00:00:00.000 Hello and welcome to the podcast of the Lotus Eaters where Harry is destroying my notes for
00:00:12.400 some reason. They're back. I'm your host Connor. I don't have a mouse at home with any of these
00:00:17.360 fancy now side buttons. Back in my day they only came with two buttons up on top. He's a real mouse.
00:00:24.960 Back in my day we couldn't afford mice. Excellent. This is just a knock. We'll be doing impressions
00:00:29.500 about 10 seconds before we came on air. Anyway. Give it to him. Go on Connor. I'm not doing my
00:00:33.040 Patrick for Mr. Krabs. He's amazing Mr. Krabs. He is disturbing. Anyway today is the 28th of
00:00:40.200 August. There we go. 2024. I'd like to remember where I am and we are going to be discussing
00:00:44.940 Keir Starmer's Hatred of the English, Mark Zuckerberg's Redemption Arc and Japan receiving
00:00:49.260 its fair share of enrichment which is very disappointing. Before we do so I'm just going
00:00:53.300 to draw your attention to in half an hour. Not half an hour. An hour and a half rather. No. Two hours.
00:00:58.420 Where am I? Am I Joe Biden? What country are you in Connor? What's your name? I don't
00:01:03.100 know. Actually if you look outside it's hard to tell. I think it's Eugene. At three o'clock
00:01:06.920 today if you are a Lotus Eats premium subscriber you'll be able to watch my show Tomlinson Talks.
00:01:10.720 I'll be talking to Ben Habib about the inside story of Reform UK. That's the establishment
00:01:14.180 of it. The general election campaign. Why he was demoted. The ongoing restructure.
00:01:17.880 And of course I'll be putting questions concerning the deselection of certain candidates to
00:01:22.260 someone that was in the party at the time. Ben is a good man and it's good to at least
00:01:26.820 rebuild some ties with Reform. It's a good sign that he's speaking to us.
00:01:32.200 Yes though internal party Reform don't like it very much. Oh I wonder why. Yeah I'm sure.
00:01:38.680 There were some statements made that they took offense to. But anyway Ben's a good lad and
00:01:42.420 he's always been a friend so go and listen to him. But without further ado we might as well
00:01:45.980 get into today's stories. So Two-Tier Kier has decided to cement his legacy as hating the
00:01:52.820 English. And that was with a speech given yesterday in the Downing Street Rose Garden. Obviously
00:01:56.860 infamous for when Dominic Cummings decided to defend his driving to Barnard Castle and test
00:02:01.160 his eyesight during the lockdown they imposed on all of us. Kier Starmer decided. Even Josh is allergic
00:02:07.180 to his rhetoric. Sorry. Kier Starmer decided to not take Tony Blair's advice and message down the
00:02:12.780 middle and head off populist movements at the past. But instead not only demonize populist movements
00:02:17.400 as having no legitimate standing. But also categorize any native born Englishman that opposes
00:02:22.940 the mass demographic and cultural change caused by immigration as a literal Nazi. Which wasn't
00:02:29.020 all that wise if you're about to lose 98 seats north. But before we begin as you know we are
00:02:34.220 demonetized on YouTube and so we are trying to raise awareness of the fact that if you are
00:02:38.460 not already subscribed to the Lotus Eaters or if you are there is a donate button on our website.
00:02:42.660 Reminder that all of the podcast segments including the full podcast on the website you see
00:02:46.940 are free for everyone. We do have to however cover the costs of lighting and in the advent that we
00:02:53.360 are cracked down on by the state which is completely arbitrary at this point we would quite like to
00:02:58.120 have a war chest to defend ourselves. So if you are so inclined we do have a donate button on the
00:03:02.280 website and we appreciate everyone that does so and we are entirely funded by you guys. So we remain
00:03:08.720 eternally grateful for both your viewing and your monetary support. Now if you aren't familiar with what
00:03:13.340 I'm referencing. Keir Starmer's speech yesterday was this and I'm just going to play a clip of the
00:03:18.680 most egregious section because it's worthy of illustrating what he does mention versus what
00:03:24.700 he doesn't mention and it shows exactly where the friend-to-enemy distinction is being drawn
00:03:29.560 by the present very clumsy Labour state.
00:03:34.980 But as well as the things that we've discovered
00:03:37.500 we've also seen shocking scenes across the nation. A mindless minority of thugs who thought that they
00:03:46.640 could get away with causing chaos. Smashing up communities and terrifying minorities.
00:03:52.740 Vandalising and destroying people's property. Even trying to set fire to a building
00:03:59.920 with human beings inside it.
00:04:04.200 And as if that wasn't despicable enough. People displaying swastika tattoos.
00:04:10.080 Shouting racist slurs on our streets. Nazi salutes at the Senator. The Senator. The very place
00:04:16.980 we honour those who gave their lives for this country. Desecrating their memory under the pretense
00:04:24.400 and it is a pretense of legitimate protest. Now they're learning that crime has consequences.
00:04:33.820 That I won't tolerate a breakdown in law and order under any circumstances. And I will not listen
00:04:40.260 to those who exploit grieving families and disrespect local communities.
00:04:47.240 But these riots didn't happen
00:04:49.440 in a vacuum.
00:04:51.740 They exposed the state of our country.
00:04:54.840 Revealed a deeply unhealthy society.
00:04:58.300 The cracks in our foundations laid bare.
00:05:01.920 Weakened
00:05:02.380 by a decade of division and decline.
00:05:05.520 Infected by a spiral of populism which fed off cycles of failure of the last government.
00:05:13.500 Every time they faced
00:05:14.780 a difficult problem
00:05:16.060 they failed to be honest.
00:05:19.340 They offered the snake oil of populism.
00:05:22.360 Which led to more failure.
00:05:24.100 Oh thank you. He's so boring.
00:05:27.740 I know.
00:05:28.160 He's so boring.
00:05:29.440 I apologise. He's hardly a statesman who has
00:05:32.020 a graft, a speech craft when
00:05:33.880 he has to keep looking down at his notes every few seconds.
00:05:36.360 Well that could be a Blair thing of
00:05:37.960 you look down at your notes when you
00:05:39.740 are reading out the parts that you don't want the press to crop
00:05:42.380 because they
00:05:42.980 He doesn't want them to crop anything from this speech
00:05:45.800 because he's always looking at his notes then.
00:05:47.940 I think that frankly
00:05:49.320 like Cole has said many times
00:05:51.540 he's just not that bright.
00:05:52.540 He's both a demented ideologue
00:05:54.640 and fundamentally unintelligent
00:05:56.220 so it makes him inflexible
00:05:57.640 in adjusting the narrative
00:05:58.560 but also
00:05:58.980 it just means he's not very dynamic on his feet.
00:06:01.000 I mean did you
00:06:01.620 either of you watch any of the debates
00:06:03.420 on the run-up of the general election
00:06:04.800 or did you have better things to do?
00:06:06.480 I watched some of them yeah.
00:06:07.480 So you know when
00:06:08.240 I think it was Sky News
00:06:09.400 when he repeated the toolmaker line
00:06:10.960 and someone in the crowd laughed
00:06:12.040 and they just saw the flash of anger.
00:06:14.020 Whenever Rishi Sunak decided to
00:06:15.540 find his spine
00:06:16.840 lodged at the back of the CCHQ cupboard
00:06:18.820 and he said
00:06:20.140 well here's what you're going to do
00:06:21.420 are you going to return them to Afghanistan?
00:06:23.020 That's ridiculous.
00:06:23.960 And Starmer just got very angry
00:06:25.480 and just sort of stood on the spot
00:06:26.780 not sure what to say.
00:06:27.860 I think that his thoughts
00:06:29.020 don't join up very well.
00:06:30.200 He's not a very dynamic speaker
00:06:31.160 and that's why he was going to look down there.
00:06:32.860 That's why as a prosecutor
00:06:34.220 it's very procedural
00:06:35.640 it's not very dynamic at all really.
00:06:37.780 And in fact
00:06:38.140 I don't know whether you're going to talk about
00:06:39.940 some of the things he said
00:06:41.000 because it's very interesting
00:06:42.420 and sort of naked
00:06:43.420 in how he was saying it
00:06:45.380 talking about populism
00:06:46.780 with animosity
00:06:49.840 as if to say
00:06:51.660 well we're not popular obviously
00:06:52.820 so
00:06:53.480 it's very interesting isn't it
00:06:56.280 that he just came out and said it
00:06:57.640 because you'd think that
00:06:59.080 it would look bad
00:07:00.480 because it's basically the word
00:07:02.100 popular
00:07:02.700 embedded in it
00:07:04.000 and even if you're not a populist
00:07:05.460 saying you're against populism
00:07:07.260 is still sort of
00:07:08.360 bad optics.
00:07:09.700 Well there's two reasons for that
00:07:10.580 and that's the first bit
00:07:11.240 I wanted to focus on
00:07:12.040 it's this sort of demonizing
00:07:13.320 of populism
00:07:14.080 and what it betrays
00:07:15.800 about the ideology
00:07:16.720 of the current
00:07:17.440 labour-occupied
00:07:19.020 managerial state.
00:07:20.600 I'm going to go to the sort of
00:07:21.820 institutional defence of this first
00:07:23.380 and I am going to
00:07:24.340 subject you to
00:07:25.580 probably the least impressive
00:07:27.660 media talking head at the moment
00:07:28.940 which is James O'Brien.
00:07:30.300 Oh no.
00:07:30.800 This is what the regime's version
00:07:33.220 of Defence for Keir Starmer is
00:07:35.320 it's very short.
00:07:36.480 That was a boring speech
00:07:38.360 by a boring man
00:07:40.420 dealing with the boring business
00:07:42.500 of getting Britain
00:07:43.680 back on its feet
00:07:44.600 and if you don't like that
00:07:46.200 you don't like Britain.
00:07:47.580 If you don't want him to succeed
00:07:49.160 you don't want Britain
00:07:51.060 to succeed.
00:07:52.120 You can't possibly argue
00:07:53.380 with the diagnosis
00:07:55.480 of a country
00:07:56.880 on its knees.
00:07:58.440 You can argue with the prescription
00:08:00.220 such that he has provided
00:08:02.400 and we'll have to wait
00:08:03.120 until the budget
00:08:03.640 to find out more
00:08:04.520 but you cannot argue
00:08:06.140 with the diagnosis
00:08:07.180 of a country on its knees
00:08:08.460 unless you are truly deluded
00:08:10.580 or incredibly wealthy.
00:08:12.500 I can actually argue
00:08:14.060 with the diagnosis
00:08:14.720 that limitless numbers
00:08:16.580 of demographic change
00:08:18.180 is not behind
00:08:19.460 any of the economic
00:08:20.740 or cultural problems
00:08:21.760 in the country right now.
00:08:23.280 James, I can argue with that
00:08:24.440 because I'm seeing that
00:08:25.340 first hand for myself
00:08:27.080 and also I'm not going to
00:08:28.280 write off all of my
00:08:28.920 fellow countrymen
00:08:29.620 as Nazis
00:08:30.700 which Starmer decided to do.
00:08:32.260 As far as I'm aware as well
00:08:33.260 I think one of you two
00:08:34.560 covered this.
00:08:35.440 That whole swastika salute
00:08:37.220 sorry not
00:08:38.560 I've seen no visual evidence
00:08:40.900 of such a thing.
00:08:41.940 There were about three images
00:08:43.640 that were sort of thrown together
00:08:45.840 but some of them
00:08:47.000 I think one person
00:08:48.080 was pointing to their friend
00:08:49.060 I was going to imitate
00:08:50.280 what they were doing
00:08:50.940 and then I realised
00:08:51.620 how that's going to look.
00:08:52.280 Unwise.
00:08:52.960 They pulled the baby
00:08:53.900 on the guy didn't they?
00:08:56.260 And you know
00:08:57.120 there were other people
00:08:57.940 it was perhaps someone waving
00:08:59.220 and it was just people
00:08:59.940 action shots
00:09:00.900 of people doing stuff
00:09:02.700 and if you have a crowd
00:09:03.960 of people
00:09:04.420 people do lots of
00:09:05.740 different things
00:09:06.560 Where was the swastika tattoo?
00:09:08.960 There was a former skinhead
00:09:11.340 from the 1980s
00:09:13.180 basically an old man
00:09:14.140 at this point
00:09:14.780 who had a tattoo like that
00:09:16.820 but it was also
00:09:17.460 the British flag
00:09:18.620 crossed with that flag
00:09:20.900 and it seemed like
00:09:23.220 it could well have been
00:09:24.260 I don't know why he got it
00:09:25.680 but it could well have been
00:09:26.440 a sort of memorial
00:09:27.560 for World War 2
00:09:28.480 or something like that.
00:09:29.320 Or even he might have
00:09:30.180 well just been in a prison gang.
00:09:31.800 Yeah.
