00:00:28.020 Limited time only, exclusions do apply. 0.91

00:00:30.000 A few weeks ago, I made the, I thought, uncontroversial observation that condoms are kind of gay. 0.97

00:00:36.960 The conclusion that one draws is that condoms are kind of gay. 0.92

00:00:39.360 The hosts of The Young Turks apparently took issue with my clear-as-day observation. 1.00

00:00:45.900 No, you frickin' bozo.

00:00:48.540 I am going to examine their refutation of my point, 0.79

00:00:52.980 and producer Ben Davies has issued me a challenge,

00:00:56.100 which is to try not to laugh at Cenk Uygur for as long as possible.

00:01:00.960 So, without further ado, take it away. 0.99

00:01:03.580 Condoms are kind of gay. 0.97

00:01:05.400 That's the expert commentary that you can hear by Michael Knowles. 0.91

00:01:10.680 I don't know how to respond to that.

00:01:12.780 Maybe we need to hear more, but first, some more context.

00:01:15.240 So, in order to understand what could have possibly led to him making that statement,

00:01:20.780 we'll have to watch him whine about fringe culture war nonsense.

00:01:23.780 So, stay tuned for that.

00:01:24.960 It's terrible for me to whine about fringe culture war nonsense, but it's very, very important for

00:01:30.440 them to whine about me whining about the supposedly fringe culture war nonsense.

00:01:34.600 Something doesn't add up here.

00:01:36.240 Keep going.

00:01:36.680 I think a lot of people are beginning to notice the contraceptive mentality is the beginning of

00:01:41.340 the pride mentality.

00:01:42.280 It's a great point.

00:01:42.860 Because the contraceptive mentality divorces sex from the consequences of sex,

00:01:47.640 which is exactly what gave us the pride move.

00:01:50.320 There's no distinction here.

00:01:52.160 People are beginning to realize, okay, if I don't like this insane anarchistic view of

00:01:56.800 sex that is totally self-centered and divorced from any ends, well, then maybe I got to rewind 0.81

00:02:01.900 it and ask, well, what is the point of sex?

00:02:05.460 I mean, I can just quickly answer one of the main questions he had there about like,

00:02:10.340 why engage in this narcissistic act if you're not trying to procreate?

00:02:13.760 Pleasure, pleasure.

00:02:16.100 I'm not a religious person.

00:02:17.180 However, if I were a religious person, I would thank the Lord, okay, for giving us the physical

00:02:25.760 capability.

00:02:26.620 I know not all of us and thoughts and prayers for those folks, but generally speaking, the

00:02:31.860 physical capability to experience sexual pleasure. 0.88

00:02:35.040 Sex is pleasurable.

00:02:36.280 Yes, that's one of the main things that draws us to it.

00:02:39.760 And that's good.

00:02:40.480 I'm not denying any of that.

00:02:41.740 That's obviously a point of it.

00:02:43.060 Just like pleasure is a point of eating a big hamburger.

00:02:48.940 It's not the point of eating the hamburger, though.

00:02:51.460 It's an ancillary feature.

00:02:53.700 It's rather nice.

00:02:54.840 I'm glad it's one of the allurements of eating a hamburger.

00:02:57.720 But the point of eating the hamburger is to nourish me and to sustain me so that I can go

00:03:02.520 about my life and pursue my other higher purposes.

00:03:05.340 If I divorced the purpose of the hamburger from the pleasure, what would I do?

00:03:10.680 Well, I'd probably stuff my face with a lot of different hamburgers.

00:03:14.260 And then I'd, I don't know, I'd probably go vomit up those hamburgers because I don't

00:03:16.800 really want the calories.

00:03:17.880 You know, I just want the pleasure of the taste.

00:03:20.400 As our culture has divorced the pleasure of sex from the end of sex, which is procreation, 0.52

00:03:26.360 we've got a declining birth rate, so a dying population.

00:03:29.260 We've got people putting off marriage.

00:03:31.460 We've got people getting divorced at much higher rates.

00:03:34.380 We've got a lot of social breakdown.

00:03:36.420 It's made men kind of weak and it's made us all very selfish.

00:03:42.100 It's not very good.

