00:01:39.620
than we humans. And they love my voice so much because they understand that at last and finally,
00:01:49.640
a voice of sanity has pierced this unified field of bullshit. Welcome to the Roseanne Barb Podcast.
00:01:58.400
Well, today's show is a b-b-b-b-banger of a show. Also, we already did this show when we were at
00:02:13.420
Mel K's house in Florida, but the sound didn't turn out right, so we're doing it again. And it's like
00:02:20.560
a godsend that we had to delay it because so much has happened. And we have a great, great person to
00:02:26.960
explain it to us. A genius, as I told you, I never interview anyone who is not a fellow or sister
00:02:33.200
genius. And so we have one today. Hi, it's Mark Fitchum. Hi, Mark. Hi, Roseanne. Thank you for your
00:02:41.020
kind words. Well, you deserve kind words, and I very much admire your brains. You've got a lot of
00:02:48.700
files up there in that head of yours, and I love it. I can't wait to get to this. So
00:02:56.220
last time, well, you know, last time we were, well, first we should say, you know,
00:03:03.400
you're running for office, right? That's correct. State Senate in Arizona.
00:03:11.540
And you just happen to come from the dirtiest county in the whole wide world in the election
00:03:18.900
integrity subject, which is, what is it? County in Arizona?
00:03:27.480
I'm previously, yeah, I'm previously from Maricopa County, and now I live in Yavapai County,
00:03:32.400
which is directly to the north. And you're right, I had to escape perhaps one of the most corrupt
00:03:38.760
Well, I'm glad you escaped in one piece. And you have such great ideas for the rehabilitation
00:03:46.980
of America. I guess that's what I'm going to call it from now on. But I wanted to ask you,
00:03:52.720
before we go into all of that, and election integrity being such a huge part of it all,
00:03:58.820
and the election being such a huge part of it all. And here we are in the election season and so close
00:04:07.340
to the event itself. And they keep on trying to kill our candidate. What the hell? They just did it
00:04:19.380
Well, that demonstrates, you know, you've heard before, when you're taking flack, you're over the
00:04:24.300
target. And so this is just another demonstration that the administrative state, the deep state,
00:04:34.260
the World Economic Forum, all of the forces that are against America know full well that for 26,
00:04:42.720
23 years, about, the uniparty Democrat Republican machine has controlled Washington, D.C. and has done
00:04:51.380
nothing but run our finances into the ground. So the people rise up and say, you know, we're going
00:04:57.700
to go a different direction. It's kind of like firing your old boss. We're going to go in a
00:05:03.840
different direction. We people are the CEOs collectively of America. And we're going to hire
00:05:09.080
a new general manager in the form of Donald Trump. So now they know that he is going to be like a
00:05:16.520
wrecking ball to the administrative state. In fact, I'm sure you saw the 10 point plan that he put,
00:05:23.440
I think it was 10 points that was out on Twitter the other day. Yes, I've seen it. I mean, he laid
00:05:29.260
out his agenda for America. And it's so brilliant, because it's not a party line. It's something
00:05:37.020
completely new that we all breathe a sigh of relief that there's someone with common sense in that.
00:05:42.660
Yes. So the, the, the, the first step to solving problems is identifying what the problem is.
00:05:52.140
The next step was understanding what the problem entails and how to go up and then developing a
00:05:58.940
plan. It's just called prioritize, make a list, prioritize and execute. Okay. So
00:06:05.080
yeah, that's why he's a billionaire. So here's the question that I want to ask Americans.
00:06:12.660
Who would you rather have lead you somebody who is a self-made billionaire who knows how to get
00:06:20.360
a corporation back on track or somebody who has had to absolutely fabricate history in order to fill
00:06:29.980
her portfolio of accomplishments and has never done anything to raise, raise up America, which,
00:06:40.940
which would you prefer? I mean, it's a pretty simple choice, but now you've got the administrative
00:06:45.460
state. They cannot stand to have Donald Trump back in the white house. Why? Because I predict there
00:06:51.220
will be a steady stream of C-130s on their way to Gitmo with individuals who have committed treason
00:07:03.680
Well, that's what we're all waiting for. We're all waiting for the equal application of law,
00:07:10.940
Yeah. And I'm glad that President Trump said, this isn't about retribution. This is about justice.
