00:03:46.520 really ought to be renamed COVID information policy, from YouTube. It just came out yesterday,

00:03:51.980 and we found ourselves in violation of it. Specifically, we found ourselves in violation

00:03:57.300 of this policy because we played some clips of those basketball players from the NBA during the NBA

00:04:05.400 media day, pointing out, or I'm sorry, how do I say this without having this episode taken out?

00:04:11.800 The claim that was made by the basketball players is that people who get vaccinated against COVID-19

00:04:18.840 can still get COVID-19, and they can still transmit COVID-19. This was terrible misinformation.

00:04:26.200 See, this violated the policy. I have the policy right here. The policy says that you are not allowed

00:04:32.720 to post any information. Well, it's a little confusing, actually. What I violated was you're not

00:04:41.360 allowed to post any information that claims that COVID-19 vaccines are not effective in preventing the

00:04:48.480 spread of COVID-19. So if you state the claim on YouTube that people still can get COVID and

00:04:56.220 transmit COVID once they get the vaccine, that is in violation of their policy. So from that rule,

00:05:03.720 it would seem the only thing you're allowed to say is that the COVID vaccines are completely 100%

00:05:08.180 effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19. But also, but also, you're not allowed to claim

00:05:16.940 that any medication or vaccination is a guaranteed protection method for COVID-19.

00:05:24.280 So, let me try to figure, you know, I always thought I was a reasonably clever guy, but I'm not

00:05:30.840 allowed to say that the vaccines work at stopping the spread of COVID-19. But I'm also not allowed to say

00:05:36.980 that the vaccines don't work at stopping the spread of COVID-19. And this is really,

00:05:42.780 really confusing to me because I was reading Nature, a very well-respected medical journal

00:05:46.900 or a scientific journal broadly. And the headline is, this is not that long ago, it was a month ago,

00:05:52.540 how do vaccinated people spread Delta? What the science says. Well, hold on. YouTube just told me

00:05:59.360 vaccinated people don't spread Delta. So I can't, they don't spread COVID-19 at all. So that's not

00:06:04.740 possible. When the early field data showed that vaccinating people cuts transmission of COVID,

00:06:09.680 researchers were cautiously optimistic, but they warned that many of those studies,

00:06:13.200 although promising, took place before the fast spreading Delta variant proliferated worldwide.

00:06:17.600 Now reports from various countries seem to confirm what scientists feared after the variant tore

00:06:22.320 through India with alarming speed in April and May. Delta is more likely than other variants to spread

00:06:26.660 through vaccinated people. Am I allowed to quote this article? Am I allowed to quote a scientific

00:06:30.220 journal on YouTube? Because I think by quoting the scientific journal, I'm now in violation of the

00:06:35.080 YouTube anti-science policies, anti-science misinformation policies, because the scientists

00:06:41.720 are no longer the arbiters of the science. Some punk idiots at YouTube are the arbiters of the science,

00:06:46.960 right? Is that what happens? It goes on. Data from COVID-19 tests in the United States,

00:06:52.820 the United Kingdom and Singapore are showing that vaccinated people who become infected with Delta

00:06:58.640 SARS-CoV-2 can carry as much virus in their nose as do unvaccinated people. This means that despite

00:07:04.800 the protection offered by vaccines, a proportion of vaccinated people can pass on Delta, possibly

00:07:09.200 aiding its rise. That's according to scientists in nature. But according to some Princeton women's

00:07:14.620 studies major who is writing these policies at YouTube, that can't be true. So I guess we have

00:07:19.280 to follow the 23-year-old who graduated from Brown or whatever and studied critical theory,

00:07:24.820 right? Over the scientists. But it's even weirder than that. It's even weirder than that. Because

00:07:29.780 I'm not allowed to say this and I hope nature doesn't get me taken down from YouTube. Because

00:07:34.580 this new policy from YouTube means I can't even quote the CDC. The director of the CDC, Dr. Rochelle

00:07:42.140 Walensky, went on to CNN, went on to Wolf Blitzer's show and said outright that the vaccine does not

