There's a lot to get to today. A major Supreme Court ruling on religious liberty,
00:00:06.000
some shocking new evidence presented at a Pennsylvania hearing over potential election
00:00:10.920
fraud. But all of that pales in comparison to the most important news story that the mainstream
00:00:16.800
media are bringing to you, Joe Biden's cat. And now some breaking news. President-elect
00:00:24.600
Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, won't just be bringing their German shepherds, major and champ,
00:00:30.120
to the White House. The Bidens tell us exclusively that soon they'll be joined by a cat.
00:00:37.320
By the way, the real reason that Joe Biden needs a cat is that his dog is threatening his life and
00:00:43.120
breaking his bones. That is true. Not a very auspicious start for the alleged Biden presidency.

I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:00:54.600
Welcome back to the show. My favorite comment from last Wednesday, it has been so long. I hope you
00:01:05.880
all had a happy Thanksgiving and are having a very happy Cyber Monday. I hope you're getting
00:01:11.860
Daily Wire subscriptions on Cyber Monday. But my favorite comment from last Wednesday,
00:01:16.300
from Christoph Rodriguez, who says Biden is going to replace his, come on, man,
00:01:20.620
with Ay Caramba. It's true. Ay Caramba or Desposito, because he's going to have to get
00:01:25.500
his numbers up among Latino voters, among black voters, among a whole lot of voters. He's doing
00:01:30.560
very well among dead voters, but among other sorts of voters, it's a sort of up in the air.

00:01:47.440
With everything that's going on here is a great way to ensure the focus remains on your family
00:01:52.360
this holiday season. So many of us have irreplaceable moments on tapes and film
00:01:57.200
that we can no longer watch. This, this happened to me and I'll give you a very sad example.
00:02:02.580
A beloved family member who died, I had all of these photographs in one place and then I lost them
00:02:08.260
and I lost them before I had Legacy Box. Fortunately, I did find some more photos,
00:02:12.680
immediately sent them to Legacy Box. I'm so glad that they are now preserved forever.
00:02:16.580
They can help you discover what's on all those tapes and films. Maybe you don't even know what's
00:02:20.480
on them anymore and keep the footage organized and safe for years to come. Once you have those
00:02:24.880
digital versions, you can relax knowing they're secure for generations. Legacy Box is something
00:02:29.400
you can order in minutes and enjoy forever. This is the best deal of the year right now.

00:02:45.980
things I did last year. This exclusive offer won't last long. Order your kit now. They send
00:02:50.560
it to you whenever you're ready. It is a sale to remember. 60% off while supplies last. Go
00:02:55.900
to LegacyBox.com slash Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S. Lots of those relatives who may have passed on
00:03:04.000
to remember, some of whom may have voted in the presidential election. And yet the story
00:03:08.080
that we're hearing from the mainstream media is about Joe Biden's pets. This is the kind
00:03:13.080
of hard hitting journalism that you can expect if Joe Biden does in fact ascend to the presidency,
00:03:19.660
which very likely we'll know within a couple of weeks when the electors vote on December
00:03:23.820
14th. But the cat story actually does have a serious aspect to it, which is that Joe Biden
00:03:29.580
has some dogs and he was playing with his dogs and he had a fall. And if he were a younger
00:03:35.600
man, that wouldn't be a big deal. But because he's exceedingly frail and elderly, this fall was
00:03:42.600
very, very serious. As NBC News reports, Joe Biden just left an orthopedic office in Delaware
00:03:48.220
where he was treated for a sprained right ankle after this fall on Saturday. It looks like he's
00:03:53.060
got a fracture in his, in his foot. And so probably the cat is a little bit more his speed than the
00:04:00.140
dog. This is very sad. I'm actually, I'm not making fun of Joe Biden. I do not wish him ill. I do not
00:04:05.220
wish him broken bones. I think it is very sad for him. And it's very sad for the country that
00:04:12.460
potentially we will have a frail president who is not up for the job, who should be in retirement
00:04:21.440
after 50 years of living off public corruption. That would be much, much better.
00:04:29.260
However, president Trump responding to this, by the way, he tweets that he just says, get well soon.
00:04:36.420
You know, Trump, I guess it's a nice thing for him to say, but what he's pointing out is I'm very
00:04:41.300
energetic. My opponent is frail and elderly. That is the point that he's making. He has been making
00:04:47.760
this point for a very long time. He's been making it ever since he said he was a young and vibrant
00:04:51.540
man. Which of these guys is the president elect? We don't know. According to the media,
00:04:56.660
Joe Biden is basically already the president. Forget about the inauguration. Forget about the
00:05:01.280
electors voting. The guy's already in office. And according to Trump supporters, a great many of
00:05:05.800
them, something like 71%, the election was illegitimate. The election was stolen. And a
00:05:11.000
great many of those people think that president Trump is the president elect. We have something like
00:05:16.640
Schrodinger's cat. We have Schrodinger's president. We are in a state of quantum politics where both of
00:05:24.260
these guys simultaneously appear to be the president elect. Schrodinger's cat, for those of
00:05:29.020
you who don't remember all the way back to eighth grade, when this science thought experiment was
00:05:33.720
brought up to us, it is this, this thought experiment whereby you've got a cat in a box
00:05:38.900
and you've got a poison that will be released based on a random quantum event. And without going too much
00:05:46.860
into the scientific theory that I don't even really understand myself, the question is when does a
00:05:53.600
quantum system stop existing as this super position of states, all these multiple states at one time
00:05:59.240
and collapse into one distinct reality? When does it stop being the case that Joe Biden and Donald Trump
00:06:05.260
are both the president elect, according to a great many people in the country, both of these
00:06:09.960
probabilities existing at once, when does it collapse into who will be the president? Well, if you ask
00:06:17.760
president Trump, I guess it would be December 14th, except he was just asked by a reporter
00:06:23.540
if the electors vote for Joe Biden on December 14th, will you concede? His answer, a little ambiguous.
