00:06:30.000hi i forgot to put myself in the screen so here i am hello everybody and welcome to shadow at night
00:06:39.120it's thursday december the 19th 2024 and on the show tonight another cabinet shuffle coming up
00:06:45.240for justin trudeau tomorrow allegedly we don't know what's going to happen but there's some
00:06:50.460interesting intrigue going on in ottawa right now regarding who's going to get those cabinet
00:06:55.180positions and why these liberal backbenchers are still not speaking up some of them are but many
00:07:02.520of them aren't and we're gonna we're gonna find out why in just a little bit also according to
00:07:11.000some youtube independent news creators they've been hit with vexatious copyright claims all day
00:07:20.880today many of them have by the cbc now this is fully designed to cripple them financially so
00:07:30.240they can no longer continue on doing what they're doing we're talking about shows like moose on the
00:07:34.380loose and this guy's garage and uh northern perspective so we're going to hear from the
00:07:40.040northern perspective a couple in just a second ryan and tanya i think their names are and and
00:07:45.740the conservative party of canada is not taking this lion down either they're speaking up all
00:07:49.640over x so it's been an interesting day in that way people have asked me today hey shadow you
00:07:54.460get hit by the the copyright thing and i said well so far from what i can see it's mostly youtube
00:08:00.160people youtube has never been my primary source my primary platform it's it's been facebook it's
00:08:08.340been x it's been rumble primarily and youtube only lately had i started taking an interest in
00:08:17.120and then I got that strike. So I banned from YouTube this week, but my, my channel, my YouTube
00:08:23.780channel is relatively small. This is my fourth YouTube attempt. The first three were you can't
00:08:29.420be on here anymore because of censorship and whatnot. I broke their rules. So I'm trying it
00:08:35.180again. Maybe we'll see what happens, but mostly YouTube people. And these are folks who put all
00:08:40.660their eggs in one basket. They didn't diversify. Remember a couple of years ago when I started
00:08:44.780getting copyright infringement notices on facebook i went oh this is no good and then they started
00:08:50.860warning me about certain things you can say and can't say but they were never quite specific
00:08:54.960i thought to myself they are totally setting me up for a pull down here so i want to diversify
00:09:00.880the audience i want to get on to x definitely want to get on to rumble definitely and expand
00:09:06.660the audience there and then of course start shadowdavis.com because no censorship there
00:09:11.560whatsoever so i have i've been pretty lucky with this whole copyright thing at least so far we're
00:09:18.900going to tell you more about this in just a couple of minutes i want to take a couple of minutes here
00:09:22.900this is my terrible handwriting i asked you guys a few nights back if you could help me out i've
00:09:28.560got a couple of bills i need to pay for my uh for my website and for my uh internet interface my
00:09:37.700company that handles the show here and that those two bills totaled a big amount like five thousand
00:09:44.260dollars and so people have been not only contributing to my give send go but if you
00:09:48.100want to do that you type into your search bar whichever platform you're using shadow davis
00:09:53.020the way it's spelled right down there uh s-h-a-d-o-e space d-a-v-i-s give send go and you
00:10:01.420can contribute that way or you can do a any transfer at shadow davis at gmail.com now
00:10:07.400i've only been able to get through a fraction and and i can't even begin to express my gratitude to
00:10:19.120you guys i mean and some of the incredibly nice messages from people who have told me that they've
00:10:27.740been with me in this show for four years and i'm going to keep those personal messages personal
00:10:35.840obviously but anyway i want to say some thank yous to donna lr and i'm gonna use uh i'm gonna
00:10:42.760use abbreviations here for last names i'm not gonna give out the full name here donna lr that's
00:10:47.880a hyphenate name denise denise i haven't been able to accept your contribution your donation yet
00:10:55.720because i don't know what city you live in the password i ask you guys to use is shadow s-h-a-d-o-e
00:11:01.560and i guess you missed that part so uh i don't know what city you live in
00:11:05.740and so i can't accept that one thank you beverly and margie very much kim g i don't know your dog's
00:11:15.240name so i can't accept that one um carrie r william h joanne d sherry m doris p ronda s linda c

00:11:45.060jill b penny b gary b debbie just debbie there was no last name and diane h i want to thank you
00:11:56.580all very much very very much for donating to keep this show on the air now there were three
00:12:03.040at least so far i haven't gotten through them all like i said but there were at least three
00:12:08.560very large donations and i've sent emails to those people asking them if they were serious
00:12:17.480first of all and maybe it was a mistake maybe you put the decimal in the wrong spot so i'm
00:12:21.940waiting back to hear back or sorry waiting to hear back from those folks to see if it's right
