00:03:00.000 Thank you.
00:03:30.000 We'll be right back.
00:04:00.000 hey everybody how you doing welcome it's shadow at night it's thursday april the 26th
00:04:25.360 hang on a second 27th i was gonna say 26 ha caught myself uh thursday april 27th 2023
00:04:32.060 and on the show tonight i have some bad news for you bill c11 has passed the senate we'll get into
00:04:39.500 that in just a second the national posted an interesting story on that about two hours ago
00:04:44.340 the bill passed about two and a half hours ago rebel news covered it western standard covered it
00:04:50.700 true north covered it but the mainstream media the left-wing corporate media were were strangely
00:04:56.720 quiet on it except for the national post i'm sure their stuff will be coming out later on tonight
00:05:01.440 they want to be as detailed and as correct as possible anyway yeah that's coming up also there's
00:05:10.840 a guy on twitter let me see if i can his name is steve land ambrose he doesn't have many followers
00:05:18.420 He's got like 2,000 followers, but he put together a fantastic thread on all of the nasty things that Justin Trudeau said about us freedom people in the last couple of years, especially in the lead up to the last election in 2021.
00:05:34.360 So we're going to cover that tonight.
00:05:36.440 We're going to play you some video as a reminder of what he said, and then we're going to explore the Canadian criminal code to see if Justin Trudeau broke the hate speech laws in Canada.
00:05:47.400 I'm going to ask you now.
00:05:49.200 I know you're heavily partisan.
00:05:50.800 You hate the guy.
00:05:51.700 So do I.
00:05:52.900 So here's what I would like you to do when we get to that segment of the show
00:05:55.800 tonight.
00:05:56.900 I would like you to take all emotion if you can out of the equation.
00:06:02.000 Just go.
00:06:13.100 And listen logically.
00:06:17.400 and then write down your answer all right the show is brought to you by canadananosilver.ca
00:06:24.520 and by tacit investigations and security if you're watching on facebook tonight don't forget
00:06:29.960 please like and share let's get this thing out there to as many people as we possibly can and
00:06:35.440 by the way thank you for getting into the uh into the what's it called the the i'm sorry i don't pay
00:06:42.900 much attention to it unless somebody is calling me trump is trump is trump is trump is uh
00:06:48.000 recommendation section the recommendation section of the facebook page many people went there
00:06:52.540 at my request last night and wrote me a very good review and five stars so thank you very much for
00:06:58.240 doing that it really helps get the show out there to as many people as possible so again if you're
00:07:03.720 watching on facebook tonight don't forget to like and share if you're watching on twitter it's a
00:07:07.300 heart it's a retweet and if you're watching on rumble it's a thumbs up and hello to you if you're
00:07:12.780 watching on lgm.news you know what it seems to me that at the beginning of the show every night i
00:07:19.760 say hello to as many people as i possibly can before i get boring so it seems to me like i'm
00:07:25.120 saying hello to the same people over and over and over again each night because it's the same people
00:07:31.080 writing down their hello it's not that i have a problem with that but i understand that there's
00:07:35.940 probably people who never write down anything in the comment section they're people who tend to be
00:07:40.980 at the back of the room a little bit maybe they're watching the show kind of like this here this
00:07:44.940 would be a visual depiction of it hey i'm back here back here i don't like to be noticed keep
00:07:54.500 a low profile but you know what i say we're all one big happy freaking family so if you're one of
00:08:01.800 those people who never ever writes a comment down or says hello from where it helps me too i want to
00:08:07.920 know where you're watching from because i get all kinds of statistics from the social media platforms
00:08:13.760 the show is on they tell me the sex of the person that's watching they tell me the relative age of
00:08:21.480 the person that's watching but they don't tell me exactly where you're watching from and i do like
00:08:26.560 to personalize the show i like to say hello to as many people as i possibly can again not that i'm
00:08:32.820 saying that you people always do it i i love that too but if you're brand new to the show tonight
00:08:37.940 or if you're one of those people who sits in the background in silence you don't have to
00:08:42.320 go ahead and write down your name say hello to everybody and where you're watching from that
00:08:47.020 would be really cool tammy is watching tonight from saskatchewan hello tammy hello eddie watching
00:08:52.640 in stonewall barb is in stony mountain frank watching from at the baska hello lisa in hamilton
00:08:58.980 phyllis is watching in kamloops tammy linds and chestamere hello mickey from iroquois falls
00:09:04.600 ontario barb is watching in saint anne hello edna in victoria tiss in peterborough monique is
00:09:11.720 watching in gatineau hello sherry watching from trenton or is it sherry either way welcome to
00:09:17.600 the show uh perline is watching in regina ron is in north bay bryce hello shadow should play
00:09:25.080 freedom music and clips from the convoy i'm not going to get into that tonight and i want to talk
00:09:32.960 about that in a future episode so i will i've been kind of putting it off but i think it's time
00:09:38.620 in a nutshell i think it's time we we remember obviously what the freedom convoy did because it
00:09:45.980 did do a hell of a lot for our morale it spread across the world and it helped other countries
00:09:52.320 most notably the Netherlands, I would say. But we have to think of new things. We can't rest on
00:09:58.240 laurels. So appreciate and remember the convoy, but let's move ahead and think of new things.
00:10:04.140 All kinds of court battles are being fought right now. I'm going to cover one of those in just a
00:10:08.740 couple of minutes. And by the way, Eva Chipiak, attorney Eva Chipiak, is coming on the show 0.72
00:10:13.880 tomorrow night to talk about what's going on in British Columbia right now. Hello, Debbie watching
00:10:18.340 in black bulbs alberta she says she's going to the nci the national citizens inquiry tomorrow

00:11:08.060 Tootsie's mom is watching in Newfoundland tonight.
00:11:16.960 Hello, Piper6687 in Gull Lake.
00:11:20.300 Hello, Rowene in Peterborough.
