00:00:00.000 Hey, guys, I just got an interesting message.
00:00:06.520 Rebel News, this is the headline now, Rebel News is suing Justin Trudeau.
00:00:17.060 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:00:21.420 This has to do with Bill C-11, of course.
00:00:23.400 We've talked about this bill, the censorship bill, for a while now.
00:00:27.320 it's not going to a vote not for a while it's in second reading in parliament i believe right now
00:00:32.840 so it you know these things they tend to snake along really slowly but when they do implement
00:00:39.720 this and pablo rodriguez he's the minister for culture i think in the federal government he was
00:00:46.620 talking about it yesterday the guy looks crazy well you know we uh we we wouldn't uh we wouldn't
00:00:52.760 have say in that we'd give a commission would be the ones handing out the media license so
00:00:58.600 basically what they want to do is make it so that every show like this has to apply to the federal
00:01:06.980 government for a license license to be a news broadcaster and you have to meet a certain
00:01:12.460 criteria which is yet to be determined or who it's set by we have no idea what that's going to be
00:01:18.600 either. Some independently selected panel, I suppose. Anyway, let's hope it doesn't pass.
00:01:25.380 It probably will. But if Ezra Levant from Rebel News has his way, then maybe it won't. And we'll
00:01:32.740 get to that story and a whole bunch more stuff in just a second. We have the tweets. Speaking of
00:01:38.100 Rebel News from Sheila Gunn-Reed, we have her tweets from this afternoon session at the AHS
00:01:43.260 uh constitution constitutional trial this afternoon so we're going to get to that in
00:01:49.100 just a second as well hello fox moldy hello ted koozie hello barb hello rosie
00:01:57.960 hello russ how are you hello meno hello my friend jim jim you just had a birthday and i missed it
00:02:08.120 I'm so sorry.
00:02:08.900 Unless it's today, I think maybe it's today.
00:02:11.780 If it's not today, it was certainly yesterday.
00:02:13.800 So anyway, my friends, please wish our friend Jim Neufeld a happy birthday today from the entire Shadow at Night crew.
00:02:22.880 All right.
00:02:23.200 Like, go ahead and say it in the comments.
00:02:24.520 Happy birthday, Jim.
00:02:26.100 He is he's an old friend of mine.
00:02:29.100 He has been a loyal viewer of this show since the beginning.
00:02:32.160 I really appreciate that, Jim.
00:02:33.800 And the least I could do is wish you a happy freaking birthday.
00:02:37.600 So I hope you're having a good day or had a good day yesterday.
00:02:41.160 Hello, Diane from British Columbia.
00:02:43.240 Oh, I do have some British Columbia news I want to play for you later on.
00:02:47.700 Yeah, go ahead and say where you're from in the comments, guys.
00:02:50.080 It's really cool.
00:02:50.800 I find out, hey, there's somebody watching from Nanaimo.
00:02:53.100 That's awesome.
00:02:53.840 Somebody watching from Tilsonburg, Ontario.
00:02:56.300 Awesome.
00:02:57.340 Somebody watching from La Brochery, Manitoba.
00:03:01.460 Awesome.

00:03:14.240 Like my name right there.
00:03:15.640 Just all one word.
00:03:17.080 S-H-A-D-O-E-D-A-V-I-S at gmail.com.
00:03:20.800 Lots of people sending me interesting stuff.
00:03:22.800 Sometimes I use it on the show.
00:03:24.180 Sometimes I don't.
00:03:24.960 Depends what else I've got going for that night.
00:03:28.500 Oh, guests coming up in the not-too-distant future.
00:03:32.080 We're going to have Derek Frum, constitutional and employment lawyer from Calgary on the show next Wednesday night.
00:03:40.800 Ainsley McSorley is a physical fitness trainer and life coach here in Winnipeg.
00:03:46.060 She'll be coming on the show next week as well.
00:03:48.340 Brent Allery from the band Reckon So is going to be coming on, too.
00:03:51.460 We had an interesting conversation, he and I, today about all the different offers he's had to play at all the different freedom festivals that are going to be happening in southern Manitoba later this spring and in the summer.
00:04:02.080 And we found it interesting. There was so many different festivals with so many different organizers planned. And we thought, wouldn't it be great? And I think you guys know what I'm going to say, but I'm going to say it anyway.
00:04:16.900 wouldn't it be great if we could get all those organizers together under one tent
00:04:24.780 and put on one huge mega fest freedom fest one instead of driving out to
00:04:37.400 boziger and then off to dauphin and then off to nipawad one big huge festival i don't care where
00:04:49.080 it is could be anywhere this is the thing of it like we could we could put names in a hat as long
00:04:54.640 as it's a proper place with enough area for thousands of people because i think thousands
00:05:00.560 of people would want to attend now i'm not saying we're going to have huge names appear at this
00:05:07.320 thing you know but we'll have some entertainment for you definitely and things to do fun things to
00:05:14.960 do it's just got to get it all together that's all i've ever asked so we're going to talk more
00:05:22.900 about getting it together in the next few nights as well oh oh i met with uh jeff stone from tacit
00:05:31.440 investigations and security today by the way as you guys know tacit investigations and security
00:05:36.580 has been a longtime sponsor of this show. And starting tonight, we have got some brand new
00:05:43.040 shirts to give away. Jeff and I had a great conversation. He's going to come on the show
00:05:47.560 at some point soon, too, because, man, this guy is steeped in knowledge about the World Economic
00:05:53.880 Forum, the Young Global Leaders, Elon Musk. We talked Twitter. We talked about all kinds of
00:05:58.860 things today in two hours. It was a fantastic sit down with Jeff. And he showed me the new
00:06:03.500 t-shirts remember i've been talking about these new t-shirts so for the first time tonight you
00:06:08.380 guys you'll have a chance to win one of these babies right here can you see all this i hope
00:06:14.180 you can right there all right i'm gonna hold it up right there so it's got the flag on the front
00:06:19.820 and tacit obviously right there on guard for thee the canadian flag right there and on the back
00:06:29.060 What does it say? Patriot. Yeah. So you've got a chance to win this shirt tonight.

00:07:34.820 I think Manitoba's got a new area code coming.
00:07:36.880 We've already got two.
00:07:39.720 204-952-4775, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
00:07:47.560 And the show is also brought to you by CanadaNanoSilver.ca.
00:07:51.540 Canada NanoSilver.
00:07:53.380 dot ca here it is the facial serum there's a lot of people guys who are getting this stuff i've
00:07:59.500 i can't say that i'm surprised by it because any time a new product comes out right from one of
00:08:06.160 your favorite distributors people want it i gotta try that i gotta try and see if it really works
00:08:10.960 well it does i mean i'm i think i'm a prime example of that so here here is the facial
00:08:18.540 facial serum you apply twice a day and what does it do it stimulates stem cell activation it's an
00:08:23.680 anti-inflammatory it cleanses your skin it promotes natural healing uh what else here
00:08:29.420 provides hours of intense cellular hydration and softness diminished wrinkles and fine lines well
00:08:34.600 hydrated skin curbs premature wrinkling keeps collagen synthesis up increases skin hydration
00:08:41.380 locks in moisture boosts skin elasticity enhances collagen production and come on who doesn't want
00:08:48.300 to look younger huh we all do my friends for more information on this and perhaps to pick some up
00:08:54.860 you go to canadananosilver.ca canadananosilver.ca all right let's start with the show here now
00:09:02.040 marty gold of the j.ca he's a busy guy with his editing duties there at the j.ca
00:09:08.760 right canada's largest jewish publication
00:09:12.360 but he has taken the time and i don't know why he's doing me a favor i guess and thank you
00:09:19.660 marty very much for your help on this i really appreciate it to put together all of the tweets
00:09:24.840 for the last three days from the big constitutional uh hearings and trial going on in alberta it's
00:09:30.820 ahs versus uh the justice center for constitutional freedoms and dina henshaw the chief medical
00:09:38.120 officer of Alberta has been on the stand for four straight days now. Now, Sheila Gunn-Reed from
00:09:44.380 Rebel News has been tracking this via Twitter, but she didn't have a chance to track all of it today,
00:09:49.660 only the afternoon session, because she was busy with other things. So what Marty did was he picked
00:09:54.560 up some other tweets from Bonnie Michael and Fringe Boomer Burner and put them all together
00:10:00.520 for us here in this concise little package. It's not long because we only have the afternoon session,
00:10:05.660 But here's what happened at the trial today.
00:10:08.800 So let me make this bigger for you guys so you can see.
00:10:12.200 Sheila did not catch much of the trial.
00:10:14.000 She was busy with rebel business.
00:10:15.320 So the judge says that she will ask three questions to Hinshaw, Dina Hinshaw.
