00:15:06.600 mainstream media, celebrities, the experts, the government, they basically can't really think for

00:15:12.580 themselves. So they seek security and outsourcing their opinions to the outer world. And moving from

00:15:18.160 this consensus herd mentality to the next stage, which is an individuated state, is actually

00:15:24.500 often a traumatic process, because instead of trusting the external world, like you always have

00:15:30.300 the government, the authorities, you actually have to learn how to trust self as an inner guidance

00:15:35.140 system instead. And in order to do that, you actually have to decondition and undo a lot of

00:15:40.680 what you thought was true about yourself and the world in the process. So this is a really alienating

00:15:46.920 and lonely process by design, because in order to discover who you are, you actually have to

00:15:51.380 separate from the herd to begin with. And the thing is, you can't actually force people out

00:15:58.280 of this state. It has to come from an inner calling. So it has to come from them realizing

00:16:04.440 that there is something different inside of them that can't be explained by the experts,

00:16:09.680 science, celebrities, government. And in my view, it really takes a certain ripeness of the soul

00:16:15.660 to even want to go down that path because it's not easy. Most people will actually refuse the

00:16:22.280 call of their individuation again and again and again because their unconscious security needs

00:16:29.360 to stay in the unknown, the known rather of the consensus is so strong. So you don't want to like

00:16:36.120 hate them for that. It's actually a necessary stage in their own soul's development. And this

00:16:41.940 is why trying to wake up family friends and others in general is almost always a failed project

00:16:47.800 and really how I feel about it the best thing you can do in these times is focus on your own soul

00:25:24.140 of candidates that access these documents to sign confidentiality agreements. And why is that? Why

00:25:31.060 is there much more redactions, as my colleague said, in these documents than in other documents?

00:25:36.420 It's because these documents were signed at the beginning of a pandemic, when everybody was desperate for vaccines, when companies were being told to rush vaccine production, do testing in an unprecedented way, in a way they normally don't do it.

00:30:45.820 ruleau on the uh the emergency act commission this one comes from the frontier center for

00:30:51.880 public policy. And it's titled The Strange Conclusions of Justice Rouleau. Justice Paul

00:30:58.700 Rouleau released his report February 17th and concluded that the very high level threshold

00:31:03.360 required for the invocation of the Emergencies Act was met. He insists cabinet had reasonable

00:31:08.300 grounds to believe there existed a national emergency arising from threats to the security

00:31:12.440 of Canada, leading the prime minister to invoke the Emergencies Act. Nonetheless, Rouleau conceded,

00:31:17.920 I do not come to this conclusion easily as I do not consider the factual basis for it to be

00:31:23.880 overwhelming. Okay, fine, but you still agreed with the government. For any Canadian following

00:31:28.940 the hearings, that is, this is, to say the least, an understatement. During the Public Order Emergency

00:31:34.840 Commission, RCMP, CSIS, OPP, and Ottawa Police testified the protesters did not constitute a

00:31:42.960 threat to national security. The tests for declaring an emergency as set out in the Emergencies Act

00:31:48.860 were not met. These were espionage, sabotage, foreign interference, acts of serious violence,

00:31:55.600 and plotting to overthrow the government. The former president of the Canada Border Security

00:32:01.660 Agency, John Asowski, testified that on the morning of February 14th of last year, all the

00:32:06.940 border points across Canada were at their lowest threat level. Rouleau lamented in his report

00:32:12.820 that lawful protests descended into lawlessness

00:32:15.180 culminating in a national emergency on page 248.

00:32:18.960 Yet Ontario Judge Hugh McClain ruled on February 7th

00:32:22.600 and again on February 16th of last year,

00:32:25.160 the protests in Ottawa were legal.
