00:04:59.640 20th 4 20 2023 we're going to talk about municipal land use bylaw changes on the show tonight these
00:05:07.440 are happening all across the country or at least they're attempting to make them so all across the
00:05:12.580 country we have a concerned citizen called blaine odin out of swift current saskatchewan joining
00:05:17.960 the show and he's going to tell us what he's done to try and to try and stem the tide if you will
00:05:24.380 of these municipal land use bylaw changes because these bylaw changes really affect
00:05:31.700 rural landowners and they expand municipal boundaries we're going to get more into that
00:05:37.720 in just a little bit also who are the laurentian elite i know a lot of you guys have heard that
00:05:43.960 expression but tonight i thought you know what i found this fantastic article was published in the

00:05:55.680 these people are and what they do and who they may be in league with so we're going to get into that

00:08:52.140 I want to bring on Blaine Oden.
00:08:54.120 Blaine is a concerned citizen based in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
00:08:58.580 Blaine, welcome to the show. Thanks for coming on.
00:09:00.440 thanks shadow how are you tonight i'm very very good it's you say it's cold out there too so i
00:09:05.760 don't feel so alone anymore yeah it's it's uh we're so used to it now it's just another day
00:09:12.580 yeah but come on man like we need the spring spring needs to come soon listen you uh you've
00:09:19.200 been kind of spearheading a movement to make reeves and city councillors and town councillors
00:09:26.140 in your region aware of what's going on when did you first become aware of this municipal land use
00:09:32.820 bylaw thing well around the beginning of march uh the saskatchewan patriots group in swift current
00:09:40.500 leanne wilkie sent out a a uh an email to us and told us what was going to happen with this gsm
00:09:48.840 And they were going to have some meetings in Swift Current, Yorkton, PA, Regina, and Saskatoon.
00:09:58.080 In-person roundtables, we could go and find out exactly what their plans are, have a discussion with them to find out, you know, is this something we want or is this something that's just another passing phase?
00:10:12.720 Now, that was the initiative based in the University of Saskatchewan and Saskatoon. Am I right about that?
00:10:18.840 yes yes what college was that what organization is that because i can't remember their name
00:10:24.940 you recall it's you know what it's it's got a it's got a name that you want to forget
00:10:29.220 college chamoya yes yeah that's right you know they've been around since 2008 this particular
00:10:38.320 college with the university of saskatchewan and they're basically just a bunch of globalists
00:10:43.120 looking for uh pushing the un sustainable development goals and yes they're now trying
00:10:49.280 to reach out to the smaller cities and towns in saskatchewan uh so that's what you were just
00:10:55.060 talking about right they're yeah they're just another arm of the federal government that's who
00:10:59.500 funds them yeah and and everything that they do the courses that they offer are all involved in
00:11:06.140 people planning everything that they they offer has something to do with how to control the masses
00:11:14.380 at least everything i could find on their website it was uh none of it really applied to any type of
00:11:22.020 a a position that you could use in the workforce anywhere it was all about
00:11:28.960 global sustainability it was all about municipalities being more sustainable and
00:11:36.260 it just seems like every time you hear the word sustainable you almost need to take a step back
00:11:43.040 and do a little research because that is a a warning sign that something bad is about to
00:11:51.260 happen yeah esg man equity sustainability goals these are the things we need to watch out for
00:11:58.940 So I got a lot of emails, a lot of messages, Blaine, around the beginning of March, the same time you were hearing about this, that alerted me to these meetings.
00:12:08.540 And apparently many of these meetings were canceled because of poor turnouts.
00:12:14.840 Am I correct?
00:12:16.800 Well, the first meeting was going to be in Swift Current.
00:12:20.980 So myself and a few other people registered to be at that meeting, the in-person roundtable meeting.
00:12:26.720 they rented a venue from the city of swift current the day actually it was the morning of
00:12:36.300 that meeting i got a an email that it was canceled a little while later we got another email from
00:12:45.180 the saskatchewan patriots that said uh the city of swift current has notified people that
00:12:52.320 they're going to cancel this uh this in-person roundtable and what it was was it wasn't the city
00:12:59.620 that canceled it the city put out a a announcement saying that it was canceled they had said in their
00:13:06.280 announcement we don't normally announce a cancellation of any event in our venues
00:13:15.880 However, with the amount of people that were requesting information on it,
00:13:22.500 we thought we should put out an announcement so that people don't travel too far for nothing.
00:13:30.560 The GSM had said on their website that they canceled the meeting because of a lack of participation,
00:13:39.220 a lack of interest which kind of goes against everything that that we heard from the city
00:13:47.220 and the amount of people that were registered and you know it just seems like if they can't
00:13:53.700 plant the people they want at these meetings to ask the questions that they have scripted answers
00:14:00.100 for, and then take that information and move along with the next step, which is their due
00:14:09.300 diligence and telling their, I guess, their people in government, whether it's municipal,
00:14:16.760 whether it's federal, whether it's provincial, that the people are all on board with this.
00:14:22.300 Because when we had our roundtable discussions, they were asking questions that we had answers
00:14:28.700 to and it was all good what what do you think the rationale they have is behind these outreach
00:14:38.540 meetings i mean are they are they actually trying to make people aware of what they're planning to
00:14:42.660 do are they trying to educate people are they that arrogant that they think people are going
00:14:46.860 to go along with this especially in rural areas i mean when you talk about overpopulation worries
00:14:52.980 and you talk about the climate crisis in rural saskatchewan all you've got is a great big huge
00:14:58.840 sky and miles and miles and miles and miles of golden fields and clean fresh beautiful air
00:15:06.300 it's kind of a tough sell isn't it it's more than a tough sell it's you have to be insane to think
00:15:13.320 that that that applies here do you know what the percentage of carbon is in our atmosphere
00:15:19.500 just take a wild guess what would you think it would be i mean we're so concerned about it it's
00:15:25.280 it's got to be up there right well i in our atmosphere like you're talking about the air
00:15:29.400 that we breathe i think 70 oxygen and and 20 nitrogen and then maybe two percent carbon am i
00:15:35.840 right it's 0.04 of one percent that's a huge problem man i mean those oceans oceans are going
00:15:45.780 to start boiling over at any time saskatchewan is going to become a coastal province well and
00:15:51.920 and then one of the most ridiculous things to even think about is if you took everybody in
00:15:57.700 saskatchewan and put them side by side they would all be a half a mile apart in every direction
00:16:04.040 yeah yeah yeah that's the same here in manitoba we've got the same kind of a thing
00:16:09.560 it's wide open spaces here so um what happened next i mean they canceled this thing were were
00:16:17.600 people asking questions at that point did you go to some municipal leaders have you discussed this
00:16:24.100 with anybody yes i have i've discussed this with a few of the reeves and some counselors of some
00:16:29.460 of the rms in our area um one of the things that they did that was really surprising is they had
00:16:37.140 said they were going to have that roundtable discussion, excuse me, the next day,
00:16:42.580 sent a link out to all of us that were in the registered for the meeting. And it was it ended
00:16:49.240 up being a discussion that they were having between three of them in the group from two years
00:16:55.580 ago on YouTube. So then I contacted through email, I contacted the GSM, the college,
00:17:06.580 and asked them when that roundtable discussion was going to be. Well, now it was going to be
00:17:12.060 similar to this. It was going to be a Zoom call and that I had to register for it. So I registered
00:17:17.880 it again. They said it was going to be on that Wednesday. Found out because I got prepared when
00:17:27.160 they sent me the link for it. I went into the link to make sure my computer was working, my headset
00:17:32.500 was working. Found out that that was on Tuesday, not on Wednesday. So when we got into the meeting,
00:17:41.580 they put us in a waiting area wouldn't let us into the meeting even if we were registered you're not
00:17:48.640 getting into this meeting this is a perfect indicator that they're trying to slide this
00:17:55.220 under the radar and the fact that none of the reeves or counselors know about this
00:18:01.180 when one of the counselors and administrators for SARM the Saskatchewan Association of Rural
00:18:08.560 municipalities is on their advisory board. What does that tell you?
