00:00:30.000 Thank you.
00:01:00.000 Thank you.
00:01:30.000 Thank you.
00:02:00.000 Thank you.
00:02:30.000 Thank you.
00:03:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:03:30.000 guitar solo
00:04:00.000 Hello, everybody.
00:04:29.380 Welcome to Shadow at Night for Wednesday, October the 15th, 2025.
00:04:34.520 And on the show tonight, not much going on at Universal Ostrich Farm today,
00:04:38.760 except for drones flying overhead, 35 or so RCMP officers stationed on personal property.
00:04:47.120 Big, huge garbage bins leaving mysteriously, arriving mysteriously at the ostrich farm.
00:04:56.340 cell phone signals wi-fi being cut to specific devices wow just another day in the life
00:05:05.960 at universal ostrich farm you know the cbc
00:05:10.420 in another example of absolute tone deafness to the canadian public which is their supposed audience
00:05:19.360 you know that show they've got this hour has 22 minutes well they lampooned universal ostrich farm
00:05:27.100 and the situation there and we're going to play that video for you in a couple of minutes also
00:05:33.180 are the liberal is it possible that the liberals are walking back their what do they call it their
00:05:40.420 assault weapon buyback program assault weapons there's apparently 2 000 different assault
00:05:49.180 weapons out there that canadians have had for the past 25 or 30 years and didn't even realize it
00:05:54.640 and the liberals want them badly not the people just you know the assault rifles so we're going
00:06:03.620 to look into that because it appears as though the liberals are maybe backing down on this a
00:06:10.680 little bit just like they did on bill c2 not that bill c8 and bill c9 are far enough along yet
00:06:19.060 to require back down, but hopefully public pressure will require them to at least reopen
00:06:25.580 these bills, gut them and start again. I don't think we're going to get complete capitulation
00:06:31.040 from the liberal government, but I do believe that we can get them to soften these censorship
00:06:37.820 bills because that's in fact what they are. We're going to go into that a little bit more in
00:06:42.060 tonight's show. Many of you are wondering, did we hit the mark? Did we get to 200? Did we get there?
00:06:49.840 Well, I'll tell you when we come back from this message from CanadaNanoSilver.com.
00:06:59.460 I've been struggling with acne for a while and my mom brought me SilverCeuticals and I did not
00:07:04.140 want to try it at first because I hate all that stuff on my face, but I'm super glad I did because
00:07:09.460 it hydrates my skin, doesn't leave me dry. I don't use coconut oil anymore and I'm super glad my mom
00:07:14.840 showed me it and I'm glad she's showing other people because I think it does wonders. Some of
00:07:18.220 other things I love about SilverCeuticals is that it's natural, it's not a pharmaceutical and it
00:07:22.540 just makes your skin glow and feel super hydrated. You don't feel like dry at all and it just keeps
00:07:28.220 that way for the entire day and that's awesome. I've had a few people comment on how my face has
00:07:33.340 cleared up. It's mostly been family members and once my mom told them what I was using they finally
00:07:38.380 started using it too and they're seeing great results as well. If a kid told me that they were
00:07:42.140 struggling with skin issues I'd 100% recommend SilverCeuticals because it fixes everything and
00:07:46.940 And it's amazing.

00:08:02.780 Don't forget this weekend, the Regina Health and Wellness Show.
00:08:05.700 They'll be there if you want some free tickets.
00:08:07.080 If you're in Regina or the Regina area, you know, like a reasonable drive away an hour or so.
00:08:12.040 Or I guess, you know, if you live on the prairies, a reasonable drive is three hours, maybe longer.
00:08:16.940 because there's just nothing between cities and towns.
00:08:22.740 I kind of like it like that.
00:08:24.080 I grew up on the prairies.
00:08:25.180 I'm used to that.
00:08:25.820 The people from out east, they have a problem with it.
00:08:28.220 They can't understand it.
00:08:29.600 I've got stories, but this is not the time or the place for that.
00:08:33.180 Anyway, if you want free tickets for the event this weekend in Regina,
00:08:36.120 again, I think the 12th annual or 13th annual Regina Health and Wellness Show,
00:08:41.180 just email info at CanadaNanoSilver.com.
00:08:44.960 kevin and anna from canada nano silver will be there this weekend hello sandra watching in beaver
00:08:51.400 bank nova scotia oh we have a new government in newfoundland and labrador elected last night a pc
00:08:57.760 progressive conservative government i don't trust progressive conservatives at all but we're going
00:09:04.980 to do some investigating on that situation hello byron how you doing buddy byron's watching on
00:09:10.240 facebook tonight derrick hello mickey michael lucette sandra you know what if somebody if
00:09:19.480 somebody uses that word distraction one more time i'm gonna lose it don't use the word distraction
00:09:28.420 because everything that's going on right now is relevant everything all of it don't just
00:09:34.940 just don't get too wrapped up in one thing prove that you can walk and chew gum at the same time
00:09:43.460 i understand everybody well not everybody but many people are wrapped up in the universal
00:09:49.120 ostrich farm situation i totally understand that but yes there are other things coming
00:09:53.600 and other things happening so we try to cover as much as we can on this show right so let's not get
00:10:00.180 distracted with pointing out distractions that aren't distractions because it's all part of the
00:10:06.360 bigger picture hello karen and bella and edna edie mo karen is watching on youtube in brockville
00:10:15.940 ontario tonight and over on rumble let's see here rumble we've got world peace and notable starliner
00:10:21.760 1961 nutsy mouth of the south one two three whatever platform you're watching on tonight
00:10:28.040 do not forget like and share you guys get this out to as many people as we possibly can so um
00:10:34.360 the reason i began this show was to give people a place to go to give people a place where they
00:10:43.040 could find community and not feel like they were losing it like they were going nuts because the
00:10:47.400 government and big business and even their friends and family their communities were gaslighting them
