00:00:00.000Hey guys, Wyatt Claypool here, and welcome back to the National Telegraph YouTube channel.1.00
00:00:05.980If you're a member of Hamas, I have some very exciting news for you today.0.94
00:00:11.060Apparently, Canada has legalized terrorism, or at the very least, our federal liberal attorney0.98
00:00:17.180general, Sean Frazier, refuses to prosecute the leaders of listed terrorist organizations in this
00:00:23.940country. What else is the Liberal government doing right now, you may be asking? Well, we just passed
00:00:30.760Bill C-9 through both the House and the Senate that puts religious people at risk of being
00:00:36.020prosecuted for hate crimes. The Mark Carney Liberal government is also trying to ban 16-year-olds
00:00:42.100from using social media. They're trying to create a new censorship office within the Canadian
00:00:46.720government through Bill C-34, and Bill C-22 is trying to force internet service providers and
00:00:53.760VPN companies to disclose the private information of their customers at a whim. So good thing we
00:01:01.320have all of our priorities straight in this country. I need to take you guys back to August
00:01:06.580of 2025 to show you just how insane this story is. I am kind of flabbergasted, to use an old-fashioned
00:01:15.220term at how nobody has covered the story despite it being public. This is a story that originates
00:01:21.860from the party I work for in British Columbia, 1BC, which is led by MLA Dallas Brody. In August
00:01:29.760of last year, she filed a private prosecution against somebody who is the leader of a terrorist
00:01:36.040organization, not just in Canada, but is one of the international leaders of this terrorist
00:01:41.260organization that launders money to groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, Jamaati Islami, and any other
00:01:47.480terrorist organization out there who might be connected with Samadun. So check out this post
00:01:52.980from Rebel News's Drea Humphrey from the 20th of August, 2025. She writes here,
00:01:59.260Breaking, 1BC leader Dallas Brody has successfully filed a private prosecution against pro-terror
00:02:05.140Charlotte Cates, a leader of Samadun. This bypasses NDP AG Nikki Sharma, who stalled for
00:02:11.980over a year without accepting the Vancouver Police Department's recommended charges.
00:02:17.360So this was not Dallas Brody and 1BC going off half-cocked against somebody that just used
00:02:24.520rhetoric we don't like. Full disclosure, I do work for 1BC as the communications director.
00:02:30.060But we didn't just say, well, you know, we spec that Charlotte Cates be a terrorist because
00:02:35.020she said something that we don't like. No. Samadun, since November, or actually October of 2024,
00:02:43.300has been a listed terrorist organization in Canada. They promote terrorism. They are effectively a0.96
00:02:49.760money laundering front group for the PFLP, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine,
00:02:55.460which is a terrorist organization. They funneled money to Hamas, Hezbollah. In fact, Charlotte
00:03:01.920who is pictured on the right side of the screen here, who is on Memory TV right here, which is
00:03:07.560an Islamic regime front organization in Iran. It's basically Islamic state media. She went to
00:03:14.280the funeral of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. That is how in tight she is with terrorist
00:03:22.020organizations. She was on the guest list. And Sean Frazier cannot figure out, he cannot shake0.97
00:03:28.820the bean-sized brain around in his skull enough to figure out a reason to charge her with a crime.0.95
00:03:34.500She literally shrieks pro-terror slogans from the steps of the library in downtown Vancouver. Her1.00
00:03:41.380people are burning Canadian flags, handing out literature on how to commit multi-pronged terror
00:03:46.500attacks. Sean Frazier can't figure out how to prosecute her. Now, I just want to jump up now
00:03:51.860to the video that we put out as 1BC, and I'm hoping more YouTubers and media outlets cover
00:03:57.780the story because it's absolutely wild dallas uh filed the private prosecution went to court dates
00:04:04.900she's a lawyer so she argued it herself we put together a dossier full of evidence of all of
00:04:11.380the terrorism related crimes that she has been involved in or committed herself or her organization
00:04:17.380that she's leading has committed and sean fraser apparently doesn't think there's enough evidence
00:04:22.260but here's a little snippet from the video that we put out a few days ago hi everybody dallas
00:04:26.820Brody here? Well, according to our Attorney General, Sean Fraser, terrorism is now legal.
00:04:34.260In August of 2025, I swore a private prosecution document in downtown Vancouver at the criminal0.61
00:04:42.020courthouse, laying out the terrorist activities of one Charlotte Cates and her organization,
00:04:49.620Sami Doon. It is now May of 2026 and I have heard from the federal attorney general now
00:04:57.720that these charges will not be approved and no prosecution will go ahead against Charlotte Cates
00:05:04.420and her organization Sami Doon. This is a travesty. So in Canada you can found an organization that's
00:05:12.420dedicated to terrorism. You can remain as a director of that organization and you can hold
00:05:17.620rallies actually proclaiming terrorism and handing out leaflets and other things, telling people how
00:05:23.640to do multi-pronged terrorist attacks, and nothing will happen. And for the record, I'm not just
00:05:29.740saying that Sami Doon is a terrorist organization in my own estimation. Sami Doon has been declared
00:05:35.680a terrorist organization in Canada since the end of 2024. This is a listed terrorist organization.
