00:07:11.460 the guys who were involved in the trucker convoy the freedom convoy in ottawa that's

00:07:21.300 been vilified by the left-wing corporate media and the government claiming that it was illegal but

00:07:26.360 we all know better freedom george billings is here george welcome to the show freedom

00:07:31.300 ron clark is also with us he is at the center of canada welcome to the show you guys i know that

00:07:40.700 the two of your friends having met in ottawa but i want to find out a little bit about you guys

00:07:46.240 tonight because you both have notoriety across canada amongst the freedom movement in different

00:07:51.560 ways george you were kind of a cheerleader in ottawa and you pumped people up when things were

00:07:58.180 looking down a little bit you got yourself arrested for it spent some time in jail

00:08:02.320 i want to find out all about that ron you've got a bit of a different story you were out there for

00:08:07.160 two and a half three weeks just kind of telling us what was going on out there via your facebook

00:08:13.180 page and the channel that you've created with so many different followers let's start with you ron

00:08:17.880 before the convoy began what was your life like well it was still hectic uh my wife was going

00:08:28.200 through a lot of uh treatments and uh she has a compromised autoimmune and uh we spent a lot of

00:08:35.000 time in the hospital with her and stuff and then that's where i got to see all the stuff going on

00:08:39.580 the hospital because they let me in so roaming around the hospitals and stuff i've seen all kinds

00:08:44.580 of crazy stuff and it's like you know something's not right and uh then i basically a week before

00:08:52.440 we left to go to ottawa i uh i accepted the lord and asked where i should go and you know there's

00:08:59.300 my journeys and i'm still on that journey in that path right now was it a uh was it a big decision

00:09:05.760 to go to ottawa did you go on your own did you go with a bunch of other people how did that play out

00:09:10.360 well i i went with the group of people we left uh january 24th in uh red deer alberta with uh

00:09:20.300 pat king we met with that group there and then traveled down to calgary but uh i've met pat and

00:09:26.080 george uh previous before all of this uh the year before when we were on the ledge grounds at the

00:09:31.020 teepees that's where i first met the guys and uh i bumped into pat at a rally a week before we were

00:09:36.700 going and he asked if i was going and i was like probably i want to go and then when i left that

00:09:43.300 day that's when i accepted the lord and got home and asked you know what should i do what should i

00:09:47.900 do and then everybody just led me down that path that i had to be in ottawa it must have been a

00:09:53.540 huge decision uh you know not just for you but for your family and financially as well i mean

00:09:59.560 did you ever wonder how am i gonna how am i actually gonna make it down there well i was

00:10:05.940 i was still doing okay i wasn't broke or nothing like that and uh we we took the journey and my

00:10:12.040 wife uh and my kids were on board with it the mother-in-law uh they were all on board with it

00:10:17.200 i just packed my bag and said i don't know i'll i'll see you when i get back sort of thing because

00:10:21.940 we didn't know if it was one week two three we didn't know so you know i was i was okay to go

00:10:27.580 down there for that event for that time what about you george what was your because you're

00:10:34.380 you're not a trucker by trade right you're you work the fields or you are as well i'm a farmer

00:10:40.520 jack of all trades master of none you do it all yeah pretty much i can renovate houses do plumbing

00:10:47.960 electrical whatever yeah did you both know before the convoy that things were looking grim and

00:10:57.660 getting grimmer oh yes yeah like he said where uh rod had met that night was was at the legislature

00:11:05.620 and we had uh we had occupied that for 22 days in 2021 i believe our uh end of september into

00:11:13.820 october for 22 days so we were already on on the path of uh of fighting for our freedoms before the

00:11:20.820 convoy came so when the convoy did start rolling out were you fully on board george or did you have

00:11:27.640 some trepidation about going uh at first i you know i i just started logging again you know i

00:11:33.160 drive truck in the winter time doing logging mostly up here and i kind of just taking a job

00:11:38.860 on and I was oohing and on about it but uh of course um you know Pat Pat didn't have to twist

00:11:46.740 my arm too hard to uh to make me join the convoy and my buddy Owen was actually living with me at

00:11:52.220 the time too and we just we just knew we had to go so I just packed a truck full of tools and you

00:11:57.480 know air compressors and and whatever we needed to uh to help people out along the way and then we

00:12:02.960 mind so what was the trip like from the beginning until the time you got to ottawa and i was

00:12:09.700 monitoring this the whole time because i went oh this is real this is really actually starting to

00:12:14.220 happen so here in manitoba in winnipeg we were expecting you guys at the flying jay i forget

00:12:20.540 exactly it was minus 35 it was ridiculously cold and there was a huge turnout to to greet all of

00:12:26.160 the truckers and i thought you know i went with my girlfriend carrie and i said we have to be at

00:12:31.060 this this is history in the making this is something that you don't see ever yeah I've

00:12:35.940 never seen this before I don't know if I'm ever going to see this again in my lifetime hopefully

00:12:40.180 we do uh 10 times as large going forward uh not necessarily with trucks and farm equipment but

00:12:47.340 just with people right like we need people ultimately um what was it like for you guys

00:12:53.780 from the beginning to end did you feel as though you were picking up momentum did you feel like

00:12:58.300 the crowds were getting bigger in every town you stopped in? Ron? Oh, definitely. Well, you know,

00:13:03.120 we had the Guinness Book of World Records convoy before we even got out of Alberta

00:13:06.880 and, and driving as we went more and more people, you know, along the ditches and the approaches in

00:13:13.540 the little towns and, you know, little kids out there fist pumping with, you know, F.U. Trudeau

00:13:18.060 signs and stuff. It was, it was pretty cool. You know, the, the energy was absolutely just,

00:13:23.080 just amazing um was it like that all the way through or or did it pick up steam as you got

00:13:29.540 closer to ottawa well i would have to say manitoba really really stepped up when we went over like

00:13:38.600 obviously albert saskatchewa and everybody was awesome but manitoba was was uh just off the hook

00:13:45.000 you know i i actually raced ahead when we were supposed to go to the flying jay in winnipeg i

00:13:49.980 raced ahead of the whole convoy pat had sent me up there to make sure the parking lot was clear so

00:13:54.240 i got there and i was of course i just climbed over the curbs with my truck and went in there

00:13:59.520 and started getting people out of there telling them to get out we have a convoy coming because

00:14:03.760 it was just packed there and then it turns out the cops uh blocked it off on us anyways and

00:14:08.300 kind of kiboshed that plan there what about you ron do you feel the momentum picking up and

00:14:15.100 you guys and i want to know about your emotional state too because when you first started out

00:14:20.000 you may not have known what was going to happen as you made your way across the country

00:14:25.400 well that morning when we left red deer and uh we traveled down to calgary you know there was

00:14:31.760 people on the streets and they were cheering us on but when we got into calgary at the flying j

00:14:36.000 you know to meet the the other convoy and it was like we we were in some of us were in the

00:14:42.920 flying jay and the rest of them were still out on the highway we couldn't even get them in it was

00:14:46.820 just crazy and then that morning when we left there we had to scatter in all different directions

00:14:53.280 and meet back up on the number one highway and then going through medicine hat was like

00:14:58.220 the first experience with all the people on the streets and and but like like just like george

00:15:04.820 said when we got into brandon wow like we were doing two kilometers an hour on the trans canada

00:15:11.560 highway we couldn't move nowhere and the signs and the people it was you know you're so drained

00:15:19.340 from driving all day but seeing those people just just kept you pumped up and just adrenaline was

00:15:25.460 going it was I've never heard so many grown men crying all my life on a road radio man it was just

00:15:31.980 it was so emotional and something I will never forget in my lifetime and every time I watch

00:15:39.740 the videos it's hard for me to watch them as a as we were driving to ottawa it's just so emotional

