00:04:30.000 Hello, everybody. Welcome to Shadow at Night. It's Friday of the Thanksgiving long weekend.
00:04:35.600 I hope you have some great plans to spend with friends and family or anybody of like mind.
00:04:45.500 I hope, I hope. And you know what? There's a lot of people who may be spending this long weekend
00:04:54.040 by themselves, by choice, because they don't want to be involved in the family drama.
00:04:59.500 i don't blame them one bit there are some who may be spending this long weekend alone not by choice
00:05:06.380 and if you are one of those people it's okay to reach out in the comments of this show we have
00:05:14.620 an absolutely fantastic community of people here and any number of them would be willing to
00:05:24.580 talk with you. Just to talk. Because I know that this half decade has been very difficult for a
00:05:36.740 lot of people. Coming up on the show tonight, lunacy from all across the country. We're going
00:05:43.460 to cover it. Antifa, is it a real thing? Well, of course, we know it is. But the left, believe it
00:05:51.140 not and i guess you know i'm gonna have to find a better way to describe the left because i don't
00:05:56.580 want to go left right left right left right anymore i'd rather go a certain segment of the
00:06:02.660 population the marxists the neo-marxists let's call them are denying that this organization or
00:06:09.940 this ideology even exists jimmy kimmel is one of those people it was let back on the air by
00:06:16.820 abc a couple of weeks ago after the horrendous remarks after charlie kirk's assassination
00:06:22.080 and he he went on last night and said there's no such thing as antifa if you can believe it
00:06:27.940 in the meantime there is mountains of video that prove him wrong i don't know how they square that
00:06:36.560 circle i don't so we're going to investigate that also what's called the indian industry or the
00:06:42.520 reconciliation industry all across canada's big business billions and billions of dollars
00:06:47.440 especially in british columbia though andrea humphrey of rebel news did a deep dive into that
00:06:52.680 with dallas brody of the bc one party we've got a an excerpt of that coming up in the show
00:06:57.760 as well universal ostrich farm we're going to cover a couple of things
00:07:01.680 from there in just a couple of minutes the shadow at night live stream as always you guys is brought
00:07:07.240 to you by canada nano silver canada nano silver.com we'll be right back after this message today we're
00:07:12.660 comparing crest toothpaste to silver sequels toothpaste first we're starting out with crest
00:07:15.980 it's a classic it's an original it's what i've used most of my life but that being said it does
00:07:20.140 have its problems first off the consistency is so weird and thick and i get it's a paste but it
00:07:24.420 really doesn't spread that well and i must also say that i'm not in love with the taste i get
00:07:28.520 toothpaste isn't supposed to taste good but why shouldn't it but that being said it does get the
00:07:32.160 job done next we have silver sequels they have three flavors but today we're going with bubble
00:07:35.680 and already it smells so good so I'm excited to see what this tastes like the
00:07:39.720 consistency is also a lot smoother and I must say it spreads way nicer in your
00:07:43.200 mouth this literally tastes like fruit bubble gum yeah this toothpaste was
00:07:47.980 pretty good I actually went in for seconds and it's infused with nano
00:07:51.260 silver so it helps remineralize your teeth and keep them fresh throughout the
00:07:54.580 day and here's the results what's your favorite toothpaste
00:08:05.680 canada nano silver 204-808-9292 info at canadananosilver.com if you want to get
00:08:22.260 tickets for the big regina health and wellness expo not this weekend obviously next weekend
00:08:28.040 in that building right by the football field out there i can't remember exactly what it's called
00:08:34.320 But Kevin and Anna from Canada Nanosilver will be there with all of their fantastic products, and hopefully you will be too.

00:09:41.320 Absolutely, man.
00:09:43.500 Whatever platform you're watching on, wherever you happen to be watching from tonight, don't forget to like and share.
00:09:49.940 Get this out to as many people as you possibly can.
00:09:53.600 All right. Universal Ostrich Farm. We understand there was some sort of a deadline that was
00:09:59.160 happening out there at two o'clock Pacific time this afternoon. They were supposed to be hearing
00:10:03.640 from the Supreme Court whether or not the court would be hearing this case. And that deadline,
00:10:09.700 if it was a deadline, came and went. We haven't heard yet. I mean, experts are suggesting,
00:10:15.040 and I even said this because you know how the courts work in this country,
00:10:18.400 especially we're talking about the supreme court here it could be anywhere between one and three
00:10:24.300 months before we find out if the court will even hear this case it's been what two weeks
00:10:30.340 so it could be cfia and rcmp will be on site there at universal ostrich farm
00:10:38.120 for a while i mean this could go until christmas maybe more we don't know in the meantime
00:10:47.900 there seems to be
00:10:49.440 I want to put this delicately
00:10:54.500 there's a lot of bad reporting
00:11:00.260 coming out of Universal Ostrich Farm
00:11:03.520 I'm not going to name names here
00:11:05.820 but people are reporting emotionally
00:11:09.140 and not factually in many cases
00:11:12.320 I can't say in all cases
00:11:14.240 but in many cases
00:11:15.580 and they have to watch out for that because what they're doing is making themselves
00:11:22.320 targets for cfia lawsuits libel slander that could come at some point because some of the stuff
00:11:31.860 that some of the people at universal ostrich farm are saying is not factually correct it's based
00:11:39.020 upon emotion and that's going to get or could get them into trouble and i'm not giving cfia
00:11:44.580 any ideas here, you guys? I mean, they've thought of this long before I'm saying it now. And I'm
00:11:50.480 telling you this as a 40-year veteran of media, journalism, and commenting. You've really got to
00:11:59.820 watch the stuff that comes out of your mouth, especially when you've got a vindictive federal
00:12:05.160 agency with zero oversight as your opponent. You really, really need to watch your P's and Q's.