00:07:50.660 keep you safe from transmission. What about all the fully vaccinated people who get the

00:07:57.460 breakthrough infection? Can they pass it on? Could they pass it on to their children? Could

00:08:02.080 they pass the virus on to older people, especially more vulnerable people with the underlying health

00:08:07.440 conditions? And that's exactly the point that we made in our guidance. So yes, they can with the

00:08:12.880 Delta variant. And that was the reason that we changed our guidance last Tuesday. Our vaccines are

00:08:18.440 working exceptionally well. They continue to work well for Delta with regard to severe illness and

00:08:23.320 death. They prevent it. But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission. So if you're going

00:08:28.520 home to somebody who has not been vaccinated, to somebody who can't get vaccinated, somebody who

00:08:33.500 might be immunosuppressed or a little bit frail, somebody who has comorbidities that put them at high

00:08:40.280 risk, I would suggest you wear a mask in public indoor settings. That's exactly what I said yesterday on

00:08:46.540 the show. That's exactly what those basketball players said too, by the way. But, but I'm not

00:08:51.100 even, forget the basketball players for a second. I said on this show yesterday that the COVID vaccines

00:08:56.500 apparently protect against risk of death or severe illness or serious hospitalization,

00:09:02.420 but they don't, they don't prevent you from carrying the virus or transmitting the virus.

00:09:10.020 I said what the director of the CDC said. Am I, is this video going to come down from YouTube because I played the

00:09:19.660 CDC director? Are they going to say that I'm spreading scientific misinformation because I verbatim quote the

00:09:27.780 director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention? Or quote the scientists in the journal Nature? Or, or point out

00:09:37.500 what all of us know, which is that people who have been vaccinated contract the virus? It's happened to a

00:09:44.480 friend of mine just a month or so ago. Now, listen, it's happened to many friends of mine starting a

00:09:47.880 month ago and even more recently. And it's happened to all of you as well. But it, it actually isn't even

00:09:54.500 about that. Look, there's a lot of other questionable claims made in this document. There's one that says

00:10:01.360 you're not allowed to say that the COVID-19 vaccine will contain substances that are not on the vaccine

00:10:05.760 ingredient list, such as biological matter from fetuses, like fetal tissue and fetal cell lines.

00:10:11.020 Now it is true. The vaccines do not contain fetal tissue, but aborted fetal cells and the cell lines

00:10:20.140 derived from them are used in the development of the mRNA vaccines and in the development and production

00:10:26.560 of the Johnson and Johnson vaccines. That's undeniable. Everyone acknowledges that. But you're not,

00:10:32.200 are you, or am I allowed to talk about that? I don't know. I don't know. What this is really about,

00:10:36.580 I think, is, is, has nothing to do with stopping, slowing the spread of coronavirus or whatever. It

00:10:43.600 obviously has nothing to do with the science, the CDC, the new YouTube guidelines could get the director

00:10:50.500 of the CDC kicked off of YouTube for spreading scientific misinformation. Could get the journal

00:10:56.580 nature kicked off of YouTube? If they have a YouTube channel, I suspect they don't.

00:14:08.740 border patrol agents have been given official notice that they must be fully vaccinated by November

00:14:13.900 2021 or face termination. So a full vaccination right now is considered two shots of the mRNA vaccine

00:14:24.280 or one shot of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. But actually our wonderful public health officials

00:14:30.040 up to and including Dr. Fauci are now saying that actually doesn't really constitute full

00:14:34.240 vaccination. That actually a booster is going to be needed for full vaccination. That that is coming

00:14:39.860 down the pike sooner rather than later. So these poor border patrol agents, I don't know what's going

00:14:43.820 to happen to them. They really, they really seem to be getting it from every single angle. What about

00:14:47.940 all the rest of us? What about people who are just working for some company who now, because of Joe

00:15:14.740 suspect it will be shot down in court. We suspect that the Biden administration knows it'll be shot

00:15:19.700 down in court, but they're just basically twisting everybody's arm to get the vaccine already so that

00:15:26.320 by the time it's struck down in court, it doesn't matter. So we're not complying with this. We're

00:15:30.740 opening ourselves up to what we believed at the Daily Wire was pretty significant financial liability

00:15:36.980 because initially the fines for violating the COVID vaccine mandate were $14,000 per violation.