00:11:22.620 Oh, Rowene made an order on NanoSilver.

00:11:26.160 CanadaNanoSilver.ca.

00:11:29.840 Plumber61 in Earleton, Ontario.
00:11:32.700 Hello, C. Baudouin in Hannah.
00:11:35.000 fuzzy kj is watching in haggersville ontario uh who else have we got here mcgeans in lower
00:11:41.140 sackville nova scotia birds 2bb is watching in vancouver island si mary is watching in
00:11:49.480 kingston new brunswick hello everybody and welcome to the show all right so let's begin
00:11:53.680 uh this sorry that's the wrong thing i'm going to get to that in just a second this
00:12:00.640 rebel news reported that bill c11 has passed the senate in a bill sorry a vote of 52 to 16
00:12:11.360 now i thought there was supposed to be 105 senators in there even with vacancies 95 96 whatever
00:12:18.440 so how can one abstain so that would be 60 68 69 where's the other senators do we only have 69
00:12:26.780 senators where's the other ones if they were there would they have voted against this thing
00:12:32.100 where are they for goodness sakes i think you should all be required seeing as how you are a
00:12:38.480 federal employee you're paid by our tax dollars you should be there for important votes like this
00:12:43.780 but that's kind of a landslide so we're going to get to this story here from the national post
00:12:49.160 the liberals you know you're right it is very difficult to remove emotion the this guy
00:13:00.360 i can't stand him pablo rodriguez he's he's the worst heritage minister anyway the liberals say
00:13:11.300 they're going to provide greater clarity on the streaming bill exclude social media this is
00:13:17.460 interesting because this is what we've been concerned about the ability for them to shut us
00:13:23.260 down heritage minister pablo rodriguez says the liberals will indicate that social media
00:13:31.340 is excluded from its controversial online streaming bill when it gives the crtc instructions on how to
00:13:38.380 implement the legislation what what wait what what i'm not complaining but i just don't get it because
00:13:47.000 they did not take that amendment from the senate and they sent the bill back to the senate and
00:13:53.580 they voted today to pass it so they can they can do that but he says they're choosing not to here
00:14:00.960 kind of confusing but he says we'll provide greater clarity in the policy direction that
00:14:08.260 bill c11 is not about what people post online rodriguez said in an email social media content
00:14:15.600 will not be captured by the act individual users influencers will not be captured by the act
00:14:23.600 social media creators no matter how much money they make directly or indirectly will not
00:14:29.440 be captured by the act so that would include shows like this one
00:14:38.080 i i don't believe him for a second
00:14:42.080 but that's what he's saying right now i think i'm going to keep this article around when they do
00:14:48.160 finally decide to get rid of us online streaming bill c11 passed the senate today the last step
00:14:54.580 before receiving royal assent and becoming law the liberal government has maintained it doesn't
00:14:58.620 intend for c11 to capture user content like youtube or tiktok videos canadians and digital
00:15:04.460 creators post but they rejected that senate amendment that would have specified in the law
00:15:09.400 that user generated content is excluded so this doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever
00:15:15.080 i'm going to keep you posted on this as the liberals provide us with more clarity okay gang
00:15:22.160 this is what's going on in british columbia right now the canadian society for the advancement of
00:15:26.680 science in public policy is in court they've been in court all week arguing with the government of
00:15:34.600 british columbia why a lawsuit a class action lawsuit should move forward against bonnie henry
00:15:43.220 who is the director of public health of british columbia why they ask on their website as you
00:15:51.500 are undoubtedly aware and by the way guys i want you to understand no matter where you're watching
00:15:56.260 this from that if this case goes forward it will make a huge precedent in what happens in every
00:16:06.080 province in this country moving forward that's what eva's going to tell us tomorrow night when
00:16:11.740 she comes on the show interestingly i talked to her earlier this afternoon she's been live tweeting
00:16:17.040 from the court case from the hearings all week long and she said shadow i'd love to come on
00:16:22.740 tonight but i have to do yoga so i have to have in all capital letters i went okay okay fine
00:16:29.820 tomorrow night's good as you were undoubtedly aware british colombians were in an unprecedented
00:16:35.440 situation well we all were we all still are the covet 19 measures took their toll on businesses
00:16:42.580 individuals in the public treasury the measures appeared to be incrementally draconian and a
00:16:48.440 sorry, an astronomically low infection fatality ratio, testing kits producing false positives
00:16:56.080 for a goat papaya and a kiwi, dubious exercise of executive powers, the mysterious near
00:17:04.320 disappearance of the common seasonal flu, or an overall lack of an adequate evidential
00:17:10.020 foundation is increasingly being questioned by legal scholars, private citizens, small
00:17:14.540 business owners and their patrons, physicians, nurses, the scientists that sold the tests,
00:17:20.680 infectious disease epidemiologists and academics, pharmacists, community leaders, public officials,
00:17:27.700 places of public worship, and civil liberty advocacy groups. Further, the evidence of harm
00:17:33.840 as a result of these measures in Canada and similar in the United States is overwhelming.
00:17:38.800 Who are we? The Canadian Society for the Advancement of Science in Public Policy is a non-profit, non-partisan, secular, crowdfunded and volunteer-driven organization that was created in response to popular community demand for a direct action initiative to counter BC's COVID-19 related measures.
00:17:58.600 I'm not going to play that video for you. How are we different? Unlike other legal challenges, we do not limit our advocacy to evangelical groups.
00:18:06.200 action for canada business owners the left the right or any other demographic we advocate for
00:18:11.560 everyone but more importantly we do not presuppose the fundamental premise that there is an emergency
00:18:17.300 legal challenges that sorry that there is an emergency legal challenges that construct their
00:18:22.760 argument upon that assumption seek relief from the court for a limited demographic on the basis that
00:18:27.480 they will be well behaved and not make the alleged pandemic worse this is a fatal mistake this
00:18:33.280 argument leaves the government with the emergency card, even if a tactical victory is achieved in
00:18:38.420 the best case scenario. I love this. This is what I've been talking about. They've been picking and
00:18:43.940 choosing and cherry picking different little spots within our Charter of Rights and Freedoms
00:18:48.260 and using these exclusions to win court cases across the country that lay down no legal precedent.