00:10:52.460 so bad about this that and the other thing that was one of the reasons and then of course the
00:10:57.480 information is absolutely crucial. There's many people who think that, you know, we live in this
00:11:04.280 echo chamber, this bubble, and it's not growing. It's a static thing. And we're only talking to
00:11:11.180 ourselves. That's not true. I've seen this show on social media over the past year grow by 25 or
00:11:19.580 30,000 followers across platforms. To me, that's monumental. That means people are picking up on
00:11:26.840 things people are starting to understand you know i've had people message me privately and i don't
00:11:31.940 go ahead and and reveal who they are because that would be miscarriage of trust like page one um
00:11:37.920 they say thank you for helping me see i only push
00:11:45.920 and hopefully they go and then dive down their own rabbit hole and find out for themselves
00:11:54.100 right so yeah that's been absolutely crucial getting the information out there and that's
00:12:01.600 why i asked you guys to like and share however i can't keep doing this for free as i've told
00:12:07.700 you over the past week we need to get subscriptions up on the website this is how we're going to keep
00:12:12.020 this show going this is how this is how i will continue or will be able to continue to keep
00:12:19.620 this show going. So last week I asked for 200 subscriptions in seven days and I'm going to need
00:12:27.420 a drum roll. It's the best I could do. I'm sorry, bongos. And let me throw this up on the screen
00:12:40.000 here for you as of 6 p.m tonight central time 148 new subscriptions that's up a lot it's up 215
00:12:50.440 over normal but it's not 200 now between six and eight o'clock this evening 12 new ones came in for
00:12:58.480 a total of 160 so we haven't gotten there we're not going to get there the deadline has come and
00:13:04.760 gone so as of friday october 31st halloween night will be the last show on social media
00:13:11.840 i will be moving this show to the website only for all access members at shadowdavis.com
00:13:20.200 on the social media channels you'll get highlights you'll get best ofs you'll get reels you'll get
00:13:25.320 two minutes three minutes here and there and that's about it again i cannot keep doing this
00:13:30.340 for free so if you want to sign up awesome that'd be great if not thank you for your support over
00:13:39.100 the years i'm not upset with you i'm not angry with you it's just something that didn't work
00:13:44.700 out so i want to thank you for being with me as long as you have been okay let's begin the show
00:13:50.760 tonight with um the ostrich farm first thing is chris dacy i believe an outstanding independent
00:13:57.220 journalist and he's been doing a lot of work out there since he arrived a few days ago
00:14:02.180 here's a video of him today with retired sergeant of the canadian armed forces mike rude being
00:14:10.900 investigated by rcmp drones and then some disturbing video the last 20 seconds let's watch
00:14:18.500 just sitting here having a quick talk with uh with mike and then directly above us you see something
00:14:25.580 I do.
00:14:32.940 I just sat down here to have a little conversation quietly.
00:14:39.140 Spark, you watch our backs, okay, Spark?
00:14:41.100 Good girl.
00:14:42.660 Good girl, Spark.
00:14:45.480 Watch Dad's back.
00:14:47.300 Oh, I guess he's done with us.
00:14:52.500 Flying is not all that unusual around here.
00:14:54.560 there is no fly zone in effect obviously that doesn't apply to the rcmp who fly their drones
00:14:59.100 all over the place um was just interesting timing that as mike and i sat down to talk about something
00:15:03.880 here one appeared directly over our heads but it's up in behind me now it's moved on a little
00:15:08.940 bit it's up here somewhere looks like it's taken an overview of the whole area oh returning to base
00:15:15.420 now but everything about this is kind of weird right like so even if this isn't something new
00:15:20.740 really there was one flying over our trail in our tent the other night and whole thing's kind
00:15:25.420 of weird you walk out and there's rcmp vehicles everywhere like it's not normal none of this is
00:15:31.360 normal and even though you get used to this or desensitized to to it a little bit like no one
00:15:37.780 should be desensitized to the rcmp seizing land for months and flying drones over people and
00:15:43.460 like this is canada this is not something anyone should ever get used to or think is okay we need
00:15:48.820 to know what these bins are doing why are there so many they come in and out repeatedly why are
00:15:55.160 six bins coming every single day that's the question yeah yeah exactly the numbers dropping
00:16:01.480 every single day coincidence yeah and i and i'm hoping it's it's something we don't think it is
00:16:08.680 but there seems to be a drastic short count of birds
00:16:12.380 so no news yet on getting an actual firm count of ostriches at universal ostrich farm
00:16:21.680 cfia is absolutely refusing to do that rcmp have requested through the family that they allow that
00:16:28.660 even a couple of drone flybys should be able to do the trick but cfia is absolutely refusing all
00:16:36.200 of this obfuscating and clandestine behavior leaves questions and people are forced to make
00:16:45.520 assumptions when all the clues are there when they line up why are there big huge bins waste
00:16:53.820 storage bins entering and leaving the property daily huge why does it look like from long shots
00:17:03.020 of the ostrich areas of the farm
00:17:05.320 that there are so few of the ostriches left.
00:17:09.920 There are no accurate counts.
00:17:11.940 There are guesstimates
00:17:12.880 that over 100 ostriches are gone.
00:17:17.760 Supporters who are spending their nights in tents
00:17:20.500 just outside the ostrich area,
00:17:22.380 across the road from the ostrich quarantined area, actually,
00:17:25.600 say in the middle of the night they're hearing loud pops
00:17:27.940 like silenced gunshots.
00:17:33.020 It all adds up.
00:17:35.680 And while Chris is being optimistic in his observation,
00:17:38.960 they're saying, yeah, we hope it's not what we think it is.
00:17:42.000 But with all of these things, how can you say it's not?
00:17:46.780 So we'll stay on top of this story.
00:17:49.440 In the meantime, taxpayer-funded CBC.
00:17:56.740 This show has 22 minutes.
00:17:59.220 I've never, ever once found it to be funny.