00:16:15.340 could cost businesses $700,000 per incident. We do well. We're the fastest growing conservative

00:16:30.060 Obviously, the company is doing so well that big tech is trying to smush us because we're getting

00:18:31.340 money by fining conservative companies who don't want to force their employees to take the experimental

00:18:37.440 drug for the virus that does not statistically pose a particularly grave threat to the vast majority of

00:18:43.120 people. But they're still not going to raise enough money to deal with the looming debt crisis. So,

00:18:49.800 you know, if you've been watching the news, perhaps you've heard about this. The U.S. faces a debt

00:18:54.440 crisis. We don't want to default on our debt. This issue has cropped up a number of times in recent

00:18:58.740 years. And so there is such a thing as a debt ceiling. And then Congress goes in and raises

00:19:03.840 the debt ceiling so we can raise more and more and more debt and we won't default. Okay. And then

00:19:09.240 sometimes the Republicans don't want to raise the debt ceiling. So they had a big fight on this

00:19:13.840 during the Obama years, during the Tea Party years. Now there's a question. What do you do

00:19:19.320 if the Congress won't raise the debt ceiling? What do you do if the United States is about to default

00:19:24.080 on its debt? Well, there is a seemingly crazy idea that's been around for some time. Right now it's

00:19:31.400 being pushed by Rashida Tlaib, a radical leftist in the House of Representatives, who is saying,

00:19:37.440 we don't even need Congress to raise the debt ceiling. The president has the authority to mint

00:19:44.800 a $1 trillion coin because of this one provision of the law that allows you to mint a platinum coin

00:19:53.540 of any denomination. You can just mint a trillion dollar coin and then there you go. Then you can

00:19:59.720 deal with the debt and you don't need to worry about it. And it's a bit of an accounting gimmick,

00:20:03.920 but is this how we're going to deal with our spending problems in this country? We're going

00:20:08.200 to just have the president mint trillion dollar coins? Well, actually the idea wasn't just proposed

00:20:12.980 by Rashida Tlaib. It was suggested years ago by Barack Obama. There was this theory that I had

00:20:20.020 the authority to just issue this through the mint. I could just issue this massive trillion dollar

00:20:26.800 coin. A trillion dollar commemorative coin. Commemorative coin. And then on that basis, we could try to

00:20:32.000 pay off our U.S. treasuries. And it was a very realistic possibility that we couldn't get the

00:20:41.040 votes for that and we couldn't get those debts rolled over and we would be in a situation where

00:20:46.720 technically we're in default. And at that point, you were in uncharted territory.

00:20:52.900 At that point, you were in uncharted territory. I guess that's true. And there are some economists

00:20:58.540 who believe that if you mint a trillion dollar coin, like we're a failing government of Zimbabwe

00:21:03.300 or something like that, that actually the effect won't be that bad. If it's just a week or something,

00:21:08.260 or even if we default, if it's just like a week or so, it's not going to be a big deal. We'll deal

00:21:12.180 with the accounting error. Forget about it. Who cares? Regardless of the legality of this,

00:21:19.480 regardless even of the potential repercussions, this is not how a free people

00:21:25.260 governs itself. This is not how a serious country deals with its fiscal problems.

00:21:34.180 The way that we're supposed to deal with that is Congress is supposed to hold the purse strings.

00:21:39.840 Remember, that's what they taught us in Schoolhouse Rock. I am a bill up on Capitol Hill and all that.

