00:03:00.000 hello everybody how you doing welcome to shadow at night this is friday march 24th 2023 christine
00:03:10.000 ronceray is on the show tonight christine was speaking to winnipeg city council last night at
00:03:14.460 their budget advisory public meeting and was treated rather rudely i thought we're going to
00:03:19.980 play some video from that and we're going to speak to christine about her experience there and then
00:03:24.940 And later, sorry, earlier this week, there was a meeting down south in Winkler, and we're going to talk about that as well.
00:03:32.040 How the councils, it seems, do not want to engage with the public on these matters of books, sexualized books in libraries within the reach of very young children.
00:03:45.620 And we're even going to show you some pictures about these books during the show tonight, so stick around.

00:05:31.700 if you're watching from inside or outside of canada i do know we have some folks in the united
00:05:35.660 states watching we do have some people in mexico watching some people in australia watching tomorrow
00:05:41.200 it's tomorrow in australia it's not yet tomorrow here it's still tonight okay uh the first thing
00:05:47.620 i want to get to you guys i was fumbling through twitter last night on the show and i came across
00:05:55.080 a tweet that i wanted to show you regarding why all of this information regarding chinese
00:06:02.400 election meddling is now coming to the fore through the left-wing corporate media when
00:06:06.700 it's been going on for the past 15 years. CSIS has been warning every government for the past
00:06:14.340 15 years or longer that there's been foreign tampering going on in many different ways with
00:06:21.100 our election process, provincially and federally, but only in the past couple of weeks has it finally
00:06:27.040 come out. Why is that? People were speculating. Liz Churchill. Now, if you're watching on Twitter
00:06:33.020 tonight, do not forget to follow me. I mean, some people go, okay, never forget to follow me on
00:06:40.120 Twitter, and then go follow Liz Churchill. There's a reason this woman has got 250,000 followers. I
00:06:46.320 have no idea who she is outside of Twitter, but she makes a lot of sense. So listen to what she
00:06:51.700 says, Canadian politicians are only admitting to CCP infiltration as CCP and WEF are at odds
00:07:00.600 due to the Russia-China friendship. Russia and China have been getting closer and closer these
00:07:06.380 past few weeks, if you didn't know. The World Economic Forum is striking back at China, the CCP,
00:07:14.000 knowing all politicians are compromised by both, but also knowing that their true loyalty is to
00:07:20.820 their satanic climate cult does it all make sense now or is at least is it starting to
00:07:29.440 some of you've known this for a while others not so much but it makes sense you know how i've been
00:07:35.120 trying to wrap my head around okay what's china's involvement with the world economic forum because
00:07:40.720 china's been infiltrating all of the countries who were involved in globalism and the world
00:07:46.040 economic forum so who's who's enemy here and who are friends behind the scenes or is somebody a
00:07:54.880 fly in the ointment and somebody like i it's difficult it's very difficult to try and discern
00:08:00.620 who's who and what role they play and what's going on in the world right now never mind countries
00:08:05.860 what about large corporate entities it's very difficult to make heads or tails but this tweet
00:08:14.380 pretty much says it all outside of the corporate interference in terms of what's going on with
00:08:21.080 nations i like that one and i thought i would start the show off with that tonight because
00:08:25.960 i couldn't get to it last night also there is something going on with this group right here
00:08:31.940 in saskatchewan these guys are called the johnson shoyama graduate school of public policy they've
00:08:38.300 been around since about 2006 in saskatchewan they're based out of the university of regina
00:08:43.060 and the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon.
00:08:46.640 And soon, they're going to be doing rural outreach seminars.
00:08:50.840 So they're going to be going to Yorkton,
00:08:52.200 they're going to Swift Current,
00:08:53.880 they're going to North Battleford
00:08:54.960 and a couple of others.
00:08:56.760 And one that's been making the rounds on Twitter and Facebook
00:09:00.400 has been the Yorkton one.
00:09:03.240 And yeah, I mean, that's fine.
00:09:05.120 We can talk about the Yorkton one.
00:09:06.820 But just so you guys know,
00:09:07.940 these guys are nothing but a group of globalists.
00:09:10.140 Look at their website here.
00:09:11.300 equity diversity and inclusion strategy from 2022 to 2025 the johnson shoyama graduate school's
00:09:17.820 edi strategy aligned with the school's strategic plan com blah blah blah blah so globalists u.n
00:09:22.700 2030 all of that they mentioned that pretty much non-stop through their entire website that's who
00:09:30.060 these people are and they are quite far-reaching in terms of the personnel they have and i had
00:09:36.540 never heard of them before and i'll bet if you live in saskatchewan you had never heard of these
00:09:40.780 people either but they have been pushing this globalist agenda since at least 2006 now here is
00:09:48.560 the saskatchewan or the swift current outreach program they're going to be doing a live seminar
00:09:53.640 in swift current monday monday night at innovation plex auditorium from seven until eight o'clock
00:10:01.860 it's about resilience innovation in a changing municipal landscape with margo hurlbert as the
00:10:08.660 guest speaker so this is how they present it as climate change impacts increase and affect more
00:10:18.280 of our communities we must learn to adapt from devastating floods to intense droughts to record
00:10:23.960 heat waves we see it all in saskatchewan we've seen all of that stuff for hundreds of years
00:10:30.540 across the prairies it's nothing new but they're trying to tie that to global warming and climate
00:10:37.940 change, right? That is the trick of all globalists. Collaborative planning and openness to explore
00:10:45.260 innovative solutions to help us combat climate change, governments, municipalities, and citizens
00:10:49.900 imagining a sustainable future, working together to enact climate adaptation policies will help
00:10:55.660 municipalities build resilience and address the UN's 17 sustainable development goals. Dr. Margo
00:11:02.260 Hurlbert is a faculty member of the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. So
00:11:08.880 here's what I suggest. First of all, you go to this website, schoolofpublicpolicy.sk.ca. It's
00:11:17.300 right here at the top, schoolofpublicpolicy.sk.ca. I'm going to put this into the comments
00:11:25.140 on Facebook. I'm going to put this into the comments on Rumble as well, so you guys can
00:11:31.220 find this if you're in saskatchewan and you're in one of the cities or towns they're going to be
00:11:35.820 visiting in the next month you should look into going to one of these events now when i say going
00:11:44.340 to one of these events i don't mean to go and protest it i want you to go in as a spy
00:11:51.060 all right i want you to go in as somebody who is going to be ready to video the presentation
00:12:01.780 especially the question and answer period and i want you to go along with everything they're
00:12:08.660 saying and the reason for that is we want to know we want them to feel so comfortable
00:12:12.720 that they're in a room full of like-minded thinkers that they say the quiet parts out loud
00:12:19.960 so we can get them on tape so we can understand exactly what their plan is.
00:12:25.380 For example, if somebody were to say at the meeting in Yorkton,
00:12:28.780 which is going to be next month,
00:12:30.320 if somebody were to stand up and ask,
00:12:32.300 excuse me, but obviously not everybody is going to go along with this plan.
00:12:37.700 I mean, and then let's say use a phrase like
00:12:40.300 all those anti-vaxxers and rednecks out there,
00:12:42.960 they're going to be tough to get a handle on.
00:12:44.960 How do we bring those people into line?
