00:31:42.340Hey, listen, I want to play you guys a video because we were talking, Jason, before you arrived just now.
00:31:47.960We were talking about the political divide in the conservative movement in Canada.
00:31:51.580And I mean, if you look at the polls, you go, well, the conservatives are what, like 45, 46 percent.
00:31:57.020And the PPC shows two, three, sometimes four percent.
00:32:01.080I've seen one poll where they're at one percent.
00:32:03.180So they're very, very low in the polls right now.
00:32:05.860You and I, Jason, were talking this morning about Maxime Bernier not being invited or not being able to speak at the leaders debate, and we can discuss that.
00:32:14.960But here's a video from a guy called Berta Prouddad on X.
00:32:24.180So I'm going to spell it out for you, OK?
00:32:26.920It's not that I don't like the policies of the PPC party.
00:32:30.920It is the fact that they don't have a chance at being elected.
00:32:35.860okay, you can say whatever you want about Pierre, whatever you want. He is going to open the energy
00:32:44.420industry. He knows we need to drill. He knows we need pipelines. He knows that's what's needed to
00:32:50.580service the debt, something that should have been done a long time ago. So are you asking people
00:32:55.840to vote for a party that is a zero percent chance of doing any of that and go back to liberalism
00:33:03.340for the next four years in hopes that you guys can get enough seats in the next 50 years is that
00:33:09.000what you are trying to ask people because if that's the case you are willing to put canada
00:33:14.280on hold for 50 years to garner support and in hopes of maybe getting a seat with pierre it's a
00:33:21.660sure chance and it's okay so we've seen enough of that i'm not sure if you guys know who this guy is
00:33:27.580this is the first time i've seen him i've seen him before i've reacted to his tiktoks before
00:33:33.480yeah yeah i have i mean oh my god where to start with this first of all the the energy the energy
00:33:41.160is so insecure and desperate and it's because in their heart of hearts they know that polyev is
00:33:47.860not really it but they they use their practical logical brain to justify it well i know he's not
00:33:54.480going to do anything about immigration i know he's not talking about the gender ideology i know he
00:33:59.160doesn't you know there's so many points that he fails at but logically practically he's more likely
00:34:05.560to get in so i'm just going to shove all that aside shoving all my principles and values aside
00:34:10.480just because short term this will make sense and just before we go to the rest of the panel like
00:34:15.980these people don't understand how politics works like by having the ppc even existing
00:34:22.100it pushes things further to the right by having policies that are further to the right by having
00:34:27.420people like Jason Levine standing up as a candidate myself stood up as a candidate in 2019
00:34:32.380to represent opposing mass immigration that was seen as so racist so horrible back in 2019 but
00:34:39.660I took the slings and arrows Max Bernier took the slings and arrows so then people can you know
00:34:45.440further push the envelope towards the right you need people like the ppc to uh to push things to
00:34:52.140the right and it's it's it's weird that he thinks yeah just by sitting here and supporting poly
00:34:56.680that's going to help the country the most it's like no that's that's not that's not how this
00:35:01.620works i can see how yeah no that's all right man that's that's cool i know you're passionate about
00:35:08.160the subject that's why i want you on the show and what do you think yeah what i think is it's
00:35:14.480nice to see an NDP supporter getting on TikTok to provide his message because that's exactly what
00:35:19.200he's advocating for. He's advocating for the NDP or the Liberals to continue to be the opposition
00:35:23.560and what we actually want is some conservative opposition. I think Pierre being in there is
00:35:28.960definitely going to bring some change and let's even get him some credit. Let's just assume he's
00:35:34.000going to be one of the first politicians that follow throughs with everything he says. Let's
00:35:37.080just assume and give him that. He still needs some conservative opposition or he's going to be
00:35:41.580dealing with liberals and NDP so when I hear CPCers say look let's get rid of the PPC they have a zero
00:35:47.620percent chance what they're really saying out loud is we're okay with the NDP being a balance of
00:35:53.260power we're okay with the NDP you know teaming up with the liberals and controlling our government
00:35:57.600and we're okay with the current state of the country because that's his message but I also
00:36:02.740want to kind of say he's conflating winning a seat with forming government like we need to take these
00:36:08.360and baby steps we need to win a seat we'll have a few people in there and we'll show what the ppc
00:36:13.040can do what what we're going to do is we're going to have a two-way road with canadians we're going
00:36:17.120to go in there and bring your voice we're also going to bring out what happens in there what
00:36:20.900we're going to open is at the door to the actual uh parliament and the house yes you have question
00:36:26.600period and you can see what they're talking about but what happens when those cameras are turned
00:36:29.660off that's where we can go in there and even just one voice will open those curtains so i
00:36:35.920going to take us behind the scenes then is that the plan and i absolutely will have a bunch of
00:36:40.840complaints by all the other members because i'm always knocking on doors and i'm always asking
00:36:45.540hard questions and i don't play the games during the uh the uh question period i'll actually re-ask
00:36:51.860the question and i'll hit back harder but what he's missing in that particular video is he's
00:36:56.460conflating winning one seat with forming a majority government and executing all our policies
00:37:02.040What the PPC is really good at is providing a benchmark and a platform for us to attain and try and get to. And this is where conservative accountability, I think, will help a peer government.