00:03:43.340 That's not to say sex is bad, but it's to say that divorcing things from their purpose

00:03:47.180 does not end well.

00:03:48.540 So look, there's two court issues here.

00:03:50.620 That's a massive difference between the right wing and the left wing.

00:03:53.400 And this clarifies things and why I think no rational person could be a right winger.

00:03:57.560 So there, I said it, catch feelings.

00:04:00.840 So number one.

00:04:02.760 I guess I lost.

00:04:04.440 That caught me by surprise because I said, okay, I'm not going to laugh.

00:04:07.000 But then what made me laugh was not some bombastic comment from Cenk. 0.94

00:04:11.120 It was the suggestion that his statement were somehow bold.

00:04:15.780 You know, he said, I don't think a rational person could ever be conservative.

00:04:20.540 There, I said it.

00:04:22.040 That's right.

00:04:22.780 Most people don't have the courage to say such an uncommon expression as that.

00:04:27.560 Ah, but I said it.

00:04:28.740 And that's what got me.

00:04:29.700 Okay, it didn't last very long.

00:04:30.600 Keep going.

00:04:31.040 He is saying the only sex that should be allowed, presumably, is the purpose of procreating 0.74

00:04:39.300 and creating children.

00:04:41.820 Put a pause there.

00:04:42.680 You see, this is where he slips in the little trick because he says, well, presumably what

00:04:47.760 he's saying is that every other kind of sex shouldn't be allowed.

00:04:50.620 My only point was that the sterile sexual ethic is not good.

00:04:55.920 What if I want to have sex before I get married? 0.96

00:04:57.560 I guess you just have to be prepared to die. 0.81

00:04:59.860 The sexual revolution broadly is responsible for that. 0.70

00:05:03.200 You really think this is what sex is for?

00:05:05.460 You really think this is good?

00:05:07.060 Have the consequences of this really been good?

00:05:09.180 Nobody would answer yes.

00:05:11.020 It's such an absurd point. 0.94

00:05:13.000 No one in America believes that only these radical lunatics believe it.

00:05:16.960 Does this guy realize how out of touch he is with the vast majority of people who have

00:05:23.560 ever lived?

00:05:24.700 Sex has a point and ought to be ordered toward that point, which is procreation. 0.98

00:05:28.220 You realize how crazy you said? 0.90

00:05:31.960 No, man, that's most people agree with that.

00:05:35.060 Even if today we live in a particularly bizarre liberal moment, statistically 100% of people

00:05:41.000 for all of human history have believed what I believe roughly about sex. 0.97

00:05:47.480 Only these radical lunatics believe it. 0.92

00:05:50.340 He does it because I'm going to get attention. 0.91

00:05:52.880 Matt Walsh has the anti-trans niche covered and he got really famous over that.

00:05:57.100 I want to be famous too. 0.99

00:05:58.480 I'll be the dumbest one. 0.99

00:06:00.000 I'm against all contraception. 1.00

00:06:01.840 I think condoms are gay. 0.99

00:06:04.280 And you know what? 0.99

00:06:05.520 Unfortunately, in this media ecosystem, that works.

00:06:07.960 That's why they do it.

00:06:08.940 Look, we're covering it. 1.00

00:06:09.920 Hey, look at how dumb this guy is. 1.00

00:06:11.460 And a lot of right-wingers are going, huh? 1.00

00:06:14.000 Well, yeah, yeah, the star of sexual sex, I don't want that. 1.00

00:06:17.600 And yeah, I don't like gay people. 1.00

00:06:20.760 And I don't know how the condoms bother me. 0.96

00:06:22.840 I think he's right.

00:06:24.060 And he's going to convince like 2 to 3% of people.

00:06:27.060 I don't even think that.

00:06:29.320 Pretty good.

00:06:29.580 I think you're being far too generous to Michael Knowles and thinking that that argument would

00:06:34.640 even convince 2 to 3% of Republican voters to like turn on contraceptives, like

00:06:41.200 condoms.

00:06:41.800 Come on.

00:06:42.100 Just put a pause here.

00:06:43.860 This is crazy, right?

00:06:44.800 Who's that going to convince?