00:06:32.220
It's going to be a very hard thing to concede because we know there was massive fraud.
00:06:36.880
So as to whether or not I can get this apparatus moving this quickly,
00:06:41.820
because time isn't on our side, everything else is on our side. Facts are on our side.
00:06:47.480
This was a massive fraud. This should never take place in this country. We're like a third world
00:06:52.900
country. We have machines that nobody knows what the hell they're looking at. I mean, you take a look
00:06:57.180
at all the mistakes they made. Look at even Georgia, look at all the mistakes they made. And that all that
00:07:01.580
was is a simple. You press a button. Look at look at Georgia. All the all the votes they found just
00:07:07.220
by going. And I said they shouldn't even do it because it doesn't mean anything. They're doing
00:07:11.960
a recount right now in Georgia that is meaningless. The only recount that matters in Georgia is to look
00:07:18.300
at the signatures on the envelope and you will find that those signatures do not match the people
00:07:23.360
that were many of them, hundreds of thousands of them, hundreds of thousands. And I only lost by 12,000
00:07:28.720
votes. I didn't lose. I didn't even like to say I lose. Okay. So you, you see the point here,
00:07:33.820
President Trump saying, I don't know, it's a hard thing to concede. Now, I don't think that
00:07:37.440
President Trump is going to declare a military dictatorship, you know, and martial law if the
00:07:43.760
electors vote for Biden on December 14th, but he's not conceding yet, nor should he. According to the
00:07:50.020
media, it's clear Donald Trump lost. He lost by a lot. Oh, there's not too much evidence of fraud.
00:07:56.620
Oh, forget about Georgia. Forget about Pennsylvania. That's all bunk. There is a lot
00:08:02.920
of evidence of what we call irregularities. And maybe we should use a harsher term even than
00:08:09.280
irregularities. There was no reason, if everything was above board, there was no reason to stop the
00:08:16.320
vote counting at 1030 at night on election night in certain highly democratic, democratically
00:08:24.000
controlled precincts. Okay. There was no reason to do that. There was especially no reason as we saw
00:08:29.300
in Georgia to then surreptitiously restart the counting at one in the morning when there were
00:08:34.560
no poll watchers around whatsoever. There was no reason for the democratic run machine cities to
00:08:41.000
prevent Republican poll watchers from watching the count. There was especially no reason for those
00:08:46.620
same democratically run cities to ignore a court order demanding that Republican poll watchers watch
00:08:51.540
the count. There was no reason to do any of that if everything was above board, but maybe everything
00:08:58.040
was not above board. We're being told by the media, there are no evidence that there was any fraud in
00:09:04.860
this election. Obviously we've gone through quite a bit of that evidence on this show, but we saw some
00:09:10.900
more evidence of that last week. Last week during a Pennsylvania hearing on some of the irregularities
00:09:17.120
here, you had a data specialist come out, Colonel Phil Waldron, make even more explosive claims than
00:09:23.960
any of the evidence we've been discussing on this show. Phil Waldron claimed that the election software
00:09:30.520
that was used all around this country in a great many places was built to be hacked.
00:09:36.120
The voting systems in the US and in Pennsylvania were built to be manipulated. They've been used in
00:09:42.600
elections around the world and stolen elections around the world in Venezuela, Italy, Argentina,
00:09:48.440
Singapore, Bolivia as close as two weeks ago. The Philadelphia uses ES&S, Pittsburgh uses Dominion,
00:09:56.000
other counties in Pennsylvania use Dominion and other systems. So what's the real deal? So all of these
00:10:04.440
election systems have a common DNA. SGO Smartmatic sold Sequoia voting systems to Dominion in 2010.
00:10:12.280
And then the Diebold company spun off premier election systems to Dominion as a result of an antitrust suit.
00:10:18.840
I know there have been statements to the contrary, but I personally debriefed the son of a Cuban intelligence
00:10:24.280
officer who had firsthand knowledge of Hugo Chavez's family members who told him not to worry about the populist threat
00:10:32.280
against Maduro's election in Venezuela. Quote, unquote, that it was guaranteed their father
00:10:38.520
invested the money to build the SGO voting machine system. So I have no reason to doubt this gentleman.
00:10:44.760
He's sworn an affidavit to this effect. These are pretty explosive claims. And before the media
00:10:52.120
write this guy off as some total kook who heard this from a guy and a guy and he's the dry cleaner of
00:10:58.040
the cousin of, you know, this is a serious person, this Colonel Phil Waldron, talking about serious
00:11:03.880
people, Cuban intelligence officers. We know there's a very tight relationship between Cuban
00:11:07.560
intelligence and Venezuela, particularly under Hugo Chavez. These claims are that through various
00:11:14.760
companies, various sales of companies, there has been some association between the different election
00:11:20.520
software companies here, notably Dominion, and that it was possible for the election to have been hacked.
00:11:29.240
That the, that in a certain sense, these machines were built such that the election could have been
00:11:34.120
hacked. Dominion, of course, denies all of this. I think it's pretty clear that this guy's showing
00:11:39.640
vulnerabilities. He's showing, he actually flat out states that the devices are connected to the internet.
