:23:46.400 rights abuses, committing heinous crimes against whole populations. There, they just don't care.

00:23:54.500 Actually, the Chinese ambassador to the UK, Lu Xiaoming, was asked about this question.

00:24:01.400 Finally, someone actually asks the Chinese about this question. What does he say? He totally deflects.

00:24:06.940 This is not the first time you show me. I still remember last year, you show me what is happening

00:24:12.580 in Xinjiang. In Xinjiang, exactly. But let me tell you this. Xinjiang, have you been to Xinjiang

00:24:18.580 yourself? No, I never have. You know, Xinjiang is regarded as the most beautiful place in Xinjiang.

00:24:24.040 There's a Chinese saying, you do not know how big China is. Ambassador, that is not beautiful coverage,

00:24:30.020 however, is it? You know, Xinjiang, that is exactly what I'm going to tell you. Since 1990,

00:24:36.460 Xinjiang has completely changed because there's thousands of terrorist attacks. People cannot...

00:24:42.120 That was 10 years ago. Can I ask you why people are kneeling, blindfolded and shaven and being led to

00:24:48.540 trains in modern China? What is going on there? I do not know where you get this videotape. You know,

00:24:55.260 sometimes you have a transfer of prisons and prisoners, you know, in any country.

00:25:03.320 But just what is happening here, Ambassador? I do not know. Why did you get this videoclip?

00:25:08.860 These have been going around the world. That is really spooky because he is telling you

00:25:17.340 that what you're seeing is real. By denying it, by deflecting, he's telling you that what you're

00:25:22.300 seeing is real. That footage is pretty terrifying stuff. I mean, that is truly, you know, Hitler-esque

00:25:27.820 or Stalin-esque stuff. You've got a whole population, blindfolded, shaved, being loaded onto boxcars.

00:25:32.700 And listen to how he changes his story. The interviewer says, what is this? He goes,

00:25:37.160 this is not the first time you've shown me this footage. So he's saying, I've seen this before.

00:25:43.060 Then he says, oh yeah, this region is really nice, right? He completely deflects. Oh, it's a great...

00:25:47.780 You ever been to this region? Oh, it's good. They have wonderful hot dogs. Yeah. Oh no,

00:25:51.040 they're really good. Try the iced tea when you're there. So he totally deflects. The guy says,

00:25:54.180 what are you talking about? Answer the question. He goes, well, I don't know. Where, what is this

00:25:58.700 footage? Where'd you get this footage? I don't know about this footage, but he already acknowledged

00:26:02.200 that that part's a lie because he said he's already seen it before. Then he goes, well, I don't know.

00:26:06.220 I mean, you know, look, sometimes prisoners get transferred and he doesn't say that's what this is,

00:26:10.940 right? If this were just a normal prisoner transfer, you would say, well, that's just a prisoner

00:26:15.020 transfer. But he's not saying, sometimes this happens. So he's got deniability there.

00:26:20.260 And also prisoner transfers don't happen like that, but neither here nor there. And then he says,

00:26:26.560 I don't know where you get this footage. He goes on to criticize Western intelligence.

00:26:30.200 That's China for you. That's what's been... We've known this. We've known that this is going on in 1.00

00:26:34.940 China for a long time, even as people, mostly the left in America, but some more squishy Republicans

00:26:40.760 have applauded the rise of China this entire time. If only we'd listened to that Hong Kong protester who put 0.96

00:26:48.860 it in, in simple terms, but he sums up the situation perfectly.