00:12:47.140 it'll be interesting to hear how they respond to that question what their answer would be
00:12:53.160 do you have a plan and then you know get other people to say yeah yeah exactly i mean in order
00:12:58.740 for this plan to work we need everybody working together not just 50 of the people we need
00:13:03.900 everybody how do we get them on board now if they say something like oh don't worry we have a plan
00:13:10.220 for them or we'll bring the rcmp in or we're going to bring new restrictions in or new laws in or
00:13:15.820 bylaws or whatever then you get them to elaborate on exactly what they're talking about and you make
00:13:21.320 sure you get it on video so we can put it on the show that's how we get them we get them to admit
00:13:29.300 what their plans are publicly and then put it out there for the entire world to see and people will
00:13:36.660 start waking up now i know it's been a slow process so far and it's going to continue to be a slow
00:13:43.080 process, but it's going to get quicker and quicker and quicker as more people wake up. It's the two
00:13:47.120 friends, two friends, two friends theory, my friend. So keep telling people that you know,
00:13:51.460 keep sharing with people that you know, keep bringing new people into the show so they can
00:13:56.740 understand exactly what's going on in the world. Look at this. This is video of a Winnipeg budget
00:14:04.460 meeting from last Thursday. This is, we're going to start it here at the 138, 48 mark. This is the
00:14:10.200 mayor scott gillingham excusing himself from the meeting watch this i'm going to turn the chair
00:14:17.840 to councillor luce okay we're moving on to delegation number six we have christine ronceray
00:14:23.620 morning if you can please state which aspects of the budget you'll be speaking to and then you'll
00:14:29.000 have 10 minutes thank you um i'm christine ronceray and i want to speak about the safety of the
00:14:34.580 library and I actually I don't want to make you do anything but I I have some
00:14:40.020 things that to hand out a booklet if I can gladly hand it out I could just the
00:14:45.260 awkwardness of making somebody do something for me
00:14:49.540 just just so you're aware I've got a bag full of books from the library here
00:15:02.680 today
00:15:19.540 I just want to I don't want to preemptively call a point of order but
00:15:27.520 we've just been handed a package on deporting board and library and I'm
00:15:31.840 suspecting what I might what might ensue is you know I'm concerned because I've
00:15:40.160 heard from the speaker before and so has the library board of expression of hate
00:15:46.640 breach. So in a rare preemptive, because I know we haven't heard from folks today, I just want to
00:15:54.200 make sure that you know that I'll be at the ready of a point of order. So because I am concerned of
00:16:03.700 previous, you know, things that as a member of the library board, I'm with. Okay, so that is one of
00:16:12.660 the marxists on winnipeg city council her name is sherry rollins and as you can see there by the
00:16:17.360 nameplate she represents the ward of fort rouge and east fort gary and we have christine ronceray
00:16:23.820 on the show tonight hello christine and thank you for coming on did she eventually interrupt
00:16:29.160 you with a point of order suggesting that you were spewing hate speech and you were not to be
00:16:33.360 listened to you're muted by the way just so you can maybe take the mute off your microphone so
00:16:41.160 we can hear hello i can't figure out technology shadow that's okay so did she stop you uh mid
00:16:49.220 speech i think i was stopped a few times um i don't know it was it was a tough one to get through
00:16:56.500 i had a lot of interruptions um i don't know what presentation she's talking about because i've
00:17:03.820 never presented to the board i've had um some friends um that are like-minded who um we have
00:17:12.580 contacted the library board but we haven't had a presentation so i'm not really sure what she's
00:17:17.160 getting at there i wouldn't worry too much about sherry rollins christine she was one last year
00:17:21.720 who suggested there were nazi flags waving at the manitoba freedom convoy at the legislature
00:17:26.340 downtown of winnipeg and there were none but she lied about that to the left-wing corporate media
00:17:31.100 she is one of the worst out there and there's a couple of members of the provincial NDP are pretty
00:17:36.860 bad as well but you had a lot of interruptions you had a lot of condescending uh comments and 0.97
00:17:41.540 a lot of condescending looks from Janice Lukes as well who took over the uh the meeting after
00:17:47.160 the mayor got up now why did the mayor get up by the way I I would assume I like he has the right
00:17:52.520 to get up he I would assume washroom washroom break or or uh water break or something um they
00:17:59.500 have the right to do that he in order for this to all work for the mayor's position he actually
00:18:06.460 is supposed to be there because he is the chair of a lot of committees so they have committees
00:18:12.580 so he has his his good buddies out of council that are um selected to be on committees and
00:18:20.640 it's not necessarily and we see that all the time not necessarily the the best of the bunch that
00:18:26.820 are there like if you were to look for somebody for finance usually you would look for somebody
00:18:31.540 who has some some experience in finance or some some background in finance that's not always the
00:18:36.800 truth um so they they take the people who are close to them and that's on every level of
00:18:41.500 government that they they get their buddies right we see that all the time with the cabinet shuffles
00:18:46.300 on um feds and provincial and and this is no different this is local governance and he's got
00:18:53.040 his buddies nearby which is fine that's how politics work but his job is actually as chair
00:18:59.160 to be committee or to be the chair of committees um more than one so as that important role he
00:19:05.220 should be hearing everything now their excuse would be oh well he could go back and look at
00:19:11.340 it because it's on public record and that's what the other councillors are also supposed to do
00:19:15.940 so a lot of you might see that your councillor isn't there he he or she may not be on this
00:19:22.940 executive committee but their job is to take the stuff out of the public record um and that would
00:19:30.340 be part of their um correspondence and let me ask you before we get into the uh like all of that
00:19:36.220 that stuff that it's such so dry i mean i'm sorry and i understand that you went through it all and
00:19:43.500 and i appreciate that you did that i mean i know you guys were asking me if i would speak i i do not
00:19:47.820 have the temperament to be able to face these people i would probably want to rip off some
00:19:52.280 faces after a couple of minutes if I was spoken to in that way from Sherry Rollins or Janice
00:19:57.420 Lukes or any of the other councillors. But did you have, did you feel as though there was any
00:20:02.280 support for what you were saying at all from any of the council members or any of the city staff
00:20:07.520 in that room during your presentation? Well, we live in a woke world, Shadow. The only response
00:20:14.040 that looked like it was tempting, like some inkling was, oh, what's his name? From, you'll
00:20:22.020 see it later on um he's from fort gary is he not um a taller gentleman and he is on executive
00:20:30.200 council um honest oh what's his name shoot starts with oh orlico orlico john orlico yeah so if you
00:20:38.680 look at orlico um he he has to he has to fill out the room and he actually was able to say something
00:20:46.460 he didn't say point of order but he said this is not the time for debate and i mean if he was on
00:20:51.780 the other side he could have let the debate go right but it is possible that he is on our side
00:20:58.300 who knows right he maybe was tired of the debate maybe he wanted to just get on with it and get
00:21:04.380 ready for lunch who knows but if if he wanted to be buddy buddy on that team he probably would have
00:21:11.760 said let it fly but he stopped the debate as as a proper position that he's in he he did the right
00:21:19.060 thing did the mayor ever come back christine for sure he did yeah okay if you keep watching
00:21:25.240 we're not going to keep watching tonight because we have too much other stuff to cover but
00:21:28.880 if you want to watch it definitely it's it's quite the nightmare but um yeah he does come
00:21:35.120 back he does come back and interrupts me many times and he plays the same game as
00:21:39.760 rollins and luke's yeah so they were interrupting you with points of order and what were they
00:21:46.060 saying to you were they saying that you were spewing hate speech uh that you were in the wrong
00:21:50.320 venue like what exactly was their point to stop you the big one was yeah point of order uh for
00:21:56.160 for sherry rollins it was point of order that i it was hate speech and then they played the um
00:22:03.380 what is it called decorum oh a new i love the word decorum let's maintain decorum and
00:22:09.500 maintain decorum so this is you reading from one of these books that is available to children
00:22:15.160 in public libraries all across the city but they don't want to hear these words come out in a city
00:22:21.400 a public city council meeting because of decorum yeah like it was just absolutely ridiculous like
00:22:27.500 you don't want to hear the books because of the fact that it is inappropriate um for themselves
00:22:34.720 to listen to you but now apparently it's it's so it's appropriate for children yeah it's not
00:22:40.940 appropriate for them okay so here's one of the books that jen sent me this was this one of the
00:22:47.020 books you had in the bag there this one that they were not going to let me read okay so this is
00:22:52.680 available like before we even get into the let's talk about it and guys watching right now all you
00:22:57.720 viewers watching on any platform you are going to see some things that will astonish you this is a
00:23:03.620 children's book remember the teen's guide to sex relationships and being a human hang on shadow
00:23:09.060 shadow get the kids out of the room people i i this is not me showing this is shadow guys
00:23:14.080 this is bad stuff get your kids out okay well so there's the disclaimer if you guys do not want to
00:23:19.520 see this uh turn your heads for the next couple of minutes but i think you probably should stay
00:23:25.060 because like we've been saying these kids are within uh sorry these books are within the reach
00:23:30.160 of children in public libraries across manitoba and possibly in your area as well let's talk about
00:23:36.940 it that's what this book is called it's a graphic novel boy is it ever uh this is page two or the
00:23:44.100 next page uh that i was sent here by jen today a great place to research fantasies and kinks
00:23:50.680 safely is on the internet they say there are tons of people and communities out there who
00:23:57.480 share your interests and have all kinds of advice the online world is also chock-a-block
00:24:03.820 full of pornography professionals and amateurs alike sharing their sexy adventures online when
00:24:09.980 consumed right porn can help you discover new aspects of your sexuality and help you safely
00:24:15.920 explore kinks and fantasies but depending on your age and where you found it porn can also be