00:37:14.260OK, so this is what I was hoping to get to. And I'm happy we've gotten to this. The PPC does not have the chance to form any kind of majority government in this country.
00:37:25.220But, you know, I said last night, I think I said last week, and this is what I've been saying.
00:37:53.000So what I think needs to be done is while the PPC could maybe run 343 candidates in this upcoming election, whenever it is, whether it's in May, whether it's in October, whether it's in 2026, they need to focus on some writings they have a really good opportunity at.
00:38:14.360having said that we've seen max bernier run for a seat in manitoba this was a year and a half ago
00:38:20.780when he ran in portage lisgar and he got less votes than the kid who ran for the ppc in the
00:38:26.500previous election because he was a local guy so what are the issues that and this is going to be
00:38:33.020a free and fair discussion because if we're going to criticize the conservative party and they
00:38:37.980deserve to be criticized for the shortcomings and the things they don't want to talk about
00:38:41.960we have to talk about the ppc as well so let me play this clip going back to 2017 i think when
00:38:49.220max was still a member of the conservative party and i do believe he was running for the leadership
00:38:53.860of the party at the time watch this and hear what he says big governments keep saying that
00:39:01.020we need more government programs and more government spending to help the poor because
00:39:08.240they are being treated unfairly in a free economy but we know that that is completely nonsense
00:39:18.420hundreds of millions of people the the poorest people of the world have been lift out poverty
00:39:27.220in china in india and in other third world countries in
00:39:32.660he just said china and india and other third world countries now in 2017 china had still the
00:39:42.720second largest economy in the world and he's calling them a poor country but he goes on here
00:39:48.920has been lift out poverty in china in india and in other third world countries in recent decades
00:39:57.000because they have less government and more freedom it is because it is not because they
00:40:03.780have a huge government it's because they have a government that give freedom to people a government
00:40:10.280like we used to have here in canada before trudeau been elected all right so that's a tough one to
00:40:19.120listen to in current times i got to tell you so let me ask you guys i'm sure you've seen that
00:40:25.200before what was i think that was my first time seeing that one actually but yeah thank you
00:40:31.520like what the hell i mean he's talking about china you know as a free country giving their
00:40:38.020citizens more freedom because they have smaller governments what i mean the i think the first
00:40:43.900thing to to you know get out of the way is this was when max was in a really bad place he was
00:40:51.980messed up in the head he was still part of the conservative party of canada who knows what was
00:40:56.580going through his head who knows what sort of you know conservative party insiders were telling him
00:41:01.140what to say um but i'm kind of being a little bit facetious but seriously he was still part of the
00:41:07.100conservative party back then so i i don't really know what do you conservative futures he's i mean
00:41:12.260it's it's certainly a blunder that's that's for sure it's certainly a clip that doesn't come
00:41:16.000across very well if we want to be more like china that's not that's definitely not good rhetoric
00:41:21.160uh and it would be interesting to present that to him today to be like hey max how do you explain
00:41:26.160this uh because i because i don't think he would be like no that's what i believe still i'm sure
00:41:31.460he would probably clarify something or other of i would hope so i i had him on a couple of years
00:41:37.640ago i didn't play the clip to him then i didn't want to hit him with that i just wanted next time
00:41:42.480next time but and he's a very nice guy you know i mean he's he's he's a very approachable guy but
00:41:50.520something i was talking with you jason about earlier today was how can the ppc get traction
00:41:56.900if they're not going to be allowed in this leaders debate because of the new rules that
00:42:00.680they've come out with where you have what is it now you have to have four percent in the polls
00:42:04.920four percent of the polls as opposed to four percent in the previous election which we did
00:42:09.180qualify for and that's that's the change in the rule so there used to be four percent of the
00:42:13.700previous election which we had we had 840 000 votes that took us over four percent but now
00:42:18.860they changed it to has to be an average of the national polls 28 days before the election on
00:42:24.480that day if you are four percent or more then you will be invited so he went from qualified just
00:42:30.300yesterday to we don't know if he can qualify now but i i think that's more of a call to action for
00:42:35.440the pbc to answer your first question how do we get more traction well we don't complain and
00:42:40.760cry about this rule change we just take it on and move on and we come in with five percent or six
00:42:46.860percent or to even 10 but we got some challenges because when it's they're doing the poll they're
00:42:52.480asking conservative liberal ndp green and other other uh that needs to say ppc uh and then is that
00:43:00.560all is that happen in every polling firm i'm not sure i i do see some results from for the ppc that
00:43:07.080come in through different polling agencies not ecos but i do see it through leger and and the
00:43:12.720other ones so it's not like they're listed as other with every agency right no and that's where
00:43:18.140that's where there's be some complications and where we need to see some consistency
00:43:21.400so i really believe that if it's going to be fair it has to be ppc across the board as an option
00:43:26.640and we've been seeing this through text messages people have been sending me the screenshots
00:43:30.440so they've been receiving polls through text messages right now and that's one of the ones
00:43:35.140i saw today that had other and it didn't have ppc but i've been seeing other polls all over
00:43:39.620the internet where there's one thousand nine hundred and seventy five people responding
00:43:43.520and that's the ones i think you see where it's one percent to five percent to the ppc and it
00:43:47.700varies all the time but that's under two thousand are you suggesting the polling is off when it
00:43:52.380comes to the ppc i'm suggesting polling in general is off like hillary was supposed to be president
00:43:58.420many years ago that didn't happen and the polling the canadian polling i mean i i've seen a very
01:00:50.960I saw how they were smearing Maxine Bernier and I was at the conference and, um, the people
01:00:56.320are like, well, what are we going to do if, if the media calls us racist?
