00:03:42.500 ardor pavlovsky to the show ardor thank you for coming on to the show tonight it's been a crazy
00:03:48.840 couple of years hasn't it it has been the story of my life i mean we know if you would ask me
00:03:56.900 start from the beginning i think we'll have to have a couple days a non-stop show it has been
00:04:03.260 intense but also it has been very revealing i mean if you really look at it the globalists
00:04:10.420 those evil, wicked traitors, because that's what they are, our politicians are traitors,
00:04:16.220 they should be charged with treason, have revealed themselves. While they were doing everything in
00:04:22.420 their power to put a mask on our faces, at the same time, they took their own masks down. And
00:04:30.060 now we can see who is who in the zoo, if you will. Arthur, do you believe that all of the politicians
00:04:36.320 who are currently on the radar screen at Canada right now are globalists
00:04:39.920 or are there some exceptions?
00:04:41.960 No, no, no.
00:04:43.480 They're always everywhere.
00:04:45.840 They're good people, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
00:04:48.540 So lots of them, I would say majority of them are compromisers,
00:04:53.320 either because of their own ideology or because they were paid.
00:04:57.180 I mean, in the end of the day, it's money, money talks.
00:05:01.040 And as you know, there have been billions, trillions of dollars poured
00:05:05.940 into this propaganda machinery that we are observing right now.
00:05:09.960 But there are some good people, and I see them.
00:05:12.400 I meet good people.
00:05:13.460 They're good police officers, believe it or not.
00:05:15.660 They're good nurses.
00:05:16.560 They're good doctors.
00:05:17.500 They're good politicians.
00:05:18.380 Not many, but there are still good people everywhere.
00:05:22.560 And those are the people that we need to align ourselves with.
00:05:26.620 Because when you look at this enormous evil surrounding all of us,
00:05:33.320 many people come to me and they lose hope.
00:05:35.940 Is there hope?
00:05:36.680 Even just before the show, a lady called me and she says, is there any hope?
00:05:41.160 I mean, we're going to vote for this party or that party.
00:05:44.560 Are they not all the same?
00:05:46.980 Yes, the establishment is the same.
00:05:50.300 Those people that have done this to us are the same.
00:05:53.880 But it's a great opening for people like you and me to come and form something brand new.
00:06:01.700 Is that not how history was made?
00:06:04.300 how nations were built.
00:06:06.160 Is this not a history of United States of America and Canada
00:06:09.740 where people were sick and tired of corruption of the kings in Europe
00:06:14.580 and they decided to start brand new?
00:06:16.960 They call this land a new world, a world without persecution,
00:06:21.180 a world where a man can work hard and achieve something,
00:06:24.420 when a woman can be protected not just by her husband
00:06:28.720 but also by the law of the land where you can have children
00:06:31.920 and you can pass something beautiful to your children.
00:06:35.480 I believe that's why our founding fathers came to this great North American land
00:06:42.500 because they wanted to start fresh without the interference of corrupted politicians.
00:06:49.600 At that time, the monarchy and corrupted kings.
00:06:53.460 We have the same opportunity right now.
00:06:55.640 When you look at the evil that is surrounding us, yes, you can lose heart.
00:07:00.900 You can lose hope. You can say there's absolutely nothing we can do to change that. But you're talking to a Polish immigrant. Remember, I saw the power of the people in 1980, 81 and 82 during the solidarity movement where people were in solidarity with each other and decided to come together and said simple things. Enough is enough.
00:07:21.780 I mean, it's time to stand up, stand up, people stand up.
00:07:26.280 This ends when you stand up, this end when the good men and women will say, that's it.
00:07:32.380 Not an inch, not a, we're not allowing you to cross this line anymore.
00:07:38.620 When they came after our children, I say, you know, I'll submit this to you.
00:07:44.880 They've crossed the line and it's now our turn to govern ourselves.
00:07:49.600 We have to vote for grassroots parties.
00:07:52.700 We have to vote for non-professional politicians.
00:07:57.060 Enough of professional politicians that have enslaved us.
00:08:00.140 Now we've got to vote for people like you and me.
00:08:02.460 Yeah, I agree.
00:08:03.580 You know, I just heard you talk about what you lived through growing up in the 80s in Poland.
00:08:08.980 And it's amazing to me because I've met many people like yourself who lived through oppression through those years in the 70s and whatnot in Eastern European countries.
00:08:18.860 and they came over here and I've heard some horrendous tales of the travels between
00:08:25.220 countries who were oppressed behind the Iron Curtain back then and how they made it to Canada
00:08:30.800 and now they're seeing the same thing and what amazes me is that people here who have had it
00:08:36.180 so good for so long those stories fall on deaf ears many many times they just kind of laugh and
00:08:42.220 go ha the old man's kind of crazy doesn't know what he's talking about but what were those years
00:08:46.460 like for you? Well, first of all, growing up behind the Iron Curtain under the boots of the Soviets
00:08:52.720 is hell on earth. I mean, I'm not kidding. It's hell on earth. It was the government that was
00:08:59.060 God. And you had to. You had no choice. You had to obey that God. 50,000 communists were ruling
00:09:05.600 over 36 million Poles. I mean, you couldn't get a job without their approval. You couldn't say
00:09:10.940 anything without their approval. If you were caught with a pamphlet that was not approved by
00:09:15.240 the communist party of poland you could be tortured and thrown in jail for a year at least
00:09:21.960 if you were caught with one american dollar one year uh jail if you were caught listening to
00:09:27.560 european radio so outside of the cbc cnn propaganda at that time which is kind of funny
00:09:36.640 because the russian propaganda the biggest newspaper was called pravda which in russian
00:09:43.400 language means the truth, but there was absolutely no truth in that newspaper. Just like we don't
00:09:49.540 have integrity in our newspapers, in our so-called reporters, because they are no longer reporting.
00:09:56.240 I call them cooks. They're cooking stuff up. They're cooks. They're cooking stories. They're
00:10:02.880 making things up. And I say to the people, don't eat whatever they're serving. They're terrible
00:10:07.620 cooks. They're poisoning you. Don't eat what they are preparing. So growing up behind the iron
00:10:12.860 curtain was a survival when you look animals when you look at the white tails and you know
00:10:19.940 generally the animals in the bush in the forest pretty much most of their life is surrounded
00:10:27.620 by looking for necessities of life and that's communism and never-ending lineups you always
00:10:34.480 had to stand in the lineups my childhood was lineups i stood every saturday in a lineup that
00:10:41.000 you could not see the end just for a loaf of bread like wrap your heads around this idea that
00:10:47.800 you have to stand in a lineup and you cannot see the end for one loaf of bread you couldn't buy two
00:10:54.380 you couldn't buy three one loaf of bread and then you had to go back and stand for another one it
00:11:00.100 was a constant struggle to provide i i don't know how my parents did it how other parents did it
00:11:07.240 But it was a constant lookout for something that we needed.
00:11:11.960 You couldn't just go to a store and buy a pair of boots.
00:11:14.600 Are you kidding me?
00:11:15.720 You had to either exchange what you had you didn't need with a neighbor that had boots that he didn't need.
00:11:24.640 So maybe you can make some kind of a deal.
00:11:27.860 I remember walking on the streets and suddenly there is some kind of a commotion.
00:11:32.600 Everyone is running.
00:11:33.660 And, of course, you always ask what's going on.
00:11:36.280 So, oh, they are saying that in three days they might be a coffee in a store.
00:11:41.060 So they run to the store like in three days and they form a lineup and they put a list of names and then they rotate, they change.
00:11:48.820 I remember going to school, coming back, I had to change my mom.
00:11:52.540 My mom went home, cook, you know, prepare stuff for us.
00:11:56.540 And then my father would come and exchange me.
00:11:59.180 And that's how I was going on three days and three nights.
00:12:01.960 When I share those stories with Canadians or Americans, they look at me like I'm crazy.
00:12:06.900 What are you talking about?
00:12:08.380 You can't just go and buy a car.
00:12:10.780 Are you kidding me?
00:12:12.020 You have to have the permission from the government.
00:12:15.320 Is that not what they're telling us right now, that they don't want us to own private vehicles?
00:12:20.100 You will own nothing and you will be happy.
00:12:22.640 While at the same time, Gates is becoming the biggest, the richest landowner in the United States of America.
00:12:29.540 I mean, everything is like from the playbook.
00:12:32.640 They're just flipping pages, implementing what happened before.
00:12:35.880 That's why I teach so much history in our church.
00:12:39.700 I teach theology and history because history is being repeated in front of our eyes.
00:12:46.700 How can I explain to you that I saw a chocolate once a year?
00:12:52.340 Anyone that grew up in North America, in Western country, doesn't understand what I'm saying,
00:12:57.880 that I saw bananas usually every three years or oranges.
00:13:03.620 How can I explain to you that when I got a chocolate
00:13:06.640 and by a miracle of God,
00:13:08.460 if that chocolate had peanuts in it,
00:13:11.380 in those little bars,
00:13:12.760 I would break that little tiny bar
00:13:14.760 and I would lick the chocolate around
00:13:17.120 and save the peanut for the next day
00:13:19.700 so it can last longer.
00:13:21.980 How can I tell you how we came to our beloved Canada
00:13:25.880 When the government three times denied our visa and we had to escape on a boat to Istanbul, Turkey, and then from Turkey to Greece when we spent five years and then finally we were able, after many roadblocks and jumps, came legally to our beloved Canada.
00:13:47.380 When you share those stories, people don't want to believe you because they have been indoctrinated, they have been brainwashed, they have been manipulated, they receive misinformation, disinformation, indoctrination at every single corner.
00:14:01.180 I mean, there is no newspaper right now that is pretty much free.
00:14:05.440 Everything has been bought by the government and they're just telling you what they want you to hear.
00:14:11.000 So the whole system is rotten, just like it was during socialism and communism.
00:14:15.700 And of course, fascism is no better. It's the same idea. There are few people on the top. They're the gods. Everything they say becomes the law, just like we have observed in the past three years. Whatever they say, it doesn't matter how ridiculous and crazy it might be. Muzzle your children, you know, job your children and take second and third and fourth and fifth.
00:14:38.000 I mean, Prime Minister of Canada bought 12 jobs.
00:14:41.320 I mean, embrace yourself because he's coming with more.
00:14:45.860 You know, that was announced today.
00:14:48.560 He's coming with more.
00:14:49.680 I suppose that you would be absolutely hypersensitive to any kind of totalitarian dictatorship that would be coming into our country, as opposed to those of us who have been asleep for so long.
00:15:00.860 Thank God some of us have woken up and more have since this whole thing started.
00:15:05.220 When did you first see the signs of all of this starting to happen?
00:15:10.680 Well, for me, it was early on.
00:15:12.800 I mean, my introduction to Canadian politics was during Croucher.
00:15:17.740 I don't know if you remember that fellow, but Croucher, well, he lost a billion dollars from the coffers of the Liberal Party.
00:15:27.500 And I remember the reporters at that time were not as crooked and lying and manipulative as they are today.
00:15:33.720 So they went to the prime minister of Canada, Khrushchev, asking him a simple question, Mr. Prime Minister, where is the money? And he would say, I don't know, ask the minister of finance. So they run to the minister of finance and they're asking him, do you know what happened with the billion dollars? He says, I don't know, ask the prime minister.
00:15:52.560 And this game I observed for a few weeks going back and forth.
00:15:56.640 And, of course, zero accountability.
00:15:58.840 There was no money.
00:15:59.840 Money was never found.
00:16:01.000 A billion dollars disappeared.
00:16:02.320 I mean, right now it's like a joke because a billion dollars disappears almost every week from the coffers of Canadians.
00:16:09.280 But at that time, it was a big deal.
00:16:11.540 It was 1995, 1996, if I remember correctly.
00:16:15.040 So that was a big deal.
00:16:16.600 And reporters were actually trying to make those people accountable.
