00:01:29.160and welcome to Extremely Casual Friday here on the Shadow at Night live stream for Friday,
00:01:35.320August the 19th, 2022. On the show tonight, special guest Sheila Annette Lewis, who has been
00:01:40.980denied life-saving transplant surgery in Alberta by her transplant team of doctors because she
00:01:48.060refused to take the experimental demon juice. So we're going to talk to Sheila in just a few
00:01:55.700minutes, and Jane Scharf, who is with Stand for Thee. She was the one who actually came up with
00:02:01.280the idea of using the Canadian Bill of Rights to defend cases across the country, not the Canadian
00:02:08.340Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Why? Because there are no holes in the Bill of Rights, so maybe we
00:02:12.960can get Jane to talk a little bit about that later on on the show tonight. Hello, Steve. Hello, Russ.

00:07:20.880The immune support silver supplement is fantastic.
00:07:23.880guys i was taking this every day for months through the winter i did not get one sniffle
00:07:28.920or anything this past winter ironically i was a little bit sick in july but i think that was just
00:07:34.060a stomach thing it didn't feel like you know omicron according to the uh according to the
00:07:42.600list of symptoms i had one of i don't know 10 or 11 of them i think it was just i think it was food
00:07:47.640poisoning to be honest with you i got it when carrie and i came back from one of our road trips
00:07:52.120through rural manitoba or saskatchewan anyway with this stuff it's family safe it's all natural
00:07:58.840again made with the power of silver cell technology no preservatives no additives oh yeah you guys
00:08:04.480can't see this i guess you should be able to see this let me add it to the screen here there you
00:09:54.620And so, yeah, so I was diagnosed in 2019 with IPF.
00:10:03.720I went on to get a – we had to get a series of tests done.
00:10:07.880There was hundreds of tests that had to get done from head to toe.
00:10:11.320And when they say head to toe, you're tested for this disease and you're tested for it.
00:10:16.440There's a ban, by the way, put on, so I can't say the name of the organ that I do need because the courts put a ban on me.
00:10:25.280Is there anything else that's banned that we can't talk about?
00:10:28.400Yeah, I can't say the names of the doctors.
00:10:31.240I'm not allowed to say where the doctors are from, where the hospitals are, the names of the hospitals.
00:10:37.880Um, all I can do is say, say Alberta. Okay. Other than that. Yeah. So, um, so anyway, we got all the testing done. I went for physio. I did everything. They asked me to take all my childhood vaccines all over again, uh, because I couldn't find the records for my vaccines, um, as a child.
00:13:42.100I think ethically and morally, they are bound to try to save your life with this transplant surgery you need, because your prognosis is if you don't get it, you'll die.
00:13:55.400But, I mean, they were nice at the time when they were telling me and stuff, and they were very courteous and very, I don't know, they were very caring at the time.
00:14:05.060So when I asked him about the vaccine, I said, how safe is this vaccine you want me to get?
00:14:13.620And he looked at me, and he never even blinked.
00:14:16.020And my son was sitting with me, and he said, 100% safe.
00:14:19.700I said, 100% safe, and it's an experimental one?
00:14:33.280So they said, well, if you don't take it, we have to take it off the list, put you at status zero, which means you're no longer on the list.
00:14:41.180So then that's what made me decide, what am I going to do now?
00:14:45.960The only thing I can do is try to fight.
00:14:48.520I mean, it's either that or let myself, I'm not going to sit in the house and just let myself die.
00:14:55.940So I said, well, let's see if I can take it to court.
00:14:59.000So we took it to court, and that was in August of 2021, began that journey.
00:15:06.940And then June 12th of 2022, that just went by, the judge came back with the ruling that he will not grant me what I asked for, which was to ask the doctors to give me the transplant without the vaccine.
