00:07:11.980And what was being seen in some other parts of the world were protests.
00:07:16.860I think we saw them at a minimum in France, in the Netherlands, in New Zealand, if I remember my media coverage right, with trucks with Canadian flags on them.
00:07:26.360the prime minister was getting questions from from international leaders about just what was
00:07:31.720going on in canada so the culmination of all these things are about our national interest and so um
00:07:38.040in pulling together section 58 it was about a threshold but it was also about the other factors
00:07:43.240that went into the deliberations around the invocation of the act and if i could well i'm
00:07:48.280talking about 16 58 just for a minute i mean part of because we kind of got out of the invocation
00:07:53.640memo um part of what i relied upon in my advice around uh the my advice to invoke the act
00:08:03.560was the nature of the emergency act itself time temporary time limited targeted measures
00:08:10.840uh that would supplement um provincial and territorial not displace that were compliant
00:08:16.440with the charter so it was not just about invoking the act was what the act was allowing
00:08:21.720government to to authorize to have happen so it was about the nature of those measures but also
00:08:28.320the accountability framework that is built into the emergency act that had not been used before
00:08:34.180including things like tabling before parliament a justification on why the act was invoked
00:08:41.080an explanation about the consultation with provinces and territories a requirement for a
00:08:46.700vote to be held and the house of commons to approve and the senate we know the senate vote
00:08:52.120didn't happen because the act was revoked but the house of commons approved the the invocation
00:08:56.760of the emergency act there were there is a process to establish a joint house senate committee
00:09:02.100there's this process the commission of inquiry around this is a lot of blah blah blah isn't it
00:09:06.980and transparency around what happened there's a very robust accountability framework so the test
00:09:12.840was met i had a level of of comfort in terms of the nature of the measures extraordinary as they
00:09:19.020were this last resort they were and an accountability for them just to complete the
00:09:24.280thought so i get blah blah blah blah blah blah blah nothing i got nothing nothing okay this is
00:09:34.740miller time everybody canada's from true north tnc.news canada's deputy secretary of emergency
00:09:40.520preparedness jackie bogdan refuses to answer questions about the government's justification
00:09:46.520of invoking the emergencies act here it is can you agree with me that a threat to the security
00:09:52.280of canada in the emergencies act from your understanding has the same meaning as it
00:09:58.040does in section two of the csesis act i'm going to decline to answer this uh this question i'm
00:10:05.080sorry i don't feel uh that uh in my current responsibilities and uh my knowledge and
00:10:12.920understanding that i can answer that question for you okay this is one of the commission documents
00:10:17.560and i just want to know if this is your understanding and was your understanding at
00:10:20.680the time okay this is something that the commissioners wrote it says threats to the
00:10:24.920security of canada has the same meaning assigned by section two of the canadian security intelligence
00:10:28.920Act. Do you have any reason to disagree with that? Again, I don't feel expert enough to be
00:10:40.480able to answer that question. What about CSIS, the RCMP, the Canadian Security Intelligence
00:10:45.340Service, or Canadian Security Intelligence Establishment, all of the other civil servants
00:24:36.840For example, online child sexual exploitation is a scourge in this country.
00:24:44.780And we have an obligation to address it.
00:24:47.600You're saying that no one in your office has ever met with, coordinated, or otherwise engaged in any contact with a social media company in which you spoke to them about vaccine mandates, about COVID mask mandates, about the withdrawal from Afghanistan, about the current U.S. involvement in Ukraine.
00:27:52.400And so there's been a real juggling of the pieces on the board over the last couple of weeks.
00:27:59.960It's like the dog ran by and kicked the chessboard and not everything is quite back where it's supposed to be on the risk game.
00:28:07.240So there's been a lot of moving players, a lot of pieces shuffling, and it's absolutely insane because what's happening is we're starting to see more of the deeper, more solid things that are coming into alignment.
00:28:22.400what our Canadian politician, that fellow you were referring to,
00:28:26.760is talking about, this is going to suddenly in Canada
00:28:30.700make a big difference to what's happening down there
00:28:32.840because laws that they're writing and passing and using
00:28:35.340and leveraging and weaponizing here are only accomplished
00:36:09.740To somebody who agrees with their political ideology.