00:11:45.000
So they have at least the logical possibility of being hacked. The problem here though,
00:11:49.960
with running out of time, as President Trump pointed out, is the Trump team needs to provide
00:11:54.520
proof, not merely that this could happen, but that it did happen. And I know it's very, very difficult
00:12:00.680
to provide that proof. Even if it did happen around the country, even if millions of votes were shifted,
00:12:06.280
it would be very difficult to find the proof of that. But the Trump team needs to provide the proof of
00:12:10.440
that or, and this is just a purely descriptive matter, the courts are not going to overthrow
00:12:14.680
the election. And, and frankly, even the state legislatures are not going to flip the certification
00:12:21.000
or refuse to certify in the places that they haven't. It just won't happen. They need to provide
00:12:27.000
the proof that it did happen. Now, look, there is evidence. We're being told there's no evidence of
00:12:32.760
anything for, and even let's forget about the poll watchers for a second. There's no evidence that there
00:12:36.920
were any irregularities because of the voting machines or batches of votes coming in. B.S.,
00:12:41.320
there's a ton of evidence of that. In fact, Colonel Waldron points out that there was a massive
00:12:46.440
vote dump, while there have been massive vote dumps in a number of places with statistical anomalies,
00:12:51.080
one of which showed that more than 99% of the ballots in one dump went to Joe Biden.
00:12:59.000
Normally, you would expect to see a smooth curve going up, not any, not any big, big spikes. That's
00:13:07.080
kind of what, what Greg was talking about, the, the anomalies of loading and uploading those,
00:13:13.480
those votes. So that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting.
00:13:20.520
And that's 604,000 votes in 90 minutes. Is that right?
00:13:25.080
Correct. This is 300 and 337 votes, 337,000 votes in that period of time. Yes. And when you look at
00:13:35.960
this entire curve with all these spikes, can you calculate how, how, how much of a vote that accounted
00:13:44.280
for for Biden and how much for Trump? Close to 600,000. I think our, our figures are about 570
00:13:50.600
some odd thousand that, uh, all those spikes represent over time. For Biden. Correct.
00:13:55.160
And how much for Trump? I think it was a little over 3,200. 570,000 for Biden, 3,000 for Trump,
00:14:05.480
which means that in that batch that came in, Joe Biden received 99.4% of the vote.
00:14:13.720
We got to congratulate Joe Biden. Joe Biden managed to outperform Saddam Hussein at the height of his
00:14:21.000
power in Iraq in certain voting batch dumps in certain counties in America. Wow. Good job, Joe.
00:14:30.840
Here I thought that there was very little enthusiasm for Joe Biden's candidacy. Turns out
00:14:35.400
he does better numbers than a Middle Eastern dictator. Does he? Or maybe, maybe not. Maybe he doesn't.
00:14:41.240
Maybe that's statistically impossible. Now we have, we have so much of this evidence. And yet,
00:14:50.120
if you can't prove that it was done, not merely that it could be done, not merely that the
00:14:54.680
statistics point to that it was done. If you can't prove that it was done, then all of this evidence
00:15:00.520
in a buck 50 is going to get us a buck, or rather, it's going to get us a cup of coffee,
00:15:06.680
even on Cyber Monday with all these great deals. You know, speaking of these great deals,
00:15:10.680
the holidays are here. This year, you got to give yourself some extra money in your pocket.
00:15:15.160
You can pay off your credit card balances and save with a credit card consolidation loan
00:15:19.720
from Lightstream. Roll your high interest credit card payments into just one payment at a lower fixed
00:15:23.880
rate. Lightstream's credit card consolidation loans have rates as low as 5.95% APR with auto
00:15:29.640
pay and excellent credit. You can get a loan from $5,000 to $100,000 plus absolutely no fees,
00:15:36.360
no application fees, no origination fees, no transaction fees, no prepayment penalties. I
00:15:40.280
know there are all these little fees that the companies always add in, not here. You can even get
00:15:44.760
your money as soon as the day that you apply. I have seen friends and family members ruin their
00:15:50.760
financial lives because of crippling credit card debt in particular. Do not do that. Be smart.
00:15:56.520
Don't throw money out the window. My listeners can save even more, by the way, with an additional
00:16:00.840
interest rate discount. The only way to get this discount is to go to lightstream.com slash Knowles,
00:16:06.680
K-N-A-W-L-E-S-L-I-G-H-T-S-T-R-E-A-M.com slash Knowles. Subject to credit approval, rates range from
00:16:16.360
5.95% APR to 19.99% APR and include a 0.50% auto pay discount. Lowest rate requires excellent
00:16:23.240
credit. Terms and conditions apply. It offers you subject to change without notice. Visit
00:16:26.520
lightstream.com slash Knowles, K-N-A-W-L-E-S for more information. Now there is some hope out of the
00:16:35.480
courts. I think, again, it's probably unlikely that the courts are going to grow enough of a spine
00:16:41.080
to decertify election results, to halt the end of this election. However, there is some good news.
00:16:48.680
In Georgia, there was an emergency order just sent in by Judge Timothy Batten Sr., which will
00:16:55.740
prevent election officials from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the state of Georgia until
00:17:02.980
further order of the court. This is very important because if there were anomalies on these voting
00:17:08.100
machines, you want to at least preserve the computers so that you might have some evidence.
00:17:12.980
Maybe you don't even have evidence after that. But at the very least, this judge thinks that there is
00:17:17.020
enough evidence that there was tampering in the voting machines in Georgia that we need to stop
00:17:21.660
those voting machines from being wiped or reset. Again, is that going to be enough? I'm skeptical.