00:06:46.080 This is the official doctrinal teaching of the Catholic Church forever.

00:06:53.060 There are a lot of Catholics out there.

00:06:54.560 There are a lot of Catholics in America.

00:06:55.740 There are a lot more than 2 or 3% of the country.

00:06:57.540 A lot of Catholics around the world.

00:06:58.980 I'm like basically just reading out of the catechism, okay?

00:07:01.460 If I wanted to get attention, I'd put on a soft shoe and wear a sequined blazer.

00:07:05.300 I'm not doing that.

00:07:06.320 I'm just reading basic elements of traditional sexual ethics.

00:07:09.980 And look, again, you want to go up against 99% of women who actually use it, even if 0.99

00:07:14.940 some of them answer in a poll, oh, yeah, maybe we should ban it. 0.93

00:07:17.880 I mean, I use it earlier in my life, and I'd like to be a hypocrite now, or whatever reason.

00:07:22.660 Or I use it, but I'm evil because Michael Knowles said I'm evil because I use-

00:07:26.720 When did I ever say anyone is evil for committing a sin?

00:07:30.980 When did I say that?

00:07:31.780 That's not true.

00:07:33.360 So get your facts straight.

00:07:35.000 He's putting it in quotes even.

00:07:36.660 I never said that.

00:07:37.340 I don't think I use the word evil anywhere in my monologue.

00:07:39.720 The other thing he's wrong about is he says 99% of women use contraception.

00:07:42.620 That's obviously not true.

00:07:44.180 Half of women have gone through menopause already, right? 0.97

00:07:47.900 At least.

00:07:48.720 You think those women are on birth control? 1.00

00:07:51.040 So it's a relatively small number of women. 1.00

00:07:53.620 And then some of them at some point have used contraception.

00:07:57.600 And a lot of those women have turned against it. 0.63

00:07:59.800 I mean, this is a major movement right now.

00:08:01.320 Forget about even conservatives and religious people.

00:08:03.600 Just ordinary, kind of crunchy, liberal women who say, huh, you know, maybe there's something 1.00

00:08:08.880 wrong and something not so wise about pumping my body full of unnatural hormones simply so 0.67

00:08:15.500 that I can be used for the sexual pleasure of random men who don't want to commit to me.

00:08:19.740 Yeah, maybe that's not such a great idea.

00:08:21.260 It's not just us conservatives who are pointing that out, guys.

00:09:24.080 GenuCell.com slash KnowlesYT. 0.98

00:09:25.920 Michael Knowles said I'm evil because I use, I have anachronic, anarchistic sex. 0.98

00:09:32.540 Okay. 0.98

00:09:33.080 That sounds fun.

00:09:33.640 Yeah, by the way, that doesn't sound too bad.

00:09:35.620 I mean, it's anarchy. 0.81

00:09:36.880 No, I like sex with lots and lots of rules. 0.62

00:09:40.160 Right. 0.60

00:09:40.380 And regulations.

00:09:41.520 And only for procreation. 0.99

00:09:43.020 And by the way, now, seriously, about these 20s.

00:09:45.860 Actually, rules are sometimes important.

00:09:47.480 There we go.

00:09:48.380 Put a pause.

00:09:48.860 There it is.

00:09:49.500 See, lady?

00:09:50.080 You're making fun of me.

00:09:51.160 You're making fun of me because you're using talking points from 1990s, I am woman, hear 0.86

00:09:58.360 me roar, feminism, nonsense. 1.00

00:10:00.000 But we ain't living in the 90s anymore, honey.

00:10:02.260 We're living in the Me Too era.

00:10:04.000 We're living in the Time's Up era.

00:10:05.600 We're living in the era where we've seen the consequences of the sexual revolution that 0.69

00:10:09.940 the conservatives have been warning about the whole time.

00:10:11.880 But the liberals are observing it now, too.

00:10:14.080 And so even as she's making fun of me for saying sex should not be anarchistic, but should

00:10:18.320 actually have some rule and order to it, even as she's making fun of me, then after the

00:10:23.240 laugh line, she says, well, actually, though, he's kind of, he's right, obviously.

00:10:26.440 But what a fuddy-duddy.

00:10:29.080 Yeah, yeah.

