A liberal lady tries to pick a fight with a conservative woman outside of a Mark Carney event. This is a real thing that actually happened, and it's not good. I don't know what else to say other than that it's crazy.
00:00:00.000Hey guys, Wyatt Claypool here. So, the Canadian federal election is really heating up, and in ways I wasn't expecting.
00:00:08.840So there are actual fistfights breaking out outside of political events.
00:00:14.120In this case, it was a Mark Carney event where a liberal lady tries to pick a fight with a conservative lady who I presume was there to kind of protest or something like that.
00:00:23.960But you have to see it to believe that it's actually real. Before I get into it, guys, if you like my federal election coverage, make sure to like this video, subscribe to the channel, leave a comment, do all that great stuff.
00:00:35.260I am not going to drag this out. This is something that actually happened. Thank you for Karima Saeed on social media for actually capturing this.
00:00:43.360I will be linking the video in the description below and pinning it at the top of the comments. Make sure to give her a follow.
00:00:49.340So, again, I'm going to emphasize this is real. This is a bunch of Carney supporters lined up outside of some event center, and this happens.
00:00:58.700We're going to send a man for his death. That's the party that you're supporting. You're supporting a man. You're supporting a man.
00:01:17.220That's real. That's like what liberals are randomly attacking conservatives for, filming outside of an event.
00:01:28.800Let's be very clear. There was no justification for that attack.
00:01:31.580It's people showing up, you know, kind of getting close to people with their phones saying, oh, why are you supporting Carney or, you know, he's WEF.
00:01:38.400I don't know what people are saying, but they're there to, like, you know, film the Carney event, show up, you know, make a fuss about how they don't like Carney, as you probably should to people that you know that Carney sucks.
00:01:49.380And all these people just feel entitled to their own opinion, you know, they should have their cake and be able to eat it too.
00:01:55.680They have their very heavy political opinions, but if you come at them, oh my goodness, that's an offense.
00:02:50.460Like, he looks like some old, like, 60s British reporter or something like that, here to talk about, like, the smelt, like, the smelt or something like that in the, like, the greats of the UK.
00:03:04.300He's not assaulting people, but he did literally take a swing at some guy filming and saying absolutely nothing.
00:03:26.060Now, I don't want to make this a huge thing, but there is something to the idea that being liberal, being very righteous about your liberalism, allows you to do things that you would never allow for other people.
00:03:39.500And again, I'm not trying to go after anyone who votes for Carney or the liberals.
00:03:43.080Obviously, there are people who have their own rational reasons for doing so, even if I completely disagree with them.
00:03:48.940But there is something to the idea that most political violence comes from the left in Canada.
00:03:55.660It's entitled people who think that they're allowed to do what they want and you're not allowed to do what you want and they're allowed to, you know, take a swing at you.
00:04:02.780I want to play the other video in the background while I do this because I think it's a very elucidating clip.
00:04:08.380I'll just mute it quickly while I bring it up.
00:04:10.180But like, this was all, this person comes over and just believes, like points at them, this person's not allowed to film for some reason, apparently.
00:04:21.660But this person's allowed to like enforce the rules and try and rip away that person's phone very calmly, like they think they're in charge here.
00:04:30.280And they kind of didn't win on this one considering, you know, this conservative lady obviously lifts or something like that.
00:04:37.700But yeah, guys, don't fight out there.
00:04:41.340And especially like if you're supposed to be the tolerant left, maybe it's a bad luck to be actually attacking people out in the streets.
00:04:48.400I'm going to move on here and I want to cover something else since you're all here.
00:04:52.960And I already talked about polling in my last video and I don't want to make a flat out new polling video.
00:04:58.520So I want to bring up this new poll that came out from Polsovsky Strategies showing that the conservatives, to back up the point that the conservatives are starting to take a lead again in many polls,
00:05:10.180Colosovsky now shows that the conservatives, pure polly's conservatives are at 41%, Carney's Liberals 39%, Singh's NDP 11%, the BQ 6%, PPC 2%, and May's Greens 1%.
00:05:23.800And I actually assume that Elizabeth May's Greens are going to do better than 1% considering that they have two pretty safe seats.
00:05:31.660And I think they're mostly going to be taking from the NDP and a little bit of the liberals.
00:05:37.500This is demonstrating that we do have a lot of daylight still left for a conservative path to victory.
00:05:44.120Yes, the liberals do have a more efficient vote.
00:05:47.740So the conservatives, if they want a minority, need to win by 2.5% or 3%.
00:05:51.800So this might even be a little underwater for the conservatives still.
00:05:54.860The liberals might be able to pull out the minority in this scenario.
00:05:58.300But if the conservatives are truly two points ahead or one point ahead, like innovative research is saying,
00:06:05.640it just means that there needs to be a little bit more of an improvement, a little bit better messaging,
00:06:09.980a good debate performance, and I think Pierre Polyev is across the finish line.
00:06:14.840So very good news all around on that front.
00:06:17.700The regionals of this poll, I don't need to pull them up, but it was like basically a dead heat in Ontario.
00:06:23.240The conservatives aren't too far behind Atlantic Canada, about eight points behind.
00:06:27.020If they can even get within three points or four points, it makes Atlantic Canada effectively a draw.
00:06:32.900The conservatives take the more rural areas.
00:06:34.920The liberals take the more urban areas, you know, Halifax, St. John's.
00:06:38.820But even then, the more suburban parts of the cities, the conservatives can take them.
00:06:42.820The conservatives just basically need to make Atlantic Canada a dead heat, Ontario a dead heat,
00:06:47.980and then the conservatives just need to do some cleanup work in British Columbia, Prairies, Alberta,
00:06:52.760take a territory, and they can at least get a minority government.
00:06:56.060I keep talking about the need for a minority government because that's all the conservatives need
00:07:01.180to be able to maintain or ensure that they can win an eight-year government.
00:07:05.540If they can just get a single year of a minority, I think Canadians are going to be like,
00:07:09.680oh, oh, this is exactly what I wanted.
00:07:12.340People lowering taxes or at least attempting to, you know, trying to reduce regulations.
