00:02:00.000 Thank you.
00:02:30.000 Thank you.
00:03:00.000 Thank you.
00:03:30.000 Good evening, everybody. Welcome to Shadow at Night.
00:03:37.380 This is Tuesday, August the 1st, 2023.
00:03:41.840 On the show tonight, teen independent journalist Tyson Hockley from his studio on Vancouver Island joins the show.
00:03:47.400 We're going to talk about censorship, folks.
00:03:49.660 Whoever would have thought, even three years ago or less, that if you created a channel on YouTube or Facebook,
00:03:59.160 you might be banned for saying something you didn't even know was offensive
00:04:04.480 but things have changed a lot community standards and algorithms and ai artificial intelligence has
00:04:12.840 become part of the public consciousness now as a matter of fact by and large that's how these big
00:04:19.080 tech platforms roll they use artificial intelligence to disseminate what's offensive
00:04:24.500 and what's against community standards and what isn't and if you decide you want to fight that
00:04:29.320 as a content creator you have to convince artificial intelligence that you're right
00:04:36.520 which is next to impossible depending on how this artificial intelligence has been programmed so
00:04:42.540 tyson and i are going to talk about that and a little bit more tonight how his show has been
00:04:47.940 going the guests he's had on in the past little while and more let's go say some hellos over on
00:04:54.400 rumble oh and by the way that's the reason we'll no longer no longer not even sparingly be
00:04:58.920 broadcasting this show on facebook because they won't let us and i'm going to give you an example
00:05:03.580 of that in just a few short minutes hello steve watching in selkirk hello seven mers in grand
00:05:09.360 falls new brunswick hello hot rod hello tat 67 in newfoundland on the rock d-man's watching in
00:05:16.080 black falls alberta hello azizi in london quitcher is watching in burlington ontario hello eddie and
00:05:21.440 stonewall pamela's in minnesota esky dogs is watching in pilot mound manitoba mimi is watching
00:05:28.880 in austin fell gsd blacks in enola hello peace five one is watching in montreal drumbo one two
00:05:36.440 three four in norwich ontario hello mo you know watching in alameda not california in alberta is
00:05:43.000 watching in sherwood park oh by the way have you noticed any weird weird lights going up in your
00:05:50.640 city i've got some pictures i want to show you guys during the show tonight so that's going to
00:05:56.480 be a little bit later on please pay attention for those and perhaps you can help me discern
00:06:00.780 what they are i've got the email explaining kind of what they might be from one of our viewers
00:06:07.140 hello kev hey the carmen campground now uh patricia's watching from somewhere i don't know
00:06:13.920 from where adrian hello adrian watching in south winnipeg moonlit dancer is watching tonight the
00:06:18.960 grandma the grandma one two three is watching in southern alberta lexus 400 is that's sharon and
00:06:26.160 don watching in frankville ontario so thank you guys for being here tonight don't forget to get
00:06:31.260 it out there if you can on facebook if not whatever social and instagram by the way both
00:06:37.380 meta platforms will be banning news in canada as of today that story is coming up the official story
00:06:44.520 is coming up in just a second so you won't be able to share on instagram either uh so find a way
00:06:50.000 get it out there to as many people as you can even if you have to use freaking messenger to do it one
00:06:56.180 by one by one by one but let's get this out to as many people as we possibly can and you know what
00:07:01.880 helps on rumble if you guys hit the thumbs up enough times if you guys get enough chat going
00:07:07.340 if you guys leave enough comments that will encourage the rumble algorithms to throw this
00:07:12.600 show on the front page right next to ben shapiro and viva fry and russell brand and all of those
00:07:19.060 guys which will give the show increased exposure and that's what we need right now because they're
00:07:24.880 trying to take it away on other platforms the dominant platforms the platforms like
00:07:28.980 youtube and facebook and they're also trying to take away news and they will be depending on how
00:07:35.340 they decide to roll this out on google you will not in canada you will not be able to google
00:07:41.780 any news because they won't allow it google is the biggest search platform in the world
00:07:50.760 so that's why i say your new searching engine now is brave go and download this on your phone
00:08:00.060 it's an orange lion head you can't miss it find it in the app store and start using it on your
00:08:05.920 laptop if you still use one of those too because it's important that we don't use these censorship
00:08:11.220 platforms, whether it's the government of Canada or whether it's themselves deciding they're going
00:08:16.900 to censor. And they have been. This just makes it worse, to be honest. And whatever you do,
00:08:21.480 make sure you get a VPN. This is the most important thing so that you can fool the
00:08:30.620 algorithms into believing you're not where you really are. You could say maybe you live in
00:08:35.160 Minnesota or you live in Arizona or Mexico or someplace that doesn't censor the news.

00:11:06.040 You can find where they are right here on the Retail Locations tab on the website.
00:11:11.000 And if you would like to become a retailer of these fine products,
00:11:14.460 maybe cut yourself a break on some of these prices and make some money on the side,
00:11:18.040 you know, a side hustle, get a hold of Kevin and Anna through the Contact tab here
00:11:22.720 at CanadaNanoSilver.ca.
00:11:25.920 That, again, is CanadaNanoSilver.ca.
00:11:29.660 Okay, here's the story from True North,
00:11:31.320 and this is scattered all across the left-wing corporate media today.
00:11:34.260 By the way, I find it interesting that now they seem to regret their decisions,
00:11:38.560 some of them anyway, according to their editorials that I read today.
00:11:42.940 Considering they were all in on this plot,
00:11:45.000 they all advocated for Bill C-18.
00:11:47.820 Well, here it is, and now, oh, maybe we made the wrong choice here.
00:11:51.060 Maybe we made the wrong decision.
00:11:52.720 They were getting free advertising.
00:11:54.600 They were having their content amplified in the thousands by Facebook and by YouTube.
00:11:59.900 But now, nope, I'm sorry, but your content will not be allowed on Facebook
00:12:04.640 because Facebook does not want to pay you to advertise for you.
00:12:09.360 It's backwards. It's asinine. It's completely ridiculous. 1.00
00:12:13.060 But Justin Trudeau seems to feel as though he's standing up for Canadians somehow.
00:12:18.100 Now, Meta, which again, is the company that owns Facebook and Instagram to remove all news from Facebook and Instagram in the coming weeks.
00:12:30.600 Meta is following through with its promise to end all availability of news on its platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, following the Online News Act passing.
00:12:41.240 According to the Canadian press, after running some tests to limit news for a small percentage of users, the California-based tech company says it's now ready to implement the ban on a mass scale.
00:12:56.740 In order to provide clarity to the millions of Canadians and businesses who use our platforms, we are announcing today that we have begun the process of ending news availability permanently in Canada.
00:13:09.180 That from Rachel Curran, who is the head of public policy for Meta Canada.
00:13:13.120 Now, they don't say we're ending news availability until such time as the government rethinks this ridiculous law or a new government comes in and rescinds the law.
00:13:24.100 They are saying permanently Canadians will no longer be able to view or share news articles and content posted by publishers and broadcasters from within Canada or internationally.