00:10:22.220 Let me grab that.
00:10:24.220 About cabinet privilege and confidentiality.
00:10:27.380 So we won't get to know what those are.
00:10:30.380 This was part of an objection yesterday to a question about what Hinshaw told the government
00:10:34.200 and what she advised so we'll get to know what the questions are and they went over them this
00:10:39.640 morning well i was busy with other work says sheila but we may or may not get to know what
00:10:44.860 hinshaw's answers are until the judge rules so this is from fringe boomer burner she said earlier
00:10:52.280 what the in-camera questions would be but counsel are not entitled to be present for the answers
00:10:56.760 here are the three questions to be asked did premier and cabinet etc ever direct you to
00:11:04.940 impose more severe restrictions in your cmoh orders than you recommended that'd be interesting
00:11:12.660 because if you'll recall a couple of days ago dina hinshaw said i didn't make the decisions
00:11:17.800 on these restrictions that was made by cabinet the provincial cabinet jason henny and his kenny
00:11:23.960 and his henchmen. The question, the second one, did the premier cabinet ever recommend more severe
00:11:29.720 restrictions on specific groups like churches, gyms, schools, small business than you recommend
00:11:35.180 it? And again, no answer. We may not have the answer until the ruling from the judge.
00:11:40.520 And the third question, did premier and cabinet recommend lifting or loosening restrictions at
00:11:45.720 any time and your recommendation was refused or ignored by cabinet? The lawyer Rath proposed a
00:11:52.840 fourth question, but apparently it was not accepted. So Mr. Rath seems to be asking the doctor
00:11:57.620 questions regarding just how accurate the PCR tests that were available in the time period
00:12:03.800 in question are. Goes to post-vax being similar to post-infection immunity.
00:12:09.220 Rath refers to the Great Barrington Declaration versus the John Snow Memorandum that she supports
00:12:15.040 and that the former had 10 times more signatories. She isn't sure about whether the Great Barrington
00:12:20.880 declaration had all signers that are qualified to testify in this field he asks
00:12:25.280 was covid the only stressor on our health care system at that time she replies that there were
00:12:33.120 other factors but doesn't have specifics with her regarding the number of physicians etc
00:12:37.240 and we're finished watching court for today and that's it if i understand correctly
00:12:43.680 what she will render her decision to counsel next week and the case will continue via written
00:12:49.640 arguments there is no way there's a decision that's coming that quickly so we're going to
00:12:54.140 find out more on this this is all unfinished guys i want to thank marty gold for putting all of this
00:12:58.620 together obviously but we're going to be finding out more about this as the days go on but i'm
00:13:04.880 certainly hoping that at some point soon we do get a ruling on this and you know it surprises
00:13:12.080 me that these judges because we're talking about people's lives here and the effect these lockdowns
00:13:19.480 and the masks and the vaccine passports and all of that had on them. And so for a judge to take
00:13:26.540 six months to make a ruling on all of this is absolute nonsense. I mean, if a government can
00:13:32.380 expedite lockdowns, vaccine distribution, and all of that, then a judge in an emergency situation
00:13:40.920 should be able to come up with a ruling based upon all the available evidence,
00:13:45.580 whether this stuff is constitutional or not this should have this should have been done before any
00:13:50.940 of these restrictions were ever put in place in any province based upon section one of the charter
00:13:57.980 of rights and freedoms but it hasn't been governments have been stepping all over the
00:14:07.260 constitution and only now are some of these cases finally getting to court there is no excuse for
00:14:12.600 this. There is no excuse for this whatsoever. Guys, don't forget to like and share the show.
00:14:17.920 Don't forget. And the reason for that is because there's a lot of people who have yet to see the
00:14:22.560 show. First of all, they're not getting the information they need to hear. They're not
00:14:25.940 getting my expert analysis on it. But the biggest thing in all of this is that people feel so
00:14:36.200 alone imagine yourself in a small town someplace and you think you're probably not but you think
00:14:44.780 you're the only person in the world still thinking straight right and every day you face criticism
00:14:53.780 and ridicule for the way you think as a matter of fact i got a great email today and you want
00:14:58.560 know what, if I read this email to you guys, I might give away the person's identity. So
00:15:09.440 I don't want to do that. Have you had any problems with your Gmail at all lately, guys?
00:15:28.560 Okay, so I'm going to read this email to you.
00:15:32.520 I'm going to exclude names and locations.
00:15:36.200 But this is something that really happened, actually.
00:15:42.700 Hello, Shadow.
00:15:43.560 Just wanted to share what happened to me in a small town.
00:15:46.540 I'm not going to tell you what the town is.
00:15:48.220 Decided to go inside to Tim Horton,
00:15:50.240 seeing as I've not really been inside any food places in a while.
00:15:53.640 Said hi to some locals sitting in a booth.
00:15:55.480 There's three guys.
00:15:56.180 this comes from a woman by the way this this email not really friends but see them all the time no
00:16:03.040 one since childhood thought i'd be friendly and asked if a woman were allowed at their table
00:16:06.600 yes they seemed happy to accommodate after some time i could tell i chose the wrong setting
00:16:12.240 shared my thoughts on government in general and trudeau in particular said canada's become a
00:16:16.940 communist country they seemed shocked at the idea i continued with he's a tyrant so they wanted me
00:16:22.300 to explain in my example was the fact that i did not need a nanny to take care of me nanny state
00:16:26.960 is what she's saying more questions what do you mean they asked well like forcing the shot on us
00:16:32.900 you mean you're not vaccinated no i responded why would i put that poison in my body
00:16:39.540 well you've never seen rats scurry as fast as they did in total disgust they jumped up
00:16:46.660 scolded me for not warning them and then left in a huff unbelievable what we experience thanks
00:16:56.280 shadow you're a lifesaver for many of us okay so i'm not i'm not wanting to take credit for that
00:17:00.340 because i know a lot of you guys in the comment section tend to comfort each other right so it's
00:17:07.720 what we've built here is a community and the more we share the show out the more we can bring people
00:17:15.100 like that in and help them feel part of things and this is all part of cancel culture and the
00:17:24.420 idea they put upon us that we are such a small minority we don't matter and and for every one
00:17:29.540 of us there's like a hundred of them and that's simply not true and we know this because of the
00:17:35.700 third shot statistics the booster shot statistics all across canada where like 42 43 percent manitoba
00:17:42.540 41 percent have been given the booster shot that's it and that's the third shot not the fourth
00:17:48.680 so that means 59 percent of people have not gotten it why because it wasn't mandatory they don't
00:17:55.820 need it to keep their job so they chose not to just as though just as if it weren't mandatory
00:18:02.860 for the first two they wouldn't have either but they did it because they had to
00:18:08.540 If it weren't made mandatory, that number would have probably been the same number for the first two shots.
00:18:18.120 That's my opinion on it anyway, from talking to I don't know how many people about this over the course of the last year and a half.
00:18:26.300 So we had a budget today come down from the federal government.
00:18:29.900 We can't take these clowns seriously.
00:18:32.900 But let's see what they had to say.
00:18:34.440 considering we went in this country for almost, what, three years without one.
00:18:40.420 Anyway, my point was like and share the show, guys, to as many people as you possibly can.
00:18:46.360 Thank you. Finance Minister Christia Freeland, and by the way, there was a great article about
00:18:51.060 her today and her association with the World Economic Forum and the National Post I'm going
00:18:54.920 to get to in just a second. Christia Freeland tabled the second federal budget Thursday,
00:18:59.540 her second federal budget, a multi-billion dollar plan meant to help the country weather
00:19:04.460 increasingly uncertain times through major investments to cool Canada's red-hot housing
00:19:08.720 market and supercharge the transition to a cleaner, greener economy.
00:19:14.920 Can we please get these clowns out somehow, someway?
00:19:19.520 Can we get somebody to convince some NDP and liberal backbenchers that their leadership
00:19:24.820 are clowns and they need to go in the next confidence vote?
00:19:28.720 please can we have that happen can we get the liberals to do to trudeau what the conservatives
00:19:36.380 did to erin o'toole not so long ago wouldn't that be great freeland signaled the days of eye-popping
00:19:44.740 12 digit 12 digit budget deficits are coming to an end and promised a return to greater fiscal
00:19:50.160 prudence now that the immediate threat of covet 19 has abated with corporate canada jittery about
00:19:56.400 Ottawa's sky-high deficit spending in recent years. Freeland acknowledged the country's ability to
00:20:03.960 spend is not infinite, and with interest rates now rising to tame inflation, it's time for the
00:20:10.240 government to review and reduce spending. Well, it's been that time for a while, don't you think?