00:26:53.760 Donald Trump don't trust China. China is asshole. 1.00

00:26:56.840 Yep. That's about it. That sums it up. That's the whole thing. But, but the left didn't want to believe... 1.00

00:27:00.920 The left understood that China was essential to their political program of economic globalization

00:27:08.160 and broadening out governments beyond national sovereignty into international institutions. And so

00:27:14.700 that's what they've done. Elsewhere on the international scene, churches are burning all

00:27:21.580 around the West. The Cathedral of Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul in Nantes, am I pronouncing that

00:27:26.360 correctly? Was burned down over the weekend. Luckily, firefighters contained the damage, but it blew

00:27:32.200 out stained glass windows and destroyed the grand organ in the 15th century church. It's not just

00:27:39.700 going on there though. St. Joseph Church in New Haven was forced to close after it was the target of

00:27:45.260 vandalism that included satanic symbols painted on the front door. Two additional attacks were recorded

00:27:50.200 in Miami and in Colorado Springs. In Miami, a statue of Christ was toppled and beheaded. Statue of Mary was

00:27:57.940 covered up in red paint. That was all just last week. That was all just in America and this church 0.97

00:28:04.740 burning down in France. What's the explanation for that? Just another cigarette butt? Gosh, a lot of

00:28:08.980 cigarette butts flying around the West and they all seem to land on very old, historic, beautiful churches.

00:28:16.840 This happens constantly, certainly on a weekly, almost a daily basis around France, Spain, burning down

00:28:23.840 all over the place. This is not just an accident. It's not just a cigarette butt flying. It's not just

00:28:29.360 a weird quirk. It's not even unforeseen. This is a flex of power. Power by the enemies of the West.

00:28:38.600 Power that is ignored and abetted by internal enemies of the West, by the political left that

00:28:45.940 admittedly wants to destroy the West, that marches on college campuses and says, hey, hey, ho, ho,

00:28:52.040 Western Civ has got to go. That says that the West is hopelessly bigoted and terrible and evil and

00:28:59.000 caused all the problems in the world. And we need open borders just to bring people in because of 1.00

00:29:04.020 how terrible we've been to the whole world. It doesn't make a lot of sense, right? The West is

00:29:07.220 the worst place in the world. That's why we need to let everybody in. The West is terrible. We've hurt

00:29:11.500 so many people around the world. That's why we need to let them come into the West. Doesn't make a lot 1.00

00:29:16.300 of sense. Clearly they're being disingenuous somewhere in their argument, but the point is the same.

00:29:22.040 The West is under threat from a religious standpoint, from a scientific standpoint,

00:29:29.840 from a cultural standpoint, from a political standpoint. And the big threat is not just

00:29:34.500 that the West has enemies. Every civilization has enemies. The big point is that the West

00:29:38.340 no longer can defend itself. In President Trump's best speech that he's given yet,

00:29:43.740 it was not the Mount Rushmore speech, though that one was very good. It was the speech he gave in

00:29:48.120 Warsaw, where he asked a simple question. Does the West have the will to survive?

00:29:54.480 The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive? Do we have the

00:30:02.120 confidence in our values to defend them at any cost? Do we have enough respect for our citizens

00:30:08.660 to protect our borders? Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization

00:30:15.800 in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it? Do we have the will to survive?

00:30:24.180 We in this country, in this civilization of ours, mock Kanye West. We call him crazy and insane 0.99

00:30:32.040 because he expressed the will to personally survive. Because he expressed shock and horror 0.97

00:30:39.420 at his father's desire to kill him and his first while desire to kill his own daughter.

00:30:45.180 Because he recognized, even on a personal level, the will to survive. And we mock people who want 0.68

00:30:50.520 our politics to survive and our culture to survive and our whole civilization to survive. So do we have

00:30:56.080 the will? There's only one way we're going to have the will. That's if we actually exercise the power

00:30:59.760 that we have, that we can, before it's too late. These are themes that were brought up in the Flight

00:31:04.740 93 essay. Very famous essay written by Mike Anton in 2016. And people made fun of him for the Flight

00:31:11.960 93 essay. How dare you? But why did he title it that? Because that is the fundamental question.