00:18:02.100 not that i seek it out and watch it weekly just to say that oh it's not funny again i don't do
00:18:07.520 that but i do see clips rolling around from time to time and it's it's woke nonsense it's always
00:18:14.700 so one-sided so left-sided and it's paid for by all canadians
00:18:21.960 but this to me is an absolute new low and i would recommend if i were
00:18:31.580 a lawyer that the family at universal ostrich farm sue the cbc for this have a look
00:18:40.320 Supreme Court has delayed a planned execution of nearly 400 ostriches in British Columbia
00:18:45.020 after an avian flu outbreak for more I'm joined by ostrich farmer Elwood Coburn
00:18:49.680 good evening oh hello that's all right girl it's okay shh that's okay that's okay shh
00:18:55.800 oh I'm sorry is your ostrich all right oh yeah Bessie she's all right just a bit scared because
00:19:00.460 of all the media attention that and a touch of bird flu are you okay oh yeah
00:19:08.380 oh yes to be expected dude that's a good girl that's a good girl I think that ostrich is sick
00:19:13.780 Bessie no she's not sick she's just an arsehole the Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the
00:19:20.960 ostriches need to be destroyed they allege that you haven't been taking good care of the birds
00:19:24.880 how dare they what's this country coming to if a man can't keep to himself and raise 400 ostriches
00:19:30.340 I'm not going to stand by with my head in the sand to see if IA has these birds worried sick.
00:19:35.380 Thanksgiving was just the other day, and these ostriches were so upset they barely touched their turkey.
00:19:41.200 Okay, but some famous American politicians have gotten involved.
00:19:44.900 Robert Kennedy Jr. has asked for the birds to be studied, not killed.
00:19:48.320 Dr. Oz offered to rehome the birds on his Florida ranch.
00:19:51.420 Florida? What do you think we are? Not as busy as bird flu, not mad cow disease.
00:19:55.200 okay but the court order says that since the outbreak began some 70 ostriches have died and
00:20:01.200 didn't another excuse me but how is that funny i i don't get that one as bird flu not mad cow disease
00:20:09.600 is there something i'm missing i'm asking seriously like how is that funny this is
00:20:16.820 obviously a laugh track too because there's nobody who would ever laugh at a joke and i say
00:20:22.580 that in quotations like that this is beyond belief it's horrendous it's it's completely unfunny
00:20:29.620 but they're insinuating that the birds in fact have bird flu
00:20:35.360 how can you say that if they're not tested properly but cbc right ostrich died just last
00:20:44.820 week well we still have 399 healthy ostriches that's 398 birds who have nothing wrong with
00:20:50.700 There's 397 birds with a right to live
00:20:53.560 And if the government has their way
00:20:54.500 There won't be 396 birds left
00:20:56.720 They want to kill all 395 birds
00:20:59.760 Well, I plan to save all 394 of them
00:21:02.480 Bessie
00:21:04.580 Bessie
00:21:06.620 Bessie, girl, talk to me
00:21:09.760 Mouth to beak
00:21:11.560 Is she?
00:21:16.860 Bessie, Bessie
00:21:18.040 Bessie
00:21:19.480 good luck with the case
00:21:24.080 I don't even know what to say
00:21:36.900 I don't get offended easily
00:21:45.380 But this was one of the most thoughtless, unfunny, unfeeling things I've ever seen.
00:22:00.340 I could even let it go if it was privately funded, but we pay for that nonsense.
00:22:12.560 Absolutely deplorable.
00:22:15.380 show needs to come off the air
00:22:19.860 now on the same day or the next day cbc releases a story and they say that they're reaching out
00:22:30.940 to rural and western canadians as part of a plan to build audience like you i'm sorry you want to
00:22:41.340 talk about tone deaf this is absolutely tone deaf the head of cbc and radio canada says the public
00:22:50.680 broadcasters plan to reach out to dissatisfied audiences means a new focus on rural areas and
00:22:57.240 Western Canada. Now that's funny. You see, they're not funny when they mean to be funny,
00:23:14.180 and they're terribly funny when they're trying to be serious. Upside down land.
00:23:20.060 in a five-year plan released yesterday cbc and radio canada said it will work
00:23:27.380 to connect with children and youth newcomers to canada and those who aren't satisfied with or
00:23:33.620 don't use its services we've identified various groups that are less likely to be in contact with
00:23:40.640 us today through our traditional and digital platforms from marie philippe bouchard that's
00:23:46.160 the president of the CBC. She told that to the Canadian press. The strategy aims at creating
00:23:50.780 content and also opportunity for them to discover us and to consume Canadian content. Yeah, all that
00:23:56.340 LGBTQ stuff. I can't wait. Sign me up. Tamara put this out on her social medias today. This is a
00:24:09.340 brave new world for Tamara and for Chris, I suppose. She said yesterday was my first meeting
00:24:15.840 with my new probation officer.
00:24:17.860 She seemed fair and efficient.
00:24:21.560 The fact these two have probation officers.
00:24:28.180 It's about humiliation now.
00:24:32.700 She seemed fair and efficient.
00:24:34.760 We simply reviewed the condition
00:24:36.520 set out by the judge for my house arrest.
00:24:38.760 I was hoping to be able to drop off
00:24:40.580 and pick up my grandsons from school,
00:24:42.820 but apparently that request
00:24:44.580 will have to go to a judge
00:24:45.820 under a variation application, so we'll just leave everything as it is for now.
00:24:51.200 Next week, I'm headed back for an interview with her
00:24:55.120 to assess the level of risk I pose to re-offend.
00:25:01.020 It sounds like it'll basically be a questionnaire to assess my mental state
00:25:05.620 and any dangers I may pose to society.
00:25:10.540 She informed me of the consequences should I breach these conditions
00:25:13.860 that I'm not to leave the house, even for the approved necessities of life, without contacting
00:25:18.480 her to let her know where I'll be and for how long. She'll then provide a letter stating I've
00:25:23.500 been granted permission to be out of society, sorry, out in society. I have to have my papers
00:25:31.960 on my person at all times and ready to produce should I be pulled over or seen by law enforcement
00:25:37.320 out and about. And you can bet she will be over and over and over again. She was kind enough to
00:25:43.760 print me off a letter yesterday before I left so I could stop at the optometrist and dentist
00:25:48.020 offices on my way home. My official date of release, January 21st, 2027, 1,799 days after my initial
00:25:58.680 arrest. How long are we going to take this is my question.
