00:06:27.980Here's the story, you guys, about Ken Paxton, the AG of Texas, suing Pfizer.
00:06:36.000He sued them twice, actually, in a few weeks.
00:06:40.140So here's the story, and it comes from FiercePharma.com.
00:06:44.220Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton going after Pfizer again less than two weeks after documents were unsealed
00:06:50.100showing that Texas has accused Pfizer and manufacturer Tris Pharma
00:06:54.640of providing a compromised ADHD medicine to the state.
00:06:59.500Paxton has sued Pfizer for unlawfully misrepresenting the effectiveness
00:07:03.760of the company's COVID-19 vaccine comirnaty.
00:07:08.940Paxton, who is a Republican, whatever,
00:07:13.280says that Pfizer's claim of 95% efficacy against infection is misleading and overstated.
00:07:18.680his lawsuit, accuses Pfizer of conducting a campaign to intimidate the public into getting
00:07:22.840the vaccine and argues the company conspired to censor public discourse. Conspired to censor
00:07:30.700public discourse. Karen Kingston joins the show. Karen, welcome back. Thank you for coming on1.00
00:07:37.000tonight. Can Pfizer be sued? Yeah, absolutely. They can be sued. I have a big smile on my face.
00:07:43.500I'm finally happy because for two years I've been saying sue Pfizer, press criminal charges and the state of Texas, which, you know, is a bigger population and economy, believe it or not, than Australia and New Zealand and Russia.
00:07:59.280And they're suing the pants off of Pfizer. So this is a very well written, not that people, again, as I say, my clients didn't really care about my opinion.
00:08:09.320but in my opinion, this is brilliant. It's strategic. It's spot on. They're going after
00:08:16.060Pfizer for defrauding the Texans, for misrepresenting the efficacy. And why it's so
00:08:22.080brilliantly written is because as you read through it, they really set up Albert Berla0.92
00:08:27.180as the psychopathic liar that he is. And it's fantastic. So there's five counts that they
00:08:38.880there's 18 violations across five counts of the deceptive trade practice act for texas
00:08:45.840that berla violated and we'll go into a little detail so berla misrepresented the efficacy as
00:08:52.34095 efficacy and i'll explain that and uh the 95 efficacy actually means that it was
00:08:59.580less than one percent effective versus placebo for less than two months in preventing infection
00:09:05.440And the numbers before we carry on here, what happened to this blanket immunity that was given to Pfizer and Moderna and Johnson and Johnson and these other pharma companies who came out with this vaccine?
00:09:16.580That is a great question. I'm glad you brought that up. So in the United States of America, every state, a lot of people don't know this.
00:09:23.600Every state has its own constitution and they have their own state laws.
00:09:27.220We're so we're actually a republic with each state kind of being its own country to itself.
00:09:33.220That's kind of how it is. And, you know, we do have our federal government, but every state has its own Senate, its own house, its own judiciary system, you know, its own governor, you know, kind of our own president.
00:09:45.220And we've got and then we've got our attorney general who the attorney general can sue can even sue the federal government on behalf of its state.
00:09:54.220Right. So just because Congress over 20 years in 3000 page bills lasted, you know, passed a series of clauses that said, oh, in the case of a public health emergency, pharmaceutical manufacturers can engage in criminal human experimentation and deploy a biological agent or technology on the American people.
00:10:18.420under the guise of public safety when they know it's going to incur attempted battery assault and
00:10:23.540or murder and they have a get out of jail free card and a judge in texas doesn't go oh my gosh
00:10:28.680you know silly me i thought you know causing disease disabilities and death was illegal
00:10:35.720but it was a public health emergency pfizer i'm so sorry i'm so so of course continue continue
00:10:42.760hurting texans that ain't ever gonna happen okay it is not gonna happen so people
00:10:48.360People understand that you have to have precedent and you have to, yeah, go on.
00:10:52.580Have they pulled the vaccine off in Texas or is it still being pumped out there?
00:11:00.300You know, I think the only state right now where it looks like that could be a potential possibility would be Florida because of Surgeon General Latipo.
00:11:09.980But this is not, this is a, they're looking for monetary, you know, financial relief.
00:11:16.220But what's brilliant about what this is written, the four counts of the violation for misrepresentation are the efficacy, the duration of the efficacy, preventing against transmission and preventing against variant infection.