00:31:19.720 Trump gave that speech in Warsaw because it's not even just uniquely American or uniquely French or

00:31:23.260 uniquely Italian. It is Western. Do we as a whole coherent civilization have the will 0.90

00:31:29.380 to survive? Well, right now, we are allowing people, we're allowing marauders and vandals and murderers 0.93

00:31:36.040 to run wild. And we're arresting people for defending themselves. Not a great sign. We'll get to that in one

00:31:42.860 second. That's in St. Louis with the McCloskeys. We'll get to the latest on BLM and wild accusations 0.90

00:31:49.860 of racism. And we will get to surviving the coronavirus. But first, I've got to thank you for subscribing to the

00:31:57.880 Michael Knowles Show on Apple Podcasts and to the Michael Knowles Show YouTube channel. Really

00:32:02.420 appreciate it. When you go to the YouTube channel, be sure to ring the bell and subscribe so you get

00:32:05.900 exclusive content. Post to that channel, such as the best and worst TikTok videos that I, you know,

00:32:12.500 I'm not exactly a TikTok aficionado, but my producer made me watch for some of the best. There

00:32:16.400 were one or two that were pretty good. You got to go check those out before TikTok gets banned, which

00:32:20.120 would be very, very good. Also, don't miss the next episode of Daily Wire backstage. That's coming up on

00:32:25.420 Friday, July 24th, 7 p.m. Eastern, 4 p.m. Pacific. Also, buy Ben's book. Do I have a copy? I do. I

00:32:33.560 have a copy of it right here. It's called How to Destroy America in Three Easy Steps. We are living

00:32:38.240 through it. We are living through this book right now. And Ben's book is a great way to frame and

00:32:43.380 understand what is going on. The book goes on sale Tuesday, July 21st at 6 p.m. Eastern, 3 p.m. Pacific.

00:32:49.420 Ben will be doing a virtual live signing event the day of the release with your purchase of a signed

00:32:57.160 copy. You can write in a question, which may be read and answered as he signs your book live on

00:33:01.920 the air. You can pre-order your signed copy and write in your question, dailywire.com slash Ben.

00:33:06.980 Head on over and get the reader's pass also. That's one buck for the first month, three bucks after that.

00:33:11.480 You get a lot of great stuff. Dailywire.com. We'll be right back with a lot more.

00:33:14.920 You remember the McCloskeys? That's the gun couple that I think should be the cover of the 1.00

00:33:31.520 next Brooks Brothers catalog. You know, the one with the pink polo shirt and the white chinos

00:33:34.940 standing outside of their house with their guns, just aiming at the marauders who themselves were

00:33:39.660 wielding firearms at them and destroying their property. So you might've heard the McCloskeys, 1.00

00:33:44.900 had their house searched, very likely to be indicted, very likely to be prosecuted for

00:33:51.480 defending their own house. Well, this is a very bad situation, but it's one we've come to expect

00:33:56.160 because the bad guys get away with stuff and the good guys do not. That's how our, our politics

00:34:01.980 works right now. That's how power is enforced. Well, good news. The governor in, in that state

00:34:08.960 is not Mike Parson is strongly considering giving them a pardon if they should be indicted. He made

00:34:16.700 this point while speaking on the Mark Cox morning show. Let me just be clear on this. Regardless what

00:34:23.700 the people's last name are, you're talking about the, the, the opportunity, the law to stand your

00:34:30.440 ground is what you're talking about. And the castle doctrine, which, which I helped write in the state

00:34:36.260 of Missouri, they did what they legally should do. A mob does not have the right to charge your

00:34:41.400 property or to come on your property, not knowing what the intent is. She had, they had every right

00:34:45.800 to protect their cells. Do you as governor have the power to, to pardon or commute something like

00:34:50.440 that? Oh, yo, by all means I would. And I, I don't, I think that's exactly what would happen.

00:34:57.460 Exactly what would happen. Exactly what should happen. Trump has come under fire for pardoning

00:35:01.700 Roger Stone. He was absolutely right to pardon Roger Stone, his old campaign aide who was attacked

00:35:06.560 for committing the horrible crime of working for Donald Trump. There are, there are a few places

00:35:12.320 that conservatives can exercise real power these days. We should use all of them.