00:12:12.800 seriously and again the old saying is you're going to catch more flies with honey than you do with
00:12:21.140 vinegar and as for anybody who is following the reporting out of universal ostrich farm
00:12:29.180 take some of it with a grain of salt
00:12:33.260 all right you're getting live video from there i understand that
00:12:38.580 but some of the commentary is skewed and i'm just going to leave it at that
00:12:47.420 now we've got a law professor according to toronto today who says he would be surprised
00:12:53.800 if the supreme court if the high court takes this case takes the case of universal ostrich farms law
00:13:00.380 professor at the university of ottawa says well i'd be shocked if the supreme court of canada
00:13:06.640 decides to hear this case. So here's the story. Paul Daly, the university's research chair in
00:13:14.640 administrative law and governance, said it's been misreported that the high court granted a stay
00:13:21.540 on the cull. Daly said only one of the court's judges granted this interim stay of the cull
00:13:27.600 order for the flock at Universal Ostrich Farms in order to give all nine members a chance to
00:13:32.760 consider the farm's bid to have the cull stayed and the case heard. If the high court declines
00:13:38.720 to grant the farm's application for leave to appeal, Daly said the bid to stay the cull would
00:13:43.860 be rendered moot and it would be the end of the line legally for the ostriches. I also understand
00:13:49.360 there are options after this, but I can't say any more about it at this stage of the game.
00:13:57.560 the cfia said in a statement last week the flock numbered between three and 330 ostriches while the
00:14:04.380 farm has said the number is closer to 400 both the farm and the cfia have filed documents with
00:14:09.520 the supreme court which ordered last week that the birds stay in the custody of the agency
00:14:13.880 pending the court's decisions the latest statement from cfia issued wednesday said its inspectors
00:14:20.820 were feeding and watering the animals which were showing no signs of agitation or stress related to
00:14:26.060 their presence now this has been disputed by the family at universal ostrich farm what we've got
00:14:32.340 here that i want to be absolutely factual about this and yes there are obstructions by cfia in
00:14:39.700 terms of sight lines blocked cameras and whatnot transparency is a problem for them but what we've
00:14:46.620 got here is a he said she said situation and that's all we can say about it factually
00:14:52.340 and legally i'm sorry to tell you guys that but that's just the fact of the matter
00:14:59.100 the agency said it was aware of what it described as online campaigns encouraging supporters of the
00:15:07.300 ostrich farm to deliberately tie up the agency's phone lines and resources by falsely requesting
00:15:12.820 inspection services
00:15:14.220 well that's not true that's not true at all
00:15:22.340 they said the disruptions risked interfering with its ability to respond to legitimate calls
00:15:27.980 and could delay critical services that protect canadians food safety plant health and animal
00:15:32.880 health the latest cfia statement and legal filings come after police escorted agency staff onto the
00:15:41.260 farm near edgewood in order to serve a warrant and take control of the ostriches enclosure on
00:15:45.840 September 22nd so look video came out the other day that the family had asked the RCMP
00:15:56.560 to do a count of the herd or the flock at Universal Ostrich Farm now seeing as how they
00:16:06.620 have no direct line of contract contact with CFIA except for that email portal they went to the RCMP
00:16:14.180 the rcmp said yeah sure we can we can try that they said they could fly a drone over
00:16:22.360 or they said they would ask cfia you see this is the murky part of it
00:16:26.580 if they could fly a drone over to get a count and they were turned down by the cfia and apparently
00:16:33.620 admonished for that request as well the way it was painted by some independent sources out of
00:16:40.580 the farm was that the RCMP said, yes, absolutely, we'll do that. And then they were turned away by
00:16:46.300 the CFIA. And that's just not the way it operates. Even though the RCMP is there to act as mediators
00:16:56.960 between the supporters, the family, and CFIA, that's not their primary objective, their primary
00:17:02.860 duty. And again, guys, I don't agree with this. I don't agree with any of this. But I'm just giving
00:17:09.100 you facts here the primary duty of the rcmp in this situation is to support cfia and their agents
00:17:17.060 that's what they're there to do number one job of the rcmp on site yes of course secondary
00:17:24.420 objectives will include trying to keep the peace trying to maybe be a communications conduit
00:17:32.720 between supporters and CFIA. But number one, their job is to support and protect CFIA agents.
00:17:41.040 Again, I don't agree with this, but that's what their job is. And so if an RCMP officer said,
00:17:49.300 yes, we'll absolutely fly a drone and get a headcount for you, he or she was wrong to do that.
00:17:55.480 They would have to go to CFIA for permission to do that first. And I don't know exactly how that
00:18:02.440 shook out. So when people report emotionally, what you're getting is a very skewed, one-sided
00:18:14.440 story. And I totally understand that people are upset all across the country that this
00:18:20.420 is happening. I am too. I think it's ridiculous. But factual reporting is better. Calm heads
00:18:29.040 are better in a situation like this. That is my opinion.
00:18:37.800 A lot of people have been asking, well, where's the SPCA in this anyway? Where do they stand?
00:18:43.700 What the hell is going on? We haven't heard one peep from them. Well, they did release a statement
00:18:49.080 a few days ago. I'm not sure if you heard about this. It's on their website, spca.bc.ca.
00:18:54.920 the bcspca's vision is to see all animals and people thriving together this include
00:19:01.740 now in my opinion opinion this is a cop-out by them
00:19:05.340 this includes companion farmed and wild animals in british columbia the death of any animal always
00:19:13.160 weighs heavy on the hearts of bc spa staff spca staff we know how hard a situation like this can
00:19:19.900 be on the animals and the community who's cared for them and wish to extend their sympathies to
00:19:24.460 all involved. Recently, a statement from the Coexisting with Wild Animals section of the
00:19:29.920 BCSPCA's website has been circulating on social media. A statement speaks to the organization's
00:19:36.640 authority to intervene in situations involving a legally permitted cull of free living wildlife.
00:19:43.240 However, that same authority does not apply to disease management situations in a farm
00:19:49.280 environment as this falls under federal jurisdiction and is overseen by the cfia
00:19:55.680 the bcspca is not a government agency nor is it funded by any level of government for animal
00:20:01.200 protection services bcspca animal protection officers are granted authority under the
00:20:06.640 prevention of cruelty to animals act to investigate and take action against concerns related
00:20:12.320 to animal cruelty however authority granted under the pca act does not allow the bcspca
00:20:18.320 to intervene or influence decisions in disease management situations
00:20:22.020 or to stop a legally permitted cull.
00:20:25.440 I don't know how they know that unless they've consulted lawyers.
00:20:33.200 Because there's a lot of conflicting laws and mandates in this country.
00:20:37.260 Provincial versus federal, federal versus federal in some cases.
00:20:40.840 There's no evidence currently before the BC SPCA
00:20:44.080 that would justify an investigation of distress pursuant to the PCA Act
00:20:48.120 related to ongoing activities or planned cull
00:20:51.360 at the Universal Ostrich Farm.