00:09:31.920 Also that's not what
00:09:33.020 you go to prison for
00:09:34.100 that's not what
00:09:34.700 you condemn the nation for
00:09:36.200 James O'Brien
00:09:37.460 obviously scumbag
00:09:39.140 gremlin
00:09:39.860 awful person
00:09:41.260 I hate this characterisation
00:09:43.800 of Britain as a boring place
00:09:45.300 where boring things happen
00:09:46.400 there has been
00:09:47.060 no point outside of
00:09:49.000 what the media
00:09:49.760 has wanted you to believe
00:09:51.000 about the Blair years
00:09:52.000 where Britain has been
00:09:53.180 anything other
00:09:54.040 than
00:09:54.900 an exciting
00:09:56.140 and dynamic place to be
00:09:57.520 whether or not
00:09:58.260 it's been a period
00:09:59.700 of peace
00:10:00.160 or war
00:10:01.000 the British have always
00:10:02.240 been
00:10:02.640 as much as we are
00:10:03.800 settled
00:10:04.180 fundamentally creative
00:10:05.500 and restless people
00:10:06.460 we went out and
00:10:07.420 conquered most of the
00:10:09.160 world for God's sake
00:10:10.100 and improved
00:10:10.600 yes and improved it
00:10:11.920 we're not a boring nation
00:10:13.600 of boring people
00:10:14.620 and boring food
00:10:15.920 we're an exciting nation
00:10:17.040 that gave most of the world
00:10:18.920 civilisation for the first
00:10:20.480 time ever
00:10:21.040 the mistaking
00:10:22.520 well James O'Brien
00:10:23.560 is mistaking
00:10:24.300 deliberately or otherwise
00:10:25.640 being peaceful
00:10:27.260 and civil
00:10:28.000 with
00:10:29.360 being boring
00:10:30.340 when actually
00:10:31.000 very interesting
00:10:32.340 I would like to think
00:10:33.200 and it's more that
00:10:34.440 we can just live
00:10:35.120 in a civilisation
00:10:35.920 and those sleepy suburbs
00:10:37.460 the quiet villages
00:10:38.840 where
00:10:39.220 nothing bad ever happens
00:10:40.700 that's good
00:10:41.820 not bad
00:10:42.380 James
00:10:42.760 well it used to be
00:10:43.780 that nothing bad
00:10:44.280 ever happened there
00:10:44.900 and then they
00:10:45.280 imported a less peaceful
00:10:46.940 less civilised diaspora
00:10:48.320 that seemed to be
00:10:48.880 very fond of
00:10:49.420 stabbings recently
00:10:50.280 before we
00:10:50.840 well that's exciting
00:10:51.620 isn't it
00:10:52.160 daily murders
00:10:53.000 daily stabbings
00:10:53.900 that's exciting
00:10:54.800 we're finally a
00:10:55.580 dynamic nation
00:10:56.540 it's London a cope
00:10:57.300 isn't it
00:10:57.680 just
00:10:57.980 well yeah
00:10:58.640 it's all these
00:10:59.220 stabbings
00:10:59.580 it's very exciting
00:11:00.240 James O'Brien
00:11:00.520 is at the end of the day
00:11:01.920 fundamentally
00:11:02.920 a boring person
00:11:04.320 who has boring thoughts
00:11:05.920 and his boring head
00:11:07.080 and he writes boring books
00:11:08.560 about boring left-wing
00:11:10.260 fantasies
00:11:10.920 like Rupert Murdoch
00:11:12.000 controls England
00:11:12.920 and has destroyed this country
00:11:14.280 with right-wing populism
00:11:15.840 yes James
00:11:16.660 I've seen your new book
00:11:17.620 I've flipped through it
00:11:18.380 and it's the exact same
00:11:19.480 bollocks talking points
00:11:20.720 I see you and all of your mates
00:11:22.420 saying over and over
00:11:23.920 and over again
00:11:24.620 change the bloody script mate
00:11:26.500 it's not just London a cope
00:11:27.640 it's because most of the people
00:11:28.960 that I know that are native Londoners
00:11:30.180 me included
00:11:30.660 cannot wait to leave
00:11:31.960 get away
00:11:32.800 and barely want to travel
00:11:33.740 through it anymore
00:11:34.280 and I think we will get onto
00:11:35.140 the sort of
00:11:36.100 boring repetition
00:11:37.320 the idea that Starmer
00:11:38.340 is just a
00:11:38.960 applauding statesman
00:11:40.140 doing the right thing
00:11:40.860 and doing the tough things
00:11:41.700 in a moment
00:11:42.080 I would like to point out
00:11:43.420 to Starmer and the like
00:11:44.800 if you're counting the number
00:11:46.200 of swastika tattoos
00:11:47.180 and Roman salutes
00:11:49.080 present at the recent
00:11:50.240 Southport unrest
00:11:51.160 you've got precisely one
00:11:52.520 and not even one
00:11:54.160 compared to all of the
00:11:55.240 Palestine protests
00:11:55.960 that you actively agitated for
00:11:57.180 because they were committed
00:11:57.960 by your clientele voter base
00:11:59.360 every weekend and Wednesday
00:12:01.640 ever since October the 7th
00:12:03.520 where they had
00:12:04.400 multiple depictions
00:12:05.480 of the paragliders
00:12:06.280 or multiple swastikas
00:12:07.660 or they did actually deface
00:12:08.940 and jump upon war memorials
00:12:10.300 disrespecting the war dead
00:12:11.120 disrespecting the war dead
00:12:12.500 unlike the cenotaph
00:12:13.480 but
00:12:14.100 on the topic of populism
00:12:15.660 you're absolutely right
00:12:16.780 this is what I wanted
00:12:18.220 to focus on
00:12:18.700 the two things here
00:12:19.860 what wasn't said
00:12:20.940 and the sort of
00:12:22.460 demonization of
00:12:23.680 populism
00:12:24.820 the reason is
00:12:25.380 this is two recommended
00:12:26.320 readings by
00:12:27.120 articles by Doug Stokes
00:12:28.620 and Jake Scott
00:12:29.720 both former guests
00:12:30.520 on the Lotus Caesars
00:12:31.140 in the Critic
00:12:32.560 but I found it very
00:12:33.720 interesting
00:12:34.260 as to
00:12:35.300 the two visions
00:12:36.760 of democracy
00:12:37.300 that are being displayed
00:12:38.180 the vision of democracy
00:12:39.940 by Labour
00:12:40.440 is essentially like
00:12:41.360 Yevgeny Zemjartin's
00:12:43.120 We
00:12:43.280 the book that inspired 1984
00:12:44.680 whereas
00:12:45.440 every year
00:12:46.800 or every five years
00:12:47.840 the vote
00:12:48.460 is a ritual exercise
00:12:49.440 in choosing the same outcome
00:12:50.720 because if they believe
00:12:51.700 that fundamentally
00:12:52.260 everyone is the same
00:12:53.160 they just live in a poor
00:12:54.460 deprived community
00:12:55.460 without any youth clubs
00:12:56.420 and so they haven't
00:12:57.120 realized that they're
00:12:58.500 exactly the same
00:12:59.120 and as British as you
00:12:59.920 and me yet
00:13:00.460 democracy is an exercise
00:13:01.980 in picking the exact
00:13:03.100 same outcome
00:13:03.760 every time that you
00:13:04.640 pull that lever
00:13:05.560 or tick the box
00:13:06.380 and ballot box
00:13:06.940 and so
00:13:07.640 populism
00:13:08.820 is
00:13:09.780 an interruption
00:13:10.740 in everyone
00:13:11.600 realizing that
00:13:12.320 they're fundamentally
00:13:12.900 exactly the same
00:13:13.820 and they agree
00:13:14.700 on these non-political topics
00:13:16.160 and so populism
00:13:17.300 is the impediment
00:13:18.040 to everyone
00:13:18.560 realizing they're
00:13:19.360 free and equal
00:13:19.900 whereas for populists
00:13:21.700 what they would say
00:13:22.620 is
00:13:22.800 we're the ultimate
00:13:23.880 expression of democracy
00:13:24.760 because we are popular
00:13:25.980 and instead of
00:13:27.560 allowing these topics
00:13:29.220 to go
00:13:29.940 into the realm
00:13:31.020 of neutrality
00:13:31.700 and just be managed
00:13:32.580 by the state
00:13:33.120 we're putting them
00:13:33.920 back in public discourse
00:13:34.980 again
00:13:35.240 with the belief
00:13:35.820 that the more
00:13:36.280 conversations you have
00:13:37.140 about it
00:13:37.480 the more public
00:13:37.900 awareness you have
00:13:38.480 about it
00:13:38.820 the more change
00:13:39.740 simplified
00:13:41.120 populism is like
00:13:42.980 that scene
00:13:43.600 in Monty Python's
00:13:44.920 Life of Brian
00:13:45.640 right
00:13:46.280 when he's speaking
00:13:47.340 to everybody
00:13:48.000 and he says
00:13:48.520 you're all individuals
00:13:49.380 and they all go
00:13:50.300 yes we're all individuals
00:13:51.880 and the one guy goes
00:13:53.080 I'm not
00:13:54.040 and they go
00:13:55.300 shut up
00:13:55.880 that's the populist
00:13:57.400 in the crowd
00:13:57.900 in this idea
00:14:00.220 of democracy
00:14:00.880 that's the one guy
00:14:02.080 yes
00:14:02.520 this is exactly why
00:14:03.860 Starmer is trying
00:14:04.760 to call it a poison
00:14:05.700 because he's trying
00:14:06.520 to say that
00:14:07.080 anyone that is saying
00:14:08.100 things like
00:14:08.680 immigration
00:14:09.880 are within the remit
00:14:11.800 of public debate
00:14:12.360 and are not just
00:14:12.880 settled science
00:14:13.700 that importing
00:14:14.300 infinity deliveroo drivers
00:14:15.700 is an axiomatic good
00:14:16.980 for the economy
00:14:17.560 is preventing
00:14:18.760 the egalitarian
00:14:20.360 very prosperous utopia
00:14:21.520 from being carried out
00:14:22.380 and therefore
00:14:22.960 they're snake oil salesmen
00:14:24.420 they're who's at fault
00:14:25.720 rather than the people
00:14:26.320 that have mismanaged
00:14:27.040 the economy
00:14:27.500 mismanaged the state
00:14:28.400 mismanaged the culture
00:14:29.240 for a very very long time
00:14:30.900 and then the other thing
00:14:32.080 that he didn't mention
00:14:32.860 was the Notting Hill Carnival
00:14:34.780 now Carl covered
00:14:35.940 some of this stuff yesterday
00:14:37.020 but I wanted to drill down
00:14:38.120 onto the rhetoric
00:14:38.840 of Metropolitan Police here
00:14:40.320 so as we know
00:14:41.400 this
00:14:41.940 they said
00:14:42.600 it was 230 arrests
00:14:44.500 49 arrests
00:14:45.900 for possession
00:14:46.340 of offensive weapon
00:14:47.640 at least 5 stabbings
00:14:49.020 3 firearms
00:14:50.100 were recovered
00:14:50.600 there was an acid attack
00:14:52.260 there were 37 assaults
00:14:53.500 on an emergency worker
00:14:54.360 that doesn't just mean
00:14:55.380 the police by the way
00:14:56.180 that means
00:14:56.540 they were attacking
00:14:57.380 the ambulance staff
00:14:58.520 that were trying to save
00:14:59.380 people
00:14:59.840 who had been stabbed
00:15:01.660 lots of sexual offenses
00:15:03.100 as you'll see
00:15:03.820 with all the twerking videos
00:15:05.060 but the more interesting part
00:15:07.820 was higher up
00:15:08.900 have we got
00:15:09.800 the regime defense
00:15:11.220 the regime defense
00:15:12.820 as in
00:15:13.340 what
00:15:14.080 the articles
00:15:14.980 no
00:15:15.640 let me find it
00:15:16.720 you carry on
00:15:17.300 okay
00:15:17.560 well this was the most
00:15:18.460 interesting post I found
00:15:19.440 this was from the
00:15:20.260 family friendly day
00:15:21.160 this was before
00:15:21.660 all of the stats
00:15:23.280 that I just read out
00:15:24.320 had been
00:15:25.860 stated
00:15:27.180 and they say
00:15:28.200 the Met Police
00:15:28.800 we are tired of saying
00:15:30.420 the same words every year
00:15:31.620 we are tired of telling
00:15:32.860 families that their loved ones
00:15:34.040 are seriously injured or worse
00:15:35.280 we are tired of seeing
00:15:36.460 crime scenes at carnival
00:15:38.140 carnival is a community event
00:15:39.420 and the vast majority of people
00:15:40.380 come to celebrate to dance
00:15:41.480 to enjoy music
00:15:42.240 and have a fantastic experience
00:15:44.420 rhetoric like this
00:15:46.100 would not be used
00:15:46.960 about any of the events
00:15:48.560 we see on St. George's Day
00:15:49.520 where
00:15:50.360 the
00:15:51.260 they're not even protesters
00:15:52.640 or demonstrators
00:15:53.420 revelers were kettled in
00:15:54.720 by police officers
00:15:55.460 and
00:15:55.740 had
00:15:56.440 the batons cracked out
00:15:57.840 and smacked over their head
00:15:58.980 and we wouldn't see this
00:16:00.180 as
00:16:00.720 Storm has just
00:16:01.640 rallied off
00:16:02.480 a defense of
00:16:04.040 any of the sentiments
00:16:05.020 around the protests
00:16:06.620 that erupted
00:16:07.040 after the atrocities
00:16:08.120 in Southport
00:16:09.020 because he literally says
00:16:10.620 and I'll quote
00:16:11.540 directly here
00:16:12.340 this is under the pretense
00:16:15.360 and it is a pretense
00:16:16.220 of legitimate protest
00:16:17.160 so there is
00:16:17.880 no legitimacy
00:16:18.960 to concerns
00:16:19.740 around the privileging
00:16:20.620 of Islam
00:16:21.100 or
00:16:22.020 the sheer number
00:16:23.320 of illegal migrants
00:16:24.120 or the sheer number
00:16:24.680 of legal migrants
00:16:25.540 that undergirded
00:16:27.400 the protests
00:16:27.880 that erupted
00:16:28.240 in the aftermath
00:16:28.680 of Southport
00:16:29.220 but
00:16:29.760 an event which reliably
00:16:30.840 results in stabbings
00:16:31.640 and acid attacks
00:16:32.260 and sexual assaults
00:16:33.140 oh this is just
00:16:34.020 a small minority
00:16:34.960 of people
00:16:35.400 ruining the jerk chicken
00:16:36.820 and the dancing
00:16:37.620 for the rest of it
00:16:38.060 to clarify
00:16:39.120 you can confirm
00:16:41.640 if this is correct
00:16:42.580 Connor
00:16:42.900 my understanding
00:16:43.980 of the carnival
00:16:44.860 from what I've seen
00:16:45.600 over the past few years
00:16:46.500 is that it's essentially
00:16:47.740 the event
00:16:48.680 where London
00:16:49.700 empties its ghettos
00:16:51.640 of the estate gangs
00:16:52.980 and lets them roam
00:16:54.380 the streets elsewhere
00:16:55.740 for a few days
00:16:57.160 and kind of crosses
00:16:58.320 its fingers
00:16:58.980 and says
00:16:59.400 right
00:16:59.920 don't murder
00:17:00.700 too many
00:17:01.220 of yourselves
00:17:01.740 now
00:17:02.100 and then
00:17:03.440 you know
00:17:04.180 there you go
00:17:05.400 I travelled into
00:17:05.980 London on Sunday
00:17:06.560 and I actively avoided
00:17:07.560 trains that went
00:17:08.340 through New Cross
00:17:08.960 and Lewisham
00:17:09.900 because I knew
00:17:10.820 there would be
00:17:11.380 a diaspora
00:17:12.840 of diversity
00:17:13.640 that would be
00:17:14.480 going towards
00:17:15.200 the Paddington Way
00:17:15.980 to then carry
00:17:16.740 machetes
00:17:17.180 possibly rob people
00:17:18.240 possibly rape people
00:17:19.160 and use people's
00:17:20.120 downstairs flats
00:17:21.140 as their toilet
00:17:21.900 also
00:17:22.940 I found what
00:17:23.900 I was looking for
00:17:24.800 this was actually
00:17:25.640 in response to
00:17:26.440 one of your tweets
00:17:27.320 about it
00:17:27.920 oh right
00:17:28.320 it was by a
00:17:29.460 at g underscore
00:17:30.880 gosden
00:17:31.720 simon gosden
00:17:32.980 oh I was arguing
00:17:33.960 with him yesterday
00:17:34.680 follow back
00:17:35.440 pro-european
00:17:36.920 obviously
00:17:37.560 the bot account
00:17:38.420 yep yep
00:17:38.920 that notting hill
00:17:39.960 carnival
00:17:40.480 versus hashtag
00:17:41.500 farage riots
00:17:42.440 stores looted
00:17:43.720 zero
00:17:44.540 bricks chairs
00:17:45.620 thrown at police
00:17:46.460 zero
00:17:47.340 places of worship
00:17:48.480 set on fire
00:17:49.340 zero
00:17:50.080 hotels burnt
00:17:50.940 zero
00:17:51.420 police cars
00:17:52.160 set on fire
00:17:52.740 zero
00:17:53.260 wheelie bins
00:17:54.280 set on fire
00:17:55.320 zero
00:17:56.300 police motorcyclists
00:17:57.660 attacked
00:17:58.080 zero
00:17:58.880 now I don't believe
00:18:00.320 that most of that
00:18:01.320 is entirely accurate
00:18:02.500 um no
00:18:04.000 because you've
00:18:05.000 had 37 assaults
00:18:05.920 on emergency workers
00:18:07.040 I mean last year
00:18:07.940 six police officers
00:18:08.600 were bitten
00:18:09.100 precisely no police
00:18:11.100 zombie apocalypse
00:18:11.900 yeah
00:18:12.260 no police officers
00:18:14.320 were bitten
00:18:14.940 at any of the protests
00:18:16.540 after Southport
00:18:17.320 there were stupid
00:18:17.880 offences
00:18:18.200 don't loot a Lush
00:18:18.860 and a Greggs
00:18:19.380 don't set fire
00:18:20.080 to a hotel
00:18:20.660 we've all said that
00:18:21.620 they may have bit them
00:18:22.840 but did they
00:18:23.420 throw bricks
00:18:24.400 or god forbid
00:18:25.100 chairs at the police
00:18:26.260 no I don't think
00:18:28.240 they did
00:18:28.820 maybe they did
00:18:29.640 actually
00:18:29.860 Notting Hill Carnival
00:18:30.880 is announced in advance
00:18:32.580 and gives the residents
00:18:33.900 time to prepare
00:18:34.640 which is why they
00:18:35.260 boarded up
00:18:35.740 time to barricade
00:18:37.060 themselves
00:18:37.500 that's what happened
00:18:38.160 they boarded up everything
00:18:39.440 that's what I mean
00:18:39.840 it's then giving the gangs
00:18:41.300 of London