00:24:21.940 unethical or illegal to watch so do your research so here's what they're showing us there a sexual
00:24:27.340 position obviously they're showing us here male genitalia they're showing us here uh scantily
00:24:32.940 dressed woman so let's move on to the next one okay now guys i told you i told you that we were
00:24:39.060 going to show you some very very explicit stuff they're telling kids things to try with their
00:24:46.280 private parts now this is particularly males here we're not going to i'm not going to read this
00:24:52.080 uh and then here we go this is the index card this is how you find it at the library let's talk
00:24:57.820 about it card sex instruction for children it's right there so as we were going or as you were
00:25:04.360 going through this this was one of the books i assume you went through at your city council
00:25:08.500 christine yeah that's that's actually the um the latest one that has been found and we were we were
00:25:15.520 going through city council with that yeah okay so did you read it to the councillors and the mayor
00:25:20.400 and or did they stop you they i got lined i think i got a full sentence out i'm not sure
00:25:25.900 and they stopped me that that we didn't maintain to maintain decorum apparently so it was about
00:25:33.240 decorum did any of them look embarrassed at all did any of them hang their heads in shame did any
00:25:38.000 of them go oh my goodness this is not appropriate for young kids did you get and they probably
00:25:43.580 wouldn't have said that publicly because they know they're on record but facial expressions
00:25:47.740 don't get recorded on the public record so what did you notice as that was happening
00:25:51.720 uh well because they they interrupted me so often it would have been that i looked at sherry rollins
00:25:57.440 and loops and um the mayor and because i didn't even look at the other ones because they were
00:26:02.980 just it was constant interruptions um and i mean my speech was only we measured that sucker out
00:26:09.920 um that was supposed to be about eight minutes and 30 seconds so and i was supposed to be given 10
00:26:15.040 and that whole thing should I think it was 23 minutes long and so I didn't get my words out
00:26:22.980 edgewise and the only I should have looked at the other counselors but yeah I think that the other
00:26:29.460 ones would have felt uncomfortable but these guys wanted to shoot from the hip and get me to stop
00:26:33.860 Christine were you in there by yourself or did you have support I had some support I had um if
00:26:39.820 you guys pay attention to the rest of the meeting we had um a beautiful person named erica who
00:26:45.520 presented as well and then we had a support a person who came to support she was not she doesn't
00:26:51.100 like being in the speaker but she is a wonderful wonderful supporter and then it as it turned out
00:26:57.160 before i got speaking there was a person who was holding a book um that i i noticed and she um
00:27:05.940 um so i kind of got her eye earlier and so she was on our page so if you could hear the heckling
00:27:13.480 in the background that wasn't my crew but obviously i moved people in the gallery
00:27:19.380 they were heckling so there there are now were they heckling in your favor or against you
00:27:26.600 yeah my favor and then after that because somebody heckled in there then there was
00:27:31.980 there were some people on that library so some so it's not just for public it's also for the
00:27:38.040 bureaucrats to come in and say their two cents right this is a budget meeting and so there were
00:27:42.520 some bureaucrats up there that were also um they were fighting for the library funding and so they
00:27:48.760 um they were heckling the opposite way a little bit yeah did you ever have any explanation given
00:27:56.820 as to why these books are available or did they just continue to stonewall you
00:28:01.660 yeah stonewall um yeah there's no explanations there's very little explanations during
00:28:08.900 these kind of meetings you don't expect an answer back but they this is where they are supposed to
00:28:14.880 hear from the public and then they're supposed to go together as council and deliberate um yeah
00:28:20.580 they they're not supposed to really answer back except for clarifying questions and that wasn't
00:28:25.820 clarifying questions that was shut down okay and i was the only there was two of us that day that
00:28:31.240 weren't allowed to speak for an extra two minutes there was myself and um a nice guy his name is
00:28:38.220 rick rick dick he pre-presents later and he represents the ppc party um and he was asking
00:28:46.260 for um clarification no um he wanted money put towards uh a committee to look into 15 minute
00:28:54.720 cities um digital id and um well the world economic forum like diversity of all that stuff
00:29:04.560 put towards that and they laughed him out of the room they laughed wait a minute he wants money
00:29:09.280 put towards that stuff no investigating to investigate okay so so the counselors did you
00:29:16.480 catch their expressions when that came up oh that one was bad like they treated him very poorly the
00:29:23.200 poor guy i couldn't help but and he was definitely um sympathetic with our situation and then he was
00:29:28.560 given he was going to be given an extra two minutes and he says well i'm going to take those
00:29:32.120 two minutes and talk about the the libraries then about the lady this morning and they said no you
00:29:36.940 can't talk about that yeah it was it was ridiculous what a good guy he he tried and that's the thing
00:29:45.360 guys we need to try we need to start christine how many people can fit in that council chamber
00:29:51.140 for public for the gallery oh there's two galleries there there could have been probably
00:29:56.120 all for sure if people at least on the one side probably 80 people on the one side 80 people on
00:30:02.660 the other how many people were there yeah okay so you know what what we need to do then is is make
00:30:08.780 it clear the next time we're going to speak at one of these things that we need that kind of support
00:30:14.340 in the public galleries yeah the part there is that okay so that this was a budget meeting shadow
00:30:19.940 so budget meetings are public hearings it's a it's a public hearing for budget then you also have
00:30:27.480 anybody can speak to something on the agenda well that has to get onto the agenda and then you have
00:30:35.000 to search for it on the agenda you have to find out if it's there and then you can have you have
00:30:40.120 the right to speak to it so let's say there's a meeting coming up and you you know that council
00:30:45.460 is going to get together you look on the website you see if it's on the agenda so it would have to
00:30:50.980 be a library meeting or a library something committee and then you would see oh okay they're
00:30:55.520 going to be talking about this today then you have to make a request to be a delegation not a big
00:30:59.700 deal this isn't hard stuff it just takes a little bit of time it takes time and patience and you
00:31:04.820 got to have somebody looking through the agendas of these meetings to see exactly what's going to
00:31:09.800 be covered right yeah but what's our job we got these guys elected to do their job we have to help
00:31:18.320 them help us so if it like think about it you have to go shopping to eat we want to get this
00:31:25.120 society going you better look at the agenda and figure some stuff out guys yeah but what we need
00:31:30.940 is a committee of watchers to watch the watchers yeah right that's what we need these people are
00:31:37.440 all on board with the same idea they're all marching towards in lockstep towards the globalist
00:31:43.400 agenda and we need to be able to stop them uh any way we possibly can as you say at least we need to
00:31:50.060 try um what about winkler i know there was a meeting this past weekend monday night in winkler
00:31:56.380 and there was a little bit of pandemonium because it got shut down for no good reason were you there
00:32:02.640 i was there for sure okay what happened there okay so that was so this we've had council meetings
00:32:08.840 with the public and we've also been having a library meeting with the public so now that's
00:32:14.720 two different ministries that we're talking about council is different than library so library was
00:32:19.840 having a regular meeting we've been asking to be a delegation for quite some time so that we could
00:32:24.680 present our um we have a petition that's out and 1796 people signed it and we were just scratching
00:32:33.420 the surface and we wanted to present that properly so as a public person we have this petition as a
00:32:41.140 public person we wanted to present it properly to the public not only to the people who are on the
00:32:48.800 board not only to the people who signed the petition but also to the people who didn't sign
00:32:54.000 petition. And so that is a public responsibility, right? We don't just make people sign things for
00:33:00.300 no reason and just let it tributlessly disappear. We actually have to present that in a proper
00:33:06.020 manner. Now, we wanted to present it, we gave it to the board in the written format, and we asked
00:33:11.640 to be a delegation to present it properly. We were refused. Not refused, just, well, yeah, we were
00:33:16.780 refused and then the next time we we we asked with some reason why they can't refuse us because
00:33:24.380 we're the public you really can't refuse the public get this guys you better please please
00:33:30.040 please know this they cannot refuse you unless the topic is not on the agenda for city people
00:33:38.400 unless you've already been told that you have caused such a ruckus in the room that they find
00:33:49.120 it a disruption. So if you haven't caused a disruption, they should not be allowed to
00:33:55.460 dismiss you. Wait a minute. When you say disruption, exactly how is that defined?
00:34:01.040 haha so that's the thing is that there's no policy police right we don't have um
00:34:08.440 these these policies are written any one of these councillors or or committee members can just step
00:34:15.360 up and say i find you disruptive and this whole thing shuts down and that's exactly what happened
00:34:19.560 yeah that's what happened and i understand the police were called in the police okay so the
00:34:27.480 police were called in i gotta back that up i'm sorry shadow this might take it just a bit okay
00:34:32.660 so there was about 100 people who showed up right we had advertised not come and support us it was
00:34:39.360 come and be at a public meeting right we don't we haven't formed a group for a bunch of individuals
00:34:45.280 who think the same way so we don't have a group we ask people we know that there's a meeting coming
00:34:50.320 up come on down it's a public meeting well all of a sudden there's a concern when the meeting
00:34:56.220 happened there's a concern for the safety of all these people because only 40 people should be in
00:35:01.840 the room right there's a well there's a fire code in this room so only 40 people can be in that room
00:35:08.120 which is really shady because he made sure that all the counselors were there which is about 14
00:35:13.480 people or counselors I should say board members were there which is about I don't quote me on
00:35:17.520 that but 14 people roughly and then only 40 people in the room remember and then before that meeting
00:35:24.140 the librarians were able to, anybody who's on site, were able to go through the back door.
