00:01:55.480 but it's the honorable mention.

00:03:21.980 You know, we had the roaring 20s under his leadership.

00:03:25.180 But he's got some marks against him.

00:03:27.420 One mark against him is that he supported

00:03:30.940 the direct election of senators, 17th Amendment.

00:03:33.360 It's one of the worst amendments ever

00:03:35.980 in the history of the United States.

00:03:37.860 He also supported the 19th Amendment.

00:03:41.000 We don't have to get into that too much.

00:03:43.580 But anyway, there were some issues with Coolidge.

00:03:48.420 But he also didn't really have long enough.

00:03:50.860 He became president after his predecessor,

00:03:53.940 when he was vice president, died.

00:03:55.540 And he didn't, this is actually very noble,

00:03:58.160 he didn't want to serve longer than George Washington.