00:07:16.640
No, he's had to face injustice. He's had to face this gauntlet that, quite frankly, I don't know of
00:07:24.420
another man alive who would have survived what that man has been through. And now with his second
00:07:29.940
assassination attempt, everybody's asking the question, how could that happen? Well, there's
00:07:34.680
a whistleblower. Well, there's a whistleblower out there who said, basically, the leak is out of DHS,
00:07:41.380
DHS, Mayorkas, and crew. And I call them crew in the criminal sense. So you've got DHS that leaks
00:07:49.440
whereabouts of the president, FBI running an assassination team, which, by the way, they know
00:07:55.500
who these individuals are before they ever show up.
00:07:58.760
Yeah, they've known him for a long time. Did you know this latest guy was in that same BlackRock
00:08:06.280
That's been debunked. It wasn't BlackRock, but it was some other globalist.
00:08:11.120
His name escapes me. It was another uniparty ad, but it wasn't BlackRock. It might have well been.
00:08:16.160
It was a commercial, but yes, your point is well taken. The two have been tied together.
00:08:20.240
Okay, these are assets that are being run by somebody, whether it's the FBI, the CIA, or whatever
00:08:26.580
organization, NSA. I mean, it doesn't really matter what the three letters are. This is a rogue
00:08:34.300
organization that participated in a coup in 2021 against the sitting president who now wants to
00:08:43.240
assassinate whom I will call the president in exile.
00:08:47.180
I introduced President Trump, I think, in 2020 at a fundraiser at a certain club to the folks who were in
00:08:59.840
attendance. And I said, and I asked him, sir, do you mind if I introduce you as the president in exile?
00:09:06.320
And he set his jaw and looked at me, and you could tell he was thinking for a good 30 seconds.
00:09:12.800
He said, I'll tell you what, you introduce me however you want to.
00:09:15.600
So, I believe that Donald Trump, especially after seeing the evidence from Maricopa County for the
00:09:26.280
2022 and 2020 election, the fact that Maricopa County election officials altered the software
00:09:32.760
in the back end and thus avoided the software certification by the Election Assistance Commission,
00:09:40.480
Let's talk about that for a minute because I don't want people to let this go.
00:09:44.720
So, they disenfranchised all the voters in Maricopa County.
00:09:51.320
Yes, they disenfranchised them because what they did is they went in the back end and they altered,
00:09:56.520
they created this Frankenstein software, if you will. They altered the way the software operates,
00:10:02.940
thus voiding the certification. That means that the election from the very start was irredeemably
00:10:12.800
So, that tells me that not only did the elections officials commit felonies in Arizona,
00:10:18.480
but so did the Board of Supervisors who certified an election knowing full well what had happened.
00:10:29.240
Yet, we've got a beneficiary of that election sitting in the Attorney General's office,
00:10:35.360
that would be Chris Mays, extreme leftist, who instead of prosecuting crimes like this,
00:10:43.420
that we have proof, Kerry and I went to the U.S. Supreme Court to show the court that they'd been lied to.
00:10:49.120
Well, instead of the court hearing that, they declined to hear it.
00:10:54.600
But, moreover, we've got an Attorney General here in Arizona that wants to persecute individuals
00:11:03.060
who are willing to be an alternative slate of electors,
00:11:07.920
which, by the way, there's jurisprudence from 1960 in Hawaii.
00:11:11.780
That action preserves the right of the party to have standing in court.
00:11:21.020
Well, instead, Mays wants to obliterate jurisprudence, which is pretty tough,
00:11:25.860
persecute these individuals and call them fake electors who attempted to overturn an election.
00:11:33.420
They were on standby if called to be electors in a very questionable election.
00:11:41.120
Now, what a lot of people don't understand is January 6th is the day,
00:11:47.060
aside from the riot that happened in the Capitol,
00:11:49.520
that is the day that all of the various constituencies, all of the states and their caucuses,
00:11:56.840
so the Republican caucus, Democrat caucus, meet in the House chambers.
00:12:05.520
And if there are objections, they post those objections.
00:12:12.960
And if you had Ivan on your show before, you know what this is all about.
00:12:17.480
There was a growing number of congressmen who wanted to refer their electors back to the states.
00:12:26.220
Like the same thing they're upset with with the Roe v. Wade deal.
00:12:36.660
But it was very constitutional what they were proposing.
00:12:41.320
You're turning the electors back to the states for ratification.
00:12:45.240
That means, yeah, you've certified an election, but something's fishy here.
00:12:49.680
So we're going to send it back to the state legislators.
00:12:51.820
And if they agree that those electors can proceed, then by all means, we'll proceed.
