00:00:00.000 Hi, welcome back everyone. I'm here in the heart of truckistan in a mechanics
00:00:06.240 is this the mechanic truck? These people have been nice enough to keep me warm
00:00:10.980 and recharge the phone. So let's I just want to show you what it's like. This is
00:00:17.100 what the people people are living. These people are awesome. They fed me. Definitely
00:00:23.640 we're awesome. Definitely awesome. That's Sam. Hi everybody. This is your truck, right? Yes.
00:00:27.540 Is this truck? You're from the East Coast? Yeah. Nova Scotia? Elfers, Nova Scotia. Elfers, Nova Scotia
00:00:32.880 where gardening is illegal? Yeah, there was definitely some shenanigans. Allowing the locals 0.88
00:00:42.540 to go out and tend to their gardens when the COVID restrictions initially came out. It made
00:00:48.400 you scratch your head and be like, you know what? Why would you ban gardening? They were
00:00:56.080 restricting the sale of seeds. You weren't allowed to leave the county. You weren't allowed
00:01:01.080 to leave the county. I had to go illegally work out. I know. They took cars. Swear
00:01:05.920 God, it was ridiculous. It was like, you're trying to go? I'm still going. No, the whole 0.99
00:01:11.080 the whole, the whole aspect of this thing is, it's just, it's, it reeks of foolery. I suppose 0.93
00:01:18.080 the nicest way to put it. They've literally been wrong with every single fucking thing. 1.00
00:01:22.920 Yes. And our national debt is coming. And we have zero more ICU beds. We still laugh at 0.98
00:01:29.920 the nonsense. You have to laugh. You go fucking crazy. You're in the clown world. Fuck off.
00:01:34.760 There was a bunch of ventilators that were overpaid by $10,000 because it was one of his buddies 1.00
00:01:41.760 and cabinet members that owned the company, right? All the people that left their homes,
00:01:46.760 their families, we didn't come here to fail because we've literally been alienated up our
00:01:53.760 families and, you know, they just took our jobs from us. Yeah. As someone who got banned
00:01:59.760 from talking about his opinions on the family Zoom chat, I can empathize. Right. It's the
00:02:06.760 hardest thing that we're all dealing with right now is the nonsense at home because they are
00:02:11.760 still drinking the Kool-Aid as fast as they, they're guzzling it down. And then this morning
00:02:16.760 I spent a little bit of time, I disassociated myself with what is actually going on here.
00:02:22.760 And, uh, I watched the Jews media and I was absolutely disgusted with the representation 1.00
00:02:29.760 that they gave us in it. And then the drive to continue with the vaccination.
00:02:35.760 Much proof that it is absolutely bullshit and harmful. 1.00
00:02:39.760 So you told me you got your first vaccine. Yep. And then you were sick at home for like weeks? 1.00
00:02:45.760 Yep. About three weeks I spent in British Columbia. My wife has horses. Um, I, I spent a lot of time
00:02:52.760 in Pemberton. Uh, I, on just before my 40th birthday, I got my, my vaccination, uh, merely out of the,
00:02:59.760 they, they finally brought in the domestic travel restrictions. My wife had a lot of fears. 0.98
00:03:04.760 I drive coast to coast. Uh, she was just was like, look, if something happens to you on the road,
00:03:10.760 now you can't even get home to us. Um, we spend a fair bit of time apart.
00:03:15.760 The fact that I, at the drop of a hat, I can't be with my girls or I can't take care of our, our, our livestock
00:03:23.760 on either side of Canada just blew me away.
00:03:27.760 Right, right. Um, so yeah, they, you know, um, I was, I, you know, I wanted to, I wanted my job.
00:03:35.760 I'm a federal employee. I plow snow for the department of transport. I care for my community.
00:03:41.760 Twelve hours a day, seven days a week from December 1st to April 1st.
00:03:45.760 I am a snow fighter for the department of Nova Scotia.
00:03:48.760 I got one shot. I got ridiculously sick.
00:03:51.760 I went into my doctor to ask why before I got my second vaccination.
00:03:55.760 I said, am I eligible for a medical exemption? 0.99
00:03:59.760 She said, if I didn't have an anaphylactic experience within 24 hours of the fucking shot, 0.99
00:04:05.760 I was uneligible for a medical exemption. 0.99
00:04:08.760 If that does not scream ridiculous and, and ring some bells of, of foul play, I don't know what does.
00:04:16.760 So me being me, I'm a licensed technician. 0.93
00:04:19.760 I am a farmer, a father, a proud Canadian.
00:04:23.760 Nobody's taking away my ability to earn revenue.
00:04:26.760 I have, I have every tool and the knowledge to make it happen for everybody as being a mechanic.