00:20:17.640 Budgets have been so out of control to spend, spend, spend, spend, spend. Let's just make money
00:20:22.120 and spend it. Print money and spend it. That's why there's such inflation right now. That's why
00:20:26.220 you have to tighten your belt at the grocery store. It's because of all this ridiculous
00:20:31.620 new money that's been added to our financial system. It's diluted the value of the dollar,
00:20:39.080 but I'm not going to get into that. I'm no economist. To that end, Freeland tabled a
00:20:44.740 relatively thin 280-page budget, 500 fewer pages than last year's document that's much more focused
00:20:51.460 on a few key areas than liberal budgets of the recent past. The budget allocates only
00:20:56.160 $31.2 billion in net new spending over the next five years, a fraction of the sums in
00:21:01.520 recent budgets. That's all. $31.2 billion over five years. So that's really only $6 billion
00:21:10.740 a year. That's all. What about reducing that or keeping it stable? What about that?
00:21:17.700 canada and and i can't even believe that she had the nerve to say this but she did
00:21:23.640 canada has a proud tradition of fiscal responsibility it's my duty to maintain it and i will
00:21:30.440 i'm sorry guys i know it's difficult not to laugh
00:21:39.300 canada's finances have improved in a few months since freeland tabled her last fiscal update with
00:21:46.140 the federal government winding down costly COVID-related spending and cashing in on substantially
00:21:50.200 higher oil prices. The deficit for the 21-22 fiscal year will be $30 billion lower than what
00:21:56.460 Freeland predicted it would be in December. The 22-23 deficit projection is $52.8 billion,
00:22:03.360 half of where it was last year. Do you remember when Trudeau said the budget will balance itself
00:22:09.460 and the budget will balance itself? Now I know there's been a lot of COVID expenditures
00:22:15.800 but that was all unnecessary all they had to do was read the great barrington declaration and
00:22:22.740 none of this would have been necessary at all and you want to know what for as much as we
00:22:27.860 underestimate our presence on the world stage canada is a g7 g8 country we are one of the top 1.00
00:22:34.340 industrialized nations on the planet so we do have some impact and if we would have done away 1.00
00:22:41.520 with all of these draconian restrictions that didn't seem to work anyway if you're following
00:22:45.980 the alberta case right now then none of this spending would have been necessary at all
00:22:51.540 people wouldn't have lost their businesses and their jobs in their homes and they wouldn't or
00:22:55.780 they wouldn't have had to go into debt thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars there
00:23:02.120 wouldn't have been so many drug overdoses suicides marriage breakups you name it
00:23:07.560 that's what they put on us and now she sits there and says canada has a proud tradition
00:23:15.620 of fiscal responsibility and i will maintain that
00:23:19.620 all right guys i'm not going to get into the rest of you know exactly where the money is going
00:23:29.440 because and i don't know are you like me when a budget comes out provincial or federal somehow
00:23:36.720 none of it seems to really matter to you personally right like all of these new things
00:23:45.800 oh we've got this here we've got that this great new thing in the budget well it never ever was
00:23:50.600 applicable to me ever not even when i owned a home weird right like i never qualified for
00:23:57.800 anything from the government ever and the loopholes are so small that it's difficult
00:24:05.300 to jump through them. Anyway, this is that article I was talking about from Rupa Subramanya,
00:24:10.900 Chrystia Freeland's side gig with the World Economic Forum is endangering Canadian democracy.
00:24:16.540 And this is, of course, what we've been saying, right? There's a lot of globalists in our
00:24:20.280 government in the opposition as well. And guys, here's something, you know, my conversation with
00:24:25.680 Jeff Stone today. Now, Jeff is neither here nor there, politically speaking, you know, and I'm not
00:24:32.620 going to tell you who he voted for in the last election, because I don't know. And I don't know
00:24:36.340 who he's going to vote for in the next election, if we ever have one again, that is. I know he is
00:24:41.080 on the right side of the middle, but not that far. Like I was saying the other day, you know,
00:24:46.860 the Overton window has shifted so far to the left, which is basically the zeitgeist of the country,
00:24:52.620 that somebody standing in the middle of the political spectrum appears to be on the far
00:24:57.560 right side so somehow we need to move that window back to the middle back to the middle
00:25:04.460 baby steps back to the middle and then we can have some common sense again
00:25:09.160 but uh jeff stone was saying look at if you want to know who is a young global leader and what that
00:25:20.220 program really entails then look it up it's online if you want to know who's proudly affiliated with
00:25:26.740 the world economic forum then look it up they're not hiding so he has done his research on pierre
00:25:36.880 polyev and the guy's an investigator okay he researched and tried to find any tie any scrap
00:25:42.780 of evidence and i'm not talking about the way back machine which is basically a website that
00:25:49.800 is scamming you spamming you click baiting you to believe something that's just not true because
00:25:55.440 there is no evidence. He has looked into this, guys, and he has said Pierre Polyev is not a
00:26:00.940 member of the World Economic Forum, and neither is Maxime Bernier. And I'm not telling you that
00:26:07.520 means you should vote for him. What I am saying to you is that he's not some subversive member of
00:26:14.160 the World Economic Forum or a young global leader. Those who are young global leaders and proud to
00:26:19.840 be associated with the World Economic Forum will tell you. They will tell you on their very own
00:26:24.420 websites, like Michelle Rempel, the conservative MP for Calgary Nose Hill. And if you want to see
00:26:32.660 for yourself, go and look on her website. I showed it to you the other night. It's right there.
00:26:39.360 Christia Freeland. Yes! She's on the board. And so here's the story. The World Economic Forum,
00:26:47.460 which is met at the Swiss ski resort of Davos every year since its creation in 1971 by German
00:26:54.240 academic and entrepreneur klaus schwab was forced to convert its annual schmooze fest into a virtual
00:27:00.700 event this year due to covet 19 of note on the main agenda was a stakeholder capitalism panel
00:27:06.400 which included canada's deputy prime minister and finance minister christia freeland the former
00:27:11.720 journalist turned politician has been a fixture at the world economic forum for years rubbing
00:27:16.800 shoulders at davos with the world's rich famous and powerful was one of the inspirations for her
00:27:21.480 2012 book, Plurocrats, The Rise of the New Global Super Rich and the Fall of Everyone Else.
00:27:29.860 Indeed, in her book, Freeland notes that an invitation to Davos marks an aspiring
00:27:35.300 plurocrats' arrival on the international scene. The global elite don't especially enjoy the glare
00:27:40.560 of publicity on their privileged lifestyle, so much so that Freeland wrote in a 2015 opinion
00:27:45.800 piece in The Guardian, after my book, Plurocrats, was published in 2012, I was even, and I know
00:27:51.280 this will shock you, disinvited to a Davos party. If the doors of Davos were closing for Freeland,
00:27:58.020 they swing wide open after her entry into politics in 2013. Indeed, the one-time critic has enjoyed an
00:28:05.340 apotheosis of sorts and since 2019 has sat on the board of trustees of the World Economic Forum
00:28:11.980 itself. Other members include Canada's own Mark Carney, former governor of the Bank of Canada and
00:28:17.720 the Bank of England, Al Gore, former U.S. vice president, Mukesh Ambani, India's richest
00:28:23.060 individual, Larry Fink, head of BlackRock, the world's largest investment fund, and a slew of
00:28:27.720 other bankers, CEOs, tycoons, and celebrities. Notably, Freeland is the only government minister
00:28:33.840 presently on the board. While there does not appear to be anything explicitly prescribed
00:28:41.100 about Freeland serving on the board of a private foundation, the optics are extremely problematic,
00:28:46.120 as Schwab and the World Economic Forum take strong positions on matters of global public policy,
00:28:51.100 which, if implemented, will affect all Canadians.
00:28:55.220 Even more strangely, Freeland also sits on the supervisory board of the Aspen Institute Kiev,
00:29:00.920 a chapter of another Davos-type exclusive club that holds forth on global issues.
00:29:05.460 That's quite a journey from her beginnings as a freelance journalist working out of the Ukraine.
00:29:10.440 Sorry, Ukraine, no the.
00:29:13.100 These board memberships are far from symbolic.
00:29:16.120 According to the World Economic Forum, the Board of Trustees act as guardians of its mission and values and are its highest level government's body.
00:29:24.900 Similarly, board members of the Aspen Institute Kiev are responsible for providing counsel to the president as well as governance over the business, affairs and property of the institute.
00:29:34.940 What would happen if acting as a guardian for the World Economic Forum came into conflict with acting as a guardian for Canada's public finances, which is Freeland's day job?
00:29:44.260 What would happen if providing counsel to the Aspen Institute president came into conflict with providing counsel to Canada's governor general, which is part of Freeland's day job as a member of the Privy Council?
