00:04:33.520 And then it was all over the news for like, what, four years of Trump's term about, uh, the election results.
00:04:40.300 But then once they got in, the first thing they did is say, you can't question elections anymore, which is, which is funny.
00:04:47.340 But anyway, you told me about Tina Peters and you said, this is a pivotal character in this Esther play.

00:05:51.140 Our county was predominantly a 60-30, uh, split between Republican, Democrat, and Trump won.

00:06:01.660 So, you know, if they're cheating in the local city council election, they're, they've permeated the whole election process.
00:06:08.980 And when I pulled the results, so I, I was in charge of five divisions.

00:06:16.220 And so when I pulled the results that night, I, I was in disbelief.
00:06:21.020 The Secretary of State and Dominion voting system were coming in to do what they called a trusted build.

00:06:36.200 I say, you know, it's all, the language is so key because like banks that are ripping you off and, you know, making you pay absorbent amounts of interest.

00:07:57.420 Um, there's no, no end to what they'll do, but they freaked out.
00:08:03.040 And so it, all eyes were on Mesa County, all eyes on what, what went on.
00:08:07.840 And then I was, uh, I was arrested.
00:08:10.240 I was thrown in jail the night I was in jail.

00:08:14.860 Um, then I was indicted, uh, but, but, but the month before I was indicted, I decided I had to run for the belly of this beast.
00:08:21.820 Uh, this is, uh, Jenna Griswold, the secretary of state of Colorado.
00:08:26.880 And I announced on Bannon two days after, uh, they wouldn't release the J. Alex Halderman report, which was more criminality of, uh, proven of, of these machines.
00:08:37.240 Two days later on Valentine's day, I announced in 2022, I was going to run for, uh, uh, for, um, secretary of state.
00:08:44.900 One month later, I was indicted with a 10 count felony.

00:11:06.140 And he's sitting there, you know, um, and then influencing other people.
00:11:11.200 There was a man who said, I stole his identity, which will, will prove that that wasn't true,

00:11:52.280 lawsuits are bullshit and won't stand up in court, but they can abuse the process up to

00:12:06.720 to work with frozen assets.
00:12:09.000 And that is their goal is to destroy anybody who has evidence against them or runs against
00:12:17.040 them or speaks against them.
00:12:19.100 That is, that is the evidence of their criminality that they did indeed allegedly do what we all

00:12:54.780 That's how many questions they actually asked me, 491 questions.

00:13:03.220 It's like, you know, the veins are popping out and then the judge, they went and whined

00:15:34.840 Um, because they'd already told me they were coming in to delete a QR code program.
00:15:39.760 Uh, so on the ballots that people, and this was, this was in J. Alex Halderman's report,
00:15:46.560 the Democrat professor that tried to warn, uh, the Senate judiciary committee back in
00:15:52.700 2017, that they needed to let both Democrats and Republicans know that these machines were
00:15:57.900 vulnerable.
00:15:58.820 Biden in 2022 on February 12th, kept that sealed because that was in the, uh, curling versus
00:16:06.420 Raffensperger case in Georgia.
00:16:08.900 And the, it was so egregious that the judge kept it sealed.
00:16:13.140 Well, just recently that was unsealed.
00:16:16.140 But so that's why I ran for secretary of state, because I said, I'm the only one that
00:16:19.920 can expose this beast.
00:16:22.140 But so they were going to delete this QR code program.
00:16:26.640 Well, I reasoned you can't delete things because if I was to, if the people were to ask me as
00:16:33.400 an elected official to do an audit of this, of the 2020 or the 2020 election, I wouldn't
00:16:39.700 be able to, because we wouldn't have a QR code reader to read those ballots that were
00:16:45.080 done on the ICX, it says image cast machines where you go in, uh, you have to have one
00:16:51.080 for, uh, ADA for, for the, uh, disabilities, but we had like 28 of them.
00:16:57.860 So when people go in person and they mark on that, that tablet, what their choices are,
00:17:04.840 it spits out a ballot that has a QR code on it, a QR code on it.
00:17:09.700 They were obligated by law to, to, uh, protect that for at least what, 15 months after the
00:17:16.480 election, 25 months in the state of Colorado and 22 months federally.
00:17:21.400 But here's, here's the thing that, that is really important as this has gone on is that
00:17:28.920 I was fulfilling a federal function by serving election records.
00:17:35.800 So the supremacy clause, which is the, the, the third amendment, I think it's the second
00:17:41.200 clause in the, in the third amendment in the constitution.
00:17:44.180 But it's, it says that if I am, if I am doing the function of a federal activity as an elected
00:17:53.020 official, then I can't be prosecuted or persecuted for, for doing that function.
00:17:59.720 So that's, that's to catch you up on, on what happened.
00:18:02.800 So this image, what it did doing the before and after, and then when the cyber experts compared
00:18:07.840 it, it showed there were 29,000 election records that were deleted, vital election records
00:18:12.900 to cover up their crime, 36 wireless devices.
00:18:17.500 Now these are machines that aren't supposed to be connected to the internet.
00:18:20.500 Ours had 36 wireless devices.
00:18:23.400 And then the third report shows that there was software in there that could flip the votes.
00:18:30.400 And in the movie selection code, which is on my website in the movie selection code, you
00:18:36.620 can watch that movie and you can see how, when the ballots go into the tabulator, there's
00:18:42.340 a, there's an image you've heard of ballot images, there's taken of that ballot, but then
00:18:48.900 magically somehow this algorithm, this magic happens.
00:18:53.960 And a second database is created like a bookie having two sets of books.
00:19:00.020 Oh yeah.
00:19:00.860 Some of those, some of those ballots images are transferred over to the second database,
00:19:07.460 database, but we know, now this is really important.
00:19:10.540 We know they're not the same ballot image because they're missing and identifying what
00:19:16.440 they call .SHA file, a SHA file.
00:19:19.380 It's a, it's a, um, uh, something hash algorithm.