00:26:07.200 and not just tamara but all of us because one day they're going to come for you they're going
00:26:16.120 to come for me you know the other reason now that i'm on this topic that i'm moving this show to
00:26:26.100 the website aside from the fact we didn't hit the number is because i fear that bill c8 and c9
00:26:34.660 will completely rip me off social media anyway depending on how those bills pass through if
00:26:42.100 they pass through what i say could wind me up in jail fines out the wazoo absolutely
00:26:51.200 so we got to have a safe zone we got to have a website where people can go to get the information
00:26:56.360 they need if it's not going to be allowed on social media so let's get back to it here
00:27:04.500 Joe Warmington writes in the Toronto Sun, why is Canada using our strained public health care
00:27:09.820 to lure newcomers? Don't let the liberal media arm spin this as a partisan or ideological issue.
00:27:16.460 It's basic economics. I could agree with that. Absolutely. The Canadian government waving around
00:27:23.620 Canada's public health care system like they're handing out free candy, trying to entice people
00:27:28.880 from around the world to come here to take advantage of it and the taxpayers who pay for it.
00:27:33.300 thinking about moving to hang on let me shut this down before it starts
00:27:37.680 can i mattress burning questions click well at least we can pause it so uh thinking about
00:27:47.100 moving to canada did you know canada has public health care learn how it works who can get it
00:27:52.380 and what services are covered have you got a family doctor mine died last week good luck

00:28:07.140 Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the IRCC, with a link to a government website. There it is right
00:28:13.260 there. It's presented like it's a vacation advertisement trying to encourage people from
00:28:19.960 around the world to come to a resort destination. The difference is when you book a trip like that,
00:28:25.560 you have to pay for it. In this case, Canadians pay for it. And boy, did the last time Canada did
00:28:32.120 something so irresponsible, did we ever pay for it? And to this day, we're still paying for it.
00:28:38.120 Do you remember the tweet from Justin Trudeau, January 28th, 2017? To those fleeing persecution,
00:28:46.280 terror and war, Canadians will welcome you regardless of your faith. Diversity is our
00:28:51.680 strength. Hashtag welcome to Canada.
00:28:56.480 Trudeau put this welcome sign over the front door of Canada
00:29:00.240 in response to President Donald Trump's Muslim ban
00:29:03.300 in his first term that was later explained away
00:29:06.420 as a tightening of borders on radical Islamic terrorists
00:29:09.340 being able to get into the country
00:29:10.920 and was a precursor to the ICE news cycle of the new Trump team term.
00:29:16.940 The results of this tweet by Trudeau changed Canada forever.
00:29:21.360 And it wasn't a response to what Trump was doing.
00:29:24.500 It's been planned for a very long time.
00:29:27.740 In the years that followed, people from around the world came in great numbers to Canada,
00:29:32.080 not always legally, but through porous border crossings like Roxham Road in Quebec.
00:29:37.220 A 2018 story in the National Post revealed before the tweet,
00:29:40.540 border officials prevented 315 people a month from illegally crossing the border,
00:29:45.240 whereas Post's tweet in 2017 about 18,149 illegally crossed the border,
00:29:52.540 then claimed asylum as refugees even after entering illegally and were allowed to stay,
00:29:58.100 get welfare, education, housing, health care, work permits. Trudeau created a massive immigration
00:30:04.240 crisis that led to many other problems. This new tweet may just do more of the same.
00:30:10.840 National Post columnist Diane Francis wrote, by May 2018, the number of refugee cases pending
00:30:16.260 ballooned to 54,906 from 18,348 December of 2016. In the last eight years, millions of new people
00:30:25.240 have arrived in Canada, which has not been booming economically, but taking on the financial burden
00:30:30.660 of having more citizens and residents to take care of. Time will tell how many more come to Canada
00:30:39.000 on a whim from this government sales pitch over X and other social media platforms. But whatever
00:30:44.120 the number is, they'll be coming at a time when Canada is struggling with high unemployment,
00:30:49.000 debt, housing, inflationary issues, rising food bank usage, and a crisis on the health
00:30:54.800 care front.
00:31:01.760 Assault-style firearms compensation program, with pilot projects happening in a few areas
00:31:08.860 around the country, notably in Nova Scotia, keeping communities safe. As part of its long-standing
00:31:18.060 commitment to tackling gun violence in Canadian communities, the government of Canada has banned
00:31:22.280 more than 2,500 makes and models of assault-style firearms since May of 2020. Anyway, they say
00:31:30.960 participating in this program is voluntary, for now. Remember, it always starts off like that.
00:31:35.740 However, businesses, except those with required registration certificates and specific privileges on their license, must dispose of or permanently deactivate their assault-style firearms before the amnesty period expires October 30th of 2026 or risk criminal liability for the illegal possession of a prohibited firearm.
00:31:57.200 Businesses will be notified when the program reopens.
00:32:00.500 Now, that amnesty period has been extended.