00:11:30.320But the fifth count is Scott Gottlieb, who's on the FDA board, former FDA commissioner, poster boy for mRNA vaccines.
00:11:40.480And he was conspiring with Twitter to silence people who are putting out the truth about the vaccine, specifically Alex Berenzen, the former New York Times reporter.
00:12:19.100like Albert Berla goes on CNBC and he goes,
00:12:22.280I had worried about no stinking variants.
00:12:24.440my vaccine it kills a hundred percent the south african variant he lied they didn't have any
00:12:30.380data he goes oh uh it's so robust it works for six months it works for six months you do not
00:12:38.000get sick and then you're like he said that when they had two months data and then he said you
00:12:43.100know this isn't about choice it's about responsibility you aren't doing this for
00:12:48.900yourself unfortunately you need to do it for your loved ones too and if children don't get
00:12:53.880vaccinated, well, then that could hurt their grandparents. That was a blatant lie. And then
00:13:00.100he goes, it's 100% effective in the children. First of all, Pfizer said in the phase three data,
00:13:06.120when they looked at 100 children out of 2000, that the risk benefit ratio wasn't favorable,
00:13:11.600which means that it hurt the kids. And then in June of 2021, they said it is infeasible,
00:13:17.660which means it's clinically and statistically impossible to create a vaccine that was more
00:13:21.600effective than a children's innate immune system because children didn't get the disease.
00:13:25.820So the robust immune response they caused was immunogenicity, which per the FDA's definition
00:13:31.080is when you produce antibodies that cause the human immune system to attack self and cause
00:13:36.820disease. So all they did was cause disease in the children. And as the children got vaccinated,
00:13:41.300the hospitalization and deaths for children went through the roof.
00:13:43.940does it matter where all of this information came out because one thing we're having a well
00:13:53.360where we're having a problem in canada anyway is when you get information from europe let's just
00:13:58.860say and you try and make it admissible in a canadian court a judge will many times say i'm
00:14:03.920sorry but that's inadmissible that doesn't apply in canada even though i mean we're people we're
00:14:08.340human beings it's the same thing here as it is over there and we had the information come out
00:14:13.940I guess it was about six months ago in European Parliament when a couple of representatives from Pfizer were being questioned there.
00:14:19.720I'm sure you've seen this video. One of the members of parliament there said, was it ever tested for transmission?
00:14:26.680And they said, oh, no, no, we had to move at the speed of science. We never thought about testing it for transmission.
00:14:32.080Well, it wasn't tested for transmission. So you just say you're allowed to admit the FDA data in Canada.
00:14:37.040That's what you guys use. You use the FDA data.
00:14:39.040So the FDA data says that they were testing for people who had symptomatic presentation of COVID-19 symptoms plus a positive PCR test.
00:14:47.040So if you just had a PCR test, so if you just had the disease with no symptoms, you were not counted in the group.
00:14:54.260So it was it wasn't for infection and there was no testing for transmission.
00:14:59.580And in fact, they said, we don't know, the FDA, when they approved it, they said, we don't know about the potential for shedding, which means that because I got injected with this pathogen, now they don't know if I can infect someone else.
00:15:12.960The FDA actually says on, I think it's page 31 of the filing.
00:15:15.900This is the information they wanted to keep away from us for 75 years.
00:15:20.060No, this information I've had in my hands since early 2021.
00:15:26.760Did they not want that information kept quiet for 75 years, but there was a court case that
00:15:32.720said they couldn't do that? Or was that something else? This, no, no, no, no. This whole filing,
00:15:37.200this is based on the 2021 FDA data that was submitted in November 20th. And it's based on
00:15:44.660the 2020, July, 2020 contract that Pfizer entered into. So this is, this is based on,
00:15:50.160this is based on publicly available data that you can find at, you know, the FDA website.
00:15:54.200Wait a minute. This has all been available publicly since 2020? This is what you're saying?
00:16:01.400It's been available probably since 2020. Oh, yeah, for the emergency use authorization, but there's some updates throughout 2021. So this data has all been available throughout all of 2021. Some of it's been available beginning of 2020. It's literally everything I've been saying for the last two years.