00:04:32.760 So, I decided to start researching and learning exactly how, like, as they say, follow the money.
00:04:40.760 Why, when, where, what has been going on, who is at the helm of this ship? 0.99
00:04:45.760 Why are they literally hurting their own fucking people? 0.99
00:04:52.760 Yeah, I mean, that's a major concern for a lot of people. 1.00
00:04:55.760 Like, personally, double vaccinated.
00:04:57.760 I'm not going to three.
00:04:58.760 Because, like...
00:04:59.760 A lot of people like you, brother.
00:05:00.760 That's right.
00:05:01.760 A lot of people like you.
00:05:02.760 A lot of people like me.
00:05:03.760 You are about to be, you are about to be on vaccine.
00:05:05.760 Just like us.
00:05:06.760 Yeah, but I've never, I don't use...
00:05:08.760 Okay, I use my vaccine passport for one thing, to go visit my family in Yellowknife.
00:05:12.760 Because my brother, like, my brother had a baby.
00:05:14.760 He's very cute.
00:05:15.760 Sure, very much.
00:05:16.760 And my nephews, too.
00:05:17.760 My brother, my brother told me right away.
00:05:18.760 Are you saying that you were double vaccinated and not using your pass?
00:05:21.760 Is that what you're saying? 1.00
00:05:22.760 I'm not showing my fucking papers. 0.99
00:05:24.760 That's... 1.00
00:05:25.760 Yeah.
00:05:26.760 That's good.
00:05:27.760 That's good.
00:05:28.760 Listen, I don't, you know, I don't like tacit Holocaust comparisons.
00:05:33.760 I got, I got family and graves in Europe.
00:05:36.760 But, that being said...
00:05:38.760 The Holocaust didn't happen to snap of your finger either, bud. 0.99
00:05:40.760 I'm not showing my fucking papers, because... 0.99
00:05:42.760 Exactly. 1.00
00:05:43.760 Because you're not showing your fucking papers. 1.00
00:05:44.760 Because you're not showing your fucking papers. 1.00
00:05:45.760 Because you're not showing your fucking papers. 1.00
00:05:46.760 Exactly. 1.00
00:05:47.760 That's, that's, that's, that's the line.
00:05:49.760 We're not crossing international.
00:05:50.760 Okay, so I'll see one less Spider-Man movie than everyone else.
00:05:53.760 Literally, absolutely 100% true.
00:05:56.760 I am a prisoner in my own province.
00:05:59.760 I'm a prisoner in my own country.
00:06:01.760 Everyone is.
00:06:02.760 Everyone is.
00:06:03.760 I have played the game, because, traveling coast to coast, every single time I entered
00:06:09.760 the province of Nova Scotia, I had to go through their, their entire... 0.99
00:06:13.760 The Atlantic bubble bullshit. 1.00
00:06:15.760 I had to, when I left and came back, I literally, illegally entered Nova Scotia through a fucking 1.00
00:06:20.760 side road. 0.99
00:06:21.760 Yeah.
00:06:22.760 And then left illegally, because I didn't quarantine.
00:06:24.760 I got friends in Nova Scotia.
00:06:25.760 Like, are you kidding me into my own province? 0.99
00:06:28.760 My family's been in fucking Nova Scotia since 1752, man. 1.00
00:06:32.760 Like, leave me the fuck alone. 1.00
00:06:34.760 Yeah. 1.00
00:06:35.760 My, my, my, my mom in Nova Scotia can't watch her blankets, play soccer, out fucking side. 1.00
00:06:41.760 So, you're dragging me out of here. 0.99
00:06:44.760 So, I'm gonna speak to that a little bit.
00:06:46.760 Yeah.
00:06:47.760 So, I'm here from the Western Convoy.
00:06:49.760 Okay.
00:06:50.760 Okay.
00:06:51.760 I'm out of Kelowna.
00:06:52.760 I used to be a trucker.
00:06:53.760 I'm actually an IAFF full-time firefighter.
00:06:57.760 Okay.
00:06:58.760 We're mandated.
00:06:59.760 Alright.
00:07:00.760 3% of my department is vaccine injury.
00:07:04.760 Jesus.
00:07:05.760 Okay.
00:07:06.760 I've got brothers and sisters right now that they did what they were supposed to do.
00:07:13.760 They took it.
00:07:14.760 Two of them are pretty seriously injured.
00:07:17.760 They've now been told it's not an injury.
00:07:22.760 Get your second.
00:07:24.760 And they pulled their QR passes. 0.99
00:07:27.760 Yeah, it's fucking psychotic. 0.99
00:07:29.760 It's, it's insane. 1.00
00:07:30.760 And I'm here fighting for them.