00:21:43.700 Congress has the purse strings. Congress decides how much money to spend. Congress decides how much

00:21:49.120 how much debt it's willing to tolerate. And then the government runs itself in that way. And the

00:21:54.360 executive runs the government according to that system. But that's not how it works in our country

00:22:01.840 anymore. We're now a very frivolous country that doesn't take any of this stuff seriously,

00:22:07.020 least of all self-government. It is very hard to say that we govern ourselves in this country

00:22:12.680 if we have no say over how much money we're spending, how we're spending that money through

00:22:18.920 our elected representatives. And if we have, if we don't have a say period because some tyrants at

00:22:27.200 Google have seized the reins of all of our speech in America and they determine who gets to say what

00:22:32.940 and who gets to say true things and who gets to even quote scientific authorities and who gets to

00:22:38.080 label that scientific misinformation. I can't get angry at Obama for suggesting the trillion dollar

00:22:45.500 coin. It's sort of the logical next step, isn't it? And Barack Obama, who was a radical president

00:22:52.660 compared to his predecessors, Barack Obama seems positively tame now. Barack, he does. He does.

00:23:00.820 Right now you've got the Biden administration permitting untold numbers of illegal aliens to flood

00:23:06.920 into our country. Well over a million. I mean, we're at least at 1.2 or 1.3 million so far. I think

00:23:19.480 steward of our national borders. Barack Obama permitted lots and lots of foreign nationals to

00:23:24.520 flood into our country as well. The Democrats have encouraged this sort of thing historically because

00:23:30.180 they think it suits their political advantage. But even Barack Obama is coming out looking at the

00:23:36.560 crisis on our southern border and saying this sort of thing cannot go on. There are even some

00:23:43.620 Democrats, Democrats who are not currently as involved in the political scene like a former

00:23:49.740 president and Democrats who come from more moderate districts who are looking at this and saying,

00:23:54.340 you know, this is a big threat to the country. Radical as we want to be, you simply cannot have

00:24:03.860 open, totally open borders forever. My question to them is, and seriously, I'm not even joking.

00:28:43.840 broken. And we saw a surge. We've certainly seen a surge of migrants come to the border recently.

00:28:48.880 We saw a surge back in 2019. We saw a surge back in 2014. Until we fix the system and we have a more

00:28:56.520 effective and operational immigration system, until we have an asylum processing system that works at the

00:29:03.780 border, we're going to continue to see cyclical challenges like this. And we've seen them over

00:29:09.240 across Democratic and Republican presidents. So our objective continues to be not just addressing,

00:29:17.480 obviously, the challenges we saw in Del Rio last week, but working with Congress to get

00:29:22.860 immigration reform passed so we can fix the broken system and ensure we can have a better operational

00:29:28.640 process moving forward. This is a pretty clever way to frame it. It's not true, but it's a clever way

00:29:34.540 to frame it. Her basic claim is the immigration system is broken and it needs to be fixed in a

00:29:42.280 very significant way. But we all agree with that. We all agree with that. That's the kind of talking

00:29:47.600 point you can hear and say, oh, I agree. Yeah, Jen Psaki's right. Yeah, of course. Immigration reform.

00:29:52.260 Yeah, we need immigration reform. The system obviously is not working, right? That's what,

00:29:57.560 just look at what's happening at the border. So yeah, we need to reform it.

00:30:00.740 What do we need to reform? What is not working? If you ask some Democrats, both the radical left

00:30:40.660 thereof. So this simple, straightforward matter of we need to reform immigration, it actually means

00:30:48.400 opposite things, right? The devil's in the details here. Jen Psaki is really claiming, yeah, we need to

00:30:54.820 take way more people into the country. Well, if that's what immigration reform means, I'm against it.

00:30:59.880 I'm for immigration reform that drastically reduces the number of people who get to come into the

00:31:03.560 country, to bring it even somewhere closer to what other countries in the world take in,

00:31:09.840 or not many multiples or even order of magnitude higher than what other countries in the world take

00:31:13.880 in, right? Or, and hear me out, we can just leave the system exactly as it is and enforce the law.

00:31:24.200 Why can't we do that? It seems to me that Democrats encourage foreigners to flood across the border,

00:31:36.940 administration, Biden and Kamala, at various times saying, come on over, surge, get on over here, come

00:31:41.740 on. They do that to create the problem that creates the impression for a need for comprehensive

00:31:47.240 immigration reform that's only going to exacerbate the problem. The problem being way too many people

00:31:51.560 from only a handful of countries coming into the country every year. So here's my, here's my

00:31:58.040 alternative to immigration reform. Don't do anything. Well, what are you, are you, Michael?

