00:17:52.780So we're doing Parliamentary Press Gallery at 10.30 in the morning,
00:17:55.840a rally on the hill at 1 p.m., and the town hall at 6 p.m. down at Bikers Church.
00:18:02.500Our keynote speaker is trans man Scott Nugent of what is a woman fame, who transitioned to male at the age of 42 and is now 53 and has all the health complications, has been a very powerful advocate against childhood transition.
00:18:18.040Speaking of powerful advocates against childhood transition, we also have Mia Hughes, we have Dr. Ann Gillies, Barry Neufeld, who got the $750,000 fine.
00:18:26.680We got Kelly Lynn Pirey, who founded the D-Trans Alliance, Faith Crowloo, who's a young D-Transitioner turned activist, Chris Fleury, who's the lawyer who's representing Cosbar in the case to try to get males out of female prisons, and yours truly, the father of a victim of gender ideology.
00:18:47.160yeah i want to talk about that uh more and you know we talked a little bit about it before the
00:18:52.200show began tonight i didn't know that this was something that you had faced years ago not just
00:18:58.440recently but this goes back years uh your daughter uh trend has she transitioned fully or like what
00:19:06.440what is take us back to the beginning of all this if you don't mind um well i mean it started in
00:19:13.320in junior high and um you know it was one of her friends who socially transitioned and started
00:19:19.960identifying as male and then she did um not long after that um and i mean i never i never bought it
00:19:27.560i i knew what it was uh well before really any of this really flared up um but i um i was in
00:19:34.440there like the cultural marcis rabbit hole in the 2000s and i saw kind of the trans movement coming
00:19:39.400I never thought it was going to go all the way to, uh, giving sex changes to kids. I can tell you0.98
00:19:44.760that much. Um, but, uh, yeah, so, so what happened was when she was 14, I took her to the Children's
00:19:51.160Hospital of Eastern Ontario on Smythe Road in Ottawa. That's where we were posted at the time.
00:19:55.500I was still in the military. Um, and, um, I, uh, I took her there to be seen at the mental health
00:20:01.680clinic because, you know, I, I just thought she had some issues probably related to her mother's
00:20:06.520separation. I was a single dad to her from the time she was eight. And, uh, you know, there was0.83
00:20:11.440some, some bullying and some kind of regular teenager stuff. She had some challenges. So
00:20:15.740I took her to get some counseling and, uh, well, um, she, she said like, after we did the initial
00:20:21.480consultation and stuff, she said, I kind of want to handle this on my own and have my privacy.
00:20:24.640And I said, yeah, sure. Just, you know, I'll go get a coffee and send me a text when you're done.
00:20:29.020And then after three appointments, I think it was, I said, okay, I'm going to do a check-in
00:20:32.720and see how things are going. And she said, well, they're not going to tell you anything. And I
00:20:35.700well i just want to make myself available if they want to raise any red flags or something so i'm
00:20:39.820just going to stick my face in there and i won't stick around don't worry and so uh she took me to
00:20:44.400a completely different section of the hospital uh to the adolescent gender diversity clinic um and
00:20:50.680i mean she's i i my heart sank i was like what the hell is going on here like what year was this
00:20:56.9002016 uh yeah yeah it would have been 2016 wow uh 20 2017 yeah 2017 so um and yeah it was 2017 so
00:21:09.140um we um so at that time i i talked to a social worker that's kind of the first stage where they
00:21:16.280start and it was you know adversarial i would say his name was sebastian and he was super creepy
00:21:22.700and, um, we stopped going. So, uh, and then she started assisting. She grew her hair out long
00:21:29.800and was taking care of her skin and wearing jewelry and lip gloss. And, um, you know,
00:21:34.440then she needed braces. So I deployed to her BRAC and my, uh, mother who was retired came to stay
00:21:40.280with the kids in Ottawa for me, uh, for the rest of the school year. And, uh, then I got a call
00:21:45.020from her while I was redeploying to even an even more remote location. Um, and, uh, I talked to
00:21:51.100her and you know she was crying and saying that the because my daughter just turned 16 while i
00:21:57.120was on deployment which is the legal age of consent in ontario children's hospital east