00:18:15.500 They're being pretty sneaky about this, but you know,
00:18:19.440 if they really believed in what they were doing and they thought it was sound
00:18:24.340 planning and they thought it was going to be the best thing for everybody
00:18:27.420 involved,
00:18:27.900 then you would think if you are armed with that kind of knowledge and a plan
00:18:32.840 that is absolutely going to benefit everybody,
00:18:35.060 then you should be able to trumpet that from the rooftops instead of having to
00:18:38.280 be so damn sneaky about it yeah oh of course that's the kind of thing that that spreads like
00:18:43.980 wildfire if you if you have something that's going to make everything better you don't hardly have to
00:18:50.520 tell anyone and it will spread on its own so how connected is i'm sorry how how connected is your
00:18:56.860 group in swift current to other communities in the province because i'm not sure if any of these
00:19:01.640 other meetings have gone ahead either they've canceled all of them you when when you go into
00:19:07.660 their website you can't even it comes up you click on the link it comes up 404 error the website has
00:19:15.340 been changed wow so i would say that's a small victory for us i don't believe they're going to
00:19:21.480 give up on this i think they're probably going to try again but ultimately i believe they got scared
00:19:26.500 probably scared that they were going to be attacked by a bunch of what they thought would be
00:19:32.020 hicks and rubes from the country who were going to come out and say we don't want any part of this
00:19:37.380 with their pitchforks and their torches and you know it just amazes me how people in the city 1.00
00:19:45.660 think that people in the country are so stupid well not all of us and quite honestly quite honestly 0.99
00:19:53.660 it's almost the same country to city i mean when we think about some of the things that we see in 1.00
00:20:00.380 hear from some of the city people about where your food comes from you know and uh and how we
00:20:08.100 we farm or ranch and they think that we're just out to kill an animal slaughter and drag it to
00:20:13.220 safeways where do you think you get your food from and you keep getting it year after year
00:20:20.860 so obviously we have figured out how to be sustainable on our own we don't need you to
00:20:27.740 tell us we have to take a hen course if we want to keep chickens right you know I was growing up
00:20:35.240 in in Manitoba I grew up in Winnipeg and I spent a lot of my time in an area called
00:20:41.020 Lactobani Pinawa my dad grew up out there so he'd bring us out there all summer long and a lot of
00:20:47.940 winters as well and the one thing I remember hearing over and over and over again is country
00:20:53.220 don't mean dumb and as far as today goes the way things are going today the people in rural areas
00:21:02.000 have got it all over the people in the urban areas believe me i mean everything you just said
00:21:08.900 makes absolutely perfect sense to me and i'm sure it makes perfect sense to everybody who is watching
00:21:13.700 right now uh when you approached the reeves blaine what was their response did they seem like they
00:21:22.480 were in the loop or were they clueless clueless they had no idea what i was talking about and
00:21:28.140 actually one of them laughed at me said there's no way that they're going to try and do something
00:21:33.880 that ridiculous i said well you can go to their website and read up on what they have and what
00:21:40.120 they're offering or or what they're what they're trying to accomplish and uh go from there and and
00:21:48.200 he actually was going to come to swift current to that he was one of the people that registered for
00:21:52.280 that meeting because he he was uh i mean he i said he laughed at me but he was more laughing
00:21:59.680 at them i guess than than than myself because he did take it seriously enough that he was going
00:22:04.620 to drive for a couple of hours to come to this meeting and see what it was all about
00:22:07.700 you know it's very interesting that did it take you any great deal of explaining or time to get
00:22:16.880 it through their heads that this was the plan and maybe they should come out and see for themselves
00:22:20.580 or did they just kind of go you know what you're right i'm coming out it took some explaining and
00:22:25.440 it it took some some convincing that this was real like they they they didn't want to believe
00:22:32.260 that something this ridiculous could happen and i'll tell you one of the saving graces for us in
00:22:36.500 saskatchewan is i would say 95 of the people who are involved in these rms are from the from the
00:22:44.380 country yeah and they and they look at things like this and they it's not that they don't take
00:22:52.040 it seriously they know that they have to take it seriously and they're going to have to fight
00:22:58.420 against it if they want to keep doing things the way they have been so what would you recommend
00:23:04.200 because there's all kinds of people across the country who are watching this right now on four
00:23:08.380 different platforms and they're going yeah this kind of thing is going on not necessarily with
00:23:12.660 that group from the university of saskatchewan that had planned this tour but there i mean there's
00:23:16.780 all kinds of municipalities that are planning these land use bylaw changes to expand their
00:23:23.420 boundaries and to allow certain buildings on your property that they never could do before
00:23:28.720 and they will pass these bylaw changes if people don't speak up right have you heard of that
00:23:34.000 happening also this this initiative has everything to do with UNDRIP with the the UN this is this is
00:23:42.620 the 15-minute cities of the rural community yeah it's basically what they're trying to do
00:23:47.940 this is their way of of pushing people off their land if they can prove that you have polluted on
00:23:55.860 your land if your water is contaminated if you're not taking good care of the grasses or if you're
00:24:03.500 overgrazing or if your water isn't kept up and cleaned, this is their way of being able to pull
00:24:13.340 you off of that land and saying, sorry, but you have broken some of our initiatives. So now we
00:24:19.760 have to take care of it for you. It's interesting, isn't it? People work their entire lives to buy
00:24:26.060 property, right? They want to be property owners and maybe they want to be property owners in a
00:24:31.420 rural area maybe they decide they're going to buy a an acreage they've got 100 acres now or 200 or
00:24:36.980 300 and they want some cattle or maybe some horses or some chickens or some pigs or some goats or
00:24:42.120 sheep or whatever it is they want on their property and then the government comes along
00:24:47.100 and says i'm sorry but your water tests for 0.1 mercury you're going to have to vacate the premises
00:24:55.820 right i mean we have had game wardens coming on to private lands in saskatchewan and doing just
00:25:02.540 that testing the water you've heard about that right those were federal employees yeah that's
00:25:07.260 what i'm saying they and they uh they were told by our provincial government if they get caught
00:25:13.020 without permission on that private land again they're going to get charged with trespassing
00:25:17.880 and and i'm i'm very grateful for the the uh trespass to properties act that was brought in
00:25:23.820 because that gave us a tool to be able to stop them from doing that because we don't know if
00:25:29.020 they're testing the water or if they're contaminating it for their own purposes
00:25:32.260 yeah how do we know what they're doing well especially if you're not there watching them
00:25:36.440 right and even if you are there watching them they could say hey look at that look at that and
00:25:39.660 then some dude drips uh some oil into your pond and the next thing you know you got to leave do
00:25:44.840 you know what the repercussions are let's say if some if some government agent comes onto your land
00:25:51.100 and says that you've got a contaminated river or stream going through?
00:25:55.520 Like, can they immediately throw you off?
00:25:57.520 Is that under the UNDRIP?
00:25:59.180 Because I know that David Lamedi is implementing the UNDRIP policy
00:26:03.720 into our justice system right now.
00:26:06.600 He's trying to, yeah.
00:26:08.620 But that's at a federal level.
00:26:11.080 People don't understand how much power the provinces have.
00:26:14.700 When it comes right down to land and laws in the province,
00:26:21.100 We have more power than the federal government when it comes right down to it.
00:26:26.680 Well, what was Lamedi saying last week?
00:26:28.400 He's going to look at opening the Constitution again to see if they can take control of the resources of Western Canada, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta.
00:26:35.720 And then they deny it two days later.
00:26:38.260 But I mean, even if the provinces do have control over all this, don't you think the provinces are in on it after what we've seen in the past three years?
00:26:47.620 I honestly think that our provinces are naive enough to think that none of this is happening either, that some of the initiatives that they've signed on for has nothing to do with UNDRIP or and they're as inept as anyone most of the time.
