00:00:27.200 Employment and Jobs somehow, and that is going to become a more ridiculous fact as I lay out the

00:00:34.320 story of this man. It is crazy that he has not been forced to resign yet, considering all of the

00:00:41.660 problems he's causing for the Liberal Government. You know, I guess it's kind of fantastic because

00:00:46.160 as a Conservative, I want the Liberals to be exposed for how ridiculous and corrupt they are overall,

00:00:51.740 and Randy Boissoneau is the poster child for making it clear why we should never re-elect the

00:00:58.000 Liberals to government again. But I'm going to go back a little bit into Randy's history before we

00:01:04.360 catch up to some of the updates on what's been going on with him since the last video I made about him

00:01:10.560 just a week ago. Yes, the news has been moving so fast there is a substantial amount of stuff to talk

00:01:40.980 electoral history is good to nail down first here. Because even though he's had two terms in

00:01:46.140 government, they've been two non-consecutive terms. He was first elected in Edmonton Center

00:01:51.540 back in 2015, but was defeated back in 2019. And then he wasn't an MP between 19 and 21 when he was

00:02:00.480 then re-elected to this current parliament. That's key because when you do serve in government,

00:02:08.400 especially when you're in the cabinet, you can't really be doing other business pursuits on the side.

00:02:13.360 But when he was defeated in 2019 and the COVID-19 pandemic started up, Randy Boissoneau and his

00:02:20.360 very sketchy friends started something called Global Health Imports. Now, this is basically just

00:02:27.180 a corrupt company in order to sell contracts to other more competent companies who can actually

00:02:33.340 bring in masks, ventilators, or any other supplies that the government or hospitals want. Because he has

00:02:40.420 connections inside the liberal government, global health initiatives were able to get massive contracts

00:02:45.500 from them and then basically just sell the contract to somebody else. They had nothing to do with

00:02:52.040 actually acquiring medical supplies or doing anything health related. They would basically just be a

00:02:58.080 middleman importer who would simply connect people without ever actually having to touch product

00:03:03.000 or do anything in terms of logistics. They are useless. This is just standard government graft and

00:03:10.140 corruption. Now, to get some of these contracts, Randy Boissoneau was basically able to get a foot up

00:03:17.720 because he claimed, or at least the evidence suggests he claimed, that this was an indigenous-owned

00:03:23.800 company. Because Randy Boissoneau, before he was defeated in 2019 and since he rejoined the government

00:03:30.720 in 2021, has always sat in Parliament's indigenous caucus, you know, implying heavily that he is an

00:03:39.080 indigenous person. And it's definitely not his business partner, Joseph Anderson here, who is the

00:03:44.560 one who, or Stephen Anderson, who is claiming to be indigenous. This man is the whitest person on the

00:03:50.360 planet, and he looks like he might have been the man who invented cocaine back in the day. This guy

00:03:55.960 is obviously, with his last name Anderson, is not going to be the one who's proposing that maybe we

00:04:02.260 should claim that we're indigenous-owned. I think it's the man named Randy Boissoneau, who despite not

00:04:08.240 being indigenous at all, could maybe plausibly claim that he is Métis. And that is effectively what

00:04:15.400 kind of came out in the last week here. Randy Boissoneau got caught once they were investigating

00:04:21.800 his corruption that his firm had been pretending to be indigenous-owned. And I'm just going to bring

00:04:27.080 this up on screen here because this was the most ridiculous part. The thing Randy Boissoneau did first

00:04:32.520 upon this news coming out was blame Stephen Anderson for why Global Health Imports was claiming to be

00:04:41.780 indigenous-owned. Again, he was claiming that Stephen Anderson, this guy, was claiming they were

00:04:50.040 indigenous-owned. That doesn't really make any sense. Stephen Anderson is obviously not the one

00:04:56.560 who has the plausible ability to claim he's indigenous. It's obviously Randy Boissoneau. And Randy

00:05:04.020 basically says, well, Stephen just thought I was indigenous and then said we were indigenous-owned.

00:05:09.800 That didn't really make sense. Randy Boissoneau is the guy who is going to have the most experience

00:05:16.440 with working in government in order to get contracts. He has the connections to the Liberal Party.