00:29:58.020 Writing in the New York Times in 2011, Freeland described Schwab as a rather traditionally European social democrat who aims to encourage among participants a kind of noblest oblige or its modern equivalent stakeholder capitalism.
00:30:10.860 I'm really starting to hate that expression, aren't you?
00:30:17.080 The political tradition that Freeland is describing originated with the reaction of privileged liberal elites rebelling against Europe's feudal past, a world away from contemporary Canada.
00:30:28.540 Search the 2019 Liberal Party's campaign platform and you won't find a single reference to stakeholder capitalism.
00:30:34.060 Yet, as a member of the board of trustees of Schwab's outfit, Freeland is implicitly or explicitly committed to importing this brand of European social democracy into a Canadian ethos originally founded on individual rights and free market capitalism, which in turn is premised on maximizing shareholder value.
00:30:54.380 well canada has drifted considerably leftward since its founding a wholesale adoption of
00:30:59.520 corporate philosophy and governance ethos sorry governance ethos imported from an exclusive
00:31:04.260 gathering of the self-loathing rich who espouse these ideas over cocktails in the swiss alps
00:31:09.680 would be nothing less than a subversion of canadian democracy like its first cousin the
00:31:15.760 great reset which bizarrely aims to bring in environmental considerations under the purview
00:31:20.240 of central banks, the innocuous sounding stakeholder capitalism is committed to destroying
00:31:25.780 the foundation of Anglo-American free market capitalism and replacing it with a system
00:31:30.840 where governments and their cronies in Davos tell private businesses what they need to
00:31:35.520 care about.
00:31:36.300 The irony here is that all of those Davos in Davos, including Freeland, got there because
00:31:43.180 the free market system and shareholder driven capitalism, which they've now bent on overthrowing
00:31:47.680 in an unholy alliance of true believers and opportunists,
00:31:51.180 there's no need to invent conspiracy theories.
00:31:54.160 The attempt by global elites to subvert local democracy
00:31:56.920 is fully on and in plain view.
00:32:00.040 All right, guys, this is what I have been saying.
00:32:03.600 This is what I've been saying.
00:32:05.200 And this came out over a year ago, this article.
00:32:12.000 This is what you've been saying, I'm sure.
00:32:14.240 This is what you've been saying to the people that you know.
00:32:17.680 Right. There it is. It's right there in the left wing corporate media. And yes, the National Post these days is sadly the left wing corporate media. There it is right there. So go ahead and grab this story. Here's what you do. You Google National Post Christia Freeland World Economic Forum. And this story is going to pop up.
00:32:38.400 so if you've been having conversations because again jeff stone and i tremendous conversation
00:32:43.500 we're sitting at a tim hortons right and the place was crowded with average people
00:32:48.700 and he said to me you and i know what's going on but look around in the restaurant do you think any
00:32:57.780 of these people really understand what's going to happen to them in the next year two years three
00:33:03.560 years do you think they know or they just blissfully trying to blunder their way through
00:33:08.300 through their lives women getting together for their weekly bowl session
00:33:13.780 guys sitting around every morning at seven o'clock talking about sports which is fine it's fine it's
00:33:20.680 fine i'm not you know saying it's not go ahead get together because we all need these outside
00:33:26.840 distractions in order not to go crazy but we all need to be aware of these things don't you think
00:33:32.940 now i understand that that article was fairly bloated and high-minded sounding right
00:33:41.000 it's written by an academic but ultimately if we translate it pick it apart or just read the last
00:33:50.280 freaking sentence then don't you think that would get these people engaged and don't you think
00:33:56.420 they'd be looking for more that's all it takes remember when you first found out about what was
00:34:02.560 going on somebody may have slipped you an article through messenger or email or something and because
00:34:08.880 the person who sent it to you you trust them you've known them for a while so you click on it
00:34:13.340 and you read it and you go what and what do you do after that because you can't unsee it
00:34:22.180 what did you do after that you went looking for more didn't you
00:34:27.700 well that's what we have to do we have to find that one thing that one article that they will
00:34:35.960 have faith in because it came from you or it's been written in a publication they trust or
00:34:40.580 whatever we need to find that one thing that will get them curious because once they get curious
00:34:47.440 that's it they're down the rabbit hole hopefully they come back because sometimes it's tough to
00:34:54.900 climb your way out of one of those things but that is one of the things we need to do you guys
00:34:59.960 i believe that is one of the things we really need to do
00:35:04.140 what's going on in the comment section
00:35:08.380 uh you know what this is this is cool from andy william
00:35:17.680 carry young obviously referring to carry young sub tweet or some sub comment i must say your
00:35:28.200 posts are lovely and interesting too we're not friends on facebook only this page i tried sending
00:35:32.380 you a friend request but it didn't seem to go through kindly click on my profile here
00:35:35.960 in the comment section and send me a request if you don't mind thank you that's what i was
00:35:40.300 talking about at the beginning of the show connecting people man that's one of the big
00:35:47.620 things about this particular show i guess maybe because it's on every night at the same time
00:35:52.460 people come right and they just hang out for a while and they meet like-minded people and it's
00:35:58.040 it's kind of cool so if we can you know help a person who is sitting at home
00:36:05.020 by themselves thinking they're going crazy then that's what we should do
00:36:12.100 all right i got sent this article i think about 389 times in the past 24 hours i woke up this
00:36:22.960 morning guys i'm not even kidding it when i woke up this morning it was like 7 30 and i already had
00:36:27.860 93 facebook messages and i thought wow that's a lot right and i i'm gonna say two-thirds of
00:36:37.800 those messages were this article people wanted me to see it so i would put it on the show i'm
00:36:45.100 thinking and this article actually is based upon a recent show by viva fry who i still haven't yet
00:36:53.420 been able to excuse me managed to get in contact with so i can get him on this show but once i do
00:37:00.180 i'm gonna that's the other thing guys i'm very tenacious when it comes to this stuff if i say
00:37:06.360 I'm going to get somebody on the show, then I'm going to get them on the show. It might take me
00:37:10.240 a while, but I'll do it. So anyway, this comes from farmersforum.com. Let me just click and drag
00:37:19.740 here. Based in Montreal, the Canadian government trampled on fundamental human rights with its
00:37:24.920 COVID restrictions, then overreached on dealing with the Freedom Convoy and must now answer to
00:37:30.960 numerous lawsuits, including one by a former premier says a well-respected constitutional
00:37:35.480 lawyer speaking on viva fry's youtube channel uh back in march keith wilson noted that the
00:37:43.920 mischief charges against his client and convoy leader tamara leach will not be successful she
00:37:49.500 counseled truckers to move in order to comply with police demands not to block emergency lanes he said
00:37:55.620 and we've been telling you guys that forever but it's like singing to the choir remember that that
00:38:02.660 assignment that school assignment that i showed you last night from the transcona middle school
00:38:08.260 that was not included none of this was included in that assignment it was all very one-sided
00:38:16.160 that assignment and that's why the parents of students in that school should be absolutely
00:38:22.340 outraged anyway wilson is also a lawyer for former newfoundland premier brian peckford who is suing
00:38:30.520 the federal government for breaching the Charter of Rights by preventing unvaccinated people from
00:38:34.640 leaving the country or getting on a bus, a train, or a ship. Obviously, we're going to be able to 1.00
00:38:39.060 establish charter breaches, Wilson said, adding that the government restricted mobility, security
00:38:44.960 of the person, and freedom of conscience. Have you guys, and be honest, have you guys read
00:38:51.840 the Charter of Rights and Freedoms? Go ahead, write down in the comments, and do not be embarrassed
00:38:59.020 if you haven't.
00:39:03.160 Don't.
00:39:05.460 But it is available online
00:39:07.300 and I suggest that you should go and read it.
00:39:12.300 It's not very long.
00:39:14.700 It won't take you any more than 10 minutes.
00:39:16.580 Read it twice
00:39:17.360 because it's a document we all need to know about.
00:39:20.920 Excuse me.
00:39:21.680 And then we need to know about the Bill of Rights as well.
00:39:25.200 All right.
00:39:25.720 Where were we?
00:39:26.960 Wilson said, this lawyer, Wilson said he would not be able to live with himself if he hadn't
00:39:34.860 helped the Freedom Convoy when he got the call for help from the Justice Center for
00:39:39.000 Constitutional Freedoms back on February 1st.
00:39:42.580 I've been so concerned about the direction of our country, he said.
00:39:47.100 I've been so fundamentally concerned about the trampling of civil liberties and the loss
00:39:52.200 of rights and the overreacting to COVID.
00:39:54.120 But I have been so concerned about the future for my children deeply, deeply concerned and was inspired by what the truckers were doing.