00:07:32.760 And I've got, and I've got people off the job because they said, I'm not telling you what
00:07:39.760 my status is because we're standing up for those people.
00:07:44.760 So, everyone here has a different story.
00:07:47.760 One of my best friends has been paralyzed.
00:07:50.760 He has Guillain Barr.
00:07:52.760 Jesus.
00:07:53.760 Guillain Barré.
00:07:54.760 Guillain Barré.
00:07:55.760 Guillain Barré.
00:07:56.760 Guillain Barré.
00:07:57.760 I've heard so many.
00:07:58.760 Okay.
00:07:59.760 Yeah.
00:08:00.760 He's a pilot.
00:08:01.760 He's younger than me.
00:08:03.760 A seven-year-old for the last seven months has been taking out the garbage.
00:08:08.760 He is just walking around the kitchen right now.
00:08:12.760 He was doing everything he was told by the government.
00:08:16.760 He did it all.
00:08:18.760 Him and his wife did it all.
00:08:19.760 I went to my car.
00:08:20.760 I went to my car.
00:08:21.760 I went to my car.
00:08:22.760 I said, okay, when you're ready, when they drop you, you give me a call.
00:08:26.760 They dropped him a little bit after New Year's.
00:08:29.760 He said, all right, give it to me, red pill me.
00:08:33.760 So I started sending him some information, documents, some peer-reviewed studies.
00:08:39.760 Not just hearsay. 0.96
00:08:40.760 Not just bullshit. 0.97
00:08:42.760 And he now has been dropped by First Columbia Health Services and Medical Services. 0.99
00:08:51.760 And he is just walking around his kitchen now.
00:08:56.760 He spent three and a half months in the hospital.
00:08:59.760 And he's no better than a lot of people here.
00:09:04.760 He can't even go to a restaurant.
00:09:06.760 Not that he could anyway.
00:09:08.760 It's insane.
00:09:09.760 Hard-working, passionate, professional individuals alienating in their own communities.
00:09:15.760 Exactly.
00:09:16.760 Because of what they're reading on, what they're being force-fed on the media and the tyrannical government.
00:09:22.760 The overreach that they have right now is disgusting. 0.76
00:09:25.760 The trespass they have put upon the man, the persons of their own country is disgusting. 0.95
00:09:32.760 How the soulless people can even sleep at night to dry sleep.
00:09:36.760 I have no idea.
00:09:37.760 Well, they don't get it.
00:09:38.760 There's no harm.
00:09:39.760 They don't understand.
00:09:40.760 No, man, they've been in talks right now.
00:09:41.760 They're in school.
00:09:42.760 They're in doctor school.
00:09:43.760 They're in doctor school.
00:09:44.760 They're willing to harm us at all costs to get their agenda across.
00:09:47.760 Well, the government is.
00:09:48.760 The government is.
00:09:49.760 Yeah.
00:09:50.760 Those people aren't, but the government is. 0.99
00:09:51.760 They're all trained.
00:09:52.760 Yes.
00:09:53.760 They're literally trained to know these.
00:09:54.760 Have you had any better harassed cops as me?
00:09:57.760 No, they've been amazing.
00:09:58.760 So I've been in the fire service for over 20 years.
00:10:03.760 Cops don't intimidate me. 1.00
00:10:05.760 I work with cops.
00:10:06.760 Hand in hand.
00:10:07.760 I'll say you guys, you guys, the comment section is saying thanks for your stories.
00:10:10.760 Stay strong.
00:10:11.760 We don't.
00:10:12.760 We don't.
00:10:13.760 We're here.
00:10:14.760 So I work with cops.
00:10:15.760 I know cops.
00:10:16.760 I get cops.
00:10:17.760 All right.
00:10:18.760 Since I've been here, we've been, well, today is my 21st day away from home.
00:10:24.760 Every point I get, every chance I get, I make a point of talking to an officer.
00:10:29.760 It's been amazing.
00:10:31.760 It's been, they've been good.
00:10:33.760 When we first got here, actually, I just told you, Devon, yesterday, I felt a real change.
00:10:42.760 It didn't feel like a protest anymore.
00:10:46.760 It was a different feeling yesterday.
00:10:49.760 It's a human's right movement.
00:10:51.760 But I'm feeling less resistance.
00:10:56.760 I'm a body language guy.
00:10:58.760 Yes.
00:10:59.760 So when you stand, and you stand tall, and you look men in the eyes, right?
00:11:03.760 Absolutely.
00:11:04.760 So when you look a man in the eyes, and you stand tall, and you can meet them eye to eye,
00:11:08.760 it's taken a while.