00:32:05.740 by six months. And that's just a recent development. Why? Because our minister of
00:32:12.800 justice, Gary alphabet was caught on tape and that tape was leaked a couple of weeks ago saying he
00:32:18.920 doesn't think he was talking with a buddy of his guys known over 20 years, but he said he doesn't
00:32:23.700 think this program is going to make a difference one bit. Of course, the conservatives, even the
00:32:28.540 left-wing corporate media jumped on it. And here he is trying to explain that conversation,
00:32:33.580 that leaked take conversation with uh what's your name from ctv take your characterization as you
00:32:41.320 know what happened the aim of it being too abstract and certainly the leak came from an organization
00:32:46.640 that doesn't want to see this go ahead but you have done you have not refuted the content of
00:32:51.240 what was leaked and that's why i asked you about whether or not you're going to resign and i'll ask
00:32:55.160 more specifically what informs that question you told the the individual in that conversation that
00:33:00.360 you can't explain the logic of the buyback program. If the Public Safety
00:33:04.900 Minister in charge of implementing the program can't explain its justification,
00:33:09.240 why should Canadians accept one? So this is a conversation that took, it was a
00:33:14.080 20-minute conversation, 20 minutes or so conversation. It was recorded without my
00:33:18.740 knowledge. Notwithstanding that, much of the conversation were part of previous
00:33:24.720 conversations I've had with this individual. The logic of this I know he
00:33:28.800 does not accept um i have tried to explain this in the past uh he we have not been able to agree
00:33:34.300 on it so that's why i dismissed it as such where i was misguided there was two uh times at one
00:33:40.800 point i said i will bail him out and another time i said i will compensate him obviously well you
00:33:45.340 see now he's lying because there is no logic to this he even said it himself during this phone
00:33:51.520 call saying no i was just kidding i've known the guy for 20 years i'm only kidding and things would
00:33:56.860 be different you know maybe if you were recorded having a private conversation with an old friend
00:34:01.520 gary alphabet how this guy still has a job i don't know you see there in just uh in a private
00:34:09.680 conversation not to be taken at face value but you're a minister with all due respect you're a
00:34:14.400 minister of the crown who is in charge of public safety the public safety of this country why would
00:34:19.960 you make light of a program you know is fraught with controversy actually this is a 20 minute
00:34:24.420 conversation i had with someone i've known for many years i'm sure if you were recorded in a
00:34:29.480 private conversation there may be things that you would have said or things the way you say it that
00:34:33.380 may be different than in a public total wrong line of questioning there by the way like she should
00:34:43.040 have said and i watched the entire thing we only gave you a small portion of it she should have
00:34:47.660 said something like do you believe because what you said in the in the leaked recording do you
00:34:53.180 believe this gun buyback program has a chance do you believe that it has a chance or do you believe
00:35:00.960 what you said in the private conversation you thought nobody else was ever going to hear
00:35:06.080 of course it never had a chance there is no logic behind it gary that's why your friend doesn't
00:35:13.760 accept the whole thing there's no logic illegal guns are the problem always has been always will
00:35:23.940 be however the gun buyback program may be coming to an end mario for the north has been doing some
00:35:31.700 digging on this king news i received a note from what i would say is an extremely credible source
00:35:37.240 that analysts have all received an email that the gun buyback program that the liberals are trying
00:35:42.760 to impose on law-abiding citizens is going to come to an end. And for those unfamiliar with the
00:35:48.320 program, it was doomed to fail anyways. The majority of the guns seized during crime, they're not from
00:35:54.380 law-abiding Canadian owners. They're coming illegally from the U.S. In fact, in 2024 alone, the numbers
00:36:01.280 were almost 90%. That's what the Toronto Police Services traced back to America. Programs always
00:36:07.820 face criticism because of this. It was never meant to keep Canadians safe. Even the OPP said they're
00:36:14.040 not going to participate in this. What the government ultimately did is they listed a bunch
00:36:19.640 of firearms including very small caliber .22LRs listed them as prohibited which means they are now
00:36:27.380 illegal. They had the audacity to say we're not forcing anyone to give their guns back to the
00:36:33.040 government and we'll pay you for it but if you don't do it you're committing a crime. That's
00:36:37.120 literally the definition of forcing Canadians to do something they don't want to do. Anyways the
00:36:42.380 good news is analysts have already begun receiving emails that this program will be dying soon. I have
00:36:48.920 a feeling that their test pilot completely failed. No one was participating in it and if they don't
00:36:54.180 have provincial support to actually seize these firearms from the millions of Canadians even if
00:37:00.000 it's in the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands it doesn't matter. The government at
00:37:04.820 the federal level needs the help and support of the provincial governments who don't want anything
00:37:10.040 to do with this they have real crime to fight i believe it was the president of the toronto
00:37:15.040 police services i remember exactly but he said basically that this whole thing will not keep
00:37:21.080 citizens safe yeah but the liberal mp or one of the liberal mps behind this thing got his brother
00:37:31.580 in law, the chief of police of Cape Breton, I think it's Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, to buy into
00:37:36.200 this and be a kind of a national public spokesman for it. And in Nova Scotia, I mean, Mario talks
00:37:43.120 about premiers having to get behind this. All right. The premier of Nova Scotia made walking
00:37:48.680 in the woods illegal. Do you think he would get behind it? Yeah. He calls himself conservative,
00:37:55.380 but is he really? Now, speaking of conservatives or progressive conservatives, a new
00:38:01.200 progressive conservative government has been elected in newfoundland we're going to get to
00:38:05.420 that in just a second more federal for you now remember andrew lawton he's a he's an mp now
00:38:12.240 from london ontario used to be a journalist on juno news before that true north i like andrew
00:38:18.500 here he is questioning our
00:38:20.980 attorney general sean frazier about bill c9 the hate speech bill c9 passes no canadian will end
00:38:30.980 up being charged because of something they've posted on Twitter or Facebook?