00:18:41.920 an opportunity
00:18:42.500 to roam the streets
00:18:43.900 freely outside
00:18:44.720 of the estates
00:18:45.500 that they normally
00:18:46.120 keep all of their
00:18:46.860 murder and stabbings to
00:18:48.100 and a great example
00:18:48.820 of that is actually
00:18:49.380 the 2011 riots
00:18:50.480 and I think this proves
00:18:51.380 a very good comparison
00:18:52.560 to how Keir Starmer
00:18:53.780 treated that
00:18:54.500 versus how he has
00:18:55.580 treated the recent
00:18:56.700 civil unrest
00:18:57.920 in the aftermath
00:18:58.400 of the Southport
00:18:58.920 he himself brings it up
00:19:00.240 in his speech
00:19:00.660 he went on to say
00:19:01.360 I saw in the beginning
00:19:02.600 of that downward spiral
00:19:03.520 first hand in 2011
00:19:04.600 when riots ripped
00:19:05.520 through London
00:19:05.980 across the country
00:19:06.720 I was then director
00:19:07.840 of public prosecutions
00:19:08.700 and I think back
00:19:09.520 to that time
00:19:10.000 I see just how far
00:19:11.400 we have fallen
00:19:12.220 now the reason
00:19:12.880 I bring that up
00:19:13.800 is because Douglas Murray
00:19:15.420 has done a great article
00:19:16.080 in The Spectator
00:19:16.720 saying about
00:19:17.560 the unfashionable truth
00:19:18.940 about the riots
00:19:19.560 because in the aftermath
00:19:20.560 of 2011
00:19:21.120 the fashionable excuse
00:19:22.360 was that the 2008 crash
00:19:24.300 and 2011 austerity
00:19:25.500 was to blame
00:19:26.120 for why all of these
00:19:26.900 council estate gangs
00:19:28.760 decided to go
00:19:29.840 and smash up a JD Sports
00:19:30.900 and nick bags
00:19:31.460 of basmati rice
00:19:32.180 Murray does note
00:19:33.740 that in the areas
00:19:35.160 that saw 2011 London rioting
00:19:36.840 initially it was in London
00:19:38.420 my areas of London
00:19:39.600 weirdly
00:19:40.020 after noted drug runner
00:19:42.140 and firearms offender
00:19:43.340 Mark Duggan
00:19:43.980 was shot by the police
00:19:44.760 because he had a handgun
00:19:45.640 on him
00:19:45.940 his son's just been done
00:19:47.200 for handgun offences as well
00:19:48.340 funny that isn't it
00:19:49.320 racism of the highest kind
00:19:51.040 absolutely
00:19:51.560 after that happened
00:19:52.480 there were multiple riots
00:19:53.520 across the country
00:19:54.120 because people realised
00:19:54.780 oh the police
00:19:55.280 aren't actually cracking down
00:19:56.260 on this as hard
00:19:56.780 as they should do
00:19:57.460 Murray notes that
00:19:58.900 back in 2011
00:19:59.800 in these sorts of areas
00:20:01.040 the proportion of
00:20:02.500 out of work benefits
00:20:03.680 in places like Sunderland
00:20:05.480 was 18%
00:20:06.580 today it's 19%
00:20:07.600 the unemployment figure
00:20:08.520 in Rotherham
00:20:09.400 was 16%
00:20:10.240 today it's 18%
00:20:11.680 in Hartlepool
00:20:12.400 21%
00:20:13.120 today 23%
00:20:14.160 so about a quarter
00:20:14.960 of the people
00:20:15.460 in those areas
00:20:16.140 are out of work
00:20:17.260 unrest was seen
00:20:18.920 in the big towns
00:20:19.440 and cities
00:20:19.840 in 2011
00:20:20.960 now unrest is seen
00:20:22.120 in labour constituencies
00:20:23.840 like those places
00:20:24.960 this year
00:20:25.980 because of mass immigration
00:20:26.980 and part of the reason is
00:20:28.160 all of the economic prosperity
00:20:30.460 across the country
00:20:31.840 including in those locations
00:20:33.180 since 2011
00:20:34.520 so that's 3.6 million jobs
00:20:37.140 74% of that
00:20:39.040 was down to immigrant workers
00:20:39.820 so if you're going to
00:20:41.120 blame all the 2011
00:20:42.440 London riots
00:20:43.040 on economic hardship
00:20:44.620 and Keir Starmer
00:20:45.840 saying the entire
00:20:46.580 last government
00:20:47.040 left a massive
00:20:47.760 fiscal black hole
00:20:48.760 and that things like
00:20:50.300 BLM
00:20:50.780 or the 2011
00:20:51.340 London riots
00:20:51.960 had an understandable
00:20:52.840 motivation
00:20:53.420 even though criminal
00:20:54.280 activity ruined it
00:20:55.220 for the vast majority
00:20:55.920 of people
00:20:56.440 whereas the current
00:20:57.360 protests don't have
00:20:58.460 any legitimate grounds
00:20:59.500 then it's actually
00:21:01.300 not just economic
00:21:02.000 mismanagement
00:21:02.460 that's at fault here
00:21:03.040 it's not just
00:21:03.340 the last government
00:21:03.860 it's immigration policy
00:21:05.560 which were the grounds
00:21:06.980 that the Southport protests
00:21:08.000 were enacted upon
00:21:08.900 and so
00:21:09.680 utterly ridiculous
00:21:12.560 and it's going to
00:21:13.240 continue to get worse
00:21:13.880 and the reason it's
00:21:14.280 going to continue
00:21:14.660 to get worse
00:21:15.200 is because this is not
00:21:16.380 about policy
00:21:17.540 it's not about
00:21:18.220 populism
00:21:18.720 it's about a
00:21:19.460 pathological
00:21:20.080 a priori hatred
00:21:21.140 of the English
00:21:21.740 working class
00:21:22.340 and Starmer actually
00:21:23.660 admits that this is
00:21:24.460 going to get worse
00:21:25.040 and you would not
00:21:25.840 hear Blair
00:21:26.460 make these points
00:21:27.780 I'm just going to
00:21:28.180 play this
00:21:28.520 that's what we've inherited
00:21:30.220 not just an economic
00:21:32.800 black hole
00:21:33.480 a societal black hole
00:21:35.660 and that's why we have
00:21:37.780 to take action
00:21:38.600 and do things
00:21:40.420 differently
00:21:41.060 and part of that
00:21:44.180 is being honest
00:21:45.040 with people
00:21:45.640 about the choices
00:21:47.480 that we face
00:21:48.600 how tough
00:21:50.880 this will be
00:21:51.840 and frankly
00:21:53.620 things will get worse
00:21:55.940 before they get better
00:21:57.860 I didn't want to
00:22:00.320 release prisoners
00:22:01.200 early
00:22:01.760 I was chief
00:22:03.440 prosecutor for five
00:22:04.800 years
00:22:05.320 it goes against the
00:22:06.500 grain of everything
00:22:07.320 I've ever done
00:22:08.320 but to be blunt
00:22:10.440 if we hadn't taken
00:22:12.500 that difficult decision
00:22:14.020 immediately
00:22:14.720 we wouldn't have been
00:22:16.400 able to respond
00:22:17.160 to the riots
00:22:17.880 as we did
00:22:18.560 and if we don't
00:22:20.260 take tough action
00:22:21.020 across the board
00:22:21.760 we won't be able
00:22:23.100 to fix the foundations
00:22:24.180 of the country
00:22:25.020 as we need
00:22:26.440 he's not only
00:22:27.760 positioning himself
00:22:28.300 as the anti-Blair
00:22:29.060 saying things can only
00:22:30.020 get worse
00:22:30.480 he's also explicitly
00:22:31.660 stating
00:22:32.020 yes I stopped
00:22:32.980 sex offenders
00:22:33.460 going to prison
00:22:33.920 yes I let out
00:22:35.160 accomplices to murder
00:22:36.000 like Lawson Natty
00:22:36.800 specifically to lock up
00:22:38.260 grannies that made
00:22:40.140 face
00:22:40.280 there's also a bit
00:22:41.160 of misinformation
00:22:41.820 here from Starmer
00:22:43.040 in that the
00:22:44.140 prisons have been
00:22:45.580 just as overcrowded
00:22:47.140 the past 10 years
00:22:49.000 there's no sudden
00:22:49.920 overcrowding crisis
00:22:51.040 it's been that way
00:22:52.120 so this is a policy choice
00:22:54.140 it's been this way
00:22:55.900 for such a long time
00:22:56.940 now
00:22:57.200 all of a sudden
00:22:58.200 it's a problem
00:22:58.820 what's the cause
00:22:59.880 of the overcrowding
00:23:00.820 it can't be anything
00:23:01.680 to do with the fact
00:23:02.460 that 27%
00:23:04.120 of the prison population
00:23:05.500 is from
00:23:06.680 minority ethnic
00:23:08.020 backgrounds
00:23:08.760 well it's not just that
00:23:10.060 it's we are now
00:23:10.880 number one in western
00:23:11.940 europe and number two
00:23:12.680 in all of europe
00:23:13.340 for crimes committed
00:23:14.180 by foreign actors
00:23:14.800 so we have
00:23:15.900 people in this country
00:23:17.300 that it was
00:23:18.060 deliberate government
00:23:18.840 policy to bring in
00:23:19.620 who committed crimes
00:23:20.300 and now stay here
00:23:21.240 despite having the
00:23:22.400 ability to deport them
00:23:23.180 so that's a decision
00:23:23.980 to keep them in the
00:23:24.560 country
00:23:24.800 and yet
00:23:25.920 he's allowing violent
00:23:26.920 criminals out on the
00:23:27.480 streets or to just
00:23:28.180 avoid jail time
00:23:29.080 entirely
00:23:29.420 to lock people up
00:23:31.120 for facebook posts
00:23:32.720 for attending these
00:23:33.980 protests even if they
00:23:34.820 weren't necessarily
00:23:35.400 violent
00:23:35.860 because
00:23:36.720 it cuts against
00:23:38.340 his political agenda
00:23:39.160 and the political
00:23:39.860 agenda
00:23:40.200 and I'll sort of
00:23:40.780 finish on this
00:23:41.240 little bit here
00:23:41.660 because some of
00:23:42.020 the stunning things
00:23:42.780 that have been said
00:23:43.060 in the last few days
00:23:43.660 in response to these
00:23:44.280 riots really warrant
00:23:45.000 coverage
00:23:45.420 I did this write-up
00:23:46.900 in the critic
00:23:47.700 basically
00:23:49.020 the reason they use
00:23:50.780 the word far-right
00:23:51.420 and they don't use
00:23:51.900 the word nazi
00:23:52.320 they don't use the
00:23:52.760 word fascist
00:23:53.380 is because
00:23:54.140 far-right
00:23:55.040 is a substitute
00:23:56.420 word for nazi
00:23:57.180 but what they
00:23:57.820 actually mean
00:23:58.680 is the indigenous
00:24:00.200 peoples of the
00:24:01.040 british isles
00:24:01.560 who refuse to have
00:24:02.600 their particular
00:24:03.360 identity
00:24:03.920 liquidated in
00:24:05.720 multicultural liberalism
00:24:06.880 while every other
00:24:08.080 identity
00:24:08.640 and imported foreign
00:24:09.880 diaspora gets given
00:24:10.720 community status
00:24:11.760 because when they
00:24:12.340 mean community
00:24:12.980 just like when they
00:24:13.600 mean diversity
00:24:14.120 they mean
00:24:14.780 non-white ethnic
00:24:15.900 they mean colony
00:24:17.040 yes
00:24:18.100 when they
00:24:18.420 when they
00:24:18.720 when they say
00:24:19.360 community
00:24:19.700 they mean colony
00:24:20.300 exactly
00:24:20.780 that's what you
00:24:21.480 need to interpret
00:24:22.040 because they
00:24:22.400 always do the
00:24:22.800 semantic smuggling
00:24:23.720 to try and
00:24:24.280 gaslight you
00:24:24.900 and in the
00:24:25.600 aftermath of this
00:24:26.280 and the reason i
00:24:26.720 wrote this is
00:24:27.080 because there has
00:24:27.740 been an insidious
00:24:28.780 trend of people
00:24:29.840 trying to gaslight
00:24:30.780 the english out
00:24:31.560 of believing that
00:24:32.100 they exist
00:24:32.920 that they have an
00:24:33.840 entitlement to their
00:24:34.540 own country
00:24:34.940 they have a
00:24:35.420 particular history
00:24:36.060 that's worthy
00:24:36.440 celebrating
00:24:37.160 and therefore it
00:24:38.400 dismantles their
00:24:39.020 ability to argue
00:24:39.840 against an
00:24:41.280 unlimited number of
00:24:42.320 new foreign
00:24:42.800 arrivals who are
00:24:43.340 just as british as
00:24:43.940 you and me
00:24:44.300 and some of these
00:24:44.940 examples include
00:24:45.680 people within the
00:24:46.400 labour party with
00:24:47.220 high and
00:24:47.700 significant pull
00:24:48.340 for example
00:24:48.920 towering intellect
00:24:50.000 david lammy says
00:24:50.900 if anyone needs
00:24:51.960 to integrate it's
00:24:52.520 the far right
00:24:53.040 so you need to
00:24:54.960 integrate into your
00:24:55.900 own country
00:24:56.640 apparently
00:24:57.380 david lammy now
00:24:58.560 lays claim to what
00:24:59.360 an english identity
00:24:59.980 is and he says
00:25:02.040 the rioters have
00:25:03.220 forgotten that
00:25:03.620 tolerance is one of
00:25:04.340 the key values to
00:25:05.100 being british
00:25:05.760 no it's not
00:25:06.360 that's a lie
00:25:07.760 yes
00:25:08.280 well the country
00:25:10.700 that used to hang
00:25:11.760 one in every 100
00:25:12.920 men is a tolerant
00:25:14.580 country is it
00:25:15.300 we literally set up
00:25:16.580 australia as a
00:25:17.040 penal colony
00:25:17.540 yeah not that
00:25:18.260 tolerant is it
00:25:18.900 now we give
00:25:19.580 pedophiles suspended
00:25:20.440 sentences
00:25:21.000 yeah
00:25:22.060 that's tolerance
00:25:23.180 got us
00:25:23.700 before you carry on
00:25:24.940 i'm gonna set out
00:25:25.760 a challenge
00:25:26.240 somebody out there
00:25:27.160 you need to
00:25:27.620 produce a remix
00:25:28.840 of things can
00:25:29.420 only get better
00:25:30.160 using keir starmer's
00:25:31.920 new catchier
00:25:33.260 modern and forward
00:25:34.280 looking phraseology
00:25:35.400 i'm surprised
00:25:36.120 someone didn't do
00:25:36.560 things can only get
00:25:37.160 wetter when rishi
00:25:38.160 sunak announced
00:25:38.800 the general election
00:25:39.500 pouring rain
00:25:40.360 there you go
00:25:41.280 so lammy
00:25:42.240 actually brings up
00:25:43.740 the 2011
00:25:44.160 london riots
00:25:45.900 and i thought
00:25:46.940 this is a useful
00:25:47.440 article to use
00:25:48.260 in contrast to
00:25:48.860 the other ones
00:25:49.160 because he actually
00:25:49.900 turns around and
00:25:50.420 says there were
00:25:50.880 legitimate grievances
00:25:51.600 there isn't that
00:25:52.540 funny so 2011
00:25:53.420 london riots where
00:25:54.460 people were
00:25:55.600 severely injured i
00:25:56.240 think people were
00:25:56.820 killed uh
00:25:57.940 buildings were
00:25:59.600 arson attacked
00:26:00.560 lots of looting
00:26:01.540 it was actually
00:26:02.100 terrifying for me
00:26:02.920 living a couple of
00:26:03.560 roads away as a
00:26:04.200 kid that's all fine
00:26:05.640 and dandy but a few
00:26:06.520 people get upset
00:26:07.220 because of a
00:26:08.140 rwandan migrant
00:26:08.880 or son of a
00:26:09.700 rwandan migrant
00:26:10.260 allegedly we have to
00:26:11.480 say that murdered
00:26:12.340 three girls and
00:26:13.040 stabbed more in
00:26:13.600 southport
00:26:14.040 no that's that's
00:26:15.360 that's completely
00:26:15.800 beyond the pale
00:26:16.340 so lammy says
00:26:17.200 it's right to draw
00:26:18.220 parallels but we
00:26:18.860 must not equate
00:26:19.500 the two moments
00:26:20.180 the riots are
00:26:21.000 started in my
00:26:21.600 constituency
00:26:22.040 tottenham
00:26:22.560 we're in response
00:26:23.240 to the death of
00:26:23.640 mark duggan
00:26:24.340 following police
00:26:24.920 contact
00:26:25.340 just contact
00:26:25.920 what followed
00:26:26.860 across the country
00:26:27.380 was opportunistic
00:26:28.020 and criminal
00:26:28.440 with people
00:26:28.820 joining in along
00:26:29.420 the way
00:26:29.700 but unlike the
00:26:30.220 disorder we're
00:26:30.660 witnessing today
00:26:31.220 it was not
00:26:31.580 encouraged and
00:26:32.140 escalated by
00:26:32.660 followers of a
00:26:33.160 hateful far
00:26:34.100 right ideology
00:26:34.760 that is forcing
00:26:35.300 minorities to
00:26:35.960 live in fear
00:26:36.380 the far right
00:26:37.340 has shown is
00:26:37.780 forgotten this
00:26:38.540 need to integrate
00:26:39.580 into their own
00:26:40.500 country it has
00:26:41.500 forgotten about
00:26:41.980 what it means to
00:26:42.560 be english the
00:26:43.420 north star of
00:26:44.160 our values is
00:26:45.120 tolerance and
00:26:45.720 our beautiful
00:26:46.080 country is held
00:26:46.600 together by
00:26:47.240 consternation of
00:26:48.040 values that it
00:26:48.620 has rejected
00:26:49.180 respect your
00:26:49.740 neighbors private
00:26:50.520 property respect
00:26:52.020 police those
00:26:53.160 swept up in the
00:26:53.640 disorder need to
00:26:54.260 integrate back
00:26:54.900 into britishness
00:26:55.660 and out of this
00:26:56.380 loathsome trending
00:26:57.340 online hate
00:26:58.160 actually one of
00:26:59.520 the foundational
00:27:00.040 principles of
00:27:00.860 being british is
00:27:01.620 justice and we
00:27:03.120 haven't had that
00:27:03.700 in a long time
00:27:04.480 and it would be
00:27:04.820 nice to bring
00:27:05.300 that back actually
00:27:06.100 yeah but sorry
00:27:07.560 lads we took
00:27:08.340 past the sale here
00:27:09.120 british is not a
00:27:11.200 values-based
00:27:11.740 identity an
00:27:12.540 ethnic identity
00:27:13.120 it is yeah
00:27:13.880 king john was
00:27:15.320 british we had to
00:27:16.520 draft magna carta
