00:00:35.220 Before we get started, can you give a brief description about what it is you do and who you are?
00:00:40.160 Yeah. So I'm a regenerative medicine doctor. So what I do is I treat people using stem cells and plasma technology.

00:01:59.520 like the elite sports athletes and the billionaires and stuff like that they all want to do this to
00:02:03.300 help them stay younger potentially live longer prevent injuries and all sorts of stuff okay i
00:02:08.020 have so many questions uh i think i think the first question uh like what exactly is a stem cell
00:02:14.040 yeah so i think when people think of stem cells they usually think of like the baby right like
00:02:18.140 like this stem cell thing that comes from a baby and that can maybe help to repair tissue like most
00:02:24.000 people have probably heard of like umbilical cord stem cells where it's like you know after you give
00:02:28.300 birth they can store it or they can freeze it and then yeah so it's like why do they freeze it right
00:02:32.600 what's that what's the point of that um and so obviously even 20 years they started doing it
00:02:37.340 like 20 years ago um there was a reason the reason was because there was this promise that maybe we
00:02:42.320 can use these stem cells one day to help heal tissue um and back then we thought that you can
00:02:46.820 only use your own child's stem cell uh but the whole idea of the stem cell was basically it can
00:02:51.360 help to regenerate or repair damaged tissue um and so the concept of repairing tissue is very exciting
00:02:57.900 because instead of having to cut things out or instead of having to take drugs to uh manage
00:03:03.080 symptoms you can actually repair tissue you can actually repair tissue so it's very exciting and
00:03:07.360 but there was a lot of controversy back in like the mid 2000s and like uh late 90s because there's
00:03:13.240 there was something called embryonic stem cells, which is where they actually make like a fetus.
00:03:17.540 And then so you make it in like a petri, like in a test tube, and then you literally take the stem
00:03:21.180 cells from the embryo and then the embryo basically dies. Right. And so obviously that was very
00:03:26.500 controversial. And so that's why, yeah. And that's why there was so much like heat about it. Like a
00:03:31.180 lot of people in things except they're like, oh, are babies being harmed? Like, are you harming
00:03:33.960 babies? And so it's not like that at all anymore, because obviously that's unethical and no one is
00:03:40.120 using embryonic stem cells. We're primarily using umbilical core stem cells, but there are
00:03:44.760 different types of stem cells. You can even get them from your bone marrow, from your fat.
00:03:51.140 Just so people understand, there's two broad categories. There's adult stem cells, and then
00:03:55.960 there's what's called perinatal stem cells. Perinatal is pretty obvious. It's all the tissue
00:04:01.280 that comes after birth. That's placenta, amniotic fluid, umbilical cord tissue, and umbilical cord
00:04:06.800 blood so there's all these products that usually that used to just get thrown away but now we don't
00:04:11.860 throw them away we actually collect them we manufacture we isolate the stem cells and then
00:04:15.960 we can um you know we literally redistribute and sell them and we inject them and use them for all
00:04:20.560 sorts of things whoa so that comes that's not just the umbilical cord that's the placenta as well

00:05:06.380 okay and what exactly are they doing yeah so what happens so there's there's seven or eight
00:05:13.420 hallmarks of aging so as we age there's a lot of different reasons why we age i won't go into all
00:05:19.180 them but basically one of the main reasons why we age is stem cell exhaustion so what that means is
00:05:24.860 when you're when you're a child you have about 200 million stem cells per cell and then by the
00:05:30.980 time you're 80 years old you only have like eight you only have like one million stem cells per cell
00:05:35.540 so if you're going from like you're going from like 200 down to like one basically from like
00:05:41.280 from baby to like 80 and so it's called stem cell exhaustion so basically when your body's
00:05:46.440 stores of stem cells get depleted you don't have the same regenerative capacity obviously
00:05:50.740 and your ability to fight infection immune system lots of different stem cells have so many different
00:05:55.820 roles your ability to regenerate and repair tissue dna damage fight off infection fight

00:07:59.040 slowing down aging so um yeah yes basically there's what's called biomarkers uh so you've
00:08:04.520 probably heard of like most people have heard of like telomere length which is like you know one
00:08:07.820 of the biomarkers of aging and then but there's so many other like there's inflammatory markers
00:08:11.820 and there's a lot of other ways you can measure aging and those those markers of aging do decrease
00:08:17.260 and there is a lot of data on that with intravenous stem cells is there long-term data saying hey if
00:08:21.980 you take ivy stem cells you're going to live 20 years longer not yet uh but in in mice there is

