00:00:42.440 like it was going to finalize and clinch for Trump, it all stopped for some reason. It all just it all

00:00:48.720 just stopped. People stopped counting the votes. Everyone went home for the night. We didn't go home

00:00:53.840 for the night. We were all still watching. All of you were still up and watching. And yet for some

00:00:58.360 reason, the people counting the votes in key counties around this country, I don't know,

00:04:01.500 a slim margin. I'll just, let's just go through the states that matter right now. So for some reason,

00:04:06.340 they still have not called Georgia for president Trump early on, it was clear that Georgia was for

00:04:12.040 Trump. Now it may, I guess it seems less clear. Uh, Trump still has a commanding 104,000 vote lead

00:04:19.740 there with 92% of the estimated votes reported and, and, and he's up very significantly. I have no idea

00:04:28.120 why they're not calling Georgia yet. Uh, the same thing goes for North Carolina. Trump is up almost

00:04:33.640 a hundred thousand votes in North Carolina, pretty commanding lead for some reason. They won't call

00:04:39.240 that there either. It was so clear on election night that the country was going for Trump in a

00:04:45.160 decisive way. And then it all stopped. Arizona right now seems to be the opposite sort of situation.

00:04:51.460 Biden does appear to have a commanding lead in Arizona. Nobody is really questioning those results

00:04:57.240 right now, but some of the other States people are questioning pretty significantly right now.

00:05:01.820 Joe Biden is up less than 8,000, fewer than 8,000 votes in Nevada. It's incredibly tight right now.

00:05:10.080 Uh, Nevada is, uh, it would be very helpful to president Trump's reelection, Wisconsin.

00:05:25.860 or 10,000 votes. Joe Biden has that narrow, narrow lead in Wisconsin. Again, that didn't

00:05:31.780 look that way last night, but now that we're all waking up this morning, it would appear that way.

00:05:36.740 Michigan right now, uh, which was for Trump when I, when I woke up is now separated by 12,000 votes,

00:05:44.820 12,000 votes, basically unheard of just that slim margin for Joe Biden in Pennsylvania. Trump has a

00:05:53.140 commanding lead. Good. Trump is up, uh, 600,000 votes in Pennsylvania with 76% of estimated votes

00:06:00.260 reported. And yet they won't call it for Trump. They won't call it for Trump because if Trump has

00:06:05.320 Pennsylvania, if he has North Carolina, if he has Georgia puts them in a very good place, he still

00:06:09.300 probably has to win, uh, Wisconsin or Michigan, but puts them in a very, very strong position.

00:06:15.600 They won't call those Trump states. And there, there seems to be some irregularities going on

00:06:21.280 in other places as well. Even liberal outlets admitted that it was weird last night when they

00:06:27.600 stopped counting the votes. Uh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania suspended the scanning of mail-in

00:06:32.380 ballots, uh, last night. And they, they said that they were going to postpone it until 10 AM local

00:06:38.940 time. Unheard of. That was according to NBC. Fulton, Georgia stopped counting mail-in ballots

00:06:44.560 after a burst water pipe delayed the counting of about 50,000 ballots. That was according to the

00:06:50.400 New York times burst water pipe. You don't say, did your dog eat the mail-in ballots too?

00:06:55.620 Joe Biden, because he had to get to bed, he was probably already in bed before, but he got out,

00:06:59.420 uh, last night about, I don't know, what was it about our time? Maybe, uh, 11 o'clock or earlier,

00:07:04.020 even, uh, Joe Biden comes on stage, very positive, very hopeful. And to my mind, a little too confident.