00:15:24.660but i read the ruling the other night on the show and sadly the judge is correct in his
00:15:35.420assertion that the charter is not bound to direct doctors to provide medical treatment
00:15:41.300um but this is not a charter case in my opinion it's not this this is a this is a case of ethical
00:15:50.940responsibility but doctors are not bound legally to do a surgery surgery they feel is unsafe now
00:15:59.420were you ever given a reason aside from the fact that you didn't get this shot were you ever given
00:16:05.140a reason as to what could happen they they never said well you could harm people or that you would
00:16:11.760be a risk to the surgical team or or anything like that it was just basically that you decided
00:16:17.060not to get this experimental gene therapy and and that was it no they said if i decided not to get
00:16:23.260the experimental um vaccine uh that they would have to take me off the donor list they said we
00:16:29.080will we are obligated to help you if you came to the hospital in other words if something was wrong
00:16:35.140with me they they're obligated to look after me of course uh by law but um other than that they're
00:16:41.780not going to treat me for my transplant no they're not going to no longer look for a trance i like
00:16:46.420the organ that i need so what was your reaction when the judge made this ruling
00:16:51.580you must have been devastated yeah did a lot of crying um i was angry um i was not in any way
00:17:02.740you know say well we tried or not and i was i was very angry because there's nothing else
00:17:09.580for me after that right unless you keep going with it so it's like i'm there how dare you
00:17:16.560like would the ruling be different i always think if it was your wife or your mother or your daughter
00:17:23.300or your son or whoever like are you going to condemn somebody are you going to condemn too
00:17:29.460if they were in the same situation but it's like here we are fighting for our life when the answer
00:17:36.040was there and they took it away because i did not comply to one one vaccine because of it's
00:17:45.460experimental and there was no data and but there's a lot of data now yeah a lot of data and it's it's
00:17:52.180not the data that i like to hear that's for sure like why else would they want to hide it for 75
00:17:57.020years they asked the high courts in the states to you know to keep it sealed for 75 years yeah
00:18:04.960all of us will be gone by then so what's the purpose of that because all of us will be gone
00:18:09.480by then that's the purpose of that exactly so like there's so much information out there
00:18:15.180of of this vaccine why is nobody doing anything like why is canada the only one that's not doing
00:18:25.000anything like there's countries banning this and banning that and getting rid of masks and
00:18:30.260and you know at the airport you can fly you can go anywhere you want what's wrong with canada
00:18:35.980what is going on let me ask you a question and this is one i'm sure you've been asked before but
00:18:42.220i think people need to hear the answer to this without this surgery it is absolutely
00:18:49.920certain that you are going to die right i am going to die i have no other way to go
00:18:58.800So this disease that I have, this pulmonary fibrosis, what I have, it hardens my organ.
00:19:09.700It's like a sponge, and you suck all the water out of the sponge.
00:19:13.200That's what's happening with my oxygen.
00:23:26.000But other than that, no, there's not really anything going on around for raising funds or whatever.
00:23:33.500Okay, now listen, here's what we're going to do on this show here.
00:23:37.880Jane, we've sent her the link for the show, and she probably hasn't gotten it yet because it was kind of a last-minute deal that you asked me to do.
00:23:46.880I'm going to try and get Jane on the show next week to talk about that GoFundMe that she started for you,
00:23:53.200and maybe we can get that going around, too.
00:23:55.660And if we can get enough money, I'm not sure how much would be necessary to get you down to the United States or Mexico and get this surgery done,
00:24:03.740but we can at least get the ball rolling on that.
00:24:05.800If you get $1,700, maybe we can get that up over $10,000.
00:24:11.060And I know all of the people on this show would definitely share the information on their social media pages.