00:18:56.940 These guys are different. As long as the government has the emergency card, it will always
00:19:01.920 have a very strong argument for the continued exercise and abuse of extraordinary executive
00:19:07.680 powers. If a strategic victory is to be obtained, we'll need to pull the rug out from under the
00:19:13.400 government and force it to show its hand. This is why we're asking the court to critically examine
00:19:19.520 the fundamental premise again. Eva Chipiak, she's part of this case, she's been live tweeting it
00:19:25.900 all week, and she's going to join us on the show tomorrow night to explain more about that. All
00:19:31.580 right this is Ezra Levant speaking with former premier of Newfoundland and Labrador Brian Peckford
00:19:37.120 and this is this is going to lead to an interesting segment on the show tonight you guys I'm going to
00:19:41.640 ask you a question and I want you to answer it honestly in the comments on whatever platform
00:19:47.260 you're watching on Ezra talking about Pierre Polyev with Brian Peckford watch polls show that
00:19:55.400 The Conservatives are actually leading, not by a lot, but leading.
00:20:00.480 What are your thoughts on Polyev?
00:20:04.140 Would he be a good PM, and do you think he's got a chance?
00:20:09.480 I had hoped that he would, somebody coming after Mr. O'Toole,
00:20:15.320 would pick up the mantle, but I have been very disappointed.
00:20:19.520 He called me when he was running for the leadership
00:20:22.240 and asked for my support, and I refused to provide it to him
00:20:25.960 because I was at that point disappointed in how he did not participate
00:20:31.020 in the trucker's convoy where I flew down to there and spoke
00:20:35.720 and had meetings with Tamera Leach and the board and so on
00:20:39.340 and was very strongly supportive of what they were doing,
00:20:42.520 especially after I got there and realized that this was a very peaceful,
00:20:46.520 civil disobedience, constitutionally ratified protest.
00:20:50.740 And so I was very, very disappointed. And I found out from some of the people from Saskatchewan and Alberta who were part of trying to get a meeting with the government as a delegation, truckers delegation, to talk about their grievances.
00:21:08.020 But at the same time, they were trying to get meetings with the Conservatives and the NDP, and they were refused.
00:21:13.460 So I could not support his leadership or get involved with the Conservative Party again,
00:21:21.400 Conservative Party of Canada, because of that.
00:21:24.120 Since he became leader, I have made the comment that it's really, you know,
00:21:31.280 blue suits with a very reddish taint.
00:21:35.560 When the lady from the European Parliament came over here...
00:21:39.460 Christine Anderson, right.
00:21:40.820 Yeah, when she came over here and met with a number of the Conservative MPs and then was lambasted and almost using Trudeau's words to do that, it showed a sign of poor leadership.
00:21:57.200 This is where he really could have shone brightly amongst those who want to support him and who want him to be prime minister.
00:22:06.500 And he failed that test badly, very badly.
00:22:09.060 And then thirdly, I was really disappointed in how we approached CBC by writing Twitter, which only lasted a few days, and Twitter took off the designation of being a government-appointed institution.
00:22:24.740 This was a diversion.
00:22:27.180 What the leader should do, leader of the opposition should do, Mr. Pagliar, is go into the House of Commons tomorrow and put a bill, put a resolution on the floor of the House of Commons saying that we should get rid of public broadcasting in this country.
00:22:45.520 and allow a vote to occur so that then the people who are conservative minded and want to support
00:22:52.640 can see that it's really serious. The bill or resolution will fail because the NDP and liberals
00:22:57.680 will vote against it. But we will clearly see where they are now and we will clearly see where
00:23:03.520 the conservatives are. So people will have a lot more confidence in voting for the conservative
00:23:10.780 Party if he acted in those ways.
00:23:14.400 The other thing he could do tomorrow, as I said in my Magna Carta, is he could go into
00:23:19.200 the House of Commons and propose a change to the Conflict of Interest Act, whereby no
00:23:24.220 MP who has been found guilty of violating the conflict of interest legislation by either
00:23:31.640 the conflict of interest commissioner or a court of law cannot sit in the House.