00:16:20.780 accountable my my ordeal started really seeing communism and socialism or totalitarian regime
00:16:31.560 i call it the hybrid fascism socialism and communism the kind of like a hybrid combined
00:16:37.400 together because they're taking the best from all those totalitarian regimes in 90 in 2005
00:16:43.660 when i was feeding thousands of people on the streets of calgary with our church and volunteers
00:16:49.180 and a police and a bylaw officer showed up, and a shocker.
00:16:54.000 They said to us that right now in Canada,
00:16:57.560 you're not allowed to give free goods and services.
00:17:00.620 That's exactly what the law says.
00:17:02.520 Giving free goods and services is prohibited by law.
00:17:07.140 Also, they told me that distribution of printed material,
00:17:10.080 Bibles, gospel tracts, just like during the Soviet era,
00:17:13.220 behind the Iron Curtain, was prohibited as well.
00:17:16.740 When was this, Arthur?
00:17:18.980 2005.
00:17:20.000 Okay.
00:17:20.780 So for me, this is 17th year of doing my best, yelling and screaming from the rooftops,
00:17:27.480 communism is here, socialism is here, totalitarian regime is here.
00:17:31.880 How do you know you're living under totalitarian boots?
00:17:35.560 Well, you know when you see how they treat the poor.
00:17:39.520 When you see the government treating the poor, the most vulnerable, the elderly, the veterans,
00:17:45.540 Then you know what kind of a regime you're under.
00:17:50.340 And that was my introduction.
00:17:52.160 Since then, I received 340 citations, over 100 court cases, 16 arrests.
00:17:58.860 And of course, during the COVID lie, as I call it, the COVID takeover, I was arrested five times and 40 COVID tickets.
00:18:07.300 So for me, nothing is new.
00:18:09.300 I have been subjected to this tyranny, this lawlessness, to this corruption since 2005.
00:18:17.000 And I fought.
00:18:17.920 I fought at every level.
00:18:20.260 I fought with the police.
00:18:21.480 I fought with the violence.
00:18:22.600 I fought with the politicians, corrupted politicians.
00:18:25.180 At that time, it was David Bronconia and a few premiers, crooks like Prentice and others.
00:18:34.240 And I won.
00:18:36.340 I won with the establishment.
00:18:38.120 I took it to the Supreme Court of Alberta.
00:18:41.500 Finally, 2015, after 10 years of fighting them, millions of dollars later, 100 court cases, and at that time, about 300 citations, I won and they left me be.
00:18:53.580 2020 shows up and then suddenly they're finding a new way to subdue people or, if you will, eliminate the middle class because you've got to understand the game.
00:19:04.180 What is the game?
00:19:05.240 Why they're doing this?
00:19:06.540 Because what we are observing right now is the clearest case of elimination of the middle class.
00:19:14.040 Why middle class?
00:19:15.120 Middle class are highly educated, well-traveled.
00:19:17.840 They've seen places.
00:19:18.920 They've been, you know, long enough.
00:19:21.620 They are family-oriented.
00:19:24.660 They're lovers.
00:19:25.420 They're highly patriotic.
00:19:27.000 They're hardworking people.
00:19:28.860 They want to pass something on to their children.
00:19:32.040 And if you tick them off, they'll hire a lawyer and they will fight you.
00:19:35.500 They know they're right.
00:19:36.540 because they are here for the right reason.
00:19:41.420 They want to pass a legacy, something beautiful, a land, a farm, a house, a business to their children, right?
00:19:49.760 As a father, as a mother, what we want, what is our desire is to give something to the next generation
00:19:55.480 that is more than we received.
00:19:58.080 At least that's my desire when I'm going to go to the other side of eternity.
00:20:02.540 I'm going to leave something beautiful for my children and for this country as a whole.
00:20:08.340 You know what? That's a great point that you bring up.
00:20:10.280 It's something I hadn't really thought of as they try to take apart our society.
00:20:14.760 You will own nothing and be happy, as you said earlier.
00:20:17.340 Of course, that's directly a quote from the World Economic Forum website.
00:20:20.940 You do want to pass things down to your children and their children as well when you leave this world.
00:20:27.660 And they're taking that away from us, amongst many other things.
00:20:30.660 of course because this is a clearest case of enslavement and if by now people are not seeing
00:20:38.440 it well sorry i don't know what else to say to you because the plan is in the open they're not
00:20:45.300 even hiding there they just told you we want to get rid of your car so how are you going to get
00:20:50.520 to work well who cares by a bicycle i mean third world country somehow people walk you will be
00:20:57.540 walking well wait a second it's minus 30 minus 40 in alberta well who cares we don't care we are
00:21:03.440 driving suvs we're telling you that your car is bad for the environment but we got you know 10
00:21:10.920 15 cars that are taking us and the private jets of course everywhere we want to go and our children
00:21:17.620 are protected they're telling you you cannot have a gun you cannot protect yourself you cannot
00:21:23.080 protect your loved ones but they're surrounded by bodyguards with guns i mean if you don't see
00:21:28.140 what i see i i don't know what else to say absolute hypocrisy arthur let me ask you this
00:21:33.520 at the beginning of 2020 when all of the rumors uh not rumors i guess news stories started to
00:21:38.780 spread from all over the world about this dangerous virus coming out of china did you know exactly at
00:21:44.900 that point what was going to happen 100 i if you go back to my videos from that time march
00:21:52.560 April of 2020, I warned Canadians and I said, listen, communism is here. This is a straight
00:21:59.480 from the book, How to Become a Tyrant. I've seen this movie before, doesn't end well. You have to
00:22:06.240 change the script. This is just a takeover. They are going, you see, in order to subdue a nation,
00:22:13.360 especially a Western nation, you have to give them an enemy. And here they came with this
00:22:19.500 brilliant idea of giving them us an invisible enemy how you fight a virus how you attack a you
00:22:27.920 know a chinese virus it doesn't matter where it came from you can't right so it's a perfect setup
00:22:33.380 because now they can start a propaganda of fear they blanket the entire world with terror they
00:22:40.880 terrify the people they scared people and when a population is scared they are easy to be subdued
00:22:48.980 that's pretty much straight from the book uh scare the people enough and they will believe
00:22:53.740 anything you have to tell them because they will see you as the savior so they're coming with their
00:22:58.760 jobs they're coming with the solution six feet apart it doesn't matter how ridiculous this is
00:23:03.780 muzzle yourself but wait a second virus is 1000 times smaller than the bacteria this piece of
00:23:08.760 clothes cannot protect me well doesn't matter we tell you to wear one but why wear two wear three
00:23:14.100 And then you're questioning, but you're deplatformed, you're censored, then you're attacked, then you become a target of the police. I call them gangsters in uniform. They're like a muscle for the biggest mafia that we have right now, the government.
00:23:26.720 So when you know the game, and again, you're talking to a Polish immigrant. I've seen this movie before. I grew up in a country that was attacked by the fascism. I grew up in a city that had a concentration camp. I visited Auschwitz-Birkenau many times. I studied history. I listened to my grandparents that survived Holocaust.
00:23:46.860 Because, you know, you hear stories like this, then the communism, of course, the socialism that I saw with my own eyes.
00:23:54.180 And then you see the signs coming in and you don't know what to do.
00:23:59.020 You yell, you scream.
00:24:00.760 Don't you see what I see?
00:24:02.140 Come on, wake up, Canadians.
00:24:03.780 This is a takeover.
00:24:05.000 And look at what they have done to us.
00:24:06.880 They eliminated our middle class almost.
00:24:10.520 During that time in the city of Calgary, where I live, we were losing 10 to 15 businesses every single day.
00:24:18.640 10 to 15 businesses.
00:24:21.160 So every business represents workers, represents kids, represents grandparents, right?
00:24:27.820 Mothers, fathers.
00:24:28.880 I mean, a group of people that now it's hurting.
00:24:32.400 It's hurting.
00:24:33.440 10 to 15.
00:24:34.860 We've lost.
00:24:36.240 We've lost so many people.
00:24:37.800 So do you know that I think 3% or 5% of the population last year died not because of the virus, but died because of suicide?
00:24:49.240 Yes.
00:24:50.220 You know, it's incredible because people have lost hope.
00:24:55.380 They've lost their way to provide for the loved ones.
00:24:59.580 Men especially feel useless when we cannot provide for our family.
00:25:03.740 We feel like failure.
00:25:05.500 I've heard just a few days ago a story of a man that had only three dollars in his bank account and he could not see his way out of trouble.
00:25:15.500 He lost his job. No one would hire him. And he committed suicide and he cried doing it.
00:25:21.180 That's heartbreaking story. He left children. He left family, friends.
00:25:26.600 I mean, those stories as a pastor are here on a regular basis where people come to me and say, Art, is there hope?
00:25:33.800 So what we decided to do, we have been defending ourselves for the past, you know, two, three years.
00:25:41.300 And I said, basically, enough of defending ourselves.
00:25:44.120 Because if you know anything about history, I don't care how strong is your stronghold, your castle.
00:25:49.600 If you only defend yourself, sooner or later, your walls will fall down.
00:25:53.420 You got to become more aggressive.
00:25:55.060 You have to go into the offense.
00:25:57.560 You got to be more offensive.
00:25:58.640 So what we decided to do, I decided to join the smallest party in Alberta that there is, the Independence Party of Alberta.
00:26:06.520 Oh, you know what? I want to talk about that.
00:26:08.420 But I also want to get back to the moment that really brought you into prominence in this country.
00:26:15.420 And I know that you've toured through the United States as well, speaking with, I think, senators and congresspeople and giving speeches all through there.
00:26:22.580 I want to hear about that, too.
00:26:23.520 But the moment that you came into prominence was the moment where you told them, out, Nazis, out, out.
00:26:32.360 Did you have any idea that that was going to go so viral so quickly?
00:26:39.640 No, first of all, I was shocked when they entered our church for a number of reasons.
00:26:46.020 Historically speaking, places of worship were always treated as sanctuaries.
00:26:51.340 places where even the villains could come in and find refuge during the middle ages even when we
00:26:59.300 call them barbarians you know they would leave their sword outside before they would enter
00:27:04.160 a holy place a church but here i've told them many times if you have anything with me or to me
00:27:11.760 contact my lawyers we had lawyers from the very beginning from the very beginning they had you
00:27:17.780 know back and forth conversation with with our lawyers if you want something from me contact my
00:27:22.980 lawyers we will work things out you want to inspect our facility fine i i have no problem with
00:27:29.560 inspections i have no problem with ahs in their capacity i have a problem with tyranny i have
00:27:36.300 problem with them breaking the criminal code of canada section 176 that prohibits them from doing
00:27:43.680 what they were doing to us i have a problem with double standards with unequal application of the
00:27:49.620 law one law for me one law for the i have a problem with those people in uniform breaking the law that's
00:27:56.100 my beef with them a law should be equally applied to everyone and should be uphold especially when
00:28:04.700 you are wearing a uniform so i've told them many times because you gotta remember this is we're
00:28:09.760 talking about 2021 when that viral video went around the world um they have been harassing me
00:28:16.440 since march of 2020 as you remember i became the first canadian to receive the covet ticket
00:28:22.320 i was threatened with arrest already in april beginning of april of 2020 not to mention
00:28:28.420 intimidation you were you were heavily intimidated by the calgary police i recall seeing some videos
00:28:33.560 uh from uh outside in the street you were trying to feed homeless people and and the cops were
00:28:39.300 you know like six or seven of them would come right up into your face and they would tell you
00:28:43.340 that to stop it and it was amazing to me that police would treat a man of god the way they
00:28:49.980 treated you yeah my record i i'm not sure if you're ready for that my record is over 100 police
00:28:58.260 officers 52 police cars 20 cops on bicycles anti-terrorists and the chief of police at our
00:29:06.220 church service when we were feeding the homeless it just just grasped that number i mean it's
00:29:11.900 insane over 100 cobs coming excuse me for what what have i done we gave gifts to the homeless
00:29:19.960 people we were singing songs we fed them with triple a steaks we had a christmas festival and
00:29:26.120 they came harassing intimidating hammering i end up with 15 covet tickets for that crime so all of
00:29:34.280 That was happening before April of 2021.