00:17:29.700
I'm skeptical that that will be enough. Unless you can provide a hard proof, I think that these
00:17:34.760
judges are going to not want to be seen as interfering in the political process, throwing an election,
00:17:41.840
and unfortunately, the process may play out. As President Trump says, time is running out. There's
00:17:47.800
still a little bit of time, but it's about 14 days left where we're suspended in this quantum state
00:17:51.980
where we've got potentially two presidents elect. Now, there is some good news coming out of the
00:17:57.500
Supreme Court as well, which is that the Supreme Court defended religious liberty. Well, that's a good
00:18:02.420
thing, especially if we are headed for a Joe Biden presidency, which I hope that we are not,
00:18:08.420
and I still hold out some hope that we are not. But if we are, religious liberty is going to come
00:18:12.800
under grave attack. Joe Biden already sued nuns when he was vice president during the Obama
00:18:18.000
administration, sued nuns because they wouldn't pay for abortion drugs. He's promising to do so again.
00:18:23.580
These democratic tyrants around the country are encouraging people to go out and protest for BLM
00:18:29.200
and steal Gucci bags and sneakers, but they are shutting down churches. Well,
00:18:33.740
the Supreme Court said no to that. In a 5-4 ruling on Wednesday night, the Supreme Court
00:18:38.340
backed a religious challenge to Andrew Cuomo's restrictions of churches and synagogues in New
00:18:45.020
York. Cuomo has been particularly bad about this. The devout Catholic Andrew Cuomo of similar devotion
00:18:51.140
to the devout Catholic Joe Biden, who, by the way, doesn't even know simple books of the Bible,
00:18:56.820
which we'll get to in a little bit. The Supreme Court came out and said, no, you can't shut down
00:19:02.340
these places. You can't shut down the synagogues and you can't shut down the churches. A lot of other
00:19:08.660
places are open in this country, but for some reason, democratic governors have had a real problem
00:19:12.960
with the churches and the synagogues. And the reason for this, by the way, the charitable read
00:19:17.560
of why they want to keep those shut down is that they think that religion is superfluous.
00:19:22.500
It's ridiculous. It's silly that people still go to church. They don't believe
00:19:27.360
in any of the things that go on in churches and synagogues. These democratic secularists
00:19:34.820
think it's all superstition. They believe that religious people are superstitious. Ironically,
00:19:39.640
irreligious people are much more superstitious, which we recently found out also thanks to the
00:19:44.220
mainstream media. But they believe there's no reason to risk people's lives. It's very important
00:19:49.000
that people go protest for BLM. That's important to the human spirit and to our body politic.
00:19:54.980
But it's not important that they go worship this crazy old man in the sky with a beard as they
00:20:00.800
describe God, as no one else describes God in history, but as liberal atheists do. And so they
00:20:06.380
want to keep that shut down. Well, the Supreme Court says no. This is very important. The closure of
00:20:12.020
these churches from the beginning was always outrageous. We never should have tolerated it.
00:20:15.620
There is a scientific argument to keep the churches open as well. I don't really care
00:20:21.920
to make scientific arguments that the only language that the left speaks is scientific
00:20:26.020
with a capital S, which does not refer really to physical science, but it refers to their religion
00:20:31.580
of secularism. Of course, their love of science doesn't apply when men pretend that they can become
00:20:36.700
women or when activists pretend that babies are not human. So it isn't even scientific in the narrow
00:20:42.240
physical sense. But when they invoke science, they're invoking their own secular religion.
00:20:46.380
And it's important to point out to these left-wingers that even by their own premises that,
00:20:52.840
you know, we need to preserve our life on earth at all costs. It's worth not seeing anybody. It's
00:20:59.200
worth never seeing your loved ones or your relatives as long as you can eke out a few more months
00:21:02.840
on this earth. Even by that standard, it was wrong to shut down the churches and the synagogues.
00:21:09.400
There's a new report out from NBC, which says, hidden in a pandemic, elderly in nursing homes
00:21:16.300
are dying from isolation. The people who are in nursing homes, well, a lot of elderly in nursing
00:21:24.520
homes were dying because Andrew Cuomo sent sick people into nursing homes. Thousands of elderly New
00:21:29.680
Yorkers died because of that dumb policy. But that's not even what NBC is talking about. NBC is
00:21:33.760
saying that there are people who are dying of broken hearts, of despair, of isolation and of
00:21:38.880
loneliness in nursing homes because they can't see their loved ones. And guess who said that was going
00:21:43.940
to happen from the beginning? All of us, all of the conservatives. And when all the conservatives said,
00:21:50.240
hey guys, it's kind of cruel to lock away elderly people away from their loved ones for the,
00:21:55.340
for the last months or years of their life. When we, when we said that, do you know what the left
00:22:00.060
called a science deniers? Well, do you know what we can call it? We can call them philosophy deniers.
00:22:05.020
We can call them theology deniers because man does not live by bread alone. Okay. And, and life is not
00:22:11.420
just existing. It's not just being somewhat conscious. Life is being social, seeing people that you love,
00:22:19.180
pursuing your joys, having ambition, talking to people, enjoying one another's company.
00:22:28.140
NBC writes, more than eight months into the pandemic, the very isolation meant to protect
00:22:32.620
nursing home residents is also contributing to their deaths. Confined to their nursing homes and
00:22:37.140
largely cut off from visitors, many residents are experiencing mental and physical decline.