00:23:36.360 so those are two things he could do tomorrow to really demonstrate to canadians that he's on their
00:23:43.060 side right and he has not done now your co-plaintiff in the airline mandate case is maxime
00:23:51.280 bernier the leader of the people's party and we have quite a strong uh relationship with uh maxime
00:23:56.600 bernier we interview him a lot we find him very interesting we found him quite principled on a
00:24:01.260 lot of matters including during the lockdown and uh i i think we interview him every month or two
00:24:07.640 and i admire there's a lot to like about maxime bernier but if i have to be completely pragmatically
00:24:14.200 coldly candid he cannot form the next government and even when he had a seat when he had the one
00:24:22.860 seat for his party he he didn't break through and there were a lot of reasons for that including
00:24:28.720 they they in my view illegally kept him out of the leaders debate there were a lot of other reasons
00:24:34.200 but and let me tell you this as someone who admires Maxime Bernier and and generally supports
00:24:40.160 him I wish it were otherwise but I do not think that Maxime Bernier can mathematically be the
00:24:46.640 next government so to me there's really only two mathematical choices Justin Trudeau or Pierre
00:24:52.480 Pauliev. And those are the two pragmatic choices. And therefore, I will, between those choices,
00:24:58.840 choose Pierre Pauliev. Would you do differently? Yes, I will vote for Maxim Bernier in a flash,
00:25:05.100 because I'm looking long term. We have to change the whole structure of this country. We can do a
00:25:12.140 lot within the existing constitution, like I just proposed, as it relates to CBC, as it relates to
00:25:17.600 tightening up the conflict of interest legislation as it relates to the political parties
00:25:23.080 publishing their audit financial statements of their party every year as it relates to
00:25:28.420 sovereignty and okay we're going to end it right there now mr peckford and i respect the man
00:25:34.680 immensely i believe is wrong and you guys know why i've talked about it over and over and over
00:25:43.920 again i may not agree with everything polyev says and i do agree with mr peckford on the things he
00:25:51.620 said about polyev earlier in that interview about the way he reacted to christine anderson
00:25:55.820 about his childlike letter to um twitter to ask them to mark the cbc as government funded i thought
00:26:11.480 it was funny i did but at the same time it didn't appear prime ministerial and there's a lot of
00:26:20.100 things he does that don't appear prime ministerial we need a serious leader folks now i'm not saying
00:26:28.420 that paliev doesn't know his stuff he does but singing new york new york and the come on pierre
00:26:34.160 what are you doing anyway besides that the conservatives may be in on the great reset
00:26:41.240 they may not be in on the great reset i think they probably are only partially unlike the
00:26:46.160 liberal party and the ndp we know that if the liberals and the ndp coalition are allowed to
00:26:54.360 remain in power in this country we are rushing headlong at 180 miles per hour into the great
00:27:02.520 reset full stop with the conservative party we're going to continue to plot along with it
00:27:10.400 that gives us more time to expose the great reset for what it really is and stop it before they get
00:27:18.520 a complete and total stranglehold on us mr peckford says he's playing the long game but i
00:27:24.140 don't think that we have enough time guys trudeau wants these things implemented and he wants them
00:27:30.760 implemented now poliev is not saying the right things but i believe that he will slow down the
00:27:38.520 process because ezra is right the ppc cannot form a government they may be able to get a few seats
00:27:48.240 and get at least some kind of small foothold in the house of commons in the next election keeping
00:27:53.400 in mind there may not be an election until 2025 because this liberal ndp coalition seems to be
00:27:59.140 holding strong for now, which is an outrage. But anyway, let's have a look at where the PPC might
00:28:05.340 be able to pick up a few seats. This is an electoral map of Canada. The blue shows the
00:28:10.400 conservative ridings. The orange is the NDP. The red is the liberals. And I think there's a couple
00:28:16.000 of green ones here on Vancouver Island. And I think there's one in Southern Ontario. And then
00:28:21.360 the light blue here is the Bloc Quebecois. OK, so never mind the Bloc, never mind Quebec. The
00:28:28.060 conservatives are not going to pick up a lot in quebec it's possible if maxime bernier runs in
00:28:33.160 boats again for a third time as the leader of the ppc that he could get enough votes together to win
00:28:38.420 look here it says eastern quebec is blue that's a good sign but i'm hearing that maxime is going
00:28:45.120 to decide to run somewhere in western canada to try and pick up a ppc seat now if you want to look
00:28:50.440 Logically, there's a lot of PPC support in Alberta, in Eastern British Columbia, in Saskatchewan and in rural Manitoba.
00:29:00.800 Right. By the way, this here in Manitoba, that's all one riding.
00:29:04.940 It's not like the NDP have got five seats up there. That's that's that's one riding.
00:29:10.660 It's a huge mess of land with maybe 30,000 people living in it.
00:29:15.600 that's one riding imagine trying to cover that riding as a candidate in an election
00:29:20.820 anyway the ppc could probably pick up a couple three four seats in saskatchewan maybe the same
00:29:27.700 in alberta maybe the same in rural manitoba possibly the same in northwestern ontario here
00:29:33.720 other than that they're going to be shut out well maybe there's a chance maybe in eastern british
00:29:38.320 columbia but all that's going to do is take away from the conservative party seats so the conservative
00:29:44.440 party would have to pick up seats in the toronto region this is toronto can you see my little
00:29:49.280 pointer here look at this this is toronto the 416 all liberal all of it outside of the 905
00:29:58.300 you've got some conservative but this is all toronto is all liberal montreal is all liberal
00:30:03.660 ottawa with the exception of one seat is all liberal vancouver is almost all liberal the city
00:30:09.540 of vancouver and its suburbs almost all liberal a couple of ndps thrown in there and maybe a cpc
00:30:16.680 so if we want the conservatives to win they're going to have to hang on to all the seats they've
00:30:24.200 got now plus gain another 40 or 50 seats not easy where are they going to gain these seats
00:30:30.760 maybe maybe in the toronto area maybe in the vancouver area they're not going to win them
00:30:37.180 in edmonton that one lone ndpc that is an ndp stronghold i mean so where can the ppc pick up
00:30:44.820 seats that they're not taking from the conservative party possibly this riding here this is the
00:30:51.000 thunder bay riding which for some reason is liberal uh possibly here in the sudbury area
00:30:57.320 maybe you see maybe in northern ontario they could pick up a couple of seats i'm thinking that maybe
00:31:04.760 they could get six or seven seats so and and possibly if they get six or seven seats the
00:31:12.820 conservatives might be able to win a few seats back from the liberals and they could have a
00:31:16.920 minority government with the ppc as the deciding party in the house of commons