00:32:05.000 But Michael, are you going to allow millions of illegal aliens just to live in the shadows?

00:33:33.220 immigration system, you remember that lie that came out some days ago that border patrol mounted

00:33:40.420 on horseback were whipping Haitian immigrants. They were whipping them. And we looked at that

00:33:45.680 on this show as being pushed by basically the entire mainstream media. And we're looking at that

00:33:50.340 and said, that's not true. That's not true. I guess, you know, I'm really glad that right now big

00:33:55.660 tech is just focused on spreading public health propaganda, because if, if they had been focused

00:34:03.720 on spreading immigration propaganda, then they probably would have taken us down for observing

00:34:08.920 the fact that the border patrol agents were not using whips against the Haitian illegal aliens.

00:34:17.220 Well, it turns out that we were right and the establishment media were wrong and they were not using

00:34:23.960 whips and they were not using chains. And now even the establishment media themselves are admitting

00:34:28.420 this. Here's Jake Tapper calling out a little, little late for my liking, but Jake Tapper, at least

00:34:33.500 finally acknowledging the truth and calling out the health secretary or the, the Homeland Security

00:34:38.600 Secretary Mayorkas. Some of the initial descriptions of those images were just patently false. There's now

00:34:45.620 video out there that provides more context. Having seen the video, are you certain that there was

00:34:52.440 actually wrongdoing? Have you? Because there's now, it would seem, it's pretty clear that actually

00:34:58.300 the initial reports that we were told are not true. We were going to play a clip of Brian Stelter,

00:35:03.480 who made the same point. Brian Stelter on CNN came out and he said, you know, the initial reports,

00:35:07.780 they just weren't true. And actually they weren't using whips. So I had that. I was, I watched that

00:35:11.780 clip last night. That clip has basically been scrubbed from the internet. By the time that my editors

00:35:17.600 today went to grab that clip and put it into the show, it was gone. Why was that? Was that because

00:35:23.720 of CNN didn't like it up there? I don't know, maybe. Was it because big tech didn't like it up

00:35:27.920 there? Very possibly, very, very possibly. Knowing what they do, knowing what they do to this very show

00:35:33.700 for spreading true information. Wouldn't be surprised that on the rare occasion that CNN says

00:35:38.360 something that's true, big tech would take that down. But I don't know. All I know is it's gone.

00:35:42.460 But Brian Stelter did it too. So I want to give him credit. Now, this is pretty funny that two

00:35:48.780 people on CNN would come out and call out the media for spreading. And Stelter was doing this

00:35:54.040 in particular. He said, calling out the media for spreading this misinformation that the border

00:35:59.700 patrol agents were using whips on the Haitian migrants. Because CNN was spreading a ton of that

00:36:04.520 misinformation. Who was doing it? Chris Cuomo, a shared report, quote, reports of people being

00:36:10.960 beaten. Said the image is smack of a bygone era of slavery. No evidence that even the border patrol

00:36:17.460 reins touched anybody. Aaron Burnett, also on CNN, said, quote, video of border patrol agents on

00:36:22.540 horseback confronting Haitian migrants with whips. That was on September 21st on Outfront. Just a

00:36:27.260 complete lie. Also on CNN. CNN's White House correspondent, John Harwood, condemned, quote,

00:36:32.240 those horrendous videos of agents on horseback swinging lariats or whips or whatever they are. At least

00:36:37.300 John Harwood is admitting he has no idea what he's talking about by saying or whatever or whatever.

00:36:41.200 But he mentions the whips. Just a complete lie from the CNN White House correspondent.