00:13:35.340 all news links to articles photographs reels and short videos are expected to begin disappearing
00:13:42.400 from the platforms as a matter of fact wayne peters from what's up canada and looking glass
00:13:49.080 media lgm.news made a post today saying somebody i'm not sure who it was possibly himself had 406
00:13:57.860 posts removed from the past three years on his facebook page or her facebook page we don't know
00:14:05.320 who it was i suspect strongly that it was wayne because you know wayne and i expect the same
00:14:12.240 thing will happen to this page on facebook those residing outside of canada however will not be
00:14:20.460 affected by the ban and this is why i say get yourself a vpn if you're still dead set on using
00:14:27.220 instagram on facebook for news several media outlets and even the federal government have
00:14:33.320 already ended their advertising with meta in response to the decision like meta gives a rat's
00:14:38.880 ass meta said the move to block news is merely a consequence of the government's online news act
00:14:43.920 bill that passed earlier this year blah blah blah for many months we have been transparent about our
00:14:49.280 concerns with the online news act it's based on the incorrect premise that meta benefits unfairly
00:14:54.180 from news content shared on our platforms when the reverse is actually true said current yes it is
00:14:59.720 not that i'm standing up for big tech because they censor with the best of them but in this case
00:15:04.200 they happen to be right news outlets voluntarily share content on facebook and instagram to expand
00:15:10.260 their audiences and help their bottom line in contrast we know the people using our platforms
00:15:15.980 don't come to us for news well that's not completely true either i think that's a little
00:15:21.980 aberration of the truth there the trudeau government claims the new bill will create
00:15:26.560 a more level playing field between the financially declining news industry and online advertisers
00:15:31.400 i don't think so it's ridiculous to even assume that i don't know where they would have come up
00:15:38.400 with that do they have some inside research that tells them that are they just saying that
00:15:42.120 because they want to control the internet they want to control all information that's the real
00:15:47.480 reason for what's going on right now. Don't think for one second the government didn't know how
00:15:53.420 Meta felt about this. They were meeting for months before the passage of Bill C-18, now the Online
00:15:58.820 Streaming Act. They knew what Meta was going to do, and they went ahead and did this anyway.
00:16:05.180 It's passive, indirect censorship, but it's still censorship just the same. The government claims
00:16:11.600 that since 2008 almost 500 media outlets have closed across the country despite large subsidies
00:16:17.920 from the government legacy media outlets have let go 20 000 journalists in recent years where would
00:16:24.560 they come up with that number there's not 20 000 there's never been 20 000 journalists in this
00:16:30.600 country never in the future we hope the canadian government will recognize the value we already
00:16:37.280 provide the news industry and consider a policy response that upholds the principles of a free
00:16:42.040 and open internet, champions diversity and innovation, and reflects the interests of the
00:16:47.720 entire Canadian media landscape, said Curran. The Liberal government continues to develop
00:16:52.040 regulations regarding the Online News Act, which will come into effect by the end of this year.
00:16:57.600 However, Meta will no longer be subjected to the new requirements because they're not doing news.
00:17:02.680 We don't know what Google and YouTube, both owned by the same company, by the way, are going to do yet.
00:17:09.880 But what we do know is that Google and YouTube earlier this year did a little banning news kind of an experiment with 3% of Canadians and found that, oh, it works pretty well.
00:17:22.660 We can implement this at any time.
00:17:24.680 Now, look at what's happened to my Facebook page here.
00:17:27.080 Not that I'm whining or crying.
00:17:28.260 I just want you guys to see something here.
00:17:30.300 this is the shadow davis show facebook page which this show is not streaming on right now and never
00:17:36.120 will again um 51 i still will communicate with you or try to anyway communicate with you on facebook
00:17:44.880 whether it's a meme a news i can't even say a news story up some kind of a scheduling change
00:17:51.060 whatever i'll try to get that out to you on facebook if i can 51 000 followers and
00:17:58.360 i posted this story four hours ago with 51 000 followers and change and look at how many
00:18:09.980 responses it's gotten three comments 16 16 responses i can usually post something so benign
00:18:20.520 on this facebook page and get 200 or 300 responses a thumbs up a happy face whatever
00:18:27.620 this has gotten 16 this is last night's show on rumble 22
00:18:32.740 this is a me this is a meme i put up earlier this morning when you want to go to the beach
00:18:41.620 but you live in a 15 minute city there's a guy with a brock umbrella on his head he's got sand
00:18:46.080 so he's uh you know trying to go to the beach in the street 81 normally that would have 881 by now
00:18:54.000 So this page is being suppressed by Facebook right now, and it's only a matter of time before that page is long gone.
00:19:05.360 Joining the show right now is teen independent journalist Tyson Hockley from his studio on Vancouver Island.
00:19:11.480 Tyson, how you doing? Welcome back to the show, buddy.
00:19:13.700 I'm doing very good, Shadow. Thank you so much for having me on.
00:19:16.080 And it's funny, I went on your show like about a year ago, but I asked to come on again to kind of talk about Rumble and the censorship that they're doing on YouTube for me.
00:19:25.740 You just mentioned Facebook.
00:19:27.360 For me, Facebook's been a little bit better.
00:19:29.920 I get more, a lot more traction on Facebook.
00:19:32.560 I haven't had anything banned on Facebook, but I just actually received a strike on YouTube and we can kind of talk about that a little bit if you want.
00:19:40.240 Well, let's talk about it.
00:19:41.380 What happened?
00:19:41.840 yeah so it wasn't on any of my controversial videos it wasn't anything that i would expect
00:19:49.320 would have got canceled or taken down it's like it's like they sent somebody into my channel
00:19:55.900 to like look for things yeah yeah it's like they sent somebody into my channel to like
00:20:02.440 look for something that i did wrong um to try to find like this one little thing it's like
00:20:07.120 they found this video of a kid um sorry i'm sorry shadow that's okay yeah i'm just i'm a little bit
00:20:16.960 nervous i haven't done a lot of these shows in a while so i don't know i'm not sure yeah i just
00:20:21.460 get like a little bit nervous sometimes um but yeah it's okay so yeah it's like they sending
00:20:26.700 somebody to my channel to try to like find one little thing that they could try to take me down
00:20:31.120 for um and they found this video of this kid having a temper tantrum it was a reaction that
00:20:36.620 i did to his video and it really doesn't make any sense but it was a video that i did two years ago
00:20:42.380 they gave me a strike for it um and i was getting right now tyson like just in the recent days yeah
00:20:49.240 it was like three months ago um that they gave me the strike so yeah pretty recently um and i was
00:20:54.360 demonetized so tomorrow august 2nd i could submit a review to see if my channel now qualifies for
00:21:01.500 monetization um i deleted a whole bunch of videos and i'm hoping that and praying that i'll be able
00:21:07.000 to get back in yeah it's really funny how they kind of just like go and totally censor stuff
00:21:13.360 i don't know it doesn't make sense to me well i you know what i if i'm you i don't bother with