01:01:00.780And I was like, buddy, it's, it's not an if, okay.
01:01:04.880Like it's, it's a, it's a, when they call you racist, but like, you know, but, um, and,
01:01:11.560And connecting back to your point earlier, Shadow, I kind of want to push back on it a bit because you were talking about how the media will destroy you if you dare to step out of line.
01:01:20.580And on one hand, you're absolutely right.
01:01:22.840If you're running a political party, you need to be very calculated, very measured in what you say and how you say it.
01:01:29.100However, if you are too afraid of the media, especially as a right wing person, you are also not doing it properly.
01:01:35.100okay we saw the rise of not just nationalism in america but across the world because trump was
01:01:42.580so inspiring in 2016 he said we're gonna build a wall okay like he said these things he said
01:01:49.160they're bringing drugs they're raping he's racist racist being called racist by cnn in every major
01:01:57.520news outlet was not the end of his campaign it was the beginning of his campaign that rose to him
01:02:04.200uh you know that's donald trump that's different right like is it donald is it yeah yes first of
01:02:12.060all he's donald but but you're talking about people on the right wing who are afraid of
01:02:16.340getting destroyed by the liberal media right so how like of course trump has he's magnanimous
01:02:23.440and he's very charismatic and i understand where you're coming from there well it's also that like
01:02:27.700he's got the money to be able to insulate himself in case anything goes wrong that also makes your
01:02:33.100target too though like he's got to walk a fine line there how was he insulated by any of the
01:02:38.600horrible smear jobs by the mainstream media which is really the damage no in politics that is the
01:02:43.740damage of being called all these names by the major media outlets not if you're surrounded by
01:02:48.600your own people all the time and you've got the money you don't have to worry about living next
01:02:53.380to a neighbor who's going to spit on your windshield you know or uh pull out your flowers
01:02:58.960from your garden in the springtime i mean like that when i say insulated i mean he is rich and
01:03:04.000insulated like that so he doesn't have to worry about you know being spit on in public he's
01:03:09.720donald trump also too he carries a massive persona with him and probably the most famous person in
01:03:15.860the world but we're still we're talking but we're talking about two different thing here things here
01:03:19.840now because because you were implying that beginning smeared by the media is the end of
01:03:23.860your political career whereas trump trump no no i never said it was the end i say it's a battle
01:03:29.800that you have to face right and a lot of people haven't got the spine to go ahead and do that as
01:03:36.040you point out when you're in this meeting you know with all of these regular people from all
01:03:41.340across the country all these ppc candidates and they're saying well what's going to happen when
01:03:46.220they call us when they might call us racist they will call you racist what are you going to do how
01:03:51.380are you going to stand up against that you know it's difficult nobody wants to be called these
01:03:56.020kinds of things and that is the strategy from the other side all the time listen guys i want to
01:04:01.680change track here and talk about the actual personal uh divides that we've seen in the
01:04:07.420conservative movement going back to that x spaces that i bumbled across the other day
01:04:11.420and i bumbled across it i think jason you were talking somebody had inferred that you were
01:04:16.840autistic and i went wow man like why would you say something like that he's sitting right there
01:04:23.940and then i also heard you uh greg talking to was it the kid who tried to start the
01:04:30.000that would be kevin you're talking about the convoy 2.0 he was talking to alex all time
01:04:36.320okay so what the hell was that all about like it's like cry bully and so not you but the other
01:04:43.220guy and i'm thinking what are you guys doing hold on let me just start i made a quick very quick
01:04:47.880tick tock today that i think really summarizes the framework in which we should talk about this
01:04:53.820because we're talking about oh why is there all this infighting in the right wing why is everybody
01:04:57.460mad at each other they're trying to smear each other or attacking one another look we don't like
01:05:03.580politicians when they can't answer basic questions if a politician is there they're here to be taken
01:05:09.620seriously and a journalist shows up they ask them a good question and they deflect they avoid it or
01:05:14.680they say oh you're from rebel news i don't even like you you know if you're a serious person in
01:05:19.480politics you should be able to answer questions explain yourself and respond to criticism okay
01:05:25.660and so this also applies in the right wing if you're a pundit if you have a twitter account if
01:05:30.860you're saying you're going to promote a protest you should be able to answer questions and respond