00:22:01.360ontario started calling her phone directly and telling her that she didn't need my permission
00:22:05.220anymore she could just come on in for her sex change was that unsolicited jeff did were they0.98
00:22:09.720calling her uh on their own or did she start really yes yeah they called her they called her0.96
00:22:16.440phone. So I had to take leave early from my tour and come back and deal with that. I didn't tell
00:22:26.680anybody I was dealing with because if you have a problem, then you are a problem in the eyes of
00:22:30.720the chain of command. So I came back and I saw Dr. Stephen Fetter and he offered the puberty
00:22:39.120blockers on the first appointment. And he told me that they would just pause the puberty and
00:22:45.280they wouldn't, you know, she wouldn't continue to develop. He was saying they, I don't, I don't
00:22:49.340say they, but he was, you know, they wouldn't continue to develop. Um, and then, you know,
00:22:54.500if they did change their mind, we could just take them off the puberty blockers and, you know,
00:22:58.120the puberty will, will restart. Uh, and I was sitting there going, yeah, that's not true. Um,
00:23:03.000and I would just ask him like for some evidence and start asking questions, applying the Socratic
00:23:09.820method. He had nothing. It was a bunch of woke nonsense that he was spewing at me. Um, and,
00:23:15.000you know just just speculating like some people are born with an xxy chromosome and some people
00:23:21.440are and i would say well has she been tested for klinefelters no um and uh you know so that didn't
00:23:27.700go well and i was like i want a second opinion and when you get a second opinion from chio you
00:23:32.180go to another psychiatrist who is with chio that appointment was the one where i started recording
00:23:37.380that's also on my x feed that was the most cordial of the interactions that i had with
00:23:43.600the so-called clinicians at uh chio and he even says in in that interaction in that recording that
00:23:49.240guy's like yeah i can never be sure and um i i kind of i understand what you're saying like even
00:23:54.220if you disagree with that no matter how much we talk to you you might still disagree and uh you
00:23:58.840know you might get muscled into it he said i think there's some validity to that um and um then we
00:24:05.600went back to dr steven vetter and i have two of his appointments on recording that are also on my
00:24:11.080feed. And he says, uh, in the last one, he's like, um, I don't have any more evidence for you than I
00:24:16.360did the last time. I don't have any, you know, I grant you that you, I don't have any evidence to
00:24:21.300give you, but, and he would say, um, the, the rationale here is that you might lose your
00:24:26.740relationship with your kid if you don't support their transition. And I, I was like, well, that's
00:24:31.200just emotional blackmail. That doesn't support your assessment. I want to know, um, how you're
00:24:35.800coming to this conclusion before, you know, I can't, I can't support something until you, uh,
00:24:40.380I mean, I knew it was all bunk, but I was trying to manage the situation as best I could,
00:24:46.340knowing full well that Child Protective Services can get involved if I didn't take her to appointments at this stage.
00:32:30.180So it seems to me that everything that's sort of driving this is really more ideological
00:32:35.140and activist-based than there is any science to support it.
00:32:40.440There's one of those that's going on to be some science, right?
00:32:43.200There's no science that backs up that if we do an MRI that it's going to change anything
00:32:47.500with respect to somebody who's transgender.
00:32:49.860So what she's saying here, Jeff, is that there's no science to definitively conclude that anybody is transgender.
00:33:07.080None. No. And the argument that they consistently make is we know this because there's a population of people who are making this claim.
00:33:14.560That's a bandwagon fallacy. And what I throw back at them, I mean, you'll see it in the video, but what I'm always throwing back at them is like there's an entire, you know, support, there are support societies out there for victims of alien abduction.
00:33:30.900That doesn't mean that I should believe that they were actually abducted by aliens.0.91
00:33:37.100And I think probably a better analogy would be we don't give liposuction to anorexics.
