00:02:37.580This is arguably one of the most shocking responses that I've ever seen from someone whom I thought I understood the way that he thinks and whom I, as I said, I invited on his show because he doesn't buckle down to orthodoxy and so on and so forth.
00:02:57.240So I wrote, Dear Dr. Asim Malhotra, are you being sarcastic? It is tragic that a man committed
00:03:02.400suicide, but this debacle was of his doing. It has nothing to do with, quote, systemic structural
00:03:09.560racism. It was DI, diversity, inclusion, and equity that led to his death. Blame DI and not,
00:03:16.280quote, racism. Come on, brother. And so he replies today, Hi, Gad. He misspells Gad. It's only one A.
00:03:24.540not sarcastic at all in fact I'll double down now as a person who has suffered structural racism all
00:03:31.420his life read my words carefully again it has everything to do with it both directly and
00:03:36.480indirectly happy to debate with this with anyone any place and anytime all right so let's analyze
00:03:45.900this. I've repeatedly explained that one of the most important mindsets for either having a
00:03:55.740successful life or not is to be able to attribute causality in your life and in general. Was the
00:04:05.320success that you just achieved due to your doings or was it due to luck? Was it due to favoritism?
00:04:13.680similarly were the failures due to your actions were they due to quote structural racism
00:04:22.600and so on now most people as i've explained previously attribute successes internally
00:04:29.660i'm very smart i did very well on the exam because i'm very smart and attribute failures
00:04:35.220externally i did poorly on the exam because professor sad is a jerk he's unfair
00:04:40.060now in this case Jason Arday engaged not in one act two acts 10 acts 50 acts his entire academic
00:04:51.220career leading to him being at one of the most prestigious universities in the world
00:04:56.420where Sir Isaac Newton held a chaired professorship his entire career was fraudulent his entire life
00:05:06.400history was fraudulent. So therefore, does he have the personal agency that we can ascribe to him
00:05:15.740so that we can put the blame on what ended up happening being on him? Well, according to Dr.
00:05:23.160Malhotra, no. People are amplifying just some mistakes that a black man did, and it is that
00:05:31.820amplification that resulted in the guy committing suicide. I mean the guy just made a mistake and
00:05:39.340now we all ganged up on him. So Jason Arday should not be judged apparently as would other people
00:05:48.560who engage in a hundredth of the fraud that he engaged in. Because Jason Arday has a skin you
00:05:56.640that magically protects him. He should not be held accountable for his actions.
00:06:03.740Now, Jason Arday ended up committing suicide. I can't say that I was inside his brain and
00:06:11.160studied every one of his neural firings, but I can certainly surmise the trajectory that led
00:06:21.780to him committing suicide, and that is he's built an entire career rooted in garnering the empathy
00:06:31.540of people. But by the way, it wasn't just that. He would send out the cops, right? I mean, he was
00:06:40.240diabolical in how he tried to shut down those who tried to criticize him, who tried to scrutinize him.
00:06:52.540That would have led to the end of their careers because you're not allowed to somehow question
00:07:00.460him because he's black and he is neurodivergent and therefore he is untouchable. It is blasphemous
00:07:08.740to question him. And so what shocks me about Dr. Malhotra, again, whom I respect and have great
00:07:19.260affection for, is that he concludes that what should trigger his ire is the systemic structural
00:07:29.880racism that led to Jason Arde's demise. So I posted earlier today, this is often something
00:07:38.820that is used in consumer psychology where you're trying to understand people's, how they weigh
00:07:43.360different attributes or making a decision. If I were to ask you to allocate a hundred points
00:07:50.820to capture the extent to which various factors affected the suicide of Jason Arde,
00:07:59.060how much would you allocate to Jason Arde's behaviors fraudulent scamming plagiarism
00:08:09.380how much would you attribute to all of the white progressive liberals who allowed this to take
00:08:17.100place and how much would you attribute it to what Dr. Malhotra said is systemic structural racism
00:08:24.500Yes, there is systemic structural racism and it's against white heterosexual men, right?
00:08:33.460It is the fact that Jason Arde was taken as the token poster child to show that we are
00:08:39.960progressive at Cambridge University that allowed this gargantuan, impossible to imagine fraud
00:08:52.180I mean, Jason Arde discovered the theory of evolution. He also defeated the Nazis. Plus, he wasn't able to speak until the day of his doctoral dissertation because of his neurodivergent reality.
00:09:09.140plus he he's the one who killed bin Laden plus he won the world cup more than Lionel Messi
00:09:16.280plus he is the one who solved the polio virus it wasn't Jonas Salk he Jonas Salk stole it from
00:09:26.600are they yes I'm being sarcastic because what I just said maybe understates the extent to which
00:09:34.020this guy's life was built on a fraudulent facade. But Asim Malhatra believes that
00:09:45.060it is structural, systemic structural racism that led to Jason Arde's demise. He is not,
00:09:55.520he meaning Arde, is not the culprit here. He's the victim of a vile racist society.
00:10:04.020So the same society that elevated this black man who has the credentials of my socks,
00:10:10.660who elevated him to the most prestigious positions in one of the most prestigious universities,
00:10:18.120that proves that Cambridge University is racist because it led to his demise.
00:10:28.000I am utterly baffled. I don't know what to say. Take care, everybody.