00:35:29.300 Now, if it's a public meeting, unless those librarians, they're not board members, unless
00:35:34.600 those librarians or staff members are there to present something as a delegation, they should
00:35:41.740 not have had first dibs at those chairs. They should have been kicked out at that time, and
00:35:50.040 they would have joined the lineup of people, and then they would have filled the room. So it was
00:35:53.900 already a little shady but that's okay whatever and then he said like you have to remember we
00:36:00.100 were there in september where we packed the room right there was no fire code he's like oh i think
00:36:05.680 this is too many so we have to be careful of fire code and now all of a sudden the fire code is
00:36:09.580 enforced i've not been able to see this in policy i asked to see the policy but it's apparently on
00:36:16.000 the website which i still haven't seen i read it again and this meeting was delayed for a week from
00:36:20.780 its original time why do you think that was well i'm going to be kind and i'm going to say the
00:36:28.340 what they say and there was a death in one of the in one of the staff members families
00:36:34.000 i'm not going to deny that who i'm i'm going to say that that's legit okay one of the staff
00:36:40.920 members or one of the council members no it was uh the director there's okay i think that there
00:36:46.660 was a person who passed away in the director i don't know that's quite that's quite a bit of
00:36:50.640 fishing to find out what that reasoning is they said there was a personal issue and so let that
00:36:55.360 fly that's okay so link i have us an extra week to find some more to invite more people to a public
00:36:59.920 meeting why not sure so so what happened then like what why did they call the cops what was
00:37:04.920 somebody actually making a ruckus in there were there because i saw the video christine i mean i
00:37:09.720 only saw 45 second video but i saw people standing there with their arms folded not knowing what was
00:37:15.580 going on disgusted looks on their faces these are people obviously who were there to make their own
00:37:20.960 points or to hear what points were being made regarding these books being in the libraries
00:37:24.760 and that was it it seemed fairly calm nobody was ranting or raving nobody was waving any
00:37:30.900 weaponry around i mean it was a what was going on what happened well 40 people were allowed in the
00:37:36.340 room and so are safety reasons right so we have to shove everybody else in the boot room and in
00:37:41.100 the hallway right we just packed the hallway and we packed the boot room but at least everybody
00:37:46.600 the 40 people were safe inside of the room we would never if there was a fire we would never
00:37:50.840 have gotten out because the hallway and the boot room were packed so are you saying that it was a
00:37:55.520 fire code that they called the police that's what it was no so what happened is that these people
00:38:00.620 couldn't hear what was happening in the room there was no speaker out there there was no way
00:38:05.400 and the poor I feel I feel bad because and I'm going to say his name Chad Collins is the the
00:38:13.300 chair of the of the library board and so the poor man he he's I mean it's very intimidating for some
00:38:20.300 reason for these people they're elected officials so when people come into the room that looks scary
00:38:25.260 to them you know why because we don't call them to that task often it's very rare that they ever
00:38:30.940 have people in the room now there's a hundred people that looks scary so they push the people
00:38:35.160 out he doesn't tell them the new rules which i can't see them in policy but that's fine but he
00:38:41.920 didn't tell those people the rules so they stood there blind and deaf of what was going on so when
00:38:49.180 they called the meeting to to be finished these people had no idea to get out they didn't know
00:38:56.100 that the meeting was done they didn't they didn't know they had to leave you know how it is when
00:39:00.420 I mean, you turn on the lights after a social, people stay there forever.
00:39:04.920 So these people are chatting.
00:39:06.700 They didn't tell them to leave.
00:39:08.220 They wanted to lock up.
00:39:10.020 And so what looks better to them?
00:39:11.880 Opening up the door and telling them, okay, guys, we want to lock up.
00:39:14.540 Thanks for coming.
00:39:15.500 Or let's call the police.
00:39:18.520 What would look better for that?
00:39:20.440 I'm not judging.
00:39:22.600 Look better to who?
00:39:24.160 It makes them look like a bunch of cowards.
00:39:26.380 It does for you and I.
00:39:27.800 but let's say that you're that that mentality let's say you're a little bit left-wing so
00:39:33.340 basically you're saying that on the other side people would go you absolutely call the cops
00:39:37.300 those people are there to harm man yeah those people are there to be rowdy okay so we have to
00:39:41.760 remember how this got shut down so there's 40 people in the room he's bringing up these policies
00:39:45.900 that i have never seen and he's passed he didn't let us see i asked for the agenda which is supposed
00:39:51.900 to be, everyone listen up, agendas are supposed to be from publicly funded committees and publicly
00:39:59.100 funded organizations, libraries, municipalities, school or pools, public pools. All of these things
00:40:06.020 that are public are publicly funded. Therefore, there should be public access to policies. There
00:40:11.920 should be public access to agendas. It's public access to meeting times. He didn't even give us
00:40:18.680 the meeting time shadow oh my word anyway that's fine and then he gives these policies and he
00:40:24.280 doesn't read the policies out for the public to see we couldn't see them on the non-existent
00:40:28.960 agenda and he's passing out these policies and passing them right hurry guys vote for them i
00:40:33.640 don't know what they look like the public doesn't get access to see what they look like but they're
00:40:39.320 passing them i have a feeling no i shouldn't say it because it's say it i'm kidding it's not for
00:40:45.680 sure it's not for sure but those policies would be new policies and that they just dreamed up in
00:40:51.320 the last seven days just put them in they probably i don't know i wouldn't be able to take to counter
00:40:57.300 my belief because i don't have access to them right public it's supposed to be public anyway
00:41:02.500 well okay look at i mean that's we sat there speculating for a week as to why they were
00:41:07.760 delaying this meeting and i think now we know yeah okay there could have been a death in the
00:41:11.960 family or somebody got sick or whatever but i mean develop some policies i don't know that's
00:41:17.040 what it looks like it certainly does doesn't it so you said a couple of minutes ago that you felt
00:41:22.360 bad for this collins character okay i do because i wanted him to put down his shovel
00:41:26.860 put digging there look it already does like the people no you know what he didn't look bad that
00:41:33.860 night guys christine look bad christine these people need to be able to face the public with
00:41:41.020 these ridiculous policies okay i mean whether there's 40 people or 150 people or 5 000 people
00:41:47.540 it doesn't matter if they truly believe that they're doing the right thing for the general
00:41:52.700 public the public at large then they should be able to stand on their rooftops and shout it
00:41:57.340 yeah right exactly guess what guess what they're actually called they are called public servants
00:42:03.280 servants to the public so so this is the problem that we face if you could just let me like i mean
00:42:09.980 at every level you got stonewalled last week at winnipeg city council these people are trying to
00:42:14.900 do the same thing in winkler it's happening all over the place that's why people when they see
00:42:20.240 those videos that come from america especially where you've got a parent who stands up and he's
00:42:25.080 speaking to these 12 individuals on the council as though they are uh some sort of elitists who
00:42:31.920 are looking down on us and they get told as much right that's why those videos are so popular and
00:42:37.720 i don't seem to understand why that can't translate to canada last night and i'm not yelling at you
00:42:44.640 here i'm just kind of venting myself uh last night i was speculating as to why the canadians who were
00:42:50.960 at the freedom convoy in ottawa last year didn't push back at least a little bit on the police
00:42:55.780 like they're doing in france right now like what happened in france those people have been pushing
00:43:00.680 back on the cops for the past two weeks really hard police are now starting to cross lines and
00:43:05.920 come over to their side because they don't think they can win this right why is it that we just
00:43:11.780 feel as though we get to a certain point where we just have to stop going all right i just feel bad
00:43:16.500 for that guy i don't feel bad for him he's standing up for evil man we have to start calling them what
00:43:22.340 they are okay when i say i feel bad for him i i i feel bad because he he doesn't know that he doesn't
00:43:29.540 know right once he starts waking up these people like shadowed that night i felt like it was
00:43:36.000 emotional roller coaster like crazy because i thought we were actually going to get our words
00:43:39.500 in watch in wise and then but when i saw oh man these 40 people in the room they don't get to
00:43:44.280 hear anything then i saw the number of people who watched the corruption i was like yes that's how
00:43:51.680 many alarm clocks that just woke some people up that's how many alarm clocks and then those people
00:43:57.080 pass it out to other people our alarm clocks are just ringing our alarm clocks are just ringing
00:44:02.360 and people are just now your guys are awake let's start getting out of bed let's start doing
00:44:08.900 something well you know what that's exactly so look at i mean there's people watching this
00:44:13.860 from all over the country right now uh on four different platforms so i think we're probably
00:44:19.360 gonna we're somewhere near 1500 live viewers right now by this time tomorrow night or let's
00:44:23.780 say sunday night there's going to be 15 000 20 000 views of this on across all of those platforms
00:44:29.740 what i'm telling you is is that these people may want to form a committee or speak to their own
00:44:40.480 city or town councils or library boards about what's going on in their district this is something
00:44:45.600 that needs to spread across the country very quickly i know you guys have been doing an
00:44:50.100 incredible job of it uh you know in winnipeg and in southern manitoba is there a way have you have
00:44:57.280 you come up with a template to challenge these folks on paper so people can see it and be able
00:45:02.880 to follow it step by step um you know what i don't know wow that's a gen question um to say
00:45:11.080 that we can do it on paper we would definitely show you how to do whatever we're doing if we
00:45:15.540 knew what we were doing exactly what we're doing you do know what you're doing that's why you're
00:45:20.480 on the show right now yeah yeah yeah thank you shadow it i but it's not just me karen's fantastic
00:45:26.600 jan is fantastic yes all of you are i know you've got to find those people yeah to do this on your
00:45:33.060 own um there's too many talents that are needed and i don't know a person i've met a lot of people
00:45:38.580 in my lifetime and i don't know a person who could do this whole thing on their own i am not saying
00:45:42.860 that anybody should do this christine on their own what i'm saying is somebody yeah somebody
00:45:47.780 needs to spearhead the the beginnings of the movement and then look for people to bring on
00:45:53.100 to their committee right so let's say lorraine is watching in uh medicine hat right now and she
00:45:59.740 doesn't like what she's seeing with those books and in the local library so uh she wants to get
00:46:04.620 some people on board but she needs information first so people can look at it and go okay we
00:46:09.240 can do that bob is going to handle this barry's going to handle that and another christine and
00:46:14.840 alberta christine is going to handle this so you've got a team going right just like you've got
00:46:20.260 here but people need to know where to start well okay first of all you have to personally see those
00:46:26.780 books in your library because you can only right now people are going oh well i saw it in the seat
00:46:31.740 so it must be in mine no just get your butt over to the library and go see what's there because i
00:46:37.180 can guarantee you it's there this agenda is way too big this is going to be straight across canada
00:46:41.680 it's straight across the well it's actually global so it's right across the world i've
00:46:45.840 seen these people fighting in scotland i shouldn't say fighting because i know there's a lot of
00:46:50.560 people who don't i know you're trying to be nice but you know we know what you mean when you said
00:46:55.980 fighting okay i'm defending i'm defending my kids i'm defending your kids i'm defending your kids
00:47:03.100 guys and if we don't fix this now do you know what that's going to do to our future okay that
00:47:10.140 book that you just put on shadow yeah do you know what this in the front cover there's a disclaimer
00:47:15.080 from that okay the the author and the illustrator are actually um comic book writers
00:47:22.700 that yeah that's their job they're not they're not counselors they're not they're not professional
00:47:29.600 sex counselors or whatever they're not giving sexual advice they're actually comic book writers
00:47:35.460 and and they have a disclaimer on that first page that anything that's written in this book
00:47:42.260 hasn't we we dismiss ourselves from from any liability that i don't even know how they worded
00:47:48.420 it but they put a disclaimer in there yeah you can't do that you can't just say oh by the way
00:47:52.560 in case anything bad happens it wasn't our fault no sorry it just doesn't work like that but think
00:47:58.040 What they claim, the reasoning to have these books on there is that they say that it's educational or that they say that it's written for the children to learn.