00:29:38.380 And then the people come to me and say, why you call those nice, respectful police officers Nazis?
00:29:44.300 Listen, you don't know the history.
00:29:45.660 You don't know what they did to me.
00:29:47.280 You don't know that they were coming to my home, intimidating my wife and my children.
00:29:51.760 They were coming detectives, bylaw services, Calgary police, uniformed, undercover.
00:29:59.320 I have been harassed, intimidated, and ticketed for a year until April video.
00:30:07.800 So when I saw them entering church, sanctuary, I was shocked.
00:30:12.180 And maybe you could not pick that up, but my wife, of course, she knows me.
00:30:16.020 She says, your voice was shaken.
00:30:17.800 Yes, it was.
00:30:18.500 I was shaken.
00:30:19.560 I was shocked that those people do not respect the law of the land, especially Criminal Code of Canada, section 176, 1, 2, and 3.
00:30:28.660 And also the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Constitution, everything out the window.
00:30:33.400 They just walked in and they expected me to just like, welcome.
00:30:38.320 No, Nazis, you're acting like Gestapo.
00:30:41.460 You are Nazis.
00:30:42.540 Get out of this place.
00:30:44.520 Like, who do you think you are?
00:30:46.080 You cannot do stuff like this.
00:30:47.860 So the only thing I had in my heart, and of course, I always record my interactions with authorities.
00:30:53.380 Why?
00:30:53.980 Because they're bloody liars.
00:30:55.400 I had encounters with them in the court and they have no problem, no problem whatsoever to lie under oath.
00:31:03.780 I saw police officers lying, bylaw services lying, city workers lying, no problem whatsoever.
00:31:10.620 So what I do, I always have my cell phone with me.
00:31:13.700 So I just grab it.
00:31:14.820 I started to record and you saw the rest.
00:31:18.940 I told them to leave.
00:31:20.560 It took me a while, actually.
00:31:22.400 It was a struggle.
00:31:23.280 They didn't want to go, and finally they leave, but they came back, as you know, with a vengeance.
00:31:28.780 They came back with a judge's order.
00:31:31.440 This judge's name was David Gates, and I don't know if he's related to the snake in the United States, Bill Gates,
00:31:38.880 but David Gates of Alberta, this crooked judge, gave them the power to enter our church anytime they want to
00:31:46.140 with whomever they wish to enter our sanctuary with, so they showed up with SWAT team.
00:31:52.380 I kicked them again. They showed up again. I kicked them again. Then they went to a hired judge, this time the boss of judges. And this crooked, I call them the three crooked amigos. This crooked judge was, his name was John Rook. John Rook, the crook, I call him. He gave them the power to arrest anyone, children, men, women, young, old. It doesn't matter. Anyone can be arrested if you don't obey the AHS orders.
00:32:18.920 Well, I refused.
00:32:20.860 They showed up with SWAT team.
00:32:23.220 They opened the door.
00:32:24.220 It was packed.
00:32:25.020 We had hundreds of people inside the building.
00:32:27.460 And they withdrew themselves, the SWAT team.
00:32:29.760 And they waited for people to go home.
00:32:31.600 And that's where I got arrested with my brother David in the middle of the highway by SWAT team.
00:32:37.080 We were taken to police, tortured.
00:32:39.940 You know how they transferred me?
00:32:43.360 This is a story that not many people know.
00:32:45.740 Upside down.
00:32:46.700 You see, they were laughing that they are transporting pastor upside down with such a pain that I had scars all over my wrist for weeks afterwards because they put me upside down.
00:33:05.420 My feet were sticking out.
00:33:07.100 My head was on the floor and my whole body was pressing handcuffed wrists.
00:33:13.900 It was brutal.
00:33:14.640 Was that in the back of the police car or was that in jail?
00:33:19.120 Because I remember seeing you on the highway get arrested.
00:33:22.620 Was that the Deerfoot Trail, by the way?
00:33:24.840 I don't know exactly.
00:33:26.320 I know Calgary.
00:33:27.840 I lived there for a few years back in the late 90s.
00:33:30.800 So I'm wondering where exactly that was in town.
00:33:33.720 Why would they do that?
00:33:35.180 You know, that's a good question.
00:33:36.980 To this day, no one knows.
00:33:38.460 It doesn't make any sense.
00:33:39.840 They could arrest me anywhere.
00:33:41.800 They could come to my home.
00:33:43.080 They could send an email to my lawyer.
00:33:46.100 I mean, it was so simple.
00:33:47.680 They will have to say to my lawyer, there is a warrant for your clients, arrest, and please tell him to turn himself in.
00:33:55.980 What would I do?
00:33:57.060 Well, there's nowhere to run.
00:33:58.420 This is my home.
00:33:59.320 This is where I live.
00:34:00.840 I would challenge them.
00:34:01.840 I would fight them legally, but I'll have to.
00:34:04.580 I'll have no choice but to turn myself in.
00:34:07.600 However, they decided to do this El Chapo, Al Capone-style takedown by SWAT team, carried me, of course, and then they put me in a, you know, in a pediwagon, transferred me to prison, and we spent three days and two nights on concrete.
00:34:24.500 They did not allow us to sleep.
00:34:26.440 They were banging on the doors every 30 minutes, and then on Monday, we met the third crooked amigo.
00:34:32.900 This guy's name is Adam Germain.
00:34:36.220 Adam Germain spoke to his proceedings with saying, my good buddy, John Rook, so his boss, called me and asked me if I would be kind enough to oversee those proceedings.
00:34:48.500 And I turned to my brother, David, and I said, we're doomed.
00:34:51.380 This is a show trial.
00:34:52.820 I've witnessed those trials when I was growing up under the boots of the Soviets.
00:34:57.040 The whole case is decided, I said to David, we don't stand a chance.
00:35:01.100 This whole thing is already decided.
00:35:03.080 The trial is just for a show.
00:35:04.820 So just so you know, that's where I decided to go to the United States because I realized that if I will not get some help, if someone somewhere powerful enough is not going to defend me and my brother David, it's over.
00:35:21.160 They're going to finish us off.
00:35:22.800 And that was the right decision because, as you know, I was supposed to be in the States only for a few weeks, but the reception was so overwhelming.
00:35:30.580 And I was treated like a national hero, actually.
00:35:35.360 Standing ovations, 10,000, 15,000 people would come and listen.
00:35:39.860 I met some incredible Americans, patriots, Trump family, advisors, General Flynn and Mike Lindell.
00:35:48.060 And just amazing patriots.
00:35:50.900 Not perfect people, don't get me wrong, but just lovers of America.
00:35:54.960 And rightfully so, that's their country.
00:35:56.760 So I spent there four months touring around, going from state to state.
00:36:01.280 I think I visited pretty much most of them.
00:36:04.040 are just sharing my story.
00:36:05.960 And here is what I said to them.
00:36:07.500 I said, listen, you taught that north of the border,
00:36:11.920 you have a greatest ally.
00:36:13.660 But I'm telling you,
00:36:14.620 we're no longer living in a democratic country.
00:36:17.600 This is China that we're living behind the Iron Curtain.
00:36:20.800 Americans, if you don't put your act together,
00:36:23.740 if you will not fight, rise up now, you're next.
00:36:27.520 They're coming for you as well.
00:36:29.800 Look what happened to free Canadians, to us.
00:36:33.380 you're next so i think i did pretty good job because a lot of americans rose to the occasion
00:36:39.740 and they're fighting like crazy uh and i think they're going to win their mid uh midterm elections
00:36:45.320 and i think we're going to see some amazing things coming from from our neighbors to the south uh so
00:36:52.480 let me let me ask you what what do you see as a difference between americans and canadians when
00:36:57.660 it comes to fighting this particular war and i say war because i mean war well i think their
00:37:04.400 history i think their history is so amazing the declaration of independence the constitution of
00:37:09.920 united states of america the founding fathers all of that the whole nation started by resisting
00:37:16.280 tyranny you know uh it's just it's in their blood it's in their dna now let's look at canadians
00:37:22.660 Everyone that loved the king moved north. Everyone that wanted to be a free man stayed south. And then there was a division. So you've got United States of America, then you've got Canada on the north.
00:37:36.100 So I think in our DNA, we have to master within ourselves this notion of freedom.
00:37:44.020 And we have to learn that Americans, they have this, if you will, with the milk of their mothers.
00:37:51.580 We Canadians, we have to learn that.
00:37:54.200 And I think that's why you see people like me, emigrants that came to this country from troubled nations, from totalitarian regimes.
00:38:03.180 We see what's going on.
00:38:05.380 We don't want our children to be subjected to the same thing that we were subjected to growing up.
00:38:10.980 Canadians that were born here, they have a problem because, first of all, they are being indoctrinated on a regular basis.
00:38:20.680 There's a misinformation all the time, so they're being lied to.
00:38:24.420 I would suggest to anyone with a brain, please, unless you want to know what propaganda is saying, do not watch CBC, do not listen to a radio, do not read their sham newspapers because they're propaganda machines.
00:38:38.320 They're lying to you.
00:38:39.940 And I'm actually surprised from time to time when I actually see truth coming out of those, I know, global television or CTV or any other garbage that is out there.
00:38:51.580 I do see them from time to time.
00:38:53.860 I'll watch, I'll read from time to time because I need to know what to preach, what to warn people about.
00:39:00.180 So when I decided finally to come back to Canada for my tour, as you remember, I was immediately arrested on the tarmac coming from the plane.
00:39:10.380 I mean, it was insane.
00:39:12.320 And again, they could, my lawyer called them a few hours before when I was still in Montana boarding the plane.
00:39:19.640 We called the customs, had nothing to hide.
00:39:22.920 I declared everything that I was bringing.
00:39:25.940 We filled the manifest.
00:39:28.280 And I called my lawyer to call the Crown and to find out if there's any warrants for my arrest.
00:39:33.900 I just wanted to know what will happen to me when I will come back, which I would come back anyway.
00:39:40.200 It's where my wife, my family, my children, my home is, and my church.
00:39:44.100 So she said, no, there are no warrants for your arrest.
00:39:48.180 So what happened?
00:39:48.820 And when I boarded the plane and they knew I'm already flying, they triggered two warrants for my arrest for not wearing a muzzle criminally.
00:39:57.640 Those devils charged me criminally for inciting people to come to church, participating in illegal gathering and officiating an illegal gathering church service and not wearing a muzzle in a plane.
00:40:09.640 I mean, I have a medical exemption.
00:40:12.640 They know I have medical exemption.
00:40:14.840 We have been fighting for the past two years before that.
00:40:17.880 they know however they charge me anyway because it looks good on the paper multiple charges that's
00:40:23.980 the game they're playing anyway since then we've lost that case with adam germain the third crooked
00:40:30.540 amigo and he gave me that compelled speech remember yes ordered me just like in north
00:40:37.980 korea china that's why i call china the canada you know from time to time or russia the judge
00:40:44.900 ordered us me my brother david and chris scott the restaurant owner to recite a government
00:40:51.400 approved manifest or you know a propaganda piece pretty much hiring us by force to become cbc
00:41:01.220 reporters and i i remember at that time i grabbed the microphone and i said i will never i'll never
00:41:08.540 obey this order judge so you want to arrest me then here i am i'm not running away i will not
00:41:13.480 obey this order and my brother David said the same thing they didn't arrest us on the spot
00:41:19.240 they waited a little bit longer and when I was at the rally I was arrested in the middle of the
00:41:24.880 night by RCMP re-arrested again coming from a protest on the 1st of January 2022 and then of
00:41:34.160 course I was asked to be part of the track convoy and of course that was the most one of the most
00:41:40.880 beautiful things i've ever been part with i remember they wanted me to uh recount uh just
00:41:48.120 say you're sorry uh just plead to one little uh you know little mischief charge and then we will
00:41:54.300 drop all the other charges just say that there was a mistake no you wicked evil devils this was
00:42:01.220 beautiful here is what i saw during the truck combo i saw solidarity just like i saw growing up
00:42:08.760 in 1980, 81, 82, people came together.