00:40:03.280 Wilson also clarified the Freedom Convoy protest was not illegal at any point, even though Prime Minister Trudeau called it illegal and big media went along with that.
00:40:14.460 Well, this is what we've been saying as well, right?
00:40:16.220 in fact an ontario supreme court judge sided with the convoy when an injunction against honking
00:40:24.080 horns was declared the court also stated that provided the terms of this order are complied
00:40:28.980 with the defendants and other persons remain at liberty to engage in a peaceful lawful and safe
00:40:35.540 protest and we also know that any bad things that happened in that crowd came from plants
00:40:44.240 we know that they were planted those people with those confederate flags and those swastika flags
00:40:50.420 they were planted by either antifa or the government or both we know this we also know 0.62
00:40:57.140 sadly that the rcmp screwed with equipment at coots alberta and planted weapons there too
00:41:03.600 sadly it's already been testified to by the police chief of ottawa that they found no weapons
00:41:13.000 at the convoy in ottawa they found no weapons it's on the record anyway
00:41:20.280 reality on the ground was often not being reported well ottawa police often announced they
00:41:28.980 had made a number of arrests during the freedom convoy protests they never mentioned that many
00:41:33.900 incidents were called in by truckers after people who slit their tires or cut their gas lines
00:41:40.920 as Wilson said. Police also negotiated with truckers as to which streets they would be
00:41:45.880 allowed to block during the protest. Guys, the same thing happened here in Winnipeg.
00:41:49.620 It was the same thing. There was a constant dialogue with the police
00:41:53.000 so that there would be no problems, right? That's what you do. You work with law enforcement in the
00:42:00.920 city you happen to be protesting in. So police negotiated with the truckers as to which streets
00:42:06.280 they'd be allowed to block. When things heated up, the police blocked off Laurier Avenue to
00:42:11.200 prevent east-west traffic flow, even though there was not one truck or protest vehicle on that
00:42:17.680 street. The attorney general's reason for freezing bank accounts was based on an affidavit by a
00:42:22.220 police officer who based his testimony on what he read in the news, Wilson said, adding that courts
00:42:29.600 don't rely on third-party hearsay. It's that ridiculous. We ran into the problem of circularity
00:42:35.840 all the time of media saying something police then saying well there's news saying it so it
00:42:42.000 must be true if the media is saying it well you know then we can go ahead and and enforce it well
00:42:47.020 that's not how it works wilson is already sending some early confirmation that the truckers and
00:42:54.320 their supporters have been slandered barry mckellup director deputy director of fin track
00:42:59.940 the federal organization that goes after terrorist funds and criminal money laundering told the
00:43:04.880 Commons Finance Committee, there was not a shred of illegal activity associated with the trucker
00:43:09.860 convoy. Said McKillop, there were people around the world who were fed up with COVID and were
00:43:15.360 upset and saw the demonstrations. I believe they just wanted to support the cause. It was their
00:43:20.660 own money. It wasn't money that funded terrorism or was in any way money laundering. Wilson said
00:43:26.480 there was nothing to justify using the Federal Emergencies Act. This is government writing a
00:43:32.160 blank check over your rights in your life this was a retaliatory measure by an authoritarian
00:43:37.500 petulant child prime minister latching out oh man an authoritarian petulant child prime minister
00:43:45.200 lashing out that's awesome further to my discussion with jeff stone today
00:43:53.980 we talked about that we talked about the police intervention we talked about the government
00:44:06.320 actually saying illegal protest all the time all the time we talked about the slanderous
00:44:14.480 expressions they used to describe the people who went to the convoy right
00:44:18.260 um if we had a media in this country that had any interest at all in supporting
00:44:28.300 the news none of this none of the last two years would have happened guys i want you to watch
00:44:37.140 this little piece here no it's not that piece it's this one here media bias in canada open
00:44:42.500 mic with michael theason and um i'm gonna try and get michael theason on the air
00:44:47.380 he's gonna come on the show he's got to come on the show one of these nights because
00:44:52.520 former media people like i love having these types of people on the show because sometimes
00:44:58.080 my voice can get a little bit redundant right like a hockey coach he's lost the room after a
00:45:02.940 while you're gonna go yeah yeah shadow same thing same thing but when other people start saying it
00:45:07.580 it means just a little bit more. Check this four-minute piece out.
00:45:11.360 I understand why people watch the news. For years, people have looked to our media to get
00:45:18.180 information about what's going on around the real world. And that's been a source of freedom
00:45:25.020 in years past. A free press is an important part of a thriving society. But what we've seen happen
00:45:33.660 in the news recently, is that the standards of journalism shifted.
00:45:43.180 You know what? This is not a legal procedure.
00:45:46.500 Fighting for a second term as a deadly pandemic gets worse.
00:45:50.320 If we were to invent the CBC wholeheartedly for the 21st century, I'd make sure that CBC has the
00:45:57.440 funding necessary to run as a 21st century operation. Where do we continue to fund and
00:46:04.220 how do we continue to fund it? All I know is the funding needs to be substantial and significant.
00:46:09.160 I don't think Canadians realize how bought and paid for our Canadian media is. Our Canadian
00:46:16.600 government pays CBC $1.4 billion a year. Just recently, a report was released
00:46:27.180 that over 1,500 news outlets, either individuals or organizations, received up to $141 million
00:46:36.660 in COVID-19 relief. The way that things are set up, the editor tells the investigator what to write,
00:46:46.640 yays or nays the stories. And the editor is responsible to the people paying the bills
00:46:54.180 of the news. All of that contributes to what we see in the news. The Black Lives Matter protests
00:47:03.060 were literally burning cities. There was billions of dollars of damage, while the entire time it was 0.89
00:47:11.900 framed as mostly peaceful. Dozens of American cities up in flames after some protests turned
00:47:22.680 into riots often followed by looting the city became a war zone after attempting to breach
00:47:31.580 television studios large groups torch police cruisers as officers fired back with rubber
00:47:37.520 bullets with banks burned highway shut down and city hall on fire in nashville and then you have
00:47:44.000 the Canadian trucking convoy. A bunch of truckers, farmers who have descended upon Ottawa in order to
00:47:55.320 end the mandates. That has been framed as violent, racist, and occupation.
00:48:05.420 For me to come and really support the freedom movement. First day where I was called the white
00:48:10.200 supremacists. Do you see the difference there? Black Lives Matter, literally calling people to
00:48:29.080 bend the knee to their collectivist agenda. You can go to their website and read it.
00:48:34.500 framed as wonderful and peaceful by the media, framed by wonderful and peaceful by our
00:48:41.100 prime minister. You can spin any story any way you want. The heartbreak is that we expected
00:48:51.500 more of our mainstream media. And in the past, in my parents' generation, you started to see the
00:48:58.020 slip, but now it is obvious. The good news is that people are waking up to the obvious dishonesty
00:49:04.960 of these mainstream outlets. Despite getting $1.5 billion of taxpayers' money, data from CRTC
00:49:12.800 show that CBC has dropped to less than 3.9% of viewership across Canada. So not all media
00:49:21.000 is not worthy of your trust. You just have to be very careful to listen to how stories are framed.
00:49:28.200 You've got to start investigating. We live in a world where knowledge is accessible literally at
00:49:34.500 the click of your fingertips. Read 10 articles, read five from one side and five from another side
00:49:43.180 and read research instead of just buying the same old government propaganda that's coming out
00:49:54.760 of our news outlets. Okay. Liberty Coalition of Canada, write it down. Liberty Coalition of
00:50:04.020 Canada. Okay. And where can you find that? Because that might be a good one to send a normie
00:50:10.740 open mic with michael teeson you see that guys right there at the bottom that's how you find
00:50:16.780 that and it's a four and a half minute video right find that and then send it to somebody
00:50:26.120 send it to somebody make sure that friend sees it
00:50:31.820 i can tell you i've always been one of these guys who's suspicious right i've always asked
00:50:42.460 questions i wouldn't say suspicious that's wrong skeptical right like prove it show me
00:50:50.100 so i've always been asking questions at the beginning of all this i was asking questions
00:50:56.180 and the pushback was ah don't worry about it it's going to be gone soon well it wasn't gone soon
00:51:01.820 And the more questions I asked as time went on, the more people got angrier and angrier.
00:51:07.780 Shut up and just do what you're told kind of thing, right?
00:51:10.620 And here we are now if we fast forward two years.
00:51:15.440 But at some point along the way, it was my friend Lindsay sent me something on email or maybe it was even through LinkedIn or like, like I never use LinkedIn anymore.