00:36:12.240this law was written in 1996 which includes section 230 so please explain what is section 230
00:36:21.220to us well and this is where people i i'm doing a disservice to the magnitude of this
00:36:29.280story by trying to you know uh cole's notes through something that is no no we got time
00:36:35.240man we i just want to know what 230 is so we can continue on with the discussion but we need to
00:36:39.720have this established before we can continue it's basically that it gave them this this so their
00:36:46.360their way their laws are written or it's uh amendments a b and c um and um i should if i
00:36:54.840could have given you a graphic that covers that he he brought that up on our interview a great reason
00:36:59.400to go and watch that um but uh through the amendments that they made the a b and c they
00:37:07.600created an infinite loop so that the the producer of the content would never be able to go past
00:37:14.720this point in the in the the the protection um of the freedom of of speech so that's where they
00:37:21.400broke the constitution was creating this infinite loop uh where you get your you as the producer
00:37:27.940never can own your own content right and you just every check and balance led back to the same loop
00:37:34.960So it was basically a backdoor safety mechanism written into that law that was through misinterpretation has allowed them to basically own and manipulate and influence.
00:37:51.240And then you combine that with the propaganda, because censorship only works with propaganda. This is how they have been able to influence at every level our ideology, thinking, freedoms, communication, access to information.
00:38:07.520And now all of those rulings of people that have tried to fight this for the last 26 years are now going to be overturned.
00:38:16.460And there is going to be such a feeding frenzy in the courts about people that are now going to be seeking reparation for these court cases that were falsely dismissed because people just didn't go the distance on it.
00:38:33.040Right. And that's dealing with a behemoth, right?
00:38:36.360You're talking about the billions and billions and billions of dollars.
00:38:39.400And how can the little guy ever face that in court?
00:38:42.560Exactly right. And this is where this is such a powerful story in what Jason has done.
00:38:49.760You know, he has spent every bit of what he earned throughout his professional life at this that they took away from him.
00:38:57.420And he was just one of us. He figured out how to create an honest living out of that. We all were familiar with his content. And now they have law fared him to death over this. And the entire mainstream media corporation syndicate is completely ignoring it.
00:39:19.320He was standing on the steps of the Supreme Court announcing the latest verdict and the upcoming case with senators and governors, and not a single news outlet was there, not a single one.
00:39:34.600So this is the kind of guy that is on the level of the, you know, Edward Snowden's and the Julian Assange's and what he's accomplished as an individual just fighting back.
00:39:49.900So, you know, this is just so powerful to me as it was one guy that, you know, we pride ourselves on being, you know, we will not bend a knee.
00:40:01.060Well, this guy has lived it and done so much of the fighting for us.
00:40:06.260And now he's at the finish line with this where the courts are cornered.
00:45:43.660And it's because they underestimate our species' desire and inherent need for freedom.
00:45:50.960And we will adapt and we will improvise.
00:45:53.400And we don't, we aren't of the hive, so we become unpredictable.
00:45:58.340And when we get together in understanding where our energies and efforts and the value and the fruit and the people that are the real true life heroes that are making the difference,
00:46:09.040that's what they're afraid of more most that makes them speed up there and advance their
00:46:15.500diabolical agendas and plans you've talked a lot about those in the last few days
00:46:20.260i have i had a guest on last night the the special pay-per-view boyd anderson who
00:46:26.300paints a pretty grim picture to be completely honest but it's not like all hope is lost or
00:46:31.740anything he just tells us who's in on the scam and it's pretty much everybody let me ask you a
00:46:38.840question. And that includes Donald Trump, by the way, and Elon Musk. Let me ask you a question.