01:05:36.380to criticism when it comes to this convoy 2025 thing i saw this person promoting it i saw it was
01:05:43.400picking up steam i'm like well i see some problems with this here are the problems here are my
01:05:47.940criticisms here are my questions and then it kind of there was this sort of victim mentality of like
01:05:53.380oh there it wasn't just me there were other people saying things but i saw i saw the conversation go
01:05:58.920in this direction of like oh there's this infighting i'm being attacked for wanting to
01:06:02.760protest and it's like if you're a serious person then answer the questions and respond to the
01:06:08.500criticisms this isn't hard i agree i completely agree so so you would think that people who are
01:06:16.380on the conservative movement would be a little bit more thick-skinned when it comes to things
01:06:22.340like that and more honest because that's what we stand for jason you get this constantly i've seen
01:06:29.900like i get attacked quite often but generally not from people on our own side first of all
01:06:34.680it's happened a few times but usually it's from the lefties you have been ever since the coots
01:06:41.480trial that you've been covering when you first rose to prominence they have been after you and
01:06:46.420after you and after you as a government agent uh they've called you mentally ill uh they've called
01:06:53.420you a grifter i mean every single thing and they never offer any proof by the way how have you been
01:06:59.240able to withstand that kind of barrage from people who were supposed to be on the same side
01:07:05.100theoretically well you you it's exactly what greg said you have to be in the position to take it
01:07:11.740to respond to it it's criticism and critiques you need to grow some thicker skin i made a decision
01:07:18.100shadow with my family to go ahead and go public and i knew immediately this is going to be a very
01:07:23.080difficult road if i came out with a conservative party 50 of the country would hate me just for
01:07:28.380being with the conservative party and if i was with the other side the other 50 would hate me
01:07:32.400so what did i choose to do i decided to go independent which means everybody hated me
01:07:35.900um i had no support so i have to grow some thick skin and what ends up happening shadow and you
01:07:41.980have been uh the uh on the other side of this as well you've received this as well people will just
01:07:47.180label you and then they'll run with it because they they have an emotional response or they don't
01:07:52.060like something you you say for me the problem that i had which isn't a problem that i i created
01:07:57.940is I don't pander and I will tell the truth.
01:08:01.100So when people want to control the narrative
01:08:56.080that goes after each other critiques each other and and keeps us sharp than not i would rather
01:09:02.000have the ability for greggs and other people out there to say hey there's something fishy about
01:09:06.480this guy is he is he co-opt is there something wrong with him and then we look into it and then
01:09:10.980we get an answer i'd rather be on that side and if you can't take the heat please that you're not
01:09:16.100you don't belong in the kitchen and if i can't take the odd comment in the courtroom in the
01:09:20.620hallway online well then i'm in the wrong profession because i'm going to be getting a lot
01:09:24.720more of that from a lot more powerful people so this is just training training for me i i'm just
01:09:29.580treating it that way and it really doesn't bother me i have a loving family and i got a good support
01:09:33.780around me greg yeah so i wanted to add to this whole phenomena too of the infighting and and
01:09:41.180sort of offer a sort of theory of what's going on here i actually uh chatted with randy hillier and
01:09:48.220asked him a question recently which was i said randy is it me or you know is 50 of the people
01:09:55.540that you run into in politics who have their stuff together and they have a message and they're able
01:10:02.000to kind of like push forth their message is it me or is 50 of those people do they end up being a
01:10:07.340plant for the establishment and he was kind of like yeah pretty much like pretty much most of
01:10:12.860the time if you look into it'll be somebody who's who's there to like you know push their agenda
01:10:17.160And the thing is, guys, Canada is not a really big place. Canada is not a really big place. And, you know, if establishment parties wanted to go in and infiltrate movements and try to steer the conversation in a certain way, discredit certain people, then they'd certainly, certainly, certainly, certainly have the resources to do that.
01:10:35.300When it comes to some of this infighting or some of the stuff that you see online and disavowing people, I personally feel like some of these individuals, I'm not going to name names because, first of all, I don't think it's fair and it's on a case-to-case basis, but my theory is some of these people are there to insulate the Conservative Party of Canada from criticism.