00:05:42.740And yet our federal attorney general, Sean Fraser, cannot find a reason to prosecute the leader of that organization, whose name is Charlotte Cates.
00:05:52.400Now, I'm just going to pause it there because we don't need to see the full four minute, four and a half minute version of this video.
00:05:59.420I do just want to skip ahead in the video, though, and just show you the images that we then inserted into the video just to make the point a little bit clearer.
00:06:06.680if you don't know that's her uh screaming on the steps of the vancouver art gallery or the the
00:06:13.280library i think it's an art gallery and a library and i want to go to the video of her screaming
00:06:19.420about october 7th and intifada here and their heroic and brave action on october 7th and they
00:06:27.180said long live october 7th and we say today long live october 7th
00:06:35.320so just openly celebrating uh a mass like a terrorist attack that killed a thousand people
00:06:44.920over a thousand jewish people and other workers in israel that's something that she was just
00:06:50.680openly doing not that long after october 7th she's just openly pro hamas it you can see here
00:06:57.080this is her on her own social media account documenting herself at hassan nasrallah's funeral
00:07:03.000she says here it is such an honor to be in Beirut today one among a sea of over a million people in
00:07:09.980collective tribute mourning and love and commitment to the road of resistance and liberation exemplified
00:07:15.020by Saeed Hassan Nisrallah and Saeed Hisham Safiad and I can't name say the terrorist name so you
00:07:23.880know whatever I don't owe them any respect this is this is the organization uh that she was uh going
00:07:29.360to mourn the leader of Hezbollah, who are effectively Arab Nazis. Yeah, I can't figure
00:07:36.780out a reason to prosecute. But I just want to go down into just the replies of this post because
00:07:42.400we do have the letter from Sean Frazier's office basically punting on this issue. He hasn't fully
00:07:48.660shut down the prosecution, but he's effectively shut it down. At least he's not going to do
00:07:53.340anything with it. So right here it says re Charlotte Cates request for AG consent. I write
00:08:00.180in response to your letter date November 29th 2025 requesting consent from the Attorney General of
00:08:05.500Canada to commence proceedings for terrorism offenses against Charlotte Cates. The Public
00:08:09.700Prosecution Service of Canada has carefully reviewed the evidentiary package you sent to us
00:08:15.480including Ms. Cates speeches, social media posts, and the materials collected at the rally. This
00:08:20.660evidentiary package was considered in light of the offenses contained in part 2-1 of the criminal
00:08:26.820code as interpreted by the courts and the listing by the governor and council pursuant to section
00:08:32.9608305, the criminal code of Hamas in 2002 and Samadud in 2024 as terrorist entities. Each of
00:08:39.880the offenses within part 2-1 of the criminal code describes particular acts that are prohibited
00:08:45.620when coupled with the described intents. Having carefully reviewed the evidence against the
00:08:50.580requisite burden of proof and jurisprudence, we have concluded that the evidence and allegations
00:08:55.300do not reach the prosecutorial threshold set out by the Public Prosecution Service of Canada
00:09:01.260desk book for all criminal offenses. Namely, there does not exist a reasonable prospect of
00:09:07.040conviction. Given that determination, we do not proceed with the further assessment of the public
00:09:12.900interest, or we do not proceed with a further assessment of the public interest. And then they
00:09:18.320go on to say, the Public Prosecution Service of Canada anticipates the time and effort you put
00:09:23.080into gathering the evidentiary package. We will forward the evidentiary package that you sent to
00:09:27.340us to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for any follow-up that they deem appropriate. Well, I hope
00:09:33.440that they end up telling Sean Frazier, we think it's appropriate you prosecute this terrorist
00:09:38.480because they're a terrorist because this is the simplest case ever she is the leader of an
00:09:45.040organization that the canadian government says is a terrorist organization they are involved in
00:09:52.800money laundering to terrorist organizations she has advocated and celebrated terrorism she incites
00:10:00.640violence against other people and you know other countries that are allies of canada
00:10:06.400she's how our people are handing out literature on committing terrorist attacks
00:10:10.320praising october 7th a terrorist attack in israel and we cannot figure out a way of handcuffing this
00:10:16.240woman how how i i feel like it should already be something that gets thrown you and that gets you
00:10:22.880thrown into prison for a few years if let's say hamas existed in canada and you voluntarily
00:10:28.320signed up to be the leader and you showed up representing hamas at some events even if you
00:10:32.240didn't commit an additional crime that feels like it should be a crime to be involved and heading up
00:10:39.200a terror organization are you allowed to just be in charge of the ira now in canada can you just
00:10:45.520be in charge of barba kalsa or the international sikh youth federation the two organizations
00:10:51.840involved in the air india bombing are you just allowed to do that now as long as you don't
00:10:56.640directly commit a bombing yourself you can be involved in money laundering you can be banned
00:11:00.960in the country and be banned in other countries. Literally, in Greece, just recently, they
00:11:06.300arrested, prosecuted, and are putting in prison another member of Samadun, a lower level member
00:11:13.780than Charlotte Cates. The Greek government had their heads screwed on straight, and they realized
00:11:19.360this person's a danger to the public. They're a danger to allies of Greece, since they send money
00:11:25.180to terrorist organizations that operate in Gaza, that operate in the West Bank, Lebanon, Yemen,
00:11:33.420elsewhere, this person probably shouldn't be walking the streets. They figured it out.