00:46:44.120If this is happening, if this is going to come down to the Supreme Court in the next little while,
00:46:48.680early in the new year, maybe, why are social media platforms, with the exception of Twitter,
00:46:54.020because Elon's taken them over and he's made changes, Dr. Jordan Peterson's back on the
00:46:58.420platform today, so is the Babylon Bee. Why are Facebook and Google and YouTube still
00:47:04.600adhering to these ridiculous censorship censorships and restrictions who owns them
00:47:10.100well we know uh you know meta mark zuckerberg google i can't remember the guy's name but
00:47:17.920are we talking about government here the these these most of these companies through the illusion
00:47:25.400of private ownership they're not private private ownership they're as intertwined as fxt is in
00:47:33.660government for the most part um and it's very rarely that one of them changes hands into somebody
00:47:40.180that's truly private um like elon did with twitter that that kind of thing uh on that note
00:47:49.100you may have heard that kanye yee whatever he calls himself this month uh was making an offer
00:47:56.540to purchase parlor um i can tell people that my friend jason uh from wimkin also made an
00:48:03.980official offer to purchase parlor uh so these kinds of there's this transition in pieces that
00:48:11.140are changing and moving on the board and the ones that are stuck behind this old business model of
00:48:16.380success that was protected through articles to like 230 um they they see the end of their days
00:48:24.940So I think Elon saw that coming as well and he made is making a valiant effort to save Twitter. His reasons for that I do not believe are philanthropic and in our favor either. Absolutely a personal agenda there may may appear all nice and shiny and fuzzy and warm on top, but I don't have my platform back.
00:48:52.180um and just for official record jordan peterson's didn't wasn't removed from from twitter he removed
00:48:59.780himself uh babylon b was reinstated but i do see that project veritas has not been reinstated yet
00:49:06.620um and i've had to open up a backdoor channel just because i need to get news right but i mean
00:49:13.640it's day one of the reinstituting of the platforms and and jordan peterson took himself off you're
00:49:19.080correct but that's only because he wouldn't remove a tweet and now he doesn't have to remove that
00:49:24.100tweet and he was allowed back on the platform anyway are you suggesting that mark zuckerberg
00:49:29.020would because we know how much of a hit financially meta has taken in the last six months i think their
00:49:35.360market cap is down 75 percent from the spring that's outrageous are you suggesting that he
00:49:40.780would rather go down with the ship than just get rid of all the censorship nonsense because i
00:49:46.700believe that's the reason for all of this craziness and these you know lead facts or whatever the hell
00:49:52.640they're called the fact checkers factcheck.org whatever they're called he would rather hang
00:49:57.320on to them and go down with the ship than just get rid of all these censorship entities and
00:50:03.120algorithms and possibly make a comeback um i don't think zuckerberg actually has enough assets
00:50:13.480in his corporation that are tangible that he could do anything outside of this.
00:50:23.400His investors are, as they're fleeing, they are draining every capital asset that he ever
00:50:33.520And he's in a death spiral as far as that goes.
00:50:37.360um and and i mean what what what do we expect somebody to to do like that i've been in the in
00:50:44.520a position of of business collapse i wrote it down rode that that dragon right down till there
00:50:50.380was nothing left to leave with but a suitcase man but he's like he's it's like he's almost
00:50:56.220you know intentionally flying a plane into the ground and he has the capability to pull up the
00:51:01.520nose just pull up the nose and he doesn't he doesn't have that he he's trapped in 15 years
00:51:07.900of crimes and sooner or later the piper comes for everybody what about selling that sell it0.78
00:51:15.440to somebody else who wants to buy it well you know what he can't even give that shit away right now
00:51:21.640excuse my french it's funny you should say that because elon said yeah i'll buy facebook and0.57
00:51:25.900delete it i i i i said that right after elon bought twitter i said and i knew it was coming
00:51:33.000with facebook i said you just wait three months elon will get facebook for a nickel on the dollar
00:51:39.580what he paid twitter for and at the end of the day he's going to look like the smartest guy in
00:51:43.760silicon valley no kidding guys you know what you guys watching this right now this applies
00:51:48.940to all of us not just content creators like wayne and myself it applies to all of us it applies how
00:51:54.460many times have you had to think twice before making a post that you would have made in the
00:52:00.540past because you go wait a minute maybe this is going to offend somebody your facebook is going
00:52:04.500to find that it's it's some kind of a threat when it's just a joke right i mean you've posted memes
00:52:10.080in the past now this is funny next thing you know you're banned for for two days and then that band
00:52:14.940turns into a week and then two weeks and 30 days i mean this applies to all of us all of us wayne
00:52:21.260And I want to get back to what you were talking about a few minutes ago when you said, you know, the destruction is coming for all of us, but they're doing it wrong.