00:51:27.160 but i read this one thing that she sent me and i went whoa linds you got any more
00:51:34.040 right like is there any more stuff and so she sent me a mountain of things and based upon what she
00:51:42.260 sent me i started doing my own research and started finding things out and what i realized
00:51:51.120 was that you can read the left-wing corporate media guys but when you compare it to the other
00:51:58.560 things you actually see on alternative media it's like two different stories and then you have to
00:52:07.020 start it's it it's a tedious process it can be very tedious you actually have to start piecing
00:52:12.080 together what's true and what's not it could take some time i guess my point is just like
00:52:19.400 the video we just saw we cannot simply trust one source and i am bundling the entire left-wing
00:52:27.380 corporate media in this country into that one source because they all say the same things i
00:52:32.900 was going to show you guys something earlier tonight and then i forgot to do it but if you
00:52:36.220 look at ctv.ca and cbcnews.ca put those two news websites together both the national websites from
00:52:43.220 both those networks you will see out of their top 10 stories probably eight are the same
00:52:49.400 What? Are you kidding me?
00:52:52.680 And some stories are absolutely non-stories.
00:52:57.520 But not from an extreme left-wing viewpoint.
00:53:02.480 Right?
00:53:03.480 So they're either working together, or they all see things the same way.
00:53:09.240 Either way, they are one source.
00:53:13.060 The left-wing corporate media, whether it's global, CTV, CBC, city news, whatever, it doesn't matter.
00:53:18.320 You might get some differing stories, and I'm going to say in smaller rural publications, not even major city newspapers anymore, because they've been co-opted by the federal government. The Winnipeg Free Press is one of the worst offenders. Sun Media as well, or Post Media, they're called to.
00:53:36.080 Sometimes, sometimes post media comes out with some good stuff, some even-handed stuff.
00:53:42.540 But for the most part, the publications, national publications anyway, they're gone.
00:53:48.620 The large city newspapers are gone as well.
00:53:52.800 I actually find more interesting stuff in Steinbeck online.
00:53:56.520 Seriously.
00:53:58.000 That's where you're going to get the stories.
00:54:00.660 Pablo Rodriguez, the Minister of Culture.
00:54:03.080 This is a nine-minute piece from Ezra Levant.
00:54:07.160 Now, remember at the beginning of the show, I told you guys that Rebel News is suing Justin Trudeau over Bill C-11.
00:54:15.080 Well, check this out here. This is Ezra's presentation.
00:54:21.180 But Pablo Rodriguez, the drunk driver, he is the heritage minister.
00:54:26.280 And besides, from a gorgeous head of hair, he shares Trudeau and Gilbeau's belief in censoring the enemies of the government.
00:54:36.160 Trouble is, there's not a lot of enemies of the government left in Canada.
00:54:40.180 They've all been corrupted.
00:54:41.920 There's two ways to go after an enemy, I suppose.
00:54:44.080 One is the carrot and one is the stick.
00:54:46.440 And in the case of the stick, Trudeau and his heritage ministers have offered hundreds of millions of dollars in, I don't know, I don't think there's any problem calling them bribes to news organizations.
00:54:59.020 In fact, we revealed a few months ago that prior to the last federal election, Trudeau made an emergency payment of $61 million to different news media companies on the eve of the election, and none of those companies reported that they took the cash.
00:55:17.840 It took an Access to Information request to get the names of them.
00:55:22.520 We published the name, dozens and dozens of pages.
00:55:26.480 It's hard to believe, but there are 1,500 news media companies in Canada that took the payoff from Trudeau.
00:55:34.380 I didn't even know there were 1,500 news companies in Canada, but they took the dough.
00:55:40.280 I think Trudeau is brilliant in that way.
00:55:42.660 He doesn't need to nationalize them like the CDC.
00:55:44.980 Have them pretend to be private. Have them pretend to be independent and ask him tough questions and then just pay them a subsidy on an annual basis. That's important to keep them on their best behavior because they know they'll have to make the grant request again and again. Don't let them get out of line.
00:56:02.560 You know, it would have taken billions and billions of dollars to buy up and nationalize these media companies, but renting them is far cheaper, and it continues the illusion of opposition.
00:56:18.000 But you can't really oppose someone who you rely on for money.
00:56:21.920 We know that.
00:56:23.300 That's why ads in a newspaper are marked as ads, so that the reader is aware that someone paid to have you read that.
00:56:32.560 I don't know why we're similarly not marking journalistic reports paid for by Trudeau with
00:56:39.320 that same disclaimer. How can you trust a journalist to report on Trudeau when he's
00:56:45.060 paid by Trudeau? We didn't have an answer to that ever. Well, this has been going on for years,
00:56:50.420 and you can see the effect slowly, slowly, slowly. You saw it, for example, during the
00:56:57.760 Trucker Rebellion, when the bulk of the mainstream media took the Trudeau narrative that these were
00:57:03.400 violent domestic extremists, terrorists who had to be denounced. And the media party, instead of
00:57:09.860 talking about Trudeau's first ever invocation of the Emergencies Act, agreed with them and
00:57:15.960 were the shrillest voices demanding harsher crackdowns. I've never seen so-called liberal
00:57:21.560 journalists call for police violence before, like I did then. But yesterday, Pablo Rodriguez,
00:57:28.680 a drunk driver, announced the next phase of the government regulation of the industry. And again,
00:57:35.180 if this had been done five years ago, as a shock, we're going to nationalize and regulate the
00:57:40.560 industry, you would have seen journalists be appalled. But they've been trained and conditioned
00:57:45.320 over the last few years to be obedient clients of the liberal government. So yesterday when
00:57:51.820 Pablo Rodriguez had his press conference, he did two things. First of all, he only allowed questions
00:57:59.200 from approved lists of journalists. So any skeptics or critics weren't allowed in.
00:58:06.400 And second of all, I mean, the questions were all technical questions. How will you do this?
00:58:13.440 How will you do that? These were journalists curious about their new workplace rules.
00:58:19.420 It would be like the boss saying, hey, we've got a new staff manual and staff saying, well, what are the vacation policies and what's the lunch break policy?
00:58:27.760 They were just asking for technical details. None of them, not one, expressed shock that the government would dare to regulate the news media, would dare to tell them what the rules are and who is or isn't a journalist.
00:58:41.160 we've long passed that moment these are people who are embracing their role as de facto employees
00:58:48.440 of ottawa here's just one clip from the q a just showing i mean you've just announced i'll get into
00:58:54.680 the details you've just announced media accreditation done by the government in the
00:58:59.040 country and these journalists have technical questions now let me tell you about this new
00:59:04.420 entity this new acronym that the government has invented they actually started using this a few
00:59:09.480 years ago. It's alphabet soup like so many government red tape programs. It's called the
00:59:15.300 QCJO. That really rolls off the tongue, doesn't it? That stands for Qualified Canadian Journalism
00:59:22.180 Organization. And who qualifies? Well, in Canada, journalism is not a formal profession like doctors
00:59:29.820 or engineers or accountants are. And you want your doctors and engineers and your pilots to
00:59:34.900 be accredited. You don't want just anyone flying a plane or engaging in surgery. So there really is
00:59:40.280 a qualification, an exam, standards, professional conduct. There is none for journalism. Journalism
00:59:47.340 isn't a profession. It's an activity. It's like saying you're going jogging. What are your
00:59:52.700 credentials? No, there's no credential to going jogging. It's someone who jogs is a jogger. Just
00:59:58.420 come up with an example. Journalism is the same way. There's no, I mean, there are journalism
01:00:03.040 school it's just the same way there's training camps and you know you can get a coach to help
01:00:07.440 you run better but journalism is someone who just writes down what happens during the day that's the
01:00:12.520 root of the word you can see it in french jour to journalize on the happenings of the day there is
01:00:17.400 no profession you can get as many qualifications as you like if you if that's important to you if
01:00:22.220 you think you'll learn something but anyone who reports is a reporter anyone who has an opinion
01:00:27.900 is an opinion writer that's how it is in fact every single one of us is a publisher now since
01:00:32.820 the age of the internet and social media. If you're writing something on your Facebook page,
01:00:38.420 on your LinkedIn page, on your Instagram page, you are a journalist. In fact, quite a lot of
01:00:42.880 stories are broken from people who just happen to have a cell phone in their pocket. In the past,
01:00:48.040 only professionals had video cameras on them. It was a very rare thing. You had to run out to get
01:00:52.660 the news. These days, every single one of us is a news reporter. So what does the drunk driver,
01:00:58.280 pablo rodriguez mean when he says a qcjo a qualified journalism canadian journalism
01:01:03.480 organization well he means qualified with the qualities that trudeau chooses in other words
01:01:11.880 he will make a list of who's qualified or not a politician will do that now one of the first
01:01:19.880 questions that came up and you can see what's on their mind one of the accredited journalists said
01:01:25.480 uh-oh what are you going to do if rebel news applies to be a qualified journalist here take
01:01:31.720 a look at that what are the criteria going to be to determine who is and who isn't a news
01:01:36.920 organization and would say something like rebel news qualified well i don't decide who qualified
01:01:44.200 and who doesn't of course that would that would be terrible in our democracy it's not up to the
01:01:48.280 minutes to say hey that wouldn't yeah that's a good idea this one no no not up to the minister
01:01:52.600 or the government to decide who qualifies.