01:11:00.900so anybody who might be there to say hey we should be talking about mass immigration or
01:11:07.320mass deportations more by the way a majority of canadians are just under the majority of canadians
01:11:14.320support deportations and this is something that like rarely anyone talks about but you know you'll
01:11:20.580see systematically different people online who maybe have big platforms being like oh no well
01:11:25.120that's actually racist we don't actually want to do that or or that's too expensive to deport people
01:11:30.480and uh personally i feel like it it's i that's my theory that some of these people are there to
01:11:36.160insulate the conservative party of canada from criticism interesting do you have any tips either
01:11:42.380one of you guys or both of you as to how you can spot somebody who has been co-opted either
01:11:49.120online or in person so i have a great rule of thumb for this um let's go back to the convoy
01:11:56.220okay trucker convoy 2022 what is the meat what is the mainstream media doing
01:12:02.140are they criticizing the people in the house of commons are they punching and criticizing the
01:12:08.860people in ottawa who have caused this protest with vaccine mandates no they're criticizing
01:12:14.920the protesters they're criticizing the little you know to be offensive like peons the little like
01:12:20.980you know the peasants the people complaining and getting it all up in their business look
01:12:25.980what they, look what this person did. And I think this applies to some of these, I call them kind
01:12:30.460of right-wing gatekeepers or conservative party gatekeepers, whereas they're not criticizing the
01:12:35.520people in Ottawa or Pierre Polyev for not being strong on mass immigration. They're criticizing
01:12:40.760in the other direction, people who have less institutional power, people who have less of a
01:12:46.140platform or less of a, you know, less power in the situation. I think that's a pretty good rule of
01:12:51.620thumb. If they're not punching towards Ottawa, punching towards the real corruption, the real
01:12:55.680sort of dishonesty and instead they're punching in the other direction that's that's a red that's
01:13:01.300a big red flag for me interesting jason i would concur too yeah make sure you're punching up not
01:13:07.720left right or down you're punching up because we have to keep people accountable and you actually
01:13:12.660bring up a good point there a shadow because it's something that was going through my mind as i was
01:13:16.680going through some of what i would call bullying in the courtroom what do they want do they really
01:13:21.880want me out of the courtroom and then steven johnson can get his fananigans in there and not
01:13:26.080get caught like do they really want less recording of what's going on and witnessing what's going on
01:13:30.700the answer is yes well why why in the world would you want that well because they want to control
01:13:36.580narrative it comes down to that and there was no left or right in that courtroom there was people
01:13:41.840that had a narrative and a desire to hear a certain narrative go forward and one who once
01:13:46.380he didn't the people that wanted the truth were there to hear what the crown the the defense even
01:13:51.860the judge and the men themselves and witnesses would say so we can actually learn what was going
01:13:56.440on as opposed to listening to what CBC said as a narrative or even the counter narrative that we
01:14:01.640created on our side like innocent until proven guilty these men are innocent well what we learned
01:14:06.820in the trial is some things yes some things not so much it's a bad decision to bring your firearm
01:14:11.840to a protest I think a lot of people agree now but not before like if I would have said that pre-trial
01:14:17.900I would have been attacked just for that opinion.
01:14:21.180So to answer your question, like, what should we be looking for?
01:14:44.160But they will come up with negative stuff if they really hate you.
01:14:46.980So I take this with a grain of salt, and if they weren't talking about me, weren't noticing me, and weren't calling out my faults, and sometimes they're right, sometimes I make mistakes, well, then I wouldn't be a better person for it.
01:14:58.480So I actually, I don't say I enjoy it, because it gets pretty bad, like death threats and people approaching my family in the food court and making things uncomfortable.
01:15:08.180Like some of this stuff is really ridiculous.
01:15:10.280Your family is being affected by this?
01:15:12.920oh yeah i had to pack my family up for six weeks leave our home because of some threats that came
01:15:18.180to our property and also when we're out having lunch they will approach us come on you guys i
01:15:24.060mean that there's no need for that stuff that is outrageous that's outrageous what needs to happen
01:15:30.680with the movement and i'm not talking about the high profile people the the people who do shows
01:15:39.700the people who are out there uh you know like save free speech i think greg is a very big deal
01:15:44.820and i'm happy that you're working on that that project jason your show has taken off still
01:15:49.080you know i i think that there's people who are watching this right now who are saying what can
01:15:55.200i do and how should i respond do i need to toughen up do i need to tone it down a bit because
01:16:02.680i'm not sure if you you guys look at the comments of the stuff you do but i look at my stuff not
01:16:07.880every day, but I do look at my stuff and I see some people in there screaming and shouting in
01:16:11.980their capital letters and calling names and, you know, bad language and all of that. And I say,
01:16:16.980totally understand that you're frustrated and that things aren't going the way you want them
01:16:22.360to go, but you can't force a square peg into a round hole. Sometimes things are going to take
01:16:28.320time. I get it, man. We're all frustrated. So what's a message that we could give to the audience
01:16:35.260that that is a unifying one that steals people to for what's yet to come because we're we're not
01:16:43.580through this problem just yet it's a loaded question and i do have to kind of take off soon
01:16:50.260they're they're starting to clean up and getting out of here somebody's sweeping behind you
01:16:53.700actually they are you can see them in the window there um but a quick answer is if we don't learn
01:16:58.260to love again it's all over for us that's in my theme song and i play that every time i start my
01:17:03.420show and end my show to remind everybody that we need to learn to love again and i close all of my
01:17:08.180shows with a reminder to take care of yourself i think it's important that you're strong and take
01:17:12.420care of yourself your family and then you also shake the hand of a neighbor or stranger so expand
01:17:17.120your circle and why do i remind everybody each show about that it's because i love them all very
01:17:22.500much even the ones who are watching me that hate me including rcmp who are watching waiting for me
01:17:27.760to slip up say a word that incites something like i have records now that they actually do that
01:17:33.180um so even in the face of that they're watching this half my audience nice to see you all
01:17:37.960good to see it i'll see you on the in the court one day i'm sure but uh what i mean by that is
01:17:43.140we really need to learn how to love again and that means forgive faults and and i'll make mistakes i'm
01:17:48.300a faulted human being um and accept me for who i am and if you actually uh can look at how my values
01:17:54.980and my principles i lead by them and those are aligned with you and you actually have the similar
01:17:59.920or saying values and principles, we can get along.