00:22:41.720
Gee, you don't say, you don't say. I hope, I've said this many times, especially during the
00:22:47.100
lockdowns. I hope that we can banish the term science from our political discourse. It is a
00:22:52.780
meaningless term now. Science, as you know, refers to knowledge. That's what the, it comes from
00:22:58.740
shire, the Latin word shire, which means to know. I mean, it once meant all knowledge. Then for the
00:23:05.000
past couple, few hundred years, it has referred very narrowly to material inquiry, you know, physical
00:23:10.500
things, not metaphysical things. Then now it refers to leftist politics, the science of history, the
00:23:18.520
science of politics, the science of progressivism. The left believes they know the way that history is
00:23:23.480
going to flow. And so anything that they prefer will be science and therefore outside the realm of
00:23:29.300
public debate. And anything that disagrees with their orthodoxy will, is unscientific. It's an
00:23:34.920
anti-science or a science denier. Well, it turns out the left-wing science isn't particularly
00:23:38.860
scientific because human beings need more than just physical things. We do need to see people. We do
00:23:45.220
have hopes and dreams and cares for the, for the materialists who believe that nothing exists
00:23:49.420
outside of physical objects like this microphone or this leftist here's tumbler, which is very
00:23:54.260
important. It has a spiritual quality too. For people who believe that, that only material things
00:23:59.400
exist. How about mathematics? Mathematics isn't physical, it's metaphysical. Ideas, loves, joys,
00:24:09.440
cares, sorrows, everything that really matters to you. Not physical. Perhaps we could focus on that
00:24:18.020
as well. There's more to life and death than just life and death. Though there was some great news
00:24:24.280
in the field of death, usually a sort of sad topic to discuss, but there is some good news for justice
00:24:31.080
because the federal government is now permitting other forms of the death penalty
00:24:34.800
other than lethal injection. And I know a lot of liberals are furious and even many conservatives
00:24:40.360
are furious. And unfortunately they're all wrong. This is very good news for justice.
00:24:45.640
You know, justice, order, law, security. These are things on which civilization rests. And you know,
00:24:57.760
online it's very difficult to protect your data security, but you should. The holidays can feel
00:25:01.580
like a never ending to-do list. There's shopping online, there's, there's browsing that you're going
00:25:06.820
to be doing all the time, scrolling and scrolling. All of that can expose your personal info. So get
00:25:11.100
LifeLock identity theft protection because not all websites are on the nice list. And you will want
00:25:16.500
to know if your personal information has been potentially exposed or found on the dark web.
00:25:21.860
LifeLock helps detect a wide range of identity threats. For instance, this is a top line one,
00:25:28.320
social security number for sale on the dark web. If they detect your information being used in their
00:25:32.560
network, they will send you an alert. If you become a victim of identity theft, LifeLock can help you
00:25:37.500
restore your identity easier than what you can do on your own. It's very simple. I know I used to
00:25:42.620
think no one's after my data. They are. No one can prevent all identity theft or monitor all
00:25:48.900
transactions at all businesses, but LifeLock can help you feel protected this holiday season. The best
00:25:55.020
sale of the year is happening right now. You can save up to 30% off your first year at LifeLock.com
00:26:01.080
slash Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S. That is 30% off at LifeLock.com slash Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S. Sale ends
00:26:08.440
November 30th. The left will allow the elderly to die of loneliness in nursing homes. And that's fine.
00:26:18.420
That's wonderful. They celebrate that. They demand you let that happen. But then the left will weep
00:26:23.240
for the monsters and rapists and murderers who are getting their just desserts. Well, beginning on
00:26:30.840
Christmas Eve, the Department of Justice will allow the Bureau of Prisons to execute inmates
00:26:35.420
on federal death row by means other than lethal injection. And I think this is very important.
00:26:40.520
And it's a way to show even more clearly that the death penalty is not cruel and unusual punishment
00:26:46.780
because lethal injection, well, it's not unusual. I guess it does happen. But I do suspect it's a bit
00:26:53.760
crueler than other forms of capital punishment. The reason for this, it gets to what we're talking
00:27:00.920
about, how there's more than the physical world to our existence. There's no dignity in lethal
00:27:09.680
injection. When a criminal is lethally injected, it's so clinical. It's so, you're strapped to the
00:27:17.340
table. You're lying down. It's apparently quite painful sometimes. It often goes wrong.
00:27:23.160
It's just a really vile process. But that does not mean that the death penalty generally is a vile
00:27:28.700
process. There actually can be dignity in the death penalty. There's a line from Dr. Johnson who says,
00:27:34.000
when a man knows he's to be hanged in a fortnight, it concentrates his mind wonderfully,
00:27:38.560
meaning it can actually help you put your ideas and your soul in order. And then you stand on the
00:27:46.200
scaffold. It's not a pleasant experience probably, but certainly more pleasant than being strapped down to a
00:27:51.800
gurney and injected with some painful poison. I've often considered firing squad would probably be
00:27:58.340
the most dignified way to go. You can go out with a blindfold. It's sudden. You've got a cigarette in
00:28:03.560
your mouth. Say, you know, I wouldn't prefer it to living, but it's certainly a more dignified way to
00:28:09.480
go. The fact that now the federal government will permit these states to use different forms of the
00:28:15.340
death penalty, I think is important. One, the death penalty itself is morally justifiable. And
00:28:21.800
there's a strong argument that it's morally preferable to 30 years or 50 years or 100 years
00:28:28.580
of life in prison, whatever. But also, it's important to think through these things. In our
00:28:34.820
society, we want to pretend that death doesn't exist. We want to pretend that people can be president at
00:28:39.840
85 years old or whatever. We want to pretend that they won't have lost a step, that there's no such
00:28:44.260
thing as cognitive decline. We want to pretend that we will never die, that we can put off making
00:28:49.220
decisions. We can put off marriage. We can put off having kids. We can put off taking our career
00:28:54.780
seriously. We can put off our education. We can put it all in all off because in liberal society,
00:28:59.980
we want to pretend that there's no such thing as time. And we want to pretend there's no such thing
00:29:04.100
as death. And we want to pretend that through our progressive politics, we can actually eliminate germs.