01:01:54.240 There are those criteria that you refer to.
01:01:57.740 Of course, the organizations are already
01:02:00.460 at benefit from the QCGO.
01:02:02.600 So they're engaged in the production
01:02:05.640 of original news content.
01:02:07.500 They employ two or more journalists,
01:02:11.060 et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
01:02:12.700 Those criteria are defined there.
01:02:15.260 Gee, we're living rent-free in their head.
01:02:17.480 I'm not sure what journalist that was,
01:02:18.960 but yeah, they all know.
01:02:20.380 They want to keep Rebel News out.
01:02:22.600 I mean, it's a perfectly reasonable question because Trudeau is obsessed with banning Rebel News from anything he can.
01:02:30.000 You'll remember in 2019, Trudeau banned Rebel News from sending reporters to the election leadership debates in 2019.
01:02:39.160 We rushed to court. It was an enormous victory.
01:02:42.040 And we asked these questions, which he did not like. Remember these?
01:02:45.740 Have you, your campaign, or any other agents secured non-disclosure agreements from anyone about inappropriate sexual personal conduct?
01:02:53.800 No.
01:02:54.680 A follow-up, the 2001 yearbook from West Point Grey Academy says that you and convicted sex offender Christopher Ingvildson made a young student's, quote, life at WPGA a lot more interesting slash amusing, end quote.
01:03:08.000 How did you two keep her amused?
01:03:10.260 We were teachers.
01:03:11.420 Yeah, you can see why he wanted to ban Rebel News, because none of the trained, you know, obedient media would dare ask those questions.
01:03:20.420 And I don't care if you like those questions or not.
01:03:22.520 They were all fair and they were put fairly.
01:03:24.500 And actually, frankly, Trudeau answered all the questions to his credit.
01:03:27.880 That was in 2019.
01:03:29.300 He answered them.
01:03:30.600 You would just never have those kind of questions because you would never ask someone who's giving you an allowance prickly questions like that.
01:03:37.900 It's just contrary to your own survival as journalists.
01:03:41.420 that's okay okay okay okay so there's before we get into his pitch for donations and you want to
01:03:48.500 know what guys ezra levant says that rebel news is suing justin trudeau over all this that whole
01:03:56.980 piece you just saw that's why they're suing him because they don't want the government to be the
01:04:05.500 arbiter of the news that you're allowed to see so on that basis alone i would support rebel news
01:04:11.360 i'd throw 20 bucks 50 bucks 100 bucks because if if they don't do this they don't make this case
01:04:21.300 i think the liberals are going to be able to pull this off and therefore liberal news or sorry uh
01:04:29.500 Rebel News, True North, Western Standard, all of those publications and organizations,
01:04:37.680 little shows like this one even, forget about you.
01:04:41.680 Out you go.
01:04:43.580 Now, they probably wouldn't notice this show, not quite big enough yet.
01:04:47.040 But if we get to 100,000 followers, they'll notice, and they'll take her down real fast.
01:04:55.720 Oh, yes.
01:04:57.120 And they'll say, you're not a qualified journalist.
01:04:59.500 well, here's my application.
01:05:02.300 I'm sorry, but you cannot be a qualified.
01:05:05.080 Well, what do I need?
01:05:05.780 Well, you got to have a diploma from Ryerson all of a sudden.
01:05:09.120 We don't know what these qualifications are going to be.
01:05:17.260 Now, I disagree with Ezra's stance about what journalism is.
01:05:21.200 It's not an activity.
01:05:22.080 It is a profession, and there are certain things that you need to uphold.
01:05:26.440 For example, you can't just go on and say this, this, and this.
01:05:29.500 If it's not true, right, you have to vet sources, you have to show proof, you have to show your work.
01:05:37.480 That's journalistic integrity, which makes it a profession.
01:05:45.480 So I don't think it's like jogging.
01:05:49.240 But I don't think it needs to be licensed either.
01:05:52.240 I don't think you should need to go to school to be a journalist.
01:05:55.620 anyway next story i'm going a little long tonight guys i hope you don't mind too much
01:06:04.160 but i am going to go long i do have a tacit investigations uh security and security t-shirt
01:06:09.400 to give away a little bit later on in the show it's going to be the new one let's see what did
01:06:13.720 i do it already uh that's the old one here it is this is the new one this is the one i got from
01:06:21.260 jeff today you know what i gotta have jeff stone on the show jeff i know you're watching i gotta
01:06:28.580 have you on the show because that conversation today would have been a great show the conversation
01:06:34.900 you and i had there just would have been a fantastic show so this is you know hold on just
01:06:39.160 a minute this is the t-shirt we're going to be given tonight this is the first time tonight
01:06:43.800 you're going to be able to win one of these there it is there right on guard for the tacit
01:06:50.440 investigations and security the brand new t-shirt you got the canadian flag there and then what does
01:06:55.020 it say on the back patriot right there you could be the first all right let's carry on uh feds
01:07:05.760 silent on employee who took part in anti-convoy protest what we also jeff and i talked about
01:07:15.420 the significance of the Winnipeg lab, the Winnipeg virology lab, in the outbreak of this virus?
01:07:24.280 Did it have anything to do with it? We know they were sending samples back to Wuhan.
01:07:31.520 Was it somehow sending samples of virus to one of those labs in Ukraine?
01:07:39.440 Justin Trudeau still will not give out the details to Parliament, even though there is a parliamentary order for him to do so.
01:07:48.020 He has decided to take Parliament to court to keep those files on the Winnipeg Virology Lab secret in the name of national security.
01:07:59.640 What happened to those two Chinese scientists?
01:08:02.180 They weren't arrested, they were just ushered out of the country, back to Wuhan.
01:08:06.800 Why?
01:08:07.240 Why?
01:08:08.440 Did we have something to do with this?
01:08:12.300 Anyway, back to this story from TruenorthTNC.news.
01:08:17.020 Trudeau government refusing to comment after a project manager in Ottawa penned an op-ed bragging about his involvement in counter-protests against the Freedom Convoy and describing convoy demonstrators as, quote, white male roughnecks, unquote.
01:08:30.860 According to Blacklock's reporter, Canadian Food Inspector Agency biologist Nikolai Hritsov published his positions in the Ottawa periodical Glebe Report.
01:08:41.460 I soon found myself in front of ranks of every counter-protest. 0.69
01:08:45.160 I should emphasize, these are my personal impressions as a sturdily built white male.
01:08:50.620 I could blend in with the protesters, he said.
01:08:52.840 The backbone of this group was the archetypical roughneck, white male, relatively young and likely engaged in some type of physical labor.
01:09:03.200 Khritsov's article titled Anatomy of an Occupation, the Freedom Convoy in downtown Ottawa also went on to complain of hundreds of honking pickup trucks adorned with Canadian flags.
01:09:14.740 The core identity of the protest came through and was rather uglier than my first impression.