00:19:30.780 If you change a picture, the pixels in a picture, it's not going to be the same picture.
00:19:35.780 So, and we know they've changed it.
00:19:38.200 We know because it goes through adjudication differently, which means the machine notices
00:19:43.300 that as a completely different ballot.
00:19:45.400 So they're actually changing the images.

00:19:51.340 So, so, so, but that's, that's what we already know.
00:19:54.340 Now what's getting ready to come out on Friday.
00:19:57.340 Um, and I don't know if, if, if Juan wants to, you know, interject here or, or where you
00:20:03.340 want me to go.
00:20:04.340 Well, yeah, let me, let me, let me dive in for a second.
00:20:07.340 So overlapping, overlapping all of this, there was other work going on in other lanes.
00:20:15.340 Uh, we actually had people, uh, inside and outside the United States who had knowledge
00:20:23.340 of, uh, their activities by themselves and other people and wanted to, uh, say what they
00:20:32.340 knew, say what their part was, uh, make a deal.
00:20:36.340 And the problem was when you, uh, hear what they have to say, even, you know, going back
00:20:43.340 over the recordings numerous times, uh, and you see what they're saying and you compare
00:20:49.340 it with data that we had from elections around the country, uh, you're still looking at it,
00:20:56.340 uh, uh, subjectively.
00:20:58.340 Uh, we had all sorts of experts around the country, uh, math experts, computer science
00:21:03.340 experts that came out and said that we had algorithms, uh, that we were seeing in elections
00:21:09.340 around the country that allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly showed that it had to
00:21:14.340 be an artificial, not the real thing record of the vote because of all these various things.
00:21:24.340 It had to be created through algorithms.
00:21:27.340 Um, and you wouldn't have, uh, original data, uh, looking or behaving like this.
00:21:34.340 So it had to have been altered somehow to end up with these results in counties across
00:21:40.340 the country.
00:21:41.340 And one of the things, by the way, is we found that counties like Tina's who still went the
00:21:48.340 side of Trump did have massive manipulation to try to bring the numbers closer so that in
00:21:56.340 the counties where it went the other way, where an actual flip of the vote would occur, it looked
00:22:03.340 less glaring.
00:22:04.340 Okay.
00:22:05.340 So even in locations where, yeah, yeah, Trump got it.
00:22:09.340 They softened the blow by bringing the numbers closer together.
00:22:12.340 There was still artificiality.
00:22:14.340 So I've been following the election fraud stuff and Dominion since the beginning.
00:22:18.340 Um, what I understand is there was an adjudication method, which is ballots failed.
00:22:24.340 It went to adjudication.
00:22:26.340 A lot of people don't understand this stuff.
00:22:28.340 So let's explain this real quick.
00:22:30.340 If it went to adjudication, somebody, an adjudicator, like in John Wick could look at
00:22:35.340 the ballot image and say they meant to vote for Joe Biden, right?
00:22:39.340 Right.
00:22:40.340 Okay.
00:22:41.340 So is the stuff that you discovered, cause I'm just trying to catch up a little bit.
00:22:44.340 Is the stuff you discovered part of that adjudication process or is that a whole other
00:22:49.340 smoking gun?
00:22:50.340 No, that's, that's good.
00:22:51.340 That's good.
00:22:52.340 So when we say that they deleted 29,000 election records, some of those records besides audit
00:23:00.340 log files, which would have been crucial to do an audit of how you got to the total
00:23:07.340 in the election, access log files, who went in and out and what, what functions they performed

00:46:27.340 We know that the, in the machines were connected to the internet, even though they, they said they weren't, uh, we have lots of analysis showing that.
00:46:35.340 Uh, in fact, the other day when the, when the internet was down with phones and things like that, one of the interesting comments from somebody was, well, I guess, you know, one of the officials, oh, I guess we aren't going to be able to have the election.