00:28:56.760yeah you know what that's the other thing too
00:29:03.660sheila's already compromised she's had cancer before how many recurrences of cancer have we
00:29:10.840heard about in the last year ever since all this started happening lots and that cancer
00:29:17.260that has come back so strongly in many people was gone they were treated they were radiated they
00:29:23.520were chemoed and they were clear for upwards of two three four years and now look it's back
00:29:31.400and i've heard a lot of instances so that's anecdotal anecdotal but i've heard a lot of
00:29:36.460instances from people who have said that not about themselves but from friends and family
00:29:41.060that they know a lot of people are saying i'd want to an organ or blood from an unvaccinated
00:29:55.460person there's a there's a story about a little girl it's not a little girl
00:30:03.540story about somebody who wanted unvaccinated blood for a transfusion and she was not allowed that
00:30:15.780i don't know if they're separating vaccinated and non-vaccinated blood
00:30:20.540i've heard they are but i can't verify
00:30:23.940and of course you know what you know guys it's you know a lot of people ask me hey shadow why
00:30:30.900don't you get somebody from the other side on the show and i say absolutely i have tried i'd love to
00:30:35.260have somebody from the other side on the show they never ever say yes they never ever say yes to me
00:30:41.820they never they never even respond to me in most cases i've tried to get media personalities who
00:30:46.980are still on the show on on the air to come on talk about this they never want to
00:30:51.820so it's not for lack of trying okay here's some good news from truenorth tnc.news one million
00:31:00.640dollars in covid fines tossed out in major legal victory the democracy fund has announced that its
00:31:06.860lawyers have successfully defeated a cumulative one million dollars in covid related fines faced
00:31:12.900by 14 different clients in a news release yesterday the law advocacy organization revealed
00:31:17.920that in the past two weeks 56 000 in fines faced by british colombians have been defeated and a
00:31:23.780whopping $950,000 in Ontario have also been thrown out. The Ontario fines were for three tickets
00:31:31.620citing the Quarantine Act and the Reopening Ontario Act sent to business owners. So
00:31:36.060let's see here. Let's do the math. The Ontario fines for $950,000, three tickets?
00:31:42.380That's over $300,000 each. That's steep. That is outrageous. Lawyer Adam Blake Gallipo said
00:31:50.620He hopes to continue to vigorously defend clients who have had their rights breached by government lockdowns and mandates.
00:31:56.640The legal team at TDF, the Democracy Fund, represents clients across the country who have been fined in connection to legislation related to COVID-19.
00:32:04.520Many clients are unable to pay fines or would be forced to close their businesses if convicted, the TDF explained.
00:32:12.080Various challenges to COVID measures are ongoing.
00:32:14.380Some have found success in July. The Alberta Court of Appeals overturned fines for jailed Pastor Arthur Pavlosky, who will be on the show Tuesday night.
00:32:23.620A ruling by Justice Barbara Lee Veldhouse, Justice Michelle Crichton and Justice Joanne Strykov ordered Alberta Health Services to reimburse Pavlosky any fines or penalties he paid for disobeying public health orders, which totaled fifteen thousand seven hundred thirty three dollars and fifty cents.
00:32:41.440so there is some good news don't forget to like and share you guys don't shadow banning on this
00:32:47.180show is absolutely crazy we have an opinion piece here from police on guard.ca police on guard for
00:32:54.060thee and this is an interesting one uh it has to do with transport canada and the documents recently
00:33:01.120released clearly revealing the intention behind these travel restrictions for unvaccinated
00:33:07.440Canadians as purely one of pressure to increase vaccine uptake. We have heard that from politicians
00:33:15.280in media. They say the quiet part out loud all the time. This is not to combat any valid medical
00:33:22.760risks associated with the travel sector. In a brief prepared statement, listen to this,
00:33:27.840November 2020, titled Risk of COVID-19 Transmission Abort Aircraft, the department confirms the risk
00:33:34.380of spread of covid and this is back in november of 2020 the risk of spread of covid amongst
00:33:40.200passengers while traveling aboard aircraft appears to be low citing an october 2020 press release
00:33:46.000from the international air transport association which stated a one in 27 million rate of flight
00:33:54.900related transmission i say again one in 27 million rate of transmission despite this a memo signed by
00:34:06.220transport minister omar algabra later in october stated the desired indirect benefit of the
00:34:12.500mandates as one that should act as a catalyst to increase canada's overall vaccination rate
00:34:18.320while discussing the challenge posed by the remaining eligible canadians who were still
00:34:23.720not fully vaccinated this coming weeks after they were already aware of the above noted risks
00:34:29.440of 1 to 27 million with that rate of infection. These vaccine mandates, both for travel and
00:34:36.700employment, along with vaccine passports, are seen as a success in driving vaccine uptake by
00:34:44.260public health officials, regardless of their previous admissions, that vaccinating does not
00:34:48.220stop transmission. As stated by the chief public health officer, Teresa Tam, in February, when
00:34:54.080speaking of the increase in vaccination uptake post-mandate, there's now obvious evidence that
00:35:00.020they work. What? Several lawsuits have emerged that argue against these mandates. The attorney
00:35:07.040general is attempting to have these thrown out, citing the suspension of mandates June 20th,
00:35:11.260while ignoring the comments by the liberal government stating that they may be reinstated
00:35:37.540or maybe getting a transplant to save your life?
