00:04:19.380 pure and if it could only get out of this this this prison of the carnal evil physical body

00:04:26.140 that's not a christian worldview that is a pagan worldview that's a gnostic worldview

00:04:34.220 you know the bible actually says spiritual training is is of far more value than physical

00:04:40.100 health but spiritual training being of more value doesn't necessitate that we say physical training

00:04:47.140 is of no value we can we can attribute to physical training some value can i be frank with you for

00:04:55.840 just a second, right here at the end. Look, some of you guys, you're financially supporting this