00:36:45.380 Christiane Amanpour, who Drew Klavan refers to as Christiane Amanpour journalist, rightly so,

00:36:50.200 interviews an activist who said that the photos of the agents, quote, using reins as whips against

00:36:55.560 migrants, they were not only startling and shocking, but it's triggering again. No evidence that

00:37:00.000 that happened. CNN anchor Laura Jarrett misled viewers about, quote, disturbing new video of border

00:37:05.300 patrol agents on horseback trying to stop migrants from crossing the border into the US. Look at that

00:37:09.560 using whips. That was on early start on September 21st. Complete lie. Jake Tapper himself actually

00:37:14.800 said he didn't quite go so far as to mention the whips, but he said border patrol agents are

00:37:19.160 aggressively threatening migrants and aggressively confronting Haitian migrants. I guess that could

00:37:24.900 be true in the sense that law enforcement is supposed to be aggressive against criminals. I guess

00:37:28.460 that's the point. But he seems to be framing it in such a way that's pretty silly, in a way that

00:37:32.120 he's actually kind of condemning now. And CNN's April Ryan did the same thing, referring to the

00:37:38.040 reins or whips, whatever, right? Again, admitting she knows nothing, but still using whips. So I'm glad

00:37:43.420 that CNN, that Tapper and Stelter are coming out and saying, yeah, the media's got to stop, stop this

00:37:48.260 kind of stuff. Well, before you accuse anyone else, take a look at yourself, fellas, because CNN is the

00:37:53.540 chief purveyor of that kind of fake news. These people just must not hear themselves. They must not hear

00:38:00.020 themselves. Don Lemon on CNN. I think Don Lemon might be a talking point slot machine. I think we

00:38:07.920 might have just hit the jackpot. Listen, there are many good things about political parties and many

00:38:12.480 not so good things about political parties, but I just don't believe in voting because someone is a

00:38:16.380 Republican or someone is a Democrat. I vote on what they have done, what they will do, what their records

00:38:21.140 are, and what they stand for. So having said that, there is one political party in this country that is

00:38:26.700 working on reality, and that is a Democratic Party. But even in that, they're not governing very well

00:38:33.000 at the moment. They're not performing the duty of being good politicians in the moment. They don't

00:38:39.020 see the urgency of what's happening across the country with voting rights, what's happening,

00:38:43.280 the urgency of what's happening with the big lie. They are still operating on thinking that,

00:38:51.760 oh, everything is normal. You know, we've got to play politics as usual. It's not politics as usual.

00:38:59.020 What is happening on the right is not politics as usual. And what's happening on the right is not

00:39:03.400 right. It's wrong. And they should pay the consequences for what they're doing to our

00:39:08.280 democracy, the damage they're doing to our democracy, and the damage they're doing to this

00:39:12.320 republic. It's not just that what Don Lemon said is not true. It's that it's meaningless. That's the

00:39:20.200 problem, the meaninglessness. Don Lemon comes out on CNN, and he goes on this rant about the political

00:39:32.440 parties and partisanship and how we're not living in normal times and Republicans are a threat to our

00:39:39.900 democracy. And I mean, we can go through point by point, and we will very briefly. But

00:39:45.180 my issue with it is not, it's not his partisanship. He's obviously a Democrat. It's not his ideology.

00:39:53.260 He's obviously a leftist. So much as his mindlessness. I have friends who are liberal

00:39:59.560 friends, friends of mine for many, many years, family members, beloved family members who will do

00:40:07.940 this sort of thing. It doesn't bother me if you don't know anything about politics. It doesn't,

00:40:14.340 it doesn't bother, I think, blessed are you if you can just sort of do your job and watch sports and

00:40:19.760 hang out with your kids and just have a nice time. That's great. Good for you. I don't think people

00:40:23.920 need to be in the nitty gritty of politics all the time. But what does bother me is when people,

00:40:29.080 without doing any work or any sort of research or giving any real thought whatsoever to a political

00:40:33.640 issue, mindlessly just spout off these kinds of slogans? That's a big problem. That's a far

00:40:39.740 greater threat to our democracy than any of this stuff. First thing Don Lemon says is, look, I don't,

00:40:45.920 I don't like partisanship. Okay. Parties have their place, but I don't just vote for someone

00:40:49.280 because they're a Democrat. Okay. I vote for the person, not the party, the person. What does that

00:40:54.060 mean? What does that mean? I don't, I don't vote for the person. I vote for what the person is going to