00:52:29.960And they completely underestimated our resolve in terms of how badly we want freedom and how the zeitgeist of the country, not just the country, I think the world is going.
00:52:39.720I mean, look what's going on in Brazil right now.
00:52:51.260uh we need to change the national attitude right i mean that whole thing and we haven't talked
00:53:00.140about this yet but that whole thing about uh pandemic amnesty that came out in the atlantic
00:53:05.000a few weeks ago people were absolutely outraged by that and rightfully so but it seems as though
00:53:11.220they're asking for forgiveness from us which is a good thing no no no no no no there's more to
00:53:18.580that shadow okay so that lady uh works for the brownstone institute uh coincidentally not
00:53:25.800coincidentally so does her husband husband i think your name is yes so does her husband who
00:53:31.160is a senior financial policy advisor to joe biden um so they weren't asking for a man amnesty they
00:53:38.220were granting themselves amnesty because uh it was the a fiscal thing for them to endeavor to
00:53:45.540but it became not just a national conversation but an international conversation and they got
00:53:51.920an answer very quickly i mean they could have granted themselves all they wanted to but i and
00:53:56.800i'm not sure if they had their ears on for what happened in the following weeks after that article
00:54:00.900came out but it was like trending all over twitter hashtag no amnesty people are upset
00:54:08.540But that I believe that article has empowered our side even more. Right. Because now we can have that conversation. The amnesty conversation has come up. It didn't go over well with our side. But now I think that that conversation is is being had as opposed to before when people were trying to sweep it under the rug and just ignore it.
00:54:28.960You know, they create wedge issues that will divide our entire country and burn it to the ground over one man who was basically a scourge upon the planet, but who perhaps died unjustly.
00:54:49.500They'll destroy our nation over it and expect us to just forgive and forget the hundreds of thousands, the millions of victims that have been created through their misfeasions and malfeasance and just supposed to forgive and forget all of that while they carry on without remorse or a change in direction or perception, carry on with their demands.
00:55:17.480um that's uh i i don't think that they can reasonably expect any kind of positive feedback
00:55:24.620on that discussion whatsoever at all zero zip nada uh when i interviewed dr peter mccullough
00:55:33.260uh we we both discussed this then that there was going to come a time because there is no such
00:55:40.240thing as moving forward or reconciliation or healing without a pause or a stop at justice
00:55:47.480and accountability, you cannot get to reconciliation. And although I am not a judge,
00:55:54.760I will make it my last effort to expose the truth and to share the information and to build
00:56:02.260the sidewalk the steps uh whatever it takes i'll braid the the the rope uh if i have to i'm not
00:56:12.480the judge but i will take part because that is my duty and my responsibility not just as a canadian
00:56:18.400but to my fellow human men human uh men and women out there because that's the correct terminology
00:56:24.580and we got to start getting better at that using the correct terminology uh within the defined
00:56:30.980truth is what makes the biggest, most significant differences at the end of the day, as exemplified
00:56:38.200by Jason's case, taking that to the Supreme Court and changing everything, 26 years of law,
00:56:45.440based on the interpretation to be accurately reflected within the laws of something as
00:56:51.360simple as a or the and we are men and women and that is inherently protected under rights that
00:57:02.740no no government has the right to give us because it's not their right in the first place
00:57:09.560to take it away to take it away it's not a privilege granted to us right right it is
00:57:17.540something we're born with right as men and women you know let me write down let me let me write
00:57:23.980down neuro linguistics here because it's something that you suggested uh that we need to start using
00:57:29.800the proper language and i say they've been using neuro linguistics on us for the past couple of
00:57:33.880years anti this uh anti that uh and and we've been taking my you've busted my trade secret i
00:57:42.320spent a number of years working with a neuro linguistic specialist um and so so much of this
00:57:48.880uh i could see through through the through the verbiage and the understanding um this is why
00:57:54.720water off a duck's back when they come for me and they get a hear hold my beer and a smile let's do
00:57:59.920this right because their programming uh doesn't work when we understand understand how that
00:58:07.440program programming functions uh i shared a three minute video today that was just a brilliant
00:58:13.420description uh visual description of how he could literally program a random audience of 10 000
00:58:20.040people uh to uh draw exactly the image that he wanted them to just through suggestive dialogue
00:58:27.100for a minute did you see did you see the uh the biopic of uh ray um
01:01:39.140So they are programmed through their programming, which ones work the best to achieve the result the handlers want, not necessarily what the person we're arguing with wants.