00:15:46.940 from seeing all the the little kids on the side of the road holding a sign that says

00:15:52.300 unmask me or calling us heroes and you know the two north strong and three written in the snow

00:16:00.140 banks and there was either two people in these little towns in northern ontario and then when

00:16:06.620 you get into the cities it's just chaos and but it was so much love and so much joy and happiness and

00:16:13.200 it was the most amazing thing that I've ever experienced in my life and I will never forget it

00:16:18.360 did you both understand the magnitude like like I just described uh Ron had an issue with his

00:16:25.220 phone earlier today so that no I didn't no I didn't it was all fine I don't even go there

00:16:29.880 we're not we're not going to talk about it I just say you dropped it in some water let's just say

00:16:34.080 that may be why he blinks out from time to time no i just had a phone call i just get out of here

00:16:39.120 i did i threw it in the rice and it works great oh boy as i was talking about uh i thought that

00:16:48.700 it was a moment in history that we would never see again when you guys rolled through uh winnipeg

00:16:54.960 where i was at did you guys understand that did you realize what you were a part of yes yeah for

00:17:02.660 sure certainly we did and uh when you feel that energy going across the country when you see all

00:17:09.640 those people out there at minus 30 minus 40 you know we were still traveling sometimes at 11 o'clock

00:17:15.640 at night and then all of a sudden you'd see a little old lady with a little fire on the side

00:17:19.700 of the road out there you know out there supporting um i pulled up to some red lights in some spots

00:17:27.200 where we got stopped in the little towns in that and there'd be thousands of people you know in

00:17:31.780 the intersection and stuff and i would just get out on my freedom truck right on the running bar

00:17:35.640 and scream i can't hear you and everybody would just erupt and you could just feel the energy and

00:17:42.120 it was just amazing because if you think about that the energy going across in that convoy

00:17:47.540 with all the kilograms of weight and the force that's moving in unity and in love you know like

00:17:54.280 you just can't stop something like that no that's the thing is uh we've given so much people hope

00:18:01.620 A lot of people thought that they were alone and, you know, they're by themselves.

00:18:05.900 And then when this convoy came, it just gave so much hope for people.

00:18:09.720 It was the most amazing thing to see.

00:18:13.280 When you got closer to Ottawa, what kind of trouble did you get from police or just from the general flow of traffic?

00:18:21.800 I mean, at that point, you guys were meeting with convoys that were coming from the east, from Quebec and the Maritimes.

00:18:27.660 And then there was all the Ontario trucks that were joining you guys along the way, too.

00:18:31.620 I mean, what was that like?

00:18:35.760 It was quite crazy because I know Pat and a bunch of the other people, organizers, they say,

00:18:44.120 were in touch with the OPP and the cops and stuff like that.

00:18:48.280 And they had all this stuff set aside in the spots we could park.

00:18:51.960 And they changed a lot of that on us when we got close.

00:18:55.240 All of a sudden, they had parking spots here and we couldn't go there.

00:18:58.100 and you know they kind of blocked off some of the roads uh that sergey john johnson i think it was

00:19:03.540 called and stuff we were you know we were supposed to go right up wellington from there and have all

00:19:08.060 that and they changed it but um like me personally we snuck in the uh the night before from outside

00:19:15.780 of ottawa we were actually already there um when uh when our convoy come in the next morning

00:19:22.160 we had like we had we'd already snuck into the to the city so

00:19:25.980 right um well myself when i left arm prior and that was a mess first thing in the morning trying

00:19:35.160 to get that many people out of there like we were piled up on the streets for miles and miles

00:19:42.480 just trying to get in and then i got veered off with a part of our group and i was down by the

00:19:49.660 river somewhere for hours just sitting there and they said yeah the roads are closed nobody else

00:19:54.820 is getting in so trying to get out of there and make my way into the city and then i i found a

00:20:00.500 spot you know down on metcalf by the circle k and that was my new home for the next three weeks

00:20:06.680 but it was uh it was definitely a mess trying to get in uh that first night so once things got

00:20:13.100 settled down in downtown ottawa and the people were all arriving or had arrived and you guys

00:20:20.700 had pretty much filled up the uh the downtown space with the big rigs and and not just big

00:20:25.280 rigs but there was also half tons and just regular cars in there as well and and uh other types of

00:20:30.860 maybe one tons in there uh too when did when did the camaraderie parts start the second you arrived

00:20:38.320 and parked or did it take a while to develop oh that pretty much was an instant thing as soon as

00:20:44.640 we rolled in like the very first night that was january 29th and i made sure that i made it to

00:20:50.400 parliament hill and then the fireworks were going off and it was pretty much lit from day one when

00:20:55.720 we rolled in right to the end when uh yeah well the you know the ending part there that it didn't

00:21:01.860 like us having any more fun well we're gonna we're gonna get to that in just a second what about you

00:21:06.060 yours because you guys both took on different roles as i pointed out at the at the top of the

00:21:09.600 show george you were more of a cheerleader you were going from rig to rig from area to area i

00:21:14.840 know that certain parts of the country i think there was a manitoba corner wasn't there or

00:21:20.080 winnipeg corner something like that a winnipeg corner yeah in in ottawa like there were a bunch

00:21:26.300 of guys from winnipeg uh oh yeah there was there was certain groups that were in certain places

00:21:31.320 there and um everybody kind of tried to stick together with their groups but lots of people

00:21:36.960 did get split up because they just like like ron said it was just chaos trying to get in there so

00:21:42.040 um people just got where they could and and and you know you just made new friends you made new

00:21:47.340 family there on the street with whoever was close to you and and really you just made friends with

00:21:51.740 pretty much everybody that was out there except of course those antifa people and and those the

00:21:57.080 haters that were kind of coming down in there you know screaming and hollering at us but

00:22:00.660 you know i you know i did my part i was taking donations from people and i was going to the

00:22:08.500 truckers with hundred dollars you know i could only withdraw four hundred dollars at a time from

00:22:12.220 the bank account and i would go out and i'd even videotape it we're out on the highway and i'd be

00:22:17.220 running whenever we stopped i'd go and i'd run down there and show everybody that i was dishing

00:22:21.960 out this money to the truckers and stuff and then by the end of it i uh i started dishing out

00:22:26.920 lot of my own money too went went farther past my donations and i realized holy cow

00:22:31.880 i better slow down here i'm gonna be right broke

00:22:36.760 uh what was is it true guys that because i do have video of it that i that i put up on the page

00:22:41.800 there was people uh truckers supporters they were out cleaning the streets to make sure

00:22:47.960 that the streets were cleaner afterwards than when they arrived there

00:22:51.880 those those streets were clean the whole entire time we were there they were shoveling snow we

00:23:00.920 were hauling the garbage out so it can be easily picked up the way things came together it was

00:23:07.840 it was the neatest thing to see but everybody was protected everything was clean down there

00:23:14.220 there was no crime going on like as soon as we got there crime was down 90 percent

00:23:19.120 Ottawa was the cleanest as it has ever been, you know, since we rolled in.

00:23:25.320 They were coming down and they were literally saying they've never seen downtown Ottawa so clean ever.

00:23:33.780 They're just shoveling the sidewalks.

00:23:37.220 You know, there was a bunch of stairs and stuff over by the War Memorial.

00:23:40.620 And the War Memorial itself wasn't shoveled when we got there.

00:23:44.320 You know, all this stuff was just not taken care of.

00:23:47.180 And the people took care of it.