00:16:15.580I mean, I know I've gone off on some tangents, but I originally said if you get the shot, it shows that you have a 99 percent chance of not getting infected for less than two months.
00:16:24.320And if you do nothing, you have a 99 percent chance of not getting infected for less than two months.
00:16:28.960But there were 409 people that came down with severe disease after one after the first shot or, you know, after one within one week after the second shot.
00:16:38.360And they couldn't tell if it was their vaccine or the virus that caused it.
00:16:41.100I mean, this lawsuit goes through many of the stuff I talked about at Clay Clark.
00:16:49.700I even talked about how Albert Berla on November 9th went on NBC and said people who spread misinformation about his vaccines are criminals and should be charged as such.
00:17:31.260So Pfizer, if you read what Reuters says, they go, well, we spoke to infectious disease specialists and they say relative risk reduction is, you know, that is a scientific valid way to describe efficacy in vaccines and infectious disease.
00:17:49.220It's a bunch of hookey, OK, because what does the FDA say?
00:17:52.580So when you read this document, and I've read all the FDA guidance documents on EUA products, on lipid nanoparticle technology, devices, you know, et cetera.
00:18:01.660So there is a guidance on relative risk reduction.
00:22:35.100Do you have any idea what Pfizer is worth as a corporation?
00:22:39.800Their market cap is like $250 billion, I think, maybe $300.
00:22:42.960So this would break them and they couldn't file bankruptcy?
00:22:46.760Yeah, well, yeah, they can't file bankruptcy. Yeah. So I hope other people get on board.
00:22:50.740And as I sent to you, so people said, oh, this isn't going anywhere. OK.
00:22:58.340This first of all, Paxton subpoenaed all of Pfizer's documents, their internal documents, all of their external contracts for manufacturing, all other communications with health care providers.
00:23:11.420uh they i i actually did send a message through one of their one of his biggest um people that
00:23:18.220support them donors saying the only thing i would add to the investigation is make sure you look at
00:23:22.720every media appearance that burla made and every media appearance gotley made and specifically
00:23:27.120look at gotley's um interactions with twitter and it's literally like a story it reads like that
00:23:32.340like and it's brilliantly done but uh the the reason why uh i know that this has impact is
00:23:39.300it was filed on November 30th, right? So that means some of those evidence you can get through
00:23:46.980the courts can become publicly available. December 1st, Pfizer's partner, mRNA, lipid
00:23:53.300now particle partner in China called Wuji Biologics started plummeting 25% to the point
00:23:59.860that the Hong Kong stock exchange had to stop trading because it was bottoming out so bad.
00:24:04.980And so what people don't understand is that like the Moderna, they partnered with the U.S. government and military to use Pathion, which is, you know, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Emergent, and all these other, you know, U.S.-based manufacturers.
00:24:20.860Well, Pfizer, the U.S. government forfeited their Bay Dole provisions, which is an act saying that, you know, government owns your manufacturing, they can walk in at any time, it has to be done in the United States.
00:24:50.000Because if this is successful, you can imagine that every other pharmaceutical company who was involved in this would be facing the same kind of fate, right?