00:33:44.560Well, what makes me scratch my head in this and anger me is that they can't provide any proof that anybody is transgender or anybody isn't transgender.0.72
00:33:55.760And yet they're willing to go along and put a child through this painful kind of surgery where they're going to be a patient for the rest of their lives.0.81
00:34:06.140right and somehow that's acceptable referring them for an mri is unacceptable but resigning
00:34:12.140them to a lifetime of suffering as a permanent medical patient that's acceptable it's amazing
00:34:17.740to me i want to continue with this what is it i can't go i can't comment on what's better than
00:34:23.480said but we know that there's no there's been no studies that tell us if you get an mri that's
00:34:28.160going to tell you that you're doing gender i didn't know it exists by talking to our patients
00:34:33.880Yes, but people make all kinds of claims like this, especially like mentally ill people.
00:34:40.880You know, there are entire societies out there that are dedicated to the support of aliens
00:34:45.880but that doesn't mean that we accept that alien abduction is an actual thing.
00:36:18.340In every other medical circumstance, it's not the case that the medical intervention is necessarily considered to be the less harmful approach.
00:36:26.660There's a risk-benefit analysis there that just doesn't support that force of action.
00:36:30.480You're pursuing a force of action that has an inherent risk associated with it.
00:36:35.500There's also a risk that's not doing anything.
00:45:30.880And at the end of the video, it says that I took her to see the foremost experts in the world.
00:45:35.720That was Dr. Gen Zucker to get some counseling there, which was somewhat helpful.
00:45:41.960And then but then, you know, you go back to Ottawa and you have to see a regular counselor, a psychotherapist or, you know, a psychologist.
00:45:51.080And and when you when you go and talk to somebody there, you say, you know, I just want you to help her feel comfortable in her own body.
00:45:59.040And they'll say, well, she's trans. So I refer to the gender clinic.
00:46:03.840I don't know. I'm not messing with this. And I'm like, OK, well, let's just keep this conversation to ourselves.0.99
00:46:09.560OK, we're going to be on our way now. So you cannot get help for these kids.
00:46:14.280And I mean, let me ask you, though, I mean, if if a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, guidance counselor, parent, whatever, has this conversation with their son or daughter who wants to be a daughter or son, how is anybody going to know about it?
00:46:28.440Do the kids actually go do the reporting on their own? Like this is how they're wedging into the families.
00:46:34.060i'm assuming one of the ways they're doing it yeah i i don't know how they're going to find out i
00:46:39.780just know that the the therapists are not going to take the risk well so your story is um or i
00:46:48.340guess maybe your daughter's story like where does that stand today are you guys like do you have a
00:46:53.860relationship is what no she hasn't talked to me since 2023 um she's been on testosterone since0.99
00:47:01.360then um so she would have been 20 and she just had her healthy breasts removed last september at
00:47:08.200the age of 22 um so i mean uh uh it's definitely the most painful experience that i've ever had
00:47:15.500to endure and uh it needs to stop like i i'm just kind of hanging out here uh in the same town where
00:47:21.920she lives waiting to catch her when she falls and i figure i might as well go after the monsters who
00:47:25.740did it to her while i'm at it does she resent you i mean i know it's been a few years since you've
00:47:32.120spoken to her but like what what what happened what led up to this was it just your resistance
00:47:39.300to all of this um no i mean i i you know i do i always thought it had something uh to do with
00:47:48.440um her her mother leaving when she was eight she lives with her mother now so i think this
00:47:53.680i'm pretty vindicated in that uh assumption and her and her mother supported and i didn't and
00:48:00.000um you know the uh the thing is that statistically if one parent supports they will go through with
00:48:06.240it is this was this a social contagion in your daughter's case like yeah a thousand percent
00:48:12.960like she was a girly girl when she was little she she did ballet she loved wearing dresses
00:48:19.680She like just constantly, um, wanted to be, you know, pretty and prance around in her
00:48:44.180um and i coached her softball um you know and she she had like friends were really important to her
00:48:53.340you know the very girly everything about her was girly she was into justin bieber and twilight and