00:23:49.120 like they took care of all the slippery spots wherever there was snow all the garbage just

00:23:55.260 it all just come together and everybody did their part no matter how big or small the part was

00:24:00.260 you know i want to clear something up because this is something that i haven't been able to

00:24:04.040 wrap my head around not even since then i've thought about it and went huh all of these

00:24:08.440 downtown merchants the restaurants down there the businesses down there they were all complaining

00:24:12.740 they had to shut their doors because they were scared and to me it seems like okay wait a minute

00:24:18.760 wait a minute hold on here you guys have got an opportunity with thousands of people in your

00:24:24.920 downtown in a time of year where there's not usually thousands of people in your downtown

00:24:29.600 you have a chance to make money hand over fist here what's the real story there did businesses

00:24:35.000 keep their doors open or did some of them actually shut i think they were forced to shut they say they

00:24:40.980 did it because they were scared but i think they were forced personally um you know there was two

00:24:46.940 Tim Hortons down there that stayed open for

00:24:48.920 a couple weeks and

00:24:50.240 the truckers and everybody, you know,

00:24:52.880 just random people were cleaning the floors

00:24:54.940 for them and cleaning their bathrooms and helping

00:24:57.000 them out to keep their store clean because there's so

00:24:58.920 many people, you know, to get coffee

00:25:01.020 and then all of a sudden they got shut down too

00:25:03.040 so I don't know what happened there, but

00:25:04.860 You think it was political, George?

00:25:07.100 I believe that

00:25:08.580 110%. These people

00:25:11.080 could have made more money in three weeks than they

00:25:13.020 did in two years. Yeah.

00:25:14.380 yeah i mean ridiculous how many we heard anywhere between 15 and a hundred thousand people and i

00:25:24.560 guess that it would have fluctuated from time to time depending on when it was and what the weather

00:25:30.120 was like and and whatnot but you guys were all you guys were both there for pretty much the entire

00:25:35.940 time ron you were there for two and a half three weeks george you were there a little bit longer

00:25:39.940 than that but some of it was spent uh in the who's gal but how many people would you would

00:25:45.380 you guys say were there that first weekend uh the first weekend it oh it's hard to tell because

00:25:55.840 they're just scattered all over the place like the streets were full all over so it's like it's

00:26:01.180 really hard to tell i would say a couple hundred thousand you know i would if i had to guess and

00:26:06.400 then the second weekend i would say probably even more than that did you meet a lot of ottoans there

00:26:12.980 in support of you guys a lot of locals oh yes we've met a lot of local people down there

00:26:18.880 and they were supporting us they came down uh and thanking us and asking us not to leave there

00:26:24.900 was elderly people it's the first time they've ever felt safe in their life living in ottawa

00:26:29.860 because they were afraid to walk down the streets of being mugged and stuff asking the truckers

00:26:33.740 please do not leave in front of my house but there were some ottawa people that were upset

00:26:39.500 but when we when we had a conversation with them and talking with them and you know you see the

00:26:45.300 next day they're actually coming down and hanging out with us and chatting with us yeah you know

00:26:49.380 they just have to to to speak with us and understand what we're trying to do and you know

00:26:55.120 stop being so angry yeah when you have growing men coming down and finding you and grabbing you

00:27:02.980 in complete tears they're just a blubbering mess you you know you're you're healing you know you're

00:27:10.780 helping out and and they don't want you to leave they they act like what ron said like i've never

00:27:16.460 had so many growing men cry on my shoulder and and ask us not to leave and thank us for everything

00:27:23.740 we've done and it was just absolutely amazing what about altercations because you know how

00:27:32.140 the left-wing corporate media painted this i mean it was never favorable uh you guys know that i

00:27:37.860 mean i watched it i laughed and that's why i was happy that you know people like ron and winnipeg

00:27:43.260 alternative media and live from the shed all those guys started streaming live because we were

00:27:47.740 getting more more of the real story more of the inside story actually the left-wing corporate

00:27:51.840 media painted you guys as hooligans as villains as uh provocateurs in some cases nazi flags and

00:27:58.660 whatnot did you guys actually speak to the media at all no mostly just ran them off

00:28:07.800 yeah well you you try and they're like oh can we interview you i'm like okay well can i keep my

00:28:14.120 live video going and interview you at the same time oh no no we can't do that well of course

00:28:19.120 you can't do that because then you can't manipulate the story right right and it's the same as the

00:28:23.980 antipa flag and the confederation flag you know one guy shows up and the media runs right over to

00:28:29.440 them and films that one flag and then you know you got hundreds of people getting them out of

00:28:34.340 get out of here we don't need you down here because anytime that something sparked it would

00:28:38.940 have stopped that movement and we would have been blamed for everything so everybody down on them

00:28:43.900 streets were always watching 24 7 to make sure that nobody came in there to try to stir up

00:28:50.340 something to end what we what we were doing down there yeah and every time there was a conflict

00:28:57.080 from their uh from their paid thugs basically there was a group of police officers or wherever

00:29:03.360 there i believe they were un people um the media would be there right with the whole gas can thing

00:29:11.040 uh when they were confiscating that they went up to a family that had a cart full of gas cans and

00:29:17.240 then the camera pops out and they videotape that and then spread it around no we're stopping all

00:29:21.980 the gas from going down there there was another one that uh they had something about stealing food

00:29:28.040 from a from a food bank or something oh yeah the food banks were never so full in there they

00:29:32.700 couldn't even handle all the food that we were giving giving them because because we couldn't

00:29:36.960 even handle the food that was being donated so we're taking it down there and it was if anybody

00:29:42.440 was stealing it that would be antifa and of course it would be get blamed on everybody else right

00:29:47.500 yeah it just it boggles the mind when you think of all of the good things that you guys tried to do

00:29:55.540 your intentions were good you wanted to make a point and you were speaking on behalf of millions

00:30:00.180 of us and i want to thank you both for for doing that uh first of all for me and from all the

00:30:05.460 regular viewers here i mean we have so much love and admiration for you both and for what you did

00:30:09.880 um as time went on and the festivity started to slow down a bit and less people were showing up

00:30:18.040 because i was watching this too uh through a couple of different sources that i have

00:30:22.760 uh weekends were always good through the entire uh protest i don't i almost called it an occupation

00:30:29.700 there but that would have been a left-wing corporate media expression because it was not

00:30:33.220 an occupation by definition it was it was a protest uh and there was nothing illegal about

00:30:38.400 it and i have consulted three different lawyers on this and all of them have said no there was

00:30:43.040 nothing illegal about this uh the government and the left-wing corporate media have called it that

00:30:47.440 and i've got a story coming up in just a second towards the end of the show the cbc uh actually

00:30:52.880 states that the occupation sorry the convoy was called an illegal occupation and they're they're

00:31:00.480 still investigating some police officers from different services across the country who made

00:31:05.440 donations to either give send go or the other one there i forget what it is uh but go fund me right

00:31:12.580 when you guys started to hear the news of go fund me getting shut down and then give send go

00:31:19.100 uh getting shut down as well based upon something that happened uh with the ontario provincial

00:31:24.140 government did you realize that your time might be starting to wind down and if so did you realize

00:31:32.360 how it was going to end let's start with george um well the whole go fund me right from the start

00:31:40.440 i had nothing to do with it i didn't want to have anything to do with it no way no how i just wasn't

00:31:47.320 going to get involved with that go fund me stuff um but i don't why not george why why not i mean

00:31:55.340 all the truckers were supposed to be there's just a lot of there's just a lot of money there and and

00:32:01.260 a bad thing bad things come from that so i just did my own kind of private fundraising

00:32:06.540 and dished it out to the truckers as i could i just didn't i just i just don't like it and look

00:32:12.020 what happened right and then look at all the accusations that are being made now about about

00:32:15.960 the people that are that are you know involved with the gofundme so my heart was in the right

00:32:20.680 place when i made that decision but when it comes down to um you know people were still down there