00:11:38.420Sean Frazier can't figure it out. And now we get into why can't he figure it out? Well,
00:11:44.540it's probably because the Liberal Party has been partially captured by people who are in favor of
00:11:49.960terrorism. The liberals have pro-terror MPs or at the very least soft on terror MPs. The Carney
00:11:56.960government even bended over backwards to trying to partially take the Islamic regime in Iran's side0.92
00:12:03.420in the war with the United States because they're complete nutcases. They think that they need the0.96
00:12:10.240votes of pro-terror people in Canada. And so they were trying to split the baby in a war between
00:12:17.300the biggest Western power on the planet and a government that just killed 30,000 of their
00:12:24.260own people in protests several months ago. Who's better? Who's morally in the right? Who could
00:12:30.540say, guys? Who could possibly say? So that's one reason why the liberals are probably not
00:12:36.520prosecuting. The second reason might just be rampant incompetence. These guys can't prosecute
00:12:41.960pretty much any criminals. They're really good at, you know, making sure that you're paying your
00:12:46.860taxes. They're really good at handing out tickets for people for frivolous reasons. At the same time,
00:12:52.400they can't figure out how to prosecute terrorists. They can't keep murderers in maximum security
00:12:58.580prison. They let violent criminals out onto the streets constantly. So the second reason they may
00:13:04.500be doing this is just pure incompetence. Maybe Sean Frazier just doesn't want to admit that he
00:13:08.700doesn't know how to read, so he just told his people he doesn't want to do the prosecution
00:13:11.580because that might involve reading. Could be. Could be. We don't know. We don't know how much
00:13:16.100air actually really gets up to Sean Frazier's head. He is quite tall. And then the third reason
00:13:21.240that I've come up with, and I'm not saying this is the Occam's razor most likely explanation,
00:13:27.540but I just want to put it out there because this whole situation already feels absurd enough. It
00:13:32.120should be probably vocalized. Is Charlotte Cates a government asset? Does Charlotte Cates, is she1.00
00:13:38.140an informant for the government? Is she involved with CSIS in some way? I'm not saying, again,0.67
00:13:43.700this is the most likely scenario. Incompetence and a pro-terror base is already enough of a
00:13:49.020reason for the liberals not to prosecute. But at the same time, this is the most slam-dunk
00:13:56.040possible case to prosecute a terrorist I have ever seen, other than if they had directly,
00:14:02.440well, other than maybe the Barbacasa blowing up Air India. But in terms of like the last 20 years,
00:14:06.780The most obvious terrorism case in Canada. She leads a terrorist organization. That's all you need. She has signed her own name up to it. She goes to the funerals of terror leaders. They are a money laundering organization or terrorist groups. That's why they're banned in the European Union.0.94
00:14:25.300The European Union is usually pretty pro-terror, and even they don't like Sam Bedouin, and they prosecute their guys.
00:14:31.060But we can't prosecute Charlotte Cates, so does she have a deal with the government?
00:14:34.900Or is she informing on other people, and that's why they're never going to press charges against her?
00:14:39.200I don't know. I'm genuinely, and I'm not doing this in like a snide way, I'm genuinely just trying to ask some questions here that might actually get to the truth.
00:14:47.240I hope that they'll actually come out eventually and say, no, we just genuinely don't believe that she hit the threshold.
00:14:52.840Well, what requires them to hit the threshold? Because they should have explained what key aspects were missing. So then if we needed to, we could provide more evidence. Clearly, the evidence wasn't the problem. Because, again, it's so obvious. If it's illegal to operate that entity, shouldn't you be prosecuted for attempting to operate the entity? It's a terrorist organization.
00:15:15.440Although the government's so wildly incompetent,0.91
00:15:44.380This isn't that complicated, although it would be a little bit hypocritical because we always deny India's extradition orders whenever they want to arrest a Kalistani terrorist who's involved in bombings and shootings and other such nonsense back in their country.0.99
00:15:58.060We always just thumb our nose at them and tell them to go screw themselves.1.00
00:16:02.440But when we need to go chase down a terrorist, we probably would actually ask for an extradition order, hoping that allies would follow that.
00:16:10.280But anyways, that should be it for this video.
00:16:13.180So there's something to chew on. I hope the media actually starts covering the story because it's
00:16:18.480absolutely wild. Nobody has talked about it yet. But anyways, with all that being said, make sure
00:16:24.020to like, share, subscribe, do all those fantastic things for the channel. Consider donating to the
00:16:29.4001BC party and Dallas Brody who pushed forward this private prosecution and is still keeping
00:16:34.160the pressure on the story. And of course, with all that being said, thank you guys for watching