00:42:12.040 It didn't matter if they were rich or poor,
00:42:15.140 the color of their skin, the background, the creed, the fate.
00:42:21.340 All of those things were put aside.
00:42:23.200 I saw people hugging each other, crying with each other,
00:42:25.720 cooking, feeding each other, loving each other,
00:42:28.620 singing with each other.
00:42:29.800 It was absolutely beautiful.
00:42:32.500 It was what Canada was built upon.
00:42:36.380 And the Canadian flags everywhere.
00:42:38.280 children smiling families with their dogs and their cats it was like and the horses uh you know
00:42:45.240 cowboys coming it was absolutely beautiful so i was asked to conduct series of church services for
00:42:50.580 the track comfort and to feed them and that's what i do i feed thousands of people on a regular
00:42:55.360 basis streetchurch.ca streetchurch.ca we feed homeless people uh three times a week uh for the
00:43:02.900 past 22 years three years actually and then we meet in a building twice a week in calgary so i
00:43:09.660 conducted a series of church services here in calgary when they went uh when they were on the
00:43:15.280 way to ottawa we fed them we gave them food and we had a great time we did um singing and i was
00:43:22.000 asked to come to milk river because a certain trackers and farmers decided to stage a protest
00:43:27.960 So I took my worship leaders, speakers, food, Lord's Supper, and my son, and we went to Milk River. I conducted a church service over there. The only blockage that I saw was done by RCMP. The roads were open when I came in. The roads were open when we left.
00:43:46.040 I did the church service and the Lord's Supper in Milk River.
00:43:49.860 Then I went to the RCMP and I said, I would like to go to Kutz.
00:43:54.020 Kutz is a point of entry between Montana and Alberta.
00:43:58.920 And they said, sure.
00:44:00.260 The RCMP opened the barricade for me and we went freely to Kutz where I did another church service.
00:44:09.080 We had Lord's Supper.
00:44:10.460 We prayed for people.
00:44:11.720 We were singing.
00:44:12.600 We had supper together.
00:44:13.880 And I gave that famous speech to the truckers, hold the line, stand strong for your rights, do it for your children.
00:44:21.880 And I reminded them about Alamo and I reminded them about solidarity.
00:44:26.980 Of course, during my speech, three times I've told them this is peaceful uprising, solidarity style, Martin Luther King Jr. style, Mahatma Gandhi style, nonviolence, just noncompliance.
00:44:41.940 Just like the Solidarity people did it in Poland, breaking the Iron Curtain and, you know, breaking the Berlin Wall.
00:44:50.280 And because I saw it with my own eyes, I shared that with people.
00:44:54.080 Hold the line. Don't quit.
00:44:56.200 The only way we can lose this is if you quit.
00:44:58.620 Don't quit. Stand for your rights.
00:45:01.900 Stand up and stay standing.
00:45:04.600 So the speech was 19 minutes.
00:45:06.780 Not a big deal.
00:45:07.680 No one stopped me.
00:45:08.520 No one said anything.
00:45:09.460 we went home a few days later i was coming out of my house and believe it or not it was another
00:45:16.060 takedown of el chapo of calgary or escobar or capone i don't know there was rcmp officers
00:45:23.380 detectives calgary police uniform uh that was swat team recording everything with their cameras
00:45:29.820 there was undercover police and then i learned after that they were monitoring me coming in and
00:45:35.840 going out for a week that's how dangerous we are when we speak the truth and tell people
00:45:42.440 resist tyranny we are called terrorists so it's amazing to me you're you're a pastor you've been
00:45:49.140 feeding people in the street street church in calgary for 23 years you encourage people you
00:45:54.260 you you know you give people faith every single day of your life and this is it's amazing to me
00:46:00.920 and i know ezra levant said the same thing in rebel i'm just absolutely blown away that you
00:46:05.640 were being treated this way i mean this is the kind of treatment that is reserved generally
00:46:09.640 speaking for the worst of the worst criminals yeah but wait wait what they did to me in prison
00:46:16.120 i mean if that was not shocking being treated the way i was treated uh what they did in prison was
00:46:22.000 unbelievable i actually talked to jailers after that and they've told me they've never ever seen
00:46:28.640 anyone being treated the way i was treated in remand center but let's go back so i was arrested
00:46:34.920 and charged with terrorism.
00:46:37.980 They've charged me.
00:46:38.880 I'm the only and the first Canadian
00:46:41.120 in the history of this country
00:46:42.380 to be charged with that legislation.
00:46:45.800 It's interfering with the crucial infrastructure
00:46:48.740 under the Defense Act.
00:46:50.460 It's like blowing up pipes,
00:46:52.060 blowing up bridges.
00:46:53.460 They charged me with that
00:46:54.900 for my speech in Kud's
00:46:57.140 where I said to the people
00:46:59.120 three times,
00:47:01.240 non-violent,
00:47:02.240 no guns,
00:47:03.200 no swords,
00:47:03.920 peacefully.
00:47:04.920 We have to do it peacefully.
00:47:07.520 There is no place for violence in this movement.
00:47:11.180 And, of course, as you know, there was zero violence.
00:47:14.360 In Ottawa, there was zero violence during our marches when we had 15,000, 20,000 people.
00:47:20.680 There was no violence in Milk River.
00:47:22.800 There was no violence in Kud's.
00:47:24.680 The only violence that always comes from is either police, RCMP, or crazy Antifa that I believe works for a totalitarian, globalistic government.
00:47:39.280 So they took me to prison after hours of interrogation.
00:47:44.080 And believe it or not, they placed me in solitary confinement.
00:47:47.520 And then the next day, if that was not good enough, they would not give me water.
00:47:53.040 And then the next day, they took me out of my solitary cell, confiscated my Bibles, confiscated my write-ups, which was a privileged information for my lawyers.
00:48:05.440 And they placed me in metal cages, boxes, cages, little metal cages, like you would put vicious dogs because they are absolutely too dangerous.
00:48:19.500 Like you had to sit down in this cage, you couldn't stand up, you were actually a cage.
00:48:26.200 That's right.
00:48:26.960 You cannot stand up, you're caged, like it's a literally cage.
00:48:32.000 And when I talked to the jailers, friendly jailers, they said they only use that.
00:48:38.560 And some of them said, we've never ever seen anyone being put there.
00:48:43.260 but some that did said if you are so dangerous you're punching you go ballistic crazy you want
00:48:50.840 to stop someone and just for you to calm down they would put you in that cage for you to calm down
00:48:57.100 i was put for fun they were laughing they had great time oh we caged a pastor just like the
00:49:04.000 soviets did with clergymen that dared to speak against totalitarian stalinism so i was placed
00:49:12.020 in two cages, one
00:49:14.060 small, tiny, that
00:49:16.180 you could not even move,
00:49:18.020 suffocating, and another
00:49:20.200 one a little bit bigger. You couldn't
00:49:22.220 stand up, but it was a little bit
00:49:24.120 bigger. Do you think these
00:49:26.360 jailers put you in these cages
00:49:28.140 of their own volition, or were they
00:49:30.140 ordered to by somebody higher up, do you think?
00:49:32.120 No, everything was coming from the administration,
00:49:34.580 and I think the administration
00:49:36.400 was receiving it from the politicians.
00:49:38.760 I was told multiple
00:49:40.100 of times by different jailers that the directives are coming from the highest up uh let me give you
00:49:47.240 a little bit of what happened how do i know that and i have the document right here um that
00:49:52.840 everything was coming in fact from the highest level of the of the administration so i spent
00:49:59.980 over 40 days in solitary confinement every day they would take me from my solitary cell
00:50:06.580 and I would be taken to another solitary cell on concrete.
00:50:11.000 No washroom and no water.
00:50:13.380 Every night, they would drag me from my cell,
00:50:15.980 which I was locked alone,
00:50:18.080 only to put me on concrete every night.
00:50:21.660 I mean, how twisted of an individual you have to be
00:50:25.800 to treat another human being in such a manner.
00:50:30.700 On the 45th day, if I remember correctly,
00:50:33.520 I was literally kidnapped.
00:50:35.920 I'm not kidding you.
00:50:37.020 A guard comes to me.
00:50:38.140 I'm sitting at the common area.
00:50:40.600 He comes to me and he says, oh, there is a visitor for you.
00:50:45.460 And I knew something is fishy.
00:50:46.640 At that time, the inmates signed a petition and they said, if I'm not going to be released from a solitary, there's going to be a riot.
00:50:56.040 They stood for me and I had my church services there, prayer meetings with the inmates.
00:51:03.040 I led them to the Lord.
00:51:04.120 I prayed for them.
00:51:05.000 I talked to them. I canceled them every day. So they absolutely loved me. And they finally said to the administration, if you don't let go, you're going to have a problem here. So finally, they released me from solitary. And then I was able to spend a few hours with inmates. It was not for them. I think I will be still locked like an animal alone.
00:51:28.440 So anyway, I go to the visiting place because I have a visitor. Well, it was no visitor. There were sheriffs waiting with shackles. They shackled my feet and my hands and I was kidnapped without the knowledge of my family, my wife or my lawyers, which they would not allow me to see for three weeks.
00:51:48.360 I was denied access to my lawyers.
00:51:51.620 There goes your constitutional, you know,
00:51:53.720 Charter of Rights freedoms that you thought you have,
00:51:57.440 the Criminal Code of Canada, everything out the window.
00:52:00.120 So I was taken to Edmonton and behold,
00:52:02.180 they put me in MaxPod.
00:52:04.300 And I don't know if you know what MaxPod is.
00:52:06.820 MaxPod is a place within the prison system
00:52:10.280 for the extremely dangerous murderers.
00:52:13.620 If you stab someone, another email,
00:52:15.700 if you attacked a jailer,
00:52:17.920 then they would put you in a max spot they cranked the air conditioning so much that i was sitting
00:52:24.360 there shivering like this all day and all night and when i complained to the guard i said listen
00:52:30.400 i'm a healthy guy and i survived 40 few days of isolation and now i'm going to die here you're
00:52:38.200 going to murder me because i'm freezing to death and he laughed in my face and he says at least
00:52:42.780 you have fresh air and walked away so anyway um i said that to the to the lawyer the lawyer said
00:52:50.480 that to the judge and they scared them because i don't know if you know that reman centers are
00:52:56.480 private institutions and they run um privately they're privately owned and they run more head
00:53:02.620 more cattle if you will more money government allocates and gives them that's why in their
00:53:07.760 best interest is to have as many inmates as possible the whole system is so rotten is is a
00:53:14.020 mockery of justice so the next day they put me and you will not believe that they took me from
00:53:20.840 max bot and they placed me in psych ward and i looked at this whole crazy theater and i turned
00:53:30.420 to the guards and i said where where am i i mean i see people jumping up and down walking in a
00:53:36.340 circle you know crazy people mentally challenged you know people would like extremely mentally
00:53:43.340 challenged to the point where they have to be like handled physically that kind of yeah i mean
00:53:48.560 there were some people in their in their jackets they were some locked in a higher levels of that
00:53:56.200 unit and those that were down where they had problems put it this way so i turned to the guard
00:54:03.240 And I'm looking at this like, where am I? And they all laughed. And they said, you are in a wild, wild west. And I said, like, but what that means? He says, you're in psych ward.
00:54:14.060 So I was placed, by the way, in Calgary, five different inmates told me that the guards were giving them incentives if they would murder me or beat me up in Calgary.
