00:00:30.000 Thank you.
00:01:00.000 Hello everybody, welcome to the Shadow Davis Show
00:01:29.000 for Tuesday, April the 14th, 2026.
00:01:33.320 And the Liberals have got themselves
00:01:34.700 an underhanded majority today
00:01:37.680 after sweeping the by-elections yesterday
00:01:41.100 across three ridings.
00:01:43.020 So now the seat count stands at 174 for the Liberals.
00:01:47.980 That's a very slim majority.
00:01:49.760 It's still a majority, but it's very, very slim.
00:01:52.260 Conservatives down to 140 now.
00:01:54.300 The Block at 22.
00:01:55.660 The NDP at six.
00:01:56.860 and the Greens have won.
00:02:00.360 Now, it should be the Liberals with 169,
00:02:04.280 the Conservatives with 144,
00:02:06.380 and the NDP with seven,
00:02:08.600 but it's not because of the floor crossings.
00:02:13.180 A total of 110,617 votes
00:02:16.540 have just been tossed aside like they meant nothing
00:02:18.600 combined in those five floor-crossing ridings.
00:02:22.980 As far as I'm concerned,
00:02:24.480 this is subverting democracy.
00:02:26.740 Canadian democracy, anyway, our version of it,
00:02:30.420 which is pretty weak, considering this kind of thing is allowed.
00:02:34.460 But this is what we've got.
00:02:36.880 And so, what's the solution?
00:02:40.700 Do we sit here, grin and bear it,
00:02:43.040 and let the world see exactly how bad Canada gets over the next three years?
00:02:47.440 Will we ever have another election again?
00:02:52.120 Will there be more than one party to vote for, like in China?
00:02:55.080 yeah they have elections sure and cuba the same thing or it used to be the same thing
00:02:58.740 but you vote for the guy that's it and even with that somehow they still only managed to get 99
00:03:08.480 percent of the vote everybody is required by law to vote in these communist totalitarian
00:03:15.200 dictatorships and yet some what do they write in donald duck or or the cuban version of donald
00:03:20.880 duck or the chinese version i don't know but all of those ballots attract you could bet as well
00:03:27.440 so if you don't vote for the guy they're going to track you down and make you a public
00:03:32.920 martyr i suppose you dare not vote for me this what happened to you and i think that
00:03:45.600 that's a possibility considering the way things are going in our country right now people say
00:03:49.940 the uniparty, right? The conservatives, the liberals, the uniparty. And I say, okay, that's
00:03:55.120 interesting. And five MPs so far, four conservatives, one NDP have crossed the floor to join the
00:04:03.200 liberals. And Marilyn Gladue to me is, is the most unbelievable because now she's got to look
00:04:11.620 in the mirror. That was tough enough before, but now she's got to look in the mirror every single
00:04:15.860 day and go, wow, I completely compromised everything I've ever stood for in my entire
00:04:19.880 life. How do I deal with that? Well, it's going to be better for me. No, it's not, Marilyn.
00:04:26.020 No, it's not. It never works out well for traders in the long run. It just doesn't.
00:04:32.580 History shows that. What can we do? Write letters. Oh, I know. Let's start petitions. No,
00:04:42.340 no what we have to do and somebody is talking about it them 20 year old kid on social media
00:04:47.520 is talking about creating another convoy to ottawa and this time we mean business okay yeah
00:04:53.260 what needs to happen is a mass demonstration of complete and total civil disobedience
00:05:04.060 that's the only thing that's going to stop this train this globalist train from rolling right
00:05:12.920 across our country and everything we believe or thought we held sacred in the last 40 50 60 years
00:05:21.320 of our lives gone just like that just like that censorship is coming c22 is coming carnie's going
00:05:31.400 to talk about that in just a second that's the lawful access bill that's going to pass
00:05:36.100 like a blue point oyster in the next few weeks now there's no opposition the liberals haven't yet
00:05:42.560 made a motion to uh rearrange the committees i can imagine they'll be doing that in the next
00:05:48.640 couple of days giving them absolute majority control over each committee so the conservatives
00:05:53.420 or the bloc won't be able to shut anything down or keep it going at least in conversation until
00:05:58.380 finally, you know, the liberals are able to put their guillotine motion in place, stopping debate.
00:06:06.980 Now they'll just be able to do it whenever they want to. That's kind of a sickening thing.
00:06:12.800 Majority governments have always been able to do this. And we've had majority governments in the
00:06:18.260 past, like massive supermajority governments. Gretchen had a massive supermajority. Mulroney
00:06:24.140 had a massive supermajority back in the 80s but as crooked as they were and they were they were
00:06:33.140 far less crooked and ideology driven than the current model of politician
00:06:41.880 those guys for all of their faults never wanted to crash our country yeah they saw things
00:06:49.860 differently, but they never wanted to crash our country into the ground. They just never did. You
00:06:54.600 can go back and look at all of the policies both of those guys put forward and you don't see anything
00:06:59.780 completely anti-Canadian except for what Mulroney did in 1992 by signing us onto Agenda 21 at the
00:07:07.480 time. And by the way, it is still Agenda 21. I don't want anybody to have any misconceptions
00:07:13.420 about that agenda 21 stands agenda 2030 is just a focal point of the entire agenda for the 21st
00:07:20.480 century it's kind of like a way station for how many goals they've achieved that's why 2030 is
00:07:27.880 such a big thing with all of these western politicians these days anyway let's have a look
00:07:33.060 and see what we've got here the liberals have their majority here's how carny can use it okay
00:07:39.980 so what's he gonna do oh this is weird okay nearly one year after the spring election that
00:07:48.520 led to the election of his minority minority government carney now has his majority according
00:07:55.240 to projections from multiple broadcasters so this article was obviously written last night it was
00:08:00.440 originally published in the national post now what monday evening's by-election results with
00:08:05.700 the Liberals retaining two Toronto area seats, coupled with the stunning floor crossing of
00:08:10.000 Maryland Gladue to Carney's ranks last week, pushed the Liberals solidly into majority
00:08:15.420 government territory and other by-election on Monday in Quebec's Terrebonne, which they won
00:08:20.280 as well. Will did add to the Liberal margin. The Liberals will likely spend the next few weeks
00:08:26.040 fleshing out their parliamentary plans for their newfound majority, but here are some
00:08:29.820 likely changes to come in the House of Commons. Negotiating with oppositions is no longer required
00:08:38.320 to pass legislation. Now, before people get a bee in their bonnet, note that we chose the words
00:08:45.000 carefully. A majority government isn't required to negotiate opposition support for legislation
00:08:51.280 before passing it. A majority gives a government a lot more control over the legislative agenda,
00:08:57.040 and if it decides to resort to closure or time allocation motions,
00:09:01.300 the debate calendar in the House of Commons.
00:09:03.960 But that doesn't mean negotiating with opposition parties is not recommended
00:09:07.300 or shouldn't happen anymore.
00:09:10.220 Man, if we thought the liberals were arrogant before,
00:09:14.800 we have not seen anything yet.
00:09:18.500 Particularly when a government has a razor-thin majority,
00:09:21.540 meaning less than a handful of MPs either missing a vote or opposing a bill could kill it.
00:09:26.320 Furthermore, having a majority in the House of Commons
00:09:28.880 doesn't mean you have a majority in the court of public opinion
00:09:32.280 and opposition parties have all sorts of levers they can pull
00:09:35.580 to pressure the government if they disagree with legislation.
00:09:39.680 This is the big one, committee composition.
00:09:41.700 This is likely what the liberals look forward to changing the most,
00:09:45.620 the number of seats assigned to each party in powerful commons committees.