01:18:02.440And I don't care if you're left, right, center, up or down.
01:18:05.300If you're willing to have dialogue, so am I.
01:18:08.080But when it comes to bad will and people who just want to catch you
01:18:11.780to say something or clip you or get you to say some words
01:18:15.120and they can just get you out there, bad will,
01:18:17.900I hope you can identify that quickly and just move on.
01:18:26.140I'm going to let you get going because I know you've got to get
01:18:29.860out of there but thanks for coming on tonight really appreciate it thank you really great to
01:18:33.260see both of you and great keep up the good work i'm so looking forward to uh what you're going
01:18:38.160to do there and shadow thanks for having me on and i love the fact that you're trying to find
01:18:41.400some unity that's a good thing all right brother thank you talk to you again soon there is uh
01:18:46.680jason levine wycliffe still here what do we need to do man yeah so that's it no you ask a very very
01:18:53.600good question i i ponder that a lot and i'll use the example of uh convoy 2025 again because i i
01:19:02.520think sort of the reaction uh by some people kind of exemplifies part of the problem that that these
01:19:08.940people might be having because because some people were some people who have followed me for a long
01:19:12.500time they're like greg like why are you discouraging people from protesting like you know what's going
01:19:16.760on like isn't protesting a good thing and i guess part of part of the solution or like what do we
01:19:23.520do is, and it's tough, but part of it is taking a moment to confront how bad things really are.
01:19:35.260And it's, and it's not to be depressed or to, or to be discouraging, but people want simple
01:19:42.640answers. People want easy answers. I just want to vote for poly F. I just want to do a convoy to,
01:19:50.380uh to ottawa to save every to fix everything i just want to become part of america right and
01:19:58.800really you know things are not that simple things are not that cookie cutter and you know politics
01:20:06.240is not for everyone it's a it's a it's a blood sport it's awful and i think part of the part of
01:20:12.240the turmoil that we're going through is is really a historical part of our growth as a nation we
01:20:20.080We have gone through, sure, Vimy Ridge and different parts of our history, but we're a young nation in comparison to the states and many other countries.
01:20:26.920And we have never really had to confront a horribly rotten ruling government.
01:20:34.420And because of that, we're going through a lot of growing pains.
01:20:37.540I mentioned the PPC candidates who first showed up who have never joined politics before.
01:20:43.080And I think that's kind of extending to today.
01:20:45.200people got red pilled during covid and they're seeing how bad things really are and they're
01:20:51.140trying to participate in politics and then they're being like wow politics is ugly and horrible and
01:20:58.060the problem really is that bad but when people say you know what do we do what do i do i always say
01:21:04.760like it's cliche it's jordan peterson but like you know start with yourself start by cleaning
01:21:12.140your room and making sure that you're taking care of yourself first and foremost. Because in many
01:21:18.700ways, you can only really start to make a change until you are coming from a good place. Jason
01:21:26.140brought up a great point of we need to love again. And I think there is a lot of truth in that.