00:27:17.280 to constrain him
00:27:18.440 from not acting
00:27:19.260 like an englishman
00:27:19.940 but he's still an
00:27:20.700 englishman he cannot
00:27:21.300 be defined out of
00:27:22.000 being english and
00:27:22.940 david lammy may well
00:27:23.800 be born in britain
00:27:24.420 it doesn't make him
00:27:25.480 more ethnically
00:27:26.020 english than the
00:27:26.540 people that are
00:27:26.900 here so to tell
00:27:28.000 people to integrate
00:27:28.600 into their own
00:27:29.060 country that their
00:27:29.780 ancestors and
00:27:30.460 grandparents have
00:27:31.100 lived in for a
00:27:31.580 long time and
00:27:31.940 decided to build is
00:27:33.120 profoundly patronizing
00:27:34.040 and they're trying to
00:27:35.040 refashion british
00:27:36.320 identity to be a set of
00:27:37.800 values like like
00:27:38.800 america that they can
00:27:40.140 define rather than say
00:27:41.720 or the indigenous
00:27:42.540 population here might
00:27:43.600 have a claim to their
00:27:44.200 homeland and they might
00:27:44.940 be a bit upset that
00:27:45.860 we're flooding them with
00:27:47.040 hostile new arrivals
00:27:47.920 well the homeland
00:27:48.600 defines the character of
00:27:51.220 the people that inhabit it
00:27:52.420 and you know my
00:27:53.660 ancestors have lived in
00:27:54.720 the british isles for at
00:27:55.980 least thousands of years
00:27:57.480 so the culture and the
00:27:59.780 land itself sort of
00:28:01.140 become one together
00:28:02.680 because we shape the
00:28:03.520 land and the land
00:28:04.060 shapes us you can't
00:28:05.880 replace the people that
00:28:07.480 live in that land
00:28:08.260 but josh did you know
00:28:08.960 that didn't even exist
00:28:09.600 according to
00:28:09.980 travel phillips
00:28:10.440 oh yeah
00:28:11.480 rioters long for a
00:28:12.520 britain that has
00:28:12.900 never existed
00:28:13.600 existed within my
00:28:16.020 living memory mate
00:28:16.840 no no hang on
00:28:17.840 just could you just
00:28:18.900 george washington
00:28:20.940 writes the article
00:28:22.040 indians long for an
00:28:23.200 america that never
00:28:24.060 existed
00:28:24.700 can you imagine it
00:28:26.120 well they do treat
00:28:27.760 the wind rush like
00:28:28.960 our mayflower
00:28:29.480 well um
00:28:30.540 i think with the
00:28:31.940 riots it's easiest to
00:28:33.000 sum up that i've
00:28:33.760 the attages that
00:28:35.360 propels us i've never
00:28:36.160 seen put more plainly
00:28:37.080 than last night i
00:28:37.740 finished a book about
00:28:39.380 the stonewall riots
00:28:40.600 which are of course
00:28:41.340 part of the major
00:28:41.900 canon of the civil
00:28:42.740 rights movement of
00:28:43.500 the 60s as presented
00:28:44.840 to us by an author
00:28:45.540 called david carter
00:28:46.520 in the conclusion he
00:28:48.380 says well of course i
00:28:50.420 would never support
00:28:51.360 political violence or
00:28:53.160 violence used to enact
00:28:54.740 political means
00:28:55.560 except except in
00:28:59.180 extreme exceptional
00:29:00.840 circumstances such as
00:29:03.100 those like the stonewall
00:29:04.880 riots when it was an
00:29:06.140 oppressed peoples pushing
00:29:07.480 back against their
00:29:08.340 oppressors that's what
00:29:09.280 it always comes down
00:29:10.040 to especially with
00:29:10.900 leftists which is it's
00:29:12.460 okay when it relates to
00:29:14.220 me and my people and my
00:29:16.700 interests that's when it's
00:29:18.380 okay to fight that's the
00:29:19.600 message that people have
00:29:20.460 been given and of course
00:29:21.800 it's not it's not in
00:29:23.280 trevor phillips interest
00:29:24.440 nor is it in david
00:29:25.620 lammy's interest for the
00:29:27.580 indigenous white british
00:29:29.660 people to push back and
00:29:31.340 reassert to their own um
00:29:33.480 rights yes in their country
00:29:35.000 and legally they are not
00:29:36.140 allowed to endorse regime
00:29:37.320 change or any violence but
00:29:38.560 again you are in russia you
00:29:40.860 are in venezuela you are in
00:29:42.260 certain countries where the
00:29:43.800 government is seen as
00:29:44.500 tyrannical and going against
00:29:45.520 the wishes of the people so
00:29:46.760 it's fine to endorse it in
00:29:47.620 other countries but
00:29:48.580 obviously over here we
00:29:49.920 cannot endorse you do
00:29:50.820 anything violent at all and
00:29:52.120 also we don't recommend you
00:29:53.040 go to any of these protests
00:29:53.860 if they start up again
00:29:54.440 because the state is
00:29:55.080 looking for an excuse to
00:29:56.140 imprison you even if you
00:29:57.420 do nothing wrong the
00:29:58.480 things that i will quickly
00:29:59.380 end on as well so i don't
00:30:00.620 run over time um do you
00:30:01.920 remember this little thing
00:30:02.820 that i had an iron exchange
00:30:03.740 with the former labor
00:30:04.480 yeah yeah this guy
00:30:05.640 don't exist well this is
00:30:07.760 line has been taken
00:30:08.740 forward by other labor
00:30:09.780 advisors and i i reference
00:30:11.680 that blair wouldn't do
00:30:12.960 this and that starmer is
00:30:14.660 the anti-blair but blair's
00:30:16.200 advisors who still seem to
00:30:17.880 be on starmer's side because
00:30:19.000 they're being called upon
00:30:19.900 for on slightly hostile
00:30:22.580 outlets to run to his
00:30:23.760 defense are trotting out
00:30:25.320 the same line that britain
00:30:27.020 is an ideological nation that
00:30:28.320 there is no ethnic english
00:30:29.180 identity and that the far
00:30:30.680 rights must either be done
00:30:31.900 away with or re-educated
00:30:33.600 to assimilate they're
00:30:35.100 trotting that out and
00:30:35.960 thinking it makes them
00:30:36.660 look good so this is a
00:30:37.600 promise that in future
00:30:38.700 there'll be more criminals
00:30:39.620 let out of prisons to
00:30:41.100 imprison regime dissidents
00:30:42.480 and that starmer will
00:30:43.800 continue to do this dividing
00:30:45.000 line of friend and enemy
00:30:45.980 between englishmen who
00:30:47.400 don't like mass immigration
00:30:48.400 and community groups like
00:30:50.600 notting hill carnival the
00:30:51.640 muslim machete um
00:30:53.400 vigilantes who can do no
00:30:55.280 wrong i'm just gonna i'll
00:30:57.120 finish on this clip just
00:30:58.260 because you won't believe
00:30:59.200 what actually gets said in
00:31:00.240 john what you're doing john
00:31:03.440 what you're doing here is
00:31:04.900 that you're trying to take
00:31:06.080 the actions of of a couple
00:31:08.040 of contentable people who
00:31:09.080 deserve to be in the jail
00:31:10.100 that's symptomatic of
00:31:11.440 everybody who expressed a
00:31:13.740 concern about those riots
00:31:15.100 and you wouldn't do that
00:31:16.020 about the 2011 riots you
00:31:17.440 wouldn't say that the worst
00:31:19.040 perpetrators there
00:31:19.940 represented everybody who
00:31:21.740 was frustrated about the
00:31:22.980 lack of social cohesion
00:31:23.940 would you so why are you
00:31:24.620 doing it now
00:31:25.160 i'm saying there's a really
00:31:27.860 straightforward lesson to be
00:31:29.220 learned from the racist
00:31:30.860 riots and that is we have a
00:31:33.080 huge issue in britain
00:31:33.980 keep calling them racist
00:31:34.820 riots
00:31:35.300 well that's because they were
00:31:36.980 racist riots
00:31:37.720 everybody who took part was a
00:31:39.640 racist
00:31:39.720 we have we have we have a
00:31:41.400 huge issue in britain
00:31:42.620 let's say we have a huge
00:31:44.500 issue in britain because
00:31:45.800 there's a minority of people
00:31:47.920 who refuse who refuse to
00:31:50.780 integrate with british society
00:31:52.700 they refuse they refuse to
00:31:54.640 accept the norms of british
00:31:56.040 society they refuse to accept
00:31:59.080 that we are a multi-faith
00:32:00.340 multi-ethnic society and
00:32:02.760 those white racist rioters
00:32:05.160 deserve to be met with the
00:32:07.460 full force of law
00:32:08.280 john madone do you think
00:32:10.020 that people who come into the
00:32:12.460 united kingdom and refuse to
00:32:13.960 integrate in terms of speaking
00:32:15.720 the language or they live in
00:32:17.920 silos aside from wider society
00:32:21.300 and they don't integrate or
00:32:22.220 they also a problem is it just
00:32:23.500 the white people looking in
00:32:25.260 who who's thinking that could
00:32:26.520 be an issue i mean does this
00:32:28.160 go everywhere or is it just
00:32:29.880 white people they're a
00:32:30.740 problem i'm telling i'm
00:32:32.200 telling you the integration
00:32:33.160 problem is then is this is
00:32:35.560 these white people who refuse
00:32:37.360 to accept that we are a
00:32:39.080 multi-ethnic multi-faith
00:32:40.140 society these white people who
00:32:42.100 decide to show us what they
00:32:43.440 think of our country of our
00:32:45.760 norms by attacking police in
00:32:48.140 riots who who show us what
00:32:49.960 they think by by burning down
00:32:52.180 assistance advice bureau they
00:32:53.900 show us what they think by
00:32:55.360 trying to burn people alive
00:32:57.020 because they're white because
00:32:58.000 they're brown these are the
00:32:59.220 people who don't integrate and
00:33:00.780 they need to first be dealt
00:33:01.900 with and then they need to be
00:33:03.280 taught a way to integrate into
00:33:04.560 the norms of 21st century
00:33:06.380 union so basically if you don't
00:33:08.720 like how we've destroyed your
00:33:09.660 country with a revolution that
00:33:11.020 has redefined your ethnicity out
00:33:12.600 of existence and told you that
00:33:14.240 your religion is totally
00:33:15.080 backwards while we allow
00:33:16.120 indigestible foreign diasporas
00:33:18.040 and really illiberal Muslims
00:33:19.040 into the country and give them
00:33:20.380 special privileges you're a
00:33:21.720 far-right racist and you need
00:33:22.580 to go to a bloody re-education
00:33:24.220 camp according to john
00:33:25.680 mcturnan do remember that
00:33:26.740 name by the way john mcturnan
00:33:27.880 former labor advisor i think you
00:33:29.260 if he does have a twitter
00:33:30.000 account you should tell him
00:33:31.160 exactly what you think of his
00:33:32.120 views here very cute switching
00:33:34.040 around the integration line
00:33:35.520 isn't it yeah but he thinks
00:33:37.680 anybody's gonna buy that yeah
00:33:39.540 anybody that isn't a member of
00:33:40.740 you know the labor client group
00:33:42.460 yeah a revolutionary
00:33:44.000 reconstitution of british
00:33:45.280 identity is underway um reject
00:33:47.060 it this is absurd they just hate
00:33:50.120 you hate you because you're
00:33:51.080 english you should not feel
00:33:52.580 compelled to apologize for the
00:33:53.840 fact that you oppose mass
00:33:54.980 immigration and that you have an

00:34:05.380 dripping contempt for you you

00:35:04.440 appoint timpson and choose plans to

00:35:08.720 day after he became pm sounds like he
00:35:11.260 has a hard-on for early release
00:35:12.640 under any circumstances i think he
00:35:14.440 did partner with timpson because
00:35:15.760 they they're the shoe menders if
00:35:17.920 you're not in the uk who re-employ
00:35:19.740 former felons they have a good as
00:35:21.920 he was the son of a tool maker
00:35:23.140 certainly as a tool yeah they
00:35:25.640 certainly have a not good non
00:35:26.740 recidivism rate but that's normally
00:35:28.500 with like petty criminals and who are
00:35:30.760 english not um somali machete gangs
00:35:33.780 might be a change who's gonna make
00:35:35.760 your shoes great again and uh
00:35:38.140 nothing there's nothing wrong i i
00:35:41.520 can't read that one out from o ph uk
00:35:43.980 but thank you for the two dollars
00:35:45.460 typical new british is just as
00:35:48.260 british as churchill you bigots
00:35:49.920 yes we we be aware that we cannot
00:35:52.620 fed post or say anything that would
00:35:53.940 like to get us arrested in our
00:35:55.320 country so please please be mindful of
00:35:57.180 that if you're sending in things you'd
00:35:58.140 like us to read out without further
00:35:59.300 ado harry take it away yeah so um
00:36:01.640 there's a redemptive art going on at
00:36:03.520 the moment with one mark zuckerberg
00:36:05.440 or that's at least how some would
00:36:07.700 like you to view it i have my own
00:36:10.420 suspicions about this and i have my
00:36:12.420 own criticisms of mark zuckerberg as a
00:36:15.280 character right now but first before i
00:36:17.840 go into that i'm going to remind
00:36:19.220 everybody that this website is not run
00:36:21.400 for free and that we are demonetized
00:36:23.740 on youtube and we don't actually earn
00:36:25.600 any revenue from this segment that
00:36:26.820 you'll be watching on youtube right now
00:36:28.360 so if you'd like to support us you can
00:36:30.380 either buy a subscription for the
00:36:31.740 website that start from five pounds
00:36:33.300 or if you'd rather make a more
00:36:35.340 specific donation we actually have a
00:36:37.160 donate button on the website that you
00:36:38.700 can use to donate however much that
00:36:40.540 you would like we really appreciate all
00:36:42.420 of the support that comes to the
00:36:43.380 website and to us doing what we do so
00:36:45.800 thank you very much so before i get
00:36:48.440 into mark zuckerberg there's been a lot
00:36:49.720 of stuff going on in america at the
00:36:51.520 moment that we've not actually touched
00:36:52.660 on on the podcast for some reason so i
00:36:54.740 thought i'd quickly round up some of
00:36:56.080 the news that's been going on
00:36:57.300 regarding america and then also
00:36:59.400 regarding social media because it
00:37:00.980 ties back to mark zuckerberg and the
00:37:03.620 kind of collaboration with the u.s
00:37:05.680 government that he engaged in so first
00:37:08.320 of all the big news is that robert f
00:37:10.720 kennedy has decided that he's
00:37:11.880 suspending his campaign and decided to
00:37:14.060 back donald trump now this is important
00:37:15.520 because
00:37:15.860 kennedy himself has stated that in about
00:37:19.300 10 battleground states where his
00:37:21.360 presence was going to be a spoiler
00:37:22.920 that the polls that they were conducting
00:37:25.200 showed that he was going to drastically
00:37:27.160 reduce trump's chances of winning in
00:37:29.560 those states because they seem to both
00:37:31.320 appeal to the same voter base and so
00:37:34.060 he's decided that he's going to step
00:37:36.000 down he said in a press conference in
00:37:38.020 phoenix arizona they would seek to
00:37:40.120 remove his name from the ballot in those
00:37:42.160 10 battleground states and some of them
00:37:45.200 will be the swing states that you always
00:37:46.660 hear about like arizona georgia michigan
00:37:48.820 wisconsin pennsylvania etc etc before
00:37:52.020 welcoming rfk jr to the stage on friday
00:37:54.580 trump had promised if elected that he
00:37:56.960 would release all of the remaining
00:37:58.700 documents relating to the 1963
00:38:00.740 assassination of president john f kennedy
00:38:03.140 so trump is making a lot of big
00:38:04.620 promises if he wins this next one i think
00:38:07.060 when he was at the libertarian
00:38:08.820 convention a few months ago he also
00:38:10.900 promised that he would release ross
00:38:12.380 albrick from prison at the same time so
00:38:15.920 trump's making a lot of different
00:38:17.200 promises to appeal to different parts
00:38:18.720 of his base
00:38:19.300 and we'll see if he gets in how many of
00:38:21.480 those that he'll actually uphold i think
00:38:23.360 he wants to appoint rfk as well the head
00:38:25.160 of kind of truth and reconciliation
00:38:26.320 commission over covid so we should give
00:38:28.680 some answers for that and i think rfk i
00:38:31.300 have criticisms of the man's climate
00:38:32.740 abortion and gun policies but if there's
00:38:34.640 one thing that he does do very well it's
00:38:37.040 corruption within the agriculture and
00:38:38.960 pharmaceutical lobbying sector i think
00:38:40.940 he will single-mindedly go after this and
00:38:42.700 i i watched his press conference where
00:38:44.680 he stood down and i think he is sincere
00:38:47.620 when he said he won't get the opportunity
00:38:50.180 to run for president again so if he can