00:54:26.200 So in Edmonton, and they already testified to our lawyers, you know, they already talked to my lawyer about this. They're going to testify if this goes to court.
00:54:38.080 So anyway, in Edmonton, in a psych ward, they placed me in a cell with a schizophrenic, a guy that murdered his brother with a machete.
00:54:47.560 So here's what I think. I can't prove this at this level unless we're going to take this to court.
00:54:56.140 I think what they wanted to achieve, they wanted someone, some inmates to hurt me or to murder me in prison.
00:55:04.180 Another interesting fact is that when I was in MaxPod, I asked for a pen because I wanted to write everything that was happening to me with names.
00:55:13.600 And by the way, those documents were confiscated. They confiscated a portion of my documents labeled for my lawyers only, which is totally illegal.
00:55:24.860 But of course, they are the law. And just like the jailers told us here, we own you. Here you have no rights.
00:55:32.600 It's what we say goes. So that's pretty much what I was observing through 50 days of being locked like an animal for my church service in Kud.
00:55:44.920 So when I was in Maxpot, I asked for the pen and I was told that I am extremely dangerous and I cannot have a pen.
00:55:52.900 When I was taken to the psych ward and was locked with this schizophrenic guy that murdered his brother, chopped him to pieces with a machete, well, he had plenty of pens.
00:56:03.900 So I shared that story with him.
00:56:05.380 I said, well, apparently I'm too dangerous.
00:56:07.600 I cannot have a pen.
00:56:08.780 And he takes his and he says, well, you can have mine.
00:56:11.700 And he gives me his pen.
00:56:13.280 How ironic this whole thing became.
00:56:16.400 So I spend about a week in psych ward, of course, without the evaluation of the doctors, without the knowledge of AHS.
00:56:24.340 How do I know that?
00:56:25.400 Because a doctor comes to me and says, Mr. Pulaski, what are you doing here?
00:56:30.080 And I said, I have no idea.
00:56:31.920 They took me from Backspot and they placed me here and here I am.
00:56:35.660 He says, they are not allowed to do this.
00:56:38.640 Everything has to go through AHS, through doctors.
00:56:42.340 There has to be evaluation of the person.
00:56:45.040 You know, are you sane? Are you troubled? I mean, they can't just throw a pastor in a psych ward into asylum.
00:56:52.840 I mean, this is Soviet. This is China. This is North Korea.
00:56:57.400 So I spent about a week there and then eventually a normal judge released me on the bail conditions.
00:57:03.660 I was presented by the Crown Prosecutor as extremely dangerous.
00:57:08.340 The Crown Prosecutor accused me in front of the judge that I cost Canada's economy over $400 million worth of damages.
00:57:19.380 You alone.
00:57:20.360 I mean alone.
00:57:21.280 My speech in coups cost Canadian economy over $400 million worth of damages.
00:57:28.200 And if I'm released, he said, it's going to be a disaster on Canadian society.
00:57:33.600 I have to be locked in prison.
00:57:35.840 That's why my bail was denied. And then 50 days later, I was released because another judge saw through this whole sham, this mockery of justice and released me.
00:57:47.820 However, my story doesn't end because, remember, Adam Germain found us guilty, ordered us over $50,000 of penalties and Alberta province arrest, 18 months probation, probation officer, community hours, and just a compelled speech, a monetary punishment.
00:58:08.640 Well, we appealed that decision. And about a month ago, we won the biggest case in the appeal court, the highest court in Alberta, the Court of Appeal, the biggest case against COVID tyranny so far in Canada.
00:58:25.920 The judges, three judges, said everything that was done to us was illegal. They ordered the HS to pay us back. Of course, I didn't see a penny yet. That's almost a month now.
00:58:38.640 And all the other things thrown out.
00:58:41.780 And you would think that they would drop the charges and they would come to their senses and say, hey, maybe we overkilled it.
00:58:50.120 No, I'm facing four trials as we speak.
00:58:54.500 $100,000 ticket for feeding homeless.
00:58:57.260 $100,000.
00:58:58.980 They gave me a ticket for saving lives.
00:59:02.440 The homeless people on the streets of Calgary.
00:59:03.920 I'm facing a trial for disturbing peace, not wearing a muzzle, trespassing, inciting people to come to church, mischief, a terrorism charge.
00:59:16.680 Art, that appeal that you won, was that the Supreme Court of Alberta?
00:59:21.960 That's right.
00:59:23.040 That's right.
00:59:23.920 Three justices on that decision.
00:59:26.940 And they said everything they've done to us was absolutely illegal.
00:59:30.220 all and and i was hoping that they're going to start withdrawing the charges and kind of like
00:59:34.680 let's forget well why wouldn't they because you've already had a ruling in your favor from the supreme
00:59:39.340 court of alberta so any of these new charges and these new trials that you're facing are just they're
00:59:44.280 going to go your way they're all the government's going to do is just wind up with egg on their face
00:59:48.920 as far as i can see i know but i'm still suffering my family is suffering i am on house arrest from
00:59:55.860 seven to seven i'm not allowed to leave my home if i was you know it's 758 right now here in calgary
01:00:02.460 if i was to step out of my house on a sidewalk i could be arrested thrown in prison you know that
01:00:09.800 so it's no fun i'm telling you being a prisoner in your house is no fun every time i want to
01:00:16.560 take children somewhere after seven i have to get a written permission from a probation officer
01:00:22.240 Listen, I have never, ever been charged with anything in my life.
01:00:29.660 And now I'm treated.
01:00:30.840 I have no criminal record.
01:00:32.980 The only tickets that I would receive is, you know, parking and, you know, once every five years a speeding ticket because I didn't see the camera and I went, you know, two kilometers over.
01:00:43.740 So those are my troubles with the law.
01:00:46.780 I'm a law-abiding citizen.
01:00:48.960 I pay taxes.
01:00:49.860 I don't like to pay taxes, but I do pay them because that's what the law requires me to do.
01:00:55.580 I don't speak.
01:00:56.740 I don't, you know, commit crimes.
01:00:59.540 I obey the law because I am a Christian and I'm a Christian pastor.
01:01:03.940 I am a law abiding citizen.
01:01:05.800 Christians are the best citizens that you possibly can have.
01:01:10.500 And I think that's what they hate the most.
01:01:12.880 When I was in prison and I'm telling you the way I was treated, it was it was no fun.
01:01:18.560 and the crown prosecutor comes to us
01:01:21.960 then he gives us an offer
01:01:23.540 and says if your client will plead guilty to mischief
01:01:27.160 all the other charges
01:01:28.140 the terrorism charge and this and that
01:01:29.960 everything will disappear
01:01:31.120 here is what those devils wanted
01:01:33.600 they wanted their front page propaganda story
01:01:36.940 Pastor Artopoloski pleads guilty
01:01:38.980 we've told you he's a criminal
01:01:40.460 he admits he's a criminal
01:01:42.260 and I said to my lawyer
01:01:43.700 no way, no way
01:01:45.600 I will die here
01:01:46.860 But I will not plead guilty for something that I'm not guilty of.
01:01:52.660 And guess what?
01:01:54.100 That, you know, angered them so much that they kidnapped me from Calgary and they put me to a psych ward and before that to a max pod just to punish me.
01:02:06.540 How dare you not take our plea, you know, plea offer?
01:02:11.860 And the story continues.
01:02:13.600 Four more trials.
01:02:15.100 I'm still on house arrest.
01:02:16.860 And and it's not easy to live a life because sometimes I have to remind myself.
01:02:22.220 So I visited my parents for dinner just a few days ago and like, oh, my God, I have to be at home.
01:02:28.720 I have to end the dinner because if I don't leave right now, I'm not going to make it for 7 p.m. in my house.
01:02:36.520 I might be arrested and charged.
01:02:38.480 And who knows?
01:02:39.440 Maybe this time they will murder me in prison.
01:02:42.140 so i want you to know this terrorism because that's what it is it's they're terrorists this
01:02:49.080 terror this lawlessness is still they're still continuing that's why we need new breed of
01:02:56.080 politicians yeah let me ask you this how how has this affected your family i'm talking about all
01:03:03.260 of your family and i want to ask you too how do your parents feel about the stand you've taken
01:03:07.520 And I'm sure they'd be proud, but I want to hear it from you.
01:03:10.640 Well, as you know, last year they tried to burn us alive.
01:03:14.760 I don't know if you remember the story.
01:03:16.700 They put our house on fire.
01:03:18.960 And thank God the neighbor caught it right away.
01:03:22.200 Otherwise, we would burn alive with my three children in the house.
01:03:27.000 Then a few weeks after, they unscrewed the tires in my pickup truck trying to cause an accident.
01:03:33.820 So when we were driving, the tire just went on its own and we crashed.
01:03:39.060 The cops did this?
01:03:40.660 No, who knows?
01:03:42.340 I mean, that's a good question.
01:03:43.700 Who is behind this government operatives, Antifa?
01:03:49.200 I don't know.
01:03:50.220 I know Jason Kenney, the premier of Alberta, comes on television and he says,
01:03:54.360 I will crush Pawlowski's when we were in prison.
01:03:57.260 I will crush Pawlowski's.
01:03:58.620 After that, I was coming with my daughter from Safeway and I got punched in the face.
01:04:03.820 Because people are listening to the politicians and the politicians are coming on TV saying, I'm a terrorist, I'm a bad person.
01:04:10.940 I'm causing harm to Canada and Canadians and, you know, they retaliate.
01:04:17.480 Another craziness is that Jason Kenney, when I was 50 days in prison, he comes on television and he says,
01:04:26.980 Arthur Polosky was inciting people to commit acts of violence against other individuals.
01:04:33.200 And that's unacceptable. I mean, they are openly lying. They're professional pathological liars. They have to be found accountable for what they are saying, what they have been doing to us. But so far, it's all, you know, all boys club. One is covering for another.
01:04:52.660 As you know, two days after we were arrested and released from prison, Jason Kenney, the premier of Alberta, with his ministers, Minister of Environment, Jason Nixon, Minister of Finance, Travis Taves, Minister of Health, Tyler Chandro, which later on as a good Nazi was rewarded with the highest position in the land.
01:05:18.240 He is right now, and listen to this, the level of corruption, the very man that was shutting down our restaurants, our churches, the very man that was a minister of health, Tyler Chandro, was such a good Gestapo or Nazi that he was rewarded with a ministerial of minister of justice and solicitor general.
01:05:36.640 So the very man that I embarrassed on the global scale with that video that over a billion people watched it, it was the number one played video during Easter of 2021 around the world.
01:05:48.460 So he comes back with a vendetta now as the minister of justice.
01:05:52.160 I mean, it doesn't get any worse than this if it comes to corruption.
01:05:57.200 It's like watching Cosa Nostra, Al Capone, a kind of a movie because one is tied to another.
01:06:04.480 So those boys, as you remember, in the Sky Palace, hypocrisy, partied with whiskey.
01:06:10.260 And that was perfectly okay.
01:06:11.540 Breaking the mandates, regulations, restrictions that they arrested me for just a few days before.
01:06:17.740 Why?
01:06:18.060 Because I opened the church.
01:06:19.860 But they partied with whiskey.
01:06:22.000 That was okay.
01:06:23.140 That was perfectly fine.
01:06:24.980 And then Jason Kenney comes on television and says, no one is above the law.
01:06:28.940 No politician or a person that calls himself a pastor.
01:06:32.240 Oh, you bloody devil.
01:06:34.480 If I will ever get power, I'm going back after you boys and I will make you accountable for every lie and everything you have done, the harm you have caused Albertans.
01:06:47.620 Have your kids been accosted by other kids like your family?
01:06:54.160 The original question, have your family been harassed by people at all based upon your stand?
01:07:00.800 Actually, it's the opposite.