00:09:50.080 Committees are important to a government
00:09:51.440 because they're a requisite step for most legislation
00:09:54.780 and also the place where opposition parties have the most procedural levers to delay or amend
00:10:00.820 government legislation. After an election, committees must be stood up to reflect the
00:10:05.120 composition of the House. Right now, it reflects a minority liberal government in what is called
00:10:12.300 the standing orders. But now that they have a majority, they will likely move to amend the
00:10:17.780 standing orders to reflect the new composition of the House and committee and give themselves
00:10:21.540 a majority there too we had a video that dropped yesterday from roman babber talking about this
00:10:28.580 because he spent a lot of time on these committees and uh here's what he had to say majority means
00:10:35.860 majority at committee i'm conservative member of parliament roman babber and there's something that
00:10:40.980 i really want the viewers at home to understand the fact that the liberals are going to gain
00:10:45.860 majority tonight also means that we're going to have to change the makeup of the parliamentary
00:10:51.060 committees. I've been sitting on the Justice Committee since the beginning of
00:10:54.960 this Parliament and I was always amazed what kind of a difference working on a
00:11:00.660 committee can make. When the Bloc voted with us, we had majority and we were able
00:11:06.180 to fix a lot of pieces of legislation. Just when this Parliament started, Bill C-2,
00:11:10.940 they were going to access mail without a warrant or eliminate cash
00:11:15.420 transactions over 10,000 or backdoor access to internet communications and
00:11:19.740 And the Conservatives were able to push them back at committee.
00:11:23.060 On Bill C-9, I was able to move an amendment fixing the definition of hatred.
00:11:27.020 We were able to push them back on the budget at committee.
00:11:31.220 And now, with the Liberals gaining majority tonight, that means that they'll reconstitute
00:11:36.940 the committees to gain majority, meaning we will not be able to change these pieces of
00:11:42.140 legislation.
00:11:43.500 I purposely decided to pick this spot in front of Johnny McDonald, our first Prime Minister,
00:11:50.440 in contemplation of the fact that Canadians gave the Liberals a minority, so we can hold
00:11:56.960 them to account, so we can improve legislation in committee.
00:12:00.740 And now, through floor crossings, they have attained a result that they didn't get at
00:12:06.100 the polls.
00:12:07.100 And I know that Dwayne St. Churchill crossed the floor twice, and I know we're in a British
00:12:11.720 parliamentary system.
00:12:12.720 Westminster parliamentary system that has served us well for 200 years but the result that we're
00:12:18.160 seeing right now with liberals gaining majority that was not elected is not a democratic result
00:12:25.640 and i'm mindful of the criticism but that is not what canadians elected thank you
00:12:33.820 well he's right it's not what canadians elected let's get back to this
00:12:39.400 can expect a fierce fight from opposition parties the question might then become do the liberals
00:12:45.760 deploy the controversial guillotine that is closure a procedural tool that allows them to
00:12:51.360 abruptly end debate and put a motion to vote what about prorogation this would be the easy way to do
00:12:57.700 it for carney actually only if the liberals love pain there are a number of reasons why proroguing
00:13:04.740 isn't the panacea that some commentators and media reports have suggested in recent weeks
00:13:09.340 First of all, since committee composition was set up in the standing orders to last the entirety of this parliament, which lasts until the next election, prorogation would have no effect on them.
00:13:21.720 The House of Commons would eventually resume sitting, a new parliamentary session would start, but that part of the standing orders wouldn't change.
00:13:27.840 Second of all, it would erase the slate of legislation the liberals still have on the table, including their criminal reform, C-16 and C-22.
00:13:35.300 Carney spoke about C-22 earlier today.
00:13:37.380 This is legal access for the cops and shutting us down on the Internet if they think that we're being too conservative.
00:13:47.420 The long-awaited redux of their failed attempt last year to update the lawful access regime for law enforcement.
00:13:54.120 Third and most importantly, it would oblige the liberals to face a confidence vote on the new speech from the throne that is required upon resumption from the House of Commons.
00:14:02.820 But hey, they've got their majority. Why should they care about that?
00:14:07.380 They may have a majority, but it's a very slim one, meaning all it takes is a couple of MPs to miss or be unable to vote,
00:14:13.800 and the government could unintentionally lose the vote and be sent back to the polls.
00:14:18.120 Now, this is interesting.
00:14:19.320 What if, what if this is what they do?
00:14:21.840 What if Polyev is playing 5D chess here?
00:14:28.300 He sent all these MPs over there to eventually bring down the government by voting against them in a confidence vote.
00:14:36.400 wouldn't that be something else i doubt it to me it's kind of funny but who knows
00:14:43.360 basically a lot of potential pain for an outcome that isn't guaranteed to be better than the
00:14:50.260 current situation carney also seems to agree here's what he said in late march when asked
00:14:54.980 about a media report suggesting prorogation after monday's by elections uh uh absolutely not
00:15:02.680 it's never entered my mind uh my thinking the possibility of that carney told reporters
00:15:08.780 so i couldn't have been more surprised to see suggestion that was it was under consideration
00:15:13.780 what about the senate does anything change there no and since former liberal leader justin trudeau
00:15:20.700 kicked out senators from his caucus in 2014 and changed the appointment process to a merit-based
00:15:25.840 non-partisan system. Keep an eye out for possible drama between the new majority liberal government
00:15:34.180 and the proudly independent Senate in the coming months. That's kind of a collective
00:15:38.720 editorial from the writers of the National Post. Now, here is Mark Carney. He was being talked to
00:15:45.620 or asked questions today by the left-wing corporate media core of reporters, and this one here
00:15:50.800 is on c22 look at the look of confusion on his face when this reporter says poison pills
00:15:56.960 what are you talking about those have been criticized by senators opposition for including
00:16:03.080 little they call them poison pills um what checks and balances are going to exist for you now that
00:16:10.680 you have a majority government some examples might be the lawful access in former c2 lawful
00:16:16.940 access law flex that would be lawful access that's supported by virtually
00:16:20.600 every law enforcement agency in the country this is an exceptionally
00:16:24.980 important issue in we all know how we communicate increasingly in different
00:16:33.020 channels of communication and the fact is and I'll give you the example I just
00:16:38.320 spent a number of hours with Peel Police
00:16:42.240 in their serious crime unit and
00:16:46.300 on their action unit that's working against home invasions, extortions,
00:16:50.620 auto thefts. The biggest thing they want
00:16:53.580 is lawful access. So this is a serious point, if I may, Kate,
00:16:58.500 which is that it's not a poison pill. These are important issues.
00:17:02.620 And that is a framing. That is a framing of an issue that is
00:17:06.500 tying the hands of police forces behind their backs unnecessarily in this time.
00:17:12.360 Now, we will go through processes for any bill,
00:17:18.140 certainly any bill related to the criminal justice system,
00:17:22.480 with debate in Parliament, with serious committee discussions,
00:17:26.620 not about cats and dogs, but about lawful access, the implementation of others.
00:17:31.700 And we welcome that.