00:10:29.020 um and so that's a problem there's like very poor regulation because it's a new field
00:10:32.960 um and that's one of the things you know we're working on like i've i've partnered with dr
00:10:36.740 ian white who's a harvard scientist um and you know and he's one of my uh partners because uh
00:10:42.380 because of his experience and like 20 years of experience but i get to learn from him so much
00:10:45.820 uh and and then we're you know we're part of the american college of regenerative medicine and um
00:10:50.960 so you know there are you can look for like but at the end of the day it's really hard for like
00:10:55.300 the average person to know if this is a good stem cell clinic or not um i think the only way to
00:11:00.160 honestly know is like you have to really go by like credibility in terms of like who are the
00:11:04.860 doctors like who are they associated with are they working with the scientists what are their
00:11:08.840 quality control measures like are they measuring like their stem cell profiles like there are
00:11:13.220 certain things you can look into but I feel like the average consumer wouldn't know how to do that
00:11:17.080 like unless obviously they and that's why we're doing this right to educate people yeah yeah I've
00:11:22.480 I heard about because I have people dm me whatever has worked for their autoimmunity constantly and
00:11:28.580 i had one person dm me that who had a five-year-old with very severe arthritis and she's also using
00:11:33.360 diet to treat it but they went to panama and they did stem cell injections they didn't do an infusion
00:11:38.840 but they didn't injections um and said that her flare-ups have lessened so yeah yeah but then
00:11:46.900 panama sounds so like sketchy yeah in panama is unfortunately there's poor regulation there but
00:11:52.020 there is a clinic that's been doing it a while but the problem is it's not that it's the doctors
00:11:55.800 there too right most of doctors there aren't working with scientists and like they're just
00:11:59.020 doing um like they're kind of just made up their own stuff i would say uh and so i would say look
00:12:04.840 into the doctor see if they're affiliated with some sort of institution like and see if they're
00:12:08.980 working with the scientists like i think you have to have a scientist like the the if you don't have
00:12:12.980 a scientist you're like who's um high level like you just can't keep up with the field you know
00:12:17.280 okay i think that that makes sense uh and then are there any downsides or do you just get infusions
00:12:24.560 of pure stem cells yeah and then that's it you just feel better there's like no one has an alert

00:12:34.080 first started people were like oh you have to use like your kid's stem cells or it has to be from
00:12:37.760 your member or whatever uh but now we can because we can isolate what's called the mesenchymal stem

00:12:48.400 no chance of having reaction or immune response so you can just i could i could even take your
00:12:52.720 your stem cells and put them into my body and there wouldn't be any reaction uh but the point
00:12:56.680 is it seems like a terrible idea yeah so if you have health issues it's probably not a good idea
00:13:02.680 but but that's why we do a lot of strict uh testing and um just criteria and stuff on who
00:13:08.640 can donate um like with the umbilical cord stem cells for example uh like the products that we

00:13:19.540 accept um if they've been vaccinated right now we still don't accept uh like whoa is there a reason
00:13:26.160 that you don't take from vaccinated people there is some research suggesting that you can trigger
00:13:34.680 what's called a spike protein in the stem cells and that spike protein may trigger sort of immune
00:13:40.200 response in the body and cause inflammation and potentially make things like cause things to get
00:13:45.460 worse. There's some data on it, but it's not, I wouldn't say it's 100% clear. But given that there
00:13:52.240 might be a potential risk, we are only taking, at least our products are just from unvaccinated
00:13:57.720 women and donors. Wow. Okay. And so these donors aren't, there isn't like a camp in China that's
00:14:06.180 consistently keeping people pregnant and stealing their placentas, right, for rich people to infuse?