00:12:27.900and if it is i will definitely mention them on the show tomorrow night which may be recorded
00:12:33.500beforehand or it may be live i'm not quite sure yet guys we have a brand new retailer

00:14:00.720and away we go with tonight's show for hang on i just want to say hello quickly to some folks dan
00:14:08.000hello how you doing i don't know you guys getting some interruptions interestingly some people
00:14:14.720if you watch on facebook some people that's been interrupted a lot lately but the rumble
00:14:20.520people have had no problems and neither of the x people which is strange i i don't know why that's
00:14:26.440happening i could take a guess hello jj and cow town and sharon's watching in quebec lease is in
00:14:34.200strathmore alberta ellen hello piss and rain in campbell river bc christine is watching at
00:14:39.880hamilton patty hello in haddishville lucette you like the shirt thank you very much i don't wear
00:14:43.800it very often lorna is watching in southeast saskatchewan marta in vancouver sorry on vancouver
00:14:49.300island hope true dope shuffles himself out yeah well that'll be the day but karen kingston and i
00:14:55.800were talking about this last night in case you guys weren't here for that one
00:14:59.000it was kind of disturbing because Karen always brings the goods right but she was talking about
00:15:07.940how they're setting us up for another one of these ridiculous pandemics and I thought to myself maybe
00:15:12.060that's why Trudeau's hanging on because Peter Hotez that scientist from from Texas was warning
00:15:18.960us on MSNBC a couple of weeks ago he gave a date January 20th or 21st when all hell's gonna break
00:15:28.320out and gavin newsom the governor of california is already called a bird flu emergency what the
00:15:36.140hell's going on exactly so everybody's thinking well jagmeet singh's just waiting for his pension
00:15:41.380he doesn't need a pension the guy is already independently wealthy he drives a very expensive
00:15:46.660car he wears very expensive watches and suits and turbans he doesn't need the money so why are they
00:15:54.360hanging on so much. We've never seen any other government in our history when they're in a
00:15:59.920situation like this, and they've never been because they've always quit. They've cut bait
00:16:03.900before it's gotten this bad. But whenever a situation similar to this has arisen, the PM
00:16:09.920will always find a way to gracefully leave, but not in this case. Why is Trudeau trying to hang
00:16:17.680on until they hit us with that next pandemic? It's interesting. Whatever platform you guys are
00:16:22.780watching on tonight, do not forget to like and share, get this out to as many people, many people
00:16:29.040as we possibly can. All right. Thank you very much for that. Now, some good news for those
00:16:34.620in the Winnipeg region, the Winnipeg metropolitan region. This was the smart city plan. This was
00:16:39.920the 15 minute city plan for the city of Winnipeg that we were all very upset about back in the
00:16:45.780summer. They have to do two public consultations. They got one done in the city of Winnipeg,
00:16:52.000and then they tried for a second one i think it was in august the dog days of summer it was hot
00:16:56.900people were on vacation and they tried to sneak one past the goalie like that but we caught him
00:17:01.560it was in neverville manitoba which is maybe 20 minutes south of winnipeg and the venue they were
00:17:07.680holding it at was over capacity there was still like three or four hundred very angry people out
00:17:12.820in the parking lot so they canceled that and they never did reschedule another one in the meantime
00:17:18.800Ken Drysdale and his team with Manitoba Stronger Together has been going around to all of these municipalities around the city, telling them exactly what this thing is or was.
00:17:31.740But we have some good news for you guys here.
00:17:34.000The latest news coming out of the WMR is that they're renewing regional planning and they're setting a new approach.
00:24:04.620We used the parliamentary feed direct from Parliament when we were live streaming this and did not use any material from the CBC.
00:24:12.700In the case that this could have been a fraudulent copyright claim that was made by somebody pretending to be the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, we double-checked with YouTube.
00:24:27.020But before we get there, and before we could even react to this, we got a second email.
00:24:33.580Hi, Northern Perspective. Copyright content has been detected in your video. NDP actually admits they will only topple liberals after Jagmeet gets his pension.
00:24:42.700The visibility of your video is not impacted, et cetera, et cetera.
00:25:35.580So this was all the proof we needed in order to decide what to do next.
00:25:40.080So just to show you what it looks like when you get a copyright claim on one of your videos on YouTube, this is what it looks like for the first one.
00:25:57.880And this is what it looks like for the second one.
00:26:03.660News in Canada is generally thought to be fair use, which is why we report on the news.
00:26:08.760Right. So the first thing that I double checked is, are we just crazy? No, no, we're not crazy. But I filed a dispute. That's one thing that you can do to say, no, this is actually not a copyright claim.
