00:00:37.800 Last week, after Jussie Smollett was sentenced to prison for perpetrating a ludicrous race hoax in Chicago,
00:00:45.440 the actor's brother made one last impassioned and implausible plea for his brother's innocence.
00:00:51.600 There is absolutely no evidence linking Jussie to staging his own hate crime besides the testimony of two brothers,
00:01:00.120 claimed Jokey Smollett.
00:01:02.600 Now, of course, there was lots of evidence.
00:01:06.720 There was the testimony of the attackers, who were not white racist gay bashers, but in fact Nigerian homosexuals.
00:01:13.020 There were records of Smollett having paid the brothers.
00:01:16.200 There were records of the Nigerian brothers purchasing the tools for the hoax.
00:01:20.440 There was security camera footage, and there was, of course, the sheer implausibility of white Trump supporters
00:01:27.340 even recognizing the little-known actor while prowling the streets of Chicago,
00:01:33.160 claiming it was MAGA country, and attempting to lynch Smollett while he somehow held on to his Subway sandwich.
00:01:40.580 Lots and lots and lots of evidence.
00:01:43.540 And yet, Jussie is having the last laugh now that he has been released from prison after just a few days.
00:01:53.480 And he convinced an appeals court judge to free him by, you guessed it, playing the race card.
00:02:00.800 Smollett's lawyer argued, quote,
00:02:02.380 There is no room in our court system for politics, regardless of what you think about this case.
00:02:11.460 The real question is, should black men be walked into jail for a class four felony?
00:02:19.900 Yes.
00:02:20.640 The answer to that question, of course, is yes.
00:02:23.000 Men of all races should be walked into jail for felonies.
00:02:27.060 But that wasn't the question at all.
00:02:29.980 The question was, should black men be held to lower standards by society if they play the race card?
00:02:38.140 Should we let psychos and criminals off the hook if they can make even the most dubious claims to be victims?
00:02:46.800 In a sane society, in traditional society, in MAGA country, everyone is equal before the law.
00:02:53.380 But in our unjust society, Jussie Smollett goes free.
00:02:58.720 And so does his attacker.
00:03:00.300 I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:03:09.140 Welcome back to the show.
00:03:10.200 My favorite comment yesterday is from Crystal Swieger, who says,
00:03:13.440 I'm a Daily Wire member, and I've already watched the first installment of the Dr. Fauci series.
00:03:18.600 I hope you release this to the public one day, because this needs to be heard by all people.
00:03:23.360 Maybe you can release it on DVD for sale.
00:03:25.160 Thank you so much. I'm so glad you watched it.
00:03:26.900 This was a little bit of a stealth project.
00:03:29.100 We didn't do much marketing or advertising about it.
00:03:32.320 We've been working on this for months.
00:03:34.060 It is a three-part series telling you the behind-the-scenes story of Dr. Fauci.
00:03:39.460 You remember, National Geographic did this hagiography of Dr. Fauci a couple months ago.
00:03:44.940 The wonderful, angelic Dr. Fauci.
00:03:48.300 Well, we're giving you the real story going back to the 1980s.
00:03:51.140 This stuff has not been seen before.

00:04:53.220 Your best price is locked in for life for extremely top quality meat.
00:04:57.680 I was eating Good Ranchers steak just, what was it, about three, four days ago?
00:05:02.520 No, I had the hamburgers three or four days ago.
00:05:04.320 I had the steak last week.
00:05:05.140 I eat Good Ranchers constantly.

00:05:31.560 American meat delivered.
00:05:33.440 So Smollett perpetrates a hoax.
00:05:36.580 He gets caught completely dead to rights.
00:05:39.300 He is sentenced.
00:05:41.440 He makes a big crazy scene at his sentencing and tries to make it all about race and says
00:05:45.620 he's a black political dissident who's being persecuted by the government.
00:05:50.520 And then his lawyer goes in and plays the race card even more and says black men shouldn't
00:05:56.000 be arrested for felonies.
00:05:58.240 That's his argument.
00:05:59.320 White men, that's fine.
00:06:00.560 Asian men, yeah, throw them in the can.
00:06:02.180 But black men, black men are so super duper special, they need to be held to a much lower
00:06:06.340 standard.
00:06:07.260 And what happens?
00:06:08.060 The judge agrees with him.
00:06:09.860 And the judge lets him off the hook.
00:06:11.820 Race is this magical little thing that you can play that will get you out of anything.
00:06:18.220 There was a TikTok that just went viral of a young, deluded, white, liberal woman explaining
00:06:25.680 how everything is racist, including eating meat.
00:06:32.100 How is eating meat racist?
00:06:34.380 I'll gladly tell you.
00:06:36.380 Looks like we've got an oppressor on our hands.
00:06:39.800 So during slavery times, slaves did not get to eat the same things as their masters.
00:06:44.960 They got the scraps that no one wanted, chitterlings.
00:06:49.340 Now that black people have overcome slavery, they developed a rich barbecue culture to make
00:06:55.380 up for all the meat eating that they lost out on.
00:06:58.080 So when you go to the store and you buy a piece of meat as a white person, you are actively
00:07:03.460 taking away a piece of meat that could be being enjoyed by a survivor of ancestral slavery.
00:07:09.400 Eating meat is not only racist, but it's also anti-Semitic.
00:07:13.180 During the Holocaust, Jews did not get to eat meat in labor camps.
00:07:17.640 They ate potato soup, which would spill on their bodies, burning them and giving them
00:07:22.340 infections.
00:07:23.620 Now, Jew survivors eat a lot of meat, brisket.
00:07:27.660 Just let them have that.
00:07:29.140 Stop appropriating.
00:07:30.380 When I first saw this, I will admit, I thought it was satire.
00:07:36.440 I don't think it is satire.
00:07:38.340 I think this girl is being serious.
00:07:41.800 And there are so many levels of comedy here.
00:07:45.700 The first one, obviously, not everything is about race.
00:07:50.800 Not every, but except everything sort of is about race.
00:07:53.780 I've said on this show before, racism just means bad.
00:07:57.960 That they are synonyms in modern culture.
00:08:00.500 When people say racist, all they mean is bad.
00:08:03.580 When people call you a racist, all they mean is, I do not like you.
00:08:07.540 You are a bad person.
00:08:08.660 It can have nothing to do with race because we have decided that that is the only sin,
00:08:13.060 is racism.
00:08:14.400 And we don't even use the language of sin anymore.
00:08:16.220 And I think a lot of that is because race is only skin deep.
00:08:20.660 And we live in this world where we're so absorbed by materialism that we've got to make everything about matter.
00:08:26.480 And so you say, you're racist.
00:08:28.380 It just means you're bad.
00:08:29.820 But then, of course, the next layer of comedy here is the woman is saying things that traditionally would be considered pretty racist.
00:08:37.220 She goes, listen, you insensitive meat eaters.
00:08:40.960 Because you're taking away some of that good old ham hock and chitlins from those black people.