00:38:35.240 Well if they commit the crime of willfully promoting hatred against a
00:38:39.320 another person. A crime with a definition that you're changing? But it's possible
00:38:45.420 that they could be convicted for what they willfully promoting hate online
00:38:49.940 today so I certainly I would hope if someone commits a crime in the real
00:38:55.920 world or online that they would face the appropriate criminal penalty we've already
00:39:03.580 got laws in place for this i don't agree with hate speech laws because you cannot define the
00:39:12.800 word hate it's subjective there is no objective hate out there even if you have 99 of people who
00:39:21.820 hate something the one percent makes it subjective and not objective it is not complete and total
00:39:29.540 therefore you can't have hate speech laws because that would be well i guess you can't say
00:39:37.800 undemocratic because we're supposed to be a democracy but democracies are terrible too
00:39:42.720 as we found out during covet 80 of people got vaccinated and they think you should do it if
00:39:50.180 you don't you're bad that's why republics are always the best but look at this story from
00:39:58.880 the friends of simon wiesenthal the nazi hunter a north bay ontario man this came out a couple
00:40:07.960 of weeks ago i apologize for the late has been sentenced to jail for dozens of social media
00:40:13.580 posts and videos promoting hate and violence against the jewish community marking the first
00:40:19.040 ever conviction in a Canadian court for Holocaust denial, according to Crown prosecutors. So if you
00:40:26.180 deny the Holocaust or even ask questions about it, you could go to jail. Now, I don't know the
00:40:35.820 magnitude of this. I don't know exactly how far this guy went, but if it was only speech,
00:40:40.840 there shouldn't be a problem. Let society judge this man.
00:40:48.060 Kenneth Paulin, 51, was sentenced to nine months in jail and two years probation on September the
00:40:53.900 18th for the willful promotion of hate against Jewish people and the willful promotion of
00:40:58.780 anti-Semitism by condoning, denying, or downplaying the Holocaust. Seriously?
00:41:04.360 Paul was arrested and charged by the North Bay Police Service in June following seven months
00:41:12.600 of investigation on this. It took them seven months.
00:41:19.140 Seven months to investigate his so-called anti-Semitic online content. His posts vilified
00:41:26.060 the Jewish community, promoted blood libels and conspiracy theories. Again, that's a subjective
00:41:31.760 statement. One man's conspiracy theory is another man's fact. Incited hate and violence against
00:41:39.440 Jews and repeatedly mocked and denied the Holocaust. I'm not going to go into any further
00:41:45.780 details on this, but let's be honest. Speech is speech is speech. But we played an interesting
00:41:58.080 video last night in the extension regarding life in the chinese social credit system
00:42:04.760 and if people are now getting arrested in canada we know they are in the uk but if they're now
00:42:10.140 getting arrested in canada for things they say however distasteful do we already not live in
00:42:17.080 the same system just without the moniker
00:42:20.500 that's insane here's a great news release from the justice center for constitutional
00:42:29.360 freedoms i'm not sure exactly when john carpe's next visit with us is going to be hopefully in
00:42:33.880 the next couple of weeks at peel at member trudeau prorogue parliament so the liberals
00:42:38.340 could find a new leader and rig the election
00:42:41.220 appeal advances on limits of prime minister's power to prorogue parliament because we still
00:42:50.380 don't know there's no authority in this country that can tell you why a prime minister can or
00:42:56.280 can't prorogue parliament there's no set ground rules for this so prime minister can just roll
00:43:01.820 up and say ah no parliament and here's the reason i gotta take a piss for the next three months
00:43:09.420 so we're not having parliament all right okay see canada is a country that runs a lot on convention
00:43:17.920 and not law so even though they sit there and they yell and scream oh rule of law rule of law
00:43:24.320 we're a democracy yeah no it runs on convention and this i guess there's no more glaring example
00:43:31.280 than the governor general who does according to law have the ability to be able to remove
00:43:37.120 a prime minister but never would because of convention well how could an unelected appointed
00:43:45.140 official remove an elected one because that's the law that's what the law says but they never would
00:43:50.740 it's interesting the jccf announces that a factum has been filed in the federal court of appeal in
00:43:58.940 a case seeking clarity on when a prime minister of canada may lawfully prorogue parliament the
00:44:04.360 appeal challenges chief justice paul s crampton's march 6 2025 judgment dismissing the underlying
00:44:11.240 judicial review. The case invites the Federal Court of Appeal to consider two central questions. One,
00:44:17.160 what is the scope of a prime minister's power to advise prorogation? And two,
00:44:22.180 did the prime minister's January 6th decision fall within that scope? The appellants argue
00:44:27.820 there must be limits on the power to shut down Canada's democratically elected legislature.
00:44:32.840 They urge the court to confirm that prerogative powers cannot be used to stymie the will of
00:44:38.700 parliament or frustrate its constitutional role as a check on executive power. The issue of the
00:44:43.880 prorogation of parliament captured national attention. We already just told you that.
00:44:47.660 Constitutional lawyer Darren Lung said the prime minister does not have unlimited power to close
00:44:54.040 parliament on a whim. You cannot stymie the important constitutional role of parliament
00:44:58.860 just because it's inconvenient to his personal goals. It's for parliament to supervise the
00:45:06.120 executive branch of government not the other way around do we have anybody watching tonight from
00:45:12.280 newfoundland and labrador anybody at all because we've had some problems with so-called conservative
00:45:20.380 politicians these last few months doug ford i guess would be the biggest example of that calls
00:45:25.460 himself conservative uh but he's not clearly not he's a liberal inside and out yeah he says some
00:45:32.740 conservative things once in a while but most of the time the way he spends money and the lot you
00:45:37.900 know there's a story coming up where the Ontario government has spent nearly half a billion dollars
00:45:42.400 on DEI yeah we're going to get to that story in just a second so is this new progressive
00:45:51.820 conservative premier of Newfoundland actually conservative does anybody know I was doing a
00:45:57.000 little bit of investigation on him today but I couldn't find much about the things he said in
00:46:02.440 the past because every single story was about him winning the election last night. So they did win
00:46:07.600 a majority government last night. I think there's something like 40 seats in Newfoundland. Here it
00:46:13.240 is here. Yeah, 40. So Wakeham is his name. Tony Wakeham. He's a PC party's leader and now the
00:46:21.100 premier designate. Narrow majority, 21 of 40 seats, ends nearly a decade of liberal rule under former
00:46:28.380 premier andrew fury they also got 44.3 percent of the popular votes the liberals got 15 seats
00:46:35.460 the ndp got two and then there's two independents but i don't know he looks like a conservative to
00:46:40.320 me but that doesn't mean squat these days so i don't know we're going to have to do some
00:46:46.020 investigating so this could be good news but maybe not we told you last night that there was a
00:46:53.980 counselor in Cambridge, Ontario named Adam Cooper, who made a Facebook post back in January that
00:47:01.340 apparently is dismissive of the LGBTQ community and that he could be reprimanded. Well,
00:47:11.040 council voted to reprimand Adam Cooper and mandate sensitivity training.