00:07:29.680 We knew because of the unprecedented early vote and the mail-in vote, that it's going to take a

00:07:56.000 By the way, that's, that's not true. What he just said. Well, I'm sure he is feeling good. And I

00:08:01.700 think he's got a lot of reason to feel good. For instance, the attorney general of Pennsylvania

00:08:05.140 promised him that he would win the state before election day, promised it to him. Isn't that

00:08:10.340 odd? A man who is going to be involved in some of the litigation surrounding Pennsylvania,

00:08:16.340 an elected official in that state promising him that state. Joe Biden said that it's not over until

00:08:24.220 all the votes are counted. That may end up being true, but that ought not to be true according to

00:08:29.220 the rules. Because what if I vote after election day? What if I vote two days after election day?

00:08:34.160 What if I vote in December, Christmas Eve? I decided, you know, I think I'm going to vote for

00:08:37.180 Trump today. Is that vote going to be counted? No, you have to vote on time. But unfortunately the

00:08:44.020 Supreme court blew up those sorts of deadlines. And now even worse than that, we're in a situation

00:08:49.620 where in Pennsylvania, the votes may not even have to be postmarked. There's a world in which

00:08:56.140 they could just find, I don't know, 10,000 votes. That's pretty slim margins in these places.

00:09:02.060 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 votes. If the postmark is smudged, if it's unclear what the postmark is,

00:09:09.460 they could just count those votes. We know that there have been irregular elections before this

00:09:13.640 happened, notably a number of years ago with Al Franken before he got booted out of the Senate. But

00:09:18.960 when he was brought into the Senate, all, it looked like the Republicans were winning on election

00:09:23.800 night. And all of a sudden, a couple hundred thousand mail-in votes just show up. They,

00:09:28.880 they go overwhelmingly implausibly. Some pundits have suggested statistically impossibly for the

00:09:37.020 Democrat. And then the Democrat wins the race and Republicans rolled over in that case.

00:09:42.800 Joe Biden seemed very, very confident. President Trump seemed less confident when he walked in

00:09:48.220 to give his speech. He, he didn't seem happy. Now, by the way, Joe Biden gave his speech much

00:09:53.320 earlier than, than Donald Trump did. President Trump walks in and gave a speech at 2.30 in the

00:09:58.580 morning. This is a 74 year old man who had coronavirus, what, two weeks ago? And, and he came

00:10:03.840 in and he gave his speech and he, he said, as he predicted, as we predicted on this show,

00:10:10.540 this is going to the courts. And did I predict this new, did I say this? I've been saying this

00:10:16.720 from the day I heard they were going to send out tens of millions of ballots. I said exactly

00:10:22.280 because either they were going to win or if they didn't win, they'll take us to court for the good

00:10:29.140 of this nation. This is a very big moment. This is a major fraud in our nation. We want the law to be

00:10:37.620 used in a proper manner. So we'll be going to the U.S. Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop.

00:10:47.000 We don't want them to find any ballots at four o'clock in the morning and add them to the list.

00:10:53.560 Okay. It's, it's a very sad, it's a very sad moment. To me, this is a very sad moment. And

00:11:01.120 we will win this. And we, as far as I'm concerned, we already have won. So I just want to thank you.

00:11:09.640 There it is. There is the line that's, that's getting president Trump in trouble. I want to go

00:11:15.160 through because there are people who are attacking him for this, even on the right. We had a little

00:11:19.800 disagreement on the daily wire set last night about, about what to make of this statement.

00:11:30.280 president just said there. And I know that's, that's some of the things that he said, oh,

00:11:34.780 they're, they make us feel a little squeamish. He's already getting fact checked. They're calling

00:11:38.480 him a liar. I don't think that he, he said a single lie in that statement, but in, in the terms of the

00:11:45.880 Facebook fact checkers, it requires context. Fine. I'm more than happy to give that context. You know,

00:13:52.100 big fraud being perpetrated on the American people. That is true. He's being fact checked for it because

00:13:57.600 they're saying, well, we don't know if the election is fraudulent. We don't know if there are fraudulent

00:14:01.720 votes right now in Pennsylvania or in Wisconsin or in Michigan or Nevada, who knows? That's not the

00:14:08.120 point. Last night, the election was going for Trump. The left had already set the stage for this

00:14:13.240 because they, I guess, suspected that nobody was going to vote for that doddering old crook.