00:48:08.900 Well, no, they're learning something, boy.
00:48:11.620 They're learning something.
00:48:12.720 Okay, once again, this is a comment from one of the viewers right now.
00:48:15.920 Paul says, I'm not saying that intimidation is the answer, but these people must be fearful if they're willing to shut down debate on these issues.
00:48:22.760 They know they're doing something wrong if they're shutting down communication.
00:48:27.860 Maybe, Paul, intimidation is the answer.
00:48:32.020 Because that's what they did to us for three straight years.
00:48:36.440 And look how well it worked for them.
00:48:38.180 And they're still doing it.
00:48:39.480 They're doing it to anybody who disagrees with them.
00:48:42.360 They're calling us bullies.
00:48:43.900 They're calling us phobic this and anti that.
00:48:47.120 And it's time to turn those tables around.
00:48:49.640 But the thing is, the people on our side of things continue to go,
00:48:53.680 I shouldn't say this, but, or this guy,
00:48:56.360 feel bad for him no okay here's your problem though shadow they sit in a power position
00:49:02.000 right they could have kicked me out of that room we are in the power position we're in the power
00:49:08.880 position because right because we have numbers yes but in this world of political correctness
00:49:14.580 they just have to call the police what does that look like they just have to say this meeting is
00:49:19.820 over because of decorum oh and what and what do you and what did you just say about that all the
00:49:25.880 alarm clocks just went off for the second those police got called in the alarm clocks went wait
00:49:30.340 a minute hold on why are they calling the police in i mean every time we see a video of somebody
00:49:34.880 out there doing something that's completely legal and within their rights as a canadian
00:49:38.900 citizen by the charter of rights and freedoms and the cops come and say you can't do that
00:49:44.120 another alarm clock goes off i love that expression by the way another alarm clock goes off but we
00:49:50.480 gotta get up but when we get up you don't go and yell at the the other people to get up
00:49:55.460 you say okay guys well you gotta be gentle with them you gotta be a smidgen gentle and i'm not
00:50:01.440 saying i get that i get that but these other people forceful yeah but these people the ones
00:50:07.680 who were denying us access to them the ones who were saying i'm sorry but you're ridiculous like
00:50:13.660 those winnipeg city councillors the ones who kept interrupting you with points of order
00:50:17.480 saying that you were spewing hate speech those people know what's going on i know those people
00:50:23.080 three friends aren't going to win that one yes you are i had if i had 80 people in the room guess
00:50:29.820 who would have won that one right and that's what i keep saying out of bed come and join us yes well
00:50:35.440 if i'd have known exactly what day that was and that we could have people there i would have said
00:50:39.600 go go instead of going to the cbc again you know every ctv came and asked me for an interview
00:50:46.000 did you say no of course i said no i told him you know what i told um i told jim or john what is it
00:50:55.340 john hendricks i told john hendricks that i i would definitely do an interview if i could trust
00:51:02.120 you so how about you show me that i can trust you how about you print my speech that i was not
00:51:08.280 allowed to say and he and i said or print something from this book how about you put that on the
00:51:13.780 screen and he said no you can't because it's inappropriate it's in a library it's in a library
00:51:19.640 for kids it's a reporter christine and he he or she could never ever say to you that's definitely
00:51:25.580 going to get on because they got to go through editors and then an editor's editor invite so
00:51:29.420 it's never going to happen it's not right and i mean it's pornographic guys it's porn it's porn
00:51:34.500 they can't you can't bother with the left-wing corporate media so look at like christine we
00:51:38.380 people need they want to get a hold of you they want to get a hold of jen they want to know what
00:51:43.100 to do so how can we reach you email uh facebook whatever concerned citizens uh concerned citizens

00:52:07.660 of stuff i don't know how to do this stuff okay don't laugh at me i'm sorry as long as you have
00:52:13.060 as long as you have all of the links for all for all of your social media on all of your
00:52:18.440 different platforms people can follow you on whichever one so it's facebook instagram and
00:52:22.700 twitter yeah yes concerned citizens canada yes is there an email there's oh and youtube hey
00:52:32.240 youtube's huge so youtube facebook instagram okay citizens canada and then and then on twitter
00:52:40.980 it's concerned citizens without any vowels so okay c n c r n d c t you got it you got it i'm sorry
00:52:49.580 we're not very good at this text no no don't say that don't say that you are you're out there you're
00:52:55.060 reaching people and people the biggest thing about this is people can reach out to you we need more
00:53:00.900 and more Christine Ronsereys out there.
00:53:02.900 So, Christine, thank you for doing everything that you are doing
00:53:06.100 and continuing to keep up the fight and for coming on the show tonight.
00:53:10.020 Really appreciate it.
00:53:11.420 No problem, Shadow.
00:53:12.560 It's been an absolute pleasure.
00:53:14.060 But please, guys, don't think it's my face.
00:53:16.140 There are so many people in the background.
00:53:18.040 Rick Wall.
00:53:19.060 There's all of you.
00:53:20.240 Crystal.
00:53:20.840 Everybody.
00:53:21.680 Yeah, please.
00:53:22.520 Yeah.
00:53:22.740 Yeah.
00:53:23.300 Okay, cool.
00:53:24.400 We'll talk to you again.
00:53:25.140 Thank you, Shadow.
00:53:25.640 All righty.
00:53:26.320 Bye.
00:53:26.560 Bye.
00:53:28.180 Okay.
00:53:28.660 okay um it's a big fight and i know that i keep saying things guys saying things like
00:53:36.840 we're all together in this even though we don't understand that we are people are so worried
00:53:43.800 about the splintering of the freedom movement and yeah there is that aspect to it because there's
00:53:48.180 the backbiting and sniping and blaming and finger pointing and and blah blah blah but some people
00:53:53.560 are busy fighting on other fronts this is a multi-faceted war that we're in it's not just
00:54:00.260 one thing it's many different angles and so you've got people like christine and rick wall
00:54:08.720 and jen friesen and all of these people who are banding together to fight at least in manitoba
00:54:14.060 anyway these pornographic books from being in public libraries within arm's reach of a four
00:54:21.840 five-year-old kid and Christine told that story on the show a few weeks back you can go back and
00:54:27.020 find that particular episode where she says that one of her little kids actually came to her with
00:54:33.340 this book and she went whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa what's that all about you saw one of the books
00:54:40.540 in question earlier on the show tonight so if you want to find out more about how to battle this in
00:54:47.900 your area concerned citizens canada youtube twitter facebook and instagram it's very important
00:54:54.920 so there wasn't a lot of talk about the chinese election interference today in canada because
00:55:00.940 joe biden was here and i've got a 17 second video to play for you regarding what he said
00:55:07.300 in the house of commons earlier today it's it's another biden style gaffe but terry glavin is a
00:55:13.340 reporter i personally don't like but he is a decent reporter has been for the past 20 25 years
00:55:19.040 spent a lot of time in china and he knows a lot of the canadian officials who have deep connections
00:55:24.540 in china including david johnston the former governor general of canada who is now the special
00:55:32.440 rapporteur in the investigation into chinese election interference in our country
00:55:39.200 also a very close friend of the Trudeaus
00:55:42.480 and one of the Laurentian elites
00:55:44.680 so Glavin says David Johnston
00:55:47.500 the right man to whitewash Chinese interference
00:55:51.360 he has spent a half a century
00:55:53.640 supporting Beijing's strategy to draw Canada
00:55:56.380 into its orbit of influence
00:55:58.480 so he's the guy who's going to clean this up
00:56:03.740 there are crazy things
00:56:04.840 the Trudeau government
00:56:07.020 has been expecting
00:56:09.920 Indians to recruit
00:56:12.000 to the
00:56:12.260 relationships
00:56:13.920 in this country
00:56:17.680 that it's really difficult to decide
00:56:19.420 objectively
00:56:21.540 provable.