00:27:07.700 They've got a habit of fighting back against something that they caused themselves because there was a lack of due diligence.
00:27:15.720 and with all the redundancy in government systems provincially municipally all over the place
00:27:23.660 because there's too many staffers too many government employees at every level in this
00:27:27.800 country you would think that they would catch that stuff don't you well you would think so
00:27:33.180 i mean most of these people that's what they got hired for and we've got we've got all these people
00:27:38.860 with eight ten different sets of letters behind their name that they're supposed to be the
00:27:43.560 smartest people in the room but for some reason common sense just seems to elude them so your
00:27:49.900 group in swift current what's it called again uh saskatchewan patriots okay how many saskatchewan
00:27:56.440 patriots are there and are there different branches in different cities across the province
00:28:00.320 you know those questions i don't have answers to that uh that's a leanne question i don't know the
00:28:06.600 numbers and and what the affiliation is with everyone else okay so it's like i'm just a big 0.88
00:28:12.280 mouth that that uh that when i see something really ridiculously stupid i have to say something 0.59
00:28:17.960 and dig a little deeper to find out why it is like that so how far do you think they're going 0.99
00:28:24.020 to go with this blaine i don't think they're ever going to stop i don't think they're going to stop
00:28:29.660 until we either separate from the federal government or we get an another uh government
00:28:35.260 in place this is this if you if you dig deep enough you'll go all the way back to the world
00:28:41.600 economic forum that is the ones pushing all of this and who is our world economic forum 0.93
00:28:49.400 i can't really even say it without being a jerk uh the guy that pushes everything for klaus schwab 0.86
00:28:57.320 is our illustrious prime minister so until we get rid of him and that's not i didn't mean get rid 0.97
00:29:07.000 of him in the i know what you mean i meant i meant new government figuratively he needs to get voted
00:29:12.620 out or um pushed out somehow i mean and but it seems like it doesn't matter what he does
00:29:21.160 he's like made a teflon how long have you been how long have you been aware of the world economic
00:29:27.500 forum it seems like you're you're kind of new to all of this now or are you no the world economic
00:29:34.160 forum i've been i've been following and and a couple of well at least a year and a half anyways
00:29:39.980 maybe two yeah yeah they have their hands in everything and they're only the mouthpieces
00:29:46.820 of the globalists who are making this happen man so it's it's worldwide and they're using people
00:29:52.960 like puppets i think that 99 of the people who are pushing this stuff have no idea what they're
00:29:59.160 really pushing and it's up to us to push back on it and make them aware of what they're doing just
00:30:04.800 like you have done blaine when you called those reeves and those counselors to you know fill them
00:30:11.220 in on what's happening you got a little bit of pushback but they listened to you and they were
00:30:16.780 going to come to the meetings right um yeah i think that that is something that everybody in
00:30:21.980 this country should probably do especially you know at an urban level i think it it's more
00:30:27.800 difficult to get in touch with a mayor,
00:30:30.220 Reeve, town councillor, city councillor
00:30:32.220 because they're just a little bit more
00:30:33.760 standoffish and, oh yeah, I've got too many, talk to
00:30:35.960 my secretary and they don't even answer your
00:30:37.980 emails, but on a rural level
00:30:39.820 I think it's a little bit easier to meet with
00:30:41.920 these people on a one-on-one in a Tim Horton
00:30:44.000 someplace, yeah? Yeah, it
00:30:45.960 is, it is, and I'll tell you
00:30:47.600 I think I'm going to dedicate
00:30:49.940 the summer to making sure that every
00:30:51.660 RM knows what is
00:30:53.880 going on. If I have to
00:30:56.040 make calls from my own home and discuss with the reeves or the counselors whoever will listen
00:31:02.300 and just show them the facts about this because i mean let's let's let's be clear all of this
00:31:08.480 climate change is all theory none of this is proven anywhere they've been making predictions
00:31:15.380 since the 60s of everything from the sea is going to rise to uh we're going to run out of water
00:31:24.220 well ice age ice age remember in the 80s it was the ice age and the holes in the ozone and then
00:31:29.760 all of a sudden uh what's his name there uh came up with the uh inconvenient truth what's his name
00:31:36.480 al gore and that was yeah hey let me ask you know what dan tanya said about al gore no he said he
00:31:44.460 was madder than hell that al gore came up with this scam before he did because if he'd have found
00:31:50.580 out about it before al gore did he'd have been the one making all the billions off of it let me ask
00:31:56.340 you this you're in swift current have are those statistics canada people still there set up in
00:32:01.000 their trailers by the fairgrounds if they are they're hiding somewhere because i haven't seen
00:32:06.000 any of them i haven't i haven't heard anybody talk about them in quite some time okay and they
00:32:12.520 were only scheduled to be here for a couple of weeks well they sure set up a little trailer town
00:32:17.140 there to make it look like they were staying for a long haul and i'll tell you that trailer from the
00:32:21.800 outside looks like a dump i've seen it i've seen a uh a video tutorial of what's inside there
00:32:28.860 that's that's quite the uh quite the little unit they've got going there it's it's kind of a
00:32:34.920 roving hospital they were taking blood from people they were paying the money for what two and three
00:32:40.740 hour examinations and this is statistics canada like since when does statistics canada do physical
00:32:46.580 examinations and remove blood and fluids from people that sounded kind of weird to me
00:32:51.780 yeah but since when do we take uh health advice from a politician
00:32:56.060 on that note blaine thank you for none of that stuff makes any sense thank you for coming on
00:33:03.600 today my friend let's stay in touch and uh if you hear anything new please let me know and
00:33:08.340 you're on tiktok too right od on tiktok that's ody on tiktok make videos every now and again
00:33:13.720 to keep us up to date thank you blaine and we'll talk to you again all right thanks shadow you have
00:33:18.680 a good night you too there is blaine odin concerned citizen saskatchewan patriot member out of swift
00:33:25.800 current saskatchewan okay guys if you want to talk about municipal land use bylaw changes
00:33:31.700 here look at this i googled it so it's in the search bar there as you can see municipal land
00:33:37.940 use bylaw changes and it's amazing to me how many different results came up regarding
00:33:43.160 land use bylaw changes normally you type something like this ambiguous into a search bar
00:33:49.180 and you get all kinds of random stuff but this is all very specific debate over land use planning
00:33:55.520 heats up in alberta nape is sorry nape's residential zoning city council kills two
00:34:00.900 controversial proposals city preparing for major overhaul of land use bylaw in lethbridge
00:34:07.280 what's going on in lethbridge lethbridge viewers something's going on in your city you've got to
00:34:13.020 get down to uh city council and ask them what the hell are you people doing that's from last
00:34:18.520 november by the way calgary's missing middle land use by law approved at city council we know what's
00:34:23.900 going to happen in calgary they've got a marxist mayor and a marxist city council mountain view
00:34:28.840 county not looking at 15 minute city concept way to go mountain view county lacombe makes changes
00:34:33.960 to unique residential zoning city council approves creating a new land use by law to allow more varied
00:34:41.020 housing and it goes on and on and on not just alberta i find it interesting that alberta
00:34:46.940 is all page one and page two results i want you guys if you are concerned if you live in a rural
00:34:53.620 area and you think and what blaine said tonight is what's going on all across the country not just
00:35:01.640 in saskatchewan it's going on everywhere municipalities are doing this i think completely
00:35:08.920 witlessly they haven't got a clue what they're doing they're playing into the federal government
00:35:16.080 well i i was going to say the federal government's plan but it's not the federal government's plan
00:35:21.260 it's the united nations undrip plan that is being put into play by the federal government
00:35:27.040 as puppets remember of the world economic forum the globalists all across the world bill gates
00:35:32.980 george soros larry fink of blackrock you name it these are the guys who are pulling the strings
00:35:41.400 it has nothing to do with justin trudeau if he's gone christia freeland takes over she's worse than
00:35:47.240 him believe it or not and i know that's difficult to hear nobody's worse than trudeau but she is
00:35:53.080 worse than trudeau when it comes to this globalist stuff and maybe blaine's right maybe a lot of these
00:36:01.940 guys don't even realize what they're doing when they push these things because they're too lazy
00:36:07.500 to read what's in front of them now this is a winnipeg sun article that goes back to just
00:36:12.680 before the civic election last october this is former mayoral candidate glenn murray uh disgraced
00:36:20.140 politician pretty much in every regard he was an ml sorry an mpp in ontario for a time
00:36:27.360 he's moved all across he is a politician grifter who will run anywhere for any party and say
00:36:34.360 anything and he was a former mayor of Winnipeg he wanted to come back to Winnipeg and be the
00:36:39.300 mayor again but he lost again it doesn't really matter who is in charge if they don't know what's
00:36:45.320 going on but listen to what Glenn Murray said during his campaign last year he unveiled plans
00:36:51.800 to build livable and complete communities as part of a broader safety strategy the former mayor
00:36:58.800 initially launched in the summer murray wants to bring neighborhood groups businesses and
00:37:03.600 community organizations to prevent crime as part of a partnership with different city departments
00:37:08.080 enhance livability and establish 15 minute neighborhoods
00:37:12.760 now he's not part of winnipeg city council right now he's not mayor but who's to say scott
00:37:22.260 gillingham who is mayor and a couple of other city councilors who did get elected
00:37:26.880 want to push this nonsense do you think the other councillors are up to the job of saying
00:37:33.040 what do we even need to do this for and that's a question i've got okay if this has been going on
00:37:40.280 for a long time now why do we have to put a label on it why do we have to i mean you when you move
00:37:45.560 into a neighborhood you know where the doctor is you you right you know where the dentist's office
00:37:52.380 is you know where the hair salon is you know where you can get your groceries you know where you're
00:37:56.220 going to get your kids going to school you know everything and you like it that's why you move
00:38:02.340 into that neighborhood in the first place they you don't need them revamping your neighborhood
00:38:06.040 to make it 15 minutes to anywhere on foot. 0.97
00:38:10.600 It's ridiculous. 0.69
00:38:13.200 And it's something that, and to what end? 0.89
00:38:16.920 To restrict your movement.