00:41:01.300 do and what the person is going to do is informed by how that person views the world and how that

00:41:05.580 person views the world is going to align almost perfectly with a political party. I vote for the

00:41:11.340 person, not the party means I like the person's haircut. I like the way they talk. I like the,

00:41:16.160 I think that person is attractive. Really, if you had to choose between the two, you should vote for

00:41:21.920 the party, not the person. Because at least the party tells you something about the ideas,

00:41:26.240 what the person thinks, what they're going to do. The person, that's just flattery. It's

00:41:31.260 just superficial. Vote for the person, not the party. So, okay. So you're going to vote for a,

00:41:35.240 under what circumstances, Don Lemon, would you vote for a Republican? Probably never. He's

00:41:39.580 probably being disingenuous, but I guess he could say, it just makes him feel good to seem like he's

00:41:42.880 really open-minded. But I guess he would say he votes for a Republican when the Republican wants

00:41:46.100 to do a bunch of Democrat things. Well, then he's just practically a Democrat. Okay. Then he goes

00:41:50.280 on, he says, Democrats aren't paying attention to what the Republicans are doing with voting

00:41:54.000 rights. What about with voting rights? It's just such a vague slogan. With voting rights.

00:42:05.060 phrase the big lie means. The big lie, which is how Democrats describe Donald Trump's perfectly

00:42:15.100 election. The big lie, it was a phrase that it refers to the Nazis, right? This is what,

00:42:21.500 this is why they're using that phrase is to compare Republicans to Nazis. What they don't realize is

00:42:25.900 Hitler used the phrase, the big lie in Mein Kampf to accuse the Jews of telling a lie about a German

00:42:35.120 general as pertained to World War I. So when, when you accuse someone of using the big lie,

00:42:41.000 you are actually putting yourself in the place of Hitler and putting your opponents in the place

00:42:45.020 of the Jews. Again, a point lost on people who don't pay any attention to these things and who are not

00:42:50.480 thoughtful and who are not particularly educated like Don Lemon. Okay. Then he goes on. This is

00:42:56.360 what they're doing to our democracy. First of all, we don't live in a democracy. We don't. The American

00:43:01.500 government is not supposed to be a democracy. It's a, it's a form of democracy. It involves some

00:43:07.200 democratic elements. It includes some non-democratic elements as well. And ironically, the people most

00:43:13.840 opposed to our democracy at the moment seem to be Democrats who believe that laws on, for instance,

00:43:18.540 abortion should be made from the judges, that, that laws on coronavirus mandates should be pushed

00:43:23.600 from the executive agency that who believe that all these sorts of decisions, that marriage

00:43:30.020 itself ought to be redefined against the will of the people by certain judges, all of these sorts of

00:43:34.800 things. The only party resembling an oligarchic party in the United States would be the Democratic

00:43:41.180 party. Absolute mind, do not, do not do this yourself. I don't, I don't need to warn you.

00:43:49.100 You're a thoughtful person. Do not, do not parrot these mindless slogans. It's very, very embarrassing.

00:43:55.940 But there's a clip going viral right now that actually made me think about this. It's a clip

00:44:01.320 going viral from 2014, but it's making the rounds again of a guy on CNBC who is interviewing an Irish

00:44:08.540 businessman. And he is astounded to learn that Ireland does not use as its currency, the pound

00:44:17.340 sterling. Ireland uses the euro. So this is an expert guy, anchor type on CNBC, the financial news

00:44:25.040 channel. And he is shocked to learn what kind of money Ireland uses. What has the weaker euro meant

00:44:33.120 in terms of tourism? Yes. So I think Ireland's a very globalized economy. So we look to what's

00:44:40.920 happening here as much as we do to what's happening in Europe. And we look to what's happening in

00:44:45.120 Europe. You have pounds anyway, don't you still? We have euros. You have euros in Ireland? We have euros, yes.

00:44:50.560 Why do you have euros in Ireland? A strong recovery. Why wouldn't we have euros in Ireland?

00:44:54.460 I'd use the pound. No, we've had the euro for some time, and we're very happy with it. What about Scotland? I was
