00:02:40.880 new batches of mail-in ballots, and it's all really, really suspect. But from the early numbers,

00:02:47.620 it appears that the recall failed in a landslide. So the insurgent campaign by Larry Elder, who did

00:02:54.660 better than I think just about any Republican candidate could have done in California, and he

00:02:59.760 got a lot of support and was polling very well in the surveys before election, I was going to say

00:03:07.100 election day, but it's really now election month or so. He really put up a good campaign, and yet

00:03:12.140 Gavin Newsom appears to have won. First question I've got for you, do you trust the results?

00:03:22.740 I tweeted this out. I said, do you trust the results? Overwhelmingly, people said no.

00:03:29.160 That's a different question than did Gavin Newsom actually win, or did he actually get more votes

00:03:34.700 to not be recalled than the recall vote got? There are different questions. You can think

00:03:41.060 that even fair and square, the recall failed, and also think that it wasn't fair, and also think that

00:03:50.220 it wasn't above board, and also think there was a lot of fraud. When I ask the question,

00:03:56.240 do you think the election was fair? Do you think it's legit?

00:03:59.220 Shit. I'm actually not even asking a question about Gavin Newsom or Larry Elder or Joe Biden

00:04:36.660 ballots sent out to people. Sometimes people received multiple ballots. Sometimes dead people

00:04:42.440 received ballots. Sometimes the ballots that people got had holes in them where you could see whether or

00:04:46.740 not they voted for the recall. You had ballot harvesting in California. You had people, we played

00:04:52.440 it on the show, local news showing up. They show up to the ballot in the morning, and the election

00:04:58.960 workers say, oh, you've already voted. The people say, I haven't already voted. They say, well,

00:05:02.800 our records show that you have. It's clear that I'm not just talking about individual acts of fraud.

00:05:09.460 I'm saying the whole system does not have integrity. There are always questions about votes, but especially

00:05:16.460 since the ruling class used the coronavirus as an excuse to take away all of our election integrity

00:07:59.560 is extremely corrupt. And people are absolutely right not to have faith in those institutions or

00:08:05.120 those elections. It's not the fault of the people. It's your fault, Gavin Newsom. And it's your fault,

00:08:09.600 Nancy Pelosi. And it's your fault, crooked ruling class. And, and what's so offensive on top of it is

00:09:11.600 you have the nation's top general colluding with our, our country's number one geopolitical rival,

00:09:18.880 our number one enemy in the event that we go to war. So according to the Washington Post,

00:09:26.300 take it with a grain of salt. According to Bob Woodward, take him with a grain of salt.

00:09:31.760 General Milley, in a pair of secret phone calls, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff,

00:09:36.100 called his counterpart, General Li Zhuocheng of the People's Liberation Army, and said that the

00:09:42.140 United States would not strike China, even if President Trump gave the order. The first call

00:09:47.840 took place, the first call that we know about took place on October 30th. So this is before the

00:09:52.340 presidential election. The second call took place on January 8th. This is after the presidential

00:09:56.920 election. After the, the insurrection, the greatest coup d'etat in American history. These two phone

00:10:05.420 calls involved Milley saying, quote, General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is

00:10:11.900 stable and everything is going to be okay. We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations

00:10:16.940 against you. And the second call, he said, we're a hundred percent steady. Everything's fine.

00:10:23.100 democracy can be sloppy sometimes. The message being, don't worry, don't worry. Even if the

00:10:28.040 president gives the order, we're not going to go to war with China. I have tried to be as fair about

00:10:38.580 these issues as I possibly can. And I say, well, you know, the politics is messy. So as General Milley

00:10:44.900 says, politics is messy. Sometimes whenever you hear conservatives calling to use the Logan Act or

00:10:50.020 some obscure provision of the law to accuse people of treason and try people for calling foreign

00:10:57.200 dignitaries or something, I always tamp that down. I say, it's actually not how it works.

00:11:00.880 This law really hasn't been used against people. In this case, I think this man should, should

00:11:07.700 probably be investigated and tried for a crime. It seems that what he's doing is tantamount to treason.

00:11:14.800 He's calling our number one enemy and saying, don't worry, we're not going to attack you.

00:11:19.500 He further said that if Donald Trump does give the order, he'll call and give a warning

00:11:23.640 to the Chinese. That is, if not treason outright, it's certainly conspiracy to commit treason.

00:11:36.160 I think this goes further. We all joke, you know, lock her up or lock him up or this or that. And I

00:11:42.040 generally don't think we should jail our presidential candidates. This guy should face very

00:11:48.020 serious consequences. He is compromising civilian control of the military. This is a key provision

00:11:53.920 of our constitutional republic. So many other aspects of our constitutional order have been

00:11:57.840 destroyed by our sick, psychotic ruling class and psychopathic, I should say, ruling class.