00:35:16.940 Um, obviously the issue they have with the McCloskey's is McCloskey's countered the BLM

00:35:23.480 narrative. BLM narrative is they're just BLM, wonderful protesters. They're really the true

00:35:29.700 inheritors of the American dream. No violent criminals among them, not highly organized by

00:35:35.060 self-avowed trained Marxists. No, no, just grassroots, wonderful protesters. So those guys are encouraged

00:35:41.200 BLM, no matter what kind of crimes they commit. Meanwhile, if you oppose BLM, you are 0.99

00:35:46.600 destroyed, you are harassed as a racist, as a terrible person, even if, as one BLM opponent 0.99

00:35:55.680 in New York just showed us, even if you're black, a black woman came out in the middle of 1.00

00:36:00.400 this big BLM demonstration in, in New York and started to paint over the Black Lives Matter 0.93

00:36:08.220 Marxist slogan, started to paint over it and say, this is outrageous. These people don't care

00:36:13.220 about black lives. They're endangering black lives. This is terrible stuff. Uh, the authorities 1.00

00:36:17.500 were not as nice to her as they were to the BLM rioters. 0.52

00:36:21.300 They do it for black people, right? Black lives matter. Black lives matter. But you want to defund 0.99

00:36:27.840 the police for black people. You're lying. No, we're not standing for black lives matter. We want 1.00

00:36:34.240 our police refund our police. Refund our police. Y'all don't care about black lives. Get the pay. Y'all 1.00

00:36:41.760 don't care about black lives. Refund the police. Refund the police. They say black lives matter. They say black 1.00

00:36:48.500 They don't care. They don't care. They don't care. They don't care. Refund the police. Refund the police. Refund the police. They don't care about black lives. They all for the sake of black people. De Blasio doesn't care about black people. 0.99

00:37:06.780 She's just covering it up in this paint. And she's just, cops are grabbing her. Cops are pulling her up. One cop goes down because she's, she's a little tougher, you know. This is a chilling scene. This could be out of some kind of dystopian novel or movie. Because what we've seen for the past three weeks is that if you knock down windows, 0.99

00:37:33.540 pull down statues, burn buildings, spray paint BLM on anything you want, burn down police stations, 0.85

00:37:41.060 you won't be met with resistance. You will be permitted to do it. Mainstream media, even the cops at the behest of the civil authority will let you do it. But the minute, the minute you contradict that narrative,

00:37:55.400 even if you're a black woman, the minute you do that, you will be taken into custody. Those cops, 1.00

00:38:03.120 they didn't let her, they didn't let her go too long before they grabbed her and tried to pull her in. 0.98

00:38:08.620 And she, which is the point she's making. She's saying BLM is trying to defund the police. The police

00:38:12.040 are saving a lot of black people in these bad neighborhoods. You, you're, you are killing black 1.00

00:38:16.660 people by doing this. You are permitting the death of black people by doing this. You were doing exactly 1.00

00:38:20.720 the opposite of what you say you're doing. I can't let that message get out. I don't even blame these cops.

00:38:26.660 I blame the civil authority and the culture that's enforcing it. That's making these cops act against

00:38:30.880 this woman, but not against the BLM rioters. That is what power looks like. And that's the kind of 1.00

00:38:38.240 hidden power that you don't, you don't see it on the news. You don't see it all the time.

00:38:42.600 And it's not in our laws or our constitution, but that's the reality. If you, if you push the leftist

00:38:48.480 narrative, you can get away with murder in many cases, literally. And if you oppose the leftist

00:38:53.720 narrative, you're not even permitted your own free speech. And you're, you're certainly not permitted

00:38:58.780 the kind of a more expressive speech, including painting over murals and things like that,

00:39:05.100 that the left is always permitted on this BLM issue too. I can't believe, I cannot believe

00:39:09.640 I've got to defend Marco Rubio, but I do. Marco Rubio got in trouble over the weekend.