00:08:47.120 You know, black people, they just, they sit around and they eat their collard greens and bacon.
00:08:52.500 You know, they're sitting on the front stoop in Alabama somewhere eating corn pone.
00:08:56.800 And you think, hold on, lady, are you, is this a minstrel show?
00:08:59.000 What are you talking about?
00:09:00.380 I think black people eat sushi, too.
00:09:02.540 Did you know that?
00:09:03.180 Black people go, they can eat Italian food, too.
00:09:05.160 They're people just like you and me.
00:09:06.560 They say black people, anytime you eat barbecue, which is, that's what black people, that's black people food.
00:09:11.940 Okay, black people eat their black people food.
00:09:14.060 And you, white people, you can eat, I don't know, umami or something.
00:09:18.120 I don't, what do white people eat?
00:09:19.160 You can eat tofu salad and the black people, and Jews are going to eat brisket.
00:09:25.140 And if you eat brisket, you are basically a Holocaust denier.
00:09:29.840 You're a race.
00:09:30.280 It's all about, it's all about race.
00:09:32.440 It's, it's an, it's an extreme example, but this is the kind of thinking that you see going on.
00:09:39.620 And it's because we've confused ourselves and made every single thing in the entire world about race,
00:09:45.640 which is, it's, it's the thing in American politics that you cannot touch.
00:09:48.880 There's only one word that you can't say.
00:09:50.760 You can go on TV, you can say the F word, you can say S-H-I-T, you can say the C word on TV.
00:09:58.280 Okay, I don't, because this is a wholesome family show.
00:10:01.720 But you can do it.
00:10:02.480 People have said it on TV.
00:10:03.700 There's one word you can't say.
00:10:05.920 There's one word you can't even write anymore.
00:10:08.300 What is that word?
00:10:08.940 It is the N word, which is treated as more sacred than the holy name of the Lord by the ancient Israelites.
00:10:14.960 Okay, that's the word.
00:10:15.960 Because race is the most taboo, the most sacred issue at all.
00:10:21.300 And so it's no surprise that we make everything, things that have nothing to do with race, become about race, including Supreme Court nominees.
00:10:29.900 So there was a memo that just came out from the GOP.
00:10:33.600 It was a big warning to Republican senators about this new Biden Senate nominee.
00:10:40.840 Biden said, I'm only going to nominate a black woman.
00:10:43.480 I'm not going to look at other candidates.
00:10:44.840 I'm not going to pick the most qualified person.
00:10:46.440 I'm only going to, I'm going to limit myself to 6% of the population, and then I'll pick the best person from within that 6%.
00:10:53.260 And the person he ended up picking is a woman named Ketanji Jackson.
00:10:57.740 You are going to hear her referred to as Ketanji Brown Jackson.
00:11:02.140 This is just a minor point.
00:11:03.820 I don't, I don't want to give people three names.
00:11:06.720 It really drives me, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
00:11:09.480 No, you get two names.
00:11:10.280 You get a first name and a last name.
00:11:11.460 It's Ruth Ginsburg.
00:11:12.320 It's Amy Barrett.
00:11:13.340 It's Ketanji Jackson.
00:11:14.340 And Ketanji Jackson is, you know, on paper, a qualified candidate.
00:11:18.200 She's always going to have this little asterisk next to her nomination because the president who nominated her began the whole process by saying, I'm picking a diversity hire.
00:11:26.800 So that's sad for her.
00:11:27.820 This woman's worked very hard her whole life.
00:11:29.740 She's very intelligent by all appearances.
00:11:32.920 And she's always going to be seen as a diversity hire.
00:11:36.680 But the GOP is terrified of her.
00:11:38.500 And they're terrified of her because she is black.
00:11:40.780 They're terrified of her because the left, if the Senate Republicans in any way criticize this woman, they're going to call them racist.
00:11:51.580 So there was a leaked memo that came out that said, during Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation, Democrats lost the battle of public opinion when they launched vicious personal attacks against him and paid for it electorally.
00:12:05.740 So don't launch those vicious personal attacks against Ketanji Jackson, which is going to be really hard for us to avoid doing because she raped me.
00:12:16.400 Ketanji Jackson raped me at a party in the 80s.
00:12:20.060 I have exactly as much evidence of that as Christine Ford had, that she even ever met Brett Kavanaugh, and that other lunatic, Julie Swetnick, had that she even ever met Brett Kavanaugh.
00:12:32.380 Truly no evidence there.
00:12:34.160 So, yeah, it's going to be really hard to avoid that because of the abuse that I suffered at the hands of Ketanji Jackson.
00:12:39.760 You can take that to the bank.
00:12:41.420 Now, the Republicans are making an argument here.
00:12:46.200 They're saying, look, don't get personal.
00:12:49.220 Do not get tough on this nominee.
00:12:51.440 It's going to blow back on us if we do that, just like it blew back on Democrats.
00:12:54.580 Except it didn't really blow back on Democrats.
00:12:57.140 Democrats looked like schmucks during the Kavanaugh debacle.
00:13:00.900 They really looked awful.
00:13:02.440 That's true, and we talked about it all the time.
00:13:04.400 But it didn't hurt them at the ballot box.
00:13:06.300 They didn't pay for it.
00:13:07.720 How did they pay for it?
00:13:08.500 The Kavanaugh nomination process and confirmation process was 2018.
00:13:14.600 It began in the summer of 2018.
00:13:16.440 You then had the midterm elections in November 2018.
00:13:18.860 Democrats picked up 41 seats in the House.
00:13:21.540 Doesn't look like they paid for it there.
00:13:23.360 Republicans held on to the Senate.
00:13:25.320 They already had the Senate, and they picked up a couple seats in the Senate, so fine.
00:13:28.920 But you're talking 41-seat swing pro-dem in the House.
00:13:32.280 Two-seat swing pro-Republican in the Senate doesn't even change who runs the Senate.
00:13:36.920 And then the governorships, Democrats picked up seven seats.
00:13:40.820 Seven different states for governors.
00:13:43.680 So it didn't work.
00:13:44.620 Democrats got tough.
00:13:45.880 It was very distasteful.
00:13:47.900 And they won.
00:13:48.660 It actually helped them.
00:13:49.860 Republicans shouldn't do something wrong.
00:13:51.300 We shouldn't lie.
00:13:51.920 We shouldn't be immoral.
00:13:52.900 But we should get tough.
00:13:54.580 Do not run away from this.
00:13:55.920 I know the worst thing you can be called in America is a racist.
00:13:59.040 They're going to call you a racist anyway.
00:14:00.620 So if you're not doing something unjust, if you're not a mean, cruel, awful person, then
00:14:05.460 who cares what they say?
00:14:06.560 Let it roll off of you.
00:14:08.140 Get tough.
00:14:08.840 Do not just roll over for the Democrats.
00:14:13.040 Do not roll over for people who mean to do you harm.
00:14:17.000 That's true on the political sphere.