00:38:19.880 It is the only logical reason for any of this.
00:38:25.160 They want to restrict your movement.
00:38:28.800 They're trying to get us to buy into the fact
00:38:31.080 that staying in your own little 15-minute zone
00:38:33.560 is going to be a great thing for the climate
00:38:35.720 And you should shame anybody that wants to leave it.
00:38:39.680 If they want to go for a two-day trip to the country or a seven-day adventure across the country in their diesel-burning car or their gasoline-powered truck, you should shun them.
00:38:51.620 You should call them deniers.
00:38:53.940 just like they trained you to do during the scandemic
00:39:01.000 when you called a snitch line to think on your neighbor
00:39:05.420 who had more than two people over for Thanksgiving, Easter, or Christmas.
00:39:09.520 Remember?
00:39:12.380 I see no other reason to establish 15-minute zones.
00:39:18.480 They say in this article that a 15-minute neighborhood model
00:39:21.940 model is designed to be built to meet most needs within a 15-minute walk, which would involve
00:39:27.300 taking walk score, bike score, and transit score measurements of a neighborhood and mapping it out.
00:39:33.440 An asset map would need to be made, which could identify gaps and opportunities to improve a
00:39:38.660 neighborhood. Murray's plan would use the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Sustainable,
00:39:43.960 there's that word again, Neighborhood Action Plan Strategy and Funding Program. So I went and looked
00:39:49.540 that up what exactly is the federation of canadian municipalities sustainable neighborhood action plan
00:39:55.360 strategy and funding program it's kind of a mouthful here it is right here sustainable
00:40:02.720 neighborhood action plan create a plan to develop sustainable green initiatives in your neighborhood
00:40:08.040 reduce your municipal greenhouse gas emissions and improve soil water and air quality look at this
00:40:14.540 You can get $175,000 from these people
00:40:20.300 if you just fill out the grant forms.
00:40:23.660 It's open to all Canadian municipal governments,
00:40:27.000 municipal partners applying in partnership
00:40:28.780 with the municipal government.
00:40:30.940 Expected output, a plan that establishes a vision
00:40:34.420 and priority actions to support sustainable development
00:40:39.600 at the neighbourhood scale.
00:40:42.360 Applications are accepted year-round
00:40:44.440 though this offer will close when all funding has been allocated well it's still open friends
00:40:49.480 it's still open now what's the federation of canadian municipalities here it is right here
00:40:55.140 we are the national voice for canada's local governments and who funds the federation of
00:41:02.440 canadian municipalities and the green municipal fund it's right here green municipal fund.ca
00:41:10.780 the green municipal fund helps local governments switch to sustainable practices faster our unique
00:41:18.160 mix of funding resources and training gives municipalities the tools they need to build
00:41:23.260 resiliency and create better lives for canadians gmf is a 1.6 billion dollar program funded by
00:41:33.180 the government of Canada.
00:41:39.260 So every municipality in this country,
00:41:43.500 it doesn't matter what province or territory you live in,
00:41:47.360 has gone and applied for this.
00:41:50.820 And what's expected of them?
00:41:55.220 Sustainable neighborhoods.
00:41:57.740 You guys are going to have to plan this out.
00:42:01.160 We want to see your sustainable neighborhood plan, your 15-minute goal plan, and then we'll give you all this money.
00:42:08.160 I believe, now, this is just my opinion, but I believe in rural areas, Blaine is right.
00:42:21.340 A lot of these Reeves, mayors, town counselors, they have no idea what they're signing up for.
00:42:27.260 They just see the dollar signs.
00:42:28.500 They go, wow, we could really use that money.
00:42:30.720 So go ahead and fill out this form, do whatever, make a plan, whatever.
00:42:34.380 It doesn't matter.
00:42:35.480 And then they go ahead and they get the grant and they see what they have to, you know, impose on the people.
00:42:41.280 Ah, this doesn't look too bad because they don't read it.
00:42:44.780 So I think a lot of it is laziness and ignorance when it comes to the rural politicians who are trying to pass this stuff.
00:42:51.420 But when it comes to the urban politicians who are trying to pass this stuff, they are doing it knowingly. 0.90
00:42:57.400 most of them because let's face it most major cities have marxist city councils because
00:43:05.820 we the people who think clearly who lean a little bit to the right in some cases
00:43:11.240 conservative in some cases libertarian but whatever we're free thinkers we're people who
00:43:17.920 believe strongly in freedom we don't vote in civic elections we think it's a waste of time
00:43:24.120 Do you know in the last civic election in this city, in Winnipeg, the voter turnout was like 40 percent?
00:43:32.580 Nobody went and voted. That includes school trustees, that includes city councillors and mayor.