00:26:28.440So you can go through that process and you put in your justification and you send that back to the copyright claimant, the person making the claim.
00:26:38.320And hopefully they see it and say, oh, OK, you know, that was my bad.
00:27:07.800This one is crazy, folks, because the only way you can claim a copyright on somebody else's video is if it's your content, like you're the original creator.
00:27:21.360Right. But it is generated by AI and the AI does make mistakes.
00:27:25.820We've had it happen many times before where footage that we have used from Parleview is identified in other people's videos and YouTube.
00:27:34.640You know, Tanya, she's always so nice, but ultimately we know what's going on here.
00:27:39.880The CBC is, in fact, trying to screw Canadian independent content creators in the news realm, specifically right leaning out of money.
00:49:16.320$300 million. Lawfare is alive and well in Canada and I never would have imagined that I would see it.
00:49:25.520To date, the taxpayers of Canada have paid over $5 million for this prosecution
00:49:31.480and Chris Barber and myself have incurred over three quarters of a million dollars in legal fees.
00:49:39.720And we're just very fortunate that we have some organizations, charitable organizations, that are helping us fund our case.
00:49:46.320Because I'm not a millionaire, but this is what they're trying to do, all over the world too, not just in Canada, you see it everywhere, is to demoralize and bankrupt you.
00:49:56.320But I'm here to tell you that they picked on the wrong woman, and we'll keep fighting. Thank you.
00:50:16.320okay so a lot of you have been saying shadow you're just a shill for pierre polyev
00:50:26.080okay so i put together a little video it's three minutes long here i want to get into one more
00:50:30.940thing mac two more things before we wrap it up tonight and don't forget guys all access members
00:50:35.340i know there's about 200 of you watching on the website right now i'm gonna stay for the extension
00:50:39.280we're gonna watch part three of the jfk assassination um or the guy who claims to
00:50:44.720have killed jfk uh in just a few minutes but i put together this video of pierre poly of over the
00:50:52.460last few years some some of you call him a flip-flopper and you want to know what you're
00:50:56.680right you're right uh there's clips of him in this video from this year there's clips of him
00:51:04.240in this video not from this year from two years ago before he became leader so 2022 2021
00:51:10.600let's go ahead and and watch this thank you very much mr speaker yesterday the honorable member
00:51:19.420for thornhill put forward a conservative opposition day motion on ending covid related
00:51:25.160restrictions on travel consistent with my prior two votes on february 14th and march 24th
00:51:32.640in favor of ending all vaccine mandates and covid restrictions
00:51:39.400What do you mean to the extreme elements trying to latch on to the Trump convoy you've reported?
00:51:43.420Well, you know what I think is interesting is that when there's a left-wing protest on Parliament Hill,
00:51:51.160we don't see the liberal media going through every single name of the people who attends
00:51:56.700to try and find one person that they can disparage the whole group with.
00:52:01.500You know, we don't see, the CBC for example has been accused by its own employees of systemic
00:52:10.980racism and yet we don't see the media here generalize that everyone who works at the
00:58:14.380he is called mark carney a davos elitist he is called christia freeland poly of now freeland
00:58:25.160that he's called trudeau that i mean what else do you need he can't address every single issue
00:58:32.120we're facing because there are too many and like i said you cannot cover everything in one night
00:58:37.300you just can't do it it can't be done but one thing we do know is that in his attempt to
00:58:44.180balance the canadian budget over the next four years and maybe eight years hopefully
00:58:49.280we'll see him taking out money for these oppressive left-wing marxist gmos the ones
00:58:56.500that are promoting all of this gender stuff and then they're going to have to sink or swim on
00:59:04.960their own and guess what they're going to sink and in that way because it's all about the money
00:59:10.240remember and in that way we can get rid of all of these other things now as far as
00:59:15.000the 15-minute cities and whatnot that's something because as you say some people were telling me
00:59:22.300this today and i totally believe it poliev is into building homes but he wants to build
00:59:26.940apartment style homes in some cases and he wants to do it in your public transit hubs
00:59:34.480which plays right into the 15 minute city uh playbook so i don't know honestly i don't know
00:59:44.860what i can tell you is that he is light years ahead of justin trudeau when it comes to all
00:59:53.880of this nonsense and that will give us time if polyev does disappoint us in two years time
00:59:59.800And I'm not saying that we should ever stop calling them out. Like, I'll call them out. I'll call out, Polly. I'll call out conservatives if I feel the need to, if they've done something egregious, if they've done something horrible, if they haven't fulfilled the promise of what they said they were going to do.