00:14:19.460 It's true at the level of your home and your family, which is why you got to check out American
00:14:24.080 Home Shield.
00:14:25.600 Right now, go to ahs.com slash Knowles.
00:14:29.740 Some of the threats to our homes, it's not just the bad guys lurking outside.
00:14:33.960 Sometimes it's just electricity.
00:14:36.020 Sometimes it's just your appliances breaking.
00:14:38.620 People don't like to think about household breakdowns, but they happen way more often
00:14:42.720 than you would like.
00:14:44.520 That's why it pays to have a plan from American Home Shield to help cover the costs to repair
00:14:49.320 and replace things like your heating system, like your AC, like your fridge.

00:15:40.940 See plan for details.
00:15:41.920 Speaking of the United States Senate, great news in the U.S. Senate, they have voted to
00:15:49.780 end the mask mandates on public transit.
00:15:53.220 Now, the bill's still got to go to the House.
00:15:55.880 Nancy Pelosi's probably going to kill it there.
00:15:57.620 Joe Biden is going to probably try to kill it if it somehow made it to the White House.
00:16:00.740 But the Senate, which is 50-50, Republican and Democrat, the Senate voted to end the mask
00:16:07.820 mandates.
00:16:08.880 This vote was brought by Rand Paul, Republican.
00:16:13.400 He brings his resolution and gets a 57 to 40 vote, meaning eight Democrats voted to end
00:16:22.940 the mask mandates.
00:16:24.020 There was only one Republican who voted to keep the mask mandates.
00:16:27.860 Guess who it was?
00:16:29.820 I, well, this is a little bit of a trick question because I called this person a Republican.
00:16:34.120 His, he has the letter R next to his name when they talk about him.
00:16:38.820 But I am speaking, of course, about Mitt Romney, failed Senate candidate in Massachusetts, failed
00:16:45.320 Republican presidential nominee.
00:16:46.920 Then he moves to New Hampshire to try to run for president.
00:16:50.360 Doesn't work.
00:16:50.780 Then he moves to Utah, becomes a Republican senator, and consistently votes against Republican
00:16:55.980 priorities.
00:16:57.480 So I used to say that Mitt Romney was my favorite Democrat in America.
00:17:01.520 But that's, I don't think that's any, any longer true.
00:17:04.940 I think these eight Democrats who voted to end the mask mandates, I think they might be
00:17:10.660 my favorites.
00:17:11.240 And what unites almost all of those Democrats, they're up for re-election.
00:17:16.260 They're in tough seats where they could lose.
00:17:19.740 And what this tells you is, despite all their protestations to the contrary, even the Democrats
00:17:24.760 know that people hate these mask mandates.
00:17:27.220 Whatever polling that is put out there by the mainstream media, the Democrats know what
00:17:34.580 the Republicans, what we have known for a long time, the people hate these mask mandates.
00:17:40.140 And when the politicians have to face the people, they will vote against the mask mandates.
00:17:44.720 If they feel that they're insulated from the people, they've got two or four years until
00:17:48.580 their next re-election, then maybe they'll vote to keep it.
00:17:52.140 But the Democrats know people are sick and tired of COVID.
00:17:59.060 They've, they've sidelined Dr. Fauci.
00:18:01.140 He's in a hidden bunker somewhere.
00:18:03.320 He's, you know, I, I, Zelensky in Ukraine, who actually has Putin's assassins coming to
00:18:10.320 try to assassinate him.
00:18:11.920 Zelensky is more public than Dr. Fauci right now.
00:18:14.680 That is how toxic Fauci has become, which is why I would strongly recommend you head on
00:18:19.440 over to the Daily Wire.
00:18:21.020 Check out Fauci Unmasked.
00:18:22.580 This is my three-part series.
00:18:23.980 Part two has just dropped today.
00:18:27.700 The real behind the scenes story of Dr. Fauci, how this man took power, how we can stop him
00:18:33.240 from seizing power again after the midterms, which is very much on the table.
00:18:36.720 Please send it to your friends.
00:18:38.360 Appreciate that.
00:18:39.760 The Democrats are off the COVID thing.
00:18:41.480 They're now onto the Ukraine crisis.
00:18:43.100 And as for that, Zelensky, the president of Ukraine spoke virtually to a joint session
00:18:49.420 of Congress yesterday and Zelensky did not temper his requests of the, the Congress.
00:18:58.660 He actually came out, he said, quote, this is a terror that Europe has not seen for 80 years.
00:19:05.880 Is this a lot to ask for, to create a no fly zone over Ukraine to save people?
00:19:12.240 Is this too much to ask?
00:19:13.900 Is it too much to ask?
00:19:14.860 If so, we offer an alternative.
00:19:16.340 You know what kind of defense systems we need.
00:19:18.060 And then he asks for aircraft and anti-aircraft guns.
00:19:21.640 But his question is, is it, is it too much to ask you Americans to put a no fly zone over Ukraine?
00:19:30.220 Yes, that is too much to ask.
00:19:32.900 A lot of people don't know what a no fly zone means.
00:19:35.400 A no fly zone means direct shooting war with Russia.
00:19:38.620 A no fly zone means that you will have two nuclear powers, two major powers, one superpower, one former superpower directly shooting at each other.
00:19:50.800 The thing that people feared would end the world for half of the 20th century, the thing that we fought an entire Cold War and managed to avoid.
00:19:59.200 Zelensky is saying, hey, can you just do that?
00:20:01.760 Can you just do that thing that you managed to avoid for the whole latter half of the 20th century?
00:20:07.640 The thing that could thrust us into a global nuclear World War III?
00:20:12.320 Yes, that is too much to ask, Zelensky.
00:20:15.420 You've got my sympathies.
00:20:17.220 My sympathies are with you.
00:20:18.780 My sympathies are with Ukraine.
00:20:20.720 My sympathies are not with Vladimir Putin.
00:20:22.880 Vladimir Putin doesn't like the West very much.
00:20:24.780 But we've got to be realistic here because though we might have the best of intentions to put a no fly zone, to get into a shooting war with Russia, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
00:20:40.300 Good intentions, virtue signaling, reckless foreign policy is what brought us to this point.
00:20:45.480 So, yes, that is too much to ask.
00:20:50.060 But some Democrats keep ginning up that rhetoric.
00:20:54.140 Some Democrats are coming out like Democrat Senator Jackie Rosen.
00:20:58.460 She says this is our World War II moment.
00:21:02.880 I think we still need to support the Ukrainian people because you cannot watch those videos.
00:21:08.960 I'm not going to watch.
00:21:10.480 I'm not going to watch.
00:21:11.760 Who am I going to be in this moment?
00:21:13.240 When I've watched World War II on TV, eating a box of popcorn, no, that's not who I am and that's not who the American people are.
00:21:20.880 The entire world, like I said, is watching.
00:21:24.420 It was only about 80 years ago that we saw this happen in World War II.
00:21:29.260 The world is watching what we do now.