00:20:55.620 I would take issue with that as well.
00:20:58.320 One ostrich has died from injuries
00:21:00.940 because of, I guess we could call it a stampede,
00:21:06.300 caused by drones flying overhead.
00:21:10.500 Does that constitute animal cruelty?
00:21:13.060 What about not feeding them for well over a day?
00:21:15.440 Because we know that has happened.
00:21:18.120 I would suggest the BC SPCA, in this case, is copping out.
00:21:24.740 They're backing down.
00:21:27.920 A key part of the BC SPCA's work in support of vulnerable animals across the province
00:21:32.460 is to identify opportunities where the organizations can influence systems change
00:21:36.800 and address the root causes of animal suffering in our society.
00:21:40.700 Blah-dity-blah-dity-blah.
00:21:43.360 The BC SPCA continues to field a significant volume of inquiries
00:21:47.180 related to Universal Ostrich Farm
00:21:49.000 from concerned animal lovers across North America.
00:21:52.000 Please note that BC SPCA staff,
00:21:55.280 including animal helpline operators
00:21:57.000 and animal center teams,
00:21:58.580 cannot provide more information about the situation
00:22:01.080 at Universal Ostrich Farm.
00:22:03.400 I think that's a big cop-out.
00:22:06.240 They make it seem as though
00:22:07.940 they have already backed down
00:22:11.960 before they've even made an inquiry about it.
00:22:15.100 Oh, no, no, that's CFIA.
00:22:16.560 all right it's out of our jurisdiction we can't do anything about it well you know what you're the
00:22:20.280 SPCA you can at least make a call right seems a little bogus to me all right so there's a lot
00:22:33.520 of craziness happening across the country we're going to go from BC to Alberta to Manitoba and
00:22:38.780 then finally out to Nova Scotia in just a second and then we're gonna we're gonna talk about
00:22:44.420 antifa towards the end of the show tonight and for for you night hawks for you all access
00:22:52.100 night hawks there's a viewer's choice coming up on the extension tonight at shadow davis.com by
00:22:57.040 the way if you're curious the subscription count is at 94 right now 94 we need 200 to keep the
00:23:04.080 show going on social media i'll make the announcement next wednesday we need to see
00:23:08.840 if this is going to be a sustainable project going forward and if not we'll just do the show on
00:23:13.300 the website and give you guys on social media clips here and there every now and again okay
00:23:19.160 so mark carney it's a slow day in politics it's a friday the friday before a long weekend thanksgiving
00:23:26.880 long weekend so there's a lot of sleepy media out there today and politicians as well mark
00:23:31.860 carney is defended paying more than half a million a year to ceo appointees half a million
00:23:39.200 the prime minister defending his decision to pay the ceos of two new government offices these are
00:23:48.060 newly created by carney himself annual salaries that are higher than those of his own cabinet
00:23:54.400 ministers douglas guzman the head of a new defense procurement office and don farrell the head of
00:24:03.980 the new Major Projects Office will each make more than $577,000 a year, not counting bonuses.
00:24:14.620 I don't know what their bonuses could be based on. Carney said their responsibilities are enormous
00:24:20.240 and include things like making major military procurement decisions and reviewing industrial
00:24:25.660 development projects worth tens and tens of billions of dollars of economic activity.
00:24:30.240 In a recent social media post, conservative leader Pierre Polyev criticized Carney's
00:24:37.180 appointment of Guzman, who formerly worked in senior positions at the Royal Bank of Canada
00:24:40.980 and Goldman Sachs. Polyev said Carney is expanding the bureaucracy and giving new appointees
00:24:47.000 massive taxpayer-funded paychecks. He's right. But Carney said he needs the best people to
00:24:52.540 deliver on important mandates, adding he believes their pay in the private sector was substantially
00:24:57.140 higher. So they're taking a pay cut to come and work for the federal government out of patriotism.
00:25:05.160 You gotta love it. Okay, Lindsay Shepard, she was a political staffer working for the
00:25:13.140 BC Conservative Party. Last week, she made a post on X. The post was all about
00:25:18.360 Truth and Reconciliation Day and how it's based upon lies and lies and lies. And then she got
00:25:24.680 fired she got fired by the bc conservatives for making that post and here she is explaining it
00:25:31.160 last week i posted this on x
00:25:39.160 it was a critique of orange shirt day and this orange flag that is flying outside of
00:25:44.600 the british columbia legislature i can give more context later but i want to start off
00:25:49.880 right away with the audio recording of me getting fired by the conservative party of bc okay
00:25:56.920 lindsay this is not an easy call for us to make um your tweet has caused significant issues
00:26:02.840 across the province whether done intentionally or not this is not the behavior that is expected
00:26:08.200 from staff and john rust that has made the decision that we have to let you go effective
00:26:13.560 immediately and i wanted to say thank you for your service okay lindsay i'll be sending you
00:26:23.800 a letter to your personal email which outlines uh your termination without cause uh you gotta love
00:26:31.160 human resources right so anyway we know she got fired john rustad is the guy that fired her he's
00:26:37.320 the one that made the call. So she posted an op-ed on Juneau News today, the real story
00:26:45.240 behind why I was fired from the BC Conservatives. And here it is. Last week, I was fired from my
00:26:54.480 communications job with the Conservative Party of British Columbia Caucus by its current leader,
00:26:59.220 John Rustad. This was because of a single post on the social media platform X. Just before
00:27:05.100 national day for truth and reconciliation i took to my personal x account to critique the fact the
00:27:11.560 bc legislature building was flying an orange flag and displaying an orange shirt and there it is
00:27:16.480 there there's the there's the post these symbols exploded in prevalence in 2021 after kimlups
00:27:23.600 nation in kamloops claimed they found the remains of 215 children in unmarked graves on the grounds
00:27:29.920 of the former kamloops residential school even though to this day they have found only soil
00:27:34.340 anomalies via radar technology. Later that year, then Prime Minister Justin Trudeau dubbed
00:27:41.320 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation a federal holiday and then famously took off
00:27:46.540 to vacation in the surf town of Tofino on the inaugural official day, which is supposedly a
00:27:51.700 solemn and reflective occasion. The point of my post was that the orange shirt and the orange
00:27:57.440 flag perpetuate a narrative about Canada's history that 215 bodies of children were found
00:28:04.720 at the Kamloops Residential School. That hasn't been proven true in the years since it's been
00:28:08.740 claimed. Orange Shirt Day itself has an origin story that dates back to the 2010s. A woman named
00:28:15.340 Phyllis Webstad claims the staff at the St. Joseph Mission student residence in Williams Lake where
00:28:20.420 she went for one year took her orange shirt away when she was six years old and made her wear a
00:28:25.580 school uniform. But the point remains that you didn't see a massive nationwide spike of orange
00:28:32.300 indigenous themed shirts until 2021. And orange shirt day overlaps with the national day of truth
00:28:38.940 and reconciliation. I don't post on social media often, Lindsay says, and I didn't represent myself
00:28:44.660 as a political party member or staffer on X, but my post resonated with a lot of people and was
00:28:50.960 making the rounds. You'd think that a conservative party would value having staff that take Canadian
00:28:56.400 history seriously and want to take a critical look at an issue before accepting claims without
00:29:00.760 sufficient evidence, but I was ordered by the party at the direction of leader John Rustad
00:29:06.580 to remove the post. I complied. However, the pressure from two BC NDP MLAs, Rohini Arora
00:29:15.520 and Spencer Chandra Herbert was just too much for Rustad to bear. Aurora and Herbert were publicly
00:29:22.120 calling for my denouncement and firing, as was the head of the Union for B.C. Indian Chiefs,
00:29:27.520 who is the spouse of B.C. NDP MLA Joan Phillip. Wow. It ultimately didn't matter that I complied
00:29:37.020 with the request to delete the post because Rustad capitulated to the demands of the leftist B.C.