01:00:15.900absolutely we stay on top of them and we make sure they do those things and if they don't what's that
01:00:22.740going to do for us then it's going to it's going to make us wake up are we going to be looking for
01:00:27.620political solutions at that point yes maybe but in a different way we're not going to be going
01:00:33.580with the traditional parties anymore go liberal are you freaking kidding me that party is going
01:00:40.200to be radioactive for the next 20 years same with the NDP so what then do we make our own
01:00:45.740probably and I know there's a lot of people out there that don't trust Max either
01:00:53.060that's just the way it is guys I get messages from people all across the country all day long
01:01:01.700all week long all year long and I hear it all I hear it all sometimes you have to surmise that
01:01:08.880i think this person's kind of gone off the deep end a little bit
01:01:12.360because there is no end game with them and they believe that there's a terrorist or a marxist or
01:01:21.080a communist behind every hedge and you have to be able to live your life at some stage you have to
01:01:29.800go all right look man i mean yeah i get that that's going on and i want to do my best to
01:01:34.400find it. But at the same time, I got a life to live here. And if we're starting to put out
01:01:39.780positive energy, then I think we're going to be able to turn this around. Shadow, you can get
01:01:46.580negative too sometimes. I know. I know. I've seen it. You know, if I watch a video back that I've
01:01:54.620done, I get it. There are times we're all going to get down. But it's how we recover from those
01:02:02.180times that means everything, at least as far as I'm concerned. So yeah, we're all going to have
01:02:06.700down times occasionally, but let's get back up. Let's take the time we need to recover,
01:02:13.740heal ourselves, and get back to it. We had Lisa Robinson on the show the other night. If you're
01:02:19.420unfamiliar, Lisa is a city councillor from Pickering, Ontario, who once again had her pay
01:02:25.360suspended by the other city councilors for speaking out too much, making wild allegations,
01:02:32.940being right-wing ultimately, loving her country. They don't like that, that Marxist city council
01:02:40.120in Pickering, especially the human resources commissioner. There's another councillor now
01:02:48.980in Ontario. Her name is, let me just see here, Susan Stevenson. And she's going through the same
01:02:55.060thing here she is talking with harrison faulkner from true north today and this is really really
01:03:03.840concerning to me that i do feel that i'm being made an example of in the hope that i would not
01:03:09.780run again and that no one who thinks like i do would run again and that's why this is so important
01:03:16.240to me is this like this is freedom of expression of an elected official right never did i think
01:03:24.180this was the case. I have told people I will speak because you have fears of reprisal in your
01:03:30.860neighborhood, in your employment. I am protected. I'm the elected official. And now I'm finding out
01:03:36.540I may not be. Yeah. And, and this is not, this is not democratic at all, right? Because
01:03:42.140the people of London voted for you. People in your ward voted for you. They didn't get a say
01:03:47.860in who this integrity commissioner is. So counselor, I have to ask you who exactly is
01:03:52.900this integrity commissioner that seems to have so much power over debate at city council?
01:03:58.160Yes. So this is a contractor that the city hired in June of 2023. It's a firm called
01:04:03.900Principles Integrity. And there are two principals, Mr. Abrams and Ms. Atwood.
01:04:10.700And is London their only client? Do these guys just focus on your city?
01:04:16.700No, my understanding is they have many, many municipalities across the city, many. I believe
01:04:22.160it's 20 or more so so and so this the this this company principles integrity is that what they're
01:04:29.820called uh they they can basically dictate uh what is allowed to be said by counselors at 20
01:04:37.840different municipalities across ontario how is this not like a major democratic crisis here i
01:04:44.480just don't understand how this is not a bigger issue yeah let's make it a big issue it's a big
01:04:48.660issue and it's going to be a bigger issue as we go into 2026 with uh most common sense people
01:04:54.520choosing out of any uh desire to run and and represent our city and our residents
01:05:01.220i mean these guys are unaccountable they are appointed i'm guessing by the city administration
01:05:08.600right or are they did council get to decide that they were going to hire principals integrity
01:05:13.640Yeah, so that's interesting, too, and I'm going to look it up.
01:05:16.260Council, it's a council-approved contractor.
01:05:21.840I'm assuming it went to tender, but all that came before council was a consent item to say we're choosing Principal's Integrity as our integrity commissioner.
01:05:31.680Right, and obviously they appear to be extremely biased because it appears as though what has been presented by them is not harassment or bullying of any kind.