00:14:17.060 uh no but uh but yes that's that's i mean that is i guess one of the ethical things it's like

00:14:34.240 to do one of these infusions to see like how long does this benefit last and then how much does that
00:14:40.080 cost yeah so if you're doing like iv exosomes which are so just so people understand so um stem
00:14:46.500 cells and exosomes are two similar products but they are different so it's important to understand
00:14:50.680 so like if you have like if you have like chicken soup right the the chicken part is like the stem
00:14:55.920 cells like that's a nucleus and it has everything and then the soup which has the nutrients is like
00:15:00.100 the exosomes so it still has all the nutrients in there but there's no cells in there so because
00:15:05.120 there's no cells, it's not going to reprogram your immune system or have any benefits. So the
00:15:10.960 exosomes are something you typically have to do every six months, sometimes maybe every year to
00:15:15.360 get benefits versus stem cells infusions. You can do every two to three years typically for
00:15:21.480 anti-aging and longevity. But if you're doing it for like autoimmune conditions or osteoarthritis

00:17:37.420 i'm just eating meat and so maybe that was part of it but i ended up um getting really i had a
00:17:43.080 c difficile infection and it wasn't like antibiotics weren't happening helping and um i found this
00:17:50.080 protocol online where you double encapsulate the sample and swallow it so that it hits the small
00:17:55.920 intestine and not the colon and that cured my c difficile in one treatment wow and so that was
00:18:04.020 interesting and that was after i went to tame out and it didn't work like because they sent me home
00:18:07.780 with samples too to do myself i don't know if people are anyway it happened i tried it i've
00:18:13.400 tried everything to like reduce sensitivities which is what you do when you're ill um plus i
00:18:18.500 lettuce and things so anyway that fixed it so when you do fmt do you just focus on the colon or

00:19:21.300 assumption was i was going to heal my gut with the diet and then reintroduce things with less
00:19:26.640 of a reaction but i seem to just be stuck on the diet so you might need that immunomodulatory
00:19:31.580 reprogramming yeah what the iv stem cells and the peptides could do so so maybe maybe we'll get you
00:19:37.900 come down to uh los cabos or dubai or somewhere where we can do it for you but definitely wow
00:19:45.180 have a stem cell party okay peptides what uh what what do peptides do and what are their names of
00:19:51.460 or some of their names so i mean the most famous peptide obviously is like insulin like everyone's
00:19:55.960 heard of that so that gives people like an idea oh okay insulin's a peptide um but what okay what
00:20:00.580 is it really right it's it's basically like a baby protein um so what that means is it basically
00:20:05.100 sends a signal to your body to do something so it's very it's a very gentle term but it's
00:20:10.060 essentially a very specific signal so insulin obviously gives a signal to say shuttle in more
00:20:15.180 sugar take it away from the bloodstream and put it into cells so it'll lower your blood sugar
00:20:19.460 right so that's how insulin works it's a very specific peptide has a signal and that's what
00:20:23.940 it does and so but now we have designer peptides meaning you can get you can have different
00:20:28.000 peptides that do different things so i think one of the most famous ones because the tiktok really
00:20:32.540 is a zempic uh the weight loss peptide um it kind of became oh yeah yeah it like basically
00:20:38.480 sold out everywhere in the in the north america because all these uh influencers were promoting
00:20:43.640 it for weight loss and then it's just like but it's but it's a peptide it's a glp1 peptide which
00:20:48.600 is basically a signal in your gut that makes you feel more full and it helps with insulin sensitivity
00:20:52.580 and stuff like that um so there's so peptides are becoming more and more popular because
00:20:57.980 there's a lot of benefits and pretty much like again like minimal risk or almost no downside and
00:21:03.060 so the peptides we use for the immune system we're talking about earlier is the thymus gland
00:21:07.360 And so it's called the thymosin beta 1 and thymosin beta 4. And so TB1 or TB4 as their short name. But basically what they do is they can help with atrophy as the thymos gland, which is what happens as you get older. But obviously that's more in like, I would say 56 year olds who develop autoimmune conditions.
00:21:26.340 and then younger people again it can have that immunomodulatory effect uh on the thymus gland
00:21:31.460 and helping to reprogram that immune system and changing it from like a pro-inflammatory state to
00:21:36.100 more of an anti-inflammatory type of state that's so interesting it's crazy that you could isolate

00:22:21.000 them or putting them on their face or something and saying that there are massive benefits
00:22:26.040 what do you think about that could that be stem cell related is there anything any truth there
00:22:31.220 uh i mean i wouldn't advise eating your placenta for many reasons but i feel like lots of people

00:22:43.220 there's so much other tissue there and you're not isolating what you need to isolate it's like the
00:22:47.520 same thing with fat stem cells and that's the problem with these in clinics in us they're like