00:38:51.620 make good on his promise to end the
00:38:53.700 chronic disease epidemic particularly
00:38:55.160 among children um via the trump
00:38:57.180 administration he'll do it and i think
00:38:58.260 that's very good did you also see how he
00:38:59.900 came out at this rally um i have seen a
00:39:03.360 few stills but carry on it was with
00:39:05.620 through fighters there goes my hero with
00:39:07.940 all oh yeah it was like a wwe didn't
00:39:11.000 they yeah oh yeah dave grohl threw a
00:39:12.820 hissy fit on twitter but it was it was
00:39:14.080 like hulk hogan and macho man making up
00:39:16.800 again it was let's put miss elizabeth
00:39:19.720 behind us yeah brother no no that's
00:39:23.140 pretty cool i would also like if if he
00:39:25.540 came uh um if he went ahead with it if
00:39:27.820 he gets in because i think we're all very
00:39:29.940 interested what happened well cia murdered
00:39:32.380 him yeah yeah yeah exactly but it'd be
00:39:35.420 nice to hear it from the horse's mouth
00:39:36.860 and have the documents that absolutely
00:39:38.260 say so i want the nixon files i'd like a
00:39:41.200 lot of files from the u.s government
00:39:42.800 released so if donald me the aliens yeah
00:39:44.760 if donald trump well mexico already did
00:39:46.680 and they were fake so you know i don't
00:39:48.220 want the mexican ones i want the
00:39:49.360 american one america already gets
00:39:51.680 plenty of mexican aliens
00:39:52.940 i set you up there perfectly thank you
00:39:56.680 thank you very much for that uh but
00:39:58.780 there's already some kind of spanners
00:40:01.640 being thrown in the works with this he
00:40:03.340 won't be able to remove himself from the
00:40:04.540 ballots in michigan and wisconsin which
00:40:06.340 are two of those battleground swing
00:40:07.840 states however the fact that he has come
00:40:10.260 out and said that he's endorsing trump in
00:40:12.160 the first place any of his voter base who
00:40:14.360 are going to be listening to him say in
00:40:16.440 these states say don't vote for me vote
00:40:18.440 for trump instead i would imagine they're
00:40:20.560 going to go and vote for trump so it's a
00:40:22.000 pretty sure bet that trump's going to get
00:40:23.900 that share of the votes i'd expect legal
00:40:25.540 challenges as well
00:40:26.580 there are legal challenges in some of
00:40:28.740 them like in wisconsin that it basically
00:40:31.000 just says in their statute that if you
00:40:32.760 filed nomination papers and you've
00:40:34.300 qualified you can't decline the
00:40:35.880 nomination after that that's according
00:40:38.080 to um the uh and uh where is it um
00:40:42.000 the state election commission that's
00:40:44.600 according to the state election
00:40:45.540 commission but even if they can't take
00:40:47.560 his name off of the ballot as long as
00:40:49.340 kennedy gets the message out there and
00:40:51.500 he's he's a you know he's a kennedy he's
00:40:53.800 a charismatic guy he has good messaging
00:40:56.420 whether or not i agree as you do with
00:40:58.900 some of his policies he's clearly a
00:41:01.180 charismatic guy far more charismatic than
00:41:03.040 anybody that they have on the kamala
00:41:05.760 harris team especially this this whole
00:41:07.500 astroturfed fake phony tim waltz isn't
00:41:11.160 he's such a goofy family guy don't you
00:41:13.340 all really like him where he's
00:41:14.300 basically doing a minstrel show he's
00:41:16.200 doing it also yanks his special needs
00:41:18.900 son on stage that's how much of a
00:41:21.000 loving father he is that did look
00:41:22.300 dodgy i think the important thing as
00:41:23.960 well if rfk junior is trying to get his
00:41:26.380 message out is that he's basically an
00:41:27.580 internet candidate which is not me
00:41:29.300 knocking him but it does mean that any
00:41:32.100 way to get his message out to his base
00:41:34.260 will be purely controlled by him so he
00:41:36.300 can direct the overwhelming majority of
00:41:38.340 them to still vote for trump no matter
00:41:39.760 what in any of the swing states and this
00:41:41.740 also means that with rfk junior and have
00:41:44.580 you mentioned that you can mention
00:41:45.420 tulsi in here uh we can mention it now
00:41:47.400 tulsi gabbard's come out and endorsed
00:41:48.840 him as well yes time those two
00:41:50.820 candidates um not well former candidate
00:41:53.520 president in tulsi's respect very close
00:41:55.400 to joe rogan joe rogan in the last
00:41:56.720 election cycle said i will not interview
00:41:58.260 trump because i don't want to get
00:41:58.940 involved but he endorsed rfk junior now
00:42:02.040 trump is the joe rogan candidate also
00:42:04.760 those two people rfk junior and tulsi
00:42:07.520 gabbard both appeal to a part of the
00:42:09.320 centrist voter base who feel dejected
00:42:11.580 feel left behind by the election system
00:42:13.560 by the political system in the u.s so
00:42:16.440 both of them putting their support
00:42:17.940 behind trump it it helps him that was
00:42:20.960 part of uh when there was speculation
00:42:22.400 about who trump was going to pick as his
00:42:24.020 vp those two names came up fairly often
00:42:27.300 either one of them would have made sense
00:42:29.000 and i do think it's a shame i i like jd
00:42:31.840 vents and i think he's got some good
00:42:33.180 messaging but carl said the other day
00:42:35.040 that he thinks that rfk should have been
00:42:37.100 vp and now that he's come out with the
00:42:38.940 offered apparently well that's
00:42:40.620 interesting because now he's come out
00:42:41.780 with the endorsement i think it would
00:42:43.000 have been a really good ticket if the
00:42:44.280 two of them if only because again
00:42:46.140 whether or not he's amazing on
00:42:47.940 everything rfk is anti-deep state
00:42:51.500 anti um endocrine destructors anti uh
00:42:55.920 anti big pharma um so he has the right
00:43:00.400 messages where it counts and he's
00:43:02.440 charismatic and he's got political
00:43:04.460 pedigree behind him he would have also
00:43:05.800 had assassination insurance well there
00:43:08.620 you go uh and yeah so maybe it's good
00:43:11.400 that he's endorsed him after the
00:43:12.500 assassination attempt actually at times
00:43:14.400 the charm isn't it kennedy i hope i
00:43:16.580 suppose so i suppose so also i've got
00:43:19.500 to say he seems quite charming in a way
00:43:21.440 that he might be legitimately a bit
00:43:23.300 mental
00:43:23.740 um legitimately there's been a bunch of
00:43:26.960 stories come out of him in this news
00:43:29.120 recently which seem to be trying to
00:43:31.200 discredit him make him seem weird you
00:43:33.520 don't want to trust this guy do you
00:43:35.100 but honestly come across like charming
00:43:36.880 to me as a as an anglo there's a place
00:43:39.520 in my heart for the weird eccentric and
00:43:42.340 kennedy definitely comes across as one
00:43:44.120 of them so there's some weird charges
00:43:46.180 coming to him now so he's facing a call
00:43:48.260 for investigation into a claim that he
00:43:50.160 chainsawed a whale's head off i assume
00:43:52.060 the whale was dead when this happened
00:43:54.060 because if it was the rfk jr had some
00:43:57.660 kind of moby dick situation it's a white
00:44:01.140 whale it's a white whale where he needed
00:44:03.340 to get revenge on it he gets the white
00:44:05.440 whale and like ash from the evil dead
00:44:07.500 films went on a boat into the middle of
00:44:10.000 the sea and chainsawed its head off
00:44:12.640 alive it's attached to his arm yeah with
00:44:14.880 it attached to his arm shut sawn off
00:44:16.840 shotgun in the other hand that's awesome
00:44:18.560 that that's that's not a that's not a
00:44:20.940 reason for me to dislike the man i heard
00:44:22.920 i heard someone compare it on twitter
00:44:24.420 to rfk jr if he was in the 19th century
00:44:27.200 would have amassed a massive collection
00:44:29.380 of like impressive natural specimens
00:44:32.180 and donated it on his deathbed to some
00:44:34.740 zoological society and we all we'd all be
00:44:37.000 walking around the museum marveling at
00:44:38.640 it now but it's just because we've got
00:44:39.900 the headlines of him throwing the corpse
00:44:41.720 of a bear into his pickup truck or
00:44:43.120 something we all think he's strange even
00:44:44.580 that story is quite funny as well by the
00:44:46.520 way because i was gonna i was gonna
00:44:48.500 mention that one this is i will give
00:44:50.800 credit to the guardian this is kind of a
00:44:52.560 funny picture so what this story was is
00:44:56.700 that he had found a dead bear cub on the
00:45:00.580 side of the road loaded it into the back
00:45:03.540 of his car for some reason took a photo
00:45:05.920 with the corpse he later said that what
00:45:08.260 he was planning on doing was taking it to
00:45:11.140 with him to skin and eat later kind of
00:45:13.660 like a survivalist so you would
00:45:15.100 appreciate that josh i already like him
00:45:17.080 more yeah but then ran out of time so
00:45:19.840 took it to a park in new york left it in a
00:45:23.080 bush and state staged it to look like a
00:45:26.660 bicycle hit and run incident he's just
00:45:28.600 creating an urban legend central cart bear
00:45:31.720 when asked when asked why he did this he
00:45:35.140 said we thought it would be funny that's
00:45:38.260 great i like this guy why did i not know
00:45:41.060 about this well done guardian now i know he's a
00:45:43.780 funny guy i mean this is amazing this is an
00:45:45.580 amazing story legend and there was another
00:45:47.600 animal related controversy they say in
00:45:50.240 july vanity fair reported that in 2023
00:45:52.620 kennedy sent a photograph of himself with
00:45:55.120 the barbecued remains of what he suggested
00:45:57.460 to a friend was a dog clearly a joke the
00:46:01.120 picture showed an animal carcass that he
00:46:03.120 had apparently been cooking on a spit so
00:46:05.080 he's got the old american spirit in him
00:46:07.560 really trying to win the italian vagrant
00:46:09.520 migrant joke boat judging yeah i suppose
00:46:12.080 and then he said that it was actually a
00:46:15.620 goat he was just cooking the goat and
00:46:17.760 made a joke and in response to the
00:46:20.220 allegations that it was a dog he decided
00:46:22.580 to post this video of himself apologizing
00:46:25.500 you know what i'm doing making steak and
00:46:28.740 chicken for the dogs i don't normally do
00:46:32.020 this and ever since that guy wrote the
00:46:34.800 article about me saying i ate a dog it
00:46:37.240 hasn't been the same
00:46:38.100 now i gotta work my way back into their
00:46:42.080 good grace
00:46:42.720 this is my dinner i'm giving them my food
00:46:50.920 this is the height of irresponsible
00:46:53.540 journalists i mean i don't care what it
00:46:55.540 does for me but look at these guys
00:46:57.720 these guys don't believe in anything they
00:47:04.380 you're on the news yeah daddy would never
00:47:06.460 do something like that
00:47:07.800 it was a goat
00:47:11.080 saint francis loved the animals
00:47:14.480 i love you guys i would never eat a dog
00:47:19.720 it was fake news it was fake news
00:47:22.360 saint francis was a wolf of boobia
00:47:25.220 this is one of their favorite books it
00:47:27.700 really calms them down
00:47:28.860 it's amazing he's got a sense of humor
00:47:32.600 yeah it's so charming isn't it
00:47:34.320 so you know i can disagree disagree with
00:47:37.260 the guy on things but he seems like a
00:47:39.080 nice person he seems like he'd be
00:47:40.640 entertaining to spend a day with doesn't
00:47:42.800 he hadn't endorsed bloody reparations
00:47:44.800 and well yeah he'd be cool that's the
00:47:47.540 that's the problem but still you can see
00:47:50.420 that he's good to be on trump's side
00:47:52.560 affable yeah yeah he's affable uh he's
00:47:55.140 got charm he's got charisma he's got
00:47:57.100 character to him and he's got the right
00:47:59.300 convictions where it comes to the
00:48:01.140 american deep state big farmer
00:48:03.520 everything to do with the big corporate
00:48:05.540 collusions he's got all of the right
00:48:07.060 positions where it really counts there
00:48:08.980 because you can say what you want about
00:48:11.380 his other positions if they are able to
00:48:13.280 do something with uh the combined might
00:48:16.240 of their characters about the deep state
00:48:18.820 well that is the biggest problem in
00:48:20.960 america um moving on to the next thing
00:48:24.420 that's going on telegram is a social
00:48:27.400 media platform um that has been under
00:48:30.380 the eye of sauron for a very very long
00:48:32.240 time which is run by pavel durov who i
00:48:36.380 believe is a former russian citizen who
00:48:38.760 was exiled or kicked out of the country
00:48:41.420 for running telegram because he refused
00:48:43.900 to collaborate with the kremlin um for a
00:48:49.020 lot of the information that had been
00:48:50.620 shared on the platform in the same way
00:48:53.320 that mark zuckerberg jack dorsey other
00:48:56.420 social media heads in the u.s were
00:48:58.360 expected to and did comply with fbi
00:49:00.920 requests for information and censorship
00:49:03.000 etc etc he's been arrested he's been
00:49:06.080 arrested in france and the charges
00:49:08.880 against him are increasing pressure on
00:49:11.440 brussels to enforce new european laws on
00:49:13.580 the platform now this is the digital
00:49:15.080 services act they are trying to get on
00:49:17.360 him as it's being said at the moment the
00:49:19.480 investigation has nothing to do with eu
00:49:21.240 laws themselves and it's more to do with
00:49:23.400 specific charges that france is leveling
00:49:26.060 against him so it's done after an
00:49:28.640 investigation by a paris prosecutor into
00:49:30.940 organized crime child sex abuse images
00:49:33.480 fraud and money laundering that was being
00:49:35.600 being conducted on the platform and it
00:49:39.880 says here that they want to use well it
00:49:42.740 says also raises the stakes for the
00:49:44.540 european union to push the digital
00:49:46.780 services act on this and coming into
00:49:49.860 force in november 2022 the dsa targets
00:49:52.800 online platforms too big to care in the
00:49:54.840 words of eu commissioner thierry breton
00:49:56.740 putting demands on internet firms to
00:49:58.980 remove illegal content protect children
00:50:00.580 tackle disinformation and other lot online
00:50:02.820 harms now i do think that of course if
00:50:06.820 he is culpable in any way of
00:50:10.660 of allowing child sex abuse and other
00:50:16.540 things to go on on his platform that's
00:50:19.020 something that he should be held
00:50:20.100 accountable for i do not think that's
00:50:22.240 what this is about because it seems to
00:50:24.940 me more like telegram is a platform as
00:50:26.960 much as it does have a lot of feds on it
00:50:29.040 other governments across the you're across
00:50:30.960 europe have all said that they basically
00:50:32.760 have intelligence operate operatives
00:50:34.700 going through telegram trying to spy on
00:50:37.680 people get the information go into
00:50:39.640 people's different forums and cause chaos
00:50:42.540 or just collect information it is still
00:50:46.420 annoying for them that he refused to
00:50:48.980 collaborate with them on anything or go
00:50:50.840 ahead with their demands so if you can
00:50:52.480 convince me that the enormous alleged
00:50:56.800 pedophile ring that runs europe and the
00:50:59.220 rest of the world cares about child
00:51:02.200 pornography that was being shared on
00:51:03.920 telegram when at the same time the fbi
00:51:06.460 didn't seem to care at all about the
00:51:08.420 same material that was being shared on
00:51:10.180 twitter before elon musk um or on
00:51:14.080 instagram and whatsapp that's yeah or on
00:51:16.120 instagram or whatsapp that's still going
00:51:17.660 on right now uh then i it's i don't know
00:51:21.940 it doesn't it doesn't pass the sniff
00:51:23.160 there's a couple of things to note here
00:51:24.680 first of all the telegram was set up in
00:51:27.400 2014 during the attempted revolution
00:51:30.320 against vladimir putin at the time i think
00:51:33.120 it was in 2021 that putin offered this