00:31:22.620 but we have to stop fighting amongst ourselves because that lets the liberal ndp coalition run
00:31:29.660 wild. So let me ask you this. If an election were held next month, what would you do? How
00:31:43.880 would you vote? Would it be conservative? Because like I said, the conservatives, and
00:31:52.800 like Ezra said, the conservatives are the only party with any real chance at getting
00:31:58.660 rid of the trudeau sing coalition the ppc doesn't they could be a factor but they don't
00:32:06.180 so what am i seeing here joy says ppc karen says conservative
00:32:11.180 janet says ppc diana says conservative arlene's ppc
00:32:16.420 yeah david but here's the thing david said not northern ontario it only has three seats that's
00:32:25.180 true but the ppc have no seats right now and northern ontario look at how they vote guys i
00:32:30.600 mean there's only one conservative mp up there thunder bay is liberal sudbury is ndp i mean
00:32:38.060 the ppc might be able to take a couple of those seats but they have to target seats they have to
00:32:43.720 target them they have to zero in on these seats maybe a dozen or 18 whatever and they have to win
00:32:51.420 six or seven of them so they have to run candidates in every riding to be a respectable party
00:32:57.320 obviously but at the same time they have to laser focus in on a dozen to 18 of these seats
00:33:04.120 with hopes of winning at least six of them in order to at least begin to become a respected
00:33:10.940 party in this country so i can see you guys are saying conservative there's it seems 50 50 split
00:33:19.540 here and splitting the right vote is only going to lead to another liberal NDP coalition government
00:33:27.640 and we can't have that as I pointed out they are full-on globalists they are racing us towards
00:33:36.060 the great reset the PPC want to stop it from what I understand I mean you go to their website and
00:33:44.200 you read the stuff and it makes a lot of sense but they haven't got a chance of forming government
00:33:48.640 the conservatives may slow it down and that gives us time to resist
00:33:54.260 and we need that time because if it keeps going the way it's going by 2025 there's not going to
00:34:03.660 be anything left of the country we once knew as canada and speaking of elections look at this
00:34:10.420 this is the latest alberta poll
00:34:13.220 now i had bob leone on the show he was running with the alberta independence party until
00:34:22.700 what happened to pastor art pavlosky so those two have left that party now
00:34:26.980 and really the alberta party has got three to four percent of the of the vote so again the same
00:34:35.720 situation on a smaller scale in alberta if danielle smith and the ucp lose this election
00:34:42.100 rachel notley who is basically a henchman of jagmeet singh and justin trudeau takes power
00:34:48.200 and you know what's going to happen then all the oil fields every drop of oil production will be
00:34:57.200 stopped eventually and quickly like when i say eventually i'm talking 18 to 24 months
00:35:03.800 that's their plan
00:35:05.620 and plus
00:35:07.700 the other thing about this
00:35:09.720 is the longer this liberal
00:35:11.780 NDP coalition federal
00:35:13.880 government and any NDP government
00:35:15.580 stays in power the more
00:35:17.520 emboldened these lefty Marxists
00:35:19.520 become
00:35:20.020 and we can't have that because it's
00:35:27.580 not
00:35:28.100 it's not human nature
00:35:30.940 it's just not they want to take us into a situation where we have to self-edit
00:35:39.140 we have to self-censor and if we don't we're going to pay the price socially
00:35:45.120 and maybe even financially social credit score remember and look at how close it is in alberta
00:35:53.580 this is alarming to me 36 36 this is the current vote intention in alberta 36 percent favor danielle
00:36:07.260 smith 36 percent favor rachel notley the alberta party has four percent the others have three
00:36:12.860 percent undecided though is very big 22 so there's the graph current provincial vote intention likely
00:36:21.660 voters the NDP is up by one as you can see over the UCP current provincial vote intention decided
00:36:32.480 only tied again the UCP 46 in the NDP 46 and the NDP is a this is tight the UCP is slightly ahead
00:36:46.200 in Calgary the NDP owns Edmonton so if the UCP can win the bulk of the seats in Calgary that
00:36:54.760 offsets the Edmonton losses and the UCP is leading in every rural part and the smaller cities of
00:37:00.980 Alberta so they have to win Calgary there is absolutely no other alternative look at the lead
00:37:08.560 the NDP has in Edmonton 53 to 24 in Calgary the UCP leads the NDP 40 to 34 other areas 42 percent
00:37:18.940 for the UCP and 25 percent for the NDP if we lose Alberta to the NDP
00:37:26.720 forget about it there's an election coming up later this year in Manitoba
00:37:34.620 And I am absolutely convinced the NDP are going to win this election.
00:37:42.300 Because all elections in this province are decided in the city of Winnipeg, which holds the bulk of the seats.
00:37:48.820 And I think that every blue seat in Winnipeg will turn orange in the next election, giving the NDP a majority government.
00:37:56.640 Sad. Thinking about getting out.
00:37:58.860 and if Alberta goes down to the NDP
00:38:03.400 the only place left
00:38:05.380 is Saskatchewan
00:38:08.140 I don't mind Saskatchewan at all
00:38:14.460 as a matter of fact I'm starting to like it more and more and more
00:38:17.820 every single day
00:38:18.700 this is that thread by Steve Lind Ambrose on Twitter
00:38:23.920 I wasn't following him until yesterday
00:38:26.320 I forget who recommended but anyway
00:38:28.860 do we tolerate these people a brief timeline of justin trudeau's hateful speech against
00:38:36.880 unvaccinated canadians and there's the picture do we tolerate these people look at the look on his
00:38:41.440 face october 21st 2019 the liberals win a second consecutive federal election but only achieve 0.94
00:38:49.260 minority status march 11th 2020 the who declares covet 19 has become a pandemic on january 14th
00:38:58.520 2021 we always know there are people who won't get vaccinated and not just for personal or political
00:39:05.160 reasons this is what trudeau said there are medical reasons in a broad range of other reasons
00:39:10.760 and here's the video of that one minute eight seconds one final question on on covert and then
00:39:19.000 i'd like to pivot to to the south if i may will will canada consider requiring people in this
00:39:23.880 country to have proof of vaccination similar to the digital passports that are being developed in
00:39:29.000 in places like Denmark and Greece and the EU? I think it's an interesting idea but I think it is
00:39:35.800 also fraught with challenges. We are certainly encouraging and motivating people to get
00:39:41.960 vaccinated as quickly as possible but we always know there are people who won't get vaccinated
00:39:48.600 and not necessarily through a personal or political choice. There are medical reasons,
00:39:53.800 there are a broad range of reasons why someone might not get vaccinated and I'm
00:39:58.760 worried about creating knock-on undesirable effects in our community. I think the indications
00:40:07.000 that the vast majority of Canadians are looking to get vaccinated will get us to a good place
00:40:12.920 without having to take more extreme measures
00:40:17.160 that could have real divisive impacts on community and country.