00:56:27.160 It's a target-rich environment
00:56:29.420 as military tech
00:56:35.660 One howler, which is Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's proposition that horrific partisan attacks and extraordinary integrity is anything like a reasonable way to characterize doubts about former Governor General David Johnston's independence in Canada.
00:56:59.520 Also, please remember, everybody, that China is operating their very own police stations on Canadian soil with the sole purpose, in my opinion, of intimidating Chinese nationals living in Canada, or now Chinese Canadians who have family affiliations back to the homeland.
00:57:19.560 In the middle of the play-by-play coverage of House of Commons committee maneuvers
00:57:23.960 in the fate of a resolution calling for a public inquiry into Beijing's well-documented
00:57:28.280 interference operations in the last two federal elections, there are two key things to keep
00:57:33.420 your eye on.
00:57:34.900 The first is that Beijing's influence operations in Canada went into hyperdrive after the Trudeau
00:57:41.440 government came to power in 2015, and Beijing's United Front Work Department undertook extraordinary
00:57:47.600 clandestine measures in 2019 and 2021 to keep the trudeau government in power the second is that
00:57:56.320 trudeau has enlisted johnson as his independent special rapporteur in the matter in order to
00:58:03.080 avoid answering these straightforward questions what did trudeau know about what beijing was up
00:58:08.700 when did he know and what did he do about it for argument's sake let's set aside the relevance of
00:58:17.120 the intimate relationship between the Johnstons and the Trudeaus. Their neighboring cottages in
00:58:23.780 the Laurentians, the childhood ski trips, the Trudeau boys and Johnston's daughters went on
00:58:28.120 together, and so on. You can even set aside Johnston's role as one of the governing members
00:58:34.220 of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation, even though the foundation has been directly caught
00:58:39.900 up in the scandal. Owing to the clandestine donations, the foundation recently chose to
00:58:45.360 return to a certain super-rich Chinese benefactor following disclosures that the money was a part
00:58:50.940 of a Beijing-directed grooming operation targeting Trudeau himself going back to 2013.
00:58:58.960 The unreported and unarguably pertinent facts to take into account involved Johnston's own
00:59:06.620 half-century of participation in Beijing's strategy to draw Canada into its orbit of influence
00:59:13.220 and his own personal and ongoing association with figures deeply compromised
00:59:18.860 by their collaboration with Chinese government institutions
00:59:22.520 and by their own vested interest in the catastrophe of the Canada-China collaborations
00:59:27.460 that were spun into high gear after the Trudeau Liberals came to power in 2015.
00:59:34.100 In the 1980s, Johnston was laying the foundations of the Canada-China Universities Exchange Program.
00:59:40.680 Later, as president of the University of Waterloo, he oversaw the establishment of the Confucius Institute, a scandal-shredded arm of the Chinese Communist Party's propaganda and espionage operations in Western countries.
00:59:54.680 Widely known in Chinese establishment circles by his nickname Jingshan,
01:00:02.040 Johnston was awarded an honorary doctorate by Nanjing University in 2012,
01:00:07.440 by which time he'd already made more than a dozen visits to China.
01:00:12.340 Three of Johnston's daughters attended university in China,
01:00:15.760 one at Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong,
01:00:20.840 another at the Beijing Language and Culture University and Hangzhou University,
01:00:25.740 and the third at Fudan University in Shanghai.
01:00:28.880 During a luncheon speech to the Canada Chinese Business Council in 2013,
01:00:34.180 Johnston said it would be wonderful if all Canadians learned to speak Chinese.
01:00:41.160 While the federal government has been recently forced to issue strict guidelines to Canadian universities
01:00:46.740 regarding the threat of technology transfers and intellectual property accommodations
01:00:51.240 with Chinese institutions.
01:00:53.160 As recently as 2017, Johnston attended a conference on science, technology, and innovation
01:00:59.600 at Chongqing University, where he professed a profound Chinese complex
01:01:05.120 and boasted that even his grandchildren teach him things about China.
01:01:11.140 It's a multi-generational complex the Johnston family shares with the Trudeaus,
01:01:15.640 going back to Pierre Trudeau's service to Mao Zedong during the 1960s
01:01:20.140 as one of the regime's most valued propagandists in the West.
01:01:24.220 Back then, Trudeau Sr. co-authored a book with his friend Jacques Hebert
01:01:28.100 about their time as the regime's invited guests during the Great Leap Forward
01:01:31.940 and the famine that killed perhaps 70 million people.
01:01:37.560 Trudeau and Hebert sneered at Western journalists' efforts to report on the famine
01:01:42.020 and claim to have noticed nothing more than controlled distribution of foodstuffs.
01:01:46.420 The pair dined well during their entire time in the country,
01:01:49.920 but set aside the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation entirely.
01:01:53.420 The board of directors of Johnston's own Rideau Hall Foundation,
01:01:56.580 a parting gift from Justin Trudeau's government upon his departure
01:02:00.140 from the governor general's office,
01:02:02.520 is a snapshot, who's who, of Beijing's best friends and business partners in Canada.
01:02:08.700 a rito hall foundation director emeritus is paul demaray the third from the demaray family which
01:02:16.100 founded the canada china business council then there's dominique barton who served as an advisor
01:02:21.500 to several chinese state-owned enterprises and whose mckinsey and company consulted with chinese
01:02:27.100 corporations involved in the construction of militarized islands in the south china sea while
01:02:32.160 barton was chair of trudeau's blue chip advisory council on economic growth barton was appointed
01:02:38.020 Canada's ambassador to China
01:02:39.780 following the firing of the disgraced John McCallum.
01:02:44.820 There's John Manley, the TELUS director
01:02:47.800 and former deputy prime minister
01:02:49.740 from the exuberantly Beijing-compliant Khrushchev era.
01:02:53.680 Manley's contribution to the debates
01:02:55.400 about Xi Jinping's kidnapping of Michael Kovrig
01:02:58.340 and Michael Spavor.
01:02:59.640 Oh, and by the way, the two Michaels
01:03:00.860 apparently having dinner tonight
01:03:02.780 with Joe Biden and Justin Trudeau.
01:03:05.460 yes believe it or not even though allegedly a member of the trudeau government a backbench
01:03:14.500 mp called hang dong told chinese officials to keep the two michaels in jail until after the
01:03:22.440 2020 election 2021 election was over again that's allegedly
01:03:27.960 anyway manley's contribution to the debates about xi jinping's kidnapping of the two michaels was
01:03:37.180 to suggest that canada border services agency agency should have surreptitiously allowed
01:03:42.740 huawei chief financial officer meng wanzhou to evade a u.s justice department extradition request
01:03:50.440 there's beverly mclaughlin now i'm sure you guys have heard all of these names before they are big
01:03:56.720 liberal names big laurentian elite names but let's start calling them the laurentian parasites
01:04:03.240 shall we these are the people who have been running the country for the last 150 years
01:04:09.040 i'm not even kidding if you look up laurentian elites on any search engine you're going to find
01:04:16.780 all of these names it's a generational thing that's it they control everything in canada 0.89
01:04:25.380 with the chinese beverly mclaughlin who has refused to step down from her position on hong 0.56
01:04:31.300 kong's highest court despite beijing's evisceration of hong kong's rule of law system
01:04:35.960 there's john mantalbano chief executive officer of the royal bank's global asset management arm
01:04:42.300 which manages beijing's global natural resources acquisitions through china's national council for
01:04:48.200 social security fund one of the world's largest pension funds on it goes like this believe as
01:04:55.040 much as you like that there is nothing untoward about johnston's appointment and to be fair he
01:05:00.080 did a wonderful job as governor general a governor general's job is to make canadians feel good about
01:05:05.380 themselves despite everything and to make a convincing case that no matter how bad things
01:05:09.840 look everything's okay and that is the job he's been asked to do for justin trudeau in the matter
01:05:16.440 of beijing's long and sinister reach into canada's democratic political institutions and it should
01:05:22.320 not be surprising if he does the job well he will be whitewashing everything so
01:05:30.620 i want to play you guys a video here we have talked before about china's social credit system
01:05:41.380 and how it operates i'm going to make this uh bigger for you full screen all right this is a
01:05:48.020 four minute and 30 second video that shows us all about how the social credit score in china
01:05:54.100 operates look at this this is just people walking down the street in a chinese city
01:05:58.860 being photographed by one of the billions and i'm not kidding when i say that billions of cameras on
01:06:04.880 the streets of chinese cities and everybody's got a number because it's facial recognition look at
01:06:09.540 that all right let's go ahead and you'll find this amazing in many ways watch
01:06:15.880 Thank you.