00:29:42.480 NDP and fired me. In a two-minute phone call, I was told that due to my post, I was being
00:29:49.220 immediately terminated without cause. My post and firing had been public all along. A CBC radio host
00:29:55.960 asked Rostad if questioning the narrative of residential schools in Canada is hateful.
00:30:01.260 I think that spreading or making comments that could be viewed as inciting hate and racism is
00:30:06.620 not welcome. It's not welcome by me, and as long as I'm leader of this party, it will not be welcome
00:30:11.400 as part of the Conservative Party of British Columbia.
00:30:14.080 That was Rustad's answer, believe it or not.
00:30:16.940 To the Globe and Mail, he said,
00:30:18.960 when I talk about free speech,
00:30:20.360 I talk about what I consider to be free speech
00:30:22.720 that's reasonable about topics.
00:30:24.920 I don't mean free speech that promotes hate or racism.
00:30:29.080 This is the leader of the B.C. Conservative Party.
00:30:33.600 Rustad foolishly is playing into the hands of the left.
00:30:37.680 He is uncritically adopting their position
00:30:39.920 that critiquing politicized symbols
00:30:41.780 and asking for more information
00:30:43.880 about the claim of 215 unmarked graves
00:30:46.500 is hate and racism.
00:30:49.140 He's chilling speech,
00:30:51.440 buttressing a culture of ideological conformity
00:30:53.900 and censorship
00:30:54.600 and promoting political correctness
00:30:56.380 over truth-seeking.
00:30:57.860 Rustad so desperately wants to attract NDP voters
00:31:01.400 that he chooses to alienate the conservative base
00:31:03.840 that propped him up in the 2024 election.
00:31:06.940 Unfortunately for Rustad,
00:31:08.240 the base doesn't want to prop him up anymore because for some of us the truth part of national
00:31:14.160 day for truth and reconciliation matters and we don't like it when pandering politicians think
00:31:19.720 they can dictate the terms of open inquiry rustad doesn't defend conservatives and he doesn't defend
00:31:26.060 canadian history against leftist attacks and in return there are very few remaining that defend
00:31:31.620 Rustad. Wow. This young lady is going places, but only if this country turns itself around.
00:31:42.820 And I'm hoping it will. Now, speaking of Truth and Reconciliation Day, what about the Indian
00:31:48.340 industry? That's what Leighton Gray calls it. Leighton Gray is a native or aboriginal First
00:31:54.440 nation's attorney in alberta dallas brody is the leader of the bc one party it's a new party or one
00:32:02.960 bc it's a new party in british columbia and hopefully they get some traction out there
00:32:07.740 and she sat down with drea humphrey of rebel news to talk about what could be a billion dollar
00:32:14.840 industry when it comes to truth and reconciliation in british columbia one thing is increasingly
00:32:21.600 becoming common that is what I call reconciliation overreach where if you're
00:32:27.840 a non-indigenous Canadian you can be kicked out of public spaces by
00:32:32.200 indigenous people or we've recently seen the court recognize Aboriginal land
00:32:37.860 title over private land of non-aboriginals a new documentary coming
00:32:44.520 out that is brought forth by the 1 BC party in British Columbia and this is
00:32:50.240 leader beside me, Dallas Brody, is going to be shedding light on the reconciliation industry
00:32:56.240 in a big way. That documentary is called Making a Killing, Reconciliation, Genocide,
00:33:02.800 and Plunder in Canada. All right, Dallas Brody, good to see you here on Rebel News again.
00:33:07.840 Good to see you, Drea. Thanks for having me.
00:33:09.920 Now, we've interviewed you before about what you call the reconciliation industry,
00:33:15.360 But boy are you about to tackle it in a very big way. Your party has brought forth a documentary.
00:33:22.480 Why? We realized that there was a lack of awareness in British Columbia about
00:33:28.480 what is actually going on in the reconciliation industry in British Columbia. People aren't aware
00:33:34.400 of the magnitude of what's going on and this has been brought on by what's called UNDRIP,
00:33:39.520 the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and DRIPA, the Declaration on the Rights
00:33:44.400 of Indigenous Peoples Act, which is the act that brought UNDRIP directly into British Columbia
00:33:49.200 and changed things completely in our province. That's true. We have a website called stopundrip.com
00:33:56.000 if you're unfamiliar with it, but basically it's an aspirational framework that British
00:34:01.440 Columbia was the first jurisdiction to adopt and incorporate as law, looking at what is sort of
00:34:08.080 of this utopian way for Indigenous rights and excluding elsewhere.
00:34:13.660 But something I noticed from some of the trailers, we've played one trailer already, is that
00:34:18.980 it seems like you even got voice from an Indigenous person, which I know is hard to do.
00:34:24.480 I've had a couple anonymous ones come forward, but tell us a little bit about what you found
00:34:28.960 while you were going and getting information from this documentary from Indigenous Canadians.