00:48:58.700um you know all that stuff when regular chick stuff so how old was she when all this happened0.91
00:49:04.440like 14 15 yeah like 14 when uh she uh was referred to the gender clinic at first but then0.95
00:49:11.880there was a gap like i said so they didn't i stopped taking her you know she's like 14 and a
00:49:17.600half and then the the day she turned 16 they were calling her phone and telling her that she didn't
00:49:22.820need my permission anymore so i know that you've probably studied the history of this at least in
00:49:29.160the last 15 or 20 years um because that's just the kind of guy that you are you want to know as much
00:49:35.280as you can about something especially something so close that's affected your life in the life
00:49:39.260of your daughter uh where did this begin i my take on this is when the dsm-5 came out in what
00:49:47.5202020 or something and they changed the definition of gender dysphoria from an illness to a condition
00:49:53.760that meant that they could start promoting it like it like it was bad or something that's part of it
00:50:01.980that that is part of it um you know and you're talking about from the dsm-4 to the dsm-5 it
00:50:08.120went from gender identity disorder to gender dysphoria so it's often the language a little bit
00:50:12.800and also the criteria that you need to meet in order to uh like to meet the threshold for a
00:50:18.700diagnosis um what it went like it's it's it's now as long as you feel discomfort with your gender
00:50:27.200for six months or longer then you can get a diagnosis that's puberty so it effectively
00:50:32.880pathologizes puberty. But even like Dr. Zucker is the guy who wrote the definition of gender
00:50:39.120dysphoria. And he says it was never the intention for that to lead to biomedical transition for
00:50:46.020teenagers and for anybody who gets a diagnosis. But there's a lot of money in this. And a lot of
00:50:52.660this is ideologically fueled as well, as I'm sure you're aware. And like the definition of Bill C4,
00:50:57.880Like, it incorporates the term cisgender, and cis-sexual is the term that Volkmar Sagush coined, and he was a Frankfurt School critical theorist. He was a sexologist, but he did his philosophical studies under Max Horkheimer and, what's his name? Adorno, Theodore Adorno.
00:51:16.820um and uh he um um he he came up with cis sexual uh but then they say cisgender i think because
00:51:26.460that's from another critical theorist judith butler who uh did her thesis i think in about
00:51:31.34089 um where she said that gender was performative as in gender is a social construct um so it you
00:51:38.860know it's uh kind of well the word gender in and of itself is a social construct right i mean like
00:51:44.320ultimately and when was that created in the 60s like it was a word they made up no um i mean if i
00:51:52.080go to the hardware store i need to know the gender of the plumbing part that i need that i'm getting
00:51:58.540like i need to know if it's a male or a female and same thing with the electrical aisle if i'm
00:52:02.740looking for a connector i need to know if it's male or female like gender just describes a coupling
00:52:07.420relationship where in one component is partially inserted into uh the other component to form
00:52:13.920the couple and and we used to use sex for that like the word sex right you're the male sex or
00:52:20.160the female sex and they came up with gender and then later took that phrase and mutated it into
00:52:25.800this gender spectrum uh where you can be a woman one day and then you can be a man the other day
00:52:31.440without any real definition it's just how you feel yeah and um like sex would be the biological
00:52:37.260manifestation of gender for the purpose of reproduction we started saying gender as a polite
00:52:41.860word for sex um and it's just been completely hijacked um obviously and communists always
00:52:48.900hijack civil rights movements and use women and minorities as human shields to advance their
00:52:54.540communist agenda and uh you know now they've just invented out of whole cloth this new minority of0.98
00:53:01.260of transgender people who are clearly weaponized against us yeah weaponized and funded very well1.00
00:55:35.240Because our culture exists in a similar state of befuddlement.
00:55:39.960Nations are banning these treatments for minors, yet they remain available on demand for adults,
00:55:45.960as if something magical happens at the stroke of midnight when a young person turns 18.
00:55:58.780There are constant calls for better quality evidence, yet producing that evidence requires subjecting even more healthy people to those same interventions that have already been shown to cause so much harm.