00:40:21.780 Okay, so remember, that's what he said January 14th, 2021.
00:40:29.320 The vaccines weren't even really available yet.
00:40:32.280 Let's move on to August 15th of the same year.
00:40:36.280 A mere two years since the last election.
00:40:38.360 And remember, guys, I've got a question to ask you after this, and I want you to be as centered and zen as possible.
00:40:47.040 Think logically and not emotionally, OK?
00:40:50.320 A mere two years since the last election, hoping to turn his minority into a majority, Trudeau calls a snap election.
00:40:58.400 Sources within the Liberal Party later describe Trudeau's conscious decision to use vaccines and mandates as election wedge issues.
00:41:06.900 wedge politics 101 identify a minority in this case the unvaccinated number two cast them as
00:41:12.880 others othering them it became an expression that i came to hate in the last three years or so
00:41:19.080 othering they don't represent canadians they're racists number three depict them as scapegoats
00:41:24.140 they're standing in the way of getting back to normal they're putting us in our kids at risk
00:41:28.260 and number four is divide scapegoating 101 the press singling out a person or group for unmerited
00:41:35.260 blame and consequent negative treatment unmerited blame a hostile tactic employed to characterize
00:41:41.180 an entire group according to the unethical or immoral conduct of a small number of individuals
00:41:46.600 within that group august 17th 2021 trudeau announces virtually all federal public servants
00:41:54.820 must be vaccinated or face workplace repercussions if anyone doesn't have a legitimate medical reason
00:41:59.940 for not getting fully vaccinated or chooses to not get vaccinated there will be consequences
00:42:05.240 I played that for you last night.
00:42:09.260 I'm not going to play it.
00:42:10.520 Team 21, if you don't want to get vaccinated, that's your choice.
00:42:14.340 But don't think you can get on a plane or train beside vaccinated people and put them at risk.
00:42:19.160 I will play this one. 0.91
00:42:20.340 One minute, 37 seconds.
00:42:22.300 You deserve better.
00:42:24.100 You deserve a government that's going to continue to say, get vaccinated.
00:42:27.760 And you know what?
00:42:28.960 If you don't want to get vaccinated, that's your choice.
00:42:32.480 but don't think you can get on a plane or a train besides vaccinated people and put them at risk
00:42:38.360 and i remember seeing that for the first time guys is in a side 0.67
00:42:41.960 here and going well well are you safe from all this nonsense
00:42:47.200 that's generally the objective of a vaccine isn't it
00:42:54.480 okay so that to me i just went what is this guy stupid or something and then i realized
00:43:02.520 afterwards no it seems like a good chunk of canadians are though sadly august 27th 2021
00:43:10.820 trudeau promises a re-elected liberal government would provide one billion dollars to provinces
00:43:17.140 to pay for vaccine passports a move which just seven months earlier as we just showed you
00:43:24.220 he warned, could have real divisive impact on community and country.
00:43:30.060 And there's the link.
00:43:31.180 August 31st, 2021.
00:43:32.680 They're putting their kids at risk, and they're putting our kids at risk,
00:43:36.600 if you can actually believe it.
00:43:39.320 That's why to travel, you're going to have to be vaccinated.
00:43:42.540 So families with kids don't have to worry someone in the next seat
00:43:45.520 or across the aisle is putting them in danger.
00:43:47.860 And once again, I won't play that clip because, guys,
00:43:50.980 I know that you've only got a small tolerance or maybe none at all for this clown.
00:43:56.620 And we're going to pay for the development of those privileges that you get once you get vaccinated, because everyone needs to get vaccinated.
00:44:04.700 And those people are putting us all at risk as he points to the protesters who were standing watching this ridiculous speech.
00:44:11.560 47 seconds that the way to get through this as well is to make sure that people can go into
00:44:19.680 non-essential businesses and feel safe that they're not going to get uh catch covid from
00:44:25.340 someone next to them and that means we're going to work with provinces and territories who want
00:44:31.000 to move forward on vaccination certifications on vaccination passports so that everyone can be
00:44:38.320 safe and what's more the federal government has announced we're going to pay for the development
00:44:42.960 of those privileges that you get once you get vaccinated because everyone needs to get
00:44:49.340 vaccinated and those people are putting us all at risk i know he's a clown oh and by the way look
00:44:57.160 at the masked branch comedians behind him interestingly as another aside i was walking 0.68
00:45:02.420 through kind of a mini mall today in the basement of an apartment block mixed use uh construct in
00:45:09.820 winnipeg and i was walking past a liberty tax office with clear windows for a wall
00:45:16.760 and there was a sign on the door that said no mask no entry so i stopped and i took a picture
00:45:24.400 of it and the woman behind the the desk the reception desk yelled at me from inside from
00:45:30.960 behind her plexiglass shield with her mask on yelled at me and said you can't do that if my 0.67
00:45:37.360 desk is in the picture i said what huh i'm sorry i can't hear you speak up you can't do that if i'm
00:45:43.900 in the picture i said yes i can't no you can't yes i can and i just did and now i'm going to
00:45:49.920 take a picture of you wearing your mask click i put that picture on the facebook page earlier today
00:45:56.640 still april 27th 2023 september 6 2021 yes there is a small fringe element in this country that
00:46:07.400 is angry that doesn't believe in science that is lashing out with racist misogynistic attacks
00:46:14.540 and here he is saying it how do you feel your supporters i've been standing with them for a
00:46:19.600 while are being screened at cursed at there were some who had racial slurs thrown at them
00:46:26.240 including some who had very young children there.