00:47:16.920 he's got to go to mandatory sensitivity training if he wants to continue on
00:47:23.740 as a city councillor in cambridge ontario isn't that interesting
00:47:29.580 now i don't know if you guys know this but a lot of the left-wing corporate media in canada
00:47:38.440 they've cut back on their newsroom sizes you see i guess they're not getting enough
00:47:42.980 government funding sorry taxpayer funding so they have to farm out stories and a lot of times it
00:47:49.560 comes from the canadian press but other times you know ctv global cbc whatever news agency toronto
00:47:56.540 star they'll run stories from large american news aggregators like cnn and that's what they did the
00:48:04.960 ctv did in this situation here cnn story on ctv trump administration quietly canceled the nation's
00:48:12.880 largest solar project what quietly no no trump doesn't do anything quietly solar project would
00:48:22.080 be part of the green new scam right remember a couple of weeks ago when he gave a speech at the
00:48:27.600 united nations in front of the entire world would you call that quiet he to the executive director
00:48:34.880 of the united nations environmental program predicted that by the year 2000 climate change
00:48:40.800 would cause a global catastrophe he said that it will be irreversible as any nuclear holocaust
00:48:49.760 would be this is what they said at the united nations what happened here we are another u.n
00:48:56.400 official stated in 1989 that within a decade entire nations could be wiped off the map
00:49:02.400 by global warming not happening you know it used to be global cooling if you look back
00:49:08.720 years ago in the 1920s and the 1930s they said global cooling will kill the
00:49:15.760 world we have to do something then they said global warming will kill the world
00:49:21.860 but then it started getting cooler so now they could just call it climate
00:49:25.460 change because that way they can't miss it's climate change because if it goes
00:49:30.200 higher or lower whatever the hell happens this climate change it's the
00:49:35.900 greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world in my opinion climate change no
00:49:41.720 matter what happens you're involved in that no more global warming no more
00:49:46.640 global cooling all of these predictions made by the United Nations and many
00:49:51.440 others often for bad reasons were wrong they were made by stupid people that of
00:49:59.000 course their country's fortunes and given those same countries no chance for
00:50:02.600 success if you don't get away from this green scam your country is going to fail quietly quietly
00:50:12.680 quiet let's get rid of all those ridiculous solar panels and windmills quietly
00:50:20.920 i mean like i said that speech was at the united nations in front of the entire world
00:50:26.280 and all the world leaders who were gathered there he's making a point
00:50:32.600 He's not doing it quietly.
00:50:35.820 Doug Ford still hates him, though, because of the tariffs,
00:50:38.480 and so does David Eby.
00:50:40.040 But here's Doug Ford again, not learning his lesson.
00:50:43.120 One job is to make sure we protect the people of Ontario.
00:50:47.500 I need to protect the communities against that tyrant south of the border,
00:50:51.540 which drives me absolutely nuts.
00:50:53.980 And we'll always be there to protect the families and businesses
00:50:57.180 who call our province home.
00:50:59.100 that tyrant he's he's obviously got trump derangement syndrome and he's echoing the
00:51:06.360 narrative from the liberals that well it's he's attacking canada with the tariffs look donald
00:51:11.880 trump is not attacking anybody like the entire world has now got american tariffs on them
00:51:19.600 canada is no exception that's all there is to it he's trying to bring industry back into his
00:51:25.920 country from places like mexico and japan and china and canada and that has a lot to do with
00:51:33.140 the auto sector he wants to repopulate detroit with the big three again and the big three of
00:51:40.220 course are eating it up and they're taking jobs it's already started they're taking jobs out of
00:51:44.740 canada mark carney was bragging about it last week in his meeting with trump and the conservatives
00:51:50.960 called him out on it in parliament i'm not sure if you guys saw that but it was kind of funny
00:51:55.960 so yeah we're gonna bleed a lot of stuff to the united states because of trump's policies it's
00:52:01.560 not like he's attacking us he's just doing what's best for his own people period and do you think
00:52:10.140 it's going to get any better is he going to give any concessions if you keep calling him names
00:52:14.680 Doug Ford? No. No, it's not. But Doug Ford is fully on board with Mark Carney and his
00:52:24.500 Marxist liberals. Look at this story here. Ontario spending nearly half a billion dollars
00:52:31.980 to push DEI and race ideology in schools. Under Premier Doug Ford's watch, Ontario has
00:52:39.980 quietly poured nearly half a billion dollars into reshaping its schools around a DEI agenda
00:52:46.660 hang on a second here I've lost my place DEI agenda and pushing race-based ideology
00:52:53.420 onto students oh my goodness since Ontario launched its equity education overhaul in 2017
00:53:01.580 programs rooted in Marxist inspired critical race theory and other DEI rooted practices have been
00:53:07.580 embedded throughout the public education system.
00:53:10.180 And, my friends, it's like that pretty much everywhere else in Canada,
00:53:14.600 save for Alberta and Saskatchewan.
00:53:16.840 And they even have some of it there, too.
00:53:19.440 It doesn't happen in Poland.
00:53:21.720 There's a politician called Dominik Terzinski,
00:53:23.940 on with Patrick Bett David not so long ago,
00:53:26.460 talking about how they handle drag queens in Poland.
00:53:30.380 And, by the way, this guy is a member of the EU,
00:53:33.280 the European Union Parliament, representing Poland.
00:53:37.580 Poland. They are not allowed in schools. The man who wears a dress and he thinks that he's a woman, he needs help. He's sick.