00:32:27.660 donating people were still bringing in the food the fuel like the residents were helping out

00:32:33.280 to be honest with you the gold fund me would have paid for the fuel and everything for the truckers

00:32:38.280 but while we were there i don't think i don't think it would have stopped because the people

00:32:43.520 themselves were bringing in the supplies without the go fund me right ron did you notice the change

00:32:51.140 of tone at a certain point during the uh the rally not really you know they took the go fund

00:32:58.820 me away and it was like okay well that's the government trying to stop this you know stop

00:33:02.700 from us you know trying to come together but uh just like george said like even if the go fund

00:33:08.900 wasn't there the food was coming everything that was coming people were just throwing stuff at us

00:33:15.200 don't leave we need you here it was it was the craziest thing to ever witness in my life but

00:33:20.280 i don't think we've ever needed that gofundme it was just enough gas to get the auto on after that

00:33:27.020 point that everything was already taken care of people were just naturally just showing up with

00:33:31.640 stuff that people needed anything that you needed it was there just to make sure that we stayed there

00:33:37.100 didn't leave and go anywhere what about the cops i mean i i've heard different people tell me the

00:33:42.780 cops were great uh in the first week or so and then about halfway through it they started to

00:33:48.800 change their tone a little bit they weren't as uh talkative or genial did you guys notice that

00:33:53.800 the cops that were all in the downtown area the whole time they were all good i never ran into

00:34:00.320 any really bad ones you could go up and talk to them they were they were happy you know they were

00:34:06.160 just doing their job and and you know i never really found a because they're always sitting

00:34:12.040 in the same spots where they had things blocked off right so there was always one there you could

00:34:16.420 go and talk to her three or four or ten or whatever and it was the other ones the ones

00:34:21.320 that were walking around the little groups the paid thugs that's what i call them the other ones

00:34:27.400 were the city cops doing their jobs and i think they're you know they're having a good time i

00:34:31.420 i laughed with quite a few of them did you ever discuss at all the whole freedom movement with

00:34:37.520 any of those guys george did you did you guys understand what we're doing some of them are

00:34:42.660 really on board with it they just can't do anything because they lose their job they're

00:34:48.220 just doing their job and that's the biggest answer you get something like a lot of them will say keep

00:34:53.540 doing what you're doing keep doing what you're doing we support but i mean that's as far as you

00:34:58.600 get with them they won't say that publicly right they just they don't want to lose everything they

00:35:04.080 have what about you ron did you notice a change of tone with the cops at the beginning there were

00:35:12.240 so many nice cops chatting with them halfway through they were still nice they were still

00:35:16.920 chatting uh some of them would even say you know i'd love to have the conversation with you

00:35:20.920 outside of this and they're pointing to their uniforms right like a lot of them were on board

00:35:25.540 i'd say it was would have been the last the thursday before the weekend it was the other

00:35:33.620 group that came in all those other ones walking around even the ones that came out of the park

00:35:38.960 aids at nighttime and stuff they they weren't that bad they'd have a conversation with you

00:35:44.280 they would nod they would smile uh we even have little kids giving them flowers and stuff

00:35:48.960 it was it was right towards the end when the different group came in to handle the situation

00:35:55.460 now let's talk about that because i i recall watching everything that was going on

00:36:01.760 who's got the train in the background

00:36:05.580 the last friday of the uh of the of the convoy when the cops started the show of force thing

00:36:22.020 were you guys aware that was going to happen that day were you monitoring a radio did you know it

00:36:27.860 was coming or did it just appear well actually we thought it was the day before because pat and

00:36:34.720 owen and i actually went and found where they were at the infinity center i have it all on live

00:36:39.860 we went and found where they were and there was a huge building with hundreds of cop cars in there

00:36:46.220 and of course me and pat we had driving in there with my freedom truck videotaping it and then an

00:36:51.440 undercover car comes up and says get out of here freedom so we left out of here freedom yeah they

00:36:57.820 yelled at me and told me to get out of there freedom and so we had left and we just parked

00:37:01.620 outside on the road and we watched uh four buses come with just and guys just getting off cops one

00:37:08.560 after another so we had thought that the morning before which would have been thursday morning

00:37:14.500 that they were coming so we didn't know what to do we were like okay so do we go wake everybody up

00:37:21.180 or do we not wake everybody up and then have them come down and be ripping people out of the vehicles

00:37:27.620 so we made the choice to go down there and wake everybody up a bunch of people got pissed off at

00:37:32.720 us because we did that but it was the choice we made because we thought they were coming

00:37:37.100 but on friday was the day that they came right they went and blocked everything off it was the

00:37:42.260 next day and they started pushing down at the end of willington so how did they arrive because you

00:37:48.760 guys were all still there and and i don't know how many because again you know the population

00:37:53.180 of the convoy was fluctuating anywhere between a hundred thousand two hundred thousand twenty

00:37:57.260 thousand five thousand ten thousand you don't know how many people are there at any given time

00:38:02.160 how did they actually get into the downtown bus they just just buses they just came in

00:38:08.220 yeah well right right where the we cross over the bridge i think it's on uh sussex and uh

00:38:14.460 redale drive that was the last corner so everything beyond that point was wide open

00:38:20.100 so you can come in and then they came up by the river and then that's when they just started

00:38:25.020 coming in slowly and you can see them congregating now myself i was supposed to be on a conference

00:38:31.320 call with laura lynn and stuff at the elgin hotel so i had to walk in because i i ran out for a bit

00:38:38.540 and they blocked all the streets nobody was allowed back in so i took a taxi i had to walk

00:38:42.920 down about 15 blocks to get back in and they're like hey ron everything's going to crazy the cops

00:38:47.860 are down there i'm like okay well i'm not going to go to the elgin hotel for a conference meeting

00:38:52.780 i don't need to be there and then when you got down there it was just a small group kind of

00:38:57.840 holding off everything and then it just started getting bigger and bigger and then they bring in

00:39:02.480 the horses and then they're big tanks well not tanks but they're armored vehicles and you know

00:39:08.500 they were just taking warm-up breaks and switching out but they just got a little bigger in the

00:39:13.220 groups because there's nobody behind them right they can just come right in and start pushing um

00:39:18.260 so that's when a lot of the uh the convoy supporters the the truckers the freedom fighters

00:39:25.820 they all kind of was there a fence like from from what i remember watching on video there was a fence

00:39:32.580 a small one of those little metal fences and a bunch of cops standing behind that or maybe it

00:39:38.180 was cement blocks i don't know exactly what it was that's what they put up for uh the night after

00:39:44.100 after friday's push so what they did was they started at the end of wellington now i always

00:39:49.740 call it the frenchies because they had that that end down there where they're always dancing and

00:39:53.680 and having a good time at the end of wellington street there they took that first and we knew

00:39:58.260 they were going to hit that place first but um so they needed that hotel where they where they

00:40:04.640 stopped and put that fence up i don't know the name of that hotel was right there but they needed

00:40:08.640 to make it that far so that they could get into that hotel and that's they used the horses to get

00:40:14.220 because they couldn't push us it took them all day to go half a block oh not even half a block

00:40:21.080 were they going gently were they were they pushing gently or or what exactly how did it go

00:40:26.140 push and they would do their push and they'd smash you with their batons and we got videos of people

00:40:32.280 hitting you know with the butt ends of guns and and and uh tear gas and horses and no no they

00:40:39.920 weren't uh they weren't they weren't being nice nope no i've seen the videos of the horses and

00:40:44.920 the tear gas and the and the pepper spray and and and whatnot but i mean there were actually

00:40:50.420 people up in their faces weren't there like how did they was right there and so how was that was

00:40:56.680 there conversation going on between the cops and and you guys or was it just like they were staring