00:39:15.140 Marco Rubio tweeted out. So John Lewis, who was a democratic congressman and he was part of the

00:39:20.920 civil rights movement. He died. He was older man. So, you know, it wasn't, this was not totally

00:39:25.480 unexpected. Rubio tweeted out, it was an honor to know and be blessed to serve in Congress with

00:39:29.720 John Lewis, a genuine and historic American hero. But the issue is he tweeted out a photo,

00:39:35.720 not of John Lewis, but of Elijah Cummings. It was another black congressman who actually died

00:39:41.040 not, not too long ago. And so Marco Rubio, and so he's this genuine hero. I love John Lewis. He's

00:39:47.520 the greatest guy, but he doesn't even know who John Lewis is. And he tweets out a photo of a different

00:39:50.680 guy. This was widely considered to be a racism and Rubio got in trouble for it and he had to

00:39:55.700 apologize. I actually have to defend Rubio a little bit here. I'm not totally defending him

00:40:00.980 and we'll get to how I'm not defending him in a moment, but I do have to point out it is not

00:40:06.800 necessarily racist to confuse two people of the same race who happen to look like each other.

00:40:14.320 Okay. We're talking about two guys, Elijah Cummings and John Lewis, who had the same job.

00:40:20.040 They were of the same race. They were of the same political party. They were roughly the same height.

00:40:24.880 They were roughly the same build. They were both bald. They both had the same haircut, right?

00:40:30.920 John Lewis was a bit older, but he looked young for his age. And Elijah Cummings was a bit younger,

00:40:35.340 but he looked older for his age. And that's why perhaps you might notice that Elijah Cummings

00:40:39.840 pre-deceased John Lewis, right? It's not, it's not as though Marco Rubio confused John Lewis with

00:40:46.540 Denzel Washington. Okay. That might have some more racial questions associated, but these are two guys

00:40:51.520 who did look relatively similar. It's not, if you were to confuse Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley,

00:40:57.300 as I always do, if you put Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley in front of me, I could not tell you

00:41:00.980 which is which. That's not racist, right? It's not racist against white ladies. Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek, 1.00

00:41:08.340 nobody knows which is which. They look very, very similar. Felicity Jones and Amelia Clark,

00:41:14.000 nobody could pick out which one is which. They look very similar. It's not, that's not a racism

00:41:19.100 necessarily. Now the, the issue with Marco Rubio's tweet here, of course, is that what it revealed when

00:41:26.220 he couldn't tell which was Elijah Cummings and which was John Lewis, what it revealed is that he was

00:41:30.660 just pandering. And this is what the, the American right does all the time. They, they're so afraid of

00:41:37.400 being called racists, that they, they want to glom onto the civil rights movement of the 1960s.

00:41:44.060 Even though we're talking about something that happened many, many years ago that very few people

00:41:48.400 alive today. I mean, John Lewis, who was a young man during the civil rights movement, he just died,

00:41:51.980 right? There are very few people alive today who had any direct connection to that movement,

00:41:55.160 but everybody wants to claim the mantle of that movement, especially conservatives, because they're so

00:41:59.500 afraid of being called racist. The left is going to call you racist anyway. So if it's not genuine,

00:42:04.660 as clearly it is not in Marco Rubio's case, then you just come out looking ridiculous and then you

00:42:09.520 have to walk it back and apologize and tweet out the right picture too. Because conservatives are 0.97

00:42:14.500 so afraid of being called racist. Hey, guess what? If you're not racist, then don't worry about being

00:42:17.760 called racist. They're going to call you racist anyway. There's this woman, Jamil something or

00:42:21.620 other. She's a leftist blue check mark on Twitter. She said, if you vote for Donald Trump,

00:42:25.320 you are a racist and that's it. A lot of people were responding angrily to this and the conservatives got 0.92

00:42:30.360 really angry. I didn't get angry because I know that that's what the left thinks. It's not just

00:42:36.360 what that woman thinks. That woman is not just some kook. Okay. That woman is, is representing what 1.00

00:42:42.960 I would say the broad coalition of leftists believe, which is that if you vote for Trump, 0.94

00:42:49.540 or if you're a conservative, you're a Republican, you are racist. In fact, they tell you, they tell you

00:42:54.460 explicitly if you're white, you're racist. And just necessarily, if you're born white, you have to be a 0.83

00:42:58.760 racist person. Now I know that isn't the case. You know, that isn't the case. We all know we're

00:43:04.200 not, no one's racist, right? We're not, none of us are racists. So why worry about what the left is

00:43:10.740 going to call you when they're going to call you that anyway? That is one way that they flex their

00:43:15.340 power. Well, you're not going to be able to counter that by yelling until you're blue in the face or

00:43:21.380 trying to prove them wrong. They don't care if they're wrong. It's not about an argument. It's not about

00:43:24.940 logic. That's just a cudgel. That's just an imposition of their will on you. The quicker

00:43:29.980 conservatives wake up to that, the better. We should oppose actual bigotry because that's wrong.