00:14:19.620 Even though they had the advantage of early voting and mail-in voting before, before the second

00:14:23.740 presidential debate, before the New York post story showing the Biden family corruption, even before

00:14:29.600 that, I think the left thought, gosh, maybe we're not going to win this thing. So we need to set the

00:14:33.220 stage. We'll say it's a red mirage. Trump's going to win on election night and then we're going to keep

00:14:36.760 on counting. We're going to keep on counting until we win. That's the language you heard from Joe Biden.

00:14:41.280 He said, whenever you vote is counted, then we're going to win. You heard this from Josh Shapiro, the

00:14:46.020 crooked AG of Pennsylvania, obviously deeply corrupt man. He said, when all the votes are counted, Biden's

00:14:53.200 going to win. How are you so sure, attorney general? Do you know something that we don't know? The fraud

00:14:57.900 that was perpetrated last night was that important counties in this country stopped counting. Why did

00:15:03.880 they stop? I don't know. I guess one place where they had a, they had a water problem. I don't know. Some

00:15:08.680 water was coming out. It was a pipe per se, whatever. Anyway, see in 10 hours, unheard of. Have you heard

00:15:15.400 of that happening in presidential races, particularly close presidential races? The problem with stopping

00:15:21.640 that kind of counting in those places is it gives the opportunity for fraud. It at least gives the

00:15:28.340 image of fraud, the suspicion of fraud. And we know that there have been elections in this country's

00:15:34.940 history where ballots magically appear, where unsuspected, unexpected ballots magically appear. That is a

00:15:42.860 fraud. What president Trump said, there is a fraud being proved. That's the fraud. At the very least, all the

00:15:48.040 fact checkers, we can all agree that is going on. Then president Trump came to his controversial line. He

00:15:55.840 said, I think we're going to win. As far as I'm concerned, we already have. Some people are split on. We were

00:16:02.860 split on the daily wire set about this last night. I think it's absolutely fine to make that statement.

00:16:07.860 Now, we don't know if he's won yet. Even taking the fraud question out of it, the later election fraud or

00:16:15.900 their fraudulent votes being counted, we don't know that he's won yet. But the qualifier, as far as I'm

00:16:21.360 concerned, is an important qualifier here. Joe Biden also said, I think we're on the path to victory. I

00:16:26.580 think we're looking good when all the votes are counted. We're going to win. He said all that kind of

00:16:28.900 stuff. President Trump says it, and he says a little more strongly, that's a big deal.

00:16:32.860 As far as I'm concerned, we've already won. The reason that I will defend this, even though we

00:16:36.540 don't know for certain if he's already won, is because you have to look at the context of this

00:16:43.660 election. You want to add context, Facebook? Let's add context. The reason to object to that

00:16:48.740 statement is if we lived in a world in which people had full faith in these poll counters,

00:16:54.640 in the mainstream media that's reporting it, in the elected officials who are going to be governing

00:17:00.020 this election, in the deep state, the administrative state that's involved, if we had faith in those,

00:17:07.560 if we could trust those, if those had credibility, then I would say, okay, back off. Maybe we'll just

00:17:13.120 wait and see. Hold your breath. We'll wait and see. But they don't have any credibility. And it's not

00:17:16.820 just me who doesn't believe in them. Nobody believes in them. The pollsters completely,

00:17:20.900 completely humiliated themselves last night. The mainstream media completely humiliated themselves

00:17:25.060 last night, the legacy media. So they, they have no credibility whatsoever. You had officials in

00:17:32.120 these states, people involved in the election with the hashtag resist on their Twitter account. Well,

00:17:37.620 that doesn't sound great. You had allegations of irregularities going on much earlier. You had an

00:17:42.860 issue of mail-in voting. A local affiliate in Philadelphia did an experiment, sent out a hundred

00:17:47.400 mail-in ballots to a dummy PO box. They got two birthday cards, which means the wires got crossed