00:41:01.860 they're like robots some of them we had conversations with and you can almost see the

00:41:07.920 tears rolling down in their eyes a couple of them dropped their badges and they were arrested on the

00:41:13.300 spot but and some of them they dropped their badges they were arrested on the spot they

00:41:20.020 basically they stepped down i can't do this anymore because everybody was hitting them

00:41:25.020 they were singing oh canada asking if they you know you guys have family and kids at home we're

00:41:30.060 doing this for you it was so much emotion that people were talking to them and they're just

00:41:34.960 standing there and it's like they're scared they don't they don't want to be there to push against

00:41:40.400 us and some of them were in tears some of those officers and they couldn't handle it anymore a

00:41:45.540 couple of them backed away and then that's it they just grabbed them and took them out of there

00:41:48.940 like it took them over eight hours to move a foot and a half and then that's when those horses came

00:41:55.200 out so they can swoop those horses in to grab that that bigger area and start to push on us

00:42:01.840 that's that last little bit they needed so they could have the entrance to that hotel there and

00:42:06.120 that's where they were all going in and out of there i think they stayed there and they'd warm

00:42:09.440 up in there and get food and whatnot and that's where they put that little fence across for uh

00:42:14.620 friday night that's the that's the big ritzy hotel downtown by the uh the byword market i forget what

00:42:21.720 it's called now the chateau laurier chateau laurier is what it is yeah so they have the

00:42:26.880 cops staying there that's where that uh infamous text thread was originated i think from the cops

00:42:33.380 who were there rcmp you guys are aware of that text thread they were talking about uh how great

00:42:38.840 it felt to run over a woman with a horse and beat back the protesters but this is not the story you

00:42:46.660 guys are telling which i find absolutely amazing these cops actually had some heart some of them

00:42:52.800 had to back away from it uh so you guys did the right thing you did push back on them somewhat

00:42:59.560 but it wasn't violently you were talking to them you were telling them we're doing this for you

00:43:05.140 that is absolutely fantastic i would take my live video you know when there was a break and they

00:43:10.540 stopped pushing you could always tell when they were going to come again right and then so there

00:43:14.440 would always be that space in between where you know there were everyone was standing and talking

00:43:19.620 to the cops and i'd walk along with my live video and look them all right in the eyes and you could

00:43:23.960 see the tears and you would say you know what are you going to tell your grandchildren that when

00:43:28.180 they ask you what you did in this point in time you know you're going to tell them you're beating

00:43:32.040 on innocent civilians and stuff like that none of them would really speak they would just stand

00:43:36.460 there like a like a statue but you could sure tell that that a lot of them that they didn't

00:43:41.740 want to be there and it was just breaking their heart to do what they were they had to do to keep

00:43:46.100 their jobs now we know that they imported uh cops from all over the province i think there was some

00:43:52.880 opp there i think there was some rcmp i know there was some uh alberta rcmp i know some manitoba

00:44:00.600 rcmp that went bc as well um did you guys get the impression that there were any other

00:44:08.120 uh law enforcement there from any other country 100 there was a un plane that was spotted at the

00:44:15.780 airport well that was the airport in north bay uh but i what i've heard from several people and i

00:44:23.040 guess they wanted to land that plane as far away from ottawa as they could while still being close

00:44:27.220 enough that they could drive there that's north bay is about four hours from ottawa but a lot of

00:44:31.320 people say those planes land there for maintenance all the time i found that difficult to believe

00:44:35.780 because it's north bay why that airport's not big enough to do maintenance on those planes

00:44:41.640 right okay so you you guys both feel that there was some u.n involvement here ron uh well yeah

00:44:48.900 because a good friend of mine he's been with me since day one he's a uh retired uh master corporal

00:44:56.100 uh you know serving over in afghan and stuff and he knows what a u.n soldier looks like

00:45:00.960 and when you're standing toe to toe to them you know there was a lot of uh veterans there that

00:45:06.040 day and you can tell who's who like those guys had no soul they had like black eyes they wouldn't

00:45:13.620 make a peep they didn't it was almost like they were a statue and when they had the word they

00:45:18.160 would move and they would just grab you by the shoulders and rip you right through the first

00:45:22.640 line right into the second line and like george said that's when they take the ends of the guns

00:45:27.560 and start beating them and then they throw you on the bus and bring you 20 kilometers out of

00:45:32.300 ottawa in the middle of nowhere minus 20 and say get out of here there was no arrest made

00:45:37.980 that's what dave from live from the shed said too he said he got picked up and thrown out a bus and

00:45:43.900 taken 20 kilometers out of town george you were saying yeah i've met quite a few people and talked

00:45:49.340 to quite a few people the same story they threatened them with uh you have to sign this

00:45:54.140 paper that you're not going to come back into ottawa you have to get out of ontario you have

00:45:58.600 to get out of the city blah blah blah and then they're like no i'm not going to sign that so they

00:46:02.500 you know drove them out somewhere dropped them off that's it they just okay so we we've seen

00:46:08.660 video of of that goes back six seven months now and more recently we've been seeing video come

00:46:15.840 out of the netherlands uh farmers protests there um we've seen people pushing back on the cops

00:46:22.840 we've seen in France and Italy and different places in Europe, Australia, even people broke

00:46:29.620 through police lines. Was there ever any threat of that happening in Ottawa? Was there was there

00:46:36.640 at any point a thought of maybe just rushing these guys if they got too violent, like beating

00:46:42.480 you with batons or the pepper spray and the shields and all of that? Was there ever any

00:46:47.380 indication that you guys were going to start pushing back on them and rushing them? Because

00:46:51.500 obviously you did outnumber them i didn't feel that there go ahead no i didn't feel nothing

00:47:00.980 either everybody was just you know we're canadians we're peaceful this is not what we want

00:47:07.280 you know if our leader just came out and spoke to us we wouldn't have been in that big mess but

00:47:12.300 feeling like there was a lot of anger but nobody wanted to to to push against them and try to

00:47:18.220 attacked them even though they were they were attacking you unprovoked i mean that's that's

00:47:23.800 something we have to remember too i mean i understand what their job uh to do was to clear

00:47:28.940 you guys out but you weren't doing anything illegal according to the three lawyers i've spoken to

00:47:34.700 since all of this happened you deserve to be there you have a right to protest as canadian

00:47:39.500 citizens according to the charter of rights and freedoms and they were trying to push you along

00:47:43.500 and they were doing it violently.

00:47:47.580 Yeah, they were doing it violently,

00:47:49.420 but we stood our ground and we took our licks peacefully.

00:47:54.760 And, you know, I was right in the front lines,

00:47:57.160 always screaming, hold the line and let's go, let's go, let's go.

00:48:01.220 And you guys get up here to the front.

00:48:03.680 But we never had any violence.

00:48:06.100 The only violence at all come from them.

00:48:08.540 And we stood our ground and they could beat us down, 0.73

00:48:11.840 shoot us with tear gas, beat us with their guns, all that jazz,

00:48:16.540 and we still kept peaceful.

00:48:18.920 So kudos to everybody that was there that put up with all that.

00:48:24.860 Because as soon as you start that violence, 0.94

00:48:26.840 as soon as you break through that line, then the shitstorm happens. 0.99

00:48:32.480 Yeah. 1.00

00:48:32.780 That's Lady Mugick from Trader Park Boys.