00:21:19.200 youtube anymore and i totally understand where you're coming from because you spent a lot of
00:21:24.880 time and you did a lot of work building up the page and your followers how many followers do
00:21:30.380 you have on youtube by the way i have 14.1 000 followers on youtube right so that's a lot of work
00:21:35.860 i mean you you went out there and you recruited all those people to come to your page and follow
00:21:40.140 you there and you know you put all kinds of interesting content on your page and then for
00:21:44.560 these guys to come along and just say arbitrarily well i'm sorry but you've gotten the strike
00:21:48.800 because you've made a post against our community standards is is ridiculous and the same thing is
00:21:53.380 going on on facebook right now i myself was restricted on facebook about a month ago and
00:21:59.680 i've only recently been able to post videos again even though i am completely demonetized across the
00:22:05.120 board and like you uh you know i went ahead and protested you know said wait a minute you guys
00:22:10.820 can't do this yes we can so they did yesterday they allowed me to go back and plead for my
00:22:17.520 for my monetization to come back but it's not going to ultimately between big tech and the
00:22:25.700 canadian government it's censorship galore you know like i like i was just pointing out on the
00:22:31.620 facebook page there i mean when i post a funny meme and it gets 80 responses with 51 000 followers
00:22:39.060 you you've got wait a minute hold on so anyway what i'm saying to you is it's time to start
00:22:43.940 building up your other platforms the ones that at least at this point have not got a censorship
00:22:50.100 bent to them so we're talking about twitter and rumble i would imagine have you got a page on
00:22:54.720 rumble yes so i do have a page on rumble it's um just like this my name but for some reason they
00:23:00.180 didn't let me put a space so it's just tyson hawkley no space in the middle um i think it's
00:23:04.840 really important to try to build my rumble um and for everybody to get on rumble my page on rumble
00:23:09.680 still isn't super big but um what's the point of having you know like you said 51 000 followers on
00:23:15.440 facebook tens of thousands on youtube if they're not even going to let you reach a bulk of that
00:23:20.140 audience. If they're only going to let you reach like 80 people or a hundred people, it doesn't
00:23:24.480 make any sense. So my advice for people out there, if you're trying to get the truth out there
00:23:28.880 is to start a platform, start a page on a free speech platform. I'm not sure though. Do you think
00:23:35.320 that Canada will be able to censor Rumble because they're passing all these bills? Do you think that
00:23:40.400 Rumble will also get affected by it and all these other free speech platforms? Well, that's a very
00:23:45.000 good question and i'm wondering why so far rumble has not been affected by this it seems to be only
00:23:51.000 google and meta for now i don't know why that is i mean the online streaming act is a bill that
00:23:56.900 should affect all live streaming and all social media platforms in the country and if not bill
00:24:04.540 c18 again now law then c11 which was an amendment to the broadcasting act that allows the crtc the
00:24:12.160 canadian radio and television communicate or sorry uh commission to censor anything they want to
00:24:17.840 censor online now because their powers now extend to what happens online so if they don't like
00:24:23.640 something then they can take it down or they can fine you or they can do whatever because they've
00:24:29.660 been given the powers to do that but we don't know exactly what the criteria is going to be for that
00:24:33.860 and they have not announced it yet exactly it's it's a whole bunch of gray areas and it's really
00:24:38.800 sad that this is happening in canada i did an interview with pat king a couple days ago and
00:24:43.520 thankfully that is still up there i was kind of worried about streaming that to my youtube because
00:24:47.120 i'm like is this something that they're not gonna like but it's still up there uh of course it's
00:24:51.280 being shadow banned it's got like 800 views um but yeah it's it's bad how how was the interview
00:24:58.680 with pat we had him on a couple of weeks ago also what did yes it was an absolute pleasure to get
00:25:03.220 to talk to him um showed it to his girlfriend for reaching out and um kind of making it happen
00:25:07.840 Also, shout out to one of my viewers, Queenie, for emailing Pat and kind of speaking with him.
00:25:12.900 But yeah, it was a great conversation.
00:25:14.700 I recommend everybody go check it out.
00:25:16.480 It's on my Rumble page as well.
00:25:18.540 So let me ask you this.
00:25:19.780 As a teen independent journalist, as a teen citizen journalist, with all that's been going on with the trans movement in the last few months, especially since June came around.
00:25:31.640 What was that called?
00:25:32.440 Pride Month, Rainbow Month, whatever.
00:25:34.680 And you were still in school, obviously, during that time.
00:25:37.220 Was there any weirdness happening?
00:25:39.800 Not in my school.
00:25:41.180 I've heard of a lot of schools of these horror stories and stuff.
00:25:44.020 I tend to go to a pretty good school.
00:25:45.680 It is a public school.
00:25:47.440 But no, I haven't seen any of that in my school.
00:25:50.280 No, nothing that's pushed on you.
00:25:52.160 But what about the attitudes, the pervasive attitudes in there?
00:25:55.240 Do people talk about it?
00:25:56.380 Do students talk about it at all?
00:25:57.700 Do any teachers approach you with, oh, by the way, just in case you're gender fluid,
00:26:02.200 you don't have to fill out this form and you can use that bathroom.
00:26:04.940 yeah honestly I haven't noticed any of that in my school and of course if I did um I'd love to
00:26:10.460 talk about on here and I'll reach out to you um of course to talk about more if I do see anything
00:26:15.440 but so far as of that nothing in my school but I'm sure that there are other schools that have
00:26:20.360 a lot of that going on because I hear all the stories about it and I'm kind of like wondering
00:26:24.400 why my school hasn't done it but not really complaining yeah I wouldn't be either have you
00:26:31.560 got a twitter account yes i do so it's just tyson hawkley on twitter tyson hawkley on all platforms
00:26:37.480 and again i want to mention no space on rumble just tyson hawkley and how many followers have
00:26:42.800 you got on x now or i guess it's yeah notice twitter but it's called x i think i'm at like
00:26:47.960 2.3 000 on twitter i also don't really get much engagement on twitter too which is kind of weird
00:26:53.620 you got to keep posting that's one of those platforms because it's such an immediate
00:26:57.480 platform you got to keep going you got to retweet other people you got to follow people you got to
00:27:02.300 unfollow it's just one of those crazy it's a whole different algorithm over there but it is more of a
00:27:07.160 free speech platform than any of the others aside from rumble and perhaps what's that one i'm
00:27:12.000 thinking of bit shoot yeah and there's another one called odyssey too i believe right right so i i but
00:27:18.160 nobody uses those i mean let's be honest unless you want to go very deep down some rabbit holes
00:27:22.920 nobody really uses bit shoot uh and odyssey i think is one of those things that because they
00:27:29.480 use crypto cash ethereum and yeah it's really weird coin it is strange so is there anything
00:27:35.760 else we haven't talked about you want to cover um no i don't think so and again sorry about that
00:27:40.940 earlier i think i'm just like sleep deprived i'm not really too sure what happened my mind just
00:27:44.600 totally blanked but um yeah i think i think we've touched on everything again thank you so much for