00:25:00.180um it's so that it's different because moderna the the u.s government as is pointed out brilliantly
00:25:07.380by ken baxton and his team is that per pfizer's contract pfizer didn't accept a single cent from
00:25:12.860the u.s government for the clinical trials for the development of their intellectual property
00:25:16.420for manufacturing or anything pfizer didn't get paid until they delivered a safe and effective
00:25:21.480product that was uh compliant with good manufacturing practices so that was their
00:25:26.640agreement, where the Moderna agreement is the government paid for their clinical trials. It
00:25:31.700paid for their manufacturing. They own, you know, the NIH owns a percentage of the intellectual
00:25:37.860property. So it's a little bit more complicated. So I'm not saying Moderna is not in trouble and
00:25:45.000potentially, you know, BARDA, the part of the U.S. government that owns the intellectual property,
00:25:51.420but it's much more complex. What's great about this is it's fast because there's a restraining
00:25:57.680order from them to continue to lie to the American people or the Texans. But I think what we're going
00:26:05.740to see is the overall mRNA market. People go, well, Karen, I can't stand it. People said I was
00:26:11.540control opposition because I want to go after Pfizer. I focus on Pfizer because they're the
00:26:15.640giant. They have 63% market share around the world. They've done about 100 billion just in
00:26:20.300their mRNA injections for COVID-19, right? And Moderna has maybe done 35 billion or 40 billion,
00:26:25.980right? They are the largest share of the market. And most people got injected with it. On top of
00:26:32.880that, they're vulnerable because they're not coupled with the behemoth called the United
00:26:36.780States government. So if you take out the giant in an industry, you knock down the rest of the
00:26:44.200industry. And that's what we're seeing happen, right? So we're seeing mRNA, lipid nanoparticle
00:26:48.460factories and companies plummet in China, which were Pfizer's partners. We're seeing Moderna stock
00:26:54.840also went down because of this. In the synthetic biology industry, in regards to the mRNA sector,
00:27:02.420the experts are saying, hey, we probably want to pull out of the flu vaccine because when we
00:27:07.600used mRNA in COVID, people were comparing side effects with one another and it doesn't bode
00:27:13.340well for us do you mean like oh i had a heart attack or my spouse died after they got injected
00:27:19.460isn't isn't isn't going over too well yeah right so did you see the new study that just came out
00:27:26.220there's a couple of doctors in the uk trying to pass off the colds it's been discovered now that
00:27:31.180colds actually cause blood clots no no yeah they're still trying to keep the narrative up i
00:27:39.520I thought that was absolutely fantastic.
00:27:42.340Is there any other state, do you think, that might be considering, hey, you know, what if Texas can do this?
00:52:34.560So this is interesting because RFK Jr. is running as an independent.
00:52:40.560Yeah. And then Trump's going to get the I believe Trump's going to get the Republican ticket unless Trump decides to step down, unless he decides to step down.
00:52:48.980Right. And then who knows? I don't know. It's going to be DeSantis, Levesque.
00:52:53.320I don't I don't know. Right. But let's say it's Trump.
00:52:56.080You got RFK Jr. and Biden's going to hand this off to Newsom.
00:53:01.360I'm confident of that because Newsom met with Xi Jinping and Biden said during the meeting, this guy can have my job meeting Newsom.
00:53:08.560Right. By the way, a slimier politician, I don't think I have ever seen other than Gavin Newsom.
00:53:14.960I saw that debate he and DeSantis had last week. And this guy, I mean, he is slime.0.96
00:53:22.400He's disgusting. And he my favorite line from DeSantis is when Newsom's like, I will not be lectured about mental health from a man who has one of the highest incidents of mental illness in his state.0.99
00:53:34.660you know, because he's got older people, Alzheimer's.
00:53:37.180And then DeSantis just takes his phone.
00:53:39.460He goes, this is an app of human species
00:53:42.500from your number one metropolis, San Francisco.
00:54:00.300And so if, you know, if 100 end up going to, let's say, RFK Jr., you know, because he's a strong candidate. Right. And then, you know, let's say Trump gets 268, you know, and and then I don't know, I can't do the rest of the math.
00:54:20.980and the rest is, you know, 190, right, to Newsom.
00:54:24.800And then let's say Trump wins the popular vote.
00:54:27.040Because he didn't get enough electoral votes,
00:54:30.940And then the House determines who the president is.
00:54:33.520Now, we've got like, I think, 20 seats open in 2024.
00:54:37.560And A.G. Paxson is ticked off at his House of Representatives
00:54:41.880because the RINOs tried to impeach him
00:54:44.340when he started investigating Pfizer back in May.
00:54:46.880So he's having people defund them and kick them out.0.94
00:54:49.820So if we end up having a Democratic majority, you know, in 2024, which, you know, or and or more RINOs, which I don't know if that can happen or not.0.99
00:55:00.260I know I'm not sure. Trump could literally win the electoral vote.0.96
00:55:05.440He could win the popular vote and then the House could elect Newsom as president.
00:55:12.080And if you want, you know, the perfect formula for a civil war, that might look like it.