00:13:28.260 treasonous leak of classified information to the Chinese Communist Party in advance of a potential

00:13:32.500 armed conflict with the People's Republic of China. These actions by General Milley demonstrate a

00:13:37.200 clear lack of sound judgment, and I urge you to dismiss immediately. Sure, I just think that's too

00:13:41.960 good. Yeah, I agree with Rubio. He should be fired immediately, but that's too good. There needs to be

00:16:07.100 side as the establishment. They're the same thing. So when they're making some sort of report about it,

00:16:14.220 they have one, more credibility, and two, actually more access to the people who are involved.

00:18:43.700 or Fauci decides instead, not to tamp down the hysteria, but actually to turn it up.

00:20:05.200 not so much to protect yourself or even to protect other people, but to protect the future people who

00:21:27.420 the announcement for the vaccine mandates and denying that there are mandates at all.

00:40:39.840 that, were you lying then, or are you lying now? Where is your credibility? Because you told us,

00:40:43.880 you made a very forceful statement about now a member of the Supreme Court, not all that long

00:40:49.240 ago. So, what is it? Are you a liar? Do you have any integrity? Joe Biden's judicial nominee,

00:40:57.080 Ninth Circuit Court, cannot answer simple questions from Senator Cruz.

00:45:14.720 man in the world just died, Norm Macdonald. I know there are a lot of Norm Macdonald fans out there.

00:45:19.220 I was going to play a clip from Norm today and I couldn't pick just one. I couldn't, his work is so

00:45:25.100 good. I've, I've read his book based on a true story three times. We've all watched his videos,

00:45:30.340 you know, many, many, many times. You could go down a YouTube rabbit hole and be there for days.

00:45:35.560 So I did just want to give a little personal insight. I wish that I could say that Norm

00:45:40.400 Macdonald and I were best friends. That would be incredible. But I, you know, I, unfortunately I

00:45:44.140 can't say that. However, we, we did have a very lengthy correspondence a couple of years ago.

00:45:50.580 I noticed when Norm Macdonald got onto Twitter, he followed me. I was one of the first people he

00:45:57.580 followed on Twitter and I was, I was really shocked by this. And I thought like, I don't,

00:46:01.420 you know, I never messaged him. I was so in awe of the guy. I didn't want to abuse the fact that he

00:46:06.580 was, he was following me. And, but then one, one time he tweeted something about some pain that he was

00:46:11.040 in. And so I did reach out and I didn't know if he was depressed or suicidal even. Now in retrospect,

00:46:16.520 we see, he was going through cancer treatments. He, he suffered silently, privately from cancer.

00:46:22.080 He fought cancer for nine years. Didn't tell anyone, apparently not even much of his family,

00:46:26.340 if any of his family. And so I re I reached out to him and I said, Hey, you know, if you want to

00:46:31.500 talk about anything, just let me know. And this led to a weeks and weeks long correspondence where we

00:46:37.360 would write each other basically these essays every night, these very long letters every night.

00:46:41.780 And, and it was mostly on the topic of religion, which you, and I, I, you could never tell if he

00:46:49.140 was making a joke or something. He would sometimes talk about religion publicly, but he would, it would

00:46:54.440 usually be in the form of a joke. He'd say, I'm a Christian, you know, and someone, the other

00:46:58.020 comedian would say, you're a Christian. He's like, yeah, you know, I protest military funerals, you

00:47:00.900 know, yeah, like the Westboro church or something. And say, okay, well, I don't know if he really is.

00:47:05.040 All I will say, I don't want to reveal too much about our private correspondence. Certainly not,

00:47:08.180 not now. But the thing you noticed about Norm was that he was one of the wisest people,

00:47:15.160 most intelligent people around. He would, he would say these things like, you know, Michael,

00:47:18.200 man, you're really educated, man. You're really intelligent. Me, I'm just an old chunk of coal,

00:47:21.540 you know, and I'm not educated at all. And then he would use some word that I'd never heard before.

00:47:24.860 And you could tell he had this deep, deep knowledge of literature and history and philosophy and all of

00:47:29.280 these things. And we, we got into this very serious conversation about religion and one comfort that I,

00:47:35.360 and the reason I even mentioned this today is comfort for all the many, many fans he had out

00:47:39.700 there. I am quite certain that he had obviously profound humility and a deep and abiding faith.

00:47:47.340 I am quite certain of that. And obviously a great deal of fortitude, which is another virtue,

00:47:52.260 which is really missing in our culture today. When was the last time someone suffered privately and

00:47:55.960 died privately and didn't make a big spectacle of himself and didn't become a victim and just fought

00:48:01.240 his struggles and carried his cross silently? It's a horrible loss to the world that he is gone,

00:48:08.400 but he remains a great inspiration to a lot of people. And he left behind a great body of work.