00:17:33.520 but then we will take our responsibilities as all deputies will as parliamentarians and vote
00:17:38.160 all right so whatever i mean that there's nothing we can do now you guys unless you want to get
00:17:46.880 together and have a massive going in ottawa there's absolutely nothing we can do okay so i just want
00:17:53.580 you to understand that no petition you know and that's the thing too when i see these petitions
00:17:58.160 cycling around social media go oh that's great come on i mean ireland just showed us what we
00:18:07.380 showed them four years ago that the only thing we can do to get the government to budge is to show
00:18:12.740 them that we're not going to budge and that doesn't mean writing a letter or calling your
00:18:17.500 mp in a fit of peak or an email or bitching on facebook what it means is showing up and being
00:18:27.320 willing to stay until they capitulate that's what it means and i don't see a lot of appetite
00:18:36.360 considering the fact too that summer is coming canadians have just been through a very long
00:18:41.540 painful cold winter and we want to enjoy the few summer months that we have and who wants to do
00:18:50.180 that standing in front of the house of commons holding a sign now if i knew that thousands of
00:18:57.760 people were pissed off enough to travel out there and do that i would absolutely go but if i'm the
00:19:03.500 one who's going to be standing up on social media saying hey guys we got to go to ottawa this is we
00:19:07.880 got we got to go and everybody says yeah sit down and shut up or if i'm one of the only ones that
00:19:15.020 shows up in like two dozen people that makes it worse bad protests make your cause look stupid
00:19:22.220 you know we've had a handful of people standing in front of the legislature in ottawa for i don't
00:19:28.860 know how long now four or five years these people show up every now and again two dozen or so maybe
00:19:34.680 three dozen at most to complain about something or other and it's always the same faces it's always
00:19:40.700 the same people and it just doesn't have an effect not unless you've got a million people
00:19:47.500 a million you need a million people to make an impact what are they going to do to a million
00:19:53.580 people well they'll try and kettle you into smaller groups obviously if they want you to leave but
00:20:00.380 you need a million that's one in 42 43 canadians
00:20:07.900 i'm sorry i just don't see that happening so our next best hope is alberta because i'll tell you
00:20:16.400 something albertans right now especially the ones who are heavily engaged in the independence
00:20:21.280 movement don't give a rat's ass what carney's doing as a matter of fact they're happy about
00:20:25.280 it they're happy because now that the liberals have a majority that gives them even more energy
00:20:30.640 look what they just did they stole them that's what they're saying to the people right now that
00:20:35.080 soft middle as call keith wilson called it a couple of weeks ago on the show that soft third
00:20:40.460 of people who are disengaged with the whole conversation right now or are sitting on the
00:20:44.980 fence uh should we go with alberta or should we stay in canada i don't know well now they can see
00:20:50.340 for themselves hey look he just gave himself a majority by poaching conservative mps he took an
00:20:58.280 election an entire election and tossed it in the garbage and gave himself a majority that's what
00:21:04.160 he did. Is that the country you want to live in right now? So they're happy. I can pretty
00:21:09.280 much guarantee you that no Albertans will drive to Ottawa to complain. So where does
00:21:16.700 that leave us then? I'm sorry to have to tell you guys this. I don't like to be the bearer
00:21:27.320 of bad tidings. And I sat and thought all day today, what else can we do? And I came
00:21:32.500 up blank. I'm sorry. I wish I had some magical words or some kind of a magic bean that could
00:21:44.320 change everything. But sadly, I don't. Here is Carney talking about C22. Did I play that already?
00:21:53.960 okay i did no i didn't yes i did so then here's i'm sorry you guys it just went into an unplanned
00:22:03.400 rant there and i forgot where i was the next video up is of the left-wing corporate media
00:22:08.840 like smugly asking carney should polyev quit unbelievable if you were mr polyev would you
00:22:16.280 quit today that's an unfair question I I don't I can't look into the heart of mr.
00:22:27.560 polyeth I respect him as a parliamentarian as I do the other leaders of
00:22:33.380 the other of the parties and we'll continue you know I'll continue to work
00:22:37.460 with with him and and all parliamentarians as will my colleagues to
00:22:43.760 advance the interests of canadians all right that's a pretty decent evading of the question
00:22:50.460 and it was a stupid question but that is the left-wing corporate media in this country
00:22:54.500 that's the state of the people whose responsibility it is to give canadians an accurate depiction
00:23:02.040 of our country and of our politicians and government right now that's them
00:23:05.820 should mr poly have quit right now seriously here's another idiot question
00:23:12.540 Good morning, Tonda McCharles, Toronto Star.
00:23:15.440 Pierre Polyev called you badly educated in economics.
00:23:19.240 Did he?
00:23:20.260 He did.
00:23:21.000 Wow.
00:23:22.020 Given, so I'd like to hear a little bit about...
00:23:25.660 Can I take back my previous answer?
00:23:27.980 That's a joke.
00:23:31.740 You can respond if you wish.
00:23:34.180 My question, though, is to get your view of how you assess the risk of recession in Canada and the impact.
00:23:42.540 i mean the question didn't even matter at that point because the left-wing corporate media has
00:23:49.940 become such a clown show so this is mario for the north mario zalea responding to the idiot
00:23:55.020 dean blundell who's nothing but a shit disturber used to be a shock jock on a toronto radio station
00:24:02.020 before he got fired three or four times by different stations until he became completely
00:24:06.380 and totally unhirable and it's not for his political views either because he's far left
00:24:10.700 he's just an asshole anyway he was ranting about what poly have said today regarding
00:24:16.280 collie or sorry uh carney being poorly educated on finances and mario says hey dean me again
00:24:26.820 carney has his undergrad from harvard not his master's not his phd you're spreading
00:24:33.860 misinformation again he got his phd from oxford also you wouldn't know this but i was going to
00:24:40.680 take my PhD in economics. My brother has his PhD in it. But what you learn in a PhD is an extreme
00:24:48.060 narrow focus on a subject. It all leads to a dissertation at the end on that narrow topic.
00:24:54.440 I see guys with their CFA on here that are levels above Carney when it comes to economic clarity.
00:25:00.120 Pierre is correct. Carney's economic policies are horrendous and are reliant on uncontrolled
00:25:06.300 spending, which has to be paid by a taxes. When it comes to the economy, Carney's education
00:25:11.360 doesn't appear to be helping him or our country. Please, Dean, stick to name calling. You're better
00:25:17.660 at that than speaking on education. Very well said, Mario. I have to concur, even though you're
00:25:24.240 defending Polyev again, because that's your job. Speaking of Polyev, here he is in the House of
00:25:31.720 Commons today. This is a bit long, but it's worth listening to.
00:25:34.860 Conservative proposal to eliminate all federal gas taxes for the rest of the year, saving
00:25:40.340 families roughly 25 cents a liter, $20 per fill-up, and $1,200 between now and Christmas.
00:25:51.500 But before I address that, let me just address that this prime minister has manufactured a
00:25:55.500 costly majority that Canadians rejected in the last election. He did it through dirty backroom
00:26:00.540 deals against the interests of the people with the help of politicians who betrayed their voters and
00:26:05.640 their citizens. The Liberals wanted a majority? Well, absolute power comes with absolute
00:26:11.400 responsibility. They will actually have to get things done. They will have to do so without
00:26:16.400 blaming others, and they will have to start now. So far, that has not been the case. Here are the
00:26:21.700 results of this Prime Minister. He's doubled the deficit, given Canada the worst food inflation
00:26:26.060 in the G7, the worst household debt in the G7, the only shrinking economy in the G7,
00:26:31.340 the worst housing costs in the G7. No pipelines are approved. No changes to the criminal code
00:26:36.780 are approved. He has not replaced the carbon tax, but rather he's brought in a new carbon tax
00:26:44.100 that is, while currently lower, will rise higher and is much broader. He promised to cut red tape
00:26:50.660 and remove barriers to building.
00:26:53.880 Well, he's not removed a single Trudeau-era anti-development law,
00:26:57.560 but stacked new laws on top of old ones.
00:27:00.500 He's not removed a single government agency.
00:27:03.080 He's created 12 new ones.
00:27:05.900 He said that we were facing an existential crisis
00:27:08.660 that required immediate action at unimaginable speeds.
00:27:13.260 But after Parliament, in just five days,
00:27:16.520 rushed through massive, unprecedented legal powers for him,
00:27:19.920 to get things approved, he has not used those powers to approve a single solitary project
00:27:26.140 of any kind almost a year later. Nothing. And speaking of projects, what about pipelines,
00:27:33.360 the famous pipeline to the Pacific, the great symbol of our energy sovereignty? After a year
00:27:38.320 of this Liberal Prime Minister promising unprecedented speeds, that project has no route,
00:27:42.500 no permit, no builder, no timeline to start, and no end date to be completed. Further,
00:27:48.700 the only company that could potentially build it, Enbridge, has said that it is impossible to fill
00:27:53.520 the pipeline because the taxes and anti-production laws that the government has kept in place
00:27:58.880 mean there will not be enough oil to run through it. Finally, the Prime Minister has added another
00:28:05.000 condition that the Alberta people spend $20 billion on a carbon capture project that will
00:28:12.940 lose money every year into eternity, a project that has never been done anywhere in the world,
00:28:17.820 that has no builder, no permit, no start date, no timeline.
00:28:22.480 The promise is a phantom, another illusion.
00:28:25.400 The same is true with taxes.
00:28:27.680 The federal government collects 25 cents a litre on gas and diesel.
00:28:32.860 Today, the Prime Minister announced he will offer only a fraction of that back to overtaxed customers.