00:55:17.520do you think Americans would stand for this? I mean, if another election seemed even a little
00:55:23.600bit wonky, because remember that last one? Yeah, I don't think this is wonky though,
00:55:28.700because the problem is that's the way our legal system is set up. That's the way the election
00:55:33.880system is set up. I don't think this has happened before in history where the House
00:55:38.700chose the president. Maybe, I don't think it has, but that, so we've never, we've never had a
00:55:45.680president, you know, the, I mean, the closest thing was the hanging Chad with Bush, with Bush
00:55:50.320jr. Right. Against Al Gore. That was the closest thing we ever had to, uh, um, you know, and then
00:55:58.140we just had the election fraud with, with Trump. But if, if it looks like the votes were all
00:56:02.660legitimate and it just was a matter of, um, again, not enough electoral votes and then it goes to
00:56:12.160The House, so, I mean, if Trump were to win, again, the electoral, the popular, or not to win the electoral, didn't win the electoral, won but didn't get enough to get 270, won the popular vote, and then it went to the House, and the House was primarily Republican, and they stood with Trump, then that would be, that would show consensus, right?
00:56:33.080Right. And so, if that is the case, let's just say, if that does happen, and the United States becomes Republican-controlled.
00:56:42.160So can they mount enough of an opposition to the cabal to at least slow down that plan?
00:56:49.260Or maybe, if we're lucky, just blow the thing out of the water completely, once and for all?
00:56:54.780I think they can because I have, based on what I've just seen, A.G. Paxton's moves are, you know, it's, you know, we need to do that at a national level, right?
00:57:04.660So, you know, he issued a stay against Mayorkas and Biden for their open borders and he sent his own, you know, security and operations, you know, down there to secure the border.
00:57:16.000So he said, I'm not listening to this nonsense. You know, he's suing Pfizer.
00:57:19.640I think he's going to end up pulling the shots. He put us, you know, he's essentially if this goes through, he's going to put a stay on the federal government controlling, working with, you know, corporations to control social media in the state of Texas.
00:57:30.780And how are you going to do that unless it has a national effect? You know, this isn't this isn't gun carrying laws.
00:57:37.980It's it's something that's it just it crosses all state lines. So he's going to war, you know, in his own and he's going to war.
00:57:46.060I mean, Paxton's going to war against the cabal. So, you know, what's interesting is I haven't seen Trump say anything about Paxton.
00:57:52.420I haven't seen I haven't really seen anyone comment about this.
00:57:54.980Well, this is the thing. You know, you watch the Republican debate the other night. You see DeSantis talking about the DEI and the SDGs. And you see Vivek going right after Nikki Haley about being beholden to BlackRock and all the big investment firms. And then Chris Christie stepping up and saying, this is an accomplished woman and you can't insult her.
00:58:13.340you instantly saw who was a rhino and who was working against the cabal, or at least that's
00:58:21.260the illusion that we saw. We don't really know. So my next question to you and the last one for
00:58:25.460tonight is, is Donald Trump a good guy? He has never spoken out against these so-called vaccines.
00:58:33.140So if someone were to ask my opinion as an analyst, his paper trail is impeccable.
00:58:38.540he said to five first of all he said to pfizer you get me a safe and effective vaccine
00:58:44.220and you can own the intellectual property and you'll be the giant in this industry you'll
00:58:50.340resurrect your company and your entire industry right but it has to be safe and effective
00:58:55.380according to the fda and none of this immunity stuff i don't care what happened under bush
00:59:00.280jr and obama you're going to forfeit all of that okay and um if you if you mess around
00:59:07.920then you're next on the line. And so when the FDA approved Pfizer's product, technically speaking,
00:59:14.640when it got approval, they should have pulled Moderna and all other shots off the market.
00:59:20.800So the paper trail looks like Trump probably was suspicious that something was fishy, something
00:59:27.360wasn't right. So the contract for Pfizer looks like the art of a deal. So he has an excellent paper trail.
00:59:37.040As an American citizen, is Trump a good guy or a bad guy or one of those guys in the middle?
00:59:46.020My gut tells me he's a good guy. And again, I, you know, I, I'm not well-elected in the industry.
00:59:52.020I don't have a poker face. Right. But I think, you know, you have to, you know, you have to,
00:59:57.260I think you have to get a little bit dirty to actually understand the evil that's going on
01:00:04.660in washington and around the globe right so you you know um and and let's you know let's face it
01:00:11.000when you lay down with some dogs you might you might pick up a few fleas but you know overall
01:00:14.680i think he's a you know a good purebred patriot if you will you know just if he needs yeah
01:00:21.740that is actually a great analogy and it echoes the same thing my guest last night said
01:00:27.480right you're not going to be able to find out what you need to find out about these people
01:00:32.580unless you spend a little bit of time with them
01:03:39.200I think I have one or two videos left to play here.