01:05:41.300do you happen to know of the other municipalities that this okay listen to this part this is very
01:05:49.140integrity commissioner company has been contracted out to um i don't know all of them i do believe
01:05:56.860uh they are the integrity commissioner for pickering because in the uh final report that
01:06:02.360i got the first one it actually said councillor robinson instead of councillor stevenson in the
01:06:07.72030-day sanction. So they issued that final report, and then someone must have told them about it,
01:06:13.620I assume, or they caught it themselves, and they reissued the report. But it actually came with
01:06:17.840another city's councillor on it. And this is Councillor Lisa Robinson, who is facing a similar
01:06:24.940issue in Pickering. So did they copy and paste what they sent to Lisa Robinson to you? Is that
01:06:32.440what this appears to be? I don't know how much of it, certainly at least the sanction portion.
01:06:37.720principles integrity i didn't realize there were integrity commissioner firms
01:06:47.260providing integrity commissioner since 2017 but let's go ahead and have a look here shall we let's
01:06:54.580throw this up google search principles integrity website well you can't really find a website
01:06:59.100for this company. But you can find their biography because they also infect Windsor,
01:07:08.500Niagara-on-the-Lake, Municipality of Lakeshore, London there, Mississauga, Lincoln,
01:07:17.140Burlington. The list goes on and on and on. Remember how Lisa described their integrity
01:07:23.180commissioner? She's got that flag. I don't even know what to call it. I was going to call it
01:07:28.740rainbow but it's it's not it's that weird looking flag that keeps changing all the time they've got
01:07:33.740that the integrity commissioner does on their door but this here
01:07:39.980gives us at least a little bit of insight into who these people are partnership formed in 2017
01:07:47.580to focus on the provision of integrity commissioner and municipal governance services through its two
01:07:52.040principals, Jeffrey A. Abrams and Janice Atwood. Each of its principals have enjoyed a career
01:07:58.800focused on local government and have experienced at the local, single-tier, regional, and provincial
01:08:03.840governments. Prior to joining principals' integrity, Mr. Abrams was clerk of the city of Vaughan,
01:08:10.380and prior to that, he worked in a similar capacity for the regional municipality of York
01:08:14.620and the amalgamated city of Toronto. He began his career as a solicitor in the pre-amalgamation
01:08:20.700municipality of Metro, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. They don't give us much here, but they do
01:08:25.860say principles integrity represents approximately, not 20, 50, five, zero municipalities and other
01:08:32.760public bodies across the province of Ontario. Mr. Abrams and Ms. Atwood are active members of
01:08:39.300MECO, an association of municipal integrity commissioners in Ontario. Mr. Abrams was recently
01:08:44.300a part-time professor at Seneca College where he talked blah, blah, blah, blah. So you try and find
01:08:48.560these two on social media good luck with that no i think they're purposely blank they don't want us
01:08:58.360to know what they support and clearly these people have got an agenda and they infect 50
01:09:08.100municipalities across the province of ontario i was shocked today when i watched that first time
01:09:16.520that video with susan stevenson when she said we hired a contractor as our integrity commissioner
01:09:23.000what do you mean a contractor i thought this was somebody who was like a judge a former judge or
01:09:29.680something you know somebody with integrity or somebody who's supposed to have integrity
01:09:34.840instead you go to a firm can you pick your integrity commissioner oh look i want the
01:09:40.840blue haired one there oh i want the one holding the pride flag there like is you go online you
01:09:49.360get to are there pictures of 20 of them i want this one how does that work exactly if they're
01:09:55.680if they're holding 50 municipalities and there's only two people who head up principles integrity
01:10:02.000are they the ones who are in charge of hiring an integrity commissioner and what is their criteria
01:10:09.500for that very interesting they need to be investigated or dropped all together because
01:10:16.440these integrity commissioners are making decisions and docking duly elected councillors
01:10:22.920their pay for simply speaking out in opposition to what the city wants to do
01:10:30.440and in london the problem was the safe supply of drugs which the uh the police chief of that city
01:10:38.740says it's wrecking our town safe supply which is not safe supply unsafe supply not safe supply
01:10:44.980whatever you want to call it uh that counselor there susan stevenson she she counsels an area
01:10:50.820that has got heavy drug use heavy homelessness and she's speaking up and saying no we don't
01:10:55.660want this anymore the people are begging me in the streets they're begging me get rid of these
01:11:00.700free safe drugs and because of that because she spoke out about that the council tried to shut
01:11:08.360her down, and this integrity commissioner said she was out of order, and now she is being threatened
01:11:12.620with one month's pay, not three like Lisa Robinson. Very interesting, isn't it?
01:11:21.200Principles, integrity. That's it for the show tonight, you guys. We're going to come back