00:51:36.180 chap you're of the ability to come back
00:51:38.600 to russia so long as he collaborated with
00:51:40.300 the russian government and he refused and
00:51:41.780 he's now a joint citizen of both france and
00:51:44.040 the united arab emirants and i believe
00:51:45.640 telegram is headquartered in saudi arabia
00:51:48.580 was it saudi arabia sorry so i wonder if
00:51:50.920 that nation in particular will intervene in
00:51:53.620 this on his behalf in some way and i would
00:51:58.620 expect that it's to do with allowing the
00:52:00.520 feds to have backdoor access because we
00:52:02.420 covered this october 2022 the likes of
00:52:05.280 facebook had specific portals that only
00:52:07.520 biden administration and intelligence
00:52:09.220 assets could access to report specific
00:52:11.400 posts to be taken down by the executives
00:52:13.380 including like anthony fauci parody
00:52:15.200 accounts and i would wonder if this this
00:52:18.720 app has an inability for feds to access
00:52:21.940 the content on it especially in the
00:52:23.420 aftermath of it being blamed for
00:52:24.800 organizing it was either the taylor swift
00:52:26.760 terror attack in austria or the recent
00:52:29.920 german diversity stabbing for the syrian
00:52:33.120 alleged syrian migrant i remember telegram
00:52:35.880 being mentioned here in the isis uses it
00:52:39.000 to collaborate with his opposite whether
00:52:40.340 or not that's true or that's just the
00:52:41.320 line that's been fed as a pretext for
00:52:43.020 arresting him is a complete i mean there
00:52:45.080 are multiple different things here first
00:52:46.380 and foremost i would say the the enemy of
00:52:48.740 my enemy is my friend and i think that
00:52:50.940 actually i would like to see the the regime
00:52:54.300 post definitive proof because i i think
00:52:56.600 the whole notion of holding you know the
00:52:59.000 head of a company accountable for what
00:53:01.160 goes on on their platform the sort of
00:53:03.900 content on there unless they're being
00:53:05.860 particularly lax or something but if it's
00:53:07.820 end-to-end encrypted messaging it's kind
00:53:10.900 of the point that you don't look at it and
00:53:13.620 so that's a weird thing to hold someone
00:53:15.780 accountable for and there's also the point
00:53:18.100 of well if if it wasn't that platform it
00:53:21.620 would be another one you know isis could be
00:53:24.400 organizing with email or signal or any
00:53:28.040 number of things they could be using but
00:53:30.020 the fact that the feds um do go on it and
00:53:33.060 that sort of to my mind shows that it it is
00:53:35.940 effective at keeping these sort of people
00:53:37.800 out that they have to actually infiltrate the
00:53:40.080 chats these group chats and things like
00:53:41.980 that and you see lots of screenshots of
00:53:44.660 of telegram group chats things like that as
00:53:47.720 evidence in court prosecuting people so
00:53:49.980 that suggests to me that they actually have
00:53:51.900 to find a way in which is quite frustrating
00:53:55.640 for the intelligence agencies that have got
00:53:57.620 pretty used to and lax with enforcement of
00:54:01.780 what used to be the law yes so if you want
00:54:05.620 to look at what the uh charges are you can
00:54:08.900 see them here what's being put forward as
00:54:11.100 the charges forger of including things like
00:54:14.060 complicity for illegal transactions by
00:54:16.660 organized crime groups again as josh just
00:54:18.440 said that the whole point of the end-to-end
00:54:21.040 encrypted is that you don't look at it so
00:54:23.340 what people do on the platform is essentially
00:54:25.620 their own business refusal to provide the
00:54:28.040 authorities with information or documents
00:54:29.540 necessary for criminal investigations
00:54:31.140 dissemination of child sexual exploitation
00:54:34.220 material and of course i would say for me that
00:54:37.740 that's the one that you should have a bit of a
00:54:39.720 responsibility to try to prevent if we're going
00:54:41.720 to be critical for twitter or the platforms for
00:54:44.400 allowing that material on it um then we should
00:54:47.540 be critical of this as well um but at the same
00:54:50.440 time i mean the people who are prosecuting this
00:54:54.260 are probably going to be um they're probably not
00:54:58.420 going to be upset that the fbi was not doing
00:55:00.900 anything about it on twitter or about epstein
00:55:03.340 or about epstein you know i don't trust anybody
00:55:05.900 within the security apparatus the police network
00:55:09.000 across europe uh or the governing body as a whole
00:55:12.240 across the world to actually really give a damn
00:55:14.920 about these things well it's always an excuse to
00:55:18.300 prosecute their political enemies it seems much more likely
00:55:21.100 that it's politically motivated than anything else
00:55:23.800 so speaking about this gentleman we go to
00:55:26.740 mark zuckerberg who has been on his redemption arc
00:55:31.180 recently here is i should that nope that no no no copyright you're not getting us for that one
00:55:37.180 there's been videos like this going around i don't know who zuckerberg hired as his pr firm
00:55:42.980 but they've done a fantastic job you know people have been saying oh well all it is is that he
00:55:48.840 started going outside exercising and eating proper food yeah you don't you don't start eating a
00:55:55.300 single steak and say i'm gonna do this and get it on camera that's not an easy thing to do either
00:55:59.540 no it's impressive i'm not gonna take anything away from the guy he's clearly in great shape he does
00:56:04.260 jiu-jitsu he can surf while drinking a beer and holding an american flag at the same time
00:56:09.660 he's in great uh and and he looks a lot healthier and a lot better than he did for a long time and look
00:56:16.600 at this this is like a before and after rehab picture
00:56:19.680 ssr eyes are gone yeah it's quite remarkable he looks like he was put through some kind of you
00:56:28.380 know in the fly there's the transmogrifying machine except a human stepped into it with him
00:56:33.060 he lost his lizardy ways hasn't he yeah we finally set managed to separate it from him
00:56:39.740 and uh you know this is an impressive transformation and he's even been coming out and saying
00:56:45.540 lebased things like when he was talking about uh the donald trump assassination and the
00:56:51.120 assassination photograph where he said uh he said this personal note it's you know i mean seeing
00:56:57.220 donald trump get get up after getting shot in the face and pump his fist in the air with the american
00:57:04.320 flag is one of the most badass things i've ever seen in my life but um but look i mean it's um
00:57:11.640 well after after trump assassination he said that he called trump and said he would be suspending
00:57:16.640 all further donations to democrats and he and his wife were one of the influential forces in the
00:57:24.420 time magazine piece that said there was a shadowy cabal that fortified the last election so that is
00:57:29.520 pulling one very significant beam out of the cathedral which screwed trump over last time yeah and i will say
00:57:35.060 i don't think it's a bad thing that one of the america's many california tech billionaires like so
00:57:43.020 many of the others seems to be shifting outside of the democrat apparatus you're speculating as to why
00:57:49.460 um would you like to i have two reasons one since last year the house judiciary committee has been
00:57:56.700 investigating algorithmic manipulation by facebook for example lots of registered democrats got
00:58:04.320 notifications to vote in 2020 and a large share of republicans did not after january 6th they combed
00:58:09.660 through millions of facebook messages to try to identify people who might have been there and that
00:58:13.800 led to people being incarcerated for very minor offenses um including being led around by the
00:58:20.260 capital by the police so i wonder if he's seeing a changing in the political winds and wanting to get
00:58:24.620 out ahead of this and get on the right side of the regime so he doesn't get prosecuted retroactively
00:58:28.200 and also tamala harris is not very favorable to israel she's not and mark zuckerberg being
00:58:34.400 ethnically jewish i think probably would prefer to back the government that would like to back the
00:58:38.580 country where his ethnicity resides rather than the government which is seemingly happy to lend
00:58:44.900 lend credence to palestinian grievances in the aftermath of october 7th which both biden and harris have
00:58:49.940 done i think that the democrats are insatiable masters really aren't they in that facebook donated a lot
00:58:56.420 of money to the democrats and they still went after them anyway and normally the the way things go is
00:59:02.020 you donate money to a political party and they give you favorable treatment in government not
00:59:05.720 go after your company and try and blame you for the things you had nothing to do with
00:59:10.040 and so he's well he's probably realized well i'm going to switch to a different group of elites
00:59:14.980 then and pledge my allegiance to the republicans because at least they will not try and rake me over
00:59:21.300 the coals constantly even though i've paid them off in my campaign donations yeah and in that way
00:59:26.260 he's actually thrown the most recent administration under the bus a little bit in this letter that
00:59:32.160 he's released to a committee of the united states house of representatives this is the one that's
00:59:36.660 looking into him by the way yes exactly so he's released this letter that's gone public where he
00:59:41.660 said in 2021 senior officials from the biden administration including the white house
00:59:45.020 repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain covet 19 content including humor and satire
00:59:51.040 and express a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn't agree ultimately it was our decision
00:59:54.940 whether or not to take content down and we own our decisions including covid 19 related changes we
00:59:59.540 made to our enforcement in the wake of this pressure i believe the government pressure was wrong and i
01:00:03.740 regret that we were not more outspoken about it remember this is the time when they were censoring
01:00:08.000 anything that was negative about the way that the vaccine was being pushed while at the same time
01:00:13.040 james o'keefe managed to secure footage of mark zuckerberg himself recommending his staff members that
01:00:19.560 they don't take the vaccine so that was a very hypocritical move of them even with pressure
01:00:24.700 coming from the government importantly as well in the final paragraph of this page it says in a
01:00:28.880 separate situation the fbi warned us about potential russian disinformation operation about the biden
01:00:34.100 family and burisma in the lead up to the 2020 election that fall when we saw a new york post story
01:00:39.080 reporting on corruption allegations involving then democratic presidential nominee joe biden's family
01:00:44.140 we sent that story to fact checkers for review and temporarily demoted it while waiting for reply
01:00:49.180 it's since been made clear that the reporting was not in russian disinformation and in retrospect
01:00:53.820 we shouldn't have demoted the story so again this is something that he's spoken about before
01:00:58.260 in 2022 on joe rogan's rogan's podcast about essentially being pressured and then complying with
01:01:03.980 the fbi despite the fact that we know of course since last year on may 26th in 2023
01:01:09.800 uh irs supervisory agent gary uh shapley confirmed that the fbi had already got hold of hunter biden's
01:01:16.960 laptop and confirmed its authenticity in november of 2019 they knew it was authentic and they lied
01:01:23.680 the the 50 or so people that publicly went out of their way to say this is russian disinformation
01:01:29.500 should be arrested there's nothing no two ways about it those people tried to interfere
01:01:36.520 in the run-up to an election by suppressing a story it's as simple as that there's no
01:01:43.540 two ways about it and they all signed the letter confirming saying that oh this is guaranteed
01:01:48.100 russian disinformation when presumably they were also in on it and knew that it was true from the
01:01:53.060 beginning um so i absolutely agree with you there so you know this isn't something new that we know
01:01:58.900 from zuckerberg he's already spoken about this but i will say you know on a personal level good for him
01:02:03.680 for getting into better shape and for cleaning himself up a little bit and seeming to adopt a
01:02:08.800 more healthy and positive lifestyle i still don't trust him on a personal level you shouldn't either
01:02:13.680 because clearly he's a self-interested tech billionaire in california and whether or not
01:02:19.340 they're making moves in our direction or not they are ultimately doing so for their own benefit so
01:02:24.280 please be weary uh sorry be wary although i am always weary um aren't we all and uh don't just
01:02:32.000 take it at face value okay before we move on we have one uh rumble rant five dollars from wesley
01:02:38.060 brant suddenly cares about child sexual abuse didn't their supreme leader marry his 25 years older teacher
01:02:43.020 and for legal reasons we will not make any more comments about regit macron oh and we just got
01:02:48.400 another one in uh one dollar from that's a random name every time i hear russian disinformation now i roll
01:02:53.100 my eyes as an eastern european i'm sorry believe me when i say our governments would love to be even
01:02:57.620 half as powerful as influential as the west pretends they are as well um i wish that we had the
01:03:02.800 conservative party and the reform party that the guardian believed we did there's that episode of
01:03:06.800 south park where they're looking into 9 11 and it turns out the u.s government wasn't behind it but
01:03:12.100 are trying to convince people they were so they can seem as all powerful and shady as people think they
01:03:17.560 so it is five past two do we have time for my segment yeah what do you reckon chat do you want
01:03:25.300 to hear about japan yeah of course we do i'm trying to psych him up no but no um hopefully we don't
01:03:32.580 overrun sorry if we do but i will only be cutting into tomlinson talks nothing important that's true
01:03:37.680 it's all right he's right here he'll be talking anyway
01:03:40.660 so obviously japan is held up as one of these places that has remained ethnically homogenous and
01:03:48.860 mysteriously has remained orderly safe civil sort of ideal really and uh that seems to be changing
01:03:57.040 in fact um if you pass me the mouse please um i can show you why that might be
01:04:03.520 so here we have uh people in pakistan this is reportedly a trend in pakistani tiktok
01:04:11.580 that pakistani men want to go to japan and here are don't let them here are some pakistani men
01:04:18.440 japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan japan this is is this a
01:04:38.220 kundi drugpa video no is this what you did before your holiday con just you know stared into the
01:04:45.220 camera and shouted japan and spelled it wrong yeah i imagine that's how i think this is what
01:04:51.100 this is what dan does when he's thinking of future brides yeah but i don't i don't think i don't think
01:04:55.260 this is how they spell it because they've been they spelled king in english well they got they
01:05:00.640 remember the good old days when we ruled over them that might be one listen man when your parents
01:05:04.620 are cousins that's true and uh there are also reportedly uh pakistani videos how to get
01:05:15.220 refugee status in japan you don't they're trying to do it nonetheless and the funny thing is how can
01:05:23.040 you claim you're a refugee from pakistan well other than lie of course which they would never do i
01:05:28.660 don't know it seems to work for britain that's true safe well safe if you're a man pakistan but
01:05:36.820 anyway um it is worth mentioning as well that uh lotus eaters you know this podcast we don't make
01:05:45.300 any ad money we don't make any money from doing the daily podcast i can't manifest it we're not from