00:11:11.760 But now we're coming in second week.
00:11:15.760 15, 16 days, right?
00:11:17.760 Yeah.
00:11:18.760 Can you guys, you touched it, Ryan, right?
00:11:20.760 Yeah.
00:11:21.760 You touched a lot about last night feeling.
00:11:22.760 So tonight, as I've told people last night, it's a lot more reserved than Saturday night.
00:11:26.760 It's super chill.
00:11:27.760 So it's super chill.
00:11:28.760 During the week it's super nice.
00:11:29.760 This is what it is during the week.
00:11:31.760 We get the, I don't want to say bandwagon jumpers, but we get our security blanket of the public.
00:11:39.760 And a lot of locals right here from Ottawa have reached out to us to say, we recognize the nonsense,
00:11:45.760 and we are here to tell you, and support you, and I mean, the love and support from Canada
00:11:52.760 wide to verify that we are here, and to pray for us, and to beg us not to leave, is the most heartwarming.
00:12:04.760 Every single person that's involved with this, their heart is tip-top right now.
00:12:08.760 Oh, filled it out.
00:12:09.760 Because we've been so cold for two years, with confusion and disbelief as to what we're hearing.
00:12:17.760 To think that we're all by ourselves going through this, driving ourselves absolutely crazy.
00:12:22.760 To be interacting with these people of like minds is very, very refreshing.
00:12:31.760 And as commercial transport people will say, we have full tanks.
00:12:36.760 It's Monday morning.
00:12:37.760 We're ready to go back to work.
00:12:39.760 So every single time you guys show up, we're ready to go.
00:12:43.760 I don't want beer.
00:12:44.760 No, I got a friend of mine.
00:12:45.760 I'm married with a family of four.
00:12:47.760 I've got two, I've got ten, twelve-year-olds.
00:12:50.760 I told my wife I was going for a drive.
00:12:52.760 So you've got to understand, so I can speak, I'm not, this is of no disrespect to...
00:12:58.760 Can I just tell you what the comments are going to say?
00:13:00.760 People are saying back where they are, they're seeing a lot more people without masks,
00:13:03.760 a lot more Canadian flags are being flown back home.
00:13:06.760 On the drive up, on the drive up, Darcy and I weren't even going to the valley,
00:13:10.760 and he was commenting on having more Canadian flags.
00:13:13.760 Oh my God.
00:13:14.760 Oh, he just hanging on people's houses.
00:13:16.760 Yeah.
00:13:17.760 So I have a personal chat of almost 90 back home.
00:13:22.760 It's friends and family.
00:13:23.760 It's very vetted.
00:13:25.760 I'm active with it hourly, and that's what they're saying.
00:13:30.760 And the movements, and we're not to push rhetoric or push hatred or no masks or anti-masks.
00:13:39.760 But we're having families...
00:13:41.760 Freedom of choice.
00:13:42.760 ...walking into a simple grocery store in British Columbia, going in and getting the groceries,
00:13:49.760 and meeting other people that are now part of the movement, and waving Canadian flags.
00:13:54.760 Small faces.
00:13:55.760 And kids aren't masked, and they're smiling, and they're going through the protest aisle.
00:14:00.760 Like, that's huge.
00:14:01.760 This is starting to turn.
00:14:03.760 But speaking for people I know on the front line, like, I want to speak to why I'm here
00:14:12.760 right now.
00:14:13.760 Okay?
00:14:14.760 I'm part of the front line.
00:14:17.760 I'm a very close connected group with the nurses.
00:14:21.760 They pick the nurses. 0.99
00:14:22.760 They pick the doctors apart.
00:14:23.760 Oh, yeah.
00:14:24.760 Okay?
00:14:25.760 Police, fire, ambulance.
00:14:27.760 We didn't have the data at the time.
00:14:29.760 The data wasn't out.
00:14:30.760 We're still dealing with Delta.
00:14:32.760 There's a lot going on.
00:14:33.760 We had a lot of people going into hospitals.
00:14:35.760 We were getting lots of calls.
00:14:38.760 The Omicron, with the vaccine, and the data, and the timing, and I was telling my wife,
00:14:45.760 I'm like, honey, there's going to be, sooner or later, somebody's going to stand up, and
00:14:51.760 there's going to be a group.
00:14:52.760 I didn't call it at the time, and I used to be a trucker, but I didn't call it at the
00:14:57.760 time, and the second I heard the mandate came for the truckers, boom.
00:15:02.760 And I told my wife, I'm like, that's it.
00:15:06.760 I'm getting in.
00:15:07.760 So, like, you guys, because I know where we are, if you're ever watching, we are on
00:15:12.760 Wellington Street, so these guys are on the front lines.