00:43:44.280 The Marxists, on the other hand, use municipal elections, whether it's urban or rural,
00:43:50.260 to get candidates ready for the provincial level and then the federal level it's like
00:43:57.200 a farm team for the marxists the marxists are very very organized this is what's been going
00:44:05.200 on for a very long time i'm going to prove that to you in just a couple of minutes but let's get
00:44:10.940 back to this story here this goes to uh sorry this goes to research sorry research dot ca
00:44:17.300 researchco.ca how many canadians do you think know about this 15 minute city plan
00:44:26.540 most canadians are oblivious to it they have no concept more than three and five canadians
00:44:33.480 like what they've learned about the urban planning concept that's only the people that
00:44:38.540 know about it so this is out of vancouver came out um the very last day of march only a third
00:44:44.440 of canadians are aware of the 15 minute city concept that's been implemented in some municipalities
00:44:49.600 around the world a new research co poll is found in the online survey of a representative national
00:44:55.680 sample 33 percent of canadians had heard about the 15 minute city well 57 had not and nine percent
00:45:02.940 were not sure i don't know how can you be how can you not be sure i may have heard about that i can't
00:45:10.340 remember oh look at that the leaves you're on the 15-minute city is an urban planning concept in
00:45:16.740 which daily necessities and services work shopping education health care entertainment can be reached
00:45:21.420 in a 15-minute walk or bike ride from any point in the city we know this awareness of the 15-minute
00:45:27.420 city concept is highest in alberta 41 where the city of edmonton has edmonton has discussed the
00:45:33.940 matter prominently in recent weeks says mario canesco president of research so a co why am i
00:45:41.700 having such problems with this i know i need a sip of water give me one second
00:45:46.420 so much better the proportion of informed residents in lower bc is 37 ontario 36
00:46:02.820 percent quebec 32 believe it or not in saskatchewan and manitoba it's 29 percent and it's 22 percent
00:46:10.940 in atlantic canada and more than three and five canadians you're going to hate this 63 percent
00:46:16.980 support the 15 minute city concept well 16 oppose it and 22 percent are undecided then they break
00:46:26.060 it down into age ranges but who really cares so how was canada co-opted so easily and i'm not
00:46:34.720 talking about just the globalists i'm talking about how our entire country i mean you guys
00:46:41.080 have noticed the changes in our country and not just in the past eight years since trudeau has
00:46:47.640 been in office it goes back a lot longer than that in terms of the zeitgeist of the country right
00:46:54.580 like how this country has moved to such a left wing and you guys know what i'm talking about
00:47:00.920 how this country has moved to such a left wing post-nation state as trudeau said in 2015 how
00:47:09.280 did this all happen the laurentian elite did this to us the laurentian elite are that small cabal
00:47:19.320 of millionaires billionaires politicians captains of industry all based in the ottawa montreal
00:47:27.140 toronto triangle so this is that article i was telling you about earlier from the national post
00:47:33.120 that came out like four well three and a half years ago written by john weisenberger and john
00:47:39.000 weisenberger i'll tell you who he is right now uh he is a calgary-based geologist and a montreal
00:47:46.040 native with degrees from ontario quebec and alberta universities and he wrote this i found it very
00:47:53.240 fascinating because i wanted to find out more about the laurentian elite not just is this shadowy
00:47:59.880 cabal of people who run the country but who they are and how they do it so uh here's if you guys
00:48:07.320 want to stay with me we'll go ahead and go through this article it's very fascinating national
00:48:11.960 institutions and dominant elites can fail when they don't accommodate change or become severely
00:48:17.520 detached from the lives of average citizens. In Canada, this has been the rule rather than the
00:48:23.560 exception for the past 50 years, and the Laurentian elite is largely to blame. But what is, and who
00:48:32.080 are the Laurentian elite? How can they be so important if they don't even have a Wikipedia
00:48:36.600 page. Our self-declared dominant Canadian social and political elite is like the air we breathe
00:48:43.540 or the proverbial water around fish. It seems so natural as to be unnoticeable. Journalist and
00:48:51.240 author John Ibbotson coined the term in a seminal 2011 article, later expanded into a book, The Big
00:48:56.660 Shift, and he defined the Laurentians as the political, academic, cultural, media, and business
00:49:03.860 elites of central Canada. Ibbotson and co-author Daryl Bricker argued that the 2011 federal
00:49:10.840 conservative majority achieved via the alignment of Western Canada and ex-urban Ontario represented
00:49:17.160 a major rearrangement of our electoral landscape. Subsequent events, however, suggest that
00:49:22.120 if a shift is happening, it may be long and painful. Ibbotson cites and credits the historical
00:49:29.180 accomplishments of central Canada's elites from the national policy and the St. Lawrence Seaway
00:49:33.400 to what he terms the national social security system. He is unduly kind. Beginning in 1968,
00:49:42.880 coincident with the election of Pierre Elliott Trudeau, our elites adapted contemporary left
00:49:50.580 leaning economic and social policies. This is where it all begins in the late 1960s.
00:49:58.580 Federal government spending mushroomed from 16% of the economy in 1967 to 25% in 1984 when Trudeau
00:50:07.880 Sr. departed, a vast increase in dollar terms. Simultaneously, the Canadian public sector became
00:50:14.600 almost 50, 5-0% of the economy with the programs implemented and institutions created almost
00:50:21.560 too numerous to mention. This is the point. A robust civil society and private sector economy
00:50:29.340 were being supplanted by an expanding state. Hello, communism. The reckoning came in the 1990s.
00:50:38.040 Canada's debt to GDP ratio approached 72 percent. And in 1995, the Wall Street Journal called us
00:50:45.180 an honorary third world country. After two credit rating downgrades and prodded by the
00:50:51.060 decidedly non-Laurentian reform party. The liberals acted. Laurentian patriarchs Paul Martin
00:50:57.080 and Jean Chrétien are credited with writing Canada's finances, but who cast us into the pit
00:51:02.120 in the first place? And who is doing it now? For decades, the Laurentian elite grappled with an
00:51:11.260 existential crisis, Quebec separatism. Confederation was, in their view, a compact between two founding
00:51:17.560 peoples that would be blown apart if Quebec left. Shockingly, Laurentian Canada's brokerage
00:51:22.600 parties had no visceral understanding of the true believing separatists who viewed each
00:51:28.600 Federalist concession as incremental independence. So we had our near-death experience in 1995,
00:51:35.160 allegedly saved only by money and the ethnic vote, to quote PQ leader Jacques Perizot.
00:51:41.600 Overconfident, Federalist leaders, Laurentian all, Laurentians all,
00:51:46.840 barely sleepwalked through the campaign until they realized at the 11th hour
00:51:51.500 that Quebecers might actually vote to leave.
00:51:54.540 Remember the results of that vote?
00:51:56.620 50.1% to 49.9%?
00:52:01.760 A shaken Kretchen gave a pleading address five days before the vote
00:52:05.880 and interviewed years later senior Liberal Cabinet Minister
00:52:08.940 still resembled deer in the headlights and contemplating the unthinkable. Of course,
00:52:14.320 Perizot's people had a detailed implementation plan ready to launch upon a favorable result.
00:52:20.380 Using the twin yardsticks of fiscal management and national unity, the Laurentian elite's tenure
00:52:25.720 over the past 50 years has ranged from poor to passable. As the Laurentians presided their
00:52:31.860 worldview, Ibbotson's Laurentian consensus ruled, lack of competition from a rival elite or
00:52:38.800 elites, excepting, of course, the separatists, and we saw how that turned out, increased their
00:52:43.820 torpor and complacency. This, coupled with an increasingly arrogant detachment from many
00:52:50.100 ordinary Canadians, particularly those outside central Canada, caused repeated social and
00:52:55.660 political rifts. Historically, the Laurentian elite were upper Canadian Anglo-Protestants and
00:53:03.620 quebecois patricians and their descendants still dominate the upper strata of politics
00:53:11.000 the bureaucracy crown corporations and agencies academia and media
00:53:16.120 did you hear what i just said there laurentian elites and their descendants still dominate the
00:53:25.720 upper strata of politics bureaucracy crown corporations and agendas or sorry agencies
00:53:31.360 academia, and media. Private sector membership tends toward legacy industries, particularly
00:53:37.340 bank, finance, and manufacturing, often dominated by multi-generational families. The media,
00:53:44.160 particularly the CBC, project the consensus across the country. As Diane Francis has observed,
00:53:51.260 the elite's members have remarkable mobility among the upper levels of Canada's government,
00:53:55.460 business and the bureaucracy. Today's Laurentian Elite is also arguably our franchise of the
00:54:02.700 mobile transnational professional class, the Anywheres, as discussed by Stephen Harper's
00:54:08.480 2018 book, Right Here, Right Now. They are, according to Harper, urban and university
00:54:14.340 educated professionals who have become genuinely globally oriented in their careers and personal
00:54:20.720 lives. As anywheres, the Laurentians largely reflect the universal, broadly leftist monoculture.