00:27:50.020 having me on shadow i really appreciate it god bless you um god bless everybody watching again
00:27:54.640 tyson hawkley on rumble no space tyson hawkley on twitter tyson hawkley all platforms um what i like
00:28:00.680 to do is i like to interview people so kind of like what you're doing to me i like to interview
00:28:04.500 other people i've interviewed pat king chris sky um i want to have tamara lich on a lot of people
00:28:10.240 who are in the freedom movement um have you heard of sneeko before who sneeko um he's friends with
00:28:16.920 angel tate he had like a million subscribers on youtube before he also got censored um so yeah
00:28:22.420 i had the pleasure of having him on my show as well he's more kind of popular amongst my generation
00:28:27.840 so it's cool like a lot of my friends i was pretty cool i interviewed sneko um yeah another person
00:28:32.900 that i had on it was pretty big let me ask you what's cool for your generation these days what
00:28:38.680 are like the top three coolest things that you guys like to do um a lot of bad habits that i
00:28:45.380 don't partake in a lot of self-destructive things um i'm looked at as kind of weird because i like
00:28:50.240 to do like self-improvement things i like to meditate every morning workout take an ice bath
00:28:55.060 um but yeah a lot of the things that kids my generation are doing unfortunately are very not
00:29:00.300 good very self-destructive so that's kind of another thing i want to talk about on my channel
00:29:04.420 too is um just self-improvement habits doing good stuff doing good habits that are going to be hard
00:29:10.500 now they're going to be hard in the present but they're going to benefit your future self
00:29:14.200 um yeah a lot of my kids well I can tell not into that this is something that Tyson and I were
00:29:19.640 talking about just before we went live tonight was I said dude it's been a while since you've
00:29:23.600 been on the show here like you look like you've grown and he said yeah I've grown a little bit
00:29:27.240 I'm just six feet tall now but I noticed that you've bulked up a little bit up top here yeah
00:29:32.180 for sure so yeah I've been going to the gym for about five months now um it's been a grind but
00:29:36.920 I've I really enjoyed honestly there's a lot of people who absolutely just hate going to the gym
00:29:41.160 uh it's something that you know sometimes i'll be in there and just want to leave
00:29:44.340 but uh for the most part i enjoy it and yeah i've been able to get put on some decent muscle
00:29:49.440 cool all right tyson thanks for coming on tonight we'll talk to you again soon don't forget to
00:29:54.020 follow tyson on rumble and twitter okay man talk to you later thanks thank you so much shadow take
00:29:58.920 care okay man yeah tyson hockley everybody i you know i like having him on and the reason for that
00:30:04.340 aside from the fact that you know he covers the same things we do and he believes
00:30:09.960 the same things we do we start thinking about the young generation these days
00:30:16.640 and our first thoughts are generally oh man if this is who we're leaving the planet to then
00:30:24.960 you know get me off aliens come on but he's a refreshing reminder that not all kids are like
00:30:35.840 that right and he pointed it out himself he is a very respectful young man he's a christian
00:30:44.060 he believes in what's right not what he's told to believe in because he's got a strong moral fiber
00:30:52.780 inside and so i have a lot of time for tyson hockley and i follow him i follow him on all
00:31:00.900 of his platforms and i will be following him on rumble and on twitter as soon as the show is over
00:31:06.420 tonight you guys because i haven't yet done that so i will definitely be doing so um he's bringing
00:31:12.360 on some pretty good interviews too he's been talking about chris sky pat king come on that's
00:31:17.820 not bad for a for a 16 year old independent journalist living in his parents place in
00:31:24.120 victoria british columbia okay you may have seen this with chris scott last night on facebook i'm
00:31:31.380 not sure how they managed to get this thing on facebook and i'm waiting for this thing to come
00:31:35.560 up here on on the screen i'm not sure why it's not uh there we go okay so from the jccf this is
00:31:43.400 very good news at least it's a good start for the freedom movement in the court system regarding
00:31:51.420 all of these ridiculous mandates being unconstitutional. Alberta court strikes down
00:31:58.820 public health orders that violated charter freedoms released today out of Calgary. The
00:32:06.440 Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms is pleased with the court of King's Bench of Alberta's
00:32:11.060 decision to invalidate the public health orders of Dr. Dina Hinshaw, chief medical officer of health
00:32:18.060 In Ingram versus Alberta. The court struck down these lockdown measures because they were effectively issued by cabinet rather than by the CMOH. Dr. Hinshaw testified at trial that politicians were the final decision making authority and she merely provided advice and recommendations.
00:32:37.320 OK, so this may be a loophole. And that's the reason this case was was judged this way. But I don't care. Right now, what we need to do is go across Canada with this ruling and use it.
00:32:55.000 as um why am i having problems coming up with words tonight use it as precedent
00:33:02.880 with these health orders having been invalidated it's it's expected that crown prosecutors will
00:33:10.900 need to withdraw charges against ty northcott northcott rodeo inc pastor james coates of
00:33:16.680 grace life church of edmonton pastor tim stevens church fairview baptist church and others and
00:33:22.300 again, across Canada. This is a ruling that other provinces will now listen to. The court's ruling
00:33:29.260 also confirms that lockdowns did violate Albertans' fundamental freedoms of conscience, religion,
00:33:35.680 association, and peaceful assembly protected in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:33:40.960 In this court action, the Alberta government produced no comprehensive studies, reports,
00:33:46.560 or data analyzing lockdown harms without any comprehensive cost-benefit analysis,
00:33:53.380 Justice Barbara Romaine nevertheless concluded that lockdowns were justified violations of
00:33:59.340 the Charter Freedoms because they produced more good than harm. That was the original ruling.
00:34:06.600 Using the slogan, two weeks to flatten the curve, the Alberta government first declared a public
00:34:12.660 health emergency in March of 2020, like everybody else did, after which various charter rights and
00:34:17.980 freedoms were violated during the next two years. When Rebecca Ingram and other applicants filed
00:34:24.620 their court action in December of 2020, the Alberta government had already been restricting
00:34:29.420 Albertans' rights to associate freely, assemble peacefully, and practice their religious beliefs
00:34:34.040 for almost nine months. This was the first court challenge to lockdown measures in Alberta,
00:34:39.920 in spite of charter freedoms having already been violated for almost nine months, the court granted
00:34:45.600 the Alberta government's request to delay presenting its evidence until July of 2022.
00:34:51.860 In April of last year, Dr. Dina Hinshaw was cross-examined about what expert information
00:34:58.700 she had at the time that these public health decisions were being determined. Dr. Hinshaw
00:35:04.140 was specifically asked whether she was aware of any evidence of harms to elementary school children
00:35:09.240 from being compelled to wear masks.
00:35:11.940 By the way, we have a mask story coming up.
00:35:14.600 Under oath, Dr. Hinshaw said no.
00:35:17.140 Yet the court's ruling in another case,
00:35:19.180 CM v. Alberta, has revealed
00:35:21.060 that Dr. Hinshaw did receive information
00:35:24.160 about how children could be harmed
00:35:25.720 by mandatory mask wearing.