00:28:38.940 In other words, he will only be suspending a third of the federal taxes for a third of the year,
00:28:47.120 not good enough. Canadians cannot afford to gas their tanks. We want all gas taxes eliminated
00:28:55.140 for the rest of the year to save Canadian families $1,200. And we will continue this fight. We know
00:29:04.960 that the government has the money. They're getting $5 billion in extra revenues from the fact that
00:29:08.520 the oil companies are making more profits and therefore paying more tax automatically and
00:29:13.180 organically. That money should go back into the pockets of consumers, not into the coffers of
00:29:16.860 government. We want this country to be affordable, so that Canadians can fill
00:29:21.020 their tanks, fill their grocery carts, fill their fridges, and fill their
00:29:25.560 stomachs without emptying their bank accounts. Now, the Liberals would ask
00:29:31.020 Canadians to give up on this expectation, to lower their plans, and to accept less.
00:29:37.080 Mr. Speaker, we don't accept less. Canadians might be discouraged
00:29:44.880 right now because of the current political situation but let us say this canadians should
00:29:50.000 not give up we will continue the fight for you for you to have affordable homes affordable food
00:29:54.960 and affordable fuel we will fight for you to have safe streets we will fight for you to have powerful
00:30:00.480 paychecks and strong jobs we will fight for our soldiers and law enforcement who keep us safe and
00:30:05.920 i will continue to lead that fight in this house across this country and in the next election when
00:30:12.000 And we as conservatives will work to restore the country that we all know and love.
00:30:16.040 Thank you very much.
00:30:17.640 Questions and comments.
00:30:21.900 Does he seem like the same Pierre Polly have to you?
00:30:26.800 He seems shattered almost the stammering and the stumbling.
00:30:31.280 He never usually does that, especially in a House of Commons speech like that.
00:30:35.420 It's very rare.
00:30:37.020 I mean, you see it happen occasionally in interviews when he's kind of tongue tight and doesn't really know what he's going to say.
00:30:41.740 forgets his stock line but ultimately he never comes across as scrambled like that
00:30:49.220 maybe he lost his place on the page i don't know i know how that feels but
00:30:54.180 it just he seems to have the wind taken out of his sails i think is is what i'm saying
00:31:01.520 and by extension over eight million canadians who voted conservative in the last election probably
00:31:08.360 feel a lot the same way, even though, as we all know, there is no political solution to all of
00:31:15.580 this. The solution lies with us. The liberals flip-flop on the gas, considering what they said
00:31:21.800 a few years ago. Mark Holland and that notorious, we're going to play it for you in a second, that
00:31:25.580 notorious rant in the House of Commons about kids being stuck in a car for a 10-hour ride while the
00:31:30.980 planet burns. What a stupid thing. We're going to get to this in just a second. But yes, Carney has
00:31:35.920 temporarily suspended the federal fuel excise tax on gas and diesel. So the measure will see
00:31:42.980 10 cents a liter of gas, four cents a liter of diesel removed starting on Monday, a day after
00:31:49.240 sweeping three by-elections in Ontario and Quebec, of course. And that makes it even better for the
00:31:54.100 Alberta independence movement people as well. See, it happened in Ontario and Quebec. We had no
00:31:59.700 control over it. That gave a majority in the House of Commons. Mark Carney has announced that he is
00:32:05.620 temporarily removing the federal excise tax on gas and diesel again until labor day and and here's
00:32:12.600 that flip-flop from three years ago when mark holland was ranting and screaming to steve mckinnon
00:32:18.940 just today talking about how the liberals are going to generously give canadians a break
00:32:24.340 good news kids you can take a summer fun time vacation where you're locked in a car
00:32:30.160 for 10 consecutive days non-stop with no bathroom breaks and the Conservatives
00:32:35.280 have a plan for you to have that summertime fun and the cost? Give up the
00:32:39.320 future of the planet, right? Don't worry kids about climate change, don't worry
00:32:44.680 about taking action on the planet, enjoy your 10 hours in the car and let the planet burn.
00:32:50.560 Look in addition to all this good news Mr. Speaker I want to highlight one
00:32:59.620 additional measure the Prime Minister and my colleagues announced today, and
00:33:03.520 that is that Canadians are going to find it less expensive to get out and travel
00:33:08.860 around the country this summer, because we are lowering the excise tax on jet
00:33:14.560 fuel, Mr. Speaker. We are going to reduce domestic flights, the cost of
00:33:19.240 domestic flights. We will even go visit the member in foothills, Mr. Speaker.
00:33:23.820 Go out and enjoy et vive le Canada, Monsieur le Président.
00:33:28.820 The Honourable Member for Foothill.
00:33:32.180 It's incredible how the Liberals could twist themselves in pretzels
00:33:35.200 when it wasn't that long ago they were accusing all Conservatives
00:33:37.800 of taking a summer vacation while the planet burned.
00:33:40.740 And now they're saying we can travel around the world.
00:33:43.640 It's not a benefit.
00:33:46.000 When the Liberals are pocketing billions of dollars in gas tax revenue
00:33:50.580 right from the pockets of Canadians who are struggling
00:33:53.660 just to buy the basics.
00:33:56.440 Why do the Liberals take these half measures?
00:33:59.040 Why don't they really follow a conservative policy
00:34:01.400 and eliminate all of the Liberal taxes on fuel
00:34:05.280 so Canadians can afford that summer vacation we'd all love to take?
00:34:13.680 Well, it kind of makes sense, doesn't it?
00:34:16.440 How much money did we lose by not building pipelines over the past 10 years?
00:34:20.660 That was a question asked today in the Standing Committee on Canadian Energy by a Conservative MP to the chief economist of the Canada Energy Regulator.
00:34:29.700 His name is Darren Christie.
00:34:32.060 Listen to this ham-handed response.
00:34:34.380 It's quite amazing, actually.
00:34:35.640 What effect would the Energy East project have on our economy if it was completed?
00:34:42.080 Anyone?
00:34:42.680 I can say from the CER's standpoint, that's not something that we've taken under study.
00:34:54.120 In our Endry Futures report, we don't…
00:34:56.560 You're the economist for the regulation.
00:34:58.800 So the Liberals have changed regulation that hurt our industry, and you're saying that
00:35:05.720 no one did the math about what happened when we killed Energy East.
00:35:11.460 So the CER would be reviewing the application and had processes in place to review the application
00:35:21.300 and would have made the…
00:35:22.300 We'll keep it simpler.
00:35:23.300 If it's not just how much the economy has been hurt, but this was just a simple question
00:35:28.960 with a simple response.
00:35:30.420 Would having Energy East strengthen Canada's sovereignty and reduce our dependency on
00:35:36.660 the states?
00:35:37.960 Yes or no?
00:35:39.960 I'll say in the recent Energy Futures report, we highlighted that Central
00:35:48.000 Canada obtains significant oil that is either produced in the United States or, to the extent
00:35:56.840 that it's coming from Western Canada, it's transiting through the U.S.