00:54:30.420 Their personal ethos is typically secular and socially progressive. Today, this includes much
00:54:36.140 of the postmodern canon, intersectionality, quantifying privilege, and the seemingly
00:54:41.660 incessant signaling of virtue. Economically, they range from socialist to corporatist,
00:54:47.300 businessman who actively seek advantage from deals with government while typically promoting
00:54:52.340 the social progressive agenda. And what is going on right now with the Trudeau Foundation? And by
00:54:58.800 the way, Garnet Genis of the Conservative Party on Monday made a motion to have a public inquiry
00:55:04.520 into the Trudeau Foundation, which was voted down by the liberals and the NDP. Nobody will look at
00:55:12.400 the Trudeau Foundation. Nobody. Adopting globalism may actually have diluted the Laurentian nature
00:55:21.200 of class and boosted their disdain for national character. This may explain Justin Trudeau's
00:55:26.540 comments in the New York Times. There is no core identity, no mainstream in Canada. Perhaps a riff
00:55:31.940 on Paul Martin's country of minorities or Jan Martel's Canada as the greatest hotel on earth.
00:55:37.660 ironically the laurentians consider themselves worldly sophisticated and cosmopolitan but are
00:55:45.600 often remarkably periochial sorry parochial the view from toronto sea and tower seems to be our
00:55:51.860 own version of sol steinberg's classic cartoon the world seen from ninth avenue in manhattan
00:55:56.980 one imagines reasonable clarity up to roughly weber's hamburger stand near orillia ontario
00:56:03.140 beyond which come fuzzy images of moose, muskeg, wheat, mountains, and finally, the Pacific Ocean.
00:56:13.380 While 200 years ago, the periphery could be treated as a frontier to be managed,
00:56:18.600 such an attitude is fatal today.
00:56:21.740 The West now comprises almost one-third of Canada's population,
00:56:25.180 compared with less than 23% for Quebec,
00:56:28.080 and the former is by far our most demographically dynamic region.
00:56:33.140 Annual West-East fiscal transfers have run for decades and now total hundreds of billions of dollars.
00:56:38.920 While Toronto finance is still formidable, and central Canada has more jobs in that sector, about 66%, than its share of the population,
00:56:47.720 corporate clout has shifted west if slowed by the oil crash of 2014.
00:56:53.980 The Laurentian response to shifting population and money has been restrictive, envious, and resentful.
00:57:00.280 with ignorance and neglect replaced by targeted aggression under a cloak of green the federal
00:57:07.080 liberals have written one generally supportive rule book for economic development in the east
00:57:11.640 and a decidedly unfriendly one including the west coast oil tanker ban and bill c69 the no more
00:57:17.580 pipelines bill for the west the burning question is whether the laurentian elite is confusing
00:57:23.660 short-term tactical gain with strategic accomplishment is it really to the elite's
00:57:28.800 fundamental and long-term benefit to beggar the region that supplies the lion's share of financial
00:57:33.960 lubricant that powers the nation? The past several years show that despite its electoral success,
00:57:41.420 the Laurentian elites simply do not possess the life experience to manage
00:57:46.720 current regional tensions and basic national affairs. Simply put, Westerners don't need
00:57:53.880 another round of condescension and contempt from the Laurentian elite, nor its approval or
00:57:58.720 affirmation and what precisely do they think the west skilled workers and highly educated
00:58:03.520 professionals need to be educated about i'm going to leave that there guys but i want you to
00:58:08.160 understand something and this is very crucial for all of us to understand laurentian elites
00:58:16.360 are not just the liberals
00:58:19.360 they're also the conservatives
00:58:24.000 they're also the Bloc Québécois
00:58:27.380 they're also the NDP
00:58:29.920 and they're also the People's Party of Canada
00:58:33.760 what do you think Maxime Bernier is
00:58:38.580 what did he grow up in
00:58:40.920 he is a Laurentian elite
00:58:44.780 according to that definition
00:58:46.660 and the Laurentian elites are all in this together
00:58:53.760 conservative, NDP, liberal
00:58:57.260 PPC, green, block
00:59:01.220 it doesn't matter
00:59:03.120 our job
00:59:08.800 is to somehow wrench the Laurentian elites
00:59:13.760 out of power and that's tough because you can't just vote them out as we pointed out they encompass
00:59:21.440 all of the institutions of our country they run the show universities government bureaucracy
00:59:28.600 and how many government workers are on strike right now 150,000 they control unions they control
00:59:37.940 corporations in Toronto, Montreal. They're formidable. And the only way that we're going
00:59:50.800 to escape them, in my opinion, is by breaking up the country. It's the only way. Now, I
01:00:04.740 don't think that's ever going to happen and when I say break up the country I mean western
01:00:12.000 separation I don't think that's ever going to happen because we can't we can't ever seem to
01:00:21.160 get the momentum behind it and I don't know why that is I mean the Quebec separatists they got
01:00:29.700 all kinds of momentum up to 50 percent and in some polls i mean this is this is before trudeau
01:00:35.280 took over and you know there hasn't really been a separation thing in quebec since 1995 really
01:00:40.300 but when they had that thing going man they had it going strong
01:00:44.860 some polls were above 50 and that's why they decided to have that vote
01:00:48.920 and i think people chickened out at the end in quebec
01:00:54.960 or else they would have been a separate entity right now but it was a cultural thing there
01:01:03.080 it was a language thing there what is it here it's about being ruled from a far away land
01:01:11.900 and essentially that's why the usa exists today taxation without representation
01:01:19.480 the boston tea party next thing you know there's the war of independence
01:01:23.400 the UK the United Kingdom the king was taking all of the natural resources and everything that
01:01:31.820 was produced in the colonies back to the UK and taxing the hell out of those people there and
01:01:37.200 giving them table scraps essentially to live off and yeah there were some rich land barons and
01:01:43.600 whatnot scattered throughout the colonies to keep their eyes on the people until they finally stood
01:01:49.900 up and said, that's enough. So when's it going to happen in Western Canada? Because that's what
01:01:56.540 this is all about. It's about being ruled by an arrogant king, essentially, because, you know, 0.93
01:02:04.680 you know what it's like in Western Canada. And, you know, I know there's a lot of people watching
01:02:09.240 this in Ontario and, you know, Atlantic Canada right now, Quebec. And I know you guys feel the
01:02:16.620 same way that westerners feel it's a canadian thing when it comes to our freedoms right and we
01:02:21.820 all don't like trudeau very much and we know about the globalist plan but the laurentian elites and
01:02:27.620 the reason i brought that up in the first place is because they are the ones who are imposing
01:02:32.600 all of this globalist nonsense on us it's the laurentian elites who are doing it through the
01:02:38.900 universities through the institutions of this country through the bureaucracies there's a great
01:02:44.100 story on rebel news today about uh david menzies he goes down to the picket line the peace act
01:02:50.960 picket line in toronto outside of a passport office i think and he's talking about how they
01:02:56.240 want more equity training more intersectionality more you know less racism in the federal bureaucracy
01:03:04.620 and i couldn't even believe that this is one of the things they're asking for one of their demands
01:03:08.980 they want more equity more fairness are you kidding me right now i think in order to be
01:03:15.220 hired by any government in this country federal or provincial you have to be a person of color
01:03:21.400 it goes without saying even though they they don't say it 0.91
01:03:27.000 right but that's the way it seems every time you go to a passport office doesn't it
01:03:35.220 or to get your driver's license renewed.
01:03:45.760 So Western Canada, in my opinion,
01:03:51.240 needs to go its own way.
01:03:54.160 It just does.
01:03:57.700 It's the only way to stop all of this from happening.