00:29:09.840
We can actually eliminate disease. We can even eliminate death. And that is simply not true.
00:29:14.880
We are living in a fallen world. This is the reality of it. And there's nothing compassionate
00:29:19.660
about ignoring those realities, pretending that they don't exist, allowing cruel and cynical people
00:29:25.280
to run roughshod over our society. Nothing compassionate about that at all. Now, that point of
00:29:32.600
view requires taking religion seriously. And the left doesn't want to do that. The left thinks that's
00:29:37.780
all superstition. Well, if you read the Daily Beast, I think it's pretty clear that secularists,
00:29:44.020
atheists, are the most superstitious people on planet Earth because they're now running a very
00:29:51.720
important story from a very important expert who is a pet psychic and wants to let the world know what
00:29:59.160
Joe Biden's pets think about the alleged election of their master, which we'll get to in a second.

00:31:25.920
Daily Beast. Left wing website. Joe Biden's dogs have told this pet psychic a lot about their beloved
00:31:40.500
master and his future. I'll just read you the first paragraph. Pet psychic Beth Lee Crowther says that
00:31:49.300
Joe Biden's dogs, Major and Champ, told her they are excited to live in the White House. They also say
00:31:54.860
their master will be a great president. Champ says he needs memory foam bedding to ease problems with
00:32:01.580
his joints. Major thinks he may have dental problems. Both dogs say Joe Biden's troubles with Donald Trump
00:32:06.460
are far from over, but that their master is calm and focused enough to steer America forward.
00:32:12.920
The wisdom and prophecies of this pet psychic go on, but I think you get the point.
00:32:18.200
The same people who tell you that Christianity is crazy, ridiculous. So how nuts are you to believe
00:32:28.300
the old fables in a book written by illiterate goat herders or whatever they say about the Bible?
00:32:35.580
The same people who tell you that's crazy. They believe this stuff. They run this stuff.
00:32:40.260
They do. And even for the people who maybe they're just listening to the pet psychic story
00:32:45.360
as a kind of funny sideshow, but they don't really take it seriously. Well, they might not take this
00:32:50.080
seriously, but I bet they'll take maybe their horoscope seriously. I can't tell you how many
00:32:55.300
conversations I've been in with friends of mine, many friends of mine all over the country who really,
00:33:01.660
really believe in the horoscopes. I mean, they're avowed atheists, but they believe in the horoscopes
00:33:07.720
or a friends of mine who they think going to church is crazy, but they can't miss their yoga
00:33:14.740
session because yoga, they can't explain it, but it really centers their spirit. You know,
00:33:19.240
it gets all of their energy in the right order. It is a liturgy for them. I mean, I've had friends
00:33:23.940
of mine say that yoga is their church and it is because yoga is a religious liturgy, whether we
00:33:28.420
admit it or not. How many people, how many people take it? They say, well, look, I don't believe in any of
00:33:35.320
that hokey metaphysical stuff, but I eat this very special diet because this very special diet not
00:33:41.660
only helps me lose weight, but it just gets my whole body and spirit in order together. So I'm
00:33:47.300
communing more appropriately with the world. All these kinds of hokey things, which are usually
00:33:52.060
based on nothing. All those faddish diets. Do you remember a few years ago when everyone suddenly
00:33:56.440
had celiac disease? Somehow the rates of celiac disease increased by 7 zillion percent. And even the
00:34:02.740
people who were honest and admitted they didn't have celiac disease, they said, well, I don't have
00:34:06.920
celiac disease, but I still have a gluten allergy. I still, I'm, I still have a gluten sensitivity.
00:34:12.760
And their, their evidence for this was that when they stopped stuffing their face with bagels every
00:34:16.740
day, they felt better. I must have a medical condition. No, I think, I think just stuffing your
00:34:21.720
face with bagels is not going to make you feel great. I say, this is a man who regularly stuffs his
00:34:26.360
face with bagels. That's, I'm a New Yorker. This is the sort of thing that we do. All of these kind
00:34:32.220
of hokey theories, these hokey ideas, the crystals. I mean, I lived in Los Angeles. Everyone talks about
00:34:38.940
these, the, the effects of crystals and incense and all this kind of nonsense. That is superstitious.
00:34:44.280
That is part of a religious liturgy. And it is much crazier than anything you will find in true
00:34:50.380
religion. The, the irony here is that religious people are the least superstitious people I know
00:34:56.260
because they are grounding their beliefs about the metaphysical world in rigorous thought,
00:35:04.420
rigorous study. St. Thomas Aquinas was not a, a superstitious man. He was one of the greatest
00:35:11.300
logicians we've ever had in, in our civilization. There's an, you, you often hear if you don't stand
00:35:17.120
for something, you will fall for anything. There's an irony that the, it is the irreligious who are
00:35:21.720
the most superstitious people. And speaking of religious conflict, at this point, I think the
00:35:27.400
New York Times must be trolling us because if Joe Biden does ascend to the presidency, here's the sort
00:35:31.820
of thing you've got to look forward to. New York Times writes, Iranian officials who have always
00:35:37.480
maintained that their nuclear ambitions are for peaceful purposes, not weapons, expressed fury and vowed
00:35:43.640
revenge over the assassination of one of their top nuclear scientists, calling it an act of terrorism
00:35:50.020
and warmongering. Donald Trump knows that if Joe Biden becomes president, he's going to go really easy
00:35:58.260
on the Iranians and put back in place that awful Iran deal that led to madness in the Middle East,
00:36:03.400
unlike Trump's policy, which stopped being so nice to Iran and led to a lot of peace in the Middle East.