00:53:48.280 Drug queens coming to schools. It's not allowed in Poland, basically. We are trying to promote Christian values in their political space.
00:53:58.980 They don't like it because their conscience is painful. We are not North Korea. You can live as you want. Do not come to the kids.
00:54:07.580 yeah that's that's always been the thing right we're not north korea go ahead live as you want
00:54:16.580 walk around in a dress just get set for some ridicule every now and again and don't expect
00:54:21.920 anybody to walk into your fantasy world and affirm you i'm certainly not going to do it
00:54:27.660 and stay away from the kids in other words go back to your corner of society before you got
00:54:35.660 all that USAID funding go back to your rightful place the little corner of society the sexual
00:54:42.300 fetish clubs live your life that's the way it was before all this acceptance trans acceptance
00:54:50.400 nonsense and please with the names you're transphobic no I am not scared of you not one bit
00:55:01.080 so what can ontario do well look i mean there is no real conservative oh wait a minute yeah there
00:55:08.800 is they're called the new blue party some of their policies renew accountability and promote
00:55:15.380 meritocracy provide tax relief and grow ontario's economy um this party was put together by i think
00:55:23.080 it's the what are they the carlajos couple let's go to their about page yeah okay so jim carahalos
00:55:34.060 and belinda carahalos run this new blue party there's jim and i guess belinda's on the next
00:55:42.020 page anyway this is really and i think uh that former mp derrick what's his last name
00:55:48.500 he had the ontario party going for a while i don't know if that's a thing anymore but
00:55:55.360 how how can we get this out to ontarians that there is no real conservative party left in
00:56:03.920 their province except for this new blue party because doug ford ain't that he's not conservative
00:56:09.660 he's just another liberal maybe even well you know here's the problem with ontario people get
00:56:17.020 dissatisfied with Doug Ford and his conservative party. They're going to vote NDP or they're going
00:56:21.680 to vote liberal. And that'll make it worse. Believe it or not, it will. And that's the same
00:56:28.580 problem in Manitoba. It's the same problem in British Columbia. That's why I was asking earlier
00:56:33.400 in the show if this new progressive conservative premier in Newfoundland and Labrador is actually
00:56:39.300 a conservative. Anyway, we'll come back to that on another night. This story here. Oh,
00:56:46.620 that's the wrong one this story here this one right so deep sky manitoba manitoba
00:56:52.640 a population of 1.5 million people most of them 1 million of them two-thirds of them living in a
00:57:01.680 in a small space in the southern part of the province carbon emissions probably next to
00:57:07.640 nothing i haven't done any research on this but i mean let's be honest if i were to guess
00:57:14.720 I would say that Manitoba is a carbon sinkhole.
00:57:19.900 Lots of vegetation, lots of trees, lots of forests.
00:57:25.420 Emissions only in one part of the province and not that much to begin with.
00:57:30.260 And yet, there's a project beginning in southwestern Manitoba called Deep Sky.
00:57:35.080 Deep Sky Manitoba.
00:57:38.020 Now, what is that, you might be asking yourself?
00:57:40.740 deep sky will build a 500 000 ton carbon removal facility one of the world's largest in manitoba
00:57:51.120 is it going to affect manitoba is that like what do we bring the carbon to them and they
00:57:57.020 make it not carbon
00:57:58.600 it's the world's first tech agnostic carbon removal project developer
00:58:06.340 so they can just turn carbon into nothing we need carbon though it's like the gas of life
00:58:18.100 they've selected manitoba as the location of its next commercial carbon removal facility
00:58:25.240 deep sky manitoba in southwestern manitoba deep sky will build one of the world's
00:58:30.700 largest carbon removal facilities further in Canada.
00:58:40.140 This is a scam, complete scam.
00:58:43.320 And they're going to tell you,
00:58:44.100 oh yeah, we're going to employ hundreds of people
00:58:46.160 and it's going to be great for the province's economic engine
00:58:49.040 and all of that.
00:58:50.500 And it's really based on nothing, nothing at all.
00:58:54.620 i've had a lot of people email and message me about this deep sky carbon removal facility
00:59:03.100 that's being built and some people claim to have some inside information on this i haven't fully
00:59:08.040 investigated or even partially investigated any of that yet but i will be in the coming days and
00:59:13.780 we'll see if we can find out more about this this project for you guys and that's it for the show
00:59:19.880 tonight coming up in the extension on shadow davis.com the high wire dell big tree released
00:59:27.560 a movie just yesterday or maybe it was earlier this morning called an inconvenient study
00:59:32.600 this is about that big ford study that was done and then allegedly withheld
00:59:41.280 by the institute itself and of course the government and all of the news media networks
00:59:47.780 so we're going to watch that all together tonight it's available on all the social media platforms

01:00:40.720 another show. I love you all. I appreciate you all. And I will talk to you soon. Bye for now.
01:00:45.620 Silver is amazing. It has several natural health benefits, and it's been used for hundreds of years
01:00:50.220 for health and healing. That's the main reason they made silverware from silver. But seriously,
01:00:55.340 this nano silver from SilverCeuticals is the best and safest silver you can find.
01:00:59.560 There are hundreds of studies and reports on it. I've read some of the studies myself,
01:01:03.000 and it's mind-blowing. One of the things that sets silverseuticals apart is that it washes out
01:01:07.740 of your body in 24 hours. No silver buildup and no turning blue. And it won't even harm the good
01:01:13.340 bacteria your body needs. It's so effective they can use very small concentrations of silver,
01:01:18.800 like 10 and 32 parts per million, and still outperform other silvers that have up to 3,000
01:01:23.980 parts per million. It's safer and more effective at the same time. It is an incredibly small
01:01:29.700 particle that is small enough to work through your body, but big enough not to fall out of
01:01:33.740 suspension. They infuse it into almost all of their products. It works in facial serums,
01:01:38.160 toothpaste, gels, and even gummies that work to help your immune system.
01:01:59.700 guitar solo
01:02:29.700 We'll be right back.