01:07:01.760 it i've never ever faced more friendliness um on a on a on a big scale i mean i can't go to a store
01:07:10.880 right now without someone shaking my hand uh we went to a dealer uh dealership three salesmen run
01:07:18.280 the moment they saw me and just to thank me for standing up for them so from that perspective i
01:07:24.140 think there is many albertans that value what we have done value what we're doing because in the
01:07:30.580 end of the day you're going to remember history is teaching us a very simple truth that if
01:07:35.700 religious rights fall if the religious rights go all the other rights will follow that's history
01:07:44.380 that's not me first thing that goes is the wannabe pharaohs the gods of today uh they don't want
01:07:50.600 competition so they strike religion with the moment religion goes every it's it's open uh season
01:07:56.860 for everything else people don't understand that however what i observed in the past year is more
01:08:02.900 and more canadians are rising up more and more patriots are are coming together uniting and
01:08:10.840 people are bold enough to stop me right now everywhere i show up and just come to me and
01:08:18.180 says thank you and sometimes they cry thank you for what you did thank you for standing up because
01:08:23.440 i think they are realized right now that i'm not doing this just for them i'm doing this for the
01:08:29.180 children that if our rights go it's not just our rights it's the rights of our children and our
01:08:36.040 grandchildren that will go as well and you know because history is teaching us that if tyrants
01:08:41.660 will have their way it takes usually second or third generation and bloodshed to take our rights
01:08:48.600 back so in the end what i'm trying to say if you will let them win now your grandchildren will have
01:08:54.800 to die to get their rights back that's just history that's how it goes always is there any
01:09:00.760 way to get justice for these corrupt judges and and you know when i hear these uh the compelled
01:09:06.800 speech order that you were put under i mean it goes against the criminal code of this country
01:09:11.000 actually what we're seeing here are judges breaking the laws of this country and i still
01:09:17.520 can't fathom, and I wonder if you've had conversations with your lawyers about this,
01:09:21.900 I still can't fathom how a judge has the ability to do that. How can a judge break a law that is
01:09:28.520 on the books in this country? Because the whole thing is a mackerel right now. There's zero
01:09:34.560 accountability. There's no accountability for the judges. There's no accountability for the
01:09:39.040 politicians. There's no accountability for the chief of police. I mean, they do whatever they
01:09:43.400 want that's why we need a new system a new party and i say to canadians albertans right now so we
01:09:50.560 have been playing this game of revolving door i call it so we vote ndp when we are ticked off with
01:09:56.920 liberals and conservatives we vote liberals uh we vote conservatives and you know and then we are
01:10:03.740 upset with them and then we vote the opposite party and then this party and it's like it's a
01:10:08.780 revolving door and i said we have been playing this for a very long time 50 60 years and look
01:10:14.520 at us today they're all snakes you're dealing with snakes vipers and scorpions maybe it's time
01:10:20.900 instead of voting for the lesser evil let's not vote for evil altogether let's vote for someone
01:10:28.480 new not a professional pathological liar that will tell you what you want to hear before he's
01:10:34.920 elected and does totally opposite when elected or never fulfills his promises. We need a new party,
01:10:42.620 a party that will bring back recoil. Those people that are not fulfilling their promises
01:10:48.360 should be taken down. Obviously, you're not the person that we were hoping you are. You're not
01:10:54.600 fulfilling your promises that you were elected under. Go. We have to bring a referendum. We
01:11:00.060 gotta give the voice back to the people since when a few elected individuals that can be easily
01:11:07.020 bribed are deciding the future of our children that's no i don't want some crazy guy drinking
01:11:15.020 whiskey in a sky palace to decide the future of my grandchildren no i should have that say
01:11:21.100 referendum is a direct democracy also we need some kind of a constitutional sheriffs or some
01:11:27.540 kind of american style sheriffs they'll have the teeth that can charge because now the politicians
01:11:34.120 and the judges they got immunity there's nothing you can do and they are not elected we need to
01:11:39.780 elect them judges should be elected not appointed because now you've got crooked government
01:11:45.540 appointing their bodies of course the judges are not going to uh you know rule against the
01:11:51.780 the very people that appointed them we we should elect judges and we should elect them only for a
01:11:59.380 term not until you die i mean you're stuck with a crooked judge with zero accountability for 50
01:12:07.160 years are you cheating me they should be elected for maybe 10 years term 10 years and if you prove
01:12:14.620 yourself and you're good judge and you're actually following the law because remember majority of the
01:12:19.860 judges are not even following the law i was shocked when those three judges actually ruled
01:12:25.860 according to the law i was shocked i had to ask my lawyer three or four times if this is for real
01:12:32.340 i did not believe i've lost totally i've lost trust in the system because it's so corrupted
01:12:39.740 but those three judges have proven to be good judges that ruled according to the law according
01:12:45.360 to the criminal code of canada and then our constitution uh but this is exception there's
01:12:52.080 not many judges like that so you should you know you should elect them you should have an institution
01:13:00.160 that actually oversees with the teeth so i call them sheriffs we should have some real sheriffs
01:13:06.540 that actually can look into corruption let's look uh your mr minister or mr mla or mr counselor
01:13:14.420 Would these sheriffs be elected by the people or would they be appointed by, you see, I think they need to be elected, right?
01:13:20.640 This is the people's body of investigating these crooks, as you say, politicians who are in power.
01:13:27.020 Because right now, I mean, Trudeau's getting away with anything.
01:13:29.460 All these premiers are still getting away with anything.
01:13:31.760 And the only time, like I think Kenny just called an investigation based for the COVID response, but they're going to investigate themselves.
01:13:39.240 That's like Pfizer investigating themselves, right?
01:13:41.740 No, it's a joke.
01:13:42.800 It's a joke.
01:13:43.680 It's a joke.
01:13:44.420 They have to be elected by the people because people have to have their voice back and they have to have their power back.
01:13:52.920 Because now think about it.
01:13:54.040 We have zero power.
01:13:55.200 I mean, OK, so you have caught this minister, for example, Madhu.
01:13:59.740 Madhu was the minister of so-called justice that was arresting us, right, and shutting our businesses.
01:14:07.060 And he was a destroyer of Alberta.
01:14:09.020 So Mr. Minister of Justice Madu was caught interfering with his own investigation when he got a ticket.
01:14:17.880 Do you see any penalties for those people?
01:14:21.000 Do you see them in jail?
01:14:23.980 Look, we were arrested for opening church, saving lives, actually doing something for the benefit of the people.
01:14:32.000 So Premier, Jason Kenney, with his minions, corrupted minions like Chandra, like Caves that wants to become the Premier of Alberta right now.
01:14:44.540 I mean, replacing one snake with another snake.
01:14:47.180 My God, who in the right mind would do that?
01:14:49.780 But I've seen it before.
01:14:52.680 Why they have not been charged?
01:14:55.280 I mean, it's a very serious question.
01:14:57.940 If we committed a crime.
01:14:59.540 So let's say, let's follow their line of thinking.
01:15:01.760 We committed the crime. We opened the door. We had the in-person gathering and so on. We've heard it all. But they did the same thing. So I was charged with my brother, David, arrested El Chapo style in the middle of the highway, taken to prison, spent three days, two nights on concrete and then faced some unbelievable, crazy punishment, including compelled speech and 18 months probation, not allowed to leave the province of Alberta.
01:15:31.760 I mean, absolutely Soviet-style judgment.
01:15:35.920 Excuse me.
01:15:36.900 So if we were found guilty, Mr. Judge,
01:15:40.000 why have you not charged the premier with his minions?
01:15:43.920 They've committed the same crime.
01:15:46.760 I mean, why people are not asking those questions is beyond me.
01:15:51.000 I don't understand.
01:15:51.680 Are you okay with elected officials that should be a servant of the people,
01:15:57.800 not a king, not a pharaoh ruling over people,
01:16:01.240 But serving the people caught in the highest level of corruption and you don't care, you don't want to make them accountable for what they have done.
01:16:10.940 This is bizarre to me.
01:16:12.960 Is there any chance of a civil litigation against the jailers or the government officials, Dina Hinshaw or anybody from AHS, any of these elects?
01:16:23.460 Is there anything that we can do to get some kind of justice here publicly?
01:16:28.120 We have to elect a new breed of politicians. I mean, yes, we can file lawsuits, but you're dealing with Taylor Chandra, the very man that destroyed you.
01:16:40.380 I mean, do you really think that as a minister of justice, he's going to look favorably at the very people that oppose him when he was the minister of health?
01:16:49.160 Of course not, because this is mafia.
01:16:52.020 We're talking about Casa Nostra, Sicily.
01:16:54.720 We're talking about the highest level of corruption I've ever seen.
01:16:59.000 Because growing up behind the Iron Curtain, at least the communists were not pretending they're the good guys.
01:17:05.260 The communists were evil.
01:17:06.940 Everybody knew they're evil.
01:17:08.640 They're hypocrites.
01:17:09.820 Everybody knew that.
01:17:11.080 Here you have, they're murdering you softly.
01:17:13.600 They're murdering you with white gloves.
01:17:15.300 They're pretending that they are servants.
01:17:17.760 They're pretending they're good.
01:17:19.160 but they are evil.
01:17:21.140 They are wicked.
01:17:22.100 It's like, that's why it reminds me of Costa Nostra
01:17:24.780 because the mafia people would give a million dollars
01:17:28.680 to the church thinking that they can escape hell
01:17:32.060 by bribing the priests.
01:17:35.520 You know, and here is the same thing.
01:17:37.220 You have corrupted officials
01:17:40.100 and they think that they escape,
01:17:42.420 they can escape the justice by lying, manipulating.
01:17:46.460 Just like Jason Kenney that comes on television
01:17:48.700 and he says no one is above the law i i want to yell and scream yes that's true why you were not
01:17:57.340 next cell when i was arrested i mean you should be next to me we should all be charged and then
01:18:04.760 if needs be punished for our crime why only me and my brother david and chris were subjected to this
01:18:12.720 Well, we know why, because they're corrupted, evil politicians.
01:18:16.700 So here is the solution.
01:18:19.080 And when I was in jail, in solitary confinement, you know, the one good thing, one good thing that came out of this, they should never, ever lock a man like me in prison.
01:18:30.800 Never.
01:18:31.600 Because they have given me a lot of time to think.
01:18:35.360 So I was thinking, I was thinking, what is my next move?
01:18:38.600 What should I do?
01:18:39.740 I'm normally very busy man.
01:18:41.780 I'm busy serving the poor.
01:18:43.520 I'm busy serving the elderly.
01:18:45.500 I give food, actually millions of dollars worth of food to Native Reserves.
01:18:49.920 I mean, I'm a very busy individual.
01:18:52.100 Just let me do my thing and you will never hear about me because I'm too busy.
01:18:57.040 But when they locked me, you know, 50 days is a long time in solitary confinement.
01:19:03.400 I came with this idea.
01:19:05.900 Fine.
01:19:06.840 If they will not let me be a pastor.
01:19:09.240 If I cannot be a pastor in this province anymore, if they will keep harassing me and attacking me, well, then I will become a politician.
01:19:17.720 And what was chasing me yesterday, I will be chasing tomorrow.
01:19:21.580 So I decided in that cell, I'm going to run for political office.
01:19:26.020 But that's easier to say than to do it.
01:19:29.960 But under which umbrella, which colors am I to pick?
01:19:34.180 So I look at, of course, at the main parties.