00:15:15.760 It's actually, we named it Freedom Avenue.
00:15:17.760 Freedom Avenue?
00:15:18.760 Okay.
00:15:19.760 These guys are on Freedom Avenue.
00:15:20.760 Yeah, this is on Wellington.
00:15:21.760 Our mailbox is 22 Freedom Avenue.
00:15:23.760 Nice.
00:15:24.760 So, what I'll ask you is, what has it been like, I'm sure you guys have seen, you got
00:15:28.760 the data here, what's it like seeing other countries follow Canada's lead, and what's
00:15:33.760 it like seeing Canadian flags flown in places like Texas or whatever?
00:15:37.760 It's the Canadian flags.
00:15:39.760 When you see worldwide, North America, South America, Europe, they're definitely not showing
00:15:49.760 us the entirety of what's going on, but to see the representation and love and pride for
00:15:57.760 Canadian spirit and passion for freedom is very incredible and greatly appreciated.
00:16:04.760 I mean, we are well aware that we are exposing a lot of nonsense that's been going on around
00:16:11.760 the world right now, and the admiration we have to keep this going, I hope, is speaking
00:16:16.760 right around the world, because we are doing this for one and all.
00:16:20.760 So, one and all, this is an incredibly inclusive environment.
00:16:25.760 This industry, you cannot be racist in this industry.
00:16:29.760 This is everybody.
00:16:30.760 I'm a mechanic.
00:16:32.760 I don't care who you are, what you drive, if you need my help, I'm here to give it to
00:16:37.760 you.
00:16:38.760 But I need all the information to make a proper diagnosis, or else I'm pissing in the
00:16:43.760 wind.
00:16:44.760 And this here, with the professionalism that I've seen...
00:16:49.760 So, I want to add to that.
00:16:50.760 Yeah.
00:16:51.760 I want to add to that, because coming across the country, my wife was pretty concerned. 0.56
00:16:54.760 It was one decision.
00:16:55.760 I just said, honey, I found my fight.
00:16:57.760 I'm going.
00:16:58.760 There you go.
00:16:59.760 And she didn't even question it.
00:17:01.760 She says, so you think this is it?
00:17:03.760 I said, yeah.
00:17:04.760 I said, I know this industry, and what you just spoke to, I said, that the truckers are
00:17:11.760 very much in line with my industry.
00:17:14.760 They take a lot of pride.
00:17:16.760 They're professional.
00:17:17.760 That's right.
00:17:18.760 They get it done.
00:17:19.760 They understand calculated risk, and they're critical thinkers.
00:17:23.760 I know if there's any way to get people across the country, in Canada, in the middle
00:17:30.760 of the winter, you're going to go with the truckers.
00:17:33.760 Yeah.
00:17:34.760 I'm not expecting...
00:17:36.760 I'm not expecting police department to police department, or nurse to hospital, or fire 0.98
00:17:42.760 department to fire department, or anyone else that's been fucked over by this system, 1.00
00:17:47.760 and this bullshit. 1.00
00:17:49.760 The truckers are the ones that can just get it together. 1.00
00:17:53.760 We're on radios. 1.00
00:17:54.760 We know how this shit rolls. 1.00
00:17:56.760 We roll with mechanics. 1.00
00:17:57.760 We know how this works.
00:18:01.760 Okay?
00:18:02.760 So, when the fight came to them, it's a no-brainer. 0.99
00:18:06.760 Quite frankly, the government, your fucking timing's off. 0.99
00:18:10.760 You should've went for the truckers first. 0.99
00:18:12.760 Because I'm telling you right now, you picked the police, you picked the fire, you picked
00:18:17.760 the ambulance, you picked the doctors, and the nurses, and the soldiers. 1.00
00:18:20.760 You picked them all first, but you fucked up. 0.99
00:18:24.760 You should've went for the truckers, because you let the data get out, and you let the 0.99
00:18:31.760 narrative get out, and when the narrative and the data and Omicron all came together,
00:18:36.760 and people were already battle-worn, then you hit the truckers.
00:18:40.760 The timing was off. 0.99
00:18:42.760 If you hit the truckers, a year ago, everyone would've been, what the fuck are you doing? 1.00
00:18:47.760 Shut up and stay in your truck. 1.00
00:18:49.760 Like, hit the bricks. 1.00
00:18:51.760 This was a bad timing.
00:18:54.760 Stereotypically, they think the trucking industry is not very intellectual.
00:19:00.760 Yes.
00:19:01.760 And they underestimate 100%.
00:19:03.760 And I'm going to tell you, you want to talk pride?
00:19:06.760 I'm with the fire department.