00:12:58.260
Well, had they done that here in Arizona, I'm confident that we would have 31 and 16,
00:13:04.740
31 members of the House, 16 members in the Senate, we would have said, no, we're withholding our electors.
00:13:17.180
Any proven fraud means you've got to halt it and do it right.
00:13:23.240
That's what we pay taxes for, that our vote counts.
00:13:32.180
And that means, by the way, if there is a certification based on a fraudulent document,
00:13:39.180
that document is as though it were never written because fraud vitiates everything.
00:13:46.760
And they didn't want to go back to the states because they in no way, and they're proving it now every day with Kamala,
00:13:57.320
It's no, they want no input from any voter because they're, you know, they just hate Trump and they don't care any means necessary.
00:14:09.520
Well, let's knock this one out and get back because we had Yovan Pulitzer who did the,
00:14:13.100
was kind of behind the recount in Arizona in 2020.
00:14:16.880
Like, clearly there was a fraudulent election in 2020 in Arizona.
00:14:22.500
That's not even going to Georgia or Pennsylvania.
00:14:27.320
And 2022 with you and Carrie Lake were in that lawsuit.
00:14:30.200
Both, all cases were thrown on lack of standing.
00:14:32.880
But mom, first, we got a new product here that we started using because you had trouble sleeping.
00:14:37.940
I don't know if you're aware of this, but you're famous for having trouble sleeping because you,
00:14:49.120
But now this new thing, this new powder thing they sent, I think I slept nine hours.
00:14:59.080
I want you to talk about it because, you know, like I said, we do ads for companies.
00:15:03.040
If we don't like it, we're not really going to push it hard.
00:15:16.180
The point is, this company, this dream powder is awesome.
00:15:20.200
And we're going to continue to do it because I think when you start getting sleep,
00:15:25.560
And you won't be doing dishes at 3 a.m. and waking me and my children up, more importantly.
00:15:30.880
I start rearranging the kitchen when I can't sleep.
00:15:33.740
And I get up at 3, you know, and then I go out there and I don't know.
00:15:47.340
So tell the people a little bit more about where they can go and get it because this is good shit.
00:15:51.900
My listeners get a special discount on Beam's Dream Powder.
00:15:56.640
They're science-backed, healthy, hot cocoa for sleep with no added sugar.
00:16:04.600
Other sleep aids can cause next-day grogginess, but Dream contains a powerful, all-natural blend of, get this,
00:16:12.300
Reishi, Magnesium, L-V-9-9, L-V-9-9, Apigenin, and Melatonin.
00:16:23.360
To help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.
00:16:26.860
If you want to try Beam's best-selling Dream Powder, get up to 40% for a limited time.
00:16:32.800
When you go to shopbeam.com slash Roseanne and use the code Roseanne at the checkout.
00:16:39.060
That's shopbeam.com slash Roseanne and use the code word Roseanne for up to 40% off.
00:16:47.960
And the cool thing is, and we'll get back to the show, this is a blend of sleep aids.
00:16:53.000
Because, yeah, you don't want to take shit like melatonin by itself or ginkgo below, but there's all sorts of stuff and links.
00:17:01.860
That's why you slept like a baby and have no side effects.
00:17:08.340
So 2020, 2022, you ran, and you and Carrie Lake, we know about Sharpie Gap.
00:17:13.400
We know all the stuff we've talked about a lot.
00:17:15.560
I just want people to understand a little bit of who you are, and then I'll go back in the background.
00:17:19.880
You are involved in those legal cases with Carrie Lake.
00:17:25.480
So interestingly enough, in I believe it was April of 2022, we filed in U.S. District Court, Arizona, asking that the machines be either not used or that we have the opportunity to inspect the machine code and verify that they were indeed EAC certified.
00:17:47.340
Well, the judge in that case, Judge Tucci, an Obama appointee, big surprise, dismissed that case and then sanctioned us for even daring to ask the question, saying that, well, you know, your case isn't ripe.
00:18:04.340
Well, here's the problem that the courts have created.
00:18:08.400
If you wait until after the fact, they claim latches, which means you were too late.
00:18:13.640
If you do it before the fact, it's not yet ripe.
00:18:16.840
So in other words, the courts have created this situation where the people have no access to the court to prevent a disaster.
00:18:22.980
We told the court, this is what we predict will happen based upon 2020.
00:18:32.020
In fact, interestingly enough, on the very day that sanctions were, that I was notified about sanctions, that's the day that the Maricopa County disaster occurred, where over 7,000 ballots every 30 minutes were being rejected by machines that were supposed to be tabulating votes.