00:34:33.880 Well, we have two Indigenous men in the documentary who speak to us.
00:34:38.680 One is a member of the Lower Kootenay Band, one is a member of the Musqueam Band.
00:34:43.620 And these are both individuals who contacted me when they heard me speaking out on the
00:34:49.160 topic of reconciliation in British Columbia and problems that are afflicting Indigenous
00:34:56.200 people in our province.
00:34:57.940 They reached out to me and wanted to talk to me, so that's how I found them.
00:35:00.880 brave men because it's not easy to do what they're doing.
00:35:04.000 I've seen it before.
00:35:05.000 I've seen it with you.
00:35:06.000 I've heard it myself.
00:35:07.000 This accusation that any exposure on the misuse of tax dollars for the reconciliation
00:35:13.280 industry or talking about like you've done before saying, hey, there's been no bodies
00:35:18.460 found with over a hundred bands that have come forth with sort of nefarious claims of
00:35:23.280 unmarked graves of Indigenous children.
00:35:26.480 You get labeled a residential school denier or a racist or your events are being, you know, targeted when you're just trying to have a political event.
00:35:38.040 So what do you say to that narrative to maybe even some people watching now who think that's who you are when you make a documentary like this?
00:35:46.000 Actually, I'm against all of the race-based laws that are being implemented in British Columbia.
00:35:50.960 We cannot have a society that is divided on racial lines, and that's precisely what we have and what we're amplifying now.
00:35:58.760 We are putting these race-based laws on steroids with DRIPA.
00:36:02.820 In fact, we've done it, and it's happening, and it's extremely dangerous to the province's well-being,
00:36:08.920 and it's hurting the 96% of people who aren't Indigenous,
00:36:12.940 and a lot of the people who are Indigenous who aren't able to participate in the bounty of all of this.
00:36:17.960 These names, you get called these names because I really feel the powers that be do not want
00:36:22.020 this topic discussed.
00:36:23.560 This is literally a money train.
00:36:25.720 We have seen a transfer of money, land and power to a degree that we've never seen since
00:36:32.080 the announcement of the Kamloops gravesite that to this date no bodies have been found.
00:36:38.680 So this has delivered a huge uptick in transfer of money, wealth and power and we're currently
00:36:45.640 working on getting the exact numbers of how much it's ballooned in the last few
00:36:50.500 years. Now there's so much happening I have seen you know from covering this
00:36:54.580 issue for a handful of years now I have seen that the public seems to be ready
00:36:59.080 to talk about this they're starting to notice you know if I can't read a street
00:37:03.400 name in my own country because it's not in the English language or the French
00:37:07.960 language you know we've got a little bit of a problem here but for people who
00:37:11.680 are maybe just starting to go okay maybe there is something to this what is one
00:37:15.380 sort of core issue that you think they need to be aware of that you touch on in
00:37:19.840 the documentary? One of the main things that I want people to understand is that
00:37:22.880 the money that's going across is not benefiting the average Indigenous people
00:37:28.100 who are living on reserves and off-reserve. This money is going
00:37:34.040 into an industry now that is big and the money is sitting at this top level so it
00:37:40.760 goes to chiefs and counsel, developers, big law firms and small law firms, accounting
00:37:47.900 firms and consultants. And it's a lot of money. When I was a young lawyer, you know, practicing
00:37:54.200 in a big law firm, the big firms have, you know, big offices and so on. And I was at
00:37:58.140 one of a couple of these in my early days. There were no full departments for Aboriginal
00:38:03.420 law. There might be one person practicing this. Apparently now a lot of the big law
00:38:07.600 firms have 10 or 12 people in the Aboriginal Law Department. Well, that's a lot of money
00:38:13.800 going to these lawyers. And these lawyers aren't Indigenous, they're just business
00:38:18.380 people making money. And what we've learned from the people we've spoken to in our documentary
00:38:23.700 is that the money is not getting down. People on the reserves are getting frustrated and
00:38:27.560 I will say that we are noticing that more people are willing to talk about this. And
00:38:31.560 This is my first principal's rule.
00:38:33.880 If you're accepting public money,
00:38:37.120 the taxpayers get to ask questions about where it's going.
00:38:40.040 Full stop.
00:38:43.940 Dallas Brody is good.
00:38:46.500 She's really good.
00:38:48.260 But the problem is the NDP are in power in British Columbia.
00:38:53.380 And if the Conservatives win the next election,
00:38:56.100 whatever that is, three years,
00:38:58.040 maybe sooner because it's such a slim minority there,
00:39:00.860 I think they've got a majority if the NDP teams up with the Greens, but it doesn't matter because John Rustad is a cuck.
00:39:08.940 So how do we get actual, sensible, logical, reasonable people in government again?
00:39:16.760 I mean, look at this exchange. And I played this earlier in the week. I'll play it again.
00:39:20.120 Look at this exchange between Dallas Brody and the premier, David.
00:39:23.320 Yes, I have a I have a point of order to raise, Mr. Speaker.
00:39:27.100 I'm looking at section 40 sub 2 and 40 sub 3 of the standing orders and the first one
00:39:36.220 is disrespectful or offensive language forbidden, that's sub 2, and irrelevance in debate, that's
00:39:41.380 sub 3.
00:39:42.380 In my answer, I was specifically referring to the staff member that was hired by the leader
00:39:50.200 of the opposition who was fired recently for being a racist residential school denialist,
00:39:55.720 properly fired, by the way. I congratulate him for taking that appropriate stand. A little
00:39:59.880 late, but he did take it. I support it. But you wouldn't find me hiring people like that.
00:40:04.960 If the member thought I was talking about her, perhaps that's her issue.
00:40:08.840 Sub 2 says no member shall use offensive words against any member of this House. The Premier
00:40:14.840 has repeatedly referred to me as being racist, denialist, and hateful. Am I now allowed to
00:40:20.640 use words like stupid, incompetent, financially illiterate, anarchist. I mean, how far does this
00:40:26.620 go? She's good. She's really good. But B.C. has got a huge problem. Anywhere you go in that
00:40:36.320 province, you'll see climate change signs all around. You'll see we welcome everybody all
00:40:42.560 around even at rest stops along highways it's crazy and look at this vancouver park board
00:40:50.640 cancels harry potter attraction after trans activist outrage
00:40:55.680 because of jk rowling right a harry potter themed holiday attraction in stanley park
00:41:04.460 approved by the vancouver park board has stirred controversy and prompted an apology from city
00:41:09.880 officials due to backlash from the city's transgender and gender-diverse communities.