01:06:45.880 Thank you.
01:07:15.880 Oh, you guys can't hear this?
01:07:35.780 Well, that's fine.
01:07:36.600 We'll just go right back to the beginning then.
01:07:38.180 Okay, wait, wait, wait.
01:07:38.860 Hold on, hold on.
01:07:39.460 This is about the Chinese social credit system,
01:07:41.420 and I was watching.
01:07:42.500 I could hear everything fine.
01:07:45.880 Okay, let's do it again. Here we go.
01:07:55.480 They're constantly monitored by facial recognition cameras that are able to instantly put a face to a name.
01:08:02.220 Now the Chinese are also ranked, given a mark out of a possible 950 points.
01:08:08.580 A score in the 700s is considered good. Around the 500 mark is not.
01:08:14.000 For now, the number is a sort of bank credit rating,
01:08:17.140 keeping track of everyone's spending habits.
01:08:20.580 I think being ranked is a good thing.
01:08:22.760 A society has to have rules.
01:08:26.200 It forces us to be well-behaved.
01:08:29.040 It may seem scary, but it's just like that here.
01:08:31.900 We're used to it, and anyway, we don't have a choice.
01:08:34.860 But in an effort to keep all of its subjects in line,
01:08:37.920 Beijing is taking the system a step further in 2020.
01:08:42.360 It's aggregating data gathered by banks, private companies and the state
01:08:46.240 to rate if someone's a good or bad citizen.
01:08:50.240 By using the most data possible, the so-called big data,
01:08:53.840 the system will play an important role in rebuilding a moral society.
01:08:59.340 The state will go over every detail of a person's life with a fine-tooth comb,
01:09:04.180 a financial situation, spending habits, career, even behavior on social media.
01:09:09.960 Criticising the government online or displaying outward signs of wealth is a no-no.
01:09:15.060 On the other hand, praising the party or giving blood increases your social credit.
01:09:20.640 Xiaowen Wang is a model citizen.
01:09:23.400 She lives in Nanjing, a testing ground for social ranking.
01:09:27.460 Married with a child, she has a job in a retirement home, no debts,
01:09:31.860 and she wouldn't dream of jaywalking.
01:09:34.760 As a good citizen, I respect the rules of the road.
01:09:37.480 But if I didn't, I'd lose points on my social credit."
01:09:41.460 In theory, everything can be taken into account in the social school, even the most innocuous
01:09:46.700 errands like supermarket shopping.
01:09:49.340 When Xiaowen Wang makes an electronic payment, her purchases tell the state a lot about her.
01:09:54.940 Buying cigarettes would count against her.
01:09:57.320 On the other hand, nappies show she's an attentive mother. 0.82
01:10:01.060 Beer could indicate alcoholism. 0.96
01:10:03.140 She'd be better off buying water. 0.99
01:10:05.960 In this pilot city of 8 million people, there are only 18,000 model citizens. 0.84
01:10:10.960 For Xiaowen Wang, there are perks to be had, such as paying half price for the bus.
01:10:15.960 I get discounts for all public services, even at museums.
01:10:21.960 And the library is free for me, thanks to my school.
01:10:27.960 A good school brings benefits, but people with low schools lose rights.
01:10:33.960 The cinema names and shames people considered untrustworthy,
01:10:37.920 plastering their details, even their addresses, across big screens.
01:10:42.320 It's a matter of principle. Those people have to be condemned.
01:10:46.880 Those people aren't honest, so they have to pay the price.
01:10:50.040 It's only right to pay your debts. You have to blacklist those that don't.
01:10:54.640 The Supreme Court has created a blacklist for so-called bad citizens.
01:10:59.340 Those whose ratings have dropped to zero.
01:11:01.720 On it are companies, but also 23 million people to date.
01:11:06.720 Among them is this journalist Liu Hu.
01:11:09.720 He got a little too close to uncovering corruption
01:11:12.720 among high-profile party members.
01:11:14.720 After being sued for defamation by the subject of a story he'd written,
01:11:18.720 he was blacklisted.
01:11:20.720 He only realized when he tried to buy a train ticket
01:11:23.720 and was told he was banned from traveling.
01:11:26.720 That tells me I'm still on the blacklist.
01:11:30.560 Punished because he's been branded untrustworthy by the state.
01:11:36.040 Once you're blacklisted, you can no longer get a bank loan,
01:11:39.680 start a business, buy an apartment,
01:11:41.960 or even send your children to a private school.
01:11:48.120 Yu Hu is among a tiny minority of people
01:11:51.100 who have dared to criticize the system,
01:11:53.540 which some are calling a digital dictatorship.
01:11:55.760 I worry because I think many people like me will be deprived of individual freedoms.
01:12:03.280 And all of us will live with restrictions of one kind or another.
01:12:11.020 After our meeting, Yu Hu learned that his name had been removed from the blacklist.
01:12:15.400 But he still has a long way to go if he doesn't want to languish at the bottom of the social credit hierarchy.
01:12:21.160 okay friends that's what life is like in china
01:12:27.220 that video comes from four years ago
01:12:36.980 imagine how far they've gone with their artificial intelligence and their installation of cameras in
01:12:44.500 the last four years ever since all of the covet 19 restrictions
01:12:49.000 oh yeah and what do you think is coming here you see this is where i'm confused
01:12:58.380 what is china's role in all this are they just kind of like the the role model for
01:13:04.000 what the globalists want without actually being affiliated or are they affiliated are they
01:13:09.640 actually sending mentors the other thing that i noticed from that video is the people who
01:13:17.180 were being interviewed except for uh you who at the end oh yeah yeah i mean if you don't comply
01:13:23.840 you definitely should be you you should be shamed publicly you should be punished you've got to be a
01:13:28.820 stand-up person well what does that even mean in that society they actually believe the chinese
01:13:34.940 that if you jaywalk or if you buy beer that you should be publicly humiliated
01:13:41.560 or are they just saying those things so they can get more perks from the government
01:13:49.160 and i wonder if the think lines over there just explode every single minute of every single day
01:13:56.820 and what's it going to be like over here when you see the chinese people over in canada you
01:14:03.820 know they're chinese and not korean or japanese or whatever other nationality from the pacific
01:14:11.540 rim because they're wearing masks right they're just conditioned to do what the government says
01:14:20.240 to do they don't want to make any trouble they don't want to make any waves they don't want to
01:14:23.280 make any problems they just want to be able to live their lives and maybe they're thinking that
01:14:27.720 the government uh over here is like the one over there where you know they can go ahead and
01:14:32.260 and persecute you for buying beer cigarettes jaywalking or bad-mouthing the government or
01:14:39.980 not doing what the government tells you to do so they just do it and they don't know that the
01:14:46.180 government can't yet do those things although they are getting closer and closer and closer
01:14:50.600 i don't think deep inside they really want to be ordered around by big brother they just do it
01:14:59.340 to get by they just do it to get along and they don't know any different guys they don't know
01:15:07.160 any different because they've lived under this regime most of them anyhow for their entire lives
01:15:12.820 they've never known real freedom and that's what i worry about happening over here our kids
01:15:21.140 are never going to know what real freedom feels like once these 15 minute cities start happening
01:15:28.460 where you can't leave your zone unless you have special permission from big brother
01:15:33.620 and they're going to think that is just the way it's always been.
01:15:44.080 So that, my friends, is a four-and-a-half-minute
01:15:46.600 guess-what's-next-for-us video if we let it happen.
01:15:53.260 Okay, this particular clip was tweeted all over today.
01:15:57.380 Joe Biden in the House of Commons,
01:16:00.500 and of course the House of Commons was packed today
01:16:02.840 because they all wanted to hear what Biden had to say.
01:16:05.820 And so here's what Biden said.
01:16:08.740 So today, I applaud China for stepping up, excuse me, I applaud Canada.
01:16:13.880 What's that, Joe? Is that just another gaffe?
01:16:17.260 So today, I applaud China for stepping up, excuse me, I applaud Canada.
01:16:24.380 You can tell what I'm thinking about China.
01:16:28.700 I applaud Canada for stepping up to similar programs.
01:16:32.840 I don't even know what to say about that.
01:16:43.940 Is it that he's unable to tell the difference between Canada and China,
01:16:47.760 or is it just that he's senile, dementia?
01:16:51.020 Maybe a little from column A and a little from column B.
01:16:55.140 Story from True North here.