00:43:35.900 Because as we've mentioned on this show before, racism, in so much as that word still has a meaning,

00:43:41.440 racism is an affront to human dignity because man is made in the image of God and we have a common

00:43:46.020 ancestor in this human solidarity. That's it. Simple as that. You don't need to make a big thing about it.

00:43:51.140 You don't need to like tweet out all this black squares or to prove that. Move on. The left actually 0.99

00:43:55.700 doesn't even care about that. Move on and hit the left where it will matter. Stop trying to win an

00:44:02.500 argument that the left isn't even really having. It's the only, it's the only way you're going to

00:44:07.920 get anywhere in this whole thing. And by the way, once the race thing stops working, they're just going

00:44:12.040 to hit you from another angle. Okay. So Chris Wallace in this, uh, in this interview with the

00:44:18.380 president, he moved, so he moves, he's moving topic to topic. He's an excellent interviewer.

00:44:23.440 He knows how to move this thing along. And Chris Wallace, then when, when Trump answers his questions

00:44:28.580 on power and how he's using power, he moves back to the coronavirus and he talks about how the

00:44:36.100 coronavirus cases are exploding and Trump is being irresponsible. Testing is up 37%.

00:44:43.740 Well, that's good. I understand cases are up 194%. It isn't just the testing has gone up.

00:44:51.740 It's that the virus has spread. The positivity rate has increased there. Many of those cases,

00:44:57.540 many of those cases are young people that would heal in a day. They have the sniffles and we put

00:45:03.280 it down as a test. Many of them don't forget, I guess it's like 99.7%. People are going to get

00:45:11.020 better. And in many cases, they're going to get better very quickly. We go out and we look. And

00:45:15.960 then on the news, look, if you go back to the news, all of your, even your wonderful competitors,

00:45:20.240 you'll see cases are up. Well, cases are up. Many of those cases shouldn't even be cases.

00:45:26.260 Cases are up because we have the best testing in the world and we have the most testing. No country

00:45:31.120 has ever done what we've done in terms of testing. We are the envy of the world. They call and they say

00:45:37.080 the most incredible job anybody's done is our job on testing.

00:45:42.060 Great point. Chris Wallace says the cases are exploding. Trump says, who cares? The cases are

00:45:46.700 exploding. What you're supposed to care about is how many people are dying from it, what the death

00:45:50.160 rate is. If you're, you know, we're, we've already been told we're not going to stop the virus. So

00:45:54.520 the virus is going to spread. Fauci even admitted we're not going to get herd immunity even with a

00:45:58.740 vaccine. So the thing is going to spread. What are you going to do? You just got to make sure

00:46:02.800 you're managing it relatively well, which we are. Chris Wallace doesn't have an answer for that.

00:46:07.780 I noticed this. The New York times does this all the time. They, they, they have these articles,

00:46:11.200 a virus walks into a bar as communities open up. It's becoming increasingly clear that the indoor

00:46:15.720 bar scene is uniquely suited to transmission of COVID. Oh no, that's terrible. In Louisiana,

00:46:20.500 at least a hundred people tested positive for the virus after visiting bars. By the way,

00:46:24.680 they never had these articles about the riots that took place three weeks ago where hundreds of

00:46:28.420 thousands of people met up, right? That you're not allowed to ask about that,

00:46:30.800 but the bars, a hundred people tested positive. At several Florida, in Florida, several bars are the

00:46:36.700 source of large outbreaks. In Jacksonville beach, 16 friends went to a pub and then they all tested

00:46:41.600 positive for COVID. So you hear all this, they're meeting up, they're meeting up and they're all

00:46:44.600 testing positive. Okay. So what happens? So what it, so they got, okay, they tested positive and then,