00:36:08.620
So what Donald Trump is doing, the president goes in and assassinates a top Iranian nuclear scientist
00:36:16.160
because nobody really believes that they want a peaceful nuclear program. They obviously want a
00:36:20.280
bomb. The New York Times seems to admit this too. Their ambitions are for peaceful purposes,
00:36:25.680
but they have fury and vowed revenge. It must be like how those protests over the summer
00:36:29.800
were for peaceful purposes. They're mostly peaceful nuclear ambitions. They're mostly,
00:36:34.520
they're protests really. When the bomb drops all that while it's falling, I guess that's going to be
00:36:40.480
some sort of protest. It is not an act of terrorism, by the way, to kill an Iranian nuclear
00:36:46.040
scientist. An Iranian nuclear scientist is working on behalf of the state, obviously for military
00:36:51.480
purposes. An act of terrorism is when you target civilians to achieve a political goal. This is not even
00:36:59.540
close to that. You're targeting someone who is working for the state for military purposes to
00:37:06.080
achieve your own military and political goal. Not terrorism at all, not warmongering. I don't think
00:37:10.660
we need any lectures from the New York Times or from Joe Biden or from Barack Obama or any of the
00:37:16.740
liberal establishment on warmongering. Donald Trump has the greatest record of peace in my lifetime of
00:37:22.540
any president. And the Democratic predecessor, president and vice president, Obama and Biden,
00:37:29.620
both had a terrible record. Also speaking of religion, I had to bring up this clip. This might
00:37:35.540
be my favorite clip from the entire Thanksgiving weekend. We've been told that Joe Biden is a devout
00:37:42.840
Catholic. We've been told that Donald Trump is a terrible, horrible sinner and awful man who doesn't
00:37:49.700
know anything about the Bible. You remember he referred to second Corinthians as two Corinthians,
00:37:54.260
which by the way, some people actually do. But anyway, he was mocked for this. He's never read a Bible
00:37:58.000
in his life. You didn't see the same treatment when Joe Biden over the weekend referred to a book of
00:38:05.840
the Bible that I'm not familiar with. The book of Palms. And if we do, and I'm sure we can, we can
00:38:13.920
proclaim the palmist with the palmist who wrote these following words. The Lord is my strength and my shield.
00:38:26.500
The palmist. The palmist wrote that. That's, I thought I had read at least a decent number of books
00:38:34.000
of the Bible. I guess I had missed the palmist. I think he might be referring to the psalmist.
00:38:39.920
No doubt Joe Biden will blame this on his childhood stutter, just like he blames everything on his
00:38:44.340
childhood stutter, which magically disappeared from the age of what, seven to 75. And then that
00:38:50.580
childhood stutter came back again. I think if it comes back at 75, it's not a childhood stutter anymore.
00:38:55.360
I think it's an adult cognitive decline. But in this case, I don't think it's that Joe Biden
00:39:01.240
is in such decline that he forgets the book of this Bible that he's devoted to. He's not a devout
00:39:06.400
Catholic in any way. He supports abortion, which is not permissible. And he supports abortion in
00:39:11.920
public life, which is not permissible. That's why he was denied the Eucharist at mass a number of
00:39:16.800
months ago. Rightly denied that. Joe Biden ought to be excommunicated. Excommunication can be an act
00:39:23.180
of mercy. This gets back, I guess, to our death penalty conversation. Justice can be an act of
00:39:30.680
compassion because the purpose of something like an excommunication or of this chiding is to change
00:39:40.800
the person's heart. It's rehabilitative. Punishment can be a rehabilitative thing. We used to know that.
00:39:47.380
You do this to say you are in a very grave state. You are imperiling your soul, Joe Biden,
00:39:56.900
who professes to be a devout Catholic. You need to repent and change your views. But no one's forcing
00:40:01.940
him to do that, which is much crueler to Joe Biden if you actually believe that Catholic religion that
00:40:07.960
he pretends to believe. He sues nuns. People who are devout Catholics don't sue nuns. And people who are
00:40:13.760
devout Catholics, though they may not have read every single word of the Bible, I'm willing to
00:40:19.000
grant that because Catholics read the Bible liturgically. You read it as part of mass. But
00:40:22.740
sure, maybe they haven't read every word of it. They've read the Psalms. The Psalms are one of the
00:40:29.280
most significant, well-known books of the Bible. And I just don't think Joe Biden takes any of that
00:40:34.340
very seriously. I think that his true religion that he's devoted to is secularism. I think that's the
00:40:40.260
true religion of virtually everybody on the left today. And it's a false religion. And it's a wicked
00:40:47.040
religion for our politics. And it's going to lead to a lot of misery. And it's going to ruin a lot of
00:40:51.780
souls in the life hereafter. But it is a strong religion. And we need to call it for what it is.
00:40:59.580
He's the potential president, Joe Biden. Another potential president, actually the current president
00:41:04.740
right now, Donald Trump, who does not get fawning articles about his kitty cats, who does not get
00:41:10.860
off the hook when he misstates books of the Bible. Donald Trump actually gets less respect, maybe than
00:41:17.540
anybody else in the entire country. And recently during a press conference, some reporter starts
00:41:24.720
mouthing off in a way that's degrading, not only to the presidency, but especially degrading to this
00:41:29.580
reporter. And President Trump calls him out for it. And he points out, you know, buddy, whatever you
00:41:33.640
think of me personally, you are disrespecting the office of the president. No, I can't say that at
00:41:38.940
all. I think it's a, it's a possibility. They're trying to look between you people. Don't answer.