00:18:54.260
We tried to warn you about a house on fire and call the fire department and you basically cut the phone lines.
00:19:02.020
Then we went to the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court, tried to explain to them that the court had erred.
00:19:10.500
One of the judges that was sitting on that bench said, can you show me in the Constitution where it says that people have a right to vote for president?
00:19:20.620
Well, he's actually right because it's the legislatures traditionally that have voted for president, but we won't get into that constitutional argument.
00:19:29.520
After we find out, the Maricopa County officials had lied in court and said that they were using EAC certified software, when in fact they were using software that was altered, as I said earlier in the show.
00:19:42.040
So that one thing made the election irredeemably compromised because there is a doctrine that I believe came out of the Alabama case in like 1984.
00:19:56.480
There's the Supreme Court judge justice in Alabama who was denied his seat because the elections officials there did not follow the law.
00:20:07.400
It's the difference between substantial compliance and strict compliance with the law.
00:20:14.000
So there's a reason that we write election law, policy makers write election law in advance of the election.
00:20:20.660
It's so that everybody knows the rules, everybody can follow the rules, and whoever wins by the rules wins.
00:20:37.340
When we talk about fair elections, that's exactly what we're talking about.
00:20:40.760
So what happened there is that the elections officials, they substantially followed the law, except for the fact that they allowed something like 12,000 ballots, I guess.
00:20:55.180
I don't know all the facts of the case, but they allowed a number of ballots to be counted that didn't meet the requirements in law.
00:21:02.240
Well, so in comes the notion of strict compliance versus substantial compliance.
00:21:17.160
That justice, after 11 months of waiting, was finally seated on the Supreme Court, and the cheat was basically pushed back.
00:21:26.620
So following the same kind of construct, Kerry and I went to the court and said, look, y'all been lied to.
00:21:39.940
And the court said, well, that may be, but we're not going to hear the case.
00:21:45.880
So last I checked, I think we are now back at the district court level, appealing to the court for reconsideration, because y'all been lied to.
00:21:58.200
Now comes the 2024 election, which I'm pretty sure that they're going to try to do the exact same thing.
00:22:07.540
Yes, there is breaking news that occurred yesterday.
00:22:16.040
So there was an emergency call with the Secretary of State, who I believe is a fraud, Adrian Fontes.
00:22:25.080
With all of the county recorders, county elections officials, and county attorneys.
00:22:33.600
Apparently, they found some 90,000 plus non-citizens registered to vote in Arizona on voter rolls.
00:22:43.160
I'm also told by one of the insiders that the vast majority of them are Republicans.
00:22:50.900
That is sounding a bit like a red herring to me.
00:22:56.260
Jake, I said this because I saw it in one of my things, or I think things.
00:23:07.120
Or I just think about if I was a cheating, lying, frigging hooker like Kamala, what would I do even dirtier in this?
00:23:22.980
So I try to be that dirty as him or Hillary or Bush, you know.
00:23:32.160
These illegal aliens, they're going to vote Republican.
00:23:41.300
But what he's saying is that they're showing on the voter rolls that it looks like Republicans are starting the process of cheating.
00:23:48.200
No, it's they're saying they're having them register as Republicans.
00:23:54.280
No, I'm telling you, wait a minute, because they're going to do this when Trump wins.
00:24:00.240
They're going to turn it and they're going to go.
00:24:02.280
We can't whatever they did with the Mike Pence.
00:24:09.260
We can't certify this win because a lot of these Republicans were illegals.
00:24:19.740
So there are a couple of factors that need to be considered here.
00:24:25.980
So let's go back and revisit the news cycle over the last three or four days.
00:24:29.980
Merrick Garland comes out and says it reconstitutes the Russia, Russia, Russia thing.
00:24:36.920
But this time it's undoubtedly Russia will attempt to interfere in our elections electronically.
00:24:45.780
You guys are the ones that have been calling people like me election deniers for the last five years.
00:24:52.320
Now, all of a sudden, you're going to be a fraud affirmer like I've been for the last four or five years.
00:24:59.120
Now you're flipping, you're flopping over to the other side and you're trying to set the predicate for Kamala Harris is just a defective candidate and she's going to get shellacked.
00:25:10.220
Well, the only way she's going to lose is because of cheating and Russia.
00:25:17.260
They always do a mind, the mind control always flip.
00:25:20.560
They're going to try and say it's all Donald Trump's fault.