00:21:31.640 I really believe this is a moment.
00:21:33.300 There's few moments in our lives, personal, professional, and now this is global, where we all know where we are.
00:21:39.120 And we all have to take stock of what we stand for and who we want to be remembered to be.
00:21:44.920 And this is that moment.
00:21:46.520 And we have to hold Vladimir Putin accountable.
00:21:48.980 One of the most annoying consequences of people not knowing a damn thing about history anymore is that people only ever compare political events to two historical events.
00:22:00.020 Because they either compare it to the fall of the Roman Empire, about which they know nothing, or World War II, about which they know a little bit more, but still probably not very much.
00:22:10.320 Those are the only two historical comparisons you ever hear because people don't know a damn thing about history anymore.
00:22:17.420 There are other historical events, other things have happened in history that might be closer analogs to what we are seeing in our everyday political affairs, be they mundane or be they extraordinary like this war in Ukraine.
00:22:33.220 What is this woman talking about?
00:22:36.020 She's not calling for a no-fly zone.
00:22:37.980 She's not calling to send in the 101st Airborne.
00:22:40.240 She's not calling directly for a war with Russia.
00:22:43.740 She's saying that we need to give more military aid to Ukraine.
00:22:47.420 But that we shouldn't put boots on the ground.
00:22:49.600 We shouldn't do the no-fly zone.
00:22:51.060 Because this is World War II.
00:22:55.460 Putin's Hitler.
00:22:57.340 Is he?
00:22:59.260 Do you, Senator Jackie Rosen, do you really believe that this is, if you really believe this is World War II, then we need to go to war, don't we?
00:23:09.620 We need to send our boys into Ukraine.
00:23:12.120 If you really believe Putin is Hitler, we need to do everything we can to stop him, right?
00:23:16.660 Not just give them a few extra airplanes, or not even that.
00:23:19.800 Not even give them a few extra guns and missiles.
00:23:22.000 We got to send in the Marines, don't we?
00:23:23.980 It's World War II, after all.
00:23:25.720 Putin is Hitler.
00:23:27.000 The man's Hitler.
00:23:28.060 What do you, would you have said in World War II?
00:23:29.660 Well, Hitler, you know, okay.
00:23:30.920 We're going to arm the Jews.
00:23:32.760 We're going to arm the Czechoslovakians.
00:23:34.680 We're going to arm the Poles with some extra rifles.
00:23:37.540 But we don't, look.
00:23:38.780 We're not going to go in or do anything.
00:23:40.900 Is that what you would have said?
00:23:43.000 No.
00:23:43.960 You obviously don't believe that this is World War II.
00:23:48.700 Yet.
00:23:49.340 You obviously don't believe that Putin is exactly the same as Hitler.
00:23:52.060 You just don't know anything about history.
00:23:55.920 And these people who have no frame of reference, no sophistication in their geopolitical thinking, they are the ones who have led us to this point, who have squandered the post-Cold War peace, and have brought us to a point where you've got a nuclear former superpower invading a neighbor after they were literally invited to do so by the President of the United States, Joe Biden.
00:24:15.000 It's a world war.
00:24:16.900 What do they want?
00:24:17.920 What do they think this is?
00:24:19.040 The White House, the Democrats, the liberal establishment can't decide.
00:24:22.940 They keep flip-flopping on all of this.
00:24:25.800 Are we involved in this war?
00:24:29.060 Are we not involved in this war?
00:24:30.940 The White House maintains that we're going to ship Ukraine a lot of weapons, but they're only going to be defensive weapons.
00:24:36.880 And a reporter, I believe for CBS News, was having none of it.
00:24:41.080 Even a reporter at a left-wing outlet came out and he said, Jen, you are selling us a bill of goods.
00:24:47.220 You put out a list of all of the military equipment included in that $400 million, $800 million that's being provided to Ukraine.
00:24:55.960 Among those items, let me read them to you, 100 grenade launchers, 5,000 rifles, 1,000 pistols, 400 machine guns, and 400 shotguns.
00:25:09.320 Are you saying those items are not offensive weapons?
00:25:13.560 They're weapons that help the Ukrainian people fight against an invasion by a foreign country.
00:25:17.500 They can be used offensively, can they not?
00:25:19.720 Again, they're weapons.
00:25:20.940 What I'm talking about is weapons that can be used to fight.
00:25:23.600 The answer is yes. I mean, although you don't want to say it, that answer to that question is yes.
00:25:28.320 And so, obviously, you're trying to make this distinction between offensive and defensive weapons.
00:25:32.300 Well, what we're talking about, let me finish, let me finish, let me finish, let me finish my answer.
00:25:36.960 No, you aren't, no, I was finishing a point, and then you can respond to mine.
00:25:40.020 Okay, go ahead.
00:25:40.820 All right, you're making this distinction between offensive and defensive weapons.
00:25:45.300 Anybody that looks at that list of weapons that I just mentioned, they would say, clearly they're offensive.
00:25:50.500 Clearly, they're offensive.
00:25:52.820 But what the White House wants to do is say, no, no, no, all the guns and the missiles and the rocket launchers, they're only going to be used for defense.
00:26:01.360 So we're not being provocative in any way.
00:26:03.980 We're not escalating this when we send all these arms.
00:26:06.780 It's, we're not doing anything bad.
00:26:09.040 We're only doing, we're not, we're both involved in the war and we're not involved in the war.
00:26:12.880 Well, you know, if you stand in the middle of the road, you're going to get hit by a truck.
00:26:16.040 Russia is a big enemy.
00:26:16.960 We're going to be tough on Russia.
00:26:18.080 Also, Russia, if you invade eastern Ukraine, we won't do anything.
00:26:21.020 Russia is instigating a new Cold War.
00:26:24.000 And also, Russia, here, have your direct pipeline to Europe so that you can invade Ukraine.
00:26:28.460 You've got to pick a lane.
00:26:29.620 Sometimes a bad decision, even, is better than indecision.
00:26:34.860 But the White House, the liberal establishment, won't make those hard decisions.
00:26:39.540 They don't want to take the responsibility.
00:26:41.860 They don't want to actually have to take the moral risk of picking a strategy, picking a view of the world, and following through on it.
00:26:49.580 This is the consequence of fluid culture.
00:26:52.820 This is the consequence of we don't need to decide anything about morality, about the way markets operate, about the way we're going to enforce our laws, about the difference between men and women.
00:27:02.280 It's all just kind of fluid, man, and it's going to change every day.
00:27:05.360 Frankly, it's going to change every minute.
00:27:06.880 This is the consequence of it changing every minute.
00:27:08.760 You can't violate the law of non-contradiction, okay?
00:27:12.440 The weapons can't be weapons and not weapons at the same time.
00:27:15.680 Pick a lane.
00:27:16.840 Stick with a strategy.

00:28:58.840 He's the highest paid employee in our federal government.

00:29:12.280 For goodness sakes, I'm telling you, wear a mask, keep social distancing.