00:05:21.460 Why would he be the one filling out the paperwork? Why would Stephen Anderson be the one filling out the

00:05:25.560 paperwork? And this week, now Randy Boissoneau has had to come out and say, well, I was never really

00:05:31.840 that clear that I don't actually have an indigenous background. Here's a report from CTV News. And I just

00:05:39.060 want to go down to this part, which is really ridiculous on how he would basically phrase

00:05:45.280 whether or not he's indigenous. Randy would say he is non-status adopted Cree. So Randy Boissoneau

00:05:54.400 is adopted. He was adopted into a Métis family in which the claim is that the great-grandmother was

00:06:01.780 full-blooded Cree. Okay, that's great. You're still as white as Elizabeth Warren. You don't get

00:06:08.940 to just adopt your way into then saying that you're indigenous. Now, we can have a discussion

00:06:14.440 on whether or not the government should even be valuing whether a firm is indigenous-owned or black-owned

00:06:21.120 or Indian-owned or white-owned. I think it's all silly. But those are the rules. He knows those

00:06:26.740 are the rules. And by his own political stripe, he would consider this a massive racist violation of

00:06:33.900 this program. So after he tried to throw Stephen Anderson under the bus, that went pear-shaped

00:06:40.280 really quickly. And now he's being investigated for massive corruption in basically warping the

00:06:49.160 contracts, the grant, the contracting programs, the contracting portals in government. Now, we have

00:06:57.300 some more stuff to talk about because then there was another aspect of the story I talked about last

00:07:04.120 time involving cocaine. You know, who could guess that this guy would somehow be involved in a story

00:07:10.620 about cocaine. There was a business, this guy, Stephen Anderson, his friend, his associate, not that

00:07:18.500 they work together in a literal sense, although that's going to get really fuzzy in a second here.

00:07:24.540 When she was flying out of the Dominican Republic, I believe, she had tried to smuggle like 40 kilograms

00:07:30.940 of cocaine on a plane and was caught and now was being prosecuted for it. That is a not unsubstantial

00:07:38.820 amount of cocaine. You don't have to deal coke to know that that is like Pablo Escobar amounts of

00:07:46.080 cocaine to try and smuggle on a plane. And for a while, it just seemed like that's a neat little

00:07:52.080 funny part of the story. You know, these people are friends with people dealing cocaine. Randy thinks

00:07:57.020 he's pretending he's indigenous. They're stealing government contracts to basically sell them to

00:08:02.780 other people to actually fulfill them. It's nonsense. Oh, and by the way, another rub of all this

00:08:07.520 is Randy Boissoneau was also effectively running global health imports. At the same time, he was

00:08:13.860 also in cabinet. So when he got reelected, he did not leave the board. He kept operating the business.

00:08:19.240 And then when people were like, well, who's this Randy doing all this stuff while you're in government?

00:08:24.420 And he said, oh, that's the other Randy, which has become such a meme in Canadian politics that

00:08:31.620 everything is just the other Randy. This is a firm with about four idiots working for it. And he's

00:08:37.720 the only one named Randy. They can't get a last name on who this other Randy is. They have no phone

00:09:37.780 into trafficking cocaine, that sounds a little bit like, you know, we might want to see if

00:09:44.740 you have any deeper connections with these people. And this story resulted in a very funny

00:09:51.380 clip in Parliament where somebody gets up and they demand that Conservative MP Michael Barrett

00:09:59.180 apologize for his unparliamentary behavior, his unparliamentary speech in referring to Randy

00:10:07.400 Boissoneau as cocaine Randy. This needs to be seen to be believed.

00:10:12.020 I see that the Honourable Minister is rising on a point of order. The Honourable Minister for International

00:10:17.620 Involvement. The Honourable Member from Leeds, Grenville, Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes,

00:10:22.040 at the conclusion of asking his question, as he was sitting down, called the Minister of Workforce,

00:11:49.920 he was able to scoot through cocaine Randy and then upon correction, he could use Randy's own

00:11:55.440 stupid excuse as his excuse for not... No, I wasn't referring to him. I wasn't trying to disparage

00:12:01.220 Randy Boissano. I was just disparaging other Randy. Because as we all know, other Randy has nothing in

00:12:07.940 common with Randy Boissano. Oh, my goodness. These people don't deserve to be in government

00:12:23.140 drilling on this issue of how corrupt this guy is. Pierre Polyev says this man is a total fraud,

00:13:00.820 and then giving them to other people. By the way, there are several hospitals or other health firms

00:13:06.140 now suing global health imports, because they would get contracts, get paid to fulfill them,

00:13:12.200 and then not deliver any of the medical supplies that they were supposed to. Because it turns out they

00:13:17.340 were a useless middleman organization who doesn't even actually know many connections in the East in

00:13:24.360 order to import masks, ventilators, and all these other things that these hospitals needed. This man

00:13:29.820 is a full fabrication. He should not be in parliament at all. And the fact that he hasn't had to sit in

00:13:37.560 front of a parliamentary committee or be investigated by the RCMP yet is utterly ridiculous. But what can

00:13:44.460 you say? He is the most ridiculous MP, so the way that the government treats him and sort of soft

00:13:50.860 toes around all of his obvious corruption is all part of the fun at this point. Anyways, that should