00:41:15.140 The Vancouver Park Board apologized after approving the Harry Potter, a forbidden forest
00:41:20.740 experience, following strong backlash from members of the city's so-called transgender
00:41:25.500 and gender-diverse communities.
00:41:28.840 Commissioners voted unanimously on Tuesday to apologize and to strengthen consultations
00:41:34.820 with the city's S2LGBTQ plus advisory committee.
00:41:41.480 My God, for future events that carry equity
00:41:44.820 or human rights complications.
00:41:46.900 There's video of it, but it's painful.
00:41:50.220 So I'm not going to play it.
00:41:53.100 It's ridiculous.
00:41:55.260 Now, the left-wing corporate media earlier this week
00:41:57.580 was whining and screaming and crying about a premature baby
00:42:02.040 apparently dying from measles in Alberta
00:42:05.040 throughout the province
00:42:07.200 as cases rise to 2,000.
00:42:11.240 Measles, oh my God!
00:42:15.120 An infant in Alberta has died from the measles, they say,
00:42:18.720 as cases creep close to 2,000 through the province,
00:42:21.560 according to the government's dashboard.
00:42:24.320 It's Alberta's first death
00:42:25.640 since the most contagious virus on Earth
00:42:27.640 made a resurgence in Canada.
00:42:28.960 Can you even believe this nonsense?
00:42:32.040 A child born prematurely after the mother contracted measles during pregnancy
00:42:37.600 died shortly after birth, the province said Thursday.
00:42:45.280 They don't talk about any other possible conditions the mother may have had.
00:42:50.700 They don't talk about the premature birth possibly causing issues.
00:42:54.260 Of course, I'm sad for the family that their baby has died.
00:42:57.380 but they're trying to make it all about the measles and how dangerous it is in the meantime
00:43:04.220 ted koontz of vaccine choice canada was on earlier this week talking about the measles vaccine
00:43:10.540 watch what he had to say here introduced the measles back in 1963 they claimed that one shot
00:43:17.740 would stop measles and that it would be eradicated by 1967 so they claimed that within four years they
00:43:24.160 would eradicate measles. Clearly, that was not the case. Two and three shots are now required.
00:43:29.860 Measles has never been eradicated. As of June the 27th of 2025, so this data is up to date,
00:43:36.220 there are more than 117,000 reports of adverse reactions, including death, as a result of the
00:43:44.160 measles vaccine. Of those reports, 574 are deaths, 9,000 hospitalizations, and 2,000 disabilities.
00:43:52.100 Now, that number is actually not the true number.
00:43:55.860 There was a study that was done in 2010 in the United States that revealed that less than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.
00:44:03.380 So that number should likely be 100 times what's listed.
00:44:07.240 And so that means that the number of deaths from the measles vaccine is in the neighborhood of 57,000 deaths.
00:44:14.180 i'm just gonna leave it there you guys can decide for yourselves what you think about all of that
00:44:27.240 here's another ridiculous story out of alberta appeal file challenging the law society of
00:44:33.200 alberta's power to compel ideological training of lawyers i did some research on this today
00:44:37.720 turns out that law societies are completely and totally self-governing in other words
00:44:42.780 the provinces can only step in in case of major misconduct and that's it and the members of these
00:44:54.460 law societies all across the country in every province are elected by the members of the bar
00:44:59.740 in whichever province they happen to serve so the jccf released this today an appeal has been filed
00:45:06.020 in the case of alberta lawyer roger song challenging the law society of alberta's power to impose
00:45:11.580 mandatory cultural competence and other ideological conditions on lawyers in Alberta.
00:45:19.460 The appeal follows the September 12, 2025 ruling of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta,
00:45:24.980 which effectively upheld the Law Society's authority to compel lawyers to complete mandatory
00:45:29.820 training and to amend its code of conduct to prohibit harassment and discrimination along
00:45:35.960 ideological lines. What does that mean? Mr. Song, a former law professor in Beijing who immigrated
00:45:44.400 to Canada after living through Mao Zedong's violent cultural revolution and a lifetime of
00:45:50.580 Maoist indoctrination, argued that the law society's actions amount to compelled ideology
00:45:56.260 and political coercion that violate critical professional independence and his charter
00:46:01.700 writes under section 2a on freedom of conscience and belief and section 2b on freedom of expression
00:46:09.020 mr song's appeal challenges several law society actions including rule 67.4 which purports to
00:46:16.560 empower the society to mandate ideological training a professional development profile
00:46:22.680 that redefines competence to include ideologically compliant belief speech and advocacy rule 67.2
00:46:30.800 and point three, which compel lawyers to submit annual continuing professional development plans
00:46:36.260 to the regulator, which must be developed with reference to the professional development profile
00:46:41.700 and part six point three of the code of professional conduct, which redefines
00:46:47.400 discrimination and harassment in vague ideological terms. Constitutional lawyer Glenn Blackett said
00:46:55.160 the law society seems bent on transforming Alberta lawyers into a sort of woke commissariat
00:47:01.600 who see Western legal systems like our Constitution as systems of colonial and anti-black oppression.
00:47:08.820 Unfortunately, the lower court largely refused to look at the evidence or consider the arguments.
00:47:14.380 It's viewed the political nature of the law society's conduct as something that attracted
00:47:18.240 immunity from judicial review. Mr. Song and I think that's plainly wrong. The law society has
00:47:24.560 no place in politics, and it's the court's job to say so. The appeal will seek to overturn the
00:47:30.500 lower court's decision and to consider the central question, can the regulator of lawyers adopt
00:47:35.080 any political objective, much less one that's hostile to the Constitution?
00:47:41.360 How many of these ridiculous things are we going to see in this country, from boards,
00:47:47.900 from NGOs, from corporations, from governments
00:47:51.500 that completely and totally impinge
00:47:55.460 on the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:47:57.140 It's gotten to the point where we can use it
00:47:59.620 to wipe our asses these days.
00:48:01.560 Sorry for the mental picture.
00:48:07.180 Here's a media release came out a couple of days ago
00:48:09.580 from Winnipeg Police.