00:48:37.020 Now, Ron, this is where you began your channel, your page,

00:48:41.480 ron clark freedom advocate you were sending live streams back to people all across the country

00:48:47.160 during the freedom convoy in ottawa and you've since built up a huge amount of followers on

00:48:53.500 your page uh so congratulations on that and i thank you for continuing to get the word out about that

00:48:58.840 uh since you left how has it been for you personally since you left ottawa

00:49:05.240 uh i'm still trying to grasp some days what it's like uh you know being stopped in a walmart or

00:49:13.360 just randomly people coming up to you like i'm not used to that like i never i never went on

00:49:19.120 this journey to to to have this page or whatever but i feel that i was gifted this page for

00:49:25.000 something good and that's what i'm going to continue to use my page for is to keep uniting

00:49:29.840 people and bringing people together and i'm not going to stop george you had a bit of a different

00:49:36.340 uh a different outcome in ottawa you were arrested now how did all that go down

00:49:42.020 well they just followed my life and when i come back into quebec they arrested me

00:49:47.940 so basically friday night you know just give her uh all day friday with the cops soaking wet tired

00:49:56.780 made it to a friend's hotel room a couple times to dry off a bit have a bite to eat and then head

00:50:01.740 back out but otherwise you know i was right there till till saturday and then i just got so tired

00:50:08.860 i'm like holy man like i gotta i gotta go lay down for a while so i uh i ended up getting out of

00:50:14.860 there and and they were watching me i could see the cops you know they had a couple little groups

00:50:20.000 there and they were pointing at me and and i can tell like oh boy they're after me too right so

00:50:25.300 So I snuck out of there, got back into Quebec, where we were staying across the bridge in Gatineau, which was a smart move.

00:50:34.080 But I woke up, sit up about four hours sleep, and I just sat up and I seen that everybody was still pushing down there.

00:50:41.020 And I just, I ran downstairs and one of the fellas that was staying at the house there, he said, you got to take me back in.

00:50:46.460 I said, there's still people in there.

00:50:48.160 I said, I can't, I can't stay, I can't stay here.

00:50:50.500 and we went across the bridge got on to i think slater street and i had my live going and then

00:50:56.640 an undercover just pulled up beside me looked at me to make sure it was me on my live and

00:51:00.880 that was that that's how they found me did you think that you were just going to be hauled out

00:51:06.720 of ottawa and let go 20 kilometers out of town or did you know it was going to be a little more

00:51:11.620 serious than that well they arrested me for mischief so i figured you know a couple nights

00:51:15.640 in jail or a night or or go take you down to the police station charge you with mischief and let

00:51:20.340 you go kind of thing promise to appear whatever you know definitely was not expecting a three-day

00:51:25.980 bail hearing and getting thrown in jail you know for my first round definitely was not expecting

00:51:31.140 that political prisoner how long were you in there 116 days total so four days short of four months

00:51:40.060 i i can't even believe that they were you were charged with how many charges of mischief was it

00:51:49.340 like one two well excitement at the beginning there was four and and then when they moved me

00:51:55.500 out of ocdc after a month in ocdc there was 10 charges co-accused with pat king and um i believe

00:52:03.000 that was part of the reason they moved me um so all of a sudden they had 10 charges and they were

00:52:07.440 all just mischief type charges just misdemeanor bs none of them held any ground for for uh any

00:52:14.060 serious jail time at all so so you were in jail for that long were you did you have your own cell

00:52:21.580 like what was it like inside for you for that long that must have been terrible uh well ocdc

00:52:27.700 quarantine we did 13 days quarantine when we first got there and pretty much locked up in a cell you

00:52:32.660 got out if you were lucky every couple days every third day once i think i got out for on the fifth

00:52:39.500 day you know for a shower and and 20 minutes and they would just bring your bring your food to you

00:52:44.800 there was two of us in a cell um and that was basically ocdc and then when i got moved uh to

00:52:53.160 quinti uh detention center i was in a dorm setting right with a whole bunch of people so

00:52:57.920 um there was a lot different there it was actually it was actually a blessing to get sent out there

00:53:03.180 with the good food and stuff and it was a lot a lot nicer what was the treatment like from

00:53:08.580 the uh the prison guards were did they treat you poorly were no not me no i was i was okay they

00:53:16.340 didn't none of them treated me bad uh they got a little tired of me screaming freedom and having

00:53:21.600 everybody else rattle the bars in the jail i had i had the whole jail kind of screaming you know

00:53:27.620 the whole pod or whatever slamming doors and screaming freedom so after a while they got a

00:53:32.500 little tired of that but uh other than that i was treated pretty good i had guards come down and

00:53:37.300 shake my hand and stuff and you know they uh a lot of them are just doing their job too you know

00:53:44.900 so I had a lot of support and and lots of nurses and stuff too that were coming and they'd come

00:53:50.740 and bring the the drugs that they bring to all the inmates in there and stuff and they were uh

00:53:55.540 you know saying thank you from behind their mask while they were you know giving me my Tylenol

00:54:00.400 that I needed or something so did they offer you release on certain conditions that you said no to

00:54:06.780 or did they just hold you in there for that long without even a bail hearing uh well i did have my

00:54:13.640 first bail hearing with for and i had fifty thousand dollars of surety and they denied that

00:54:18.460 one and then we went through the and then i got my good lawyer because i you know i didn't expect

00:54:24.380 it to be like that i just thought it was going to be a you know wham bam thing and the way you go

00:54:29.080 back to alberta but then i got my good lawyer and we went through the whole bail hearing thing again

00:54:35.000 but it would be in the higher courts now, not in the lower courts.

00:54:39.720 So you'd have to do it again and you'd have to wait for 30 days and all this stuff.

00:54:44.280 So he went through it and my lawyer, my new lawyer, Jake Chatty, I've used him before.

00:54:49.740 He was like, did you kill somebody?

00:54:52.960 No.

00:54:53.480 Did you run somebody over?

00:54:54.900 No.

00:54:55.500 Did you punch somebody out?

00:54:56.760 No.

00:54:57.100 But he's like, well, what are you doing in there?

00:54:59.560 He couldn't believe it either, right?

00:55:01.000 yeah so i went through the whole bail hearing process with all the affidavits and all that

00:55:06.340 stuff you had to do but then he come up with a plan for me to just plead out to one mischief

00:55:13.080 charge and not have and get out and not have any of these conditions like tamara or pat or

00:55:18.740 you know so so that's throughout i went he's like and so what do you get like you get i want to

00:55:24.300 spend a hundred thousand dollars more on on a trial or would you like to get out you know 30

00:55:29.640 some thousand dollars and go home and not be tied down so you got out with time served is that what

00:55:35.580 the end of it was you betcha in six months to keep the peace so i just have to be careful they don't

00:55:41.560 jump up some criminal charge on me i just i just have to watch out for six months you know i'm still

00:55:46.700 going to rallies and you know i got a ticket at the convoy there for talking on my phone of course

00:55:51.960 ron got pulled over on that one too they're watching guys like us right so but uh yeah i

00:55:58.160 have to keep the peace and you you got a ticket for talking on your phone yeah distracted driving

00:56:05.840 as soon as i picked up my phone they were sitting beside us sitting beside me and they just pulled

00:56:09.940 me over you know there there was probably 200 vehicles behind me and everybody was on their

00:56:14.280 phone doing lives but of course i was the one that got ticketed so you guys both had to uh had to

00:56:20.640 kind of lay low for a bit after that well i know george i mean you were laying low in jail but

00:56:25.000 what about you ron like when you got back did you go i'm going to take a breath here i'm going to

00:56:29.720 just reorganize myself i'm going to get myself back together and then start again or did you

00:56:34.800 just keep going all the way through well how it kind of worked out for me i was on my way home and

00:56:40.020 lo and behold we were in winnipeg and i was doing a live video and uh you know people were asking me

00:56:45.980 ron you know can you come down to the island like vancouver island and then i'm like well i don't

00:56:50.600 know and then somebody comes on and says you're not welcome down here i'm like oh okay so i went