00:36:00.020 The Energy East project that would have took energy from Western Canada and helped
00:36:03.020 Eastern Canada, you're not able to say that if that would have strengthened our sovereignty
00:36:07.640 made us less reliant in the states so so to the extent that the barrels that are being used in
00:36:13.880 central canada and eastern canada would be coming uh from western canada and and staying north of
00:36:20.600 the great lakes rather than uh going through the united states as they are today um you know i i
00:36:27.400 think that there is uh certainly uh uh an energy security uh difference that would come from that
00:36:34.840 given that right now so much uh less sovereign because of that decision to kill energy east
00:36:43.640 so now we have heckling from the liberals this is um this is the track record of the liberals
00:36:50.280 is that they've changed the regulation that killed that project and there's not
00:36:54.840 any calculation on what that cost us in dollars it seems from the chief economist for the
00:36:59.800 regulatory and a simple question that no one's willing to answer truthfully is
00:37:05.440 that are we less of a country because of it and no one at the regulatory body
00:37:11.080 has an opinion on this I'll say that the crude oil pipeline from Western Canada
00:37:19.420 to Eastern Canada would clearly provide the opportunity for Central Canada and
00:37:24.940 eastern canada to receive barrels uh producing canada without transiting through another country
00:37:32.340 uh when it goes to the states do we pay a premium i'm sorry it's the old story we we ship to the
00:37:38.800 states and then we buy it back and it's a premium paid on it so we're poorer as a country because
00:37:44.740 the liberals changed the regulation that killed energy east why is it like pulling teeth getting
00:37:51.940 these government bureaucrats or liberals to admit that an east a direct east west pipeline
00:37:58.260 through canada from alberta to ontario quebec and the maritimes would save us a great deal of money
00:38:05.620 make us a great deal of money by not having to import all that oil back from the united states
00:38:11.220 or even the middle east which the eastern provinces are doing right now
00:38:16.100 why can't they just come out and say that is it still the climate change thing
00:38:22.660 because what steve mckinnon said today uh in the house of commons does not match
00:38:28.360 what the climate thing is all about they're giving us a break on gas man jet fuel all that stuff
00:38:35.180 so much for green energy
00:38:37.680 these people are a confusing bunch aren't they
00:38:42.360 hmm all right changing topics now you guys are going to hate this
00:38:48.140 we move along manitoba judge discount sentence for metis man linked to street gang beating
00:38:57.780 oh yeah because we got a two-tier justice system in this country a manitoba judge discounted the
00:39:05.900 sentence for a metis mechanic who drove a man to a beating by fellow street gang members that
00:39:12.220 left the victim with a fractured skull, a brain bleed, and cranial swelling that required he be
00:39:17.080 airlifted to Winnipeg for an extensive hospital stay. Mackenzie Arthur Mollard's Métis status,
00:39:24.720 as well as the fact that he took Aaron Pronto to hospital after April 25, 2024, after that beating
00:39:30.760 in Thompson, played into the sentencing decision in Manitoba Provincial Court. While I'm satisfied
00:39:36.860 the offender's glad-do factors his decision to convey his victim to the hospital. I guess I
00:39:42.780 should take him to the hospital. Looks like he might die. I don't want to get charged with murder.
00:39:50.320 And his positive post-offense conduct do reduce his moral culpability. I must not lose sight of
00:39:57.700 the fact that the offender's conduct intentionally facilitated a planned premeditated gang attack
00:40:03.100 that resulted in his victims suffering life-threatening injuries.
00:40:08.000 Associate Chief Judge Jeffrey H. Bailey wrote in a recent decision,
00:40:13.160 In my view, ordinarily a sentence in the range of five to seven years
00:40:16.600 might have been appropriate.
00:40:18.220 However, considering the sentence imposed on the co-accused
00:40:21.500 and coupled with this offender's reduced moral culpability,
00:40:24.980 I'm satisfied that a sentence of 30 months imprisonment
00:40:27.660 can achieve principles of denunciation and deterrence.
00:40:30.240 this sentence will while acknowledging the severity of the harm caused by gang violence
00:40:35.820 will still provide Mr. Mollard with the opportunity to continue his vocational training and mental
00:40:40.620 health progress within the correctional system. Gladue principles by the way were set out in the
00:40:46.900 Supreme Court of Canada's decision over a quarter century back and indicate sentencing judges must
00:40:52.260 consider the unique circumstances of indigenous offenders as well as systemic issues like the
00:40:59.420 impact of residential schools to address the over-representation of indigenous people in
00:41:03.900 Canada's prisons. Yeah. So because this guy's half an Indian, instead of getting five to seven years,
00:41:12.980 he only got, what, 30 months. That's two and a half years. So he's still got to go to major
00:41:20.960 lockup as opposed to two years less a day, but still. Two justice systems. Brandon Leslie is a
00:41:31.700 conservative MP with the Substack, and he wrote this. Immigrating to Canada is a privilege,
00:41:36.540 not a right. That should not be controversial. Let me also be clear about something. I support
00:41:42.460 responsible, orderly immigration that helps grow our country and strengthens our economy. But with
00:41:47.480 that privilege comes a basic expectation to obey the law. No loopholes, no excuses, no special
00:41:54.380 carve-outs. If Canada opens the door to you, the least we should expect is that you respect the
00:42:00.160 rules. And if someone is found guilty of a crime, their immigration status should not earn them
00:42:04.760 softer treatment. Crime is crime. That should not be a radical position. It should be the baseline.
00:42:11.800 Most Canadians already believe that. What concerns people is the growing sense that the system is no
00:42:17.180 longer applied consistently. Canadians see stories that make it look like justice depends on who you
00:42:22.920 are rather than what you did. It's a real issue. If two people commit the same crime under similar
00:42:29.660 circumstances, they should face the same consequences. That's not an extreme. That is
00:42:34.480 fairness. That's common sense. And that is supposed to be the foundation of Canadian law.
00:42:39.680 The criminal code is clear. A sentence must be proportionate to the seriousness of the offense
00:42:44.560 and the responsibility of the offender.
00:42:46.600 But sentencing in Canada is not one-size-fits-all.
00:42:50.640 Judges are required to look at the full picture.
00:42:53.280 They consider deterrence, public safety, rehabilitation,
00:42:56.080 and personal circumstances like remorse and prior record.
00:42:59.600 That's individualized sentencing.
00:43:02.460 Courts have also said judges may consider
00:43:04.500 what are called collateral consequences.
00:43:07.060 These are effects that flow from a conviction
00:43:08.800 beyond the sentence itself.
00:43:11.160 One of those is immigration status,
00:43:13.220 and this is where the entire problem begins. Under Canadian immigration law, the length of
00:43:18.220 a sentence can have life-changing consequences for non-citizens. A sentence of more than six
00:43:22.920 months can trigger serious criminality. That can mean losing the right to appeal and facing
00:43:28.140 removal from Canada. A sentence of six months or less can mean something very different.
00:43:32.540 That creates a powerful incentive. For a non-citizen, the difference between six months
00:43:38.980 in seven months is not just 30 days. It can be the difference between staying in Canada or getting
00:43:44.140 kicked out. So what happens? Defense lawyers know this, offenders know this, and courts are keenly
00:43:51.040 aware of it. As a result, arguments are increasingly made to keep sentences just under the threshold.
00:43:57.560 Not because the crime itself is less serious, but because crossing that line could result in
00:44:01.960 the person being deported. When the law creates a hard threshold where everything changes at six
00:44:07.860 months, it creates pressure on sentencing outcomes. It shifts the focus away from the
00:44:12.920 offense itself and toward managing consequences in another system. It's not theoretical. In recent
00:44:19.200 cases, judges have reduced sentences to avoid triggering deportation. In one case, a non-citizen
00:44:24.340 convicted of multiple counts of voyeurism received a five and a half month sentence specifically to
00:44:30.900 avoid immigration consequences, even though the judge acknowledged a longer sentence would normally
00:44:35.780 apply. In another case, a sentence was reduced below the threshold that would trigger removal,
00:44:41.640 not because the crime changed, but because the consequences did. The Supreme Court has said
00:44:46.900 judges can consider these consequences, but it also drew a clear boundary. Sentences must remain
00:44:52.820 proportionate and cannot be distorted to achieve a particular immigration outcome. That distinction
00:44:58.860 matters because now we have two forces pulling in different directions. On one hand, individualized
00:45:05.160 justice. Look at the person. Look at their circumstances. On the other hand, consistency.