00:10:29.840 Depending on what games you're playing.

00:10:31.080 Anyways.

00:10:31.900 Oh, good.

00:10:32.440 Schenk admits it, too.

00:10:33.360 Good.

00:10:33.660 Glad.

00:10:33.960 Can we end the video there then, folks?

00:10:35.440 Because after this whole windup of this ad hominem, these straw man arguments, this 0.99

00:10:41.200 Knowles is a moron, this he's seeking attention, this is crazy, this is fringe, this is extreme. 0.99

00:10:46.660 They both admit, they both admit that I am completely right, at least on the point that 1.00

00:10:52.640 sex should not be totally anarchistic, that actually there are rules, there is order.

00:10:56.580 So then the logical next question is, well, what's the whole thing ordered toward?

00:10:59.820 And they probably don't want to state that explicitly, but it is implied by the point that

00:11:04.700 they've already conceded.

00:11:05.780 Let's actually look at the current polling, let's do that.

00:11:08.380 Okay.

00:11:08.840 Yeah, because Data for Progress put out a poll in October of 2022, asking, would you be more

00:11:17.420 likely or less likely to vote for a candidate for Congress who opposes protecting the right

00:11:21.680 to contraception under federal law?

00:11:24.240 So that is a broader question, not only having to do with condoms, but also birth control.

00:11:30.360 Let's look at Republicans, right?

00:11:31.740 40% say they are less likely to vote for someone who wants to ban birth control, only 25% say

00:11:39.080 more likely.

00:11:40.040 But now, Anna, we're kidding around about 2 or 3%, but there it is, 25% of Republicans

00:11:44.860 say ban it. 0.99

00:11:46.240 By the way, 35% aren't sure, aren't sure.

00:11:49.300 I know, but this is a very broad question pertaining to-

00:11:53.940 Exactly.

00:11:54.660 You're right, it's extremely broad, so you'd expect the numbers to be much smaller.

00:11:58.700 I'm not saying Republicans need to go campaigning on, we're going to ban all these things.

00:12:02.780 I'm just, all I am articulating is the perfectly normal and obviously true moral point that

00:12:10.520 sex is ordered toward procreation. 0.98

00:12:13.620 Congratulations, Reg, it's a squid. 0.54

00:12:17.300 And you can extrapolate from that, as all political societies do, but don't put the words in my

00:12:25.040 mouth that I'm saying that every member of Congress needs to go campaign against condoms

00:12:27.980 or something like that.

00:12:28.740 That's your own imagination.

00:12:30.580 If push came to shove, we think, obviously, they're not actually going to try to, even

00:12:36.120 the Republican, even a majority of the Republican voters are going to be like, no, don't ban

00:12:39.440 contraception.

00:12:40.040 That's nuts, right?

00:12:41.720 And obviously, everyone else thinks it's the craziest thing in the world.

00:12:44.780 Although, as you see in the poll, 9% of Democrats are like, maybe.

00:12:48.660 Like, what?

00:12:49.440 Like, 9% say yes.

00:12:51.140 Much more likely.

00:12:52.340 Put a pause.

00:12:53.080 I thought he was going to be arguing against my point in this video.

00:12:56.600 But they keep, as they've got locked and loaded, their talking points to knock down my point.

00:13:00.980 But they say, huh, actually, you know, a lot of Republicans actually do think that contraception

00:13:04.900 is maybe not the best thing ever. 0.98

00:13:06.020 Well, but they're those crazy Republicans, because they're conservative. 0.95

00:13:08.460 And that makes sense that conservatives are conservative. 0.97

00:13:09.900 But the Democrats, though, they're going to, actually, man, almost one in 10 Democrats

00:13:13.940 agrees with Knowles.

00:13:15.100 Huh, well, that's great.

00:13:16.380 Keep going, guys.

00:13:17.080 You're going to be making my argument for me better than I did.

00:13:20.820 In the great majority of the country's bubble, we're like, yeah, this is the year 2023.

00:13:25.480 We believe in freedom, and people can have sex for whatever reason they want.

00:13:28.740 Why are we judging their sex life?

00:13:30.520 Oh, that one was too much fun.