00:56:55.800 and grabbed my passport and i said see this thing i'm welcome anywhere in canada i said now i'm on

00:57:01.100 my way so that's how that's that's pretty much how the wife knew that we were heading there so i got

00:57:06.680 home i was home for a day and a half we packed up in vancouver island we were down there for march

00:57:11.560 5th right and uh we haven't i haven't stopped you know i've been on zoom calls with the victoria

00:57:19.240 a police department the police call me all the time same as the that uh convoy we did on july

00:57:24.640 23rd i had the rcmp helicopter chased me down the highway you know it flew in front of the truck

00:57:30.360 about 150 feet off the ground i just waved out the window as we're driving and then shortly after

00:57:36.440 that i got pulled over i got yanked out and then the cop asked me where we were going i said we're

00:57:41.560 going to the ledge grounds well how many is in your convoy i kind of look back it's a bit of a

00:57:45.740 turn i'm like i don't know 10 20 i said why don't you ask the chopper because i was on a live video

00:57:51.200 at the time and i said because my viewers would really like to know how many people are in this

00:57:55.440 convoy right so i have my license and registration to give him and stuff and he he just takes my

00:58:01.240 license and takes a picture and i told him i said i've already been talking to the edmonton police

00:58:05.800 they just randomly called me a few days prior to just to ask if we can kind of change some of the

00:58:11.620 timing because they had a some roadblocks going on from uh oh what was that a triathlon bike race

00:58:20.080 or something that was going on and they're asking me if i was the organizer i'm like no no it's a

00:58:24.860 grassroots movement you better ask everybody right so i said hey i'll phone the group and

00:58:30.980 see if they want to change the time it was hang up the phone yeah when we get there we're going

00:58:34.900 in that's it right so you you've been all over the place i mean i i see on your lives sometimes

00:58:40.940 you're going out to bc then we're heading out to manitoba which is where you are right now at the

00:58:45.180 center of canada i'm looking right at the sign where george met us on the way through i can see

00:58:50.700 that right now and uh tomorrow yeah tomorrow we have uh we have a uh a pig roast going on the

00:58:57.320 barbecue already showed up today tomorrow morning the pigs will show up we're having a a pig roast

00:59:02.660 uh potluck right here in the center of canada tomorrow for everybody well what time is that

00:59:07.540 starting like noonish it'd be an all-day event all day the pig roast be more later in the afternoon

00:59:13.940 but uh anybody's welcome to come at any time i think it started when you got there didn't it

00:59:19.820 it did it started on monday so this is just kind of a reunion for some of the uh the uh freedom

00:59:27.160 convoy folks and the supporters to come on out and say hello or but yes you say anybody's welcome

00:59:31.620 right anybody everybody's welcome like we're at the we're at the center to sign you know how many

00:59:35.860 people stop by here during the day to take

00:59:37.920 a photo and then they look

00:59:39.940 over like we're like come on over come on over

00:59:42.000 do you want something to drink

00:59:43.880 need something to eat you know hey chit chat with us

00:59:46.040 you know you know you want to really find out

00:59:47.980 who we are have a seat

00:59:49.340 ask questions yeah you know you guys

00:59:51.720 have just given you know instead of just giving

00:59:53.900 us the finger ask us

00:59:55.140 you guys both talk to the police still

00:59:57.900 on a semi regular

00:59:59.960 basis Ron you just pointed that out

01:00:01.620 are the conversations civil

01:00:03.520 are they good or do they still look at you guys as a couple of troublemakers

01:00:07.940 no no no that's the thing like a lot of them are they're on our side but like george said

01:00:12.640 they're just doing their job they understand what's going on i know some of them were forced

01:00:17.820 to take the jab and some of them chose not to and they're no longer with the force

01:00:23.120 but uh most of them they understand what we're doing and they you know they just kind of i even

01:00:29.620 i was even driving through saskatchewan and we had about eight of us because we were on our way

01:00:34.100 home from from camp hope and uh i see the rp see rcmp roll up beside me and i i just look over and

01:00:41.380 he's just like i'm like oh cool i got a thumbs up cool we're not getting pulled over today boys

01:00:47.220 being there there's a lot of them on our side what about you george they know who we are and

01:00:53.340 they know what we're about too you know before we left atkinson i was all painted up in my

01:00:58.720 my Braveheart paint there and and two cops showed up and right they seen me and came straight to me

01:01:04.540 and you know you're the organizer I said nope not an organizer there's no organizers here

01:01:09.600 well uh who's in charge I said we're all in charge so well we're you know anybody who has uh the

01:01:16.700 roadmap and I said yeah I know a couple people that have a roadmap I could take you over to them

01:01:20.580 and I took them over to the people that had had our route and and I just introduced them to them

01:01:25.460 as non-organizers and i walked away so you know they they're they'll they'll come at us

01:01:32.480 and and kind of poke our poke our buttons too just like pulling us over uh you know to just

01:01:39.240 make an example out of us as well trying to you know scare us and deter us away from what we want

01:01:45.320 to do but i don't know i don't i don't see any real aggression from any of the ones you know

01:01:51.120 since we've left Ottawa anyways.

01:01:53.320 How do you guys see this going forward?

01:01:55.760 What needs to happen next?

01:01:57.300 I mean, I've got an idea,

01:01:59.020 but I want to hear what you guys have to say.

01:02:01.240 Ron?

01:02:03.660 Well,

01:02:05.060 that's one of those questions.

01:02:09.300 I know what I'd like to see.

01:02:10.560 I'd like to see Trudeau would take Christine Freeland

01:02:12.800 and Jagmeet Singh and just piss off somewhere,

01:02:15.680 but it's still going to leave a big mess behind

01:02:18.540 with the rest of the people, right?

01:02:20.020 But yeah.

01:02:21.120 Just leave the people alone.

01:02:23.580 Stop forcing us to do stuff against our will.

01:02:25.820 Stop creating chaos.

01:02:28.380 Stop trying to take things away from the farmers.

01:02:31.200 They're the ones that are creating the chaos around here.

01:02:35.320 It's all global elites.

01:02:37.140 It's all about power, greed.

01:02:39.980 There should be no people sitting there with hundreds of billions of dollars in your bank

01:02:44.180 when people are sitting there starving.

01:02:46.740 And you're giving money to all these other countries when you've got homeless people everywhere.

01:02:50.400 And then you're passing laws that you can walk the street with fentanyl and crack cocaine and meth.

01:02:56.380 Like, you're making people depend on you guys.

01:03:02.740 You're making homeless people.

01:03:04.860 You know, the price of everything goes up, but the wages don't move.

01:03:08.520 You know, I'm just tired of them forcing people to do stuff.

01:03:12.720 Do you see the mandates coming back, guys?

01:03:14.560 Do you see that happening this fall?

01:03:17.460 100%.

01:03:17.820 They're going to try.