00:29:17.340 There's nothing political about that.
00:29:19.460 But who is Anthony Fauci?
00:29:21.320 People who have conspiracy theories.
00:29:24.360 Those are people that don't particularly care for me.
00:29:27.400 In this short series, we will do what the establishment media have refused to do.
00:29:31.720 We will give you an unvarnished look at the career of the most powerful politician in America, Dr. Anthony Fauci.

00:30:31.780 It is tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern.
00:30:33.440 We'll be right back with a lot more.
00:30:43.520 The flip-flopping from the White House on this issue in Ukraine has gotten so bad that even
00:30:51.760 within the span of two to three minutes, Joe Biden can't decide whether or not Vladimir
00:30:58.420 Putin is a war criminal.
00:31:00.020 Yesterday at an event, Joe Biden was walking through, glad-handing, slapping people on the
00:31:04.340 back.
00:31:04.780 He was asked a question by a reporter.
00:31:06.260 Is Putin a war criminal?
00:31:08.980 Here's what he says.
00:31:09.620 So he changes his mind within, what was that?
00:31:36.060 There was a little bit of space in between there, but probably within two or three minutes.
00:31:39.980 And he pretends at the end that he didn't hear the question the first time, but he very
00:31:43.940 clearly does.
00:31:44.680 He walks up.
00:31:45.400 The reporter says, are you prepared to call Putin a war criminal?
00:31:47.720 He's looking right at her.
00:31:49.020 He's very close to her.
00:31:49.800 And he says, no, no, I'm not.
00:31:51.720 He walks away.
00:31:52.600 And then, I don't know, either some aid whispers in his ear or it occurs to him or he just changes
00:31:57.560 his mind.
00:31:57.920 He walks back and he pretends.
00:31:59.200 He says, did someone ask?
00:32:00.620 Who asked?
00:32:01.460 Did I, do I think that?
00:32:03.800 Yes.
00:32:04.160 Do you think Putin's a war criminal?
00:32:05.460 And he pretends.
00:32:06.120 He says, oh, oh yeah.
00:32:07.640 Oh gosh.
00:32:08.300 Oh, of course.
00:32:09.020 I must've misheard you.
00:32:10.080 I thought you asked.
00:32:11.900 I don't know.
00:32:12.380 I don't know how he could have possibly misinterpreted the question.
00:32:14.940 He says, yeah, I think he is a war criminal.
00:32:16.380 If Vladimir Putin's a war criminal, if he is at, if he's committing, what is a war criminal?
00:32:25.660 It's not just someone who goes to war.
00:32:27.660 It's not just someone who invades another country.
00:32:30.440 That's just kind of what war is.
00:32:32.080 If invading a sovereign country made you a war criminal, we would have a lot of war criminal
00:32:38.220 presidents, wouldn't we?
00:32:39.380 No, being a war criminal has a higher threshold.
00:32:43.080 You need to commit war crimes.
00:32:45.400 You need to violate the international law, such as it is.
00:32:47.800 You need to commit a genocide.
00:32:49.980 You need to intentionally target civilians.
00:32:53.660 You need to order rape and all those sorts of heinous acts that occur during wars.
00:33:02.300 Is Putin a war criminal?
00:33:03.800 I don't know.
00:33:04.800 Certainly lots of civilians are being killed.
00:33:06.400 It would seem that the Russians are targeting civilians.
00:33:09.320 Not totally.
00:33:10.040 They're certainly targeting civilian areas.
00:33:12.120 Probably their argument is, well, we're getting the militants who are in those areas.
00:33:15.440 The women and children are fleeing.
00:33:18.140 That we'll have historians hash out whether those Russian excuses carry water.
00:33:22.980 Probably they don't.
00:33:23.940 But this is a, this is a big deal to call someone a war criminal.
00:33:27.760 I'm not sure that all of the evidence is there, certainly compared to other wars.
00:33:32.560 And even if it is, let's say, let's say that it is.
00:33:35.600 Putin is not exactly a virtuous guy, okay?
00:33:38.660 He does all sorts of horrible things.
00:33:40.500 So let's say, okay, he's a war criminal.
00:33:42.360 What strategic objective is accomplished by Biden giving that answer?
00:33:49.540 By him answering the question at all.
00:33:52.160 Right now, you've got this war.
00:33:53.660 It's been going on for 21 days in Ukraine.
00:33:56.080 And it would seem that the, the best thing to do,
00:34:00.380 assuming that America is not really going to give much support,
00:34:02.560 is not going to go in, is not going to get into a direct shooting war with Russia,
00:34:05.280 it would seem that the best thing to do would be to give Putin an out to stop the fighting,
00:34:09.320 to stop the shelling of these civilian areas in Ukraine.
00:34:12.260 Okay, how are you going to do that?
00:34:15.080 One way you could do that is by negotiating a peace.
00:34:18.880 There have been, what, three meetings now between the top Ukrainian and top Russian officials.
00:34:22.460 You could try to negotiate a peace where Russia gets to keep Crimea.
00:34:26.920 They already had it.
00:34:27.600 And Russia gets to keep a couple of those breakaway regions that they originally claimed.
00:34:31.980 And the Ukrainians get to keep Kiev and get to keep most of their country.
00:34:36.400 And maybe they agree not to join NATO.
00:34:39.240 And maybe they demilitarize somewhat,
00:34:42.140 though that would be hard to do because they've had a lot of weapons shipped into them.
00:34:44.500 And Putin pulls all of his troops out.
00:34:47.020 And you basically just go back to the stasis that you had
00:34:50.420 before this war broke out.
00:34:54.040 And most circumstances looking like they were before 2014.
00:34:57.340 Okay, is that perfect?
00:34:58.600 No.
00:34:59.360 But it gives each side something to incentivize them to end the war.
00:35:04.400 Right?
00:35:04.600 It gives Zelensky an out.
00:35:06.140 He gets to maintain most of his country.
00:35:08.080 Gives Putin an out.
00:35:09.120 He gets to rejoin the world stage.
00:35:10.300 Maybe you lift a lot of the sanctions off of Russia.
00:35:12.760 And so everyone can walk away with their pride a little bit wounded.
00:35:17.340 But they can go and claim a victory at home.
00:35:19.060 And then, most importantly, the war will stop.
00:35:23.060 That's not going to happen if you start calling the man a war criminal.
00:35:26.200 If you call Putin a war criminal, if you say,
00:35:28.480 after this war, this guy's going to The Hague.
00:35:30.400 He is going to hang for his crimes against humanity.
00:35:33.760 Well, now Putin has no incentive to stop the war.
00:35:37.120 Right?
00:35:37.360 This is the stupid side of canceling Russia.
00:35:42.000 All these companies pulling out of Russia,
00:35:43.700 going after the central bank, completely destroying the economy.
00:35:46.740 Russia now has basically no incentive to pull out of the war.
00:35:51.060 But it makes Westerners feel really good.
00:35:54.300 It makes Joe Biden, it gave him a good little clip on CNN.