01:03:41.440Oh, yeah. Actually, I do have video of the New Zealand whistleblower if you guys want to hang out with me for a bit longer.
01:03:50.400But first, from the Epoch Times, Freedom Convoy organizers Tamara Leach and Chris Barber will have to wait until next year now for the resumption of this trial that was supposed to be over three weeks ago.
01:04:05.260The beginning. This is going to be what? Three-week trial? This is ridiculous.
01:04:09.860The criminal trial of Tamera Leach and Chris Barber has adjourned after more than 30 days of evidence and arguments and is expected to resume in January.
01:04:19.080So now they get to go home, only to have to go back to that city in January.
01:04:24.140The trial began in September, was originally scheduled to finish.
01:04:26.760Oh, October 13th, it was, but is now anticipated to continue well into the new year.
01:04:33.080They're both accused of mischief, intimidation, ridiculous, and several charges related to counseling others to break the law.0.57
01:05:39.180This directive issued by Employment and Social Development Canada
01:05:42.440extends to all federally regulated workplaces and military installations.
01:05:47.980True North has independently verified the implementation of this policy
01:05:52.080in at least one CAF military base where menstruation kits are now available
01:05:57.440in men's washrooms, and here is that photo.
01:06:01.320Why is everyone quitting the Canadian Armed Forces is a very good question.
01:06:05.300veterans for freedom asks and why are they unable to get any new members to join
01:06:11.720there you have it my friends other big news today this one from insider paper but it's
01:06:19.400been scattered across all of the middle to conservative media although the marxist
01:06:23.920corporate media trying to paint it completely differently down there in the united states and0.99
01:06:27.640up here in canada to a degree that they're covering it hunter biden spent 872 000 on hookers
01:06:37.560porn and took 1.6 million dollars from atms details revealed in his tax evasion case
01:06:46.360there he is with the big guy right there
01:06:52.020according to federal prosecutors and by the way he could wind up spending 17 years in jail
01:06:59.420and they say it's going to be a disaster for joe's campaign but i think karen's right karen
01:07:04.780who just said karen kingston who just said that biden's going to hand it off to gavin newsom and
01:07:09.160you can tell that they're trying to raise newsom's national profile absolutely they are
01:07:15.500according to federal prosecutors the president's son is accused of indulging in a lavish lifestyle
01:07:21.360from 2016 to 2019 allegedly evading 1.4 million in taxes and potentially facing up to 17 years in
01:07:29.600prison the indictment which could impact his father's potential 2024 presidential run claims
01:07:36.700that hunter biden used the money for various personal expenses including drugs escorts luxury
01:07:42.400accommodations cars clothing and more all while neglecting his tax obligations they're going to
01:07:47.820get him on tax evasion, like Al Capone. He did so many other awful things, but let's get him on tax
01:07:54.500evasion. The spending breakdown reveals Hunter Biden's substantial expenses, including $683,000
01:08:01.100on various women, nearly $400,000 on clothing and accessories, $188,000 on adult entertainment,
01:08:09.720and hefty cash withdrawals totaling $1.6 million. Notably, this occurred while he battled
01:08:16.460documented addiction issues with alcohol and crack cocaine leading to multiple rehab stints
01:08:21.000where'd all this money come from the guy couldn't hold a job apparently no wait he did get a job
01:08:27.580in ukraine thanks to his daddy oh right all of the other chinese ties yeah yeah yeah that don't
01:08:37.780exist of course no that never happened amidst his father's campaign hunter is confronting
01:08:45.920two criminal trials, with one in Delaware potentially resulting in a maximum 25-year
01:08:51.160prison sentence for allegedly providing false information about his drug use when purchasing
01:08:55.160a gun. Even though Joe Biden has said repeatedly, my son is innocent. He is one of the smartest
01:09:05.100people I have ever met, and I support him 100%. I wonder if Joe Biden will publicly cut ties with
01:09:14.560his son. I had nothing to do with what he did in order to save face. You can see the rats just
01:09:23.100scurrying from that sinking ship. Friends, it's coming down. It's coming down. The only thing
01:09:30.280that we as common sense citizens of the world, let's just say, whether it's in the United States
01:09:37.860or Canada or Europe or Australia, whatever, is keep our wits about us long enough to make sure
01:09:44.440that we hold their feet to the fire every single day can you take a break from time to time of