00:35:27.980 An April 7, 2022 memo sent to Premier Jason Kenney,
00:35:32.020 on which Dr. Hinshaw was copied,
00:35:34.300 stated that masks can disrupt learning
00:35:36.320 and interfere with children's social,
00:35:38.220 emotional, and speech development by impairing verbal and nonverbal communication, emotional
00:35:44.400 signaling, and facial recognition. Nevertheless, the court dismissed an interlocutory,
00:35:51.420 say that five times fast, application to compel Dr. Dina Hinshaw to reattend court 0.80
00:35:57.420 for further cross-examination. Significant injustice has taken place in the past three
00:36:03.440 years under these draconian public health measures. We're hopeful this ruling will
00:36:07.720 mean the withdrawal of charges against pastor james coates fairview baptist church ty northcott
00:36:12.660 and other courageous citizens who refuse to comply with unjust and utterly unscientific measures
00:36:18.860 john carpe president of the justice center for constitutional freedoms all right you know when
00:36:30.520 somebody like dr robert malone says something like this people step up and go well somebody
00:36:37.540 like me says that they go conspiracy theorist denier right somebody like you probably get the
00:36:44.640 same sort of reaction depending on the person you're talking to obviously but dr robert malone
00:36:51.220 is one of the inventors of the mrna technology not the only inventor but one of them
00:36:58.480 and on his sub stack he wrote this today which was picked up by life side news
00:37:04.660 dr robert malone says covet jabs and this by the way this is this is all coming out now
00:37:12.180 all the documents you can find them on x twitter if you really want news that's up to date up to
00:37:21.100 the second seriously then x twitter is the place to go and find it covet jabs were a cia operation 0.80
00:37:29.260 to depopulate the world so let's go ahead and read this story in a speech at the 2023 white coat 0.95
00:37:36.920 summit dr robert malone asked the crucial question about the so-called covid vaccines
00:37:42.540 why would a government wish to advance this technology his reluctant conclusion and by the
00:37:49.160 way you know when i say reluctant conclusion i mean none of us ever wanted to be right about
00:37:53.840 any of this stuff it's not like i sit back and gloat ha ha i was right never
00:37:59.440 no we don't want this but when faced with certain facts we are forced to react to it and go i guess
00:38:12.040 let's pursue the truth here sadly but did i want it and am i happy that i'm right about a lot of
00:38:20.200 things no no because that means we have a war on our hands and there's many people who are just
00:38:29.140 blissfully whistling past the graveyard right now hey what are you guys doing you conspiracy theorists
00:38:35.540 as they pay for their groceries with one tap of a card soon to be a chip inserted under your skin
00:38:42.520 dr malone's reluctant conclusion is that the novel mrna injections have been developed by
00:38:50.180 the CIA to assist in a global depopulation program which has existed in the United States
00:38:55.840 since the 70s. Dr. Malone was one of the pioneers of the technology which led to the development of
00:39:03.180 the mRNA injections. His near-unique insight into their mechanism of action was derided as
00:39:09.440 misinformation by the mainstream media once he began to warn the world of the dangers of these
00:39:14.220 novel interventions. Given his background in developing what he refers to as genetic vaccines,
00:39:19.920 dr malone would appear to personify the very science we ought to be following it's not his
00:39:24.940 credentials nor his proven expertise which has led to the attacks on his reputation however
00:39:29.600 it's the fact the science he's followed has led him to a sinister global program of deliberate
00:39:35.040 harm so who are the puppet masters u.s government nazi scientists dr malone says and i realize that
00:39:43.360 we're now reaching into the sci-fi there's many people watching this show right now i'm sure who
00:39:51.200 are going come on shadow come on but there's also many of you going yep i know because everything
00:40:00.280 we've seen in the past three years has led us here actually almost four years now malone says
00:40:07.540 when we ask who are the puppet masters behind all this we have to look at the brutal truth in the
00:40:12.520 interface that behind a lot of this is the U.S. government in funding, policy, and actions.
00:40:21.720 He goes much further in explaining the history of biological warfare innovation in the modern
00:40:26.820 world. The entire backbone of modern biology as we know it, molecular biology, biochemistry,
00:40:32.340 virology, microbiology, has been created in large part through massive U.S. government investment
00:40:38.220 in biowarfare programs, which of course all derives from Operation Paperclip and the importation of
00:40:46.300 both Nazi and Japanese biowarfare specialists after World War II. Dr. Malone's softly spoken
00:40:54.620 speech argues that the U.S. government is not merely the enemy of its own people, but almost
00:41:00.760 all of them everywhere. Almost, that is, except for a small elite. If you find yourself shocked
00:41:08.680 or incredulous at this suggestion, Dr. Malone understands your concerns. We all do. He says
00:41:16.880 this himself in a Substack post on a 1974 National Security Study memo known as the Kissinger Report.
00:41:24.440 Personally, he says, why does this keep bopping around like that's annoying? Personally, I've
00:41:29.400 been reluctant to wander down the rabbit hole relating to various depopulation agenda theories
00:41:34.060 involving the COVID crisis. Yet the evidence, which Malone presents in diligent order, has
00:41:41.200 persuaded him to do just that. Again, if the claim of a global depopulation blueprint seems wild,
00:41:48.120 consider the words of Dr. Robert Malone against the very evidence which compelled him to say them.
00:41:53.240 We absolutely have a depopulation agenda here in the United States, and we have had
00:41:58.780 since the mid-1970s.
00:42:00.940 So said Malone in his address.
00:42:03.380 The 1974 document he adduced on his substack
00:42:06.960 says the following.
00:42:09.880 Right there.
00:42:11.160 Kissinger report.
00:42:12.660 It's on his substack.
00:42:13.540 Go find it.
00:42:14.960 The depopulation agenda is not limited in scope 0.59
00:42:17.640 to the United States. 0.66
00:42:18.760 It's intended to have a global impact.
00:42:21.060 The report expressly mentions
00:42:22.640 the United Nations and specialized agencies
00:42:26.080 which we can take to be the World Economic Forum itself,
00:42:29.960 along with the World Health Organization.
00:42:33.360 Malone himself cites the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
00:42:35.860 as a prime example of the private organizations
00:42:38.500 enthusiastically partnered with the depopulation agenda.
00:42:45.980 The final section of a plan almost four decades old
00:42:49.560 refers to the development of novel fertility control technology.
00:42:53.960 What might that be?
00:42:56.440 Anybody?
00:42:58.960 We've talked about it before.
00:43:02.660 Dr. Chris Shoemaker was on the show a couple of weeks ago.
00:43:05.340 He talked to it.
00:43:05.840 He mentioned it flat out.
00:43:09.880 So this fertility control technology and the use of mass media to mold compliance in the global population,
00:43:16.160 it would create what Dr. Malone termed mass formation psychosis to force compliance with the agenda.
00:43:23.860 Finally, the report prefigures the means of undermining the sovereignty of nations in coordinating worldwide political commitment to the depopulation agenda.
00:43:32.360 This is a blueprint for a globalized cult of humanity, cull of humanity, like they do with cattle, which Dr. Malone claims has been advanced by the work of the Central Intelligence Agency.
00:43:50.400 DARPA is the CIA.
00:43:53.020 Dr. Malone questions why genetic vaccines were selected for the task of supposedly combating
00:44:00.000 COVID-19. He points out their advancement was pushed by DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research
00:44:05.740 Projects Agency of the U.S. government. Dr. Malone claims there is no difference between
00:44:10.960 this agency and the one tasked with subversion, propaganda, and the changing of regimes, the CIA.
00:44:17.120 To be blunt, DARPA is the CIA. DARPA is the operational arm of the CIA for the development
00:44:25.900 and deployment of technology. The technology developed and deployed here is a genetic
00:44:31.320 vaccine to advance a global depopulation agenda in line with an internationally coordinated
00:44:37.200 population reduction program. Dr. Malone has written about DARPA's involvement in the
00:44:42.220 development of these novel injections and has claimed elsewhere that vaccine company Moderna
00:44:47.580 is a CIA front also created by DARPA. Remember the video I played for you last night of the CEO
00:44:55.780 of Moderna who was told that there was going to be a pandemic in 2020. This was in 2019
00:45:02.940 and was wondering how he was going to go from manufacturing a hundred thousand doses
00:45:07.440 to a billion, and they were joking about it on stage at a World Economic Forum event.
00:45:14.260 If you missed last night's show, I suggest you go back and watch it.
00:45:22.160 Henry Kissinger, mentor to Klaus Schwab.
00:45:27.800 Henry Kissinger was not only the mentor of Schwab, but also the man behind the creation
00:45:33.180 of the World Economic Forum.