01:05:49.860 pakistan yes we've been trying to manifest money i've still not done it i've been looking in the
01:05:53.540 mirror it's not worked so please uh sign up to our website and also if you don't want to have a
01:05:58.760 rolling subscription to something you can also do a one-off donation as well and if you could we'd
01:06:03.040 really appreciate it because uh we're in britain we don't know when the sort of hammer of the law
01:06:08.980 is going to come down on us here style and all that and so it would be nice to be able to defend
01:06:13.800 ourselves if that does happen because we're still a relatively small organization in the grand scheme
01:06:18.520 of things but anyway japan has done a deal with the devil and uh they they're trying to hire more
01:06:26.260 skilled pakistani workers they're just really good one coming through yeah apparently so
01:06:31.780 just really good at running a corner shop um oh this link is not allowed apparently but basically
01:06:38.620 it's saying they also want to hire some more skilled workers from bangladesh as well so they're picking
01:06:43.800 some interesting countries here is this a new government that came into japan recently this was
01:06:48.400 after shinzo abe was killed yes um bangladesh skilled in what wading up to your waist in raw sewage
01:06:53.300 apparently so maybe maybe they're doing infrastructure that would be terrible in japan
01:06:57.720 why does japan also have to have a contingent of insane leftists in the government who want to
01:07:02.700 destroy it's not insane leftists it's basically they so they've got i think it's like 250 percent
01:07:09.220 debt to gdp and so they're looking internationally to get them out of that hole and they're looking
01:07:14.360 towards un funding this is why unesco is on the invested in all the heritage sites and the un is
01:07:19.460 saying okay you have sub replacement birth rates you have very restrictive migration if you're not
01:07:23.920 willing to get yourself out of the economic hole by propping it up with third world migration we're
01:07:28.300 not going to help you oh so if you don't get infinite migrants for line go up then we won't help
01:07:33.560 that's exactly it destroy your country for international aid so that's why they're looking for
01:07:39.140 um they're increasing the cap skilled migrants as well and uh there's also this one they're also
01:07:45.980 looking to train foreign workers and uh of course there was also this that the foreign is already
01:07:52.500 there objected to the moves to revoke permanent resident status and why might they be revoking
01:07:58.900 permanent resident status oh if they're actively avoiding paying taxes in japan yeah they also
01:08:03.720 expanded the number of industries that can have essentially uh uncapped foreign worker visas to
01:08:11.380 be more and i believe last year they got something like 50 odd thousand cambodians vietnamese and
01:08:18.100 chinese so this year it will be extra pakistanis indians etc and uh as if you were foreshadowing it
01:08:25.240 the pajita division has already turned up to japan and there are now 80 000 foreigners working at
01:08:30.460 convenience stores oh that's really depressing because japanese convenience stores are lovely they're
01:08:33.740 like a fixture of japanese life why does it always have to be convenience stores and why does it always
01:08:39.120 happen where do they get the money people describe britain as a nation of shopkeepers where did they
01:08:44.940 hear of india get the money to prop up the initial capital to rent out these places oh no japan japan
01:08:49.940 japan has like a lot of different convenience store trends so they've got like a 7-eleven but it's not the
01:08:55.240 same as american 7-eleven they've got family mart they've got a few different ones and they're they're
01:09:00.320 all run by japanese people that staff them 24 hours and never have any trouble so they already exist so
01:09:05.700 instead what's happening is they're being hollowed out from within presumably just add more indians
01:09:09.900 in these stores for no reason but it's not the indians that are actually causing the problems yet
01:09:15.460 so here's a good example um so obviously this is in japanese please i can also do that oh go on samson
01:09:23.240 he's just going to translate it with his eyes you speak a bit of japanese right samson um it's not
01:09:29.420 there we go but um yes kawaguchi city falls out of city ranking of places to live as kurdish
01:09:35.740 immigration issue damages image they're getting turkish barbers yes and uh there is there are lots
01:09:43.320 of interesting things coming from the kurds and the kurds are a bit of a talking point at the minute
01:09:48.920 so here is a guy on the streets of japan oh smoking shisha you think the vape shops are bad
01:09:55.160 he's got a whole shisha outside also look
01:09:59.420 at the mess yeah you should just that is not japanese in the slightest you should just deport
01:10:04.060 him for this i agree i agree with drug purer it's just tiresome did you just make this segment so you
01:10:08.960 can depress me specifically i i exist just to depress you that's the only reason you're succeeding it's
01:10:14.360 interesting that i've even seen pewdiepie who lives in japan speak on his youtube channel obviously he
01:10:21.480 was talking about oh these these foreign youtubers but then uh he speaks also about you know we come to
01:10:28.020 japan so that we can try and live in a peaceful society and escape this kind of thing and uh this
01:10:34.520 kind of thing there might be foreign youtubers here i hate foreign youtubers yeah it's depressing
01:10:41.000 i go to japan because it's predominantly japanese that's why i like it yes and uh here's another
01:10:47.560 example of things that have riled people up satima uh district public prosecutor office will not
01:10:52.720 prosecute all seven kurdish men who are arrested for attempted murder after paralyzing emergency
01:10:57.820 hospital functions for five hours they're not even getting any prosecution and they i presume by
01:11:05.260 paralyzing the hospital function that means the emergency hospital wasn't able to function for five
01:11:10.780 hours because of their actions whatever they did um here's another thing they're milling about just on
01:11:17.060 the street so milling of course universal wherever they are it's uh this japanese account has been
01:11:23.960 tweeting a lot about foreigners in japan so i'm going to be citing them a fair amount and uh yes
01:11:29.880 they're talking about imagine the fact that they're they're milling around say like primary school or
01:11:35.420 they say elementary school or something like that it's a bit scary and uh here they are some advanced
01:11:41.940 milling here they're all milling outside a police station i don't know why this was but it was a bunch
01:11:46.260 of curds for some reason outside of a police station i wasn't able to find out the context of this clip
01:11:51.200 but i know it's happening and uh here's another one this is a video they deliberately recorded and
01:11:57.100 shared of going into impeccable clean japan and throwing just cigarette ends on the ground on purpose
01:12:03.880 that support them that's like coming to britain and buying a greg sausage roll and then just throwing
01:12:11.140 it on the ground i'm really hoping the pompoko raccoons come out of the bush and just attack
01:12:15.400 yeah japan's filming themselves smoking in the countryside and then littering
01:12:21.240 on purpose to insult the japanese spiteful mutants and uh here is another aspect of the enrichment
01:12:29.520 uh obviously neat and tidy japan known for internationally for being tidy can we tell what
01:12:36.200 kind of person lives here is it a japanese person no it's not it is actually a curd why are all the
01:12:43.660 curds coming in i don't know i think they've they've cottoned onto the fact that they can get
01:12:48.580 into japan for some reason japan's like beautiful and peaceful to walk around at night as well so
01:12:54.240 just making this immediately unsafe by putting foreigners in who commit as we see in denmark
01:12:59.840 sex offenses at 2.5 times the rate of actually that's of native danes that's way higher than the
01:13:06.440 japanese because the japanese commit like literally zero crimes when they're abroad in denmark so this is the
01:13:12.520 lowest country in most european countries ethnic breakdown of crime zero claim social housing in
01:13:18.640 the uk like this is just gonna actually just doesn't register on the chart doesn't register so
01:13:24.700 this is gonna just ruin a beautiful country it will i mean it's gonna turn out like britain where our
01:13:30.800 country was like japan you know japan was the britain of the east and they're gonna look like us now
01:13:38.660 which is a shame i wouldn't wish that on them and uh also by importing these people you import their
01:13:44.340 ethnic ethnic conflicts and so they're fighting with turks because everyone knows kurds and turks
01:13:50.400 don't get on despite the fact you can't tell them apart um over the turkish election so they're just
01:13:57.520 brawling in the street uh over an election that is nowhere near them japan yeah this is not japan's
01:14:05.060 problem every single person in this video should be arrested deported criminally charged maybe even
01:14:11.560 assets seized for the trouble of it i think that that is the least that could be done that's just a
01:14:16.700 tax rebate for the japanese exactly uh that's what should be done for these sorts of things because
01:14:21.580 it's disgusting and uh i don't think i'm just i don't think we should say ethnic japanese we don't
01:14:28.040 need to specify just the japanese we actually do now because they're they're probably being given
01:14:33.740 citizenship so this would be the paper japanese now these people are not japanese on no planet in
01:14:38.280 no century no matter how much you say it they'll never be i agree i agree also this here where they
01:14:45.700 were chanting the kurds were chanting at i think japanese police saying die japanese while giving them
01:14:51.840 the middle finger lovely uh hospitable uh you know guests aren't they and uh talking of kindly
01:14:59.440 he has made a meme about this sort of thing japan ports immigrants make sure they are gay muslim
01:15:05.080 communists which are the the kurds are of course known for being they are the sort of communists of
01:15:09.680 the muslim world of course this is not a real vote really yeah oh my goodness can we accept at this
01:15:16.860 point that there are entire nations made of spiteful mutants across the world right now we should
01:15:23.960 be able to just ban shouldn't ban people in certain countries considering we can infer from the fact
01:15:28.820 that those countries are in such a state that the people are not going to add anything positive
01:15:31.780 somalia uh most of the middle east most of africa and uh yes also the mainstream media have been
01:15:41.500 gaslighting the japanese just as much as uh they have for us as well kurdish case becomes rallying cry for
01:15:47.760 japan protest against police that's uh of course the thing where they're being rude to the native
01:15:55.060 japanese to say the least hate speech escalates against kurds living close to tokyo then leave
01:16:01.280 yeah means you're not welcome so there have been lots of incidents as well uh here we have people who
01:16:10.420 look muslim and indian this is a japanese store this sort of thing doesn't go on in japan it doesn't
01:16:18.460 go on at all they don't have security at any of their um late night convenience stores because
01:16:24.320 everyone just walks in and they're very polite and generally if you speak some japanese phrases
01:16:27.560 they're very happy with the gaijin like they're just very accommodating well consider how safe again
01:16:32.580 we're going to compare it to britain consider how safe britain used to be we used to have banks where
01:16:37.280 they would have gold bars laid out for the public to look at where you could pick it up take a look
01:16:41.720 at it put it down the place where i grew up the local shop sometimes doesn't even have any staff in
01:16:48.800 it at all we just we know everyone around people just leave the money on the counter it's fine you
01:16:56.000 know my dad can go down buy a newspaper and a thing of milk leave the money on the counter for it
01:17:00.540 and that's fine people trust each other because they know each other that's what we want that's an
01:17:05.620 ideal society not this so there's also this uh here are uh black people in japan and uh apparently
01:17:16.640 being disrespectful i don't know what the context of this is demonstrating characteristic low impulse
01:17:21.880 control i'm just i'm so tired of it yeah it's everywhere literally just just like can we not
01:17:28.080 import people to lovely beautiful polite high trust civilizations that cannot build their own country
01:17:34.320 the country's a crap there's a reason no one wants to go i'm going here on my honeymoon genuinely like
01:17:38.660 this is really just here's a fijian national uh who stole a taxi and was arrested and uh yeah there
01:17:47.720 he is being taken away of a foreigner committing crime and uh here's a british person and this was going
01:17:54.660 on during the anti-immigration protests and riots in the uk having a go at one of the pakistanis
01:18:02.600 so we've imported uh problems to japan as well i'm not going to play it because he's using some
01:18:09.780 slurs that'll get us in trouble don't do that if you're in japan just don't do that behave yourself
01:18:14.320 in a foreign country no matter who you are follow their laws and customs unless you're in africa or
01:18:21.200 the middle east in which case they're barbaric um but yeah abusing people in the street not a good
01:18:26.720 look for us uh condemn that guy making a scene even if you know guy is supposedly defending himself
01:18:34.380 he seems drunk seems like he's causing a scene and making us look bad as well so here this is uh
01:18:43.120 japan this is a hall of course these people aren't really harming the japanese actively and directly
01:18:49.040 right now in this video um but this is a muslim tradition i think um where they're going around
01:18:57.860 in the circle we've seen it before from muslim countries uh these cultures are being imported
01:19:03.860 and the fact that this hall can be assembled in japan full of people presumably relatives
01:19:09.700 uh husbands wives you know brother sister same thing um it suggests that there is a large enough
01:19:17.360 quantity of people to fill that room they're establishing a parallel cultural block that
01:19:21.100 can then mobilize for political interests and here is a street brawl of foreigners uh in japan which is
01:19:28.580 another thing that doesn't happen and i can tell by the long stick there which is the the favored
01:19:33.800 street weapon of choice by the subcontinent that these people may be eritreans i don't know as in
01:19:42.140 the long pole is uh a sort of pakistani indian oh is it oh i was always see them hitting each
01:19:49.160 other with a very long thin pole i was thinking eritreans because they did lightsaber duels on
01:19:53.220 camberwell road like last year with with sticks i'm not being funny you know when i was last out
01:19:57.900 there i didn't hear a single police siren like it's just so serene compared to that and uh of course
01:20:04.360 all of this going on the japanese are not stupid people in fact they're very smart people
01:20:07.960 they have noticed this sort of thing and uh someone has gone to uh interview people
01:20:15.000 i'm gonna skip some of the start of it
01:20:18.900 so if you're listening she's saying don't steal other people's things
01:20:35.060 the foreigners because she had her phone stolen by a foreigner
01:20:38.520 you're saying that foreigners are fighting in shibuya all the time and uh
01:20:50.300 someone with dark skin maybe the people fighting in the street
01:21:04.820 japan is just a nation of notices apparently so people just use their eyes and speak their mind
01:21:10.460 probably why the country works pretty well i know that used to be us at one point as well
01:21:15.260 but um yes there are also uh darker things to this as well um here is a protest posing
01:21:24.720 sexual harassment of minors from foreigners that's supposedly what it is at least that's what