00:48:13.500 The Manitoba Integrated High-Risk Sex Offender Unit
00:48:17.260 is a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service
00:48:20.560 and the RCMP, and they provide information
00:48:23.480 regarding somebody called William Lee Persuane.
00:48:27.800 41 years of age, a convicted sexual offender
00:48:30.440 considered high risk to re-offend in a sexual manner
00:48:33.400 against both youth and adult females.
00:48:37.820 On October 8th, that's just Wednesday,
00:48:41.300 Persuane will be transferred to Winnipeg
00:48:43.560 for his statutory release after serving a portion
00:48:46.300 of his custodial sentence
00:48:47.940 for a conviction of sexual interference.
00:48:51.460 Although Persuane has completed
00:48:52.740 some sex offender programming
00:48:54.460 while in custody,
00:48:55.360 he remains a high risk to re-offend
00:48:57.180 in a sexual manner
00:48:58.080 against youth and adult females.
00:49:00.420 This information is provided
00:49:01.960 to enable members of the public
00:49:03.440 to take suitable measures
00:49:04.640 to protect themselves.
00:49:11.420 It's Canadian justice system.
00:49:13.580 Any form of vigilante activity or other unreasonable conduct directed at Mr.
00:49:19.920 Persuane will not be tolerated.
00:49:21.700 There he is.
00:49:23.320 Right there.
00:49:25.440 They've released him into the public in Winnipeg.
00:49:27.860 They don't say where.
00:49:34.540 And Winnipeg is a city nearly 1 million people that measures 35 miles east to
00:49:40.560 west and about 20 miles 25 miles even north to south it's kind of a big place so should every
00:49:48.860 woman in this city be terrified because this guy is out looking for new victims
00:49:55.560 well it shouldn't be but it is and it's nothing to do with the police if the police had their way
00:50:05.900 this guy would be locked up the key would be thrown away but the liberal government and their
00:50:11.620 judges let him out in halifax a gym has removed a race-based pricing system after criticism
00:50:21.340 they say it was not meant to be exclusive
00:50:23.940 you got a race-based pricing system but it's not meant to be exclusive it's inherently exclusive
00:50:35.520 you idiots. You there, white man, you're paying 50% more than this black guy over here just because
00:50:43.140 of your skin color. Halifax gym says it's removed race-based pricing after feedback and criticism
00:50:52.620 about a discounted rate intended to foster diversity and inclusion. I don't know how
00:50:59.940 much more stupid you can get our studios which has five locations in nova scotia came under fire
00:51:08.120 this week after posts on social media pointed out the discount canadian oh our friend jeff
00:51:14.040 evely is back in the news he said that on x the charging double for white people compared to black
00:51:19.840 and indigenous people of color or bipoc customers was in violation of the nova scotia human rights
00:51:25.760 Act. Evely is also a PPC candidate. Why do they even have to include that? Yes, Jeff was a PPC
00:51:31.820 candidate. That has no relevance to this story whatsoever. A business cannot discriminate
00:51:36.680 against customers based on race, according to Section 5 of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Act.
00:51:42.380 Evely posted screenshots of the gym's website showing one studio drop and pass
00:51:47.040 for $30 and another for $15, which was labeled as the BIPAC, POC, sorry, drop and rate. The
00:51:55.000 discount is no longer available on the gym's website and it's since been posted or has posted
00:52:00.500 a statement on social media. In a fitness industry that's long been predominantly white,
00:52:07.840 good God, and often inaccessible, we've taken pride in being leaders who actively promote
00:52:15.600 diversity through our hiring practices, in-studio equity and inclusion training, and the creation of
00:52:21.060 our idea that would be inclusion diversity equity and accessibility committee ongoing efforts to
00:52:29.460 ensure all individuals feel seen and represented within our walls they have to feel seen
00:52:36.900 i go to the gym i don't want to be seen man i go for an hour i'm in the corner i'm trying
00:52:43.500 to do everything i can then get the hell out of there be seen give me a break
00:52:47.640 there are so many brainwashed idiots in this country are we ever going to be able to clean it up
00:52:54.800 my goodness
00:52:56.660 jimmy kimmel does not believe that antifa exists look at this
00:53:05.540 understand there's no antifa this is an entirely imaginary organization there is not an antifa
00:53:13.500 this is no different than if they announced they rounded up a dozen decepticons
00:53:17.340 we've captured the chupacabra everyone and then it was trump's turn to ratchet up the rhetoric
00:53:23.800 with fiery images conjured from no one has any idea where jimmy kimmel is an idiot and as far
00:53:32.720 as i'm concerned anybody who denies the existence of this terror group because that's what they are
00:53:37.880 at least that's what they've been listed as in the united states now and donald trump is very close i
00:53:42.260 think maybe he's already done it as listing antifa as a international terrorist organization also
00:53:48.620 that anybody who who says that there is no such thing as antifa and that includes canadian
00:53:54.280 politicians and officials because they have said there's no such thing as that's ridiculous
00:53:59.200 you white people you're the problem i think they're probably antifa as well i mean if you think about
00:54:08.600 it and we did a thing on the extension the other night talks about how high and you know greg and
00:54:16.860 i talked about it wycliffe and i talked about it on the show the other night how high through
00:54:22.540 the structure of this country that antifa ideology exists through universities
00:54:29.780 mob maybe even the courts and police it's bad so antifa yes yes it is an ideology but
00:54:40.640 there is a physical aspect of it andy no is a reporter a west coast-based independent reporter
00:54:47.560 in the united states and he knows all about antifa he's been killed by we're almost killed
00:54:51.980 by them twice and here he is talking about it so the wall and mounts was at the front
00:54:57.680 These were the human body shields, and that's where all the cameras would face them.
00:55:00.940 Behind them would be the people in the black block who would throw the projectile weapons.
00:55:05.440 And they brought things that were meant to look not very dangerous, like a water bottle.
00:55:09.940 Well, the water bottles were frozen.
00:55:11.260 What do you think happens when that's thrown at somebody's head with force?
00:55:15.040 They had lasers.
00:55:16.060 So it looked like, oh, cool, a laser light show.
