00:21:58.580 executive order targeting transnational criminal organizations that traffic and exploit innocent
00:22:04.700 people. I signed the Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection
00:22:09.380 Reauthorization Act, authorizing $430 million to fight sex and labor trafficking. I signed
00:22:17.320 legislation to crack down on foreign countries who are not meeting standards for eliminating 1.00
00:22:23.040 trafficking, of which there are many. I also signed into law the Abolish Human Trafficking Act,
00:22:29.420 which strengthened programs supporting survivors and provided more resources for ending modern
00:22:35.800 slavery. We do have modern slavery, if you can believe it. Additionally, I created the first
00:22:41.160 ever White House position focused solely on combating human trafficking. And perhaps most
00:22:46.980 importantly, we created the most secure border in U.S. history by far, dealing a major blow to the
00:22:53.220 cartels, and traffickers. We built hundreds of miles of wall. We renovated hundreds of miles
00:23:00.000 of wall. We never had anything like it. And then I got Mexico free of charge to give us 28,000
00:23:06.680 soldiers to protect us from people coming into our country illegally. When I am back in the White 0.99
00:23:12.380 House, I will immediately end the Biden border nightmare that traffickers are using to exploit