00:35:57.000 It makes that random Democrat senator feel really good.
00:35:59.580 I'm on the right side of history.
00:36:00.840 I'm not just doing nothing.
00:36:02.000 No, you're making things worse is what you're doing.
00:36:04.300 Which is what Biden and the Democrats have been doing the entire time.
00:36:07.640 At every single step of the way, they have made the situation worse in Ukraine.
00:36:14.660 I am not some shock and awe, neocon, they're going to greet us as liberators,
00:36:20.840 war hawk, belligerent kind of concern.
00:36:22.680 I'm not, I am about as far from that as you can be.
00:36:26.120 And yet, a little bit of strength, a little bit, if he had, if, if basically every single
00:36:33.600 thing that Biden had done, we just did the opposite.
00:36:36.380 And frankly, a lot of the moves that America and NATO and the West broadly had made in Ukraine
00:36:43.400 for the past 10 years, if we had just done the opposite, I don't think this stuff would
00:36:48.040 be happening right now.
00:36:49.940 But there's no, there's no incentive for that.
00:36:52.600 And frankly, you want to talk about a really dark political calculation, this war in Ukraine
00:36:56.180 is probably the best thing to happen to Joe Biden politically in a long time.
00:37:00.420 He's underwater on every issue in his country.
00:37:02.300 It's an election year.
00:37:03.240 He knows this is the one issue where he looks somewhat not like a complete and total failure
00:37:08.040 because the media are doing a good job of hiding his complicity in encouraging this war.
00:37:13.840 And so it's going to drag on and on and on.
00:37:17.800 This is an amazing fact.
00:37:19.700 It just, just occurred to me yesterday.
00:37:21.020 It has been 21 days since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
00:37:26.560 That is the same number of days that it took the United States to invade Iraq until the fall
00:37:34.980 of Baghdad.
00:37:36.420 So the actual, not the occupation and the insurgency, but the actual conquest of Iraq took place in
00:37:42.400 exactly the same amount of time that Russia has now been invading all of Ukraine.
00:37:47.460 America did it quickly, efficiently, completely.
00:37:53.520 Russia is stalled in this quagmire.
00:37:57.960 Roughly the same, it's impossible to know how many Russians have died in Ukraine.
00:38:02.300 We're still in the fog of war.
00:38:04.260 We're getting different numbers out of the Ukrainian and Russian propaganda shops.
00:38:07.380 But roughly, let's say it's 6,000 to 8,000 Russians have died.
00:38:12.860 That is roughly the same number of Americans who died in Iraq and Afghanistan over 20 years.
00:38:20.780 That's the number of Russians who have died in Ukraine in three weeks.
00:38:23.800 There are two lessons to take from this.
00:38:26.940 One, America is the only country on Earth that can actually show force, that can actually go
00:38:36.260 out there and accomplish its military objectives cleanly, efficiently.
00:38:41.440 It's not even close.
00:38:42.880 We talk about how General Milley and the top brass at the Pentagon have gone woke and they're
00:38:49.740 complete jokes at this point.
00:38:51.420 That's true.
00:38:52.220 That's pathetic that we have to have our soldiers and sailors and airmen and marines reading
00:38:56.660 Ibram X.
00:38:57.620 Kendi and critical race theory.
00:38:58.760 That's a joke.
00:38:59.760 But the American fighting force is still so many orders of magnitude beyond the strength of
00:39:06.800 any other force on Earth, whether it's Russia or anyone else.
00:39:09.660 It's not even comparable.
00:39:11.080 It's not.
00:39:11.500 So that's the first lesson.
00:39:12.880 We still have such an insane advantage on force that we don't need to fear the militaries
00:39:20.340 of other countries exactly.
00:39:22.260 But then the second lesson is, what about the consequences?
00:39:25.160 We went into Iraq because we knew that they were going to greet us as liberators, which
00:39:30.860 they actually did, by the way.
00:39:31.860 A lot of Iraqis were pretty happy about the invasion.
00:39:35.600 We thought it was going to take a couple of weeks, three weeks to complete it.
00:39:39.680 It did.
00:39:40.280 That was all true.
00:39:41.260 And then what happened?
00:39:42.000 We got bogged down in a political quagmire for years and years and years.
00:39:48.560 Same thing in Afghanistan.
00:39:49.920 We got bogged down in a political quagmire in Afghanistan for 20 years.
00:39:53.340 That was not foreseen by the Pentagon.
00:39:55.800 That was not what the State Department told us at the outset of the war on terror in 2002,
00:40:00.760 2003.
00:40:01.240 We went in with a great deal of hubris.
00:40:04.880 We went in with a great deal of confidence, justified confidence, because we've got the
00:40:08.800 strongest military ever in human history.
00:40:11.660 But what are the consequences here?
00:40:15.780 Fortunately, in Iraq and Afghanistan, the consequences did not involve a nuclear former superpower.
00:40:23.600 It did not involve war throughout Europe.
00:40:26.780 It did not involve too many other major world powers.
00:40:30.060 What could happen here?
00:40:31.600 It's very easy for Jackie Rosen to say, oh, yeah, let's just do.
00:40:35.720 I'm a good person.
00:40:36.640 This is our World War II moment.
00:40:37.820 Yeah, give all the weapons.
00:40:39.280 It's totally fine.
00:40:40.600 Let's escalate this thing.
00:40:41.640 It's no big deal.
00:40:43.160 Joe Biden.
00:40:43.880 Yeah, Putin's a war criminal.
00:40:45.360 Yeah, sure.
00:40:45.720 Let's escalate this.
00:40:46.580 Whatever.
00:40:46.720 I'm going to get a good clip on CNN.
00:40:49.540 What are the, very easy to start these things.
00:40:53.520 What are the consequences going to be?
00:40:57.920 Speaking of war, Brian Stelter over on CNN is, he's really sick of a different war, not
00:41:03.640 the war in Ukraine.
00:41:04.540 He's sick of the culture war.
00:41:06.140 You know, these Republicans, these conservatives, they just keep pushing their ridiculous culture
00:41:11.200 war agenda.
00:41:12.440 Such trivial issues don't matter at all.
00:41:15.460 They're on the wrong side of history.
00:41:17.040 You know, those Republicans, they don't even want to trans the kids.
00:41:20.580 When the media calls it a culture war battle, isn't that the wrong frame for this?
00:41:26.560 It's not a culture war to talk about equal rights for everybody in a country.
00:41:31.120 I mean, I guess it is, but this is, especially when there's a real war raging in Europe, I'm
00:41:35.900 getting tired of the culture war frame.
00:41:38.260 I'm getting tired.
00:41:39.040 This isn't a culture.
00:41:40.220 Why are we calling it a culture war?
00:41:42.560 We're just right.
00:41:44.060 That's what he's saying, right?
00:41:44.900 When, when the left and squishy Republicans, when they come out and they say, oh, enough
00:41:50.020 with the culture war, what they're saying is give the radical left everything they want.