00:45:10.020 Similar crimes should lead to similar sentences. When immigration consequences enter the equation,
00:45:15.920 these principles can collide. To the average person, it's hard to understand why two people
00:45:20.700 who commit the same offense might walk away with different sentences because one faces immigration
00:45:25.920 consequences and the other does not. The result is a system that risks becoming two-tiered,
00:45:31.520 benefiting individuals who seek to reside in or even become citizens in Canada over existing
00:45:36.620 citizens. Let's not forget the first citizens of the country as well, who get off on Gladue
00:45:42.620 principles. A Canadian citizen and non-citizen can commit the same offense under the same
00:45:48.940 circumstances and still face different sensing outcomes, all because one faces, I said that
00:45:53.760 already, that's not equality before the law. It's not about being harsher. It's about being
00:45:58.220 inconsistent. If anything, the average person could reasonably think that, given the privilege
00:46:02.940 that immigrating to Canada is, there should be a higher, not a lower standard. But equality
00:46:08.640 and consistency should be the objective. Parliament has already spoken on this issue through
00:46:13.580 immigration law. The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act clearly sets out consequences
00:46:19.060 for serious criminality. But when criminal sentences are changed to avoid triggering
00:46:24.020 those consequences, the justice system risks working around Parliament's intent. If the system
00:46:29.700 creates a clear legal threshold where outcomes change dramatically, people will try to position
00:46:34.720 themselves on the favorable side of that line. That's human nature. Now that that started to
00:46:40.340 happen, it's clear that some sentences are no longer based on the crime. It now looks like the
00:46:46.280 accused can skirt around immigration laws, all to not be deported. That's what legislation like
00:46:52.740 Bill C-220 tried to fix. The idea was straightforward. Keep sentencing focused on
00:46:57.840 the offense and the offender's responsibility. Leave immigration consequences to the immigration
00:47:02.380 system. Draw a clear line so that similar crimes lead to similar consequences. But when that
00:47:08.040 legislation came before parliament, it was voted down. The liberal government opposed it, leading
00:47:13.500 to its defeat. That decision matters because it means the current practice stays in place. That
00:47:19.580 means our justice system is going to allow immigration consequences to continue to influence
00:47:24.380 sentencing in favor of those who could be facing more serious, should be facing more serious
00:47:29.220 consequences. Now, you can completely disagree with my concern. That's a legitimate debate.
00:47:35.000 But Canadians deserve clarity. Are you entirely comfortable when someone gets their hands slapped
00:47:41.320 lightly because they may be forced to leave the country? Are you cool with the fact that someone
00:47:46.620 who was caught drinking and driving only got a reckless driving charge? I believe a criminal
00:47:51.960 sentence should speak for itself and let the immigration chips fall where they may afterwards.
00:47:56.640 At its core, this is about trust. A justice system that is fair in theory but confusing
00:48:02.000 in practice will struggle to maintain public confidence. A system where verdicts are
00:48:06.800 inconsistent raises questions. And once that confidence starts to erode, it's very difficult
00:48:12.940 to rebuild. The law already requires proportionality. The question is whether we're
00:48:18.220 applying it in a way that's consistent, transparent, and easy to understand. If you commit a serious
00:48:24.000 crime, the sentence should reflect the crime, not your immigration strategy or not which reserve
00:48:29.260 you live on. The same law, the same standard, the same expectation of fairness. That's a great piece
00:48:35.800 It's by Brandon Leslie.
00:48:37.020 You can find it on Substack.
00:48:40.620 Speaking of First Nations and truth and reconciliation,
00:48:48.240 B.C. will be going back to court to try and settle this land dispute thing before too long.
00:48:54.080 And this article came out about three, four days ago now.
00:48:57.880 Tegan Hill, director of Alberta policy at the Fraser Institute.
00:49:01.840 bc courts fuel ongoing land ownership uncertainty the bc court of appeal recently awarded aboriginal
00:49:08.820 title to the nonchalant nation over 200 square kilometers of newtka island off the west coast
00:49:15.560 of vancouver island including crown land used for logging and forestry it's the latest in a series
00:49:20.760 of developments putting land ownership into question in bc perhaps most prominent the cowichan
00:49:26.840 case where the bc supreme court granted aboriginal title to more than 800 acres of land in richmond
00:49:31.760 you know that valued at 2.5 excuse me billion dollars critically the court asserted in this
00:49:38.700 case that where aboriginal title is determined to exist it is prior and senior right to other
00:49:45.560 property interests putting private property at risk in bc no matter what david eb says it doesn't
00:49:51.020 matter indeed more than 150 property owners face uncertainty over their property rights prompting
00:49:57.560 the government to establish a 150 million dollar plus fund to support loan guarantees and other
00:50:04.220 measures. While David Eby indicated he'll appeal the decision, his government has simultaneously
00:50:09.100 added to the uncertainty by signing bilateral agreements, similarly granting First Nations
00:50:14.660 priority over large areas of land. It's a mess in British Columbia right now. And the federal
00:50:21.920 government's not making this any easier gregor robertson is the federal minister of housing and
00:50:28.520 here's what he said in the house of commons just today this government supports the rights of
00:50:33.120 private property owners and this government is 100 committed to reconciliation canadians want
00:50:41.000 the clarity that this appeal will provide they do not want the fear and misinformation that these
00:50:47.420 conservatives are pushing out there in an attempt to divide Canadians. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
00:50:53.740 What fear and misinformation. There is no fear and misinformation being spread, only facts.
00:51:00.900 And Mr. Robertson, you can't have your cake and eat it too. You want to support truth and
00:51:05.800 reconciliation, then you absolutely must support these land claims and the court rulings.
00:51:11.300 but if you support property owners then you can't support the land claims you can't do both because
00:51:20.880 there cannot be two owners of a same piece of property it just doesn't work like that
00:51:26.840 and any property lawyer will tell you that as well enough with truth and reconciliation we've
00:51:32.880 been reconciling our entire lives and where has it gotten us it's gotten us to the point where
00:51:37.940 it's just going to keep going because they see a golden goose and they're going to keep on
00:51:44.040 plucking it. Here's Dallas Brody. Everyone, Dallas Brody here. I get a lot of phone calls
00:51:50.300 from constituents of mine saying, hey, Brody, when are we going to be done reconciling?
00:51:56.940 And I say to them, I don't know. But you know what? I was in the legislature the other day
00:52:02.160 And I saw this posted on the wall of the rotunda in the legislative building.
00:52:08.740 It's a plaque underneath an orange T-shirt that's proclaiming the 215 dead children that we now know none have been found.
00:52:19.320 And this is what the plaque says.
00:52:21.960 Reconciliation should not be about an apology, nor should it be like a holiday or a birthday when we have a ceremony once a year.
00:52:30.540 reconciliation should be like a river continuous and always making changes this is written by
00:52:38.820 Eddie Charlie someone who attended residential school so basically what I can say now is that
00:52:48.720 the governing body the powers that be in Victoria have basically planned that reconciliation will
00:52:58.080 never end it's going to continue throughout your life my life our children's lives and will go on
00:53:05.740 into the future forever and ever i don't think that's a way forward for this province i'd like
00:53:13.760 to see the reconciliation agenda come to an end yeah because it's going to keep going there's
00:53:21.680 already land claims in quebec and there's some in the maritimes there's one in manitoba they want
00:53:26.040 the entire southwest corner of the province and why do they want that
00:53:29.320 maybe it's because they walked there once or they hunted there once or played tag there once
00:53:36.380 or built a wigwam there once but the southwest corner of manitoba contains oil oil it's the only
00:53:46.260 part of the province that has it it's on top of the bakken shale which runs through saskatchewan
00:53:50.480 North Dakota and Wyoming and it's worth a lot of money to the province of Manitoba so they want it
00:53:57.600 and that court case is ongoing it's absolutely amazing to me that nobody has had the balls to
00:54:04.960 stand up and say anything about this Paulieff has said yeah property rights and he's talked about
00:54:09.820 the Cowichan ruling and all of that but he he hasn't said and for the attacks he's getting
00:54:16.480 he should at least say something like all right all right first nations that's enough time to
00:54:23.060 start standing on your own two feet so over the next five years if i'm elected as prime minister
00:54:28.380 we are going to start reducing the funding you get until zero and then you're on your own no
00:54:34.580 more special status the indian act is a thing of the past it's time to integrate in society period
00:54:40.720 if you want to keep your culture going hey awesome i think that's great go ahead and have festivals
00:54:45.600 every year every week every weekend i don't care but no more special trapping status no more special
00:54:51.700 fishing status no more special land status no more special status period it's over your funding is run
00:54:58.860 dry time to act like a responsible citizen in this country or guess what there is no country
00:55:07.860 not a lot of churches left standing either
00:55:12.740 century-old church in quebec destroyed by fire enormous blaze overwhelmed firefighters
00:55:21.840 with saint romain church bell tower collapsing within an hour of the fire starting
00:55:26.680 another church is burned to the ground this time saint romain quebec marking the second church fire
00:55:33.140 for the province this year
00:55:34.460 and the third in the past several months.