01:19:36.700 i i don't want to even be associated with them i mean they're snakes if you want to hang around
01:19:43.820 with a snake well don't complain that eventually is going to to bite you uh so of course all the
01:19:49.280 three main parties out the window i don't want to have anything to do with them um and then what
01:19:54.200 wild rose is in a turmoil fighting with each other i don't want to be part of that craziness
01:19:59.260 i mean seriously you're shooting at the friendly troops you're fighting with each other i mean
01:20:03.940 that's how insane you are. I don't want to be part of this. So I looked around and I have found
01:20:08.700 the smallest party. I call this party David. I have found my David because this fight is David
01:20:17.000 versus Goliath. And I said, you know what? I'm going to join the smallest, the French. I like
01:20:22.640 what prime minister said, the French minority. Well, that French minority is going to bite him
01:20:28.380 in behind believe me is coming so i joined the french minority if you will my kind of people
01:20:35.440 um the the independence party of alberta and it's not the perfect party i get it it needs tweaking
01:20:43.580 it needs it needs some you know adjustments i get it no one is perfect but i said this is a party
01:20:50.460 that that at least i have some maneuver that i can build from the ground up and i can build it
01:20:56.540 with the right kind of Albertans,
01:20:59.120 patriots, truckers, farmers,
01:21:02.380 all those industries that are being hammered
01:21:04.760 by the totalitarian wannabe tyrants right now,
01:21:07.420 our beef farmers,
01:21:10.260 our middle-class, hardworking Canadians
01:21:14.940 that just love to do what they do
01:21:18.220 and they want to leave a legacy for their children as well.
01:21:21.660 I'm going to rally those that came
01:21:25.140 to the protests, to the rallies, the 15,000, the 20,000 rallies,
01:21:30.660 those people that actually showed that they care and they love this country.
01:21:35.720 And behold, it took me four months.
01:21:37.960 It takes me a while to finally make my decision
01:21:41.380 because I wanted to be sure that God is behind us,
01:21:45.000 that my family is behind us, that this is what we're going to do.
01:21:48.480 And finally, I throw my name into the heart within 10 days.
01:21:52.560 I mean, it's unbelievable.
01:21:55.140 We quadrupled.
01:21:57.560 The Independence Party of Alberta quadrupled within 10 days.
01:22:01.340 I mean, it's unbelievable.
01:22:02.840 I think people are getting the message.
01:22:05.340 I'm not a professional politician.
01:22:07.560 And you know what?
01:22:08.560 I don't want to be a professional politician.
01:22:11.420 Far from it.
01:22:12.800 I'm just like you.
01:22:14.340 I listen to you.
01:22:15.380 I have been subjected to this tyranny by professional politicians, by career politicians.
01:22:21.980 And I don't want to end up like them.
01:22:23.820 I don't want to be them.
01:22:24.680 I'm me, and if you want someone to clean your swamp, I'm going to find the biggest plunger that there is,
01:22:32.580 and I'm going to clean that swamp to the best of my ability, and I understand I'm just one man.
01:22:38.760 But hey, my call is, I'm just one man, but come and join me. Come. Sign up for the membership.
01:22:46.180 It's 20 bucks for three years.
01:22:48.000 It's not the big deal.
01:22:49.620 You know, it's less than what?
01:22:51.720 Seven, less than $7 for a year.
01:22:55.080 It's like when you go to buy your coffee, fancy coffee, that's how much it costs.
01:23:00.320 And you will have a brand new grassroots party that we can build together.
01:23:06.420 Now is the time to build something brand spanking new.
01:23:10.840 Is this a federal or provincial party, Art?
01:23:13.440 No, this is provincial.
01:23:14.560 I was thinking about federal as well, but telling you the truth, and I don't want to offend too many Canadians, I have a hard time.
01:23:24.860 I had a very hard time to believe that Canadians are ready for the right move.
01:23:29.740 Maybe they are.
01:23:30.740 And if they are, I apologize.
01:23:32.640 But when I look at Albertans, I think Albertans are.
01:23:36.060 And maybe because I'm a little bit biased.
01:23:38.020 I live here and I attended pretty much every rally and I hang around with people.
01:23:43.020 I'm a man of the people.
01:23:44.560 of the people, and if elected, I'll be elected by the people,
01:23:48.700 not by money, not by corporations, not by professional endorsements,
01:23:54.560 but by the grassroots nobodies.
01:23:56.980 I call us nobodies, faceless, nameless nobodies that are actually somebodies
01:24:02.020 because in the end of the day, think about it, we have the power.
01:24:07.360 You know, how many Chandras there are,
01:24:10.880 how many Kennys you have in the province of Alberta?
01:24:14.140 Not many. There's more of us than of them. We can actually have our freedom back relatively easy if we come together, if we unite, as I saw under the Solidarity Movement. I saw the power of the people.
01:24:28.360 And here is an interesting historical fact.
01:24:31.020 In 1980 comes, and the Solidarity Movement is growing.
01:24:35.540 It has one million members by the time the year ends.
01:24:40.780 Government gets scared, outlaws Solidarity Movement, and says,
01:24:45.160 if you are part of the Solidarity Movement, you will be arrested.
01:24:48.940 Within that period of time, the Solidarity Movement grows to three million.
01:24:53.500 Not only people didn't withdraw themselves, but actually the heavy attack on their right to belong to a movement, it triggered more people to join.
01:25:07.280 So this is what I believe is going to happen.
01:25:10.980 I'm being attacked left and right since I announced my leadership run for the leader of the party, the Independence Party of Alberta.
01:25:19.660 attack are unbelievable to a point that I had a hard time to open a bank account even.
01:25:26.840 Can you imagine you want to do something good and you have even a hard time
01:25:32.760 to go through a normal things like you would think that's that's no brainer is there's no
01:25:38.580 problem. So they're scared. And another interesting part is when I announced that I'm thinking of
01:25:44.920 running i had i can't tell you who but you all know that individual in the province of alberta
01:25:50.680 he's they sent they sent a number of people giving me a a coachee position they said i'll become a
01:26:00.800 chair for the civil tribunal uh there will be good money involved and i will lead that civil
01:26:07.760 tribunal um and um the only thing they wanted me to do is not to run and i said so what kind of a
01:26:16.440 power i'll have as a chair a fancy title of the civil tribunal um will i have any teeth can i
01:26:25.100 arrest people with the of course with the with the panel no no so here is what they wanted to do they
01:26:32.280 wanted to divert me they wanted to give me a caution nice they thought they really thought
01:26:38.200 i'm just like them i'm for sale and they wanted to give me something that was worth good money
01:26:43.600 but absolutely nothing for the people i'm not listen i'm not interested in your money actually
01:26:49.920 i announced i will not be taking a salary i have a salary right now as a pastor i'm perfectly
01:26:56.080 content with that salary i don't need a second salary i don't need a taxpayer's money i'll
01:27:03.340 donate the money the salary of if i win as an mla but to to the homeless people i'll give it
01:27:11.400 back to the people that were saving i don't need taxpayers money so i think they miscalculated a
01:27:18.280 person like me i'm not for sale the city of calgary offered me two million dollars and a
01:27:23.920 land to build my church if I stop doing what I'm doing. That's how scared they are. Can you believe
01:27:29.860 it? No, I don't want your millions of dollars. I don't want your land. My God is strong enough,
01:27:35.720 big enough, rich enough, and he wants me to become a millionaire. He's going to send, you know,
01:27:40.280 gold and silver if he wants to. That's not why I do what I do. And I think that's why they're so
01:27:46.860 scared. I'm not part of the old boys club. They cannot bribe me. They cannot blackmail me.
01:27:52.700 I have clean record, 23 years I'm feeding the poor, and we are starting a party that is relatively small enough that have not been infiltrated.
01:28:06.100 And that's what I was looking for.
01:28:07.340 I was looking for a French little nobody party that we can build, and so we can put people in the party that are proven, that have not betrayed.
01:28:21.000 They're not turncodes. They're not traitors. So we can build this massive, massive organization.
01:28:30.780 Are you going to put them through a questionnaire or maybe some kind of a session to get out of them if they've been tainted or not?
01:28:40.960 Of course. I mean, we have the power.
01:28:44.920 We have the power to exclude any member if that member is causing division or is hurting the party.
01:28:53.140 But if elected, if elected, here are the few things that I want to do.
01:28:57.560 I want to have a referendum.
01:28:59.540 I want to truly give the power back to the people.
01:29:04.440 So on key issues, people have to have that voice.
01:29:08.120 Then they will be interested.
01:29:09.840 Then they will feel they're part of this process that I have a say.
01:29:15.260 Now we have no say in nothing.
01:29:17.220 I mean, they do whatever they want.
01:29:19.180 It doesn't matter how many people we had during our rallies.
01:29:22.740 They still didn't want to listen to us.
01:29:24.920 Also, I want sheriffs.
01:29:27.200 I want to establish some kind of an organization, whatever we want to call them.
01:29:31.580 I talk sheriffs because I've seen it in the United States and it works really, really good.
01:29:35.780 Sheriffs are elected by the people and and then they're accountable to the people, not to the politicians like our chief of police right now or that crooked organization, RCMP.
01:29:46.760 My God, they're like mafia on its own. We need our own provincial police.
01:29:52.020 Enough of corrupted RCMP. Get out, go and hang around with Trudeau and the likes.
01:29:58.160 We want our own provincial police that is accountable to the province and eventually to the people.
01:30:06.200 We need to elect judges, not appoint them.
01:30:12.000 I said that already.
01:30:13.280 And we also have to have some accountability if it comes to banking system.
01:30:17.900 We have to have some teats.
01:30:19.700 We have to have independence.
01:30:20.980 Independence Party, the focus is on the referendum, giving the voice back to the people.
01:30:26.540 But also, we want to achieve independence from Ottawa.
01:30:30.300 You know, here is what I see.
01:30:31.940 As a pastor, I have been counseling many marriages.
01:30:35.060 And sometimes, from time to time, you will have a marriage where a husband is raping and beating a wife, right?
01:30:41.960 I mean, it happens.
01:30:43.460 And actually, quite often, believe it or not.
01:30:47.360 Here is what I see right now is happening in our beloved Canada.
01:30:51.440 Ottawa is repeatedly raping us, Albertans, on a regular basis.
01:30:56.540 And not only that is beating us up and is stealing our money.
01:31:01.420 We are like a battered woman in this relationship.
01:31:06.440 There's no partnership here is what Ottawa says.
01:31:09.540 They don't even care.
01:31:11.100 They don't listen to us.
01:31:12.180 We have no power, nothing, zero.
01:31:14.560 So what we need, we need a government, fighting government that will say,
01:31:21.080 no, not with standing clause.
01:31:23.660 No, we will not obey you.
01:31:25.720 We're not going to do it because it's not in the best interest of Albertans.
01:31:30.140 We need someone that will stand up for Albertans.
01:31:34.060 It's not Albertans that elected you.
01:31:36.760 You are accountable to Albertans.
01:31:39.380 Fight for Albertans.
01:31:41.120 Yes, we are all Canadians, but fight for the people that have elected you.
01:31:45.740 They put you in this position.
01:31:47.620 They're paying your salary.
01:31:49.820 Fight for the people that you should represent.
01:31:52.680 You know, you should represent their interests.
01:31:54.320 We don't have that.
01:31:55.720 You know, it's interesting that you said when you were talking about, you know, going federally or provincially and you decided to go provincially because you believe that, you know, Alberta has got probably the best chance of breaking free from all of this nonsense.
01:32:09.060 I would say you're absolutely right. There are movements like the Alberta Independence Party and pretty much every other province, save possibly the Maritimes.
01:32:19.400 But I know of one in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia as well. Ontario, definitely.
01:32:24.280 um you know i think once alberta succeeds with what you're talking about i think the rest of
01:32:32.120 the provinces will probably feel empowered by that and move to do the same thing 100 i mean
01:32:39.100 if you can do it you know the message that sends to me if you can do it that means i can do it as
01:32:46.560 well we're no different you got two arms two legs and a head i assume you have a heart i hope you
01:32:53.460 do right here we are we are we are the same so if one man can do it another can do it as well
01:33:00.460 and and here what we are missing right now the politicians are crooks they truly are i'm not
01:33:06.600 just throwing this because it sounds good um if you have been observing canadian politics
01:33:12.360 global politics but let's just focus on canada for the past three years you know what i'm saying
01:33:17.820 is the truth the crooks the liars they will tell you you cannot visit your parents they will not
01:33:22.960 allow you to go to a hospital. You cannot say goodbye to your dying loved ones. And yet they
01:33:28.960 went vacationing all over the world. They broke their own mandates and restrictions. They partied.