00:46:29.540 Do you feel that you're putting them in a bad position to come out and support you?
00:46:38.060 I can't back down from standing up for Canadians.
00:46:42.560 I won't back down from standing up for Canadians.
00:46:45.840 And I know that our Liberal candidates and Liberal supporters across the country
00:46:52.320 are made more determined in seeing just how stark the choices are in this election
00:47:02.500 for people who still wonder you know whether or not we really needed an election okay okay that's
00:47:09.240 enough and again who are these clowns that he gets to stand behind him whenever he does one of
00:47:15.020 stupid things. September 10th, 2021, trying to bring people together is not always compatible
00:47:22.460 with science. With respect to human rights, you don't have the right to endanger others.
00:47:27.240 Here he is again. Trying to bring people together
00:47:30.000 is not always compatible with science, with respect for human rights, with the best way
00:47:41.480 to move things forward i mean when erin o'toole talks about oh yes we need to unite people we
00:47:45.840 need to bring people together he's talking about defending the rights of people who are anti-vax
00:47:53.600 okay wow wow he said that he said that and this is the last one where he says
00:48:29.360 Okay, so I find it interesting that these federal leaders, including Trudeau, were all
00:48:56.600 saying it's a pandemic of the unvaccinated when they knew i covered that last night these people
00:49:01.880 knew that that formula did not stop transmission they knew it it was being discussed by p hack
00:49:09.740 and by health canada obviously it went up to trudeau's office did he ignore that email
00:49:16.200 disregard it
00:49:20.100 because there he is
00:49:22.200 bald faced lying
00:49:23.620 to Quebec 0.77
00:49:24.980 do we tolerate these people
00:49:28.080 ok
00:49:30.940 I'm going to once again
00:49:32.400 center myself here
00:49:33.840 I want to be able to think logically
00:49:41.040 this is one of the parts
00:49:43.820 of the criminal code of Canada
00:49:45.140 on the government of canada's website we're going to talk about public incitement of hatred here
00:49:51.040 and i've done this before but for those of you who weren't here for that
00:49:56.400 i'm doing it again right now public incitement of hatred section 319 paragraph one
00:50:03.580 everyone who by communicating statements in any public place incites hatred against any
00:50:10.920 identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace now would you
00:50:17.160 call the freedom convoy a breach of the peace maybe right we're upset
00:50:27.400 is guilty of a an indictable offense and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
00:50:34.960 two years or an offense punishable on summary conviction willful promotion of hatred remember
00:50:44.340 he was trying to get elected again and he he wanted to use the vaccinated versus the
00:50:53.080 unvaccinated as a wedge issue willfully
00:50:57.360 everyone who by communicating statements other than in private conversation in other words a
00:51:05.180 press conference or an interview on television willfully promotes hate hate hatred against any
00:51:11.420 identifiable group is guilty of an indictable offense and is liable to imprisonment for a term
00:51:15.980 not exceeding two years or an offense punishable on summary conviction now we're not going to do
00:51:22.180 the anti-semitism here because that's not in play. Defenses. No person shall be convicted of an
00:51:28.180 offense under subsection 2 if he establishes the statements communicated were true, which they
00:51:34.620 weren't. If in good faith the person expressed or attempted to establish by an argument an opinion
00:51:40.380 on a religious subject or an opinion based on a belief in a religious text, that's not applicable.
00:51:46.180 If the statements were relevant to any subject of public interest, well this is, the discussion of
00:51:51.380 which was for the public benefit yes and if on reasonable grounds he believed them to be true
00:51:56.940 now that is where we would have to prove he knew
00:52:00.420 if in good faith he intended to point out for the purpose of removal matters producing or
00:52:08.840 tending to produce feelings of hatred towards an identifiable group in canada now unvaccinated
00:52:14.860 people were not in my opinion an identifiable group until politicians bureaucrats and corporations
00:52:25.220 and even small business owners made them an identifiable group by asking for vaccine passports
00:52:32.000 that in itself made unvaccinated people an identifiable group would you agree with that
00:52:38.640 no person shall be convicted of an offense under subject section 2.1 if they established the
00:52:46.720 statement communicated were true there is no way he can establish that if in good faith they
00:52:52.180 expressed or attempted to establish an argument and opinion on a religious blah blah blah if the
00:52:56.560 statements were relevant to any subject of public interest the discussion blah blah blah so forfeiture
00:53:02.720 if a person is convicted of an offense under subsection 1 2 or 2.1 or section 318 anything

00:53:27.520 Now, my friends, I'm asking you, is Trudeau guilty of hate speech?
00:53:43.100 All you have to do is write down yes or no.
00:53:47.380 Is Justin Trudeau guilty of hate speech against an identifiable group dispassionately?
00:53:57.520 as dispassionate as you can be.
00:54:04.800 Yes, yes, yes, definitely, absolutely.
00:54:08.000 Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
00:54:12.400 I'm going to go to rumble and look at all the yeses.
00:54:19.840 Yes, yes, yes, yes.
00:54:21.640 Guilty.
00:54:22.580 Yes, most definitely.
00:54:23.600 Yes, I would say yes.
00:54:24.680 thought that this i thought it the day i heard it too and it's always good to be reminded of
00:54:30.760 these things right so i would say that is a fantastic thread fantastic thread yes he is
00:54:38.020 guilty yes yes yes yes yes okay so it's an overwhelming 100 yes he is totally so what
00:54:44.940 can we do about this now well i think maybe we can take that collection of clips
00:54:52.580 from that Twitter thread
00:54:54.680 and submit them to the RCMP
00:54:57.820 and say we believe
00:54:59.300 that the Prime Minister
00:55:01.080 is guilty of hate speech
00:55:02.320 and his prime motivation
00:55:04.520 was to get elected again.