00:13:32.200 That one wasn't, can we judge whether it wasn't fun enough?

00:13:35.920 No, you have to only do it for the reasons Michael Knowles wants. 0.93

00:13:38.760 So the great majority of the country thinks these guys are lunatics, okay? 0.97

00:13:45.020 Ironic. 0.91

00:13:45.500 But there is a religious contingent in this country, including some Democrats, who go,

00:13:50.780 no, no.

00:13:53.000 The sex should be done by my rules. 0.99

00:13:55.880 And my rules say only for procreation. 0.95

00:13:58.880 Put a pause there.

00:13:59.460 It's not my rules.

00:14:01.000 It's God's rules, first of all.

00:14:02.280 And I'm not saying that that's the only point at all.

00:14:06.040 It's the ultimate point.

00:14:06.920 It's what sex is ordered toward. 0.94

00:14:08.660 But it's not my rules.

00:14:09.520 It's God's rules.

00:14:10.780 And even if you don't believe in God for some reason, at the very least, you would have

00:14:14.940 to admit that is our civilization's rules for 2,000 years.

00:14:20.340 Yeah, it's kind of what we do here.

00:14:22.260 My position is, you know, I think probably our civilization pretty much kind of had it

00:14:28.280 right.

00:14:28.520 They weren't completely off base when they had a consistent sexual ethic for millennia.

00:14:33.540 Maybe we shouldn't just upend the whole thing overnight because there might be some negative

00:14:37.420 consequences to that that some of us can foresee and others of us cannot, but which are there

00:14:42.380 nonetheless.

00:14:43.120 So by the way, if you're married and you only want to have three kids, I guess that means, 0.55

00:14:47.060 okay, enjoy the three times you have sex in your life because you can't have sex before. 0.75

00:14:52.080 You're only using it for procreation.

00:14:53.600 You can't use contraception.

00:14:55.600 So you want three kids.

00:14:57.300 Three times you get that.

00:14:58.140 First of all, Cenk seems to think that, you know, you knock a lady up every single time you

00:15:02.700 do the deed.

00:15:04.400 And that is generally not the case.

00:15:06.800 But two, there are non-artificial contraceptive means of measuring exactly when a lady is likely

00:15:17.080 to be fertile, which I'm not necessarily recommending.

00:15:20.160 I don't, I think it's good to be open to life, but in a grave circumstance, if one wanted

00:15:23.880 to do that, they are extremely effective and they're mocked, these methods, but they're

00:15:29.060 extremely scientifically advanced, much more scientifically advanced and sophisticated

00:15:33.060 than, you know, pulling a rubber out of a box from the gas station.

00:15:37.920 All right.

00:15:39.540 No, no, not all right.

00:15:40.940 Anyway, keep going. 0.78

00:15:42.040 Again, the great majority of the country thinks lunatics, but there is a conservative

00:15:47.560 religious element that goes, sounds right to me.

00:15:50.500 They're not actually going to do it.

00:15:51.720 They don't practice it. 1.00

00:15:53.040 They're giant, enormous, overwhelming hypocrites. 1.00

00:15:56.160 All of them use contraception. 1.00

00:15:58.100 Put a pause right there because now he's making an accusation about something that is just

00:16:01.960 manifestly not true.

00:16:03.720 At the recording of this video, I have one child who is one year old.

00:16:07.280 I have one child who's two and a half years old.

00:16:09.140 I promise you, I am not a hypocrite on this issue.

00:16:11.400 What's so telling about that commentary there is Cenk, I think sincerely, doesn't believe

00:16:17.080 it's possible that people could just be open to life, that people could actually just want

00:16:22.460 to have children, not want to divorce the pleasure of sex from the point of sex, would

00:16:27.560 not want to, you know, go buy a box of rubbers from a convenience store.

00:16:31.840 All of them use contraception and none of them actually believe this, but they go, yeah, we

00:16:36.320 should.

00:16:36.620 We should ban other people from having fun sex, sex for just fun, no, okay? 0.97

00:16:42.700 All right, if you're in that group, yeah, you're likely a right winger and you're probably 1.00

00:16:45.880 nuts and we're gonna fight you and we're gonna win. 0.99

00:16:48.360 So have at it.