00:41:55.400 They never tell the left enough with the culture war.
00:41:58.140 They never say, hey, left, stop killing all those babies and radically redefining marriage
00:42:02.320 and chopping up people's bodies and transing the kids.
00:42:04.900 Stop.
00:42:05.280 Maybe stop doing that.
00:42:06.500 They never, it's only at the conservatives.
00:42:08.240 Who are not the belligerents in the culture, or they're not the attackers in the culture
00:42:13.140 war.
00:42:14.480 Who started the culture war?
00:42:15.740 By definition, it's not the conservatives.
00:42:17.880 The conservatives are trying to conserve the old standards.
00:42:20.660 It's the left that came in and said, hey, we're going to completely change our understanding
00:42:24.680 of sex and human relationships and a family and marriage and reproduction and babies and
00:42:32.080 human nature itself.
00:42:32.840 We're going to radically change all of that.
00:42:34.580 And we're going to let hulking husky dudes walk into the girls changing room.
00:42:38.560 And if you have any problem with that, man, I don't know.
00:42:40.700 You got some weird hang up.
00:42:42.020 You're just a crazy culture warrior.
00:42:43.800 Enough with the culture war.
00:42:45.100 Just lie down and accept what we tell you to do.
00:42:48.800 No, I don't think I will.
00:42:51.080 I don't think I will.
00:42:52.700 This issue seems to have broken through in a way that marriage and some of the other
00:42:57.480 culture war issues in the past have not.
00:42:59.600 This issue of transing the kids.
00:43:01.720 It has turned parents into a voting block.
00:43:05.320 Parents who were liberal or independent or even center left.
00:43:10.260 They have realized, huh, I don't want little Johnny to be told by his first
00:43:14.960 grade teacher that he's a little Jane.
00:43:17.200 I'm going to vote against this crap.
00:43:19.240 But that hubris, I mean, I guess this is the running threat.
00:43:22.320 This hubris of the left, they're so confident of their own ideology that in the long run,
00:43:28.160 their ideology will prevail that no amount of failure or human devastation will convince
00:43:33.140 them otherwise.
00:43:35.360 This is true of the sort of globalist liberal establishment too.
00:43:40.220 You look at the debacle in Iraq, the debacle in Afghanistan, the debacle in Egypt.
00:43:45.160 The debacle in Libya, the very near, I mean, it was a debacle in Syria that actually could
00:43:49.620 have gone worse.
00:43:51.060 And after all of that, the globalist adventurists will tell you, well, it'll work next time.
00:44:00.860 They're still so confident.
00:44:02.360 Oh, it didn't work because of this.
00:44:03.520 Oh, this thing went wrong.
00:44:04.520 Oh, this.
00:44:05.060 But don't worry.
00:44:05.640 My ideology of global markets and peace and harmony and utopia, it's going to work next
00:44:10.460 time.
00:44:11.240 Let's do it.
00:44:12.060 Let's ratchet up the tension in Ukraine.
00:44:15.200 It'll work.
00:44:15.800 It's what you often hear from the liberals, right?
00:44:20.580 Which is an implicit, who cares if it works in practice?
00:44:24.100 Does it work in theory?
00:44:26.140 Abortion leads to horrible outcomes for everyone involved and for society.
00:44:33.620 We've now got a dying population.
00:44:35.700 You've got lots of depressed women who have been, in many ways, duped, certainly enticed
00:44:40.760 into committing this horrible act.
00:44:42.860 You've got a million dead babies a year almost, 60 million dead babies since Roe versus Wade.
00:44:47.320 And, and what?
00:44:51.520 And they just keep doing it.
00:44:53.580 Marriage, family, totally collapsed.
00:44:55.940 Poor little kids now going on cross-sex hormones, mutilating their bodies, permanently disfiguring
00:45:02.700 themselves.
00:45:03.620 You look at all that carnage, they say, no, don't worry, just a little bit more of this.
00:45:06.420 It'll work next time.
00:45:07.820 Cut it out with your culture war saying no to this.
00:45:09.900 No, no, it's, it's really easy for conservatives to push back.
00:45:15.240 It takes a little tiny bit of courage, but to overcome just the liberal establishment,
00:45:20.140 but the people are on our side here.
00:45:22.500 I get the GOP's fears of these things.
00:45:25.840 You saw it with the letter that they wrote about Ketanji Jackson, the Supreme Court nominee.
00:45:30.400 They say, don't, ah, just let this one go through, basically.
00:45:33.020 Just don't get too, they're going to call us racist.
00:45:35.620 Hey, let's just cool it here.
00:45:37.120 Okay, guys?
00:45:38.120 Just no, don't.
00:45:39.640 Don't, don't buy it.
00:45:40.800 Don't give them an inch.
00:45:41.740 They've gone so far.
00:45:43.280 Their views are so toxic.
00:45:45.040 We are doing so well in the polls right now.
00:45:47.320 The people are so disgusted by Democrats' failures on every single issue.
00:45:53.320 Keep pushing conservatives.
00:45:55.780 Stand your ground.
00:45:58.820 You know who's doing that?
00:46:00.840 Ron DeSantis down in Florida.
00:46:02.180 Ron DeSantis pushed this bill that the Democrats dishonestly called the Don't Say Gay Bill.
00:46:07.240 It's actually the parental rights in education bill.
00:46:10.640 And despite massive pressure from the establishment, from the corporations, from all the libs, from the media, DeSantis held firm.
00:46:19.420 He called their bluff, and it totally worked.
00:46:22.560 Now he's spiking the football.
00:46:23.640 This idea that somehow people actually said that if you don't have classroom instruction on sexual matters in grades K through 3 that somehow businesses don't want to be in Florida, I think people need to get out of their bubble and actually talk to parents in this state.
00:46:40.300 Because they do not want this in kindergarten or first grade or second grade.
00:46:44.500 We want our kids to be kids.
00:46:47.360 These people got to get out of their bubble.
00:46:49.720 And this is true of Republicans, too.
00:46:51.200 The Republicans who have been so conditioned.
00:46:53.960 Very often they live in the Beltway or they just watch a lot of the news.
00:46:58.340 They watch the Sunday shows on cable news.
00:47:01.440 They read the establishment legacy newspapers and they think, oh, I don't want the New York Times to call me a racist.
00:47:09.540 I don't want Chuck Todd on that show to call me this or that.
00:47:12.600 They're living in a bubble.
00:47:16.500 How many of you listening right now, listening on podcasts, listening on radio, on YouTube, wherever you are, how many of you regularly watch cable news?
00:47:25.380 I do not.
00:47:27.760 I do not.
00:47:28.400 I go on cable news a lot.
00:47:29.760 I like I'm not I'm really not disparaging cable news.
00:47:31.980 I'm glad to reach people who are usually in a much older age demographic.
00:47:37.000 But young people, by and large, don't watch it.
00:47:40.220 I don't I don't have a cable subscription.