00:17:51.800 somewhere and three ballots went missing. Three percent sure can swing an election, especially

00:17:55.900 when we're talking about numbers, the likes of which we're talking about here. That's not a good

00:18:00.220 sign. You have the problem of widespread unsolicited mail-in ballots, unprecedented in this country's

00:18:05.660 history. People say there's no evidence that that leads to fraud. There can't be evidence. It's never

00:18:09.860 happened. We've never had that system before. Obviously open to fraud. You had, you had claims of people

00:18:15.940 getting ballots for their dead pets and certainly for dead relatives. You, you heard stories of

00:18:22.460 ballots going missing. Jeremy Boring's ballot went missing, I believe here in California.

00:18:27.940 Obviously open to abuse. And then you have the pièce de résistance, the cherry on top of the sundae.

00:18:35.620 They stop the freaking counting. Why? I don't know. Maybe Trump's numbers were just looking too good.

00:18:48.000 They wouldn't call states. The, the, the left wing and the legacy media wouldn't call Florida. Trump

00:18:52.980 was up by about a zillion points in Florida. What's the final tally? He's up almost 400,000 votes in

00:18:58.740 Florida with 96% of estimated votes reported. They still wouldn't call it. It was so clear early on

00:19:03.880 that we flipped congressional districts in that state for goodness sakes.

00:19:06.900 So it looks a little suspicious and what, and you had a narrative being pushed out by the

00:19:16.300 establishment media, by the administrative government, by bureaucrats, by establishment

00:19:21.480 left-wing politicians, all being pushed by big technology, which was censoring the president,

00:19:29.160 suppressing conservative views. And what president Trump did was counter that narrative.

00:19:34.400 Joe Biden doesn't have to do that. He can walk out there tickety boo. He can say, yes,

00:19:40.680 I feel confident about how we're doing. He doesn't have to say that because he's got an entire system

00:19:45.220 working for him to push the narrative that he already won, even though there is zero evidence

00:19:50.440 that he already won zilch nada and a lot of evidence to the contrary. So you've got that entire

00:19:56.800 apparatus pushing Biden's, the pro Biden message. And you got one dude named Donald Trump pushing his

00:20:03.120 message, trying to counter that narrative from deeply corrupt institutions with no credibility

00:20:08.300 whatsoever. So yeah, I'm going to give him a little bit of grace. I'm going to give him the

00:20:12.040 opportunity to make that argument. The election isn't over yet. I'm not claiming the election is

00:20:16.900 over yet. I don't, I don't think president Trump is claiming it either. He was making a narrative

00:20:22.580 point. He says, as far as I'm concerned, we have one. We'll see. We're going to the Supreme Court.

00:20:26.900 We're going to stop some of these irregularities, but let's even, let's just grant that. Sure. He

00:20:31.420 went a little far. He made an extreme statement. Uh, okay. You've got every single mouthpiece in the

00:20:37.880 world pushing Biden propaganda, totally dubious, if not outright dishonest Biden propaganda.

00:20:43.680 And you've got Donald Trump and there are many conservatives or will undercut Donald Trump on

00:20:47.700 this. Fine. That's their prerogative, but you got this guy alone basically. And he's the one doing it.

00:23:06.400 Pennsylvania. And I think people are going to be rightly very skeptical if all of a sudden Biden's,

00:23:13.080 or Trump's commanding lead rather, goes to Biden. People are going to be very, very skeptical.

00:23:18.740 All right. What's the update on the numbers? I'm going to take a quick pause to update on the numbers

00:23:21.920 and we'll get back to this absolutely crooked system that is working overtime against Trump.

00:23:27.200 Because don't forget, Trump wasn't supposed to win in 2016. He wasn't supposed to win.

00:23:31.380 And then he did proving all of these statisticians and social scientists and, and liberal elites,

00:23:39.000 proving them all to be complete fools in 2016. And they spent four years trying to overturn it.