00:16:49.280 No one's gonna try to ban condoms.

00:16:50.900 It's just not gonna happen. 0.97

00:16:51.840 Like it's the most ridiculous thing ever. 0.98

00:16:53.680 They've driven down support for gay marriage by seven points and it keeps going down. 0.98

00:16:58.920 Put a pause there.

00:16:59.520 That's not true.

00:17:00.500 We've driven down support for same sex relations period by seven percentage points in just a

00:17:05.920 couple of years, I think it was, according to Pew.

00:17:07.980 And it's not we who drove it down.

00:17:10.120 Also, it's reality.

00:17:12.140 It's the reality of the culmination of the sexual revolution that has done that.

00:17:15.840 I suspect Drag Queen Story Hour had a lot more to do with that. 0.74

00:17:19.580 I suspect the bizarre pride parades.

00:17:22.160 I suspect the indoctrination in the elementary school classrooms had a lot more to do with

00:17:27.080 the decline, the precipitous decline in support for the weird sexual revolution type stuff.

00:17:32.280 These guys batter and batter and batter and batter.

00:17:36.140 So yeah, they're not gonna win on this issue.

00:17:38.360 But they're gonna keep going and they're gonna try to convince religious people,

00:17:42.100 your religion should rule everyone.

00:17:45.020 Okay, I'm sorry, I don't agree.

00:17:46.420 Put a pause there.

00:17:47.520 Unlike Mr. Cenk Uygur over here, who believes that his religion should rule everyone.

00:17:51.960 Well, his religion of liberalism and decadence and decay.

00:17:56.120 Well, that has been ruling everyone for a number of decades now.

00:18:00.100 And the consequences have been completely disastrous, measured in pretty much any way.

00:18:06.180 Support for our institutions, patriotism, hope for the future, self-reported levels of happiness,

00:18:12.800 marriage, family formation, birth rates.

00:18:15.700 It's just every measure of a nation's success, other than material financial success, sometimes.

00:18:24.180 So maybe we ought to try a different religious view, since Cenk's has not been very successful. 0.89

00:18:28.700 Sorry, I don't agree, and I'm gonna fight you 2,000%.

00:18:31.520 And so, okay, and by the way, Michael Knowles is a giant, giant lie.

00:18:36.020 What, you never used contraception?

00:18:37.720 No.

00:18:37.940 I don't use contraception.

00:18:39.200 I don't think I ever said I've never done anything wrong in my life.

00:18:42.600 I was an atheist for 10 years.

00:18:43.920 I was still sort of right-wing, but in that libertarian, kind of like not cool way.

00:18:48.300 But I did all sorts of terrible things.

00:18:50.400 Fortunately, on a lot of them, I've ceased to do them, or I've greatly, you know, diminished the amount that I do bad things.

00:18:57.900 And on certain issues, like the one that Cenk and I here are talking about,

00:19:01.240 I've completely changed my mind on it and then just got rid of it.

00:19:04.500 Which is great to do, especially when you're married.

00:19:05.900 It makes it a lot easier to do that.

00:19:07.900 Even so, even if one were to sin, let's say a married person did use contraception for whatever reason,

00:19:13.920 if you have a standard and then you fall short of that standard and you regret that, that's not hypocrisy.

00:19:21.720 That's called sin, which is a fact of human life.

00:19:23.900 That's called being human.

00:19:24.960 And we, mean old religious people, are quite in favor of grace and forgiveness and, you know,

00:19:31.600 forgiving other people their debts as we wish our sins to be forgiven by God.

00:19:35.800 So that's not hypocrisy.

00:19:36.940 Hypocrisy is when you pretend to hold one view and then you behave in a way that's contrary to that view.

00:19:43.640 But no, even at the end there, he can't believe that anybody would not use contraception. 0.99

00:19:50.040 No, you freaking bozo. 1.00

00:19:53.440 Okay, he was in a movie where he's having gay sex and et cetera. 1.00

00:19:57.580 Put a pause there. 0.99

00:19:58.680 That's not true.

00:19:59.600 I was in this undergraduate thesis movie at Yale, but it wasn't gay.