01:09:19.000 accounts of harassment and assault started trickling in at the same time we learned more
01:09:23.860 about the convoy organizers and their far right i guess beliefs not reliefs a climate of fear
01:09:30.020 settled on downtown oh my god under the public service employment act federal employees are
01:09:40.820 prohibited from engaging in partisan activity without the permission of supervisors partisan
01:09:46.000 activities include any activity in support of within or in opposition to a political party
01:09:51.300 additionally the treasury board's values and ethics code for the public service this is what
01:09:56.700 i was saying last night guys remember all of the public service is supposed to be apolitical
01:10:01.060 right it's the deep state it's the swamp and yet this is what we get from government employees
01:10:07.360 additionally the treasury board's values and ethics code for a public service government
01:10:13.000 workers are required to act at all times in a manner that will bear the closest public scrutiny
01:10:17.460 while exercising fairness and civility in upholding public trust. Maintain the tradition
01:10:22.860 of political neutrality. The code outlines. When confronted with Ritsoff's political activity by
01:10:31.200 Blacklock's reporter, the food inspector agency declined to comment. Opposition to convoy
01:10:36.880 demonstrations has ranged from counter-protests, including those in Ottawa, to calls for violence
01:10:41.720 and even a hit and run that happened in winnipeg well protests were ongoing in february man drove
01:10:47.880 his vehicle into a group of four freedom convoy demonstrators alexander zegarek 42 faces 11 charges
01:10:55.160 for the hit and run incident while zegarek was promptly released on bail convoy organizer tamara
01:11:01.400 leach was initially detained for her involvement in organizing convoy demonstrations patrick king
01:11:06.680 is still in jail and yet a guy who tried to wipe out four people gets out in what two days was it
01:11:14.280 all right guys i'm going to wrap up in just a second give away that t-shirt
01:11:19.160 oh look at this boy did i ever miss this guy
01:11:22.680 he's back wasn't it about a month ago we were saying oh finally the last one
01:11:31.000 well he was back for more today covet 19 transmission is on the rise in manitoba
01:11:36.140 the ba.2 most prominent strength now it's not what it sounds rusin did say hospitalization
01:11:43.420 hospitalizations are not going up deaths are not going up case numbers maybe but it's not
01:11:52.300 any more virulent than the uh omega was it the omega i forget now let's have a look at
01:12:01.420 scene of this story now i need to know what it was was it the omega variant guys i can't remember
01:12:07.800 omicron that's right it's no worse than the omicron which is basically a touch of the flu or
01:12:13.820 the common cold and i love dina hinshaw's testimony uh yesterday when she was asked
01:12:23.260 how many flu cases there were in alberta this year zero she said do you believe that statistic
01:12:28.940 she said yes and then she said that all of the lockdowns and masks that that was the reason there
01:12:34.300 was no flu like really does she think the judge is an idiot based upon that one remark if i were
01:12:41.460 the judge i'd say oh lady you are out to lunch and i'm hoping that's how she's thinking the judge
01:12:48.820 okay so our friends in bc have got some problems bonnie henry
01:12:53.760 and john horgan their premier two big problems this comes from the bc health care collaborative
01:13:01.920 people are getting sick and tired of all of these restrictions and the vaccine passport still in
01:13:06.800 place by law not by law sorry by mandate in british columbia so let's check out this video
01:13:13.600 has bonnie completely missed the mark the science is out and it is clear that the pandemic responses
01:13:19.800 have had more devastating consequences than COVID itself.
01:13:23.840 So why does Bonnie continue to push ineffective, unscientific measures
01:13:27.360 that are causing more harm than good?
01:13:30.280 The stats are overwhelming.
01:13:32.040 Canadians have had enough with life in Canada,
01:13:34.500 and our survey shows that healthcare professionals overwhelmingly agree.
01:13:39.040 They also do not agree that these measures are warranted.
01:13:42.640 But Bonnie continues to contradict the science.
01:13:45.740 The bottom line is, none of this really is based on science.
01:13:49.480 It has, the physicians that have been taken by the government have no basis in scientific fact.
01:13:57.520 So is Bonnie Henry helping or is she actually making things worse?
01:14:05.620 As SARS-CoV-2 is becoming less virulent, more endemic, and even Bonnie Henry is saying it should be treated like the common cold, she continues to double down and make life hard for healthcare workers.
01:14:16.960 In terms of the emergency, there is no medical emergency.
01:14:23.460 To date, the PHO has yet to produce any evidence of SARS-CoV-2 spread between healthcare workers and patients in the clinical setting.
01:14:31.900 So does this evidence even exist?
01:14:34.620 And despite this lacking evidence, Bonnie Henry continues to double down.
01:14:38.360 Her latest order has taken our private medical and personal information with the threat of displaying it publicly or using it to instill further restrictions on us.
01:14:48.980 Not only is this counterproductive, it also sets a dangerous precedent that stands to bring harm to BC health care workers and their families.
01:14:56.720 It's hard to explain them as anything other than an attempt to impose control because it's not science based and it's not public health based.
01:15:07.940 Healthcare Workers United, in collaboration with the BCHPU Society of Science and Bioethics,
01:15:14.700 recently ran an anonymous survey that gave us responses from more than 3,000 healthcare workers
01:15:19.420 and their thoughts on the March 7th mandate and the results speak for themselves.
01:15:24.700 Healthcare workers are upset, tired, and they have had enough of her measures.
01:15:29.780 Here are a few of the highlights.
01:15:31.160 90% of health care workers do not believe the current status of COVID-19 is an emergency
01:15:38.160 that warns Bonnie's measures, and greater than 80% believe our public health policies
01:15:43.600 are heading in the wrong direction.
01:15:46.160 Upwards of 90% of health care workers do not agree with public disclosure of private health
01:15:51.200 information and consider it a violation of civil rights.
01:15:55.080 They also do not believe that colleges and government should have access to their private
01:15:58.820 or personal information.
01:16:00.000 The same number believe this violation could open the door to further disclosure of private health information.
01:16:06.860 Approximately 85% of healthcare workers are concerned for their safety and 70% have suffered mental and emotional distress.
01:16:15.640 Approximately 88% believe this will lead to further loss of healthcare workers and will lead to worsening of patient access to care.
01:16:23.500 About 60% are considering leaving their profession and another 5% already have.
01:16:28.500 So if you think that the quality and access to health care is bad now, it's about to get much worse if Bonnie and Adrienne Dix continue to have their way.
01:16:38.560 Health care workers have lost trust and confidence in the system. So where do we go from here?
01:16:43.940 It's time that we make our voices heard and we take back control of our lives. United we choose.
01:16:49.580 if you're as concerned about this as we are and would like to help here are a couple of things
01:17:00.720 that you can do number one visit our website there you will find a letter template and the
01:17:06.840 contact information for every health care college and email and phone with your concerns
01:17:12.400 you can also sign up so that you will receive future calls to action
01:17:20.300 number two please also send this letter and call your mlas mps john horgan adrian dix and bonnie
01:17:32.200 okay there's there's what's going on in british columbia right now and there's a lot of people
01:17:40.800 wondering how come bc is the only province in canada still enforcing these now the masks
01:17:47.380 are no longer absolutely necessary they're not mandating masks anymore but vaccine passports
01:17:54.400 yeah still they're firing health care workers still private practitioners still what is this
01:18:04.500 woman on okay it's the only ndp government in the country so imagine if wab canoe and the ndp were
01:18:20.800 in power here if they were in power here and you can you can tell because you if anytime wab canoe
01:18:27.500 gets a mic in front of them get those masks and vaccine passports up again there is no scientific
01:18:32.980 basis for this at all even though the lockdowners are pushing it down our throats still and the
01:18:39.720 left-wing corporate media is letting them giving them that platform look this is political this is
01:18:46.440 not about science anymore this is not about people's lives this is not about the government
01:18:50.920 caring about you this is about getting elected that's it that's about what it's always been
01:19:02.980 What's politically good for them as opposed to what's politically bad?
01:19:08.940 There it is.
01:19:10.480 Do you honestly think that a conservative premier would have put up with any of this at all over the past couple of years if he didn't think he was going to get killed in the next election?
01:19:21.240 Huh.
01:19:21.960 think again numerous health problems more likely due to COVID-19 vaccines than coincidence from
01:19:32.240 the VAERS data analysis from yournews.com by Peter Sfa various health problems reported by
01:19:41.160 people after receiving one of the COVID-19 vaccine shots are more likely caused by the vaccines
01:19:46.340 than being merely coincidental according to analysis of data from the vaccine adverse event
01:19:52.140 reporting system theirs has been flooded with more than a million reports of various health
01:19:58.120 problems and more than 21 000 death reports since the introduction of the vaccines in late 2020
01:20:03.340 some experts and public officials have downplayed the significance of the reports noting that just
01:20:09.520 because a health problem occurs after getting the shot it doesn't mean it was caused by it
01:20:13.460 a deeper analysis of the data however indicates that many of the adverse effects are more than
01:20:22.840 just a coincidence according that's a whole lot of coincidences according to jessica rose a
01:20:29.340 computational biologist who's been studying the data for at least nine months the safety signals
01:20:35.060 being thrown off in bears now are off the charts across the board she told the epic times there
01:20:41.760 are multiple ways to parse the data in order to flush out whether the causal link between an
01:20:46.560 adverse event and the vaccination is real or illusory. For example, the vaccines usually
01:20:51.660 come in two doses. A random adverse event unrelated to the vaccine should be dose agnostic.
01:20:59.400 A stroke randomly coinciding with the vaccination shouldn't be picky about which dose it was.
01:21:04.760 In the VAERS data, however, a number of the reported problems are dose dependent.
01:21:10.380 Myocarditis in teenagers, for example, is reported several times more than often after the second dose than after the first.
01:21:17.420 Following a booster shot, in contrast, the frequency is significantly lower than after the first dose, Rose found.
01:21:23.820 So you can find this, guys, on yournews.com.
01:21:29.320 You've got a scientist who has been studying the VAERS data, who is now suggesting that it's not just a coincidence.
01:21:39.560 coincidence like i said that's a lot of coincidences a lot