00:55:37.260 An emergency call requesting assistance
00:55:39.360 from the municipalities of Lambton,
00:55:41.360 St. Sebastian, and Lake Magnite.
00:55:44.080 Lake Magnite was made shortly
00:55:47.140 before 7 p.m. on Monday.
00:55:48.860 We do have some video for you of the blaze.
00:56:03.140 Okay, moving to Ireland, where the protests, I think, have pretty much fizzled out, at least
00:56:11.880 for now. I expect them to be back at some point soon, because this wasn't just about fuel prices.
00:56:17.820 This was about, oh, everything that this Marxist government in Ireland has been doing. There was
00:56:24.040 a confidence vote in their parliament today, and the government barely scraped through it.
00:56:28.380 Irish government wins confidence vote over fuel protests from the BBC.
00:56:34.880 The DĂ¡il Irish Parliament has voted that it has confidence in the Irish government.
00:56:40.100 A motion of no confidence had been tabled over its handling of the fuel protests last week,
00:56:44.080 which saw blockades at fuel depots and motorways around the country and caused widespread traffic disruption.
00:56:49.920 The largest opposition party, Sinn Féin, tabled a motion of no confidence today.
00:56:56.300 but the irish government subsequently tabled a motion of confidence in itself which is the power
00:57:01.580 to override a motion from the opposition however the irish government is damaged as a result of
00:57:07.120 the vote losing two tds that's mps over here irish members of parliament including a junior
00:57:13.260 minister who voted against the government the confidence motion was debated by the tds in the
00:57:18.020 dial and the final vote saw the government win 92 to 78 only the two healy ray brothers who had
00:57:25.780 agreed to support the government as part of the coalition deal after the last general election
00:57:29.900 voted against the government. So the government is weakened. The government has taken damage
00:57:35.860 from this and the protesters know that. So they'll be back. They're not all gone.
00:57:44.680 But they'll be back. There are still some major motorways in Ireland that are closed
00:57:49.920 down right now because of heavy, heavy, heavy equipment still blocking them.
00:57:55.780 Who was the one responsible for running the police
00:58:02.520 when it came to clearing out the protesters
00:58:04.960 from critical infrastructure points?
00:58:08.560 Here's lawyer Andrew Branca.
00:58:13.100 I was going to say Blanca.
00:58:14.080 His name is Branca,
00:58:15.480 to explain exactly who this one woman was.
00:58:18.120 No full obstruction.
00:58:19.260 All right, if you had trouble picking up the Irish accent,
00:58:23.160 I can explain why.
00:58:24.260 This woman's not Irish.
00:58:25.780 This woman's Canadian.
00:58:27.660 She was in law enforcement in Toronto.
00:58:30.220 She was part of the forces that crushed the trucker protest in Canada during COVID.
00:58:37.400 Frozen her bank accounts, threw them in prison, seized their property, persecuted them like our January 6th protesters were persecuted.
00:58:45.940 Ireland literally imports fascists from Canada.
00:58:51.100 Canada is a net exporter of fascism.
00:58:54.540 I guess that's one industry Canada has that they haven't self-destructed yet.
00:58:59.600 Unbelievable.
00:59:00.580 Look at this.
00:59:01.300 Very uncomfortable looking, regime appointed, Canadian, it says tramp, laying down the law to Irish protesters.
00:59:10.560 How on earth is the protest hampering the supply of clean water?
00:59:14.200 She's an absolute ghoul.
00:59:16.220 And her PhD is in, guess what?
00:59:19.640 Digital surveillance.
00:59:20.900 that's like facial recognition technology you think she's going to apply those skills
00:59:27.320 to pursue to the ends of the earth the irish currently protesting on the streets and roads
00:59:34.160 of their cities and highways you think a government that appoints a woman like this
00:59:38.020 to a senior position in law enforcement does not intend to persecute protesters that make
00:59:43.020 life difficult for the government she worked for globalist trudeau's canadian police when
00:59:47.400 they clamped down on the truckers can you guess why the eu puppet government in ireland hired her
00:59:53.480 i think we have a pretty good guess ireland's deputy police commissioner is from toronto
00:59:57.860 she's threatening irish trucker protesters with the same consequences that trudeau used against
01:00:03.960 the peaceful trucker protest in canada and canada is a net exporter of civil liberties violations
01:00:10.260 and this is my concern is that the irish people are ultimately going to do nothing and then
01:00:15.340 suffer the punishment ireland is going to let this little estrogenic police official look how short
01:00:20.620 she is make them bend the knee allow millions more of imported third world migrants to continue to
01:00:27.580 rape their wives and daughters the moral imperative for protecting ireland seems pretty weak when they
01:00:32.540 won't protect themselves and of course the police are starting to roll out large numbers of police
01:00:40.220 vehicles. Fourth day, they're getting tired of this petulant little fit the Irish citizenry
01:00:49.400 is having. Vehicle after vehicle after vehicle. Victor Orban lost the Hungarian election over
01:01:02.480 the weekend, and apparently this new guy they elected is a globalist. Claims he's not, but
01:01:09.600 apparently he is and worse he's not a good guy tiana truth seeker i did a little research on
01:01:16.600 this guy and uh she she did a video on it today so hungary had a huge election and everyone is
01:01:23.360 celebrating and you know who else is celebrating george soros hillary clinton justin trudeau
01:01:29.820 you know wonderland that little troll that runs the eu they're all celebrating they're like yay
01:01:35.020 Hungary is finally going to join the EU. And I was like, wait a minute, who did they elect?
01:01:40.540 They elected a guy who shits his pants because he's such a huge alcoholic that he used to beat
01:01:45.140 his wife and kids, whips out his ding dong in front of their children and microwaved a puppy
01:01:50.620 in front of his entire family. Congratulations, Hungary for being retarded. Oh my gosh. It's like
01:01:58.700 you look to Canada and the rest of Europe and you're like, hold my beer, watch this. If you
01:02:03.400 believe me let me just show you this book is written by the ex-wife of the new leader of
01:02:08.200 hungary and it's called 16 years with a monster he mm-hmm in front of the children and then one
01:02:16.600 of our puppies in the microwave right in front of our eyes and the children needed psychological
01:02:20.600 help afterwards the kids in question the puppies in question and a video of him shitting his pants
01:02:29.720 in a church because he's so drunk because he's an alcoholic. Congratulations, Hungary.
01:02:40.740 So let me get this straight. You look to Germany, who right now is tabling a bill
01:02:45.760 to basically ban conservatives from buying homes. I'm not even kidding. The Nazis are coming. Oh,
01:02:52.160 no, wait, they never left. They just changed their flags from like brown and gold to rainbow
01:02:56.260 colors and call themselves liberals new proposal include granting local authorities the right to
01:03:02.220 stop individuals deemed anti-constitutional from purchasing real estate in their municipalities
01:03:07.060 and if you're like how are they going to do that oh don't worry the nazis already have a call line
01:03:12.020 and in that call line they're going to be like are you hiding the unvaccinated in your floorboards
01:03:16.840 just kidding they're going through all your social media posts and if you've said something like hey
01:03:21.000 you guys are a bunch of liars apparently that's deemed anti-constitutional because you know
01:03:25.420 fuck free speech. It's Germany. It's Nazi land. And the liberals are ruling, which are the Nazis.
01:03:30.580 So yeah, isn't that awesome? Oh, but it gets even better because in London,
01:03:34.640 their mayor, sad little Dick Kahn, has decided instead of banning SUVs, because apparently
01:03:40.700 they're causing a safety issue, he's just going to charge people more for having SUVs.