00:55:18.760 No, when you have 50 people directing these lasers at the eyes of an individual officer,
00:55:23.820 you get injuries that can
00:55:26.360 damage the eye permanently
00:55:27.720 and there were dozens of federal agents
00:55:30.160 whose eyes were injured
00:55:31.400 and on the laser subject right now
00:55:33.840 an Antifa blog in Portland
00:55:36.440 has put out flyers
00:55:37.840 and put out posts online
00:55:39.260 calling for their comrades
00:55:41.040 to try to aim all their lasers
00:55:43.620 at the pilot that flies
00:55:46.320 the DHS helicopter
00:55:47.840 over the ice facility
00:55:48.900 Are these like the Blackhawks over the
00:55:50.480 Yes, they're trying to cause a crash
00:55:52.540 kill people
00:55:53.360 so they're using some of the tactics they learned before they don't have as many people
00:55:58.780 but they have so much experience and they were they're emboldened because they weren't
00:56:04.580 held accountable yeah you know on his sub stack just a couple of days ago he wrote a piece on
00:56:10.660 the portland police chief who apologized to antifa
00:56:14.380 wow police chief bob day is the city's worst police leader yet when you've got police officers
00:56:24.660 chiefs of police who are apologizing to antifa you may as well just white uh wave that white
00:56:30.300 flag and say we give up you guys take over the city that's it that's it go ahead
00:56:35.800 now where do they get their funding from is the question surely they can't do it without money
00:56:45.660 right i mean bricks you know how much bricks cost they're throwing bricks all the time
00:56:50.100 they've got weapons of war these people that's expensive
00:56:55.180 so where does the money come from glenn beck was breaking it down just today you have
00:57:02.360 this funding sources now this is interesting again who do you rights
00:57:07.580 check to this is split between nonprofits and foundations also crowdfunding
00:57:13.280 sources now I already mentioned the tides foundation one of the darkest of
00:57:17.360 the dark left-wing radical money funnels on the planet you know who knows all the
00:57:22.020 trails that lead back to tides but just for starters let's let's look at these
00:57:28.480 Hides Foundation funds an organization called Alliance for Global Justice money
00:57:35.660 from here they refund all money to groups like refuse fascism they also
00:57:42.040 give to the National Lawyers Guild over a million dollars from 2018 to 2019 alone
00:57:46.660 are you gonna write a check for a million dollars to a leaderless group
00:57:50.320 that has no organization at all and just say yeah you guys know what to do with
00:57:53.860 it who knows what to do with it this is how the radical left-wing money trail operates it's designed
00:58:00.420 to be opaque it's designed to be confusing and disappear but the connections are all there
00:58:06.500 so why haven't we done anything about it up until now okay up next who else but george soros spooky
00:58:14.180 dudes open society foundation uh they also fund the alliance for global justice they also uh are
00:58:21.300 with the Antifa support groups the charitable funding sources are legion
00:58:26.700 for just that one then you have fidelity investments where do you have your money
00:58:31.800 invested fidelity investments charitable gift fund they donate to the National
00:58:36.840 Lawyers Guild also Schwab charitable charitable fund boy if I had my money in
00:58:42.420 Schwab I or fidelity I don't know if I would have it there they're giving to
00:58:49.140 people who's supporting these people i mean i could go on and on and we haven't even gotten
00:58:53.540 to the crowdfunding platforms you have you have act blue and patreon you have fundraiser
00:59:00.180 the action network then you have book sales book sales oh yeah book sales like the college
00:59:06.740 professor that produced the antifa handbook look i'm i'm not accusing anyone here i'm just saying
00:59:13.380 this is pretty much off the top of my head. I'm just showing the connections that have a very
00:59:19.200 strong odor attached to them. And I've followed these people long enough to know this is the way
00:59:26.220 it works. This one chalkboard alone is enough for the Trump administration just to start. I mean,
00:59:34.420 just start. And they are. And it should be enough alone just to debunk the ridiculous notion,
00:59:40.200 Just the question. Who are you writing checks to? A million dollar check. Who's cashing it? What bank? Where is this happening? Schwab is giving to just street kids who? What? It's ridiculous to believe that. Ridiculous.
01:00:01.160 antifa now has been designated as a terrorist organization it is about time
01:00:07.380 and it is time to turn over all of the stones
01:00:10.600 he intends to do that andy no has been on this for five years his views
01:00:18.080 are into the millions and yet for some reason people still continue to ignore this terrorist
01:00:25.460 group. This is about a month and a half ago in Portland. Look what Antifa did. And I saw in the
01:00:33.380 comments that somebody had suggested, yeah, they have lawyers. Antifa's got lawyers. Absolutely
01:00:37.180 they do. Sometimes they're on the ground with them. They wear special orange helmets. They
01:00:43.100 have medics with little red crosses on their uniforms so they can go and take care of any
01:00:50.100 their soldiers who have been injured by national guardsmen yeah they operate very much like
01:00:58.820 military watch this oh right and they they also deal in intimidation here they're bringing out a
01:01:07.700 guillotine
01:01:20.100 And they are surrounding an ICE facility there in downtown Portland.
01:01:50.100 And they have media there, too, their own media.
01:01:56.340 Look at the guy with the media shirt on.
01:02:12.700 Are you going to try to tell me that they are not an organized terror group?
01:02:18.960 Really?
01:02:19.440 Jimmy Kimmel? Like the Chupacabra? The Sasquatch? You're in on it, buddy. You're being funded by
01:02:28.840 them somehow. So Donald Trump was asked today, are you going to make Antifa an international
01:02:33.400 terrorist group? And here's what he was talking about. Are you going to work with your administration
01:02:37.020 as the Secretary of State here? Are you going to work with your administration to designate
01:02:41.280 a foreign terror organization? You mean a terror? Antifa? A foreign terror organization.
01:02:47.940 well has that been done pretty close right would you like to see it done yes mr president you think
01:02:52.820 it would help they they have foreign legs all across i think it's the kind of thing i'd like
01:02:56.580 to do if you'd like to does everybody agree if you agree i agree let's get it done okay let's
01:03:01.620 get it done marco we'll we'll take care of it mr president that's international you mean
01:03:06.260 international sounds good to me steve are you okay with it yes it's true there are extensive
01:03:14.180 foreign ties and i think that would be a very valid step today i think so too yes good i think
01:03:19.060 it's a good point thank you international terrorist organization antifa and seeing as
01:03:30.020 how canada's got antifa activity it may be tougher to get across the border for casual
01:03:36.420 people going for a weekend now because of them so is trump going to make carny respond to this
01:03:43.780 considering our proximity to each other our countries i wonder if that was on the table
01:03:48.660 during their discussions earlier this week it's interesting that's it for tonight you guys thank