00:35:45.660When they're injured or suffer side effects, they're ignored and provided with no recourse
00:35:49.940or compensation. All right. Speaking of Omar Al-Ghabra, let me make this bigger if I can
00:35:55.000hear you guys, this video about the play here. There's a committee going on right now into
00:36:01.220the ArriveCant app, and this is Conservative MP Michael Barrett.
00:36:07.400Minister, if there was no scientific basis for mandate.
00:36:11.300This is Conservative MP Michael Barrett questioning Transport Minister Omar Al-Ghabra today. Now, he's not there in person, Al-Ghabra. He is on a Zoom call. And listen to his response. Listen to his response to this question. It's absolutely childish, his response.
00:36:29.600But these liberal MPs and cabinet ministers, when in committee forced to answer questions like this, know that every MP on committee has only got a time limit of five to seven minutes.
00:36:39.600So they delay, they stall with their answers all the time.
00:36:42.720So listen to the response that Elgabri gives.
00:36:44.620Minister, if there was no scientific basis for mandates, as has been indicated by officials,
00:36:52.120why would your government institute a policy that infringed on Canadians' rights,
00:36:58.040that didn't have scientific basis, and then call a snap election a couple days later?
00:37:04.700You mean the non-scientific mandates that was implemented by municipal governments?
00:37:10.520You mean the non-scientific-based mandates that were implemented by provincial governments?
00:37:15.100You mean the non-scientific-based mandates that was implemented by the private sector without required from government?
00:37:21.640You mean the non-scientific-based mandates that was implemented by universities?
00:37:25.940You mean the non-scientific-based mandates that were...
00:37:28.220Minister, I'm talking about the mandates implemented by the federal government at airports.
00:37:33.520I'd like to quote one of your officials in court documents that were reported on by Rupa Sabra mania
00:37:39.520and one of those officials is is on the on the call today actually and let me quote in an email
00:37:46.220to the extent that updated data exists or that there is clear evidence of the safety benefit of
00:37:50.860vaccination on the users or other stakeholders of the transportation system it would be helpful
00:37:54.820to assist Transport Canada supporting its measures that's a quote from AADM McCrory now the the
00:38:01.380mandates were set to be implemented but your department didn't even have the information
00:38:06.460that that indicated it was necessary or based in science to just circle back to your question about
00:38:13.640the science that's being followed by municipalities and provinces they have all eliminated their
00:38:17.900mandates since yet you have not so if you're following the same science they are why have
00:38:23.400they all lifted their mandates but you have not uh mr chair first of all let me start off by saying
00:38:30.180vaccines have proven to have saved lives and continue to save lives no at a moment in time
00:38:36.320where our public health system is under a lot of pressure.
00:38:39.680I'm wondering if these people can be held in contempt
00:54:38.880Crown drops charges against seven Freedom Convoy protesters based upon the fact, because I read this earlier today, based upon the fact that they don't have enough evidence and no reasonable chance of conviction.