01:16:56.260 I'm not going to go too much longer tonight, you guys.
01:16:58.840 I know it's Friday after all,
01:17:00.140 although I do have a couple of videos that I want to play for you.
01:17:02.840 Uh, two major tax hikes are coming next week.
01:17:07.260 Well, a week from tomorrow, April Fool's Day.
01:17:12.320 What are they?
01:17:13.260 Well, first one is a scheduled hike on the carbon tax.
01:17:16.900 That's going to bring that up to 14 cents per liter, which means households should expect
01:17:21.840 to pay up to $847 more in taxes this year, even after the rebates are distributed.
01:17:29.960 Now, I believe Trudeau said when he first imposed the carbon tax on us is that it was going to be a net neutral tax, meaning that, you know, if you pay into it, you're going to get back.
01:17:41.440 Lie.
01:17:42.800 And people bought it.
01:17:44.120 People bought that crapola that he was selling even back then.
01:17:48.880 On top of that, the carbon tax will lead to a spike in the price of gasoline and could impact the cost of transporting basic goods.
01:17:56.360 The other major tax is the alcohol escalator tax, which will go up to 6.3 percent, the largest alcohol tax increase in over 30 years.
01:18:06.820 Despite having to pay some of the highest alcohol taxes in the world, taxes will take up an even larger portion for the price of a drink.
01:18:16.780 On Thursday, the Canadian Taxpayers Federation called on Trudeau to follow the wishes of Parliament and scrap the alcohol tax hike.
01:18:25.920 Not the carbon tax, the alcohol tax.
01:18:30.960 Because every politician knows you do not hike the price of their people's booze.
01:18:38.100 The only time members of parliament got to vote on this tax hike,
01:18:41.360 they overwhelmingly voted against it, said CTF federal director Franco Terrazzano.
01:18:46.040 MPs clearly want to see the alcohol tax scrapped in the next budget coming out Tuesday.
01:18:51.440 So, look, if you want booze, I would say stock up in the next seven days or else you're going to be paying a whole bunch more for it, my friends.
01:19:02.060 Look at this.
01:19:03.060 This is in Miami Beach, Florida.
01:19:05.240 This is in Ron DeSantis' home state.
01:19:07.520 Look at what that is.
01:19:08.640 Check it out.
01:19:09.520 The Chinese social credit system is here. 1.00
01:19:14.240 Look at this unsuspecting victim. 0.94
01:19:16.120 She has no idea, guys.
01:19:17.640 Look at this.
01:19:21.440 Transhumanism eugenics works would they you know what everything's here guys holy crap
01:19:32.780 Right here money beach right now guys we're about to go live on this we're about to go live on this guys
01:19:41.560 Okay, so I want to give you guys a quick look at that again just what that looked like credit system is here 0.72
01:19:49.200 Look at this unsuspecting victim. 1.00
01:19:51.840 She has no idea, guys.
01:19:53.400 Okay, so have you seen anything like that in your town or city?
01:19:57.760 We've been trying to...
01:19:58.820 Look at this.
01:20:02.800 Transhumanism. 0.64
01:20:04.380 Eugenics.
01:20:05.560 We have been trying to pinpoint what these things look like.
01:20:10.940 You know, I mean, people have been sending me pictures from Edmonton the past couple of weeks,
01:20:15.140 And you can't verify what any of these towers or, you know, what do these things look like?
01:20:21.600 We know they're putting them up.
01:20:23.360 They're going to surveil us.
01:20:25.120 The infrastructure is almost all in place at this stage of the game.
01:20:30.780 They just haven't turned it on yet.
01:20:34.400 But what does it look like?
01:20:37.320 It's so tough to tell, right?
01:20:39.120 Like somebody was driving around the perimeter in Winnipeg today, the ring road that circles our city.
01:20:45.140 And they were saying, I'm noticing some changes.
01:20:47.560 Now, the government announced a couple of years ago that they were changing some exits on the perimeter highway.
01:20:54.240 But they said it was for traffic expediency.
01:20:57.060 They didn't say anything about this.
01:20:58.620 Of course they wouldn't.
01:21:00.340 And it was, like I say, announced a few years ago, before COVID, before anybody knew what was really happening.
01:21:05.080 Or at least most people knew what was really happening.
01:21:07.980 they're closing down some exits but not opening up any new ones
01:21:15.180 interesting although nobody has been able to take a picture of anything that looks like this
01:21:23.580 yet in canada that i've seen that one again comes from miami beach
01:21:28.780 and this is from paris my friends where the protests and rallies continue now i was watching
01:21:39.720 a couple of threads from france today and it's not just these protests that number anywhere
01:21:47.840 between two and five million people all across the country these protests are not necessarily
01:21:52.520 like i said last night just about uh raising the age of retirement from 62 to 64 harper did that
01:21:58.660 uh in canada a few years ago he raised it from what was it 65 to 67 so it's not just about that
01:22:06.000 the french art ever since the yellow vests right about seven or eight years ago ever since then
01:22:14.320 people have been kind of bubbling under the surface in france and they don't like the autocratic style
01:22:20.500 of emmanuel macron over there or the way the government because he is implementing this new
01:22:26.000 measure without any input from the Congress of France. He's just making this decision
01:22:33.000 arbitrarily on his own. Yeah, he has the power to do it, but the French people think that
01:22:39.240 he shouldn't be doing it at all because they already don't trust the guy. So based upon
01:22:45.060 a lack of trust, based upon his autocratic ways, based upon the fact that they just don't seem to
01:22:53.240 like the guy. And they showed that in the last election, even though Macron won as president,
01:22:59.640 his party was decimated in the French Congress. They're now starting to show their, their
01:23:08.800 anger. It's swelling and it's getting worse every day.
01:23:23.240 Look at that.
01:23:30.320 Look at that.
01:23:34.060 You can't see the end of it, right?
01:23:36.400 I mean, that's crazy.
01:23:37.240 And so, like I say, I'm asking last night, and I'll ask again tonight,
01:23:43.680 what's the deal with Canada?
01:23:46.960 What's the deal with Canada?
01:23:49.340 i know that the french have got a history of this goes all the way back to marie antoinette off
01:23:57.740 without a head but we got a little french blood in this country we have to find a way to make
01:24:05.860 quebecers mad or people who live in vancouver because we know they know how to riot but that's
01:24:12.700 only over hockey it seems to be only ever over hockey in this country not about our freedoms
01:24:18.200 not about the lives of our kids
01:24:20.640 not about digital
01:24:23.900 facial recognition or digital
01:24:25.860 central bank currencies no no no no
01:24:27.960 hockey
01:24:29.340 ref made a bad call
01:24:31.640 set some cars on fire
01:24:33.380 you have to wonder about priorities sometimes
01:24:40.120 seriously don't you
01:24:41.000 what's it going to take
01:24:43.300 you have got police
01:24:46.040 laughing at you
01:24:47.620 in the streets of Ottawa
01:24:48.940 and let's be honest
01:24:51.000 laughing at you, poking you
01:24:53.700 in the chest with a baton
01:24:55.840 hiding behind a
01:24:57.680 riot shield and hiding
01:24:59.540 behind body armor
01:25:01.640 but you outnumber them like 50 or
01:25:05.520 even 100 to 1 and you're going to sit there and take
01:25:07.620 that
01:25:07.920 because we want to show that we're
01:25:11.600 better, is that what it is? We want to show
01:25:13.540 that we're not going to crawl down
01:25:15.600 into the same scum as
01:25:17.520 them? I just don't get that. I understand that we want to maintain the peace as long as we can.
01:25:27.500 I get it. Believe me. But will there come a time in Canada? Because remember, I showed you guys
01:25:36.480 video last night from France where police were being pushed back upon to the point where some
01:25:44.320 of them started crossing the lines and stood with citizens. And the only way to make police
01:25:50.660 do that, in my opinion, is to beat them at their own game. And if you outnumber them
01:25:55.920 by 100 to 1, you're going to win that, regardless of the weaponry they have, unless they actually
01:26:03.220 start using actual ammunition. And if they did that, well, then the jig would be up,
01:26:12.100 wouldn't it then everybody would get up and maybe that's what we need after all we're at war
01:26:20.360 the question is how far are we willing to go each and every one of us i don't just
01:26:32.220 question you watching this right now i question myself and everybody else how far are we willing
01:26:40.640 to go
01:26:41.440 to win our freedoms back
01:26:44.400 and then hold on
01:26:46.720 to them for our kids
01:26:48.700 and our grandkids and the generations
01:26:50.780 that come after.
01:26:54.880 Like Sean Connery said
01:26:56.800 in The Untouchables,
01:26:58.920 what are you
01:27:00.920 prepared
01:27:02.500 to do?
01:27:05.120 and i'm not talking about going off on your own half-cocked i'm talking about certain situations
01:27:19.160 like the ones that are going on in france right now the first thing we have to do is actually
01:27:25.480 get people out to these things and not 30 people not 500 people 5 000 10 000 20 000 and so on and
01:27:34.620 so on and so on and then we can start making some noise but until then forget about it oh forget