01:03:45.660 London mayor, sad little Dick Kahn, is considering charging SUV drivers in the capital after
01:03:51.100 transportation for london research claimed they created intensifying risks across london
01:03:56.200 suvs dangerous muslim gang rapes fine and hungary looked at this and went yeah seems good right
01:04:05.540 you know
01:04:13.980 are you hiding the unvaccinated under your floorboards
01:04:22.720 a hockey coach from i think switzerland admitted today that in order to travel to the olympics
01:04:30.400 the winter olympics in china he had to use a fake vaccine passport it's a story on cbc they
01:04:37.720 were glowing all about it this is bad he admitted it yeah so and people obviously were cheering oh
01:04:47.560 yeah we caught him we caught him red-handed and how many years are we past all of the tragedies
01:04:54.100 of the vaccine deaths and people still suffering suffering from vaccine injuries that nobody seems
01:04:59.840 to give a hoot about except for us it's incredible eric swalwell stepped down today watch this
01:05:09.420 not only did he drop out of the california governor race but he he has stepped down now
01:05:15.560 from his position as a congressman he stepped down as another accuser comes forward with sexual
01:05:20.780 allegation sexual assault allegation uh allegations i was going to say charges but no no charges
01:05:28.140 Here she is.
01:05:29.760 She's speaking now in California, Beverly Hills.
01:05:33.240 Let's watch.
01:05:34.200 In 2018, while I was living and working as a model in Beverly Hills, and I also owned a fashion software company,
01:05:44.360 I had contact with Eric Spalwell on three separate occasions after meeting him socially.
01:05:51.160 He offered me connections to further my software company, and I also had an interest in local politics.
01:06:04.620 He invited me to two public events.
01:06:12.640 I knew he was married at the time and that his wife was pregnant.
01:06:17.960 He was my friend.
01:06:21.160 on the third occasion I believe he drugged my drink I only had one glass of
01:06:31.640 wine
01:06:38.880 he we were supposed to go to a political event and he said he needed to get
01:06:44.160 paperwork from his hotel room when I arrived at his hotel room I was already
01:06:53.760 incapacitated and I couldn't move my arms or my body he raped me and he choked
01:07:07.800 me. And while he was choking me, I lost consciousness. And I thought I died. I did not consent
01:07:20.580 to any sexual activity. Although I did not undergo a rape kit at the time, I disclosed
01:07:29.080 the assault to the people closest to me i also recorded these events in my handwritten calendar
01:07:38.720 the assault and its impact were later documented during my therapy sessions
01:07:46.600 at a sexual assault center
01:07:49.440 okay so documented did she go to the police is the question this is 2018
01:07:56.400 we understand there's a lot of women who don't go to the police
01:08:01.380 after an incident like this because of embarrassment
01:08:04.520 so we don't know she only just spoke out today it was even difficult before the show finding her
01:08:12.020 name which we still didn't get but that's accuser number five on eric swalwell this guy
01:08:19.620 anna paulina luna is a republican congresswoman and she was on fox news last night with an
01:08:30.840 explosive accusation here is that many people on the hill knew about this many reporters have
01:08:38.980 come forward even in talking to me saying that they had heard stories about this but i do think
01:08:43.540 that he has serious criminal problems on his hand and i do think that he might end up in jail jesse
01:08:48.060 And if I could just share with you for a moment, not only did I receive forensic reporting showing that, you know, that infamous video of him in the hotel room was indeed him.
01:08:56.480 It was not AI generated.
01:08:58.160 But I'm also being told that, A, more stuff is going to be dropping in the next 24 hours.
01:09:02.780 And then also potentially the individual that recorded that video in that hotel room, Jesse, was a female and she was underage.
01:09:10.300 Oh, just so the audience is aware, there's a video that's circulating.
01:09:14.080 Fox hasn't confirmed it yet.
01:09:15.480 it appears to show Swalwell on a bed, maybe another guy making out with a girl.
01:09:22.120 That's it. That's all we know. But if what you're saying is true, and we don't know,
01:09:26.120 but if that's true, that is very, very, very bad news. But back up. You're saying reporters
01:09:33.060 on the Hill knew Swalwell was a shade ball, but didn't investigate? Because why? Because he was a
01:09:38.920 Democrat? I don't know why they didn't push this further. I think that there's a lot of
01:09:45.160 kind of backscratching taking place on the Hill in general because it's happening within our own
01:09:49.880 party as well. But yes, they knew about it. They did not report on it. And you're seeing now that,
01:09:55.320 I mean, I don't know about you, Jesse, but I don't have 50 staffers, let alone 50 staffers
01:09:59.680 that would come out and say that this is wrong and that you need to resign from office, right?
01:10:03.880 So it was clearly a pattern. And as you're seeing with some of the text messages coming out,
01:10:08.200 and I think, again, with this criminal investigation, there's a lot there with him.
01:10:12.180 So, yes, he resigned, I think, to maybe save his family going through this.
01:10:16.320 But ultimately, at the end of the day, when he did what he decided to do, just based on the grounds of him having an inappropriate relationship with a staffer.
01:10:23.840 But now we're looking at the criminal activity.
01:10:25.820 And I stand by what I said because I saw, again, the forensics report of that video.
01:10:31.000 And if that is true, I would suggest that the Manhattan D.A. look into that.
01:10:35.720 You think?
01:10:38.000 Here's the video in question.
01:10:39.360 We're going to play you the original, and then I slowed it down significantly for a second look at it,
01:10:45.200 because there's more than two people in this room.
01:10:49.240 There's no sound on this.
01:10:50.900 Now, allegedly, this girl is, as Ms. Paulina Luna said, underage.
01:10:58.480 Here, let's have a look.
01:11:04.660 Okay, here's the slowed-down version.
01:11:06.300 and look on the bottom left or sorry bottom right hand of the screen there's somebody sitting right
01:11:12.860 there you see see his black nike sneaker there there's somebody taking the video and then there's
01:11:22.260 somebody sitting off camera just to the right of whoever's taking the video and swalwell forcing
01:11:29.620 himself on this girl you can't tell me that this girl is a willing participant here
01:11:36.300 so four people in the room the allegedly underage girl swalwell the guy sitting next to the bed with
01:11:54.660 the nike sneakers and whoever is taking the video unless the camera's on a stand
01:11:58.900 this guy's a scumbag why am i bringing it up two nights in a row on the show i'll tell you why
01:12:05.960 because this guy was on track to be the next governor of california the largest state in the
01:12:11.680 union with a population equal to canada for starters and generally that's a pretty good
01:12:17.720 launching pad to become the president of the united states ronald reagan did it
01:12:23.460 swalwell could have done it he could have become the president so it's good that this stuff
01:12:30.040 comes out now five accusers so far once again they need to prove their allegations
01:12:38.240 i'm not going to sit here and say he's guilty of all of that stuff until i see the proof
01:12:44.620 because that's only fair we did that for kavanaugh and anybody else especially during those
01:12:50.060 me too days anybody else who was accused of sexual molestation or assault you got to be
01:12:57.800 able to prove it. You can't just go on what somebody says, right? So this latest accuser,
01:13:03.320 she says, well, I've got, it's all documented in my doctor files and I kept personal notes, but
01:13:10.780 that's circumstantial also. So we'll see over time. In the meantime, he has resigned. He stepped
01:13:16.340 down from Congress today and he is now dropped out of the California governor's race. And I
01:13:21.980 hope they find him guilty on that video alone but then again it's only five seconds now maybe
01:13:28.560 it's longer maybe there's more to it don't know but that's the only thing that is on social media
01:13:33.600 right now that i've seen and i looked extensively what do you guys think of feminism today's
01:13:41.180 feminism what is it fourth or fifth generation it's hard to keep track of
01:13:44.840 there's a woman called rachel wilson and she came out with a book called occult feminism
01:13:52.560 which is all very interesting a lot of people think feminism was created by the cia or the
01:14:00.320 rockefellers back in the 1960s for whatever reason to create dissent in the family unit
01:14:07.520 to double the tax base or was it something more evil even more evil than that so rachel did an
01:14:19.460 interview with natalie uh from redacted i found this fascinating i hope you guys do too it's 45
01:14:26.680 minutes here you go is a descendant of demon worship the cia religious politicians and sex
01:14:34.540 cults according to my next
01:14:36.260 guest Rachel