01:09:50.820course you can because i understand that we're all mentally and spiritually fatigued intellectually
01:09:56.220too we've been fighting for a very long time now so yeah feel free to take some time off but when
01:10:01.500you decide you need to come back you come back harder than ever before and you get these messages
01:10:06.340out to everybody the left-wing corporate media is still a factor in all this even though we're
01:10:14.300hearing that over 40 percent of people in Canada and well over 50 percent of people in the United
01:10:19.980States just do not trust the left wing corporate media any longer. And that number is only going
01:10:26.200to get worse for them. But still, that means that nearly 60 percent of people in this country do
01:10:31.980trust them for whatever reason. So we still do have work to do. Now, this is an interesting
01:10:40.000story comes from nebraska which i found alarming nebraska starts collecting digital health data
01:10:46.760on all citizens raising digital id fears so we're going to read a little bit of this story
01:10:51.940the state of nebraska's recent decision to amass all health data on its residents has stirred up
01:10:58.940notable criticism the move part of the newly formed state health information technology board's
01:11:04.620remit involves centralizing patient health and medical records however critics are labeling it
01:11:09.740as a massive breach of privacy and expressing trepidation about the apparent trajectory towards
01:11:15.480a national digital id the nebraska legislature was unanimous remember in sanctioning the creation
01:11:23.140of a health information technology board in 2020 according to the hit board its 17 members were
01:11:29.720enunciated by the governor and confirmed by a majority legislative vote the members consist
01:11:34.480of various health care stakeholders ranging from doctors to nurse practitioners and hospital admins
01:11:39.000bringing their clinical experience and expertise to manage health data now the reason i bring this
01:11:44.100up i understand it's in the united states but nebraska is supposed to be a red state run by
01:11:53.020republicans not blue not the lefties not the marxists not the neo-dems but people like us
01:12:03.820common sense people like us look at this this is their voting record and their history of elections
01:12:10.140in the past 20 or so years red that's republican 58.2 percent in the most recent presidential
01:12:19.320election in 2016 it was 58.8 percent 59.8 previous to that let's go down here and and look at this
01:12:27.360they have voted republican almost exclusively since 1868 there's a couple of blue lines in
01:12:35.840there but mostly red and not just for president but we're talking about senate as well and in
01:12:41.720the house look at that governor republican republican republican since 1998 and they
01:12:50.460are passing digital identity legislation that has to do with our personal health records
01:12:57.280OK, so this is why I have been saying and many of you have been saying, too, and I don't want to confuse this.
01:13:04.040So I'm going to say it again. Yes, I am all for the conservatives winning the next election in Canada because they are by far a better option than the Trudeau liberals or the Singh NDP or any other party, because the PPCs, let's be honest, have not got a real realistic chance to win anything, not even a seat in any elections.
01:21:40.320Nearly one in four that that person vaccinated.
01:21:43.500Also, they ran the numbers on the whole database
01:21:46.360and the excess deaths that were there.
01:21:52.120And there is some questions over whether the excess deaths in that database
01:21:56.420are not higher, considerably higher than the New Zealand government are making public.
01:22:02.180There are more people dying than ever before.
01:22:07.180These are the biggest number of deaths we've seen in history of New Zealand.
01:22:12.420It's gold standard data. It's the New Zealand government's, what ought to be the New Zealand government's data of all the vaccine history of a country.
01:22:24.340A 56-year-old health worker is due to appear in Wellington District Court today after allegedly disclosing and misusing vaccine data.
01:22:31.440The whistleblower has had his house surrounded by police at 2.15 today.
01:22:38.080Police say the man has been charged with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes.
01:22:43.800Health New Zealand, frankly, did a very good job over the weekend working in conjunction with Minister Shane Rettie.
01:22:49.180They put an injunction in place and had data taken down from other sites, which was fantastic.
01:22:55.200These are real people. These are real numbers. This is government data.
01:23:00.540Nobody but me in New Zealand has seen this data.