00:20:03.920 My character was bisexual.

00:20:05.280 I see a lot of girls. 0.95

00:20:08.120 I see a lot of guys too.

00:20:10.040 But anyway, you know, look, to Chank's point, in my acting career brief though it was,

00:20:14.980 I've played hundreds of roles.

00:20:16.440 I've played, I don't know, like two or three kind of more effeminate type, you know, like

00:20:21.600 wimpy type of guys.

00:20:23.080 But I've played soldiers, all right?

00:20:25.860 I played the devil once. 0.97

00:20:27.140 Although he, I guess South Park depicts him as kind of gay. 0.98

00:20:29.500 Who's my cream puff? 0.97

00:20:31.240 I am.

00:20:32.160 That's my buddy.

00:20:33.100 But you know, you play one bisexual character in one Yale undergraduate thesis film, that's

00:20:39.120 all you're ever known for as an actor.

00:20:40.800 At least, I will say, at least people are talking about my acting work.

00:20:43.780 Most actors never, you know, their work never really sees the light of day.

00:20:46.660 So I'm glad that Chank has enjoyed it.

00:20:48.500 This guy, back when he was trying to be an actor and trying to be famous, he was like, 1.00

00:20:51.860 yeah, gay sex and contraception and wild sex. 1.00

00:20:54.820 I'm here for you. 1.00

00:20:56.640 And now that he's a loser, total failure in life, and he couldn't be famous with that. 0.99

00:21:02.020 Now he's like, I think condoms are bad. 1.00

00:21:03.780 I think sex is bad because I'm not- 0.59

00:21:05.400 Put a pause there. 0.83

00:21:06.240 I guess I need to teach Chank one more thing, which is when you go to see a movie or a play 1.00

00:21:14.060 or a TV show, you'll see people on screen and they'll say things and they'll do things.

00:21:19.380 And they'll move around and kind of wear costumes.

00:21:21.920 But those costumes are not necessarily those people's real clothing.

00:21:26.000 And the things they say are not necessarily the things that those people actually believe.

00:21:30.480 And like the names that they're referred to sometimes in the play or the movie or the TV show,

00:21:34.580 they're not-

00:21:35.060 Often they're not the names of the real people because they're doing something called acting.

00:21:39.020 So, I mean, it's like, no, it's bad, bad, only for procreation. 0.95

00:21:44.840 I'm going to rule all of your lives with my BS, totally made up, totally hypocritical principles. 0.98

00:21:52.520 Okay, Michael, I got it. 1.00

00:21:53.660 You got slightly famous by saying something totally and utterly asinine. 0.95

00:21:57.580 In this case, I want you to keep saying it because I want Republicans to lose all elections 1.00

00:22:01.760 by being radical morons like you. 1.00

00:22:04.380 I do applaud you for being as passionate in protection of condoms. 1.00

00:22:08.520 Like the only man in the country who feels this passionately about protecting condoms.

00:22:13.340 Well, you know, good on her.

00:22:16.080 I mean, I really get a kick out of her because after Cenk's kind of diatribe, 0.98

00:22:22.020 which is mostly just ad hominem invective,

00:22:24.360 she comes in and totally guts his argument.

00:22:28.400 Got some bad news for you. 0.99

00:22:29.960 You're f***ing done, son. 0.98

00:22:31.920 It's over. 0.99

00:22:32.900 Because she says, wow, Cenk, you really get passionate about condoms. 0.99

00:22:36.600 And that's good for you.

00:22:38.920 That's good to be passionate about something that's so important. 0.98

00:22:42.280 If you're getting really fired up in defense of little pieces of plastic to have meaningless sex 0.54

00:22:50.060 so you don't have any children and you remain sterile, 0.78

00:22:52.600 something's gone wrong in your life,

00:22:54.200 and certainly something's gone wrong in your mind,

00:22:57.060 and you should correct it.

00:23:00.440 I hope that I've been able to correct some of that in this brief instruction. 0.99

00:23:04.780 Yeah, and in gay, I don't like gay people. 1.00

00:23:07.000 I don't like gay people. 1.00

00:23:07.060 No. 0.99

00:23:07.380 No.

00:23:07.480 No.