00:19:08.760 We clean trucks.
00:19:10.760 We vacuum trucks.
00:19:11.760 Man, you go into a trucker's truck, he's wearing slippers.
00:19:15.760 What does it say?
00:19:16.760 You keep your shoes off?
00:19:17.760 The shoes are off at the door.
00:19:19.760 That place is spotless.
00:19:21.760 That's their home.
00:19:22.760 These people have pride. 0.99
00:19:24.760 They're not slobby, ignorant people. 0.99
00:19:27.760 That's how they roll. 0.99
00:19:28.760 I mean, personally, three years from now, the next time I see it, I can't look at a trucker
00:19:33.760 the same, or in Canada, the same way again.
00:19:35.760 I'll never cut a trucker off again, science.
00:19:37.760 Oh, yeah.
00:19:38.760 Yeah.
00:19:39.760 Yeah.
00:19:40.760 There's been so many good ones.
00:19:41.760 Oh, yeah.
00:19:42.760 The last, on the drive, the most recent drive up here.
00:19:44.760 A lot more patient when a truck's passing another truck.
00:19:47.760 Yeah, that's good.
00:19:48.760 Don't pass the truck.
00:19:49.760 So, I've been looking after the two younger soldiers with all the vats.
00:19:52.760 We're the ones desecrating it by taking that fence down.
00:19:54.760 Yeah.
00:19:55.760 Were you the one yelling at CBC?
00:19:57.760 Yeah.
00:19:58.760 I remember this guy. 1.00
00:20:00.760 You yelled at the fucking CBC. 0.99
00:20:02.760 Usually that's my job, but you still get a high five. 1.00
00:20:04.760 I just got a phone call from BC.
00:20:06.760 I heard how they're playing that off, eh? 0.99
00:20:08.760 Guys, you're in the show with that fucking Canadian hero here. 0.99
00:20:11.760 Yeah, yeah, yeah. 0.99
00:20:12.760 Well, listen, people are yelling at CBC. 1.00
00:20:13.760 Yeah, that's so much shit. 1.00
00:20:14.760 That's about fucking, oh, what about freedom in the press? 1.00
00:20:16.760 Well, press have freedom. 1.00
00:20:17.760 Propagandist scumbags don't. 0.99
00:20:19.760 Yeah. 1.00
00:20:20.760 Right?
00:20:21.760 This is our new media.
00:20:22.760 Like I told you before, I have a hard time.
00:20:24.760 I've been here for the last week, and there's been other vets helping me out.
00:20:27.760 I've had the most amazing conversations of my life with these guys.
00:20:33.760 And the same story every time.
00:20:36.760 My heart's full.
00:20:37.760 I feel proud to be a Canadian.
00:20:39.760 The fact that we got it to the point where our battle-hardened vets...
00:20:43.760 I wasn't ever in combat.
00:20:45.760 I served my country, whatever, right?
00:20:47.760 Hit my bit. 1.00
00:20:49.760 When I got Somalian, ex-Somalian paratroopers coming and hugging my fucking ribs until they hurt 1.00
00:20:55.760 after we took that fence down, I could give a shit what you type on the internet, folks, 1.00
00:21:00.760 about what I did. 0.98
00:21:01.760 I don't know what they're saying about me in BC.
00:21:03.760 No, no.
00:21:04.760 I just heard...
00:21:05.760 Yeah.
00:21:06.760 Don't care.
00:21:07.760 It wasn't about you. 1.00
00:21:08.760 It's such bullshit. 0.99
00:21:09.760 I have so much amazing things to say to you, but we'll save it off to the stream. 0.99
00:21:12.760 Well, it's just, you know, that monument is for all of us. 0.91
00:21:16.760 The only people it's not for, in my opinion, is the cowards on the hill, right? 0.95
00:21:20.760 Yeah, I mean... 0.98
00:21:21.760 That's for you.
00:21:22.760 That's for you.
00:21:23.760 That's for everybody. 1.00
00:21:24.760 Every one of us here has an ancestor that paid the fucking price. 0.99
00:21:26.760 Yeah. 0.99
00:21:27.760 Right?
00:21:28.760 Every one of us.
00:21:29.760 Absolutely.
00:21:30.760 Right now.
00:21:31.760 I see some...
00:21:32.760 Oh, well, they're...
00:21:33.760 The city's not doing it because the protesters are there.
00:21:36.760 Well, then why if I had 60 Ottawa residents come personally thank me and tell me that the
00:21:40.760 tomb has never looked that good.
00:21:42.760 Members still serving in the military here, obviously, not wearing their braids, da-da-da-da-da,
00:21:47.760 uniform, telling me the monument hasn't looked this good ever.