00:56:12.540all this confusion stems from one simple problem our culture refuses to let go of the belief itself
00:56:20.440so this is not a time to be timid this is the time to pull out the megaphones
00:56:26.500the time to say plainly that the entire field of gender medicine is built upon a lie
00:56:32.600that people who fixate on these medical interventions as the road to happiness do
00:56:37.880not need scalpels and hormones they need compassionate psychotherapeutic care that
00:56:43.260guides them towards a less destructive path
00:56:45.660there is mia here she's the director of genspect canada genspect.org you can find out you know i
00:56:56.320find this very interesting that the united states has pretty much done away with most of this stuff
00:57:02.720like i said earlier you're going to find it in some pockets down there mostly in blue states but
00:57:07.320for the most part, you're not seeing women or men in women's sports. You're not seeing these
00:57:13.060awful surgeries performed on 12 or 13-year-old kids or 7 or 8-year-old kids anymore. And not
00:57:18.700only that, but almost all countries in the world, even the Tavistock Clinic was shut down from doing
00:57:25.100this stuff in the UK. But yet Canada persists. We're close by them, Jeff. I mean, you know,
00:57:31.600a lot of their culture is our culture based upon the media that we consume from the United States.
00:57:36.900that's been the case for years the sports and whatnot and yet for some reason some of it doesn't
00:57:42.400translate across that border and i wonder why that is i know why um it's because of the vote on bill
00:57:48.720c4 it's the unanimous vote on bill c4 and so this was in uh early 2020 these appointments i had
00:57:56.800the first one that you heard there was on the 10th of january and the second one that you heard was
00:58:01.120on the 14th of february on the 20th of january yeah the 21st of january 2020 i had a half hour
00:58:10.540phone call conversation with pierre polyev and i told him all about it um and uh i offered to let
00:58:15.960him listen to the recordings i asked that he vote no on the conversion therapy bill and i uh offered
00:58:22.600to write a statement i wanted to read it out in the house of commons about what was really happening
00:58:26.400in the children's hospitals and um he refused and uh went on to vote for the conversion therapy bill
00:58:33.760two more times once when it was bill c6 and the free vote of the 43rd parliament and then there
00:58:38.720was the snap election in 2021 where um they uh um they they came back as the 44th parliament and
00:58:46.080erin o'toole uh whipped the vote and you got the unanimous consent so everybody who's in charge of
00:58:52.720the political parties right now i mean carney's the only new guy and he actually has a trans kid
00:58:58.640from the tavisaw clinic so everybody in charge of these political parties like they're complicit in
00:59:04.880this and so none of the rank and file can talk about it without losing their party status now
00:59:11.280i'm not excusing their cowardice but um that's the situation that they're that we're in well i i
00:59:16.400wonder maybe you got a guy like billboard chris and he's been on the show here a couple of times
00:59:20.800as well he goes out like in case you guys are unaware of billboard chris and he's been very
00:59:24.880vocal on social media lately because of the problems that are going on in bc with soji in
00:59:29.080the schools and whatnot but he says you know i stand on the street corners in melbourne australia
00:59:35.200washington dc london uk paris france whatever i'm standing there and what i put on on social media
00:59:42.560are the videos of people who want to engage and argue with me but what he said the last time he
00:59:48.960was on was that 99.9 percent of everybody that comes up and talks to him says, good job, man.
00:59:57.420Well done. I can't believe this stuff is going on. And thank you for standing up and speaking
01:00:03.080out against it. In other words, it is a political no brainer for a conservative leader in any
01:00:10.900country, any province, any state to stand up and say, this is what they're doing. We are going to
01:00:16.900speak out against it until they put an end to it because it's barbaric and despicable
01:00:22.180and you can't change it you cannot reverse this once it's done not even these puberty blockers
01:00:28.760they're putting kids on and yet still we see people like pierre polioff i mean like at the
01:00:33.440conservative uh convention in january it came up again as one of the items they wanted to debate
01:00:40.220They got a majority of people who wanted to put that onto their item list, but they didn't get the super majority, so it didn't pass.
01:00:49.120So the Conservative Party is still in line with their vote on conversion therapy from five or six years ago.0.93
01:00:57.340It's amazing to me because you could probably win an election based on that.
01:01:01.360We're going to bring sanity back to the country that you love, but they won't.