00:25:23.800
Well, in the same press conference, Merrick Garland refers to non-citizens, the pervasive nature of non-citizens on the voter rolls.
00:25:36.880
You got an executive order there out by Joe Biden instructing all federal agencies to assist with the registration of voters.
00:25:48.400
They have been facilitating the registration of non-citizens to vote, which, by the way, the facilitation of a crime is also a crime.
00:25:58.020
Now we have Merrick Garland saying, oh, well, we have a problem.
00:26:07.300
In typical federal government fashion, they create the problem.
00:26:10.960
Then they claim to have the solution for the problem.
00:26:14.680
A better solution would be just don't create the problem in the first place.
00:26:25.640
It says in federal law that a non-citizen is not allowed to vote.
00:26:32.980
So how do you establish whether an individual is a non-citizen?
00:26:38.460
However, the courts have said, oh, if you do that, it's going to disenfranchise a potential voter who has the right to vote.
00:26:50.140
The last time I checked, it is personal responsibility to have your affairs in order.
00:26:57.000
It is not the responsibility of the government to have your paperwork in order.
00:27:03.940
So you start putting all these pieces together.
00:27:06.760
And now comes this disclosure by the Arizona Secretary of State, or at least the guy that's in that office, that we have over 90,000 voters, vastly Republican, that have been registered to vote and that are non-citizens.
00:27:22.680
I still believe that that's a red herring, especially on the heels of the Merrick Garland announcement.
00:27:29.000
It's not talking about the millions that have been registered to vote.
00:27:34.160
I don't know how many in Arizona that are known to be illegal entrants and not legal citizens.
00:27:41.180
I think this number is low, partly because they're saying, well, this has happened over a decade.
00:27:47.480
Some of these people have been on the rolls for 10 years.
00:27:49.580
Okay, well, then this problem has been here since Katie Hobbs, quite frankly, and maybe even before.
00:27:59.280
So now we've got this situation set up where we have a known problem.
00:28:11.640
Require proof of citizenship when you show up to vote.
00:28:14.400
If you're not, this whole idea of a federal-only ballot, well, it's the federal law that says non-citizens can't vote.
00:28:25.500
Because the court has said, well, you can't ask people for proof of citizenship.
00:28:39.740
All these laws have been written since 2016, right?
00:28:50.860
I know they were changing laws when I ran for president in 2012, and I was keeping my eye on that,
00:28:58.200
Just a new law would appear, like in Hawaii, where I helped to register so many people as Greens,
00:29:05.500
and then a new law came up where, you know, they just are, they're masters of manipulation deception.
00:29:15.820
That's how the power brokers aim to maintain control over the system that they've created,
00:29:30.180
That's why they have sicked the dogs of propaganda on people like me and Carrie and, you know,
00:29:44.000
That's why I think, quite frankly, people like you and your podcast and all of the various
00:29:49.500
emerging news channels and opinion channels are so important in the American discourse.
00:29:56.260
You know, the First Amendment has a free speech right to the news, to the press.
00:30:05.140
What they've forgotten is that there is a responsibility that goes with that right.
00:30:13.560
If you are going to become a propaganda arm for a particular political party,
00:30:20.140
you really ought to disclose that you're in the tank for that political party,
00:30:23.640
not trying to put up that, oh, yeah, we're fair and balanced or, you know...
00:30:27.980
I know, but I mean, but can't anybody with half a brain in their head see it?
00:30:41.320
And I know that you've probably have read Fifth Generation Warfare.
00:30:48.440
How do we shape the minds of Americans to get them to go to the slaughter willingly?
00:30:58.120
So we look at, you know, there are a lot of parallels.
00:31:01.000
In fact, I was on a podcast earlier with General Flynn,
00:31:03.940
and he was talking about the demise of republics throughout history.
00:31:09.540
And all of the warning signs for the collapse of the American Republic
00:31:31.260
when it finally collapsed, it collapsed in days.
00:31:58.140
and force to make the people do the government's will.
00:32:07.120
We're supposed to be the ones dictating to the government
00:32:24.880
But, yeah, we're the only place in the whole world
00:32:28.020
that assumes you are born with inalienable rights
00:32:34.860
that's supposed to be protected by these people
00:32:53.180
And not only that, but send their children to die
00:32:59.580
That's the stuff that President Trump is against.
00:33:10.140
That's why, and I'm glad that he's pointed out,
00:33:21.580
that has been authorized by predominantly Democrats.