00:21:50.760 Right?
00:21:51.760 That sounds like...
00:21:52.760 There was...
00:21:53.760 Except for November 10th.
00:21:54.760 November 10th is what they do with the locals.
00:21:57.760 They clean it up.
00:21:58.760 We've been loading salt.
00:21:59.760 People have been donating salt.
00:22:01.760 We've been wheel bearing our own salt from outside the barricades.
00:22:05.760 To me, it was...
00:22:07.760 It is an obscenity where, to the highest order, where they were fencing it off from the people
00:22:12.760 after they'd been cleaning for weeks to just use as another political hammer. 0.57
00:22:16.760 100%.
00:22:17.760 Whatever happened with that chick on Saturday... 1.00
00:22:19.760 It was bad.
00:22:20.760 Yeah, I saw it.
00:22:21.760 I've never seen the whole video.
00:22:22.760 I'm not going to get into it. 1.00
00:22:23.760 If she disrespected the tomb, then fuck her. 1.00
00:22:26.760 The whole pissing on it thing. 1.00
00:22:28.760 I wouldn't...
00:22:29.760 Again, I have never seen any pictures of that happening. 0.97
00:22:33.760 But I also know there's been more than one fucking bottle of beer or a pint of whiskey 0.98
00:22:37.760 going on. 0.99
00:22:38.760 Could have been a dog...
00:22:39.760 Like...
00:22:40.760 100%.
00:22:41.760 Obviously, we have no time for any disrespecting of that.
00:22:44.760 Okay.
00:22:45.760 In fact, like, they even lost...
00:22:47.760 I was bringing...
00:22:48.760 I was wheeling in salt myself.
00:22:50.760 And they have three...
00:22:51.760 There's three salt boxes there.
00:22:52.760 So I had an OPS sergeant.
00:22:54.760 And I think it was the one that resigned.
00:22:56.760 I'm not sure about that.
00:22:57.760 I can't...
00:22:58.760 But he was a Navy vet.
00:22:59.760 He came over and thanked me.
00:23:00.760 I asked him, I said, man, can you get to Public Works to fill the salt boxes up?
00:23:05.760 Like, I'll do the salt...
00:23:06.760 Even if they leave it inside the barricades, I'll bring it in.
00:23:09.760 You know what they did? 0.99
00:23:10.760 They fucking put padlocks on the salt boxes. 1.00
00:23:13.760 But they're so stupid, they only put padlocks on two of them, not the third one that I actually had full of salt. 1.00
00:23:19.760 So, you didn't even fuck with me, right? 1.00
00:23:22.760 And again, it's like, I had a guy... 0.99
00:23:25.760 I had a guy...
00:23:26.760 I was cleaning it off with a couple of guys there.
00:23:27.760 Everybody was telling me I was a criminal.
00:23:29.760 I had no right to be there, dah, dah, dah, dah.
00:23:31.760 I gotta call one step off with a couple of guys.
00:23:34.760 The guy smashed on the side of his camper.
00:23:36.760 Are you kidding me?
00:23:37.760 Yeah. 0.97
00:23:38.760 So, if anybody has a problem with me cleaning the fucking warm corner off, they can come see me. 0.97
00:23:41.760 Oh, I filmed it. 0.98
00:23:42.760 I sent it back to my kid.
00:23:43.760 And I dragged him right over there.
00:23:44.760 No, man.
00:23:45.760 I was filled with pride and like...
00:23:48.760 That was the best day of my life. 0.99
00:23:50.760 That reaction I got from those fucking battle-hardened vets that are... 0.99
00:23:54.760 Like, our buddy Craig, he's an ex-Airborn guy. 1.00
00:23:57.760 He now lives in northern Alberta, or northern Ontario, hunting fucking wolves. 0.98
00:24:01.760 And I've literally seen this when he's down here. 1.00
00:24:03.760 He has to call his wife every hour.
00:24:05.760 To make sure he's not in prison.
00:24:07.760 And it's not let him out past her.
00:24:09.760 Like, the guys...
00:24:11.760 I'll laugh about it in a bit, but it's almost not funny because we know why he's...
00:24:16.760 Because we know why, yeah.
00:24:18.760 Totally. 0.99
00:24:19.760 That guy fucking hugged me till my ribs hurt today, old guy. 1.00
00:24:21.760 It's insane. 1.00
00:24:22.760 You know? 1.00
00:24:23.760 So, I could give a shit when anybody... 1.00
00:24:25.760 But that goes to show you the cancer that they had. 1.00
00:24:28.760 That's the cancer.
00:24:29.760 The fact that those men didn't have pride in this country...
00:24:32.760 For a point in time...