01:21:30.320 has been translated to me as well yeah i was going to say we don't know fully the translations but
01:21:36.200 oh i hope japan doesn't get its own grooming gangs
01:21:39.320 it's entirely possible so there has been a reaction to some of this westernization i'm going to call it
01:21:45.180 just as a euphemism and this bill is very important so back in march uh lower house of japan's parliament
01:21:52.520 passed a bill to promote lgbtq plus awareness thank you united nations yeah this is the probably
01:21:59.100 linked to the un thing as you said and this triggered something in japan uh for example this guy uh he
01:22:07.520 talks about the assassination of shinzo abe and he also started the conservative party of japan of i
01:22:13.020 think this was october of last year basically because this is in this video he explains it directly
01:22:19.140 because of this bill he's saying this isn't acceptable in our country and he also uh
01:22:25.340 immigration and multiculturalism just saying no actually we don't want this and we need a party
01:22:30.820 that talks about that sort of thing you only need the party when a revolutionary movement starts
01:22:35.200 enacting demographic change against you yes the fact that japan is now trying to defend itself means
01:22:40.020 it's already and this article here is talking about the fact that they're setting up um branches
01:22:47.480 across japan it's already growing and here is a picture of some of their posters in tokyo um
01:22:55.560 just talking about their political messaging basically so it does seem to be catching on
01:23:00.840 there is also a party that has existed i think since 2016 called japan first
01:23:06.220 and uh this is uh what this guy is saying for 20 years we have been fighting against the chinese
01:23:11.580 the koreans and more recently the kurds if foreigners infringe on japan's interests it's only natural
01:23:16.580 that we fight them it's funny how various parties in japan and israel that are sort of like centrist
01:23:21.540 not even that controversial if they were in britain they would be proscribed terror groups
01:23:26.020 yeah exactly like this should be a totally sensible conversation being able to stand up for your own
01:23:31.000 ethnic people should be a given it shouldn't make you an investigation by your intelligence services
01:23:37.720 disenfranchised arrested uh just for talking about it yeah for wanting less rapes and machete attacks
01:23:43.620 you shouldn't be put on a watch list but sorry to be the bearer of bad news because everyone holds
01:23:48.500 up japan as one of the the case studies of here is a country that didn't get multiculturalism and is
01:23:54.240 successful and it was and now it's going to become less successful because they're importing in people
01:24:00.420 that of course all the problems in europe and north america and it's not going to be good for them
01:24:05.400 and hopefully they can stop it in much the same way that other attempts have been made but uh i don't
01:24:13.560 hold out any hope because unfortunately lots of ngos are holding money over them to impose this upon
01:24:20.360 the japanese people and so it seems like they're going to be in the same camp as the rest of us
01:24:24.280 thanks for that josh you're welcome i want to go take myself to a certain forest now do we have
01:24:30.940 video comments sam we do have some rumble rants as well yes okay while we're loading those up i'll
01:24:35.440 quickly read these we shouldn't read that's the random names i'm afraid because that might get us
01:24:39.020 in trouble the first one uh yes the second one's fine okay pedie pie used to live in england before
01:24:45.540 moving there he clearly went to raise his children in peace and safety as i'm planning on doing the same
01:24:50.280 but these and he's worried me get it together japan yes uh i think pedie pie also lived in brighton
01:24:57.440 yeah anywhere he lived in he lived in brighton and in 2020 there was a video that he released
01:25:02.780 where he made a joke about sweden um suffering from mass migration so whether whether or not
01:25:08.740 obviously he's had a lot of controversies in the past regarding jokes that he's made i do i do think
01:25:14.160 that there is a a part of him that he sincerely feels that feels about that he would not speak
01:25:19.180 seriously about i think he's on my youtube channel yeah i think i think he is in one way or another
01:25:24.620 our guy uh i bet the dnc has their best lawyers trying to figure out how they can legally charge
01:25:30.520 jeff rfk junior sorry for abandoning a dead bear in central park i don't doubt that they're not all
01:25:36.380 the other offenses that go on in central park these days due to the new migrant population
01:25:39.620 engine 69 says japan needs some world war ii era japanese policemen i don't know anything about
01:25:46.120 that maybe not saying it maybe not unit 731 that would be yeah that'd be pretty that'd be
01:25:51.240 pretty brutal just deport uh i'm at the point where i'd gladly live in a nation afflicted with
01:25:56.960 earthquakes tsunamis and volcanoes and suffer any more diversity and wokeness they need to stop this
01:26:01.320 before they join us at least one of those is a weather event and the other one is a government
01:26:05.700 policy choice but anyway um let's crack on with the video comments from cs cooper
01:26:09.700 hey dan i can't claim to know how it goes in england but in australia you only pay capital gains tax
01:26:19.640 on real estate that is specifically an investment property if you sell your primary residence it
01:26:26.640 doesn't matter how much the value increases you don't you don't have to pay capital gains tax
01:26:31.680 so is it different in england i think australia has a very unique uh legal framework about property
01:26:38.840 ownership it's quite it's got a very different uh way of doing things compared to europe and north
01:26:45.660 america i remember watching um someone a lecturer talk about this sort of thing i don't know why i was
01:26:51.180 looking at property law in australia but you know i'm a boring person no interesting uh we'll try and
01:26:57.300 get dan to have a look at that someone should if you're watching type in the discord and go tell dan
01:27:01.800 on with the next one
01:27:02.780 people will accept short-term suffering when working towards some greater vision
01:27:09.240 starmer's told us how bad britain is and asked us to accept short-term pain for long-term good
01:27:14.780 but he forgot to tell us how great britain will be after he builds back better
01:27:19.400 so tell me what is it about starmer's vision for the uk that makes you willing to accept this
01:27:25.260 short-term pain nothing the entire goal is complete demographic replacement until we resemble some
01:27:32.100 sort of airport lounge where everyone can come and go as they please i would just like starmer to
01:27:36.460 accelerate the decline of the uk to such an extent that we can turn things around politically before
01:27:43.440 we're an ethnic minority in our own country yeah well if you had a snap election about two weeks ago
01:27:48.320 reform would have won at least 100 seats the problem is are they going to do anything with it um
01:27:52.280 find out later i don't know about that i suppose because i'm not encouraged yet but we'll see on
01:27:58.860 with the next one i got a dreadful fear this november no matter what happens in the republic
01:28:04.900 neither side will accept the result if trump gets in of course the opposition will view this as hitler
01:28:09.240 three back and ready for vengeance no way they'll see it as legitimate meanwhile of course if kamala
01:28:14.740 wins this is of course the least popular presidential candidate in the primaries and the least popular
01:28:18.540 presidency in recent memory and after the kerfafels in 2020 there's no way that'll be viewed as
01:28:23.660 legitimate either let's not forget that the punic wars which felled carthage were literally started
01:28:28.240 over a bar fight in neutral territory empires have burned over less i think now that you've got
01:28:34.640 silicon valley bros and a sort of democrat coalition backing trump that actually the backlash if he wins
01:28:41.640 is going to be significantly less than it would have been at least pre-assassination i just don't know
01:28:47.240 how much trump is going to be able to get accomplished before the midterms if he does
01:28:50.960 sweep the house the senate and the presidency hopefully puts the right people in the right
01:28:55.340 place at this time that's why vance was selected and if there is any sort of violence then you're
01:29:00.000 already prepared with your mad max cars that's true quite to be very safe right um oh there we go
01:29:06.620 a gentleman's observations of swindon chapter 25 i breath on angle scotty the thane of this pig hill
01:29:14.180 and fortified with title deeds attested signed and sealed guaranteeing me this audience and my
01:29:19.240 friends and family fair all sorts of wisdom and poems which are neither mine nor theirs hob what
01:29:24.840 about that chalky down i ask him with a glance with the romans and the saxons and william de valence
01:29:30.380 have it just as you've a mind to bat as we walk through marsh and loam and whatever you may think
01:29:36.120 of it i'm proud to call it home i do think it's terrible i'm glad you like living here i'm glad i
01:29:42.720 don't i i also respect the 25 uh video comment epic and then ending it with a poem reviewing it that's
01:29:49.740 some great work and i have really enjoyed learning about swindon and you know it has made living
01:29:54.740 in the center of swindon which is basically little india uh a bit more bearable yeah well well done on
01:30:01.340 your dedication to learning about your your particular part of the homeland also people have
01:30:05.420 tried their hand at poetry around the office you might be able to read it soon so that'd be
01:30:08.540 interesting spoilers yes anyway uh is that it for the video comment samson yes there's a big thumbs
01:30:13.500 up thank you sir right some website comments before we uh we head off in about five minutes uh north
01:30:17.740 fc zoomer josh comparing notting hill carnival attendees to zombies is actually very offensive to
01:30:22.020 the zombies if any zombies are watching i'm sorry well at least they don't just leave their
01:30:25.580 wastes in the street uh omar award no popular leader has ever complained about having too much public
01:30:30.120 support it's a spiteful admission he has no approval but it's going to do it anyway well quite this is
01:30:34.920 where he's bounding up all of his methods of governance in constitutional changes extra
01:30:39.560 quangos he's even going to set a government independent board to regulate football this is
01:30:44.540 the entire point of the blair project is to set politics on rails by taking them out of the realm
01:30:48.680 of the public debate you know migration numbers are set by the migration advisory committee which
01:30:52.400 is populated by ngos and the daughters of lords and the like there's absolutely no way to
01:30:56.360 have a say over it unless you disband all of these institutions and i don't think reform's
01:31:01.040 wised up to that well yeah if i was in government and this is if i ever get anywhere near it this is
01:31:06.260 why i'm going to mysteriously fall down a cliff i would just seize all of the assets of the ngos
01:31:11.340 immediately yeah well this is not being funny i mean trust tried to tweak at the margins and they
01:31:15.420 deposed her within 40 days so you need serious body armor and balls to be able to do this and i don't
01:31:22.020 see anyone willing to do that yet that's even close to becoming pm uh brian tomlinson good last name
01:31:27.600 secure is admitting he has just passed the baton of mediocrity things will only get bitter
01:31:31.980 very clever sir
01:31:33.480 80s version that's how harry dances when he's on canal street um arizona desert rat i dance all
01:31:41.300 day every day the way like a white guy speaking of the white people aren't integrating if they're
01:31:46.680 native they shouldn't be integrating ah yes but have you considered we've completely transmogrified
01:31:50.300 your country into an ideological project and we've defined you out of being your own countryman
01:31:53.880 uh harry that's doing something else uh yeah sure chase ball the trump administration is actually
01:31:59.440 really pursuing unity by picking up big democratic slash left-wing endorsements first rfk now tulsi
01:32:04.720 gabber the democrats can scream about division all they want but trump is genuinely unifying people
01:32:08.700 and that terrifies them yeah that's a good point um kevin fox rfk has stepped down but in red and
01:32:15.020 swing states the democrat demoprats sorry i see what you did there i've refused to remove him from the
01:32:19.960 ballot he has however been removed from the ballot in all blue states if that's true that's interesting
01:32:24.740 but also i still i do still think that rfk's voter base was probably taking more from trump than
01:32:29.600 kamala harris because he is very much an anti-establishment candidate really whether or not
01:32:36.300 he's got the um kennedy name attached to him omar awad it used to be the case that the winning
01:32:41.680 presidential candidate would take their opponent as vp this accidental coalition of right normies and the
01:32:47.260 rejected left oddly feels like a return to that tradition yeah perhaps chase ball as a presidential
01:32:53.600 candidate we had to consider all of rfk's positions which is largely bad however as a member of the
01:32:59.200 trump administration whose jurisdiction will be specifically on his unique strengths that being
01:33:03.340 government assassination inquiry and the pharmaceutical industrial complex he is an incredible
01:33:08.060 ally and we should support this decision with everything we have got absolutely that's a fantastic
01:33:13.080 point finally from my segment harry josh and connor aka the lotus this is the lads lineup i do i do
01:33:19.080 enjoy this composition so there's an old adage that goes something like if you're 18 and not a
01:33:23.720 socialist then you have no heart if you're 40 and not a conservative you have no brain i think mark
01:33:28.420 zuckerberg just found his brain i think that's a product of sort of 20th century norms um it's often
01:33:33.320 misattributed to churchill ironically enough and also i suppose i've always been heartless then
01:33:37.900 resumably why don't you just press us with some comments about japan um jason k says japan seemed
01:33:47.200 to be a nation to look up to with regards to immigration levels and keeping their culture
01:33:51.060 intact but now it seems they're making the same mistakes as many western nations yeah they made an
01:33:55.480 economic mistake and it was leveraged in the same way that in you know after world war one and two
01:34:02.240 britain made a logistical mistake in that we relied too much on food imports and the united states
01:34:09.340 leveraged the destruction of our empire um arizona desert rat says hmm were they willing to deport the
01:34:15.300 criminals uh i think they're more willing actually i think they've got a better record than we do they
01:34:20.180 do yes i wonder if the sudden influx is outpacing the rate of deportation yeah almost certainly uh
01:34:27.680 michael says japan convenience stores are the greatest in the world very true they have a
01:34:32.500 fantastic quantity of snacks and lawson's let's end with garlic goblin tweeting tweeting commenting
01:34:37.680 probably from uh rhodesia i imagine uh please please japan don't do it just don't have a wonderful
01:34:44.060 country the love of all that's holy please don't ruin it that was exactly what i was thinking the
01:34:48.720 entire time wholeheartedly agree one last minute rumble rant from fleet lord at var five dollars saying
01:34:54.840 vance being picked as ancient news trump transition team now comprised of tulsi gabbard bobby jr don
01:35:00.440 jr eric trump vance and three others pretty powerful team yeah pretty good anyway i will be back in
01:35:06.380 about 25 minutes for thompson talks with ben habib which will be an interesting interview thank you very
01:35:11.040 much for a good episode gents if you're not watching that or you can watch it on catch up um watch it