01:21:31.280Because you know what else is easy? Hating on people. Saying, you know what, instead of doing
01:21:36.640something productive i'm just going to crap all over this person right it's very easy and you
01:21:43.140know i'm guilty of it too i've done it many times you know instead of trying to build something
01:21:47.860instead of trying to like you know solve this problem you know what i'm just gonna flip the
01:21:51.880board over and say polyev sucks and the ppc sucks and shadow sucks and one time i saw a bad thing
01:21:58.820it's very easy and it feels really good actually feels really good to do that for a second or two
01:22:04.380yeah yeah well but you know you're gonna hey there's a lot on the twitter feed you can just
01:22:08.680keep going you can just keep going hating and hating and it feels great and avoiding that i
01:22:14.400think is also important and i said the work on yourself because part of that is really you know
01:22:21.120forgiving yourself and really adding i you know i've felt blackpilled guys i felt really really
01:22:27.500awful about what's going on and sometimes i need to kind of add context to you know what
01:22:33.780I'm a sensitive person you know what I'm someone who actually does have the eyes to see what's
01:22:39.840going on you know what my nation has been brainwashed to hate itself and to inject itself
01:22:47.200this is a really crazy situation actually and and I do that to kind of give myself some sympathy to
01:22:54.100be like you know what this actually is a really intense situation and the fact that I am overwhelmed
01:22:58.160and feeling demoralized and depressed is actually kind of normal given how messed up the situation
01:23:03.100is but uh anyway this is turning into a therapy session i have said too much already how much do
01:23:09.960i owe you for the hour uh we'll do a discount we'll package it with last week it's all good
01:23:18.580all right brother thank you for coming on tonight and please tell us all about save free speech
01:23:23.660before you go yeah absolutely so thankfully you know the prorogation is not good but because of
01:23:30.100that uh a lot of the bills are now suspended they're thrown out or at least they have to go
01:23:33.980back to the drawing board to stage one so bill c63 is not as urgent however it's just going to
01:23:40.220manifest in a different way so you know say free speech.ca is still going to be a free speech
01:23:45.040watchdog but we're also pushing forth with the documentary uh we have you know about half a
01:23:52.780dozen more documentaries we're going to go on the offense try to get rid of the existing hate speech
01:23:57.040bills and also expose the canadian anti-hate network which are the smear merchants in the
01:24:02.260country and we might be starting a campaign to defund them who knows but if you want to think
01:24:07.280i i i can't believe that the left-wing corporate media goes to the anti-hate network on a regular
01:24:14.000you know for a panelist or to quote them for something because you you have exposed them i
01:24:20.100think you and and that uh what's your name the lawyer in toronto crema sad yeah she published
01:24:25.220She published Hategate, hashtag Hategate, and basically said, yeah, this group was basically lying about Diagilon and Jeremy McKenzie, which in many ways you could say got circulated with the police and the RCMP and Marco Mendocito, which justified the use of the Emergencies Act.
01:24:43.540They've been caught lying, telling distruths, but yet they still receive funding to be hate experts.
01:24:49.800And this documentary is going to tell that story and share it with the rest of the country.
01:24:55.220have you still got the preview up on the website uh we're working on a much better preview we're
01:25:00.540working on a much better preview should be out without within within a week hopefully but um
01:25:05.900yeah you'll you'll see more of it just check out safe free speech.ca and check out the uh the
01:25:10.620donation link if you want to support it okay brother thank you for coming on we'll talk again
01:25:14.640soon thanks so much for having me cheers all right there is uh greg wycliffe everybody let's continue
01:25:19.680on uh extension all of the all access members are probably wondering if there's going to be
01:25:24.620an extension tonight. And I've got something called a thousand words with Bob Moran comes
01:25:36.900from GB news resistance GB. And it's very fascinating, but it's also very, very long
01:25:44.620and it's in two parts, right? So the whole thing all together is probably three and a
01:25:52.700half hours so we could run it we could run it in three or four parts but we'll see what happens
01:26:00.940and we're already over time tonight so we may not do an actual extension tonight think of this as
01:26:07.340the extension how about that i i never do this i never do this sometimes i i keep the feed up on
01:26:13.880telegram sometimes i want people to join the shadow at night community on telegram it's important
01:26:20.300that you go there if you're an all-access member. And the reason for that is that's where the chat
01:26:25.100goes when the extension is on. Tonight, the extension is for everybody. There's still a
01:26:30.920couple of things that I want to talk to you guys about before we close it off for tonight. And this
01:26:35.720one here is kind of a big deal. Remember how we've talked about buying up properties, whether
01:26:42.260it's the Chinese, whether it's the Indians, the Pakistanis, foreign bodies, whatever. Well, now,
01:26:48.860and the federal government trudeau talked about using federal lands to put up housing and what
01:26:57.560kind of housing the kind of housing that you find in the un sdg 17 sdgs and all of these smart city
01:27:04.280plans across the country across the world actually through icly canada and the united nations so
01:27:11.660wab canoe who is probably going to be the next federal leader there he is there wab canoe who's
01:27:18.380probably going to be the next federal leader of the NDP once they fire Jagmeet Singh after
01:27:22.240whenever this election is, is the Manitoba, the NDP Manitoba premier right now. And this headline
01:27:28.140from townandcountrytoday.com says Manitoba government buying properties as part of homelessness
01:27:33.320plan. So I'm wondering what this means. The Manitoba government buying apartment buildings
01:27:43.100and plans to start clearing encampments next month as part of its long-term strategy to
01:27:48.300reduce homelessness several buildings are being bought and renovated and the province aims to
01:27:55.020partner with municipalities and community agencies to offer support services such as addiction
01:27:59.500treatment what kind wab you want to bring safe injection sites to the province you said it's
01:28:07.740like that cough drop what is that cough drop it tastes awful and it works that's what wab canoe
01:28:12.140said about these safe injection sites and about the um safe supply and giving drugs hard drugs
01:28:21.740away to addicts what was that what was that called again you guys that cough drop or the
01:28:27.360cough medicine uncle buckley's buckley's buckley's mixture it's like buckley's mixture it tastes
01:28:33.680awful, but it works. No, it doesn't, Wab. No, it doesn't. It just creates more misery and more
01:28:42.100addiction. Wab Canoe says we're going to work together and ensure that everybody has a place
01:28:48.420to call home. I've got an inherent problem with this, because I believe in many cases,
01:28:58.380homelessness yes it can be because people just could not make ends meet and they were forced
01:29:06.540out of their home but i think the broader problem is a cultural problem people do not
01:29:14.880want to work people actually want to be homeless do you understand that there are class systems
01:29:22.760within homeless communities in pretty much every city in town where there are homeless people i
01:29:28.240know this because I have spoken to many homeless people in Winnipeg, in Calgary, in Ottawa, in
01:29:35.220Kingston, Ontario, in London, Ontario, in Toronto. Same thing they all say. There is a class system.