00:46:54.060 and then nothing. And then they're fine. Then they're totally fine. Because if they weren't fine,

00:47:00.020 if they had died, God forbid, or something serious had happened, then the New York times would have

00:47:05.360 written about it, but it's just this scare mongering, this fear mongering. People see that

00:47:08.780 headline and they stay home. And that, that is a very effective power flex. Chris Cuomo on CNN,

00:47:13.980 same thing. Three, he brings in three young people who, you know, they went out, they went to bars,

00:47:18.660 they thought they were invincible to COVID and then they caught it. And then they recovered and

00:47:24.860 they're fine. And they're on CNN. Seven workers at a Florida bar and a group of 16 friends who

00:47:30.940 were out for a night of fun, all tested positive for coronavirus. Erica Crisp was one of them. She's

00:47:37.300 been sick for a week, but she's here along with two of those friends, Kat Layton and Dara. Is it

00:47:43.120 sweet or sweat? Sweat. All right. Good to have you. Now, I don't want any of you to sweat. This is not

00:47:49.520 one of these sessions. I'm happy that you are feeling better. You're young. Thank God you didn't

00:47:55.140 get hit the way I did. I just wanted to quickly give each of you a chance to share how you now feel

00:48:01.080 after this experience. Erica, starting with you. I know nobody had masks. It was crowded in there,

00:48:06.960 just like a normal bar. Why did you think it was okay to do it that way? And what do you think now?

00:48:12.820 Why did you think it was okay? Did you think it was okay? Because all of us, including me who had

00:48:16.980 coronavirus, we're all completely fine and we're talking about it on TV. Oh, wait, wait a second.

00:48:21.780 Whoops. I think I just undercut my own argument there. Yep. They're fine, right? All four of them

00:48:26.660 are totally fine. Chris Cuomo was on TV while he had coronavirus. So this woman was sick for a week.

00:48:31.440 Yeah. Okay. People get sick for a week, for a week. Okay. That's fine. Are you fine? Yeah,

00:48:34.620 you're fine. They're not even, they're not even making the argument that this was disastrous for

00:48:38.600 them. They just, they just insinuate. It's just pushing this cloud of fear, not based on science,

00:48:46.260 not based on anything like that. Last point on this issue of power. Last night, a gunman who was

00:48:53.420 dressed as a FedEx delivery man shot the husband and the son of a federal judge, Esther Salas,

00:49:01.380 at their New Jersey home. Killed the son. Horrible story. Salas was in the basement. She was not

00:49:06.920 injured. The shooter couldn't find her. The motive is unknown, according to NBC and ABC. This judge

00:49:13.600 was assigned a case on Jeffrey Epstein's finances five days ago. Is that a coincidence? I don't

00:49:22.000 think this shooting was just a random incident. I don't think you dress up as a FedEx delivery man

00:49:26.620 and go in and target a federal judge and try to kill her entire family if it's just a random 0.99

00:49:33.160 whoopsie daisy, random, senseless act of killing. Seems to me a lot of people around Jeffrey Epstein 0.98

00:49:39.760 wind up dead, including Jeffrey Epstein. That's just one case. One bizarre example of a place where

00:49:47.160 a lot of powerful people are connected to this one guy and things just keep going wrong. It's an

00:49:51.180 example where regardless of what you think about the whole Epstein thing, there's so many theories

00:49:54.920 on what happened and nobody knows the truth yet. And maybe never will know the truth. But we do know

00:49:59.480 there's a lot of power there. There's a lot of exercises of power going on.

00:50:04.760 There are some people trying to exercise power to cover up the truth. There are some people trying

00:50:10.460 to exercise power to take away your freedoms. There are some people trying to exercise power

00:50:14.860 to dismantle your government and your civilization. Same way we say the only way to stop a bad guy with

00:50:20.580 a gun is a good guy with a gun. The only way to stop a bad politician exercising political power

00:50:25.300 is to have we the people come in and exercise political power. That's the only way we're going to

00:50:30.980 do it. Are we willing to do it? Do we have the will to survive? We will see. I'm Michael Knowles.