01:01:50.020They're not using those words to achieve their goals or agenda.
01:01:54.340They're using that because that's what they're programmed or taught to use against people like us.
01:02:00.780And so the simplest way to deal with that is through having the correct vernacular, the accurate verbiage. They generally don't have more than three different things that they can address you with.
01:02:17.000And once you have a firm where it's your go-to instinct natural response to use the correct articulate language in each one of those responses, not one of their first three original programmings works.
01:02:33.740They do not get that chemical response from us.
01:02:36.660At that point, they are going to turntail and run because they have nothing left.
01:07:03.080These guys are over there right now at this summit
01:07:06.240pledging another half a billion dollars to institute a travel passport because mandating0.87
01:07:15.960the jabs didn't work for us. We started to shut them down. So they're not going to mandate us to1.00
01:07:22.340have jabs to live. But if we want to travel, then we're going to have to comply. So they're not
01:07:28.820forcing us to have the jab, but in order to have the passport, then we're going to have to be
01:07:33.700So that's the mandate. They can't force us to just have it. But if we want to travel, then then we're going to have to have it. And the only way we're going to be able to afford to travel is our behavior is going to be based on our carbon footprint. So they're going to starve us into oblivion based on our digital ID and we don't get a say in it. They're printing trillions of dollars.
01:08:01.120dude i know i know all of this we've covered i covered all this last night with with boyd and
01:08:06.900you and i've talked about this the question is how do we get out of it how do we push back and
01:08:11.560like i was saying you know i believe the momentum is starting to turn and it's funny i just saw a
01:08:17.840comment somebody said you know change takes time and generally speaking i agree with that but in
01:08:25.180this case what's happened to us in in a very small period of time the last two and a half years
01:08:29.540is remarkable. I believe we can affect the same kind of change going the other way in the next
01:08:35.900two and a half years, but it's going to be a lot of hard work. The question is, how do we keep the
01:08:41.280momentum growing on our side? You talked about movements at the grassroots level. Aside from
01:08:48.940the survival aspect of it, barter and trade systems and whatnot, even making your own fuel,
01:08:54.280what can we do to match the energy of the convoy without actually having to do another convoy
01:09:01.800nothing this is where we're focusing our energy on um our people it's really really is that's it
01:09:15.080because the convoy was did served its purpose you know in what what what it did what we need
01:09:23.240to do now is is uh connect the the the the focus not necessarily the energy the energy is out there
01:09:32.920across the country but it's the focus that we're lacking and we're missing so we need to maintain
01:09:37.940focus on things like this this uh charade that they call the public inquiry we need to focus on
01:09:44.500this citizens inquiry that's being led by by preston manning um that is getting a big response
01:09:51.360Why is this needed? Because it's a different set of rules and we need to, again, to keep the focus on the crimes that were committed. The emergency inquiry is only to serve one purpose, the obligation to the process required by the invocation.
01:10:09.300So everything beyond that holds no teeth or power in effect.
01:10:14.140What Preston is leading does, and now this is becoming a political issue
01:10:19.260because the NDP is seeing that this is something that isn't just a show pony
01:10:24.260and nobody has control of it because this is by the people.
01:10:27.320So now they're trying to politically hijack this.
01:10:30.200So we need to be focused in our endeavors as communities.
01:10:34.460we need to get behind the litigation that is making a significant difference i know you guys
01:10:40.060have you have a significant american community guys get behind jason that guy i think he needs
01:10:47.400something like seventy thousand dollars uh for the next stage of the court cases and the guy has
01:10:52.700given everything uh into that so if you're in the u.s support jason if you're in canada support