00:45:34.560 the world economic forum was not the brainchild of klaus schwab but was like facebook itself
00:45:40.580 initially a creation of the u.s national security state the idea of the world economic forum emerged
00:45:47.620 from a broader movement of technocratic post-industrial theorists in the late 1960s
00:45:52.420 the club of rome whose chief concern was the use of technology to better manage
00:45:58.780 future populations. It was people such as Henry Kissinger, John Kenneth, Galbraith, and Herman
00:46:05.120 Kahn, who, through the Nixon-era Council on Foreign Relations, first traveled to Europe with
00:46:11.220 Schwab in 1970 to recruit the future membership of the World Economic Forum. The result was the
00:46:17.000 first European management forum, as it was called then. Schwab himself admitted this in a New York
00:46:22.340 Times piece on Davos in 1997. He said, I got John Kenneth Galbraith, Herman Kahn, and a few other
00:46:29.960 people I'd met in Cambridge to come and explain, he said. And with a staff of two secretaries and
00:46:34.760 an assistant he later married, he organized the first European Management Symposium in 1971. It
00:46:41.000 attracted 444 business leaders, each paying a substantial fee. According to the above article
00:46:48.300 by John Vedmore, Kissinger would introduce Klaus Schwab to John Kenneth Galbraith at Harvard.
00:46:54.420 And as the 1960s came to a close, Galbraith would help Schwab make the World Economic Forum
00:47:00.240 a reality. Ballone notes this and the fact that Kissinger continues to collaborate with the World
00:47:07.260 Economic Forum. He goes further, claiming the WEF was created by the CIA for the purposes of
00:47:13.160 advancing its global agenda. Dr. David Martin has been saying this now for the past four years.
00:47:19.320 If you haven't seen him, please search him out and find his videos. He lays it out in a 45-minute
00:47:28.120 presentation, all of it, in sequence. This globalist network tirelessly promotes agendas like
00:47:37.160 anti-nationalist policies ESG and net zero whose aggressive implementation will likely collapse
00:47:43.800 once again the big jump will likely collapse industrial society hormone disrupting contraception 0.76
00:47:52.380 the murder of the unborn and the promotion of childless sexual lifestyles are all beneficial 0.54
00:47:57.040 to an agenda of depopulation the provision of puberty blockers to children who through social 0.93
00:48:02.800 contagion believe themselves trans will leave them permanently sterilized. These factors amount
00:48:09.620 to a remarkable alignment with an overall agenda to reduce the number of humans. It's an agenda
00:48:15.080 with a proven blueprint itself followed by the creation of the very agencies it suggested as
00:48:21.340 necessary for the execution of the plan. How? Telling that four years after Kissinger moved
00:48:27.040 to create the World Economic Forum, a report is commissioned by him on the means to achieve a
00:48:32.620 reduction in global population, the motive and the means. Excuse me, guys, this is all very
00:48:39.740 fascinating, don't you think? Global measures to reduce population were motivated by power,
00:48:45.640 not by any concern for the environment. The rising populations of developing countries would 1.00
00:48:50.600 lead, in the eyes of the report, to increased political pressure on the U.S. to provide
00:48:55.720 development to nations against the economic and strategic interests of the United States. These
00:49:00.640 nations are more readily exploited they when when they remain underdeveloped further a younger
00:49:07.220 population is more likely to agitate for the kind of change what would rest which would rest these 0.98
00:49:12.720 nations from the globalized control championed by the report this strategy with its clear-eyed damn
00:49:20.560 this strategy with its clear-eyed and utterly inhumane view of human affairs appears its
00:49:33.980 second reading to dovetail with the phase of near borderless mass migration we now see 0.71
00:49:39.320 seen in this light the transfer of youthful populations from developing countries eases
00:49:47.080 political unrest. As these novel populations arrive, their Western host nations experience
00:49:52.000 a series of domestic tensions which themselves serve to distract and divide populations,
00:49:57.720 easing the implementation of a global agenda. Countdown to depopulation. Dr. Malone points
00:50:07.300 out in his video address that many of the things that were deployed were consistent with the public
00:50:11.520 policy of the united states as it relates to population control the recommendations of the
00:50:17.280 kissinger report became public policy under gerald ford who in 1975 advanced national security
00:50:24.300 decision 314 recommended and recorded on that hyperlink that you see on this story i am actually
00:50:31.560 going to link this guys into the comment section comment section on rumble in just a second
00:50:36.960 Dr. Malone noted both in his video address and the post I just mentioned, the report indicates that global population must not exceed 8 billion human beings.
00:50:48.840 Is it a coincidence that in 2020, total global human inhabitants reached 7.84 billion?
00:50:57.140 We have surpassed 8 billion, by the way.
00:50:59.840 This is a coincidence which seems even more remarkable when Dr. Malone also recalls that many leading billionaires have repeatedly met to discuss the limiting of the human population.
00:51:17.580 Yeah, okay, so the link is, if you're watching on Rumble, I'm just going to throw this up in the link here so you guys can see.
00:51:29.540 And please go ahead and follow all the links in this story, the Kissinger Report especially, so that you can see the proof of everything, everything that we have been talking about.
00:51:44.360 Generally speaking, this website is hit or miss for me.
00:51:47.560 It's called The People's Voice, the peoplesvoice.tv, because some of the stuff is not vetted the way I like it to be.
00:51:55.200 So I go through all of the stories I put on, obviously.
00:51:57.880 And I found this one to be up to snuff.
00:52:01.980 Flying syringes.
00:52:03.540 NIH just vaccinated a human using Bill Gates' genetically modified mosquitoes.
00:52:10.840 A box full of Bill Gates' genetically modified mosquitoes has successfully vaccinated a human being against malaria in a trial funded by the National Institute of Health.
00:52:22.620 we use the mosquitoes like there are a thousand small flying syringes syringes admitted researcher
00:52:29.660 dr sean murphy as reported by npr the study involved hundreds of mosquitoes or flying syringes
00:52:37.280 biting a human subject's arm the human guinea pigs placed their arms directly over a small box full
00:52:44.140 of the blood suckers three to five times over 30-day intervals the mosquitoes infected the
00:52:50.580 subjects minor versions of malaria that didn't make them sick but gave them antibodies. According
00:52:55.000 to the researchers, efficacy from the antibodies lasted a few months. Half of the individuals in
00:53:00.140 each vaccine group did not develop detectable P. falciparum infection, and a subset of these
00:53:07.120 individuals was subjected to a second CHMI six months later and remained partially protected.
00:53:12.060 These results support further development of genetically attenuated sporozoites as potential
00:53:19.000 malaria vaccines. Carolina Reed was one of 26 volunteers who participated in the disturbing
00:53:26.040 new study. My whole forearm swelled and blistered. My family was laughing, asking like, why are you
00:53:31.120 subjecting yourself to this? According to Reed, she enjoyed the experience of being attacked by
00:53:37.140 diseased mosquitoes so much that she says she wants to participate in as many upcoming vaccine
00:53:42.500 trials as she can. For this research, participants received $4,100. The research scientists claim
00:53:51.980 adverse reactions were what you'd expect after getting bit by hundreds of mosquitoes and nothing
00:53:56.400 more. The scientists responsible for Pfizer and Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine trials are lining up
00:54:03.060 to sing the praises of the flying syringe system. According to Dr. Kirsten Lake, who led the phase
00:54:10.640 one trials for Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine, was a co-investigator for Moderna and NovoVax COVID
00:54:15.900 vaccines, who I wouldn't trust in a million years. The new mosquito-based vaccine delivery system is
00:54:24.340 a total game changer. My friends, they will be able to inoculate all of us using insects.