00:41:45.120
Don't talk to me that way. You're just a, you're just a lightweight. Don't talk to me that way.
00:41:49.100
Don't talk to, I'm the president of the United States. Don't ever talk to the president that way.
00:41:53.540
All right, I'm going to go with another question. Go ahead.
00:41:56.560
Absolutely right. And some people are going to attack Donald Trump for this and say,
00:42:00.020
he is thin skinned. He's an egotist. He's not an egotist.
00:42:02.860
I mean, he's an egotist in the sense that every politician is an egotist and Trump puts his name
00:42:07.480
on buildings. But when it gets to the deeper question of political humility or political
00:42:13.260
narcissism, Donald Trump is much more humble than Barack Obama. Barack Obama felt there was no
00:42:20.360
end to his ability to transform the world through politics. He described himself as a sort of savior,
00:42:27.520
a messianic figure who said that the earth would heal and the oceans, the sea levels would lower
00:42:31.960
upon his election. Donald Trump doesn't say that sort of thing. And if Donald Trump were a true
00:42:37.580
narcissist in this case, he would say, don't ever talk to me like that. I'm Donald Trump.
00:42:41.000
You can't talk to Donald Trump that way. Donald Trump is Donald Trump. That's not what he said.
00:42:44.580
He said, don't, don't you talk to me that way. I'm the president of the United States. Don't you ever
00:42:49.260
talk to the president of the United States like this? Whether that president is me, whether that
00:42:53.560
president is somebody else, whether that president was Barack Obama. We didn't do this sort of thing
00:42:59.520
during the Obama administration. Worst thing anyone ever said to Barack Obama was when that
00:43:05.540
congressman yelled out during the state of the union, you lie. Well, Barack Obama was lying
00:43:09.120
and it was disrespectful. Sure. But compared to this stuff, it's nothing compared to this stuff.
00:43:14.560
That was child's play. Republicans, generally speaking, were very, very respectful to Obama
00:43:19.140
because as awful as he was and continues to be, he was the president. We have respect for the office
00:43:24.980
of the president. We didn't even impeach the guy. We could have because he abused his power and
00:43:29.460
committed crimes. We didn't do it. But that sort of disrespect continues with Donald Trump and it'll
00:43:37.700
happen to whoever the next guy is. The Republicans who are pretending that it's just Donald Trump that
00:43:43.320
they're after, they're kidding themselves. You could put up a living saint, maybe especially if you put
00:43:48.860
up a living saint, the left and the press and everybody else would absolutely eviscerate him.
00:43:55.980
We don't know who the next president will be. I know that this is unpleasant for us. We don't like
00:44:04.440
to live in this state of apprehension. We want to know what's happening. Well, life is the stuff of
00:44:11.060
apprehension and tension and unknowing. We just don't know these things for certain.
00:44:16.100
The left in particular wants to pretend that they know exactly what's going to happen forever because
00:44:21.120
of their fatalist religion of secularism and the science of history and the science of politics.
00:44:25.780
And they want to pretend that they know the right side of history and the utopia we're all going to
00:44:29.180
get to and how it's all going to work out. We don't. We don't. We know the state of things in the courts
00:44:35.900
doesn't look particularly great for Trump. He's had a few victories here and there. Contrary to what
00:44:40.760
the media have told you, he has presented evidence. His team has presented evidence of outright crimes
00:44:47.380
and certainly of matters of fraud and irregularities. Is that enough to overcome this hurdle, to decertify
00:44:53.920
the votes that have already been certified, to convince electors not to vote for Trump?
00:44:58.280
Doesn't seem particularly likely, but there's two weeks left. Do not give up. Do not give up.
00:45:05.080
Because what's the point of giving up? I know there are a lot of people who say Trump's just got to
00:45:08.200
concede. He's got to leave. If Trump gives up right now, first of all, anything that he's trying
00:45:12.440
to iron out before he leaves office, that's off the table. Any appointments he's trying to get
00:45:16.940
through, any deals he's trying to cut with our adversaries and our allies, that's not going to
00:45:21.620
work. And if he gives up right now, what happens to all those legal challenges that are potentially
00:45:27.860
exposing fraud? And in some cases have exposed serious evidence. Those would go away. We would gain
00:45:34.580
nothing. We would lose quite a lot. There is no reason to give, even if the chances are that we
00:45:41.480
don't prevail in the end, there is no reason to give up right now. The only people trying to get
00:45:45.960
you to give up are the ones who very likely didn't want to support Donald Trump in the first place.
00:45:52.440
They're trying to discourage you. Don't be discouraged. Be encouraged. Have heart. There is
00:45:57.360
quite a lot going on at the, at the physical level, at the metaphysical level, everywhere in between.
00:46:04.640
And if the time may come that we only get news stories about Fluffy the cat for the next four
00:46:09.840
years, so be it. But until then, we ought to keep fighting. I'm Michael Knowles. This is the

You know, The Matt Walsh Show, it's not just another show about politics. I think there are
00:47:14.840
enough of those already out there. We talk about culture because culture drives politics and it
00:47:19.880
drives everything else. So my main focuses are life, family, faith. Those are fundamental and
00:47:27.220
that's what this show is about. I hope you'll give it a listen.