01:29:41.920There's actually a hierarchy within the homeless community. So you can imagine when these new
01:29:48.800apartments are going to be occupied by these homeless folks, who's going to move in there?
01:29:53.900the hierarchy is going to be on the top and then it's going to, they're going to work their way
01:29:58.660down to the, I guess the dregs of the homeless community on the very bottom floors. If they get
01:30:04.900in at all, it's societal homelessness is there's no matter how much money you throw at the problem
01:30:14.100and no matter how large your heart is, there is always going to be homeless people because they
01:30:20.940want to be because they want to be victims and canada has become a victim society sadly
01:30:29.060as a matter of fact there's a book about that let me see if i can find it this is how i operate in
01:30:36.600the extension generally speaking guys i just look for things
01:30:39.980yeah this is exactly it it's called the victim cult how the grievance culture
01:30:54.580let me just click on this for the full title the victim cult how the grievance culture hurts
01:35:40.840So if there's anybody who knows these folks, Alison Turnbull, Katie Pasitney, British Columbia, sorry, Karen Esperson, if those names ring a bell, please message me on Facebook or go ahead and email shadowdavis at gmail.com.
01:36:03.160i got 2 000 emails i have to go through in the next couple of days
01:36:08.780so it's going to be tough get a hold of me somehow i want these folks on the show
01:36:16.520the government coming in and telling you that you have to kill 400 birds
01:36:25.540ostriches 70 in some some cases 75 years old senior citizen ostriches that's ridiculous
01:36:34.240and i want to know if there's other orders like this that are happening across the country as well
01:36:40.880that's insane all right you guys i hope you enjoyed the show tonight i want to thank you
01:36:48.520for being here don't forget to like and share get it out there to as many people as you possibly
01:36:52.760can on whatever platform that you are watching on right now hey you want to know what before i go
01:36:58.240there's any i haven't done this in such a long time and i always feel bad about it but then i
01:37:04.080think about it after the show is over does anybody have any questions does anybody want to
01:37:08.280ask a question about anything feel free to go ahead and do that i'll i'll wait
01:37:14.360i'll wait for you i know typing can take a few seconds
01:37:20.580seeing jeff stone in the comments tonight from tacit investigations in security jeff and i have
01:37:26.580some great conversations not every day and it's usually through messenger but yeah we have some
01:37:31.080great conversations about stuff that might be going on stuff that could happen it's all pretty
01:37:35.980cool elaine says sounds like what's happening in the states with the chicken being killed because
01:37:43.620of the full virus yeah yeah that's happened uh yes indeed it is robert i don't know why people
01:37:53.820are so fascinated with that what's your name name i can tell you the story of how i got this name
01:38:00.580but i've told the story so many times i think it would probably bore you it bores me right i get
01:38:05.520halfway through it and start yawning. Paul. Oh, hey. Okay. Paul Maz, Maserick, he's the guy with
01:38:15.700the Pudeaus. I was telling you earlier in the show about the little rubber Trudeau faces that
01:38:24.400are brown, looks like poo, but it's Pudeau. Thank you, Paul. Do you know where I can get a Pudeau?
01:38:32.900do you have any pudos left and if you do you should put them on sale like five bucks a piece
01:38:37.040a commemorative pudo for all the years of angst and tribulation that we've been through
01:38:43.860kendall wants to know why there's so little said about the un and the world economic forum
01:38:52.440partnership really are you serious like you mean generally speaking out there in the main
01:39:02.760stream or here on the show because i do talk about that quite a bit i think we we talked about it i
01:39:08.660had klaus schwab on the show tonight not actually him but i did play a clip from him the world