00:54:31.380 that's alarming we've been talking about that for a couple of years at first i went no man
00:54:42.540 you can't go too far with this stuff they're investigating it they're experimenting with it
00:54:49.640 they're doing human trials with it excuse me allergy still acting up this story from off
00:54:56.920 dash guardian dot org this is a study that was released a couple of days ago regarding masks
00:55:03.420 you see people out there still wearing them this pro mask study is why you should never trust the
00:55:10.680 science by kit knightley last week it was reported that the australian state of victoria may be
00:55:16.560 considering permanent face mask mandates to achieve zero covet hang on a minute let's see if this
00:55:22.200 yeah this is a new uh a new story now we don't need to get into the personal liberty implications
00:55:32.600 of such a law or the near infinite supply of evidence that masks don't work to prevent the
00:55:37.480 transmission of respiratory disease they don't work they never work mandating them was a political
00:55:43.360 move designed to make the fake covid pandemic appear real and their continued use is a symptom
00:55:47.980 of brainwashing or a byproduct of chronic virtue signaling the mass debate such as it was
00:55:54.860 is over no the only aspect of this development worth talking about is the evidence used to
00:56:01.220 support the position and trust me the quotes are entirely justified the study
00:56:05.720 which claims to demonstrate the benefits of permanent masking was published in the medical
00:56:12.020 journal of australia last week entitled consistent mask use in sars-cob-2 epidemiology a simulation
00:56:17.740 modeling study. Simulation modeling study is very much the key phrase there. For those who don't
00:56:23.180 know, simulation modeling studies involve feeding data into a computer program, then asking it to
00:56:29.180 form conclusions. Clearly, they're only as reliable and useful as the data you use. In fact, you can
00:56:36.380 very easily make them produce any result you want by feeding them the right or bad data.
00:56:42.600 in this particular modeling study they started out by telling the computer that cloth masks
00:56:49.440 reduce transmission by 53 percent and respirators reduced it by 80 percent odd ratios for the
00:56:56.440 relative risk of infection for people exposed to an infected person wearing a mask versus not
00:57:00.860 wearing a mask were set to 0.47 for cloth and surgical masks and for 0.20 for respirators
00:57:09.180 Essentially, they told their computers that masks prevent disease and then said, OK, computer, since you now know that masks prevent disease, what would happen if everybody wore them all the time?
00:57:21.460 The computer then told them, obviously, that nobody would get sick because they made it logically impossible for it to say anything else.
00:57:28.940 But there's a bit more to it.
00:57:31.220 The next layer of interest is where they got their input data from.
00:57:35.700 After all, there have been dozens of studies done on masks over the years, 98% of which say masks don't work.
00:57:43.020 So, did our guys, they choose a peer-reviewed real-time control trial relying on lab-tested double-blind results?
00:57:51.000 Perhaps one of a dozen or so such trials listed in the 40 Facts article.
00:57:55.800 Did they maybe average the results of multiple studies?
00:57:58.320 No, they used a phone survey.
00:58:00.620 One, phone survey.
00:58:02.340 the phone survey published last year and conducted in late 2021 in this ahem scientific study they
00:58:09.160 had people randomly call up those who had recently been tested for covid ask them did you wear a mask
00:58:14.560 and then published the conclusion masks reduce transmission by 53 as if they meant something
00:58:21.360 interestingly if you scroll down to the affiliation section you can see that
00:58:26.300 one of the authors is a pfizer grant recipient rather more troublingly and for some reason not
00:58:31.880 mentioned as a conflict of interest is that the whole study was produced by the California Board
00:58:36.100 of Public Health. California had already had a mask mandate in place for almost a year
00:58:41.320 before this study was even started. What we have here is not science. It's a computer model based
00:58:48.080 on the results of a subjective phone survey conducted by a government agency with a vested
00:58:52.540 interest. It's entirely meaningless. And yet it's published in journals and cited by experts,
00:58:58.980 quote-unquote, perhaps even used as the basis of introducing new laws. This is how the science
00:59:05.400 trademark works. And although COVID has maybe opened many people's eyes to this issue,
00:59:12.440 it's far from unique to COVID. You're just as likely to find this kind of research published
00:59:17.820 on any topic, especially those that serve a political purpose and have been for years,
00:59:23.040 if not decades. Remember eggs all of a sudden had too much cholesterol back in the 80s and
00:59:28.600 you were supposed to avoid them, but now they're the best things you can eat. Red meat apparently
00:59:33.340 gave you cancer. Stanford professor of evidence-based medicine John Ioannidis wrote a paper
00:59:41.960 called Why Most Published Research Findings Are False, and that was back in 2005. This has nothing
00:59:48.700 to do with a pandemic and everything to do with the difference between science and, quote, the
00:59:53.480 science trademark. So let's examine that distinction. Science is an approach to the world,
00:59:59.840 a rational method for gathering information, testing new ideas, and forming evidence-based
01:00:04.020 conclusions. The science, the science, is a self-sustaining industry of academics who need
01:00:10.260 jobs and owe favors and have government grants. An ongoing quid pro quo relationship between the
01:00:16.980 researchers who want honors in knighthoods and tenure and book deals and research grants,
01:00:21.880 and to be popular talking heads explaining complex ideas to the multitudes on TV
01:00:26.600 and the corporations, governments, and charitable foundations
01:00:29.900 who have all of those things in their gift.
01:00:33.380 The system doesn't produce research intended to be read.
01:00:36.520 It creates headlines for celebrities to tweet,
01:00:39.180 links for journalists to embed,
01:00:41.340 sources for other researchers to cite.
01:00:43.980 An illusion of solid substantiation that comes apart
01:00:46.800 the moment you actually read the words,
01:00:49.120 examine the methodology, or analyze the data.
01:00:52.820 Self-reporting surveys, manipulated data, modeling studies that spit out preordained results,
01:00:57.960 affiliated authors paid by the state or corporate interests to provide evidence that supports highly profitable or politically convenient assumptions.
01:01:07.180 This mask study is the perfect example of that.
01:01:10.600 And I'll add in any climate study for that matter.
01:01:15.040 Interlacing layers of nothing designed to create the impression of something.
01:01:19.520 That's why they want you to trust it.