01:04:02.120 right now right here right now because i believe that the values in the west
01:04:08.820 and this is strongly based upon alberta who may fall to the ndp at the end of may
01:04:16.320 but this is strongly based upon alberta and saskatchewan not so much manitoba because
01:04:21.940 manitoba is a different animal it's a province of 1.4 million people with nine 900 000 of those
01:04:28.580 people all living in the same city. Like, go figure. Two-thirds of the population of
01:04:36.160 this province lives in Winnipeg. And Winnipeg is a very, very bourgeois government, remember
01:04:49.580 it's the capital of Manitoba, government city that leans left. So I don't think that you
01:04:58.300 would get much support in terms of separation from manitoba based upon the city of winnipeg
01:05:02.840 i think saskatchewan would i think alberta would and i think perhaps the bc interior might
01:05:09.580 now that leaves that area without a seaport so they can export oil and grains and whatever else
01:05:18.120 uranium potash but perhaps they could strike a deal with manitoba to use churchill
01:05:25.340 or strike a deal with bc somehow to use the seaports along the west coast either way
01:05:31.300 this has to happen because the values of western canada are much different than the values of
01:05:41.480 the laurentian cities of montreal ottawa and toronto and those are the four cities that
01:05:48.140 keep winning the Liberals elections and that's it so in order to gain freedom back
01:05:59.880 at least for Western Canadians and you know Ontarians watching this and Quebecers and
01:06:05.760 Atlantic Canadians you would be more than welcome in our country over here in the West
01:06:10.460 because I believe that Western Canada stands for freedom 1.00
01:06:18.140 whereas the majority of people who live in central canada and the atlantic they're dragging us down
01:06:26.440 not you because you're here with us right now but the majority of people out there just do not
01:06:33.580 understand and i'm sorry to say this i'm very sad that i say this because i believed in this country
01:06:43.240 but Justin Trudeau has shown us how fragile it really is and who is really running the show
01:06:50.220 unless there's a way we can get these entrenched Laurentian elite out of these unelected positions
01:06:56.060 I don't see any other options and they've been in these positions a long time
01:07:02.160 and they're arrogant and they will be very difficult to dislodge
01:07:06.220 I have two more things tonight before I wrap up the show you guys
01:07:13.000 And I'm sorry, I did not mean at all to go on that long, long-winded rant that I just went on.
01:07:19.560 But I feel like that is the only thing that we can do at this point.
01:07:26.600 Now, having said that, it's a ways off.
01:07:31.040 And I don't know if there's any way to really make it happen if we do get to that boiling point.
01:07:37.600 Because people just do not want to hear it.
01:07:39.740 Ah, you've been talking about separating for 40 years and you never show anything.
01:07:43.580 Nothing. 0.99
01:07:46.640 And I'm wondering why there isn't more of a boiling point yet with this ass clown as the prime minister. 0.99
01:07:54.800 Petition to oust woke Chilliwack school board chair surges. 0.99
01:07:59.260 There she is right there.
01:08:00.540 A petition to remove Chilliwack school district chair Willow Reichelt has accrued over 1,300 signatures,
01:08:08.540 signatures two days after it was started on the platform change.org rack health has been at the
01:08:14.360 center of a recent controversy at sd33 after a flood of parents complained that the school board
01:08:20.660 was making sexually explicit material available to children so here's an excerpt listen to this
01:08:27.000 for one minute and 38 seconds of how she speaks to this concerned grandmother
01:08:31.140 that one okay um hi i'm a grandmother that has 10 grandchildren in this school district
01:08:43.380 um i have two things that are on my mind here because you just state your name for the record
01:08:49.560 teresa gebink thanks uh so i'll just go ahead and jump right in um one of them is a safety policy i
01:08:56.500 I don't know if there is such a thing for overnight trips.
01:08:59.500 My first concern is regarding an overnight field trip
01:09:02.420 coming up in which there are students 0.93
01:09:04.080 that identify as the opposite sex attending.
01:09:06.260 Just to interrupt, that's not on the agenda.
01:09:07.960 We're speaking about the items that are on the agenda.
01:09:10.280 Is it not a policy?
01:09:14.480 I thought you were rewriting all the policies.
01:09:16.980 The agenda was posted online,
01:09:19.100 so we're speaking about items that are on this agenda.
01:09:21.120 So that is not one of them.
01:09:23.140 What about for violence and bullying in the schools?
01:09:26.940 Is that something I can speak on?
01:09:28.120 That's not on this agenda.
01:09:29.140 Okay.
01:09:30.340 So basically, anything I wanted to say today is not going to...
01:09:36.320 When can I come to speak about it?
01:09:38.160 You can email the trustees at any point.
01:09:39.240 I have emailed you and you responded, but I didn't get the answers that I was hoping for.
01:09:45.300 Well, if you have questions, you can go back to the board.
01:09:47.340 There is a transgender child going on this field trip, but where is this child going to sleep?
01:09:51.880 i know you can hear me i can hear you but it's not getting broadcast because you're saying
01:09:56.060 something that's potentially discriminatory so i'm not going to let you speak anymore you can
01:09:59.480 please take a seat those items are not on the agenda thank you wow wow you're saying something
01:10:08.020 that's potentially what offensive or discriminatory or racist so i'm not going to let you speak
01:10:15.880 anymore like that is the arrogance of these people
01:10:21.880 As seen many times in public school board meetings, Willow does not listen when parents,
01:10:26.140 guardians, and other residents of the Chilliwack community attempt to voice their concerns. She
01:10:29.860 will turn off their mic before they finished speaking, said Cindy Carpenter, who started
01:10:35.060 the petition. She will also shut off the mic of fellow trustees if their opinion does not align
01:10:39.880 with hers. She's also raised her voice, scoffed, laughed at, and belittled the ones trying to
01:10:46.180 speak the board recently censured trustee heather maz proclaiming that parents belong to their
01:10:52.660 children after she raised issues with the district's decision to put up obstacles in
01:10:57.500 front of parents such as providing photo id to attend public meetings
01:11:02.020 and lastly middle school hosted disturbing licking game with staff and students remember
01:11:12.720 I was talking about, these Laurentian elites who are controlling our institutions right
01:11:17.620 now. That includes education and schools. And they're the ones who are imposing all
01:11:21.980 of this stuff on us. I understand this is an American story, but the previous one was 0.82
01:11:26.320 not. That was Chilliwack, British Columbia. And by the way, the Laurentian elites, they
01:11:33.120 are spreading. They're not just in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa anymore. They are spreading.
01:11:42.720 And even if they're not doing it physically, they're spreading that mentality.
01:11:47.400 They're spreading that awful, putrid, Marxist ideology across the entire education landscape of our country.
01:11:58.800 Whether it's public or private, whether it's post-secondary or high school. 0.98
01:12:05.140 a middle school principal is facing discipline for an inappropriate sexualized licking game
01:12:12.680 between students and staff before students left for spring break desert hills middle school in
01:12:18.000 kennewick hosted an assembly and fundraiser that featured a competition between students and staff
01:12:23.220 the two plexiglass panes were stationed in the middle of the gym and each side of the glass at
01:12:29.000 four spots of marshmallow cream students and staff then competed to lick it off the plexiglass
01:12:34.980 often with the adult educators and their minor students licking their respective sides of the
01:12:40.180 glass at once students in the crowd could be heard screaming oh disgusting that's so gross and what
01:12:45.140 the heck one student yelled who thought this was a good idea one student recorded a portion of the
01:12:51.600 game the student's mom posted it on facebook and shared it with the jason rant show on ktth she
01:12:57.880 explained she was baffled that so many adults at the school didn't realize how inappropriate that
01:13:03.440 game was, and here's a little bit of a sample.
01:13:05.480 What the heck?
01:13:08.900 Oh my God! 0.99
01:13:10.560 What the heck? 0.98
01:13:11.480 That's actually so disgusting. 0.99
01:13:12.620 That's actually so gross. 0.82
01:13:14.200 That's just so gross. 0.72
01:13:16.360 Ew! 0.63
01:13:18.280 That's gross!