00:47:43.920 Almost none of my friends who are below the age of 50 have a cable subscription.
00:47:49.000 How many of you, Rhi, you wake up in the morning and you read the New York Times?
00:47:55.240 I don't.
00:47:56.300 I'll read articles from the New York Times throughout the day if they go viral.
00:47:59.240 But I don't read the New York Times as my source of news.
00:48:01.960 I haven't in years.
00:48:04.360 Even relatively conservative establishment outlets.
00:48:08.680 I just don't read them that much.
00:48:10.740 Even the Wall Street Journal.
00:48:11.840 I was I, you know, I subscribe.
00:48:13.100 I don't read it that much for my news.
00:48:15.440 The media landscape has so completely changed and people have access to information in a way they didn't before.
00:48:24.500 The Fauci documentary is a good example of this.
00:48:27.640 Even five to ten years ago, something like the three part Fauci series just really couldn't have gotten out there.
00:48:34.600 There wouldn't be a platform to do that that could sustain that kind of level of production.
00:48:39.480 You would have to turn to the bigger left wing outlets to get something like that.
00:48:44.120 Now you can.
00:48:46.580 Do not fear.
00:48:47.720 Beltway crowd.
00:48:48.880 Bubble crowd.
00:48:49.840 People that handful of people who still watch the Sunday shows.
00:48:52.860 Do not fear that.
00:48:54.840 You are living in a bubble.
00:48:56.200 The real political landscape.
00:48:57.560 The actual people have changed.
00:48:58.940 Listen to Ron DeSantis.
00:49:00.300 Okay.
00:49:00.720 Listen to Glenn Youngkin in Virginia.
00:49:03.040 Listen to your humble host who hates to say I told you so.
00:49:06.220 Just stand firm.
00:49:08.780 All the bellowing and screeching and rending of garments and gnashing of teeth that you get from that liberal echo chamber.
00:49:16.660 It doesn't resonate out here.
00:49:19.080 Okay.
00:49:19.620 Parents still don't want to trans the kids.
00:49:23.180 There's great news coming out on the so-called social issues in West Virginia.
00:49:27.180 The West Virginia House and Senate just passed a bill saying you can no longer abort Down syndrome babies.
00:49:35.800 This is a real tragedy and it's something that future generations are going to look upon us with horror for.
00:49:42.580 They're going to look upon us as though we're absolute barbarians and savages.
00:49:45.740 A lot of babies, most babies who have Down syndrome that are diagnosed in the womb are killed through abortion.
00:49:55.380 This is why you don't see as many Down syndrome people anymore.
00:49:57.940 Remember 20, 30 years ago you'd see a lot more Down syndrome people.
00:50:00.440 Now you don't see as many because they're being killed in the womb.
00:50:05.000 There's even an irony to this which is we covered this on the show a while ago.
00:50:08.620 The vast majority of positive tests showing birth defects in the womb that very often impel people to abort their babies are false positives.
00:50:19.080 They're not even real.
00:50:20.780 But furthermore, even if they were real, you shouldn't be killing people because they have disabilities.
00:50:25.260 That's the wrong thing to do.
00:50:27.340 What an evil thing to do.
00:50:29.480 And yet people do it.
00:50:30.200 They don't even think about it.
00:50:31.000 The most virtue signaling, moralizing people in the world, the most preening liberals on the world who change their profile picture to the Ukrainian flag or to the mask or to the rainbow flag or whatever the cause celeb is of the day to seem like the good moral people.
00:50:51.700 They will walk into a doctor's office, be told their baby is retarded and kill the baby without even thinking.
00:50:57.120 Like it's obvious.
00:50:57.920 Of course.
00:50:59.060 Of course.
00:50:59.460 Well, I don't have a little perfect baby like no one is, by the way.
00:51:02.820 None of us is perfect.
00:51:04.220 But they'll go in and they'll kill it.
00:51:05.800 In Iceland, they bragged about this a few years ago.
00:51:09.200 They bragged.
00:51:09.800 They said, we've eliminated Down syndrome in Iceland.
00:51:13.120 There's no cure for Down syndrome.
00:51:14.920 You just kill them all.
00:51:16.020 You're bragging about how you're killing every single person with this particular disability before they can even make it into the world.
00:51:24.520 So this is a really great law that I assume will be signed into law.
00:51:29.240 It's passed by both chambers in West Virginia.
00:51:31.660 It's a great law because, look, I would much rather outlaw abortion for everyone, right?
00:51:37.540 There's no more abortion.
00:51:38.460 We can't kill any of the babies.
00:51:39.600 But when you point, when you say you're not allowed to kill disabled babies, that drives home the moral horror.
00:51:47.520 It's what they've done on the education front.
00:51:49.820 Instead of merely framing education as we're going to ban critical race theory or we're going to ban transgenderism, they call it curriculum transparency.
00:51:57.000 So now the left has to be against transparency.
00:52:00.220 In West Virginia, they've got to be pro-kill the crippled people, kill the disabled people.
00:52:06.020 That's not the place you want to be in.
00:52:07.480 It's just another way of framing the argument to show you the moral horror that people are blind to because they are not being given a proper formation or a proper moral view of the world, which is why I've got to get to this.
00:52:22.800 I'm so happy to see this.
00:52:24.460 There is a diocese of the Catholic Church down in Mexico that is now denying communion and the ability to be a godparent to pro-abortion politicians.
00:52:33.480 I wish our bishops and priests here in America would do the same thing because it is scandalous.
00:52:38.740 The fact that our president says that he's Catholic, he blasphemously claims to be Catholic, and yet he supports the slaughter of babies, which is a non-negotiable issue.
00:52:48.120 You can't do it.
00:52:48.980 He is truly imperiling his mortal soul, and he is imperiling the souls of people who are scandalized by this and confused by this.
00:52:58.440 So this priest down in Mexico, in Sinaloa, he says that pro-abortion politicians, this is Father Miguel Ángel Soto Gaciola, they will not be able to receive the Holy Communion because this is a recognition of their objectively unworthy state to receive the body of Christ.
00:53:15.320 It's not the priest punishing them exactly.
00:53:17.700 It's the priest actually helping them, saying, look, you're unworthy of this right now.
00:53:21.540 You are harming yourself and harming a lot of other people.
00:53:24.900 And the priest comes in and says, these politicians cannot do it.
00:53:29.660 It is my job.
00:53:30.660 We don't have that in America anymore, but we need a lot more of that.
00:53:33.960 When we had a functioning religious community in America and when we had a functioning civil society, this constrained the whims of the politicians.
00:53:41.800 And then in the name of liberation, we got rid of all that stuff.
00:53:45.020 And now we've got totally unlimited government.
00:53:48.060 We've got totally unlimited tyrants running our country.
00:53:51.540 And it's terrible for the state of our country, and it will lead to horrible political outcomes.
00:53:56.560 Ironically, it will make us much less free.
00:53:58.800 This is how you get people like Dr. Fauci.