01:01:21.880 rather than read it ha what a great article twitter is suing pro-censorship woke scolds
01:01:31.600 over false and misleading claims by the way what's with the x now x you notice that on twitter it's
01:01:39.080 now x apparently they had a big flashing x sign on their building in san francisco which they had
01:01:44.160 to take down because it was scaring people it does look rather menacing though doesn't it
01:01:51.380 demonic almost nazi-like x what's he doing elon musk's x has filed a lawsuit against the pro
01:02:00.500 censorship group center for counts countering digital hate which it has accused of actively
01:02:05.900 working to assert false and misleading claims encouraging advertisers to pause investment on
01:02:10.480 the platform very interesting it's all about the money campus watch ubc professor advocating
01:02:17.480 exposing kids to adult genitals this is a professor at the university of british columbia
01:02:25.600 possibly teaching your kids or grandkids
01:02:27.940 ubc journalism journalism of course journalism professor dr katcha tm said she believes children 0.86
01:02:39.880 should be exposed to adult genitalia to prepare them for the possibility of seeing naked
01:02:44.540 transgender individuals in locker rooms tm who uses of course the pronouns made the comment in 0.98
01:02:51.540 a twitter thread criticizing american swimmer and women rights activist riley gains and labeling her
01:02:58.620 a transphobe you know what we're all transphobes because there is no trans there's no trans a woman 0.90
01:03:04.860 can't be a man ever i don't care how many hormones surgery drugs you take and the reverse is true as 0.90
01:03:10.640 well man can't be a woman i don't care how many surgeries or drugs you take i don't care if they 0.82
01:03:15.980 make you some weird looking thing and they put it in your nether regions 0.99
01:03:22.400 from your own skin by the way from your arm or your leg it's disgusting
01:03:27.980 to be honest i've seen video i was talking to brad wilder about it yesterday you may know brad
01:03:35.420 wilder from his show and he's been going deep on this stuff so if you feel like it oh by the way
01:03:45.360 before we um continue on with that thought theme said hey want to know one of my all-time excellent 0.91
01:03:54.100 parenting ideas let little children see penises and vulvas of various ages and sizes so period
01:04:03.040 period period for emphasis in a casual normalized normalized totally safe way the world will thank
01:04:13.280 you for it and so will those children when they grow up i cannot believe that this person is
01:04:20.700 actually a professor at the university of british columbia as a matter of fact i don't think she
01:04:25.600 should be. So you guys watching the show right now, please go ahead and contact the University
01:04:33.560 of British Columbia. You can find this story on TNC.news. True North. This story is there. It's
01:04:40.480 available. TNC.news. And complain about this professor's very public remarks regarding
01:04:48.460 children and that this person has no business teaching anybody anything especially journalism
01:04:56.960 we need all of the non-brainwashed logical thinking journalists we can get right now
01:05:03.540 this person is tainting their minds she needs to be gone and i know there is a contingent of you
01:05:11.360 who are very active about this kind of thing.
01:05:15.020 So please, please, activate your groups and get on this.
01:05:22.240 Let me find this teacher's name again for you
01:05:24.220 if you want to write it down.
01:05:25.880 Dr. Katya Tiem, right there.
01:05:30.740 Little pointer stick there, it's circling her name.
01:05:34.020 Dr. Katya Tiem, University of British Columbia Journalism. 0.61
01:05:38.300 call ubc tomorrow ask for the dean of her faculty and complain this person should not
01:05:49.380 be teaching anybody anything that is absolutely disgusting from daily wire this is ben shapiro's
01:05:57.640 organization richard dawkins slams transgender ideology as distinctly weird and an odd distortion 0.54
01:06:04.780 of reality. Yes, absolutely. Way to go. Let's watch the video. Sex really is binary. There's 0.57
01:06:10.840 no question about it. You're either male or female, and it's absolutely clear. You can do it
01:06:15.280 on gamete size. You can do it on chromosomes. To me, as a biologist, distinctly weird. People can
01:06:21.280 simply declare, I am a woman, though I have a penis. Helen, what do you think lies behind this 0.99
01:06:28.600 odd distortion of reality? I would say that when I started to write about it first, I quickly
01:06:34.200 realised that this wasn't treated the same way as anything else, like just asking very obvious
01:06:38.180 questions, like, don't you think that if we allow people to self-identify their sex, this will lead
01:06:43.240 to, for example, destroying women's sports or putting rapists in women's jails? People would 0.59
01:06:47.540 turn this back on me and say, you think that trans people are predators, you're a bigot.
01:06:52.060 What we were talking about here was an intensely linguistic movement. There isn't a sense in which
01:06:56.320 a man can become a woman, except linguistically. Like, yes, okay, he can have operations. Most 0.64
01:07:00.580 trans people don't have any operations, don't take any medicine. But that doesn't change your sex.
01:07:04.200 yeah yeah my biggest beef with all of this is that none of it is based in reality
01:07:14.400 and if they can convince the world that it is real what else can they convince the world of
01:07:22.780 i mean this is one of the most obvious things it's as plain as the nose on your face you're a boy
01:07:31.080 or you're a girl you're not assigned a gender or a sex there is a very very small percentage of
01:07:38.100 people who are actually intersex okay that is having the organs the reproductive organs of both
01:07:45.500 male and female but that's like 0.0005 percent of all humans born on the planet 0.71
01:07:52.980 the exception that proves the rule so you're either a girl or you're a boy you're not born
01:08:00.380 in the wrong body. And how can any man one day wake up at the age of 12 or 16 or 24 and say,
01:08:08.400 you know what? I'm a woman. I've always been a woman. We know there are very, very obvious and
01:08:16.500 inherent differences between the sexes. Women menstruate. Women can have babies. Men produce 1.00
01:08:22.260 sperm. We have penises. You have 1.00
01:08:26.240 vaginas. I mean, these are very obvious 1.00
01:08:30.180 differences. We're still human beings. We all have two arms and two legs.
01:08:35.640 But when it comes to reproduction, we do
01:08:38.140 different things.
01:08:41.700 You can't decide that. How can a man feel 0.58
01:08:46.160 like a woman ever without ever having 0.96
01:08:49.920 experienced what that feels like. And I'm not even talking about from a societal standpoint. 0.69
01:08:55.240 I'm talking about being inside the body of a woman. You've never been there. So how do you know 0.92
01:09:02.400 that you're a woman? Maybe you're a dog or a turtle or a snail. 1.00
01:09:10.420 So that kind of blows the argument right there.
01:09:14.260 you want to experiment go ahead be a cat one day bring a litter box to work with you
01:09:21.460 see how far that gets you oh wait a minute in this new world i'd imagine that the hr department
01:09:27.240 wherever you work would have to accept you crapping in a box in the hallway in front of 0.99
01:09:31.780 every other co-worker because heaven forbid your delicate sensibilities should be affected
01:09:36.900 this is what grooming looks like everybody mommy has a question for you so here's the question
01:09:48.360 are you ready are you ready riley are you a boy or a girl
01:09:54.340 are you a girl or a boy
01:10:00.120 yes yes what is riley yes what are you yeah yeah are you both
01:10:12.840 both both okay that's fine you can be both if you want to paging cps paging cps
01:10:21.060 oh i'm not laughing at what that mother was doing to that poor kid i'm laughing at the
01:10:35.080 paging cps thing it's cfs here in manitoba i'm not sure what it's called in your province but
01:10:40.760 child family services probably it's across the board in our country yeah so that's what's going
01:10:47.160 on we're still fighting that but as that article by dr malone pointed out it's just part of what
01:10:54.380 they're doing to actually depopulate us over the long term most people look at things in the short
01:11:01.100 term right and interestingly when we look back at history we look at things in the long term
01:11:06.820 we can't name a particular year when something happened when
01:11:14.040 the electricity was invented we know when it was around like i think it was an eight or not
01:11:20.480 electricity but the light bulb thomas edison when did he do that 1885 was it somewhere somewhere in
01:11:26.060 the 1870s 80s well that's 20 years but that's how we look at it it kind of feels like it was
01:11:33.080 the late 1800s when that happened when did ford invent the vehicle was it the 1910s
01:11:40.720 when did wilbur and orville wright fly the first aircraft 1914 1919 was it 1923
01:11:48.600 but here we are living in this moment where things are changing from week to week day to day
01:11:55.820 month to month it's so fast and we're not able to see the era but if we're able to see and granted
01:12:04.620 a lot of things haven't happened yet but if we're able to look back and see what they've been doing
01:12:09.560 over the past 20 years, then things would become clear and in focus, and it would be obvious to
01:12:18.020 everybody. But living in it is a whole different story, isn't it? I hope you got that explanation
01:12:25.260 because it made perfect sense to me. Brad Salzberg is coming on the show Thursday night from the