01:13:20.820 That's actually so gross! 0.98
01:13:22.820 What the heck? 0.98
01:13:25.360 What the heck? 0.98
01:13:28.820 Okay, okay, we don't need to hear the screaming anymore, but...
01:13:32.480 So if that's your kid's school, and I mean, first of all, the hygiene issue alone, the hygiene issue alone, you know, post pandemic, everybody should be aware of this, shouldn't they?
01:13:48.260 and secondly you're licking on the other side of a clear glass something off this glass
01:13:58.680 right opposite one of your teacher's faces that is inappropriate and disgusting to be 0.99
01:14:10.580 looking through that glass and seeing your fat sweaty 45 year old teacher 0.99
01:14:20.080 how traumatizing would that be for a 14 year old
01:14:27.360 like i'd have nightmares i'm sorry that that is not appropriate so the superintendent
01:14:34.840 found out about this and sent a letter to the families once she'd become aware of it
01:14:39.760 had apologized but ultimately how does this happen in the first place it seems as though these kinds
01:14:45.900 of inappropriate things are happening with an alarming alarming uh rate of increase over the
01:14:51.060 past little while and the worst part of it is we used to hear this kind of stuff happening quite a
01:14:55.880 bit well not quite a bit but occasionally you'd and usually it was in florida i always used to
01:15:00.340 joke about that when i was on the radio oh look another florida weirdo story but you would hear 0.84
01:15:05.600 about a teacher who had had sex with a student like once every few years and now it's like you 0.59
01:15:10.820 know four or five of these stories every week the inappropriate behavior of these teachers the the
01:15:16.600 questions they're asking these students in school it's like so um are you transgender are the two
01:15:21.560 of you together when two girls are sitting eating their lunch together in the cafeteria
01:15:25.420 like that's none of your business but they feel emboldened
01:15:30.960 by the system now and yet they still have to rail on it every time i open my facebook page
01:15:38.940 you guys it's crazy ridiculous that i'm seeing posts from vox saying that dylan mulvaney is just
01:15:45.920 gorgeous and beautiful and how lizzo is happy about her 400 pound appearance and i mean it
01:15:52.140 i don't subscribe to these pages i don't know why that stuff is being jammed down my throat
01:15:57.820 every single day but it is and it's enough already do you get that also do you get like
01:16:04.940 these ridiculous posts you know somehow i i and i didn't see that it was sponsored or anything 0.68
01:16:12.280 queer or uh queer eye for the straight guy or whatever like just these crazy new accounts 0.98
01:16:20.740 that are pro-trans and pro-intersexuality
01:16:27.740 and non-binary and all of this stuff.
01:16:30.960 And I didn't subscribe to this.
01:16:32.760 Why am I getting this?
01:16:34.140 I don't get feeds from people I'm friends with.
01:16:36.340 But I see this?
01:16:40.060 It's indoctrination.
01:16:42.400 And it continues.
01:16:43.480 They are pounding us relentlessly.
01:16:45.500 and it's a whole society-wide sweep so i saw somebody the other day say well
01:16:55.580 ignore it it's no big deal and my friends that's how we got here in the first place because we
01:17:02.340 ignored this nonsense for too long and now look now look and you don't want to seem like a bigot
01:17:09.980 or a backwards-looking person.
01:17:12.600 But all you are is a critical thinker.
01:17:18.240 Somebody who goes, wait a minute, this doesn't make any sense.
01:17:21.600 This is not a part of the human condition. 0.99
01:17:25.000 This has all been branded into our kids' brains by a bunch of sickos, 0.99
01:17:29.820 and we let them do it. 0.98
01:17:30.920 So now it's our job to make it stop.
01:17:33.840 And then once we make it stop, then we have to reverse it.
01:17:37.960 So you can't just sit back and ignore it.
01:17:39.980 Now you actively have to stand up and say something.
01:17:42.540 And don't let people like that school trustee in Chilliwack shut you down.
01:17:47.500 Even if she shuts off your mic, it doesn't matter.
01:17:50.580 Keep talking. 1.00
01:17:52.560 Make her get up and get out of the room. 1.00
01:17:54.760 Make her show who she is. 0.88
01:17:57.080 And everybody like her or him.
01:18:01.360 Because they can never make an argument.
01:18:03.500 They'll just look at you.
01:18:04.460 They'll call you a racist or an anti-this or a denier or whatever.
01:18:09.980 but that doesn't matter they will run from you they will run they'll never make an argument
01:18:18.200 they'll never have a debate with you they're scared because they know that their whole ideology
01:18:22.940 is complete sham it's a house of cards and we will make it tumble and we need everybody you guys
01:18:29.520 everybody to start standing up and saying things in public awkward spots yet i know it's tough
01:18:37.020 but we have to
01:18:39.200 I do it
01:18:40.360 are you going to wear that mask
01:18:45.140 forever I'll say to people
01:18:47.360 what are you supposed to be now
01:18:52.620 I'll say it politely but I'll still
01:18:55.140 say it
01:18:55.720 no
01:19:00.520 we need to return to sanity and the only
01:19:03.060 way to do that is just
01:19:04.800 doing it ourselves

01:20:43.720 and surveillance operator all across the country he is also a raging patriot he believes probably
01:20:50.540 doesn't agree with me when i say that canada has no choice but to break up if we want any
01:20:55.140 kind of semblance of freedom because western canada does not have the laurentian elite
01:21:01.140 you know the funny thing about any institution whether it's a government a university or whatever
01:21:06.100 corporation is that there's always a certain breed of people who brand themselves elite and try to
01:21:13.500 start running the show and separate themselves from the proletariat let's say right and i would
01:21:21.660 hate to see that happen in a new republic that's something that we have to guard against 0.92
01:21:26.180 something we always are going to have to guard against whether we're in a republic or not and
01:21:33.080 i know that sounds like communism but it's not there's a difference between financial security
01:21:40.060 and social standing even though some people tie those two things together oh because you're a
01:21:46.600 10 millionaire now let's say you won the lottery does that mean you're going to start running with
01:21:50.120 the rich crowd i don't think so there's no rule that says you have to do that anyway let's get
01:21:57.440 i'm sorry i went off on a tizzy when i was talking about tacit investigations in security

01:22:36.220 Now, sorry about the rants I went on tonight, you guys
01:22:40.620 But it just occurred to me that that is the only way that this is going to happen
01:22:44.200 It occurred to me live right in the middle of the show
01:22:46.340 And I just decided to blurt it out
01:22:49.920 Because I don't believe there's any hope for Canada with this institution we have, whether it's a conservative government or whether it's a liberal government or whether it's a PPC government.
01:22:58.160 There is no way to save this country politically unless we can somehow get a grassroots movement together before the next election happens.
01:23:11.660 And when I say grassroots, I mean an uprising of the people.
01:23:15.600 and from the grassroots we have to select our candidates and that doesn't make those candidates
01:23:23.960 any better than anybody else it just means we felt that you were best suited to run in this writing
01:23:30.660 and represent our vibe and if there's enough frustrated people in this country and you can
01:23:38.720 make them believe that there is no political solution to this that pierre polyev or max
01:23:43.340 Bernier is the answer or isn't the answer then we might have something but until that day comes
01:23:49.460 we're going to be stuck with what we get and we'll get what we deserve
01:23:53.480 I would like to see this happen I would like to see us rise up peacefully
01:24:00.400 and vote in Joe Blow or Joanne Blow or Joanne and Joe Blow
01:24:09.760 and they can go in there and they can fire the deep state bureaucracy and you see that's what
01:24:16.600 they're called in the states deep state here the laurentian elite same thing and then we can get
01:24:22.720 this country back on a paying basis and bring things back to normal until that day
01:24:27.760 and that should be a positive message not a negative one that's it for the show tonight
01:24:36.220 you guys i love you all i'll catch you tomorrow night at eight o'clock central for another shadow
01:24:40.060 at night live stream i'll see you then bye for now