01:03:19.440 right yeah exactly they can try but they're gonna try look at ontario they're already saying you

01:03:26.340 have to be fully vaccinated to come back to university the university of toronto that's

01:03:30.740 right now the definition of vaccination is changing also uh according to the federal

01:03:36.540 government now instead of saying fully vaccinated you'll be are you up to date right so i can well

01:03:42.160 how many shots is up to date well as many as they say as many as they say that's the thing one every

01:03:47.920 nine months is is what we hear now so how long are the people of canada going to put up with

01:03:52.860 this nonsense i think until until everyone is affected i think until everyone stands up

01:04:03.260 and unifies you know i just i don't see anything really changing like we're going to keep doing

01:04:12.100 what we're doing and we're going to keep waking people up and we're going to keep talking to

01:04:15.480 people and helping people and that's not going to change but in order to stop this everybody needs

01:04:21.740 to be affected by it one way or another so like it's got to get worse before it gets better

01:04:27.260 that's i think that's just the cold hard truth of it like people are just not going to be able

01:04:33.480 to go to the grocery store and get their stuff they're not going to be able to go to the mall

01:04:36.780 and get their fancy purse or boots or whatever you know like whatever it is that that changes

01:04:41.880 their mind and gets them to go like what's going on here right then i'm gonna get worse before it

01:04:49.180 gets better i even thought going door to door and just asking people what would it take for

01:04:55.120 you to lose before you'd stand up for your rights and freedoms because i'll snatch it from you right

01:04:59.120 now but we can't do that let's speed this up right but but that's the thing our problem right now is

01:05:07.240 we still have too much food on the shelves yeah yeah the gas prices are a little high

01:05:11.380 you know people are struggling but they're not completely yet there's still people with money

01:05:16.640 in their bank still enjoying life on they're all on vacations they're all camping right now

01:05:21.200 this fall is going to set us apart from a lot of things yeah that's what i think too and you know

01:05:27.380 it's interesting uh i have a friend in town who is a funeral director and uh they're going all

01:05:33.640 over town all the time to pick up, you know, uh, bodies. And today, uh, what they had to go to a

01:05:40.160 long-term care facility to get somebody. And the girl at the front desk said, show me your vaccine 0.53

01:05:46.360 card. I said, what, what are you talking about? We don't do that anymore. Nope. No, I need to see

01:05:51.640 your vaccine card. And so then he called me, you know, after this whole thing happened, he's coming

01:05:56.040 back shadow. It's coming back. I said, well, you know what, Mike, I think what you got there, buddy

01:05:59.480 is probably one overzealous Branch Covidian who is trying to make herself look good because she 0.99

01:06:08.520 does not speak for the government. However, it could also be a sign that maybe this is starting 0.98

01:06:13.800 slowly all over again. Right now, they're giving us a break. And this is what we've been saying

01:06:19.860 since maybe June. They're giving us a break. They've raised the mandates, the masks, the social

01:06:25.740 distancing the lockdowns all that stuff but when the eighth wave hits us in october oh what happened

01:06:31.700 to the sixth one well just a wave somewhere didn't we it depends on we were in a sixth one and now

01:06:38.720 we're in a seventh see what happens though guys is they give us this freedom in the summertime

01:06:43.500 because if we had a convoy in the summertime they would never have shut us down right so they're

01:06:49.000 gonna go every summer we're gonna get get this back and every winter they're gonna hit us again

01:06:53.720 i think ontario's in the seventh wave right now but manitoba saskatchewan alberta i think we're

01:06:59.260 only in the fifth wave or maybe between waves i i don't know it depends where you are geographically

01:07:04.260 guys thanks for the way the way i see things is ontario ontario's population is pretty much

01:07:10.380 half of canada right yeah yeah so they keep implementing everything in that province now

01:07:16.380 if they can implement things in that province and get away with it the rest is just going to

01:07:20.780 trickle right through this place and until you're going to hit some of these provinces like come on

01:07:26.200 over to manitoba saskatchewan alberta we're going to stop you dead in your tracks right there

01:07:30.600 yeah come on over yeah good luck come and try it come and join us in alberta anytime

01:07:37.540 yeah i'm not going to my door and tell me i have to get jabbed i want to hear a big freedom from

01:07:43.020 you george let's let's hear it let's go let's go let's go all right guys thanks for coming on

01:07:51.060 tonight i appreciate it george i wish you could wish you could come to the big pig roast tomorrow

01:07:54.920 at the center of canada maybe next time my friend thanks for coming on tonight george i got a i got

01:08:00.220 an awesome gift for you that was given to me uh from a very not lovely lady that stopped by here

01:08:06.480 and I got one for Tamara too.

01:08:08.040 So I got something for you.

01:08:10.360 All right, cool.

01:08:11.600 Thanks, guys.

01:08:12.860 Thanks, Ron, for coming on.

01:08:13.980 We'll see you tomorrow at the Center of Canada

01:08:15.580 for the Big Pig Roast.

01:08:16.720 You bet.

01:08:17.160 I'll see you tomorrow, Shadow.

01:08:18.020 Thanks for having me on, buddy.

01:08:19.420 Okay, brother, we'll talk to you again.

01:08:20.820 There's Ron Clark and Freedom George, guys,

01:08:23.340 from the Freedom Convoy back in January,

01:08:26.880 telling their stories, their recollections,

01:08:29.020 and about what yet may come.

01:08:33.360 I want to share one thing with you,

01:08:35.100 one story before we leave here it has to do with the uh with the freedom convoy it comes from the

01:08:41.880 left-wing corporate taxpayer funded cbc where they say police still investigating officers donations

01:08:50.480 to the freedom convoy fundraiser and look at look at this part here where did donations come

01:08:57.220 following the declaration of the protest as being illegal well that was never officially

01:09:04.620 declared the government tried to say it but there is no official declaration that the freedom convoy

01:09:11.540 was ever illegal and the reason for that is they can't call it illegal they know it isn't they can

01:09:17.440 try but we know better than that that would have to go through the supreme court of canada before

01:09:25.560 that could ever be declared and it hasn't police forces in ontario say they're continuing to

01:09:31.640 investigate members donating to the freedom convoy six months after committing to do so in

01:09:37.720 march cbc news matched at least two dozen current and former members of police forces in the

01:09:44.160 province with a publicly leaked list of names identified as apparent donors to crowdfunding

01:09:49.620 site give send go so if it's not illegal and it hasn't been declared illegal because it's not

01:09:57.720 why is it a problem for anybody including a peace officer of any service in the country to give

01:10:09.220 this was a legal protest it may have broken some bylaws along the way oh you can't honk your horns

01:10:17.680 after a certain time at night okay okay so after nine o'clock we won't honk anymore i believe a

01:10:22.820 judge ruled on that. People followed suit. No big deal. But this was a protest. And according to

01:10:29.620 the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, if it even matters at all anymore, we have the right to

01:10:35.780 protest. If we don't agree with the actions of government, we have a right to protest. And

01:10:42.760 that's what that was. So when they call it illegal, do not believe it. Because it's not. Never was.

01:10:49.600 there's one more story here that has nothing to do with what we were talking about tonight but i

01:10:56.540 thought i'd throw it out there because it just goes to show you that they're still trying to 1.00

01:11:03.620 cling to this narrative here thousands of jab teenage girls are developing ticks doctors are 1.00

01:11:12.180 baffled. I don't know what that could be. In this story, which, by the way, comes from 0.94

01:11:19.500 newspunch.com, they suggest it's from prolonged lockdown. Loneliness.

01:11:29.580 Never mind the possible effect of an experimental formula that billions of people have had forced

01:11:36.000 on them in the last year and a half. That couldn't be it, could it? No. Must be from a lockdown.

01:11:41.320 prolonged time spent alone it's amazing the good news is that even though our rates of

01:11:55.740 being jabbed are still higher than the united states the united states 30 percent of people

01:12:02.780 have had three shots now the rest of them whatever 40 percent of people in the united

01:12:09.240 States never took one. And again, our rates are higher here in Canada, but only 42% of people

01:12:15.280 in this province, in the province of Manitoba, have gone for that third shot. Never mind a fourth

01:12:22.340 shot. So that's good news that people, I think, are waking up. If you consider and believe the

01:12:29.600 government's initial numbers that 81% of people had gotten two shots, and that was based upon

01:12:34.700 coercion loss of job uh maybe even loss of family right so now only 42 so that number

01:12:41.200 that 81 has been cut pretty much in half so let's see what happens when they try to bring

01:12:48.740 all this crap back in the fall all right guys that's it for the show tonight i want to thank