01:33:34.360 They were telling you, you have to wear a muzzle like a proper dog. But we just witnessed Trudeau
01:33:40.240 vacationing with his family unmuzzled. I mean, one love for me, another for me. What I'm telling you
01:33:46.000 is not just made up stuff. So it sounds good for a political, you know. It's obvious stuff you're
01:33:52.420 saying i mean it's it's you can see it it's amazing to me yeah i think people are defeated
01:33:57.660 art you know i think they go well yeah i'm only one person there's no way i'm going to be able
01:34:01.780 to make a difference here and and you know getting a whole new party started and it's never going to
01:34:06.560 work there's that defeatist attitude that we have uh but you know you gotta remember um a
01:34:13.000 conservative party uh used to be no party i mean someone started the party right someone started
01:34:19.800 the process someone had that dream i mean i want to talk to you about dream what is your dream
01:34:25.480 because i have my one of my own i dream of alberta that is free free not just for me but for my
01:34:33.600 children that they can achieve their potential that they can live in peace that they can live
01:34:38.000 a happy life more prosperous than than i ever could i mean is that not why we leave that legacy
01:34:46.980 to our children so they can have better achieve more on our foundation that's my dream and i
01:34:55.240 cannot achieve that dream and my children cannot enjoy that dream as long as we have the same
01:35:01.760 mentality voting for the lesser evil you don't stand a chance uh this will never happen you know
01:35:08.520 people lost hope because i believe for too long they have not seen someone that can dream big i
01:35:16.360 am a dreamer I dream big I believe we can win and 10 days like just think about it in 10 days
01:35:23.540 the moment I stepped in and I don't want this to sound arrogant that's not why I'm saying it
01:35:29.820 but I believe that people look for someone that can lead them somewhere away from this corruption
01:35:37.300 the moment I announced that I'm willing to do this we quadrupled in size as a party and it's
01:35:45.280 growing daily i just got a text before the show that we got another hundred uh members and it's
01:35:52.260 steady growing non-stop so that tells me people are looking for clear leadership also they're
01:35:59.160 looking not just for talkers they're looking for doers and if you know anything about me if if you
01:36:05.400 have seen me 20 years ago 15 years ago 10 years ago ordering the covet lie you know i do not change
01:36:12.440 If you listen to my preaching 15 years ago, you would say, this guy is like a broken record.
01:36:17.580 Yeah, because I only have one message.
01:36:20.260 I talk about God and I want you to be free.
01:36:23.600 You know, people accuse me of all kinds of different things.
01:36:26.860 But the truth is that I want everyone to be able to choose his own path.
01:36:32.340 Either you're a homosexual or heterosexual, you're black or white or yellow or green.
01:36:38.020 If the Martians would come here, I would allow them to choose their own path.
01:36:41.940 When you come to our church, you're welcome to wear a muzzle, which during this craziness, some people came muzzled.
01:36:49.940 Not once I've told them, take it off, take it off.
01:36:52.800 It's a symbol of slavery.
01:36:54.080 No, people should be allowed to make their own choices, not by coercion, you know, not by force, terror, fear.
01:37:04.080 And in the same way, when people come, when we feed, we feed thousands of people.
01:37:08.560 Not once I ask them, what is your ideology?
01:37:11.520 What party you belong to? Are you heterosexual? Are you homosexual? It doesn't matter. If you're standing in a lineup, that means you need the services we are providing. And I have proven for the past 23 years that I am providing services for everyone that is in need. And if I can feed thousands of people, I can feed millions of people in Alberta as well.
01:37:33.640 you know so how can we find you on how do we get uh the alberta independence party online here is
01:37:41.200 there a website a facebook page what do we got yeah first of all if you want to support feeding
01:37:47.100 of the poor because that's what i do that's and and again and i said that during my announcement
01:37:53.280 you can watch it you can listen to what i said um arthur polosky tv on youtube and arthur polosky
01:38:01.260 facebook page i made it very clear i'm not going to step down as a pastor i'll still feed the poor
01:38:07.620 and i'll still preach on saturdays take it or leave it i mean people say to me what if people
01:38:12.860 will not vote for you well so what i'm not going to be crying i have a job i love being a pastor
01:38:20.720 i love feeding the poor i'm not entering political arena because it's a career people are mistaking
01:38:28.680 thinking that i'm looking for a career like those professional pathological liars that we have right
01:38:33.920 now they are desperately looking for job i have a job i love what i do i'm not looking for anything
01:38:40.220 extra however i realized sitting in a solitary confinement that those devils will never leave
01:38:46.820 me alone they're going to be hunting me until i die so i have to do something i have to become
01:38:53.040 more powerful to stop this insanity and during that time if I can help four and a half million
01:39:00.560 Albertans well praise God my pulpit will be just a little bit bigger and I will be able to save
01:39:07.100 more lives I'm saving thousands of lives I will be able to save a lot more if they will allow me
01:39:13.420 so you have to understand why why we want something new we need something new because
01:39:21.880 the old is corrupted to the core. I used to be a builder before. Here is what I learned building
01:39:27.460 houses, that you can put a palace on a rotten foundation. It's going to crumble. When you are
01:39:33.220 dealing with a rotten foundation, you have to take the foundation down. Sorry. Sorry. I know it's
01:39:39.640 costly. I know it's uncomfortable. I know you have to live in another place for a while, but I have
01:39:45.360 to turn down that foundation because it's rotten. If we're going to build on that rotten foundation,
01:39:51.260 we can build a beautiful palace but it's just a matter of time when the whole thing will collapse
01:39:55.920 so this the independence party of alberta is a brand new foundation it's not perfect yet maybe
01:40:03.180 you can see the future the dream the palace maybe it's just outlined a little bit but hey it's a
01:40:09.660 vehicle and it's a foundation and we're willing to tweak it and work it better for all albertans
01:40:15.300 So go to streetchage.ca. Streetchage.ca, you will be able to see what we do, what I do on a regular basis. If you want to see the party or buy a membership, then go to the Independence Party of Alberta website.
01:40:30.860 If you type this, the Independence Party of Alberta, you will be able to go to the website and you can buy online your membership.
01:40:41.360 And again, you cannot vote. You have no say within the party if you don't buy the membership.
01:40:46.800 That's just how it is. And we know that the provincial election, and that's exactly what we're preparing ourselves right now.
01:40:54.260 This is a leadership race. So it's internal. People will be choosing who is going to be their leader.
01:41:00.140 But the bigger fish that we have to fry is the upcoming provincial election, which probably is going to happen in April or May of next year.
01:41:11.700 It could happen sooner. It could happen a little bit later.
01:41:14.980 But I think the probability of having a provincial election, it could be as early as April or May of next year.
01:41:25.060 So we've got to be ready. We have to have a strong party.
01:41:27.880 We have to be united enough, enough of division.
01:41:31.340 I mean, this is what they did to us for the past three years.
01:41:35.220 They wanted to divide, isolate, separate.
01:41:37.900 They're like predators.
01:41:39.380 They hunt like predators.
01:41:40.820 They wanted to weaken us and separate us so they can finish us off.
01:41:45.580 And I say to people in the church and during the rallies and outside, I say to them always the same thing.
01:41:51.580 And I'll say that to you, you know, it doesn't matter if you like this person or if you don't like this person.
01:41:58.120 Don't like him.
01:41:59.020 Don't like her.
01:41:59.740 It's not about I like him or I don't like him.
01:42:03.000 This is we're talking about the future of our children.
01:42:06.320 We have to put our act together.
01:42:08.860 We have to unite under one umbrella.
01:42:12.820 And that umbrella is not I agree 100% with that person on everything.
01:42:17.840 Listen, I don't agree with my wife from time to time.
01:42:20.860 How I'm going to agree with you on everything?
01:42:23.220 I don't agree with my children from time to time.
01:42:25.920 How do you think I'm going to agree with you on everything?
01:42:28.840 You're not going to agree with me with everything.
01:42:31.120 And that's okay.
01:42:32.460 Since when we have become a society that is forcing people to drink their coffee only white or only black or else.
01:42:41.080 You know, now if you drink your coffee white, you're a racist.
01:42:45.640 If you drink your coffee black, you are a racist.
01:42:49.840 You must be standing for Black Lives Matter.
01:42:51.640 I mean, how ridiculous or how low we have fallen as a society if we cannot agree to disagree.
01:42:59.000 You know what?
01:42:59.740 I don't care how you drink your coffee.
01:43:02.180 Whatever works for you, man.
01:43:03.980 You can drink with milk or sugar or with everything together or with Coca-Cola.
01:43:09.600 I don't care.
01:43:10.420 That's your coffee.
01:43:12.540 Art, thank you for joining the show tonight.
01:43:14.880 Really appreciate you taking the time.
01:43:16.900 And hopefully we can get you on again.
01:43:18.380 And it is the Alberta Independence Party online.
01:43:22.540 What's the website address?
01:43:24.220 AlbertaIndependenceParty.ca?
01:43:26.340 .com.
01:43:27.260 So if you go to IndependencePartyOfAlberta.com, it will take you to the Google search and click it there.
01:43:35.620 And there's membership you can buy online.
01:43:38.520 There are debates.
01:43:39.560 Another one last thing is if you want to hear us talk, there are two candidates.
01:43:44.600 This Friday, the 26th, we're going to have a debate.
01:43:48.380 with another wonderful lady,
01:43:50.140 Katrin, a lawyer,
01:43:52.840 Lawyers for Truth.
01:43:54.380 We're going to have a debate.
01:43:55.980 You're welcome to come
01:43:56.780 and ask the tough questions.
01:43:58.680 I mean, we are not afraid of questions
01:44:00.920 like those devils in parliament
01:44:03.320 or in legislature.
01:44:05.040 We actually would love to meet with people
01:44:07.460 and hear them and talk.
01:44:09.320 We are building this together.
01:44:10.680 I mean, this is our country.
01:44:12.560 This is our province.
01:44:14.280 Thanks, Art.
01:44:15.000 We'll talk to you again.
01:44:16.300 God bless you.
01:44:17.080 I think God bless you too.
01:44:18.080 Arthur, Pavlosky, street pastor, Calgary.
01:44:22.040 Wow, we went a long time tonight, you guys.
01:44:23.980 I actually had a whole bunch of stories that I wanted to get to,
01:44:28.640 including one from the counter signal regarding a climate building
01:44:33.860 that's being put up in Winnipeg.
01:44:35.540 Allegedly, this was being reported by the counter signal
01:44:38.180 that has surveillance rooms and an armory.
01:44:43.240 And it was sent to me dozens of times today.
01:44:47.120 And I wanted to get to it tonight, but Art and I had a really great conversation. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. So I'll tell you what we'll do. We'll get to all those stories tomorrow night on the show. I would like to thank Art for coming on tonight, taking the time. He is a very inspirational man. I think he's a great leader and I think he's all about togetherness.
01:45:06.200 he's all about freedom and he's right you know something that i've been saying guys for a couple
01:45:11.100 of years now is well all this division right i mean unless there is a good reason for it like
01:45:17.440 somebody's stealing money they're not trustworthy or whatever something like that or they're lying
01:45:23.380 and they've been caught lying you know you can say i hate this guy but he's for freedom i'm for
01:45:32.300 freedom we're going to stand together and we're going to fight for freedom and then once we win
01:45:36.820 we can go back to hating each other
01:45:39.600 hopefully not but you never know oh one more thing i wanted to share with you guys tonight
01:45:51.300 uh quickly this is going to be coming up friday at camp hope a meet and greet i gotta put this
01:45:57.800 on the screen for you guys so you can see a meet and greet with kara mcminn remember kara