00:55:08.760 It's noted publicly
00:55:12.340 that he wanted to use
00:55:14.760 the vaccine mandates,
00:55:16.820 the unvaccinated,
00:55:17.800 as wedge issues
00:55:20.720 to win the election.
00:55:22.580 It's what you do.
00:55:24.240 That's politics 101.
00:55:26.980 Hate speech.
00:55:28.740 Because remember the trickle-down effect this has on people, right?
00:55:32.600 Prime Minister goes down to all the premiers, goes down to all the MLAs,
00:55:36.420 goes down to the businesses who are getting money to stay closed from governments,
00:55:41.180 goes down to your community, goes down to your neighbors and your friends and your workplace.
00:55:47.600 And the vast majority, it turns out, believed all that gobbledygook nonsense
00:55:52.340 and vilified anybody who was not vaccinated by their own choice.
00:55:58.340 They say, yeah, I don't want to be mad.
00:56:00.280 No, I don't need it.
00:56:02.480 I'm not at risk.
00:56:03.260 I'm not 80.
00:56:06.660 I'm in good health.
00:56:09.500 I don't need that crap.
00:56:11.120 And if I get COVID, I've got a 99.7% chance of recovering.
00:56:15.220 I'll take those odds.
00:56:17.320 But you're going to spread it to somebody else.
00:56:19.320 what I want to do is get Dr. Mark Trotsy on the show. And I am working on that. I know I've been
00:56:24.780 saying that for months and months and months. And it's very difficult to get Mark on the show
00:56:29.340 because he's a bit of a recluse. He only comes out when he wants to come out. And I've sent him
00:56:32.720 emails. He sent emails back, but I am going to get him on. And I want to talk about a few things
00:56:38.120 that go back to early on in the pandemic. And that would be asymptomatic spread. That's the
00:56:44.980 first thing. I want to talk about the advocacy of masks with a doctor because I've already had
00:56:49.740 the experts on. Chris Schaefer is an expert on that. Workplace safety, respirators, all that
00:56:54.300 stuff. And we've had them on twice, three times actually. And we know that those things never
00:56:59.380 worked. They never had a hope of working. I want to talk to Dr. Trotsy about asymptomatic spread.
00:57:07.100 I want to talk to Dr. Trotsy about PCR tests. I want to talk to Dr. Trotsy about, you know,
00:57:14.600 how viruses are actually spread in terms of viral load remember at the beginning of this too they
00:57:21.240 were saying oh no no no no keep your hands off counters because the virus can live on these
00:57:25.240 counters for 12 to 24 hours and you wash your hands all the time which is good practice in your
00:57:30.200 life you know for hygiene purposes and keeping yourself healthy because there's more viruses
00:57:35.380 out there than just covet 19 and bacteria too right but i'm going to get him on i want to talk
00:57:42.500 about all the way back to the beginning and then we're going to get into all of the genetic
00:57:46.740 manipulations and everything they've done so that's going to happen at some point very soon
00:57:50.780 as well don't forget eva chipiak is on tomorrow night she's going to talk about that case 0.84
00:57:54.700 not a case yet the hearings trying to get a judge to approve a class action lawsuit against
00:58:02.380 bonnie henry who is the director of public health of british columbia i want to leave you guys
00:58:07.480 tonight with one of the most ridiculous videos we've seen yet from a so-called trans person from
00:58:17.180 the libs of tiktok on twitter this is 38 seconds i hope you get a chuckle on it i think the really 0.63
00:58:24.660 crappy thing about having a period every month is that like i have to experience all of this pain
00:58:30.560 all this discomfort and i don't even get the joy or the ability as a dude remember
00:58:37.620 to bear children like such horseshit especially this month because the cramps have been really
00:58:48.500 really bad debilitating even more so than usual and it's just like you know
00:58:53.760 at least give me the ability to have a baby or just like take this away like
00:58:58.520 so what are these psychosomatic cramps or does he have somebody kick him in the balls
00:59:09.120 every couple of hours i don't know what he's doing to get these cramps
00:59:16.040 but this is the level of psychosis that our society is going through right now i believe 0.98
00:59:24.880 this uptick in transgenderism in the past couple three years is everything to do with tiktok and 0.94
00:59:31.260 the fact that we were locked down so long with nothing to do that we started seeing all or not
00:59:36.100 we us like watching right now and hanging out together it's the other people you know who are
00:59:42.000 void of any sort of spirituality or or emotional stability you know who don't know who they are i
00:59:48.920 pity the young kids out there right now who are being subjected to all this stuff in schools
00:59:54.860 libraries whatever i mean this this is that's the end product of it 1.00
00:59:58.460 and then you've got the detransitioners like chloe cole out there who are trying 0.97
01:00:03.900 screaming at the top of their lungs to be heard by these people before they make 0.99
01:00:07.840 a lifelong mistake they can never take back and you got some dude with purple hair talking about
01:00:14.600 how much his menstrual his menstrual cramps are killing him but i can't have a baby i mean this
01:00:20.760 is ridiculous it's clown world and corporations are taking them seriously seriously i know
01:00:31.900 rogers rogers media today just made a partnership with spacex elon musk's company for uh satellite
01:00:39.800 phones whatever and i thought to myself okay there's elon partnering with a very woke company
01:00:47.020 and how do i know that rogers is woke will simply put all of their executives
01:00:51.100 send emails with pronouns all of them from the ceo and president on down julie adam she hurt
01:01:00.640 all right fine and corporations are instructing all of their employees to do the same
01:01:08.340 not all of them but most of them insurance companies you're going to be receiving letters
01:01:14.300 from you know your banks and whatnot and if they're ever signed by somebody they will probably
01:01:19.280 have their pronouns underneath and that's something else we can complain about too i don't care
01:01:24.660 how you identify
01:01:26.200 right but how do we ever get to that that is the show for tonight my friends uh that's it i'm
