The Daily Wire is appealing directly to the Supreme Court of the United States, asking them to hear our case against the Biden administration's tyrannical vaccine mandate. The question here isn't whether or not the government has the right to enforce its rules on its own employees, it s whether they can coerce private businesses into forcing private employees to follow rules that the government never had a right to impose in the first place.

00:00:00.000 Hey, it's Jeremy Boren, co-CEO and God King of The Daily Wire.
00:00:03.500 All right, bad news first.
00:00:05.280 On Friday, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the stay against the Biden administration's
00:00:09.840 tyrannical vaccine mandate.
00:00:11.920 I won't lie, that's a brutal setback in the fight for bodily autonomy, privacy, and
00:00:16.460 constitutional order.
00:00:17.840 The good news?
00:00:18.940 Well, today, The Daily Wire is appealing directly to the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:00:23.440 What does that mean?
00:00:24.620 Well, we don't know.
00:00:25.680 So far, the Supreme Court has avoided every vaccine case that's come their way.
00:00:28.980 But here's the thing.
00:00:30.160 This case is different.
00:00:31.880 The question here isn't whether or not the government has the right to enforce its rules
00:00:35.160 on its own employees.
00:00:36.860 It's whether or not unelected bureaucrats at OSHA have the right to coerce private businesses 1.00
00:00:41.180 into forcing private employees to follow rules that the government never had the right to
00:00:45.660 impose in the first place.
00:00:47.360 Joe Biden himself acknowledged that he lacked this authority only a few short months ago.
00:00:52.100 But lacking authority and even admitting to lacking authority has never stopped Joe Biden
00:00:56.340 from trying to force Americans to comply with his policies.
00:00:59.520 Look, we're confident in our cause.
00:01:01.420 We have the rule of law, administrative and constitutional on our side.
00:01:04.760 We have the science on our side.
00:01:06.460 We have the best and most moral arguments on our side.
00:01:09.240 If the Supreme Court will just hear our case, we're confident we can win.
00:01:13.700 If they won't, well, that won't just be a loss for us at The Daily Wire.
00:01:17.400 It'll be a loss for every American.
00:01:19.840 It's pretty hard to claim to be a free country when the government can force businesses to force
00:01:24.320 their employees to either violate their own consciences and inject themselves with drugs
00:01:28.380 they don't want, or be discriminated against at work, or be fired.
00:01:32.780 At the end of the day, the government does have the power to make us all comply, but they don't
00:01:37.100 have the right to make us all comply.
00:01:39.320 And that's why we have to keep fighting.
00:01:41.480 Sadly, a lot of companies, even many companies I admire, have already thrown in the towel.
00:01:46.920 And look, I get it.
00:01:47.800 If you've exhausted every effort, if the fight is lost, well, then the fight is lost.
00:01:51.520 There's no reason to lose your business, too.
00:01:53.900 But see, that's just it.
00:01:55.380 We haven't exhausted every effort.
00:01:57.420 The fight isn't lost.
00:01:59.000 And now is not the time to surrender.
00:02:01.060 There are still 51 days left before the freedom-destroying OSHA mandate will be fully enforced.
00:02:07.380 51 days to change the course of history.
00:02:10.560 51 days to fight.
00:02:12.700 So fight.
00:02:13.800 You know I'm personally pro-vaccine.
00:02:15.920 I mean, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine didn't prevent me from getting COVID,
00:02:18.960 and the Moderna vaccine didn't prevent my wife from getting it.
00:02:21.820 But the data does maintain that the vaccines dramatically reduce your chances of hospitalization
00:02:26.160 and death, especially if you're in a high-risk demo.
00:02:28.760 And while that's hardly what they promised us,
00:02:31.260 I'll admit that not being hospitalized or killed by COVID isn't the worst outcome.
00:02:35.180 So I'd recommend you get the jab if you haven't.
00:02:37.760 Or don't.
00:02:38.840 It's really none of my business.
00:02:40.340 Especially since the vaccine doesn't prevent infection or transmission.
00:02:43.740 You're free.
00:02:45.020 Act like you're free.
00:02:46.400 The shameful legacy of our time is that Western governments have moved so aggressively
00:02:50.600 to curtail freedom in the face of this virus.
00:02:53.260 That impulse, that desire to force one's will on others
00:02:56.780 because you're convinced you know better than they do.
00:02:59.340 Well, that's a virus that's a lot older than COVID-19.
00:03:02.120 And the only vaccine for that one is us.
00:03:05.260 So please, keep fighting.
00:03:07.120 And if we all look up in 51 days and this particular battle is lost,
00:03:11.080 well, we'll all mourn together.
00:03:12.660 And then we'll get back on our feet and we'll fight the next fight.
00:03:15.880 No one promised us freedom.
00:03:17.560 You have to struggle for it.
00:03:19.200 You have to fight for it.
00:03:20.480 But that's the price to fight the fight in front of you
00:03:23.840 and keep on fighting until you win.
00:03:26.700 So keep on fighting until you win.
00:03:30.020 Onward to the Supreme Court.