00:24:34.760 Is gross, man.
00:24:35.760 And I didn't either.
00:24:36.760 I did my three years.
00:24:37.760 I never went on tour.
00:24:38.760 But whatever, right? 0.98
00:24:40.760 And I felt the same fucking way. 0.99
00:24:42.760 Yeah. 0.99
00:24:43.760 And every single vet... 0.98
00:24:45.760 Every single one that has come to talk to me in the last eight days since that fucking fence was up or nine or whatever. 1.00
00:24:50.760 I said the same thing, but it's a fucking disgrace. 1.00
00:24:53.760 Yeah. 0.99
00:24:54.760 And that's a legacy.
00:24:55.760 They wanted it down.
00:24:56.760 A legacy medium, man.
00:24:57.760 Well, listen.
00:24:58.760 When they put it up, so the little incident happened.
00:25:00.760 So if they're so concerned about the desecration of a monument, that was on the first Saturday, right?
00:25:05.760 Yeah.
00:25:06.760 Why wasn't the fence up Sunday?
00:25:08.760 Do you know when they put it up? 0.77
00:25:09.760 Friday morning at 2.30 in the morning, right before the crowd showed up on Friday, and CBC was there at eight fucking o'clock taking pictures of it. 0.91
00:25:18.760 It was a propaganda thing. 0.95
00:25:20.760 That is propaganda.
00:25:21.760 It was total propaganda.
00:25:22.760 That's why I ran them all the time.
00:25:24.760 And like, my... 0.97
00:25:25.760 We just had a fucking beautiful moment with all these vast civilians around. 0.99
00:25:29.760 Get out of here, man. 0.99
00:25:31.760 It drove me insane because there's a lot of things they're using as political hammers, but to use the war memorial and the men who sacrificed this country as a political fucking prop, and then have the audacity to turn around and say that we are disrespecting the war memorial is hypocrisy of the highest order and disgusting. 0.99
00:25:53.760 The premier of Nova Scotia just used the death of a child as a COVID death, which it was not. 0.97
00:26:00.760 Aberdeen did the same thing.
00:26:01.760 Aberdeen did the same thing.
00:26:02.760 Aberdeen did the same thing.
00:26:03.760 We broke the story.
00:26:04.760 And then they did the dummy.
00:26:05.760 And then they did the dummy, the mannequin.
00:26:07.760 Yeah.
00:26:08.760 Rebel, I think, broke that one. 1.00
00:26:09.760 You are to the point where you're using the fucking death of children to your advantage. 1.00
00:26:16.760 But nobody wants to talk about the suicide rate of kids through the fucking roof. 1.00
00:26:20.760 Nobody wants to talk about the fucking stillborns through the roof. 0.99
00:26:23.760 Nobody wants to talk about the miscarriage through the roof. 0.99
00:26:25.760 I literally, on the way to a meeting today with some of the other vets, had a fucking warrant officer serving the DSM here in Ottawa. 0.93
00:26:31.760 Tell me, this is where all the medical stuff would go through, right? 0.98
00:26:35.760 Told me today that the suicide rate in the fucking military is up, whatever, it's doubled in the last two years. 0.97
00:26:42.760 He told me that this afternoon. 0.99
00:26:45.760 And not to mention all the people who can't get cancer screenings and have-
00:26:48.760 I told another vet today.

00:26:53.760 It was like a melanoma or something, so we could get it off. 0.97
00:26:56.760 But like, it could have not been that as well.

00:27:01.760 So, and I want to talk to the nurses too.
00:27:04.760 And the frontline healthcare and stuff.
00:27:07.760 And I'm part of private chats.
00:27:10.760 And we're all brave people.
00:27:13.760 There's a lot of people out there that have seen what has been happening.
00:27:18.760 Not just 2020, but they've seen what's been happening in 2021.
00:27:23.760 And please, I just, I want people to find, we need people to find the bravery to speak up.
00:27:35.760 Because I've seen it.
00:27:36.760 I've talked with people in healthcare.
00:27:40.760 Where I've seen it myself.
00:27:42.760 I'm just a first responder.
00:27:44.760 So I don't get to see what happens after we are there on that initial first responder call.
00:27:51.760 But things have changed.
00:27:53.760 And in 2021, a lot of things changed.
00:27:56.760 And it doesn't smell right.
00:27:58.760 And it's not right.
00:28:00.760 We're seeing things that aren't normal.
00:28:03.760 And we need people to just find, find their, find their truth, find their strength.
00:28:11.760 And I just, I really would love it if more people started speaking out.
00:28:15.760 Because that's what will put an end to this.
00:28:17.760 Yeah.
00:28:18.760 Amen.
